	I'm David Knight, your host.
	We're going to take a look at the future for the Democrat Party.
	It really depends on whether they can get felons and foreigners registered to vote.
	We're not talking about people who used to be foreigners or people who used to be felons.
	We're talking about people who currently are felons and foreigners.
	People who are currently in prison.
	We've had Bernie Sanders at a town hall last night.
	Asked a very important question we're going to play for you in the next segment.
	A lady asked him, said, would you give the right to vote to people who are currently still in prison, the bombers, the people who are convicted of, the individual, one of them died, the bomber of Boston, Would you give him the right to vote?
	Would you give people who are in prison because they have been convicted of sexual assault the right to vote?
	Bernie says yes, yes.
	That is his path to victory, folks.
	Let's understand, that's their only hope, because the Democrats themselves are criminals, and their ideas are foreign.
	So we have arguments being made today, and they accelerated the case.
	Because you had a couple of judges say that the Commerce Department, which had been given a complete authority to put any question that they wanted to on the census.
	You had lawsuits that went before judges in New York and in California.
	And we had two judges in those two places, those two sanctuary states, say that you cannot ask on the census whether or not somebody is a citizen.
	This is a census that's coming up next year.
	They have to print the forms up, so they asked for an accelerated hearing.
	That is going to be heard today.
	And we're going to talk about the issue again.
	This is the key issue, folks.
	Yes, we do have the U.S.
	military literally surrendering their arms at the border to Mexican troops.
	What a perfect picture that is of what is happening at our border.
	Our U.S.
	military, the unpaid mercenaries of NATO and the United Nations, the people who have been used for regime change elsewhere, are standing by as regime change is being foisted upon the United States at the border.
	Standing by, unable, unwilling to defend our borders.
	And I'm not criticizing these two soldiers.
	They were outnumbered.
	It was a Mexican standoff, if you will, but I think it was two of them and I think there were six Mexican Army soldiers who had rifles trained on them.
	So they were outgunned, outmanned, they had to stand down.
	We are going to be outmanned in this United States if we open up our borders for everybody who wants to come here to live off of our welfare state.
	And yet, we can't have anyone say anything about that.
	That's the most amazing thing to me about all this.
	That there's nobody in the Trump administration that even looks at the welfare state.
	Even criticizes the fact that we're giving welfare to foreigners.
	Why isn't that a winning issue?
	Why can't President Trump take that up as a rhetorical issue?
	I mean, wouldn't both Republicans and Democrats say, let's take care of our own first?
	Let's take care of our veterans?
	Let's take care of our homeless people?
	Before we bring people in from every country in the world?
	Anybody who wants to come here can get a free education, free food, free housing, free whatever!
	Why is that not a winning issue?
	Well, we know Who's in charge of this, on both the Republican side and the Democrat side.
	We've got the Democrats who want the voters, and they're going to get them one way or the other.
	Whether they allow foreigners to vote, folks, if this Supreme Court case goes the wrong way, they will have political power.
	Whether or not the foreigners... Foreigners could come in and they could vote Republican, for example.
	Wouldn't make any difference.
	If the Democrats in the sanctuary cities get to count people who aren't citizens, whether they get the votes or not, they get the power and they get the money, because that's what's allocated with the census.

	Welcome on this Tuesday, April the 23rd, Year of Our Lord 2019.
	Today we have before us the future of the Democrat Party and the future of America being decided.
	We have arguments being heard in the Supreme Court about whether or not we can count foreign citizens in sanctuary states.
	They beg them to come in.
	They offer them massive amounts of welfare.
	And then, of course, they get more money, they get more political power, because that's the whole point of the census.
	The census is used to allocate representation amongst the states.
	And if we're going to count foreign citizens who are here, criminally, That gives more power to the Democrats.
	Whether or not these foreign citizens are allowed to vote, and of course that is still an open question in many of these Democrat sanctuary states.
	But we've also got Bernie Sanders and others seeing another path to power, and that is with felons.
	There was a CNN town hall last night in New Hampshire, and I want to play for you.
	The question put to Bernie Sanders about whether or not the Boston bomber, for example, in jail, in a life sentence.
	I don't know that they execute people in Massachusetts.
	But he was convicted.
	And whether or not the Boston Marathon bomber or those who are guilty of sexual assault should be allowed to vote for Democrats.
	And of course, Bernie thinks they should.
	Here's Bernie.
	Now here is my view.
	If somebody commits a serious crime, sexual assault, murder, they're going to be punished.
	They may be jailed for 10 years, 20 years, 50 years, their whole lives.
	That's what happens when you commit a serious crime.
	But I think the right to vote is inherent to our democracy.
	Yes, even for terrible people.
	Because once you start chipping away and you say, well, that guy committed a terrible crime.
	Not going to let him vote.
	Or that person did that.
	Not going to let that person vote.
	You're running down a slippery slope.
	So I believe that people who commit crimes, they pay the price.
	When they got out of jail, I believe they certainly should have the right to vote.
	But I do believe that even if they are in jail, they're paying their price to society.
	But that should not take away their inherent American right to participate in our democracy.
	Applause for the answer.
	Well, they love that.
	My follow-up question goes to this being like, you're writing an opposition ad against you by saying you think the Boston Marathon bomber should vote not after he pays his debt to society, but while he's in jail.
	You sure about that?
	Well, Chris, I think I have written many 30-second opposition ads throughout my life.
	This will be just another one, but I do believe.
	Look, you know, Yeah, he's done a lot of them.
	As a matter of fact, I can think of one that I would do.
	We could do Lifestyle of the Rich and Marxist.
	You know, we could show him going on honeymoon to the Soviet Union in 1986, just before it collapsed in 1989.
	Still worshipping Stalin and Marx.
	That's where he wanted to go for his honeymoon.
	Yeah, go to the place that you love the most.
	Lifestyle of the Rich, you know, the millionaire, the guilty millionaire.
	Who doesn't want to give up his wealth, but he's going to take yours.
	Moyda, he says.
	He's got somebody in there for Moyda.
	Well, here's the deal, Bernie.
	Maybe we've got too many people in prison.
	And I'm not even saying maybe.
	We do have too many people in prison.
	And a lot of what is pushing this idea is the fact that we have a greater absolute number of people in prison Than even the Chinese communists do.
	Now of course they have a way that they can keep you in prison even if they don't lock you up.
	It's called the social credit scores.
	But that is a prison on the outside.
	But we have more people in prison than even the ruthless communists in China.
	And it's because of the war on drugs.
	And most of the people in prison because of the war on drugs are people who are there because of marijuana.
	A lot of non-violent users are there.
	So we have a higher percentage than any country has ever locked up in prison, and we have a lot of people who should not be in prison because we have too many laws, and we have the wrong laws, and we're locking up the wrong people.
	When they started putting in mandatory minimums under Ronald Reagan, and this insane unconstitutional war on drugs, which was the creation of the United Nations, understand that, conservatives, You may also understand it hasn't worked in 50 years, but nevertheless, we had mandatory minimums, and as they started locking people up, mandatory minimums for drug charges, they had to let violent criminals go free.
	That's the insanity of the drug war.
	So we're locking the wrong people up, we're locking them up for too long, for things that should not be a crime.
	But that doesn't mean that we let people like the Boston Marathon bomber, those who are guilty of sexual assault, vote.
	There's a reason that people who are guilty of violent crimes are locked up.
	It's to protect society.
	We have deprived them of their liberty, which is one of the core aspects of being a citizen.
	We've forgotten that liberty is actually important, isn't it?
	Liberty is the most important thing.
	And we've deprived them of their liberty.
	And they're still deprived of their liberty.
	He's talking about not even... Bernie's not even talking about giving the vote to people who have finished prison and been paroled and so forth and want to go back and join society.
	That's what Chris Cuomo was pointing out.
	Even Chris Cuomo saw the stupidity.
	Of what Bernie Sanders had just said.
	He's not talking about giving people who have paid their quote-unquote debt to society.
	Let's just assume that it's somebody who is a violent criminal and, you know, they've now assumed that they are rehabilitated and they're able to get out.
	Now they've become a citizen again.
	But when you're in prison, you've been deprived of your freedom, of your liberty, for a reason.
	And you've been deprived of your vote to protect society as well.
	If these people are there, they've committed violent acts so that they're there for life.
	They should not be voting about what kind of society we're going to live in.
	Do you really want Charles Manson voting on what kind of society we're going to live in?
	No.
	No.
	This is truly insane.
	Bernie just keeps going down that path.
	But he's not the only one.
	Let's play the clip of Kamala Harris.

	A former prosecutor she is.
	Here's Kamala Harris.
	I agree that the right to vote is one of the very important components of citizenship, and it is something that people should not be stripped of needlessly, which is why I have been long an advocate Of making sure that the formerly incarcerated are not denied a right to vote, which is the case in so many states in our country.
	In some states, permanently deprived of the right to vote.
	And these are policies that go back to Jim Crow.
	These are policies that go back to the heart of policies that have been about disenfranchisement, policies that continue until today.
	And we need to take it seriously.
	But people who are convicted in prison, like the Boston Marathon bomber.
	Death row.
	People who are convicted of sexual assault.
	They should be able to vote?
	I think we should have that conversation.
	We should have that conversation.
	You notice how they always turn to that when they can't really defend their situation?
	You know, we should have that conversation.
	I'm not going to converse with you.
	I'm not going to tell you what I think.
	But we need to talk about this.
	But I'm not going to talk.
	I have nothing more to say.
	We should have that conversation.
	What a cop-out this has become for the Democrats, whether it's reparations or whether it's letting people who are currently in prison vote.
	Oh, we should have that conversation.
	I'm not going to commit to that.
	Now, this is a woman, Kamala Harris, who has locked up a lot of people for things like non-violent possession of pot, which is no longer a crime.
	I don't know that they let anybody out in California, however, on that.
	But she locked people up while she virtue-signaled that she's one of the people, talking about how she used to smoke pot herself while she listened to certain rap artists.
	And people called her out on that being a lie.
	Said, well, you know, you said you did that when you were in college, and yet these people that you cited, that you listened to, didn't come along until after you got out of college.
	So she lied about that.
	But worse than that lie is the hypocrisy that she would lock people up for what she did.
	You know, kind of like Obama.
	Locking people up for what he was known for in college.
	We've got more to say about this.

