	It's Halloween!
	Trick or treat!
	Be careful!
	It's against the law now in Chesapeake, Virginia, many Virginia cities, as I reported last week.
	If you are over a certain age, or if you do it at the wrong time, you can get not only a fine, but a jail sentence.
	So you better not do it after 8 o'clock, and you better not do it after you're 13 years old, or you're in big trouble.
	And we've got lots of other prohibitions about Halloween here in the United States as well.
	Don't dress up.
	And culturally, misappropriate somebody.
	Demons are okay.
	Axe murderers are okay.
	You can do all that stuff.
	A cult, that's fine.
	We like that kind of stuff.
	So we have to ask ourselves, what kind of cultures are we appropriating?
	You know, the last 24 hours, everybody's been talking about birthright.
	Well, you know what?
	My birthright is.
	My birthright is the Western civilization that was built on Christian values.
	And it was expressed in the Constitution, in the Bill of Rights, in things like the 14th Amendment.
	And I think that regardless of what we think about this birthright discussion, I think it is very, very important that we have this discussion about the Constitution, as if it really mattered for the first time!
	Isn't this interesting?
	You got President Trump coming in and Throwing some bombs in Washington?
	Exactly what I was hoping would happen.
	I'll tell you what, I've been very, very happy with President Trump the last month or so.
	I just hope he follows through on this, and I hope that he wins this election, because it really is a referendum on President Trump.
	We're going to talk about the hundreds of things that President Trump has accomplished.
	I'm not going to list every single one of them.
	I'm just going to give you a quick summary of what President Trump has accomplished in these last two years.
	It's one of the things that has energized the base.
	It's one of the things that causes him to rise in the polls.
	And it's going to be a very interesting election that we have less than one week.
	It's coming up this next Tuesday.
	So it's going to be very interesting to see what happens with that.
	But I think it's very important that we have a discussion about the Constitution as if it really mattered.
	Because for the longest time it hasn't mattered.
	The only thing that has mattered has been the edicts of presidents, As you have Barack Obama come in and say, well I'm going to self-ratify this treaty with Iran, I'm going to self-ratify this treaty with the UN on climate change and so forth.
	Because he doesn't have the votes, he doesn't want to bother to go through a process that he knows he's going to lose, so he just ignores it.
	And as we look at what's going to happen with this, because of course as President Trump comes on the policies that are going to be part of the executive order, He can do things to direct various government agencies not to issue social security numbers, things like that.
	As he does this, whatever the executive order amounts to, you know that it'll be challenged in the courts.
	Everything is challenged in the courts, even when it is obviously, clearly, not only the right of the president, but the duty of the president.
	As we talked about, you know, the so-called Muslim ban that came up, the way they spun that.
	Seven countries.
	Two of them, obviously not Muslim countries.
	We had Venezuela and China.
	And so we're going to vet people who come in from those countries.
	I'm sorry, not China, but North Korea.
	We're going to vet people who come in from those countries.
	The other five countries were Muslim, but they only represented 10% of the Muslim countries.
	And they were countries that we were at war with, that Barack Obama had gone to war with, and that the liberals had no concern about that.
	That's one of the most amazing things to me.
	One of the saddest things to me is that everybody gets all upset last week about a toy bombing campaign, but nobody cares about the real bombing campaign.
	Democrats don't care about the drone assassinations that were done by Barack Obama and John Brennan, who was the apologist for the disposition matrix, killing even American citizens abroad.
	You want to talk about American citizens?
	You want to talk about the Bill of Rights?
	Talk about that kind of stuff.
	And Republicans aren't ashamed of The war in Yemen or the war in Syria.
	You want to talk about an invasion?
	Have we invaded Syria?
	Well, yeah, we have invaded.
	We're going to talk about the invasion that's coming towards us.
	People are freaked out about the fact that President Trump would actually defend this country.
	They don't care that we would defend and bomb or invade and bomb other countries and spend our blood and treasure to defend them in some cases.

	Less than one week out from the election, immigration has become a big issue again.
	It's not something that was organized by President Trump.
	He didn't tell the people to come here.
	There's this group that says it takes a village to overthrow the American society and the West.
	We're going to create a global village.
	Pueblo Sin Fronteras.
	That's going to be, if I'm pronouncing that correctly, I don't speak Spanish.
	So apologize my redneck accent there.
	But I'll tell you what it means.
	It means a village without borders.
	They're trying to establish a global village.
	And this is something that they engineered.
	We've been told by Shepard Smith, who of course is real news.
	We're going, he says, all this stuff is just fake news.
	The President doesn't have any information.
	He doesn't have any intelligence about the people in this caravan, he wants to call it.
	No, it's an invading army.
	They've been attacking, violently attacking, the Mexican police and army there.
	They have burned down an immigrant center.
	They've thrown Molotov cocktails at the police.
	There have been gunshots at the Mexican police.
	Some of these people have admitted that they were thrown out for felonies, for attempted murder and other things.
	Yeah, I'm going to go back.
	I mean, they don't even care.
	They'll admit that on television.
	Yeah, they threw me out for attempted murder, third-degree felony.
	I'm going to go back.
	They're not going to stop me.
	I've been thrown out multiple times, it's not going to keep me out.
	This defiance that has been done and organized by globalist organizations, by non-governmental organizations as well, by George Soros, the UN is saying, you can't stop those people.
	Well, we'll see about that.
	And the left is freaking out that President Trump would actually protect American borders.
	Can you imagine?
	Nobody has a problem with us invading Syria.
	Nobody has a problem with us arming ISIS for regime change over there.
	Nobody has a problem with us assisting these head chopping allies of ours, Saudi Arabia, in bombing civilians in Yemen and killing tens of thousands of them.
	But boy, they're going to freak out if anything happens at the border.
	You can't do that.
	This is the insanity and actually the immorality of the American public.
	They don't care about that.
	Republicans are not embarrassed about it.
	Democrats don't care about it.
	They looked the other way when it was being done by Obama.
	And the Republican politicians cheered on Obama.
	The only thing they liked was his wars and his drone assassinations.
	So they have no problem with that.
	But everybody freaks out about some toy bombs.
	They weren't even bombs.
	They were just threats.
	They were bomb threats.
	Bomb threats are serious.
	But these are not serious bombs.
	Nobody died.
	People are dying every day in Yemen and nobody cares.
	And so now we have what President Trump introduced yesterday, the birthright thing, which is an interesting debate.
	It's going to be great.
	Let's debate this as if the Constitution matters.
	I think it was great when we saw the Kavanaugh hearing and people started talking about due process and the fact that he had a presumption of innocence until proven guilty.
	And he had Lindsey Graham have his Spartacus moment Where he stands up and says, you know, I believe in innocent until proven guilty.
	The same Lindsey Graham who still believes if you're accused of terrorism, shut up, you don't get a lawyer.
	Because it doesn't matter for you and I. It only matters for his political allies.
	Yes, I think Kavanaugh has a right to be presumed innocent.
	I think the lady has a right to be heard with her charges.
	I think she needs to present her evidence.
	He needs to be confronted with his accusers and offer an explanation and so forth and people can decide.
	That's the way this system works.
	That's the Western system that we have developed over centuries of experience and bloodshed and prison and torture and wrongfully jailing people.
	We developed a system codified in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
	We said you're not going to do this and this and this.
	We've seen all this stuff happen before the British did it to us.
	They did it to our forefathers in England.
	They did it to us, our forefathers as colonists.
	We said, we're not going to have that anymore.
	We're going to have these bright prohibitions.
	Now, people like Obama and the Democrats, they look at this and say, well, those are negative rights.
	No.
	What they are, is they're prohibitions on the government.
	So for them, that's negative.
	You don't ever want to prohibit the government from doing anything if you're a Democrat.
	So they call those negative rights.
	On the other hand, if they can make you their dependent, By saying you have a right to this, and you have a right to an education, and you have a right to welfare, and you have a right to a home, and you have a right to fill in the blank.
	Free college education, whatever it is that they're offering this election season, whatever they're pulling out of the pork barrel to hand to their slaves.
	Those are positive rights.
	We need to support those.
	No, they're not even constitutional.
	And so let's have a discussion about the Constitution.
	Let's have a discussion about the Bill of Rights.
	Let's talk about the fact that not just Brett Kavanaugh, but the rest of us have a presumption of innocence.
	That you're not going to take our car, our house, our cash, without charging us with a crime.
	Make your case, just like the way that these Republicans demanded that Christine Blasey Ford make her case.
	Well, make your case about how I broke a law before you take any of my property.
	And as I said yesterday, we've tolerated that for decades, so now we're allowing big corporations to make the rules.
	Big corporations can make the terms of service, and they don't have to apply them equally.
	They can apply them arbitrarily.
	They can apply to some people and not to other people.
	And they can take your property, which is your right to free speech, They can take away the free press.
	They can take away the free speech.
	They can take away websites.
	They can take away companies.
	They can take away your monetization of your company on the website.
	They can do all of that stuff to you and they don't even have to explain what the reason is.
	They don't even have to give you a reason.
	They don't even have to give you a false accusation like Christine Blasey Ford.
	They can just say, we don't like you.
	We hate you.
	You're gone.
	Bye.
	You got 12 hours.
	Find somebody else.
	Your website's going down.
	Whether you're a Christian pro-life site Or whether you're Gavin McGinnis and the Proud Boys, the latest ones to be thrown off of Facebook.
	They just take you down.
	They don't care.
	That happened last night.
	Meanwhile, the tweets that are out there about death threats against President Trump have gotten more than 100,000 retweets.
	No problem on Twitter.
	No problem when we take down Gab, because you know you got all these Anti-semitic people on Gab making anti-semitic comments, but no problem if you got Louis Farrakhan making anti-semitic comments.
	I mean, this is the world that we live in now.
	So let's have the standards that we developed in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and let's apply them equally to everybody.
	You know we talk about equality in America?
	It was always about equality under the law.
	It was never about equality of results.
	It was about equality of opportunity.
	But it was mainly about being treated equal under the law.
	That isn't happening anymore.
	That doesn't happen under the fascist regime of the Democrats and the Republicans and the Silicon Valley mob that has invaded our country.
	I find it interesting, most of those people in Silicon Valley, most of those CEOs are not American.
	They came here.
	They didn't embrace our values.
	They embraced our stuff.
	And they took it.
	And they are now taking away our birthright.
	Our real birthright is the Constitution.
	Let's talk about what this means.
	Let's have this fight.
	Let's pretend that words mean something.
	We know what the words were.
	We know what the discussions were at the time the 14th Amendment was created.
	There's no question about this in my mind.
	Now there's people who disagree and we'll tell you what they say and I'll tell you why they're wrong.
	In my opinion.
	You can make up your own mind.
	And then, of course, this is going to go to the Supreme Court.
	And we're going to say, well, does the Supreme Court mean anything?
	You know, we've got Roe v. Wade.
	Don't touch that!
	That's the supreme law of the land.
	But then we've also got Marsh v. Alabama, where they said if it is the public square, even if the public square is privately owned, like Facebook, Twitter, and so forth, then you can't censor free speech.
	But we don't care about that Supreme Court decision.
	Will they care about this Supreme Court decision?
	Will they get the right decision?
	Can we trust the legal system?

