	Welcome to Real News.
	I'm David Knight. It is Tuesday, May the 15th, 2018.
	We're going to take a look at some technology news today.
	We're also going to take a look again at the torture issue that's come up yet again as Tim Kennedy went to social media and did essentially what many people pointed out.
	It's kind of like an ice bucket challenge.
	It had about as much to do with torture as an ice bucket challenge.
	So we're going to revisit that again.
	I think it's worthwhile to do that.
	We're going to take a look at what happened in Jerusalem and the way that's being portrayed in the media.
	It's kind of interesting, I think.
	Not surprising. We're good to go.
	This is something that is happening all over the country.
	And there's something much deeper behind all this redistricting being done by the courts.
	And of course, we've had gerrymandering ever since the beginning of the Republic.
	They called it gerrymandering because somebody looked at the congressional districts that they drew and they said, hey, that looks like a salamander.
	I don't know where the gerry came in, but it's there somewhere.
	But nevertheless, this is something that the people who are in power of the state legislature have always been able to draw the district lines to make it more favorable to their party.
	It got to be very scientific the way they did this, because once they could go in with computers and identify voters by their party registration on a one-by-one basis, they could literally jump the jurisdiction from one side of the street, skip over somebody, go to the other side of the street. I mean, that has happened.
	That has happened. We've had jurisdictions and states where I've lived that have been very, very long skinny lines that run all the way across the state.
	And they will do that to create safe districts for their party.
	So if you are the Democrats in power, which is what happened in North Carolina for a very long time, you would give up one or two seats to the Republicans.
	You would concentrate all the Republicans in one or two places.
	And then you make sure the rest of the places were heavily dominated by Democrats.
	When we saw North Carolina go for Barack Obama in 2008, They subsequently went Republican in 2010, everywhere except in Congress.
	And there, that didn't happen because of the redistricting lines.
	But when the Republicans got control of the state house, everything changed in 2012.
	So we're going to take a look at what's behind that and what George Soros is doing as he's pouring millions of dollars into a few strategic races for attorneys, district attorneys, that constitute about 5% of the population of the country.
	Because that also reflects on why the Democrats want to get rid of the Electoral College.
	You see, George Soros is very smart about the way he applies his money.
	He gets a great deal of leverage.
	He's going to be spending millions of dollars there, but he's going to get a lot for his leverage because with just a few races he can hit 5% of the population.
	And if we don't have an electoral college, those few places will dominate national politics.
	But again, what they're trying to do is to win at the jury box.
	It's not even a jury.
	They're trying to win in court. But they cannot win at the ballot box.
	And so we're going to take a look at what's happening there and what's happening in various elections across the country today.
	We're also going to have an update on North Korea on the presidential race 2020.
	We've got Bernie Sanders laying the foundation for his run in 2020, perhaps by eliminating or trying to eliminate somebody who might be in competition to him in the Democrat Party.
	And I'm not talking about Hillary Clinton.
	She's pretty much taking herself out of the running.
	And we're going to take a look at the porn party.
	The porn lawyer and his client, he says that he and Stormy are the Justice League.
	Yeah, the Justice League.
	Meanwhile, Marvel Comics is going to be adding a Muslim female as a superhero.
	She'll probably have a double secret identity because she won't even be able to see her face when she's not in costume.

	We'll talk about the media and how they portrayed what happened in Israel yesterday, as well as the presidential race that is shaping up on both sides.
	And I'll say also the real Russian collusion.
	It's kind of interesting when we see the...
	We see the Russians actually coming out and saying the same thing that we have former Obama administration officials say.
	Europe, you better stand up to Trump or you're just going to be his vassals.
	You're going to be his slaves. You need to shut this down.
	You know, we had former Obama officials put an op-ed piece in the New York Times telling Europe, nobody's going to think that you're crazy if you withdraw your diplomatic corps from the United States in protest.
	Over Trump leaving Obama's Iran deal.
	And oh, by the way, you might want to go even further if that doesn't work.
	You might want to throw out the American ambassadors out of your country.
	That's basically what the Russian press is saying at the same time.
	Where is the collusion between the Russians?
	Where is the collusion between people like John Kerry?
	And the Iranians, for example, they're not really concerned about that, are they?
	Not really concerned about the violation of the Logan Act or what that really means.
	So we'll talk about that as well.
	A lot of items on the news today and we'll be joined in the third hour by William Jasper from The New American.
	But before we get to that, I want to start out with the border.
	Because as I've said many times, as we get so involved in solving everybody's problems around the world, and of course we're now going to solve the long conflict between Israel and the Palestinians.
	Wait a minute, I thought that was solved back there with Camp David.
	Didn't everybody pass out Nobel Peace Prizes?
	Didn't they hand those out to everybody involved with that?
	I thought we'd solve that in the Carter administration.
	But evidently not. No, we're going to solve it this time.
	And we're going to overthrow regimes in Syria and Iran, just like we did in Iraq and Afghanistan and Libya, and everything's going to be all better.
	All better, right? But we can't be bothered to protect the border here in America, can we?
	We can't bring the troops home out of Syria, not even 2,000 of them, to protect the border.
	And the troops, the National Guard troops that we sent to the border, have you heard anything more about that?
	Pretty small number, actually.
	We had George W. Bush and Obama send more troops to the border.
	And I don't know that anything has slowed down there.
	We still have DACA because it's such a wonderful thing that we have to do for the Dreamers.
	That is still with us, even though that is an executive order.
	It's not a law or anything.
	We don't need to argue it in the courts.
	No law was changed. No law was passed.
	I don't know why it's being argued in the courts.
	Just like the Paris Climate Accord, just like Obama's Iran deal, it was something that Obama did by himself, and this president, this Homeland Security Director, Lady DACA, could get rid of this.
	But they don't do that.
	Instead, you've got Lady DACA, Nielsen, DHS Secretary Nielsen, running radio ads in Central America telling people how to get into the country, how to register as political refugees.
	Who needs Democrat lawyers coaching them at the border when we got the Homeland Security Secretary doing that for us?
	But I think one of the most egregious things about this is the fact that we can't protect our borders.
	I mean, look at Israel. Whether you agree with what happened in terms of the use of force or not, they understand that if they don't protect their borders, they don't have a country.
	We don't have that recognition.
	Maybe Mnuchin and Ivanka Trump could go back and explain that to President Trump, that if you don't protect your borders, you don't have a country.
	So we could have some of these troops that we're using for the American empire at our border to protect it.
	We could build a wall out of our budget, couldn't we?
	You know, we have Fox News' Maria Bartiromo says it's mind-boggling that there's a $47 trillion budget over 10 years, but they can't find $25 billion for the wall.
	Okay, you know what? Billions and trillions, that gets kind of difficult to hold in your head.
	So let's just get rid of some zeros here.
	Let's scale it back a little bit.
	Let's imagine that you're making $47,000 a year.
	You can kind of relate to that, right?
	That's not too far from the median family income.
	The median family income is about 52, 53 or something like that.
	So let's say that you're making $47,000 a year.
	And you tell everybody that the most important thing to your family, your number one priority is fill in the blank.
	I don't know. You say what it is.
	But this item only cost $25.
	That's right. That's what we're talking about here.
	You make $47,000 a year.
	You tell everybody that your most important thing in your life, this is about your continued existence as a family.
	Your family is going to disintegrate if you don't do this one thing.
	And that one thing costs you $25.
	And you can't find the money for that.
	Seriously? Really?
	This is the situation that we're in with this administration.
	Yeah, the border, the wall, that's the most important thing, isn't it?
	But out of my $47,000 budget, I can't find the $25 for the wall.
	Okay. All right.
	Oh, I believe you.
	Trust the plan. I trust the plan.
	It has 4D chests, right?
	As the Democrats are pushing for an immigration crackdown, before I do that, let's talk a little bit more about money here.
	Because I want to talk about how the Democrats are actually going after the Border Patrol agents and the ICE agents.
	We're actually doing some enforcement.
	That's the other side of this.
	So we've got a Republican Party that does nothing, that sets passively by, and we've got the Democrats who go very aggressive for the foreign citizens who are criminally trespassing in our country.
	But before we do that, one more thing about the budget and about the Department of Defense.
	As Lee Camp pointed out, a comedian on his show, Redacted Tonight, He pointed out, you know, the Department of Defense Inspector General said they found $6.5 trillion worth of unaccounted spending for the Army in 2015.
	And this was pointed out by Mark Skidmore of Michigan State University.
	He heard Catherine Austin Fitz, a frequent guest on Infowars, saying that.
	And Skidmore, this guy who is with the Michigan State University, heard this and he said, I thought she meant six and a half billion dollars, not six and a half trillion dollars with a T. Because he said trillion would mean that the Pentagon misplaced more money than the gross domestic product of the whole United Kingdom.
	See, the UK has a gross domestic product of 2.6 trillion dollars.
	The Pentagon lost three times that amount.
	Almost three times that.
	Six and a half trillion.
	So the gross national product of the UK, 2.6 trillion.
	The Pentagon lost 6.5 trillion.
	But they can't find 25 billion dollars.
	They can't find that to fix the law.
	And then they went on to talk about What this really means.
	You know, it gets confusing. That's why I normalized it.
	I said, you know, $47,000, but you can't do your most important thing, which costs $25.
	And they said, if you made $40,000 a year, how long would it take you to make a trillion dollars?
	Well, it would take you 25 million years.
	It sounds like a long time, but the comedian Lee Camp said, but once you get past the 10 million mark, it really flies by.
	After the 10 million years, those next 15 million years don't take very long at all.
	And so where is this, where is the energy on immigration?
	The energy on immigration is coming from the Democrats, folks.
	It's not coming from the Republican parties.
	It's not coming from President Trump.
	They're not doing anything. They're just sitting there on the status quo.
	The Democrats, however, are not satisfied with the status quo.
	Democrats in the Senate are pushing an immigration crackdown.
	Ah, but not on the foreign citizens coming here, but on the Border Patrol agents and the ICE agents.
	Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, who has presidential aspirations for 2020.
	See, the problem is not undocumented aliens.
	It's the fact that the Border Patrol doesn't have enough documentation.

