	We're going to be talking about the latest developments in the Kavanaugh hearing.
	And I don't really know, I can't really take this seriously, because we've seen this all before and now they're demanding an FBI investigation.
	I don't know if this is just an effort by the accuser to avoid appearing in court, but it's had some very interesting twists in the last 24 hours.
	We're going to break that down, and we're going to put this in the context as we see the Usual Me Too crowd out here.
	I think it's not so much Me Too as it is Feminism 2.0.
	And this is what it has become.
	So we're going to take a look at what the truth is here.
	What the issues are.
	And of course we all know what this is really about, don't we?
	You don't have to be a genius to figure out what's really going on here.
	But we're going to weigh in with comments from Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris and Dianne Feinstein and Juanita Broderick.
	I'm going to put this in the context of Anita Hill and Clarence Thomas and what happened after that as Bill Clinton was facing charges from the people that he violently, sexually attacked and raped.
	The people that Hillary Clinton called bimbos.
	I can't believe they keep going here.
	And I can't believe that the mainstream media ignores that connection.
	I can't believe that they ignore what Anita Hill did afterwards.
	In defending Bill Clinton.
	That's the amazing thing to me.
	The most amazing thing about this.
	But I want to talk about something that's amazing.
	How about this?
	Reported by the Telegraph of the UK, an Islamic court in the Sudanese capital has said that a pregnant woman sentenced to hang for apostasy.
	Why?
	Because she married a Christian man.
	She's eight months pregnant.
	She'll be allowed to give birth to her child.
	She is serving time in prison right now with her 20-month-old son.
	So the 20-month-old son was sent to jail with this 8-month-pregnant lady.
	They're going to allow her another month so she can give birth.
	And then they are going to hang her.
	Why?
	Because she married a Christian man.
	The judge, Abbas Mohammed Al Khalifa, Told Ms.
	Ibrahim, we gave you three days to recant, but you insist on not returning to Islam.
	I sentence you to be hanged.
	And, just for good measure, they're also going to flog her with 100 lashes.
	Why?
	Because according to the Sudan and Islamic law, her marriage is not legal because she married a Christian man.
	Therefore, she is also guilty of adultery.
	So they will flog her with a hundred lashes, then execute her by hanging.
	That's Islam.
	That's why we don't tolerate that kind of thing here.
	You know, again, when I look at this, we're talking about multiculturalism.
	Some cultures do not need to be honored.
	They need to be defeated.
	I remember the story of the British officer who went to India.
	And they had a custom there.
	Where when the husband died, they would throw the widow on the funeral pyre, alive.
	And the British officer saw that about to happen and he stopped it.
	And they came up to him and they said, you don't understand, we have a custom here.
	And he says, we also have a custom.
	We hang people who murder women.
	We do not accept this, even though the Democrats applaud this, saying that they are defenders of women.
	Will they defend this woman?
	No.
	No, they won't.
	No, they won't.
	It is simply pure politics.
	Identity politics.
	The lady said, I am a Christian.
	I have never committed apostasy.
	Even Amnesty International, affiliated with the DNC, of course, said the fact that a woman could be sentenced to death for her religious choice and flogged for being married to a man of an allegedly different religion is abhorrent.

	We're going to be talking about the rules, and I put rules in air quotes, the rules for spying on journalism.
	Not journalism, but on journalists!
	Yeah, this is coming from the Obama Department of Justice, and it has just now been revealed.
	We're going to get into that, we're going to talk about what is going on with the updates on the Kavanaugh case, but before we do, I want to take a look at some of the headlines here about war.
	This article about Norway, Jumping in on the Libyan war, even though they didn't know anything about it, they said.
	And this is something that we need to pay careful attention to.
	How absurd it is that we get railroaded, and how casual the West takes these wars.
	And this example here, now, here we are, seven, eight years later, After the Libyan War 2010-2011, top Norwegian officials have now admitted that they had very limited knowledge, quote-unquote, very limited knowledge of events unfolding in Libya during 2010 and 2011, prior to the NATO military intervention that they joined.
	And again, what was the mission of NATO?
	Let's see, it was the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
	It was supposed to be a counter To the Soviet Union, which doesn't exist anymore, and the Warsaw Pact nations that were supposedly threatening Europe.
	I think they were a threat at the time, but they're not a threat anymore.
	The Soviet Union does not exist anymore.
	And the Warsaw Pact does not exist anymore after the Soviet Union.
	Here's a history lesson for the Millennials.
	Since they don't teach you anything other than racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, and all that sort of thing.
	Here's the little history lesson that happened about the time you were born.
	Maybe just a year or two before you were born.
	They had the Soviet Union.
	You can look it up in the history books if you can find one.
	I'm sorry, they don't do books anymore.
	Anyway, it fell.
	The Warsaw Pact Dissolved.
	All of those nations that were in the Warsaw Pact are now NATO nations, for the most part.
	So what is NATO doing?
	Well, things like Libya.
	Seven, eight years ago.
	In the official report, this is, as Zero Hedge puts it, the absurd admission.
	Yeah, it is absurd.
	Listen to this.
	In such situations, decision-makers often rely on information from media.
	And other reports.
	Don't blame us!
	We were listening to CNN and Fox!
	And they're listening to CNN and Fox now.
	As they're trying to get them involved in Syria.
	But of course CNN and Fox aren't saying anything about our other war in Yemen.
	It's absolutely amazing.
	And what did they do as they got involved in this war that they knew absolutely nothing about?
	Could they find Norway on the map?
	I just played for you an interview with a GOP congressman yesterday, where he was criticizing Tulsi Gabbard for saying that we should not be getting involved on the side of ISIS, which is what the State Department said.
	Said these are ISIS rebels.
	It's the last ISIS stronghold in Idlib.
	And we don't want to be their air force.
	We don't want to be their missile defense.
	And I played for you yesterday the clip going back and forth between what the State Department was saying in terms of the truth about our support for ISIS and what Nikki Haley was saying.
	The fact that we had to go and support ISIS and attack Assad.
	And so the commission report states that there were no written sources that they had for any information.
	They just listened to the media.
	Listened to the media.
	Norway flew 596 strike missions during the first five months of the NATO intervention, dropping 588 bombs on Libyan targets.
	So you don't know what's going on there simply because CNN, Fox and NATO told you to go.
	You go drop nearly 600 bombs on a country and you have no reason why?
	Ours is not to reason why.
	Ours is but to drop they die, right?
	To paraphrase what they had to say.
	And of course, a large part of this, and ask yourself if this is any more absurd than the lies we've been told by our current UN ambassador Nikki Haley about the Skripal nerve gas poisoning in the UK.
	And I'm not going to go into that again.
	I've covered that so many times.
	But again, you could sum it up With what Vladimir Putin said when they asked him about it, and he looked at him and laughed and said, if it was nerve gas, nobody would have survived.
	And if they wanted to kill some spies, they would have presumably done a better job of it.
	They would have made it look like an accident.
	That's what's typically happened.
	I have a list of several people here that are suspected.
	People who come after Hillary Clinton, are about to testify against Hillary Clinton, and all of a sudden they have an accident.
	It's not nerve gas.
	They don't have NATO drop a bomb on them.
	They somehow suffer an accident.
	That's the way the real criminals do it.
	If you're trying to frame somebody, you claim that they were gassed with nerve gas, but they didn't die.
	Nobody died!
	That kind of conspiracy theory.
	That's a real false flag.
	Nobody died.
	But going back to Libya, Ambassador to the UN at the time, Susan Rice, this is Obama's Ambassador to the UN.
	Here was her lie, not the Skripal nerve gas attack where nobody died.
	Except somebody who stumbled across a perfume bottle and discarded it and took it home with her.
	Unfortunately that lady died, which again indicates that it was something other than that, but I've gone into that in detail before.
	Susan Rice, Obama's ambassador to the UN, remember one of the reasons that we had to go attack Qaddafi, even though he hadn't done anything for many years, was the lie that Susan Rice told about Viagra-fueled mass rapes.
	Yes, that's the story.
	That's why, presumably, they dropped 600 bombs on Libya, the Norwegians.
	Now they find out that it was because Qaddafi had supposedly supplied his troops with Viagra in order to unleash sexual terrorism on the civilian population.
	That was what they told us at the time.
	Remember that?
	Norway's former center party leader said of the final report, when you look at what happened next with Libya becoming a hotspot of terrorism, This is not a decision to be proud of.
	The war had been sold to the European public on humanitarian grounds.
	Wait, isn't that what they're doing with the Syrian war as well?
	With sensational atrocity stories.
	Yeah, we've had that as well.
	Many of which were later proven false.
	Check that box also.
	All the boxes checked.
	Maybe Nikki Haley should try the Viagra.
	Story.
	Since the nerve gas nonsense isn't sticking.
	But maybe they don't need to have a reason.
	The Norwegians didn't need to have a reason.
	It's absolutely amazing to me how easy it is for Western nations to rip these countries into turmoil And set them up as a arms bazaar.
	And now, of course, you've got slave markets happening in Libya, not just an arms bazaar for ISIS, which is what it was intended to do.
	And if you want to know what was really happening, we got the documents from WikiLeaks.
	It was the central banks in Europe that were concerned about the fact that Muammar Gaddafi was setting up a gold-based currency In direct competition to the Western central banks that had fiat currencies.
	That was in Hillary Clinton's email.
	That's the real reason.
	It wasn't Viagra fueled rapes by the troops.
	That was the real reason.
	It was for the bankers.
	Who would think that we would go to war for the bankers?
	History repeats itself and repeats itself and repeats itself.
	Doesn't it?
	How many wars have we gone to?
	For the bankers.
	How many lies will we be told by NATO?
	And by our UN ambassadors of both parties, Susan Rice and Nikki Haley.

