	Today we're going to take a look at what Nancy Pelosi has to say about the fact that she's not going to pursue impeachment.
	Is she telling the truth?
	Is she going to be like Hillary Clinton?
	Of course, they reserve the right to change their mind if something shows up.
	In other words, we don't have anything after nearly three years of investigating every single aspect of President Trump and the people around him, looking for a crime, investigating the man, these Stalinist tactics that they're using.
	You know, bring me the man, I'll find the crime.
	This is what is going on now.
	And they still haven't turned up anything.
	But she reserves a right, you know, to do that if it turns up.
	What we're really seeing here, folks, I believe, based on what Pelosi said, and the reactions to the rank-and-file, as well as what Steny Hoyer said, the number two, the House Majority Leader.
	So you have the Speaker of the House, and then you have the Majority Leader.
	That's the number one, number two in the Democrat Party.
	Steny Hoyer came back and said we've got 62 new Democratic members, not three.
	I think they're getting kind of tired of all the press attention that the Sisterhood of Traveling Burkas is getting.
	AOC, Rashida and Ilhan are getting all this attention and what you, I think a big part of this is Pelosi and Hoyer saying I'm in charge here.
	They're marking their territory.
	We're going to take a look at what they're having to say about that, but of course we've also got the government has been marking its territory on the web for quite a while.
	We got a lot of stories that are breaking about the quote unquote inventor of the web.
	There's a difference between the worldwide web and the internet.
	And we'll talk a little bit about that.
	We'll talk about what his vision is for the future.
	Quite frankly, yeah, I'm not happy with the direction that it's going.
	I think what Tim Berners-Lee is talking about doing is going to make it go in the wrong direction even faster.
	There's a right way to do this.
	There's a wrong way to do this.
	What he seems to be concerned about is that the Internet just isn't polite enough.
	That he's concerned about the fact that because of the Internet we had the election of Trump, we had Brexit and so forth.
	That gives you an idea of where he wants to take this and how he wants to partner between government and corporations and so forth.
	Folks, we don't need more control.
	We don't need more politeness.
	We need more freedom.
	Freedom is going to be impolite.
	Freedom can be messy.
	Freedom comes with risks.
	You know, we have freedom.
	You might actually have political things not go the way that you want, but that's the risk that you take.
	The only thing worse than that is having an authoritarian system crammed down your throat by somebody like the Red Queen of Queens.
	I'm the boss here.
	I'm going to tell you what to do.
	Like I said yesterday, you know, these people say they believe in democracy are just as phony as when they say they believe in choice.
	They are not pro-choice on anything other than killing babies.
	They don't want you to have the choice about how to educate that child.
	They don't want you to have the choice about how to provide health care for that child or when they're going to get shots, which shots they're going to get.
	No, no, no.
	None of that will be left to you.
	And nothing else in your life will be left to you either.
	They will mandate and dictate everything to you.
	And when we talk about socialism, it is the most undemocratic system you can imagine.
	As everything is moved from a free marketplace, where you decide every day, every day you vote on a zillion things when you make a choice.
	And they want to make sure that you don't.
	You don't have those votes.
	You don't have those choices.
	You don't get to pick where you go, when you go, how you go.
	They will tell you what types of vehicles, what types of engines you can have and so forth.
	But they will dictate every minute detail of your life.
	The nice thing about the free market is not only do you get to vote, but you also get what you vote for.
	I don't want socialism.
	These millennials, I think, are going to get socialism and they're going to get it good and hard.
	I don't want to get it along with them.

	Uh, that she doesn't have anything on President Trump.
	After investigating the man, the Stalinist tactic, as I said at the top of the hour, three years in the running, and this is what she had to say.

	We have run on a platform that talks about an agenda to lower health care costs by lowering the cost of prescription drugs and saving these pre-existing condition benefits, by building lower health care costs, bigger paychecks, by building the infrastructure of America, and a cleaner government by passing H.R.
	1.
	That's our agenda.
	That's our focus to take our eye off that wall.
	It sounds like you're not expecting such a conclusion.
	You previously said you would want no waits for the Mueller report before- No, but that is so conclusive that there's a bipartisanship, there's a message to the president, so be it.
	Nixon was not, President Nixon was not impeached.
	The Republicans finally saw the light.
	It sounds like you're not expecting such a conclusion.
	I have no idea, nor should I have any idea what the Mueller report will say.
	But what I'm saying is, from our standpoint, our day-to-day work is about him.
	It's about the American people.
	Yes, about the American people.
	It's about handing out free stuff and she wants to focus on free health care.
	She says that impeaching Trump is just not worth it.
	It's so divisive.
	Now these are the people Who get power, who propagate power by dividing everybody into every type of group you can imagine.
	Dividing people by sex, by skin color, every possible way pitting one group against the other to divide and to conquer.
	But of course impeachment is just so divisive and they don't want to divide people.
	The Democrats just want to unify everybody.
	And as Axios points out, this will certainly rattle the rank-and-file Democrats, especially the progressives and the party activists who have been calling for impeachment since the day they took back the House 2018 midterms.
	So, is it going to be divisive to her base?
	Or is it going to be dropped because it is baseless?
	And quite frankly, do you believe her?
	You think they're going to quit?
	You think Adam Schiff is going to quit?
	The guy who, when I look at him, he reminds me of Andy Kaufman.
	I think somebody just needs to wrestle him somewhere.
	But, like Hillary, she can, of course, change her mind.
	Hillary Clinton says, I'm not running in 2020, and the next day, I was surprised people believed me.
	Who believes Hillary Clinton?
	Even Hillary Clinton doesn't believe Hillary Clinton.
	Do you believe Nancy Pelosi?
	I don't really necessarily believe her.
	Of course, she will reserve the prerogative to change her mind.
	They will continue to investigate every aspect of President Trump's life, looking for a process crime.
	You've already had Nadler and others say, he basically laid it out, he said the same thing essentially, that there wasn't enough animosity yet.
	Towards President Trump they had to destroy his character more right and that's what all these investigations about all this innuendo And criticism is about destroying his character so that they can get to the point where they can Impeach him for basically nothing anything people don't like him. They will sign on to that on the Green New Deal She also said here's the thing When I was speaker the first time my flagship issue was climate and energy
	The fact that the Green New Deal raises a profile that issue that's really important But, any proposal that someone has, has to come through the committee process.
	You get it?
	In other words, that was my idea.
	I did that first.
	And if anyone, someone, we won't say who, wants to introduce a Green New Deal, she's going to have to come through me.
	I'm in charge here.
	I'm marking my territory.
	And quite frankly, Steny Hoyer said the same thing.
	Pushed back against occasional cortex against Rashida and Ilhan and the sisterhood of traveling burkas.
	He said we've got 62 new Democratic members, not three.
	And he's the number two guy there.
	So both of them, after all the publicity that AOC is getting, are pushing back on this.
	They don't like the fact That AOC is telling everybody where this is ultimately going and when.
	They don't like you to know exactly what this is going to look like.
	It's kind of like Bernie Sanders saying, food lines are great!
	You know, standing, waiting in line for food, that means you got food!
	No, it means that you have taken over the marketplace because you tried to centrally control everything.
	Nothing works, including food distribution, including food production!
	Because remember the Soviet Union that Bernie Sanders loved so much he went to honeymoon at?
	People would stand in a long line and by the time they got there, often there wasn't any food there.
	Now, the party apparatchiks, the people who are running the Soviet Union, The Politburo and so forth, all the big politicians, they always had whatever they needed, including limousines and caviar.
	But the other people, they would see a line form, and in East Germany, in the Soviet Union, they would walk up to people and say, what is this line for?
	I don't know!
	We will find out when we get there if they have anything left!
	They queue up, wait in line, find out that it's for bananas, except they just got rid of the last one.
	That is the Soviet model.
	And it's amazing to me that the Millennials want this.
	We'll talk about what I call the degree of socialism, which is essentially the degree that most Most college kids are getting.
	You didn't know that, did you?
	You think that BS might stand for excrement, right?
	But with a college degree, it's supposed to stand for Bachelor of Science.
	Actually, what it is is BS of Socialism.
	Socialist bullcrap is what they major in, what they get a degree in anymore in college.
	I'll give you proof of that coming up.
	But the bottom line, as the New York Post pointed out, is that she just admitted to having nothing on Trump.
	And this is what she had to say, unless there's something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan.
	You heard her say that.
	It's a little bit hard to hear that audio.
	It was noisy.
	It was in a hall.
	There was a lot of background noise.
	So, nearly three years in, they don't have anything.
	They're not going to impeach him unless there's something so compelling, overwhelming, bipartisan.
	They don't have that.
	After three years.
	But it isn't going to keep them from continuing to look.
	Well here's something to look at.
	Jeb exclamation mark.
	Remember Jeb exclamation mark?
	The guy who was so unexciting that you had to put an exclamation mark behind his name.
	Just like that awful movie from Jennifer Lawrence.
	Mother!
	Exclamation mark.
	Nobody wanted to see that either.
	Nobody went to see Jeb.
	A lot of people give him money.
	He was anointed by the mainstream media, of course, as being the de facto winner because he had raised the most money from big donors.
	That's the way they take you as a serious candidate.
	Are you going to be able to buy ads from them?
	Oh, well then they will take you serious.
	There he is, Jeb!
	2016 or whatever.
	He's not going to be coming back, I don't think, at any point in time.
	Let's hope not, anyway.
	But Jeb raised a lot of money, and now there's some questions about how he raised the money.
	Actually, it's a Super PAC.
	It's not Jeb Bush directly, but it is a Jeb Bush Super PAC.
	$390,000 fine.
	And guess what?
	They got 1.3 million dollar donation from a corporation owned by, wait for it, wait for it, is it Russians?
	No, no, no.
	It's the Chinese.
	Ah, 1.3 million dollars from the Chinese, Chinese collusion!
	The real enemies of this country, and we'll get to this when we start talking about the World Wide Web and 5G and so forth.
	Anybody who is truthful He understands that the greatest military security threat to the United States is not Russia.
	Russia is pushing back.
	Russia, after the Hillary reset, the reset of the Cold War, but it's the Chinese who are in a position to be a much greater threat.
	And here it is, $390,000.
	And remember, it was more than twice that that was given to Obama directly.
	It was a fine.
	But if they found anything like this for Trump, it would be grounds for impeachment, wouldn't it?