	Welcome back. I'm David Knight and I know that...
	What I would like to talk about, of course, is torture.
	We're going to get to that. But I know that most of the people in America really want to know about sports betting.
	That's what the Supreme Court did.
	And actually, even though I don't have a dog in this fight, I don't really care one way or the other about sports betting.
	Really don't. It's a good topic to talk about.
	To talk about where rightful authority lies and what the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court is.
	Because this isn't a hot button issue like the definition of marriage or some other issue where people have a difficult time seeing the underlying legal principles here because they're so involved in the issue itself.
	Yes, there are a lot of people who really hate gambling and they're concerned that it's going to have an effect on amateur sports, especially sports.
	They don't want to see every sports broadcast be covered with the odds out of Vegas are blah, blah, blah, this and that.
	But I guess, I don't know.
	You can talk to the sports fans about that.
	I'm not a sports fan. I'm not a gambler.
	So I don't really care about this one way or the other, the issue itself.
	But what I do care about is the Supreme Court.
	Because the Supreme Court and the federal government are constantly interjecting themselves into our lives in ways that they have absolutely no authority to do.
	And I think this Supreme Court decision is a good example of that.
	The Supreme Court threw open the door to legalize sports betting on Monday, reports NPR. The court struck down a 1992 federal law that effectively prevented most states from legalize sports betting.
	The court wrote, Congress can regulate sports gambling directly, but if it elects not to do so, each state is free to act on its own.
	Let's take that very first phrase there.
	Congress can regulate sports gambling directly.
	Oh, really? Please cite the Constitution.
	I'll tell you the Tenth Amendment.
	I don't see where they have the authority to regulate sports gambling directly.
	You might do it under interstate commerce.
	But let's say that it's all internal in the state.
	Then they don't have any capability to do that.
	And we've had that discussion before in terms of FDR's price supports for farmers.
	Where a farmer said, I'm growing these crops here.
	FDR came up with a system of price supports and subsidies.
	The thing for the farmers, on the other hand, was that along with those subsidies came prohibitions as to how much and what you could grow at particular times.
	And he says, I'm not going to pay attention to these people out of Washington telling me how much or what crops I can grow.
	He says, you have no authority to do this.
	I'm growing this stuff in this state.
	I'm not shipping my produce across state lines.
	And they said, oh, but you're affecting the overall market.
	And so that means that we can regulate you, even though you're not doing this across state lines.
	I don't agree with that. I think it's wrong.
	Supreme Court's been wrong on a lot of things, as I've pointed out many times.
	They have said that film doesn't have any First Amendment rights.
	That decision stood from the 19...
	It was in the teens.
	It was at the time they were going into World War I. I don't remember the exact date.
	It was against a movie called The Spirit of 76.
	Woodrow Wilson didn't want out.
	So he put the filmmaker in jail, gave him a massive fine.
	That decision, where the Supreme Court said filmmakers don't have any First Amendment rights, that stood until the 1950s.
	We've talked in the past about how the Supreme Court did that and reversed itself on the Cherokee Nation issue under Andrew Jackson.
	Within one year, the same court reversed itself.
	So the court is changing its mind on all kinds of things and intervening in things that it doesn't have any authority to do.
	The Professional Amateur Sports Protection Act from 1992 prohibited sports betting except in four states where it had already been legalized.
	Nevada and, to a lesser extent, Delaware, Montana, and Oregon.
	And again, totally arbitrary as to how this, okay, we're not going to have any sports betting except in four states.
	I mean, how do you authorize that?
	Clearly, in those four states, you could also argue that there was interstate commerce and so forth.
	So again, where they draw the lines, oh, only in these four states but in none others, and then to say, well, we have the authority to do this, and we will decide as to whether or not we'll do it.
	Justice Samuel Alito said the federal law had unconstitutionally commandeered the state's lawmaking authority.
	Yes, it did. But then he goes back and he commandeers it himself.
	He says it unequivocally dictates what a state legislature may do and may not do, thus putting state legislatures under direct control of Congress.
	That part is absolutely right.
	And then it goes on to say Congress can regulate sports gambling directly.
	No, it can't.
	Where is it in the Constitution?
	I can tell you the Tenth Amendment, they don't have the power to interfere in our lives unless that is expressly given to them.
	And if it's not, then that power is retained by the states.
	It's almost as if the Supreme Court doesn't even know the Tenth Amendment exists.
	They know. They just don't care.
	And then as we look at the other side of it, we've got the Hill saying the Supreme Court decision creates a Wild West for sports gambling.
	I would suggest, because this is all the same rhetoric that we see with drug prohibition, whether we're talking about recreational drugs or whether we're talking about prescription drugs, that they say, sorry, we haven't approved that drug for medical use, so you're not allowed to take that.
	You'll have to get our permission first from the FDA. So yeah, both the FDA and the DEA are in direct violation of the Tenth Amendment.
	But they go on to say in this editorial that says it's a wild west for sports gambling, they say sports gambling in real time on cell phones and computers was highlighted as an example of the crack cocaine for hooking college students, teens, and kids into addicted gambling.
	If you feel that way, you can get rid of it at the state level.
	You know, when we look at prohibition, And again, it's the same language that we're seeing here.
	Oh, it's addictive and so forth and so on.
	I don't agree with gambling.
	I think it is a scam.
	As I've said before, when my family went out to Disneyland before Disney World was on the East Coast, we took a trip to Disneyland in California.
	We passed through Las Vegas.
	My dad took me into a casino.
	He said, look at all these people.
	Very poor. Pouring their coins into slot machines.
	And he said, then look at this casino here.
	You think this is a fair game?
	You think those people are suckers?
	You don't stand a chance doing this kind of stuff.
	I would tell that to anybody.
	That's a good lesson for anyone.
	I'm glad my dad did that with me.
	I have no interest in gambling, and I understand it can be addictive.
	A lot of things can be addictive.
	And you can make those things illegal at the state level.
	But when we look at the kinds of prohibitions that governments are doing, I would just ask you this.
	Along the lines of our drug war that's gone on for 47 years, do you think that the prohibitions against sports gambling have stopped it?
	No more than they have stopped the use of marijuana or any of the other illegal drugs that are part of the war on drugs.
	Prohibition just doesn't work.
	The education works.
	There's other problems.
	You can't solve every problem in society by creating a prohibition and telling the police to go around and start arresting people or beating people or locking them up or whatever.
	That wasn't the approach that my dad took.
	That wasn't the approach that I took.
	He educated me about the things to avoid in life, and that's the best that you can do.
	The hammer approach, when everything looks like a nail, having the government come out with prohibition simply doesn't work.
	And it doesn't work when we shred our Constitution.
	That's the key thing. We have a lot of states that were still prohibiting alcohol and still have restrictions on how alcohol is sold.
	But the Tenth Amendment and the Eighteenth Amendment Western Europe has already banned free speech, and an iron curtain of censorship is descending down over the UK. They're set to pass rules, not a law, that if you criticize Islam or gays, you'll get six months in prison.
	We know we're only about a year or two behind what's happening in the UK. CNN and many others are calling for Infowars to be shut down, taken off the web.
	Slate Magazine has a professor and others saying, go beyond censorship.
	Brainwash young people against Infowars.

	Alright, now that we've got sports gambling out of the way, let's get to torture.
	What is torture? Does it matter if our government tortures?
	And it's interesting to see Tim Kennedy, a conservative who will fight to the death for our right to keep and bear arms.
	It's amazing to see him fighting so that we can have the government torture people.
	As I've said before, the most dangerous situation that we can have Is not just only the government having firearms.
	Many conservatives will understand how dangerous that situation can be.
	When only the government has weapons.
	Power comes out of the barrel of a gun, said Mao.
	Right? We don't want only the government to have weapons.
	But we also don't want the government to act like terrorists.
	Right? If the government is acting like terrorists, if it has no legal controls, if it has no moral restraints, If it doesn't care even if something works or not, if it covers up what it did after it's being investigated, that's the issue as well.
	Gina Haspel wasn't involved in all of the torture, but Gina Haspel covered up the torture once it was exposed by John Kiriakou, who they sent to prison.
	They said, well, you know, this looks like it's wrong.
	We're not ever going to do this again.
	Well, If it wasn't wrong, if it was effective, why not do it again?
	Why did they work so hard to destroy all of the evidence of what they did?
	Why is it that when some of the information about what they did came out, that was leaked by the, or declassified by the Senate, that the CIA took recriminations against Dianne Feinstein and her staff for doing that?
	Why would they do that? Well, I read last week to you some of what came out in those hearings.
	And if you bother to take a look at it, which a lot of conservatives like Rush Limbaugh and Tim Kennedy don't do, if you read the report, you might understand why Gina Haspel was so intent on covering up what her agency had done.
	And you might be concerned about turning your government into a criminal, immoral terrorist, because government is far more dangerous.
	Far more dangerous. When we talk about the Second Amendment, The Second Amendment, yes, it does allow us to protect ourselves against street criminals.
	It allows us to protect ourselves against terrorists.
	Terrorists who might go down the street with a knife cutting people's throats.
	We don't have to, if we have the ability to defend ourselves, we don't have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the police to show up like in Paris.
	We can stop the slaughter.
	But what do you do when only the government has that kind of power?
	And that's really the fundamental issue that we're talking about here.
	Besides the fact that some of the people who have actually done this say that this is not effective.
	And this is what I guess when I look at this, the thing that bothers me the most is that we would even have to have the argument as to whether or not this is effective.
	To me, that argument has already been settled by 109 ex-generals and admirals who say that it is not effective.
	That argument has already been settled by the many people who said, after they learned that some of this weapons of mass destruction intelligence that got us into Iraq was the product of CIA torturing, they said, we've been had. Because you can get people to say anything under torture.
	John McCain knows that.
	And you've got the general, Lieutenant General McHenry, banned by Fox News because he criticized McCain.
	But he was telling people a lie.
	McHenry was saying that Songbird John is evidence that torture works.
	No, it isn't. What McCain said, unless McHenry says that all the propaganda that he repeated to stop them breaking and twisting his arm, or whatever they did to his arm, they crippled his arm, whatever they did to John McCain, to get that torture to stop, John McCain said, alright, fine, I'll read your propaganda stuff.
	Nobody's going to believe it anyway.
	Except maybe McHenry, who believes it.
	Thinks it works. Thanks, they got real stuff out of John McCain.
	No, he didn't. And they didn't get real stuff out of the people that they tortured to produce a sexed-up report about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
	And the people who were in the Pentagon knew that.
	They knew they were going to get junk out of that.
	But why do we even have to have that discussion as to whether or not it works?
	The question is, is it legal?
	Is it moral? And the question is whether or not it's torture.
	Now Tim Kennedy jumped into this and he showed himself lying on a table, play the social media clip there, without any restraints.
	Oh, well, that's kind of a little bit different.
	In a sunny backyard.
	And he said, we did this yesterday for almost 45 minutes.
	The average pour was anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds.
	You can try to hold your breath, but the water pours down the back of your sinuses and so forth.
	It's not torture.
	I agree with him.
	What he did is not torture.
	What Tim Kennedy did is not waterboarding.
	Not at all. As a matter of fact, a lot of people took to social media.
	And pointed out that as he's taking a lot of breaks, so he can then address the camera, he said, yeah, you know, we had some, you know, we had some, took a little bit of time to not only address the camera, but they had wine or something else like that.
	You know what? That's not torture. One individual said, wrong, that's not how it's done.
	As a matter of fact, this guy says, as a former SERE instructor and waterboarding qualified resistance team member, I can tell you that it's about aggression, intent, tie-down, poor technique, the rate of flow, and other factors.
	It is Nazi commie torture.
	Deal with it. He said that's not how it's done.
	You're just holding your breath.
	The guy's name is Malcolm Nance.
	He responded to this idiotic thing that Tim Kennedy did.
	He said being waterboarded by your buddies in a safe, controlled environment where you are unrestrained and free to stop the experiment or pull the cloth at any time, you can't call that torture.
	You can't even call that correct waterboarding.
	Another one said, I think they're confusing torture with the ice bucket challenge.
	And that's a good point.
	Quite frankly, you know, you can pour ice on somebody standing there in a bathing suit.
	And it's like, ooh, that's not torture.
	You do that for an extended period of time, and you create hypothermia, that's torture.
	That's torture. It's not just pouring some water on somebody.
	It's not just pouring some ice on somebody.
	What we're talking about here is hypothermia that can kill people.
	That would be a little bit different than the ice bucket challenge.
	One other person said...
	This looks like you got some relief on a really hot day.
	How about trying being bound and pushed into the water upside down while blindfolded and kept without air until someone maybe thinks you might still be alive?
	People have died from this.
	And we have executed people for doing what was really done by the CIA. That's why Gina Haspel destroyed the tapes.
	And the fact that Gina Haspel destroyed the tapes in 2005 as Maine Senator Angus King, who is an independent, he's not with the Republican Party, so he's not trying to make excuses for President Trump's being wrong on this issue.
	Senator Angus King said, that's the issue that I have with it.
	Number one, she can't call this wrong, and yet she says she won't do it again.
	Why? Why? She can't say that this doesn't reflect our values, but she says she won't do it again.
	But she covered up for it after everybody said, this is wrong and we're not going to do it again.
	She destroyed the evidence.
	She obstructed the investigation.
	Another person says, if any human being has a problem answering this question, do you think that torture is immoral?
	That's the problem that she had, answering that question.
	Then Gina Haspel is not qualified to be a human being, let alone a CIA director.
	Do we want to reward that kind of behavior?
	Another person said, cool.
	Now keep Tim Kennedy awake for 72 hours.
	Force a hydration tube up his ass and bury him alive.
	And don't forget to drop some insects in there.
	How about trying reading the rest of the report?
	You know, while you have a little party there.
	It's really sad to see somebody shilling for this type of criminal acts by our government.
	And doing it in a desperate attempt for publicity.
	And that's really what happened.
	Over the course of an entire 20-day period, as we read from this stuff, I don't have time to review it.
	I'll finish up on the other side of the break.
	I'll tell you what it really looks like from the little bit of the excerpts that we got that made the CIA so angry.