	Yeah, we've got Bernie Sanders and Kamala Harris showing the power of love Actually, it's the political power that they can get by loving felons.
	And these are not people, again, who have quote-unquote paid their debts to society.
	As I said before, there's two separate issues here.
	One is somebody who has served their time.
	And the other one are these people, these super villains, that gave them cases.
	Oh, let's take a person convicted of the Boston Marathon bombing, or people who are guilty of sexual assault.
	You know it's always the case in a superhero movie that the supervillain always monologues at the end.
	That's how you know it's about over.
	The show is not over.
	Not when the fat lady sings, but when the supervillain monologues.
	And so now we've got Bernie Sanders At a town hall monologuing in defense of supervillains.
	And unashamed about that.
	We were talking about that during the break, Travis.
	You had interesting comments about Bernie Sanders, the hypocrisy of those who are going to vote for him.
	And also this whole thing about their dodge, you know, at a town hall.
	They're at a town hall.
	You ask them a difficult question.
	Oh, we should have a conversation about that, right?
	Yeah, they're always willing to have a conversation, but at a later date, not now, never now.
	Not at a town hall.
	I can't have this conversation, someone else needs to have this conversation, not me.
	And it's funny to me that he's willing to give voting rights back to felons while they're in prison, but I am sure if you asked him about red flag gun laws, he'd be totally on board to just strip that right away from anyone at any time for any reason.
	Oh yeah, yeah.
	You don't hear these people out there saying, we need fewer laws.
	We need to stop locking people up.
	We need to stop the mandatory minimums.
	We need to stop having the government seize children without giving the parents due process.
	I mean, they won't even talk about stopping the government from seizing property without due process, without even charging you with a crime.
	That's civil asset forfeiture.
	But we have Child Protective Services doing child forfeiture as well.
	They take your children, And then if you want to fight that, you can sue them because you have no presumption of innocence, you have no due process, so you can sue them in court if you've got the money.
	And that's why they go after the children of the poor, they go after the property of the poor.
	But you don't hear these people talking about that.
	I mean, the real issue is this broken criminal justice system.
	Not that Charles Manson, people like Charles Manson, don't have the right to vote.
	Let's not give them the right to vote.
	We deprive them of their freedom so that we can protect society.
	And we deprive them of the right to vote while they're in prison so that we can protect society as well.
	That's really what's going on here.
	We got Kamala Harris saying, well, these are the fundamental rights of citizenship.
	Let's talk about the people who are serving life in prison because they're convicted of murder.
	Are they really model citizens?
	Are they the kind of citizens that we really want?
	Or is that a slippery slope?
	To give these people the right to vote.
	Did they really care much about the society that they live in?
	Did they care much about their fellow citizens?
	No, they didn't care about society.
	They're sociopaths!
	And they'll kill anybody who gets in their way.
	So, yeah, let's give these people the right to vote.
	Why?
	Because they'll vote Democrat.
	They know that.
	It's nothing but feathering their nest.
	And it's pretty transparent what they're doing.
	Bernie Sanders says, those convicted of sexual assault, you know, yeah, we've got to have a vibrant democracy.
	We need higher voter turnout.
	Yeah, they would turn out the violent criminals, quite frankly.
	And talks about cowardly Republican governors in that context.
	You know, I think people ought to be innocent until proven guilty, but once they're proven guilty, then Unless you overturn that conviction, those people have forfeited their right to vote, just like they forfeited their right to walk about freely.
	And yet, we have a Soros-funded group working to register 1.4 million ex-felons ahead of 2020.
	Now, this is a different thing.
	I'll make a distinction here.
	And this is a distinction that even Chris Cuomo can understand.
	So, I'm sure that all of you listening in the audience are smarter than Chris Cuomo, and you understand the difference between a felon and an ex-felon.
	And yet, we have seen In these recent elections, we have seen groups going around in the prisons, people in prison, they're already registering them to vote.
	We've had this happen in several different states.
	But in Florida, which will be the nation's biggest swing state for the 2020 presidential race, there are nearly 1.4 million ex-felons.
	And I am somewhat sympathetic to this.
	Because I know ex-felons who are ex-felons because they resisted government tyranny.
	We've got a lot of political prisoners.
	We've got a lot of people who fought against the IRS and criminal actions that the government has taken, who took a principled stand and they were convicted of felonies.
	You know, we have Harvey Silverglate who wrote the book, Three Felonies a Day.
	As I said before, we've got a lot of people that are locked up for things that shouldn't even be crimes that we consider to be felonies.
	I remember a few years ago, The man who had some helium balloons, took his fiancée, well she wasn't his fiancée at the time, took his girlfriend to the beach, proposed to her, and released the balloons as part of the proposal, the celebration or whatever, and he was convicted of felonies for doing that, because that was a felony to release those balloons there on that beach.
	Should he lose his right to vote?
	No.
	But the way we fix this is to fix the laws again, not to give the vote to people who are not even ex-felons.
	But understand that the people who are pushing this so hard are doing this because they know that is their constituency, as I said at the top of the hour.
	The Democrats We want felons and foreigners to be involved in the election because that's what they are.
	They're wannabe felons and they have ideas that are foreign to America.
	I think we ought to lock up Hillary Clinton for example and take away her right to vote.
	I don't want Hillary voting.
	When we look at what's going on in Florida, George Soros has been funding these different groups that have been $50 million to the ACLU, $7.5 million to the Brennan Center, from the Soros Open Society Foundations, and They're opposing all efforts to have former felons pay their court fees prior to regaining their voting abilities and other issues.
	They had a ballot amendment in Florida called Florida's Amendment 4.
	It was approved by voters last year in the election and it would restore the right to vote to people who are ex-felons.
	But Bernie wants to go further.
	He wants it to apply to people who are currently felons.
	Let's talk about the real violation, however, of the law.
	I think the greatest danger, and we can take a look at, you know, what Bernie is saying, what Kamala Harris is hinting at, but she doesn't really want to say it.
	Well, someday we'll have to have a conversation about that, but I can't really make a commitment to that, just like she can't make a commitment to reparations or anything, but she wants to virtue signal about it, and also put it out there as a race issue.
	But the real issue, folks, is a Supreme Court case that is going to be heard today on the census citizenship question.
	This is a far more important issue, and it's going to get a lot less attention in the media.
	What Bernie Sanders said is pretty sensational, but this is the crux of the issue, folks.
	Because whether or not felons or foreigners vote in this election, The Democrats are going to be in charge if this one question is not on the census.
	And I'll tell you why when we come back.

	We've got Democrats now in the town hall, saying they're going to get people who are currently in prison.
	These are not ex-felons, these are felons.
	These are people, in many cases, and Ernie said, you know, these are people who are maybe there for life!
	People who have committed sexual assault and violent crimes against women.
	He wants them to vote!
	Because he's sure that they'll vote for him.
	That's really what this is about, folks.
	And yet, while they're doing this, they're very intent on trying to make a felon out of President Trump, or at least get him out of office.
	If they want to make him a felon, that's a two-step process.
	You have to get the President out first, and then you would have to charge him with a crime, except they don't have a crime!
	But they're going to keep looking, and they're going to keep imagining this.

	We've got Elijah Cummings.
	Uh, asked as we, you know, they look at the Mueller report and they see there's nothing there.
	It's like, can't you guys still do impeachment for us?
	And so this is what he was asked on Face the Nation on Sunday.
	Elizabeth Warren, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Maxine Waters, Julian Castro have said we should begin proceedings to impeach the president.
	Are you there yet?
	I'm not there yet, but I can foresee that possibly coming.
	Yeah, and then we also had CNN, of course, the media, pushing this narrative.
	Why aren't you guys impeaching him yet?
	We've had them all report!
	It shows there's no collusion.
	But you should still impeach him!
	And here's Chuck Todd grilling Jerry Nadler.
	Why haven't you already started impeachment of President Trump?
	Some might ask, why haven't you opened an impeachment inquiry?
	Some might ask.
	In fairness, is that what you're doing right now?
	MSNBC and CNN would ask that.
	I don't think we're doing that.
	We may get to that, we may not.
	As I've said before, it is our job to go through all the evidence.
	To all the information we can get and to go where the evidence leads us.
	I'm sorry?
	How much does the politics impact this?
	As you know, impeachment gets politicized, so you have a legal case that you believe this happens and you should do it, but the politics dictate something else.
	How much is that going to influence this decision?
	I don't know.
	That'll come down the road when we see what we have.
	Is this an answer to Pelosi's hands?
	Among others.
	She's not the only person.
	She's certainly the leader of the Democratic Caucus.
	She's the Speaker of the House.
	It's partly her and partly a lot of other people.
	Do you think this is impeachable?
	Yeah, I do.
	I do think that this, if proven, which hasn't been proven yet, some of this, if proven, some of this would be impeachable, yes.
	Obstruction of justice, if proven, would be impeachable.
	And you're going to go about to see if you can prove it?
	Well, we're going to see where the facts lead us.
	Well, they're pushing that really hard, aren't they?
	I mean, they really are done at CNN if impeachment doesn't come out of this.
	If impeachment comes out of that, they could use that and say, see?
	See?
	We're vindicated.
	No, they're not going to be vindicated.
	But of course, Elizabeth Warren is not reluctant to go there.
	I'm sure that she thinks that President Trump ought to be impeached just because he exposed her Indian background.
	But here's Elizabeth Warren, let's play video clip number five, calling for impeachment.
	She goes there.
	And of course we've also had Julian Castro saying that as well.
	But here's Elizabeth Warren.
	The first Democratic presidential candidate who is calling for the start of impeachment proceedings.
	Other Democrats have been saying it's not worth the political cost, it's not worth the civic cost, or it's arguably just too soon.
	What made you decide to take this step today?
	Well, I read the report.
	I was on an airplane yesterday and started reading it, read it way into the night last night, and I got to the end and realized this is about a point of principle.
	The report is absolutely clear that a foreign government attacked our electoral system to help Donald Trump.
	He welcomed that help, and then when it was investigated by our own federal authorities, Donald Trump took multiple steps to try to obstruct justice.
	This is one of those moments when I get it, that there are people who think politically, no, it's going to be too hard to do this.
	This isn't about politics.
	This isn't even specifically about Donald Trump himself.
	It is about what a president of the United States should be able to do and what the role of Congress is in saying no, a president does not get to come in and stop an investigation about a foreign power that attacked this country.
	Which is all pure fiction.
	You know who attacked this country, of course?
	It was our corrupt institutions.
	The Department of Justice.
	It was the corrupt FBI.
	And the DOJ at the top.
	It was also the corrupt CIA and NSA.
	Working with foreign intelligence agencies to create a fictional dossier.
	Working with the Democrat Party.
	That it funded that corrupt dossier.
	It was about the military-industrial complex trying to overthrow our election, our regime change here in the United States.
	Not content to overthrow regimes abroad, they have to overthrow our elections here in America as well.
	That's what it was really about.
	And clearly, this narrative about a few ads being taken out on Facebook By, it was alleged, the GRU, as I pointed out yesterday, the GRU was the old Soviet Union intelligence agency.
	Which kind of gives you an indication that this stuff is completely fabricated, just like the dossier.
	And that it is really intended to recreate the old Cold War.
	These people are very dangerous.
	Paul Craig Roberts is Written an editorial saying, you understand what all this Russiagate stuff is about, right?
	It's about trying to provoke a real war, not just a cold war, but a real war between the United States and Russia.
	That's how nihilistic these people are in the military-industrial complex.
	They would welcome that.
	And the whole thing is nonsense.
	There was no collusion with President Trump, and there isn't even a credible case That anything that was done, even if the allegations are true in the Mueller Report, even if those allegations are true, it's not enough to change the election.
	If you want to know what changed the election on social media, it's not a few ads that were put out.
	A very, very few ads.
	It's the billions of dollars.
	And it is the entire organization of Google and Facebook and Twitter that are biased against conservatives and in favor of the Democrat Party.
	That can change an election.
	And that's what needs to be investigated.
	But they're not going to pay any attention to that.
	They're going to pretend that, you know, 10,000 ads taken out that are allegedly done by a Russian organization would do that.
	Well, what was their intention to do that?
	To try to stop an escalating Cold War?
	Well, yeah, we wouldn't want to stop a Cold War, would we?
	Or a real war.
	No, I think when we look at this, maybe one of the things behind Bernie Sanders talking about letting felons vote is he's kind of worried about the people in his own party.
	We've got Joe Biden with a major Ukrainian situation.
	He steered $1.8 billion to Ukraine while his son got a sweetheart deal from their government.
	He came in and told them to shut down the prosecutors in the Ukraine that were investigating that deal, investigating his son.
	We've got Beto O'Rourke.
	Who raised $9.4 million in just 18 days, but he also paid his and his wife's company $110,000 in campaign funds.
	We got Occasional Cortex, Alexandria Occasional Cortex, quietly removed from the board of the political action committee that she and her top campaign manager were on.
	That is a clear violation of federal election law, to create a political action committee and then put yourself on it.
	They're supposed to be completely independent.
	You know, that could get them in jail.
	We've got Ilhan Omar under investigation for misusing campaign contributions, using them for personal expenses, using them to pay for her divorce and so forth.
	Maybe if those people go to jail, maybe as Bernie Sanders would imagine, he would like for them to still vote.
	Not just in elections.
	But to vote to change our laws from prison, maybe.
	That's maybe what they're looking at.
	We're going to take a look, as I said before, I'm going to get to it this next segment, we're going to take a look at the Supreme Court and the census question.
	Because that is the existential question for the United States of America.

