	We're going to talk about the back and forth from Jim Acosta.
	It's pretty amazing to hear the media defending Jim Acosta.
	He shows up at a rally and the crowd trolls him.
	These are the same people who have been attacked since the early days of the Trump campaign.
	Remember they went to Chicago?
	And there was violence there.
	The mainstream media, the establishment press didn't have a problem with that violence.
	As a matter of fact, if they talked about it at all, they said, well, you know, it's really Trump's fault.
	He shouldn't have held a rally there in Chicago because that's our territory.
	You know, they had to mark their territory.
	By keying cars, by attacking people, by destroying private property and getting violent with people, they didn't have a problem with that.
	And the press has actually kind of doubled down on this.
	It's pretty amazing, as we see.

	And I think this all kind of ties together with the admission of a National Geographic photographer saying, you know that picture we had of a starving polar bear?
	Well, it was fake.
	We had lost control of the narrative.
	Yeah, they lost control of the narrative.
	When they lose control of the narrative, They have to shut people down.
	So you hear people like Jim Acosta, fake Jake Tapper on CNN, the people on MSNBC, Chuck Todd, all these guys, crying crocodile tears about all this stuff.
	Oh, this is awful.
	Free speech and so forth.
	And yet these are the people who have been, CNN, constantly trolling the anti-social media, saying, when are you going to censor all of InfoWars?
	Right?
	Absolutely amazing.
	The hypocrisy.
	They don't think that people see both sides of this thing.
	That's why people are screaming at him, you suck, you're fake news, and so forth, so loudly that he can't do his broadcast.
	And they said, but wait a minute, what about our speech?
	That was grassroots censorship.
	You like that, CNN?
	People aren't listening to you, and they don't like what you're saying.
	And we don't like the fact.
	That you are deliberately trying to shut down the people that you have lost control of the narrative to.
	You've got a narrative that you want to put out.
	People don't believe it.
	You have enjoyed a monopoly along with the government.
	You know, we call CNN, we call them the Clinton News Network, the CIA News Network.
	Maybe they're the Crocodile Tears News Network, because that's what they're crying out.
	Or maybe the censorship news network, because they want to censor their competition, because they can't win in the free marketplace of ideas.
	And they poured a lot of hate on the Trump people there at that crowd.
	So we're talking about that.
	We're also going to be talking about Marty Gossfeld.
	We have interviewed his wife before.
	We've had many, many of his articles on InfoWars.
	He was found guilty yesterday.
	Because he was trying to draw attention to a medical kidnapping by Harvard, by the Boston Children's Hospital.
	And the same people who came after Aaron Schwartz, same people, Carmen Ortiz, the prosecutor and so forth, all these same people, from the prosecutor to the judges and so forth, that came after Aaron Schwartz, tried to get him sent to jail for 30 plus years.
	Because of a trumped-up charge there about hacking into Harvard.
	And he was, they were coming after him, quite frankly, because he was showing what they were trying to do and fighting CISPA.
	You know, we had CISPA, we had PIPA, ACTA, SOPA, all these different bills that were put out that would remove liability from companies who violate your privacy, like Google, like Facebook, and others.
	They want to remove their criminal liability for cooperating with the government.
	Civil liability, I should say.
	Your ability to sue them because they're not going to do anything in court.
	So we have two stories to tell you about this and a statement from Marty Gottesfeld about what happened in the trial yesterday.
	We're going to have his wife on tomorrow.
	Today we're going to have someone to talk about what is happening with CPS.
	That's the real child abuse that the mainstream media doesn't want to talk about as they have this fake story about what's happening at the border.

	We're going to talk about the aftermath of this Trump rally in Tampa.
	Jim Acosta, Jake Tapper of CNN, Chuck Todd of MSNBC, all these different people, actresses and actors and so forth, they're all up in arms about what happened there.
	So we're going to talk a little bit about that.
	We're going to talk about what real censorship looks like.
	We're going to talk about the city of pedophile love, Philadelphia.
	It's not the city of brotherly love anymore.
	It's not, let's see, well there's four loves, we've got Philae, brotherly love.
	We've got Eros, which is really what it's become now.
	I guess it should be called Erosadelphia or something.
	Anyway, I don't know how you work that in.
	But they've had some revelations about some pedophile priests there.
	I covered this one when the Pope was visiting America.
	What was that?
	About two or three years ago?
	Chakarian Jackson and I followed him as he went from Washington to New York to Philadelphia.
	Philadelphia was where they had the World Conference of Families.
	I thought, are you serious?
	This is one of the places where they've had the biggest concentration of pedophile priests anywhere in the country.
	As a matter of fact, there was an archbishop who had been run out of town.
	He had to get out because he was getting caught up in that.
	He moved down to Florida, I think it was.
	I talked to the people who are with an organization called SNAP.
	We did an interview at the time.
	Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests.
	But of course, it's not just the Catholic Church.
	It can happen in any institution.
	Especially political institutions, and it is very prevalent in situations where people have a lot of power, as we're seeing with the Me Too movement.
	In situations where there is a trust in people because of a religious organization.
	Then that trust is betrayed.
	The people are struggling with it, as we have nuns coming out of the Vatican saying, you know, I was abused by these people.
	I couldn't bring myself to come to grips with this.
	Well, of course, that happens to people when they're in an environment where they trust these priests or they trust the clergy.
	And that is especially true of children.
	That's why the statute of limitations is so important.
	But there has been a big breakthrough in Philadelphia here.
	And the amazing thing, the reason I brought that up, was because the Survivors Network of those abused by priests pointed out that this Archbishop who had to flee from Philadelphia had been brought in by this Pope to speak at the World Conference of Families, been brought back to Philadelphia.
	And so we're going to spend a little bit of time talking about that, talking about what's going on in Hollywood, the Guardians of the pedophiles cast, wanting to get their director back.
	I don't know whether that's going to happen or not.
	There's a lot of gossip saying that it would.
	But before we start on any of these topics, and we have some interesting guests today, we're going to be talking about abusive children.
	We have a guest today who's going to talk about CPS, Child Protective Services, how they are abusing people, how they are abusing children, how they're breaking up families.
	So he's going to have some horrifying stories to tell us about that.
	And we're going to be talking to Austin Peterson, who is going to be, there's a primary coming up in Missouri.
	He's running for Senate.
	We brought him up the last couple of days.
	He got hammered by one of the social media companies.
	I don't know if it's Facebook or Twitter.
	He got put in timeout because he responded to somebody's tweet with a gif of Stalin.
	They said, that's hate speech or a threat or something like that.
	But he also is in the news because he was offering a free 3D printer for guns.
	He says, we're not going to compromise on your gun rights.
	And so we want to have him talk a little bit about these issues and the things that are coming up.
	In this primary.
	But let's begin with what happened to Marty Gottesfeld.
	He has been on, actually his wife has been on with us here a couple of times.
	Marty has written a lot of articles that we've published on InfoWars.
	He was convicted yesterday.
	What was he convicted of?
	Well, I'll just summarize this going back to an article from last December in the New American.
	Save a girl's life.
	And you get treated worse than a terrorist.
	We see this happening all the time.
	Look at what they did to the Bundys.
	Look at what they did to the Hammonds.
	Look at what they're doing to Paul Manafort.
	You know, average jail sentence for somebody if they're convicted of what Manafort has been charged with is a little over a year.
	They're trying to get 305 years for Manafort.
	They've got him in solitary confinement if he's guilty.
	He's a non-violent white-collar criminal.
	But they put him in solitary confinement, want to try to get 305 years.
	I mean, this is what we're seeing over and over again, the way the justice system is rigged.
	As they reported in December 2017, New American said, in February 2013, when Linda Peltier took her 14-year-old daughter, Justina, to Boston's Children's Hospital, associated with Harvard.
	That's very important, because it's the power of being associated with Harvard that is at the bottom of all this.
	She took her to the hospital for flu-like symptoms.
	The family had no idea the nightmare that lay before them.
	Before the ordeal was over, Justina was the victim of what her father, Lou Peltier, describes as a medical kidnapping, torture, and abuse.
	And it's not the only or the first time that this hospital has done this to children.
	They have been accused of this many times.
	Other people who have come from other countries, foreign countries, have had that happen to them as well.
	It would take 16 months And the bravery of a man that the Peltiers had never met for Justina to be finally released and allowed to go home.
	The man is Martin Gottsfeld.
	He has now been convicted as of yesterday on charges that he hacked Boston Children's Hospital and listen to how awful this was.
	He knocked out their internet during a major fundraising drive.
	That's it!
	That's it!
	These people kidnap a child against the wishes of her parents and destroy her health.
	Keep it for 16 months for their own purposes.
	He draws attention to it by perhaps shutting down the internet during a major fundraising drive.
	And for that, they treat him worse than a terrorist.
	Is facing a possible 15-year sentence.
	I don't think they have sentenced him yet.
	They found him guilty yesterday.
	We'll get an update tomorrow.
	Long before Justina was taken to BCH, she had already been diagnosed with and was being treated for mitochondrial disease, a rare genetic disorder.
	Even with her condition, she was still a very active teenager.
	She was involved in competitive ice skating, other activities, things like that.
	Her diagnosis of mitochondrial disease had been made by Dr. Mark Corson, Chief of Metabolism at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
	And I just got to note the sentencing is scheduled for November the 14th, so we won't know tomorrow, but we will get an update from his wife tomorrow.
	So Mark Corson was a Chief of Metabolism at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
	One of the foremost experts in the field of metabolic disorders, and he had been successfully treating Justina.
	Remember, she's very active life, competitive ice skater.
	She had flu-like symptoms, so they took her there instead for a quick thing.
	A freshly minted BCH intern decided that she was suffering with mental illness.
	Oh, you're not sick at all!
	I think you've got mental illness.
	Something they called somatic symptom disorder.
	It turns out the new diagnosis was then rubber-stamped by a psychologist who just happened to be researching that very disorder with a grant from the National Institute of Health.
	That was how the medical kidnapping began.
	And I want to play for you a statement.
	Oh, actually, we don't have time.

	But remember, these are the same people who came after Aaron Schwartz.
	Who was very successful at stopping CISPA, PIPA, ACTA, SOPA.
	These were things that would take away the ability of you, the public, to sue companies that turn over your information to the government.
	Because the government has long maintained that if you have your information on a private server, you have an email account, just like if you've got a phone company, all of that stuff It belongs to the phone company, and it doesn't violate your privacy, and they don't need to search one.
	They just ask the phone company, hey, will you turn it over to us?
	And of course, the phone companies, the internet service providers, they all want to remain in the good graces of the government.
	So yeah, they just turn it over.
	They don't care.
	People could sue those companies for that, but they wanted to make sure they had legal immunity, just like they gave legal immunity to the vaccine companies.
	That's why they had to get rid of Aaron Schwartz.
	And we'll talk to you about what happened with Marty when we come back.

