	Yesterday I spent a great deal of the program talking about the fake, biased, and conspiracy-inspired Pointer Institute.
	These are some of the people who as the Southern Poverty Law Center, the go-to shills for the media to quote-unquote label and fact-check people.
	Southern Poverty Law Center has been the go-to site to label people as hateful.
	Remember that because of their hate map and because of their hate lists they had an individual Take a gun to the Family Research Council to try to shoot people.
	He said, well, I thought I could get in.
	I carried in a bag of Chick-fil-A and I thought they would let me in if I had Chick-fil-A.
	You found our weak spot.
	That's Christians.
	They just can't stay away from Chick-fil-A.
	No, but seriously, he went there to kill people because of the Southern Poverty Law Center's labels.
	Labels mean things.
	And now we have seen massive, after my program, We had more recriminations taken by Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg.
	We're going to take a look at that.
	Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson.
	Milo, Laura Loomer, many, many people shut down.
	Some of them racist, but of course there are some racist out there that they didn't touch.
	But we're not racist here, quite frankly.
	The people who see nothing but race, who use race as a tactic to silence people, they're the ones who are dangerous, quite frankly.
	You need to understand that.
	People out there who are recklessly using labels and that's what the establishment and the left really excel at.
	They excel at labels because they have a massive media organization.
	They can all repeat that label in a big echo chamber and then it sticks and that's how they tar and feather you.
	And so we're going to take a look at what's behind that.
	You know today, this morning, I tweeted out the people who Say that don't like free speech, they don't like the free press, they call that dangerous.
	If you have an analysis of events that disagrees with the government's narrative, if your analysis is better, then you are denounced as a conspiracy theorist if you point out any holes in the government's official story or the official narrative.
	And of course, if they reject your values, like traditional marriage, then you are labeled as a hate group.
	And that was why the Southern Poverty Law Center had labeled the Family Research Council as a hate group.
	Simply because they had embraced traditional marriage.
	One man, one woman.
	And that's not even a strictly Christian principle.
	That has been embraced historically by all cultures, by all religions, even by the Greeks, where homosexuality was tolerated and very open.
	They still defined marriage between one man and one woman.
	And quite frankly, they lost that debate, even in California, even with the millions of dollars poured in by Tim Cook and his subsidy from Apple Computer.
	In California, He paid millions of dollars to push that agenda in California.
	And even in liberal California, the gay marriage agenda lost by a vast majority.
	So they went to the Supreme Court.
	And they foisted it upon us.
	And they have no right to do that.
	There's nothing in the Constitution that gives the Supreme Court the right to legislate from the bench.
	But this is the way this works.
	And they can get away with that.
	Because of the echo chamber of the mainstream media.
	So today, what we're going to do is we're going to talk about some of the people who are behind this.
	You know, the question is, who fact checks the fact checkers?
	Who watches the watchers?
	How did these people become gatekeepers?
	Why were they chosen?
	Well, here's a clue.
	For the same reason they chose Dennis Hastert to become Speaker of the House.
	He was a known pedophile.

	They don't want us to remember what political action did.
	And that's why the globalists, Hillary and others, are trying to shut InfoWars down.

	Well, after the program yesterday, after I was talking about the Poynter Institute, yes, you've never heard of them, and I know that none of you care what their opinion is about people in the mainstream media.
	You can make up your own mind.
	You're adults, you can read, you can think.
	They don't want you to see certain things, they don't want you to hear certain things, and they certainly don't want you speaking about what you think about those things you see and hear.
	See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil about the government, about the establishment, about their agenda, about their narrative.
	And so the tools that they're using for this, not just the Southern Poverty Law Center, they've now been thoroughly discredited as hypocrites.
	And I've been reporting about the Southern Poverty Law Center and its hypocrisy and what a sham it is for the entire time I've been here at InfoWars.
	And talking about how they were the prophets of hate.
	And it was spelled P-R-O-F-I-T-S.
	Millions of dollars in offshore accounts while they were guilty of what they were accusing everybody else of.
	Hate, sexual harassment, discrimination.
	I had pointed out that more sedice had begun.
	defending the Ku Klux Klan.
	That was his only involvement in the 1960s civil rights movement, was to defend the Ku Klux Klan that had shown up to the bus riders in Birmingham, had burned their bus, had beaten the people, and it was Morse Deese who defended them, and made quite a bit of money.
	But he found out that he could make more money with direct mail, so he left the practice of law.
	He was not involved in the rest of the Civil Rights Movement.
	If he had been, he probably would have been defending the Ku Klux Klan, as long as they had money to pay him.
	Nothing but a prostitute.
	And then he got back involved in politics in the Carter campaign.
	He offered his services.
	He had set up a very lucrative direct mail business.
	He offered his services in exchange for the Democrat Party's mailing list of donors.
	And then he reinvented himself as a champion of civil rights.
	Many people recognized what a fraud he was, but now everybody knows it.
	So they need a new shill out there to work for the government, to work for the press, to give them a third-party disclaimer.
	So here's the way that it works, folks.
	You have these organizations like the Poynter Institute, like Indiana University, And their Truthy or Not, their Hoaxy Project, and so forth.
	Oh, so me, their Observatory on Social Media Project.
	They go out there, these shills, the Poynter Institute, like I said, and this little organization, and Indiana University.
	They go out and they will identify the enemies of the state, the enemies of the left.
	The enemies of the establishment, the military-industrial complex, the people.
	It's not just conservatives.
	It's not just Trump supporters.
	I've pointed this out many times.
	It is people we saw after Infowars was first banned off of social media August of last year, two months later.
	There were 800 sites that were taken down.
	Now the majority of them were Trump supporters, the majority of them were conservative, because they were pushing back against the military-industrial complex.
	And many of them were Trump supporters because they supported what President Trump had said as a candidate, that he wasn't going to get involved in foreign wars.
	But a lot of the organizations that were shut down two months after InfoWars was shut down last year, in October, just before the election, a lot of those organizations were libertarian organizations that simply oppose the police state, the surveillance state, the perpetual war machine.
	They oppose things like the Patriot Act, the dragnet surveillance of everybody.
	They were shut down.
	Some of them had been applauding the censorship of Infowars, as a matter of fact, until they got the news themselves.
	And so you have to understand what is really behind this.
	Broaden your thinking.
	These organizations, the Poynter Institute, the Oh So Me, they are used as beards so that Facebook can do what Facebook wants to do or Twitter can do what Twitter wants to do.
	They give them plausible deniability.
	Facebook and Twitter and Google, all these different companies that are engaging in censorship, they have plausible deniability, they provide plausible deniability To the people who really want this to happen.
	And that's NATO, the military-industrial complex, the Atlantic Council, NATO's think tank and so forth.
	Those are the people who are ultimately behind this.
	And you can see that very clearly if you look at the hearings that took place right after Alex Jones had been taken off all at once by all these different social media companies.
	The hearings in Washington.
	Alex attended the hearings in Washington.
	Did Marco Rubio or those people invite Alex to testify?
	No.
	Had anybody been removed at that point besides Alex?
	No.
	People had been shadow banned, but nothing to the extent that InfoWars had had.
	And of course, InfoWars was the biggest and highest profile case.
	Alex was there.
	They didn't invite him to come.
	As a matter of fact, even though he was there, They didn't invite him to testify, they didn't ask him any questions.
	As a matter of fact, when Marco Rubio was approached by Alex Jones in the hall, he pretended not to know who Alex was.
	And then later he said, yeah, I know who he is.
	He was lying to everybody, like he always does.
	If he really wanted to get to the bottom of it, he would have had Alex testify, would have asked him questions about that.
	Didn't want to.
	Wanted to pretend that Alex wasn't there.
	And when you saw the questions that were asked, Marco Rubio and these people, the military-industrial complex, always pushing foreign wars everywhere.
	He asked questions of Zuckerberg and other people who were there.
	Like, you're not going to censor for the Chinese, right?
	You're going to censor for us.
	And we see this happening with 5G.
	They don't really care about our privacy.
	They want to make sure that the 5G companies From the service providers to the manufacturers are going to be sending this information to them in Washington.
	They want to make sure that it isn't going to the Chinese.
	You're going to be our spies, our controllers for the US government, right?
	And of course they don't care about what the health effects of that are going to be either.
	They've already passed a 1996 Telecommunications Act to hold, to make sure that you cannot object at the local level
	to the presence of antenna cell phone tower clusters and of course 5G is going to be antenna clusters everywhere and again they have no right to do that under the Constitution and we can stop that we can stop that at the local level just like state and local governments have stopped their unconstitutional war on drugs that was pushed by the United Nations so we can act at the local level
	to stop this federal overreach but you have to understand that these people these people are the gloves around the hidden hand That is really strangling our free speech, and that's the government.
	This is happening because the government's everywhere demanding this.
	It began a couple of years ago.
	They said, well, you're going to take down anybody we say so, and we want you to do it in a certain amount of time.
	We saw that in the European Union.
	They alluded to that in the United States.
	Here they have to be more careful because we do have this First Amendment.
	If they're seen to be acting directly, Ah, then people would challenge them in court, but they've already been challenged in court for this.
	We already have a Supreme Court president that could be used by the Trump administration if President Trump would wake up!
	Get a brain, get a spine, President Trump!
	This is an existential issue for you personally!
	These same tactics, these same people, using these dragnet surveillance tactics, they're same people who came after you, the Russian collusion thing, and if you take away free speech, Your supporters' free speech, the people in the press who push back and who have exposed this Russiagate thing as a hoax from the very beginning, if you take a powder and you start celebrating about the fact that you've won with your Attorney General, you're going to lose.
	You're going to lose.
	And we're all going to lose, much more than just one elected official.
	Because no matter what President Trump does, no matter how good he is, he's just there temporarily.
	We're all here temporarily.
	In one way or the other.
	Alright, we're going to be right back and I'm going to show you why these people were selected.
	And we also have the Poynter Institute, after we spent a lot of time yesterday talking about this, they pulled their list.