	Paul Ryan is jumping out with his newly discovered copy of the Constitution.
	He says you can't end birthright citizenship with an executive order.
	I'm a believer in following the plain text of the Constitution.
	I saw this.
	I was like, there is absolutely no limit to the hypocrisy and the self-interest of these people.
	What about the Fourth Amendment?
	You're searching everybody everywhere.
	You're invading our homes.
	I don't know if that's what the NSA is doing.
	Is that like quartering troops in your home?
	Because I have to pay data charges for the NSA to snoop on me all the time.
	So I'm kind of paying for them to live in my home, to live on my computer, to occupy my personal papers and things.
	That was what the Third Amendment was about.
	Everybody says, well, all the Bill of Rights have been violated except for the Third Amendment.
	Well, maybe they violated that as well in that way.
	But I know that I'm being violated whenever I travel, and they're going to step that up.
	They're going to do more than just put their hands on me when I travel, as a precondition to travel.
	Talk about the Sixth Amendment, what I was just talking about.
	Due process?
	No, we don't have any due process.
	They can steal your property, as I said yesterday.
	380 cars just in the county around Detroit, seized by the police.
	So we're going to take it.
	We're not going to charge you with a crime, we're just going to take that.
	What they've found is that if they come in and take the property, like in the 90s, they confiscated, I've talked about the case before where they confiscated a guy's private jet.
	He had a service where basically he was a pilot, he owned the jet, he would fly people, chartered flights.
	And he had two executives come in, suits, briefcases, He flew them from the U.S.
	to Canada.
	They had a business meeting.
	They got back on the plane.
	At the end of the day, they came back, landed in the United States.
	His plane was surrounded by the DEA.
	They arrested the two men.
	They said they were there talking about a drug deal.
	We're taking them away.
	And he goes, oh, OK.
	And we're taking your plane.
	What?
	We know you didn't have anything to do with it, but your plane was an accessory in committing the crime.
	So we're confiscating your plane, your business.
	Now, he fought them for a couple of years.
	He eventually got it back.
	It bankrupted him.
	He was able to get out of bankruptcy finally when he fought them in court.
	But he had to prove that he was innocent.
	They didn't have to prove that he was guilty.
	They didn't even have to charge him with a crime.
	But now what they're doing is they figured out that people who have some assets are harder to get.
	So now they're going after poor people all the time.
	Taking poor people's property without due process.
	Stealing all these cars.
	Most of them, well nearly all of them.
	Worth less than $1,000.
	Because you have to start even the process.
	If you have the time, if you have the money, if you have the knowledge and capability.
	You know, it's not going to be worthwhile to hire a lawyer when it's $1,000.
	Especially if you got to pay $900 just to start the process.
	You got to pay them $900 to appeal them stealing your $1,000 car.
	These are the crooks that we have.
	You want to talk about the Constitution, Paul Ryan?
	You talk about that.
	You talk about civil asset forfeiture.
	You talk about our unconstitutional Jeff Sessions, who's trying to push that to new levels.
	And then let's talk about the drug war, because we've got Paul Ryan out here now, just like Boehner, his predecessor, and of course Paul Ryan was the hand-picked successor to Boehner.
	Boehner, when he was Speaker of the House, said he was unalterably opposed to legalizing marijuana.
	Unalterably!
	Could not change that.
	I am stuck here.
	Not going to change.
	Until he saw the money.
	Lots of money now.
	Now Boehner is running ads.
	Boehner is running... I heard him on our network.
	He's running ads about how profitable marijuana is.
	So now he's all for it because he can make some money.
	He's nothing but a prostitute.
	He's always been a prostitute.
	So is Paul Ryan a prostitute.
	Paul Ryan has been a prostitute for the globalists.
	He and Mitt Romney We're going to push through Obamacare in case Obama didn't get elected.
	They were the fallback position for that 2012 election.
	They were going to get Obamacare one way or the other in 2013 and they did.
	They prostituted themselves for that.
	And they prostitute themselves to the military industrial complex, the police state industrial complex, the private prison complex, all these people selling money to law enforcement, the law enforcement lobbies pushing this drug war.
	They prostituted themselves to that.
	Until they can see they can make more money if they legalize it.
	Now, Boehner is out there pushing it.
	Paul Ryan is now touting the benefits of marijuana.
	You wonder why he's leaving?
	Well, he's hoping that he's done enough damage to the Republican Party that they're going to lose this midterm, that they'll be able to force out President Trump and he won't have to be a part of that.
	But one way or the other, this guy is now going to grab his golden parachute and he's going to jump into the marijuana industry in the same way that Boehner has.
	You just mark my words.
	Mark my words.
	Because he's out there saying this kind of stuff.
	He says, hey, it's been proven to work.
	It helps reduce seizures.
	Uh-huh.
	Yeah.
	Good for you, Paul Ryan.
	You've been locking up people for decades who have been saying that.
	Throwing them in jail.
	Kicking the medicine out of their hands.
	You shameful prostitute.
	He shared that his mother-in-law Used a synthetic form of cannabinoids while dying from melanoma and ovarian cancer.
	And oh, by the way, that doesn't really work.

	It's synthetic.
	And he says, that's off the record, he said jokingly.
	Well, was it a synthetic form if he said it off the record?

	Stuff that Paul Ryan's system that he presided over?
	As the third in line to the presidency, as that system is locking people up, some of them for life, with mandatory minimums, as he's kicking the medicine out of the hands of other people, of course, you know, their kids can get caught with drugs, no problem.
	Just like Beto O'Rourke gets caught drunk driving his judge dad gets him off, no problem.
	He gets caught as a burglar, no problem.
	These kids, like the Bushes and others, they get caught using drugs, no problem.
	Biden's relatives, no problem.
	They don't go to jail.
	You and your people will go to jail.
	And if you are not going to jail, you'll be paying for the other people that they're sending to jail.
	I have to pay for, nobody in my family uses drugs, but I have to pay to lock up other people.
	I have to pay to lock up my neighbors because Paul Ryan says so.
	And now he's going to be on the side of marijuana and hemp.
	Great!
	Great!
	Still going to lock people up for other stuff.
	That they have no constitutional authority for.
	That's it.
	Let's talk about the 10th Amendment.
	Let's talk about the 18th Amendment.
	Why did you have to have the 18th Amendment, Paul Ryan?
	To prohibit alcohol.
	Because you didn't have the constitutional authority in Washington to do it.
	The 10th Amendment said so.
	You had not been given any authority to tell us what medicine we can take and what we can't take.
	You'd been given no authority to tell us what we could take recreationally and what we couldn't take recreationally.
	That's why they did it with alcohol.
	It wasn't, you know, whiskey wasn't medicine.
	Even though they would say it was in the Old West, it wasn't medicine.
	But it was taken recreationally.
	You had to have a constitutional amendment to even prohibit something recreationally.
	There is no authority in the Constitution for the DEA or for the FDA.
	He said, well, these things are okay.
	CBD, he says, is okay because there's no THC in that oil.
	That's not medical marijuana if you have THC.

	Let's talk about what our real birthright, the Constitution, says about birthright citizenship.

	Let's go back to the discussion about the 14th Amendment.
	And at the time, you had a senator from Michigan, Mr.
	Howard, who rose and said the First Amendment for this is a, in Section 1, declares, quote, all persons born in the United States subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the states wherein they reside.
	And then he commented and said this, I do not propose to say anything on that subject except that the question of citizenship has been so fully discussed in this body as to not need any further elucidation in my opinion.
	This amendment, which I've offered, is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already.
	That every person born within the limits of the United States and subject to their jurisdiction is, by virtue of natural law and national law, a citizen of the United States.
	This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners.
	Aliens who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.
	But we'll include every other class of person.
	So he's saying, if you are a, if you are subject to the jurisdiction, what does that mean?
	That's the key.
	Disagreement of this.
	It's one of these things like the Second Amendment.
	You know, a well-regulated militia.
	Well, what does that mean?
	Does that mean that we gotta have regulations all over the place?
	Some people?
	No, no.
	They don't understand what the term militia meant.
	Militia meant all males, the yeomanry, going back to English common law, the yeomanry, the people who would typically train with longbows.
	I mean, I remember when we went to England and the guy gave us a longbow demonstration at one of the castles.
	He said, you could, these guys practice the yeomanry, practice so much with a longbow, you could look at their skeletons and their left arm that held the bow out there.
	Had such thick bones compared to the right arm.
	I was pulling the thing back.
	But they practiced all the time.
	It was a law for them to practice.
	It was a law for them to know how to use that.
	Not just to have them have that, but to know how to use it.
	Now, of course, they would prohibit them from having the really big weapons.
	Crossbows.
	But they wanted them to have the longbow.
	They were the omen.
	And they were well regulated.
	They were well trained.
	They drilled all the time.
	They were the militia and they trained all the time.
	And so what they were saying in the Second Amendment was that you have to have people who are well trained in arms and know how to use them and possess them and they will defend this country from enemies foreign and domestic.
	That's all they were saying.
	It wasn't about the National Guard.
	I remember I had Very bright young man who worked for us, the retail store we had, and he was the salutatorian of the high school.
	He listened very carefully to everything they told him in school.
	He learned it, he repeated it, just as they wanted it.
	And he was arguing with me one day about the fact that the militia in the Second Amendment was the National Guard.
	Basically, I say, well, why don't you take a look at when the National Guard came into existence.
	And I'll explain the rest of this to you later on.
	And I won't go into all that for you.
	You know, as a listener, you know what that's really about.
	But this guy who put that clause in there, he said, all persons subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and the states within.
	What does that mean?
	Well, he said, of course, this doesn't mean any foreigners.
	And of course this doesn't mean somebody who is visiting here, you know, legally visiting here, a visitor, somebody who is a representative of a foreign government because they are subject to that foreign government.
	They are citizens of that other country.
	They're not here as American citizens.
	They are somebody who just happens to be here when the baby is born.
	And they don't get citizenship.
	To me, it's very clear.
	Always has been very clear.
	I was very happy to hear President Trump, and we'll go back with a flashback to 2015 and play for you, when he brought this up.
	He's been bringing this up when he was running for president.
	And it's one of the reasons I supported him, was because I knew he knew the truth about anchor babies.
	And now he's doing something about it.
	And you've got people like Paul Ryan, who has always been open borders, who has urinated on the Constitution every chance that he gets, in every area, whether it is the Right to your privacy for searches, your due process, the 9th and 10th Amendment.
	He's constantly, constantly ignored the Constitution.
	And now he says he's discovered it.
	Oh look here I got this little Constitution in my pocket and it says this and I don't understand why that phrase there About subject to the jurisdiction means, but I know that President Trump can't amend the Constitution.
	We got that constitutional expert, Jim Acosta, saying the same thing.
	He tweets out, Constitution and a greater than sign executive order.
	Oh, thank you, Jim.
	Did you notice that?
	Did you tweet that out when Barack Obama said he was going to self-ratify the treaty between the US and Iran?
	Or he was going to sign and self-ratify that Climate change agreement?
	Oh, you didn't see that, did you, Jim Acosta?
	When Obama was doing all that stuff.
	When Obama said, I can force you to buy a particular type of health insurance.
	You like your health plan?
	You're not going to have your health plan.
	You're going to get the health plan the insurance companies and I want you to buy.
	That's the health plan you're going to get.
	We're going to mandate that for you.
	That was a big step Toward the kind of corporate fascism we've got now, where the corporate fascists working with the government can tell you what you're going to be allowed to see, and what you're going to be allowed to say, and what you're going to be allowed to share on social media.
	Because, you know, Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, and Paul Ryan, they all agreed that the corporations ought to be the ones to tell you what kind of insurance you're going to get, along with the government.
	Government, corporations will work this out, they'll tell you.
	So, as we look at this, we've got libertarians actually on both sides of this.
	A lot of people on both sides of this disagreeing.
	There's a good article on Zero Hedge, a libertarian critique of birthright citizenship, from Murray Rothbard at the Mises Institute.
	He says, you know, we've got two different traditions here to take a look at.
	He says, the Anglo-American model, in which every baby born in the country's land area automatically becomes a citizen, clearly invites welfare immigration by expectant parents.
	He says the French system, in which one has to be born to a citizen to become an automatic citizen, is far closer to the idea of a nation by consent.
	Well, quite frankly, that was the tradition in the UK.
	It was not the tradition in the 14th Amendment.
	Not there.
	He says it's also important to rethink the entire concept and function of voting, because that's what this is ultimately about.
	He said when Rose Wilder Lane The lady whose mother was Laura Ingall Wilder in Little House on the Prairie, she wrote the book about that.
	She also wrote Discovery of Freedom.
	A great libertarian thinker, Rose Wilder Lane.
	Somebody once asked her if she believed in women's suffrage and she said, no, I'm against that and I'm against male suffrage as well.
	She didn't like many of the things that were being done with voting.
	Bottom line is, as they point out here, Latvians and Estonians have tackled the problem of Russian immigrants by allowing them to continue permanently as residents, but not with the right to vote, and not with citizenship.
	The Swiss do the same thing.
	You can live in Switzerland for a very long time.
	If you want to be a citizen of Switzerland, you've got to live there for decades, I think.
	And then you have to get references from other Swiss citizens.
	To attest to the fact that you agree with Swiss values.
	That you agree with what Switzerland is about.
	You agree with the culture.
	You agree with the legal system.
	You agree with the values of liberty that they have in Switzerland.
	And so they've had situations where you've had American professors who are Marxists who have worked there for decades and then wanted to become a Swiss citizen.
	They said, no, I don't think so.
	You don't, you don't agree with our values and we want to keep our country.
	Now, Switzerland is starting to get a little bit shaky, but that's what has made Switzerland great.
	Always great.
	They may lose that, but it's always made Switzerland great.

