	Waging war on corruption.
	It's David Knight.
	Well, a lot has happened in the last 24 hours.
	We have a new omnibus bill.
	Many of us say that it is an omnibust.
	They put everything in the world in there.
	Omni is going to bust this country.
	We're going to take a look at some economic harbingers that are coming up.
	We're also going to take a look at the developing trade war over the last 24 hours, as well as the replacement of McMaster with Bolton.
	Is this a good thing? Is it a bad thing?
	I put up a poll. You can find it at LibertyTarian, my Twitter account.
	Tell us whether you think that Bolton is going to be better than McMaster.
	So far, most people are optimistic.
	I chalk that up to his stints on Fox News.
	Very telegenic, very effective speaker and so forth, but maybe we need to go back and review history.
	This is one of the guys that pushed us into the Iraq War, the war that President Trump said was the worst decision ever.
	And I think we've now got a couple of really bad decisions.
	Putting Gina Haspel, who not only embraced torture, but used intelligence that was derived from torture, I should say tainted by torture, to push the Iraq War.
	And then another guy who was one of its biggest cheerleaders, John Bolton.
	I think these are very bad policies.
	I think they're going to come back to haunt us.
	We're also going to take a look at the House Intelligence Report.
	Who won? Who lost on the...
	Various parts of the omnibust, I'll call that the omnibust bill.
	Or we could call it the ominous bill.
	Because when we keep spending money like this, there is going to be a day where this all comes back to haunt us.
	And that's one of the things that we look at what the Chinese might do.
	Is this going to be a trade war?
	Or is it going to be a currency war?
	I think we're going to see something happen on March 26th.
	This is the day that the Chinese have said they're going to launch their attack on the petrodollar.
	That is going to be far more effective than anything that they could do in terms of tariffs.
	Look, we have the kind of massive trade imbalance that we have right now between the United States and China.
	We are holding all the cards.
	It's like saying if you're a retailer and people are walking into your store, it's like, I'm going to take action against you.
	Oh, okay, fine.
	We just won't come to your store anymore.
	They're spending all the money. We're spending all the money with them.
	They're our supplier.
	We're the ones who can do a boycott.
	They're not basically buying much from us, certainly not in comparison.
	To what we're buying from them collectively here.
	Now, of course, there's going to be individual industries that they may target.
	They will do that strategically to create the most noise for the Trump administration.
	But I think the real danger and where they have the real leverage is something that the Chinese, as well as the Russians, have been working on for quite some time.
	And that is a way to undermine our ability to spend money without limitation.
	That ability is based on the petrodollar.
	Nixon and Kissinger took us off the gold standard.
	They put us on a petrodollar, an alliance with Saudi Arabia.
	You have to understand that oil is really the currency of the world.
	It really is. Everything still runs on oil.
	You can talk about all these projects to make things sustainable and so forth, but you have to have oil.
	We can see this in the recent run-up in the Northeast.
	Where they needed to get natural gas and other things and oil and coal in order to make it through.
	They would not approve a pipeline through to Massachusetts.
	So they had to buy their energy supplies, fossil fuels from Russia and from the coal industry in order to make it through.
	And we see the same thing happening all over the world.
	It is the thing that the world still runs on.
	It is going to be that way for quite some time.
	We'll talk a little bit about some climate issues that have been exposed.
	But understand that the petrodollar is based on that leverage of having all oil transactions, all energy transactions, denominated in dollars.
	That gives us a great deal of leverage.
	It's one of the reasons why we were sucking up to the Saudis and giving them whatever they wanted when people freaked out about the fact that President Trump, in a move of diplomacy, said congratulations on winning the election, Vlad.
	Vlad you won. But that's really the issue.

	All right, let's talk about the ominous budget that was just passed.
	And it's on its way to be signed by President Trump.
	Looks like it's going to be signed by him.
	Twelve hours to read over 2,000 pages.
	As one article pointed out, that's 1,000 more pages than the Gutenberg Bible.
	Like Rand Paul said, I got through 600 pages of it.
	That is bad governance.
	As if they didn't know there was a deadline today, they couldn't have had a deadline for putting together a final budget a week, two weeks, a month before this is supposed to pass.
	No, no, we're going to drop it at 12 hours before.
	And you know why they did that.
	Because they snuck a lot of garbage in there that would not have passed muster if people had had time to look at it, time to debate it.
	No, we're going to put it here. You just pass it.
	Don't read it. Just pass it.
	We'll find out what's in it later.
	Well, now we found out what's in some of this stuff, and we're going to tell you some of the bad stuff that's in it.