	I was just talking about Marty Gottesfeld.
	He was able to attract attention to a medical kidnapping case at Boston's Children's Hospital, affiliated with Harvard University.
	You don't criticize Harvard.
	Not in that town.
	They will come after you.
	We saw that happen with Aaron Schwartz.
	Of course, there were other issues involved with Aaron Schwartz as well, another political prisoner, who eventually died, committed suicide, or was killed, depending on whose story you believe.
	uh... but a shameful prosecution ever less by the same people came after marty gottisfield he was convicted yesterday i wanted to play for you a statement he had recorded this in advance of the hearing yesterday was gonna find out whether he was uh...
	convicted or acquitted he recorded this in advance so here's part of the statement that marty gottisfield recorded yesterday i've already got a salt and if you're listening to this recording uh... which are making beforehand uh... that means that uh...
	jury has returned i'd guilty verdict on one or both uh... of the council the apartment which carmen ortiz uh... filed against me Um, I guarantee you I look forward to raising, uh, critical substantive issues, um, which were denied by the same judge, uh, who presided over the Aaron Sports case.
	Moreover, though, I think it's important to remember what this case was really about.
	You know, the government wants everyone to think that this is about, you know, Boston Children's Hospital and Wayside and other Harvard hospitals.
	But what it's really about is Justina Palantir.
	They took her from her family.
	They tortured her, they left her in a psych ward, 16 months without her painkillers, 16 months without her heart meds.
	She's permanently scarred, both physically and psychologically because of this.
	She's in a wheelchair to this day.
	There's no civil rights investigation for her.
	No one's looking at an indictment for healthcare fraud, for pocketing money to keep her in that psych ward when what she really needed.
	was treatment for mitochondrial disease.
	And if you're listening to this recording, I'm sure the government has released a press release.
	And I'm sure Justina is barely mentioned on it, if at all.
	And I'm sure Aaron Swartz is not mentioned at all.
	And I'm sure Harvard is probably not mentioned, if at all.
	And if they are mentioned, I'm sure They're not telling you the full truth about what happened to Justina, about what happened to Aaron.
	Then about what happened to me.

	He was convicted yesterday.
	Carmen Ortiz, the prosecutor, who was being groomed, by the way, to become the next governor of Massachusetts.
	She had been the federal prosecutor who had gone after the Boston bombing situation.
	They had done everything they could to groom her for that position.
	But then a couple of things happened, you know, that really took down her Her star there.
	I think they might have, I don't remember if that happened before or if they did that afterwards, I think, to try to build her up.
	Either just before the Boston bombing or right after.
	The things that really killed her rising political star.
	We're coming after Aaron Schwartz and also coming after a local hotel owner.
	Over 15 years, this local hotel owner had had there been something like three or four drug busts at this hotel over 15 years.
	Carmen Ortiz decided that she would confiscate the entire hotel.
	Now, there was never any indication that the hotel owner had done anything wrong.
	This is like what we've talked about so many times.
	You loan your car to somebody.
	As a matter of fact, I've got a story in today's news.
	A mom who loaned her car to her son.
	He was picked up for drunk driving, driving her car, and they decide they're just going to keep the car.
	Well, we had situations where the parent's car is being driven by a kid, and the police pull him over, and there's a whole bunch of kids in the car.
	They have him get out.
	They said that they found a little bit of a joint on the bottom of the car, so they confiscate the parent's car.
	And so, well, we don't know that anything was done.
	And we don't know that it was even your son.
	And it certainly wasn't you.
	So we're not charging you or anybody in the car with a crime.
	But because that car had the little remains of a marijuana joint, we're going to charge that car with a crime.
	And so, what Carmen Ortiz did was she charged this hotel with a crime.
	Because over a period of 15 years, there have been three or four people arrested for drugs.
	See, this is...
	The kind of person that she is.
	But of course she became famous because of what she did with Aaron Schwartz.
	Aaron Schwartz who was an activist.
	Aaron Schwartz who stood up against CISPA, PIPA, SOPA, ACTA, all these various schemes that would give these big data companies immunity For getting rid of your data.
	What are the people so upset about?
	All this Cambridge Analytica stuff?
	It's like, oh, look at this.
	They looked at our data.
	They've been selling this stuff for a long time.
	Here's a story.
	New York Times for sale.
	Survey data on millions of high school students.
	For sale.
	This data has always been for sale.
	You don't realize that that is Facebook and Google's business model?
	If their services are free, you are the product.
	They grab the data on you.
	And so Aaron Schwartz was looking at this and saying, no, this is our data.
	You're not going to turn it over to the government without a search warrant.
	You're not going to turn it over to other people without a search warrant.
	He fought successfully and shut down CISPA twice.
	He had to be taken out of the picture.
	Carmen Ortiz, who just successfully prosecuted Marty Gottesfeld, is the person that they choose for that kind of dirty work.
	And going back to the case of Ross Ulbrich, This is a story from the Free Thought Project.
	The Supreme Court, by denying an appeal by Ross Ulbricht, is essentially nullifying the Fourth Amendment for all of us.
	Not only our privacy, but the idea that we would have a search warrant put out against us.
	Because we've talked about the fact, as we had his mother on, Lynn Ulbricht, on last week.
	The fact that they made bogus allegations against him that were never tried in court.
	He never had a chance to answer those.
	But he was tried in the court of public opinion and they used these outstanding allegations in Maryland to make him look like something that he wasn't.
	They finally dropped those charges after the Supreme Court turned this down.
	But the Supreme Court turned down the idea that, because it was on the internet, they said the government doesn't need a search warrant.
	So that means that they've just nullified the Fourth Amendment for the 21st century, because everything basically is on the Internet, right?
	As they did when they finally passed CISA.
	They finally got that passed over Aaron Schwartz's dead body.

	I want to tell you just a couple more things about what's going on in our courts.
	listening to real news with David Knight.
	Welcome back. I want to say just a couple more things about what's going on in our courts.
	Multiple political persecutions that are happening.
	The Bundys, the Hammonds, Manafort, Marty Gottesfeld, Aaron Schwartz, many of these things.
	We need to have the Department of Justice fixed, but we've got somebody there as the head of the Department of Justice that is totally asleep at the wheel, or complicit.
	That's the worst case scenario.
	He doesn't even know.
	I mean, he may be just totally incompetent.
	Sessions doesn't even know that Peter Strzok still has his security clearance.
	He told people, I've still got my security clearance.
	A couple of days later, Strzok goes on.
	and talks at sneers, I should say.
	Wasn't so much talking as he was sneering defiantly at his congressional testimony, saying, no, I've still got it.
	I've got it.
	Special things above top secret as well.
	Yeah, we know about those special things.
	Talked about that briefly yesterday.
	But so, I don't know if Sessions really even knows what's going on in these things, but he has turned a blind eye to it.
	He's got some little pet hobby horses that he wants to focus on.
	Maybe he should pay attention to the fact that Rod Rosenstein may be the first witness.
	You know, as he recused himself from all this Trump stuff, why isn't Rod Rosenstein recused?
	As many people have said, he's going to be a witness in a lot of these cases.
	He was intricately involved in this, far more than Jeff Sessions was.
	Rod Rosenstein, as a matter of fact, in the case of Manafort, had passed on charging him with these crimes he's now being charged with eight years ago.
	Then, we learned earlier this week, the beginning of the week, The Mueller team put out a memo that had been hidden previously, saying that Rod Rosenstein's going, hey, let's go get Manafort now.
	Yeah, we understand what that's about.
	But let's get back to what's going on with these people who are currently in jail.
	As I pointed out, Ross Ulbricht, the Supreme Court denied a petition that was, as a matter of fact, there were friends of people who signed on with Ross, about 20 different groups.
	A large legal organization, a lot of libertarian organizations, organizations both left and right, because of this issue right here.
	Not because of the fact that he was falsely accused and that the judge inflated his sentence to multiple life, consecutive life sentences based on allegations that were never tried, allegations for which he was never convicted, allegations for which he never had a chance to defend himself.
	Everybody should be concerned about that.
	But because of this issue about the Fourth Amendment that Freethought Project is talking about, the petition would have forced the Supreme Court to address where government surveillance and the Fourth Amendment intersect today, in the 21st century.
	Specifically, whether the evidence used to arrest and convict him was seized constitutionally or not.
	The evidence in question was obtained through warrantless government surveillance of the wireless router in his private home.
	The court's refusal to review Ulbricht's case affirms an outdated legal precedent that essentially nullifies the Fourth Amendment in the age of the Internet.
	Why is it outdated?
	Because this goes back to the pen register codes, where they said, well, we can talk to the phone company, and it gives us a list of all the different people that an individual has called, or people who have called that individual, because that belongs to the phone company.
	They have extrapolated this now to all the data there.
	That's why Aaron Schwartz was fighting that.
	And that's why Carmen Ortiz came after him, the same person who just convicted Marty Gottesfeld.
	They go on to say that, you know, of course, Silk Road, if you don't know what that is, it's an online marketplace.
	You could buy and sell things there anonymously.
	After a while, you started having people buying and selling illegal things like drugs or false identification or computer hacking stuff, right?
	And that's when the government got involved.
	The government sought authorization, but not a warrant.
	They have created these structures, just like the FISA Court, that allow them to get around the Fourth Amendment.
	And the Supreme Court is just fine with that.
	The Supreme Court is just fine with the TSA putting their hands on you, searching you without a warrant.
	And Scalia, the great originalist, you want to talk about original intent?
	The founders had the same thing done to them, folks.
	It was on wooden ships.
	Instead of modern airports where this kind of stuff happened to men, women, and children.
	They strip-searched them.
	That's why we have, one of the reasons why we have the Fourth Amendment.
	Back in the day, as I tweeted out, when the ships were made of wood and the men had backbones of steel.
	We overthrew a government that did this kind of stuff to us because they were doing this kind of stuff to us.
	Anyway, as they're saying here, they use this new construct called the Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
	Isn't that funny?
	They call it the Privacy Act so that they can take away your privacy and invade your privacy in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
	Just like they call it the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act so that they can surveil Americans.
	They use that to track Ulbrich's internet traffic information, and that is a key issue in this.
	Just as the case that the judge sentenced him using untried, unproven allegations, the fact that the judge hid exculpatory evidence, the fact that you had FBI agents embezzling money who were controlling the website, A lot of different things happening, but all of this very similar to what we saw in the Bundy trial, in the Hammond trial, in the movements against President Trump.
	And then finally this, and we're talking about legal issues, you've got Ed Markey now.
	Ed Markey.
	He's now a senator.
	Remember back in the day, back when I first started here at InfoWars, he was still just a lowly congressman.
	But he was doing a dog and pony show with then EPA director Lisa Jackson, who's one of the first people in the Obama administration that we found had created aliases.
	Lisa Jackson was hiding what she was doing in her emails and so forth.
	But Lisa Jackson...
	Maybe she had this extra email account because she had been sending a script back and forth between Ed Markey.
	So the two of them are having a hearing and he actually stepped over her lines and had to walk it back.
	It's obvious that they had arranged what they were going to say and they were lying to the American public saying that more people were dying of fine particulate matter than were dying of cancer.
	An absurd lie that was being used to try to shut down the coal industry, even attack farmers about dust on their farms.
	But this guy is now a senator, and so what he's saying is he's going to hold up the State Department nomination of an individual.
	He's going to hold that hostage until 3D gun blueprints are banned.
	Now the Daily Caller is reporting on this, and they say Senate Democrats have been expressing outrage for the past few weeks over a settled lawsuit that allows Americans access to detailed firearm blueprints.
	No, it's not about that.
	This is, again, another case of the Internet.
	How does the Internet intersect with free speech?
	With the First Amendment, just like the other case.
	How does it intersect with the Fourth Amendment?
	And do you see a troubling trend here?
	Bill Rice doesn't apply on the Internet.
	Not for free speech, not for protections against warrantless searches, not for anything.
	You know, because we got new technology, now these principles of abuse of power don't matter anymore, according to them.
	But the Daily Caller got it wrong.
	It's not about applying Americans.
	It was the Fifth Circuit Court that said nothing has really changed with this.
	Americans could always acquire these, legally acquire these plans, and use them.
	The State Department got involved because they said by putting them on the internet you are exporting them which is an absurd premise and that's why Defense Distributed, Cody, were working on this and Cody Wilson and his organization Defense Distributed sued the State Department and they finally gave up because they're going to lose in court.
	And so now Ed Markey is going to try to hold this captive.
	We've got Austin Peterson coming up because he's hit a couple of different interesting themes here in the last week or so.
	First of all, he got shut down by Twitter for 12 days, less than a week before the election this coming Tuesday.
	So we want to give him some attention.
	What was he shut down for?
	Well, he put up a gif of Joseph Stalin as a joke to reply to somebody who was trolling him, calling him a Russian.
	So he puts this up and basically says, well, off to the gulag with you.
	So they banned him for 12 days, essentially shutting down his speech just before the primary.
	But he's also been involved in the 3D gun thing.
	He is also offering a free 3D printer so he can print these guns to anybody that contributes to the campaign.
	He's going to tell us about it.
	Probably a raffle that he's doing for people who contribute to the campaign.