	you This may not sound like news to you, but government spending is picking up speed.
	I guess it's news that it never never slows down.
	Maybe it's not news.
	Maybe this is kind of a dog bites man story.
	And yet what is different here is the fact that they are now accelerating things very rapidly because they're entering the final quarter of the year here.
	And so they've got 300 billion dollars that they need to spend all at once At the end of the quarter, so that they don't get their budget cut next year.
	You know how that works in bureaucracies, right?
	It works that way with school departments, and it works that way throughout the government.
	There's even an episode of The Office where they were doing this, like, hurry up, we got a bunch of money and we gotta spend this because it ends tomorrow.
	And that's basically what the government is doing, except they've got $300 billion to spend.
	What do you do with that?
	Well, don't worry.
	It's the government.
	They'll think of an easy way.
	If anybody can spend $300 billion in two weeks, it's our federal government.
	That's something they're really good at.
	They said it's unprecedented for that high of a percentage to be obligated to contracts in just a fiscal quarter.
	But they've got just two weeks to get this done.
	They're going to step up on it.
	And of course, our students Are big activists now, right?
	But Zero Hedge points out, and this is not something from the onion.
	This is a true story.
	Students who want to vote absentee ballots, and of course a lot of them will do that because they're attending college in a different state, different location.
	They're not going to travel back to actually vote.
	So they would do that with an absentee ballot.
	The problem is they don't know how that stamp thing works.
	What they call snail mail.
	There's something from the previous century where you stick stuff in envelopes and you lick it and you You pat the little presidents on the head and stick it on the corner They can't figure out how to do that And so I want to help them figure out how to do this and I've got some tips for them But first this is actually coming from Fairfax County.
	I Believe that's in yeah, Virginia Fairfax County focus group conducted a A survey this summer, they found many college students who have requested and received an absentee ballot have simply neglected to send it in because they don't know where to buy a stamp for the envelope.
	And this is Lisa Connors with the Fairfax County Office of Public Affairs said, one thing that came up when I heard from my own kids, but I thought they were just nerdy, Was that students will go through the process of applying for a mail-in absentee ballot, they'll fill out the ballot, and then they don't know where to get stamps.
	That seems like a hump they can't get across.
	Aww.
	A little speed bump there.
	Alright, so yeah, like I said, this is not the onion.
	These are millennials.
	And so I want to give them some help.
	This is the way you get this done.
	For all of those of you who can't figure out how to do this, but you still want to vote?
	Well, okay.
	Let me help you, because we want everybody to vote, even if you don't know how to do a stamp thing.
	And of course, I understand.
	You know, all the technology has changed.
	I've said before that if you want to make your car so that it isn't going to get stolen, just make sure you buy a car with a manual transmission.
	Look at the stick!
	And they won't see the Prundle on there and they won't know what to do to get the thing going.
	But anyway, I want to help all these students.
	So here's what you do.
	If you want to get your stamps, you find the Facebook page for the U.S.
	Post Office.
	You like it.
	And then they'll send you some stamps.
	And you'll lick them.
	Okay?
	That's all you need to know.
	And you'll be able to vote in the next election because we want you to participate.

	Also, we've got Canadians who smoke weed legally could face a lifetime ban from entering the United States.
	This is from The Mind Unleashed on Zero Hedge, picked it up, and this is really an act of mercy for Canadians because if you come to the United States And you indulge in this in certain states, you might go to jail for a lifetime, not just get a ban from entering the United States.
	So that's actually an act of kindness as we sort through our insanity here in this country.

	Customs and Border Protection Agency have announced that they will continue their fight in the losing battle of cannabis prohibition By banning Canadian cannabis users and workers from entering the United States.
	Now, to put this in context, the Canadians had a referendum.
	I think it was a referendum.
	They legalized pot.
	Growing a pot recreationally and so forth.
	Not just for medicine, but it's now a big industry in Canada.
	They legalized it.
	And I don't remember if it was a referendum or if it was the Canadian Parliament that did it.
	Nevertheless, it is legal.
	It is a big industry.
	And they just worked out this summer the details of how they were going to allow people the privilege of using a natural plant.
	Because, you know, we can't just have something out there that is unregulated.
	Nothing can be unregulated anymore in the West.
	But that's the context for this.
	And so customs officials told Politico That they will interrogate Canadian citizens that they suspect of using cannabis.
	And anyone who says yes, or if you lie about using cannabis, because we know all you Canadians use cannabis, you will be banned from the US for life.
	Additionally, anyone working in the legal cannabis industry will be labeled as a drug trafficker.
	This is amazing!
	Are they going to do this to Israel next?
	Because, you know, Israel is doing the same thing as well.
	Israel has legalized cannabis.
	And there are other countries that are lining up for this.
	Because this was a UN agenda and one by one people realize that this makes absolutely no sense.
	So you will be labeled as a drug trafficker even if you aren't in possession of cannabis when you cross the border.
	Just simply for working in the legal industry.
	This is an industry, by the way, that former Speaker of the House John Boehner hopes to become obscenely and filthily rich investing in.
	After he said he was unalterably opposed to legalizing marijuana, now he is trying to cash in big time, big time, going for the green.
	So, as we look at the experience, this is not something that has come from Jeff Sessions, by the way.
	I'm sure that he is on board with this, but this insanity has been around since 2013 at least.
	They talked in the article, the Vancouver Sun spoke to one woman, Jessica Goldstein.
	This happened to her in 2013 under Barack Obama's administration.
	She said, I'm 30, I'm a university student, I cross the border weekly to buy my gas and groceries.
	I own a vacation property near Mount Baker.
	My father is American.
	I have family in California.
	I've spent thousands of dollars in the U.S.
	It doesn't make any sense to me why they would turn me away.
	The agent interrogated me for about three hours and asked questions about my background, my history, my family, and drug use.
	I was just totally honest.
	She asked how long I'd smoked pot for.
	I said about 10 years.
	Then she asked how many times I'd smoked pot in my life.
	I didn't know the exact number.
	She said I'd told him probably about 500 times.
	She gave me a paper, then, saying that I was inadmissible to the U.S., that I couldn't cross until I get a waiver.
	And they turned us around, and we had to drive back.
	So now you can be banned for life.
	But as I said, better than getting a lifetime jail sentence.

	We just had an election here in Texas where we had a seat that had been solidly Democrat turned Republican.
	And nevertheless, we have a very tight race between the Irishman who considers himself, he's a trans-Hispanic as I said, Beto O'Rourke.
	His real name is Robert O'Rourke.
	He adopted an Hispanic nickname, Beto, which would be like saying Bob in English.
	And that's all you put up.
	He puts up on his signs is Beto.
	Yeah, I am Hispanic.
	Vote for me.
	And yet he's not.
	There's not anything about him that's Hispanic.
	He didn't even marry a Hispanic woman.
	But he goes by the name of Beto.
	Total fraud in this identity politics.
	And the guy is a George Soros liberal playing identity politics.
	Because he is a white male, an Irishman, he has to be a trans-Hispanic.
	Nevertheless, he speaks to a crowd yesterday and electrifies the crowd.
	Why?
	Because he calls for an end to marijuana prohibition.
	Why is it That conservatives like Ted Cruz can't figure out that that is unconstitutional and that it hasn't worked.
	I mean, you can't even support this on the grounds of efficacy.
	Alcohol prohibition didn't work, but they did it legally.
	They had enough respect for the Constitution and the 10th Amendment that they passed the 18th Amendment to prohibit alcohol.
	There is no respect for the Constitution anymore.
	And that should be our first concern.
	The fact that this is a war of drugs conducted on the American people, because it is a war on the American people as Beto O'Rourke said, but it is also a war of drugs.
	Our government and its connection to the poppy fields in Afghanistan and the crack cocaine epidemic They brought in to fund the Contras and so forth.
	It is a war of drugs conducted on the American people.
	Corruption.
	To fuel a militarized police force.
	And power for a world government.
	That is what's really behind this.
	And the conservatives need to wake up to this.
	And need to wake up to the fact that I understand.
	I don't want to see people on drugs.
	I don't use any drugs.
	Whenever I make fun of the Republicans for what they're doing here, like I did in the previous segment, we were talking about the fact that they're going to ban Canadians for life if they work in the legal cannabis industry.
	Because most of those cannabis products that are going to be coming into the United States, pretty much all of them that are going to be coming into the United States, are going to be medical in nature.
	And the Canadians have been able to produce hemp products Whether it is food sources or CBD oil or textiles, they've been able to produce that and had a monopoly on that.
	Other countries have because here in America, even though there is no psychoactive component to hemp, you can't get high on it.
	There's no THC in it.
	Hemp has been declared illegal here in the United States.
	So Canadians were making a lot of money growing hemp and selling the products.
	It's legal to buy those products here.
	But you can't grow the hemp here in the United States.
	That kind of insanity.
	And here's another example of it here in the race for Senate here in Texas.
	This kind of mindless Doing the same thing over and over again and getting the same failed results for 47 years.
	That's how long the War on Drugs has been going on.
	That's how long it's been since Richard Nixon declared it.
	And as I point out every time I talk about this, the War on Drugs was laid out in detail 10 years before Richard Nixon declared it.
	The four schedules of drugs and the drugs that are put into all those, that was a UN agenda, just like UN Agenda 21.
	Or the U.N.
	2030 Agenda for Sustainability.
	How many times are we going to go down this road with the U.N.?
	Whenever I see a U.N.
	agenda, I take the safety off of my gun.
	Why don't the other conservatives do this?
	And why don't they understand that after 47 years of the war on drugs, all we've gotten is corruption, the largest number of people in jail of any population in the world, both in terms of percentage and in terms of absolute numbers.
	We've jailed more people than the Chinese communists have.
	Why?
	Because of this UN war on drugs.
	And it has become worse.
	Because whenever you prohibit stuff like this, just as we saw with alcohol prohibition, it made the alcohol forms more intensified.
	That's what the smugglers do.
	And that will happen if they prohibit guns as well.
	Just for the liberals.
	And just for Beto O'Rourke.
	Because that's one of the other things that Beto O'Rourke wants to do.
	But listen to how he gets traction.
	You had recently The shooting in Dallas.
	You had an off-duty white female police officer go back to what she thought was her apartment.
	I don't know what she was on.
	What was she smoking?
	She goes in the wrong apartment, sees a black man there, pulls out her gun and shoots him dead.
	And nothing was really done to her.
	And then the police go through and try to cover up for their fellow police officer who murdered this man.
	Somebody like this does not belong on the force.
	You don't embrace this.
	You get rid of people who are dangerous like this.
	You don't keep them on the force.
	You don't cover for them.
	What they did was, and Beto O'Rourke said this in his speech, he said, we all want justice and the facts and the information to make an informed decision.
	What is released, however, to the public that this victim, this man, this black man who was shot in his own apartment for doing nothing, By the white police officer who went into the wrong apartment.
	He said what they released to us was that he had a small amount of marijuana in his kitchen.
	How can that be just in this country?
	That justifies her shooting him for that?
	She didn't know that when she shot him.
	Totally irrelevant, but they're going to use that to demonize this guy evidently and to justify her.
	So then Beto O'Rourke goes on to say, Robert O'Rourke.
	I have a hard time calling this guy Beto.
	That's such a fraud.
	But he says this.
	Let me ask you this.
	In a country where the majority of the states in the Union have already decided to make marijuana legal in one form or another, where people in California and Colorado and the Northwest are getting filthy rich legally selling marijuana today, who is going to be the last African-American boy or man to rot behind bars in Texas for something that's legal in almost every other single part of the country?
	Let's end that war on drugs right now, because it's a war on people.
	Well, he's absolutely right about that.
	You know, he can be right about an issue or two.
	He's wrong on virtually every other issue.
	But he's right about that.
	And then Ted Cruz comes out and says, with opioids ravaging so many American communities, Congressman Beto O'Rourke's radical resolution to legalize all narcotics...
	Why do the Republicans continue to do this nonsense?
	Pivot from marijuana, which can keep you off of opioids, use that as a painkiller, medical marijuana instead of opioids, and you won't get addicted.