	They pulled the list yesterday.

	Breitbart had the story because they were one of the 500-plus organizations.
	So was Drudge!
	This is why he picked it up, I'm sure.
	But of course, InfoWars is on there, so you have InfoWars, Breitbart, Drudge, The Daily Caller.
	LifeSite, Judicial Watch, Zero Hedge, Project Veritas, 500 plus organizations, WND, they had an article about it as well.
	And I said, what kind of nonsense is this?
	You know, they had everybody labeled and they would label you either fake, or biased, or conspiracy, or hate.
	So you get just one of those, if they determine that.
	And you're on the list.
	Well, who made this list, as I pointed out yesterday?
	It was, for the most of them, they cited a single source.
	That single source was Open Sources.
	What is that?
	Well, that was a blank website.
	But that list was curated, as Breitbart pointed out in their article, curated by a single assistant professor from Merrimack College.
	I've never even heard of Merrimack College.
	Melissa Zimdars.
	And she's written such stellar academic papers such as, The Consequences and Contradictions of Televising Fatness in the Obesity Epidemic.
	Oh wow, that's important.
	Also, Having It Both Ways.
	Two and a Half Men, Entourage, and the Televising of Juvenile Post-Feminist Masculinity.
	Ah, you understand where she's coming from, right?
	Hard Left Marxist Feminist.
	And so she's out there labeling people as hateful organizations.
	Any organization that she hates.
	You know, you're too masculine.
	We got to embrace post-feminism or whatever.
	I don't know.
	Whatever her mental illness is.
	But she's also had believed that the Southern Poverty Law Center was a credible organization.
	Used their hate map, as I pointed out.
	Now the Southern Poverty Law Center is no longer credible.
	You have to have people like her, people like the Poynter Institute, and I pointed out how the Poynter Institute, interestingly enough...
	Was fake!
	That's a fake!
	They build themselves as the world's preeminent journalist school.
	So it's not even a journalism school.
	They have a couple of seminars.
	At most they can put between six and two hundred people in one of these seminars if they get the right.
	They're very proud of their building.
	They've got a nice architectural building because they've been showered with money by people like the Koch brothers and Soros and NPR, Washington Post.
	Disney, USA Today, McClatchy, all the big media establishment people have showered them, and they have been embraced by Facebook and Twitter as fact checkers.
	Well, check the fact that it's not even a school of journalism.
	Check the fact that they're filled with conspiracy theories themselves, and hate for people that they disagree with.
	And if they disagree with you, they call you biased.
	Biased.
	See, Drudge was biased.
	And as I've said many times, anybody that tells you in journalism, here's journalism 101, let's just call it truth 101, the truth about journalism 101, the first elementary class, any journalist, any news organization, any professional journalism school that tells you that they're unbiased, that tells you that they are objective and don't have an opinion, are lying to themselves and lying to you.
	And these people, I think, know that they're lying to you.
	And then, of course, they had nothing to say about CNN.
	CNN, they're trusted.
	They're the world's most trusted source, according to Poynter, I guess.
	You know, the same people who were selling us the lies about Russiagate hoax for the last couple of years.
	Same people who had conspiracy theories about flight MH370 and UFOs, and they just disappeared in this area.
	Maybe, vroom, vroom, vroom, they had a little model plane and UFOs.
	They sold us the lies about Syria gas attacks, the false flags there.
	They sold us lies about the false flag Skripal gas attack to try to get the war going there.
	As a matter of fact, Syria has been siding with the Trump administration to try to get us involved in a war in Venezuela.
	Oh yeah, okay.
	That might give you a clue as to who is behind all of this censorship and control of speech.
	As I said before, it's not simply Trump and conservatives.
	It's Trump and America First nationalists who want to put America's interests first, who want to, as President Trump said when he was a candidate, but he hasn't done this, who want to put America first, who want to get us out of these endless foreign wars.
	It looks like he's turned now.
	But the people who have been pushing all that stuff, of course, they are reliable.
	Now, interestingly enough, this morning, I saw about 24 hours after the show, RT, of course, they were on the list as well of 500 plus media outlets that nobody should ever advertise with.
	That's the point, to create an economic blacklist, a McCarthyism tactic.
	We're going to blacklist people economically.
	We're not going to debate them.
	That's the thing.
	I mean, I didn't disagree.
	Certainly, communism was well entrenched in Hollywood at the time that Joseph McCarthy was pointing that out.
	But I disagreed with his tactics.
	And that's what we're talking about.
	We're talking about McCarthyism.
	And so, as RT pointed out, The Poynter Institute, put the Institute in air quotes, the Poynter people have retracted this list of unreliable news sources.
	They actually called the list the Un-News Index.
	They said it'll be useful for advertisers that want to stop funding misinformation because you don't want to be embarrassed by the people that you... So don't fund anybody outside of CNN, Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS, NPR.
	Don't fund anybody outside of that.
	Washington Post, New York Times, they'll tell you the truth but nobody else will.
	They want to establish this little oligarchy of the media that was used by the CIA for a long time.
	The Mockingbird Press, Operation Mockingbird.
	Now they've got CIA and NSA shills directly giving it to you.
	They're not even ashamed of how they manipulate and lie to us.
	They openly talk about it, and that includes President Trump's people as well.
	Gina Haspel, who did the torturing.
	The criminal torturing, violation of law, constitution, and morality.
	And the end product of that, for all you people who don't care about law and morality, the end product of that was bad intelligence lies that got us involved in Iraq.
	Selling that lies of the weapons of mass destruction.
	You know how they got those lies?
	Well, that was fed to them by Gina Haspel and the CIA.
	And when the people started to realize, when they first realized that it was a product of torture, they said, we've been had.
	We've been had.
	As we go back and we unroll this, you know, 15 years later, whatever, they realize they were had at that point.
	So anyway, Pointer has now retracted that list.
	Here's what they had to say.
	We regret that we failed to ensure the data was rigorous before publication and we apologize for the confusion and the agitation caused by its publication.
	Oh yeah, good for you.
	Okay.
	It was not, they failed to ensure the data was rigorous.
	In other words, the fact checkers didn't check their facts.
	And they blacklisted over 500 news organizations.
	Tried to destroy them.
	And now they come back and say, well, we didn't really do the fact-checking.
	They said, well, the complaints have been less than 2% of the whole database, so we're going to come up with something that is consistent and a rigorous set of criteria.
	It's on its way.
	As RT said, we can hardly wait.
	We can hardly wait.
	And we're going to talk about The banning, extensive, more extensive banning by Facebook, Instagram and others of Alex and many people.

