	We have a ton of news.
	As a matter of fact, the world may end before we get through this news, according to AOC.
	She's now saying it was just a joke.
	She was just telling us a couple of weeks ago, she reiterated her statement that the world is going to end in like 12 years.
	But are you kidding me?
	If you believe that, you're like Dwight from The Office, is what she referred to.
	It's a generational thing.
	We'll get to that, but there's so much news today.
	We've got Bayer.
	Bought Monsanto, makers of Glyphosate.
	Roundup is a trade name, but it's there in other brand names.
	And now there is a third lawsuit.
	This was about a pair of individuals who got a specific type of cancer that has been linked to Glyphosate now in three different trials.
	The first one was 80 some odd million dollars in damages awarded.
	The next one was something like 260 million dollars in damage.
	Now this one is two billion with a B. Two billion dollars in damage.
	A bear may need some of their own aspirin.
	But there's actually better things for stress, as you saw in the Drudge Report.

	But we're going to talk about the legal drugs scandal.

	We weren't doing it, other people were.
	And so this has been around for quite some time.

	But of course, we were labeled fake news, conspiracy theorists, Especially whenever you talk about the products that are sold by the big sponsors of cable news.

	The Supreme Court ruled that a trial that says that the App Store That is curated by Apple Computer.

	And they're cutting down the news information that's there so that they can have just a few mainstream establishment sources that will pay them dearly for access and privilege.
	But now, you know, people are not really talking about that.

	That's the important part about this.
	But it is important.
	That this is going to be, it's a trial that's now going to be had over whether or not Apple is using monopoly powers.
	Getting us to a position of looking at big tech's lock on the internet in terms of antitrust.
	And you had Facebook, you had Google, all these people as filed amicus briefs on the side of Apple.
	This is a precedent that they're very concerned about.
	We're going to talk about what's behind that.
	We're going to talk about undocumented graduation at Harvard.
	Yeah, you never heard of that before, have you?
	Very interesting.
	How did they get admitted?
	I mean, did they cross into the university illegally?
	Did they have to file out, fill out paperwork to get an undocumented degree?
	I don't know.
	The important thing is that Harvard gets the subsidies from the federal government, and that's why universities are some of the ones pushing this so heavily.
	And of course, Bill Barr has started a real investigation.
	Of what's led up to this attempted coup in the United States.
	We have so much news to talk about today.
	Even the Persian Gulf.
	Is that going to be the Gulf of Tonkin 2.0?
	It's starting to look like they're trying to provoke an incident.
	Or something that they can use as a false flag, like the Gulf of Tonkin, to start the war that they've planned for a couple of decades.

	He was restored after a couple of days after a lot of outrage, but even though he was a well-respected psychologist talking about sexual issues.
	His views on transgenderism, even though factual, were not liked by Twitter, so they banned him on that.
	We'll talk about that coming up as well.
	Of course, we have Tulsi Gabbard coming out and celebrating Hollywood's sex strike to support abortion.
	Uh, maybe the sex strike could prevent abortions, but I don't know.
	I mean, these actresses who are out there, I'll take them seriously about a sex strike when they stop taking their clothes off for money.
	Of course, they're not going to do that, are they?
	Well, I bet Midler did, but she was somehow forced into that.
	By the vicissitudes of age, I think.
	I think if she was still up for it, she would, if the audience was up for it, she would still be doing that.
	We're going to talk about Bill Barr's real investigation that's now beginning.
	Also, when are they going to start investigating Joe Biden?
	We look at what's going on with China.
	We've got an interesting clip that has surfaced from 2013, where Joe Biden is talking to a group of bankers about the Trans-Pacific Partnership being vital to the New World Order.
	And it was certainly vital to his family's fortunes.
	Joe Biden, folks, is really the true Manchurian candidate.
	I mean, how do we know who this guy really is behind all that plastic surgery anyway?
	It could be anybody.
	Joe Biden could be President Xi's Uncle, or father.
	Be father, I guess, from his age.
	We'll talk about Tim Apple and the App Store, which may be looking to... apps may be crashing.
	Of course, their profits may be crashing after the Supreme Court said that they can be sued as a monopoly.
	They were fighting that along with Facebook and Google.
	They don't want to be viewed as monopolies.
	They are.
	The key issue, however, I think is if we understand who is behind creating them as a monopoly.
	I don't think they just were better competitors.
	Certainly Apple was, but I don't think that Facebook and Google are there simply because they're better competitors.
	I think they had a lot of assist in getting to where they are.
	So we've got a lot to talk about today.
	Let's start with Attorney General Barr.
	It has now come out that the name of the person who is investigating the FBI and the Department of Justice spying under the Obama administration, the illegal spying, the person that he has appointed is U.S.
	Attorney John H. Durham of Connecticut.
	The move comes, reports Zero Hedge, as the Trump administration has demanded answers over the use of informants.
	On the 2016 campaign.
	According to Fox News, Barr is a very serious man.
	Has assembled a team from the Department of Justice.
	He's known for being a quote, hard-charging bulldog prosecutor.
	According to their source.
	Unlike the person who was appointed by Jeff Sessions.
	The U.S.
	Attorney for Utah, John Hoover, he basically didn't really interview anybody.
	He didn't do anything.
	Kind of like the guy who appointed him, Jeff Sessions.
	Sources familiar with the matter say that Durham, his probe is going to focus on the pre-transition period.
	That is prior.
	to the election of November the 7th, 2016, including the use and the initiation of informants as well as potential FISA abuses.
	And remember, it was last week that we were all talking about the fact that even somebody who's on the periphery of the campaign, George Papadopoulos, somebody who basically had no experience, kind of insinuate, inflated his resume, got in, had his picture taken in a couple of meetings, but was So far, out on the fringe of the campaign, nobody, including insiders, even knew who he was.
	They had to all look him up.
	But they were trying to get anybody that was in any way associated with President Trump.
	So they figured they'd get some guy that's on the periphery.
	And then what they did was they tried to set up a honeypot.
	They had a woman try to seduce him.
	They had, and then of course he was bullied as reported by Mueller, talking about how he was going to destroy his life.
	Durham has previously investigated law enforcement corruption.
	He has investigated the destruction of CIA videotapes.
	Well that's good, except that they were still destroyed.
	And the woman who destroyed the CIA videotapes, Gina Haspel, is now the director of the CIA.
	So I don't know if this is going to go anywhere or not.
	Let's hope that it does.
	Let's hope that he is serious.
	He hasn't gotten any results when it comes to CIA corruption, however.
	And he was also involved with the Boston FBI's office looking at mobsters.
	And I would assume that that is Whitey Bulger.
	If he's investigating, The FBI corruption centered around Whitey Bulger, then he knows something about James Comey.
	I'm sorry, Bob Mueller.
	Bob Mueller was the one that was there.
	James Comey, he was with the mobsters, the Sinaloa Cartel and HSBC.
	These are these sterling characters that are in charge of law enforcement in the United States.
	How did we get so much corruption in the FBI?
	It's because we got people that are letting mobsters like Whitey Bulger, they're running these guys and running protection for them, getting rid of Whitey Bulger's opposition.
	Well, you got James Comey on the Board of Directors of HSBC while they're laundering money for the Sinaloa cartel and terrorists.
	Got caught twice doing it.
	Eric Holder's Justice Department let him off with a warning.
	Slap on the wrist.
	Even though they'd given El Chapo his own... Well, people who worked for him, of course.
	He's not going to go down there with the bags of cash.
	But El Chapo's people would go down with bags of cash.
	They had their own private checkout window to launder money.
	So this guy gets moved to the top of the FBI.
	That tells you folks just how corrupt our government is.
	So maybe something will happen, maybe not.
	Durham's review will run in parallel with the ongoing Department of Justice probe by Inspector General Michael Horowitz, and this comes about a month after AG Barr told members of Congress that he believed that spying did occur.
	So he's evidently been doing this for a while.
	His name has just come out in his identity.
	In the short period of time we've got here, I just can't get on to the more serious news until I talk about Occasional Cortex.
	On Sunday, she came out and said on Twitter, That she was joking when she said the world was going to end in 12 years.
	She said, like, the world ending in the 12 years thing?
	You'd have to be like the social intelligence of a sea sponge to think it's literal.
	In other words, you'd have to be somebody like the people who voted for her.
	The sea sponges who voted for her.
	But the GOP, she said, is basically Dwight from The Office.
	So, who knows?
	Well, that was this Sunday.
	Just two weeks ago, however, You know, if we go back actually to January the 21st, that was when she put out the tweet that said, we're like the world is going to end in 12 years if we don't address climate change.
	That was January the 21st.
	And then she repeated that again, April the 17th.
	She said, climate change is here, plus we've got a deadline, 12 years left to cut emissions in half.
	A Green New Deal is our plan for the world and a future that's worth fighting for.
	How did we get here?
	What is at stake?
	Where are we going?

	That was just two weeks ago.
	Now she's saying, you'd like to have to be like an idiot to think I was serious about that.

	Is Bill Nye an idiot?
	Because he like thinks that the planet is on effing fire, he said.
	He said that on John Oliver.

