	My name is Jake Lloyd.
	Here is the latest report from John Bowne.
	It did not start with Donald Trump.
	He is a symptom, not the cause.
	So when you hear how great the economy is doing right now, let's just remember when this recovery started.
	I mean, I'm glad it's continued.
	But when you hear about this economic miracle that's been going on, when the job numbers come out, monthly job numbers, suddenly Republicans are saying it's a miracle.
	I have to kind of remind them, actually those job numbers are the same as they were in 2015, in 2016.
	And...
	He said, what do you think of President Obama's speech?
	And I said, I'm sorry, I watched it, but I fell asleep.
	I found he's very good.
	Very good for sleeping.
	Barack Hussein Obama, the first president in U.S.
	history to not attain 3% GDP growth, even though he had eight years to do it.
	A president who spent so much, he slowed any growth he was generating.
	The national debt grew from $11.5 trillion to $20 trillion under Obama, as did the misery index by 53%.
	Food stamp recipients rose by a staggering 42%.
	Ironically, gun manufacturing boomed under the U.N.
	gun-grabbing rhetoric of Barack Obama by a hundred and ninety-two percent.
	People have been beaten down so long, and they feel so betrayed by government.
	Well, it's not surprising then that they get fed up and they cling to guns or religion or antipathy towards people who aren't like them.
	And a way to explain No frustrations.
	But we are all supposed to believe that the current roaring economy is due to Obama's economic recovery strategy, not President Trump's corporate tax cuts or the reopening of factories humming the tune Made in America again.
	Made in the USA.
	Made in America.
	It's back.
	Let's take a look at Obama's recovery.
	Forbes Magazine wrote in 2013, What is clear is that Obamanomics has produced the worst recovery from a recession since the Great Depression.
	Worse than what every other president who has faced a recession has achieved since the Great Depression.
	Some of those jobs of the past are just not going to come back.
	And as job numbers rose out of the Bush recession with Obama and Trump seemingly neck-and-neck, the industries the two presidents have affected are very different.
	Quartz's comparison indicates while Trump is dominated in mining, metals, machinery, computers and oil and gas extraction, Obama's jobs were in storage, travel, and two cyclical dying industries, department stores and Hollywood.
	I'm going to say one thing.
	Trump.
	Not to mention that during the last election cycle Obama said that none of Trump's predictions were possible.
	If Obama is truly responsible for 2018's economic growth, wouldn't he have predicted that growth when he had had the chance?
	When somebody says, Like the person you just mentioned, who I'm not going to advertise for, that he's going to bring all these jobs back.
	Well, how exactly are you going to do that?

	We've got a lot of different stuff to talk to you about today.
	Lots of different stuff going on in the news.
	We have Serena Williams.
	We're going to be talking about her a little bit briefly later on today.
	She threw a fit at the... I don't remember.
	I don't know anything about tennis, so I don't know which event it was.
	But she threw a fit.
	She broke a racket.
	She berated one of the referees.
	And she has a history of doing these things, both of those she has done before.
	And then whenever she was disqualified and had to forfeit the match to her opponent, she blamed it on sexism.
	She said that men don't get punished for that.
	When they act that way, they're outspoken, and it's fine, and they don't get punishment.
	But when women do it, they get penalized.
	And it's very similar to how you hear that women always complain about being called bossy.
	First, if they don't want to get called bossy, they shouldn't be bossy.
	But it's not true.
	It's not true that only women are called bossy.
	And it's not true that only women get penalized for this type of thing.
	And there was Serena Williams breaking her racket.
	They're acting like a child.
	But even if that were true, that only women were called bossy, men and women are different.
	So I don't see the problem with having different names for the different genders.
	I don't really get the whole problem with that.
	But There in the first five, we were watching the latest John Bowne report talking about President, you know what, I'm not calling him President Obama anymore.
	The only reason to call him President Obama at this point is to remind ourselves what we did and to never, never let that happen again.
	But Obama's speech, he came out campaigning hard for, I don't even know, probably some loser Democrat whose name we don't know.
	Who's name nobody knows and he came out and took credit for the Trump economy boom.
	Now you will remember as you saw in that video as John Bowne showed you President Obama when he was president When Trump was campaigning, he came out and said, how are you going to make the economy better?
	How are you going to bring back jobs?
	What magic wand do you have that you can just wave and bring back these jobs?
	It's not simple like that.
	If it was that simple, I, Obama, would have done it, right?
	And that's the logic.
	Jesse Lee Peterson calls him the fallen messiah because they looked at him as a messiah.
	He thought that he was a messiah.
	He definitely has a messiah complex.
	So the fact that he has now fallen from graces is very evident.
	He didn't get done what he wanted to get done.
	His whole legacy has been erased by President Trump.
	And it reveals his thought process because back then he was saying, if it were that simple, I would have done it.
	Therefore, it's impossible.
	And that's not true.
	They all know that it's not impossible.
	They know that there are things that you can do.
	To actually make stuff happen, but they don't want to do it because it's not part of their agenda.
	So they make excuses and they expect that they'll get away with saying stuff like that because he doesn't think, he didn't think that Trump was going to win.
	He thought that they could actually keep him out of office.
	They thought that he would get kicked, that he wouldn't make it through the campaign, whether Hillary would do it, and even if he did get elected, he would be kicked out.
	So, they don't think that they're actually going to be held accountable for these statements.
	And it reveals their pomp and their hubris and their pride.
	And then you see whenever Trump actually does bring back jobs, does make the economy boom, the stock market is continually reaching all-time highs, whenever this stuff actually happens, Obama comes out and takes credit for it.
	Now, Obama is like the, he cannot take responsibility for his own actions.
	Think about that, because when the economy was bad under Obama, when the economy was terrible and not recovering under Obama, he blamed it on Bush.
	Now, while Bush was in office, actually at the very, very end of when Bush was in office, in 2008, we did have the housing crash, we did have the economy take a serious downturn, and we had a recession, the Great Recession as they call it.
	Sure, that absolutely happened under Bush.
	I'm not a fan of Bush.
	We're going to get into him here in a few minutes.
	But Obama blamed the bad economy.
	The economy was like bad under Obama for seven years.
	I mean, technically eight, really.
	I mean, like it was never really good under him.
	It got to a point of normalization where things weren't like desperate after a few years of his presidency.
	But that's just a natural leveling out of the economy that had nothing to do with his policies.
	So when the economy was bad in his presidency, it was Bush's fault.
	And then, whenever the economy magically, magically starts to recover at like miracle growth rates under President Trump, it's actually Obama's fault.
	He claims responsibility for the magical economy.
	That's not how these things work, folks.
	That is not how these things work.
	And I knew, as soon as Trump got elected, I knew, and anybody with a sense, with just like some common sense, knew that Obama would start claiming success for, he would start claiming responsibility for Trump's success.
	We all knew that.
	It's irrefutable though that this is due to Trump because you see that market confidence skyrocketed the day after Trump's election.
	Stock market confidence skyrocketed, spiked seriously right after, the day after Trump was elected because they knew that he'd be good for business.
	So it's impossible to be a reasonable person and actually claim that Obama was responsible for the economic boom that we're seeing now.
	And the other direction that I want to take this in.
	Today is the 12th of September.
	Yesterday was the 17th anniversary of the World Trade Center attacks.
	And the relation that that has to what I'm talking about right now Bush and Obama are practically the same person.
	We were told that they were radically different.
	Obama was going to radically change things.
	For better or worse, they were telling us that he was going to be very, very different.
	The Republicans back then were saying, you might not like Bush that much, but Obama's going to be a radical social changer.
	He's going to be a Marxist-Communist that's going to seriously shake things up.
	And that is true.
	His object was to destroy the country.
	But, And then the Democrats were telling us how different it was going to be.
	He's going to be so good.
	Bush was a warmonger.
	He was evil.
	He was a tyrant.
	You know, violating our Fourth Amendment right.
	All these different things with the Patriot Act, blah, blah, blah.
	Everything.
	Everybody was saying how different he was going to be.
	But after eight years of Obama, we see that he and George Bush were cut from the same neoliberal, neoconservative cloth.
	They were both warmongers.
	They both increased the wars that our country was involved in.
	They both violated our Fourth Amendment rights.
	They both are technically war criminals, if you really think about it.
	I mean, we did a lot of very, very bad stuff over in the Middle East.
	But the way that this relates specifically to 9-11 is imagine the hubris.
	Imagine being Obama.
	Bush had the sense to just be quiet for years.
	He just got out of the public eye, he did his charity work, and he shut the heck up.
	Obama can't do that.
	And part of it is because of their hubris like I was saying earlier, but the other part of it Is that they are so, so afraid of how Trump is exposing them right now that they can't just sit back idly and let him do it without some resistance.
	But imagine coming out on stage and claiming, look what I did for the economy.
	First of all, when it's somebody else, but claiming, look who, look what I did.
	Look at all these good things I did.
	I'm such a good president.
	I'm so awesome.
	When you carried on a 15 year war in Iraq or in Afghanistan, at least in at least like a 12 year war, In Iraq, after the September 11th World Trade Center attacks.
	And I could get into all of the different stuff, you know, how real... Now, 9-11 is obviously very, very real, but how real is the narrative?
	There's clearly more going on.
	Building 7 just collapsed out of nowhere from fires.
	The first steel-framed building ever to just collapse in on itself.
	We could talk about all that stuff, but regardless of the veracity of those claims, it was obviously used for endless war to be justified in the Middle East, and make no mistake, Bush and Obama are both a part of that plot.