	So is it really torturous?
	Is it really waterboarding when you have your friends put a cloth over your face and pour water on you for a few seconds at a time over a 45-minute period?
	And then, hey, afterwards we had elk tacos and wine.
	It was a baptism of freedom, said Tim Kennedy.
	It's not torture. Yeah, I would agree.
	It is not torture. What he did was not torture.
	Let me tell you what that really looks like.
	He says he's voicing his support for Gina Haspel that Tim Kennedy says is an amazing hero.
	Seriously? This is our hero?
	You know, I've seen people out there who have a hero of...
	Adolf Hitler or Joseph Stalin or Mao.
	Mao was still a hero to the people in China, even though he starved tens of millions of them with his cultural revolution.
	They still have big banners.
	When I went there in the early 2000s to adopt my daughter, they had massive stuff up worshiping Mao.
	It's amazing to me that people will worship the very political leaders who kill them, who torture them.
	Who destroy our rule of law.
	These corrupt war criminals like Stalin, Mao, Hitler, and Gina Haspel have their fans out there.
	And Tim Kennedy is a fan of her.
	He says, if I can change one person's mind about what torture is and what I would do to protect American freedom, I will do this for years.
	Well, you know what? Torture is not American freedom.
	And that is not torture.
	You know, you have elk tacos and wine afterwards.
	That's not what they were doing to this individual.
	They tortured him for three weeks.
	Two of those three weeks came after the people who were doing the torturing said he doesn't know anything.
	He doesn't know anything.
	Let me tell you what they had to say.
	This is some of the stuff that came out of the hearings, in case Tim Kennedy wants to read this, or Rush Limbaugh and the other apologists.
	For this corrupt government, this corrupt CIA official.
	August the 8th, 2002, today's first session had a profound effect on all the staff members.
	This is after they'd been doing it for some time.
	It seemed the collective opinion, this is after they'd been doing it for a week.
	It seems the collective opinion was that we should not go much further.
	Everyone seems strong for now, but if the group has to continue, we cannot guarantee how much longer we can do this.
	These are the people who are the torturers, not the torture-ee.
	They don't feel like having elk tacos and wine.
	They're doing this to somebody.
	If it's no big deal, why are they upset about this?
	Several on the team profoundly are affected, some to the point of tears and choking up.
	And so they write CIA headquarters and say, can we stop this?
	They said, no, keep it going for another two weeks.
	Now, what did they do over all those periods of time?
	Over the course of the entire 20-day aggressive phase of interrogation, Abu Zabida spent a total of 266 hours, not 45 minutes, Tim, 266 hours, in a large coffin-sized confinement box.
	29 hours in a small confinement box which had a width of 21 inches and a depth of 2 1⁄2 feet and a height of 2 1⁄2 feet.
	How do you even fit in something like that?
	That's where they put him when he wasn't being tortured, when he wasn't drowning.
	CIA interrogators told Abu Zabaida that the only way that he was going to leave the facility was in a coffin-shaped confinement box like the ones he was being put in.
	So, maybe you should take a look at the report.
	It's great to defend individual liberties in one area, but the thing that bothers me so much is the blindness of the left and the right, much of it is based simply on party loyalty.
	They can have a big problem with liberty in one area, but they can swallow a camel when it comes to taking out liberty in another area.
	They can beg their government to become terrorists.
	While saying, I don't want the government to have all the guns.
	Which is absolutely amazing to me.
	The inconsistency of this.

	All right, let's take a quick look at what's going on with gun control.
	In Florida, we had the Parkland shooting at the high school.
	The Republican governor signed into, and the Republican lawmakers also voted for this, put in some gun control restrictions, particularly raising the age to buy any guns to 21 years old.
	An older age than you need to vote or to serve in the military.
	And so the NRA filed a lawsuit there.
	As part of that lawsuit, they wanted to call in some teenagers.
	And they wanted the teenagers to be anonymous.
	Because, you know, we've got this whole bullying thing.
	As people talk about David Hogg, they say, oh, you can't talk about David Hogg or we'll shut down your entire media organization.
	We'll take you off of social media and so forth.
	That's bullying, right?
	And as we've said before, you can't come after David Hogg or Emma Gonzalez or any of these people...
	Because they are the front shock troops of this astroturf gun control movement.
	They have been put up front.
	So if you push back against this agenda that they're selling in the public arena, they've recovered enough that they can go out and argue for gun control.
	They can argue for the agenda of George Clooney and the Hollywood left and big Democrats.
	But you can't push back on that because then you're saying something negative about teenagers.
	So the NRA said, alright, you know, you don't want to bully teenagers, so we'll have these two teenagers.
	One of them was a 19-year-old man.
	Another was a 19-year-old woman.
	They wanted to keep them anonymous so they could participate in the lawsuit.
	The judge said, no, you can't do that.
	We know that he'll probably get bullied, but we're not going to let you keep them anonymous.
	The U.S. District Judge Mark Walker said if it were entirely up to this court, the court would not hesitate to grant the NRA's motion.
	One need only look at the harassment suffered by some of the Parkland shooter survivors to appreciate the vitriol that has infected public discourse about the Second Amendment.
	And this court has no doubt that the harassment goes both ways, but we're going to let it go both ways.
	We're going to let them, we're going to expose them.
	We're not going to protect them. See, they will shut down entire media organizations to protect David Hogg and Emma Gonzalez, but they're not going to protect these two individuals.
	In the same way that we saw as CNN and everybody was saying, oh, you've got to shut down Infowars and everybody, because they said something about David Hogg or because they questioned what he had to say, they would come after Kyle Kashuv and bully him on television.
	But you're not allowed to say anything about David Hogg or Emma Gonzalez because that would be bullying.
	Or CNN going down to Florida and talking to an elderly lady who had posted some stuff on Twitter and said, Do you realize that you're working for the Russians?
	What are you talking about?
	Absolutely bullying her, shaming her on national television because she posted some information on social media.

	Welcome back. We're just talking about how the Florida judge says as the NRA pushes back against infringement of gun rights that Governor Scott, the Republican, signed into law that were backed by many Republicans in the legislature.
	And, of course, Scott is running for, I think it's Senate that he's running for.
	Keep that in mind, folks.
	Primaries are very important. We're going to talk about the primaries that are coming up today later in the program.
	Make sure that you've got a real choice when it comes to final election day, that you don't just have Democrats and Democrats light, like Governor Scott, Rick Scott.
	But here's another one in Illinois.
	Got a Republican governor there, Bruce Rauner, I think is the way he pronounced his name.
	He's proposing gun confiscation orders and a 72-hour wait period on firearm purchases.
	Chicago Tribune reports that the provision would allow confiscation of guns from people who are deemed dangerous.
	It would last 14 days initially.
	This two-week period gives the state time to build a case for keeping the firearms or else the guns must be returned.
	Look, I don't want to see crazy people with guns.
	We have to remember that guns don't kill people.
	Crazy people kill people.
	And as we have seen in London, yeah, they have a lot of gun crime in London.
	Their gun prohibition really hasn't stopped things.
	It hasn't stopped things in Australia either.
	You know, they make a big deal about how Australia grabbed all the guns and then they put them in big piles and ran bulldozers over them and crushed them and so forth.
	Just got to destroy these things. Wish them away.
	Into the cornfield. Well, you know, it hasn't worked.
	They just had seven people killed in Australia yesterday.
	Actually, it was on the 13th.
	You know, the criminal who shot them, as Zero Hedge points out, did not obey the law.
	Even though they've got gun bans and gun confiscation in Australia, they've still got people being shot.
	Seven people got shot by a criminal in Australia.
	How is that possible?
	How is it possible that in London they have drive-by shootings, just like in Chicago?
	And they also have crazy people who are shouting Allahu Akbar, and they are slashing people, killing people with knives.
	They're running them down with cars.
	They're throwing acid on people.
	See, if a person is criminally insane and you're concerned about that, don't just take the gun and leave them on the street.
	The problem is the crazy people.
	And this whole idea that is now being pushed out by Republicans and not just rhinos like this Illinois governor.
	I understand this guy is in a very Democrat state and he's basically going to be to the left of a lot of Democrats in conservative states.
	Even though he's in name only a Republican.
	But there is a troubling idea that With Republicans as they start to move forward with this to say that we've got to have guns taken away from mentally ill people and we'll do the due process later.
	Heard that somewhere before? The problem is we do need to have due process, but we need to make sure that if somebody is truly dangerous that we keep them in custody.
	Do it quickly. Have a trial quickly.
	You don't need two weeks to have a trial.
	That's one of the problems that we have in America, in the Constitution, that we don't pay any attention to anymore.
	They're very much about having a speedy trial.
	We've got people like Marty Gottesfeld, who's been held without bail for two years now.
	And that was simply because he was trying to draw attention to a medical kidnapping by a very powerful hospital associated with Harvard University.
	And so they've kept him in jail for two years without bail.
	They did that to the Bundys.
	There's still people in jail with that particular event that haven't gotten bail.
	It happens all the time, and it shouldn't be happening.
	We got the New Jersey weed man, Ed Forchant.
	He's being held without bail.
	And that's in a state where they've had bail reform.
	That's right, they got rid of the actual process of bail.
	They said, you know, poor people can't afford to get bail, so we'll just let people go without bail, unless the judge just arbitrarily decides that you can't get out, like they did Ed Forchant, a peaceful marijuana user.
	He's been in jail now for almost a year.