	We're going to talk about Jim Acosta saying he couldn't believe when he was at a Trump rally in Tampa that he was still in America.
	Why do you think people are upset with CNN?
	We've had multiple polls come out just the day before the event in Tampa.
	We had one poll that said the majority of Americans say the FBI showed bias in Trump and Clinton probes.
	The Federal Biased Investigators.
	Yeah, the FBI.
	A survey of 1,058 registered voters conducted by Harris X Polling showed what is America thinking.
	They found 62% of Americans believe the FBI was biased in its handling of the high-profile investigation and the Clintons' use of a private email server.
	The 38% believe that the bias favored Clinton.
	A similar percentage of Americans, 59%, said they believe the FBI also suffered from bias in the Trump probe.
	More believe that the president was hurt by that bias than believe that Hillary Clinton was hurt by the bias in her favor.
	The new poll also reveals extent of America's anger at mainstream Trump coverage.
	And you didn't need a poll to see that at the Trump Tampa rally.
	This is a YouGov survey.
	41% of Americans thought the press treats President Trump unfairly.
	Only 32% thought the press treated Trump fairly.
	And so in the background of that, we're going to talk about what happened at that rally and how the mainstream media, CNN, and others are responding to that.
	But before we do, real quickly, we've had yet another bit of censorship directed towards Alex Jones.
	Spotify has now yanked multiple Alex Jones podcast episodes.
	They said, well, it contains hate speech.
	Let me tell you something.
	When you hear these people talking about hate speech, this has always been the problem with hate crimes.
	It's always in the mind of the beholder.
	It's very subjective.
	You know, you can have a determination.
	It's difficult enough to determine if somebody actually committed a crime.
	Did they actually kill somebody?
	If they did kill somebody, then there was always some... Well, was it premeditated?
	You've got to prove it's premeditated.
	Or was it accidental?
	Or was it negligent?
	And so forth.
	But these are things that could be objectively determined if you had a fair court.
	But then we start talking about hate crimes.
	You start getting into a very subjective area.
	You start talking about hate speech.
	That is extremely subjective.
	And I think what we're continually seeing here is that it isn't hate speech.
	But it's people who hate free speech that are trying to shut it down.
	Why?
	Because they've lost control of the narrative.
	And the public sees this.
	The public sees what the FBI is doing.
	Why?
	Because we have alternative media.
	Do you think the public would understand what the FBI and the Democrat Party are doing if it wasn't for the alternative media?
	Do you think that CNN and other people would expose it?
	Of course they don't.
	They're pushing the opposite.
	And people don't believe that.
	Here's a comment from Alex Jones about some of these pushbacks against him trying to shut down InfoWars and shut down free speech.

	In fact, they reported the opposite.

	I don't know if he pronounces that three extension or extension or whatever.
	And to Tay-K.
	In less than a month, however, they reversed that policy.
	And they don't have the hateful conduct policy anymore for rappers.
	It's just for people whose politics they don't like.
	So here's Jim Acosta, whose politics we don't like, quite frankly.
	You're going to hear from these people, oh, we're so objective, I don't understand this, we're losing the First Amendment.
	These people, CNN, are the ones who are writing multiple articles in public begging, begging The social media giants to censor our entire news organization.
	And they have the audacity to talk about free speech for them.
	You know what?
	You're not going to get free speech, censorship news network, if you do that.
	And of course they also, we see Democrats who are trolling these Facebook and Google executives saying, when are you going to shut down Infowars?
	Why are they still showing up?
	And so forth.
	Multiple times, doing that in public hearings.
	Democrats!
	So yeah, I don't feel like I'm in America, but now after Jim Acosta gets trolled by the public at a Trump rally in Tampa, this is what he has to say.
	Jim, we've seen your videos and I've been to these events too.
	I've met with countless Trump supporters.
	Even I was shocked at the level of vitriol that was aimed your way last night.
	Give us an idea of what it felt like to be in the middle of it.
	Poor victim.
	Honestly, it felt like we weren't in America anymore.
	I don't know how to put it any more plainly than that.
	Americans should not be treating their fellow Americans in this way, but unfortunately what we've seen, and this has been building for some time since the campaign, I've been talking about this as an issue since the campaign, when the president, during the campaign, referred to us as the dishonest media, the disgusting news media, liar scum and thieves and so on, and then he rolled that right into
	Yeah, so imagine how we felt, Jim, when your network is pushing, the big social media companies, pushing from the government to shut us down.
	Imagine how we feel.
	Yeah, I didn't think I was in America anymore.
	And he doubled down.
	He came after Hannity because, you know, it's not just about Infowars.
	We're just the tip of the spear here.
	He comes after Hannity.
	He says, Hannity is injecting poison into the nation's political bloodstream.
	Well, you know, they're not going to have any problem talking about the big pharmaceutical companies that actually are injecting literally poison into your bloodstream.
	You just listen to all those disclaimers after their commercials that fund most of their operations.
	These spineless lying media, just like we saw with Tommy Robinson yesterday, the Guardian out there.
	Even as they reported the appellate judge shutting down this conviction and releasing Tommy Robinson, saying he didn't violate any of the terms of the previous order, they rushed this to judgment and so forth, it was reported by the Guardian.
	But they didn't talk about the fact that that same judge put a gag order on all of the press.
	They didn't talk about that.
	Why?
	Because they were the quislings who obeyed that order.
	See, we're not going to obey that order.
	That's why they want to shut us down.
	Hannity has something to say as well.
	It says, Hannity, this is Jim Acosta, Hannity is a propagandist for profit.
	This is where Infowars was about two or three years ago.
	Alex Jones, a propagandist for profit.
	He lies every night.
	That's exactly what he said.
	He's peddling lies every night.
	This is what Acosta is saying about Sean Hannity.
	And that he's injecting poison into the nation's political bloodstream, warping public attitudes about the press, while CNN tries to shut down freedom of the press in every way that they can.
	That is the most amazing thing to me from these people.
	You've got reporters and celebrities taking to internet, taking to Twitter and other things after this Trump rally, calling Trump supporters Nazis, KKK, wanting them euthanized.
	Because they shouted fake news so loudly that he couldn't get out his fake news.
	This is a guy who says it's okay for him to shout down the president, but it's not okay for the people at the president's rally to shout him down.
	Free speech for Jim Acosta, but not for the Trump supporters, not for conservative or libertarian media, not for competitive media that is beating the pants off of them.

	In a world of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

	We have hundreds, I would say thousands actually, because, you know, I guess the person who wrote this story doesn't do much math either.
	Here's the title.
	Hundreds of North Carolina teachers are flunking math exams.
	And then the first sentence says, almost 2,400.
	North Carolina.
	Well, that's thousands, isn't it?
	That's a problem.
	It's a problem.
	And you see it showing up in the Charlotte Observer as well.
	Almost 2,400 North Carolina elementary school teachers have failed the math portion of their licensing exams, which puts their careers in jeopardy.
	So the teachers union has taken this up.
	Concerns about the validity of the licensing exams is so pervasive that it was discussed at this year's National Education Association conference.
	Of course they would.
	Because this is, you know, nobody's bad here, and this is kind of a lake will be gone attitude.
	First, the students, where everybody's going to pass, whether they can do the test or not.
	We have seen this over and over again.
	Remember, I gave you the five school districts where they spend the most money, big cities typically, New York City and others, where they're spending over $20,000 per pupil per year.
	And these kids are coming out with illiteracy rates and innumeracy rates, meaning that they can't do math, for those of you who are illiterate.
	They've got these rates that are above 95%.
	And many of these places, like New York and Washington, D.C., where they're spending so much per pupil, per year, they've only got 1 or 2% of the kids who are literate.
	And who can do math.
	And so is it any surprise that the teachers can't do this?
	But it's not a problem.
	Because listen to this.
	They say the problem may lie with the exams rather than the educators.
	That's right.
	It's the test's fault.
	The facts, however, are stubborn things.
	Even if the facts are mean.
	And you can't get around the facts when you come to math.
	There's one right answer.
	And that drives liberals crazy.
	That's why I like math so much.
	Because there's only one right answer.
	Two plus two does not equal five, no matter how much they want it to.
	But they're going to make sure that the teachers, if they don't pass the first time, they're going to get to do this over, do a do-over many, many times.
	I never did get do-overs like this when I was in engineering.
	We didn't get to take, you know, calculus or matrix algebra multiple, multiple times.
	Many of us have taken this test three to four times.
	There seems to be a magic number about four times per test before it passes you.
	It passes you.
	The first year, only 65% of the teachers passed the new Foundations of Math exam, falling to 54.5% by 2016, the most recent year reported.
	Well, why not?
	I mean, they're doing a little bit better than their students, because their students are about 99% failing.
	So, you know, only about 55% of the teachers are failing.
	One of the teachers says she has a child who just graduated from high school.
	And she said, my child took honors and AP math classes, advanced placement math classes, and couldn't do these things.
	You see how this works?
	This is not an indication of the problems with the test.
	This is an indication of the problems with the schools.
	It's an indictment!
	It's like you got a kid who just took honors in math and they can't do the math here?
	And so, you know, it's, it's, uh, these are the teachers.
	So it's, uh, we're going to go back to everybody is above average.
	Everybody gets a participation trophy, including the teachers.
	And you just wait.
	I can't go worse.
	than ninety nine percent illiterate and uh... it will go worse than that that piece of serious news here and this is on the drug report really uh... strange a strange case for something that everybody's be aware of because there's a lot of people who have immune problems this guy lost his lower legs uh... both feet and also lost his lower legs as well as his nose.
	Why?
	Because he had an immune problem.