	I don't see too much in here that is good.
	But let's understand that the process itself was one of the reasons that people rejected the Democrats when this all began with Nancy Pelosi.
	We've got to pass the bill so we can see what's in it.
	And we've been seeing what's in Obamacare for the last several years, and we don't like what's in it.
	It has caused health care to skyrocket in terms of cost.
	They never did fund it legally, so they stole the money from investors and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
	They called it a net asset sweep.
	I just love how they do this. You know, when Obama steals money from investors, he calls it a net asset sweep.
	When he kills people with drone strikes without any due process, some of them American citizens, they call it a disposition matrix.
	When they torture people, they call it enhanced interrogation.
	I hate this lying government.
	That manipulates people with language like that.
	Tomorrow we're going to have a, I think it's tomorrow, this March Against Liberty is what I call it.
	They call it a march for our lives.
	No, it's a march against liberty.
	And we'll tell you a little bit about that coming up as well later.
	But let's first talk about this ominous budget.
	Or the Omnibus.
	Put everything in the world in there so that you can bust our economy.
	The Senate has approved a $1.3 trillion spending bill.
	They've now sent it to Trump.
	The Senators voted 65 to 32 on the measure.
	Senator Rand Paul backed down from a shutdown.
	Everybody was wondering whether he was going to do a shutdown.
	He pushed back on them once before, delayed it for a few hours to draw attention to it.
	They were very angry at him.
	Remember, Texas Senator John Cornyn said, that is absolutely irresponsible.
	No, Senator Cornyn, what's irresponsible is the process that you have created, that you support.
	And as he was talking about this, Kamala Harris came up behind him as he was doing an interview and made a choking sign behind his neck as if, oh, we just want to choke this guy.
	Don't you dare to slow down this juggernaut of uncontrolled spending and pork barrel spending.
	And, of course, this is really something that is really helping the Democrats.
	It looks as if this bill was put together, as many people have said, by Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi.
	But I want to know how you can tell the difference between Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell, between Nancy Pelosi and Paul Ryan.
	The problem is I can't tell the difference.
	Certainly they have a different physical appearance.
	But if you look at what they do, if you didn't know who wrote this, you would not be able to tell the establishment Republicans who write things versus the establishment Democrats.
	You just wouldn't. And I'll make that point when we get through here.
	But Rand Paul said, you know, my opposition to the bill still remains strong, but I just don't have enough votes to win.
	It's about trying to determine how we can best get our message across.
	Well, I want to play for you what Rand Paul said to get the message across to Tucker Carlson.
	Because maybe you'll listen.
	Certainly the senators aren't going to listen.
	There's no point in standing up there and just delaying the process because they're not going to listen to any of this.
	They're listening to the people who gave them money.
	They're listening to the bureaucrats who really are the true government, telling them what to do.
	But here's Rand Paul talking to Tucker Carlson about the budget.
	You know, I'm kind of old school.
	I think you ought to read the bills, you know, before we vote on them.
	This is a 2,200-page bill.
	We got it last night at midnight.
	I've been working all day diligently through the bill, and I'm up to page 600.
	But, you know, I've still got quite a bit of ways to go to read the bill.
	As far as the content of the bill, this could have been written by President Obama and Liberal Democrats.
	When I ran in 2010, when we had that Tea Party tidal wave, we were opposed to President Obama's spending and we were opposed to President Obama's trillion dollar deficits.
	This bill will give us a trillion dollar deficit this year.
	Paul Ryan is, of course, ultimately responsible for this as the head Republican in the House.
	I mean, these are his priorities, I assume.
	But they're so out of whack with the priorities of the party.
	I think this is why people are so upset with politics.
	Because when the Republicans are out of power, when they're in the minority, they are the conservative party.
	But then when they get in the majority, there is no conservative party.
	Democrats don't care about spending any of the time.
	Republicans seem to care about it when they're criticizing Democrats.
	But now that Republicans are in charge, Republicans are like, Katie, bar the door.
	You talked about border security.
	I'm flipping through the pages today reading the bill.
	I find out there is money for border security in Tunisia and Jordan.
	We have border security money in the Middle East, but not border security money for the U.S. So I'm just concluding that the people who run the Republican Party in the House anyway just don't want increased border security.
	No, what it is is this.
	It's an unholy alliance.
	The unholy alliance between Republicans and Democrats is this.
	Republicans are not fiscally conservative on the military.
	They want unlimited spending on the military.
	Democrats say, we'll give it to you.
	We're not really opposed to it.
	We'll give you the military spending if you give us the domestic spending.