	That's what all the people who have had their lives destroyed Even if they don't overdose with the opioids, why are we still pushing this equivalence and pivoting like we saw Chris Christie do?

	And so we gotta do something about Pott.
	That's what Chris Christie did when he was running for president.
	That's what Ted Cruz is doing.
	And then Ted Cruz comes out and says, don't blame the police officer.
	No, do blame the police officer.
	She shot an innocent man in his own apartment doing nothing.
	Nine activists spent two nights in jail protesting the death.
	But the officer who killed him was released on bond in two hours of turning herself in.
	Yeah, don't blame the police office.

	We're going to get into the latest developments in the Kavanaugh hearing.
	We also have now seen rules released, finally, from the Obama Department of Justice.
	Here are their rules for when it's allowed to spy on American journalists.
	And, of course, it involves the FISA Court, because that's where you go if you want to spy on Americans.
	Isn't that interesting?
	It's how they have turned everything in this country upside down.
	The FISA Act, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, the FISA court that was part of that, was set up in the aftermath, as I say all the time, in the aftermath of the Church and the Pike Committee hearings, the Frank Church hearings in the Senate, the Pike Committee hearings in the House,
	Because at the time it was known that the CIA and the NSA were illegally spying on Americans and they said you're not going to do that.
	So we're going to set up this watchdog structure here.
	We're going to call it FISA and the FISA court and we're going to use that to make sure that you don't illegally spy on Americans without a proper search warrant.
	So we're going to take all this stuff because this is allegedly involving espionage and so forth, and the FBI was involved in it as well.
	Because this is involving alleged charges of espionage and foreign agents, we'll allow you to spy on foreigners in foreign countries.
	But if you want to do it here in America, even on foreigners in America, you've got to get a real search warrant from a real court.
	But if this is something that has to do with national security and you want to get this search warrant to search foreigners, we'll let you do it with the FISA Court.
	Now they use that to get, as Rand Paul said, a search warrant on Mr. and Mrs. Verizon.
	Everybody on the network.
	And that's why we had whistleblowers in the NSA.
	Bill Binney, Thomas Drake, and others.
	Nobody listened to them.
	That's why you had Snowden do what Snowden did, because nobody listened to the NSA whistleblowers.
	So I want to get into that, and I want to say a little bit more about this election here between Beto, Robert O'Rourke, and Ted Cruz, and how I think Cruz is blowing it on the issues, so many issues, and the way that he is conducting himself, just tone-deaf in what he's doing, kind of what he did in the presidential election.
	I hate to see it, because I don't want to see A Congressman O'Rourke.
	I don't want to see a trans-Hispanic.
	Just run as what you... It's ridiculous, the identity politics.
	But he is a Soros frontman.

	Alright, we were talking about how Ted Cruz has surprisingly weighed in in defense of this police officer who went in the wrong apartment and killed a black man who was in his own apartment doing nothing.
	She was released within two hours.
	Nine people were held overnight who protested this.
	And you've got Ted Cruz out there saying, don't blame the police officer.
	Well, I think she shouldn't be a police officer.
	And you have Beto O'Rourke talking about the insanity of the drug war.
	But let's talk about the insanity of the other policies of Mr. Robert O'Rourke, the Soros candidate.
	And this is a shame, too, because we've seen that there's not necessarily a blue wave here in Texas.
	We just had a race, a runoff race, in a district that went heavily for Hillary Clinton in San Antonio, and it was just won by a Republican.
	This has historically been a Democrat seat, and it was just won by a Republican.
	This is not something that is happening statewide.
	Ted Cruz loses this race.
	It's simply Ted Cruz.
	But you've got some gun-toting Texans embracing the Democrats' call for tougher firearm laws, according to Reuters.
	Everybody in the mainstream media is pushing this trans-Hispanic Robert O'Rourke.
	Texas cattle rancher, says Reuters.
	Bill Martin is a lifelong Republican who owns more than 20 firearms and has been shooting guns since the age of six.
	He is now considering The once unthinkable, voting for a Democrat Senate candidate who wants tougher gun laws.
	And not only that, but he wants open borders, he wants abortion, he wants higher taxes, he wants Medicare for all.
	Go down the Soros list and Beto O'Rourke wants all of that.
	And the reason that they give in this Reuters propaganda piece is that this guy, Bill Martin, says he is sick of gun violence, especially Because 26 people died in the church massacre last year.
	They do not mention and evidently Bill Martin is not aware of the fact that the man who stopped the shooter had the same firearm.
	The hero had an AR-15 and that's what he used to go up against the bad guy that was killing people, the AR-15.
	Now, I know it was reported by CNN that the hero had a shotgun.
	That was wrong.
	And I broke that news on the Monday after the shooting on Sunday.
	Right here on Real News, in the morning, I talked to Mark Collins.
	And we've interviewed Mark Collins many times.
	He is a Christian, a libertarian.
	He was in the movie, Revelation, the movie.

	He plays George Washington in that.
	I mean, he is a doppelganger for George Washington.
	It's absolutely amazing.
	He's got on his business card a picture with his face on one side and George Washington's face on the other.
	And they are identical.
	And identical in stature as well.

	So he goes around and he teaches, tries to teach history to the kids.
	He's also a pastor.
	He dresses up as George Washington and talks to them about American history.
	And gives them a real education.
	But he was a former pastor at that church, and he knew those people, and he knew the man who stopped the killer.
	And I interviewed him first thing that morning, and he said, no, no, no, it's being reported that it's a shotgun, but it was an AR-15 that he had.
	And so when I look at this, why would this guy say, well, we want to ban the AR-15?
	That was what the hero used.
	And then, of course, there's taxes as well.
	As the Washington Examiner points out, if Democrats take control of Congress in November, they will impose massive tax hikes.
	We'll have open borders, we'll have higher taxes, we'll have more Obamacare mandates, we'll have Medicare for all!
	Medicare for all!
	You want that?
	You want gun prohibition?
	You want abortion on demand?
	You want to bring people in from other countries and pay for their abortions?
	Yeah, well then vote for Beto O'Rourke.
	As bad a candidate as Ted Cruz is, he is right on most of the issues.
	And on the ones that he's wrong on, and there's many issues that Ted Cruz is wrong on, but the issues that Ted Cruz is wrong on that Democrats are on the same side of that issue as well.
	There's no difference.
	And they're even more committed to those wrong issues than the Republicans are.
	There's also other signs that the Democrats don't necessarily have a red wave.
	We've got Donna Shalala.
	Remember her?
	The Health and Human Services Secretary, former under President Clinton.
	Donna Shalala.
	She is now running for Congress in Florida.
	And this is a district that they thought was going to be, they thought she would be a shoe-in in Florida.
	Now this was a Republican district.
	But they said that it's not looking too good for Donna Shalala.
	They're saying that Donna's campaign change in April went from active mode to sleep mode and she hasn't woken up, said a longtime critic of Shalala's and a Miami-Dade County Democrat Executive Committee member.
	And so the Democrats are upset with her because she is losing to a very charismatic former reporter Uh, who is Hispanic, Maria Elvira Salazar.
	Now she says she'll vote for any type of tower, any type of guards at the U.S.-Mexico border.
	And she is leading in the polls.
	She's gonna beat Donna Shalala.
	It looks like the Democrats are furious because of the pathetic campaign that Donna Shalala is running.

	They thought that would help their awards because they were going to be going opposite Sunday Night Football in past years.
	So they said, well, we'll do this against Monday Night Football, which typically draws a much smaller audience than Sunday Night Football.
	But that isn't the issue.
	When you turn on the television, what do you see?
	You either see the Nike commercials supporting the NFL, or you can watch the enemy awards.
	This is how they have taken over total control of the airwaves.
	Absolutely amazing to see the kind of stuff that's going there.
	Hollywood may have laughed when Emmy's host Michael Che said that only The only white people who think Jesus are Republicans and ex-crackheads.
	There you go.
	As Fox News said, they basically gave the middle finger to middle America.
	And it was about nothing but race, race, race, race, race.
	Constantly talking.
	White this, male that.
	Well, nobody's watching.
	And so it has gone to an all-time low.
	They had a 10% collapse from year to year.
	Going the same way as an EFL.
	And again, as I said, when we turn on the television, what are you going to watch?
	The NFL, or the Enemy Awards, and so nobody is turning on the television.
	And as we're talking about Beto O'Rourke, this headline here from the Babylon Bee, which is a satire site, I read you some stuff earlier, and I said, you know, this actually, when we talk about banning Canadians for life because they admit to smoking pot, As they're crossing the border.
	That was not from The Onion.
	That's from real life.
	That's real American policy.
	But this is from the Babylon Bee.
	This is a satire site headline.
	Socialist leaders clarify, we want socialism for everybody else.
	I'm doing pretty well for myself and I don't need socialism, says Bernie Sanders, but other people aren't doing so well and we should redistribute their wealth amongst each other.
	But I'm fine as I am.
	I show pictures of Ocasio-Cortez, also her $3,500 pantsuit, as we have the 3,500% increase in minimum wage in Venezuela, causing 40% of the businesses there to close.
	You know, that's just, that's socialist economics.
	You just add zeros to the paychecks and you drop zeros from your hyperinflating currency.
	They dropped five zeros from the currency there.
	And as I reported before, when a guy goes to try to get some cash out of the ATM, because they had devalued the currency by dropping five zeros off of it, the maximum amount he could get out was 15 cents.
	But even though they have raised the minimum wage, they're 3,500 percent.
	Nobody can still afford anything, because they're still making nothing.
	And as the Babylon Beast quotes Jim Carrey, he said, while the salary he gets paid could be redistributed to support countless other struggling actors, that was never his intention with socialism.
	Jim Carrey says, we need to take from the billionaires, but us lowly workers with barely a hundred million to rub together should be left alone.
	That's right.
	Practice charity with other people's money.
	That's the way these people get into office.