	Yeah, that's another thing that's in the Constitution that Paul Ryan doesn't seem to notice.
	First Amendment!
	Where are these people about the First Amendment?
	But they're saying, well, you can't, you can't take away birthright citizenship.
	As I just said, we had one libertarian looking at this, the Mises Institute, said, well, you know, the French have this idea that you have to be born to citizens in order to convey citizenship.
	In America and in the UK, we said, well, it happens if you're just Born on that land.
	And it says so right here in the 14th Amendment.
	Well, that's not true, actually.
	It's not true, but we've got a lot of libertarians out there who are saying that that is true.
	And I read you what the Constitution actually says.
	I read you what the comments about that said.
	But we've got a lot of libertarians, like Justin Amash, out there saying a president cannot amend the Constitution.
	True.
	A president cannot amend laws via executive order.
	True.
	Except we allowed that to happen to some degree with Barack Obama, right?
	Nobody complained about that.
	We allowed it to happen with George Bush before him and many other presidents before him.
	We had Richard Nixon with his war on drugs.
	Where was the constitutional authority for that?
	That was a U.N.
	directive.
	That was a U.N.
	agenda.
	They created the drug schedules in 1961, ten years before Richard Nixon did it.
	We've been operating on that fantasy now for 47 years.
	So yeah, okay, the President can't amend the Constitution?
	Well, I don't know about that.
	Maybe they can.
	Just depends on what the establishment wants, right?
	Because we don't have, we're not, we don't have a government that is governed by the Constitution.
	They all swear to uphold it, they all appeal to it for their authority, and then they proceed to ignore it on a regular basis.
	But then he goes on to say, the concept of natural-born citizen in the 14th Amendment derives from natural-born subjects in Britain.
	Exactly.
	Exactly.
	As Murray Rothbard said, you know, that was a tradition.
	You know, UK, US being born there but also being born to American citizens as was stated when they added the clause subject to the jurisdiction.
	He said, I'm not going to talk about citizenship here except to say that it's not going to apply to foreigners or aliens Who are born to their ambassador parents, or somebody from a foreign government, that sort of thing.
	So why does he say, subject to the jurisdiction?
	Because it harkens back to the idea of a British subject.
	A British subject.
	So he's saying, these are people who are subjects of the United States, or the states.
	They are subjects.
	They are citizens, in other words.
	Justin?
	That's why he's wrong about that, I think.
	That's why he's wrong about it.
	Then you've got Reason Magazine coming out and they have a article at Reason.com.
	It begins like this.
	In 1868 the U.S.
	Constitution was formally amended to enshrine the principle of birthright citizenship.
	No it wasn't.
	No it wasn't.
	It was there to clarify that the newly freed slaves were full citizens.
	That's why they did the 14th Amendment.
	It was all about slavery and the newly freed slaves.
	Yes they are Citizens.
	Their parents were subjects of those jurisdictions.
	Just like he's saying here, you know, it was based on the concept of natural-born subjects in Britain.
	Yeah, these people, the slaves and their parents and so forth, were subjects.
	They had not been citizens, but they were subjects And so that's what that phrase meant in their thinking there.
	Now, I don't see myself as a subject of the government.
	I know we're going to have a lot of people complain to me about that.
	I don't see myself as a subject of the government.
	I see the government subjected to me, quite frankly.
	We created the government to protect and to defend our rights.
	And any government that doesn't do that, we have the right and the duty to alter or abolish that government.
	So I'm not anybody's subject, okay?
	But they're saying in the context and the vernacular of this, they're referring back to the idea of a British subject.
	In other words, a British citizen.
	Saying the newly freed black slaves were subjects, and so these children that are born here and the people who were subjects, they're full citizens.
	That's what they're really saying.
	And they go on in this article here.
	They say, well, it was set up to do birthright citizenship.
	They say, well, Trump and his supporters, like it or not, are going to have to deal with a text in the history of the 14th Amendment.
	And it's clear.
	And this is what Reason says.
	Damon Rood, actually, at Reason.
	And they're totally wrong.
	And he's dishonest in this, too.
	I read you.
	What the congressional record said in the debates.
	And he says, well, they're going to have to deal with the 14th Amendment and the text in the history.
	Well, let's deal with the text in the history.
	But here's how he lies about it.
	He says, if a child is born in U.S.
	soil and that child's parents don't happen to be diplomats, foreign ministers, or invading foreign troops, then that child is a U.S.
	citizen by virtue of birth.
	No, they're not!
	There's nothing in there about invading foreign troops.
	But there is something in there about foreigners.
	Remember, he says, this will not, of course, going back to the congressional record, Damon, if you want to deal with the text and the history of the 14th Amendment, then look at those subject to the U.S.
	states and look at what he had to say.
	He said, this will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners.
	Foreigners.
	Or aliens who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.
	So far.
	So, you know, you want to talk about invading foreign troops?
	What about invading migrant mobs?
	Do their children become American citizens automatically?
	See, that's the issue.
	That you're dancing around.
	And even the text in the history doesn't support that.
	Because reason has been taken captive, just like the Cato Institute, by these Koch brother globalists who want to transfer your industry and your factories abroad Want to lie to you after you've seen 25 years of NAFTA and tell you that's going to be a good thing?
	It's not a good thing.
	We've seen how that works.
	They want to tell you that open borders are a great thing.
	I don't want people controlling my movement, telling me what countries I can go into and what I can't go out of.
	But I also know that it hasn't worked.
	You can't export our industry and import workers into this country.
	It doesn't work.
	And it's not supported in the Constitution either.
	So if you like that, then why don't you change it?
	Why don't you make it say that?
	Instead of just declaring an unconstitutional war on drugs.
	So, anyway, all he's saying is that to say that they're subject to the jurisdiction is just another way of saying they have to obey U.S.
	laws.
	Well then I guess that would exclude the immigrants who come here.
	An open defiance of the laws, right?
	They are not subject to our jurisdiction then, are they?
	So if you want to go with the reason of Damon Root at Reason Magazine, and he says, well, subject to the jurisdiction just means that they have to obey U.S.
	laws.
	Okay, well, then that excludes him as well, doesn't it?
	Pathetic.
	All right, let's talk about what President Trump... Let's talk about the politics of this.
	We've got just a couple minutes of this.
	We'll carry this into the next hour.
	Here's what President Trump had to say when he was running for president as he was beginning his campaign in August of 2015.
	One of the first things he had to say.
	This is not something that he's doing just before the midterms in order to gain votes.
	This is a campaign commitment Yes, it will energize the base if you do what they voted for you to do, which is to get rid of anchor babies.
	Here's what President Trump had to say back in August of 2015.
	On immigration, some legal scholars believe you can get rid of birthright citizenship without changing the Constitution.
	With an executive order.
	Exactly.
	Right.
	Have you thought about that?
	Yes.
	Tell me more.
	It was always told to me that you needed a constitutional amendment.
	Right.
	Fourth Amendment.
	You don't?
	You don't.
	Number one.
	Number one, you don't need that.
	Number two... I mean, that's in dispute.
	That's very much in dispute.
	Well, you can definitely do it with an act of Congress, but now they're saying I can do it just with an executive order.
	Now, how ridiculous.
	We're the only country in the world where a person comes in, has a baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States for 85 years with all of those benefits.
	It's ridiculous.
	It's ridiculous.
	And it has to end.
	Have you talked about that with counsel?
	Yeah, I have.