	That's right, I heard about that.
	So, but anyways, I'm filling in for him today.

	We've had a good show so far, just getting it rolling, just getting started, and we're going to be talking about a lot more good stuff today.
	I do want to give out the phone number real quick, though.

	And my question, the first one, I might do a couple different topics on the phone lines today, but what I want to get into first is, how do you think I want to hear your thoughts.
	How do you think that conservatives and libertarians, basically anybody that's not a lefty, not a mind-controlled robot, how do we deal with social media censorship?
	How do we urge the government to regulate it in some way?
	To invoke monopoly and antitrust laws?
	Or do we simply let the free market work it out, let enough people be pushed away by Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey that they leave those platforms and they end up going to a new platform like Gab, which we can talk about Gab later.
	That's kind of, Gab is kind of a joke.
	Now, I want to clarify.
	Torba, I think his name, I don't know if it's Anthony or Andrew Torba.
	He's a very, what's that?
	Andrew Torba.
	Very good guy.
	Very good vision.
	When I say that Gab is a joke, I'm not talking about Gab itself.
	Gab is a very good idea.
	There should be a place for people to go.
	The way that Gab is treated is a joke because the left has kind of almost successfully created this narrative that Gab is where only bad, like far-right extremists, Nazis go.
	And Gab is dedicated to free speech, so they do let that type of person on the platform.
	But because those people are there, and it is a smaller platform, the left has... People like Jared Holt have created this narrative that there are only... No.
	I'm not on Gab.
	I don't really plan to be on Gab.
	I think that if you want to use Gab, that's good as an alternative to Twitter.
	But that's just my thoughts.
	There's definitely this narrative where Gab is kind of tainted as this hub for far-right people.
	But anyways, the question that I would like to hear your answer on is, do you think we should regulate social media websites with the government, saying that they can't treat people certain ways because of the First Amendment, or antitrust, monopoly violations, these different things, or if you think that the free market will sort it out on its own, no problem?
	And I want to hear both sides.
	I am of a certain opinion.
	I think that the government needs to regulate it in a certain way.
	I used to be very, very much a libertarian in this regard.
	You know, the free market will sort everything out.
	But I think, after a certain point, because it's not a free market.
	Like, the market is currently not free.
	And even if it was, you know, what really is the difference between a government and a corporatocracy?
	What's really the difference?
	Say that you had like an Ayn Randian utopia, where there's no government to interfere in markets, everything's good, everything is totally voluntary, and you have a corporation that comes in and decides that they have the most money,
	They have the most power, they can hire people, maybe they have their own little private security team that is kind of a militia in a way, and they set up, you know, they start buying everything in your town.
	Everything that you own and everything owned in this town is at least by this corporation.
	You have a company town-like situation, Where you work for the corporation, you buy from the corp, so all of your earnings are from that corporation.
	Everything that you spend, whether it's property taxes or rent or, you know, I guess there wouldn't be technically taxes because this is a libertarian utopia, but whether it's fees for roads and stuff because the corporation decides to build roads to make things more efficient, or whether it is You know, buying food or paying rent or paying for your house, buying a car, everything that you do in this town goes to that corporation.
	To me, that sounds worse than some taxes going to a government.
	I'm not necessarily saying that I like the idea of my taxes going to the government and being done with whatever the government decides.
	I'm not saying that I necessarily like that.
	What I'm saying is that The alternative sounds far worse, because human nature does not allow for a Randian utopia scenario.
	Because at some point, you know, there's all these different theories about how without a tax base and without all these different things that a normal country has, there would be no need for somebody to invade an anarchist country or region, because it wouldn't technically be a country.
	There wouldn't be a need to.
	The resources would be decentralized, so they wouldn't be able to do that efficiently, so blah.
	But that's not how it would work.
	Of course, maybe a foreign influence or a foreign power, I should say, wouldn't come in and take over.
	But what about a corporation decides to form a militia and take things over and form its own country?
	What if What if things weren't even... Take corporations out of the equation.
	What if you have a situation like Africa or South America and, not to say that they're analogous to the United States, the composition of those nations are very, very different, but what if you just have, you know, warlords that form militias and go to war with each other and then they impose their will upon the populace And they ask for money for protection.
	They say, you know, they point a gun at you and say, give us money so that we'll protect you, like a mafia-type situation.
	And, you know, pay money on this, pay tolls here, do this, you have to go across town, you have to pay a toll.
	That sounds like a de facto government.
	Even though it's, like, not a government in name, it sounds like a government, and it sounds a lot worse than the situation we have now.
	And the fact of the matter is that in that type of situation, Due to human nature, because human nature is not peaceful, human nature is not inherently good, human nature, like, humans are capable of very, very bad things.
	Human, human, uh, mankind, humanity, we have done some awful, awful things to each other, with government, and individually, with groups, all over the world, throughout all of human history, humanity has been capable of some very, very awful, horrendous things.
	So government is not the problem.
	Because regardless of whether we have a government in this form or another, it will always be an issue.
	Humanity causing problems for each other independently will also always be a problem.
	So the best solution that we can have is a common sense type situation.
	I mean common sense in the Thomas Paine reference.
	We need a government that is as minimal as possible, representative of the people, and for no other purpose than to protect the populace from other people who might infringe on their rights for their own interests.

	Filling in for David Knight.
	In this segment, we're going to be taking your calls.
	On the other side of this break, this past break, I put out a request for calls to talk about social media censorship.
	Whether you think that we should regulate it using the government, because it's too big, it's out of control.
	So if you think that we should regulate it using the government, Breaking it up by antitrust violations, monopoly laws, that type of thing.
	Or if we should let the free market sort it out, which is the solution that conservatives and libertarians often offer.
	But I kind of laid out my explanation for what I think in the last segment that I think that it's too big.
	And if we use the reasoning that the government to do it is immoral, Just something else is going to take its place.
	So we need to just accept that the government is having a government, I should say, is the best solution.
	The current government we have, not so much.
	There are, you know, not all government systems are credit equal.
	So we need to figure that out.
	But having a government is the best way to solve this current problem, I think.
	So that's my situation.
	My thought process, so I think we need to use the government a little bit to regulate this type of thing.
	But I'm interested to hear other people's solutions.

	9-11.
	Two years ago, 9-11, what had happened is people did not want to admit on my page and family, friends, that 9-11 wasn't an inside job.
	And it got to a point where I said, listen, this is ridiculous.
	I'm getting off this networking.
	It's a slum.
	You don't get your ideas out that way.
	It doesn't work.
	So I got off of it.
	I think that that's true for Facebook.
	So I've been off of Facebook for a long time because, you know, number one, they just can't continue to change it.
	And it keeps getting worse and worse.
	They show you what they want you to see, what they think you want to see.
	They show you things out of order.
	And Facebook's a really, really cancerous place for your brain.
	It's really bad.
	You know, other social media platforms though, I go back and forth because I think like, you know, on one hand it would be good if everybody just left these platforms.
	But the problem is conservatives and libertarians are a very small portion, relatively, of the people on social media.
	So it's not like that would destroy their business model.
	And it might be healthy for us to get off of social media, but I wonder how much of a difference we're making by being on there.
	Do you see what I mean?
	Because I wonder how many people get woken up by just seeing somebody retweet something and they start looking into it.
	Overall, I think that it's mostly just negativity and fighting, but do you think that there are actually people out there who see things and actually kind of wake up?
	I do.
	I do.
	People are waking up every day, and I don't believe that it is any social media platform.
	It is in their life, in their everyday life.
	Like the new Mark Dice video where he talks about just, wow, people, Megyn Kelly and everybody, they're just now realizing that, yeah, everybody wakes up and ties their shoes in the morning and puts on a pair of jeans the same way every day.
	Like, there's these normalties in reality where it's common sense.
	It's only a matter of time before there's another mass exodus of all internet platforms.
	People are going to get so sick of it that we're going to look for something else.
	That's not where the truth is.
	That's a really interesting point.