	In America today, the government does whatever it wants.

	They do whatever they want.
	They justify it however they wish.
	They justify it by saying, we're going to keep you safe.
	So give up your liberty We're going to make you secure.
	Give up your privacy.
	How secure, how private are things now?
	You know, how secure are you?
	How safe are you?
	Well, you're never going to be.
	And of course, you know, we look at a lot of people say, well, we don't have, he does make a case that we violated the Third Amendment.
	The Third Amendment says you can't be forced to quarter soldiers in your house.
	Well, how much longer is it going to be before that happens?
	I don't really think that's going to happen because they're going to put us in micro apartments and we won't be able to fit in there with the SWAT team.
	But we do have a militarized police.
	And we have a permanent army.
	That's what the militarized police are.
	We were never intended to have one of the largest armies in the world.
	standing watch over us.
	And that's what it amounts to.
	If you look at the number of police officers that we have and how militarized they've become, it's no question it's an army.
	But if you just look at the number of police officers we have in this country, we would have the second largest army in the world, second only to the American Army.
	Which, by the way, is not in America.
	It's everywhere else.
	We can't even protect our borders with that massive army.
	Either the actual army or the army of police.
	Can't be done.
	Can't find it in the budget.
	We can spend three hundred billion dollars in two weeks.
	That's what they're going to do in the next two weeks.
	But we can't spend any money from the defense budget to defend our borders.
	Even when we know we have massive influx of drug cartels.
	I've got a article here about a Mexican street dogs fighting over discarded human head in Tijuana.
	We've had so many people killed over the war on drugs and the dangerous cartels we've created in Mexico, but we can't protect ourselves from that.
	We can't protect ourselves from terrorists who could easily go into the southern border and just walk across.
	Can't protect ourselves from that, but we can go protect every other border everywhere.
	And when we talk about the Third Amendment, I think where it really applies is in surveillance.
	That's really where we are quartering these people.
	That's really how they live with us.
	Big Brother is in the room with you all the time.
	And you're paying for the bandwidth for him to spy on you, aren't you?
	And as they said in those slides that I love to talk about, who thought that in 1984, and they show the picture of the 1984 Super Bowl commercial, That this would become Big Brother, and they show Steve Jobs holding up the iPhone, and that the zombies would line up to pay for it, and they show the eager crowds at the release of iPhone 4.
	Of course, it could be any of the iPhones when they do that.
	So we buy Big Brother, and we pay for the bandwidth, and he lives with us in our homes, and will live with us in our micro-apartments, because it's just not practical for the SWAT team to move in.
	They'll kick the door in and shoot people when necessary, but they can't be there all the time, right?
	And so what are these new rules that we've just learned about?
	As CommonDreams.org is pointing out, civil liberties advocates have long suspected secret FISA court orders may be used and abused to conduct surveillance on journalists.
	The government, to our knowledge, has never acknowledged that they've ever contemplated doing so before the release of these documents today.
	And so what we have seen, obtained and released by the Freedom of Press Foundation and the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University, under a FOIA lawsuit, because you have to not, it's not enough that we have the Freedom of Information Act, FOIA.
	They will never comply with FOIA.
	We have to sue them.
	So the process is you ask the government for information that they should turn over to you.
	And then they refuse.
	And so then you take them into court.
	And for the time being right now you have courts will frequently say, yeah you gotta turn the information over.
	How much longer is that going to happen?
	Here we have these star chambers like this.
	It is really like a Kafka novel.
	Like the trial.
	Where the guy, maybe you saw it, I think it was directed by Orson Welles.
	It has Anthony Perkins in it.
	It's very, you know, perfect.
	The guy that was the killer in Psycho.
	He had that nervous paranoia.
	He had a patent on that.
	I mean, nobody else did it like Anthony Perkins.
	And so they put him in this Kafka story, The Trial.
	And all of a sudden, you know, he's trying to figure out what's going on.
	Nobody will tell him.
	Why he's in trouble?
	He can't find out what the charge is against him?
	That's the world that we live in.
	The world we live in is a combination of Brave New World, where if you're content, the people that give us the enemy awards will anesthetize you with the opioids that they put through the television screen.
	They'll entertain you to death, or they'll give you a video game, or they'll give you real drugs, or they'll Get you to engage in promiscuous acts or whatever.
	They'll replace the parents with sex robots.
	They'll manufacture the babies.
	They're working on that.
	So it's Brave New World for anybody that's not really paying much attention.
	If you pay attention, you'll get the 1984 treatment.
	And who knows?
	You might get the Kafka treatment even if you decide to live in the Brave New World.
	Because you never know when they're going to finger the wrong person.
	But anyway, they have confirmed now with this FOIA request long-held suspicions that federal officials can target journalists with FISA orders, the same stuff that is being used as part of this persecution of President Trump.
	Two 2015 memos from former Attorney General Eric Holder to the FBI lay out the procedures.
	For them to sign off on any FISA applications, quote, targeting known media entities or known members of the media.
	Because why?
	Is it because they committed a crime?
	No, no, no.
	They're interesting people.
	Interesting people.
	As a reporter for The Intercept said, this applies to media entities or journalists who are thought to be agents of a foreign government or in some cases are of interest.
	Under the broader standard, That they possess foreign intelligence information.
	So they have a broader standard than just being an agent of foreign governments.
	But remember that anybody who has ever appeared on RT or Sputnik or ever worked for them is now considered to be a foreign agent under the new perspectives.
	And of course WikiLeaks, the government has said, is an intelligence operation.
	So a staff attorney with Knight Institute said there's a lack of clarity on the circumstances when the government might consider a journalist to be an agent of a foreign power.
	Oh, that's putting it mildly.
	Freedom Press Foundation said the fact that these were kept secret during the Obama administration is cause for great concern.
	And now they're concerned because they think that President Trump is even more hostile to the media.

	We're going to be talking to Simon Roche from South Africa.
	We're going to get an update On what is going on there as the Marxists want the property of white people and they're saying simply because you're white is enough reason for us to take your property without compensation.
	And if you try to resist us we will kill you.
	But they may not even need that much of a reason.
	They've been out on the streets chanting kill the white, kill the white for quite some time.
	So we're going to get an update from Simon Roche as to what's going on in South Africa.
	I want to finish with what we're talking about in terms of the rules Quote-unquote, the rules for radical surveillance of journalists.
	They were put in by the Obama administration.
	It has just now been discovered with a Freedom of Information Act.
	They had to do a lawsuit because the government doesn't obey the FOIA law.
	They don't obey the FISA law either.
	They use these things as they wish.
	Uh, and so they were saying, well, we're really concerned about this because now we're concerned about President Trump.
	It was okay when Obama was surveilling journalists.
	And you know, when I talk about the NSA whistleblowers, Thomas Drake, who they came after, uh, in the hardest way, tried to get off of things that were not even classified confidential.
	Saying, oh, you've got this information at home.
	Which is, isn't that kind of what Hillary Clinton did?
	Except she wasn't doing it with stuff that wasn't even classified as confidential.
	This is stuff like, no security, or know your enemy, or something.
	Generalized things like that that weren't even classified.
	They went back and classified them after the fact.
	And classified them as confidential.
	And then tried to put him in jail for a very long time.
	As they did put that sailor.
	in jail for having pictures of where he was on the submarine as a souvenir.
	I said, well, anything that you take a picture of inside a submarine is instantly classified as confidential.
	And yet the conversations that Hillary Clinton was having were instantly classified above top secret because she was talking to foreign heads of state.
	And she was using her BlackBerry on a trip in Russia.
	And she had a Chinese A piece of code on her server that was sending a courtesy copy of every email she received and sent to the Chinese government.
	But, you know, let's not worry about Hillary Clinton.
	It's only these people like Thomas Drake, the whistleblower, that we need to try to send to jail.
	Or the Navy sailor.
	It's that kind of double standard that we see.
	So, as they're looking at this, they said, this raises several questions.
	Number one, how many times have FISA court orders been used to target journalists?
	Number two, why did the Justice Department keep these rules secret, even in their very existence, when the Justice Department updated its media guidelines in 2015 with great fanfare?
	Again, this was Eric Holder and the Obama Department of Justice.
	Said, oh look, we've got new media guidelines, quote-unquote.
	And they didn't mention the fact that they were going to use the FISA court to spy on journalists.
	Why?
	Well, because they can do it secretly.
	Number three, if these rules can now be released to the public, why are the FBI's very similar rules for targeting journalists with due process-free national security letters still considered classified?
	Good questions, all.
	Now get ready with that clip of Michael Hayden, because as Reason Magazine is looking at this, they have quotes from various people who are weighing in on this.
	I see a problem with this, but evidently the people at that bastion for Free speech, Berkeley, don't.
	Berkeley used to be the forefront of the free speech movement.
	Remember?
	When their free speech was about protesting the Vietnam War.
	But now that things have changed, Berkeley has taken the lead in anti-free speech.
	And it may be because you've got people like this Berkeley Law Professor, Jim Dempsey, a former member of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board.
	Yeah, well, I guess we could say that's all former.
	Former privacy.
	Former civil liberties.
	Because he had this to say.
	A recognition that monitoring journalists poses special concerns and requires higher approval, I see that as a positive.
	As something that the media should welcome.
	So we should be happy about the fact.
	That they have to get higher approval for us.
	You know, it's not enough that they follow the Constitution.
	They don't have to do that kind of higher approval.
	You don't have to actually follow the law in due process.
	You don't actually have to have evidence that a crime was committed and be specific about where you are going to search, what you are searching for, the crime that was committed, and the reason that you're going to be searching.
	No, you don't have to do any of that.
	No, no, no, no, no.
	But we should be grateful That journalists are of special concern to them, and it requires a higher approval.
	You know, the Attorney General can do this for us.
	Patrick Eddington, a policy analyst in Homeland Security and Civil Liberties at the Cato Institute, however, disagreed.
	He said, if the government wants to conduct surveillance of any American for alleged criminal conduct, they should have to obtain a probable cause-based warrant.
	Well, see, that's the whole point.
	They don't say that it's for crime.
	It's just like civil asset forfeiture.
	They call it civil because they say, well, we're not charging you with a crime.
	We will never charge you with a crime.
	We will just take your property.
	We'll take your cash.
	We'll take your car.
	We'll take your plane.
	We'll take your home.
	We'll never charge you with a drug crime.
	We don't have to prove that you committed a crime.
	We don't even charge you with a crime.
	And if you want to get your property back, you will have to sue us in civil court.
	And so what they're saying here is that, well, we're not looking for criminal conduct.
	We're just doing what Michael Hayden said when he talked to the law students at Washington and Lee.
	I'll play this for you again.
	It's not about looking for people who have committed crimes or bad people.
	It's about interesting people.
	Here is Michael Hayden, former head of the NSA, former head of the CIA.