	Let's take a look at the way the media reacted to the events yesterday at the Gaza border there in Israel.
	The protests of the existence of Israel, but also of the move of the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem.
	We had an MSNBC panelist saying all of those babies are dead because of Israel.
	Let's hear the clip from MSNBC. So, while Donald Trump is doing this and may look for a deflection, it's not necessarily gonna help the midterms.
	All that's important and all of those babies are dead.
	All those people are dead.
	They're dead. And we're talking about race horses.
	I mean, the politics.
	I mean, there are a lot of folks who are dead today.
	For what? I'm sorry.
	This is me being a moralist, I suppose.
	No, I understand. And the White House today, their response to that was it is Hamas' fault and they're using them as tools for propaganda.
	That's like saying the children in the Children's March of Birmingham, it was their fault that Bull Connor attacked them.
	Oh, is it? Is it?
	What we are seeing from the mainstream media is we're seeing pictures of the politicians making their speeches in fancy dress and also in suits and so forth, smiling next to the embassy.
	Of course, this picture of Ivanka Trump that was at the cover of the Daily News.
	And it shows Ivanka there holding her hand up, and instead of the plaque there talking about the embassy, saying this is the American embassy, open such and such a date by President Trump and Vice President Pence and so forth, that's what she's pointing to.
	And they clumsily Photoshop a picture in there of people being carried off that have been injured, carried off on a stretcher, and it says, Daddy's little ghoul.
	Fifty-five slaughtered in Gaza, but Ivanka is all smiles at the Jerusalem Embassy unveiling.
	And this is exactly the juxtaposition that you will find throughout the media.
	Smiling politicians in fancy dress and people being carried off on stretchers.
	Is that an accurate picture?
	Is that really what happened there?
	You know, one of the things they said about all these babies died, there is one baby.
	Who died in this, and of course that's what the Washington Post leads with.
	The interesting thing I find is the Washington Post said 61 people have died as a baby dies from tear gas.
	And let me just digress here for a moment and go back to what I said on April 19th, the anniversary of Waco.
	I took a lot of heat from a lot of people out there who were military and police and said, we do tear gas all the time.
	We train with this all the time.
	That didn't kill anybody. And I said, well, you might want to read the report.
	Same thing I said to Tim Kennedy just a minute ago.
	You might want to read the government's own report.
	And, yeah, what they're showing here on the screen right now is the people who were throwing rocks and hurling rocks.
	They have slings, they have slings, they're hurling rocks, setting tires on fire, setting fields on fire and so forth.
	But, you know, rocks can be deadly.
	You can kill people with a shiv, with a knife.
	You can kill people with a stone.
	And so when you look at what happened with this, it's, oh, look at this, Israeli snipers are taking people out.
	Well, those are the pictures that you're not going to see.
	You're not going to see the people who are throwing deadly stones at others.
	We'll talk about that in just a moment.
	But before we go further into this, I want to talk about the baby that died from tear gas.
	You know, when we had the investigation of Waco, We had a government panel look at this, and we had a guy, as he was reluctant to admit, he said, yes, you know, we cannot use CS gas in an enclosed area.
	It's not allowed for that.
	See, this baby died in an open area from being exposed to tear gas.
	And they said, you also don't use tear gas, especially against babies, in an enclosed area, which is the way that our government used it at Waco.
	They used CS gas, which has been banned for military use.
	It's only used by governments against their civilians, against us.
	But they do it in an open area where it is not as intense.
	If you do it even to adults in an enclosed area, you can kill those adults from the gas itself.
	And that's not even talking about the way that it was done in terms of putting it, interjecting it into the building as a fine particulate that could be ignited.
	But we're just talking about death from tear gas.
	And the government's own investigation in the early 2000s said, yes, it's likely that the children died, could have died from the tear gas alone, being subjected to that in an enclosed space to a baby.
	Because we just saw a baby here at the Gaza Strip die in an open area.
	The question is, why was this baby there?
	Why would they take the child to a protest?
	And to put this in context, you see those people, those individuals that are throwing rocks, the people that are setting fires, that's about 50,000 people at the border.
	Put yourself in the position of the people who are trying to control the border.
	Put yourself in the position of the people who live in that country and see an army of 50,000 people throwing lethal rocks, hurling lethal rocks, shooting them with slingshots at people en masse.
	We're talking about 50,000 people here.
	Yes, 50-60 people killed.
	That's a lot of people that have been killed.
	But out of 50,000 people, you had that many people killed.
	Gaza violence is expected to break out again today.
	Fresh protests against Israel are expected in the Palestinian territories on Tuesday.
	Tuesday marks the 70th anniversary of what Palestinians call the Nakba, the mass displacement of Palestinians in the war following Israel's creation.
	Nakba means catastrophe.
	They've been celebrating this, not for 70 years, but since 1998.
	That's when the Palestinian Authority created that holiday, I guess you could say.
	It's not actually a celebration. It's a pushback against the foundation of the state of Israel.
	Again, this was at 13 different locations.
	Israel said 40,000 to 50,000 people participated there.
	Palestinians hurled stones and incendiary devices while the Israeli military used tear gas and live fire from snipers that would be aimed at the people who were hurling the rocks.
	Palestinian Authority and its ruling Fatah Party urged Palestinians in the West Bank to take part in the widespread protests on Monday.
	They were the ones who were encouraging people to go.
	And the Palestinians were saying that they wanted to breach the Israeli border and kill.
	A quote from a Palestinian in the story explains the true purpose of the attempted storming of the Israeli border.
	They said, we are excited to storm and get inside, said 23-year-old Mohammed Mansoura.
	When asked what he would do once he got inside of Israel, he said, whatever is possible to kill, to throw stones.
	Another protester told the Washington Post, we are here for Jerusalem, for Palestinian land.
	And the Washington Post also reported, at a gathering point east of Gaza City, organizers urged demonstrators to burst through the fence, telling them Israeli soldiers were fleeing their positions even as the soldiers were reinforcing their positions.
	And so they are pushing them to go in even though they know that the Israeli soldiers are reinforcing their positions.
	They would like to have casualties because then they can get the mainstream media to show people on stretchers, not show the people who are acting aggressively.
	Turkey has recalled ambassadors from the United States and Israel.
	And as a result of this, Erdogan said Israel is wreaking state terror.
	Israel is a terror state.
	He said what Israel has done is a genocide.
	This is Turkey's Erdogan saying that what you saw yesterday...
	Responding to 50,000 people, storming the border, setting fires, throwing stones, and shooting 50 to 60 people there, killing them.
	And of course, there were about 2,500 that were wounded, according to reports.
	He said, what Israel has done is a genocide.
	I condemn this humanitarian drama, the genocide, from whichever side it comes, Israel or America.
	This is Turkey's Erdogan.
	What amazing hypocrisy for him to use repeatedly the word genocide.
	Turkey is the site of the first recognized genocide.
	As a matter of fact, they created that term because of what Turkey did to the Armenian Christians.
	Way before we had anything with the Nazis coming after individual people groups, we had the Turks coming after Armenian Christians, killing them because of who they were.
	That's where we got the term genocide, eliminating everybody of a particular group systematically.
	And then Turkey says, this conflict at the border was genocide.
	That's the very definition of hypocrisy.

	I want to say just a couple more things about what we saw at the border with Israel yesterday.
	Consider this. We just talked about Turkey's Erdogan saying this is genocide.
	They will aggressively censor any mention of real genocide, of the actions by the Turks against the Armenian Christians that gave birth to the word genocide.
	They will actively censor that and yet he throws that word around so carelessly.
	Was this genocide or was this a conflict that was encouraged by Palestinian groups?
	Egypt condemns the Israeli force used against what they said were peaceful marches.
	You saw those peaceful marchers burning tires, throwing stones, hurling a lot of stones.
	Violent Hamas rioters attacked the Jewish state's border.
	The Times of Israel reported that protesters, as you saw the pictures of them, setting fire, sending thick plumes of black smoke in the air several spots along the border.
	Protesters assaulted the border fence.
	They hurled rocks at soldiers.
	Several incendiary kites were flown toward Israel.
	One fell in a field outside of Kibbutz and sparked a fire.
	But then also you had the security forces of Israel say this.
	From the information we have, it appears that Hamas is encouraging and sending protesters to the border fence in order to carry out violent acts and damage security infrastructure.
	In addition, it was found that Iran is providing funding to Hamas in order for it to carry out these violent activities along the Gaza Strip's border fence.
	They further said that Hamas is instructing its own members to stay away from the border until civilians breach the barrier.
	And remember, earlier I reported that the Washington Post, who was there, said they were telling the protesters the Israeli soldiers are running away.
	Now's your time to go.
	And in fact, the Israeli soldiers were fortifying their position.
	They wanted massive casualties by the civilians.
	But they were also hoping that civilians might break through and breach the barrier.
	They said there is a prohibition for Hamas operatives to approach the border from a fear that they will be killed or captured by Israeli Defense Force troops.
	Unless the security fence falls, then they must enter armed into Israel under the cover of the masses and carry out terror attacks.
	So this is the intelligence that they had.
	And this is what we have seen over and over again.
	The leadership using the masses as cannon fodder, which is exactly what was happening there.
	Now, was this all about the U.S. Embassy?
	No. No.
	This is the eve of Ramadan.
	This is their holiday where they mourn the creation of the State of Israel.
	All these things are coming together.
	It is not simply the U.S. Embassy being moved there.
	But I want to play for you a clip from Jason Chaffetz.
	And he said, Trump is the only one who had the guts to move the embassy.
	You know, we've had politicians, Democrat and Republicans for a couple of decades, along with Congress itself, that said, look, we recognize the state of Israel.
	The state of Israel says Jerusalem is our capital.
	Why wouldn't we recognize that?
	We're going to move it there. And they make that statement.
	Obama said that. Clinton said that.
	The Bushes said that.
	They didn't do it. Only President Trump actually did it.
	Why wouldn't we recognize a nation that we recognize, why wouldn't we recognize where they put their capital?
	Here's what Jason Chaffetz said.
	Yeah, it did. I think the former presidents, they gave a lot of lip service to it because, hey, it was great for fundraising.
	But the only one who's had the political guts to actually do it is Trump.
	And I'm proud of the president for doing this.
	It's got broad bipartisan support.
	I think it showed the world that truly Israel is one of the greatest partners and allies of the United States of America.
	And get used to it because they ain't going away.
	And we're going to be standing by Israel's side every step of the way.
	Absolutely. And as this article from USA Today pointing out, the U.S. Embassy in Israel isn't the only reason for the violence.
	There's key issues, such as the fact that the protest leaders basically want the right of return for Palestinian refugees.
	That's why they're talking about Nakba.
	They're saying that, you know, where we've been thrown out of what we consider to be our land, we want to go back, and that's what we're going to do.
	We're going to take it by force. And the Israelis responded with force and said, no, you were not.
	We've seen these types of wars throughout human history, and that's precisely what we saw yesterday.
	That was not a genocide that was being portrayed there.
	The demonstrations dubbed the Great March of Return.
	That's what they're calling it. Again, it's about their return to the Palestine area, as they call it.
	It's about getting rid of the state of Israel.
	Hamas that is behind all this does not recognize the right of Israel to exist.
	You just had Saudi Arabia recognize that because they want to push the war against what they consider to be their common enemy, Iran.
	And of course they would like us to do that for them.
	That's where I have the problem.
	That's where I have the problem. I don't want to be pushed into a war for Saudi Arabia and for Israel.
	If they want to defend their borders and they are surrounded by people who want to wipe them out, they have the right to defend themselves.
	But they don't have the right to push my country into their defense.
	They don't have a right to force us to do regime change.
	We have seen how this has worked.
	We have never... Been successful in this as a nation.
	If you want regime change, I would suggest to the nations of the world that you get somebody other than America.
	We don't know how to do it successfully.
	We have demonstrated that over the last 60 years.
	We do not know how to do regime change.
	We can create war, death, chaos, but we can't do regime change.
	We have proved this over and over and over again.
	Why do they keep asking us to do this?
	Well, we know why. We know that they don't really want regime change.
	We know that what they really want is chaos.
	And they'd like to use that chaos to spread into our countries with the refugees that they bring in.
	That's precisely what the plan is.
	And we should not be assisting them in this plan to destroy the West because that's ultimately how this is going to be used.
	But they were protesting the March of Return and expect that this is going to extend.
	Because this is on the eve of Ramadan.
	The days leading up to Ramadan, it's going to be about a month of this.
	I think it begins on the 15th, I believe, as a Ramadan celebration.
	So you're going to see these attacks continue.
	We always see terror attacks going on throughout Ramadan every year.
	This is going to be a focal point for their attacks this year.