	Yeah, I think what we should probably do is just, if it's...
	If it's not healthy, like Facebook, maybe Twitter, if it's not a healthy platform for your brain, for your emotional state, whatever, for your interpersonal reactions or interactions with people, if it makes you look at people negatively, then maybe you should get off of those sites.
	For sites like YouTube, I think that we should stay on YouTube because, I mean, that was like, that's like the hub for the right-wing alternative media that we saw in 2016.
	And up till today.
	So I think that maybe that's a good thing for people to get off of the damaging social media and stay on ones where they can actually reach people like YouTube.

	Hey Jake, good to hear from you.
	My thoughts, I'm fully for free speech, free market, and I still think Facebook can be around, but there definitely should be some regulation on just their censoring of us.
	My thoughts are, though, is that it doesn't really matter whether they're censoring us or not, because We can still say what we want.
	Like Owen says, we can still go into the third dimension and say whatever we want in real life.
	No website or internet company is going to stop us from speaking our free mind and saying what we think in real life.
	That's a really good point, and we talk a lot about this idea that, you know, so many of our So much of politics, so much of like culture these days is located on the internet.
	So we talk about how important it is to be able to access these sites equally and how we need to be able to get on there just the same as the left does.
	We talk about that a lot and that's true but it's it's only super important as long as we are not out in the real world.
	And Owen does talk about that a lot and I think that we should take it further and that it's not just You know, if they kick us off there, then we'll go out into the real world.
	I think we always need to be operating in the real world and then using social media to benefit that as much as possible.
	I think that we should be doing that, but the thing is, people need to stop, we need to stop being afraid to go out into the real world and speaking our minds.
	Now, I would recommend that everybody, I mean, imagine if everybody listening to this show right now that listens to InfoWars at all, that listens to Stefan Molyneux or Mark Dice or any of these alternative, Gavin McInnes, Uh, the rebel media, anybody.
	Everybody listening went out and they started making their own videos, and not everybody would get super popular, but if you get 50 views, that is 50 people.
	I mean, we, we just, it becomes numbers on a screen so you don't really realize it, but that means 50 people.
	That's like a room full of people have watched what you have to say.
	I mean, like, there are like seminars and stuff for 50 people.
	So, 50 people have heard what you have to say, or they watched whatever you want to expose, um, Hundreds of people, whatever the case may be.
	I mean, imagine if everybody was doing that, but not even if everybody was just making videos.
	Imagine if you started talking to people on the train or the bus or standing in line at the... wherever.
	If you were just talking to people, your friends, people in a park, anywhere.
	You were making conversation with people, you know, just pointing things out, not even going out and saying, did you know that 9-11 was an inside job?
	Did you know that the government's putting chemicals in the water to poison you and lower sperm counts?
	Do you know that infertility, blah, blah, blah, all these different things.
	Don't even do that.
	Just say, do you know that there were three buildings that fell down on 9-11?
	They go, oh no, I only thought it was two.
	Yeah, it was building seven, but I mean, it was really weird because no plane hit it and it wasn't in the 9-11 Commission, but I don't know.
	I just learned that the other day.
	It was pretty weird.
	And they go, that is weird.
	And then they start looking at it.
	So you just talk to people.
	You just talk to people.
	You just point things out.
	Okay?
	And you ask questions and you plant the seeds in their minds.

	So I think that that is important.
	Using social media as much as you can, but don't use that as like where you are primarily.
	Go out into the real world and make a difference individually in your friend groups, with strangers in a park, even if there's like a free speech zone and you want to go out and stand up.
	You have something to say and you stand up on a rock and you start talking to people like in the old days, spreading ideas and challenging the establishment.

	Today is September 12th of 2018, the day after the 17th anniversary of the World Trade Center attacks in 2001.
	And we are taking your calls today.
	We're asking, you know, the world's changed a lot since 2001.
	Social media wasn't really an issue.
	I don't know if there was any kind of social media back then.
	I don't think MySpace was around yet.
	I know the Internet was around, but it was much different than it is today.
	So I don't know.
	It's weird to think about how much different the world is now versus in 2001.
	And September 12th, 2001 was a totally different world than September 10th, 2001.
	12th, 2001 was a totally different world than September 10th, 2001.
	You go one day on either side of 9-11 and it's a totally, totally different world.
	They say that it was the end of America's holiday from history because we were in the World War II, the world wars throughout all the 20th century and then the Cold War.
	And we ended that.
	We won the Cold War.
	And then for a few years, for about 10 years, there was nothing really going on.
	It was pretty much just focused on America.
	Bill Clinton and George Bush pretty much focused on America for the most part.
	Well, mostly Bill Clinton.
	George Bush was out of there in 91, 92.
	So anyways, just very, very interesting to think about how the world has changed, whether it, you know, it's the Patriot Act, NSA spying on us, global war on terror, endless war in the Middle East, Donald Trump, Exposing their rights is a very, very different world.
	But one of the things that we have to worry about nowadays is the censorship, the disproportionate level of censorship against conservatives in social media, attacks from the mainstream media, all these different things.
	So we're taking your calls.
	We're going back to the phone lines to ask you if you think that we should let the free market sort this out.
	And the free market punish these social media companies for censoring conservatives, or if you think that it's just not going to happen that way and we need the government to step in and break up these monopolies or use the antitrust laws, whatever the situation may be, to kind of regulate them in a certain sense.
	And I'm not a big fan of regulation, but if it needs to be done, it needs to be done.
	So, going back out to the phone lines right now, we're going to go from, we're going to go to Al from Texas.
	Al, you say the free market and YouTube's tyranny.
	You're on the air.
	What do you have to say?
	Good morning.
	The first thing I'd like to say is, your first caller from Arizona, Kelly, he said in plain language exactly my position against government regulation and for market regulation, but I'm going to say it in slightly more technical language.
	I'm a retired financial advisor, and the first thing I ask people when they come to me, I say, what business are you going to be in?
	That's not an easy question to answer.
	Like, you go to the grocery store.
	And you think that you're dealing with someone who's in the food business.
	You're not.
	You're dealing with a realtor.
	The food store company rents real estate to the food manufacturer.
	Well, the same thing is true of some of these video platforms.
	But to see the difference, look at the difference between InfoWars versus YouTube.
	Now, by the way, no video platform except InfoWars has ever succeeded in its business model.
	What is your business model?
	You produce a product called News Publications.
	You then sell personal items to raise the money to buy your satellite time.
	So you are the producer of the product.
	You are the deliverer of the product.
	And you are completely self-contained.
	That is why we should support InfoWars.
	Not because we care about your position, but because we care about successful businesses on the Internet, and we want more of them.
	Now look in comparison to these other video platforms.
	Not one video platform has ever proved successful, including YouTube.
	YouTube is now nine years old, has never one time turned a profit.
	Look at even Amazon, which isn't a video platform.
	But in 19 years, it never turned a real profit.
	It pretended to turn a profit by playing with the numbers for one year only.
	None of these gigantic, centralized platforms is succeeding, and the question is why?
	Because they're not producing a product.
	Amazon does not produce a product.
	It rents what?
	It rents satellite time.
	YouTube does not produce a product.
	It does what?
	It rents satellite time to people who make videos.
	They do not produce anything.
	InfoWars does produce.
	These other people do not.
	And what's the consequence?
	You get away from the top tier like YouTube and these other companies are charging up to $200 a month to operate a video platform for you.
	Because why?
	They're in the satellite leasing business, which is incredibly expensive.
	And somebody has to pay for that.
	Now, InfoWars is paying its own way.
	These other platforms are not paying their own way.
	And if we just continue doing what we're doing, and what Zach or Kelly from Arizona said, just say no.
	Nancy Reagan was right in more ways than she may have known.
	Just say no.
	And more and more people do.
	Look at what Facebook is.
	Facebook is completely different.
	What is it?
	Facebook is in the grandma business.
	That is the truth of it.
	I see where you're going.
	If we all decided to get off of YouTube, then it would kind of give us leverage to say, you know, we don't like your business practices.
	We're not going to use your platform.
	We're not going to let you, because like you said, they're not producing a product, so they're not making their own money.
	They're just taking the money that other people are making off of their own products that they're creating, which would be the videos.
	My question, in response to that, to play devil's advocate is, you know, I think that conservatives and libertarians make up a very, very small minority, relatively, of the users on the YouTube platform.
	They still have, you know, all of their left-wing people like the Young Turks, Jimmy Dore, the smaller, kind of, you know, quote, independent, semi-alternative news sites like that, but they still have ABC, CNN, Fox, All of these, you know, the Jimmy Kimmel Show, Jimmy Fallon, all of these, all the late night Jimmys, they have all of those people.
	YouTube could probably still survive on those if we all left.
	Do you still, would you still say that we should all just leave and try to make something new?
	Or, what would be your response to that?
	Well, my response, you're asking a very complicated question.
	My response is, listen to what I said.
	If there is success, On the internet.
	The successful business model is InfoWars, not YouTube and Facebook.
	But let me ask you this question.
	I didn't say all.
	What would happen to InfoWars if all of a sudden 10 or 20% of your customers walked away?
	It would be devastating.
	And that's true of any business.
	The average profit margin for a business is somewhere between one and a half to three percent.
	It's tiny.
	You hit any business with ten percent and you can bring them down.
	Now, the question I'm asking about all these different conservative and liberal video makers and so forth, when's the last time you bought a conservative laundry detergent?
	You didn't.
	When's the last time that you bought liberal breakfast cereal?
	You didn't.
	These are products.
	If you're a product manufacturer, which InfoWars is, you are going to have an audience.
	When you went to the grocery store the last time, you can remember, to buy laundry detergent or breakfast cereal, you probably bought the same product that you bought the last time you went to the grocery store.
	You're part of that market.
	All these different video makers are just offering products. I'm looking at the market. I'm not looking at conservatives. I'm not looking at liberals. I'm saying, as Kelly from Arizona said in just very plain language, he showed why a product is going to fail. And what I'm saying is that people are nowhere nearly so stupid as these arrogant corporate giants truly and sincerely do believe
	That all they got to do is give us a line of malarkey and we're so stupid we'll swallow it.
	That is not true.
	It's never been true.
	And that's why the market will take care of it.
	As far as government, it comes down to this.
	The definition of government regulation is a guy who takes a problem that's difficult to solve and makes it impossible to solve.
	I do not believe That as long as we've got what's going for us, and that is the market.
	It's going for us.
	It's not going for them.