	After she said that in January, she said it just two weeks ago, and then on Sunday she goes, like you'd have to be like an idiot, like the social intelligence of a sea sponge to think that I meant that literally.
	Well, she did mean it literally.
	But this is always the way that you can back off.
	That's why these people are using late-night comedy shows so much to push fake news and fake commentary, like John Oliver and Bill Nye.
	So they can always say, oh, it's just a comedy show, when you call them on the facts.
	Hey, guys, ease up!
	I'm just a comedian here, right?
	But she wasn't joking about that.
	As I said, if you go back to her tweet from April 17th, climate change is here plus we've got a deadline 12 years left to cut emissions in half.
	This is after she said the world was ending in 12 years back in January.
	She got the math wrong.
	It's going to end by 2030 because that's when they're going to have the smart cities ushered in.
	They're going to lock you up In the cities that are going to be run like China's social credit system, Google and other countries are going to be using 5G to monitor and to punish you if you don't follow everything they do.
	They're going to take away your ability to move, they're going to pack you into micro apartments in the cities, and they're going to track your every move and punish you accordingly if you don't do exactly what they're saying.
	That's the plan.
	That's the UN plan.
	The UN 2030 agenda for sustainability.
	They use Climate change as a justification to turn you into slaves, to take away everything from you, including even your meat.
	They're going to dictate what you're going to eat even.
	And they're very serious about this.
	And if they are successful, yes, the world will end by 2030.
	If the government, if the UN and the American government that's working on this so hard, that's what the 5G push out is all about.
	They're sitting there, they're very upset that China might be creating this technology because this whole thing is set up as a surveillance system.
	That's why the US government is so concerned that Huawei not have control of this technology because they want to be the one spying on you.
	Well, I don't want to be spied on.
	I don't want to live my life in some kind of a prison system, some kind of a panopticon where they're looking at everything that I do all the time and grading me on that.
	And rewarding me or punishing me based on whether I toe the line.
	That's not the world that I want.
	But she was very serious.
	A 12-year deadline.
	Again, she can't do the math.
	It's 11 years.
	11 years that the world is going to end in 2030.
	But she put it out very literally.
	We've got 12 years left to cut emissions in half.
	Now she says it was a joke.
	Well, does that mean that Bill Nye is a joke?
	Yes, he is a joke.
	Yes, he is an idiot.
	Yes, he is somebody with the social intelligence of a sea sponge.
	But he's serious about it, too.
	So is she.
	She's the one with the sea sponge mentality.
	It was on John Oliver where he, again, can say, well, you know, I was just joking about all this, right?
	That's where you go to get your science news.
	John Oliver.
	And you can get it from the science guy, who gave us a profanity-laden, hyperbolic rant about climate change, as Breitbart points out.
	He says, by the end of the century, if emissions keep rising, the average temperature on Earth could go up another 4 to 8 degrees, you know, because their models are so accurate.
	And have been proven accurate, right?
	No, they haven't.
	All of these predictions have shown that their models are complete garbage.
	Garbage in, garbage out.
	That's really, you know, I went to school and got an engineering degree just like Bill Nye.
	He got an engineering degree.
	He's got a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
	I've got one in electrical engineering.
	So here's the story, Bill.
	Maybe you didn't learn this in college, but it's garbage in, garbage out.
	If you got garbage models, you're going to get garbage answers.
	And just because you got it on a computer printout doesn't make it real.
	Okay?
	And so he went on to talk about the Green New Deal, and he says, because since nobody's believing him anymore, he's got to get emphatic.
	He's got to start using, you know, the F word everywhere.
	What I am saying is the planet's on effing fire.
	There are a lot of things we could do to put it out.
	Are any of them free?
	Of course not.
	Nothing's free, you idiots.
	No, everything is free for the socialists.
	I thought everything was free.
	I'm confused!
	These people are saying one thing one day and something different the next day.
	He goes on.
	Grow the F up!
	You're not children anymore.
	Oh yes they are.
	The people that believe this are children.
	People like AOC and her generation.
	Who've been fed this propaganda by people like Bill Nye their entire life.
	They haven't seen any, they don't know what science is.
	They don't understand skepticism.
	They don't understand that you have to validate your models and your hypotheses.
	Anyway, he says, I didn't mind explaining photosynthesis to you when you were 12, but you're adults now, and this is actually a crisis.

	We're all grown up now because we can use the F word.

	Well, maybe these people that he's talking to Got their degrees from Harvard, you know?
	I mean, if you're impressed by college degrees, you should be impressed by this.
	Harvard is holding its first undocu-graduation ceremony for illegal immigrants.
	They had a special graduation ceremony at Harvard University last Wednesday for illegal immigrants, and they entitled it the undocu-graduation.
	And so I have a question for these people.
	I have a question for Harvard.
	Do these people who are here illegally, did they get into Harvard legally?
	Did they go through an admissions process?
	How did they become students at Harvard?
	These are people who don't have any documentation.
	They don't like documentation.
	Documentation is racist.
	It's a sign of privilege, right?
	So how do you get into a place like Harvard if you don't like to fill out documentation?
	And how did they get the degree?
	Were there courses that they actually had to take to get a degree?
	Or did they just identify as a graduate?
	And because they claimed the right to graduate from Harvard, they got it, right?
	Quite frankly, I don't think the admissions matter to Harvard.
	I don't think the courses or the grades matter at Harvard either.
	I think Harvard is about the money.
	It's about the money.
	Understand that some of the biggest special interests pushing illegal immigration are the university systems.
	You know, we've got all these different individuals who have a vested interest and pulling people across the border.
	You've got the Democrats who want the voters.
	You've got the Pope who wants people to fill his pews in America because nobody's going to their churches anymore.
	You've got the Republicans who are beholden to people like the Koch brothers who want cheap labor.
	And you've got the universities, one of the biggest special interest groups because they get so much money from the federal government.
	Yes, the tuition For these guys, this is coming from the federal government.

	So, in America, if you cheat to get into college, you go to jail.
	But if you cheat to get into America, you can go to college for free.
	And you can graduate from Harvard!

	Welcome back, as we've got Harvard holding special graduation ceremonies for undocumented immigrants, and I guess they have so many of them that they have their own special ceremony.
	It's an outrage, I think, in this country that you can go to state schools, and of course Harvard is private, but you can go to any state school and get in-state tuition if you are A foreign citizen criminally trespassing in this country.
	But you can't if you're an American citizen.
	And it ought to be a no-brainer for President Trump.
	He's talking about welfare reform.
	He says, we're going to have to tighten up the rules here.
	I'm all for that.
	Look, I don't believe that we ought to have any welfare at the federal level.
	I think that there's absolutely no authority for that under the Constitution.
	If states want to do it, go ahead, do it.
	I mean, they have the power to do that.
	The federal government is defined by the Constitution, and there is nothing in the Constitution that says that they have the authority for that.
	You talk about the General Welfare Clause?
	Well, it doesn't mean a welfare state.
	It doesn't mean the FDR welfare state.
	That was a repudiation of the Constitution.
	Things like the General Welfare Clause and the Commerce Clause have been used to expand the role of the federal government in every aspect of our lives.
	We're essentially shut down by the 9th and 10th Amendment.
	That came after the body of the text, by the way.
	Said, if you haven't been given these powers specifically and directly, essentially, then you don't have it.
	Those powers are retained by the states and the people.
	So, you know, if you want to have a welfare state created in Massachusetts or New York or something, they can do that.
	They can go bankrupt.
	But don't bankrupt the rest of us.
	You don't have the authority to do that.
	And rather than adjusting the welfare state and taking Americans off the roll, President Trump, why don't you stop giving welfare to foreign citizens criminally trespassing in this country?
	That ought to be a win-win situation.
	Not for both, not for the Republican and Democrat politicians.
	But for Republican and Democrat voters, you can make the case to poor Americans, to blue-collar voters, that they're not going to be kicked out of the line by people coming here from Guatemala and El Salvador, where we had more than 1% of the population relocate here in just the last eight months.
	And they get to the front of the line.
	They get to the front of the line at the universities.
	And that's wrong.
	We have a massive welfare system that is a magnet drawing these people in.
	You talk about anchor babies, well let's talk about the magnet that draws in the anchor babies.
	It's our welfare system that we apply to people, even if they're not born in the United States.
	Because that's what DACA is.
	And President Trump, you could end DACA today.
	It's an executive order that was put in by the Obama administration.
	Janet Napolitano in the Obama administration said, I'm not going to enforce the law.
	Anybody that came in, you know, we have the fiction of the anchor babies, which doesn't hold up to the 14th Amendment.
	That was for children who were born here to parents who are subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
	Foreign citizens are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
	They don't see that they are subject to any of our immigration laws.
	They're not subject to our borders.
	They're not subject to anything.
	And their children are not citizens based on the 14th Amendment.
	That was about something completely different.
	That was about making citizens out of the newly freed black slaves.
	It wasn't about creating anchor babies.
	And then they expanded it.
	They said, well, okay, you don't have to be born here.
	Just come here before you're 30-something and we'll let you stay forever.
	And as President Trump complains about El Salvador and Guatemala subsidizing people to come here, well, President Trump, they're not giving them nearly as much money as you are, sir.
	So you need to stop giving away money to foreign citizens, begging them to come here, because the big universities, the big businesses, and the big political parties are benefiting from it.
	Look at New York, for example.
	An article from the Daily Caller.
	New York State added 250,000 Democrats but only 9,000 Republicans in last year's voter rolls.
	You're going to lose President Trump because it's going to be people from Guatemala and El Salvador and Mexico that are going to be deciding this election.
	You may even lose here in Texas.
	Hillary Clinton won New York by only 59% of the vote in 2016.
	Democratic registration outnumbers Republicans in the state now by 26.
	26 times.
	And they point out the factors behind the change include the addition of teenagers who have now, the DACA people, that you didn't get rid of, so we're going to leave them here.
	And we're going to keep giving them money.
	We're going to send them to school for free.
	And we're going to raise the property taxes of American citizens so they can lose their homes, live in smaller and smaller apartments.
	Because we've got to pay for the education of anybody who decides that they want to come here to the United States.
	And now they're getting the right to vote.
	GOP voters, meanwhile, are saying that the border wall and reducing immigration must be a top priority for President Trump.
	This is a Reuters poll.
	It came out last month.
	GOP voters called immigration the most important problem.
	Young GOP voters were the most skeptical of immigration.
	They understand they have no future.
	If we turn this country into El Salvador and Guatemala, why would we want to do that?
	People want to get out of those countries.
	Why would we want to become those countries?
	Republican voters support for reducing illegal, or rather for reducing legal immigration levels.
	We're bringing in 1.2 legal immigrants a year.
	Who knows how many illegal immigrants are coming in, right?
	Can't even, so many of them, we can't even count the ones that they know about.
	Because it is catch and release.
	We're back to that now.
	In the worst possible way.
	Look at the way the border has just melted down under President Trump.
	We got the Border Patrol.
	The Border Patrol is now flying migrants into the country from the border in South Texas.
	How did that happen?
	They got the planes going the wrong way.
	You're supposed to fly them back to their home, not to our home.
	Absolutely insane.
	Why did this happen?
	Well, part of it is because of the Omnibus Act that President Trump signed.
	And at the time, I said that was what was going to happen.
	He let Nancy Pelosi put the piece of paper in front of him with all the conditions and he just signed it.
	So he could keep a small part of the government that was really non-essential going.
	And so he signed away his ability that he had had for two years.
	Many of his powers that he had had for years that he didn't use, he then signed them away.
	I said, we're not going to separate families, we're not going to hold more than a certain number of families, and of course, when I saw that, I said, well, isn't that about the number of people that we've already got at facilities?
	So that means that everybody that comes in now is going to be released into the country?
	Yes!
	And they're not only that, but they're going to fly them into the country!
	Isn't that nice?
	I wonder if they have to go through TSA?
	No, probably not, right?
	And then President Trump, also as part of that, you know, releasing people in the country, signing that in.
	He also signed, as part of that, the conditions that Nancy Pelosi dictated to him.
	He said that local communities and states, if they object to the wall, they can stop it in their area.
	Well, you're not going to get the wall built that way, are you?
	See, they didn't have that power before.
	And President Trump could have built the wall.
	With the military, the record military budget.
	Instead, we're provoking a war with Iran.
	How did we get to the point where President Trump started channeling John McCain?
	Remember when John McCain ran for president?
	Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran?
	Well, that seems to be what President Trump wants to do now, right?
	We're not going to protect, protect, protect the border.
	We're not going to build a wall.
	Forget build a wall, we're going to bomb Iran.
	I say that these cities that don't want the wall built in their area, what we do is we just say, okay, fine.
	We'll build, we'll go to the next county north of you.
	Do you want a wall here?
	And we keep doing that until we find a county that wants a wall.
	And then we'll build the wall there, and those counties who didn't want the wall, they can be on the Mexico side of the wall.
	And they'll be so much happier.