	You know, I played for you, President Trump saying, hey, I've been told I could do it with an executive order.
	What would that look like?
	Well, Bailey Collar has an article, Birthright Citizenship, what you need to know And in it, they point out that President Trump has room to argue that the 14th Amendment has been too widely interpreted.
	And this is a John Hopkins University professor, Martha Jones, an expert on birthright citizenship, and she wrote yesterday, she said, a narrowly tailored executive order That rested on the view that the children of unauthorized immigrants are not subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S.
	in terms of citizenship and thus not citizens by virtue of birthright is an argument that can be made.
	And that's exactly the argument I think he's going to make.
	It's been too broadly applied.
	It doesn't apply.
	We're talking about being subject to the jurisdiction.
	I mean, I just read to you the guy at Reason Magazine He said, well, that just means that they have to obey the laws.
	Well, they're not obeying the laws.
	See, they're not.
	In the context of the text itself, and in the historical discussions, they said, this would, of course, not apply to foreigners who are here.
	It wouldn't even apply to the children of people who were here legally, here by our petition, by our permission.
	People who had come as ambassadors and then as they're here as ambassadors they have children.
	Those children would not be American citizens because they're born to foreign citizens here in America.
	So being born on the land does not convey citizenship.
	Being a subject of the United States being a subject of the states because the 14th Amendment was not there to create birthright citizenship.
	The 14th Amendment was there to make it clear that newly freed slaves who had been subjects of the United States, who had been subjects of the various states, were in fact full citizens.
	That's what the 14th Amendment was about.
	Take these things in context.
	You have to understand what it is, and you have to understand what the language means, and you have to understand what the tradition means, and look at their discussions.
	They said nothing in here would be construed to convey citizenship to foreigners here, let alone foreigners who are here illegally, who are here to game a welfare system, which in and of itself has no support in the Constitution.
	We've gotten so unmoored from the Constitution.
	I don't know what to say, but nevertheless, they point out in this article that Center for Immigration Studies says that most countries in the world do not offer birthright citizenship.
	They don't offer citizenship just because you're born in the country to foreign parents.
	Only 30 of the world's 194 nations automatically grant citizenship to children born to illegal immigrant parents.
	Only 30 out of 194.
	We're one of those 30.
	And not only that, but Cory Booker He wants to give every child born in the United States, whether or not your parents were here legally or not, whether or not your parents were citizens, he wants to give you $1,000 at birth and keep giving you money all the way till you turn 18 and get up to $50,000 under his scheme.
	So we're gonna just put this big welfare magnet out there to pull in more people into this country, regardless of where they're coming from.
	Just give everybody money.
	Big cash cow.
	And they also point out, no European country has birthright citizenship.
	Let me repeat that.
	No European country has birthright citizenship, including the UK.
	Including the UK, where we're supposed to believe, according to some of these commentators, a reason.
	Oh, well, that's a tradition.
	We picked that up from the British.
	The British don't do that.
	The global trend over the past 30 years has been to halt the practice in the small number of countries where it is applied.
	So this is a dying position that only a small minority of the countries have.
	And, uh, they said notable countries that have ended birthright citizenship in recent decades include the UK in 1983, Australia in 1986, India in 1987, Ireland in 2004.
	The Western Hemisphere is a major exception.
	Of the 30 countries that offer birthright citizenship, 29 are in North or South America.

	Well, All he's going to say is that this clause, subject to the jurisdiction, as I said, that means that people who are subjects, people who were born here, and it was to address the newly freed slaves, to say they're full citizens, their parents were subjects, they're not foreigners, and they said that in the text in the Constitution.
	And we have John Hopkins University professor Martha Jones saying, she should just have a narrow executive order that says that children of unauthorized immigrants are not subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S.
	They're not subject to the jurisdiction.
	They don't obey the laws.
	They aren't citizens.
	None of this stuff.
	Even Reason Magazine said, well, subject to the jurisdiction, that just means that you have to obey the laws.
	Well, they don't obey the laws, do they?
	They're here illegally.
	And they're aliens.
	And they're foreigners trespassing criminally here.
	They're not subject to the jurisdiction in any sense of the word.
	And so you just say, well, since they're not subject to the jurisdiction, then they're not citizens.
	And their kids are not citizens.
	They are We should think of them this way.
	They're foreign ambassadors for the globalist world government that George Soros wants to create.
	How about that?
	Let's not call them illegal aliens or undocumented workers.
	They're undocumented immigrants or whatever.
	They're just ambassadors for George Soros and they don't get citizenship.
	They're foreigners here under the permission of George Soros and the UN.
	And so they represent U.N.
	and George Soros, and they're under the jurisdiction of George Soros and the U.N.
	They don't get any citizenship here.
	But she said, you can make that argument, and you could.

	And of course, at campaign rallies back in 2015, you heard that interview where he's saying, well, we could do this with an executive order to make it clear, to clarify.
	We're not going to say, well, you know, we're going to redefine the Constitution.
	Nullify the Constitution.
	You don't have to amend the Constitution.
	You don't have to ignore the Constitution.
	You just clarify what the Constitution always said.
	You look at the text.
	You look at the history.
	You look at the comments of the people who wrote it.
	And you look at the practical benefits of what we have, or I should say the derogatory things, practically, that have happened as people have abused this unconstitutional welfare.
	System with the unconstitutional idea of birthright citizenship of foreigners who come here for the express purpose of getting on that unconstitutional welfare system.
	And as we're looking at the election, of course, that is a big component of this.
	As Axios is saying, well, you know, less than a week out.
	So remember when Beto O'Rourke was going to turn Texas blue?
	There have been one million more conservative votes than liberal or progressive votes in recent statewide elections here in Texas.

	Then, if we're going to make policy on that, show me the data.

	Because they said, oh, it's all settled.
	We have all these great scientists who have settled this argument.
	And they don't need to show you any data.
	Because it's all in their mind.
	They've got it in their mind.

	And so these people are saying, well, you know, it's because history.
	It's because 14th Amendment.
	Well, read the 14th Amendment.
	It's pretty clear.
	President Trump also said at the time, he said, what happens is they're Mexico.
	They're going to have a baby.
	They move over here for a couple of days.
	They have a baby.
	They're saying it's not going to hold up in court.
	It'll have to be tested.
	But they say that it will not hold up in court.
	So he's going to see what happens with this.

	You just say, well, the Constitution says subject to the jurisdiction.
	That means that their parents have to be citizens.
	That means that citizenship is not conveyed to people who are here illegally.
	They're not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States in any way, shape, or form.

	They don't even pretend to be subject.
	But, of course, subject to the jurisdiction was about the newly freed black slaves who had been subject to the jurisdiction of the states and of the United States.
	And it was saying, they are full citizens.
	That's all it was about.

	It isn't going to make black people non-citizens.
	It isn't going to make anybody non-citizens.
	Except for the people who are not citizens.
	People whose parents came here as foreigners, it's not going to convey citizenship to them.

	I played for you that clip from NBC News going back to January because it's important for you to understand that it's not just people coming from Central and South America.

	And if they have their kids here, when their kids are 21, they can sponsor their parents.
	Their parents can come here.
	They can retire as American citizens.
	They can get welfare benefits.
	They can get health care.
	As a matter of fact, you've got wealthy Chinese who are gaming the system, paying $15,000 to brokers who smuggle them in.
	They said, Oh, you know why?

	They would bring these pregnant Chinese women in, just before they're going to have the baby, and they caught on to the fact that they're all going to these few places in and around Los Angeles.
	And so what they would do is they would fly them to other places and then drive them to the Los Angeles area, the hospitals there, to avoid detection.
	And they were deliberately doing this.
	And not only that, the wealthy Chinese who are paying $15,000 to these brokers to smuggle them in, So they could have the babies born here.
	They were only paying about $4,000 for what American citizens would pay $25,000 for to have their kids at the county hospitals.
	So the taxpayers are subsidizing them.
	The American citizens pay a higher price to have their babies.
	They pay more than six times what the people who are gaming the system pay to have their babies.
	More than six times!
	You charge the American six times and the Chinese get it for one-sixth of that.
	That sounds kind of like our free trade that was set up by the globalists, doesn't it?
	Except that's a ten to one.
	Ten to one difference in the tariffs.
	And then they complain like a stuck pig when you say, I'm going to equalize this.
	And President Trump says, we're going to equalize that.
	Oh, you can't equalize that.
	Look at this.
	He's going to set off a trade war.

	You just haven't been talking about it at the mainstream press.
	And so when NBC was talking about this, I cut that report off when they start saying, well, all these Russian women are coming to Miami and some of them Stay at the Trump Hotels.

	Another one says, American passport, big plus for the baby, why not?
	And the doctors, the level of education.
	And it's a comfortable place for staying in the winter.
	And then of course, they also point out Chinese moms to be, have been flocking to Southern California to give birth for years, and abusing the system from the very beginning.
	Getting subsidized births, even when they themselves are wealthy.
	Going back to this L.A.
	Times article.
	It's the L.A.
	Times.
	Look, the establishment press has well documented this kind of abuse.
	They like to look the other way and pretend that it doesn't happen when it is Hispanics coming here.
	But they point out the fact that it's being abused by the Chinese, it's being abused by the Russians, and so forth.
	You know, and folks, going back to what Rose Wilder Lane had to say, and what the Swiss do, you know, like I said before, the Swiss, you can live there for a very long time.
	If you have babies there, they don't become citizens.
	Nobody in Europe does this.
	And as I pointed out, only 15% of the countries in the world have the idea that if you're born in a country, you become a citizen there.
	You have to be born to parents who are citizens.
	And you have to at some point become a citizen.
	In Switzerland, you have to get references.
	You have to embrace the values of the Swiss government and the Constitution there in Switzerland.
	And that's the real issue.
	Ultimately, it's not even really about money and welfare.
	That's abusive.
	And it's a tax on American citizens.
	It's really about whether or not they're going to embrace the American system of liberty.
	Whether or not they're going to embrace the Constitution.
	Whether or not we're going to embrace the Constitution.
	And we don't want to have people who are from foreign countries, who embrace foreign law, foreign culture, coming here and becoming American citizens.
	Because I don't want to turn this country into China.
	I don't want to turn this country into Russia.
	I don't want to turn this country into Saudi Arabia with their Sharia law and their religious police beating women because they're not properly shrouded on the streets.
	I don't want to turn this country even into the UK!
	They don't respect liberty in the UK!
	We had a war to break from the UK because they didn't value liberty.
	George Washington said, yeah, they walk about freely in Britain, but it's between high walls.
	And now those high walls have got surveillance cameras all over them.
	And thought police watching everything that you say or do.