	And he makes a good point that if 20% of an audience leaves or 10% it could cripple a company because profit margins are generally pretty narrow.
	So that's not a bad point.
	I don't know how much of the audience, of how much of the user base of YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, I don't know how much of them are conservative.
	I don't know if it makes up 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 percent.
	So yeah, if we all left, then it might cause a serious problem for them.
	But the question is, should we all leave?
	Should we be forced to leave and just, you know, voluntarily deplatform ourselves?
	Because my thoughts on the matter is that this goes deeper than just Businesses this this is more than just like oh, what's a good business model to make money?
	What can I use that you know what YouTube is fun, or it's not fun.
	What can I use to you know?
	Watch funny videos on the internet.
	It's more than that to me.
	It's it's kind of a cultural thing if we let them Successfully remove us or successfully pressure us to remove ourselves and they win in a deeper way they win and It's more than just, okay, now we can have the platform to ourselves to spew our liberal propaganda and further brainwash our demographics.
	It goes further than that because it's more... Every time you talk with one of these people, you are fighting a metaphysical battle.
	There's something serious every time you argue or discuss with one of these people anything.
	They want you to apologize.
	They want you to capitulate.
	They want you to ask forgiveness.
	They want you to back down.
	They want you to self-deplatform.
	They want you to self-censor.
	They want you to feel bad.
	They want you to make a fool out of yourself.
	They want you to grovel and bend the knee.
	And if you do that, you're losing.
	And there's no need to lose.
	I mean, it's like Trump's, you know, Trump is like the first Republican to really win, to really win in a long time.
	And you ask why that is, it's because he didn't back down, he didn't apologize, he didn't play their games.
	And if you think about it, what does that mean?
	You know, a lot of people apologize for a lot of very, very minor stuff these days.
	It's like, you know, Somebody in the, they call it the alt-right, it's just kind of this, you know, not alt-right, but not normal Republican, it's just kind of in between, and they, you know, whatever they believe, some further right figure, not even Nazi, just somebody further right than them, says something and is semi-associated with him, they apologize, they disavow, they back away all these different things, and they lose, and they look like fools because of it.
	But then you have Trump during the election.
	Trump is clearly not a Nazi.
	He's not a fascist.
	But there is a quote floating around the internet that said, I'd rather live one day as a lion than a thousand years as a lamb.
	And it's just a quote about being strong, not being weak, not laying down and letting people slaughter you.
	But the quote was at one point said by Benito Mussolini.
	And they asked Trump, they're like, do you really want to be, you know, they asked him if he apologized.
	He said, no, it's a good quote.
	They said, do you really want to be associated with Benito Mussolini?
	He goes, I want to be associated with good quotes.
	Because no matter who said it, it's a good quote.
	And I, you know, that is how we have to deal with things.
	We can't back away or apologize or ask for forgiveness for things that do not need to be forgiven.
	And just like that, we do not need a self-censor and self-deplatform.
	We cannot let them have this victory over us in social media.

	Cody, what are your thoughts on how we should deal with social media censorship?
	I don't know, man.

	Because listening to Facebook and Twitter, it looks like the government's pretty much in on it the way they were talking about Germany, Alabama, how they changed the elections there.
	So, looks like we're in a rockin' hard place today.
	Yeah, yeah, I totally agree.
	So do you think that we should, uh, that the government should do something to break up these monopolies, or do you think that, uh, it'll work it out on its own?
	Uh, I think the government's in on it.
	As long as, you know, they don't get censored or anything, as long as their platforms get promoted when they run for election, it don't look like Facebook or Twitter's gonna do anything.
	Mmm.