	Yeah, Nancy's not going to try to impeach President Trump, firing a shot across the bow of the sisterhood of traveling burkas, saying, we're in control here.
	She and the number two, Hoyer, were saying, we've got this under control.
	We've been talking about the environment for a long time.
	We're going to focus on health care and socialism and that respect, not on some kind of comprehensive control of everybody's life.
	We're going to do it gradually, bit by bit.
	We're going to, you know, eat this elephant one spoonful at a time.
	And that's the way that they're really dangerous.
	That's what makes her more dangerous than AOC.
	But as we look at Jeb Bush and the fact that there is a super PAC that was supporting him, getting a $1.3 million fine from the FEC because of Chinese collusion.
	As I was saying, Obama got more than a $700,000 fine.
	His own campaign.
	Not a super PAC associated with him, but his own campaign.
	There was no demand for impeachment.
	There was no demand that everybody around him go to jail.
	Of course, that's what they're trying to gin up with President Trump.
	Same because Cohen used the President's personal money to pay off a prostitute, evidently, that was hired by President Trump.
	President Trump has admitted that, so we still say that's alleged.
	Strongly alleged, let's put it that way.
	And whether or not you agree with that, and I don't agree with that, but I think it has its own stigma associated with that.
	I think it's hurt President Trump.
	It certainly has hurt his private life, I would imagine.
	But as sad as that is, John Edwards, if you remember him, did the same thing, essentially.
	He had a mistress that was traveling with him.
	Had a love child.
	He had a staff member pretend that she was his girlfriend.
	And he used donor money, not his own money, to cover that up.
	And the FEC said not a crime.
	So he was found innocent of that, but they want to try to impeach President Trump over that.
	Just ignore the fact that Jeb Bush, Super PAC, was colluding with a Chinese national corporation, which of course is the Chinese government.
	There are no big corporations in China that are going to be handing out multi-million dollar donations.
	First of all, that's a lot of money when we're talking about a cap of a few thousand dollars typically on donations.
	And if you are a big Chinese corporation, you are part of the Chinese communist inner circle.
	And that brings us back To the allegations, the complaints that were filed with the FEC that we talked about the end of last week.
	Now Snopes has pushed back on that.
	Snopes has said AOC didn't do anything wrong.
	Snopes, there's a follow-up from Daily Caller rebutting the false information from Snopes, which of course is typically what you do get from Snopes.
	It's amazing to me.
	How they have just been deferred to as the ultimate arbiters of truth.
	You know, kind of like the Southern Poverty Law Center.
	SPLC says it, it's true, but if Snopes says it, boy, it really is true.
	Not at all.
	Daily Caller.
	Snopes butchered facts about a political action committee controlled by Democrat representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her top aide.
	Again, AOC and her top aide, SC, the guy who was running her campaign, were running this political action committee.
	And again, we make a distinction between the super PAC That was supporting Jeb Bush.
	There's supposed to be a disconnect there, right?
	You're supposed to, the PACs are not supposed to be affiliated with the candidates.
	There's a different set of rules for what candidates can and cannot do, the amount of money that candidates can accept, and the amount of money that PACs can accept.
	PACs can take... I don't know if they have any limitations on the amount of money that they can take, but certainly getting it from foreign corporations is not legit.
	Nevertheless, the problem with AOC and her chief of staff is that they were running the campaign and running the PAC.
	Now, it raised more than 1.8 million dollars.
	The Snopes writer falsely claimed According to Daily Caller, that Chakra Bharti, that's her Chief of Staff, SC, who served as Executive Director of a group called Justice Democrats, was getting the money, was, quote, not an official agent or officer of the PAC.
	That's not true.
	He also failed to acknowledge the fact that Chakra Bharti and Occasional Cortex are members of the PAC's three-member board of directors.
	This is a political action committee that has three people on the board of directors.
	One of them is the candidate, the other one is the guy who's running her campaign.
	That is clearly a violation of election law.
	Multiple election lawyers as well as former FEC board members have said that.
	It is.
	It would clearly be a violation.
	Chakrabarty, in fact, began serving as Executive Director of the Justice Democrats in January of 2017 according to his LinkedIn profile.
	He puts it out there on LinkedIn!
	And Snopes is so lazy, so dishonest, They don't bother to look at it or to report that.
	They just say, nothing to see here.
	Move on.
	Leave her alone.
	She's a Democrat star.
	They are as biased and false as CNN, as Southern Poverty Law Center.
	They're used as a shield.
	For plausible deniability for censorship.
	Former FEC Commission member Brad Smith told the Daily Caller that Occasional Cortex and her top aide could, quote, be facing jail time, unquote.
	Archived copies of the website, so-called Justice Democrats, reveals that AOC and SC held legal control over the PAC, the PAC.
	Beginning in December 2017.
	And Chakra Bharti, SC, was one of its quote major players up until January 2019.
	So again, their worries have not ended.
	They may just be starting.
	In addition to that, a company founded by Occasional Cortex in 2012, Still owes about eighteen hundred and seventy dollars in taxes.
	Isn't that interesting?
	You know, she thinks that we don't have enough taxes on everybody else but she doesn't pay her own taxes.
	And what's even more interesting about this is that this is a corporation that in spite of massive subsidization they had in New York City.
	She got cheap office space.
	It was subsidized by New York City.
	She was given part of a program that she was given additional help. They had a program called the Sunshine Bronx Business Incubator and she got all kinds of services, support, and help and subsidies and she still failed. She still failed. Maybe that's why she hates capitalism so much.
	Because she's so bad at it.
	She doesn't know how to produce a service that people voluntarily want.
	So she's gonna be the boss, according to her.
	She's gonna ram it down your throat.
	She was given special preference because she was chosen by the National Hispanic Institute.
	They called her a social entrepreneur.
	Yeah, a failed entrepreneur.
	We know why she failed.

	all right welcome back We've got Nancy Pelosi struggling to maintain control of her party.
	And as one writer says, the only thing Uh, that should keep you from roaring in laughter as Nancy Pelosi freaks out trying to keep a lid on the freak show that is the Democrat caucus.
	There's a knowledge that if the freshman freakettes giving her fits, uh, would impose an ideology of tyranny and murder if given the chance.
	And boy, is that not true.
	You know, she looked very weak.
	As they backed down from the resolution that would condemn the anti-semitism of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Burkas.
	And in order to try to get control back, you've got both Pelosi and Steny Hoyer essentially saying, we're in control here.
	And of course they did tone that down.
	As he points out, this is Kurt Schlichter.
	She can only get her caucus to agree to condemning all prejudice.
	Sort of.
	Including the tsunami of prejudice against Pacific Islanders that we all see around us so much in our daily lives.
	Take that, all you people who hate Pacific Islanders.
	This is the kind of the endgame of virtue signaling.
	But it is the beginning of full-on communism, folks.
	They're pushing for Medicare for All.
	And just wait till you see the bill.
	You know that Obamacare hasn't worked.
	You know that it was never designed to work.
	You know that they were setting this thing up to fail.
	We said this from the very beginning.
	They set it up to fail so they could move on to the so-called single-payer system, which means that you have a single planner.