	Imagine the fact that President Trump would try to stop an invasion of people coming into this country illegally.
	Imagine that he would try to stop people abusing our welfare system.
	Imagine that he would actually enforce the Constitution, not throw it away, which is the way they're trying to spend this.
	They're also trying to say that it's absolutely incredible that he would protect our borders.
	And I read you the Babylon Bee story yesterday, which was exactly What the mainstream media is saying is that people are apoplectic that President Trump would defend the borders.
	I've never seen anything like this.
	This is absolutely unprecedented.
	They quoted people from the military saying, I signed up to go invade other countries and to defend other borders, not to defend this country's borders.
	I'm upset about this.
	This isn't what I signed up for the military to do.
	And on and on and on.
	And then they said, sarcastically, because it's a satire site, Sarah Sanders, press secretary, said, I think he got the idea from some old document he read somewhere.
	Yeah, Constitution.
	That's where he got the idea that anchor babies are an abuse of the system and not supported by the 14th Amendment.
	And he's not getting rid of the 14th Amendment.
	He's not getting rid of birthright citizenship.
	What he is saying is that foreigners who come here, who are not subject to our jurisdiction, who don't obey the law, who are not citizens, don't get birthright citizenship.
	That's all he said.
	And he can do that by executive order.
	Now he'll ultimately go to the courts.
	Coming up in the next hour, we're going to be talking to Eugene Warrick, a guy who has been, he won in the courts and then they said, no, we're not going to pay you in Chicago.
	There's so much corruption and patronage and corruption and corruption in Chicago, punishing people, Because they didn't contribute to a political candidate, or because they contributed to the wrong candidate, that the Supreme Court had actually imposed a decree on Chicago.
	And they violated that with this employee, punishing him because he supported the wrong person.
	And he won in court.
	And they were supposed to pay him in court.
	And then they refused to do so.
	And so, as he tried to go back to court, try to get compensation from this, he discovered that they were creating false transcripts That they were doing many other things that were obvious violations, and then they found out other, they started talking to other people.
	They started looking at their transcripts, looking at audio recordings versus the written transcripts, finding out that they had altered things.
	It's called corruption, folks, and it exists, and it's not just at the bottom level, because he has taken this all the way up through the Supreme Court, and they don't want to expose this kind of corruption.
	And so they have hidden this case And he's got clerks at the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court justices who are complicit in this cover-up.
	And we'll be talking to him in the next hour.
	So this is the situation we have.
	Yeah, it's going to be adjudicated.
	It's going to be adjudicated by political operatives.
	It's not going to be adjudicated based on the text of the Constitution.
	That's the old-fashioned way.
	We don't do that thing anymore in the 21st century America.
	But again, going back to these anchor babies, it's not just Hispanics, it's Russians, it's Chinese, it's people of every nationality coming here.
	The Chinese example came up.
	The LA Times wrote about it because they saw it as an opportunity to criticize Jeb Bush, who they thought was going to get the nomination at the time, because he had the most money, obviously.
	It's predetermined.
	He had raised the most money.
	And he had an exclamation mark behind his name, which showed that people were very excited about him.
	And they said, uh, Asian Anchor Babies.
	This is going back to August of 2015.
	Asian Anchor Babies.
	Wealthy Chinese come to Southern California to give birth.
	They said the practice is getting new attention after GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush on Monday tried to explain his controversial comments about Anchor Babies.
	So he said the term Anchor Baby.
	And when they called him on it, he cowered in fear before the press and said, Oh, I mean, it's Asian people.
	That's the ones I'm talking about.
	I'm not talking about those Hispanic people.
	I'm talking about those Asian people.
	It's okay to hate on the Asian people because they weren't a big voting bloc yet.
	Don't say anything about Hispanic people coming here and abusing the system with anchor babies.
	President Trump just said, well, yeah, everybody calls them anchor babies.
	What do you want to call them?
	And he comes up this long phrase.
	No, I think I'll call them anchor babies.
	And I think I'll point out that it's not the Constitution at all.
	That's not what the 14th Amendment is about.
	And they go on to say the website of one birthing center suggested that 4,000 Chinese women had been served since 1999 just at that one broker.
	They said they send their, well one birthing center was in Irvine, California.
	More than 400 women associated with that location had given birth at just one Orange County Hospital since 2013.
	So that's in a two-year period of 400 women.
	They paid $4,000 out of, and I said earlier, it was $26,000.
	It's $28,800.
	That's $29,000 that they would charge an American.
	So the Americans pay $29,000, these wealthy Chinese who have paid the broker $15,000 to come here.
	They arrange for them to go to the hospital, get a subsidized birth.
	They get a physician, they get a house, they get a car rental.
	And these are wealthy Chinese parents who can pay $15,000.
	Believe me, if you can scrape together $15,000 in China, you're pretty wealthy in China.
	And they don't have a middle class.
	They've got this, you know, really wealthy people who are coming here getting their American citizenship.
	And so when you take that, you take the $15,000, you add the $4,000, I paid $19,000.
	That's still $10,000 less than you sucker Americans are going to pay to have your kid in that L.A.
	County Hospital.
	And that $10,000 that's being subsidized with Chinese wealthy parents coming here, that's coming out of your taxes, because you're paying taxes in L.A.
	County, in Orange County, to subsidize them.
	$400 in a two-year period in just one of these birthing centers.
	And I said, one of the women that got that deal, that subsidized deal, Uh, said her bank account showed that she had charges at the Wynn Las Vegas.
	She had purchases at the Rolex store.
	She's buying Rolex watches.
	Well, why not?
	I mean, when you, you know, you get $10,000 given to you by the American public and you're gonna be able to come back when your kid turns 21, they can sponsor you and you can come back and you can live off the welfare state.
	She went to Louis Vuitton stores, said the affidavit.
	So she's staying at the Wynn Hotel, buying Rolex watches and all this other kind of stuff.
	This is the abuse, folks.
	This is the abuse of the welfare state.
	Said, I'm coming here.
	I want to give my kid a better future education and work possibilities.
	Not because she likes liberty.
	Not because she likes the American Constitution.
	No, she just wants the stuff.
	Not the freedom, the free stuff.
	She said, Chinese mothers realize that their American dream comes at a fair and reasonable price.
	It is a highly subsidized dream for them.
	And where does this come from?
	Well, you pay taxes, don't you, for the county hospitals?
	Those taxes are typically taken out of your property taxes.
	That means your American Dream, your home, gets smaller.
	Just like when you pay for the education of all the children who want to come here and be educated at our expense.
	Or who are sent here by their home government, by their real government, the Mexican government, the Honduran government, whatever.
	Send them here to be educated at our expense.
	That means that your American Dream shrinks and disappears.
	But they get their Chinese dream at a reasonable price.
	Here's another piece of hypocrisy.
	Planned Parenthood.
	Planned Parenthood goes apoplectic and attacks President Trump.
	Planned Parenthood Action, a political action group, tweeted out yesterday that what President Trump said, this is what they had to say, despicable, egregious, unconstitutional.
	Eliminating birthright citizenship would be incredibly harmful and is part of this administration's radical, hateful agenda to stoke fear in our communities and to contribute to many people's already very real fear of deportation.
	I just want you to think about that for a minute.
	You've got Planned Parenthood saying Trump is hateful and despicable for getting rid of birthright citizenship.
	Anchor babies.
	Now, these are the people who say that there is no right to life.
	These are the people who say that there is no right to birth.
	But they say that you have a right to birthright citizenship, Planned Parenthood.
	That's the hypocrisy.
	That's the hypocrisy.
	Everybody as bad as Paul Ryan.
	Out there saying, oh, we got this Constitution.
	Yeah, Planned Parenthood.
	Oh, no, we got all these illegal aliens.
	They get birthright citizenship.
	Come here, have your babies.
	Please come here, have your babies.
	That tells you everything that you need to know about what this agenda really is.
	It's about a replacement agenda.
	Planned Parenthood, who wants a black genocide, they also want an American genocide.
	It's not okay to be American, but it's okay to come here and have babies, says Planned Parenthood.