	That's a really good point, actually.
	Uh, you see it when, um, For example, whenever Alex Jones confronted Marco Rubio, Alex went up to him and was, you know, asking about censorship and stuff, and Rubio goes, I don't know anything about your site, man.
	And which means that he knew that there was a website, which means that he knew who Alex was.
	He knew about InfoWars.com because Alex didn't say anything about a site.
	So, he knew who he was, but...
	And Rubio pivoted and he goes, well I'm more concerned with the suppression of free expression and free ideas around the world and in our country and election interference.
	He's like, I'm more concerned with that stuff.
	I think the free market should take care of things.
	I don't think the government should get involved.
	He doesn't seem to care that it's us getting censored.
	Because how many Marco Rubio supporters are getting censored?
	Who's out there saying like, yeah, Marco Rubio, I love little Marco, he's my guy.
	And who, who of those people have been banned for supporting those things?
	But if you go on Facebook or Twitter or wherever and you support Trump, you get shadow banned, you get kicked off, banned, locked for abusive content for saying nothing abusive like I have been, like has been done to me.
	I'm currently locked out of Multiple accounts, and I have multiple accounts, not because I'm trying to get around anything, but because I have my personal account, and then I started a University Wars account for this new project that we're going to be working on here at InfoWars.
	So I started that.
	Didn't tweet anything.
	Tweeted nothing from that account.
	I tried to log into it on my phone.
	It says, uh, you've been locked for unusual behavior.
	It says you can unlock it by entering your phone number registered with this account.
	I typed in the phone number that was registered with the account.
	It said nope.
	First it said this phone number is associated with a different account.
	So I entered it again.
	It said nope.
	This phone number is invalid even though I've used it before with Twitter.
	And then the third time it said you've used too many times to try and too many attempts.
	And so then I contacted Twitter support and they said, oh yeah, upon review, you've been locked for abusive behavior and it will remain locked for the allotted amount of time.
	However long we told you it'd be locked for, that's how long it's going to be locked.
	They didn't tell me how long they're going to lock it for.
	They didn't tell me how.
	They couldn't, they didn't tell me what the abusive content was, how I was being abusive or promoting harmful behavior.
	They did it to an account I'd never tweeted from.
	They did it to my account, which my personal account, which I use, which you just saw on the screen right there.
	Um, which I intentionally make sure not to post anything harmful or abusive or anything that might be construed as violating Twitter's rules or terms of service because I know that there is a disproportionate scrutiny directed towards people like myself.
	So I make very sure to keep things clean, keep things nice and safe and polite, friendly, PG-13.
	But they did it anyways.
	And of course I have a different account that I just use as like a news feed.
	I follow all the different news sites and notable figures and I just I don't tweet anything from there either.
	I just follow sites.
	That one also got locked for harmful or abusive behavior.
	So this is this is the stuff that we have to deal with and this is why I think it doesn't matter that like it doesn't like the free market I don't know how the free market could work because people suggest you should leave just if all the conservatives should leave and Twitter would be forced to reckon with it and they'd lose a big portion of their audience they'd want you to come back so they'd start behaving differently.
	But that's not the case.
	They're already kicking conservatives off.
	They indiscriminately kick conservatives off.
	They would like to ban all of us.
	Just lock us all out and have their little liberal hive mind bubble.
	If they're willing to kick us off and have all of us off the platform, why would it be any different if we just did it to ourselves?
	That is what they want, people.
	That is what they want.
	And I'm trying to tell you that when I say that this is a metaphysical battle.
	They want us to self-censor and to self-deplatform.
	So if we all just get off and stop playing their game, we say, yeah, I'm just not going to use their platform anymore.
	That is what they want, and that is what happens.
	That is them winning.
	That is them winning if we do that to ourselves.
	It's not like us, you know, moving some power play or something like that.
	Like, they are winning if we decide to kick ourselves off the platform.
	So we can't do that.
	That's not an option.
	I don't want to play games like this.
	I wanted to own a ranch.
	That's what I wanted to do.
	I wanted to own a ranch.
	But they just started pushing things too far.
	The government couldn't stop lying.
	The government couldn't stop killing its own citizens.
	They couldn't stop starting Trillions of dollars worth of wars in the Middle East.
	They couldn't stop importing cheap labor legally and illegally from Mexico and Honduras and Africa, Somalia.
	They couldn't stop doing that.
	They couldn't stop trying to forcibly breed white people out of existence, which is like, I don't even, it's not even about that.
	It's just like the fact, like, I don't want that to happen.
	So it's like they couldn't just stop doing that.
	They couldn't... Enough was not enough for them.
	Obama wasn't enough.
	Socialism's not enough.
	They just had to keep destroying everything.
	So now, I put aside my aspirations of a quiet life on a farm or ranch, and now I'm here.
	Now I'm fighting.
	Good job, guys, because there's a lot more of me coming up.
	You're gonna have to deal with a lot of us now.
	You pushed us too far, so now we're fighting.
	We're not done.
	We're not kicking ourselves off the social media.

	I'm not David Knight, but I'm filling in for David Knight today on the September 12th edition of Real News.
	We're going to go back to the phone lines and clear out the phone boards for this segment here.
	We've been talking about social media censorship and how we should deal with it.
	Is it a free market issue?
	Or does the government need to step in and regulate it in some kind of, in some fashion or another?
	Had a lot of people weighing in.
	Most people think that something needs to be done.
	They don't know if the government's the answer, but they just say like, you know, something needs to be done because it's very bad.
	We had one caller that I talked to for a little while named Al, who was talking about Um, how we should just leave these platforms and let, you know, the free market sort it out that way.
	And I get what he's saying, but I don't think that we can really, um, I don't think that we can really count on that happening on being able to convince everybody to, uh, to leave.
	I don't think that'll happen, but at the same time, should we do that?
	Should we even leave?
	The question is not, can we shut them down?
	It's should we even have to do that?
	And I don't want to get into the whole thing about, like, oh, is it fair?
	Because, you know, the world is not fair.
	Life is not fair.
	But, you know, when we, it's like, it's like the Second Amendment.
	You think about the Second Amendment, this is kind of, you know, an argument against government regulation, but for the people's freedom.
	Again, you know, we want to maximize freedom.
	We want to use the government to maximize people's freedom as much as possible.
	And with the Second Amendment, The militia, the people, the armed populace needs to be able to defend itself and be on par in a certain level with the United States government, the United States military.
	So the military uses M16s and M4s, so civilians should be able to use AR-15s.
	And then that brings in the whole thing about like should civilians be able to use machine guns.
	I think if a sizable number Of people in the United States population had machine guns, I don't think it'd be a problem.
	Maybe it's a little bit harder to buy, maybe you have to jump through more hoops just so, like, not anybody can just buy it and go shoot somewhere up.
	But if everybody had one, then, you know, you can't just go down the street and, like, shoot them.
	You know, it's the same as in a mall.
	If you're in a mall and nobody has a gun and somebody walks in with one and starts shooting people, there's no defense.
	But if, like, 50... if 30% Of the people in that mall had a handgun on him, and somebody walks in with a gun and starts trying to kill people, he's going down pretty quick.
	So, you want things to be evenly matched.
	Now, the left disproportionately owns all of the outlets, whether it's cable television, late night shows, social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
	Or YouTube, these different places, they disproportionately have a grasp on these companies, organizations, and institutions.
	So, what do we do?
	Do we just leave?
	Do we try to shut them down?
	These places are more than just the companies that facilitate them.
	YouTube is more than a company owned by Google that hosts videos.
	YouTube is this Battleground of ideas and ideologies and concepts and political theories.
	How many people were woken up during the 2016 election by watching videos from InfoWars on YouTube?
	Watching Hillary supporters and Bernie supporters humiliate themselves.
	Watching the video of Hillary collapsing outside of 9-11.
	Because the news wouldn't have covered that before.
	Maybe Fox might have talked about it a little bit.
	CNN, MSNBC, ABC.
	They wouldn't have talked about it, so we wouldn't have seen it.
	If it weren't for YouTube and platforms like InfoWars which force people to watch it and talk about it.
	How many people were woken up in the 2015-2016 election by listening to videos about philosophy by Stéphane Molyneux?
	How many people listened to therebel.media and were woken up that way?
	How many people just hopped on a camera You know, people who had never made videos before just hopped on a camera and started talking about things that they believed in and started waking other people up.
	And likewise, how many people have been brainwashed by people like the Young Turks and ABC, NBC, CNN, on YouTube, on Twitter, on Facebook.
	How many people have been brainwashed and how many people have been woken up and the fights and the info, literal information wars on these sites.
	So, I just say all of that to show you that InfoWars is not, like, we don't just want to use these sites to promote our stuff.
	These sites are more than that.
	They are the public grounds of debate.
	It's like a park.
	It's like a bar.

	I went five or six pages deep.

	And it's like, well, dude, I pulled it up in no time.

	And then it would take you to a video about Ted Nugent talking about Obama.
	And then you get a video about, you know, based on the video you just watched, you'd see recommended titles.
	And then you see one, Obama birth certificate fake?
	Or where is his birth certificate?
	Where is his Harvard records?
	And you see these recommended videos.
	I mean, when I was 11 years old, just going through YouTube, one of the first Alex Jones videos or movies I saw was America Destroyed by Design.
	A little clip from that because I was just clicking through videos, political videos about, you know, Obama's lies and Obama's crimes and those different type of things.
	And then I just got to a part where it recommended to me A clip from this old Alex Jones documentary.
	And then I went and watched the whole thing.
	And I watched a bunch of other Alex Jones clips.
	I saw a bunch of Ron Paul stuff.
	I saw all of these different things because of the algorithms were actually promoting videos like the one that you watched.
	But now they just promote to you stuff that you've already seen.
	They promote to you the late shows.
	They want you to watch Jimmy Kimmel crying on TV.
	They watch all of these.