	I'm very disappointed in President Trump on the health care issue, because I understand that the establishment Republicans did not want to touch Obamacare.
	They wanted it, quite frankly.
	Again, going back to the 2012 election, and we got Obamacare immediately after the 2012 election, but it was the establishment, Republican and Democrat, that were going to push Obamacare or Romneycare down our throats.
	Romneycare was exactly the same as Obamacare.
	Obama was right about that.
	Mitt Romney had worked with Ted Kennedy in Massachusetts to implement Obamacare there.
	And if you look at what Paul Ryan did, who was the chosen running mate of Mitt Romney, he did everything he could to block any change in Obamacare.
	Don't change it.
	Don't make it work.
	Don't replace it with a free market.
	We can't have that.
	And of course, Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney were hand-picked because, in case something unexpected happened, and Barack Obama did not win, these people basically come from Wall Street and hedge funds and so forth.
	They hedge their bets.
	And Romney and Ryan were the hedge for Obamacare, just in case.
	So there's absolutely no way that they were ever going to get rid of that.
	However, President Trump, when he was running, and I thought it was unusual, I talked about it at the time, it's unusual for a candidate to be so specific about what they want to do.
	I mean, even if you looked at, let's say, Rand Paul, and what was on his campaign website, it was all just generalities.
	I love apple pie, I love freedom, and that's what you see from all the candidates.
	I'm not criticizing Rand Paul, particularly, but that's typically what you see.
	President Trump, on the other hand, when it came to health care, he was very specific.
	They had like a seven or nine point plan about how they would fix health care, how they would introduce choice, how they would introduce competition, how they would give us a marketplace where we all get to vote.
	And, not only do you get to vote, but you actually, every person, gets what they voted for.
	Isn't that better than democracy?
	Isn't a free market better than socialism and government control?
	Everybody gets what they vote for.
	You don't get that with government.
	Most of us don't get what we wanted.
	We get some at best.
	At best.
	Even when your candidate or your party wins, you get a close approximation of what you want.
	You might agree with this guy 50% of the time.
	Or 60% of the time.
	Maybe even 70% of the time.
	But there's still a lot of stuff that you don't agree with your candidate on.
	And that's true of whoever the candidate is.
	Whatever the party is.
	I mean, there's certain candidates, like Hillary Clinton, that you agree with zero percent of the time.
	You work very hard to make sure they don't get in.
	But other candidates, like President Trump, I didn't agree with him 100% of the time, then or now.
	But that's the way politics is.
	But in a marketplace, I get exactly what I vote for with my dollars.
	I get a choice, and I get what I choose.
	Precisely.
	And then I learn from those mistakes sometimes.
	Sometimes I pick the wrong thing.
	It's about persuasion.
	It's not about coercion.
	It's about a distributed decision process.
	It's like the difference between a dumb CPU trying to run the world and a distributed neural network that is constantly adjusting and measuring things and making adjustments.
	That's the invisible hand That Adam Smith talked about in the early days of the founding of our country.
	But what President Trump talked about with health care, he talked about, remember Marco Rubio mocking him, the lines, the lines, what are you talking about the lines?
	Well, he was talking about the artificial restraints on competition that have been imposed on health insurance by saying you can't compete across state lines, Marco.
	Marco Rubio is such a piece of work.
	The same guy who pretended he didn't know what the lines were in the debate with President Trump, pretended that he didn't know who Alex Jones was when he was there for the hearings on social media censorship.
	Weeks or about a month after Alex had been banned, and InfoWars had been banned, and everybody was talking about that almost exclusively.
	That was the centerpiece of that.
	But of course, the Congress didn't want to have Alex talk about his personal experience, didn't invite him to testify.
	Marco Rubio pretended that he didn't know anything about Alex, pretended he didn't know who Alex was.
	But he didn't know that Alex had a website.
	I don't go to your website.
	And then eventually he said, yeah, okay, I know who he is.
	Of course we know you knew who he was.
	And of course we know that you knew what the lines were.
	So President Trump was going to open up competition.
	He was going to open up the financial means for people to have purchasing power.
	Things like vouchers, medical savings accounts, and so forth.
	You know, they tell us how important it is to have health care, and yet we've got to send all of our money to Washington.
	And then hopefully they will give it to us, dole it back out to us for free.
	Now let us, if you say that health care is so important that we have to restructure our entire society, that we have to ignore the Constitution, then let me spend that money first before I send it to you.
	How about that?
	How about that?
	Same thing for education.
	Nevertheless, he had that, he had competition, he had provisions in there for you to have information.
	that would help you to make decisions about your health care because you were going to be the ones in charge.
	So you had competition, you had funding capability, you had information to make that. It was a very detailed plan and then after President Trump got elected, the website's gone.
	The plan's gone.
	You don't hear anything about it.
	All you hear about is, well, you're going to take down Obamacare and we've got nothing to replace it with.
	Yeah, replace it with freedom, competition, choice, a marketplace that we haven't had for a very long time.
	The government got involved in that marketplace and set up the third-party payer system back in World War II.
	It was the IRS who imposed the healthcare system that we had before Obamacare.

	I'm going to talk about the plane crash and some technology issues.

	Reuters is reporting that eyewitnesses to the Ethiopian plane crash, and again this is the second plane crash of a fairly new Boeing plane model, the Boeing 737 Max 8.
	They've sold more of these planes than they have any other model of plane.
	And now we've had both Indonesia and China ground their entire fleets of these.
	China alone, I think, was over 100 planes.
	But the Ethiopian airline plane that just crashed, killing 157 people, all of them on board, eyewitnesses said that it was making a strange rattling noise.
	And that it trailed smoke and debris as it swerved above a field of panicked cows before hitting the earth.
	According to all the witnesses, they said they saw smoke billowing out.
	Those loud rattling sound like straining and shaking metal, they said.
	Everyone says they'd never heard that kind of sound from a plane.
	And they live in an area that's under the flight path of planes that come in.
	Said it was very close to the ground.
	It made a turn.
	The cows, they were grazing in the field, which also are in the flight path.
	They're typically used to planes flying overhead.
	They're running in panic.
	One 25-year-old man said he was walking past the field at the time.
	He said the plane turned sharply, trailing white smoke and items like clothes and papers.
	Now, that would indicate that maybe something had blown out prior to it crashing.
	Then it crashed about 300 meters away.
	He said it tried to climb, but it failed and went down nose first.
	There was a fire and white smoke which then turned black.
	The aircraft, of course, hitting the ground nose first.
	Loaded with fuel.
	It had just taken off five, six minutes earlier.
	Broke into a lot of small pieces.
	The biggest piece, they said, was a dented engine.
	Now, unlike the supposed plane crash into the Pentagon on 9-11.
	No engine.
	Not any engine found there, right?
	The hole in the building was not the size that you would expect that a plane could fit in.
	It's a much smaller hole.
	If the plane hit that, with the wings and the engine, it would have created a much larger hole.
	But, of course, there was no debris there.
	They brought in a few odd pieces later on.
	The first picture showed no debris there.
	And certainly no engine.
	It's kind of hard for somebody to take an engine in and kind of drop it on the ground afterwards, right?
	It isn't going to happen.
	One of the reasons why they had to confiscate all the surveillance footage nearby.
	Nevertheless, they said the debris in this particular crash was spread over an area about the size of two soccer fields.
	I found an interesting article that suggested that perhaps it was a GPS flaw.
	This is a security expert.
	Says that... I'm sorry, not that.
	That's coming up.
	I'll get to that.
	But coming up on April the 6th, One security expert is saying that he is concerned that we're going to have kind of a Y2K event with GPS receivers.
	They're going to run out of time!
	Out of time!
	Kind of like Back to the Future, right?
	Yeah, don't travel 88 miles per hour on April 6th.
	You never know what's going to happen, even if you don't have a DeLorean.
	But thanks to the limitations and timekeeping for the older devices, they're concerned about ships, older aircraft, and older infrastructure.
	Smartphones probably are not going to be affected by this because they're much newer.
	One individual, however, is an information security expert, said during a presentation At RSA 2019 Security Conference in San Francisco, I'm not going to be flying on April the 6th.
	This has already happened once before, August 21st, 1999.
	There were no plane crashes then at that point in time.
	But some people are saying, well, it'll be more widespread today because we have more systems and they're more tightly integrated.
	So we've had warnings that have been put out by Homeland Security, by the European Union, Aviation Safety Agency.
	They are working on getting everything patched.
	It likely will not have a problem.
	It will likely be Something along the lines of the concerns with Y2K, they got everything fixed with that.
	But along the lines of this Boeing 737, James Thompson on Zero Hedge, it's a James Thompson article that they reprinted, says conventional wisdom says it's too early to speculate on why you had these two crashes about six months apart of this new Boeing 737 MAX 8 airplane.
	But he thinks that it may be an issue with artificial intelligence, these safety systems.
	And this is what I find interesting, because whether or not this is the case, it raises interesting questions about how we integrate these so-called safety devices, whether we're talking about airplanes or whether we're talking about cars, into our system.
	Almost everybody who buys a new car today That it's going to have safety equipment that is going to kick in when it senses an emergency situation and it's going to override you.
	And sometimes you know about that, sometimes you don't.
	Sometimes it may do it right and sometimes it may not.
	He's concerned that that may be the case in this particular model of plane.
	He said, I think the problem is that the Boeing anti-stall patch The MCAS is poorly configured for pilot use.
	In other words, what these people have reported, they said when they saw the plane, it was lurching and pitching, and there was stuff that was already flying out, papers and things, according to that eyewitness.
	Now if that was the case, if there had been some kind of an explosion, they were already having difficulty and the pilots are trying to get control of the plane, and all of a sudden some kind of an autopilot override comes in, That could be the final issue right there.
	He says he's had this opinion since the first Lion Air crash back in October.
	Now that was the one in Indonesia, the airline there.
	He said, I ran it past a test pilot who, while not responsible for a single word here, Did not argue against the idea.
	He says he's normally a fan of Boeing.
	He thought they were right to stick with the joystick yoke that they had.
	He criticized the fact that Airbus had gotten rid of that because it doesn't show you at a glance, if you're a pilot, how high the nose of the plane is pointing.
	With that joystick, you've got a physical, visible representation for the pilot of orientation there.
	He said the key of the matter, however, is that pilots fly normal 737s every day.
	And they have internalized a mental model of how that plane operates.
	A 737 MAX has a little bit of software in the system which, once it detects stall conditions, corrects them automatically.
	The pilots should know that.
	They should adjust to that.
	They should know that they must switch off that system if it seems to be getting in the way.
	But all that may be steps that are too far when something so important is so opaque.
	He points out after the Lion Air crash, he said, I believe that pilots had been warned about the system, but hadn't paid sufficient attention to it.
	So he said, but now it is claimed that the system is not in the training manual.
	It was deemed to be a safety system that was going to operate transparently in the background.
	It's going to be minor, so the pilots didn't need to know about it.
	They said it would be terrible if an apparently small change in an automated safety system designed to avoid a stall turned out to have given us a rogue plane killing us to make us safe.
	And what if that is the situation with your car?