	Not about guilt.
	In fact, in fact, let me be really clear, okay?
	NSA doesn't just listen to bad people.
	NSA listens to interesting people.
	I hope I play that enough times that at least my audience understands what this is all really about.
	The only people, you ought to have to have evidence of a crime before you get a search warrant.
	And there's a process for what you have to do with that.
	Here, the only people committing a crime are the law enforcement agents who are illegally surveilling people simply because they're interesting people.
	They want to come after President Trump and the people around the Trump campaign.
	They want to come after journalists.
	Why?
	Because they're interesting people.
	They're interesting because they don't agree with your politics.
	They're not surveilling.
	Certain parties, certain political beliefs, because they don't find that to be very interesting.
	They're not coming after Hillary Clinton.
	They're going to leave the left-wing journalists alone, at least for the time being.
	All you left-wing journalists who just feel, who feel very comfortable with this, all you Berkeley Law professors who think this is something positive that the media should welcome, well, you think about what's going to happen eventually when you get somebody in there who is of a different political persuasion.
	And wants to use this as a weapon.
	As we have seen the IRS used as a weapon against conservatives.
	As we have seen social media used as a weapon against conservatives.
	Your time is coming.

	We're either going to hang together against this tyranny or we're going to hang separately.

	We've had him on before.
	An organization called Suedlanders.org.
	That's S-U-I-D-L-A-N-D-E-R-S dot org.
	We're going to talk to him about an organization today, Black Land First, or actually it's a BLF.
	Kind of like BLM here, you know.
	Instead of Black Lives Matter, it's Black Land Matters.
	And they're going to take white lives so they can get what they say is black land, which would be all land in South Africa.
	They say it belongs to the blacks.
	But it's also Black First, Land First.
	Is the other name that the organization goes for, but they do abbreviate that BLF.
	We're going to talk to him about the current situation in South Africa since we last talked, and of course Simon is head of the office of the headquarters of the world's largest non-state civil defense organization, Suidlanders of South Africa.
	He was once an activist for the ANC, and now the ANC has revealed themselves to be racist, On the verge of pushing white genocide, and as a precursor to that, they are pushing confiscation of white farmland.
	So joining us now is Simon Roche.

	I've got an article here that is coming out of Zimbabwe.
	It says, white existence is a crime And this is a spokesperson, a couple of spokespersons are quoted in this article, this organization Black First Land First.
	Tell us a little bit about that organization.
	Well, as you may know, our ruling party is the African National Congress of Nelson Mandela fame, and they spawned a Marxist version of themselves to occupy unfashionable political territory.
	It's a lapdog of the ANC called the EFF, the Economic Freedom Fighters under Julius Malema.
	As a parliamentary party, there were certain activities that they couldn't get involved in, certain positions that they couldn't hold, and so they spawned an extra-parliamentary party called Black First Land First, whose acronym is BLF for some strange reason.
	I've never found out why.
	Black First, Land First is devoted entirely to recovering, as they would have it, all of the land in South Africa for blacks and blacks only.
	Yeah, they ought to just, like I said, they ought to go with just BLM.
	They could call it Black Land Matters.
	It's the same philosophy that we're seeing here in America, and that's what people need to understand.
	Where we're headed.
	You're already there.
	Many of us were saying that this is what was going to result with Nelson Mandela, because it's what Marxists always do.
	We saw this happen in Zimbabwe when the Marxists there took over, besides the hyperinflation.
	I was just speaking at a conference this last weekend.
	We had somebody there from South Africa.
	We also had somebody there from Zimbabwe.
	She was telling me how some of the white farmers were able to kind of keep control of their property a little bit longer because they didn't take it away if they could show that they had gold there, so they could turn into miners.
	I don't know why they decided they would take the farmland, but they wouldn't take the gold mines.
	But anyway, that's something of a Minor loophole to keep going but there were some amazing quotes in this article talking about their slogan is land or death and you said that the EFF was a spinoff of the ANC and these people are spinoff of them but of course Malema He's out there saying kill the boar and singing about it and so forth.
	He did get in a little bit of trouble, I guess, with social media.
	He had to alter the lyrics slightly.
	But he's made it very clear that he's going to kill white people.
	He said, I may not be the one who organizes it, but it's going to happen.
	Yeah, yeah.
	And he's spoken about cutting the throat of whiteness.
	And we've just had a dude, the newly elected chairman of the Student Council of what was formerly one of the most conservative Calvinist universities in the world, Declare that whites are no longer welcome at that university.
	So there is all of this rhetoric going on, whether it's from the EFF or from our former president who used to freely sing the song, kill the farmer, kill the Boer, or alternatively the song, bring me my machine gun so that we can hunt them down.
	This rhetoric is pretty pervasive at the moment, Mr Knight.
	And the thing is, is that we're talking about saying whites are not welcome at that Calvinist University.
	That doesn't sound that much different from what we're seeing in the United States right now.
	You don't have anybody holding rallies and saying, uh, kill the white man, bring me my machine gun.
	But that's going to follow if we continue that because it's just a generational thing and we have seen this get worse every 10-15 years because this is the educational system, the hatred that is being instilled in the American education system and we can see that's why it's important to have you on.
	I want to bring attention to your situation.
	Hopefully you can get some outside help and people can contribute to your organization and support you there but people in America need to understand The end result of these same policies that are being pushed in our universities right now, because our universities don't sound any different from that.
	I mean, we've seen all of those types of things at university after university.
	It's not okay to be white.
	People put those signs up and they had people rip those down and get very upset about that.
	Well, Mr Knight, we spent six months in the USA last year touring around, chatting to people, and on numerous occasions people would say things like, we're just two generations behind you, or we're a generation behind you, or we're 20 years behind you, that sort of thing.
	But we always said to them very politely, Look, we have watched this movie before.
	We know how it ends.
	Take our word for it when we tell you that you are maybe 10 years behind us.
	Not necessarily in every single aspect of your society, but then again, some aspects of your society are more radical, more leftist, more humanist, more moral relativist than ours are.
	But if you are to take it as an average, you're probably just about a decade behind us.
	I would agree.
	I would agree.
	As I said last week when I spoke at the conference, I said I think we are up for amazing transformation of our society by the year 2030 in America and Americans don't realize just how close we are to that.
	It's going to have a lot of different components of it.
	One of them is going to be race.
	There's a lot of other things that are going to be pushed on us in the name of environmentalism, but there's a lot of that's being pushed on us in the name of racism, and it is all for a radical transformation of our society.
	It's being directed by the globalists, and this is a global issue, and that's why we stand with you, because your problems are really our problems, and as you point out, I don't think we are more than a decade away from what you are facing right now.
	Well, you know, if you If you say that this thing is being driven by the globalists, which we would agree with, then I would mention to you that a liberal left-wing organization in South Africa called the Institute for Race Relations recently dropped an absolute bombshell when it revealed the ANC's plan that it goes back to a speech written by Vladimir Lenin.
	Or a document written by Vladimir Lenin, and these guys provided a brilliant, a scholarly analysis of how the ANC's commitment is ultimately to removing the Judeo-Christian tradition from South Africa.
	Now, I would say to you that it is probably not far away in the USA if we talk about removing the Judeo-Christian tradition, erasing your culture, getting rid of whiteness, Before, you find on social media and in community platforms, people saying things like, well, if that white girl won't go out with a black man, it just shows what a racist she is.
	And this sort of guilt will be employed at different levels.
	And it seems that in your society, that is where you guys are most vulnerable.
	There is this kind of American guilt complex, this thing whereby Americans tend to be tend to feel as if they have something for nothing.
	You find it all across the USA relative to other cultures.
	And they have to compensate for it. It's the privileged culture that they push in college. And of course this goes back to the Marxist revolutionaries, Bill Ayers and others. They popularized this whole idea of white skin privilege. Now everything that anybody who has anything is privileged that must be taken away.

	Well, we have seen this game before.
	We saw it in Zimbabwe.
	We see the early stages of it here in America.

	And he is head of the office of the headquarters of the world's largest non-state civil defense organization in South Africa.