	And, you know, it let me post the video, but I tried to add a comment to it, and I'll read it to you right here, and I wish I could, you know, show you what I'm looking at, but it says, This is one of the most, if not the most, tragic day of the year.
	I can't imagine what these people and their families went and are still going through.
	Hashtag never forget.
	And every time I post it, I've tried it at least 10 times.
	It says, oops, something went wrong.
	We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.
	And, you know, I've been under several different Wi-Fis, you know, turned off my Wi-Fi and it keeps doing the same thing.
	And, you know, this isn't the first time I've been banned.
	I've been banned several times.
	I've been banned for weeks, 30 days.
	60 days, just for saying, you know, if I said thug, you know, on a comment or something, or just posted a video of Alex Jones, just reposting it, I would get banned.
	And it's unbelievable how out of hand this is getting.
	And what's sad is that, you know, the right, whatever, you know, the people, you know, conservatives, you know, they're basically split into like three groups.
	I mean, you got the people like us, the people who are all out, you know, trying to, you know, put out the information, trying to wake these people up and, you know, try to, you know, you know, let them know what's really going on and, you know, just put out the truth.
	And then you got the people who are just the old school, you know, watch Fox News, believe it or not, here, you know, Fox News is God.
	And then you got the people that, you know, they agree with us, you know, but they just don't want to, they don't want any problems.
	They just want to stay out of it.
	But that's the problem, you know, because that's why, you know, we're not getting any traction because everybody is divided.
	Not only the left and the right is the right is divided and we're not working together.
	And like with Alex Jones getting banned, you know, your last caller, I mean, you can't find anything about him.
	And, you know, you try to, you try to tell people about, you know, what's going on and then you're all, I don't believe that.
	Well, let me look it up and then you can't find it.
	I mean, I used to be able to look it up all the time and now it's just like Google is just completely wiped everything clean.
	And it's so frustrating, you know, and then, uh, like the other day when, when he had confronted Rubio, uh, you know, I, I take care of my meanwhile, she's completely disabled.
	So I go over there and, you know, cook for, and, and, you know, put her in the shower and all kinds of stuff.
	But she just, she sits in front of that TV and watch Spock news from day to dawn.
	I mean, daylight to dusk.
	And, you know, I started asking, I was like, yeah, did you see Alex Jones confront Rubio and all them and, you know, make him look like fools.
	And she's like, Oh my God, I'm not a fan of him.
	You know, he's, He talks about how Sandy Hook didn't happen and he's just like the Democrats.
	He's just crazy.
	And I'm like, what are you talking about?
	And I was like, what did they show?
	And she's like, well, it'll come on again.
	And you know, it just shows like the 10 seconds where, you know, he's patting him on the back and then they get in that argument.
	And it's like, no, I'll show you what really happened.
	But even when I show her, I mean, she's just, he just makes me nervous and all this stuff.
	And it's like, You know, it's amazing, man.
	It's a really good point because the only people that are on Fox News that are willing to say anything, you know, Hannity is willing to actually defend the president, and then we have Tucker Carlson who's actually willing to talk about the tough things.
	And it's a serious problem because there's people like Infowars, there's other people that are willing to talk about this stuff.
	But for the most part, Fox News, Marco Rubio types, a lot of the mainstream Republicans and so-called conservative media, they're not willing to talk about these things.
	But not only do they not talk about it, they also try to actively push it to the back burner or try to actively make people like us look bad, like you say.
	Fox News was trying to do with Alex when he was there because he was raising legitimate points.
	Um, in front of these people, the reporters and the congressmen, he was raising legitimate points.
	But like you said, all they showed was the little altercation at the end where really it was Rubio escalating things, not Alex.
	Alex was trying to be very polite until Rubio started calling him a clown and that type of thing.

	My SanAntonio.com reports Working groups of teachers and historians have proposed eliminating the words, quote, all the heroic defenders who gave their lives, end quote, at the Alamo from a state standard governing instruction on the Texas War of Independence for Mexico.
	Calling heroic a value-charged word and saying the reference to all defenders is too vague and covers too many individuals.
	Davy Crockett said, I know not whether in the eyes of the world a brilliant death is not preferred to an obscure life of rectitude.
	Most men are remembered as they died, and not as they lived.
	We gaze with admiration upon the glories of the setting sun, yet scarcely bestow a passing glance upon its noonday splendor.
	Texas Governor Abbott agrees these men were heroes, as he wrote in response, stop political correctness in our schools.
	Of course Texas school children should be taught that the Alamo defenders were heroic.
	I fully expect the State Board of Education to agree.

	Where the State Board of Education has failed by insinuating their social justice warrior virtue signaling, is by ignoring the actual circumstances between the heroes at the Alamo and the Mexican Army under Santa Ana.
	The makeup of the soldiers that fought at the Alamo were actually Texians and Tejanos.
	This wasn't a clash between an emerging Anglo-oriented American culture and Mexican culture.
	These were two political systems clashing.
	One shaking off the clutches of tyranny in the fight for freedom.
	For example, at the time Jim Bowie died at the Alamo, he was a Mexican citizen, not an American.
	And many of the Alamo defenders were born and bred Mexican natives, not Americans who came down from the North.
	So what has evolved into a race war was really something quite different.
	The Texas Revolution was rewritten as a war between white and brown, between good and evil, between a civilized race and an uncivilized race.
	When I was in third grade, we took a field trip to the Alamo.
	As we exit out the back of the Alamo, my best friend nudged me and said, you killed him.
	You and the other meskins.
	And that story stayed with me for a long time.
	And it's not that I didn't realize I was Mexican, you know, I never doubted that.
	I just didn't realize it was a liability in the eyes of my best friend.
	They also eliminated a specific reference to William B. Travis's letter known as the victory or death letter which partly read, the enemy has demanded a surrender at discretion otherwise the garrison are to be put to the sword if the fort is taken.
	I've answered the demand with a cannon shot and our flag still waves proudly from the walls.
	I shall never surrender nor retreat.
	Rewriting history to succumb to a post-modernist idealism sets American schoolchildren on the road to an Orwellian totalitarianism where freedom cannot flourish.