	On this Thursday, August the 2nd, 2018, it was last Friday that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ordered the release of a redacted copy of a highly anticipated grand jury report on clergy sexual abuse in the Philadelphia area.
	One the court said identifies more than 300 predator priests.
	That was their term.
	It's reported by Philly.com.
	They said, however, that they would conceal the names of a handful of clergy members who contend that it is inaccurate or unfairly maligns their reputations.
	The court provided a temporary victory for about two dozen current and former clergy members who have waged a furious legal battle to prevent their names from being publicly disclosed.
	The high court's decision will allow them to remain unidentified for weeks, if not months, while their arguments are weighed.
	But it is quite a bit more than that, quite frankly.
	We're looking at about 300 people here, right?
	That is not two dozen.
	Again, we're back to the math.
	While we're talking about the top of the hour, this is the illiteracy and the idiocy of our society here.
	Now, we're talking about 300 people, not two dozen.
	Now, after that happened, so that was last Friday, Wednesday, yesterday.
	We had the Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania try to get ahead of this thing.
	And what they did yesterday was they released a list of 71 priests and other church personnel that were accused of sexual abuse from the 1940s to 2014.
	So understand, this is 71, not 300.
	That's less than a quarter of these people.

	So they tried to get ahead of it. Who did they put out there?
	They said it includes 37 priests, 3 deacons, 6 seminarians, 9 clergy from other dioceses, and 16 individuals from religious communities.
	Now, of these 71, at least 42 of them are dead.
	And they say they don't know whether several others are still living, but none of those living are currently priests or active in the ministry.
	There's 300 that were named.
	The church tries to get ahead of it by releasing less than a quarter of them.
	And of those, more than half are dead.
	As we look at a previous report from philly.com, one writer, Maria Panaritis, said a huge clergy abuse probe is about to go public.
	Could Pennsylvania's Attorney General be on the verge of slaying a Goliath?
	And this involves six of Pennsylvania's eight Catholic Diocese.
	On Thursday, a week ago, the person who is prosecuting this, Josh Shapiro, implored the Pope to help stop a few dozen objector priests from keeping these names secret.
	Why?
	Because we have to trust them, right?
	You know, these are the people who, for decades upon decades, they're going back to the 1940s.
	That they've been covering this stuff up.
	These dead people, whose names they have now released.
	They were covering this up for that long.
	And as I said last hour, we were following the Pope around when he went from Washington to New York to Philadelphia for the World Family Conference.
	Isn't that nice?
	To go to the center of the pedophile scandals here in America, because there's been many others in many other countries.
	We've had Ireland, we've got the number three guy at the Vatican right now, a standing trial in Australia, Cardinal Pell.
	Why?
	Because they got rid of the statute of limitations there.
	That's why he is standing trial there.
	We have a statute of limitations because the politicians like to protect these people, like to protect themselves as well.
	And so they have a very short statute of limitations.
	They changed that in Australia.
	We had a situation in Chile.
	Where there was massive abuse.
	The Pope went down there to try to mollify things and he started blaming the victims.
	Things were worse when he left than when he got there.
	And so, last week you had the prosecutors appeal to the Pope and say, please don't let these priests keep these names secret anymore.
	But they are.
	They let some of these go out.
	They said they're going to put them out about the middle of August.
	So that was kind of cutting it down the middle according to the Supreme Court.
	The Archdiocese of Philadelphia, says philly.com, isn't in the crosshairs now because three previous grand jury probes exposed how young souls were destroyed by predators who were protected by cardinals for decades.
	Philly's dirty laundry count in 2005 when a city grand jury slammed it.
	There were at least 63 priests at that time, probably many more, who had sexually abused hundreds of minors over several decades across the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
	Cardinals John Kroll and Anthony Bevlaqua, I think is the way you pronounce his name, one of these two guys was one of the ones that the people from Survivors Network of those abused by priests told me had to run out of town.
	Just like they typically, when somebody is caught doing this, they would transfer them to another jurisdiction.
	He ran out of town, this archbishop.
	But he was brought back in when the Pope had the World Family Conference there in Philadelphia.
	These cardinals, two of them, excused and enabled the abuse, said the grand jury.
	But they couldn't be prosecuted because of the statute of limitations.
	You had Attorney General Kathleen Kane in 2016, talked about another 50 abusive priests and religious leaders.
	But again, it was a statute of limitations.
	They did go after them, however, and charged them with conspiracy and endangerment for overseeing brother Stephen Baker as he sexually abused more than 100 minors over the last 20 years and in multiple states because they shift these guys around and they don't tell people who these guys are.
	He said, however, this time the church and its clergy apparently had an appetite for a fight.
	They're actually fighting more now, even though they're being exposed around the world.
	That's the amazing thing.
	And this is all coming after just a couple of days ago.
	We had Cardinal McMerritt, a big fundraiser here in America.
	He was, as they called him in the Washington Post, a celebrity priest.
	Yeah, he was a celebrity priest, all right.
	He wasn't a celibate priest, unfortunately, but he was a celebrity priest.
	He was hanging around with all the politicians and so forth, living a double life.
	After decades of silence, we've also heard now that the nuns are talking about abuse by priests.
	It's not just the choir boys who are coming after.
	This is a nun.
	She was abused during confessions 20 years ago.
	She said, it opened a great wound inside of me.
	I pretended, at the time, that it didn't happen.
	This, folks, is why they have a statute of limitations for the children.
	And, you know, when I look at this, and the fact that this stuff is now coming out in the open, these are secrets that they've kept for a very long time.
	It used to be that they were very open about this.
	I remember taking my family to Salzburg, Austria, and that beautiful palace there, the Maribel Palace and Gardens, you've seen it.
	If you've seen The Sound of Music, where they're running through the landscaped gardens there.
	That was built by the archbishop at the time.
	He was essentially the ruler of that city when you had cities as the political center.
	They didn't have nation-states at that time.
	So Salzburg that was built, and his wealth came from the people who were working in the salt mines.
	That's why they call it Salzburg.
	Salt was a very valuable commodity at that time.
	And he was basically tapping that money out, just like any politician would.
	And although he's an archbishop, he built this luxurious palace and gardens for his mistress.
	Didn't even try to hide it.
	Just like CNN's not trying to hide their censorship anymore.
	Just like the people in Hollywood aren't trying to hide it anymore.
	It's absolutely amazing.

	We have a judge, U.S.
	District Court Judge Marco Hernandez in Oregon.
	It's always in Oregon, isn't it?
	Or California.
	He endorsed the idea, this federal judge, ruling that boys must be allowed to use girls' restrooms and showers and vice versa.
	This is the transgender agenda.
	And at the essence of this, and at the essence of the gender fluidity that they're teaching kids as young as kindergarten, is pedophilia.
	That is what's really behind all of this.
	And he comes out and says, well, if you don't like it, you can always have the opportunity to homeschool your kids or send them to a private school.
	You know what?
	That'd be a real blessing if people did that.
	It'd be a real blessing to you if you did that.
	And he says, once the parents have chosen to send their children to school, their liberty and their liberty interest in their children's education is severely diminished.
	Other judges have just said, well, you know, and Loco Prentiss, you surrender your kids to the state when you drop them off at the schoolhouse.

	You know, I talked in the last hour about the medical kidnapping of Justina Peltier in Boston.
	by a hospital associated with Harvard.
	Marty Gottesfeld, of course, was just convicted, as I pointed out, of charges that he hacked a fundraiser by that hospital to draw attention to the medical kidnapping of Justina Peltier.
	I have on the line with me now Dwight Mitchell, and he's out of Minnesota.
	He has created a group to push back against the child kidnapping that people are not talking about.
	You know, I brought this up at the time the news had just broken about the children that were being separated from their alleged parents as they were crossing the border illegally.
	Some of them have been turned over to child traffickers.
	There has to be a determination as to whether or not even their parents are coming here from a foreign country.
	They're not even sure who they belong to, so they're doing DNA tests.
	The left is very upset about this.
	However, they're not talking about what's been going on with CPS for decades.
	And a lot of this is happening in Minnesota where Dwight Mitchell is.
	He created an organization called Stop Child Protective Services from legally kidnapping children.
	They filed a motion for a permanent injunction to immediately close CPS, calling the practices unconstitutional.
	And at the time I covered this, I read you a lot of stories from a lot of different states where the children would be kidnapped And the parents were never given a search warrant.
	They never got a search warrant.
	They said, we don't need a search warrant to come in here and do this.
	They were never given their due process.
	That's the whole point.
	There are situations where children are abused, but the parents need to have due process.
	You need to have due process.
	Every one of us needs to hang together and demand that we have due process.
	That is the theme, I guess, of this show today.
	When we look at the corruption in the Justice Department system.
	But it is no worse than with CPS because just like civil asset forfeiture when they take your car charge it with a crime don't have to even charge you with a crime or find you guilty of anything they take your property well they take your children in the same way and they've been doing that for decades when is that going to stop so joining us now is Dwight Mitchell again the stop CPS from legally kidnapping children thank you for joining us sir thank you for having me
	Tell us a little bit about your particular story.
	How did you get involved in this?
	Well, like most American citizens, I trusted Child Protection Services.
	I was working in Minnesota.
	I'm a management consultant.
	I was doing a very large, $22 million project for CHS Corporation.
	Installing a new computer system.
	I take my family with me when I go on assignments.
	And my son was misbehaving terribly in Minnesota.
	And I did what I thought most parents did.
	I gave him an ordinary bottom spanking.
	Just typical parental discipline.
	He told the babysitter, Wow.
	Wow.
	Just for a spanking.
	And again, no hearing to see whether excessive force was used or no... Did they have a search warrant when they came for the children?
	How did that happen?
	Because that's a key part of the way these things typically go down.
	Well, what's interesting is my wife and I were out for dinner, so we weren't even home when this happened.
	We get a call from the police department telling us to come down to the station, that they have, you know, all of the children, you know, at the police station.
	And so we go down.
	I am immediately arrested for malicious punishment of a child.
	And put in jail.
	My children are taken and put in foster care immediately.
	I did not have a hearing as I was supposed to do in 72 hours.
	I had to wait 10 days before I even had my first hearing.
	At the hearing, there was no evidence.
	It was just purely social worker allegations and allegations from my former wife.
	And they took my children.
	Wow.
	Wow.
	So how did this eventually get resolved?
	months and the middle child for 22 months. During that entire time period I had no contact whatsoever with my middle son.
	Wow, wow. So how did this eventually get resolved? Did they finally have a hearing after 22 months?
	I became frustrated with the system.
	Initially, I was pushing back.
	I was arguing about my constitutionality and the things that were not taking place.
	Finally, I had an attorney.
	I let my attorney go for ineffective counsel.
	I proceeded pro se.
	I filed three motions with the court.
	And once the judge heard all of my evidence and saw all of the lies and manipulation that CPS had done over the course of 22 months, Uh, my case was dismissed and, uh, my son was returned.
	You know, it's absolutely amazing to me.
	What do you think about the fact that the media is constantly talking about separated children at the border and yet for decades this kind of abuse has been conducted against American citizens and they have remained absolutely silent about this.
	What do you make of the media's silence on CPS abuse?
	Because we see reports of this all the time given to us, but other press doesn't really talk about it much.
	Well, one of the things I found interesting and the main reason that I started the organization is that...
	I was trying to go through the legal channels.
	I was going through the chain of command.
	I was speaking before the legislature.
	I went to the Minnesota Task Force for Child Reform.
	I spoke to a number of senators and representatives, and nothing was happening.
	Everything was silent.
	It was as if there was this big, great elephant in the room, and no one was speaking about it.
	Even when I provided the evidence to the task force, to the police, to the media, Understood.
	I said, I'm going to do something about this.
	So I formed a parental rights group just to see how many other individuals were having the same issues that I was.
	Our group went from 250 people to over 3,600 people in less than 90 days.
	Wow.
	And so as I started talking to everyone and I started seeing what was going on, I came to understand that this was systemic across the nation.
	So, what started out as me doing an investigation because I'm a management consultant, so I do business process re-engineering on a daily basis.
	So, I started investigating CPS in Minnesota, and this expanded to a national sort of forensic study.
	And then after I finished the study, I determined that 465,000 children were removed nationally as of the last reporting.
	And over 2 million children have been forcibly removed from their families in the last 10 years.
	Initially, I went to five and there were over five.
	And I said, well, let me see, you know, how many children have been removed and placed in foster homes in 10 years.
	And it was, it was 2.9 million people.
	And so I said, okay, no one's reporting about this.
	They're talking about 10,000 children at the border when You know, they've taken 465,000 American children, and the media is silent on it.
	Yes.
	The hypocrisy was staggering.
	Absolutely.
	And, you know, we're looking at this situation at the border.
	One of the reasons that they're holding these children there is because they're concerned about child trafficking.
	And that, in many of these stories, is a part of what CPS is doing.
	They don't vet a lot of these people that they turn them over to.
	That's another part of the tragedy that happens to these kids.
	And there is a lot of child trafficking that is happening with this and that may be a part of why they're silent about it.
	Stay with us, we're going to talk to Dwight Mitchell a bit more about what's going on with CPS and his organization to try to stop this abuse.