	That's exactly what they did under Reagan.
	What's been going on for decades is, we really actually have too much compromise in Washington.
	They're always compromising to raise spending and increase the debt.
	Really quick, are you going to stop this?
	Are you going to shut down the government over this?
	You know, it's never been my goal to shut down government.
	Okay, let's hold it right there because we know that he didn't do that.
	That was an earlier interview. We just had President Trump tweet out that he may veto the bill.
	I see that as a good thing.
	But he said he may veto it because we don't provide money for 800,000 foreign citizens criminally trespassing here, the DACA recipients.
	Come on, give me a break.
	Doesn't he know what candidate Trump ran on?
	He didn't run on let's fund foreign citizens and not fund the wall.
	He says, yeah, we didn't get enough money for the wall, but we didn't get any money for the DACA recipients.
	The Democrats didn't do it.
	I am sick of him using the bully pulpit to say that DACA recipients are the victims.
	I understand that he's trying to separate them from the Democrats.
	Do you really think that the DACA people are going to vote for President Trump?
	Do you think they're going to stay home?
	Are they allowed to vote?
	Are they a vote? Are we going to overthrow our country by giving foreign citizens, criminally trespassing here, a vote in the first place?
	Are we going to fund them?
	Fund their education?
	Fund their welfare? It just gets from bad to worse.
	This is absolutely amazing.
	I can't believe that President Trump is using the bully pulpit to try to suck up to people who don't belong in this country.
	Tell them they don't have to pay us for their education.
	They don't have to pay us for their welfare.
	They can just go home. They don't even have to say thank you.
	Just go. And they won't do it.
	This was a deferred action.
	This was something that Janet Napolitano at Homeland Security said, I'm not going to enforce the law.
	And now you've had the Homeland Security people, John Kelly and then his handpicked successor under President Trump, saying we're not going to enforce the law either.
	And we want to make this work.
	We want DACA people to be happy citizens.
	We want them to vote. Guess what they're going to vote for?
	They're going to vote for socialism.
	They're going to vote for big government.
	They're going to vote for...
	Look at what these people are doing.
	Look at how much they hate America.
	They want to make America Mexico again.
	Those are the signs that they're putting up there.
	Why? Is President Trump pandering to these people with a bully pulpit?
	I don't care about 4-D chess.
	It matters to articulate principles.
	It matters to stick to the things that you ran on.
	This is even worse than the budget.
	Even worse. When we come back, I'll tell you the garbage that's in the budget, and I'll tell you that he's really going to sign it anyway, in spite of all this virtue signaling to DACA people.

	I'm David Knight. You know, President Trump better take a look at some of these opinion polls that say that immigration is a bigger issue to American voters.
	American voters. That? DACA. People who came here and are not legal citizens that we have to pander to.
	There's President Trump coming out. I might veto this bill.
	It doesn't do enough for the 800,000 DACA recipients.
	800,000? I thought you were going to do it for 1.8 million.
	Where are those other million people?
	You're going to create some?
	You're going to invite them in?
	Is that what we're doing here?
	You better get serious about putting America first if you're going to make America great again.
	And the problem with the budget is not that it doesn't do enough for DACA recipients, President Trump.
	The problem with this budget is that it spends money on everything except what you and the Republicans ran on.
	I said you were going to do. And we're going to go down who the winners and the losers are on this.
	As the Hill puts it, I'll tell you what the Hill thinks are the winners and losers.
	I say the winners are defense hawks.
	Yes, everything for the military.
	No limitations. We're gearing up for a war cabinet.
	We're putting people in the cabinet who like to torture, who like to bomb.
	And we're going to be funding that.
	We're going to be funding that with our borrowing money from the Federal Reserve.
	How's that? How's that?
	As they continue to raise the interest rates on the money that we borrow from them.
	So Defense Hawks are a big win on here.
	Chuck Schumer is the next one they have there because he got everything he wanted on that pork barrel project there in New York.
	Speaker Paul Ryan gets to win by saying he put this deal together.
	He's indistinguishable from Nancy Pelosi.
	And I guess she or whoever her successor is, I don't know that the Democrats even want her anymore.
	But if they do want her, they're probably going to get her after this next election.
	And then the losers of the House Freedom Caucus and fiscal conservatives, they said.
	Because they were the people who tried to keep faith with the voters.
	And that's not in vogue in Washington, D.C. They also said the losers were the dreamers.
	It didn't contain a fix for the Obama-era immigration program.
	And that's what President Trump is so concerned about, the Dreamers.
	We've got to do something for the Dreamers.