	We're going to hear arguments about the citizenship question today in the Supreme Court.
	Very important question.
	I think that nothing less than the existence of the United States is involved here, and I'll tell you why in just a moment.

	Alright, the census question that goes before the Supreme Court today.
	They don't need foreign citizens voting.
	They don't need felons still in jail voting to win.
	If they keep the citizenship question off of the census, and this is said, By the California judge.
	That is not in view today.
	Today they're looking at the decision by the New York judge.
	So I don't know what happens to the second decision by the California judge.
	The California judge was very upfront about all of this.
	He said, if you don't include, or if you do include the citizenship question, that's going to cost California representation.
	And it's going to cost them money.
	In other words, they're getting money and they're getting political representation for the foreign citizens that they've invited into their sanctuary state.
	And they want to keep that going.
	And that's why they want to keep this question off.
	Now the basis on which this case is going to be appealed will be different.
	The basis that was put in there by the judge out of New York, Southern District of New York, Judge Jesse Furman, he wrote a More than a 300 page...
	Decision.
	And in it, he questioned things, including Wilbur Ross, who is the head of the Commerce Department.
	The Commerce Department is head of the Census Bureau.
	They put together the census question.
	So the judge questioned Ross's explanations for adding the citizenship question.
	He said they were pretextual, meaning that he is questioning his motivations.
	We have seen this before from the judiciary.
	They don't care what the law says.
	They're going to question your motivations.
	And again, this is why I have a problem with hate laws, hate crime laws.
	You should judge people based on their actions.
	If somebody beats someone, Their motivations might be helpful in terms of establishing whether or not this crime was actually committed by this person.
	Certainly you always look at that.
	Or to determine whether a murder was a crime of passion or whether it was premeditated or whatever.
	It might enter into the sentencing part of that as well.
	But to make that a separate crime means that you've got to look into people's souls.
	You've got to figure out what their motivations were.
	And that's what they're trying to do with the President, with Wilbur Ross.
	What were his motivations?
	Regardless of what the law says.
	The law says something.
	That's what the judge is supposed to be looking at.
	What did the law actually say?
	But no, he's going to question his motivations.
	Because, you know, obviously these guys are racist.
	I mean, look, they've got an R behind their name.
	Yeah, it stands for Republican, but for them it stands for racist.
	Any Republican is obviously racist.
	And so the Democrats, states, the city governments, these sanctuary places, don't want a citizenship question there because they know that it's going to cost them federal funding and it's going to cost them seats in Congress.
	And they will get seats to represent these foreign citizens, even if the foreign citizens aren't voting.
	But they're going to do it on the basis Of whether or not the Administrative Procedure Act, the APA, was followed.
	Now I had to look this up.
	This is pretty obscure.
	This is something that goes back to 1946.
	And it was put in there because we'd had a rapid expansion of the bureaucracy under FDR's New Deal.
	And because the bureaucracy was metastasizing like a cancer.
	And because it was taking over every aspect of American life, they put in the Administrative Procedure Act, the APA, in 1946, as hopefully as a means to rein it in.
	And of course that didn't work.
	But now these people are going to go back and appeal to that and say, well, we don't think that the proper procedure was followed in putting in the censorship, the censor question.
	And yet, if we go back to the Constitution, what's the Constitution say?
	There's an enumeration clause in Article 1 that requires a nationwide census to be taken every 10 years.
	Why?
	Because we're going to apportion political power based on that.
	And so why would foreign citizens figure into the A portioning of political power.
	They shouldn't.
	And of course it was on the census up until 1950.
	Which might give you a clue that the APA doesn't have anything to do with that.
	Because the APA again was published four years before and they still included it in 1950.
	And since 1950 they have continued to ask that question on the long forms.
	Not on the short forms and on the long forms.
	And all these different cases.
	Actually in one way or the other up until George W. Bush I believe.
	But they're going to pull it into that and they're going to take a quick look at this because this is being done on an emergency basis because the census form has to be printed up.
	And so when we look at this political power grab, The government is pointing to a 1996 case where the Supreme Court said, on the other hand, this is the government's case, saying we can ask the censorship question.
	Why?
	Because it's always been there.
	Why?
	Because that's the intention of the census in the first place.
	They gave, in 1996, they gave the Commerce Department authority over the census.
	That was the Supreme Court that did that.
	They said they're virtually unlimited in what they can ask people.
	I disagree with that decision, quite frankly.
	I think the census ought to be limited to one question, one question only.
	Are you a citizen?
	How many citizens do we have here?
	That ought to be it.
	And now what they want to do, again, is turn the Constitution, Article 1, everything, turned on its head and invert it.
	Oh, you can't ask if they're a citizen, but you can ask everything else.
	Everything else.
	As the brief, the New York's brief to the justices read, the secretary unreasonably ignored the uncontroverted empirical evidence that the citizenship question would make the enumeration less accurate.
	All the evidence in the record demonstrates that a citizenship question would cause millions of non-citizens to not respond to the census.
	Good.
	It's exactly the case.
	And we look at what this New York judge said.
	He said, as he's saying, it's illegal to ask the citizenship question.
	He said, they're concerned, this is the case, what they're pretending is, that they're not only concerned that it violates the APA, which clearly it doesn't.
	The APA was passed and we were still asking the census, the citizenship question on the census.
	But then they say, well, if you were to ask that question, the federal government, even though there are laws prohibiting them going back and getting the citizenship question and using it to enforce the laws, they're saying, that citizenship question could be used to enforce the law, the immigration laws.
	So think about this.
	The purpose of this judge is not to follow the law.
	The purpose of this judge is to help foreign citizens who are criminally trespassing evade the law.
	That's their primary concern.
	We don't want you finding these people who are criminally trespassing, these foreign citizens, coming here for welfare.
	We don't want you finding them and deporting them.
	We want to help them evade the immigration law.

	military literally surrendering to Mexico at the border.
	It was just two U.S.
	troops surrendering to a half dozen Mexican troops who were in America.
	How did they miss the border?
	Was there not like a wall there or anything?
	Nothing, Mark.
	We don't know where the border is.
	Who cares?
	Like Nancy Pelosi said, it's just one big North American Union community there.
	It just happens to have an imaginary line to it.
	It doesn't make any more difference than the border between Texas and Oklahoma.
	Except that one is marked, you know, when you drive across it.
	Welcome to whichever state you're going into.
	But there's no marking there at the border.
	Who knows what's going on there?
	Now that's a perfect metaphor.
	For how our so-called defense, quote-unquote defense department, is incapable of defending our border.
	Hamstrung by the judiciary.
	And that should not be allowed to happen.
	The judiciary should not be allowed to overthrow the authority of the President in protecting the border.
	He has that authority.
	And he has that duty.
	And that's why we have a military.
	We used to understand that.
	No longer.
	We used to have presidents Who understood that there was a division of power between the executive and the judiciary branch.
	That they were separate but equal.
	That one could not enjoin or control the other.
	You had President Andrew Jackson say of the Supreme Court, they've made their decision, let's see them enforce it.
	And he went ahead and did what he had the power to do, whether it was right or wrong.
	It's not the point.
	He had the delegated power under the Constitution.
	But I want to talk in this segment here briefly about health-related issues.
	Now we've talked about the cell phone tower and the cancer cluster in a California school before, and now this cell phone tower that was put in a school has now been removed.
	They've had several students and teachers come down with cancer.
	They're suspicious that it may be the cell phone.
	Why would they think that?
	Why would they think?
	Well, we had A lot of studies, and I've gone down those studies in foreign countries.
	I had a massive 14-year study with the Polish military showing that the rates of certain types of cancer had increased anywhere from three to eight times.
	Similar studies were done in Australia and Germany and elsewhere.
	And all of these studies were done, the Polish study was done before we gave the telecommunications companies legal immunity.
	With the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
	That was done by the federal government.
	And I think that they knew, at that point in time, that there were going to be health challenges to these cell phone towers, and so they preemptively shut that down.
	The Telecommunications Act said you may not object to a cell phone tower based on health effects.
	Only if you don't like the aesthetics.
	How insane is that?
	That's very insane.
	But of course, they understand that they can do anything to make it attractive or to disguise it.
	So they can take care of the aesthetics.
	They can't make the health effects go away.
	And these health effects are going to be coming at us with a vengeance with 5G.
	That's why this particular case is very, very important.
	We've had similar cases like this elsewhere in the United States in the intervening years since 1996.
	We had one in New York.
	And they were told that they could not sue, they couldn't do anything about it because of the Telecommunications Act.
	But what this illustrates is that you can, at a local level, overthrow federal regulations that are unconstitutional.
	The federal government can't protect these people from harming our health.
	They can't give them immunity for that.
	This Telecommunications Act of 1996 cannot stand up to local governments who will protect their own people's health.
	And that is a very important lesson for us to learn about 5G.
	We need to learn that lesson about vaccines as well.
	Because ten years before they gave immunity to the telecommunications companies, For damaging people's health.
	They did the same thing for the big pharmaceutical industry for vaccines.
	And they have no authority for that.
	Just take a look at what we did with medical marijuana at local and state elections.
	We defied the US government and the United Nations War on Drugs.
	Did it at the local level.