	you're listening to real news with david night how long And a good example of this, day after day, has become The Hill.
	The Hill, in covering this article, says most countries in the Western Hemisphere, including Mexico and Canada, have some form of birthright citizenship.
	That is true.
	It is not the whole truth.
	And we want the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
	And so you're going to get that here.
	As I pointed out earlier, The Daily Caller went through and said of 194 nations worldwide, only 30 automatically grant citizenship like this.
	That's only 15% of the countries.
	And they pointed out that 29 of those 30 are in North or South America.
	They said the U.S.
	and Canada are the only developed nations in the world.
	The only developed nations in the world are the U.S.
	and Canada that support this kind of citizenship.
	And there's no constitutional authority for it.
	You can make a very good argument either way.
	I made the argument, I told you, I think that it's very clear from the text, from history, from what it says subject to the jurisdiction, what the comments were.
	That this has been misconstrued, misapplied?
	But regardless, let's say that you think that the Constitution says it, and it's hard-coded in there.
	So what?
	We just ignore the Constitution when we don't like it, right?
	We just ignore the Constitution when it came to the war on drugs.
	We had the 10th Amendment, which said you can't do something unless you have express permission and power given to you to do that.
	And so because of that, they had the 18th Amendment to prohibit alcohol.
	And then another one to change it back.
	But, you know, they respected the Constitution then.
	When Richard Nixon came along, we didn't care what the Constitution said.
	We didn't care what the 9th and 10th Amendment said, or the 18th Amendment showed us.
	We just said, nah, we're just going to ban this stuff.
	When it comes to other aspects of the war on drugs, for example, civil asset forfeiture, we just take your stuff.
	We don't find you guilty.
	We don't even charge you with a crime.
	We just take your stuff.
	Keep it.
	You have no presumption of innocence.
	No due process in court.
	And so we just ignore the 6th Amendment.
	We ignore the Fourth Amendment when you're traveling.
	Because, you know, we want to feel safe.
	I like it.
	It makes me feel so safe to have these chubby people in blue gloves feeling me up and my kids.
	So, yeah, that does not make me feel safe.
	It makes me feel like I'm a slave.
	But we just ignore it.
	First Amendment.
	You know, you got a First Amendment.
	Free speech.
	We even had the Supreme Court weigh in and said even if a corporation owns the public square, they can't censor you in the public square.
	And Jack Dorsey says, uh, three times in one hearing, five times in another, I'm sorry, five times in the hearing, three times in an interview.
	It's the public square.
	It's a digital public square.
	And we know that it is.
	We know that they've monopolized these situations, Facebook and Twitter, but we don't care.
	Even if the Supreme Court says so, even if we've got a First Amendment and a Supreme Court decision, we don't support free speech anymore.
	Why?
	Because they don't like it.
	They hate your speech.
	They take your speech.
	They hate drugs.
	They ignore the Constitution.
	So I hate what is being used in our welfare system that's unconstitutional, how the anchor babies are being used.
	So let's just throw it away!
	We don't even need to have an executive order.
	Let's just do whatever we want to do.
	We're a lawless country.
	But it is, it would be going back to the law to say that we are going to not recognize people here who are not subject to the jurisdiction.
	They don't have children who are citizens.
	Not of this country.
	And that's basically what President Trump is saying.
	But you have the Hill spinning that and saying, well, most countries in the Western Hemisphere, including Mexico and Canada, have birthright citizenship.
	The only ones who do.
	This is a 15% only of all the countries in the world, only the countries in North America, of all the developed countries, only Canada and the United States.
	And as they point out, there's no European country that has birthright citizenship.
	And over the last 30 years, many of them who did in the past have gotten rid of it.
	The UK, Australia, India, Ireland.
	Did you ever hear anybody complaining about that?
	Were they racist?
	Were they hateful?
	Were they xenophobic?
	Were they demagogues when they got rid of birthright citizenship in those countries where they legally had it?
	We don't legally have it in this country.
	It's been construed.
	And we've been screwed.
	And we need to stop it.
	But that's the way that the hill will spin it.
	And so then they got Lindsey Graham out there saying, finally, tweets out, finally, a president willing to take on this absurd policy of birthright citizenship.
	I've always supported comprehensive immigration reform, and at the same time, the elimination of birthright citizenship.
	And he added he will introduce legislation along the same lines as the proposed executive order from Trump, once they come back into session.
	And so President Trump said, I've always been told you need a constitutional amendment.
	Guess what?
	You don't.
	You don't.
	Basically what he can just do is clarify the fact that we're not going to, because of the clause that is very important there, not subject to the jurisdiction, he's not going to apply that as a citizenship right.
	When we look at Paul Ryan out there, President Trump again said we're the only country in the world where a person can come and have a baby.
	The baby is essentially a citizen of the United States.
	That again is not true.
	There's 15% of the countries, but still only 15% of the countries, and we've had many other countries that have taken it out.
	It's not a problem.
	John Ferey, a senior advisor at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is among those who's long argued that the president could limit the citizenship clause through executive action.
	This is an article from Breitbart.
	He said, a president could direct his agencies to fall in line with his interpretation of the Supreme Court's rulings, which are arguably limited to children of permanently domiciled immigrants.
	The court has never squarely ruled on children born to tourists, or to illegal aliens, or to ambassadors.
	Yeah, what if Mohammed bin Salman came here and all 50 of his wives had a kid?
	Are they going to become American citizens?
	Well, according to the Democrats' interpretation, yes.
	There's never been a Supreme Court interpretation of this.
	There has been a Supreme Court interpretation saying that big corporations can't steal our First Amendment, but we're not going to pay attention to that.
	Can't pay attention to Marsh v. Alabama.
	No, no, no, no.
	Anyway, he goes on to say, he could direct his agencies to issue Social Security numbers and passports only to newborns who have at least one parent who is a citizen or is permanently domiciled as an immigrant.
	And he wrote that in an op-ed piece going back to 2015.
	Because this has been talked about since 2015.
	One of the reasons many of us voted for President Trump was because he was talking about this in 2015.
	Saying, gonna get rid of this anchor baby thing.
	It's not in the Constitution.
	It's not part of the... You're misconstruing the 14th Amendment.
	It was never about that.
	Republicans and Congress have continued to introduce bills to end birthright citizenship, including Legislation just this session from Representative Steve King in Iowa.
	He has almost 50 co-sponsors in the House.
	Folks, if the Democrats get the House, this isn't going to happen.
	Most likely.
	They still could, but it's going to be a big fight.
	I mean, they're going to come after President Trump to try to impeach him, obviously.
	But they're also not going to do anything to change this abuse Of our welfare system, abuse of our legal system, abuse of our Constitution.
	Again, General Acosta out there saying the Constitution is greater than an executive order.
	But what does the Constitution say?
	He never had a problem when Barack Obama circumvented the Constitution or just outright ignored it.
	Whether it's treaties or whether it is political executions, he doesn't care.
	Yeah, drone strikes?
	Yeah, that's fine.
	American citizens?
	We don't care.
	This is kind of interesting, you know, because he drone-striked a guy who was an American citizen and his teen son later on in a separate strike.
	And, you know, these people who scream about birthright citizenship, they don't have any problem with American citizens being executed extrajudicially without the benefit of trial.
	They can take away your Property, they can take away your free speech rights, they can take away your life, and they don't have to give you due process.
	They don't have a problem with that, but boy do these people scream when they take away your American citizenship as an illegal, criminally trespassing in this country, foreign citizen.
	Jim Acosta, President, meet the Constitution, and he actually quotes the part where it says subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
	Jim Acosta, That legal, constitutional... I don't know what Jim Acosta is an expert on, quite frankly.
	I mean, what is this guy's background?
	What has he ever done other than troll the president and be a suck-up for the establishment?
	Let's talk about the money here, of course.
	I talked about this last week.
	Americans paying more to cover the cost of illegal immigrants having children in the U.S.
	than Congress plans to give President Trump for the border wall funding.
	It's 2.4 billion dollars in 14, just for the births that they were paying for, right?
	That's 800 million more over a 10-year period than the Senate has approved for Trump's border wall.
	And so they're looking at the number of births, the number of people who are on Medicaid, the number of people who are getting education expenses, and so forth.
	2.4 billion, take that out over a 10-year period, that's more than President Trump wants for the wall.
	But Cory Booker wants to do more.
	He's going to run for president, and this tells you everything that you need to know about why this is important.
	They're here to replace American voters.
	They want to do it by saying, take that census question about citizenship, take that off of the census, or we're going to harass, right out of office, the Commerce Secretary, Wilbur Ross.
	They're going to fight that in the Supreme Court.
	Cory Booker wants to give anybody born in the USA cash bonus.
	$1,000 at birth, and up to 18, you can get as much as $50,000.
	So bring those kids!

	I want to talk a little bit about Whitey Bulger.
	And then we're going to talk about Halloween because today's October the 31st.
	What does it tell us about our society?
	And what does it tell us as we are threatening jail terms for anybody in Virginia of all places?
	Thomas Jefferson must be rolling in his grave as you've got people in Chesapeake, Virginia saying, if you're over 13 and you're doing this so-called trick-or-treat thing, then you are going to be facing a jail term and a fine.
	And even if you're under 13 and you do it past 8 o'clock, same thing for you too.
	And other Virginia cities are doing that.
	But we've got many more restrictive rules put on what we can do and can't do in Halloween by the authoritarian left.
	We'll talk about that in a moment.
	Let's talk about Whitey Bulger, because there's some interesting connections to Robert Mueller with Whitey Bulger.
	And as TMZ and the Daily Mail have pointed out, they've got a conspiracy theory.
	Let me tell you their conspiracy theory about this.
	This is a guy, Whitey Bulger, and if we go back to what he, you know, if you don't know what he is about, he's a organized crime figure.
	He bragged about killing no fewer than 40 men.
	He was convicted of killing 11.
	So he's been in prison, but he was also part of the confidential informant program and working with Robert Mueller.
	Now, he was for some reason, without any explanation, and this is a guy who is quite old, and he's in a wheelchair, and he is arbitrarily transferred to the Hazleton facility in West Virginia.
	There had been three other inmate killings there over the past year.
	So it's pretty easy to get somebody off of there.
	And it was the type of thing they were... It was approached by three other inmates.
	They wheeled him into a corner that could not be seen by surveillance cameras as the guards kind of take a powder.
	They kind of look the other way as this happens.
	They used a lock put into a sock as a weapon.
	They beat him until he was unconscious.
	They also attempted to gouge his eyes out.
	He fell to the ground covered with bruises, several dents in his head.
	He died.
	According to the mail, his death might have something to do with U.S.
	Representative Stephen Lynch.
	He is Bulger's old neighbor, in his old neighborhood of Southie.
	He recently introduced the Confidential Informant Accountability Act.
	And according to the Daily Mail, it's possible.
	That Bulger was preparing to open up a member of Lynch's staff to abuses with the FBI's Confidential Informant Program.
	So they was trying to, uh, here's a guy from the same area that Whitey Bulger used to be.
	Guy saying, well, we need to have something about a Confidential Informant Accountability Act.
	And it looks like from inside sources saying, yeah, Whitey Bulger was going to tell us some stuff about how About corruption inside the FBI's confidential informant program.
	And so then he's transferred to this program for no reason at all, this prison for no reason at all, and brutally murdered.
	And then, who is a part of this?
	Who was running Whitey Bulger?
	Who could have been involved in this kind of corruption that perhaps he was blowing the whistle on?
	Again, this guy was almost 90 years old.
	He's 89 years old.
	In a wheelchair.
	All of a sudden, wheel him out and have him murdered.

	Later that same year, Mueller was appointed FBI director because it was Mueller Uh, acting as an attorney in Boston who wrote the letters to pardon these guys.
	So, there's your connection to the corruption.

	If you're over 12, you can get a $25 to $100 fine, and you can get jail up to six months.
	And or jail.

	So if you do it, even if you're under 12, And you do it after 8 o'clock.
	Same thing.
	Same thing.
	You can be fined or jailed.
	The jailing in that case is not for six months, but just for 30 days for being late.
	Trick or treat, doing it after 8 o'clock.
	So I guess if you were 13 years old and you did it at 830, you could get hit with both of those things simultaneously, because that's the way they roll in the land of the slave and home of the fee.
	Folks, you can get worse than that, quite frankly.
	If you wear blackface, it can cost you $69 million if you just talk about people getting in trouble for wearing blackface.
	That's what's happening to Megyn Kelly.
	And of course, Megyn Kelly is being kicked out.
	They're trying to get out of the contract by saying that she committed some kind of a morals clause violation.
	The truth of the matter is they just hate Megyn Kelly because she's a witch.
	But they can't put her on the scales and see if she floats.
	So what they're going to do is float this idea That you can't even talk about people getting in trouble for a black person wearing white face or white person wearing black face.
	As I pointed out yesterday, we've had Lester Holt there at NBC dressing up as Susan Boyle, the person who won one of the contests in Britain's Got Talent.
	So he dresses as a white woman because, you know, it's Halloween or something.
	But that's OK for Lester Holt, the anchor of NBC News.
	And it's also OK for Jimmy Fallon, To do the opposite.
	It's okay for Jimmy Fallon to wear blackface, but if Megyn Kelly just talks about it, she gets kicked out.
	Because it's not about whether or not you are hateful, it's whether or not they hate you.
	And they certainly do hate her.
	Just as much as we do here.
	They want to get her out, but I don't think they're going to get out of that $69 million contract.
	But they can destroy your life.
	If you do things that are culturally inappropriate.
	So be very, very careful on this Halloween.

	He might have scotched his political career right there, but it should be the end of his political career because he was going by the name Robert O'Rourke, which is his actual name, and that was what he was going by when he was writing that review in college.
	He wasn't going by the name of Beto.
	He hasn't always gone by the name of Beto.
	He started using that when he ran for office in an area that was predominantly Hispanic.
	But here's how this can really take you down.
	As the Montreal Gazette, politically correct candidates, explained to us, When someone dresses up and assumes an indigenous identity, they're not dressing up as someone indigenous, they're dressing up as a stereotype.
	Unless, of course, you're Beto or Frocahannes.
	Then it's okay.
	They say that misguided white people play ethnic dress-up.
	Sometimes they pretend to have ethnic DNA.
	Donning indigenous headdresses, reviving blackface, wearing sombreros, or playing Asian for kicks and giggles.
	See, we're not doing this to honor a culture.