	Also, the loser is gun control, they said.
	Congressional leaders did attach several measures addressing gun violence to the omnibus.
	See, I strongly disagree with the Hill right here.
	These measures that were attached to the Omnibus for gun control strengthen background checks for gun purchases.
	They beef up school safety and clarify the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention can research gun violence as public health issues, what they say.
	But they didn't do anything to ban guns.
	So therefore, it is...
	A lose for gun control.
	No, it isn't. They have laid the foundation here for banning gun control.
	Let me tell you what this fixed nix is.
	A lot of conservatives have been suckered into this.
	A lot of people have looked at this situation where President Obama had 500,000 fugitives deleted from the background database, where they encouraged people with a promise program, don't report juvenile crime.
	We got a school-to-prison pipeline, so don't report that.
	And that's how a lot of these people, like the shooter in Florida, got through this.
	And so when we look at that, we look at the guy who shot up the church in Texas.
	This is a guy who had multiple...
	Issues with both violent crime and was committed at one point in the military.
	They didn't put him in the database. That is very different than what is happening with FixNix.
	FixNix was being pushed through before any of these things came to light.
	And this was something that is not a response to these last couple of shootings.
	To the shooting in Texas or the shooting in Florida.
	No. It was something that they were using to push gun control.
	And I played for you. A very long explanation by a congressman telling us that this was what they were working on to run this thing through.
	They were using national reciprocity as a bargaining chip to get fixed nicks through.
	But of course now with these shootings that they had, they don't have to do that.
	They don't have to give us national reciprocity.
	So you can still be arrested for traveling with a concealed carry permit through particular states like New Jersey or Maryland.
	They can still shake you down.
	And then President Trump looks at it and they say, well, it's kind of mixed because he got all the military spending that he wanted.
	He wanted between $16 billion and $25 billion for a wall.
	He got $1.6 billion, so that's 10% or less of what he wanted to build a wall, and it's not really a wall.
	It's just part of a fence that they're going to do in a particular area.
	One thing that is good is that there was a bipartisan opposition to remove the Internet sales tax from the spending bill.
	And as I pointed out yesterday, that was going to be something that would drive out small and medium-sized companies.
	They would not be able to comply with the onerous regulations of 12,000 different taxing jurisdictions within the United States alone.
	Collect the taxes, send that to them.
	That's so much overhead.
	It would have driven out all the small competitors online.
	And they pretty much have been driven out.
	We'll talk about this later. Pretty much been driven out already in the bricks and mortar stores.
	With a few mega chains financed by Wall Street.
	And it's the same thing that they did with the Consumer Financial Protection Board, driving out small to medium-sized banks, creating so much paperwork that they couldn't write most of the types of loans that they did, and most of them went out of business.
	And now they're saying, oh, well, now we can take those regulations off because now our competitors are out of business.
	And that's exactly what would happen with us.
	Certainly Amazon and the big box retailers who operate online, they would be able, who have already, Walmart and others who have already driven out the business, the small mom and pops from their brick and mortar locations, they'd be able to drive out anybody who was doing any business that was small or medium size on the internet.
	So it's good to see that that is gone.
	Breitbart quotes Representative Paul Gosar, who says, the omnibus is Christmas for liberals and special interests.
	Gift-wrapped by the Republican leadership of the House and Senate.
	Let's tell you some of the things that are in here.
	We've got funding for Planned Parenthood, but we block the penalties for sanctuary cities.
	We have billions of dollars to build a tunnel for New York Senator Chuck Schumer, but only a pittance for a teeny tiny part of a so-called border wall across the border.
	Starting to get the idea of where this is headed?
	There's a section on school safety that prohibits money from being used for guns or gun training.
	Oh, see? There you go. So we're going to not do anything about making schools safer.
	They're going to push for gun control.
	And I forgot to mention this.
	When we talk about the CDC funding research into gun violence, this is creating a think tank to push for banning of all guns.
	This is a very dangerous thing.
	This is not innocuous.
	You ought to understand what is happening with this.
	And you also ought to understand how rapidly many people have been reporting to me a part of construction projects.
	Look, we just built the biggest insane asylum, mental institution in Florida.
	And then there's another one just 10 miles down the road.
	And they're enlarging this hospital, putting on a big mental health wing on it.
	Are they getting ready to commit a lot of people?
	They are putting in place...
	Using this mental insanity plea.
	And not looking, of course, either at the SSRIs or the drug involvement in any of this.
	No, they're going to start confiscating guns from people.
	They're going to start putting people in insane asylums.
	And they're not going to arm the teachers.