	He is on a mission to try to wake up the public.
	Because you know what, folks?
	The Justice Department and the bureaucracies are not really interested.
	We see, regardless of the issue, regardless of whether it is urban or rural, people are not getting due process.
	And it's because you have these bureaucracies that are acting in their own self-interest.
	They might lock people up because they have a political difference with them, they want to make a point about something on the internet or whatever, but they're also acting in their own interest, not in the public interest.
	And this is very apparent with CPS.
	In one of these cases, it was basically justified on medical grounds.
	This lady in this article out of Minnesota, Amanda Weber, she took her son to the hospital with a cough.
	The doctor does some tests, said, all right, I think they're okay.
	Can I take him home?
	Because she had other kids waiting, said, no, we don't need to do any more tests.
	In a couple of days, the doorbell rings.
	It's the cops.
	They say, we've got to see your kid at the doctor again.
	We're concerned about his welfare.
	She goes down there.
	They've already got a foster parent.
	Waiting to take her child.
	And she said this, she said, CPS can't even start collecting the money until the child is taken out of the home, put into foster care.
	Then they can start billing a minimum of one social worker a month and one supervisor a month, per child.
	Follow the money.
	Follow the money.
	And there are other self-interests that these people have as well.
	But Dwight, I want you to talk to people about What they can do, how can they help you, how can they find your organization?
	This has to be something that comes from the people, a grassroots rising because the system is not going to reform itself.
	We've seen that too many times.
	This is true.
	You just mentioned Amanda Weber.
	She is the first case that we've undertaken pro bono as an organization.
	So we are covering all of Amanda's expenses as it relates to the legation.
	We have started a national fundraiser that actually kicked off yesterday.
	We have a Facebook group for victims, as I mentioned before, that has over 3,600 people.
	We have a Facebook page also.
	We are in the process of implementing a nationwide strategic litigation strategy that's going to go all the way to the Supreme Court.
	We have determined that that is the only way that we're going to get justice.
	Once I went through Statistics and which are all on my website.
	So anything that I tell you today, please don't take my word for it.
	I actually went to all the federal websites.
	I put in the links a graph on our mission that talks about the abuse that happens in foster care so that everything that you see is from an official website.
	So when I look at the government's United States government's website in Washington, And I'm looking at the figures.
	I'm like, well, why is no one acting on these figures?
	And then I came to realize it's a $29 billion machine.
	And the machine is self-protecting.
	Bingo.
	$29 billion machine, political machine, acting in its own interest.
	That's correct.
	So if you extrapolate that, that means that $290 billion has gone into this machine in the last 10 years.
	And no one wants to dismalace it.
	So that machine is self-protecting.
	CPS has actually drafted the legislation.
	They've become so powerful.
	In Minnesota, they're the fourth largest agency in all of Minnesota.
	They're a power unto themselves.
	And so they have drafted the legislature carefully.
	So what we have determined is the only way we're going to get justice is to go into all 50 states, put in federal cases, Regarding the unconstitutionality of the statutes, that they are taking children without showing any harm, and I'm going to use their own figures against them.
	I'm going to show them, I said, based upon the reports that you, the state, reported to the government, 84% of the children you remove have no harm whatsoever.
	So you're sitting here saying you're spending $290 billion over the last 10 years when there's no harm to the children?
	I'm like, Please help me understand that.
	I'm like, there is no sane, rational basis for taking families' children.
	So what they're doing now, which has become even more apparent, they're attacking the middle class.
	And even the rich, they're not safe any longer.
	But when it comes to the payments from the Title IV-E, American Indians, they receive 100% funding.
	So, any time they take an American Indian child out of the household, the federal government will reimburse the state 100%.
	Having said that, Minnesota now is the number one state as it relates to Indian child removals.
	So they take more Indian children than any other state.
	They get 50% for all other child removals.
	What they have determined is, well, If I only get 50% reimbursement from the federal government and the poor people cannot afford to reimburse me, I need to start going after the middle class because we have legislation in place that says You can charge the families for all services provided by the state.
	So now the state is getting 100% for both Native American and all other children by targeting the middle class and the rich.
	And most people just pay it because they want their children back, so they're being held hostage.
	And CPS is forcibly doing whatever they want to do to these families, and they're elongating and extending the time frames So they continue to receive the funds.
	So there are these timelines that are put in place.
	That's amazing.
	And when you look at this, in the age that we live in, we've seen so many people get into trouble because of some innocent picture that they put up on Twitter or on Facebook that is misconstrued and a complaint is filed.
	And then CPS begins on their kidnapping quest.
	You have to prove that there was nothing there.
	You have to pay them, and you don't get any due process.
	You have to fight them in court.
	They shut down the typical due process, the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, because they want to kidnap your kids.
	They want to get that money.
	And everybody is really at risk with this.
	So many people think, oh, this just happened to me.
	That's why your organization is so valuable, because you're getting people together and saying, hey, look, this is a pattern of abuse here from CPS that is not only within this community, but nationwide.
	That is correct.
	And what most people don't understand, and I didn't understand it until recently, I called myself being compliant.
	You know, thinking that, okay, if I do what they say, this is all a mistake, I'm a good parent, you know, great house, make a lot of money, I'll get my kid back immediately.
	Well, that was not the case.
	CPS didn't adhere to one of their guidelines.
	So their state mandates were timeframes.
	And CPS did not follow one of them.
	Then I Started analyzing.
	Well, why would you not do what you're doing?
	The billing came out again.
	But what one of the most important things that I've told everyone who's joined the organization, especially the new families, is do not cooperate with CPS.
	And when I say do not cooperate them, they have 90 days to do an assessment.
	They are going to try and interview you, the doctors, the families, anybody they can to build a case.
	When they start, all they have is allegations.
	They have no proof.
	So without you, they cannot conduct their assessment.
	So I tell everyone, don't sign any of their forms.
	They must give you visitation by state law.
	And do not help them convict you, because that is essentially what they're doing.
	Wow.
	That is very, very important advice.
	It's very important for people to understand the risk, because if they haven't come after you or somebody that you know, you are very much at risk in this age where so much of everybody's private life is on the Internet, and you never know how it's going to be misconstrued.