	Okay, tariffs.
	Everybody's talking about tariffs and President Trump says he's not yet decided whether or not he's going to put tariffs on the remaining $325 billion in Chinese goods.
	Now, let's understand how this is breaking down.
	As I said before, as I said last week, President Trump is holding all of the cards on trade.
	He clearly understands what's going on with this and he's very committed to this.
	I wish he was this firm and committed and dynamic when it came to protecting the border.
	But I'm glad he's doing it with this.
	This is a very important issue as well.
	And the way this worked out, they were working for months and months.
	On trade agreements, trying to normalize the trade.
	And see, it's always portrayed in the mainstream media as, oh, look at this, President Trump is unilaterally putting tariffs on.
	Well, let's understand we've had a situation where they have charged 25% on our goods going into their country for a very long time.
	We only charge anywhere from 2.5% to 10% on goods.
	And so what President Trump was saying, well, you can lower yours to the level that ours are, or we can raise ours to the level that yours have been for decades.
	And they thought they had an agreement.
	But then, at the very end of this long process that's gone on for months, the Chinese delegation came back and said, nah, we're not going to do any of that.
	And so President Trump raised tariffs up to their 25% level on $200 billion worth of goods.
	China came back and said, well, we'll do that with 60.
	Well, that's kind of interesting.
	Why would they do that?
	If he's going to raise it on 200 billion dollars worth of goods, are they being nice guys?
	Oh, we'll only do it on 60.
	That's less than a third of what we did.
	Well, the reason for that is because they're not buying much from us.
	That's another reason why President Trump is holding all the cards.
	Because there is such an amazing imbalance there.
	President Trump says, well, you know, there's still another 325 billion dollars That I could put tariffs on.
	And everybody in the mainstream media is flipping out.
	A good example of this is CNBC.
	CNBC comments on this and says, Trump didn't mention that the tariff dollars were being paid by US consumers and not by China.
	Let me ask you.
	When have you ever heard mainstream media, especially NBC, take the position that corporations don't pay taxes?
	I mean, that's true.
	Corporations don't pay taxes.
	But have you ever heard them say this before?
	Never.
	Never.
	Except when it comes to tariffs.
	And quite frankly, tariffs are not simply just taxes paid by the importing corporations.
	It also affects the country.
	That's what's different about it.
	And in this particular case, you're going to have China take actions to make sure that we don't feel that price increase because they still want to sell that 525 billion dollars worth of stuff into the US.
	And so they're going to manipulate their currency, they're going to subsidize their exports and all the other things that they've been doing to get an unfair trade advantage over us.
	But what they're also going to be doing is paying money into our treasury to help us with our deficit.
	And they're going to have to dig deeper into their pockets, the Chinese Communists, because understand, China is a corporation.
	The board of directors of China Incorporated is the Communist Party.
	everybody there whether you're talking about Jack Ma or anybody else they're all part of the Communist Party elite. The Communist Party is the board of directors of China Incorporated and they're the ones who are really going to be subsidizing this because they don't want to see this stuff go away. And so you've got the stock market dropping more than 600 points people are worried about that as I pointed out.
	Stock market is always looking for justification to go up or to go down that's how they make their money.
	The biggest one day loss since January the 3rd.
	Do you remember that?
	Do you remember when the stock market went down really big January 3rd?
	Yeah, neither do I. I'm not invested in it.
	And most of us are not.
	That doesn't mean it doesn't affect the economy, but it also means that it's a very volatile situation.
	And they react to things like a cat reacts to a slinky toy.
	China car sales have tanked 16.6% just in April, and this is the 11th month in a row that they have fallen.
	This is just another metric of how weak the Chinese economy is, and another metric showing how President Trump is holding all the cards.
	But Bidege thinks that President Trump doesn't know what he's doing.

	If you're going to deal with an actor like China, one of the largest and one of the most strategic countries ever to come on the world stage, you'd better really know what you're doing.

	We announced sanctions on North Korea and then took it back like they couldn't make up their mind in the White House.
	China's watching that.
	And they're also watching to see what we're actually trying to achieve with these trade policies.
	Let's understand this is kind of a generational thing and you know it says well you know China is working on things for like 20-year plans you know I thought the communists had five-year plans but no the Chinese they're even more you know deep into strategic thinking right.
	President Trump and Ross Perot have been wise to this Free trade gimmick of NAFTA and what's going on with China.
	NAFTA itself is 25 years old.
	The opening going back to China goes back to the Nixon administration where we had Henry Kissinger put them in the catbird seat essentially giving most favored status like we've never favored a country before in trade status.
	Simply because the globalists wanted this to happen.
	President Trump, just like Ross Perot, knew exactly what was going to happen with NAFTA, and with this trade imbalance in China.
	And they knew this going back 25 years, when Boudiguet was in diapers, or whatever he was wearing.
	At the time.
	But yeah, he understands what's going on.
	This has been not something that just he thought of in a tweet.
	Again, this was negotiations that have been going on for quite some time.
	But when we talk about the centrally planned economy of China, let's understand the people who are centrally planning it were the globalist bankers.
	The people that are allied with his allies in Silicon Valley, where he had multiple fundraisers.
	It's a globalist elite.
	It's the big new Brzezinski.
	Talked about creating a technocratic elite, creating a technocratic dictatorship back in the 1970s.
	He talked about setting up three different regions and that's the plan.