	I've got one more thing to say about the Supreme Court.
	Of course, they're going to be looking at arguments today about whether or not it is allowed to have a question on the census that asks if somebody is a citizen.
	As I've said before, if you look at the Enumeration Act, what was the purpose of the Enumeration Act in the Constitution?
	Every 10 years, we're going to count the people so we can allocate political power.
	Why would we be allocating political power based on the number of foreign citizens who are criminally trespassing in a sanctuary state?
	Well, as the judge in California said, it's so that they can get more money and more political power.
	And they're trying to argue that it's a violation of a law that was passed in 1946.
	I really don't like the way that you created this question.
	Nevertheless, in 1996, 50 years later, the Supreme Court has already held that there is absolutely no limit as to the questions that the Census Bureau can ask on a census question.
	Oh, unless it is something that doesn't work out to the Democrats' advantage.
	Then we can sue and take them to court.
	So it'll be interesting to see how this goes.
	Even going back to their appeal to the administrative process, they were still asking that census question.
	Always had.
	And they still continue to ask that after the APA Act was put in there to try to rein in these out-of-control bureaucracies that have been created by the New Deal.
	So the entire argument is politically bankrupt and obvious exactly what they're trying to do.
	But we also have the Supreme Court is going to be considering arguments regarding information requested through the Freedom of Information Act and if it applies to the commercial sector.
	And I don't really believe that's the case in this.
	I think that this is something that is being misapplied.
	There was a South Dakota newspaper They began requesting information from the U.S.
	Department of Agriculture about the food stamp program, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, SNAP.
	And the news director there explained that they had a multi-year effort meant to determine more about how the government operates as well as how the government is spending taxpayer money.
	It's kind of like real reporting.
	Instead of press releases from a particular government agency, which is the way that typical mainstream media operates.
	So they were doing actual research.
	And so they wanted information from the U.S.
	Department of Agriculture saying, how are you spending money in the food stamp program?
	And they didn't want to give that information.
	Nobody ever complies with the Freedom of Information Act, it seems like.
	All they do is refuse and then you have to sue them to get that information.
	And so they then had an organization called the Food Marketing Institute that came back and said that information is commercial and therefore exempt from the FOIA process.
	Now think about this.
	It's not the government, it's not the U.S.
	Department of Agriculture making that argument that this is Something that applies to the commercial sector.
	It is the commercial sector saying, we don't want to give up that information.
	Does that give you an idea that there is some kind of under-the-table activity going on here between perhaps the Food Marketing Institute and the people who are putting out food stamps?
	But of course, if the Supreme Court decides the wrong way, They can cover up that information.
	If the Supreme Court decides the wrong way, they can give more of your taxpayer money to people who are foreign citizens who come here demanding that they are entitled to being supported.
	That's what's really crazy about this entire process.
	And there are more Supreme Court cases that are coming up.
	They've agreed to hear a case regarding a transgender issue.
	We'll talk about that later in the show.
	I was just talking at the top of the hour about the legal immunity given to the telecommunications industry back in 1996 that you cannot object to cell phone tower clusters on the basis of health.
	And yet we've just had California say, I think we can.
	I think we're going to do that.
	I think we're going to take down that cell phone tower because we're concerned that it may be responsible for a cancer cluster.
	And that is a well-founded suspicion.
	Brain tumors and other things that we have seen go up by factors of anywhere from a factor of 3 to a factor of 8.
	And these were things that were well-known even before the Telecommunications Act gave immunity to these telecommunications companies.
	Nevertheless, that was something that the federal government doesn't really have the authority to do.
	And just as we saw with the war on drugs, the federal government doesn't have the authority to do that either.
	We see that because we've had 60% of the states say, no, we're going to allow people to have marijuana for medical use.
	Some of them have even said we're going to let people have it for recreational use.
	And we had to have a constitutional amendment to prohibit alcohol for recreational use.
	That was the 18th Amendment.
	They put the 21st Amendment in to make it legal again.
	But the 9th and 10th Amendment said they didn't have the authority to make it illegal in the first place.
	And they don't have the authority under the 9th and 10th Amendment to say you can't have Regulations about health concerns with cell phone towers.
	And this is something that is coming up in a major way for us, folks.
	We need to understand this.
	Because 5G is going to be putting these antennas close to us, and they're going to be at a different quality of power.
	In Brussels, you've had a health official there say, I'm not going to allow this.
	This is 92 times higher than the radiation level that we've said is harmful.
	And we're not going to allow that here.
	We don't even have that defined here in the United States.
	They don't care about what radiation levels they expose us to.
	Even though we've had numerous foreign studies show that it increases being in proximity to these cell phone towers.
	Increases tumor development, especially in children.
	A good example of the regulatory capture that we're seeing here with corporations, not just with passing out taxpayer money for food with a SNAP program and say, you can't look, we're not going to tell you what we're doing.
	Giving them immunity with cell phone towers, giving them immunity with vaccines, which they did 10 years earlier.
	Again, that could also be shut down at the state level if people wanted to.
	You got the right people in power at the state level, you can take your freedoms back.
	And that's the only way we're going to get them back.
	We're not going to get our freedom back by sending somebody to the White House.
	Or even sending people to Congress or the Senate.
	That is a failed strategy.
	Especially because we keep turning all these issues over to the Supreme Court.
	We need to push back against this at the county level.
	The sanctuary movement for the Second Amendment that began in Illinois and has also taken hold in Colorado and in some other states.
	That is very important.
	If we have elected sheriffs who understand the basic liberties of people, We understand what the Constitution is, and we'll stand on that as elected officials.
	We can shut down this tyranny at the local level, and I think that is the only way that we are ever going to shut this down.
	It is never going to be done in Washington.
	Washington is too corrupt.
	Washington is too far gone.
	I think we can see that from the Trump presidency.
	It's far too gone.
	It's metastasized too much, and you're not going to ever get these people to give us back the power that they took.
	Anybody who goes to Washington is corrupted by that or they are completely shut off from any levers of power.
	You send a good congressman there, they don't put them in charge or even put them on any committees that have any power.
	Any legislation that they propose is not going to be voted on and passed by their colleagues.
	They're going to be effectively marginalized.
	We have to do it at the local level.
	Here's another example.
	We just had testimony yesterday in a third lawsuit against Monsanto looking at cancer from glyphosate.
	And again, all these people are getting the same type of cancer, non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
	This was known in the early 80s.
	I remember hearing a report about this in mainstream media.
	They knew it was happening.
	It happened to my dog who got it from some chemical lawn treatment.
	That same type of cancer.
	And as he was undergoing treatment, I heard people who were farming talk about that.
	But now this testimony that came up yesterday exposes texts going back and forth between Monsanto and the EPA saying, uh, we're gonna cover up any of this toxic stuff.