	I don't want to hold over Dwight Mitchell one more segment.
	He graciously consented to do that.
	This is a very important topic, as he was talking about $29 billion a year.
	$290 billion over the last decade has been spent by the federal government.
	You heard him say that they get 100% reimbursement for Indians.
	And if you're middle class, they can come after you so they can pay for the kidnapping of your child.
	It's just absolutely amazing when you look at the money here.
	But I want to talk about some other issues here from the child's perspective.
	I mean, we've been looking at this from the parent's perspective, having their children taken away.
	Not getting due process, being shut down, ignored by the bureaucracy, by the Justice Department, not having your day in court, having that delayed for a long period of time.
	Dwight's son was taken for 22 months before he was able to get that back, just based on accusations.
	And we know how easy it is for people to be falsely accused in this day and age of the Internet and Facebook and so forth.
	We should all be very concerned about this.
	We should all be very concerned about due process.
	It's being shut down everywhere we look on every type of issue.
	But especially when it comes to our children.
	It's far worse than them coming in and stealing your car, or even your house, when they steal your children.
	And that is what's happening here.
	For their own financial benefit, just as we've seen the police departments with civil asset forfeiture.
	They grab all that money and cash that they sell this stuff for, that they steal.
	And use it on themselves, and use it on their department, build their bureaucracy.
	Well, the same thing is happening with CPS.
	I wanted to talk to Dwight about it from the perspective of the children, about what happens to them in foster homes, what happens to them in group homes.
	Whereas Julian, one of our crew here, was saying he knows from first-hand experience about some of these group homes where children who are seized out of a home where eventually, in many cases, you find there wasn't any problem, but they're put into a group home With some kids who, in many cases, are hardened juvenile delinquents who are abusing the other kids along with them.
	But then we have abusive foster parents that the CPS brings into the system that they don't properly vet their background as well.
	Your comments, Dwight.
	Well, it's funny you should mention this because this is one of the Primary reasons that I actually started to move forward, I looked at the trauma that was inflicted on my children when they returned.
	My children ran away from home, they kept asking to come home, CPS wouldn't allow them to come home.
	And then when I started looking at statistics for foster care in America, I was just amazed, appalled, not amazed, but rather appalled at statistics.
	You know, each year they release about 25,000 children back into society.
	They call it aging out of the system.
	But when you look at the statistics on an annual basis, 55% of the girls in foster care are pregnant before the age of 19.
	Wow.
	The number of foster children that age out of the system without a high school diploma is 50%.
	You know, 40% of the children in foster care are either dead or in jail within one year of aging out of the system.
	20% of the children are homeless immediately when they age out.
	Only 3% of the children who are in foster care go to college.
	50% are incarcerated within two years.
	74% of the foster Former foster children are incarcerated and 80% of the inmates on death row were former foster care children.
	So what that's saying to me is the people that are in charge of protecting our children and providing for their safety and their education are actually the child abusers because they're putting them in these situations where they are destined to fail and And there's the outlook and the future is bleak for these children.
	And as you were saying before, many are sexually abused and assaulted.
	And just recently, the Children's Defense Fund sent a letter to Congress where 540 health care professionals and agencies across the United States said that separating children from their families creates traumatic, lifelong injuries.
	This is also on my website.
	There is a wealth of information on the website with direct links to all the information that I just discussed today.
	Let's give that website again.
	The organization is Stop CPS from Legally Kidnapping Children.
	So you got the initials there.
	S as in stop.
	Then CPS and then LKC.
	So it's SCPSLKC.org.
	Also the same initials on Twitter.
	That's amazing!
	80% of the people on death row came out of this system.
	Only 3% who come out go to college and all those other statistics that you got about drug abuse and failure and early pregnancies and so forth.
	They are destroying these children when they take them.
	They're doing the exact opposite of what they're supposed to be doing.
	I think the thing that's so disparaging, David, is that the government knows this is happening.
	Outside of what I call legal kidnapping, they have been getting these foster care figures for over 20 years.
	I went back to 1999, David.
	Back in the 90s, they were taking over a half a million children a year.
	You know, this is all known.
	The disparity in the system is known.
	50% of the children in foster care are minorities, African-Americans.
	But now, and when I say 50%, I'm talking about from a disparate position.
	Meaning 12% of the population is African-American, yet 50% of the children are African-American.
	Yeah.
	Well, from a percentage perspective, You know, I'm not this isn't about race to me.
	And so you won't really see race on my website a lot because initially I thought it was race related, you know, they're targeting the minorities and, you know, American Indians, Native Americans, but then once I started looking at it, They're doing this to everyone.
	They've been doing this for a very, very long time.
	They're very good at separating children from their families.
	That's right.
	It's very important for everybody to stick together.
	And I say, well, this isn't my problem.
	This is this other group's problem.
	Because you know what?
	They're finished with that other group.
	They're going to come for you.
	That's what Pastor Martin Niemüller pointed out about the Nazis.
	He said, they came after that group.
	I didn't do anything because I wasn't one of them.
	Then they went after that group.
	I wasn't one of them.
	And then when they came after me, there was nobody left.
	Because I hadn't stood up for anybody.
	But the bottom line is that they're just coming after the low-hanging fruit.
	They're coming after people that they feel aren't going to really be able to fight back.
	They're not going to have the financial resources.
	Because we see that with the so-called civil asset forfeiture, where they take people's property, they go after the poor people because they know they don't have the resources to fight them in court.
	And that's why they're going after the kids that way as well.
	That's correct.
	100% correct.
	One of the reasons we took on Amanda's case is that, you know, Amanda, when we looked at it from a medical neglect situation, we're like, okay, she takes a child in for a cough.
	This stemmed from vaccination.
	Her not wanting to get her son vaccinated.
	When you look at the medical reports, we have people calling because their child is outside playing without them.
	I have another member who was sitting on the porch while her daughter was riding the bike up and down the sidewalk by herself.
	The neighbors called.
	The neighbors need to stop calling CPS unless you know for sure that that child is being abused.
	Or you see that child outside three or four times by themselves or hungry or dirty or perfect.
	Then you can cause CPS, but you need to be a neighbor first.
	You need to walk down the street and say, hey, I found you a little girl down here.
	You may not be aware that she was down the street.
	Find out what's going on.
	Be a neighbor.
	We've turned into a nation of snitches, haven't we?
	I mean, everybody informing on each other.
	It's like East Germany.
	It's unbelievable what happens.
	And kids can't play outside anymore.
	There was just a report saying kids typically only get outside seven hours a week.
	I'm surprised it's that much, quite frankly.
	They want them inside, and then if they're inside and on Facebook, they can find something to object to that they posted on Facebook to come take the kids.
	It's absolutely insane what we've turned into here.
	And it's the destruction of the family, isn't it, Dwight?
	Because when you look at this, and you look at that whole litany of statistics that you had there, all the different ways in which these kids who've been taken away from their homes, had the homes of parents removed from them, all the different ways that they have failed, every possible metric that you could have a failure, and look at how it soars here when you destroy the family.
	And that's what our society is focused on in every regard.
	The family is vilified everywhere.
	Fathers are vilified everywhere.
	They want the kids, they want to take them away, and it destroys the children's lives.
	It's gotten to the point that in Minnesota, last year, they enacted new laws, and they took 10,000 more children out of the household last year than the prior year.
	And I'm like, what is going on?
	This is madness.
	This is utter madness.
	It's accelerating.

	It's heartbreaking to hear the stories about CPS.
	And Dwight Mitchell, as somebody who's done his research, is building a grassroots movement to keep the government from attacking our families, folks.
	I've talked about this on so many different issues.
	They're going out west with the Bundys, and the ranchers, and the loggers, and the miners were having their property rights taken.
	They're running them off of the property, they were taking their property rights, taking their homes.
	These people, who have done that type of thing, who've shut down, of course, they always shut down due process.
	And then they, just like they shut down due process with civil asset forfeiture, when they take your things, your other things, And rig these court processes even if you take them to court.
	But now, you know, when they come after your family, that is the essence of this.
	This has to be stopped.
	Let me just give you an example of them coming after your stuff.
	The federal judge finally broke up a car theft ring in Albuquerque.
	It's called the Police Department.
	That car theft ring.
	You know, Lysander Spooner used to say that the government is like a highway robber.
	Except that a highway robber will steal your purse and leave you alone.
	The government will steal your purse and then follow you down the road nagging at you.
	And that's true.
	But it's gotten a lot worse.
	Here's an example.
	This afternoon, this lady lets her 38-year-old son borrow her two-year-old car.
	It's a Nissan Versa.
	He says it's going to be a trip to the gym with his friends, but he was gone all day.
	The next morning, she finds out that the Albuquerque police had arrested him for driving while intoxicated.
	Not any drugs involved here.
	The police had also taken custody of the car, and they were going to keep it.
	She's going to have to sue them to get it back.
	And this is why they're coming after the people with lower income, because they know that you can't fight them in court.
	The practice, of course, civil asset forfeiture.
	They call it a civil process instead of a criminal process, because then they pretend you don't have any due process, no presumption of innocence, and the Constitution doesn't apply to you.
	So they can take this stuff.
	And they can fund their police department, just like CPS is funding their giant bureaucracy with the kids that they steal.
	And it's being financially incentivized by Washington.
	But this process of civil asset forfeiture allows the confiscation of assets that are allegedly tied to a crime, even when the owner has not been accused of breaking the law.
	They don't charge the owner, they charge the property with committing the crime.
	And they have a financial incentive for that.
	You know, when you look at all this, and you look at what Dwight was saying, About neighbors snitching on people.
	What do you think is going to happen with a smart city?
	This is the essence of the fight that's going on right now in Toronto.
	We got Google, Alphabet, and they want to build a city that they're going to control.
	Their smart city, where they monitor everything that you do.
	And you know the central point of contention in this is privacy.
	How are they going to use this information?
	And we've seen Eric Schmidt say, we're going to get right up the line of creepy and then a little bit over.
	And if you're not doing anything wrong, why are you worried about the fact that we're monitoring everything that you're doing?
	So they're facing resistance.
	From local officials, other people who are going to be business partners said, I don't know what happens.
	I mean, if I don't sign your user agreement, am I not allowed to live in the city?
	Am I going to be evicted?
	What happens if I sign your user agreement when you're watching everything that I'm doing?
	Because they're going to put up snooping stuff at every crosswalk, every stop sign, every driverless car that they have, every camera in the area.
	You're worried about the neighbors across the street reporting you to CPS?
	What do you think is going to happen when Google gets involved?
	Maybe Google will get a finder's fee for this stuff.
	Just like some of these other people.
	And so you got a CEO of one of the organizations that was partnering with him said, I don't want to be a part of this.
	What if we don't agree with this?
	What if...
	We sign on to this and it looks like it's okay in terms of privacy.
	What if you change the user agreement?
	Which they always do, right?
	At that point, do I have to move out of the city?
	You know, what happens when Google becomes the surrogate for an authoritarian, totalitarian, big brother state where they know everything about you and your family?

	In the next segment, we're going to be talking to a congressional candidate, actually a Senate candidate, I'm sorry.
	He's running for Senate, U.S.
	Senate, in Missouri, Austin Peterson.
	Pro-life, pro-liberty, pro-constitution candidate, and he has been censored by Twitter.
	In the last few days, running up to the election on Tuesday, they censored him for 12 days, just a couple of days ago.
	So it's going to be an interesting interview.
	We're going to give him some exposure that the anti-social media companies don't want you to see.
	And we're going to talk to him about 3D guns as well, because he's giving one of those away to supporters.
	But I want to continue with what we were talking about in terms of child abuse and these other issues.
	Because I think when we look at where this is coming from and we look at the attacks on the family, you heard those statistics from Dwight talking about how with his organization Stop CPS from legally kidnapping children.
	He gave the statistics.
	80% of the people on death row, 80% of the people on death row have gone through this system.
	Foster homes and so forth.
	I've talked to foster parents who said they were heavily Pushed by CPS when they had some foster kids that they took care of.
	They said they wanted us to give them all these dangerous drugs.
	And we thought, well, you know, we don't really need to do this.
	We can get them.
	No, no, you have to do this.
	This is part of the program.
	And so instead of just dropping out of the program, for the sake of the child, they wisely pretended that, all right, we're going to do that.
	We're going to do that.
	And then they didn't give the drugs to the kid.
	They realized that their behavior could be controlled in other ways that were beneficial to the child.
	But it is a perverse system.
	But there's also another system where they want to kidnap your kids.
	And that's called the government school.
	And you can see this in this case I briefly mentioned before.
	The U.S.
	District Court judge, federal judge, Marco Hernandez in Oregon.
	This is a situation insisting that a person's sex is a subjective matter based upon feelings.
	And because of that, from that basis, you get to the absurd policy That boys can be allowed to use girls' restrooms and showers, and vice versa.
	Now, when we talk about sex being subjectively determined, I want to play a clip for you from Jordan Peterson, because he gets right to the heart of this.
	If they don't kidnap your child's body, they're trying to kidnap your child's mind with the educational system.
	And here's Jordan Peterson on what they're really trying to do to those children.
	You're supporting ideologues who claim that all truth is subjective, that all sex differences are socially constructed, and that Western imperialism is the sole source of all third world problems.
	That's it.
	Right there.
	That's the agenda that they're teaching your kids.
	They're propagandizing them.
	They're not educating them.
	And you're paying for that.
	In these public schools.
	And so this judge, Marco Hernandez, I said, well, if you don't like this, send to homeschool or private school, because he said, once the parents have chosen to send their children to school, their liberty interest in their child's education is severely diminished.
	It's been put more frankly by others.
	Many years ago, I remember reporting in Massachusetts how one father who was concerned about the The sex education classes, and this was not trying to confuse them about their gender or anything like that, like they're trying to do today in kindergarten.
	But this was a child that was in second or third grade.
	And he said, I don't think it's appropriate at this point in time to talk to my children about sex, and I don't want you to be the ones to do it.
	I want my child out of this program.
	I want to opt them out of the program.
	They arrested the father for trespassing at the school when he went in to talk to them about that.
	Said, no, we will put your child in that school and you have nothing to... in that class and you'll have nothing to say about that sex education class.
	He took him to court.
	And the court said, yeah, it's a... and loco parentis, in place of the parents.
	And the judge was very explicit.
	Said, when you drop your kids off at school, you have surrendered them to the state.
	And you have surrendered them to someone who wants to propagandize them with mental illness.
	He also went on to say this Judge Marco Hernandez in this particular case, the judge who wants to put boys and girls showers and girls and boys showers, said, it is within parents and the plaintiff's rights to remove their children from this high school if they disapprove of transgender students' access to these facilities.
	So, you know, that's your problem.
	You can still pay the taxes, but you don't have to have your kids there.
	When are you going to draw the line, parents?
	Is this going to be where you draw the line?
	When some crazy judge starts putting boys and girls together in the same shower?
	Pediatricians have it right.
	The American Pediatric Society said sex is biological, it is objective, and it is binary.