	I'm going to talk about his close ties to China.
	This guy, I think the nickname for him should not be, what was it, Sleepy Joe?
	Was that the one that Trump came up with?
	No, it should be Manchurian Joe, the Manchurian candidate.
	We're going to tell you about his corrupt ties to China.
	I've got a clip of his and some other information.
	It's too long to play in this clip.
	We've got a short segment right now, the top of the hour.
	And this is a news break for many of our radio stations, so let's talk about what's going on with Apple here.
	Apple lost at the Supreme Court yesterday.
	They ruled that Consumers in a class-action lawsuit can come after them for monopoly status and for manipulation in an antitrust kind of way.
	And so this is not a ruling as to whether or not Apple was guilty of acting monopolistically.
	We all know that they do.
	But this is just to say that the trial can go forward.
	It went to the Supreme Court to even be ruled on.
	And this is an important case nevertheless.
	You had Facebook, you had Google joining Apple.
	They were filing amicus briefs, you know, friends of the court in support of Apple.
	As AP News points out, consumers can now pursue a lawsuit complaining that iPhone apps cost too much, said the Supreme Court on Monday.
	Now that doesn't sound like much.
	We know that most of the iPhone apps don't really cost too much.
	That in and of itself is not a big deal.
	But the idea that there's going to be some, perhaps, legal restraints on the powers of some of these technological tyrants is a big deal.
	Because we know that they are monopolistic.
	Major implications for the tech giant's handling of the more than 2 million apps in Apple's App Store is something that may come out of this lawsuit.
	They said while most of these apps are free to download, some of them impose fees and Apple takes a 30% hit on those.
	And the lawsuit is talking about that.
	Apple says we're confident we will prevail when the facts are presented, and that the App Store is not a monopoly by any metric.
	Well, I don't know.
	If you can't get an iPhone app anyway, except through the Apple Store, I think that it fits my definition of a monopoly, and certainly it isn't just malware that they're screening for.
	They're screening for content as well.
	And they're doing it not only for political bias and rigging the election, but they're also doing it, of course, to make money.
	And this is borne out in the antitrust suit that is currently underway with Spotify and the European Union.
	They've accused them of unfair business practices.
	Even before Spotify filed its complaint in Europe, Netflix drew attention to the unfair business practices of Tim Apple by stopping any new subscriptions being sold through the Apple Store.
	Why?
	Well, because they're also coming up with competing services for Netflix.
	Just like they're coming up with competing services for Spotify.
	Just like they're coming up with competing services for InfoWars.
	They want to make sure they can curate the news.
	They want to be a supplier of the news.
	They're only going to have certain people who will pay a lot of money to Tim Apple to be allowed to give their news apps out there.
	It is monopolistic, anti-competitive, and unfair business practices.
	That's precisely what it's doing.
	But it also has a very important political and election dimension to it as well.
	This is a majority opinion.
	It goes back to the Sherman Act of 1890, the nation's first antitrust law.
	Gave consumers the right to bring lawsuits against alleged monopolies.

	It's like, oh, look at this, he's on the left!
	It's like, no, if you oppose Apple, that doesn't make you a left winger.
	This is something that, if the Republican establishment, the Koch brothers and Russian others don't understand it, this is going to destroy democracy, free speech, and our elections.

	But he says then, now he's running for president.

	Why is it that the mainstream media It says that if China is going to put tariffs on agricultural products in the United States, farmers are going to be hurt.
	But then if we put tariffs on, it hurts consumers.
	It's always identified as hurting people in America, and of course China never is harmed by any of this stuff, right, according to mainstream media.
	Just like CNBC has never before.
	Pointed out that taxes on corporations get passed along.
	And of course, taxes on corporations, they're right about that.
	There is no such thing as a corporate tax.
	If you are in business and somebody puts an extra tax on you, you're operating on thin margins, especially small businesses.
	You're either going to be able to pass that tax along or pass that mandated wage increase or the mandated benefits.
	You're either going to pass that expense along Or your profit margins are going to disappear.
	You're going to be out of business.
	And so there is no such thing as a corporate tax.
	Ultimately, it's always paid by consumers.
	But that's not the case with tariffs.
	Again, you've got a country here that has been put in place by the globalist elite to use them as a hammer to establish a new world order.

	When they were talking about NAFTA back in the early 1990s, of course he was in the Senate, he was all for that.
	We were given the choice of a Democrat who was in favor of NAFTA, Clinton, and a Republican, George H.W.
	Bush, who was in favor of NAFTA.
	So we were going to get it one way or the other.
	The only person talking about not doing it was Ross Perot and of course also Donald Trump at the time was not in favor of it.
	Both of them understood as businessmen what that meant.
	Yes, when you are buying and selling stuff it is a zero-sum game as to who's going to be able to buy and sell the stuff.
	And if you have a, the real issue is whether or not you're going to have a free market.
	You don't have a free market if one side has a 10 to 1 tariff advantage over you.
	And that's what President Trump was saying.
	He said, you're either going to lower your tariffs or going to raise ours to your level.
	Going back to the 1990s, Biden was telling all the people in Delaware that a Chrysler plant there would benefit greatly if NAFTA went through.
	But by 2007, The Chrysler plant in Delaware was shut down, and he had 700 to 1100 American workers laid off of that auto plant in Delaware.
	Delaware has lost about 17,000 employees, but it's a very small state.
	We look at places like California, NAFTA, and the free trade, quote-unquote, with China, giving China a free ride.
	That's really the way it ought to be.
	Explain it's really a Chinese free ride a free ride into our economy where they block us going in their economy That discrepancy has cost California 560,000 jobs It's cost Texas 340 314,000 jobs New York 183,000 jobs about three and a half million jobs Throughout America because of NAFTA championed by Joe Biden And why would he do this kind of stuff?
	Well, it's kind of embarrassing for him, some of the stuff that is coming out.
	You know, he's got the Ukraine situation.
	Hunter, his surviving son, you know, he didn't run four years ago because he had had his older son, Beau, who had passed away.
	He said he was upset about that, so he didn't run.
	This younger son, Hunter, Might be the one who is responsible for him not becoming president this time, even though he is running.
	Because Hunter Biden's firm invested in China's surveillance technology firm that is surveilling Muslims!
	Oh yes, they don't care if it's Chinese citizens, they don't care if it's Christians, or if it's Falun Gong, or if it's the anti-communists, that's okay.
	But now the Democrat Party is upset about this because they're using it to surveil Muslims.
	And this is coming from the Intercept report that came out on Friday.
	They pointed out the private equity firm of Hunter Biden invested in one of the Chinese companies that created the Xinjiang surveillance state nightmare.
	This is where they're rolling out the smart city approach, knowing everything about everybody, the 5G approach.
	Hunter Biden's Chinese investment company, Bohai Harvest, got its financing from a subsidiary of the communist government-owned Bank of China.
	The group's 2017 purchases included an interest in Face++.
	It provides facial recognition software that's integrated in the smartphone app that is used by Chinese security forces to monitor the Muslims.
	And now they care.
	Because it's against Muslims.
	I think we ought to care when it's against anybody.
	But this is something that even the Democrats care about.
	The app plugs into a massive central database that collects an incredible amount of information about the citizens ranging from how much electricity they use to their DNA.
	Yeah, again, this is part of the big new Brzezinski's technological technocratic elite.
	We're not going to have a democratic elite, we're going to have a technocratic elite.
	And as The Intercept pointed out, for his part, Joe Biden has long served as a friendly voice Actually, Peter Schweitzer, who wrote Clinton Cash, goes into it in a lot more detail.
	his son's investment ventures. The elder Biden helped to lead Democratic support to passing permanent national trade relations with China.

He says Biden's family business dealings with Chinese government show that Biden has been compromised by foreign power and that he is unfit to be president. They got a billion dollars in financing from the Bank of China for this private equity firm and it happened in December of 2013. What was going on at the time?
	Well, Schweitzer pointed out, That Vice President, then Vice President Biden, took Air Force Two to Asia.
	They had very high tensions over what was happening in the East China Sea and so forth.
	You had the allies of America, especially like Japan, wanted the U.S.
	to talk to China to get them back down, to back down.
	Instead, Joe Biden had a very friendly tone with the Chinese leadership, disappointing Japan and our other allies there.
	But as he points out, perhaps Joe had other issues besides the global balance of power on his mind.
	Because with him was his son, Hunter Biden, and Hunter's business partner and friend, Chris Hines, heir of the Hines-Ketchup family fortune, stepson of John Kerry.
	So the Secretary of State's stepson, the Vice President's son, go on Air Force Two.
	They say, well, you know, you're having all this problem with Japan, all these other people.
	That's okay.

	You know, this last week, a lot of people have said, oh, just get over it.
	You know, it's just a Facebook ban.
	It's not the end of the world.
	You're just banned on Twitter.
	Actually, it's a lot bigger than that issue, right?
	Because what happens now, when you're banned, you were talking about in the earlier segments about this guilt by association.
	And so, not only is it just a ban for myself, but it's a ban for anybody who mentions my name, or Alex Jones' name, or Paul Joseph Rossi, or any of the other banned individuals.
	For example, this week, Michelle Malkin, she posted a picture of me and Gavin McGinnis on her Facebook page, and she said that she was friends with me and Gavin, and that she stood against the censorship, and Facebook told her that she needed to delete the post because it violated their community standards.
	There are other people who have been banned this week on Facebook and Instagram simply for sharing pictures of Alex Jones.
	OK, so it's getting very serious and it's going to have long term implications for people, especially in the workforce, because when you look at what it takes now to get a job, a regular nine to five, right, you have to fill out a job application and You know, studies have shown that over 70% of employers monitor a prospective employee's social media to determine whether or not they're going to hire them.
	And so if you're banned on all social media platforms, how are you supposed to get a job, right?
	It puts you at a disadvantage.
	And then, right, it's not going to take long for your employer to see on Google all of the negative hit pieces that have been written about you if you are a high profile individual.
	And so, you know, there's a lot of people who have been very You know, negative in the way that they've responded to these high profile censored individuals saying, oh, why don't you just go get a real job like a regular nine to five like the rest of us?
	Well, I literally can't get a regular nine to five job because if I were to do that, they would probably find out where I was working.
	The left would dox my employer.
	They would smear me.
	They would threaten my employer with intimidation until I was fired.
	And who's going to hire somebody who is described as a terrorist online?
	Exactly.
	And this is what people need to understand.
	Even though it is happening to some high-profile journalists now, you guys are just patient zero in this social credit system that's going to be rolled out by China.