	We go back and look at this newest Roundup cancer lawsuit.
	This is Glyphosate, of course.
	It was a trade name of Roundup by Monsanto.
	We now have a couple in their 70s.
	Both of them came down about the same time with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
	And as I said before the break, this was well known back in the 80s.
	That people who are using this in agriculture were getting this particular type of cancer at a much higher rate.
	Yes, not everybody who uses it gets that, just like not everybody who gets an MMR vaccine has adverse effects, but a lot of people do.
	The question is, does it create greater risk?
	Does it do harm?
	And is the EPA going to protect the environment or are they going to protect industry in this particular case?
	It was well known back then, back in the 1980s, but now we've had two Major trials, and we've had one that was, I think, 260 million dollar judgment, another one that was 80 some odd million dollars.
	This is a third trial now, two people in their 70s with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, after using Roundup on their properties for nearly 30 years.
	As part of this trial yesterday, it came out that there's a very cozy relationship between Monsanto and EPA, as reported by Zero Hedge.
	They said the text messages show that in June of 2015.
	Let's see, who was president in June of 2015?
	Oh, that would be President Obama.
	So this is the Obama EPA.
	The Obama EPA.
	I had a Monsanto scientist sending a text message to a former EPA toxicologist looking for help and finding a contact inside the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry.
	They were doing that because that organization had begun working on the toxic profile after the World Health Organization concluded that glyphosate, that is the, not the trade name of Roundup, but that's actually the chemical.
	Other people can use glyphosate as well.
	Roundup is how Monsanto sells it.
	But the World Health Organization had concluded that glyphosate was, quote, probably carcinogenic to humans, unquote.
	And so, these people at Monsanto knew that there were people in the U.S.
	government that were looking at this, and they contacted their friends in the EPA.
	It's called regulatory capture.
	In another text, they told Monsanto's liaison to the U.S.
	regulatory agencies, like the EPA, that he may need help in, quote, trying to do everything we can to keep from having a domestic IARC occur with this group.
	In other words, what had happened with the International Agency for Research in terms of defining this as a cancer risk.
	This is why, folks, we have vaccines exploding everywhere.
	It's because of regulatory capture.
	It's because of the cozy relationship between the big pharmaceutical companies and the government.
	In that particular case, what they did was not just cover up the harmful effects, they indemnified big pharmaceutical companies from any litigation because of harmful effects of any vaccine that they do.
	And so they took away your ability to sue.
	Now people are still getting compensation through a essentially secret vaccine court But it is kind of an arbitration process and they shut down Big Judgment.
	So we have a lot of people that are getting smaller amounts of money than they typically would in this.
	Like I said, we've had one case where the people were found, where Monsanto and Glyphosate were put on trial.
	And one jury awarded the people that they said had gotten cancer from that, awarded them $80-some-odd million, another one $260 million.
	We've had awards for people who've been injured by vaccines, but because they weren't done in a legal process, you only had $110 million in the first quarter of 2019.
	And I say only because that involved a lot of people who were injured or killed because of vaccines, but you're not supposed to know that.
	and that money will be paid out by US taxpayers.
	You're not supposed to know that either. So are they really protecting the environment? You know on Earth Day, which was yesterday, we had de Blasio come out and virtue signal about Earth Day and he's going to he's gonna protect skyscrapers.
	He's not going to worry about your health or anything.
	Here's de Blasio, let's play video clip number 7, talking about what he's going to do to save the Earth.
	He doesn't really care so much about you and your health.
	He's going to save the Earth.
	We're actually making the Green New Deal come alive here in New York City.
	So we have our own Green New Deal.
	It's three very basic ideas.
	One, the biggest source of emissions in New York City is buildings.
	We're putting clear, strong mandates.
	The first of any major city on the earth to say to building owners, you gotta clean up your act, you gotta retrofit, you gotta save energy.
	If you don't do it by 2030, there will be serious fines as high as a million dollars or more for the biggest buildings.
	And this mandate is going to guarantee that we reduce emissions.
	We're going to ban the classic glass and steel skyscrapers, which are incredibly inefficient.
	If someone wants to build one of those things, they can take a whole lot of steps to make it energy efficient, but we're not going to allow what we used to see in the past.
	And the city of New York, the government, which uses about as much energy in a year as do the people and the businesses of the state of Vermont, we are going to get all of our energy from renewable sources in the next five years.
	Oh, it's going to be a wonderful sight to see.
	He's going to implement the Green New Deal first, right there in New York City, so we all get to watch them go down the drain first.
	The drain of bankruptcy.
	And maybe when he's talking about this, you know, how much he hates glass and steel skyscrapers.
	Note to the architects in France and to Emmanuel Macron who are talking about rebuilding the roof of Notre Dame out of glass and steel, they may want to rethink that.
	Because it's just not green enough.
	They should go back to using the wood, except they can't find that.
	That's a big problem.
	But notice that he's also putting the date of 2030.
	That is the date that was created by the United Nations so that we could all have smart cities that were locked in and they could shut down all of our energy use.
	But while we're talking about energy use, just remember yesterday I talked about the fact that we had a research study that came out of Cologne, Germany that pointed out that because of the Intense amount of energy that is required to create lithium batteries for electric cars and because of their very short life that they and also because you have to fuel the electric vehicles from an external combustion engine.
	That's right.
	Electricity, it just doesn't come out of the thin air.
	It's got to be generated somewhere.
	But that's okay as long as you don't see the emissions coming out of the tailpipe.
	It's okay if it comes out of the coal or gas plant, which is really the only practical way that we have of powering the grid right now.
	And it is a grid that they're talking about.
	Yes, you can use electric power to get off the grid.
	And to power your own home, of course you've got to solve that battery issue yourself at a local level.
	But the storage issue becomes a big deal on the grid and there is no effective way to do that with renewables.
	He's going to find out about that, de Blasio will, in the next five years.
	But we've had another electric car spontaneously catch fire in China.
	Even though, you know, diesel is cleaner than electric vehicles, over the life.
	They last a very long time, they don't take as much energy to produce, and they're cleaner over the lifetime.
	You know, the other thing is, diesel fuel doesn't burn.
	You can drop a match into a can of diesel and it'll put it out, unlike gasoline.
	But of course, these electric cars have got yet another one spontaneously catching fire in China.
	I've been doing a lot of research into Google and YouTube censorship, and I've noticed that there's one type of video that is the most censored, the most buried, the most suppressed.
	And that's the videos where you saw in 2016 election night, all the arrogant leftist authoritarians, like the Young Turks and others, get so butthurt when Trump won.
	They don't want us to have that victory.
	They don't want us to remember what political action did.

	Let's take a look at the Trump counterattack that appears to be taking shape.
	President Trump is not being pushed around anymore in these personal attacks.
	And hopefully, as some have suggested, some of the patterns of action that he might do might actually come against some of these institutions and not just individuals.
	But he has now gone on the defense after being very passive and staying back so they couldn't accuse him of Any kind of obstruction.
	He did not obstruct anything.
	As you heard last week, Attorney General Barr said it was within his right to oppose this stuff, but he didn't do that.
	And so we find that there was no obstruction.
	Certainly, Mueller was very clear that there was no collusion.
	And we've got Elizabeth Warren not admitting to that.
	She says, wow, I read this thing on the airplane, 400 pages on the airplane.
	Well, she must have read it pretty quickly, a kind of, you know, speed reading class, because she missed a lot of the details.
	She really thinks that a few tweets by some organization, whether or not it was affiliated with the Russian government, could change the election when the entire structure of these social media companies was set against conservatives and against President Trump.
	Seriously?
	You seriously believe that that, want us to believe that that's the case?
	Absolute nonsense.
	And again, I think it's very telltale that in this Mueller report, .
	He refers to the Russian intelligence by its old Cold War Soviet name, because that's what they want.
	They want to remake Russia into the Cold War Soviet enemy.
	And they are making them into an enemy.
	They really escalated this.
	The question is, are they going to be able to do this all the way into a hot war, which is what I think they really want to do.
	Bob Woodward Who was part of the Watergate investigation and he is revered in the press and he has now come out in an interview with Fox News' Chris Wallace saying that the dossier has got a lot of garbage in it.
	Who knew?
	We've only been saying this for the last two years.
	Talking about what garbage it was, what a red herring it was, that the Democrats at the DNC convention, when I was there interviewing people at the convention, and they kept saying, oh, you know, it's Russia, Russia, Russia.
	And it's like, well, yeah, but what about what Hillary Clinton did?
	Oh, no, don't look at that.
	Look at, it was Russia, Russia, Russia behind this.
	And I said, well, I'm not sure that I believe that.
	That hasn't been proven.
	That's an assertion.
	Made by Hillary Clinton, so we don't look at what was revealed about Hillary Clinton.
	But now Woodward is saying, what I found out recently, he just found this out, this ace reporter, Bob Woodward, just figured out that Russiagate is a bunch of nonsense.
	That the dossier is a bunch of nonsense.
	And they always use this, like, oh it's the dossier, dossier.
	Remember, I played the clip for you again yesterday.
	James Clapper, when he was asked by Ron Wyden, are you?
	He says, I don't know what you're talking about with dossier, dossier.
	In other words, cut the BS.
	Quit trying to protect yourself by couching this in dossier language.
	Did you or did you not spy on the American people?
	Oh, well, Senator, no, not intentionally.
	No, no, no, sir.
	Well, he was lying about that.
	And he was using this idea of a dossier to try to dodge all of that.
	But Bob Woodward has just figured this out recently.
	What I found out recently, which was really quite surprising, the dossier, which really has a lot of garbage in it, and Mueller found that to be the case, Early in the building of the Intelligence Community Assessment on Russian Interference, in an early draft, they actually put the dossier on page two in a kind of breakout box.
	Oh, gee.
	So, Bob Woodward, now again, he's got all these, he's speaking contemporaneously, right, so he's got a lot of parenthetical things there, makes it a little bit hard to follow, but let's understand that Bob Woodward didn't know that the dossier had a lot of garbage in it.
	He didn't know that it was the centerpiece in trying to build this idea of Russian interference.
	Maybe Bob Woodward should now explain this to Elizabeth Warren because she still doesn't understand that.
	Or claims to not understand that.
	Still claims that President Trump openly said that he wanted Russia to help him.
	Hey, Russia!
	If you got that information about Hillary, let us know!
	That was a joke.
	Of course, they can't take jokes.
	Elizabeth Warren is probably the most straight-laced, humorless schoolmarm that the Democrats could put up for office.
	And of course, she has no sense of humor or satire.
	But nevertheless, what he figured out was that the dossier is just a bunch of garbage.
	He found out that they used it and put it front and center To try to get an assessment of Russian interference.
	Now, we've been saying this for years.
	Maybe, you know, maybe Bob Woodward doesn't listen to InfoWars.
	He should.
	We could tell him what's going to be coming out and what's going to be news a couple of years from now if he would listen to us, but he won't.
	And I think there's more to this than just his sudden realization and being quite surprised at all this.
	I think that this thing has gotten, has sunk so far.
	And has exposed CNN and MSNBC and the collusion of the mainstream media with the deep state, with the bureaucracy, with the intelligence agencies.
	It has exposed that to such a degree that Bob Woodward, Bob Woodward, now needs to distance himself from all of this stuff.
	It's so obvious that he hadn't gone down with this ship.
	And so now he's got to say, I just found this out recently.
	I just realized.
	As the Mueller report came out, I just realized.
	That Elizabeth Warren and CNN and MSNBC and Rachel Maddow and all these people, they've been lying about this stuff all the time, and so has the FBI and the CIA.
	He says, I think, I think the CIA is pushing this.
	Real intelligence experts looked at this and said, no, this is not intelligence, this is garbage.
	And they took it out, said Woodward.
	But in the process, the idea that they would include something like that in one of the great stellar intelligence assessments, As Mueller also found out, it's highly questionable.
	It needs to be investigated.
	It was not a great stellar intelligence assessment, Bob.
	The 17 agencies that said, oh yeah, there's Russian collusion.
	That was first said by Hillary Clinton in a debate.
	Then it was parroted by James Clapper later on.
	And then when he was called on it, maybe about a year and a half, two years ago, we reported this.
	Bob, you might pay attention.
	You're supposed to be an ace reporter.
	You might pay attention to this type of stuff.
	When he was actually called on this, James Clapper said, well, no, no, it actually wasn't 17 intelligence agencies.
	I got together with one person from the FBI, the NSA, and the CIA.
	They met with me, you know.
	They sent their representatives over to James Clapper, who was Director of National Intelligence, and he basically told them what he believed, and these bureaucratic sycophants agreed.
	And they said, yeah, all 17 agencies.
	All 17 agencies.
	What a load of garbage.
	Now, President Trump, as I said, is going on offense.
	And he is finally going on offense against John Kerry.
	Because this is now the second time that John Kerry is conducting his own private negotiations with Iran.