	You know, when I went to junior high school and high school, our mascots were Indians.
	The junior high school, you were warriors.
	At the high school, you were chiefs.
	We had... The high school was predominantly... I don't think we had anybody that was Native American, or as Russell Means would say, American Indian.
	And we had a drum major who would, they would rub him down from the waist up, he'd go shirtless, they'd rub him down from the waist up, make him red, had these beautiful headdresses, and wore paint and all of a sudden, because that was the mascot.
	And we did it respectfully really, quite frankly.
	All of the stuff was Indian themed.
	You know, the dancers had Indian themes.
	They had these big white headdresses.
	People for homecoming, everybody, you know, the people, male and female, that were running all had Indian costumes and so forth.
	Boy, I tell you what.
	That would make national news today!
	I wish I could go back and show you the pictures of that stuff.
	National news today.
	There's some things, however, that we won't tolerate.
	Because we have appropriated another culture.
	A culture of demonic activity.
	We've appropriated that.
	We have thrown out the Christian principles.
	We can't have this stuff because you can't have people wearing, even out of respect or out of comedy or whatever, you can't have them wearing a costume of something else if you're white.
	But it's okay for a black person to dress in whiteface, I guess, for NBC.
	But here's the other part of this.
	Facebook censored pro-life ads that just showed newborn babies that had survived.
	They tried to abort them.
	They survived it.
	They said, look at this.
	Here's the newborn babies.
	Here's their story and so forth.
	And ultrasound photos.
	Here's the ad that was banned by Facebook.
	The pro-life ad that was banned by Facebook.
	I was 23 weeks pregnant.
	I woke up having lots of stomach pain.
	Becca's shaking me awake.
	Can you believe that that was banned by Facebook?
	I did think when I saw the blood that we were probably losing a baby.
	Doctors just come in and said you have a choice. Do you want to try and keep her?
	My daughter Charlotte was born at 24 weeks.
	It was the happiest moment of my life.
	For those that are advocating late term abortions, look at my daughter.
	Unborn babies deserve protection. Vote pro-life in November.
	Can you believe that that was banned by Facebook?

	This, however, is obnoxious, I think, because of the double standard.
	The same way that we see them saying, well, we've got to take down and take away the funding for Gab, we've got to take away their web hosting, we've got to block them on social media.
	Why?
	Because they had one person who was anti-Semitic and yet they don't do any of that to Twitter or to Facebook.
	Right?
	It's that double standard allowing Farrakhan out there.
	Worshipping Islam and yet mocking Christianity.
	Talking to Jesus on the cross about being an organ donor.
	We need to go back and revisit the foundations of our freedom.
	Our freedoms don't consist of the things that are enumerated on a piece of paper.
	It consists of the things that we're willing to fight for!
	The First Amendment, the Bill of Rights, the rest of the Bill of Rights are prohibitions.
	They're prohibitions against powerful organizations and individuals taking those God-given rights from us as individuals.

	We have, as I said, in Australia, it's okay to mock Christianity, not any other religion, and that's really the issue, folks.

	And so this kind of political correctness wasn't being applied at the time, and it wasn't being applied Unequally.

	So what were they doing in Australia?
	They had put up an ad.
	They put it up on YouTube on October 14th.
	They got a lot of controversy right away.
	It's a two and a half minute ad for organ donors.
	And so to give you an idea of what it is, we're going to play it, but I'll just tell you what it is.
	We got soldiers there, very laid back.
	No big deal.
	This guy's just dying up there.
	Um, so we've already filled out the form for you, Jesus.
	You know, we got the, so you can be an organ donor.
	They put it on a spear tip, a smartphone, so all he has to do is just tap on the screen.
	And, oh, by the way, don't forget to have your parents say, oh, we got Mary and Joseph, they're standing right here, we'll have them sign that.
	That type of thing.
	You know, mocking, blaspheming.
	So they immediately had about 20,000 people sign a petition that said we're not going to do it.
	They put the thing down.
	But see, that's the key.
	It's only Christianity.
	Only white people who can be mocked.
	Because it's not okay to be white.
	It's not okay to be Christian.
	Especially in China.
	Especially in China.
	Chinese officials are now, of course, they've been persecuting the Chinese church there for a very long time.
	Now they're not just burning Bibles, they're not just closing churches, they're not just demolishing church buildings.
	They've decided that they're going to rewrite the Bible.
	They're going to have some kind of new version of this.
	And Bob Fu of China Aid is talking about it.
	He said, the international community should be alarmed and outraged For this blatant violation of freedom of religion and belief.
	But they're not.
	You can violate Christian belief.

	You can violate anything that has to do with the Christian religion and nobody's going to care about it.
	Just like they don't care about the blasphemy issue.
	We just had a woman who had been given a death sentence in Pakistan.
	This has been going on for seven or eight years.
	She was given the death sentence in 2010.
	In 2011, an MP was outraged that she had been given the death sentence for blasphemy.
	And again, what it was was two Muslim women saying she drank out of a cup, drank some water out of a cup as we're all working in the field.
	And we said, you dirty Christian, you can't do that.
	You have to convert to Islam.
	She said, I'm a Christian.
	I'm not converting.
	So they reported her for blasphemy laws and they got a murder conviction.
	and that she has now for the last eight years been appealing it finally their Supreme Court said no we're not going to execute her but she's been on death row for eight years because she drank water as a Christian and refused to convert and an MP who took up her case one year after 2011 he took up her case his own bodyguard killed him because he defended a Christian that's some of our head chopping allies besides the Saudis And that's the double standard.
	But going back to China, and what Bob Fu is saying about what they're going to do.
	The Chinese government is supervising a five-year plan to make Christianity more compatible with socialism, in which there will be a rewrite of the Bible.
	A prominent religious freedom activist, Bob Fu, has told Congress.
	Now, this is not something that is surprising, right?
	Because tyrants, especially people like President Xi, who is trying to create a cult of worship.
	These people always see themselves as God and they hate the competition.

	China has cracked down on house churches, They've demolished thousands of crosses.
	I think it's over 6,000 crosses in church buildings that they have taken down.
	4,000 to 6,000 crosses on state-sanctioned churches.
	See, if you compromise there, you can become sanctioned by the state.
	And in the past, they would let you put up a church building.
	They'd let you put up a cross.
	Now they're tearing down those church buildings.
	They're tearing down those crosses.
	Four to six thousand of those have been torn down.
	You can still have crucifixes on the inside of the church as long as you put up pictures of Chairman Mao on one side and Chairman Xi Jinping on the other side of the cross.
	Ah, there's your Trinity.
	A man who would be God.
	Why do the nations rage?
	And imagine a vain thing.

	According to Fu, the revision of the religious regulations are to actively guide religion to adapt to a socialist society.
	Is this really that different than what is being done here in America?

	This kind of syncretism, where they merge their Buddhism, their New World ageism, they merge that into the Bible and they sell that to us as religion.

	He's got the group called Sojourners, and he's giving them a lot of money.
	To go around and actually doing rallies across the country, as one other Christian group pointed out, said, these are George Soros' rented evangelicals.
	And as National Review said, Soros' funding of the sojourners is only the tip of the iceberg.
	But this is something that's being done all the time by the left.

	Church of England's first female bishop Reverend Rachel Treewheel said, I don't want young girls or young boys to hear us constantly refer to God as He.
	Let's strike out all that language.

	Because they didn't have the authority to ban alcohol, so they had to add a constitutional amendment to ban alcohol.
	But now we just ban everything.
	Unless John Boehner or Paul Ryan can make money from selling pot.
	Then we'll carve that out of the UN war on drugs that was created 10 years before Richard Nixon declared it in violation of the Constitution.
	And we'll let them make their money.
	But we'll keep the rest of the war on drugs.
	And we'll keep the civil asset forfeiture.
	And we'll keep the mandatory minimums and the massive prison population and so forth.
	And we won't pay any attention to the First Amendment.
	And we won't even pay any attention to the Supreme Court's interpretation of the First Amendment that prohibits private corporations from taking your stuff.
	So, it's important to have a discussion about what the Constitution means.
	It's important to actually have politicians who are restrained by that.
	And I think that's a very important thing for us to have.
	But ultimately, this is going to be challenged in the Court as everything that President Trump does.
	And you've already got people out there saying, he's trying to overthrow the Constitution.
	No, he isn't.
	He is pointing out that the interpretation of the Constitution is not correct.
	Now if we were to do this the way they did the war on drugs, he would just say, you know what, I don't like the way that this is working out.
	So we're just going to ignore the 14th Amendment.
	He's not even saying that.
	He's saying by executive order, it's probably going to be narrowly defined, to say that we are not going to have people who are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, that would include people who come here illegally in violation of our laws, who are not citizens in the first place, We're not going to treat their children as citizens any more than we treat the children of ambassadors who come here, or foreigners who come here, and that's what they said as they were talking about what this meant.
	The people who wrote it.
	Let's not pay any attention to that, of course, right?
	So we're going to have that discussion, but it's going to be adjudicated in the courts.
	I think it's very important for people to understand, that's why I wanted to get Eugene Warwick on.
	It's very important for people to understand that there are some real issues with our courts, in case you haven't noticed this yet, with the Ninth Circuit Court, other decisions that they've made, nonsense that they've put in to block President Trump or try to block him from protecting our borders.
	They are very corrupt, very politicized, all the way up to the Supreme Court.
	Eugene Warrick's decision was, one, In Chicago, it was a corruption decision and he has appealed it all the way to the Supreme Court.
	So once we establish contact with him, we will have him tell you what has happened most recently at the Supreme Court level.
	Because when we talk about what goes wrong in our government, as Frank Serpico said, you can always have and you always will, in any institution, That includes the government in general, it includes the court system in general, the legal system in general, and it includes even the Supreme Court in particular, and especially Chicago.
	You're going to have corrupt individuals.
	The question is, as Frank Serpico said about the police, and as he exposed police corruption, he said the question is, are you going to purge those corrupt people that you're always going to have?
	Are you going to purge them out of the system, or will the system embrace them and their corruption, and thereby become corrupt itself?
	So that's really the question before us.
	We're always going to have people doing the wrong thing that are in government.
	The question is, are we going to do anything about it?
	Alright, while we're waiting to get Eugene on the line to tell his story, I want to continue with what I was talking about in terms of Reformation Day and how badly we need a reformation here.
	As I was saying, we have George Soros Funding political rallies, he's got rented evangelicals going around pushing open borders, saying that that is your duty as a Christian.
	We heard the same thing from John Kasich, actually.
	Oh yes, we have to, you know, the Lord tells us we have to open up our homes to foreigners who are coming in.
	Well, he tells us to treat them well.
	But we also have a duty to protect innocent people.
	Jesus said, you know, you're not going to have a robber come in and rob your house unless he first takes you out and ties you up, right?
	Because you're going to defend your stuff, you're going to defend your family, and that's what we're trying to do at the border.
	But they always spin this thing.
	And it's very easy to do when we have had Christianity rewritten, not by a Chinese dictator like they're doing in China, Not by a guy who sees himself as God, who wants to have his picture and Mal's picture put up anywhere there's a cross and a church.
	You've got to put their pictures up as well.
	But we've had Hollywood and the left and the feminists who have been rewriting Christianity for us, and the people that George Soros rents rewriting what Christianity is.
	People like John Kasich rewriting what Christianity is.
	The young people don't even know what it is anymore.
	So we've got, it's no surprise that as Fox News points out, Going back two months ago, why young Christians are leaving the church?
	They said at the time, this is beginning of September, they said a 2018 Pew Research Center poll showed that a group, a growing group in America, that they call themselves religious nuns.
	They're not affiliated.
	When you ask them a multiple-choice question, they check the box that says none.
	They said the vast majority are ex-Christians.
	Most of them are under the age of 35.
	It's a growing trend.
	Why is this?
	Well, they gave them a multiple choice, because it's a poll.
	And so the number one statement, 51%, said they questioned a lot of religious teachings.
	Number two, at 46% of people agreed with this statement.
	You could pick multiple choices here.
	Number two, they said they don't like the position that churches take on social or political issues.
	Those are the two biggest things that got the most number of votes.
	But as I point out, In this opinion piece from Jay Warner Wallace on Fox News, they said Pew did not allow respondents to answer in their own words.
	Other people have.
	Other people have done studies.
	And they would ask them why they had left Christianity.
	Here's the number one reason.
	Learning about evolution when I went away to college.
	Number two.
	Religion is the opiate of the people.
	Where have you heard that before?
	Number three.
	Rational thought makes religion go out of the window.
	So what they're portraying here is basically they're saying Christianity has been replaced by Darwinism, by Marxism, you know, religion is the opiate of the masses.
	So it's Darwinism, Marxism, the idea that science and religion are incompatible with each other.
	They're not!
	As a matter of fact, some of the greatest rational and scientific minds in history have been very strong Christians.
	People like Isaac Newton.
	Who invented not only physics, but calculus.
	Yes, and I know there was another mathematician in Germany, but Isaac Newton, who puts the two of them together.
	You got the guy who wrote Maxwell, James Maxwell, who wrote Maxwell's equations.
	He unified electrical and magnetic field theory.
	And because of that, Einstein spent most of his life trying to come together with a unified field theory.
	Trying to unify gravity, As well as nuclear forces.
	He thought that all of them would be related because it was pulled together.