	So they don't want to be a part of a Defense Department project that is algorithmic warfare.
	That's what Project Maven is.
	That's their self-description.
	Algorithmic warfare.
	Warfare by algorithm.
	They're going to determine who lives or dies.
	The AI is going to determine that.
	And, of course, we've also got not just Google, but we've got Microsoft and Amazon as partners in this.
	Of course. Of course they would be.
	Google is also helping the Defense Department implement machine learning to classify images gathered by drones.
	But some employees believe that humans, not algorithms, should be responsible for this sensitive, potentially lethal work.
	Of course it's going to be lethal.
	That's exactly what they're going to do.
	And you've got a Marine Corps Colonel, Drew Cukor, told the Defense One Tech Summit, we are in an AI arms race.
	This is something we should all be very concerned about.
	So we can't allow there to be an AI gap between us and the other guys.
	So we've got to be ready to fire on, you know, very quickly.
	I can't waste any time determining if this is a real target or not.
	I don't know. We're going to do it by algorithm and we're going to launch...
	I can't wait long enough for the people to make that determination.
	He says, we're in an AI arms race and the big five internet companies are pursuing this heavily.
	Many of you will have noted that Eric Schmidt Google, Alphabet, etc.
	It's calling Google an AI company now and not a data company.
	That's right. You've got Ray Kurzweil out there pushing the singularity and transhumanism.
	Google bought all of the promising robotics companies like Boston Dynamics.
	And you've seen the Boston Dynamics robots.
	You know, the four-legged one.
	Now they've got a two-legged one running and jumping over obstacles.
	I mean, this is quite literally becoming the Terminator scenario.
	There he is, jumping over on two legs.
	And you've seen the four-legged one running through a maze and so forth.
	They even had the one arm that comes out of the center of its back.
	Helping another one as it held the door open for him.
	Here he is, going through and locating a target, walking with these legs that are bent backwards.
	It's just beyond creepy.
	But understand where this is coming from.
	This is coming from DARPA. These robots are not being created to help little old ladies cross the street, in spite of what they tell you.
	You keep seeing all these articles saying, oh yes, they're going to help people in rest homes.
	Uh-huh. Yeah, that's right.
	I mean, they're literally putting out the idea that it's going to help little old ladies cross the street.
	They are going to be hunter-killer drones, and they're going to be killing people based on algorithm.
	That is what this project is about.
	That's why you've got Google employees who are quitting.
	Now, you think that's a problem?
	Yeah, it's not a problem, right?
	You've got people like Piers Morgan saying, hey, you know, let's have Stop and Search on the streets of London.
	And you had a London rapper, his name is Giggs, Took to Instagram to take Piers Morgan on.
	Piers Morgan said, as they're looking at the gun and knife crime epidemics, he says, well, you've only got to worry about stop and search if you're carrying something, haven't you?
	If you haven't, then what's the problem?
	Yeah, if you've got nothing to hide, like Eric Schmidt said, then why should you be concerned about AI that's going to identify you and then do something about it?
	And Piers Morgan goes on, if 90% of the knife crime in this capital city right now is being conducted by young black gang members, what's wrong with stopping and searching young black youths who look like they might be in a gang?
	Look, where we need to do the profiling, folks, is at the border.
	Maybe we could do background checks at the border.
	Maybe we could do that.
	And then we wouldn't have this massive change that we have seen happen in London.
	This has been a demographic sea change that has led to this kind of violence.
	And it's not just knives.
	It's acid. It's cars.
	It's guns. This is something that has changed.
	It's the people, not the gun, not the knife, not the bottle of acid or the car.
	It's the people. And as we've seen the demographics in London change, we've seen the crime change.
	But we can't do that at the border.
	No, it's better to let all these people in without doing any vetting.
	And then we can create a domestic police state where we stop and search everybody.
	Or just people that conform to a certain demographic.
	That's what the people like Piers Morgan would like to sell.
	And so this guy comes out with a lot of replies that I can't read on the radio.
	He did spare the profanity when he came after Piers Morgan.
	But he said, you never see blanks like Piers Morgan celebrating young black youths that look like they're in gangs when we're successful or break records or win awards or so on.
	But as soon as there's something negative happening, some controversy for you to talk about, you want to talk about us, we want to say what you think should be happening.
	He said, Piers Morgan should stick to topics like Madonna or Caitlyn Jenner, instead of pretending that he knows or cares about what's going on in the streets.
	But let's give you an example of what this looks like domestically, because quite frankly, the police have been using this for quite some time in our country.
	And they admit it in the UK. A couple of privacy groups, Big Brother Watch is one of them that looks at British civil liberties.
	They've got a lot of cameras there. Not as many as they do in China, of course.
	And their database is probably not as advanced as it is in China, where they've got billions of people's biometrics recorded, even up to the way that they walk, not just their face.
	But in the UK, these privacy groups say the software is flagging thousands of innocent people.
	And you might ask, as you should, what is the accuracy of this?
	Well, I'll tell you in just a minute.
	But here's where they did it. They did police facial recognition cameras at large events like football matches and festivals and so forth.
	They've got HD cameras to do the facial recognition, then compare them with their database of cameras.
	Biometric information. Right now, they just say that it's faces.
	Maybe it is, maybe it's something else, and they're just not telling us there.
	The Chinese admit that they've got other biometric information, like the way that you walk and move, that they can identify you, even if they can't see your face.
	The Metropolitan Police Force, as well as the South Wales Police Force, talk about how they have been using this.
	They were concerned about false alarms, and you should be concerned about false alarms.
	Here's what the South Wales Police revealed their facial recognition technology had done.
	They said they had 2,685 matches between May 2017 and March 2018.
	So this is their state-of-the-art.
	Out of about 2,600, almost 2,700 of these, They found that 2,451, about 2,500 of them, were false alarms, false positives.
	Okay? That is a 92% fail rate.
	A 92% fail rate.
	I mean, this is like TSA level fail rates, except that what they're doing is they're not missing something that's going on as the TSA does, which tells you, by the way, that just as the TSA admitted in court documents that they accidentally posted as part of a lawsuit, they admitted that there wasn't that just as the TSA admitted in court documents that they accidentally Because you know what?
	If there was a threat and they're missing 90 percent of the test, you know, when they have a test and they have people from the government who are testing the TSA agents and they fail to detect weapons 92 percent, 90 percent of the time or so.
	If there really was an attack, then we'd be in a lot of trouble.
	We'd be seeing a lot of terror attacks.
	But they said back in 2011 it's probably still true because they really haven't gone up on their detection rate.
	That it's probably still the same way.
	But in this case, it's different.
	In this case, what they're doing is they are identifying people as being criminals.
	Now, what happens if you are one of the 92% that they falsely identify?
	Maybe they pull you up in the database and they say, ah, this guy is a dangerous killer, a wanted killer, a terrorist.
	And they come after you.
	With guns drawn, and all the police officers have been instructed that you are somebody that they have to shoot to kill if there's any kind of a false move.
	There are real-world consequences for this stuff.
	And when we say, well, I don't really care about this Pentagon program because these are going to be military drones that are going to be selecting targets in foreign countries and then killing them by algorithm, I don't really care because those are foreigners.
	Yeah, they probably deserve to die.
	Well, guess what?
	The same type of thing is going to come home to you as well.
	And even before it does, you start killing innocent people, and what you start doing is you start breeding terrorists.
	You go after one terrorist and you kill a couple of innocent people, then what do you find out of all the family and friends of the innocent people that you killed?
	Oh, you're gonna multiply the number of terrorists.
	And so now we're gonna do that by algorithm.
	And after we create chaos with our regime change, like we did in Libya, after we do that in Syria and Iran, then we can bring all those people who have been radicalized into terrorists who hate us.
	We can just bring them in as refugees without any vetting into our country.
	Western Europe has already banned free speech and an iron curtain of censorship is descending down over the UK. They're set to pass rules, not a law, that if you criticize Islam or gays, you'll get six months in prison.
	We know we're only about a year or two behind what's happening in the UK. CNN and many others are calling for Infowars to be shut down, taken off the web.