	It seems overall like the InfoWars audience is in favor of Breaking up the monopolies of social media.
	Because we've seen that, you know, free markets are good for a lot of things.
	But not everybody is willing to operate fairly.
	Not everybody is willing to operate in an upfront, honest, above-board manner.
	And because of that, I mean, that's the reason that we have antitrust laws and monopoly laws.
	That's why Teddy Roosevelt had to break up monopolies back in the day.
	That's why Andrew Jackson had to break up the central bank of the United States in the past and decentralize that power because people are not willing to play fair, play by the rules.
	And it's like Donald Trump says, you know, free trade is good.
	We like free trade, but we need fair trade.
	We're not going to let China manipulate things.
	We're not going to let Germany and the EU take advantage of us.
	We're not going to be taken advantage of anymore.
	And it's the same here.
	You know, free markets work well within a country, not so well globally.
	Actually, to our detriment, globally.
	And it's similar.
	It's like, in other ways, you know, the free markets are great for, like, manufacturing and creating products, that type of thing.
	But once something, you know, like oil, you know, if oil or steel is monopolized, it kind of starts to cause problems.
	When social media and information outlets are monopolized, it starts to cause problems.
	And so my personal opinion is that we need the government to step in and do something.
	You know, I believe that ultimately we need some level of government to protect rights like this.
	And what's really the difference between a government infringing upon your rights?
	People don't really get this.
	The government is just a collection of people that have agreed to do a certain thing, same as corporations are a collection of people who have agreed to do certain things and agreed on certain principles and objectives.
	Governments are a group of people that wield a certain amount of power.
	Corporations are a group of people that wield another type of power.
	So what is really the difference between the government infringing upon your right versus a corporation infringing upon your rights?
	What's really the difference?
	You know, if they're God-given rights and they need to be protected, then why Uh, why are we just protecting them from the government?
	Other people, you know, what if your neighbor comes, knocks on your door and says, uh, Hey, pal.
	Uh, hey, bud.
	You know, you're not allowed to say this anymore because I don't like it.
	And if you say, if you say that Honey Nut Cheerios are the best cereal, I'm going to shoot you.
	Okay?
	Don't talk.
	I don't want to hear any negativity about Honey Nut Cheerios, bud.
	Um, in that case, that guy's infringing upon your right.
	To free speech.
	Now, some people might say, well, it's his free speech to say that.
	Maybe.
	Should the government stop him from saying that?
	I think so.
	I think the government should stop him from using his right to free speech to infringe upon your right to free speech.
	Why not?
	And whenever companies like Twitter and these other other organizations They set up their website and they market it as the public space, the public square where people can come and debate things and present new ideas.
	They like presenting new ideas as long as you're not actually presenting new ideas.
	They like new ideas if it's their ideas.
	And so they market it this way and they say come on to our platforms and you know say whatever you want.
	Twitter called themselves the free speech wing of the free speech party which sounds pretty like Cringy to me.
	To use a dumb word, it sounds cringy.
	Makes me cringe.
	It's embarrassing just to hear that.
	It's like when you watch somebody do something embarrassing, and you actually feel embarrassed.
	It's like, I didn't even say the free speech wing of the free speech party, but it's just, it makes me embarrassed to hear that anybody even said that.
	So that's kind of the problem, and it's like, well, you know, they market it this way, and that becomes, because it's marketed that way and everybody goes there, it does become the public square.
	The place where people debate things.
	If that's the case, you know, and then they decide that they're going to start disallowing certain people with certain ideas from saying certain things, don't you think that maybe because they've marketed it a certain way that the government should be allowed to come in and say, Hey, you have like broken your promise.
	Basically, we have to make sure that it's, we have to ensure that people can say what they want.
	So that's my thoughts.
	You know, what's the difference between a government and a corporation?
	There's not very much of a difference really in our current system.
	They're practically one in the same.
	So, That's my thoughts on the situation there with the social media censorship.
	Some people believe the free market will sort it out.
	I don't believe the free market is capable of sorting it out.
	The free market might sort it out.
	When they say that, they're like, well, what the majority wants will happen.
	But if a very small select few people are controlling the information that the populace gets, what opinion do you think the majority is going to have?
	What opinion do you think the majority is going to have if a small group with certain interests is controlling the media and the information and the banking institutions and all that stuff?
	They're going to believe what they want them to believe.
	That's why we don't need to be protecting majority opinions.
	We need to be protecting minority opinions like believing in liberty and free speech and Americanism and you know those type of things that the more what they would call fringe right-wing conspiracies these days.
	We need to be protecting people that say that kind of stuff.
	So you know we need to really think about what we want because if we do the whole like the free market will sort it out thing Then, yeah, the free market will sort it out, but that's not going to end up in our favor.
	That's going to end up with more restricted markets.
	So the free market types that want to use the free market to fix this, it's a self-destructive system if you let it go unabated, because the free market will allow for tyrants and people that want to censor other people and people that want to control markets.
	It's like, you know, if you're playing Volleyball, for example, or basketball, and you have the rule, you're only allowed to use your dominant hand.
	Say everybody's right hand.
	You're only allowed to use your right hand.
	Everybody else's hand is tied behind their back.
	You can only, you know, dribble or if you're volleyball, you can only hit the ball with one hand.
	And then one team decides that they're gonna use both hands.
	And you're still deciding to play by the rules because you care about the rules, but they are just using both hands.
	You're obviously at a disadvantage and you're going to lose.
	You're gonna lose regardless of how hard you play.
	Oh, well, you know, the free market will sort it out.
	It's like, well, you've got a hand tied behind your back and they're playing with both hands.
	And, you know, they're also like deflating the ball or doing, you know, they're cheating.
	So if they're cheating, you know, you're gonna lose.
	So that's why we need the government to come in and step in and do things, is to make people play fair, to keep people from cheating and abusing the rules.
	Because if we let them win, we're not going to have free markets to sort things out.
	The free market, left unabated, will lose to leftists, to Marxists, to left-wing authoritarians, those type of people.
	And we're going to have more, you know, the majority opinion will soon be, if we don't stop If we don't start fighting harder, the majority opinion will be that children can take hormone blockers, children can have sexual reassignment surgery, children should let drag queens read to them in school, it's okay for children to have sexual relationships with adults and other disgusting stuff like that.
	That's going to be the majority opinion, Sim.
	There's an article that came out that said, oh, you know, there's a study that says that drinking blood will, you know, drinking the blood of younger people Actually will make your health better.
	And most people are like, okay, that might be true, but it's creepy and it sounds immoral and unethical, so I'm not going to do that.
	But eventually the majority opinion will just be like, well, why not?
	You know, why not?
	Who cares?
	Maybe we'll find out that eating fetuses will make you feel better, make you healthier, make you regenerate cells faster or something.
	But most people will be like, I'm not going to do that because that's sick.
	It's disgusting.
	It's depraved.
	But, you know, they've already told us that a fetus is just a clump of cells, and maybe first they convince us that it's okay to drink blood, and then they say, uh, you know, eat a fetus.
	It'll make you feel better.
	It'll make you healthier.
	You'll live longer.
	And maybe people go, that's just a clump of cells.
	I'm going to do that.
	Is that what we want, folks?
	Is that what we want?
	Do we want to let the free market sort it out and end up there?
	I don't want to let it go there.
	That's not where I want to see things go.
	So, um, I think that we need the government to step in and do something.
	And, you know, they say, well, what if it's abused?

	The headline is, newspaper doubles down with front page response to Serena Williams cartoon critics.
	So if you haven't heard, Serena Williams was playing in a match and she, I'm trying to remember how it first started, she, her coach was coaching her from the sideline, which is not, that's against the rules.
	He like gave her some little hand signal and she was like, you know, okay.
	And the ref was like, hey, you can't do that, you know, that's strike one.
	And she was like, he wasn't coaching me, he just gave me a thumbs up, blah, blah, blah.
	But that's like what everybody would say.
	She lied there, and she has a history of doing this type of thing before.
	Like, she berated somebody.
	There was a line judge, the person who says, like, okay, your foot was over the line, you're out.
	And she, like, berated them, you know, for whatever.
	Called them names.
	I think she said, if this wasn't on TV, or if there weren't cops around, I would shove this ball down your throat.
	Down your effing throat, I think she said.
	So, very nice woman, as you can tell.
	Very ladylike.
	And then this time, something similar happened.
	She got in trouble for getting coached, and then she got in trouble for talking trash to the referee afterwards.
	And then later on, she threw down her racket, like broke it, and I think stomped on it, really throwing a fit.
	She's done this before, and she got fined $17,000 for it, which is fine.
	I mean, she makes a lot of money, so.
	It's not exactly like it's kind of pocket change to her and she started going on this tirade about how it was anti-woman because if men do it now there's plenty of records about John McEnroe and all these different very aggressive male tennis players they get fined a lot like they have gotten fined a lot in the history of male tennis so she's wrong she is wrong But she's like, if a man does it, he's outspoken and it's fine.
	But if a woman does it, then she's, she's being, uh, you know, I can't remember the word that she's, but she's, if it's, if it's a woman, then she's wrong and she gets fined for it.
	She gets penalized.
	And I was talking about earlier how there's like this stereotype to like, Oh, only women get called bossy.
	and they're not being bossy they're just acting like a man and we don't want women to act like men but like yeah i like i'm willing to you know a lot of people try to go no it's not that it's just this no no yeah like i we don't want women to act like men women should act like women women should not act like men okay stop acting like men don't be bossy don't be crass be polite speak in a ladylike manner okay be be like you are Traditionally men, like the whole gender roles thing is not because like, oh yeah, we're gonna oppress women.
	We're gonna make them stay home.
	They can't work.
	Yeah, they can't talk like blah.
	No, it's not like that.
	It's not like we just want to hurt women.
	It's like you are precious and valuable.
	You are magical.
	You can make babies.
	You are like the most amazing thing in the world.
	Please just let me like protect you and bring you stuff.

	And it was just a picture of, of like, Klansmen.
	Like, there was literally just pictures of the KKK in an article with my name in the headline.
	No explanation, no reason, just why?