	You have, as we were talking about in the last segment, An organization called BLF, which actually their slogan is Black First, Land First.
	And their position is that all property that is owned by white people is stolen property and must be taken.
	And if anybody gets in their way, they will take their lives.
	And so this is what is being promoted there.
	And as we were talking about before we went to the break, we're seeing the same thing happen here in America.
	Saying white people are not allowed in this university, they're not allowed in this event, they're not allowed in this organization.
	Posters that were put up by 4chan to make a point.
	They say, hey it's Halloween, you can walk around with a Halloween mask on so they can't see who's doing it.
	You can put up signs that say it's okay to be white and watch how the universities and the press freak out about that.
	And they did.
	They did freak out about that because it is not okay to be white in America.
	And we can see where this kind of hatred is headed and we know where it is coming from.
	We know that these societies that stand in the way of the globalists must be taken down.
	They must level them so they can build their one world government.
	That's why they are working on the destruction of Western societies.
	And one of the key things that always stands in the way of the communists and the globalists are the Christians because the Christians have absolutes that are real and they can't be tolerated by the arbitrary absolutes of these dictators.
	That's what Francis Schaeffer told us.
	So, I want to go to Simon.
	Simon, tell us a little bit about this Section 25 of the Constitution that they want to scrap entirely.
	Prior to the 1994 elections, which were won by the African National Congress under the leadership of Nelson Mandela, extensive negotiations were held between the ANC particularly and the Apartheid government to try to establish some sort of common understanding of how The ANC, assuming they would win the elections, would run the country.
	And those led to our constitution.
	Section 25 governs the property rights.
	The inalienability of property rights, if you like.
	And we were assured by the African National Congress that the property would always remain sacrosanct.
	Private property would be sacrosanct.
	And the government, in wanting to take away the white-owned farmland, was challenged from certain quarters, told, look, if you do so, you may be breaking the Constitution.
	So the ANC government is now pursuing a program regarding changing the Constitution.
	So that there is no longer this kind of obstacle to arbitrarily taking privately white-owned property.
	And that seems to be the main point of disagreement between the Communist ANC leader and Malema, who is head of the EFF.
	Malema says, just take it.
	And the ANC guy says, no, we'll do it legally by changing the Constitution and then taking it.
	Exactly, and either way, I mean, either way is just as bad.
	In fact, I would say that the latter scenario is worse, because once you begin changing the Constitution, where do you stop?
	Yeah, exactly, exactly.
	And so what they want to do is they want to change the Constitution and basically say that all land owned by white people is stolen property, right?
	That's right, which is an absolute fallacy.
	Just recently the king of Swaziland, which is more or less an enclave within South Africa, an independent state, a sovereign state, a monarchy, mentioned that in fact much of the land near to his country, but in South Africa, That the government and the EFF are saying was stolen by whites was in fact given to the white farmers by his great-grandfather.
	It was a gift.
	From the Swazi people.
	And of course, this guy who was kind of at the center of this, I think he's got a ranch that he uses for hunting.
	He's not necessarily a farmer, but he bought this land 20 years ago, I think, and they only want to give him 10% of the value of the property.
	And he said, I'm not selling it for that, and if you try to take it, I will defend it with my life.
	And so they're saying, yeah, we're going to do that.
	But he bought that just 20 years ago.
	That's exactly correct, and some transactions have happened very recently.
	This morning I was chatting to a local farmer, an irrigation farmer, that is to say a crop farmer, and he was saying to me, I have come to the realisation that I've spent my whole life Working my fingers to the bone for somebody else, because they are going to come and take this land.
	Now, similarly, the chap on Akalong Budere, to whom you alluded, who bought his property 20 years ago, has since discovered that there's coal beneath that soil.
	And it now transpires that the government has a heads of agreement with China to set up a coal-powered electricity plant and a steel plant and all sorts of other related plants on that land where all that abundance of coal is.
	You see, that's how we see this lining up with what's happening in America.
	When we look at Agenda 21 and the drive to run people like the Bundys and the other farmers.
	Who was the last farmer in that area?
	They'd had over 50 farmers in that area.
	They had run them off the land.
	And then we find that there are numerous agreements for things that are mineral rights, or surface rights, or putting up solar farms, things that are going to be done with foreign corporations, just like John McCain set up a deal with a foreign copper company to take over a massive area of public land.
	Once they get all of the private property rights, and again these farmers have private property, they didn't own the land like you guys own the land in South Africa, but they had property rights for grazing, they had property rights for water, they had property rights for logging or for mining and every one of those can exist concurrently on the same piece of property but they are all private property rights and they can take that to the bank and they can borrow money on it and so forth, they can sell it and so by taking those property rights from people
	then once they get it just like you're talking about there in South Africa they can turn it over to a foreign government like you're talking about in this case China.
	China is going rampant throughout Africa in a kind of neo-colonialism, going for the natural resources throughout Africa, setting it up for coal, setting it up for coal plants and so forth, and steel processing.
	That's the endgame of all of this.
	And that's the globalist endgame that is happening to you as well as to us.
	But we look at this Black First, Land First.
	And again, it looks very much like Black Lives Matter.
	Many people have said, you know, when you're talking about Black Lives Matter, it kind of sounds like you're saying Black Lives Only Matter.
	And that's specifically what they're saying in South Africa.
	That's exactly what they're saying, and they fully appreciate the consequences of their actions.
	You know, one of the errors that we make, David, as white people, particularly in South Africa, is to say things like, well, they're so stupid, don't they know what they're doing, and they're a bunch of fools, this, that, and the next thing.
	And nothing could be further from the truth, because the cream of the crop of black intellect in South Africa is to be found in the tripartite alliance of the ANC and the South African Communist Party and the Congress of South African Trade Unions.
	That's where the geniuses sit who calculate all of this thing, and they're not oblivious to the facts.
	For example, there are about 30,000 white-owned farms left in South Africa, perhaps slightly fewer.
	Now, how can you possibly give 30,000 farms to let's say 45 million black people and expect people to be satisfied.
	There's just no way. The math doesn't work. It has got nothing, nothing whatsoever to do with returning the land to the people in the first place.
	Oh yeah, we've always seen that. That has always been the case of the Marxists and the Socialists.
	It's the leaders who keep the property.
	We saw that in Venezuela as well.
	But when we see things like this, Mazdorp, who's with that Black First Land First organization, has said on Twitter and on Facebook, I have aspirations to kill white people and this must be achieved.
	When we see this kind of stuff, when we see the kind of quotes from Malema put out there, and you have the media, when we interview you, push back against us and say, look at this, these people are a bunch of white supremacists and so forth.
	They make excuses for that.
	And I have to say to Americans, you realize how dangerous this is?
	When the media excuses quotes like this?
	These people should be vilified by everybody in the U.S.
	media, but they aren't.

	There was an interview last night on ABC News with someone who is defending the social tracking that is happening in China, the scorecards, the social credit system.
	They don't have it fully implemented yet.
	They do have it applied to millions of people, and we've already seen the effects, and we've reported on the effects of it.
	And then, of course, just a couple of months after we reported the fact that people are being punished because they had social demerits, we saw that the same system is being created by Facebook.
	Isn't that interesting?
	You know, DARPA had their system that they imagined, that they fantasized, that they longed for, where they could follow everything that you do in your entire life.
	You know, that threat that you used to hear when I was a student.
	We're going to put that on your permanent record.
	Well, now everything is your permanent record.
	And so DARPA talked about the fact they wanted to create LifeLog, where they would track and record everything that you do.
	And they got some pushback against that.
	They got some pushback against their total information awareness program.
	People said, well, besides sounding creepy, we don't think the government should be doing that.
	And why is spying on the American people And keeping a log of everything they do in their life, why is that considered to be an activity that the Defense Department would do?
	Because folks, if you have a standing army, it's eventually going to be standing on your throat.
	And that's what we have created in this country now.
	We were intended to have local elected sheriffs elected and accountable to the people.
	And a couple of deputies.
	And they would be the professionals that would organize the community.
	The posse comitatus means the power is in the community.
	Posse.
	The power is in the community.

	And so posse comitatus was meant to say the power was going to remain in the community, not in the government.
	If there was a situation, a crime being committed, something that had happened, we need to catch the crime.
	You've seen the westerns where they get the posse together.
	That was the model.
	We would have an armed citizenry that was trained, that could defend their community and could defend the country if necessary.
	There was never to be a standing army.
	A permanent Navy?
	Yes.
	With soldiers on board?
	Yes.
	The Marines.
	But not a standing army.
	Because armies turn into tyrannies.
	But now we do have a standing army.
	And we have a militarized police force.
	And our army is abroad, as a tool of the globalist organizations.
	And so when you look at this social credit score, understand that's going to be implemented.
	The day that they shut down LifeLog?
	February the 4th, 2004.
	The day that Facebook began.
	They don't need to create that.
	Facebook has got it there for them.
	They don't need a social credit score.
	Facebook is doing that for them.
	But here's how it looks in China.
	An active pilot program, of course, has already seen millions of people there.
	They're going to implement this fully for everybody.
	100% by 2020. 1.4 billion people will be monitored 24-7-365 by 2020.
	100% by 2020.
	And this is going to be facial recognition, body scanning, geo-tracking.
	It's already being done to millions of people.
	They have a network already of 200 million surveillance cameras.
	And as they're talking about it, they started talking about this mandatory social credit system back in 2014.
	Their slogan was, keeping trust is glorious.
	Breaking trust is disgraceful.
	And last night on ABC, one of the Managers said, if people keep their promises, they can go anywhere in the world.
	If people break their promises, they won't be able to move an inch.
	So, you know, if you're a top citizen, you get things like deposits waived on hotels and rental cars and discounted loans.
	You get job applications fast-tracked.
	You get the best universities.
	If you are not black, what do they do?
	Well, the first thing they do is they ban you on social media.
	Ah, that sounds familiar.
	Then you can't get a job.
	Then you can't travel.
	Living in volcano may sound more dramatic than it really is.
	The real drama can be found here in Leilani Estates.
	But a lot of us on the big island rely on rainwater and we need to be concerned about ash and acid rain.

	We're talking to Simon Roche, In the last half hour, he was talking about the fact that they've already uncovered information that this high-profile case, the rancher who bought his land 20 years ago, they only want to pay him 10% of it.
	He said, I'm not selling it for 10%.
	I will fight and defend this with my life.
	He has now learned that they've already decided what they're going to do with his land.
	There's coal underneath it.
	They have made contracts with the Chinese.
	And they're going to have coal mines, they're going to have steel factories that they're going to put up in that area.
	This is exactly what we have already seen in America.
	This is what has already been done by the Bureau of Land Management.
	That other BLM.
	Yeah, they got a Bureau of Land Management in Africa.
	Blacks first, land first.
	Or BLF, they call it there.
	Well, we have the BLM.
	And the M, the management part, is to manage you off of the land.
	Not to manage the use of the land, not to allocate resources, not to collect fees, but to manage the farmers off of the land to take their property and to turn it over to large corporations.
	We saw this happen in Arizona by the beloved John McCain.
	Tonto National Forest.
	It was an area that was already something that was not used by any ranchers.
	It was used recreationally.
	You know, that's part of the justification.
	We've got to get Cliven and his cattle off of the ranch.
	We've got the other 50 plus ranchers off.
	Now we've got to get Cliven out of there.
	You know, because we need to have this as a recreational area.
	And while we were there, they were attacking people who were there using it for recreational purposes as well.
	Thought they might be protesters.
	So just go up and attack them first and find out later who they really are.
	We've seen that kind of tactic before.
	But in the Toronto National Forest, this is an area that had historical and religious significance to the Apaches.
	One of the places of last resistance that they had.
	An area of recreational use that was set aside.
	But of course John McCain, just like his counterpart in Nevada, Harry Reid, was very active in making sure that this is going to be turned over to a foreign corporation.
	And they're going to create a massive copper mining pit there that will be so large it can be seen from space.
	And so in South Africa it's no surprise to see that they've already designed their plans to turn them over to the globalists, to the Chinese and so forth.
	We see this happening everywhere.
	Google Who is supporting China in every way possible.
	That was the only reason that they were having the hearings there.
	Marco Rubio wanted to have them in to make sure they're going to work for the US government and not for the Chinese government.
	But he didn't care if they're going to throttle your free speech or throttle the free press rights of Infowars.
	He didn't care about that.
	He didn't have anybody there to testify about that.
	He was simply there to make sure they're going to do What they wanted them to do here in America.
	But Google is vowing to fight US air pollution while they are actively censoring data about Chinese smog.
	Why?
	Because you know the Chinese are allowed under this wonderful agreement called the Paris Climate Accord that President Trump got out of because it wasn't ever ratified.
	You had John Kerry and Barack Obama decided they would self-ratify it and get us into that agreement because they knew that they couldn't get it ratified by the Senate.
	Of course, that's what the Constitution says, but they don't really care what the Constitution says, right?
	So they said, we'll self-ratify that.
	So President Trump says, well, I'll un-ratify that.
	How about that?
	You can sign that with an executive, which is what he can do with DACA, the Dreamer Act.
	There was never any law.
	It was simply An order from the executive branch, it was from Homeland Security Director Janet Napolitano, and President Trump could as easily dismiss that as he did the Paris Climate Accord, and he should.
	He must.
	It's simply political kowtowing is the only reason that he hasn't done that yet.
	But when you look at the Paris Climate Accord, even many environmentalists who believe that they were facing a climate crisis, global warming and so forth, said this is going to do nothing.
	Why?
	Because countries like China and India, the biggest polluters, were going to be allowed to build the dirtiest power plants and do it without any restrictions until 2030.
	Then they were going to be capped and reduced at 2030.
	But they were going to be allowed to cap at a level that's going to be way bigger than it is right now.
	And of course, with that in mind, the Chinese can look at South Africa and say, well, we'll put power plants down there.
	And we'll burn coal down there.
	This is the way they're using this.
	So, they have a lot of issues in China and in India because the coal plants that they have, and they have so many of them, are so dirty.
	Our coal plants are clean, but they want to shut them down completely.
	That was the agenda of the Obama administration.
	They wanted to put the coal industry here in America out of business.
	Why would they do that?
	And allow the Chinese to continue, the Indians to continue, to build very primitive, very dirty coal plants.
	Where the quantity is unrestricted.
	And as I pointed out before, when you look at electric vehicles and how they are banning internal combustion engines now, actively banning them city by city already in Germany.
	It will happen here.
	It is about to happen here.
	As that is being pushed, I pointed out before that the coal plants in India and China are so dirty that if you have an internal combustion engine that gets 36 miles per gallon, It is cleaner than an electric car running in India and China because those are running on external combustion.
	The electricity is being generated by coal-powered plants and that's the way it's going to be generated everywhere.
	But we're not allowed to do that here in America because why?
	We have the largest supply of coal in the world.
	We've already gone to net exporters of oil.
	And we have a vast amount of oil here that President Trump has freed up.
	But the amount of coal that we have here dwarfs the amount of oil that we have, that the Saudis have, and that many others have.
	Far more energy in coal.
	That's why coal must be eliminated.
	Not because it's dirty.
	Not because it can't be made clean.
	But because America has it in abundance.
	And America must be stopped.
	It all comes back when you look at it.
	Do you remember?
	What was it?
	I think it was Cato.
	I'm just going from memory.
	I think it was Cato that ended every one of his speeches.
	And one last thing.
	Carthage must be destroyed.
	Well, that's the way the globalists end their speeches.
	Oh, and one last thing.
	America must be destroyed.