	I was just talking about The Poynter Institute, they have been chosen as a fact checker for Facebook, for Twitter, for Google.
	They have been used as a... to give plausible deniability.
	To these, as Breitbart calls them, the masters of the universe, the people who have been given control, they have been put in this place, they've been selected and put into place.
	When you look at Mark Zuckerberg, do you really believe that he succeeded in the free marketplace of ideas through his intelligence?
	And maybe he's an idiot savant, but he just looks like an idiot to me.
	But when you look at this, understand That organizations like the Atlantic Council gave money to Facebook.
	You had venture capital firms that were created in the late 1990s.
	The Internet was a tool of psychological control from the very beginning, from the very design.
	It was DARPA.
	It was J.C.R.
	Licklider, a psychologist who came up with the idea for the Intergalactic Computer Network.
	They called it the Internet.
	That was back in the 60s.
	It was way before We had the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
	Doug Adams was kind of, you know, tongue-in-cheek referring to that idea.
	I mean, you look at the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, what was it?
	It was, well, kind of like the Internet.
	You could ask it anything that you wanted, right there in your hand, right?
	That satire piece.
	But nevertheless, it was created as a tool of psychological control from the very beginning.
	It was not practical until the Internet reached a certain technical capability, until the speed of the Internet got up to a particular point.
	We had the dot-com explosion in the late 90s because it was starting to become practical for the first time.
	Prior to that, decades earlier, you had DARPAnet.
	You had other ways that you could use bulletin boards to transfer information.
	I remember the early 90s, I was getting almost live updates about what was going on at WACO through bulletin boards and it was not what you were being told.
	And so, you know, that was kind of the early back-and-forth of the Internet.
	And, of course, that was a very primitive, limited way to be able to share information.
	But it was effective.
	You could get the truth.
	It was hard to get it.
	Most people didn't see what was going on.
	But when it became practical, they created the CIA.
	Went open with it.
	They created In-Q-Tel, their own venture capital firm, to help select these shills.
	They were going to work with them and for them.
	They gave them venture capital.
	They gave them money.
	They gave them a free reign.
	They gave them a leg up on their competitors.
	You had people like the Atlantic Council giving a lot, a NATO organization, giving a lot of money to Facebook at the beginning.
	Now Facebook is paying back dividends to the Atlantic Council and they're doing exactly what they want.
	And so you ask yourself, why would these people put in this position?
	You know, we see the Poynter Institute, they just came out with a list of 500 people, we talked about this extensively yesterday, today, they took it back, they said, well, you know, we didn't really check this, we don't really have a good, you know, it was a fraud!
	It was a fraud!
	One person created this list of sites that they didn't like, called them biased, Drudge Report, Infowars, Breitbart, Daily Call, you name it, right?
	500 plus, 515 I think it was, sites they took down.
	Today they came back and said, well, you know, we kind of jumped the gun there a little bit.
	We're going to come up with some justification for that and we'll be back.
	We'll get back to you on that.
	So we'll be taking down that list of un-news for the moment.
	And so one of the other fact-checkers that's being used by these people is Snopes.
	There's an excellent article on New American by Alex Newman.
	He's been a frequent guest on this program.
	He says, Snopes defends teaching child rape to children.
	Ah, now we're starting to get to why They picked certain individuals to be in control of the Internet.
	You remember Dennis Hastert?
	The guy who, and I forget, he was either the longest-serving Speaker of the House for the Republicans or the longest-serving Speaker of the House for any party.
	I forget which one it was.
	But certainly for the Republicans.
	May have been the longest-serving Speaker of the House for any party.
	Dennis Hastert was a wrestling coach.
	He was known to be a pedophile.
	And, you know, he went to jail after the statute of limitations because the politicians make sure that there's a very short statute of limitations for pedophiles.
	But this pedophile wrestling coach was handpicked by the Republican Party.
	The Republican Party, folks.
	The Republican Party.
	Let me repeat that.
	The Republican Party.
	He was handpicked by the Republican Party simply because he was blackmailable.
	He could be controlled.
	He was a known perv and he could be controlled.
	He was groomed, just as he had groomed children, he was groomed for political office.
	They got him into Congress, they rapidly moved him up through the ranks, and they made sure that he became Speaker of the House, and stayed there.
	Stayed there.
	Now let's go to Snopes.
	As we see them defending the teaching of child rape to children, and of course Snopes is in no way objective,
	in their analysis they don't have rigorous analysis as we've exposed in the past and as Alex Newman repeats in this article Snopes is founded by a pervert who stole a hundred thousand dollars from donors to spend on prostitutes used an infamous bondage sadism and masochism sex fiend as their chief fact finder this is factual folks take a look at it their chief
	Facts Finder was a famous BDM whore.
	And so they became, obviously, whores for censorship.
	So what have they been doing lately?
	The fake fact-checking website Snopes, writes Alex Newman, has once again attempted to deceive readers this time, lying about a growing scandal in California involving the teaching of pedophilia and pederasty as a quote-unquote sexual orientation.
	Oh, it's just a sexual orientation.
	Why are you condemning me for that?
	God made me this way, Booty Gay would say, right?
	In April 29th, in a fact check, they responded to an article that was published by the Newman Report on April 7th.
	And the article was titled, Pedophilia is being taught as quote-unquote sexual orientation in California schools.
	Snopes twisted itself into pretzels, writes Alex Newman, lying and then defending the outrageous lesson.
	The writer listed the claim in question as, in 2018 or 2019, Brea Olinda Unified School District in California taught pedophilia as a sexual orientation.
	Dan McGuile, who has developed a reputation for publishing lies and propaganda at Snopes, labeled the claim false.
	But ironically, he then proceeded to prove and document the accuracy of the claim.
	Because he included a video of the assistant superintendent, Kerry Torres, explaining that it is, quote, really important, unquote, to teach children about man-boy sex, quote, because we're talking about historical perspectives of how gender relations and different types of sexual orientations have existed in history, unquote.
	Then McGill's full-blown deception began.
	He said at no point did Torres state that the school district was endorsing the practice of pederasty or pedophilia, nor even that the curriculum described pederasty as a discreet sexual orientation, which is the core claim, he said, made by the Freedom Project.
	But of course, Alex Newman points out the Freedom Project never claimed the district endorsed it, only that it was being taught as a sexual orientation.
	And that's what you would see in the video if you look at it.
	That's exactly what the assistant school superintendent said.
	And as he points out, this is not the first time that Snopes has lied to leaders about articles.
	In the Newman Report earlier this year, the far-left website falsely claimed that a news story exposing California's health education framework, quote-unquote, was false.
	The Newman Report exposed a book recommended under the framework that teaches children that there are infinite genders.
	It's kind of like Star Trek.
	Going on to list 15 specific examples.
	Despite the fact that the official document was posted on official California websites, Snopes still falsely claimed that it was false.
	And when we come back, I'm going to tell you about Indiana University and their observatory on social media.
	This is the organization that was used by the Democrat Party to get 10,000 Twitter accounts banned just before the 2018 election.
	And it's interesting, the connection between the Observatory on Social Media at Indiana University and the Kinsey Sex Research Group, also at Indiana University.

	These people have been, I guess you could say, seminal in sex perversion in the United States.

	And so they have these different groups that they use to quote-unquote scientifically label people.
	You know, they do all this research about post-feminism and masculinity and so forth.
	They come out and they put it into their computer models, crank the machine, and out comes a printout with a list of all the people that they don't like.
	And surprisingly, we keep showing up on that list.
	Because we don't like their agendas.
	They call us biased.
	They call us fake because we disagree with them.
	They call us conspiracy theorists because we say that official story could not possibly have happened.
	See, that's the essence of deductive reasoning.
	Don't think.
	Don't think.
	Just repeat after me what the government says.
	Don't ever question what they have to say.
	As Arthur Conan Doyle said to Sherlock Holmes, When you rule out the impossible, what's left, no matter how improbable, is the truth.
	That's why we call ourselves truthers when we talk about 9-11.
	That government narrative is not in any way, shape, or form possible.

	You know, the people who pushed back, even with the FBI and others, were pushing back against the JFK assassination.

	But you dispute that, you're a conspiracy theorist.
	If you dispute the idea that the BBC would report that Building 7, which was never even hit by a plane, would collapse, had already collapsed in its own footprint, and did it 20 minutes before the building came down, Even with the building over their left shoulder.
	And you know how that can happen if you ever watch the bloopers and outtakes from the BBC that you can see on YouTube.
	If you dispute any of that, you're a conspiracy theorist.
	You are not to be taken seriously.
	Yeah, that's the kind of gaslighting that they do to people.
	So, you know, we talked about Snopes and how they're lying to cover up the agenda In California, that's being taught in multiple schools, showing pedophilia and pederasty as just, you know, one of many different sexual orientations.
	Who are you to judge?
	God made them that way.
	That's the next thing we're going to hear from people like Buttigieg.
	God made them that way.
	Well, you know, serial killers could use that same logic.
	Who are you to question?
	I get pleasure!
	From killing and mutilating.
	I get pleasure from raping.
	Who are you to question me?
	God made me that way.
	God just wants me to be happy.
	I've heard that from all my friends who got divorced.
	God just wants me to be happy.
	He made me this way.
	What do you, what do you say?
	It's like, yeah, we've all got natural urges.
	We probably all get angry with somebody in traffic and like to kill them, but we don't do that, do we?

	We have a special place where we put people who do that, if we can catch them.

	So, let's take a look at another one of these organizations, and do you think that it is somehow connected to sexual perversion?
	Indiana University.
	Why would we ever think that something at Indiana University would be connected to sexual perversion?
	Home of the Kenzie Institute.
	The Observatory on Social Media.
	And of course, you can find them on Twitter, Truthy at Indiana.
	Oh, where'd they come up with that name, Truthy?
	Oh, well yeah, they were founded after Stephen Colbert coined that term.
	That kind of gives you an idea of what their political orientation is.
	If you go to their site, their homepage, You will see the very first tweet they've got there.
	Our latest analysis says that anti-vaxxers appear to be losing ground in the online vaccine debate.
	Well, it's because of people like the Observatory on Social Media and Twitter and others shutting down and banning that discussion.
	They don't want to have the debate.
	They purge one side of the debate.
	They punish people who speak up.
	And then they have the analysis that says, it looks like these people who are pushing back against having their informed consent taken away are losing ground.
	Well, good for them.
	Yeah, they're pushing their agenda and purging the other agenda.
	As a matter of fact, Freethought Project, this is one of the news sites that was on the list to be taken out, Freethought Project, by the other fact-checkers, Poynter Institute.
	They say today, mainstream media is now calling for the arrest Of people who are anti-vaxxers.
	Oh yeah, we've seen this.
	We've seen this being pushed in New York and elsewhere.
	Pushed against people who, orthodox Jews, who say we don't want to have that kind of treatment.
	When are they going to come for the people who are the Amish people, who don't do that either?
	It's not fair that the Amish aren't getting autism.
	They need to take their vaccine so they'll have the same rate of autism as everybody else.
	Wait for it.
	Wait for it, they're going to do that as well.
	They've already come for the Shiva's in New York City.
	Hitting people with a $1,000 fine every time they see them.
	It's not a one-time fine, it can be multiple times.
	And they're not happy with it.
	The mainstream media is upset that New York backed off of the idea that they were going to actually physically arrest people.
	They decided it would be far more effective to give them a $1,000 fine every time they saw them on the street and to shut their schools.
	But you know, OSOMI is bragging about the fact that they're winning that.
	When they talk about the observatory on social media, on their website, the About page, the project aims to study diffusion of information online and to discriminate among mechanisms that drive the spread of memes on social media.
	Because that's very important, to shut down memes.
	They talk about how they have a bot-tometer, formerly Bot or Not.
	They said, they brag, we were among the top three teams in a bot detection challenge that was organized by DARPA.
	Oh yeah, they're right.
	I forgot.
	Yeah, the internet was organized by DARPA, the social media companies were organized by DARPA, the censorship is organized by DARPA.
	That might give you a clue.
	Might give you a clue.
	As a matter of fact, socialist workers He pointed out, in November 2017, there was a DARPA guy, or a military guy, military intelligence, former retired military, and he said, we're in an information civil war, and we've got to silence the cannons on social media.
	That's why they picked these people, and that's why they picked a professor of computer science, flew him all the way over from Italy, made him a senior research fellow at the Kinsey Institute.