	Very important for everybody to understand what this is really about.
	As I was saying in the segment before Laura Loomer joined us, I was talking about how Joe Biden has been intricately connected to the The Global New World Order that's based on China.
	How his son and the son of John Kerry, when he was Secretary of State, got backing from the Communist Chinese Bank to set up this social credit system that is there.
	And if you don't understand what that is, this is what's going to be part of the 5G smart cities coming to America.
	Smart cities, because they know everything about you.
	And if they don't like what they know about you, you will not get a job, you will not travel, you will not get any bank loans, you won't even be able to speak on social media, as is what is already happening to many people in the independent press.
	Essentially, it's going to be like house arrest without the house.
	Google is already running a test in Toronto.

	Presumably that's where we're all going to be living if we fail the social credit score.
	This, Laura, is something that is a concern to everybody, not just to those of you featured in this documentary, Alex Jones, you, Paul Joseph Watson.
	You're just the first ones who have been singled out, who have been silenced, who have been removed and they're trying to take away your livelihood, your ability to work.
	But this is something that is coming for everybody.

	We've seen some aspects of this, but they're rapidly intensifying this.
	I mean, two months after they first took down Alex Jones, they took down 800 independent sites.
	Not all of them conservative, not all of them Trump supporters.
	They had sites like Free Thought Project, Cop Block, and we had a lot that were on the left who opposed endless wars.
	So this was a full spectrum thing and it's coming for the left as well and meanwhile we've got a lot of conservatives out there saying well don't worry this is just a free market at work and the market is going to fix itself.
	What do you say to them?
	I don't think it's really going to fix itself.
	I think that the issues that we're facing now rise above that because like you said, right, we're seeing people who are developing this very communist mentality whereby not only do we not deserve a platform, right?
	It's not just, oh, these people don't deserve to have a right to speak.
	I have people who are commenting in my Telegram channels and you can see the comments if you sign up for my Telegram channel saying that I deserve to be put in a death camp.
	There are radical leftists in my Telegram channel who are saying they wish that we would have modern day concentration camps to put Trump supporters and conservatives because we shouldn't be allowed to operate freely in society.
	And so unfortunately, right, this is much greater Uh, then just an issue with social media.
	And I, I predict that things are going to get very violent very soon because it's not just an issue of denying somebody access to Facebook or Twitter.
	I feel like people's civil rights are severely being violated.
	Okay.
	You have CEOs of major banks.
	Uh, look at, look at Chase Bank, for example.
	Um, Jamie, Jamie Dimon donating over a million dollars to the SPLC.
	And we know, we know that at their core, right, the executives who run these institutions where we hold our money, where they store our data, where they control our emails, right?
	They're all radical leftists.
	I mean, all of these people are undeniably on the left, right?
	And they are now being so open and so brazen about their anti-conservative viewpoints.
	And so I think... And they've already tried to use economic, you know, remove the ability of, say, gun owners, rather gun retailers, gun manufacturers.
	So we're going to take you out of our We're going to not let you do banking with us anymore and of course they've used that same tactic against many in the media that they don't like their speech.
	It's just a matter of time before they use that against individuals.
	Yeah and then the thing that I find to be most annoying is when people say oh well just go start your own social media company or just go start your own website.
	Yeah well give me a subsidy from the DARPA and the NSA and the CIA and I'll do that.
	That's wonderful, right?
	Until you have a situation like, let me give you my situation, for example, where you have CARE, the Council on American Islamic Relations, a terrorist organization, lobbying to shut me down.
	They are currently going around finding and targeting conservatives and Jews who are critical of Islam, and they are contacting their site providers and asking them to shut them down.
	So you can even see if you look at Care Oregon and their tweet history, you'll see a tweet in which they're openly tweeting to GoDaddy and Stripe and asking them to shut down certain conservative and Jewish individuals who they dislike, okay?
	And so that's happening, that's happening.
	And then what's gonna happen, right?
	What happens if this just continues to intensify?
	What, create your own bank, right?
	Are we going to reach a point in society sometime where you go to the hospital and they say, oh, sorry, no Trump supporters allowed.
	Create your own hospital, right?
	Give yourself your own surgery.
	I mean, we've already seen how far this has gone to the point where there are Trump administration officials who are denied service when they go out to eat in places like D.C.
	You have Maxine Waters, right, who is calling for Businesses to deny service to conservatives and for people who oppose President Trump to attack and harass Trump supporters in public.
	And this is only going to intensify.
	I just hope that people understand that this is not temporary.
	Things are going to get worse.
	And so when people tell me to stay positive and people say, oh, well, chin up, you know, things will get better.
	Things are not getting better.
	No, they're not.
	No, they're not.
	As a matter of fact, we had Chris Hughes last week, one of the co-founders of Facebook, say, look, this has always been the intention of Zuckerberg and others to create a monopoly.
	He said they have more power and they have more money than many governments, many countries, and he's using that to get more power.
	So you're not going to be able to fix it in a market situation.
	The market has been rigged.
	And I think a lot of people don't really realize how involved the CIA and many others who are in the intelligence community were in getting involved in the venture capital firms that help these guys get their monopoly.
	That was always the issue from the beginning.
	But I also find it interesting, and let me get your thoughts on this, Laura.
	Both Josh Hawley, a Republican Senator, as well as Blumenthal, a Democrat Senator, say that they thought that the fines against Facebook ought to be more than $5 billion.
	They're very outraged that Facebook violated people's privacy in order to sell them products.
	Where is the outrage when it comes to them violating people's fundamental rights of political speech and tampering in elections?
	And why aren't they calling for the Federal Elections Commission to do something about this instead of just the Federal Trade Commission?
	Well, unfortunately, these politicians are just all talk.
	You know, I used to have faith in Senator Josh Hawley, and I wish that I could sit here on this interview and tell you that I still have faith in Josh Hawley, but unfortunately he has recognize that the big tech censorship topic is a hot button for conservatives in this issue and he wants to present himself as some type of hero right in the halls of our of our government speaking out for us but what is he actually doing about it right when I saw Josh Howley at CPAC I actually kind of
	chased him down the hallway while he was talking to reporters about tech And I said, you know, I'm banned on practically every single social media platform.
	I'd love to talk with you.
	Not only did he not stop and even look me in my eyes to have a conversation with me, all of this is on my YouTube channel.
	It was all caught on video.
	But then his staff said, oh yeah, we'll definitely set up a meeting with you.
	Yeah, we know who you are.
	Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
	Just to, like, shoo me away.
	They haven't set up any meeting with me.
	I have not had my calls returned.
	I haven't heard from anybody from Senator Howley's office, right?
	And he keeps on- Well, just look at what happened right after Alex was the first one who was banned.
	And then they have these hearings on Capitol Hill.
	And Rubio is running the hearings but he doesn't want to talk to Alex Jones and he pretends that he doesn't know who Alex Jones is even and then Alex gets a hit because he confronts Marco Rubio and he confronts Oliver Darcy who's been trying to take him off the censor.
	I mean that's the double standard that we're seeing out there.
	Right, and then you have all these conservatives complaining about how CNN is advocating for the censorship of conservatives.
	Well, then maybe you shouldn't have banned me from CPAC when I confronted Oliver Darcy about why he was using his position at CNN to ban people like Alex Jones.
	I mean, look, conservatives eat their own, and unfortunately, like I said, this is only going to get worse.
	And if conservatives want to have any hope in surviving this before we're all sent to the gulags, You know, we need our representatives to actually put their money where their mouth is and step up and help some of us and fight for real solutions.
	Because I don't know, I really honestly can't name a single member of Congress or anybody in our government right now who has actually kept their word with regards to what they've said about tech censorship.
	I mean, Absolutely.
	You know, we have seen, you're talking about conservatives and libertarians eating their own.
	I mean, that's what we've seen with the trade issue.
	It's what we've seen with the border issue.
	Because we've got financial interest by big corporate donors to the GOP, they let these existential issues of free speech, of protecting our borders, of protecting our industry, they let all that stuff go.