	And then when President Trump did get rid of it, you had John Kerry go in 2018, he met with the Iranian Foreign Minister, Javad Zarif, three or four times to discuss this Iranian deal that was secured by Obama as he put a plane load of foreign currency on there to pay these people off, get kidnappers out.
	What?
	I mean, there's so much to investigate out of the Obama administration, but they're not doing it yet.
	But President Trump is saying Iran is being given very bad advice by John Kerry and people who helped him lead the U.S.
	into the very bad Iran nuclear deal.
	What Secretary Kerry has done is unseemly and unprecedented, said Mike Pompeo.
	This is a former Secretary of State engaged with the largest state sponsor of terror.

	We're going to talk about President Trump going on offense, not only questioning whether or not John Kerry has now, for a second time, violated the Logan Act, but he has also filed suit against Elijah Cummings.
	I just played earlier in the program the House Oversight and Reform Chairman Elijah Cummings saying, well, you know, yeah, I think we ought to take a look at impeachment.
	And we don't have anything yet, but we're going to keep looking.
	President Trump has filed suit as they're digging through his personal finances and says, you know, you don't have any authority to conduct investigations.
	That's one of the things that Attorney General Barr said during his presentation before he released the Mueller report.
	He said, well, you know, no, Mueller did not leave this open for Congress to decide whether or not there had been obstruction.
	He was very clear that there was no collusion.
	He left it open.
	He presented all the evidence and just left that there.
	So Barr said, I as Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, looked at this and said, no, there is no effort to obstruct this.
	President Trump had many things that he could have done that he didn't even do.
	To defend himself.
	And so there is no obstruction, real or intended, in any of these actions.
	And this was not left open for Congress to do an investigation beside this because that's not their role.
	The Department of Justice conducts investigations.
	And so that's what President Trump filed.

	Okay, let's take a look at what President Trump is doing again.
	He says, is this a big violation of the Logan Act for John Kerry to meet with the Iranians?
	Yes, it is.
	Yes, it is.
	Yeah, both the Paris Climate Accord and the Iranian treaty were self-ratified by the Obama administration, by Obama and by John Kerry.
	They signed it.
	That's not the way the Constitution operates.
	They don't care.
	Quite frankly, DACA is another one of those cases as well.
	That was also an executive order and President Trump has it within his power to stop the deferred action on enforcing our border.
	You know, we had the Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano of Obama say, well, I'm not going to enforce the law even though I took an oath to the Constitution to uphold the Constitution and to enforce the laws.
	I'm not going to do that for immigration.
	And that's been the case now since we've had John Kelly and his hand-picked successor, Nielsen, running Homeland Security.
	They have continued to avoid enforcing the law.
	President Trump has not stopped that.
	He could very easily.
	But he did stop the Iranian treaty.
	And as a result, in 2018, John Kerry met with the Iranian foreign minister three or four times, he said.
	And so President Trump is questioning this again as John Kerry is doing that yet again.
	Where did the Logan Act come from?
	Well, the Logan Act goes back to 1798.
	You had a guy who was actually still in elected office.
	He was a state legislator out of Pennsylvania.
	He was a Quaker, a pacifist.
	And he was concerned that the John Adams administration was moving us towards war with France.
	And so he went on the side of the British.
	So he went to France, and he told the people in France that he was there in a private capacity.
	He offered them advice on how to try to avoid war.
	He said, there's a lot of people who feel like I do, who don't want to go to war on the side of the British.
	And so he offered them advice.
	The Adams administration was furious.
	They passed the Logan Act, which made it a felony For somebody who is not in the official capacity of crafting foreign policy to do it.
	And that would include somebody who is no longer the Secretary of State.
	And so private citizens are not allowed to conduct foreign policy.
	And we have talked about this many, many times.
	We've talked about that here at InfoWars in terms of Bilderberg.
	Bilderberg is a clear violation of the Logan Act.
	They go there, it's not just a You know, friendly meet and greet.
	No, they keep everybody out.
	It's not like Davos where they get together and they have all the press come around.
	They invite people to come in and they talk about what they're doing.
	No, in Bilderberg it is very, very secretive.
	They meet in secret.
	All of the mainstream media doesn't seem to be interested in it because they've got the people who own the Washington Post and the New York Times and so forth.
	They're frequently in there in the meetings as they talk about policy.
	As they craft together policy that creates the Euro that was first proposed at a Bilderberg meeting back, it was the first or second meeting that they had back in the mid-1950s.
	And as we were covering it in 2014 in Copenhagen, one of the top ranking officials of the Labour Party showed up on a side gate.
	My wife got video of him coming in.
	He didn't have his badge with him.
	And so they start asking him for his credentials to get in at that side gate.
	He started fumbling around and said, oh, I must have it in my bag.
	He opens his bag and, Ed Balls, clumsily dumps out all the contents of his suitcase that he's carrying in.
	And you can see that it's not shirts and ties, or underwear, or shampoo.
	It was filled with documents.
	Documents.
	But of course, they're all protected under Chatham rules.
	Well, we've got our own rules.
	It's called the Logan Act.
	And it's about time we start to make charges against people for this.
	We had two people that were indicted, one in 1802, another in 1854.
	There were no convictions on that.
	But it's about time that John Kerry and people like that who are conducting their own foreign policy in opposition to our elected leaders Answer for that.
	Trump has also sued Elijah Cummings yesterday morning in D.C.
	District Court.
	Cummings authorized subpoenas for the President's longtime accountant, along with a few Trump entities.
	They are fishing, they're on a financial fishing expedition, trying to find some kind of a process crime, something, anywhere.
	They can come after President Trump.
	They're desperate after this phony Russiagate thing has collapsed so badly that even Bob Woodward is saying, this is ridiculous.
	Anyway, President Trump in the complaint says, Article 1 of the Constitution does not contain an investigations clause.
	Article 1 of the Constitution does not contain an oversight clause.
	It gives Congress the power to enact legislation.
	Accordingly, investigations are legitimate only insofar as they further some legitimate legislative purpose, says the complaint.
	And Jay Sekulow, who is one of the President's personal attorneys, said in a statement, we will not allow congressional presidential harassment to go unanswered.
	Good!
	He's finally pushing back on this.
	Matt Goetz has said that there is going to be evidence of FBI media corruption that will be coming out before the Department of Justice Inspector General report.
	We know that they have been colluding.
	And Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch has said that President Trump should file a criminal complaint with the Department of Justice over illicit targeting.
	At a very minimum, that's what he should do.
	There has to be reform of these institutions.
	I know that the reform is not going to be proposed by Congress.
	They're not concerned whatsoever.
	about the abuse of power within the Department of Justice.
	They're not concerned about the abuse of power within the CIA or the NSA or the FBI.
	They're not concerned that these organizations colluded with foreign intelligence agencies.
	They're not concerned about any of that stuff.
	President Trump needs to be concerned about more than some individuals.
	It needs to come after the entire department.

	I guess this was happening as the churches were being bombed in Sri Lanka by Muslims.
	We cannot say that Christians were attacked.
	They were Easter worshippers.
	You know, they were presumably there singing songs to the Easter Bunny and looking for colored eggs amongst the pew as they were being bombed by some people who did some things.
	You must not say Muslims did it.
	You must not say it was radical Islamic terrorists, jihadis.
	You can't say that Christians were attacked.
	And as Easter was happening, we had Mark Ruffalo put out his message, Never forget that Jesus was an illegal immigrant.
	That's his takeaway.
	That's what he thinks Jesus was about.
	And I look at this, and he's referring to a Guardian article, something that was written by a guy who actually calls himself a reverend, William Barber.
	Who said in the article Christians were first called, the followers of Christ, were first called Christian at Antioch because he said there was no other name for the beloved community of former enemies that emerged among people who insisted that a crucified criminal not Caesar is Lord.
	Well, I don't know.
	I didn't read the whole Guardian article.
	I don't have time for fiction.
	So, I don't know exactly if that was the point that he was trying to make.
	I know there were a lot of people on Palm Sunday who thought that Jesus had come there to lead a revolution against Rome, but Jesus was making the point that his kingdom was not of this world.
	Nevertheless, we are to be salt and light, and I think the salt really has lost its flavor here in the West, hasn't it?
	Christians no longer influence The morality, or the laws, or the foundations of our country.
	People don't even know what Christianity is about.
	Mark Ruffalo doesn't know what it's about.
	I don't know that the Reverend William Barber knows what it's about.
	This is typically what we see around Christmas time.
	They say, see, you know, Jesus was born as, you know, Mary was traveling as a refugee, as an illegal immigrant.
	It's like, no, they were there because they were being taxed.
	By the Romans?
	I don't know.
	This Breitbart article refers to a rebuttal from somebody saying that maybe he was referring to Jesus fleeing to Egypt, his family fleeing to Egypt as they were being sought.
	And said, well, you know, that doesn't even qualify as being an illegal immigrant because Egypt was a part of the Roman Empire.
	And this article from Breitbart quotes a Christian pulpit and pen saying this would be kind of like Jesus fleeing from Ohio to Indiana.
	There weren't any sovereign boundaries that were crossed, they were just trying to escape persecution.
	But Mark Ruffalo has a long history of this.
	You know, like I said, it's usually at Christmas time they start talking about Jesus being an illegal immigrant, not knowing anything about what was going on.
	But in January, Ruffalo Was talking about how as things get ugly and rhetorical, let's not forget that we are a country of illegal immigrants.
	The only real Americans are the indigenous people of America.
	Like, no, they weren't Americans.
	They were Iroquois, or they were Apache, or they were Comanche, or whatever.
	They had their own nations.
	Mark, we built a nation here in America.
	The people who built this nation, America, were called Americans.
	They built it on certain principles.
	They built it on Christian principles of law.
	They built it on a view of individual liberty.
	But they also built it on a rule of law.
	And as we see the Supreme Court today looking as to whether or not we can even ask if people that are here, foreign citizens, criminally trespassing.
	Many of them fully entitled, we pretend, to a welfare state.
	A welfare state for which there is no constitutional authority.
	But we pretend that people who are foreign citizens can come here, can get free education, can get in-state college tuition, they can get food, room, board, everything, you name it, and we're lectured by people.