	What would be the connection there between sex research And this other stuff.

	As I pointed out, the internet was devised by DARPA.
	It was funded by venture capital firms and the CIA and many other venture capital firms that weren't directly controlled or owned by the NSA or CIA, but they had the people who were the highest ranking officials or in some cases the top ranking officials of the NSA, CIA sitting on their boards deciding who was going to get money and who wasn't.
	And there was a lot of alarm.
	Last couple years, as a matter of fact, open testifying about it before Congress.
	Everybody didn't pay any attention to it.
	You had the people from the social media companies testify.
	They left and so did all the reporters leave.
	And then you had a retired Army officer, a guy who had worked in the intelligence community, get up and say, yeah, it's an information war.
	We got a civil war going on here.
	You heard Hillary Clinton say years ago, It's an information war and we're losing it.
	And he said the same thing in November 2017.
	You know, the people who reported it, interestingly enough, were the Socialist Workers Party.
	See, it's not just a conservative thing.
	It's anybody who is outside of the military-industrial complex, outside the police, state, surveillance, state complex.
	Whether your opinions are left or right, That's one of the ways that they control us, is with this false dichotomy.
	You're either left or you're right.
	No, you're not.
	You're either for freedom or you're not.
	And they saw that they were going to be the target of this.
	But we are as well.
	And so, they found that to be very alarming, as he was saying.
	We've got to stop this warfare.
	We're going to win this war.
	We're going to do it by silencing the cannons on social media.
	We're going to take control of social media.
	See, they made everything free.
	They gave all this free money to Zuckerberg and other people to establish this control device.
	And then, you know, it was free to use and you had freedom!
	Remember when Twitter said we are the free speech wing of the free speech party?
	Not anymore.
	Not anymore.
	It surprised them, I think, how quickly the truth spread.
	It surprised them, I think, how quickly things started to get out of control.
	So they had to rope this in very rapidly.
	And they also have a deadline coming up.
	They realize that in the natural rhythm of societies, about every 80 years, we have a restructuring of society.
	Strauss and Howe, the historians, the demographers who looked at generational, they have a generational theory of history.
	They wrote the book called The Fourth Turning.
	They coined the term millennial.
	And they had said in the early to mid 90s that they believed something would happen around 2007, 2008, there would be a global crisis.
	We saw that economic crisis.
	That would begin a fourth turning, something that happens about every 80 years.
	And it usually results in a complete changing, reordering of society, often accompanied by war.
	The previous fourth turning was the Great Depression and World War II.
	Prior to that, the fourth turning was the Civil War.
	Prior to that, it was the American Revolution.
	And prior to that, going back 500 years, they established a pattern of about every 70, 80 years having a turnaround.
	And then they went on to say that they thought it would be finished about 2029.
	What is the deadline for establishing the smart cities and getting you completely under the thumb of the government and the corporations and their smart cities 2030?
	The UN 2030 Agenda for Smart Cities.
	They're going to have 5G rolled out, they're going to have all of this Control the transportation infrastructure and control of the information structure.
	They'll be able to track you everywhere you go and they will be able to determine.
	What you're going to do in advance.
	In advance.
	And so we see these organizations set up like the one in Indiana University.
	It's interesting as I pointed out that Snopes is constantly defending and pushing back as fake.
	The reality that in California they're pushing pedophilia as a sexual orientation.
	You have an Indiana University where they have the Kinsey Institute.
	This A group here, Observatory on Social Media, that has Hoaxy and Botternot.
	They also have the Kenzie Reporter, where they crowdsource data about tags that describe anonymous sexual behaviors.
	Why are they so focused on that?
	You know, the worst part about getting old and I'm still strong at 45 is that I won't be there for my children someday.
	That's why I need to make them strong now.
	Now, I can be there for my children.
	Now, I can make them strong.
	Now, I can instruct them.
	Now, I can teach them what I've learned, but not once I'm gone.

	We're going to take a look at people's reactions to additional censorship by Facebook.
	As we pointed out, we had the Poynter Institute, I talked about this yesterday, had a list of 515 organizations that they wanted everybody to boycott economically.
	After they were criticized for not really having even any justification or information about how these determinations were made, they called people fake, they called us conspiracy sites, they said we were hate speech sites, we were biased because we didn't share their opinion about various things.
	And when people looked at it, the site was open sources, the official site was totally blank.
	The person behind that, that they referenced, has only been known to have a couple of papers, one of them giving insight into where she's coming from.
	The Televising of Juvenile Post-Feminist Masculinity.
	Then we talked about another fact checker for Facebook and social media and Google.
	Snopes and how they're constantly covering up for pedophilia.
	Being promoted as a, you know, just one of many possible sexual orientations in California schools to our kids.
	We have 15 of them at least!
	Now where does that kind of stuff come from?
	Well, you know, that all began really at the Kinsey Institute, Indiana University.
	And so it's kind of interesting that one of the other fact-checkers, one of the other investigators, one of the other organizations that would be selected by DARPA, DARPA, why is DARPA so concerned about controlling social media?
	Well, because it's an information war.
	And they're losing it.
	And they have to shut this down.
	No matter how obvious, no matter how authoritarian, they've got to shut down this information war.
	So DARPA has a contest.
	We want you to help us to identify these people.
	Shut them down.
	So they go to Indiana University.
	They pull a guy over.
	His name is Filippo Minzer.
	He is a professor, a computer science professor, in Italy.
	I couldn't find any computer science professors here in America.
	I had to go to Italy.
	Well, this guy must be really good at what he does.
	He's a professor of informatics and computer science now at Indiana University.
	He is also, by the way, a senior research fellow.
	A senior research fellow at the Kinsey Institute.
	I wonder what kind of research he's involved in.
	What do you think?
	Are you familiar with the kind of research I could tell you?
	I could go down a list of quote-unquote research.
	Pedophile type research and many other perversions done at the Kinsey Institute, but of course this is a family show, I'm not going to go into that.
	You can do the investigation yourself, you know what that place is about.
	Why would they go out of their way to find a computer science expert, bring him over from Italy, get him hooked up with the Kinsey Institute, and then use him to do things like this?

	It's kind of interesting, I find, that the close relationship between Mark Zuckerberg and Pete Bootygay, Breitbart Pointed out about a week or so ago.
	Pete Bootygate explained, why do Big Tech and Never Trump love him so much?
	And he said, it's not about winning an election, it's about winning an era.
	And he's going to push a new sexual norm on us, whether we like it or not.
	It's all part of the assumption.
	And it's interesting, if you go back two years ago, Go back two years ago, April of 2017, April 28, 2017.
	The local Indiana newspapers were asking, why is Mark Zuckerberg touring South Bend, Indiana with Mayor Booty Gay?
	Why was he hanging out with South Bend Mayor Pete Booty Gay and the Elkhart firefighters?
	You know, South Bend is not that big a town.
	As I said before, Raleigh, North Carolina is not a big town, but it's four times the size of South Bend, Indiana.
	This guy's only experience has been the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, but even as a mayor of a small town, very small town, you got Mark Zuckerberg making a trip there and hanging out with him, spending a lot of time two years ago.
	They ate bratwurst.
	I'm serious.
	This is an indie star.
	They ate bratwurst together.
	Symbolic.
	So why is this happening?
	What are they trying to push on us?
	Right?
	You got Mark Zuckerberg proposing new web regulations.
	Why is he writing our laws?
	And that's the essence.
	You better understand where this is coming from and you better understand that President Trump has the tools right now to stop these people from stealing our rights.
	Our country was created to protect our God-given rights and the first one they enumerate.
	It's free speech and a free press.
	That's my property.
	And I'll be damned if people like Mark Zuckerberg are going to steal that from me.
	And any government that allows them to do that is a government that needs to be altered or abolished.
	And this government has been plotting this for decades.

	More than 50 years these people have been plotting this very same thing.
	I just watched last night, we concluded, it takes me a couple of nights to get through an Avengers movie, Because they're so long.
	I just watched it again.
	The Winter Soldier.
	Boy, I tell you, there's a lot of truth revealed in that movie.
	A lot of truth.
	Instead of a system where they want to target everybody for extinction with gunships.
	Okay, that's how they pull it out.
	No, they have set up a system to target everybody, to silence everybody.
	Not by putting a bullet in our head.
	Not just yet.
	That'll be waiting for some of us.
	And they've already got their communication management units, as I talked about yesterday.
	For people like Marty Gottesfeld, for people like Schaefer Cox, we've got our own dark sides.
	Interestingly enough, in Indiana, Indiana again, so we've already got our little Gitmos that they've set up here in America to keep people incommunicado.
	But whether or not they physically incarcerate you, like they do Julian Assange or other people, they have targeted all of us.
	As a matter of fact, in that movie, it was kind of interesting, I didn't catch it the first time I saw it, At one point, they got one of the bad guys dialoguing, and he says, yeah, we know everything that everybody is going to do in advance.
	Well, that's the point of metadata.
	That's the point of Facebook.
	That's the point of what Amazon is doing, is to be able to predict what you're going to do.
	As a matter of fact, the fastest growing part of the intelligence community, geospatial intelligence, is set up specifically to map you, just like they showed on Winter Soldier.
	It's to map you politically, map you religiously, map your activity, predict your behavior, identify the enemies of the state, the people who will not regurgitate mindless lies of the state, who will stand up and oppose it.
	That's the whole purpose of all that.
	They even call it activity-based intelligence.
	They call it anticipatory intelligence.
	They call it mastering the human domain.
	Human domain analytics.
	Well, that's what they had in the show.