	She's very right about it.
	Things are going to get violent.
	Not only do we have the government and major corporations in a very fascistic way teaming together in a public-private partnership to censor free speech, but we have many people at the grassroots level on the left Who not only want to silence everybody that they disagree with, but they want to get violent with the people that they disagree with.
	They're very different from what we've seen from the left in the past.
	People had embraced the ideas of Voltaire, who I would disagree with on pretty much everything except the importance of free speech.
	He said, no matter how much I disagree with you, I'd defend to the death your right to say it, as it's been paraphrased of what he wrote about for a long period of time.
	But we don't have people like that anymore.
	We don't have the left supporting free speech.
	They want to take it down.
	And we have the people on the right who are willing to sell us out to the big corporate interests.
	But Laura, I don't think there is a incompatibility between the free marketplace and free speech.
	As a matter of fact, I would say that free speech is vital to actually having a free marketplace.
	Wouldn't you?
	No, I agree with you.
	Yeah, and when we look at this, I mean, so many of these conservatives and libertarians are out there saying, I've seen John Stossel and others say, well, you know, Twitter, Facebook, they may take me off any day now, but they can do that.
	It's their private little playpen here.
	They can do whatever they want, as much as I wouldn't like that.
	I say no.
	You have to understand, as a conservative and as a libertarian, the role that government regulation is playing in this to establish these giant companies that I would argue are monopolies already.
	That certainly is their intention.
	I say that they're already at that status.
	But the government plays a very big role in that, in terms of regulation, protecting certain businesses who are politically appointed.
	And we have to understand that the government is pushing this censorship.
	They really are the source of this, and they're using these corporations as a beard, because in America they can't do it directly because of the First Amendment.
	Right, well I think that what people need to understand, and where this debate needs to go, is by educating people about how these companies, right, are, essentially they're protected because they receive protections through the understanding that they are platforms, right?
	But when you selectively choose and you discriminate in terms of which content you're going to host and you're not going to host, like when you allow for members of ISIS and Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood to have access to your platform, and post their terrorist activity and call for the killing of Americans, but then you brand American conservatives and Christians and Jews as terrorists and dangerous individuals, well, you're not a platform anymore, you're a publisher, okay?
	And so I think that these companies need to be stripped of their protections and people need to start viewing them like they're publishers and treating them like they're publishers, because only then will their entire model collapse.
	I mean, they are publishers.
	They are not platforms.
	And they are, I think, the public square.
	I mean, Jack Twitter has said that at least eight times in hearings, and we've got a Supreme Court decision that says even if the public square is privately owned, you can't kick people out of the public square, because that is our fundamental right.
	That's the principle on which America was built, the idea that we have basic human rights as human beings, and the government is created to protect those rights.
	I would say that just because Mark Zuckerberg's got a lot of money and a big corporation that he can steal my house, my car, he can't steal my more important possessions and that's my right to free speech.
	Right.
	Well, you know, if you recall Jack Dorsey's interview with Joe Rogan, right, he said that social media is a human right, and so social media and having access to these platforms, right, if you want to say that they're platforms, is a human right, well then technically speaking, Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg are committing millions of human rights violations by denying people access to these platforms and social media.
	I really do believe they are.
	As a matter of fact, when I was saying about Hawley and Blumenthal, you know, they're talking about, oh, you know, this privacy violation, that's a violation of human rights.
	Well, so is a violation of my free speech, that's a violation of human rights.

	ISIS extremists using Instagram.
	That's a Facebook property.
	That's where Zuckerberg said, well, we're going to ban Alex Jones, Laura Loomer, Paul Joseph Watson, Gavin McGinn.
	All these people, they're banned off of all of our properties.
	Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, so forth.
	Unless you're going to attack them.
	Slander them.
	Ah, then you're going to be allowed to do that.
	You can give them your 15 minutes of hate.

	But, you know, they also allow ISIS extremists, as the Telegraph, the UK Telegraph, points out.
	They're using Instagram to promote Jihad and cite support for terror attacks in the West.
	They said they're circumventing the platform security checks.
	Imagine that!
	Posting images and text celebrating the killing of kafirs, that's unbelievers and so forth.
	This will, part of this, I think, is to ring the bell for more control of the media.
	More control of social media.
	You have to understand The government exercised very strong indirect control of the media for a very long time, from the mid-20th century on, because of what they were able to do with broadcast licenses and TV licenses.
	There were a limited number of stations and so forth, and there were a limited number of networks, and they basically reported on what the CIA told them to report on.
	And ignored other things.
	They gave the perspective of the CIA, as we now get from Brennan and Clapper and CNN and so forth.
	They have now become pundits, doing it directly.
	They don't even have to send out the memos anymore.
	And they want to get back to that earlier day.
	They were very upset about the fact that as it was necessary for them, in order to put in the internet, it was necessary for them to open it up.
	And not only make it free of charge, But to allow people to have free speech, just get everybody to come in.
	Come into the ghetto.
	Come into the sandbox.
	And then they shut the gates on everybody.
	You know, look at how many years YouTube operated without making any revenue.
	And then look at, when you look at a video now, look at how many commercials you get served when you watch a video.
	Typically you'll get a couple of commercials at the beginning, and then you'll get more commercials if it's very long, more commercials in the middle.
	They never had any commercials for several years.
	Then they started editing a few of them, and now it's getting to be more and more and more, and they're shutting everything down.
	They were just putting out, you know, the free introductory offer that lasted for about a decade.
	Where'd this money come from?
	Well, you know, they were funded by Wall Street, they're funded by the venture capital firms, like the CIA's own venture capital firm.
	That's what we need to understand, and we need to understand how they're operating as a beard for the government.
	The government is giving them this 230 exemption saying, well, you're not really publishers, so you can put this stuff out here and not be held accountable, but we're going to tell you that you've got to shut down people within a certain amount of time, or for certain aspects, or because we allege that the election is being interfered with.
	You know who's interfering with the election?
	It's Facebook and Google and the things that they're doing.
	A good example of this is an individual, Ray Blanchard, He is a famed psychologist who specializes in gender dysphoria.
	Now we're getting into a very dangerous area.
	Because right now, we have the cultural Marxists are pushing this particular issue very hard.
	And you better not push back against the narrative that they're setting up for the public.
	They don't want that interfered with.
	That is the tip of the spear in how they're trying to remake culture right now.
	All the transgender issues.
	So you dare not say anything or tweet anything that they disagree with.
	That's going to push back against us.
	And this guy, who is a very well-known psychologist, did exactly that.
	And they banned him for a couple of days.
	And as Sohrab Amari said, Ray Blanchard Is the preeminent sexologist of his generation a profound scientific mind?
	He said, Conservatives, wake up!
	There is no neutral media.
	And there is no neutral market.
	This is naked politics as enmity.
	And some of you still cling to the idea that the market will fix it.
	That's a delusion.
	There isn't a market anymore.
	It is a monopoly.
	And it is a government-corporate partnership that is going to hold that monopoly in place.
	It'd be very easy to really allow a real 230 and say, all right, we're going to have a real free internet, we're going to have a free market, we're going to have free speech, and we're just going to say that because we have the First Amendment in America, you know, other countries might try to impose regulations on freedom.
	But we're not going to do that in America because we have a First Amendment.
	And so what we're going to do is we're going to say, well, you know, anybody can put up anything there.
	If they put up something that is criminal, then the police will be knocking at their door because they're posting that.
	They're posting their intention criminally.
	I mean, if somebody were to take out an ad in a print newspaper and say that they're going to commit a crime, would you expect that?
	And they put their name and address there.
	Do we think that the police would go to that person or would they go to the printer?
	And bust up his printing machines.
	Because that's what they're doing now.
	And so if they really wanted to have free speech, they'd say, well, anybody can put anything that they want to up there.
	We can sort out the real from the fake ourselves, thank you.
	We don't need Mark Zuckerberg to be the moderator of all speech globally.
	We can figure out what's real and what isn't real.
	And if it is criminal, the law enforcement can go by and do something about it.
	And it ought to be just that simple.
	If they're going to do something criminal, they investigate that.
	Otherwise, they stay out of it because we have a First Amendment.
	Really give them neutrality.
	But instead, the government is saying, no, no, we want you to take this out.
	We want you to take that out.
	We want you to do it within this time frame.
	And then there's a lot of stuff that is happening behind closed doors.
	You've seen that.
	You've seen that in the congressional hearings.
	Well, the Democrat Senator says, how is this InfoWars article trending?
	Why is that trending?
	How did you put that out?
	Well, let me, can we talk about this privately behind closed doors after the hearing, Senator or Congressman or whatever?
	They are making the demands overtly and covertly to take down certain information.
	And just understand, as I've said many times, this is what we've always seen against third party and independent candidates going back for decades.
	You gotta jump through extra hoops to get on the ballot.
	Once you get on the ballot, they would use the press organizations to run the debates.
	The press organization would determine who's going to be allowed in the debate.

	And they're a private organization, so they can exclude whoever they wish.
	That is a model that they used for decades.
	And that is the model on which they based these internet monopolies.
	Again, as Sohrab Amari said, Brexit and Trump voters understood all of this intuitively before I did.

	And he's right, we did.
	I've been saying this for a very long time.

	They blocked his account for a couple of days.
	He's the world's leading researcher, one of them, one of the world's leading researchers on transgender people, and he noted, he said, I've come to realize that Twitter does not care whether a tweet is factually correct, but only whether it is offensive to a favored group of Twitter users, in this case, transgender dysphorics.
	Yeah, of course they don't care whether it's true or not, and they should not be the judges of whether or not it is factually correct.
	That should be what we judge.
	We're capable of it.