	Okay, so what does snail memory transfer and an airline pilot being sucked out of a window have in common?
	First of all, what happened with the snail memory?
	That a team successfully transplanted, this is on the Drudge Report, BBC reporting, a team successfully transplanted memories from one snail to another.
	You know, when I look at this, I am always reminded of what Michael Crichton said, the central thesis of his book, Jurassic Park.
	I think in the movie, Jeff Goldblum says, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should do something.
	Why are we so concerned?
	Why is our government so concerned?
	About memory transfers, about selectively deleting memories, about implanting memories and so forth.
	We had Barack Obama and one funding gave over $200 million to the Brain Project.
	I just look at this and I say, I don't really want you doing this.
	I appreciate technology, and I understand you guys like to know how the brain works, but I don't think you really need to.
	I think there's more pressing issues.
	Maybe you could just fix the potholes or something.
	Do some basic stuff like that.
	Maybe you could just stop the wars.
	They're not going to do that. So what they did was they transferred genetic information RNA from one snail to the other.
	Now, they took the RNA from a snail.
	They had already trained into defensive reactions against certain stimuli.
	They transferred the RNA from that snail to another snail, and the memory went along with it.
	Okay, great. So, I guess now, you know, we can get smarter snails.
	Maybe they can win at Jeopardy or something.
	If they're fast enough to hit the buzzer.
	Probably would... Still keep losing.
	Darn, I knew that! I'm just not quick enough.
	Alright, then, you've got an airline pilot who gets sucked halfway out when his cockpit windshield breaks out.
	Now, this is not a Boeing, and this is not Southwest Airlines.
	This is an Airbus 319, And this is a Chinese airline, Sichuan Airlines.
	And this is the co-pilot, got sucked halfway out of the plane.
	He fortunately had his seatbelt on, so he didn't go all the way out.
	And this is what the pilot, who had to manually land the plane, had to say.
	He said, there was no warning sign.
	Suddenly the windshield just cracked and made a loud bang.
	The next thing I know, my co-pilot was sucked halfway out of the window.
	Everything in the cockpit was floating in the air.
	Most of the equipment malfunctioned, and I couldn't hear the radio.
	The plane was shaking so hard, I couldn't read the gauges.
	And so the question is, why didn't you just turn it on with autopilot and let the computer take care of us?
	Yeah, the equipment was malfunctioning.
	Which brings us to Tesla and its autopilot.
	You know, why is it that we have two pilots on these aircraft, even though they have autopilot?
	And the autopilot can handle things on long trips.
	However, when you look at these commercial airlines, they're very careful to make sure that there's no other plane anywhere close to them.
	I mean, they get within thousands of feet.
	They call that a near miss, right?
	They have space horizontally in every direction, as well as vertically.
	That's what air traffic control is for.
	You don't have that situation on the roads, do you?
	That would be a luxury on the roads to have that kind of space.
	Isn't going to happen. And so we have had yet another Tesla autopilot crash.
	And before we get into this, just so that you understand, this isn't simply Tesla.
	And it isn't simply about autopilots.
	This is about the whole EV crash.
	And about the entire control structure that is being put on our transportation.
	This is about UN Agenda 21, the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainability.
	It's about smart cities.
	It's about the internet of things, especially the internet of cars.
	It's about taxing and tracking every movement that you make.
	And to underscore that, look at the fact that we have Apple with the second largest fleet of self-driving cars in California.
	It's bigger than Tesla.
	It's bigger than Waymo.
	That's Google. It's bigger than Uber.
	Business Insider reports that Apple has 55 self-driving cars licensed to be tested on California roads, the second largest fleet, and the state behind only GM. Apple has more self-driving cars in California than Tesla, Waymo, Uber, Toyota, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz.
	And Apple CEO Tim Cook Has called the self-driving program a core technology that we view as very important.
	Now, nobody knows exactly why they are so involved in this, because they keep saying, well, we're not going to do a self-driving car.
	But they say, while the program is a mystery, it appears to be centered around testing and collecting data for self-driving software.
	And Tim Cook said, we sort of see it as the mother of all AI projects.
	See, that's the issue here, folks.
	This isn't even about the subsidies that go to these electric vehicle manufacturers.
	The electric vehicles are put out there to virtue signal to these kids who have been raised from infancy on the climate alarmism narrative that we are destroying the planet because we have cars.
	And so they put the EV there.
	What they really want is the mother of all AI projects.
	They really want the control software.
	It's about control. It's about taking away your freedom and controlling you within the cities.
	And so with that in mind, let's take a look at what the current state of the art of their control is.
	We had multiple crashes with Tesla in just the last week or so.
	We've got a massive exodus of people who are leaving, engineering and so forth.
	The autopilot guy leaves and the head of engineering leaves.
	We've got a lot of Wall Street investors concerned about how they're burning cash.
	All of that stuff is a factor.
	But let's take a look first at the autopilot, and then we'll take a look at what these vehicle fires tell us about batteries.
	And that's not restricted just to Tesla themselves.
	The batteries. That we are so manic about mandating and subsidizing for these people.
	Because that's what gets everybody to want this.
	That's the selling point.
	And so you're subsidizing that as a taxpayer.
	Tesla, however, when we look at the autopilot stuff, They said, while the name Autopilot, says the Verge, might suggest that there aren't situations that a Tesla car can't handle, accidents still happen, even when Autopilot is engaged and three people have died while using this feature.
	So just like this pilot that you have there in the seat.
	And a co-pilot. You know, when things go wrong, because things do go wrong with technology.
	They go wrong all the time.
	Just as we've been seeing with these airplanes.
	That's pretty old technology. How is it that somehow we have not been able to figure out, we got some kind of a failure mode here where we're losing pressure in the cabins because we got all these windows being busted or blown out.
	You know, one of them was broken by an engine piece that slammed into it, but then we got others that just crack or blow out for no reason at all.
	Things go wrong with technology.
	So what happens when they go wrong?
	Are you going to be in control or some piece of software going to be in control?
	Because there's two different ways that they're looking at this.
	Google is not even putting any steering wheels or pedals, brake pedals, in the vehicles that they're working on.
	They don't want to trust you at all.
	They're going to be in total control.
	Yeah, this is the outer limits version.
	You know, do not touch the horizontal.
	Do not touch the vertical.
	We are in control of your vehicle.
	No thanks. Not happening with me.
	No thanks. They're going to have to wait for the next generation.
	And they are waiting for the next generation.
	They're making it very, very difficult for our children to have driver's licenses, to be able to afford the insurance, to be able to drive.
	They are taking the same tact towards our children that the Saudis and the Muslims have taken to women.
	And they have made the driver's licenses so expensive, in theory, Mohammed bin Salman is going to allow women to drive, in theory.
	You know, he made a big fanfare.
	He had an announcement in his capital, as well as in Washington, nearly a year ago.
	And they haven't let the women drive yet.
	And as a matter of fact, if they want to get their license, they've got to pay about ten times what a man does.
	And we're talking about nearly $2,000 to get a license.
	And they say, wait, we can't do that.
	Well, that's what they're doing to our kids because they don't want our kids to get used to driving themselves.
	They want them passive. They want them controlled.

	All right, so we know what is behind the mandates, the subsidies, the push for smart cities, for 5G, for keeping us in the cities and tracking and taxing our every move.
	We understand the political agenda behind that, and we understand how they are subsidizing this for major corporations so that it will happen.
	Major corporations get rich, the government gets control.
	That's the way this usually rolls out.
	And as we look at these recent accidents with autopilot and the people who have been incinerated with the electric batteries catching fire.
	And in these different cases, it looks like the people who burned to death very quickly with the fires, that wasn't necessarily autopilot.
	So they're two separate issues.
	But when we look at the autopilot, because we just had another one of those happen this week, we've had two...
	Two crashes where the occupants burned to death before they could get out.
	And then we had another crash that was autopilot.
	And again, the fiery crashes where the people were killed, I don't think autopilot was involved.
	Nevertheless, we had autopilot earlier this week in Utah at 60 miles an hour, never even slowed down, ran to the back of a fire truck.
	Not too hard to spot a fire truck for humans.
	They're painted. They're really big and they're painted red so that you see them.
	And usually they've got all kinds of other reflectors and all other things like that.
	But this car never slowed down.
	The 28-year-old woman in Utah said she was looking at her phone.
	Maybe she was tweeting. Maybe she was on Facebook.
	You know, that important stuff that you have to do.
	So important that you can't drive your car and you're going 60 miles an hour.
	And then, of course, the car didn't see it.
	Crashed into the truck.
	Now, Elon Musk sees a silver lining in that.
	He says, wow, it's super messed up that a Tesla crash resulting in a broken ankle is front page news and the 40,000 people who died in U.S. auto accidents alone in the past year gets almost no coverage.
	Well, it's because it's about the algorithm.
	It's about controlling the car yourself.
	It's about our freedom that is being taken away.
	Because we're told that these cars don't make mistakes.
	You keep talking about all those 30,000, 40,000 people you say that are dying in automobile accidents.
	And yet, your engineers aren't going to make mistakes, are they, Elon?
	See, the people that are creating the software, the people that are building the cars or the airplanes are engineers.
	Engineers make mistakes too.
	And so don't tell me there's going to be no deaths when we see every other day we're seeing major accidents from your cars.
	Two of the three of them, the people burned to death inside.
	It didn't involve the autopilot, but of course, when we're looking at the autopilot, it is now coming out that Tesla engineers wanted to add eye tracking and other sensors on autopilot.
	Elon Musk overrode the engineers and said, no, it's going to be too expensive.
	Not going to do that. This reminds me, this is where the juncture comes in, of the Ford Pinto.
	Tesla is going the way of the Ford Pinto.
	Not only is he having autopilot crashes because he doesn't want to go through the expense to make it safe, but we're having people burning to death inside these cars.
	Now, the autopilot, like I said, is not what's causing them to crash.
	It hasn't necessarily caused these cars to kill everybody.
	The one incident... Prior to this involved autopilot and the batteries.
	That was the one where the Apple engineer had complained to Tesla and said, hey, my car keeps trying to steer me into this barrier.
	Now, I don't know why the guy kept turning on autopilot.
	At that point, I would turn it off.
	We had Steve Wozniak, one of the two founders of Apple Computers, said, I love my Tesla, but don't use the autopilot.
	That stuff wants to kill you.
	And this Apple engineer says that to Tesla and then he turns on the autopilot and then it drives him into the same barrier that he complained about and he burns to death in a fiery crash.
	And since then we've had an autopilot crash and we've had two other accidents where the occupants burned to death.
	And so, yeah, so much for a silver lining.
	We're going to talk about why these cars burn, but also why the government is pushing it so hard.
	And are they really cleaner?
	Are they really cleaner? You know, there's an article in Politico today.
	Politico, liberal Politico, saying, you know what?
	New internal combustion engines are cleaner than the electric cars that they are heavily subsidizing at the expense of the poor people who are paying for the taxes, who are paying for the subsidies.