	It's an exhilarating freedom.
	And this is the way that it's going to be for the elite.
	Don't you think for a minute that when they take away the privacy and the freedom of your automobile, That you can just get in whenever you feel like it and go get a cheeseburger like Harrison Ford jumps into his private plane to go get a cheeseburger.
	Don't think that when they take away your car that is always there, always on your schedule, and able to take you wherever you want to go as long as the government will allow the roads to be built, allow the cars to be driven.
	When they take that away the people like Harrison Ford will still have their cars And their planes.
	And they will go wherever they wish, whenever they wish.
	They will not be affected by any of this, just like Obama isn't affected when he can fly his entourage of multiple giant commercial jets to Africa and tell the people there, y'all can't have air conditioning.
	That'd burn down the planet.
	You know, you're gonna have to learn to live without.
	Only people like me get that kind of treatment.
	People like him and Harrison Ford.

	I expect the men in this country and the men in this committee and many of them, believe me, because we all signed on to this letter to demand an FBI investigation, but really, guess who's perpetuating all of these kinds of actions?

	That's why she said we can't continue the victimization and the smearing of someone like Kavanaugh.

	And we're going to take a look at what came out in the last 24 hours, but I just want to take a look at some of the other hypocrites in the Democrat Party.
	We have Kamala Harris, who wants to be president, you know, because that's the career path.
	You get elected, and before you finish your first term, you become president, before people find out what you're really about.
	But we're starting to get the idea of Kamala Harris's hypocrisy.
	She says that she believes Ford's allegations against Kavanaugh But she is ignoring the allegations against Sherrod Brown.
	She said, I believe her, she says of Ford.
	But at the same time, it's been announced that she will headline a free public summit next month for Ohio women hosted by Ohio Democrat candidate for Senate Sherrod Brown.
	Now Sherrod Brown is somebody who's been accused of domestic assault against his ex-wife.
	And the ad that came out after a group called Me Too Ohio, that ad highlighted court records from the late 1980s in which Brown's ex-wife accused him of abusing her during their relationship, which resulted in a court-ordered restraining order against Brown.
	They actually had a hearing and a trial!
	And it wasn't just the Democrats who heard her.
	The court heard Sherrod Brown's ex-wife.
	And evidence was brought.
	And after the court heard the evidence, they got a restraining order against this guy, Sherrod Brown, who Kamala Harris is supporting.
	But she wants to take out Kavanaugh without ever having a hearing.
	Without ever having any due process.
	Brown has denied the allegations against him.
	He said repeatedly saying he never hurt his ex-wife.
	But, you know, these are people who always believe her.
	And as we heard from Senator Hirano, the men just need to shut up.
	Because if you're a male, you're automatically guilty.
	But that's a standard that doesn't seem to apply to Democrats.
	We're going to see more of this.
	Hillary Clinton, Kavanaugh's accuser, deserves the benefit of the doubt.
	Unlike Bill's victims, who are all bimbos, right?
	Remember that?
	Remember Juanita Broderick?
	She's talking about this now.
	The Daily Caller had an interview with her.
	She said there is no room for Clinton survivors in the MeToo movement.
	Juanita Broderick believes there's a double standard for how the media covers sexual assault allegations.
	Says the MeToo movement has left women like her behind, she tells the Daily Caller.
	She said, as I watch what is happening now, I think, my goodness, the double standard.
	I saw the media sit on my story, question my allegations, The media downgraded the most horrific event of my life.
	The Me Too movement has never accepted the Clinton survivors of sexual assault.
	They have never acknowledged me, or Kathleen Willey, or Paula Jones.
	They want nothing to do with us.
	She was volunteering for Clinton's gubernatorial campaign in 1978 when she claims she met him in her hotel room at the request of Bill Clinton.
	She told the Washington Post, Arriving later in the lobby, he called and asked if they could have coffee in her room instead because there were too many reporters in the lobby.
	She said, stupid me, I ordered coffee to the room.
	I thought, well, we're going to talk about the campaign.
	But they only spent a few minutes chatting beside the window.
	Clinton pointed to an old jail that he wanted to renovate if he became governor.
	He was, by the way folks, Attorney General at the time.
	Attorney General of Arkansas, running for governor.
	He pointed to the thing and said, well, I'm going to renovate that if I become governor.
	And then he began kissing her.
	She resisted his advances, she said, but soon he pulled her back onto the bed, forcibly had sex with her.
	She said she did not scream because everything happened so quickly.
	Her upper lip was bruised and swollen after the encounter because she said he'd grabbed onto it with his mouth.
	This is a common thing with sexual molesters.
	Biting you.
	It's a way to control you.
	I remember going to the Huntington Rodeo where they have the prisoners.
	You might have seen it.
	It was that movie that was done.
	Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor.
	I can't remember the name of the movie.
	But, you know, there were prisoners and there was a rodeo, a Huntington Rodeo.
	We used to go there.
	They would have the prisoners perform in a rodeo.
	It was considered to be a privilege.
	One of the things that they would do is have them grab horses that had not been ridden before.
	And to try to get a saddle on these horses, they would work as a team.
	And typically what they would do is one prisoner would jump up and grab the horse around the neck and bite the ear.
	And the horse would go, like, what's going on?
	And would stay still while the other guys tried to put the saddle on the horse.
	And they're all doing it at the same time.
	It was a contest and it was total chaos and everything.
	But that's what these sexual predators do.
	It's an act of control.
	And so after biting her lip, bruised and swollen, bleeding, he said, the last thing he said to me was, you better get some ice for that.
	And then he put on his sunglasses and he walked out the door.
	But the mainstream media doesn't want to believe Juanita Broderick.
	They don't want to believe Kathleen Willey or Paula Jones, any of those people.
	See, it isn't about women being abused by men.
	It's about the double standard that they have.

	They have double standards about everything.

	Now the article goes on to say that Broderick kept quiet about the encounter for decades until Ken Starr contacted her as he was doing the Clinton investigation.
	And this guy is another piece of work.
	Ken Starr, who with all of these allegations of rape and sexual battery and abuse, physical abuse that Bill Clinton had, all these different people, and with all the financial crimes and corruption, what did Ken Starr do?
	He focused on a consensual relationship with a intern and the fact that Bill Clinton lied about that under oath, a perjury charge.
	That was it!
	That's all he did.
	Ken Starr, who went on to become the lawyer defending Jeffrey Epstein, the guy running the Lolita flights that Bill Clinton used to be on.
	Ken Starr, who then defended the football players at Baylor University.
	But he got Bill Clinton off.
	When asked why she remained silent, Broderick said bluntly, well, Bill Clinton was the police.
	He was the Attorney General of Arkansas.
	See if you're in a high position in the FBI, Department of Justice, or Obama, you can get away with these things.

	A mother wonders if her 16-month-old daughter has been harmed by tap water contaminated with toxic industrial compounds used in products like non-stick cookware, carpets, and fast food wrappers.
	Henry Betts, 76 years old, rattles around his house alone at night.
	Why?
	Because his wife, Betty Jean, died of pancreatic cancers.
	They unknowingly drank for years water that was tainted by the same contaminants.
	And it wasn't just his wife, it was two other people in his household that died from pancreatic cancer.
	And then Tim Hagee, manager of a local water utility, recalls how he used to assure people that the local public water was safe.
	That was before testing showed that it had some of the highest levels of toxic compounds of any public water system in the US.
	He said, you all made me out to be a liar.
	Went on for years.
	It was the EPA.
	that was operating under Obama 2013-2015 telling them everything was okay.
	As I reported yesterday we had a situation in Kansas where residents drank contaminated water for six years while the state of Kansas sat on the evidence without even warning anybody without doing any testing.
	In that particular case It was chemicals from a dry cleaning service that had leached out in the groundwater.
	So it wasn't the public water, but it was the groundwater.
	But here, it was in the public water.
	The contaminants were PFAs.
	And the EPA has said that PFAs and public water supplies are in significant amounts in 33 states.
	So when you look at this, what happened in this Pennsylvania town of Warminster, When you look at what happened in Flint, Michigan, what has happened in many different areas, many different types of pollution, sometimes it's a public water supply, sometimes it's a ground water supply.
	The question is, why aren't you doing something to filter your own water?
	It's very easy to do.
	Very easy to do.
	You need to have some kind of a water filtration system.