	We're not going to have any talk of radical Islam.
	Those terms are banned.
	Well, they're banned out of the Vatican as well.
	But we did have one Vatican Cardinal who talked about barbaric Islamist violence being behind the Sri Lankan attacks.
	Interestingly enough, This is an African Cardinal and Robert Serra.
	They know what this looks like because this is something that even though the mainstream media ignores it, I've talked about it many times, the people, the Christians in Nigeria are under severe attack and not just in Nigeria, throughout Africa.
	Muslims have been attacking Christians, and so he's not hesitating to call it what it is.
	But we see that just as Ilhan Omar had said about 9-11, well some people did some things.
	And again, I want full disclosure.
	I know that Saudi Arabia was involved in that, but I also know it was an inside job.
	They are our partners, just like we partner with The British intelligence to overthrow our election.
	You know, we also partnered with Saudi intelligence to overthrow our Constitution on 9-11.
	And even though it's a partnership there, they still bear responsibility.
	And there are many people who wanted that to happen in Islam.
	But we have people who have gone back and taken a look at Ilhan Omar's Tweets back in 2017, before she got elected, she was still talking about Black Hawk Down, for example.
	You know, some people did some things.
	And you had one individual, at the time it was Al Franken.
	Saying, uh, devastating news, a terrorist attack in Somalia has now claimed the lives of at least 230.
	Worst attack in the country's history.
	To which somebody replied, said the worst terrorist attack in Somali history was the Battle of Mogadishu.
	19 U.S.
	armed forces dead, 73 wounded.
	She came back and replied to that, and said, well, in his selective memory, he forgets to also mention the thousands of Somalis killed by American forces that day.
	So she says Somalis.
	In her selective memory she forgot to point out that the Somalis that were killed were terrorists.
	She identifies with.
	That's her selective memory.
	There is an individual whose memory is not quite so selective and he's spoken about this and of course that is Chief Warrant Officer Mike Durant.
	He was shot down in the Black Hawk helicopter over Mogadishu, October 3rd, 1993.
	He was held captive by the militia loyal to a Somali warlord, Farah Aidid.
	The U.S.
	troops were there as part of a mission to help pass out food to Somalis.
	And again, I think when you look at this whole situation, you look at how ungrateful Ilhan Omar is, heaping scorn on America, saying, you know, we went to a refugee camp and they handed us food.
	We came here to America and it wasn't any better.
	They were still handing us food and my father said it would be better when we got here to America, but they're still treating us like we're in a refugee camp.
	And as I've said before, Ilhan, it's your daddy's responsibility to feed you, not the American people.
	And you show your ingratitude every time you open your mouth.
	You show your hatred of America and your ingratitude for any help.
	That's one of the reasons why we shouldn't go to these foreign countries.
	It's one of the reasons why we shouldn't be involved in regime change or trying to defend one regime or the other or even handing them out food.
	Let them take care of themselves.
	Let them take care of themselves.
	They don't appreciate anything we do anyway.
	Ilhan Omar is Exhibit A.
	And how the third world hates us even more when we try to help them.
	But anyway, the Black Hawk helicopter was shot down.
	He said the losses that were taken on the Somali side came as a result of their attempts to ambush our ground convoy and the flight of our aircraft.
	He said our forces were vastly outnumbered.
	They fought to save their own lives.
	All the Somali militia had to do was to walk away.
	But they persisted, said Durant.
	Again, his Blackhawk helicopter was shot down with an RPG.
	Delta Force snipers Randy Shugart and Gary Gordon were killed when they joined him trying to keep the Somali militia at bay.
	But those are the people that Ilhan Omar sees as the victims.
	She sees the Somali militia that killed those Delta Force soldiers and then drug their bodies through the streets.
	They were the victims.
	They were the victims, according to our congressman Ilhan Omar.
	Congresswoman because she has been elected by a bunch of Somali migrants that we foolishly brought into our midst as a fifth column in this country.
	The mob dragged their bodies throughout the streets of Mogadishu.
	Durant was captured.
	He was held by Adid's militia for 11 days.
	He said, relief organizations from the US and our international partners went to Somalia to try to end the widespread suffering and death from starvation of hundreds of thousands of Somali people.
	Yeah, and they don't appreciate it at all.
	Even somebody like Ilhan, who is now in a position of privilege and wealth as a congresswoman, despises us, even now.
	Despises us, despises our system.
	Even the Daily Beast is asking if the Sri Lanka Easter Massacre is a bid to revive a global holy war.
	Well, you think?
	What a revelation this is for the Daily Beast.
	It's kind of like Bob Woodward's revelation that he just had an epiphany.
	He suddenly realized that this whole Russiagate was fraudulent.
	He suddenly realized that it's people in the CIA and they need to be looked at because they created this phony dossier he's not willing to say That the dossier was funded by Hillary Clinton yet.
	But he's willing to say they shopped this dossier around, they used foreign intelligence, the CIA did that, so yeah, we need to look into this, he says.
	Yeah.
	That ace investigator reporter now, after years of nonsense, says, oh, we ought to investigate this.
	Just trying to distance himself from it.
	But as the DailyVee says, they quote an NYPD counter-terrorism officer who was parked outside a Catholic church on Manhattan's Upper East Side on Sunday, saying it's really a shame that it's come to this.
	That we have to have police officers guarding our churches from people like Ilhan Omar.
	That's what it's come to.
	We tried to help them, and they hate us.

	And they said, nothing as sophisticated as coordinating bombings on Sunday.
	That's not sophisticated, folks.
	It's barbaric.
	It doesn't take any sophistication to strap a bomb on yourself and walk into a crowd of people and blow yourself up.
	That's not sophistication.
	Just barbarism from a barbaric religion.
	It's the only way that these people have in their religion of being assured that they're going to be rewarded in the afterlife and their imagination of what the reward is going to be Is an eternity of debauchery.
	That's Islam.
	Today's bombing, writes one individual, Katz, says, albeit far more deadly, also mirrors the January 2019 bombings that targeted a Catholic church in the Philippines, which ISIS formally claimed.
	She suggested that the ISIS channels are posting rampantly about Sri Lanka.
	Paving the way for the organization to claim responsibility, she said, while the Easter Sunday slaughter may be framed as revenge for the New Zealand atrocity, it most likely was planned long before.

	Because there is much more that's going on besides just those two attacks.
	I've reported many times that in Nigeria there is a jihad against Christians.
	That has resulted in 6,000 people killed in just the beginning of this year.
	And they're still being killed on almost a daily basis.

	Just in March.
	March 4th.
	23 people killed.
	March 11th, burning more than 100 homes, killing 52 people.
	March 18th, a siege of a Christian-majority town of about 370,000 people.
	These are organizations, the Fulani as well as Boko Haram.
	You've heard of that before.
	They've gone in and kidnapped entire student bodies of young female students because what is haram, what is forbidden, is for females to study.
	Yeah, you're not to get an education if you're female.
	Not under Sharia law.
	That is haram.
	And Boko Haram is about taking those girls so they can't get an education.
	It's also maybe about fulfilling their idea of heaven on earth.
	They can grab a bunch of young virgins and take them away.
	That is Islam there.
	That's Boko Haram.
	And as I point out, nobody seems to care.
	Nobody seems to care.
	It's not reported by mainstream media.
	They pretend not to notice.
	Well, on the one hand, we got the mosque attack in New Zealand.
	And then we've got this attack in Sri Lanka.
	So they kind of balance out, right?
	No, they don't.

	It's persecution in Nigeria of defenseless Christians in the mostly Muslim north part of the country that is governed under Sharia law.
	That's what life under Islam looks like.
	Just take a look at our Saudi allies.
	Even when we go over there and discover oil, We build the machines that use the oil.

	We give them the money.

	They've also added Christians in Nigeria are treated as second-class citizens in the northern Islamic states that are under Sharia law.

	The Christians I met during my recent trip to Nigeria Added one individual who have suffered from both the Fulani and Boko Haram are hoping that others around the world are concerned about and praying for them.
	That is probably the best we can do here in America because our leadership doesn't care.
	They don't care enough to offer asylum to a woman in Pakistan who was put on death row because she had the audacity to drink out of the same well that the Muslim women were drinking out of.
	They accused her of blasphemy because she was a Christian drinking out of a well.
	Same water that the Muslims are drinking out of.
	Because they treat you as a subhuman if you are not their brand of Islam.
	I mean, Islam is at war with itself as well.
	We frequently forget that the Sunnis and the Shias And the other Wahhabis, all these different branches of Islam hate each other as much as they hate us.
	They're at war with everyone and each other.
	But churches have become the number one target for hate attacks.
	An average of 105 every single month, as Michael Schneider End of the American Dream blog points out.

	Put together the figures.
	An average of 105 churches or Christian buildings are burned or attacked every month.
	More than three per day.
	In addition, an average of 345 Christians are killed for faith-related reasons every month.
	Every month.
	But the Washington Post claims that the massacre of Sri Lankan Christians, quote, stoked far-right anger in the West.
	How about that?
	Yeah, we're not even supposed to be angry about this.
	If we say anything about it, as I did, I was attacked on Twitter for being Islamophobic.
	No, I'm not afraid of Islam.
	I wouldn't say the things that I do if I was afraid of Islam.
	I'm not afraid of Islam.
	But I'm angry about this.
	I'm very angry about this.
	And so the Washington Post says, well, you don't have a right to this.
	We've had far-right anger about this.
	I have to wonder about the far-left apathy.
	I have to worry about the mainstream apathy.
	I have to worry about the apathy, wonder about the apathy of the Washington Post, for example.
	They say, although Christian minorities are targeted around the world, analysts say that the vast majority of terrorism victims globally are Muslims.
	That's the Washington Post talking.
	So, it's the Muslims that are hurting the worst.
	They're hit the hardest.
	No, that's not true.
	As mrctv.org points out, a recent Pew Research Center analysis determined that it is Christians, Washington Post, not Muslims, that are the single most persecuted religious group in the world.
	And you better arm yourselves and your churches.
	Make sure somebody there is set up to protect you from somebody who's going to come in and attack.
	Of course, you can't protect yourself from suicide bombers.
	You know, the worst part about getting old and I'm still strong at 45 is that I won't be there for my children someday.
	That's why I need to make them strong now.

	Now I can make them strong.