	They're going to use it to put you in a box just like they're doing in China to their people.
	They're monitoring everything about everyone.
	Now they're kind of upset about this.
	They're putting some Muslims into prison and so forth.
	Well, now they care.
	They didn't care when it was Falun Gong and Christians that they were after, but now Western media cares because it's Muslims that this is being done to.
	It was done to political dissidents, it was done to Falun Gong, it was done to Christians, and nobody cared.
	And now they're saying, look at this, they're looking at activity-based intelligence, because they've got cameras everywhere.
	And if they say that you're not talking to your neighbor enough, and you are a Muslim, then go straight to jail.
	Do not pass go, do not collect $200.
	As a matter of fact, you won't be able to work at all.
	We're going to put you in a prison camp.
	They might just put economic sanctions on you, make sure that you can't get credit, you can't get a job, you can't travel.
	They brag about that in China.
	And it's not just Muslims.
	It's any group that they decide to target for whatever arbitrary purpose.
	So we've got to get away from the specificity of it.
	We've got to stop complaining about it simply because it affects one group.
	Again, go back to Pastor Martin Niemuller.
	First they came for X. I didn't do anything about it because I wasn't an X. Then they came for Y and I didn't do anything about that because I wasn't Y. And then they came for Z and then there was nobody left when they came for me because I didn't do anything to help anybody.
	We just get so caught up in our identity politics that we don't care about principles anymore.
	We don't understand history.
	We don't understand the nature of power.
	We don't understand how it corrupts.
	The founders of this country did.
	That's why they created the Constitution.
	And when we look at this latest spread of the digital purge being pushed by Facebook, they've taken the banning to another level.
	This is an unpersoning.
	This is Facebook's attempt to take the people that they put out there, Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson, Laura Loomer and others, this is an effort to de-person those people, to make them disappear on the internet.
	Because they're saying, not only are they not going to have the right to speak in the public square, but if any of you in the public square Say anything positive about them.
	Of course the negative stuff will still be allowed.
	If you say anything positive about these people, you yourself will be punished.
	This is Chinese level control.
	Censorship.
	Pushed by DARPA.
	Pushed by the Atlantic Council.
	The people who put them in charge.
	And there is a Supreme Court decision that the President could claim.
	He doesn't need to regulate them.
	We have the First Amendment for that.
	This is not a prerogative of these companies.
	Their business model is the public square.
	They are not an independent baker.
	Isn't it ironic?
	All these people say, well, the independent baker or photographer, they don't have the right To decide if they're going to do custom work for somebody.
	But, you know, Facebook, well, that's Terms of Service, and they're a private corporation, and they just deserve that.
	That's the kind of stuff we hear from some idiot libertarians.
	People like John Stossel and others who say, well, I don't like what they're doing, but hey, they can do anything they want to because they're a corporation.
	Baloney!
	Corporations don't get to steal and kill, do they?

	Why did they pick these people?
	Who did they pick?
	What type of people are these that have total control over the internet and over free speech?
	And why do we have conservatives and libertarians who just lay down and die for this?
	Because, you know, corporations can do no wrong, right?
	The theory is, and I understand, I understand that Democrats and the socialists believe that government can do no wrong.
	Corporations can do no right.
	On the other hand, conservatives and libertarians believe that government can do nothing right and that corporations can do nothing wrong.
	And there's a certain rationale behind that that I agree with.
	See, governments can do things, they can force you to do things, and you don't really have much of a say-so when you turn things over to the government.
	You supposedly get a choice once every two to four years to elect people that hopefully represent some of the things that you want to see happen.
	But even some of those things, it's never a perfect fit.
	You don't ever agree with anybody 100%.
	Even those things on which you agree with them, when you send them to Washington, they may not deliver.
	They may do just exactly the opposite.
	They may be lying to you.
	What a surprise.
	Lying to you to get elected?
	Say it ain't so!
	Yeah, we know the old song and dance, right?
	Anybody that wasn't born yesterday.
	But the bottom line is that, you know, on the other hand, you've got corporations, you've got a marketplace, and I get to vote multiple times every day.
	Every time I make a purchase or make a decision, I'm making a choice.
	It's an election.

	And I get exactly what I chose.
	Exactly what I chose.
	Good or bad.
	And then I can change that very easily.
	So yeah, I get that.
	And I get the idea that if we had a perfect free market that was free of government interference and crony capitalism and collusion and corruption and so forth, that a free market would be the way that we'd want to determine everything.
	But the reality is that a free market isn't what gave us Facebook and Google and Twitter.
	You had the government, the police state, the surveillance state, the military-industrial complex, the government in general, had its thumb on the scale.
	You know, you go into a baker and you want to, you know, that's the classic picture of a baker, or you know, somebody at the, when you're buying something by weight and they put their Their hand on the scale to make it look heavier so they can charge you more?
	Yeah, well, you know, DARPA had their hand heavily on the scale.
	Along with the rest of those people.
	Make sure they came out on top.
	And there's a remedy to this.
	And the Supreme Court gave us that remedy in 1946.
	If you have a business, and again, I've talked about this multiple times, anybody that listens to this program has heard this before, but a lot of people don't listen to this program, even here at InfoWars.
	Because it's a surprise to them to hear this.
	I was on Alex's show, guest hosting with Robert Barnes, and he was very much aware of the 1946 Supreme Court case Marsh v. Alabama.
	He said, yeah, it's the company town model that they went with.
	Tennessee Ernie Ford.

	Another day older, deeper in debt.

	Peter, don't you call me because I can't come.
	I owe my soul to the company store.
	And a company store owned the entire town, including the public square.
	A Jehovah's Witness wanted to hand out literature.
	They said, no you can't.
	We privately own this company square.
	The public square is owned by the company.
	Get out of here.
	She fought them all the way to the Supreme Court.
	The Supreme Court said, even if the public square is privately owned, Even if it is privately owned, you can't kick people out of the public square.
	The business model of these corporations, unlike the small bakers, the small photographers that these LGBT groups have been targeting, the business model of Facebook and Twitter and Google is the public square.
	End of story.
	You don't have to come up with regulation.
	Let me tell you something.
	We have regulations.
	It's called the First Amendment.
	We have the principle laid out for us in the Declaration of Independence.
	We have, as human beings, certain and inalienable rights, and we create governments to protect those rights.
	And if the government defies the First Amendment and takes it away from us, or if the government goes through a process to make sure they got plausible deniability, if they set up, as they did in North Carolina, when we would get on the ballot as an independent party, They would say, well, you can't participate in debates.
	Why not?
	We jumped through hoops.
	We got petition signatures that the Republicans and Democrats didn't have to get.
	And they said, well, it's being run by a private organization.
	It's the news media organization, whatever they call themselves.
	They had a trade organization there in North Carolina.
	They do this tactic in every state.
	It's not just North Carolina.
	Every state does this.
	In North Carolina, they took it away from the League of Women Voters.
	Who would include people?
	And they handed it over to the press organization there.
	All the professional reporters who care so much about you hearing the truth and hearing an open debate.
	You know, it would be a lot more newsworthy if people were to talk about some of the things that are off-limits in these political debates, wouldn't it?
	If instead of rehashing the same issue, election after election after election, and having the same sound bites put out by the two political parties, wouldn't it be interesting if you had some other issues or some other opinions on there?
	But no, the press didn't want that, they said.
	Let me tell you, the press was nothing but plausible deniability for the Democrats and Republicans.
	And Facebook and Google and Twitter are nothing but plausible deniability for the military-industrial complex, for NATO, for DARPA, for these people who want to enact a police state control grid on you.
	Left or right, forget about the left or right politics, forget about Trump.
	Trump's not going to do anything about this.
	It's absolutely, it's really pathetic.
	You know, Julian Assange said, I know that Hillary Clinton is a crook, and I know she's going to get us involved in wars.
	He said, I don't know what Trump is, but let's take a chance on him.
	I remember in the fall of 2015, Roger Stone came, the first time I met him, first time I interviewed him.
	After the interview was over, I said, well, you know, there's a lot of things that are very authoritarian about Donald Trump.
	That I just can't sign on to.
	And he said, well, you know what Hillary Clinton is about?
	And he said, the only chance we have of this country continuing to exist is the chance of Trump.
	And unfortunately, what we're seeing in all of this is that Trump has fallen silent On this existential issue of free speech and basic human rights.
	He's fallen complete.
	Nothing at all on his Twitter account about this or about 500 sites being targeted for economic boycotting by the Poynter Institute that's being used by all these organizations.
	Nothing at all about any of that.
	It's all simply about him.
	His popularity and the way that these same people are using these same tactics against him.
	And nothing other than himself is in view here.
	He's not talking about any kind of institutional change.
	And I don't think we're going to see any institutional change.
	When he puts people like Pompeo and Gina Haspel in charge of these organizations, I think he's joined them, quite frankly.
	I think the silence from Trump, I think the fact that even looking at Don Trump Jr., he did retweet Something from somebody else.
	Dave Rubin made the comment that a lot of people made about this.
	Oh, look at this!
	Mainstream media, Washington Post, is calling Louis Farrakhan a right-wing extremist.
	How silly.
	They're fake news.
	They don't get it right.
	Well, get beyond that label.
	If you focus on that aspect, yes, it was ridiculous, and yes, putting Louis Farrakhan there at the front was just a way to slander us.