	Not even school resource officers.
	Not even any money for that.

	Welcome back. Let's take a look at some more of what is in this ominous bill.
	And many of you are saying, yeah, it doesn't matter.
	I mean, look at we've run a deficit for so long.
	It doesn't matter. Well, if you look at the cumulative debt for the last decade or so, It really does look like the hockey stick that they tell us about CO2 and temperature.
	That's not happening, and we'll talk about that later in the program.
	But this is happening.
	It is turning into a hockey stick.
	And you may have gone to college, and you may have been gaslighted with the sophistry of Keynesian economics, where they tell you that the money that we owe ourselves really doesn't matter.
	This deficit is simply money that we owe ourselves.
	And because we're talking about macroeconomics, the whole idea of bankruptcy doesn't apply here.
	How have we been able to avoid bankruptcy when other places like Venezuela are suffering it?
	And you can pretty much name many other third world countries that have suffered bankruptcy.
	How do we escape that?
	Well, it's because we have the Federal Reserve issuing paper money.
	Well, they have central banks that issue paper money.
	We've had Zimbabwe, formerly Rhodesia, after the Marxists took that over.
	They had some of the most famous hyperinflation that anybody's ever seen.
	They had a paper currency. They had a central bank that was issuing paper currency.
	Why didn't that work for them?
	See, it works for us and has worked for us because we have a petrodollar.
	And I'm going to explain to you, after we go through this budget, why that petrodollar's days may be limited.
	A lot of people have seen this coming.
	When John McAfee and others were predicting massive prices for Bitcoin, he said, well, that's not necessarily because Bitcoin's value is going up.
	It's because we foresee a crash in the dollar.
	And it's not just that reality can only be suspended for so long.
	Like a Looney Tunes character running off of a cliff.
	Eventually you look down and you realize, oh, I'm off the cliff.
	And then you fall. No, it's more than that.
	There is a concerted effort by Russia, by China, by many other people who don't want to see the American dominance, the petrodollar continue.
	They understand the advantage that it gives us in power.
	They understand that economic power is the basis of military power.
	And we have generals who understand that as well, who have said that our deficit is a threat to national security, and it truly is.
	But it has also gotten us addicted to this papering of the Federal Reserve.
	And they're about to pull that out from underneath us.
	And I'll go into that in just a moment.
	But let's take a look at some of the bad stuff in this omnibus bill here.
	Because I really am hard pressed to find anything that's good in it.
	One of the things that they did not do is to put in an internet tax.
	Which many Republicans are trying to do.
	But it was a bipartisan effort to shut that down.
	So we avoided, dodged one or two bullets in here.
	But other than that, I don't see too much that's good.
	Certainly not in the spending area.
	There's a provision in here for Senator Dianne Feinstein.
	It blocks a 56 million ton sand and gravel mine from opening in the Soledad Canyon in California, despite two contracts having been competitively awarded to a company that has already invested $40 million.
	And so now we're going to let the federal government do a land grab for Dianne Feinstein.
	One thing after the other for Democrats.
	It's absolutely outrageous.
	We've got Director Mulvaney, however, saying that even though we got a spending bill with no wall funding, this is a really, really good immigration package.
	And this guy, Mulvaney, has been a longtime proponent of imported foreign workers and amnesty for illegal aliens.
	And then you saw President Trump say, that doesn't do enough for DACA recipients.
	Our 800,000 DACA recipients.
	We've got to do more for our foreign citizens criminally trespassing in the United States.
	We've got to give them more subsidies.
	Uh-huh. Yeah.
	Mulvaney, as Breitbart points out, is a longtime proponent of imported foreign workers and amnesty for illegal aliens.
	He praised the immigration components of the House passed Republican spending bill, despite the legislation not including any of Trump's pro-American immigration reforms.
	And here's some examples for this.
	They give this in Breitbart.
	It does not fund any of Trump's proposed border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
	It only allocates funding for 33 miles.
	33 miles of southern border fencing.
	And then it expands the H-2B visa program to import about 100,000 foreign workers to take U.S. blue-collar jobs.
	Kind of sounds like what Mulvaney has always advocated.
	Kind of sounds like somebody else won the presidency, doesn't it?
	It continues funding sanctuary city jurisdictions that protect criminal illegal aliens.
	Didn't take that out. No penalties for the sanctuary city jurisdictions.
	No, they're going to continue to get federal money under this spend, spend, spend program.
	It does not allow for an increase in federal immigration officers.
	It does not allow for more detention centers to house illegal aliens while they await trial.