	This is West Linn, Oregon.

	Maybe it was in reaction to this insanity in Oregon.
	It said, pedophiles are people.
	They're people too.
	You know, why all the hate?
	And they put it next to a elementary school.
	And the reaction of these people, well, that's very clear, this is meant to stigmatize and stereotype LGBTQ people.
	It's hate speech, right?
	I think what this judge is doing is hateful.
	And yet, the response to all of this stuff, you know, to put this sign up as sarcasm, you know, why is that hate speech?
	Why is that hate speech?
	The same thing that we saw the Guardians of the Pedophile cast do, right?
	Oh, I'm sorry, Guardians of the Galaxy 1 and 2.
	A very successful franchise, made a lot of money for these people.
	They like this director.
	They don't care that he's putting out all these tweets about abusing children and babies, raping them, sexualizing them.
	And of course, when they talk about this, they say, well, it's just jokes.
	I'm sorry, they're not, it's not funny.
	It's not funny at all.
	This is where the culture is right now.
	When you've got judges doing this kind of stuff, tweeting about this and making jokes about this is not acceptable.
	And all the people who are defending him, like these pathetic actors, Guardians of the Galaxy, Chris Pratt and others.
	Chris Pratt was out there with a kind of quasi-spiritual message or something.
	Give me a break.

	He was so pleased with that video that he got from this convicted pedophile, this child porn guy.
	So, you know, they're looking at this and they write a story.

	He was banned, and I want to get clarification from him because I've seen it listed a couple of different ways, either for 12 hours or for 12 days just before the primary, because he tweeted out as a joke response to somebody a GIF that was taken from Twitter's own file collection.
	And that gif is Joseph Stalin waving his hand saying, off to the gulag now.
	Now that's from Twitter's files.
	You know, here's some gifs that you can use when you respond to people.
	So he uses that and they ban him for using that.

	First of all, was it 12 days or 12 hours that they banned you?
	It was 12 hours.
	The humorless, politically correct police are out in full force at all times.
	They apparently don't like it when you show a picture of their dear leader.
	It is a Stalinist tactic, isn't it?
	I mean, they want to rush everybody off to the gulag or to the ghetto, as Matt Drudge pointed out.
	You know, that's what these social media platforms have become, and it's not your only run-in with the Thought Police.
	We'll talk about your ban from Twitter and the AR-15 that you were giving away, and what you're now going to be giving away, which is a ghost Gunner to a mechanism which is something that is now the threat du jour of the people who are out there trying to panic everyone.
	But let's talk about how they why they labeled you as a Russian agent because I think that was really funny and worthy of the kind of response that you gave with that gif of Stalin.
	Well, you must be doing something right when your Democratic opponent Super PAC labels you as a Russian conspirator.
	Claire McCaskill claims about a week ago that she had been hacked by Russian agents.
	We have not seen any evidentiary proof that that is the fact, just that we saw from her minions in the media who reported it for her.
	So apparently what happened was the super PAC saw that I was accepting Bitcoin for my campaign and they tried to insinuate that perhaps I might be implicated in this attack against Claire because Russian hackers use Bitcoin or something.
	Well did you?
	I mean Claire McCaskill accepts Federal Reserve notes.
	I mean she must be in with the drug cartels because they accept dollars too, right?
	That's amazing.
	Yeah, it's hilarious, but I just responded with a picture of Stalin saying off to gulag and they thought, well, he must have a gulag.
	This is a credible threat.
	He's going to actually put us in a gulag and I got banned.
	Well, you know, when I saw that, I thought immediately, I thought she's taking this right out of the playbook of Hillary Clinton, you know, when she's in trouble because they announced that her husband had gotten $131 million of companies that she had some influence with and so forth.
	So it looked like influence peddling of a lot of money there.
	So she comes out and says, Oh, but I was hacked by the Russians, so don't pay any attention to that report about the $131 million, and he's in a very vulnerable position.
	That's the way I read that.
	But let's talk a little bit about the other banning that you had, which is on Facebook.
	Of course, you got Facebook banned for a giveaway of AR-15 rifles, and now you're doubling down on something that is even a bigger boogeyman for the left, and that's the 3D-printed plastic guns, what they like to call the ghost guns, because that sounds really scary to call them ghost guns.
	It does.
	Now, Facebook banned me when I was giving away an AR-15, which is of course perfectly legal, and the Terms of Service didn't ban it.
	But what happened was we found out that their Chief Operating Officer, Sheryl Sandberg, had contributed the maximum to Claire McCaskill in this election.
	Once we revealed that little fact, that they were funding my opponent and banning me, they unbanned me pretty quick.
	The Ghost Gunner 2 machine giveaway is actually a First Amendment issue.
	It's not as much a Second Amendment issue, because it depends on whether or not you should be illegally allowed to share blueprints online, which is free speech.
	These kinds of plans have existed since the Internet existed.
	When I was a little kid, somebody gave me a copy of the Anarchist Cookbook.
	Maybe they shouldn't have done that.
	I didn't use it improperly.
	But that information has always been free speech.
	The Ghost Gunner 2 is not a 3D printing machine.
	It's a mill.
	Anybody can buy a mill.
	They're usually very expensive.
	So this is a small tabletop mill.
	And all it does is cut metal so that you can fashion yourself a firearm that doesn't contain a serial number.
	And of course, unless you believe in some sort of universal gun registration, what is exactly the point of a serial number anyway?
	I don't believe in that kind of a tactic anyway.
	I believe in the Second Amendment.
	I did this as a tactic to explain to people why my Republican opponent, who came out in favor of gun control early, is not a good Republican candidate to take on Claire McCaskill, and we've successfully ignited this debate, and thankfully it's been a big news issue for us, and we can explain to people why this is not something that is dangerous.
	It's really not necessarily all that unique, other than the fact that it's very small and inexpensive.
	But as you can see, the left's heads are exploding.
	I've been getting death threats non-stop for the last week.
	Because the tolerant left, of course, they would never put you in a gulag, I'll tell you that.
	FDR would never put Japanese in camps.
	The Democrats would never do something horrible like that.
	It's those evil Republicans, of course.
	And they've shown that they hate the First Amendment more than they hate the Second Amendment, I think.
	I mean, if that's possible.
	It's a close run.
	But you're right.
	When we talk about gun registration, we're really talking about people registration.
	And this is a First Amendment issue.
	This is why the State Department was involved in it.
	They were making the absurd claim that if you put something on the Internet, you are exporting it.
	And that's the nonsense basis of this.

	Well, I'm pro-life, pro-liberty, pro-Constitution.

	I want to support the House Freedom Caucus.
	My Republican opponent came out early in favor of gun control.
	In a head-to-head matchup, I'm the only Republican who beats Claire McCaskill by double digits.
	This is a state that Trump won by 19 points, so you should be blowing Claire away, who is the least popular member of Congress.
	But the Mitch McConnell pick in this race, who is supporting my opponent, Josh Hawley, he's only neck-and-neck or losing to her in the polls.
	So if you want the strongest Republican Senate candidate against Claire McCaskill, I'm our best bet to restore life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
	A vote for Austin Peterson is a vote to restore the Republic.
	And I think that's very important because, you know, we're going to see a political reorganizing, I think, around the issue of liberty.
	That's what America was founded upon, was the issue of liberty.
	That is a very strong position, and it cuts across lines.
	Just as President Trump, when he starts talking about American jobs being lost, that cuts across political lines.
	And so that is the way that we need to have a realignment there, and as you pointed out, Your opponent is going to compromise on a lot of these issues.
	I mean, when you talk about supporting gun control, was he there with the red flag gun control issues, or what was it specifically?
	It was pretty scary.
	He's actually to the left of the Obama administration because he says we need to move swiftly to ban firearms accessories using executive orders.
	Which, you know, is unconstitutional, of course.
	And then he said he was open to other gun control measures as well.
	He's refused to debate me because I want to ask him what those other gun control measures are.
	You can't out left the left.
	If you try and pander to the leftists, the leftists are going to beat you every time.
	They're not going to vote for a constitutional conservative or a republican.
	As a former libertarian, now republican, I'm the candidate who can get the libertarian votes.
	I can get the independents and the democrats and fire Claire.
	You know, party lines don't matter.
	Liberty matters, folks.
	That's right.
	And compromise matters.
	And if you get somebody that is only slightly different from a Democrat, what difference does it make if the Republican Party wins anyway?

	We've kind of chopped this up.
	We're talking, got on to the subject of justice, medical kidnapping, child kidnapping, people who have been ramrodded through the justice system.
	But I want to get back to speech because I think it's very important what happened at the Trump rally.
	Not so much the fact that people there were fed up with CNN.
	But the way that CNN and others have reacted, as I pointed out earlier in the program, they responded by calling these Trump supporters there who trolled Jim Acosta.
	You know, it was just a day earlier that we had Jim Acosta shouting constantly, multiple times.
	It had to be basically drug out of the White House press conference there because he's shouting questions at President Trump after the thing was over.
	But when people shouted back at him at the Trump rally in Tampa, They call the Trump supporters Nazis, KKK.
	They said things like Christopher O'Reilly tweeted out.
	He's a regular on PBS, NPR.
	He said, calling them deplorables is euphemizing them.
	Euphemizing them.
	It's better to euthanize them.
	In other words, just kill them.
	No, don't come up with a nice little hashtag here to just, you know, call them deplorables.
	Let's just kill these people.
	Alyssa Milano.
	Got a little bit more explicit, and a little bit more literal.
	She said, if they fire Mueller, we'll take to the streets.
	We've already seen them do that.
	We've already seen them set the streets on fire, and nobody seemed to have a problem with that.
	These people are a socialist mob.