	Now, she's the only one of the Democrats who are out there virtue signaling for reparations.
	That special groups need to get money paid to them for injustices done to them in the past.
	People who are long dead, and injustice is done to them by other people who are now long dead.
	And as I've said before, please explain to us how this is going to work.
	You want reparations for black people or for Indians or whatever, or Native Americans or whatever?
	Please explain to us how that's going to work.
	Since this happened so long ago, we've had a lot of intermarrying.
	I mean, there's Barack Obama, best example.
	Barack Obama is half black and half white.
	Does one half of him pay the other half, or does he pay a tax and then get a rebate?
	Problem is, is that the black side of Barack Obama Elizabeth Warren was never a slave in America.
	How do we determine that?
	We have a lot of mixed races now in America, and we can't determine who owned slaves and who didn't, but we're going to punish people, evidently, according to the Democrats.
	They don't really care, however.
	When pressed on details, Elizabeth Warren said, well, we're going to have a conversation about this.
	In other words, she's going to demagogue the issue.
	That's what her party always does.
	Want a demagogue to divide.
	So I've said, and I'll say this again, is I think it's time for us to have a conversation.
	She just wants to talk about it.
	She just wants to create animosity and hatred so that she can use that to get political power.
	Divide and conquer.
	When pressed about giving money to those who are impacted by slavery, she demurred and said, well, those are all conversations that we will have.
	We'll talk about all that kind of stuff.
	But right now, on the money issue, you are not saying that you support it, they said?
	I'm saying that there are a lot of scholars and a lot of activists who have put multiple proposals on the table, but we're never going to get to any of those proposals without an acknowledgement of the wrong of slavery and the obligation to address it.
	So, that's all she wants.
	She wants you to bow before her in repentance, No solution in sight and of course there is not going to be any solution that is possible for this.
	This is about laying the foundation for a civil war.
	We're going to be talking about the technologies that are being imposed on us.
	They want to talk about surveillance capitalism and it's got the guy who invented the World Wide Web Talking about the next version of the web.
	George Gilder has also talked about that.
	Life After Google is the book that he wrote.
	And where are we headed with all this?
	Is this something that's just being done to us by corporations and government is going to save us from this?

	Tucker Carlson came out and said, don't pretend that this is about virtue.
	This is about the raw exercise of power.
	And the people who want that power will say or do anything to get it, just like Elizabeth Warren.

	You know, we've got a situation where you could actually compensate the victims, the immediate families, the people who were just murdered.
	They're not going to talk about that.
	They're not interested in that.

	And in his own churches, I would substitute psychology for religion.

	We've got a legislator who has now introduced a bill that would essentially criminalize minors putting up pictures of guns.
	You know, you put up a BB gun picture, that's it, you're done.
	I mean, even if you had a picture of soldiers carrying guns that you put up, even if it wasn't a picture of you legally having and using a gun at a shooting range with your parents under supervision or whatever, no, just this idiot is saying we're going to take that from you.
	Now, these are the people who, remember, we've got legislators in Hawaii, I talked about this yesterday, just came out and said, we want to repeal the Second Amendment, just like that.
	We've had Democrat legislators in Virginia say, we're going to kill babies after they're born, after they're separated from their mother.
	This is no longer an issue of a woman's body, a woman's choice.
	That ship sailed a long, long time ago, if you haven't noticed.
	And now they're pretty open about it.
	They're open about killing babies.
	Babies after birth.
	They're open about killing the Second Amendment.
	And quite frankly, when you come after somebody for posting a picture, a kid posting a picture of, let's say, a BB gun, yeah.
	What about Christmas story?
	Now we take Ralphie, give him a criminal record, you know, give him up to a year of jail time, up to a thousand dollar fine, for posting a picture of him and his Red Ryder BB gun, going after Black Bart.
	Come on!
	What kind of a country do we want to live in?
	That's a violation of the First Amendment.
	These people hate every, they hate life, and they hate every aspect of liberty.
	Free speech, the right to defend ourselves, they hate all of that.
	Certainly you can expect that if you've got a political party that is just fine with murdering babies.
	And it is murdering babies after the baby is born.
	There's no more debate about this.
	No more whatsoever.
	Let's play the Tucker Carlson thing before we run out of time.
	Here's what Tucker Carlson said in response to Media Matters attempts to try to take down his program.

	As anyone who's ever been caught in its gears can tell you, the Great American Outrage Machine is a remarkable thing.
	One day you're having dinner with your family, imagining everything is fine.
	The next, your phone is exploding with calls from reporters.
	They read you snippets from a press release written by Democratic Party operatives.
	They demand to know how you could possibly have said something so awful and offensive.
	Do you have a statement on how immoral you are?
	It's a bewildering moment, especially when the quotes in question are more than a decade old.
	There's really not that much you can do to respond.
	It's pointless to try to explain how the words were spoken in jest, or taken out of context, or in any case bear no resemblance to what you actually think or would want for the country.
	None of that matters.
	Nobody cares.
	You know the role you're required to play.
	You are a sinner begging the forgiveness of Twitter.
	So you issue a statement of deep contrition.
	You apologize profusely for your transgressions.
	You promise to be a better person going forward.
	With the guidance of your contrition consultants, you send money to whatever organization claims to represent the people you supposedly offended.
	Then you sit back and brace for a wave of stories about your apology, all of which are simply pretexts for attacking you again.
	In the end, you get fired.
	You lose your job.
	Nobody defends you.
	Your neighbors avert their gaze as you pull into the driveway.
	You are ruined.
	And yet, no matter how bad it gets, no matter how despised and humiliated you may be, there is one thing you can never do, one thing that is absolutely not allowed.
	You can never acknowledge the comic absurdity of the whole thing.
	You can never laugh in the face of the mob.
	You must always pretend that the people yelling at you are somehow your moral superiors.
	You have to assume that what they say they're mad about is what they're actually mad about.
	You have to take them at face value.
	You must pretend this is a debate about virtue and not about power.
	Your critics are arguing from principle and not from partisanship.
	No matter what they take from you in the end, you must continue to pretend that these things are true.
	You are bad.
	They are good.
	The system is on the level.
	But what if we stopped pretending for a minute?
	What if we acknowledged what's actually going on?
	One side is deadly serious.
	They believe that politics is war.
	They're not interested in abstractions or principles, rules or traditions.
	They seek power.
	They plan to win it, whatever it takes.
	If that includes getting you fired or silencing you or threatening your family at home or throwing you in prison, okay.
	They know what their goal is.
	If you're in the way, they will crush you.
	What's interesting is how reliably the other side pretends that none of this is happening.
	That's exactly right.
	The other side, which is our side, ostensibly, pretends that none of this is happening.
	Or they misdirect it.
	They think that this is the action of Zuckerberg and they don't see the government forces behind it.
	It's just as ridiculous to not see that as it is to say, oh, this is about virtue and principle.
	No, as Tucker pointed out, this is about power, it's about partisanship, and it is about controlling you and your speech and society as well.

	And Jeff Zuckerberg even got the statists at Wired Magazine, it's now Wired.com, I don't know if they even produce a paper magazine anymore, but the people at Wired.com, and his audience there at Harvard, he even got them worried about where the future is going.
	I'm going to tell you what is behind that, but first, as Tucker Carlson was saying, They want you to show deep contrition.
	They want you to apologize for this.
	You have to pretend people yelling at you are somehow your moral superiors.
	You have to assume that they really are mad about what they say they're mad about.
	You have to take that all at face value and not pretend, and pretend rather, that this is a debate about virtue and not about power.
	That they're arguing from principle and not from partisanship.
	No, these people, it's strictly an exercise in power.
	This is going back to the old Soviet tactics of denunciation.
	Again, I always look at this and I think of Dr. Zhivago.
	And when he returns home and he was a doctor, he had a lot of money, wealthy family.
	His house has been taken over in the interim.
	His family has been relegated to the attic, small corner of the attic.
	And the Soviets, who are in charge, get in his face and say, this is not your home.
	This is our home and all this other kind of stuff.
	And he goes, oh, I understand.
	That's a good thing.
	I'm really glad.
	You know, they are his moral superiors.
	He has to kowtow to them.
	And at one point he does something that they read something into it that is not really there.
	He's trying to be very nice.
	You have been noticed, comrade.
	You've been noticed.
	Oh, we've all been put on notice by our masters in social media.