	It does not reduce illegal immigration levels to raise the wages of America's working and middle class.
	Rand Paul looked at this.
	And as he's going through, he was tweeting out, he said he got through 600 pages of it, And he tweeted out something when he got to page 365.
	He tweeted out something else when he got to page 376.
	He said, I'm at page 376 of terrible, rotten, no-good budget-busting bill.
	He says, I found it. I found it.
	Border security. Just what President Trump wanted.
	Oh, no, wait a minute. This section says the Defense Department can spend what it funds, what it determines it needs to enhance the border security of Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Tunisia.
	Let that sink in.
	Let that sink in.
	What this says in this budget, and remember how many times I've been saying this over the last month, President Trump has the authority to fund the border wall and call it defense.
	They are funding a border wall out of the defense budget for Jordan, for Lebanon, for Egypt, and Tunisia.
	Not a wall, but border security.
	They're providing border security for Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Tunisia out of the defense budget, but no money out of the defense budget to fund our border security.
	President Trump could put troops on the border until the wall was built.
	As a matter of fact, you could use troops to build the wall and reduce the labor costs.
	You could guard it.
	I mean, you could do a trowel and sword thing, right?
	You could build the wall, you could defend the wall, and you could do it all out of the defense budget.
	Because as President Trump has repeatedly said, we don't have a nation if we don't have a border.
	And we don't have a border.
	There is no border security.
	Here we are, going into the midterm of President Trump's term, and there still is no border security.
	And no enhancement for it in this budget.
	But President Trump complains that there's not enough money for DACA people.
	What is going on?
	What is going on? Here's what Jim Jordan with the Freedom Caucus said.
	He said this is an outright, it outright rejects promises that we made to voters.
	Let's run that clip of Jim Jordan.
	And it's not even close to what we told the American people we were going to do.
	So it's not just conservatives who don't like this bill.
	The American people, when they find out what's in it, and that's going to take a while, because we just got it 12 hours ago, and we're going to vote on it here in a few hours, and it's 2,200 pages that funds sanctuary cities, funds Planned Parenthood, restricts Second Amendment liberties, and grows the government at a $1.3 trillion price tag on this legislation, which will lead to a trillion-dollar deficit.
	Now, I don't think the American people said, oh, let's put Republicans in control of Congress to do a bill like this.
	This may be the worst bill I have seen in my time in Congress, the worst bill our leadership's ever allowed to come to the floor.
	Well, they're doing it not because they want to do it, because they have to compromise with Democrats who have a totally different feeling about spending than you do.
	No. No. They're doing it because Republican leadership wants this.
	You better pay attention in the primaries.
	This is the only place we're going to have a chance to do something.
	...and they gave us the privilege to come here and serve, that we're going to continue to fund Planned Parenthood, we're going to restrict Second Amendment liberties, let some bureaucrats take away your Second Amendment rights, not a court of law.
	I don't think they said we were going to fund this gateway earmarked boondoggle project and not fund the border wall.
	I mean, the one thing we don't fund is the one issue we all campaigned on, a border security wall, and that is not in the legislation.
	So it can't get any worse than this bill.
	We should stop.
	We should go back to the drawing board.
	If we have to do a short-term funding bill, do that.
	But go back and do something consistent with what the voters elected us to do.
	Yeah, we need to pay attention.
	Need to pay attention. We've got primaries coming up.
	Don't throw the babies out with the bathwater, but we've got a lot of bathwater in the GOP. We've got to get that out of there.
	We've got to wash out the tub, and we've got to put some people in there who will honor their commitment.
	People like the House Freedom Caucus, Jim Jordan and Rand Paul.

	So what is it that allows our government to completely ignore the deficit every year?
	And to completely ignore this cumulative debt that is going up like a hockey stick?
	What is it? Well, it's the petrodollar.
	Not just that we have a central bank that prints paper money.
	A lot of countries have central banks that print paper money and they have gone into hyperinflation and bankruptcy.
	But ours works because of the petrodollar.
	And so as we look at this absurd bill that has just been rammed down everybody's throat by Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan, strategically waiting until the last minute so they can put all this stuff in there, giving everything that they want to the Democrats, because these people are Democrats, folks.
	Republicans in name only.
	Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan...
	That's exactly who they are.
	But let's take a look at what's going on.
	Everybody is concerned about a trade war that is going on.
	This is an escalation. President Trump came out yesterday, said $60 billion in tariffs with China.
	The first of many.
	Then later on, it seemed to be revised down to $50 billion.
	I don't know what the exact amount is.
	And then China came back and said, we've got a list of 128 products that we're going to target.