	And he goes, free speech, ha ha ha, you people can't even say the word Jew.
	And so I retweeted him and I said, this is Exhibit A in the Selective Enforcement of Censorship Rules.
	This guy right here.
	And I said, hey pal, the New York Times has got an editorial job waiting for you.
	If you're an anti-Semite, you'll be right at home there.
	They've got a desk for you right next to Sarah Xiong.
	And you can write how much you hate every group that you're not a part of.
	Alright, so let's talk about this attack.
	On Facebook, this newest one.
	As ZeroHedge says, a digital purge.
	Facebook unpersons Alex Jones, Farrakhan, others with draconian full content ban.
	Facebook has unilaterally banned a handful of controversial figures from its platform, while lumping conservative pundit Alex Jones, who has been criticized by white nationalists for not, quote, naming the Jew.
	See that?
	Right there?
	ZeroHedge.
	Yesterday.
	Alex Jones has been criticized by white nationalists for, quote, not naming the Jew.
	And that's what this guy just came after me about.
	That's the meme.
	That's the meme.
	Alam Bokhari.
	And I like Alam.
	He was the guy at Breitbart that first drew my attention to the 1946 Supreme Court case, Marsh v. Alabama, which is the kryptonite, if you will, to this censorship that we have.
	Uh, you know, we had, uh, he put that out there, said, hey, you know, well, you just had, uh, Jack Dorsey say that the business model of Twitter is the public square.
	He said that five times.
	He had another testimony or speech where he said another three times at least.
	So just in two speeches, he said that eight times, public square, public square, public square, so on.
	Alain Bacard said, well, go back and look at the 1946 Supreme Court case.
	Even if the public square is privately owned, you can't stop people's free speech.
	And he had this to say about the censorship.
	He said, the geniuses at Facebook really believe they won't get accused of bias if they ban Farrakhan as well.
	But the fact that they consider a brazen anti-Semite and racist in any way comparable to classical liberals and populists like Paul Joseph Watson just shows their bias even more.
	And of course it was also Milo, Laura Loomer, many other people they labeled as dangerous.
	Dangerous, that's right.
	Nick Monroe said, read my lips, this is worse than the usual sort of bans.
	As Facebook said, Facebook and Instagram owned by Zuckerberg, they will remove any content containing InfoWars videos, radio segments, articles, and Facebook will remove any groups that are set up to share InfoWars content.
	He says that's way too much power to give Facebook.
	And I spent the first part of this program answering the questions who gave them the power.
	And what are they stealing from us?
	They're stealing our fundamental humanity.
	And we've got idiots on the left who are cheering it.
	Alex Kantrowitz said, wow, not only is Facebook banning Alex Jones, but they're removing InfoWars content posted by any account.

	Paul Joseph Watson said, I've been banned by Facebook.
	I was given no reason.
	I broke none of their rules.
	In an authoritarian society controlled by a handful of Silicon Valley giants, all dissent must be purged.

	They are the hidden hand.
	Or rather, they're the glove.
	The hidden hand is the military-industrial complex of surveillance state.
	They're simply doing this to give their masters plausible deniability.
	And Paul Watson also tweeted out, he said, the Russians buy a few Facebook ads and we're told by the left that this is horrendous, this is election meddling and democracy is at stake.
	But when Facebook bans most of the people who helped to get Trump elected, The leftists go, uh, it's a private company, they can do whatever they like.
	And this is a problem I have with people like John Stossel and Reason and so forth.
	Mike Toks gets it, he says it's too dangerous for a handful of elites to decide who to unilaterally silence from platforms that are central to business and to well-being.
	You know, and again, You got individuals that have been censored in the past, like the triple amputee.
	He said, I was encouraged by Facebook to spend $300,000 on advertising, and then they just changed their rules arbitrarily without notice.
	They banned Paul Watson and Alex Jones without giving any reasons or explanation.

	You know, it looks like we're not going to leave Syria.
	We're not going to stop these useless, endless wars in Afghanistan or Iraq.
	As a matter of fact, now we have the Trump administration Leaving hints that they're going to go into Venezuela.
	And as it was being talked about on Tucker Carlson yesterday, we had a representative, Mario Diaz-Balart of Florida, went on Tucker Carlson last night and as RT, Russia Today, RT reported, Russia has nukes in Venezuela?
	So the Fox News seemingly misrepresents what was said on the program.
	They said if there's ever a clickbait headline competition, Fox News has just produced one that could easily win it.
	The network said one of its guests believes that Russia has nuclear missiles in Venezuela.
	Presumably nobody but him noticed.
	They said this conversation sparked the flashy headline, but it doesn't appear to be what either Tucker or his guest had to say, but it doesn't stop a really determined traffic-hungry editor from insinuating the opposite.
	Here's what they had to say in the dialogue going back and forth.
	Diaz-Balart said, The U.S.
	government, the closest we ever came to a nuclear war was because the Russians put missiles, nuclear missiles, in Cuba.
	Carlson said, are you saying the Russians will put nuclear missiles in Venezuela?
	And he said, what I'm suggesting is that they are already there.
	Now, as they point out, that's a little bit ambiguous.
	In other words, did Diaz-Balart suggest that nuclear missiles are already there, or that Russians are already there?
	As RT points out, if Carlson thought that the they, mentioned by his guest, meant missiles and not Russians, he didn't really react like you'd expect to that kind of explosive news.
	The interview continued and the congressman was debating what was the biggest threat posed by the turmoil in Venezuela.
	And Carlson believed that the biggest threat was going to be the mass exodus of people after the U.S.
	succeeded in toppling the country's government.
	Well, yeah, I would imagine so.
	As a matter of fact, you've got both Republicans and Democrats, the establishment military-industrial complex, out there talking.
	Both Lindsey Graham and his Democrat counterpoint Patrick Leahy, on the committee, were criticizing President Trump because he wanted to cut 23% in the U.S.
	budget for foreign aid.
	And Graham says, well, we can't do that.
	He says, I want to know what our plans are to rebuild Venezuela.
	Because, you know, they've already got plans to destroy it.
	And we've got to rebuild it.
	We're not going to... What?
	I want to know what their plans are to rebuild America.
	What are your plans to protect America?
	Oh, that's right.
	You don't have any.
	That's right.
	We can't talk about that.
	They don't exist.
	Lindsey Graham.
	We're not going to approve the budget reduction.
	It's insane.
	It makes no sense.
	I don't understand who writes these things over at the White House, but they clearly don't understand the value of soft power.
	And Patrick Leahy, the Democrat, said the same thing.
	He also referenced soft power.
	He said, our soft power should not be a partisan issue.
	It should be an American issue, and we're going to try to keep it that way.
	Their soft power.
	Their military-industrial complex.
	That's their soft power.
	Their ability to censor people.
	You know, if they really believed the Russians had missiles, then you wouldn't have heard Mike Pompeo say this.

	It certainly looks like Maduro is not going to go without a significant fight.
	So here's the question.
	What specifically is the United States prepared to do if Maduro arrests Guaido?

	He had an airplane on the tarmac.

	As I said at the top of the hour, you had a headline from Fox News saying that congressmen said that the Russians had put missiles in Venezuela.
	Fox News, CNN, Left and Right?
	Are they completely different from each other?
	No!