	And there was a remedy for that.
	And it came from the Supreme Court.
	But we don't pay any attention to that.

	I mean, we have Roe v. Wade, which is allowed for, what is it now, 60,000 murders of children?
	And folks, it is murder.
	There is absolutely no doubt about that, that it's murder.
	I heard part of a debate on abortion yesterday.
	Listened to it on my way home.
	And it was back and forth between a Christian and a guy who was an abortion provider.
	Said he was a Christian.
	He'd been head of Planned Parenthood and the District of Columbia had written a book.
	And he was dancing around the distinction between human and person.
	Now, for the longest time, abortion, all the way up through, up to and through Roe v. Wade, The prevarication that they used in order to push abortion was that the fetus was not a baby.
	The fetus was not human.
	Well, that is no longer a tenable position.
	So now they start dancing around, well, personhood, personhood.
	Well, the reason the Supreme Court said that was because they were denying, as the core part of that, that it wasn't human.
	You can't say that something is human and not a person, quite frankly.
	It's just not possible to do that, and they very well know that.
	And you can see that it is the murder of a baby that they're ultimately talking about now.
	They're openly talking about that.
	We've had science advisors to the Obama administration, ethicists who are saying, well, you don't become a person until you can actually have some kind of a consciousness.
	And that doesn't really happen until the age of two.
	So up to the age of two, we can kill kids.
	I mean, that's the kind of Ethical slope that these people operate on.
	And that's essentially what you're seeing from Ralph Northam and others.
	It's a human, obviously.
	And as this doctor, who was defending abortion, defended it, he goes, well, you know, of course the mother is going to have a human baby, so yeah, those are human parts.
	It's a human.
	You know, Mary doesn't have a little lamb.
	This really is a human.
	He didn't say Mary doesn't have a little lamb, but that's essentially what the argument was in the past.
	I remember in the 1970s, Carl Sagan would go on the talk shows and he would talk about phylogeny recapitulates ontology.
	What's he saying?
	That sounds very impressive.
	I don't know.
	All he's saying is it was a lie that was based on Ernst Haeckel, the guy who was one of Darwin's bulldogs.
	And he doctored a bunch of fake drawings, saying, look at this, at this stage, the human embryo looks exactly like this other animal species.
	And then at this later stage, it looks like another one.
	And so, it's starting out as a very simple organism, and then it becomes like, you know, a fish, and then it becomes like a mammal, and then it becomes like a primate, and then finally it becomes a human.
	So when you kill that baby, you're not killing a human.
	You're killing a fish, or you're killing a monkey.
	Right?
	Or are you killing a single cell entity?
	I mean, one of the crazy parts of this is that if they want to go to the standard of saying whether or not the baby is viable, if you've got a baby and you're in the United States, if you're pregnant, At, you know, let's say, I don't know what the number is, let's say 20 weeks.
	And maybe the baby is viable in the United States because if the baby is born at that point in time, they can do medical intervention to keep that baby alive.
	But let's say that you go now to a third world country.
	And maybe there, viability doesn't begin until, let's say, 32 weeks or something.
	So now you did have a viable baby because it was, let's say, a week past the viable date which they could have this baby survive in America with medical treatment.
	Now you go to an area where it's not going to be able to survive with medical treatment for at least another 10-12 weeks.
	So now it's not a person.
	It was a person, now it's not a person.
	Now you go back to the United States and now it's a person again.
	This is the absurdity of this.
	And the other tactic that this abortionist was using in the debate was to continually jump back and forth and try to confuse things between legal definitions and scientific definitions.
	Well, legal definitions are simply things that we get from a bunch of politically appointed judges.
	They don't matter.
	We've had these judges, for all the people on the left, we've had these judges had defined free speech as not applying to movies.
	Back in the early 20th century, because it suited the government when they wanted to go to war and censor a particular movie that was critical of the British.
	The Spirit of 76.
	So they got him to prison, gave him a massive fine, appealed it to the Supreme Court.
	The Supreme Court said, movies aren't covered by the First Amendment.
	That stood until the mid-20th century.
	Then it became something that was supported.
	You had the Supreme Court at one point in time Say that black people were human but they weren't persons and so we could treat them as subhuman and we could enslave them.
	The Nazis said, yeah, we can do all that stuff to various groups.
	We can do it to Jews, we can do it to mentally retarded people because they're subhuman.
	We don't have to worry about that.
	Gypsies, anybody that they didn't like, they could define it that way.
	But now it has come off and we need to understand, folks, the way that they use these labels.

	Facebook has banned Zero Edge, and we've got Twitter taking down a reporter, Chuck Ross, who worked for the Daily Caller.
	He had an article about dark money and about the Democrat, some suspicious funding in the election of things, and it done in a dark way.
	President Trump retweeted that within a few hours.
	They took him down ostensibly because he used the hashtag Learn to Code.
	Now we just had Jack Dorsey on with Joe Rogan saying, we don't take people down for that.
	We've been too aggressive against conservatives and we're not going to take people down for using Learn to Code.
	So it's absolutely amazing what we see with this.
	We've got YouTube now, not just Rotten Tomatoes, but YouTube is rigging search results to favor, to get favorable reviews for Captain Marvel.
	I'm going to have to see this movie.
	I'm not going to pay them.
	I'm not going to pay Disney a cent, but I'm going to watch that movie some way or the other.
	I'll probably find a dark theater cam or something with a dark web.
	But I'm curious as to why this is such a big deal for them to promote this.
	Now we saw a lot of this stuff happening with Wonder Woman.
	I remember here in Austin.
	Movie theater chain, which I'm not going to mention their name, give them any publicity.
	I will never go to this movie theater chain ever again.
	But they had special screenings who wouldn't allow men to come see Wonder Woman.
	As if I wanted to.
	Pay me to come see it.
	Maybe I'll give you a few minutes of my life to come see this trash.
	Eventually, when the thing came out, we started to look at a little bit of it.
	We couldn't get more.
	I was watching it with my wife, my son, and I. We couldn't get more than about 15 minutes through this thing.
	This is just disgusting.
	Anyway, and juvenile, puerile, feminism was what was being put out there.
	Maybe that's what Captain Marvel is all about.
	Or maybe it's just corporate profits for Disney.
	Because, you know, we just got a couple of corporations that own the world.
	They're kind of cooperating with each other, perhaps.
	Maybe that's the aspect of it.
	But I suspect that it really is more about the cultural stuff.
	But this is the way, as I said yesterday, it is a preview.
	It's kind of a little microcosm of how they operate politically, which is what really is important.
	The culture stuff is very important too.
	We need to understand what the subtexts of that are.
	And as I said, you may want to think about the fact that even more so than the toxic femininity that they're pushing.
	And I say that very seriously.
	There is a toxic femininity that is being sold to everybody to make women actually hate men.
	That's one way to have a soft kill the population.
	Make sure that you don't have any families.
	Make sure that you get a literal war between the sexes.
	It's very toxic.
	The femininity that is being sold to us by Hollywood.
	They're at the forefront of this societal engineering that is going on out there.
	But it is a preview of how they're going to be operating in the 2020 election.
	We've already seen some of this happen.
	We saw it in the last election.
	We saw it in the special election in Alabama.
	We saw how they manipulate How they purge some information, how they push other information, how they outright ban certain speech and individuals to get the results that they want.
	And then after the fact, even after the movie has come out, they are still going to be manipulating the information about that.
	And you'll probably see that in the election as well, if they continue to manipulate the results.
	But let's talk a little bit about Zero Hedge.
	Again, Zero Hedge is kind of a libertarian orientation.
	And they also talk about a lot of financial information as well.
	A lot of libertarian people out there.
	They will support Trump.
	They will also criticize Trump.
	But they don't support war.
	They don't support the endless wars of the military-industrial complex.
	And folks, I've said this a million times.
	I'll say it again.
	This is where the censorship is coming from.
	It's coming from the military-industrial complex and the globalists who want these wars.
	It is weaponized.
	It's not just an information war, it is literal war that they want to be able to push.

	And they said that included people trying to share articles in private.

	Remember, it was just a couple of days ago that Zuckerberg was lying to the public about, oh yeah, we're going to be focused towards privacy.

	But they said, we were especially surprised by this action as neither prior to this seemingly arbitrary act of censorship, nor since, Were we contacted by Facebook with an explanation of what quote-unquote community standard had been violated?

	Never got a reply from them.
	I tweeted at them, never got a reply from them.

	So this is the way these people work.
	So I would say to Zero Hedge, welcome to the party.

	If you don't think it's in violation of the 9th and 10th Amendment, then why do we have the 18th and the 21st Amendment?
	You had the 18th Amendment to prohibit alcohol, because they knew that because of the 9th Amendment and the 10th Amendment, they didn't have the authority to prohibit anything.
	Alcohol, marijuana, heroin, meth, they don't have the authority to prohibit any of that.
	But now we have a regime where everything is prohibited, unless expressly permitted for our health.
	And every war is permitted, unless expressly prohibited.
	So we have to have now an act of Congress to stop a war.