	So, what was the sin of Ray Blanchard?
	He banned for 24 hours until there was a popular outcry.
	Many people on the left joined with him as well, because this is an individual who, for 15 years, from 1995 to 2010, he directed the clinical sexology services and the law and mental health program at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto, Canada.
	He was also an adjunct professor of psychiatry at the University of Toronto.
	He's very well known in the field.
	He is sympathetic to people who want to change their sex.
	But what he had to say about transgenderism, whether they understood it or not, they immediately took him down.
	I mean, he's even promoted the idea in 2000 that sex reassignment surgery should be covered by public health insurance plans.
	He's very sympathetic to transgenders.
	But here's what he had to say that got him taken down.
	Somebody asked him What is your actual position on transgender people?
	He said, well, here are the six elements that I see about this.
	And he goes on a list of several tweets.
	And because he put this stuff out, Twitter immediately shut him down.
	And here's what he had to say.
	He said, number one, transsexualism and milder form of gender dysphoria are types of mental disorder.
	Mental disorder.
	Which may leave the individual with average or even above average functioning in unrelated areas of life.
	Number two, sex change surgery is still the best treatment for carefully screened adult patients whose gender dysphoria has proven resistant to other forms of treatment.
	Number three, sex change surgery should not be considered for any patient until that patient has reached the age of 21 years and has lived at least two years in the desired gender role.
	Number four, gender dysphoria is not a sexual orientation.
	But it is virtually always preceded or accompanied by an atypical sexual orientation in males, either homosexuality or autogynephilia, sexual arousal of the thought or image of oneself as a female.
	Said five, there's two main types of gender dysphoria in males, and traditionally the great bulk of female to male transsexuals have been homosexual and erotic object choice.
	And finally, six, he said the sex of a post-operative transsexual should be analogous to a legal fiction.
	This legal fiction would apply to some things, for example, sex designation on a driver's license, but not to others, such as entering a sports competition as one's adopted sex.
	Now think about this.
	This is a guy who is, he's studied this for a very long time, he is one of the leading authorities on it, and he says certain things that they don't want said.
	He said, first of all, it is a type of mental disorder.
	And he said this is a mental disorder that if we want to help these people, he even advocated that the government might pay for sex change operations.
	But then he goes on to say that should not happen until the person is an adult and has had a lot of time to think about this.
	Living that way for at least two years and so forth.
	He also said it's not a sexual orientation.
	That's something they don't like.
	He also said that if they change, if they go through all this, Then it should be treated as a legal fiction.
	So you can identify them in some legal documents, but you don't let them compete.
	You don't let a man compete as a woman in athletic contests.
	That type of thing.
	You treat it as a legal fiction.
	But you understand that there is still a biological difference.
	So he's saying it is a biological difference.
	They shouldn't be allowed to compete.
	We can treat it as a legal fiction.
	It is a mental disorder and so forth.
	But we, you know, he wants to help people with that.
	He says we'll even let them do sex change operations, even advocates of the government pay for, because he's a Canadian.
	But we would help them with that, but only if they're adults.
	And see, this is where the left really pushes back against this.
	You cannot say that this is something that's going to be done by consenting adults.
	Because a very vital part of this whole transgender movement is to come after children.
	As I said many times, they're pushing this on kids at very, very young ages, way before puberty.
	I talked to the father who's, you know, had a divorce.
	The mother wanted the child, his son, to transition.
	He's got a website, by the way, if you want to help him.
	He needs your help.

	But they have basically, you've got a judge who has entered this and said, you will refer to him by feminine pronouns, even though this child does not identify as female when he's with the father, anybody other than the mother.
	Before they divorced, he found out the mother was dressing him up in girls clothes, pushing this on the child.
	But the judge has said, put a gag order on him, telling him what he can and cannot say to his son.
	Telling him what activities a child can participate in.
	And then saying that he is going to be forced to pay for the chemical castration of his son at the age of eight.
	And he said, I will go to jail first.
	And he could really use your help.

	But this is why this is such a vital issue for them.
	They want to pretend There's a couple of different issues here.
	First of all, they want to completely destroy any parental rights, any say-so of parents in the raising of their children.
	Whether it's your concern or your input as far as the kind of health care that a child gets, informing you as to whether or not your daughter is going to have an abortion.
	No, no, no.
	Can't do any of that.
	You can't be involved even if your child is told that they are different gender at school and pushing that.
	They're going to put a gag order on you.
	And they're going to do this to kids way, way before they get to puberty.
	Don't tell me that these kids understand these complex issues.
	We all know that they don't.
	And what is this aimed at, ultimately?
	It's not even aimed, ultimately, at even the primary objective, I think, is not even aimed at destroying parental rights in the family.
	I think it's really aimed at the, this is something that's being pushed by pedophiles.
	If you can say that you consent and you are responsible enough to make a decision about your gender, and remember, this is a guy who has studied this for decades with leading experts and says, let's not let anybody do this.
	Until they have done it for years, until they are adult, 21.
	And we say, oh, you can't have a gun, you can't drive, you can't do this, you can't do that, you can't have alcohol until you're 21.
	But you can change your sex irreversibly at 7 or 8.
	They do that because if the child can make that kind of decision, then all of the statutory rape laws, all of the pedophile laws are out the door.
	Because those are all based on the idea that at a certain age, they can't consent to sex.
	Statutory rape says before a certain age, even if the child says, yeah, yeah, consents to sex, they can't.
	They can't.
	They're not responsible enough to do that.
	But they're going to say that a child that is six or seven, for example, this case out of the UK, you've got a British judge giving his approval to the foster parents of a transgender child who transitioned to their new gender at just three years old!
	Three years old!
	The two parents already had a seven-year-old biological child that had transgendered at seven.
	Then they become foster parents of a child at three.
	This child can barely talk!
	What are the chances that you've got two children under the care of these parents, not even biologically related, and both of these kids want to transition?
	That is coming from the parents.
	It's being pushed on these kids.
	That is child abuse in the extreme.
	I've been doing a lot of research into Google and YouTube censorship, and I've noticed that there's one type of video that is the most censored, the most buried, the most suppressed.
	And that's the videos where you saw in 2016 election night all the arrogant leftist authoritarians like the Young Turks and others get so butthurt when Trump won.
	They don't want us to have that victory.

	I just have to say a little bit more about this article that I got to this particular case out of the UK.
	I just got to the end of the last segment.
	A British judge giving approval to foster parents to transition a child to a different sex that is only three years old.
	This is their foster child.
	They had, these two parents, already had a seven-year-old biological child who had changed their gender from boy to girl just months earlier.
	Then they were going to do it to this three-year-old.
	When the three-year-old turned four and was sent to school, he was sent wearing a girl's uniform despite the school expressly asking the parents to stop him from doing so.
	They began to investigate this and they believe that the parents were actively encouraging the children to change genders and had manipulated them.
	Do you think?
	Do you think if you've got a three-year-old that is doing this, that is not even related to the other child, as soon as this three-year-old gets into their foster care, they start telling this, they start manipulating this child into a gender change?
	Of course that's the case.
	What are the chances of that happening?
	Two children, unrelated.
	Common thread is the parents, and they're pushing this.
	It was later found that a third child that was fostered by the couple had also experienced gender issues, but only while staying with them.
	Again, as this psychologist who was taken off of Twitter Ray Blanchard said, this is a mental disorder.
	We can try to help people who are adult patients, but don't do this to people before they're 21 years old, until they have lived with this for a while.
	But they're doing this to kids.
	They are doing it to the kids.
	This is not natural.
	This is not coming from the kids.
	This is not even the kids' mental disorder.
	This is the parents' mental disorder.
	And so they took it to a judge and the judge in the UK ruled on the case and said, quote, the evidence from almost all sources of how the children are prospering in the care of these two provides very powerful support to the contention that they are good parents.
	This is sick, folks.
	This is a sick society that we're looking at.
	And when you look at this shooting that just happened, The STEM shooting.
	The school of science, technology, engineering, math.
	The STEM school Highlands Ranch outside of Denver.
	The two individuals that were there, the shooters, check all of the Democrat boxes.
	Trump haters, check.
	Christian haters, check.
	One of them, illegal alien, check.
	Transgender, check.
	Gun control advocate, check.
	All those boxes, check.
	And now it turns out that the father of one of the two suspects arrested in the murder of one individual, six or seven others were shot in that process, one of the two suspects is a twice-deported illegal alien with a history of domestic violence, Jose Quintana.
	A 33-year-old border-jumping Mexican, reports New American, it's also reported by the Daily Mail, is the father of quote-unquote Alec McKinney, whose real name is Maya, but she calls herself a boy.
	So one of the two shooters was transgender, the other one was writing on social media all the time about how he hated, how he's a homosexual, he hated Christians and hated Trump and so forth.
	And so the question put out by New American is, does the twisted domestic turbulence that McKinney grew up in explain the mental condition and the role in the shooting?
	The Daily Mail found out that this guy who's 33 years old, he's crossed the border illegally many times,
	The same year that Alec, actually Maya, was born in 2003, that same year cops charged this illegal alien, Jose Quintana, the father, with attempted kidnapping, menacing with a weapon, evading police in a car, driving without a valid license.
	Oh yeah, why would you get a license, right?
	You don't need to get any permission to get across the border.
	Why would he bother with that?
	But menacing with a weapon, evading police in a car, and the person that he menaced with a weapon was his wife.
	So growing up in an environment like that, as this doctor, Raymond Blanchard would say, Ray Blanchard would say, you know, it's a mental disorder.
	It probably is a reflection of the environment that this person was in.
	And now this, you know, involved in the shooting in Denver.
	I want to talk about another disorder that is affecting our society, and that is the legal drug issue.
	Yeah, we have the War on Drugs.
	It was created by the United Nations.
	As I've pointed out many times, 1961, they created the four schedules.
	They put the drugs in the four schedules.
	Ten years later, Richard Nixon puts his name on it, puts America's name on it, calls it his War on Drugs, and turns in his homework assignment for the United Nations.
	You just need to understand that, conservatives.
	This whole war on drugs that has failed for nearly 50 years is a UN agenda.
	And it has made the drug situation worse.
	It has destroyed our Constitution.
	It has corrupted our law enforcement officers.
	It has corrupted our Justice Department.
	It has caused us to lock up more people than any other country in history.
	Not only a higher percentage of people, but more people in prison than even Communist China.
	Maybe they've exceeded that now that they're locking people up in various communities with their social credit score.
	But prior to that, more in absolute numbers than even the more populist Communist Chinese.
	That's the legacy of the war on drugs.
	And a destroyed constitution because they have absolutely no authority to do that.
	As we saw when they had to have a constitutional amendment to prohibit alcohol.
	But there's also the issue of the other drugs that are in society.
	And we're going to talk about what's going on with the massive corruption In legal generic drugs, the collusion that is involved in that is every bit as bad as what we're seeing going on with the opioid epidemic.
	Now these are generic drugs that aren't in and of themselves necessarily the same type of harmful drugs that we have with opioids.
	I mean the opioids are toxic poison and no more effective than over-the-counter pain medication.
	But these are generic drugs and there now is a movement by more than 40 states to come after these big pharmaceutical companies saying that they colluded together to raise drug prices by a massive amount.
	Before I get to that, I just want to talk about this $2 billion lawsuit against Bayer.
	Now Bayer bought, I guess it was last year they bought Monsanto.
	Monsanto's product, trade name Roundup, but it goes by the name of Glyphosate, and it is also packaged by other people.
	It has been alleged, going back to the 1980s, that it creates a particular type of cancer, a particular type of lymphoma.
	There have now been three trials where the juries have reached the verdict, one after the other.
	That these people had cancer, a specific type of cancer, the same type of cancer that was given to them by their use of glyphosate.
	In one of those, the jury awarded about 80 million dollars.
	In another one, they awarded about 260, I believe.
	And in this one, a couple who are suffering from this cancer, the jury just awarded yesterday two billion with a B. Two billion dollars to this couple.
	Now I want to ask you, Why is it that we don't have any big jury awards for vaccine damage?
	Well, they were protected from that, right?
	Even still, we have a lot of people who were injured, who were killed from vaccine injuries.
	You never hear about that.
	$110 million paid out in the first quarter of this year.
	More than $4 billion have been paid out, but very, very small damages compared to what's happening now with Roundup.
	And Monsanto.
	I bet Bayer probably wishes that they hadn't bought that company.
	Like I said before, they should take a couple of aspirin.
	Maybe they should not take that.
	Maybe they should have lavender oil to calm down.