	And both of them are pushing American intervention in Venezuela.
	Now what Tucker Carlson was saying with his guest, His guest ambiguously said, well, Tiger Carlson, when the guest said, you've got to understand, the closest we ever came to nuclear war was when Russia put missiles in Cuba, or tried to.
	He said, do you think they're going to try to put missiles in Venezuela?
	And his guest said, they're already there.
	Now, the question is, did he say that about the missiles or about the Russians?
	Clearly, Pompeo, nobody in the State Department is saying that.
	And if that were true, that would be a concern for people, but nobody else has asserted that.
	Tucker went on to talk about what the big threat would be.
	Saying he thought the big threat would be the mass exodus of people as that country collapsed.
	So clearly, he didn't think, I don't think he thought that the guy truly believed that the Russians had put missiles in Venezuela.
	But that's the kind of, it's not just pushing people with clickbait title, folks.
	This is why Fox News is pushing, and always has pushed, war.
	When we look at what's going on with this, yes, the real issue is the collapse of the border.
	As a matter of fact, you remember when things started coming to a head with North Korea, and there was a verbal sparring going back and forth between President Trump and the little rocket man, that the Russians, as well as the Chinese, Moved massive military assets, a massive amount of troops and so forth, to their borders.
	Both of them, both Russia and China, have borders with North Korea.
	And they've had problems with illegal immigration of people escaping North Korea.
	Because, not only political persecution, but also because they're starving to death, just like they are in Venezuela.
	And so, both Russia and China, as things start to escalate, they said, well, if there's going to be an attack, if there's going to be a war there, Then these people are going to be fleeing in mass across the borders, and we've got to put our military at the border to stop that.
	See, that's what a sane government would do.
	That's what's not happening in the Trump administration.
	A sane response to the collapse of the border.
	Where we have video of 111 Central American migrants crossing the Arizona border.
	Where we have another report of 424 apprehended in just one spot.
	Largest group we've gotten so far, says the Border Patrol.
	But don't worry, they're getting bigger every week.
	And nothing is being done.
	President Trump says, well, I had a judge somewhere tell me that I can't do anything.
	And so I'm going to obey that judge.
	No, President Trump, you obey the Constitution.
	You have the authority and the duty to protect our borders.
	You do not have the authority to go to war in Venezuela or in Syria.
	We never had a vote in Syria.
	How did we get these 2,000 or 4,000 troops that were going to come home but now aren't going to be coming home from Syria?
	How did we get those troops there in the first place?
	Where was that discussion under the Constitution?
	When did we have that vote?
	When did we authorize the money to build a dozen military bases in Syria and four airfields in Syria and send anywhere between two and four thousand?
	We don't know because they won't tell us.
	It's all secret.
	When did that happen?
	Well, it happened under the Obama administration.
	And Leon Panetta bragged about the fact that he wasn't going to tell Congress about it.
	He said he would consult with his allies at NATO and the UN.
	And they might tell Congress about it.
	That's what he told Jeff Sessions, and Sessions was questioning him years and years ago.
	About five, six years ago.
	Sessions said, I can't believe that.
	You are a congressman, you know what the Constitution is.
	Well, like I said, Senator, we may tell you.
	We'll have that discussion with other people, though.
	We're not going to go by the Constitution.
	And they let him get away with it, just like they let Clapper and Brennan and Hayden And others violate the prohibitions against spying on American citizens.
	And they let Clapper lie about it under oath.
	And nobody was calling for him to be punished.
	You got Pelosi saying, Barr lied under oath!

	And you had Hayden when he was Speaking at Washington Lee University, said, I blame Ron Wyden for that.
	Ron Wyden knew that they were spying on Americans.
	In this speech right here, he says, Ron Wyden knew they were spying on Americans.
	Ron Wyden and his staff knew that.
	Every senator and all their staff knew that they were spying on people.
	And he put him on the spot and made him lie under oath.
	And he never faced any charges, any criminal charges.
	Remember, that was the only charge that Ken Starr brought against Bill Clinton, that got him impeached.

	He lied under oath.
	Well, James Clapper did.

	And again, building a wall would help because it would keep them out of the clutches of the judicial system.
	But the real issue is that we are paying people to come here.
	President Trump complains about El Salvador and Guatemala.
	He says, you're assisting people to make that trip.
	You're encouraging them and giving them financial aid to turn into a massive number of caravans and so forth and invade this country.
	Well, yeah, but not to the extent that we are.

	This is information about the identity of people that were working with the CIA and intelligence services in China who were subsequently executed.
	Hillary Clinton created a website, unsecured, and called it Clintonemails.com.
	And the Chinese government, we now know, put software on there to send the Chinese government a copy of everything that Hillary Clinton received and sent at Clintonemails.com.
	So, if we were to follow her suggestion, here's the way President Trump would do what she suggested.
	President Trump would create a website, he'd call it TrumpTaxReturns.com.
	And he would put all of his tax returns on that site, and then the Chinese could just get all of them.
	Just like they got all of Hillary Clinton's emails and Russia and everybody else.

	Officially, or publicly, as spying.

	I'm not going to abjure the use of the word spying.
	I think, you know, my first job was in CIA, and I don't think the word spying has any pejorative connotation at all.
	To me, the question is always whether or not it's authorized and adequately predicated spying.
	I think spying is a good English word that in fact doesn't have synonyms because it is the broadest word incorporating really all forms of covert intelligence collection.
	So I'm not going to back off the word spying except I will say I'm not suggesting any pejorative and I use it frequently as do media.
	When did you decide to use it?
	Was it off the cuff in the hearing that day, or did you go into that hearing intending to use the word fire?
	It was actually off the cuff, to tell you the truth, and when a senator, the senator, I mean, the... Congressman, probably?
	Well, from Schatz, from Hawaii.
	It was here?
	Shaheen.
	Shaheen, I don't know.
	We're getting off on the weeds here.
	Whoever it was, go ahead.
	Yeah, when he challenged me and said, you want to change the language, I was actually thinking... Hold the clip.
	Spying.

	He objects to the word spying.
	And the thing that I have a problem with is the fact that A.G.
	Barr says, well, you know, my first job was in the CIA.
	And I don't view spying in a pejorative sense.
	When I heard that, I had an issue with it.
	Quite frankly, I think most people have a pejorative sense of that.
	You know, if you are caught as a spy, it's traditionally been assumed that you'll be executed.
	So traditionally, the term spying has had a pejorative behind it, but he's talking about, oh, you're talking about authorized or unauthorized surveillance?
	Well, the key is, is that they got authorization They did it by colluding with foreign spying organizations.
	They did it by colluding with the New York Times and Washington Post, then using those reports to come back in and get a FISA warrant.
	The FISA court was set there because we had the CIA and the NSA spying on American citizens, and we said you're not allowed to do that, we don't want you doing that.
	Instead they used FISA As a tactic to continue their spying on not just the Trump administration.
	Let's understand.
	The Trump administration is just the highest level and most visible right now example of this.
	But they've been spying on Mr. and Mrs. America as Rand Paul pointed out.
	They've been doing that since September 11th.
	They think that they can get away with it.
	And see, I have a problem with an Attorney General who says that spying is not a pejorative term.
	I think it is a pejorative term.
	And I think we need to stop the spying, not just on President Trump, but stop the spying on Mr. and Mrs. America.
	Stop the spying on Mr. and Mrs. Verizon.
	You don't get a search warrant for Mr. and Mrs. Verizon.
	A search warrant that is legal should be specific about why you're looking at somebody.
	When and where are you going to do it?
	For what purpose and so forth?
	And they're not.
	These are generalized search warrants.
	And that's why we have the Fourth Amendment in the first place.
	Because this isn't something that was just invented.
	The technology is new, but the tactics and the corruption are older than America.
	That's why the Americans who founded this country put in the Fourth Amendment.
	But here's the real reality.
	You know, you're talking about whether or not it was authorized.
	And by the way, I'll say two.
	We don't have time for that.
	We're going to be back with the advocate for the parents in Arizona that they're trying to put a gag order on.
	But I do have a problem, and this is one of the trust issues that I... Trust no man!

	She is in Chandler, Arizona, Maricopa County, where Sheriff Joe Arpaio was.
	We have a story that's been widely reported not only by local media.
	We had a state representative get involved there in this CPS overreach using a SWAT team.
	It was reported quite a bit there locally.
	It was picked up by the national media because it is, quite frankly, outrageous.
	You had a parent who had a sick child, took him to a naturopath, had a fever, I had other children with her, I believe, at the time, but we're going to get the details from Lori Ford.
	But it's going to be kind of interesting because Lori Ford is trying to cover this for a parents' rights group there, Arizona DCS Oversight.
	It's not uncommon throughout this country, as we reported many times, that child protective services would go over the line And that they would take kids, in this particular case, using the police with a SWAT team, saying, well, we demand that you take them to a doctor, even though the mother said the child's fever had gone.
	They said, no, we demand that you take them to the doctor, or we will.
	And then as this case is being adjudicated, The advocacy groups there that are looking at the operation of CPS, the judge put a gag order on them and said, you will not talk about this particular case.
	See, free speech, the people's free speech, not even the free press, but also the speech of each of you individually, is paramount to your liberty.
	It's one of the ways that we keep track of what the government is doing, whether or not they're doing the right thing.
	And we cannot allow the government to continue to shut down these rights.