	He wasn't even, he wasn't mocking anybody.
	It was a joke tweet.
	And of course it was a joke tweet what Rob Dew did as well.
	You know we had this whole thing about everybody getting shut down immediately if they would do a hashtag learn to code.
	So a few weeks ago it was John Levine working for The Wrap said that a person in the know had told him that if you tweet out learn to code at a laid-off journalist it would be considered a violation of the platform's terms of services and could result in a ban.
	Isn't that interesting because Twitter and Facebook and social media all these people have worked so hard to try to shut down real journalists.
	You will get a ban if the fake journalists that nobody wants to buy their information anymore start to lose their jobs and you say, hey, maybe you should learn how to write code.
	Twitter swiftly clarified that the phrase learn to code itself would not be considered harassment unless directed at specific individuals as part of a targeted campaign.
	And then we had Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter, go on with Joe Rogan said they've been way too aggressive and just swore up and down that if you put out Learn to Code you are not going to get booted off of Twitter.
	And yet Chuck Ross, just a few hours after he does a big story, And again, you talk about two million dollars of a dark money donation to the Democracy Integrity Project.
	This is an organization that was founded by a former Dianne Feinstein staffer.
	It contracted with Fusion GPS and with Christopher Steele to investigate President Trump.
	So here we go back to now the money involved.
	We've already shown all the collusion.

	Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, 2020 Democrat presidential candidate, saying that a 34-year-old geologist who works for Exxon Mobil should be sharpening their other skills.
	And so he puts that out as a joke and says, oh, maybe you should learn to code.
	And because of that, they shut him down?
	Or was it because of his expose of the dark money conspiracy of the Democrats?

	We've got a discussion that's going on here in Austin with the Austin Police Department.
	You've got a city councilman saying, as the police chief here wants to institute no-knock raids, he said, that's a dangerous situation for everybody involved.
	We've had police officers get killed, especially because sometimes they go to the wrong place, and you do a no-knock raid against somebody, that's a danger to the police officer, that's a danger to the people inside.
	We've had a lot of innocent people killed with no-knock raids, and so in this particular case, in this small town, As DC Dirty Laundry points out, this is a search warrant that was served on the home of Brian Baker.
	That's fine, serve a search warrant, but you don't have to bully people like that.
	One of the city council people there, Len Chambers, was arrested in December for meth trafficking and possession of weapons during a felony.
	Also, before that arrest, the mayor was arrested in October.
	So that was in December.
	Two months earlier in October, the mayor was arrested for possession of meth, first-degree burglary.
	On Saturday, he was severely beaten in a convenience store and hospitalized.
	So whether or not this is associated with this, I mean, this town's got a lot of corruption problem.
	And you notice how it always goes back The war on drugs?
	How we embrace that?
	Because we threw out the Constitution?
	You know, not only did we say the 9th and 10th Amendment don't apply, but over the years, over the decades, of this failed policy.
	And again, I, as much as anybody, it breaks my heart to see people addicted to drugs.
	I don't use drugs.
	I have a great deal of sympathy for the people out there.
	That's why I don't want to continue down this path that has not brought any resolution to the problem.
	It doesn't help the people who are addicted to it.
	It doesn't Change anything?
	What it does is it gives us another layer of problems.
	It creates militarized police.
	It removes due process.
	It removes the kinds of protections and the presumptions of innocence.
	You have people having their property, their lives, stolen without anybody even being charged for the crime.
	They said that the property can commit a crime.
	We have mandatory minimums.
	We just had some prison reform that came out of that.
	It's about time that we go back to the Constitution.
	Let's not just adjust this around the edges.
	Let's go back to the Constitution and say you can't take somebody's property without convicting them with a crime.
	You're not going to do no-knock raids like this.
	It's just absolutely insane what is happening in this country.

	Now this is in St.
	Petersburg, Florida.
	A cop caught throwing nails in a family's driveway after they filed a complaint against him.
	This is what we have to be concerned about, folks.
	We have to hold the people, especially the people who have been given a lot of power and authority over other people's lives, they have to be held to a legal standard, I would argue a higher legal standard.
	But there's also a good side to this when we look at some of the sheriffs that are out there.
	Yes, you can have corrupt sheriffs as well, but there is a difference, I believe, between a police department that works for the city government Whose mission is to enforce policy and a sheriff who is elected and accountable to the people.
	The police department is not accountable to the people.
	It's accountable to the city council or to the mayor or whoever it is in the form of government that hires them.
	And so it's a little bit too indirect, I believe.
	When you look at the reaction in Washington State, more than a dozen sheriffs in Washington State have announced that they will not comply.
	They refuse to enforce a newly passed referendum, that's number 1639, that raises the legal age of purchasing a firearm of any sort to 21, expands the background checks, increases waiting periods, mandates weapon storage, all these different sweeping gun control legislation.
	If you look at the map there, those green, you can see that most of Washington State did not vote for it.
	There were a few liberal urban areas on the northeast side of Washington State and around Seattle and so forth and then on the other side of Washington State around Spokane.
	In the center, in the rural areas, these sheriffs are saying that we're not going to enforce these restrictions on semi-automatic rifles.
	This is why, folks, the answer lies in grassroots activism.
	The answer to this kind of tyranny lies in local law enforcement and electing and keeping good sheriffs who are going to stand by the Constitution, who are going to stand up for the citizens that they are accountable to.
	And I think we're only going to take our liberties back if we get out of this mindset that if we send the right guy to Washington he's going to fix everything.
	That will never happen!
	That is a dangerous delusion to think that we're going to send one man or even one political party to Washington to get this changed.
	You understand now from looking at President Trump just how deep the deep state is.
	And just how swampy the swamp is.
	These people are entrenched.
	And the only way that we're going to be able to stop this is with nullification at the local level.
	It's legal.
	It's constitutional.
	That's the only way.
	They're never going to give up the power that they have taken over these years.
	They're never going to give up that political power, that financial power that they have over our lives.

	would have to reinterpret the Constitution to provide for preemptive searches and seizures when atomic terrorism is involved.
	Remarkably, over the decades ahead, in almost every respect, the path that was laid out in an article in the Saturday Evening Post, 1946, by the Allsep brothers, Joseph and Stewart, that path describing neutral assured destruction.
	Was almost precisely the one that the U.S.

	And it is about the secret plan to save the government and let the rest of us die.
	That's the plan that they came up with during the Cold War.