	I want to finish up on the technology issues and on the control issues.
	As I said before, the military will tell you that to control the population, you can control the way they move, the way they communicate, and the way that they shoot.
	We understand the threats to the First and the Second Amendment, communication and shooting.
	We do not understand the agenda to control our movement, to tax and track us everywhere.
	And at the center of this, Are the autonomous cars that you will not own.
	And the electric cars that are not going to be effective for you to keep for a very long time.
	That's why you see the move to get rid of very reliable diesel engines that are very competitive, both in terms of the emissions that they have in spite of the fact that's why you see the draconian penalties put on Volkswagen.
	Far more than we saw put against, far, far more than we saw put against Ford Pinto when their cars were exploding and fiery crashes.
	And as we were talking about in the last segment, Elon Musk decided, over the objections of his engineers, not to put additional controls to make sure that people were paying attention when they're in autopilot mode.
	He said, no, it's going to be too expensive. We had the same kind of calculation from Ford executives when we saw what happened with the Pintos who exploded.
	The Ford company had been notified by their engineers that the gas tank was not very well protected.
	They said, well, we could do it, but it's going to cost this amount of money, and we think that the lawsuits are going to be less, so we're going to go with the lawsuits.
	This is the kind of cold calculations that you see.
	So we've just had another Tesla that has burst into flames.
	This one coming after, as I point out, on Zero Hedge, when it rains, it pours.
	And in the case of Tesla, it bursts into flames.
	In the same week, the Tesla Model S erupted into flames after a horrific crash in Fort Lauderdale, fatally trapping two teenagers who died inside.
	I think it was in Switzerland.
	It crashed into a central guardrail.
	This is becoming something of a pattern.
	The accident was remarkably similar to an October 2017 crash in Austria, in which a Model S also burned down, however, without any fatalities.
	This car, however, overturned and caught fire, fatally trapping the driver.
	The fire department explains, quote, the violent impact of lithium-ion batteries could probably have caused a phenomenon called thermal runaway.
	In other words, rapid, unstoppable increase in temperature.
	Lithium-ion batteries, the same things that are in your phone.
	And the Samsung phones that were spontaneously combusting.
	And you know, after the fatal crash...
	That we had with the Apple engineer in California.
	The fire department pointed out that it caught fire several times after that.
	One of the fires happened several days after the accident.
	The batteries just kept on lighting.
	It's kind of like that birthday cake candle that you get that you blow it out and then it sparks and it comes back on.
	I mean, this is a very different technology and it presents a different set of risks.
	And you go back and look at this October 2017 crash.
	I've got a picture of it here.
	And this vehicle that crashed into the guardrail on the side there, as you can see, it's not severely compromised.
	But it's kind of an angular crash.
	Now, the same thing that Elon Musk is saying, hey, this woman survived when she hit 60 miles an hour into the back of this fire truck.
	Well, one of the reasons that that happens is because there's no engine in the front.
	Whenever you've got a rear-engine car, or in the case of the Tesla, you don't have an engine in the front or the back, you've got the engine is all underneath the passenger area between the two axles.
	When you don't have an engine...
	That helps in frontal collisions because the engine doesn't compress.
	The engine will frequently push the steering wheel column into the driver and kill them, or it'll come back and intrude into the passenger arena.
	But if you've got a big crumple zone there, you can survive a frontal crash that way.
	But if you look at the way the batteries are laid out, they put them all across the passenger area, low down.
	That helps the center of gravity.
	It helps handling... But it creates a situation where you've got an angular crash like that, it can compromise those batteries just like a Ford Pinto gas tank, and it can cause a runaway explosion, which is perhaps what has happened in some of these.
	There's also toxic gases being released by that, the one that happened in Austria.
	So toxic gases released by the burning power packs meant firefighters had to wear special breathing kit to tackle the blaze.
	It creates a different kind of fire for these firefighters.
	They have to understand what they're fighting.
	It took them two hours to get the fire under control.
	It took five fire engines.
	You've had situations, one of the reasons that they're looking at this, the NTSB is looking at this situation in Fort Lauderdale.
	You had three teenagers, probably out there joyriding in the parents' Tesla vehicle.
	They probably could not afford, just as you probably can afford to buy one of these things, even with a government subsidy.
	So they're probably in their parents' car.
	And one of the individuals was thrown out.
	As a matter of fact, we got a clip.
	Let's play that clip of an eyewitness who saw that accident happening.
	We had a jogger who also said the same thing.
	Heard a big boom. I ran over there.
	One guy is sitting there in shock, and the whole thing had been consumed with the other two people instantly.
	Flash fire. Let's play that clip of the eyewitness.
	It was about 6.30 Tuesday night when witnesses say the 2014 Tesla they were in was southbound on A1A when it crashed into a wall.
	It happened right in front of Larry Grossart.
	I saw the car coming too fast southbound around that curb.
	Sideswipe the first wall, hit the second wall, the curved wall, and immediately burst into flames.
	It was burning all the way across until it hit the lamppost.
	Larry tells us the flames were so intense, no one could get close to help.
	Bystanders went toward the car hoping they could get somebody out, but it was hopeless.
	They couldn't get within 10 feet of the car.
	That makes this tragedy even more unbearable for the families.
	And of course we've seen this type of thing happen with other brands of cars.
	We've seen Nissan Leafs catch fire.
	We've got a clip here going back to 2015.
	Very difficult to put out.
	As Elon Musk said, we've sent out procedures to the fire departments.
	Well, you better hope that the fire department has read those procedures and they got all the right equipment there because it is a very different type of fire.
	We saw Richard Hammond. He used to be with Top Gear, now with Grand Tour, nearly die in a supercar.
	Took him over the edge, had controls on all the different motor on each wheel to make it better handling and so forth.
	He nearly burned to death.
	As a matter of fact, his co-host said that they thought there was no chance for him because it burned so totally, so quickly.
	Fortunately, he was able to get out in the nick of time, only broke his ankle.
	You know, kind of like that lady that was driven into the fire truck by the Tesla vehicle.
	And as the Wall Street Journal pointed out over the weekend, in self-driving car road tests, we are the guinea pigs.
	Yeah, you are the one that is being tested on without your authorization.
	There's that clip there of Richard Hammond as it goes over the hill at the end of the race.
	Anyway, the question is, we're doing this for the electric cars.
	Are they really any better for the environment?
	Left-leaning Politico has an article.
	It says, if you believe the headlines, all the traditional automobiles are speeding toward a dead end.
	All those V8s, V6s, turbocharged vehicles, all the internal combustion engines, gone.
	We've got vehicle mandates for electric cars.
	Governor Jerry Brown has said there's going to be 5 million electric vehicles on the state roads by 2025.
	And he's mandated there's going to be 250,000 charging stations.
	Who's going to pay for this, folks?
	You know, it's interesting, as they point out in this article, the states that are mandating all of this stuff...
	Are the states where electricity is most important, I'm sorry, most important, most expensive.
	States like California have the highest electric rates in the continental United States, 50% higher than the U.S. average.
	And so you are, why is it that you have that kind of high electricity?
	Well, because they're manic about the gases.
	So this guy said, I got the information from the energy department.
	Also got from the U.S. Clean Air Act.
	He said he looked at sulfur dioxide, nitrous oxide, as well as CO2. And he said, when we looked at this, he said, yeah, it works a little bit.
	He said it was one half of 1% for all this money that's being spent and all this subsidy that's there.
	A nationwide survey said that 56% of household incomes of the people who buy these have more than $100,000.
	17% of them had $200,000.
	But you, the taxpayer, are subsidizing their vehicles.
	Western Europe has already banned free speech, and an iron curtain of censorship is descending down over the UK. They're set to pass rules, not a law, that if you criticize Islam or gays, you'll get six months in prison.

	What history tells us about what's going on today.
	Yes, the article which is on thenewamerican.com today is Deep State Subversion, and then in quotes, a murderer is less to be feared.
	And what I've done is I've taken a number of people have done this.
	We've quoted it over the years.
	Famous quote from Marcus Tullius Cicero, in which he's talking about the Catalan or Catalanarian conspiracy launched by Catalan and his deep state colleagues back at that time during the time of the Roman Republic.
	And he said, quote, a nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious, but it cannot survive treason from within.
	He went on to point out that the traitor rots the heart of the nation.
	His whispers are going through the halls of government and And that they are subverting the very foundations of the Republic.
	He said that a murderer is less to be feared than the traitor.
	The traitor is a plague upon the country.
	And so I use that as a jumping off point.
	This quote was made popular by Taylor Caldwell, the famous novelist and historian.
	who was a best-selling author during the 1950s, 60s, 70s, and 80s.
	She was a writer also for our I was a forerunner to the New American magazine.
	Before that, I worked for American Opinion and the Review of the News.

	Aided by Cato, the younger, and others, but primarily those two, they held firm in the Roman Senate and exposed this conspiracy and succeeded in having it routed, and Catalan and his conspirators had to flee.
	And Let me interject here a second here, because we're talking about this, and we're talking about traitors in our midst.
	I'm thinking about what's happened this last week with John Kerry, with former Obama administration officials.
	Whether you agree or not, With staying in the Iran deal or getting out of the Iran deal, I am very concerned.
	I think everybody ought to be concerned, left or right, to see that a former administration is working so hard to actively oppose the policy of the current administration, even to the point, I believe, of directly violating the most clear violation we've had of the Logan Act.
	Since the act that inspired the law back in 1798.
	But I think we've got another example of this, William, and that is the actions that are happening in Hungary.
	George Soros is from Hungary.
	And Viktor Orban has just told him he's going to have to move his Open Society Foundation out of Hungary or get arrested.
	And saying this about the recent elections, Orban said, I know they won't accept the final result of the election.
	They will organize all sorts of things.
	And they have unlimited financial resources.
	That's what they're doing to our country as well.
	But unlike the Hungarian government, we don't seem to be paying any attention to what George Soros is doing here.
	Well, and George Soros is an integral part of this whole deep state operation, which is much more massive than the Catalan conspiracy that the Roman Senate was facing back at that time.
	Because here we have these massively wealthy billionaires like George Soros and Mike Bloomberg, just this past week, he joined in again on this, putting his voice on this.
	The current... Let me turn it off.
	Okay, alright, let me tell people one other thing about George Soros.
	It's not just what he's doing in Hungary to overturn their election, but also in the United States.
	George Soros is investing millions of dollars in Democrat candidates for attorneys across races across the country.
	And what he is doing is he's focusing this very tightly.
	He can put these millions of dollars in selected areas targeting about a dozen counties that will account for about 5% of the U.S. population.
	What they can't win at the ballot box, George Soros is going to rig elections for attorneys.
	District attorneys in these counties that would represent, it's only about a dozen counties, but it's 5% of the U.S. population.
	This is how dangerous and how strategic what he is doing to alter our elections, to alter our society is because these district attorneys...
	We just saw Schneiderman, before he was taken down by his shenanigans, being exposed.
	Schneiderman, who is the New York Attorney General, had sued the Trump administration over 100 times, blocking them on everything that they were doing.
	And so if George Soros can get this and 5% of the U.S. population get strategically placed district attorneys in those counties, he can have an outsized leverage with the millions of dollars that he's putting towards this initiative.
	Okay, so he's down right now, so we're going to come back with that.
	And while we're talking about elections, we're going to come back and talk about how this expands.
	The Open Society of George Soros has been run out, again, out of Hungary.
	They're having to go to Berlin for their new headquarter.
	And as we look at the races today, we've got primaries in Pennsylvania and we've got several other states.
	In Pennsylvania, the central part of this is going to revolve around the redistricting lines that were drawn up by a judge.
	So just like these judges presume that they can tell the Trump administration that even though DACA was never a law, never passed, it was simply something that the former Homeland Security secretary just wrote a memo.
	Oh, you can't touch that, said the federal judges.
	And now you've got the federal judges picking who's going to win the elections, because when you pick the boundary lines, you pick the winners.

	We're talking about the parallels between the ancient Roman conspiracy and what is going on today with the deep state, an article that Mr.