	I primarily discussed the actual event where Serena Williams offended three times, broke three different rules in a tennis match.
	First, she... I don't remember what she did first.
	I don't remember what one of them was, but I know that she got coaching, and then she berated someone, like she cursed at them, which is a no-no.
	It's a no-go.
	And then she broke her tennis, like she threw her tennis racket down and broke it.
	And there's a lot of reasons why that's illegal in the game.
	And she got penalized for each one, and eventually fined $17,000.
	And she claimed racism as a motivation.
	motivation she claims sexism as a motivation She said that, you know, if this were a man, it wouldn't happen.
	If this were a white man, it definitely wouldn't happen.
	And this article that I'm talking about is actually not so much, it's about the event, but it's about a cartoon about the event, okay?
	So, Guys, if we can dot-cam this real quick.
	We've got a cartoon here about Serena Williams.
	It depicts her throwing a fit, broken racket on the ground, stomping up and down.
	The complaints from all these different people is that it's racist because of big lips and big hair and those play on racist stereotypes and she's overweight and she's too angry.
	They're complaining about her being too angry and that being a racist stereotype.
	She literally threw a racket on the ground throwing a fit and they're saying that it's racist to depict her as being too angry because that's a stereotype about black women.
	Okay?
	And then if you look here, If you look here at the cover of this where they're saying, uh, PC, let's see, welcome to PC world.
	No satire allowed.
	It says, uh, you know, one of the thing is because it says big lips and big hair.
	If you look at the depiction of Trump here.
	Trump has big lips.
	Kim Jong-un has big lips.
	Are those because of racist stereotypes against black people?
	Does the cartoon of Trump have big lips because of racist stereotypes?
	Or is it just because cartoons are supposed to look goofy?
	Is the fact that this guy is a ram and he has horns, is that a racist stereotype?
	What about this guy's big ears?
	I don't know who that's supposed to be.
	Are all cartoons just racial stereotypes these days?
	What about all of the political cartoons where white people look ridiculous?
	That is what cartoons do.
	They're caricatures of what somebody looks like.
	I don't know what my caricature would look like.
	I'm a very handsome person, so I don't know.
	I don't know what they would play on to make me look goofy, but they'd probably find something.
	With Obama, it was big ears.
	With Bush, it was like his squinty eyes.
	It was his squinty eyes and like a big forehead.
	With Trump, they just make him look really fat.
	They play on these character stereotypes.
	But of course, it's just racist motivation whenever Serena Williams is depicted jumping up and down on a broken racket, which she did.
	Okay, but it's just racism.
	It's just racism, folks.
	And that's the PC culture we're dealing with.
	And, you know, again, Somebody in the crew was telling me before we came back from break that somebody on ESPN was talking about this particular referee that penalized her for these things.
	He actually has given the same penalty to males in the past playing tennis.
	He's given the same penalties.
	Think about that.
	Her explanation for why she's being targeted, quote targeted, is because she's a woman and it wouldn't happen to a man.
	But the same referee that gave her those penalties Gave the same penalties to men.
	And if you look at her history, Serena Williams history, she has a, uh, she has a history, a very long history of breaking rackets, throwing fits, berating people, telling a line judge that she's going to throw, uh, that she would like to shove an effing ball or a ball down someone's effing throat.
	But she's very nice.
	She's peaceful.
	It's just cause she's a woman.
	It's stereotypes about women and black people, but.
	We've gotten to the point where these stereotypes...
	These stereotypes, which aren't even real anymore, like maybe 100 years ago, like 50 years ago.
	Yeah, maybe, but in today's day and age, like stereotypes are not okay.
	25 years ago, you could make jokes about stereotypes.
	You can't even make jokes about stereotypes.
	People don't have stereotypes, like it's not on their radar these days because people are too afraid to think about it.
	People like Owen Benjamin go back and make jokes about stereotypes just like people used to do all the time.
	Jokes about everybody.
	White people.
	Everybody.
	Men.
	Women.
	Everybody.
	And he gets blacklisted.
	Well, the thing that originally blacklisted him was because he said that four-year-olds cannot be transgender.
	You can't give a four-year-old hormone treatment or sexual reassignment therapy or sexual reassignment surgery, rather.
	You can't do that to four-year-olds.
	So he gets kicked off.
	That is a thought.
	You're not allowed to think that thought.
	Let alone make jokes about stereotypes that might be offensive to somebody.
	So he's blacklisted from Hollywood, from mainstream comedy.
	Yes, he doesn't have managers, he doesn't have producers, nobody.
	He just has to do everything on his own now.
	And it's actually been better for him because of the things that he says and he believes.
	He's just a normal conservative libertarian type guy.
	And so he's able to now, he does live streams.
	You should support his channel on YouTube.
	Hopefully he doesn't get banned like we do.
	But he's able to do things independently, do his own comedy shows independently, do live streams where he just talks about things, he gives people advice, he makes jokes about things, and he doesn't have to worry about sponsors.
	So it's actually been good for him.
	But that just shows how negatively people in our society view stereotypes, and that's fine.
	Like, I don't care.
	I think that we should be able to make jokes about anything.
	I think that it's actually healthy to.
	It diffuses tension in our society.
	We don't have people trying to start race wars with Black Lives Matter these days.
	Like, if we were able to just joke about things and act, like, discuss things like humans, we wouldn't have radical black separatist groups trying to start race wars.

	So we had a lot of people that think that the proper way to go forward is for the government to step in and because you think about it and Twitter, Facebook, YouTube they're really monopolies and I'm not going to go I've talked about it At length throughout this whole show, but I think it's important to recap the fact that the majority of the callers, at least today, agree that the government needs to do something.
	We had some free market callers that think that'll sort it out, but I don't think that overall, long-term, that'll be good for us if we just decide to let the free market sort things out, because they don't play by the rules.
	They don't play by the fair market rules.
	So, that's that.
	We've had a great show talking about a lot of different big news of the day.
	Mostly about censorship.
	We have a lot.
	We're dealing with a lot of censorship, folks.
	You see all of these congressional hearings that we're having to deal with?
	We get slammed every time one of them comes up, whether it's Mark Zuckerberg, Jack Dorsey, people from Google or YouTube or wherever.
	They go in front of Congress and then they slam us, citing hate speech and, oh, they harass victims of shootings and they harass victims of 9-11.
	They lie and they do all these things.
	Things that are demonstrably false, they lie about us, they say things such, they claim that Alex thinks that there's slave colonies on Mars, but whenever we challenge them to show something like that, they can't do it, because they just, they hear something and they parrot it, and they repeat it enough until people just accept that it's true.
	And it's not true, because we ask for them to provide some evidence, and it's not out there.
	They can't do it.
	But they go in front of Congress, and they tell those lies anyways.
	And they say that we need to censor them because they're promoting violence, or they're promoting this bad thing, or that.
	They're lying, fake news, what have you.
	Anything.
	And they lie.
	And we're not allowed to face them.
	Alex Jones is not allowed to face his accusers.
	That's one thing that he was talking about a lot when he went to Washington recently and talked to Marco Rubio, Oliver Darcy, tried to talk to Jack Dorsey, all these different people.
	Most of them are little, little, um, what would you, I don't even know what I'd call them.
	Cucks, beta males, it's not really complete enough.
	They're cowards, is what they are.
	Oliver Darcy is the one that really led the charge at CNN to get InfoWars kicked off of all of these platforms.
	And then Alex goes up to him, just asking him like, hey, what's up, man?

	So that might be where this comes from.
	These people strike me that way a lot.
	Same thing with Jared Holt of Right Wing Watch who You know, calls people like me losers, InfoWars losers, but his job is to write articles about us.
	You know, nobody writes articles about Jared Holt.
	So, this is the censorship that we're dealing with.

	So, clip 14, Kavanaugh is asked about how he will decide cases, and here's his answer.
	And you talked a little bit about the constitutional basis for a judge's obligation to apply existing precedent.
	Could you expand on that a little bit more?
	Because I think most people are under the impression this is sort of a discretionary matter and you can sort of cherry pick between what precedents you decide to follow and which ones you don't follow.
	Well, there's been a debate sometimes about what are the origins of precedent?
	Why do you follow precedent?
	And as I see it, there are a number of reasons you would cite stability, predictability, impartiality, reliance interests, but all of those are not mere Policies in my view.
	As I see it, the system of precedent comes from Article 3 itself.
	When Article 3 refers to the judicial power shall be vested in one Supreme Court and such inferior courts as Congress shall from time to time establish.
	Alright, you see what just happened there?
	He was asked how he will decide cases, how he will rule on cases as a Supreme Court Justice, and he literally just starts reading out of the Constitution.
	That is the man that President Trump has nominated.
	That is the man that our representatives need to push into the Supreme Court.
	A man that abides purely by the United States Constitution.