	They saw the big picture.
	They understood there was no contradiction between Christianity and religion.

	Is it honest?
	Is it impartial?
	Is there anything in Washington that's honest and impartial?
	I mean, you know, we hear everybody talking about Roe v. Wade.
	Oh, it's the law of the land.
	You can't change anything about it.
	Well, we've had situations in the past where they said that, you know, we had the Dred Scott decision.
	So now you've got to return the slaves if they escape.
	We've had situations where the Supreme Court in the past has said, uh, no, you can censor movies, you can censor the spirit of 76.
	As a matter of fact, they sent a guy to jail, hit him with a massive fine.
	They said, ah, First Amendment doesn't apply to movies.
	Now they're saying the First Amendment doesn't apply to the internet.
	We've had all kinds of decisions like this.
	As a matter of fact, you had, uh, under Andrew Jackson, what Andrew Jackson was doing in the Cherokee was wrong.
	It was immoral, but it was first, uh, supported by the Supreme Court.
	And then the same Supreme Court reversed itself a year later.
	And then Andrew Jackson said, well, they've made their decision.
	Let's see them enforce it.
	They're just a branch of government.
	They're not the ultimate branch of government.
	And they can be corrupted.
	They can be politicized as well.
	A good example of that.
	And we're going to be talking about what's going to happen with President Trump's executive order that's going to clarify the definition of a citizen.
	He's not going to get rid of birthright citizenship.
	He's not going to ignore the Constitution.
	What he's going to do is clarify what it says.
	If you're not subject to the jurisdiction, then you don't get that.
	If you're a foreign citizen, then you're not subject to the jurisdiction.
	So you don't get citizenship and your kids don't get citizenship, even if they're born here.
	And that's what that was meant to be.
	So we're going to have that kind of discussion at the Supreme Court and through the courts.
	But I want to give you an example of how this can go wrong through this corrupt court system.
	And I've talked before to Eugene Warrick and many people with him.

	There was so much corruption, of course, in Chicago that the Supreme Court imposed a decree on them about political patronage and how it was being abused, punishing some people, rewarding others out of political patronage.
	They called it the Shackman Decree.
	Now, shortly after they put that out, this is back in the 1980s, Eugene's been fighting this for decades.
	Eugene was punished, wrongly terminated, and that was a violation of the Shackman Decree.
	He won against the city of Chicago.
	They fought him, refused to pay him off.
	He's been fighting them for decades, and he's been fighting through this Supreme Court decision.
	He sent it up to the Supreme Court, and I want Tim O'Donnell, who's been working with him, To talk about what happened after he got to the Supreme Court.
	As he was going through the appeal process, he realized that they had falsified as part of trying to keep from paying him.
	They found out that they were falsifying in the local courts, falsifying transcripts.
	When he compared the audio to the actual written transcripts, they found that other people started doing that, and they said they found the same kind of fraud there in the court, and they tried to appeal it to the Supreme Court, and now they found fraud at the Supreme Court level.
	So joining us now is Tim O'Donnell.

	Okay, we're still having technical difficulty with Tim.
	So, he's not on the line then?
	Are you there, David?
	Okay, yes, I'm here.
	Oh, great, great.
	We just had a little switch problem.
	Okay, yeah.
	Apparently, Eugene filed his most recent case with the Supreme Court.
	It's been in the Supreme Court since 19 July.
	Of course, clerks of the Supreme Court immediately started bouncing it back for supposed deficiencies.
	They've never been able to illustrate any of these deficiencies.
	Uh, that we can tell.
	And so Eugene eventually cited fraud, which they bounced back.
	Uh, he, he joined them in the case.
	It's a Shackman case.
	It's a public law.
	It's a contract case.
	And so it's not a personal lawsuit against any of the clerks of the court.
	Uh, so he joined them in the case, which means they can't handle the case anymore.
	And they've been handling it ever since.
	So they're, they're, he basically proved fraud.
	Uh, if they were doing the right thing, they would have just stepped aside.
	So tell us a little bit about what happened when you sent it to the Supreme Court.
	Essentially what they did was they have blocked you from getting this information to the Supreme Court, some of the clerks there, right?
	To the justices, yeah.
	There's two clerks in particular and it appears they're supervisor as well.
	On, I believe it was September 19th, Eugene wrote a letter We sent a 10-page letter.
	We sent it individually under USPS cover with return receipts to each of the justices of the Supreme Court with one extra copy for the justice who hadn't arrived yet.
	We didn't know who that would be.
	And so there were nine separate covers sent and that was interfered with, to the least.
	I mean, they were for eyes only.
	They were for the justices and it appears to us that the clerks intercepted most of those, if not all of them.
	What makes you think that they intercepted it?
	You've got some indications that they intercepted it.
	Well, this wasn't a typical filing, David.
	What was interesting about this filing is it was a criminal complaint.
	And in order to illustrate the entire nature of the criminal complaint, we had to include everything, including the original filing.
	But we never called it a refiling.
	This was clearly a criminal complaint.
	Eugene offered to be a witness for the court.
	That makes it a criminal complaint.
	And for anybody to have missed that, I don't know what law school they went to, but they need to ask for their money back.
	And so when you're sending this to them, you're making a complaint against the clerks who have intercepted this and interposed themselves in between the justices and your appeal.
	Is that correct?
	And then those clerks intercepted that criminal complaint and sent it back to you.
	Is that correct?
	And they were named specifically in the criminal complaint that they sent back.
	Now what's even more bold and brash about the entire affair is they sent a letter to Eugene Undercover and signed it, as they always have.
	It says the enclosed documents postmarked September 20, 2018 and referred to this office by the Chief Justice, that would be Chief Justice Roberts, in return for the reasons stated in prior correspondence.
	What they've done there, it sounds innocent enough on its surface, but they're basically implying that Chief Justice Roberts turned a blind eye to a report of criminal conduct in his own court.
	That is preposterous.
	And so, you say there's criminal conduct within your court.
	You send this to all nine of the Supreme Court Justices.
	And then the guys that you are complaining about, in the criminal complaint, intercept this, sign it, send it back, and say, yeah, he saw it, and he doesn't think there's anything to it, right?
	Absolutely, and it's signed Scott S. Harris, clerk of the court, and then signed by Jacob Levertan, whose relationship to the court we are not certain of, but he is definitely part of the court, and we've also spoken with a Mr. Atkins, or a Mr. Atkinson, who claims to be their supervisor.
	They've all been duly informed.
	So this is completely unacceptable behavior.
	And so what you've seen over this decades-long fight that Eugene Warrick has been involved in, you guys have seen corruption at the Chicago level, which nobody's surprised about.
	The Supreme Court already imposed that Shachman Decree, said, you know, you're going to stop this political patronage system here.
	They punished Eugene because he gave money to the wrong candidate, according to the Chicago political machine.
	He gets a judgment against them according to the Shackman Decree.
	They continue to fight him and appeal the payment of this thing.
	They falsify transcripts.
	You guys catch them in the falsification, catch them in all kinds of criminal activity.
	You appeal all this to the Supreme Court and then you get blocked by the clerks and then you file a criminal complaint against the clerks and they come back and say, No, there's nothing to see here.
	The same clerks that you're filing the criminal complaint.
	That's pretty much what's happened over the several decades, right?
	What do you do now?
	Correct.
	Well, actually, it gets even better, David.
	It gets even better because what happened is they took all of these complaints.
	It was six complaints.
	They didn't get all of them.
	And we don't know what happened to the others.
	But they took six complaints, took them out of their packaging, stuffed them all with these letters, each one Justice Roberts, Ginsburg, Thomas, Breyer, Kagan, and Gorsuch.
	They implicated all these people in what could only be called misprision of felony.
	In other words, turning a blind eye to felonious activity as presented to the court.
	And then they took it and put it in a box and sent that back to Eugene.
	He received that box on September 29th.
	And, um, he called me immediately after receiving the box.
	He said, you would not believe this package I just got.
	I said, what are you talking about?
	It was, it was a USPS mailbox, but it was so distressed and damaged and had holes in it and had grease spots.
	It was all wrapped up in shrink wrap.
	It looked like a bomb.
	And Eugene wouldn't have touched it except he saw the return label and said, this is the Supreme Court.
	So we filed a... Looks like the Supreme Court's got to clean up their act, right?
	Well, this package that he received was directly, you know, it started by the clerks and it was mailed from the mailing room of the Supreme Court.
	And you would not believe, David, I mean, we have sent pictures of it to federal investigators and they showed up at Eugene's door on Monday.
	The federal investigators themselves tied this to the ricin letters that were received only three days later.
	That tells me they suspect all of these crimes are, you know, originating from somewhere within the government.
	I don't know that.
	I'm not an investigator, but that would be what I would start thinking.
	Wow.
	Yeah.
	So this is big.
	It didn't have a return address at every Wasserman Schultz Center.
	It didn't.
	It was a legitimate label.
	I looked it up.
	It actually did come completely through the system.
	What it looks like to me is the package originated at the Supreme Court.
	Somebody flagged it for an inspection and then they inspected the package and then seeing that it was the Supreme Court and there was apparently no bombs or ricin or anything else in it, they wrapped it with shrink wrap because, you know, nobody can send a package wrapped in shrink wrap to the U.S.
	And we're the only people that can do that are the U.S.
	mail.
	And that would be the signal to the carriers that this package has been inspected and safe to deliver.
	So we filed an actual alert, and it's being acted on right now.
	And oddly, there are at least two agencies looking at this.
	One is the Consumer Affairs Division of Chicago.
	All they wanted to know when they called us is who were these two guys that came from We said we don't know.
	Very, very suspicious and it just shows how insulated and protected and politicized and corrupt our government is.

	That's what you've been dealing with and dealing with it for decades.