	Do you understand that the supremacy of national security, of continuity of government, or whatever you want to call it, that that was put in place as part of the atomic scare, and it has never left us, and they saw That it wasn't going to be enough to do after-the-fact investigations, or after-the-fact prosecutions, or execute people.
	No, they were going to have to do things preemptively.
	They're going to have to have preemptive action, preemptive wars, preemptive actions against citizens, preemptive search and seizure of anybody that they don't respect.
	And that's the foundation, the origin for which we have this internet that we're now dealing with.
	And all of these control mechanisms that they have.
	The geospatial intelligence, where they monitor your metadata and make predictions based on your activity.
	Your activity-based intelligence.
	They use that to dominate the human domain.
	They use it to predict your actions.
	It is Minority Report meets Dr. Strangelove.
	That's the world in which we live in.
	And if you don't understand that, you don't understand where this censorship is coming from.
	And all this phony virtue signaling that we've got from people like Elizabeth Warren is just going to be rearranging the deck chairs on the B-52 bomber that Slim Pickens is riding.
	It isn't going to make any difference, folks.
	To hammer this home, the introduction to this book, started talking about something that was very close to home, what used to be my home.
	I remember Not too far from where we lived, some people started talking about this thing called Big Hole.
	We didn't know what they were talking about, but we had noticed that we went past a road that was Big Hole Road.
	Okay.
	One day, my wife and my sons, I wasn't with them, they decided they would go down and take a look at that because they'd been talking to some neighbors and they said, oh yeah, there's this mysterious base that's there and all these things.
	Well, they drive down the road and It kind of looks like it's a, you know, former military base or something, but it's kind of the gate is open and they're curious.
	They keep driving down this road.
	All of a sudden, you know, all this loudspeaker, turn around!
	It's like the thing was supposed to have been shut down in the 1960s as part of the Cold War.
	And then when I'm reading this book, he starts talking about it.
	You know, you want to know why the AT&T thing didn't make any difference and why changing Facebook isn't going to make any difference?
	It's because of the way AT&T was involved with the military-industrial complex.
	And he talks about, in the very beginning of the introduction of this book, he's talking about actually the day that Richard Nixon resigned, and as the nuclear football, the essence of power in the United States.
	Because we don't have some kind of a crown or anything.
	That's the thing, the football.
	You pass off the football to somebody, right?
	To control the nuclear launch codes.
	And so he's talking about that in terms of setting up the stage for, you know, how our entire society has been focused around this Cold War threat of nuclear war.
	And still is.
	And so he talks about a guy back in 1974.
	He goes to a secret facility that's being run by AT&T.
	And remember we had a news article maybe about a year ago They said, look at this strange building here in the middle of New York City.
	It has no windows.
	It kind of looks like a fortress.
	It's got this style of architecture that's, I would say, even almost kind of Soviet style.
	It's called a brutalist style.
	And it does look brutal.
	It's raw material, like raw concrete.
	That's what they really mean by brutalist.
	But it looks like a brutal authoritarian structure, architecture, no windows, that type of thing.
	And it was one of these AT&T secret facilities.
	And it turns out that there's a lot of these things all over the country.
	Now, outside of New York City, they would bury them in the ground, in many cases, because they were supposed to be able to withstand a nuclear attack.
	The one in New York City was not going to withstand a nuclear attack, but it was an important listening facility.
	But in North Carolina, in Stanfield, North Carolina, a little bit outside of Charlotte, this guy goes to work that morning.
	This is a story that he begins as Richard Nixon is resigning.
	And he starts talking about the complex and immediately got my attention.
	The complex was there since 1965.
	AT&T began to dig a big hole about two miles from the childhood home of this individual where he grew up in Locust, North Carolina, about 30 miles east of Charlotte.
	He had been 19 when the construction started.
	He recalls there was a lot of curiosity about what was going on there.
	Nobody really knew what the hole was for.
	That's what we saw where I live.
	We had all these people who eventually, it's kind of interesting, all these people who used to work at this secret AT&T facility, just known as Big Hole.
	You couldn't go anywhere near it, but they all seemed to find their way into city and county government.
	And then they would all just tell you, oh, there's nothing there.
	I just work for AT&T.
	Yeah, it was kind of hardened, but no big deal.
	Well, here's the reality now.
	Said nobody really knew what the hole was for, not even those who were digging it.
	Some locals thought there might be a secret facility for communicating with aliens.
	They'll put this kind of stuff out there to pooh-pooh it.
	Say, these crazy conspiracy theories and anything like that, right?
	Others believed it was a secret submarine base, even though there was about 150 miles from the ocean.
	The truth, it turned out, was as strange as the fiction.
	In 1967, this individual, his name is McIntyre, found himself reporting to work at the newly completed facility as a technician.
	The big hole that had so fascinated the community now contained a nuclear-hardened, department-store-sized concrete bunker.
	Protected by twin 20,000-pound blast doors that helped the AT&T long-line cable to run from Miami to Boston.
	It skirted major metropolitan areas that could have been nuclear targets.
	And it was one of dozens of specially built facilities that ran air-to-ground communications for VIP military aircraft such as Air Force One.
	And he says, he goes on to talk about the one close to where we lived.
	He said, for a quarter of a century, One eight-hour shift at a time, he and his colleagues, all technically AT&T staff, tended this hidden mountaintop redoubt, maintaining telecommunications gear that kept the government ready, a key link in the massive continuity of government machinery.
	In the event of an attack, food and rations inside could keep the staff functioning for at least 30 days.
	The whole facility was mounted on massive metal springs.
	Even the toilets were mounted on springs and linked with rubber plumbing.
	They said that technicians work closely with other AT&T technicians at another North Carolina bunker in Chatham.
	That's the one that we were close to.
	Similarly, about 30 miles west of Raleigh.
	That one was so secret that even these guys at the other facility were not allowed to know anything about it.
	They said if anybody asked them.
	They would simply say, uh, I work on telephone circuits, and that would put an end to the discussion.
	Nobody would want to know anymore about it, but I'll tell you more when we come back.

	You know, I was talking about the book I'm listening to, Raven Rock.
	It's kind of interesting listening to that in tandem with Operation Paperclip, expose by Annie Jacobson.
	It's really well done.
	The two of them go together really well.
	They complement each other.
	It kind of shows you the attitude and the foundation of the society that we're in right now.
	You know, one of the things that he says in the introduction of Raven Rock, besides that passage I was just talking about, How they were going to have to reinterpret the Constitution for all... to allow them to do whatever they wish.
	Remove any restrictions from them.
	Because it's all about national security, right?
	Except that the reality is, after the bomb, and you had people like Einstein so concerned about how this is, you know, going to be used widely, you know, he said, I don't know what the next war will be fought with, but he says the one after that will be fought with sticks and stones, or something to that effect.
	I'm paraphrasing him here, but he signed on to a letter that all these people were saying that they had to have world government.
	That was the only way that they were going to be able to stop this third world war.
	They really believed that, and yet how did they sell that to people?
	You know, they thought the great enemy of mankind was uncontrolled nationalism.
	And yet they sold it to everybody in the name of national security.
	That's the fraud that is involved here, isn't it?
	And we have sacrificed everything.
	Our Constitution, we've reinterpreted it, we've ripped it up, we've burned it, we've thrown the remnants in the trash because of national security.
	One of the things that they said, we have to change the whole pattern of our life.
	To provide for our future security.
	Liberty must be destroyed to provide for security.
	We must initiate radical changes in the character of our national life.
	The U.S.
	will have to invest deeply in the most effective secret intelligence on a scale which is difficult to imagine.
	And it is difficult for people to imagine.
	You can't imagine just how pervasive The espionage on Americans is.
	And again, if we go back to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, it's now in the news all the time.
	Well, you had that FISA warrant and this and that.
	But people still don't go back and talk about the origin of this.
	And it is still presented to people by Fox News and other conservatives as, this is something that just recently went off the rails when the Democrats got control of it.
	And it's been off the rails a long time.
	We had the FISA Act.
	That's redundant.
	It's the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
	That is what FISA is.
	But we passed that law because back in the 1960s they were already doing dragnet surveillance of everybody using AT&T, these people in the deep underground mining bases, right?
	That's the facility that they had up in New York City or these other ones.
	They would tap into the phone lines and listen to people's conversations just like they're tapping into the internet now.
	But they can pretty much scrape anything they want off of Facebook.
	That's the plan.
	And you may not realize why they're doing this.
	Is it for security?
	Is it to make us safe?
	Really?
	You seriously think that it is?
	They started talking about how they would, you know, start to work on civil defense and everything, but anybody growing up during the Cold War knows they quickly jettison those plans.
	The Russians went on with it a little bit longer.
	But they said, no, we're really not going to do it.
	We're going to pursue a mutually assured destruction plan.
	We're not going to build shelters for the population.
	We will, however, make sure that the government survives.
	We will build deep underground military bases for all of us.
	And they had little cards that they would hand out.
	Sorkin, who did the West Wing And, you know, some other Hollywood interpretations of what goes on in the White House.
	Actually saw George Stephanopoulos with something that looked like a subway ticket, and he asked him what it was.
	And he said, well, you know, that's a ticket that I have to, you know, go to a special shelter if we have a excrement hits the fan scenario type of thing.
	And so he included that in the West Wing.
	And Dede Meyers, who had worked with George Stephanopoulos, but obviously was not considered to be as important as he was because they didn't put her in as a major anchor for ABC, the people who pushed Obamacare for a week out of the White House.
	Talk about the way the media manipulates people.
	Just think back to the Obamacare narrative that they were pushing everybody for a week ABC was broadcasting their nightly news program out of the White House, and when the Republicans said, that's not right, you have to give us, that is a paid political, unpaid political speech, give us equal time.
	They said, we're not going to do it.
	Alright, well we'll buy some commercial time to push back against Obamacare.
	They said, we're not going to sell you the time.
	That's the way this stuff works.
	So that's why George Stephanopoulos was important to them.
	They had uses for him coming along.
	They wanted to make sure that he was gonna be there.
	Dini Bynum's not so much.
	When Sorkin showed that and used that in an episode of the West Wing, she says, she takes him off to the side and she says, you know, that's kind of an interesting device, but that doesn't actually exist.
	And he goes, no, and actually he told her the story.
	She didn't realize that she wasn't considered important enough.
	So that's a great book, Raven Rock.
	I really highly suggest that.
	But folks, we are deep into this surveillance state, this national security state that we're involved in.
	It is the essence of why we have the internet, why we have the censorship, and if you look at what is being said by, you know, the articles you see at the top of Drudge, by Tim Berners-Lee, you need to understand the context is a little bit different than what he's putting out there.
	For example, do you think that the government is really interested in your health?
	When, as you look at this story that broke, what was it, last Friday?
	U.S.
	government approves experiment to create a type of bird flu that could kill millions of people?
	Do you think that's the only time they've ever done that?
	You might want to take a look at Operation Paperclip.
	We brought the Nazi scientists over here because it wasn't enough just to get their criminal research.
	We needed the scientists as well and we continued those experiments.
	As a matter of fact, the Center for Disease Control is not really about controlling disease as much as they are creating what they call select agents.
	They don't necessarily control disease.
	They spread it.
	They intensify it.
	They weaponize it.
	They will bring in a dangerous disease.
	They will enhance it so that it becomes more dangerous.
	They will change it so that it is more easily spread.
	That is a key part of what the CDC does, the people who are the biggest producers of vaccines, who are trying to frighten us about measles.
	These are the people who weaponize and create diseases, new diseases that we didn't have before.
	You know, a lot of this stuff broke about, let's see, what was that?
	I think it was about 2015 or so.
	Remember we had a series of episodes of failures at these various labs.
	People were exposed at different levels.
	To some contaminants.
	Fortunately, there wasn't anybody that we know of that was seriously injured.
	But, of course, if they were, do you think they would tell you?
	We did have a case that not only did the disease get out, but the information about the disease getting out got out.
	That's what they really don't want to happen.
	If they can't contain the disease, they can contain the information.
	And that's why you have the censorship.
	That, of course, was in Tulane University, the National Primate Institute.
	They had brought in a very rare, it's a bacteria I think, it's a, let's see, what is it called?
	Pseudomallei, Burkholderia pseudomallei, that's it.
	I had to think a minute.
	They were experimenting on that and it is something that gets in the soil and spreads.
	Now they had it in a bio-level safety, level 3 safety lab.
	And somehow, at some point, they found that it got out of the lab.
	How it got out of the lab, they weren't really sure.
	It got out of the lab and it got into this 500 acre field.
	And then they bring in the investigators who are going to investigate that.
	One of them got sick.
	They said, don't worry, they didn't catch it there.
	Nothing to worry about.
	It really didn't get out.