	Things like wine and fruit and nuts and steel pipes and ginseng.
	I don't know. Do we sell that much ginseng to China?
	It's kind of like Kohl's to Newcastle, right?
	Well, anyway, whether or not this is going to happen, and this is not a war that China can win simply on tariffs.
	China has a 10 to 1 advantage.
	that their taxes are already 10 times higher on our automobiles than our taxes are on their automobiles.
	There has already been a trade war going on for a very long time, as I pointed out.
	And if you want to start doing tit for tat, they have a massive differential, a lot more money that they're making off of goods that they sell to us than we sell to them.
	They're going to lose that.
	There will be individuals who lose, individual industries who lose in that, but it is not something that China as a country is going to come out ahead.
	And they think collectively because this is all a centrally planned economy.
	We have to understand that at this point, that is our only strength.
	Our only way to beat this centrally planned, tightly controlled China Incorporated that doesn't play by anybody else's rules, has its own rules.
	That's part of the China price.
	They can steal intellectual property and copyrights.
	They don't have to pay any attention to that.
	Piracy is actively encouraged.
	It's not just currency manipulation that they do.
	But they also ban other people from buying into their country.
	Oh, if we were to do that, that would be awful, wouldn't it?
	So anything that is done to try to ease relations with Russia, that is tamped down very quickly.
	But no matter what China does to us, no matter how bad the imbalance is, if you complain about it, talk about doing anything about it.
	President Trump is accused of starting a trade war.
	China comes out, and this is CNBC. China recently argued that it should not be punished if it doesn't want to buy what the U.S. is selling.
	Uh-huh. That's not what it is.
	They prohibit it.
	They put prohibitive taxes on it, and then they limit what people can do.
	They limit your investment in that country.
	You have to have a Chinese partner, then they use that Chinese partner to steal your intellectual property and go into business for himself against you and undercut your price.
	We've seen this kind of, it is a criminal regime.
	Let's understand. These Chinese communists are criminals.
	Peter Navarro.
	Trump's trade director said that the U.S. is strategically defending itself against economic aggression.
	And he went on to say the president is standing up for American corporations.
	The problem is, I don't think the big corporations see themselves as American anymore.
	And they aren't. They're multinational corporations.
	And so the big question here is, I think we could win a trade war with them.
	But I don't think we're going to win if they destroy the petrodollar.
	And that's what they are about to do.
	They've laid out several scenarios from Deutsche Bank about how this trade war might go down.
	They said, well, there's a couple of them.
	There's scenario A, which is kind of light, and then there's a heavier trade war scenario.
	So scenario A, limited tariffs on tech imports and things they might come back with.
	They've already started to move towards that.
	Higher tariffs on selected U.S. exports to China.
	Some warning shots on U.S. business interests in China.
	Things like that. But if they go into a heavier trade war, Deutsche Bank says, well, they could impose higher tariffs on all U.S. exports to China.
	I'm sorry, they're already doing that under the China price stuff.
	Number two, they would restrict market access for U.S. firms in China.
	Sorry, they're already doing that.
	They've been doing that for decades.
	Number three, provide preferential treatment to U.S. competitors.
	Sorry, they've already been doing that in China.
	Number four, restrict U.S. travels by Chinese nationals.
	Do I need to repeat every one of these?
	They have already been doing this.
	So when they say, we could have a heavy trade war.
	It has been a unilateral heavy trade war.
	And guess who the Quislings have been?
	The globalists and the multinational corporations that don't see themselves as American.
	But then there's one last one here.
	Number five. They could sell U.S. Treasuries and buy other government bonds.
	Uh-huh. That's a big...
	So they hold so much of our debt, so much of our petrodollars, that they could do away with that.
	But there's something else that has been on the horizon.
	I've had this on my desk for a couple of days.
	Is China days away from killing the petrodollar?
	Today is March the 23rd.
	Monday will be March the 26th.
	We will see what happens with this.
	But let me tell you what they're about to do.
	You know, we had the revelation five years late.
	But finally, The Intercept allowed us to see this Snowden document that said that Bitcoin is public enemy number one, according to the NSA.
	That's our top priority, they said.
	Not ISIS. Not keeping people safe from terrorism.
	Not international criminals.
	No, no, no. Their number one priority was Bitcoin users.
	Why? Because Bitcoin or any other kind of currency that might undermine the petrodollar and their ability to control the currency really seriously undermines their power.
	Now, you don't think the Chinese understood that?
	If the NSA understood that more than five years ago, you don't think the Chinese did?
	You don't think the Chinese and the Russians have been working on this?