	you Welcome back, as we're talking about Bayer.
	The bad news for Bayer is not just the lawsuits.
	One for $80-something million, another for $260 million, another one now for $2 billion.
	No, there was more news that came out yesterday.
	It turns out, based on a Reuters story, that Bayer, who bought Monsanto last year for $63 billion, so the price is rapidly going up for that acquisition, Bear said on Monday that it's Monsanto Unit.
	is being investigated by French prosecutors for compiling files of influential people like journalists in France who were concerned about this issue that they're now losing in court case after court case saying that use of Roundup, use of glyphosates causes people to develop non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and understand that glyphosate has worked its way into the food and water supply In a very insidious way.
	You can find it in some degree or the other in most food products that we have and in your water.
	That's one of the reasons why we use a water filter in our home because if you're in a rural area, it's going to work its way down into the aquifer because so many farmers are using it.
	And of course it's had devastating effects even if it didn't cause cancer, even if it didn't cause non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
	It caused a lot of suicides by farmers in India.
	Because they bought into this, you know, they buy into this thing.
	It's a weed killer and then it's paired with Monsanto's genetically modified crops that are not harmed by glyphosate.
	So you poison your land to everything other than Monsanto's own copyrighted crops.
	And then you become a serf to them.
	That's why it's so profitable.
	That's why even with all these, this legislation pending, Bayer was willing to pay 63 billion dollars for the company because it's so profitable.
	Because they copyright the food and poison the land for all other types of food and poison nearby farms with overspray with that.
	I mean it's a very insidious business model.
	And when we look at this, and when we look at the way that the government has partnered with these giant corporations making incredible amounts of money, we have, don't forget, that we had Obama, the Obama administration, Pushed back against the Dark Act and other things that were set up to stop genetic modification and use of pesticides.
	They wanted to make sure that people at local and state jurisdictions, which is where they were losing elections, they would come in and they would ban these types of pesticides and products and genetic modification crops.
	They did that on, when they did it in local elections or state elections, Even though Monsanto was putting massive amounts of money in, they were still losing.
	Because people didn't want to take that kind of risk.
	So they went to Washington and they called it, the nickname by its opponents was the Dark Act.
	And what they said was, in Washington we're going to shut down your ability to do this at the local level.
	Well, they don't have the authority to do that.
	That's one of the most important things about the pushback against marijuana prohibition.
	That one little part of the unconstitutional war on drugs shows us that if we stand on our constitutional authority, the power that is still kept by the states and so forth.
	You look at Jeff Sessions, the only thing that he was concerned about was shutting down medical marijuana.
	And he couldn't do it.
	Because if he really pushed that case, it would push it into a constitutional challenge, and it would have exposed the entire war on drugs as a fraud.
	And not only that, but all these other regulations that are put on us out of Washington, whether it's food or gun control or these other issues, they don't have the authority to do this.
	I've got an article here from WND saying almost all FDA rules are unconstitutional.
	No, the FDA is unconstitutional.
	There's no authority for the government to tell us what drugs we can and cannot have.
	And I mean, that includes drugs that are not for recreational use.
	Especially drugs that are not for recreational use.
	If it's a medical drug, I should have the ability to take that if I want.
	Informed consent.
	Or not take drugs that I don't want.
	Not have that forced upon me.
	The point that the Pacific Legal Foundation is making is that nearly three-fourths of the rules from the Health and Human Services Department, 71% of them, they said, are unconstitutional.
	Why?
	Because the people that are issuing them, they're saying that low-level officials don't have the constitutional authority to issue these regulations.
	As they say, the Constitution requires significant government decisions must be made solely by principal officers appointed by the President after Senate confirmation.
	Issuing a regulation with the force of law is one of those actions that only principal officers can perform.
	Well, I agree with that.
	It's the Appointments Clause in the Constitution that says that the appointed officers in the executive branch may issue regulations that are binding on the public and only properly appointed officers may do that.
	Well that's true, but they can only do that in areas in which they have been granted authority to act and telling us what medication we can and cannot take or what medication we must take out of Washington.
	That's the dangerous issue.
	One of the things you need to realize about this movement to push mandatory vaccines based on a measles panic is that This is, I think, part of this is to prepare us to live in a pre-crime world.
	I mean, think about it.
	This is not even quarantining people who are sick with the disease.
	But they're saying that based on our opinion, you may come down with this disease.
	So we're going to take action against you, quarantining you out of the public space, putting you in jail, hitting you with massive fines.
	We're going to do all of that before you even get sick.
	See, this is pre-crime.
	This is training us to live our lives as pre-crime slaves.
	That's an important part of this.
	Taking out all individual liberty, all individual rights, assuming powers to regulate aspects of our lives that Washington doesn't have any authority to do.
	I mean, we can talk about how regulations are supposed to be created, and yet this is an area of our lives that they don't have any authority to regulate under the Constitution, under the 9th and 10th Amendment.
	But to show you how bad this can get when massive amounts of money are involved, and that's one of the things that should cause you to be skeptical about all the ask your doctor ads and all the media companies that are pushing the measles panic and mandatory vaccines, you should be concerned about the massive amounts of money that are involved.
	CBS reports a sweeping lawsuit accusing top generic drug companies of price-fixing.
	They say it might be the biggest price-fixing scheme in US history.
	On Friday, Connecticut and a coalition of more than 40 states filed a 500-page lawsuit accusing the biggest generic drug manufacturers.
	These are generic drugs!
	Of a massive systematic conspiracy to bilk consumers out of billions of dollars.
	Congress established the generic drug industry back in 1984 in an effort to try to push drug prices down.
	But in a single year, 1,215 different generics, many of them the most prescribed drugs, jumped on average more than 400% in just one year.
	That's four times the price.
	As the Connecticut Attorney General William Tong said, he was asked, how many drugs are we talking about?
	He said, well, hundreds and hundreds of drugs.
	He went on to say between 2013 and 2014, a bottle of doxycycline, for example, shot up 8,281 percent from $20 to more than $1,800.
	If I'm correct, I think doxycycline is just an antibiotic.
	And it's a generic.
	The patent has expired on it.
	That's by definition a generic.
	A bottle of asthma medication, albuterol sulfate, jumped more than 4,000% from $11 to $434.
	A cholesterol drug was up by more than 500% from $27 a bottle to $196.
	And this is happening across the board.
	And what they're saying is, these drug companies colluded with each other to raise the prices.
	Understand the profit motive here.
	And do your own research when it comes to these issues.