	Well, I understand that the press is now backed off of this.
	Most of them are, after having covered this situation, now the judge has threatened them and most of them will not allow any concerns to be heard about this.
	Tell us a little bit, you know, what you can about what led up to this, what's already been reported by the mainstream media, the incidents leading up to this, and about the gag order from the judge.
	Sure.
	I do have to give kudos to AZ Central, Mary Jo Pitzel, and Diana Nanez.
	Uh, or even, you know, taking this on.
	It's huge of them to do this.
	If you want to call it a gag, according to Arizona Rule 41 and ARS, there's a couple ARSs, Arizona Revised Statutes 8807 and 8-525.
	What happens when we go into these courts, David, is they're open courts, and according to these revised statutes and Rule 41, the administrative law clerks in the black robes, they like to be called judges.
	Politically appointed for life, most of them, right?
	Some of them are elected, but most of them are politically appointed.
	You can't get rid of them.
	Well, sure, but you know what?
	You can exercise your rights in the voting booth by voting not to retain.
	So we do have that going for us.
	They give us an admonition, and that admonition includes we cannot Put out any identifying information, personally identifiable information.
	I'm reading this.
	It says, includes name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, tribal enrollment number, telephone or telephax stimuli number, driver's license number, places of employment, school identification or military identification number, or any other distinguishing characteristic That tends to identify a particular person.
	Well, and of course, this has widely been reported already when the incident happened because it was so outrageous.
	Many people reported the name of the mother.
	However, you know, media generally follows the rules that you don't show the faces of minors.
	You don't give the names of minors when you're talking about an event.
	But there is a feeling, because the way that this was handled, that this is an effort by the system to try to cover up their heavy-handed attitude towards people.
	And when we talk about this, understand folks that in different parts of the country, some parts of the country, most areas, it's called CPS, Child Protective Services.
	In Arizona, they call the equivalent group the Department of Child Safety.
	So that's why we're talking about Arizona DCS Oversight Group.
	It's the Department of Child Safety.
	But it's the same thing.
	And a key part of this that they used to build this up was the fact that the child was unvaccinated.
	So that was another inflaming aspect of this.
	The mother had said, had been widely reported at the time, this is not the country that I recognize that the police would kick down the door and seize my children.
	At that point now, who owns control over the child?
	That's a good point.
	And do we have any rights as individuals?
	Do we have any rights as parents?
	Correct.
	Now, that quote that you just said, that, I believe, came from Representative Kelly Townsend.
	Yes, that's right.
	That's right.
	Yes.
	She was in the courtroom, as was azcentral reporter.
	So, yes, and she's a state representative, Kelly Townsend, and she's not the mother, but she is the one who made that statement.
	Yes.
	Correct.
	Yes.
	So what generally happens We get read this admonition.
	Most of the people in the AZDCS Oversight Group have had dealings with DCS, whether it be children, grandchildren.
	We have foster parents in our group, and we respect that.
	We respect the admonition.
	We will not give out names or any identifying information about the children.
	We get it.
	What we do is we document the behaviors, the practices, the procedures of DCS et al, meaning the AG, because they represent DCS in the courtrooms, the judges, the public pretenders, the public defenders, and we try to
	Focus on that, not the particulars of the case.
	Any of our notes do not have any of the case numbers, children's names, parents' names, none of that.
	So what's been going on is the press has been in the court, they were given the admonition, and the last court date We had a different reporter in the courtroom because the judge had dismissed the first reporter along with the state representative out of the court.
	Oh, through the state representative out of the court.
	The one who said, at what point do we have any control over our children?
	Townsend said, the state representative said, it seems like we've given that now to the doctor and the parent no longer has a say.
	If they try to say that they have a say, then they risk a SWAT team taking all your children and potentially the newborn.
	And she said, this is a system that needs to be reviewed.
	So now she's been thrown out of the courtroom because she talked about that.
	You know, we've had many cases talking about medical kidnapping In hospitals.
	And of course, just yesterday, I was talking to the wife of Marty Gottesfeld, who tried to draw attention to the kidnapping of a child in Boston Children's Hospital.
	Had a physical condition.
	They said, no, it's a psychological condition.
	They withheld the medicine.
	The parents tried to get them out.
	The hospital called CPSN and they kidnapped that child.
	But now they can come to your house and drag them out with a SWAT team.
	That's medical kidnapping.
	So when we come back, I want to find out what the current status of this is.

	We're talking to Lori Ford.
	She is in Arizona.
	It's actually Maricopa County.
	Where Sheriff Joe Arpaio was.
	We just had an interesting case.
	It was picked up nationally at the end of March.
	And I want to go back as we're looking at the gag order.
	And I can understand why the judge would not want this case talked about.
	Because the government doesn't look too good in this particular case.
	It's not a case where they honor the decisions of parents.
	And also, it was the government itself that put these children at, I would argue, much greater risk than any supposed health risk.
	They did not want to take the word of the parents, and of course this is the doctors in the hospitals.
	And what is called in most places CPS, but there it is DCS.
	It is the Department of Child Safety.
	They were the ones who escalated this and got a SWAT team raid where they kicked down the door and pointed guns at the family and the children.
	To snatch a child and so I want to get an update as to what's going on and what happened in the courtroom but we've got Lori Ford there who is following this case with an advocacy group there AZ Arizona AZ DCS oversight group that's their YouTube channel also on Twitter at AZ DCS warriors And before we go back into the current status of this, I want to get an update as to what's going on legally as well as the situation with the children and the family.
	We're not giving away anybody's names.
	Some names have already been named.
	Of course, they don't name the children's names, but some names have long ago been put out.
	We don't have to do that.
	We're just talking about the situation here.
	But Laurie, could you give the audience kind of an update as to how this all unfolded and what happened about a month and a half ago?
	Hello, Laurie?
	Did we lose her?
	No, I'm here.
	Okay, all right.
	Could you give the audience kind of an idea of what happened with this?
	They said their child had a fever of over 100.
	They took them to a naturopathic medicine clinic.
	The doctor said, take him to the emergency room because the child's unvaccinated, and then tell us what happened.
	Well, from there, the doctor did tell the mother, well, we're thinking you need to, you know, take him to the emergency room.
	On the way home, it was obvious to the mother that the child's fever had broke, and so she did call the doctor back and said, hey, you know, I can bring my child back in for you to see him, but obviously his fever is broke.
	The doctor says, no.
	Told you to take him to the emergency room.
	From there on, the doctor Obviously called the DCS Hotline.
	And let me just insert here that I've noticed that when we go to these emergency clinics and so forth that I've never ever been there on our own or have taken any of our kids there that they didn't tell us to take them somewhere else because I don't know what they ever do at these clinics because I always say go somewhere else because they don't want to have any responsibility for anything so that's one of the reasons why I should say don't bring them back here!
	I don't want anything to do with that.
	Sure, so then all hell broke loose with DCS and then Chandler Police Department.
	That's kind of it in a nutshell, David.
	So this doctor said, I don't want to see him.
	She calls the emergency room of the hospital.
	The hospital calls DCS.
	DCS calls the Chandler police and they go to the family's house and they demand for DCS to come in and check the child.
	And anybody who knows the history of Child Protective Services or the Department of Child Safety or whatever is really concerned about opening up your house to these people because they go on fishing expeditions and they've taken away children for absolutely innocuous reasons.
	I mean, homeschool your child, somebody makes any kind of accusation against you, they'll take your child.
	So they were understandably reluctant to do so.
	The father assured them that the child did not have fever.
	And this went on for a while and eventually the police kicked down the door, did a SWAT team raid late at night, and they had shields, they had lethal coverage as the euphemism goes, they pointed guns at the family, at the children, and snatched the children.
	And now what is the situation?
	Are the children back with the family?
	The children are with mom and dad.
	They have 24 24-7 supervision by paternal grandparents.
	And this has all been released through the articles.
	So they are there.
	They're at home.
	So they're with the grandparents.
	They're not with the mother and father.
	They are at home with mother and father.
	I see.
	Grandparents are 24-7 supervisors.
	I see, I see.
	Now, this is a bit unusual, and I think it's because of the national media attention, and I think it's because of the attention of that Arizona State Representative Townsend.
	It's unusual for children, after they've been taken by CPS, to be returned to family or family members that quickly.
	It's also unusual for them to have a court proceeding that quickly, isn't it?
	Yes, yes it is.
	So, we are pleased about that.
	That usually does not happen.
	And obviously this judge is very sensitive to press coverage.
	So the reason I think the reason why they've probably been given back to the family and the reason why the judge is trying to tamp this down and I think a lot of it has to do not just with the press coverage but kudos to that state representative Townsend who said we got to look at this system that could fail in this way and endanger people's lives in this way.
	Well, ironically, she was the one that drew up the so-called, quote, warrant bill.
	Oh, really?
	Oh, okay.
	Yeah.
	Oh, wow.
	Tell us a little bit more about that.
	I didn't know about that bill.
	In the past, Arizona, as I understand other states, could just go into homes and, you know, seize children.
	There was no warrant process.
	There was nothing.
	So, and Arizona's been doing that for decades.
	What happened was, there was pressure being put on the legislatures about, you know, amendment rights being violated by this rogue agency.
	So, Representative Townsend put this warrants, what they, what is called a warrants bill, which is not really a warrants bill.
	What it ends up being is just a court order.
	To go pick up children.
	And in this particular situation, they had a court order to pick up the one child who had the fever, the child that went to the naturopath.
	When they wound up taking all the children?
	Yes, when they came into the home, they ended up taking all three children.
	And I've talked to people in other states where the situation they were surprised to find out in one particular case, one individual I talked to.
	It was, of course, a domestic dispute between he and his wife.
	His wife had abandoned the family.
	He had sold custody of the kids and she didn't want to have them.
	And so there were charges that were made, back and forth.
	Harassment charges by a grandparent.
	The mother didn't want the child, but her mother did want the child.
	So she's making harassing charges against a parent in one state.
	And they would come and they would interview the children.
	They'd say that everything was okay.
	When it goes to another state, it was handled differently.
	And because of the way it was being handled, he said, well, no, I'm not going to let you, you can talk to the kids, but I'm not going to let you come in and inspect the house, get a search warrant.
	And CPS kept coming back over and over again, and came back with the police, and the police said, no, that's right, you have to have a search warrant to go in and search the house.
	Then eventually, after two or three of these episodes, they just kidnapped the kids at school.
	And he pointed out, they need a search warrant to get into my house, but they can steal my kids without any kind of warrant?
	I mean, what is the situation there in Arizona?
	The situation here is, it's interesting that you said, you know, it was a different situation in a different state.
	In Arizona, it seems to be a different situation for every household.
	Wow.
	Yeah.
	No law, really.
	It's a different situation for every household.
	It really is.
	There's no consistency.
	What's going on here is Example, this is a perfect example.
	We have a, there's a court order, pickup order for one child.
	They break into the home.
	They decide to take all three.
	They decide to take the other two with no, with no pickup order, with no court order.
	So as soon as children leave home with DCS, That's money in the state's pocket.