	And of course, we can't talk about the deep state and conspiracies without talking about George Soros.
	And as I said in the last segment, we've got George Soros.
	Strategically spending millions of dollars in just a dozen counties across the country to elect district attorneys.
	Now the leverage that he has is that in just that dozen counties you have 5% of the U.S. population.
	And I just want to say though that today we have primaries in four states.
	In Pennsylvania, Nebraska, Idaho, and Oregon.
	This is your chance.
	To leverage your political power.
	Just like George Soros has got millions of dollars.
	You don't have millions of dollars.
	But he's smart about what he does.
	He puts that into a dozen counties where you've got 5% of the population.
	If you vote in the primaries.
	Then you have an outsized say in the election because most people don't bother.
	Most people don't bother in the general election.
	But far, far fewer bother to show up in the primaries.
	If you pay attention, you can make sure that you've got a real candidate that's going to be there at the general election so that you've got something other than the lesser of two evils to vote for.

	Vote for principal. Because, you know, if you don't vote for principal, you're never going to, you know, it's like the thing, you know, what are you aiming at?

	If you don't ever point at it, if you don't ever aim for it, you're never going to actually hit it.
	So... Especially now, because now at the primaries you do have a chance to push for a particular principle.
	But I want to go back to Mr.
	Jasper. We lost the feed on his line there, and I wanted to go back and let you make some comments about George Soros, draw the parallels between what the deep state is doing today and what happened in ancient Rome.
	Go ahead, Mr. Jasper. Well, David, it's very important what you were pointing out about what is happening in Hungary.
	In Hungary, Macedonia, Romania, all throughout Ukraine, all throughout the former Soviet Union, and throughout the European Union, George Soros has put literally thousands of minions to work there, putting billions of dollars into various institutions, some of which bear the name Open Society Institutions or Democracy, just like his Open Society Foundation.
	But there's a whole host of NGOs and Thank you.

	Thank you. Former, quote-unquote, former communist countries, which are largely still ruled by a communist nomenclature, a communist elite.
	He is helping them remain in power or transition to more, to newly named socialist countries, power structures, and to help them bring the whole European Union and NATO into and to help them bring the whole European Union and NATO into a more socialist world government, new They are on to him in many of these countries.
	Yeah, they're onto him in Hungary, where he's from.
	They're really onto him. Yeah, so they've been exposing him very vigorously there, which is why Viktor Orban and Hungary have come under attack by all of our media here.
	They try to paint them all as neo-Nazis, just because they're opposing not just Soros, but the whole New World Order agenda there.
	Because they are opposing the EU's They're not opposed to immigration, just as we aren't here.
	We have always had immigration.
	But what the New World Order globalists are pushing is migration, so that they can completely swamp countries and take over, control the election process, etc., We're good to
	go. It's over 300 million, which is about the population of the entire United States that is out there at large that people like George Soros can send in as an invading army to take down or to overthrow a government.
	And this is not our theory.
	This is a conspiracy theory that was actually put together by some Democrat economists and consultants.
	Cloward and Piven put this together.
	They said, hey, look, you know, we got this welfare state, but it's not taking the countries down quickly enough.
	If we bring in massive numbers of people, then we can cause the welfare state to collapse, and then we can build our socialist utopia on top of that.
	That's their strategy. Absolutely.
	I mean, that's been out there for a couple of decades.
	Actually, several decades.
	And so they planned this long ago.
	The migration influx tsunami is supposed to accelerate that.
	And of course, in Europe, it is doing that, both in terms of the economic collapse, as more and more of them are put on the dole, But in tandem with that, of course, is the cultural, societal collapse, the increase in crime, and the complete destruction of any kind of cohesive society that's necessary to have a basis for liberty.
	So George Soros is a key part of that, and what he's doing in the local elections is Now people say, well, why would he be focusing on a dozen attorney, prosecuting attorney or attorney general elections?
	Or district attorneys, yeah.
	District attorneys, because he recognizes that these are very important footholds.
	If you're going to control the justice system, injustice system, then you better get those people in those critical positions of control.
	And it isn't just George Soros.
	As we have pointed out in our articles, and I'm sure you have as well on Infowars, George Soros organized the Democracy Alliance several years ago.
	Where he brought in quite a number of other billionaires to put in money along with him.
	And that does not get traced back to him.
	They wash it through, launder it through a number of other different foundations, the Tides Foundations and other groups.
	And it goes out in various bundling arrangements to these campaigns.
	So they are very strongly working on that.
	And that is a very important appendage of the deep state.
	The deep state, as it's often referred to, is that amorphous cabal that has basically taken control of our government over the last several decades.

	No. Donald Trump is the first candidate to actually capture the White House who hasn't been under the thumb of and under the control of the deep state.
	The Republican Party and the Democratic Party, as was evident in this last election cycle, have been controlled by the deep state.

	All right, William, let's talk a little bit about what's going on in North Korea.
	I've got this article here from NPR, and perhaps they didn't notice all the various studies or the information that came out last fall.
	Remember, we had the big nuclear test.
	It was much bigger than what they had done before.
	A hundred kiloton bomb.
	And immediately following that, they had earthquakes.
	They had a massive collapse of that test site there in North Korea.
	And it wasn't long after that that we started hearing...
	Kim Jong-un, say, hey, maybe we'll come to the Olympics and see you guys.
	Maybe we can have something. Now we've got NPR saying, new commercial satellite imagery shows that North Korea has begun dismantling its underground nuclear test site ahead of schedule as an apparent goodwill gesture.
	So my question is to you, I think that the mountain itself kind of dismantled their nuclear test site.
	Is this, as some of us are concerned about, is this a head fake, a delaying tactic?
	Or is this in good faith?
	I mean, is there going to be some kind of a peace prize here, or is this simply a head fake?
	Well, it's very important for you to bring up those points, because a lot of folks are celebrating this as a great victory for Donald Trump.
	Others are saying that this is a very dangerous thing for him to do, that we can't trust Korea shouldn't be going in on this at all.
	I take a very ambivalent view toward all of this.
	One of the dangers in this whole operation is that the Trump administration rightfully is saying, well, we're going to prevail on China to help us with this because China has the leverage with North Korea, which is something we've been saying for years, that, look, North Korea hasn't developed this on its own.
	It hasn't developed any of its weapons program.
	It hasn't even been able to sustain itself without massive foreign aid in terms of fuel, in terms of food, and in terms of technology and scientific advisors and scientists and whatnot from China.
	Yeah, his economy has collapsed.
	Whether or not he's got anything left with his test site.
	You know, North Korea really was a test site.
	The whole country was a test site for socialism.
	And it collapsed just like his mountain underground nuclear test site.
	The whole economy has collapsed.
	Right.
	And so without aid from China, from Russia, and importantly, from the United States, this was part of the treachery of the Clinton administration, was to provide North Korea with all of this aid, even nuclear aid, to help them with their nuclear power, was to provide North Korea with all of this aid, even nuclear aid, to help them with their nuclear power, supposedly to wean them
	or supposedly to wean them away from their nuclear arms program to provide them with nuclear power plants and with oil and with all of the things they needed.
	And, of course, then we never had any checking on it.
	So, yeah.
	The key point here is China was an unreliable ally or partner in this operation for us to be entrusting the Nuclear-armed North Korea issue with.
	It was then, over the last 20, 30 years, it still is today.
	China is not a reliable partner.
	It's a communist state.
	It's a full totalitarian state.
	They are using their relationship with Korea to bolster their relationship with us.
	They're saying, well, you know, we'll work with you on this.
	And so we're supposed to Let down our guard with and increase our relations with China because they're helping us on the North Korea issue.
	And it's the same thing with regard to Russia and Iran and China and Iran.
	Both Russia and China have...
	And China is smart enough to use that leverage because China is operating like a giant multinational corporate...
	China, of course, they are a full-on communist dictatorship.
	He's setting up a cult. President Xi is setting up a cult, very overtly a cult, just like Chairman Mao did.
	And yet, when you look at China from the outside, as I pointed out yesterday, they're making a massive move in terms of providing infrastructure like railroads and so forth to run from Mongolia to the Middle East and send them sunflower seeds and all these different products.
	But they're setting up massive infrastructure to And setting up trade relationships and transportation mechanisms.
	They call it Road and Rail.
	This is an initiative that's at least five years old to get into not only the Middle East but also to get into Africa where there's a lot of natural resources.
	So they're working in terms of establishing relationships while we're out there playing neocon with wars and with sanctions and so forth.
	That's really the strategy that China is doing.
	But before we leave North Korea, there's one other thing too.
	I think in order for this to work...
	You've got Bolton out there saying that means that they're going to have to get rid of all nuclear weapons.
	They're going to have to dismantle them.
	We're going to take them to Oak Ridge and so forth.
	That's basically what they did with Muammar Gaddafi.
	And so the question is, that's really where push is going to come to shove.
	I think we're either going to see that this is a head fake if they don't do this.
	If they do do this, this is going to be essentially Kim Jong-un putting his life in the hands of John Bolton and others, as they see historically, that we took down Muammar Gaddafi after he did exactly that same thing, sending him to exactly that same facility, all of his nuclear weapons, where they were dismantled. Right.
	And Gaddafi had served his purpose, both from the Soviet end and from our insider globalist end.
	And so it's time to move on to the next phase in the New World Order convergence.
	And so former useful puppets and allies are dispensed with.
	Just as Colonel Noriega thought that he was completely immune and could operate with impunity.
	Or Saddam Hussein.
	Or Saddam Hussein.
	And so it well could be that this will be a takedown of Kim's regime.
	But from the way, trying to read the tea leaves from The standpoint of the Council on Foreign Relations, for instance, in the Brookings Institute and the other insider think tanks and whatnot.
	It appears that they are not completely on board with this, with what Trump is doing in Korea.
	And certainly not with regard to his actions on the Iran deal.
	Now, if they can turn it into another war...
	And expand the Syrian war even more throughout the Middle East, then they might view that as a...
	Let's go to that real quickly, because we've only got about a minute and a half left.
	You see a coming war there with Syria and Iran, as we've got both Israel and Saudi Arabia pushing against Iran.
	But it's regime change in both of those countries, because they see Syria as being the forward deployment to go against Iran, don't they?
	Yes, and so what's important to remember without getting too bogged down in the detail is that we have this ongoing process.
	since 1979 because at that time President Jimmy Carter, trilateralist, Council on Foreign Relations, globalist, with Zbigniew Brzezinski and Patricia Darien and the whole range of CFR, trilateralist, globalist at that time, over trilateralist, globalist at that time, over through the Shah of Iran, who was a reliable ally, anti-communist, moderate, genuinely moderate Islamic leader at that time, and replaced him with the Ayatollah
	genuinely moderate Islamic leader at that time, and replaced him with the Ayatollah Khomeini, who was at that time an operative of the Soviet Union.
	They put him in...
	That's right, we're out of time.
	And, of course, every time we do regime change, we step further into the fire.
	You know, we had the Shah there because we had thrown out...
	We had a previous regime change before that.
	Made things a lot worse with the Shah than it made it a lot, lot worse with the Ayatollah Khomeini.