	Just a couple of days ago we had Trump supporters have been told that they can sue The police department that failed to defend them from these Antifa people, these anti-Trump people, getting violent with them.
	I mean, who is it that is being attacked here?
	And why the silence from CNN and MSNBC when Antifa and the anti-Trump people attack supporters of President Trump?
	As I point out on Fox News, supporters of then-presidential candidate in San Jose back in June of 2016, all the way back into June.
	And you remember this, they were punched, they had eggs thrown on them.
	Remember that lady that was up in the corner and people just pelting her with eggs.
	They tried to get the police to help them.
	They wouldn't help them.
	You know, in Portland, Oregon, ICE saw the same thing.
	They saw all these demonstrators massing.
	A mob.
	A street mob of socialists massing.
	They called 9-11 multiple times there in Portland.
	They said, we're not sending anybody to help you.
	You're ICE.
	Well, they don't send anybody to help Trump supporters either.
	And so many of these people were wearing MAGA caps.
	There were hundreds of anti-Trump protesters back in June 2016 in San Jose.
	They were Put out of the building.
	These 20 plaintiffs claim that, in a lawsuit, that the police knowingly ordered them out of the building.
	They said, leave out of this exit.
	And they knew that there were protesters waiting out there.
	They locked them out.
	Despite the existence of a safer route.
	And despite the availability of other exits.
	The plaintiff said they were beaten, they were struck with objects that were thrown by protesters.
	You've seen the woman who was pelted repeatedly by eggs.
	One plaintiff claims an officer told her police had been instructed not to intervene as they were being attacked.
	So they push them out of the building, push them out of one exit when there's other exits.
	They push them out of the exit where the mob is.
	And they're told don't do anything to protect these people.
	Now the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco said that if the allegations are true, The officers acted with deliberate indifference to a known and obvious danger and violated the constitutional rights of Trump supporters.
	So, General Acosta says, I don't think this is America.
	You know, I don't think that CNN represents America either when they are pushing the censorship of other news organizations.
	I don't think they represent the First Amendment.
	I don't think they represent the free press.
	They're trying to shut down freedom of the press.
	We've also got a Massachusetts woman.
	This also just hit.
	Massachusetts woman reportedly taken into custody Monday.
	She drove her car into another car because he had a Trump bumper sticker.
	25-year-old woman.
	An alleged hit-and-run in Hyannis near Cape Cod.
	I wonder if this is close to Chappaquiddick.
	I mean, is she trying to push him over the bridge or something?
	Anyway, the man she hit reportedly contacted the police department.
	He said he recalled hearing a motorist behind him honking the horn as he waited at a red light.
	According to the police report, the honking continued.

	In addition to defending President Trump's call for Attorney General Sessions to stop the law enforcement investigation into Russian election interference, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders this afternoon tried to explain whether Mr. Trump has any problem with his supporters heckling and berating reporters who are trying to do their jobs.
	This came after the latest incident of a CNN reporter shouted down during a live appearance at the president's rally this time last night in Tampa, Florida Take a hold of blacks for Trump's no issue with that mob scene last night Bye.
	We certainly support freedom of the press.
	We also support freedom of speech.
	And we think that those things go hand in hand.
	President Trump himself has made clear that he thinks that kind of behavior... All right, let's hold it right there.

	Remember when CNN sent a reporter down to Florida to heckle and to harass a woman because she was a Trump supporter?
	Said, how dare you?
	You must be a Russian agent.
	I don't know what you're talking about.

	It's absolutely amazing to see how these snowflake CNN and MSNBC anchors are reacting to this stuff.
	Pretty amazing.
	Here's a reaction from Chuck Todd about the booing that happened at the Trump rally in Tampa.
	And this kind of unfocused, visceral anger at the other side are really neutral people like folks on the press corps.
	It can lead to this.
	Oh, okay, Charlottesville.
	They didn't show the Trump supporters being attacked in San Jose or Chicago.
	President Trump has made 4,229 false or misleading claims in 558 days in office.

	Now, they go apoplectic when President Trump says, you're reporting fake news.
	But they're going to be the arbiters of what is true.

	Well, we have determined that he has lied this many times in this many days.
	They will be the arbiters of what is true.
	They'll be the arbiters of what is hateful.
	So what happened in Charlottesville was hateful, they said.
	But what happened in so many other rallies, where you see Antifa attacking anybody they disagree with.
	In Chicago, in San Jose, I just told you about the court case that is unfolding in San Jose, where the police pushed the Trump supporters out into a mob and then refused to protect them.
	Even the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said, wait a minute, wait a minute, this is pretty bad if true and we're going to hear this case.
	And yet, you got Chuck Todd so, so hurt about the criticism that was leveled at Jim Acosta.
	He was getting a dose of his own medicine!
	This guy has been shouting at President Trump, who's just trying to do his job, right?
	And at Sarah Huckabee.
	She's just trying to do her job.
	Jim Acosta and the CNN people.
	That's the way they conduct their business, and they were just getting a taste of their own medicine.
	Let's go back to the other lies of Chuck Todd.
	This is not normal.
	We shouldn't be in the business of just shrugging our shoulders and normalizing it.

	They're going to do it to other people, but they don't like it when it's done.
	They can dish it out, but they can't take it.
	Mark Caputo at Politico called Trump supporters toothless garbage people.
	This is from Gateway Pundit.
	He tweeted out, if you put everybody's mouths together in this video, showing a picture of Trump supporters, if you put everybody's mouths together in this video, you'd get a full set of teeth.
	Well, that's nice.
	That's nice.
	You know, that's okay when they do that.
	And that's not hateful at all, is it?
	It's okay to say hateful things.
	It's okay to call Melania Trump a hoe.
	Right?
	That's not a problem at all.
	Don't say that about Valerie Jarrett or anything else, right?
	You criticize somebody on the other side, you're immediately banned.
	And you're not only that, but you lose your career.
	But it's okay to talk about how much you enjoyed all those pedo videos that were shared with you by a convicted, a person convicted of child pornography.
	Here's another MSNBC host.
	Mocking the Trump crowd, saying they're too white.
	And of course, in all the pictures that you see of Jim Acosta, where you can't hear him, and they're painting that picture around, what do you see there?
	Blacks for Trump.
	Do 100% of blacks support Trump?
	No.
	Do 100% of the blacks support Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party?
	No.
	As a matter of fact, they have to rely on 100% coverage, or 100% support, to win anything.
	And President Trump got the most number of black votes in this last election than any Republican candidate has for a very, very long time.
	And that's the problem.
	That's why they have to talk so much about race.
	You know, we have a black caucus.
	We have a Hispanic caucus.
	Maybe they should have a Caucasian caucus.
	I don't know.
	You can't have the Caucasians caucusing together.
	I mean, that would freak them out.
	And it freaked her out that she didn't see anybody there because, you know, it's all about identity.
	It doesn't matter what people say, does it?
	It's all about their skin color to people like Katie Tour at MSNBC.
	Here's what she had to say.
	But if they can make up for that among white men or other groups like African-Americans, a number of Trump campaign allies have told me there's a target and a focus going to 2020 to try and increase... Hold on, hold on.

	Go back to that rally from last night.

	Let's scan the crowd here.
	Somebody show me a person who is not white.
	Hopefully the camera will pan around.
	I feel like Donald Trump is yelling at the camera.
	Pan the camera!
	Show me a face that isn't white.
	How are they planning to get enough African-American voters to offset the white college women?
	Their argument is the economy.
	And in every one of these rallies, President Trump raises the unemployment rate among African-Americans and advances that he's saying are improvements being made in inner cities and the economies there.
	However, that assumes that people's Yeah, that's gonna be what it's about.
	I'll hold it right there.
	As we look at this group here, maybe they should pan the camera around and see if there's any people of color in their little focus group there, CNN, right?
	I mean, use their own standard against them!
	But yeah, it boils down to the issue of do black people want to have jobs or do they want to play identity politics games that haven't gotten them anywhere?
	That's really the issue.
	And CNN, the Democrats, are hoping that you're going to play that identity politics game.
	Enough black people woke up in the last election, in 2016, to turn that around.
	And I think it's going to happen again.
	You've got David Martosko of Daily Mail, who is defending Jim Acosta.
	One of the things that he said was, he said, look at this last night, you've got fringe groups like Blacks for Trump.
	So they can't admit.
	That these people, like President Trump, because their issues transcend the identity politics boxes that the Demographic Party likes to put everybody into.
	And they say, oh, they're menacing journalists and so forth.
	Yeah, right.
	This all boils down to the lies that they're feeding people.
	And this has exploded, really, with the narrative being lost, as I pointed out earlier.
	The control of the narrative was lost, and National Geographic justifies their fake news pictures about a dying polar bear.
	It's like, okay, it wasn't dying because of anything that had to do with climate change or global warming, but it was important to put that lie out there because we're losing control of the narrative.
	Folks, when we talk about mass surveillance of the public, when we talk about the social media companies, All of that is there to see whether or not they have lost control of the narrative.
	Are the lies that they're telling you about climate working?
	Are the lies that they're telling you about demographics working?
	That's the important thing.
	That's what they have this for.
	So a National Geographic photographer admitted that that viral image, and of course we've seen the pictures of the polar bears sitting on an ice floe as if they are... the ice is melting and they're floating out to sea and they can't do anything about it.
	These polar bears swim like 300 miles a day.
	They range over an area of 300 miles.
	They swim!
	They're not afloat.
	They're not like we are.
	They can swim back anywhere they want to go.
	He's just resting on an ice floe.
	I had a picture of one of those that I animated one time in a report where he's got his arm waving to people.
	Hey, how you doing?
	But they said it was fake.
	They said we'd lost control of the narrative, admitted Christina Mittermeier, the photographer, the National Geographic magazine.
	said that they were perpetuating the narrative that the animals eminent death was caused by climate change she said with this image we thought we had found a way to help people imagine imagine what the future of climate change might look like we were perhaps naive the picture went viral and people took it literally you know like the way they took that nine-year-old who just made up all the statistics about plastic straws they took that literally and even after he said we lied about it
	You had people who were part of the environmentalist movement.
	They said, yes, but we can use that, even after it was out there.
	They're openly talking about this in the media.
	Yes, he lied about it.
	Yes, he just made up that story.
	Yes, it was a nine-year-old who did it.
	And now you've got this National Geographic photographer saying, well, we'd lost control of the narrative.
	We had to give people an image that they could rally around, even though the image was false.
	That's what they're doing.
	That's what CNN is doing.
	That's why nobody believes them.
	That's why they understand that they're rigging this situation against Trump, this so-called investigation.
	And that's why the people shouted down Jim Acosta, who is typically the one shouting down President Trump and Press Secretary Sanders.