	Matthew Dowd tweeted out that it was despicable and outrageous what happened to Anita Hill more than 25 years ago and a sexual predator was given a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court.
	What was despicable and outrageous was that show trial.
	What was despicable and outrageous was the hypocrisy of Anita Hill and all these feminist and Democrat leaders who then defended the violent sexual crimes and rape allegations of Bill Clinton, calling the accusers bimbos.
	None of these people had a right to be heard, none of them were believed automatically because they said any of this stuff.
	They rejected those claims. But I want to play for you what Clarence Thomas said. Remember when he said it was a high-tech lynching? It was. Here's Clarence Thomas. I think something is dreadfully wrong with this country when any person, any person in this free country would be subjected to this.
	This is not a closed room.
	There was an FBI investigation.
	This is not an opportunity to talk about difficult matters privately or in a closed environment.
	This is a circus.
	It's a national disgrace.
	And from my standpoint, As a black American, as far as I'm concerned, it is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks, who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas.
	And it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you.
	You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured, By a committee of the U.S.
	Senate, rather than hung from a tree.
	That's right, it absolutely was a lynching.
	And we can see that it was, as I said, when Anita Hill defended Bill Clinton.
	And just a couple years after that.
	And now she's back again.
	Anita is back.
	I don't believe Anita.
	I didn't believe Anita then, I certainly don't believe Anita after she defended Bill Clinton, but now she's saying the burden of persuasion Is on Kavanaugh.
	Now this is a woman who is a lawyer.
	And she's talking about the burden of persuasion.
	What about the burden of proof?
	Oh, she doesn't talk about the burden of proof because the burden of proof is on the accuser.
	But no, this is the burden of persuasion.
	She says, as Judge Kavanaugh, Stands to gain the lifetime privilege.
	There's that word again.
	Privilege.

	It's always about privilege.
	You label somebody as having privilege.
	Now you can come against them and destroy them without any basis.
	As he stands to gain the lifetime privilege of serving on the country's highest court, he has the burden of persuasion.

	They pulled Anita Hill out, and they kept talking about Harvey Weinstein, and then they would use her to pivot, and Harvey Weinstein to pivot to President Trump, and access Hollywood remarks.
	And as I point out, it's a little ironic when Alison Camerota asked Hill, how is it possible that one powerful man can victimize scores of women over the decades?
	Oh, well, that would be Bill Clinton, the man that Anita Hill defended after she attacked Clarence Thomas for some comments that she, it was just between the two of them.
	Nobody else heard these comments.
	Nobody else got the information from Anita Hill at the time, but supposedly A couple of off-color comments that were really pretty minor when we talk about these other issues.
	Especially minor compared to what Bill Clinton did.
	But Anita Hill today on Kavanaugh is back again a year later.
	The burden of persuasion is on Kavanaugh.
	Again, not the burden of proof.
	We don't care about proof.
	You have to convince us that you're innocent.
	And of course that isn't possible because this guy is a white male.
	It's not okay to be a white male.
	Both of those.
	That's two strikes against you.
	As Politico said, history is mirroring itself.
	Yes it is, but not in the way that they imagine.
	Anita Hill said that the Senators today just don't get it.
	Oh, I think they do.
	I think they understand better than you think, Anita.
	She said, with years of hindsight, mounds of evidence at the prevalence and harm that sexual violence causes individuals, you know, not the people like Juanita Broderick or Paula Jones or Kathleen Willey.
	No, we're not concerned about that.
	As well as our Senate, with more women than ever, not getting it is not an option for our elected representatives.
	Well, let's get it.
	Let's get what was going on here because somebody in 1996, even writing for Slate magazine, now Slate's gone hard left in the interim, but they actually had an honest article back in 1996, October 31st, 22 years ago, another October, Paula Jones versus Anita Hill.
	This was written by Stuart Taylor Jr.
	And he said, isn't what Clinton almost surely did worse than what Clarence Thomas allegedly did?
	Yes, it is.
	He said, when William Jefferson Clinton versus Paula Jones comes before the court, all eyes will be on Clarence Thomas and so forth.
	But he said, millions of Clinton supporters still disdain Clarence Thomas as a sexual harasser.
	But a comparison of the Paula Jones and Anita Hill episodes suggests that the evidence against the President is far stronger than the media has let on.
	Far stronger than the evidence ever was against Clarence Thomas.
	So here's a writer saying just a couple of years after we'd had these confirmation hearings that Anita Hill was accusing Clarence Thomas said, hey, how do you give a pass even at this time?
	How do you give a pass to what Paula Jones is saying?
	Paula Jones's evidence, he said, which I detail in a 15,000-word article in the current issue of American Lawyer, includes clear proof, scattered through the public record, that then-Governor Clinton's state trooper bodyguard interrupted the then-24-year-old state employee on the job, May 8, 1991, and took her to meet Clinton, the boss of Jones's boss, alone in an upstairs suite in the Little Rock Hotel.
	For the apparent purpose of sexual dalliance.
	The evidence also includes strongly corroborative statements made to me by two of Jones's friends, complete with tellingly detailed, seemingly specific, remarkably consistent with Jones's allegations.
	He said that in 94, there was an exclusive interview with Michael Isikoff.
	Remember, he passed on that.
	And that was what made Matt Drudge.
	They buried that story.
	The Washington Post doesn't want to talk about that.
	They will headline with any unsubstantiated 40-year-old allegations against a conservative senator, but they won't talk about this.
	The Post printed only sketchy fragments of their accounts and did it 11 weeks later, after it was no longer leading news, after Matt Drudge had broken that information.
	And he says, meanwhile, not one of the feminist groups that clamored first for a Senate hearing for Anita Hill, and then for Clarence Thomas' head, has lifted a finger on behalf of Paula Jones.
	Now that was 22 years ago that he wrote that.
	And Slate, of all places, that is Stuart Taylor Jr., he wrote that 22 years ago.
	Now here we are 22 years later, still not one finger raised to the victims, to help the victims.
	Of Bill Clinton, but they have raised one finger.
	That's the middle finger.
	That's all that the victims of Bill Clinton get from the so-called feminists.
	He goes on to say, given that Paula Jones' claims against Bill Clinton are both more serious by far than Anita Hill's against Clarence Thomas, and supported by much stronger corroborating evidence, why have the media and a lot of other people acted as though the opposite were true?
	Remember, this was 22 years ago.
	And he says one of the explanations is a class bias against what one Washington bureau chief called, quote, some sleazy woman with big hair coming out of a trailer park, unquote.
	But that's not all of it.
	Not, that is, unless you believe that the press would have given similar coverage to a similar accuser making similar allegations supported by similar evidence Against Newt Gingrich, Jesse Helms, George Bush, or Steve Forbes.
	Those were the Republican people at the time.
	But of course, if they give even less evidence against somebody like Brett Kavanaugh, for political purposes, they will come out of the woodwork.
	You've even got Dianne Feinstein coming out now and saying, well, I can't say that everything is truthful.
	She said this yesterday.
	She expressed doubts about the allegation yesterday.
	Because Ford has said that she may not testify.
	Trying to give herself an out, saying we've got to have the FBI do this first.
	And of course, Dianne Feinstein is supporting her in this, saying, oh yes, we must have the FBI look into this.
	The FBI is looking into it and saying, what is the federal crime here?
	Was there a kidnapping?
	Was there somebody taken across state lines?
	This was something that allegedly happened in high school and there are no witnesses to support any of this.
	There is no basis for an FBI investigation.
	So, is this just a hoax?
	This is something that happened, I think it's 35 years ago.
	The accuser has now gone AWOL and is demanding that first the FBI do their job.
	She doesn't want to testify on Monday.
	Dianne Feinstein, who is now not sure that all this stuff is factual, has held on to this thing for weeks, for weeks.
	Got the letter back in July.
	And now she's not sure if it's truthful.
	Just remember what the real issue here is.
	It's about things like the Second Amendment.
	Because when we get away from all of the noise and the distraction All of this feminism 2.0, this Me Too hypocrisy that is out there.
	This politicized concern about women versus men.
	Feinstein, at one point, did have an issue with Kavanaugh.
	That was a real issue, a real political issue.
	She said she didn't like his stance on the Second Amendment.
	And she said there's hundreds of school shootings that have just happened in the last year.
	And remember, it was about two weeks ago?
	That I reported that Facebook took down a report from NPR of all places.
	NPR, National Public Radio, National Proletariat Radio.
	They actually investigated and did the right thing.
	They were honest about it.
	They looked at the 235 school shootings reported by the federal government during the 2015 to 2016 school year and they found that there were only 11.
	Not 235, only 11.
	and they found that there were only 11, not 235, only 11.
	And when an individual posted this NPR article, the school shootings that weren't, posted that on Facebook.
	Facebook took it down and said, no, this is spam.
	This is spam.
	We have Dennis Prager saying, the reason that this is important, he says, here's a couple things you need to think about.
	Those who claim the charges against Judge Kavanaugh by Christine Blasey Ford are important and worth investigating, and that if ultimately they're believed, That they would invalidate his candidacy are saying two things.
	Number one, they're saying that what a middle-aged adult did in high school is all we need to know to evaluate an individual's character, even if his entire adult life has been impeccable.
	Number two, no matter how good and moral a life one has led for 10, 20, 30, 40, or even 50 years, it is nullified by a sin committed as a teenager.
	And Prager goes on to say, no decent or rational society has ever believed such nihilistic nonsense.
	Well, I would say, I would agree with him that it is nihilistic nonsense.
	But I would not agree with him that no society has ever believed that.
	The establishment, especially the Republican establishment, especially Mitch McConnell, did believe that!
	Against Judge Roy Moore!
	What's the difference?
	Judge Roy Moore was opposed to Mitch McConnell.
	And Brett Kavanaugh is Mitch McConnell's man.
	He is an establishment-made man.
	That's one of the reasons why I didn't think he was a good Supreme Court pick.
	He's far better than anything the Democrats will come up with, and they're trying to run out the clock.
	This is Merit Garland revenge.
	And that's all that this is.
	Nothing more than that.
	You can oppose him on the issue, but this is nonsense.