	So, yeah, the government is so concerned about us, aren't they?
	They want to keep us safe.
	They want to keep us secure.
	Don't care too much about our liberty.
	They've made that clear now.
	But don't worry, you'll be safe.
	As I've said many times, to the extent that you give up your freedom, to that degree, you become a slave.
	Slaves are never safe.
	Slaves are never secure.
	Slaves are never prosperous either.
	Isn't it funny how that works out?
	You want to be a slave?
	We've got all this talk about reparations and yet you've got the Democrats looking at ways to enslave us and Republicans as well.
	And so we have the U.S.
	government, the National Institutes of Health are going to allow viral engineering of bird flu.
	And one guy, Professor Steven Salzberg, he's a biomedical engineering expert at John Hopkins University in Maryland, he says, I can't fathom why the U.S.
	National Institutes of Health would permit this kind of dangerous research.
	Why are they allowing this to happen?
	Well, Professor Salzberg, you need to go back and look at Operation Paperclip.
	You know, read the book, or listen to the book by Annie Jacobson, or take a look at the history of the Cold War, Raven Rock, or take a look at A Terrible Mistake, the story about Frank Olson, and how the CIA was developing mind-controlled drugs.
	They thought CIA was developing LSD and other things.
	Now they've got other ways to control your mind, electronically.
	And quite frankly, they don't care about the health effects of 5G if it gives them control any more than they care about what's going to happen to you if they start a nuclear war.
	And they're ramping up the Doctor Strange love insanity again.
	This is something that's been going on since the Obama administration and the Russian reset of Hillary Clinton.
	Changing the regime in the Ukraine and provoking Provoking the Russians, hoping that there will be a nuclear war.
	They want that to happen, quite frankly.
	You got Mike Pence being rebuffed in Bloomberg, talking about how Angela Merkel and others are saying that they're trying to get us to send ships into that strait there by, you know, near Ukraine to start a conflict.
	We're not going to do that.
	That's irresponsible.
	It's dangerous.
	It's as dangerous as weaponizing bird flu, what they're doing.
	But they're going to continue to do it.
	And at the same time, they're pushing the Germans to go in there and provoke the Russians, go into the waters right there by Russia.
	That'd be like, you know, go send a fleet right next to an American military base, right there off the coast of Florida or something, right?
	See if you can provoke a strike.
	Let's see if we can do that.
	That'd be great.
	And the U.S.
	is now warning Germany, as well as others, Don't use Huawei for 5G.
	If you do, we're going to cut off our intelligence sharing.
	And this is such an important aspect to all governments.
	All governments.
	Not just U.S.
	government.
	All governments.
	The cyber war battlefield.
	They've used that, they've threatened the UK.
	The UK says, reports the Financial Times, reported the British government has now concluded that it can, quote, mitigate the risk from using Huawei equipment in 5G networks.
	The UK National Cyber Security Center has reportedly determined that, quote, there are ways to limit the risks from using Huawei in future 5G ultra-fast networks, unquote.
	And in doing so, they ignored escalating U.S.
	efforts to persuade countries to bar Huawei from their network.
	So there is an information war.
	It's like a new Berlin Wall, if you want to think of it that way, folks.
	The competition between the former Soviet Union and the United States, and we've got the Russians out there trying, the Democrats trying to provoke this whole idea of Russiagate and so forth, trying to provoke things with Ukraine, but also adding into the equation an even more dangerous enemy, which is China.
	Because China is the one that is really building up their military and building up the cyber war.
	So they're trying to create this, if you will, a Berlin firewall.
	And, you know, we've got the two different camps here.
	It's going to be the US on one side, the Chinese on the other side of the cyber war wall.
	And the other aspect of this that you don't see, That's how they're going to use this.
	That's the international level.
	But at the local level, they want 5G to control us.
	And folks, that is the real context for what the discussion about where we're going to go with the World Wide Web really should be focused on.
	You know, when we have these articles that are at the top of the Drudge Report, www worries, the inventor of the web laments the coming of age woes.
	Yeah, this is not Al Gore, this is actually Tim Berners-Lee.
	And understand that the World Wide Web is really, think of it more as a navigation and connection, you know, way to connect on this infrastructure that was really envisioned and created by DARPA.
	There was a DARPAnet first.
	And even before there was DARPAnet, You had a DARPA psychologist, J.C.R.
	Licklider, a psychologist designed the idea of the Internet because he saw it as a means of population control.
	He called it the Intergalactic Computer Network.
	They shortened it up to Internet.
	Then it became DARPAnet.
	And then Tim Berners-Lee and others created the World Wide Web and browsers and so forth.
	He says he doesn't like the current state of the Web.
	He says, uh, you've got state-sponsored hacking.
	Well, yeah, that was by design.
	That's why they created that thing.
	But then he starts talking about online harassment, hate speech, and misinformation.
	And when you look at some of the things he says, he's horrified.
	He says, people are stepping back.
	He said, um, uh, 50% of the world is on the web.
	He said they're stepping back, suddenly horrified.
	After Trump got elected.
	After Brexit.
	And they're realizing that this web thing they thought was so cool has actually not necessarily been serving humanity very well.
	So you understand where this guy's coming from politically, right?
	And frankly, he sees this as an instrument of control, of censorship.
	I'm sure DARPA is horrified to see that Trump got elected and we had Brexit and so forth.
	The military-industrial complex is horrified.
	That's why they have removed the mask.
	That is why they're going full-blown open censorship and deplatforming of people.
	And so he comes up with something he calls a contract for the web.
	It reminds me of the social contract.
	Another thing that I cannot find my signature on.
	But of course they'll bury it in terms of service, right?
	The contract for the web.
	But here's what he wants to envision.
	He wants to make sure that governments get everybody connected to the Internet.
	And then he wants to make sure that the companies will develop technology that puts people in the public good first.
	Again, that's the beard they're going to use.
	He's coming at this, kind of the dangerous approach of Elizabeth Warren.
	And citizens are going to cooperate and respect civil discourse, among other things.
	And I'm sure he would love to have somebody just like Elizabeth Warren as the hall monitor for the Internet.
	Nope, can't say that.
	Oh, now you're de-platformed.
	You know, we'll come up with any kind of thing that we hate and any kind of pretense.
	Oh, you said learn to code?
	Oh, we'll take you down for that.
	When in reality, what they want to take you down for is showing the dark money conspiracy of the Democrats against President Trump.
	That's the reality of what they do with this stuff.
	Uh, at the meantime, you know, when we look at the 5G, not only is it a means of controlling us, but it is also something that is just as dangerous, I believe, as bird flu.
	It's not going to be as obvious.
	You're not going to see people dropping dead in the streets from it.
	The effects will be long-term.
	You'll see a greater increase in cancer.
	And we know that from cell phone tower studies that were done even before they gave immunity to the telecommunications companies.
	The 1996 Telecommunications Act said you cannot block these people based on health reasons.
	And so now they're rolling out the 5G.
	And we have this article came out today Are AirPods dangerous?
	You know, little wireless Bluetooth connections, you know, the earbuds that you stick in your ear.
	250 scientists signed a petition warning against cancer from wireless tech.
	Wait a minute.
	We've been told that 5G is actually lower power than these existing cell phone towers, right?
	Except this is even lower than 5G, the AirPods.
	So why are they concerned about that?
	Well, it's because even though it's low power, It's the proximity to you.
	And it's the fact that it's on constantly.
	Right?
	But 5G is going to be more powerful.
	It is going to be qualitatively more dangerous because it's a much, much higher frequency.
	And it is going to be continuous.
	You will not be able to get away from it.
	They're going to have an antenna, these transmitters, that are going to be every 50 feet.
	Minimum.
	And they're going to be on all the time, unlike your AirPods.
	You can turn those things off.
	You don't wear them.
	You wear them quite a bit.
	And so as these scientists are looking at this thing, it's raising cancer risk.
	We know that.
	We've seen the studies.
	We know that the cell phone towers would raise certain types of cancers, depending on the type of cancer.
	Three to eight times.
	And we've even had one study that was done back in 2016 about 5G.
	Said, yeah, it raises tumors in the brain and the heart, but it's only in the males.
	And it's only rats.
	And they're not interested in doing any more studies.
	Because, folks, it is about control.
	It is mutually assured destruction for control.