	As Ryan Saavedra pointed out, not a single Democrat presidential candidate on the town hall at CNN said a single word about the hundreds of Christians murdered by Islamic terrorists on Easter in Sri Lanka.
	And I tweeted out a meme that someone put together from Hillary Clinton.
	Just take a look at what she had to say after the terror attack in New Zealand.
	And imagine if she had said the similar thing about the terror attacks in Sri Lanka.
	That have killed six times as many people.
	And another 300 instead of 50.
	And 500 people severely injured.
	And maybe more fatalities there.
	She said about the New Zealand situation, she said, my heart breaks for New Zealand and the global Muslim community.
	We must continue to fight the perpetuation and normalization of Islamophobia and racism in all of its forms.
	White supremacist terrorists must be condemned by leaders everywhere.
	Their murderous hatred must be stopped, said Hillary Clinton.
	Now what if she had said essentially the same thing?
	Would she have the same concern about Christians?
	I mean, if we just strike out the different things that are specific to New Zealand and substitute Sri Lanka, take out the statements about the hatred towards Muslims and put that in there towards Christians, no, no, she would never, never, will never say anything like that.
	Here's what it would sound like.
	Can you imagine Hillary Clinton saying, my heart breaks for Sri Lanka and the global Christian community?
	We must continue to fight the perpetuation and normalization of Christianophobia.
	And racism in all of its forms?
	Muslim terrorists must be condemned by leaders everywhere?
	Their murderous hatred must be stopped?
	She would never say that.
	Never say that.
	And as we were speaking during the break, Travis, say what you had to say in terms of the, actually it's not even true, what the Washington Post had said.
	But if it were true, The Washington Post said that there are more Muslims who are victims of terrorism than Christians.
	That is not true.
	It's actually the other way around, according to Pew Research Center.
	But of course, that's a statement made by the Washington Post.
	But if that were true, what might be the possible explanation for that, Travis?
	I would bet my entire year's salary that almost all, if not all, of these terrorist attacks by other Muslims against Muslims are perpetuated by other Muslims.
	Yeah.
	Just continually.
	There's one group of people that does suicide bombings on a regular basis.
	As I said before, if you look at the Sunnis, the Shias, the Wahhabis, and those are just three of the biggest ones, they hate each other as much as they hate other religions, as much as they hate Buddhists, or Hindus, or Jews, or Christians.
	They hate each other as well.
	And so, yeah, I do believe there's a lot of Muslim-on-Muslim violence as well.
	You're absolutely right.
	DHS, meanwhile, is no better than Hillary Clinton or the Democrats.
	The DHS says the suicide bomb attacks hit, quote, places of worship.
	Can't say it's churches.
	We can't say that it was Islamic terrorists who attacked Christians.
	We can't say that it was churches.
	They were places of worship.
	They were places of Easter worshipers!
	That's exactly what it was, according to Homeland Security.
	They can't say the religion of the victims.
	They refused to say the religion of the killers, even though it was their religion that was the motivation.
	It was their religion that was the basis of hate.
	Can't say that.
	Cannot say that.
	I even had somebody reply.
	To my tweet where I put out Hillary Clinton and what I said about Easter worshippers.
	I had some person come back and say, oh, Christianophobia?
	Oh, that's rich!
	Maybe if the hypocrites you follow so blindly would quit bastardizing your faith for their own financial gain.
	You want to give me an example of that?
	I can give you an example of a hypocrite in Booty Gay.
	Booty Gay, who's out there, as I've said many times, with his own religion masquerading as Christianity.
	Cass, you know, with a big log in his own eye, talking about other people, saying, look, we're all sinners.
	That's real Christianity.
	This person who doesn't put their name up there probably has three followers, if they've got that many.
	But, yeah, real Christianity recognizes that we're all sinners.
	But if you're going to try to rewrite Christianity as Booty Gay is trying to do, If you're going to use your own self-righteousness to criticize other people, then yes, we have a right to call you out on hypocrisy.
	Franklin Graham just did that, and he's being attacked all over the media for that.
	Oh, well, you know, you said that you called out Booty Gay, saying that he's a hypocrite.
	Well, you're following a hypocrite, because we know that Trump has committed adultery and so forth.
	Look, everybody has committed sin.
	That's what Christianity is about.
	But if you want to go out there and you want to be the self-righteous identifier of other people, then maybe you ought to look at that list of sins.
	You know, right next to adultery is homosexuality.
	That's in my Bible, but maybe you haven't looked at the Bible yet.
	Violence against Christians is underreported, says the New American, and it is.
	It won't even be mentioned by Homeland Security or by Hillary Clinton.
	Or by these people of this ilk.
	Political commentator David Horowitz said the Easter massacre of Christians by radical Muslim jihadists in Sri Lanka is just the bloody tip of a genocidal crusade which has taken the lives of hundreds of thousands of Christians since the turn of the century.
	The oldest Christian community in the world, in Iraq, has been completely wiped out by Islamicists.
	The Christians that were there were either massacred or the survivors felt it best to leave the country.
	As Horowitz said, the Christian temple in Mosul had featured Sunday sermons continuously since the time of Saint Paul, but it is now silent.
	And of course, the persecution of Christians in America pales in comparison to the violence that is already being conducted on a massive scale in places like Nigeria and elsewhere.
	But as we look at what is happening in America, the fact that if you are openly Christian, the Democrats now say that that is a disqualification for being a judge.
	Your Christian beliefs disqualify you.
	If you support life, if you do not support abortion on demand, if you do not support abortion of full-term babies, if you do not support infanticide after birth, Then you are disqualified because you're a Christian.
	And we got Booty Gay out there trying to redefine Christianity.
	And he's doing this, and here's a key point here folks, Booty Gay is doing this because he knows that it's going to work out to his advantage.
	Do you think that somebody could call all Christians who obey the Bible, who look to the Bible for definition of sin, not that they're sinless, But look at it and call sin, sin if the Bible says it's sin.
	Do you think that Christians who follow the Bible could be attacked by a politician ten years ago?
	Five years ago?
	And yet that has been the source of his popularity.
	That tells you where we're headed in this country.
	When somebody can ride The hatred and bigotry directed towards biblical Christianity, where they can ride that to the top of the polls.
	That tells you that we are on the cusp of a wave of Christian persecution in this country.
	Because there is a lot of hatred and bigotry that he is tapping into for his presidential run.
	When we look at this Sri Lankan situation, as I said, I was called Islamophobic.
	Because I said, well, suicide bombers, I only know of one religion that does that.
	Christians don't do that.
	Jews don't do that.
	Buddhists don't do that.
	Hindus don't do that.
	Only Islam, the only religion that even imagines such a thing.
	But, if you say that it's Muslims, suicide bombers carry the stuff out.

	That's what we're hearing from everybody now.
	Everybody is channeling Ilhan.

	Pope Francis calls for universal condemnation of the Sri Lanka terrorists, but he can't say that they're Islamic terrorists.
	He did say, I would hope that all will condemn these inhuman terrorist acts which are never justifiable, but as he has said many times before, He will not call it Islamic terrorism.
	He denies the very existence of Islamic terrorism.
	But while he keeps silent about the cause of this, one Cardinal in the Vatican doesn't.
	Cardinal Robert Serra denounced the barbaric Islamic violence Behind the bombings in Sri Lanka.
	He said, as we celebrate the resurrection of the Son of God, the terrible attacks in Sri Lanka once again show how the followers of Christ are, all over the world, victims of wild and foolish deeds.
	He says, I condemn this barbaric Islamic violence.
	Pray.
	Yes.
	We better hope that there are more people who will stand up and say what this is really about.
	And again, he is coming from an area of the world where he has seen what this does, and he boldly speaks out where the Pope will not.
	Because the Pope is pushing the open border agenda, whose purpose is to create a clash of civilizations, a clash of religions, so that they can eviscerate the West.
	The West is what stands in the way of the technocratic global elite that want to have a one-world government.
	They can't get that without collapsing Western Europe and the United States.
	And the tool of collapse is going to be the clash of civilizations, of religions, and the welfare states that will be overburdened by the rest of the world flooding into these generous welfare states that they've created.

	Okay, let's take a look at what's going on with Julian Assange.
	It's been 11 days now that he's been in prison.
	And as people have said, it's outrageous, inhumane, and possibly illegal.
	He's being held in a prison called Belmarsh.
	And many people have referred to this maximum security prison in the UK as UK's version of Guantanamo Bay.
	He's being held without any visitors and detention.
	He is not allowed to see his doctors or his lawyers now over these last 11 days.
	Doctors who had visited Julian Assange in the Ecuadorian Embassy have said that he urgently needs medical care, but they're not giving that to him.
	He's not allowed to see his lawyers, he's not allowed to see doctors, and he's being held in confinement.
	Caitlin Johnstone points out on Zero H said, if you listen to the less informed chatter of the overt propagandists on mainstream media, or the brainwashed rank-and-file consumers, of mass media in the West, you will realize that most people think that this has something to do with Russia and with rape allegations as well.
	Quite frankly, when you look at the Mueller investigation, the way the Attorney General Barr was talking about it, he completely dismissed any Russian collusion with President Trump or anybody in his administration.
	But if you remember, he continued to hold out the nonsense of Russian collusion with Julian Assange.
	That tells you something right there, I think.
	There's a shameful commentary on our government, and of course yesterday I played for you Pompeo, on April the 15th, bragging about the fact that at West Point, while they were told that the motto there for the cadets was, we don't lie, we don't cheat, we don't steal, and we don't tolerate those who do.
	He said, but then I became director of the CIA, and we lied, we cheated, and we stole.
	And the crowd applauded and laughed.
	That is what we've become here in America.
	Isn't that sad?
	Like I said, the Christian foundations of this country have been erased.
	We're unable even to defend those basic principles here in America.
	People like Pompeo who say that they're Christians.
	You brag about that.
	Well, you know, maybe he is a Christian.
	I'm not going to judge the guy.
	All I can say is that if he is a Christian, it does not inform anything about the way he's living his life.
	If he's a Christian, he's going to brag about lying, cheating, and stealing.
	He could also brag about the fact that the CIA, they assassinate and torture.
	How's that for a resume for a Christian?
	Tells you that we are post-Christian.
	But getting back to Julian Assange, most of the people who consume mainstream media believe that this has something to do with Russia and rape allegations.
	It doesn't.
	None of those things are true.
	You know what this is really about?
	This is about the military-industrial complex coming after somebody who exposes their crimes.
	Somebody who exposes their war crimes.
	Somebody who exposes their plots to overthrow other governments.
	That's what's really going on.
	She said they're not going to all this trouble, said Caitlin Johnstone, for a bail violation and a five-year maximum sentence of conspiracy to look at, to get information.
	That would have been five years.
	He's been in confinement there in the Ecuadorian embassy for nearly seven years.
	If he was found guilty of what they charged him on, he would get five years in prison.
	And they had to trumpet up and say, well, that was a conspiracy to try to get information in conjunction with a terrorist attempt with a computer, somehow, to get past the statute of limitations.
	The statute of limitations would have been expired if they hadn't tried to make that into terrorism.
	You know who the real terrorists are, said Jimmy Carter?
	He said, the U.S.
	has become the most warlike nation in the history of the world.
	And as I point out, President Trump contacted, he had a conversation with President Trump.
	President Trump said he's worried about China.
	We should be worried about China.
	But Jimmy Carter pointed out to President Trump what I've pointed out on this show many times.
	So why is the United States going around militarily overthrowing regimes when China is getting what it wants out of people with a belt and road initiative?
	They're building infrastructure while we're blowing infrastructure up in foreign countries.