	They've openly been talking about it lately.
	And let me tell you where they are right now.
	As I point out in this article from Zero Hedge, China is rapidly displacing the U.S. as the dominant global power.
	The shift is inevitable. China's economy will be twice as large as the U.S. economy by 2030 if it continues to go this route.
	So how do we stop this?
	They said there's three options.
	Number one, we could just kick back and let China do it, which is what Obama and all the Republican presidents before him have been doing.
	Number two, we could start a military war with China.
	Number three, we could push the current trade battle into an all-out economic war against China.
	Well, that has been a unilateral war.
	That may be a bilateral war now, an economic trade war.
	But as I point out, the strength of America has been its petrodollar.
	For decades, the U.S. has been able to exclude virtually any country that it wants from international trade.
	Right now, if one country wants to trade with another, it basically needs to have U.S. permission and U.S. dollars first.
	The U.S. dollar is the world's reserve currency.
	Now China is making moves internally to improve their trade with other people.
	They've got the big, what they call the new Silk Road, and I'm not talking about the website that was shut down.
	But they have a $1.4 trillion plan to increase their infrastructure.
	You think maybe President Trump knew something about that?
	He was talking about a trillion-dollar plan to increase infrastructure, to match them, move by move.
	Now, China has, over a 10-year period, built 2.6 million miles of road, including 70,000 miles of highway.
	In 20 years, it has built more roads than the U.S. has in our entire existence.
	So central planning can be very powerful.
	But central planning can be defeated by liberty and decentralized action.
	It always has been. It always has been.
	Central planning has been both the strength and the Achilles heel of authoritarian economies.
	And the only way we're going to win this is to decentralize some of this power.
	But let's get to the oil issue, the petrodollar.
	Every country, as I point out, needs oil, especially right now.
	You may believe that we are sustainable and solar and so forth.
	No, it isn't happening. They're not producing.
	Right now, if Italy wants to buy oil from Kuwait, it has to purchase U.S. dollars to pay for the oil first.
	And this is what separates us from the Mexican peso that's in trouble.
	It separates us from the Venezuelan currencies.
	And that's why China is now introducing a new way for people to buy oil.
	They want a Chinese petroyuan to replace the American petrodollar.
	Now how are they going to do that?
	Everybody's loaded up with dollars.
	There's no incentive for it.
	What China has done is now make, they're proposing, and this is a proposal that they say they're going to make live next, this coming Monday.
	The China's golden alternative.
	They're going to link gold into it.
	Remember when Nixon and Kissinger took us off the gold standard.
	And then went to the petrodollar.
	Now what they're going to do is they're going to introduce their petrocurrency, the petroyuan, and they're going to back it by gold, allow it to be exchanged for gold.
	Now they've tried to do this many times, but now under the increased centralization with President Xi and his council, they have approved this, and it looks like it's going to happen this time.
	And if that happened, you could see a massive surge in the price of gold.

	I want to continue with what I was telling you just before we went to the break.
	Tell you a little bit more about how this petro yuan that seeks to challenge the dominance of the petrodollar.
	And of course it is the petrodollar that allows us to spend without any kind of check or balance to that.
	And those days may be ending.
	That's why I find this omnibus budget so ominous.
	We have become addicted to easy money.
	We have become addicted to an exponentially increasing deficit in debt.
	Every year we keep growing the deficit by more than we did the previous year, and now we have an exponentially increasing cumulative debt.
	What are we going to do if our petrodollar and our way to paper this away goes away?
	Well, that's what the people who want to supplant the United States as an economic power, the Chinese, even the Russians.
	That's what they have been working on for quite some time.
	I'm going to lay this history down for you.
	But first, I want to talk a little bit about the economics and how this petroyuan would work.
	This is from internationalman.com.
	China is introducing a new way to buy oil.
	For the first time, it will allow for the large-scale exchange of oil for gold.
	I'm calling this new mechanism China's golden alternative to the petrodollar and it will go live this next Monday.
	The Shanghai International Energy Exchange is introducing a crude oil futures contract denominated in Chinese yuan.
	But it will allow producers to sell their oil for yuan.
	And so you would ask, well, why do they want to do that if they can get petrodollars?
	I mean, it's just another fiat currency.
	China knows this.
	And so as of March 26, countries around the world will have a genuine, viable way to opt out of the petrodollar system and convert it into physical gold through gold exchanges in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
	That is the petroyuan.
	So they're going to offer the petroyuan and say, you can convert this.
	You don't want to hold our paper currency?
	All right. You can convert it into gold in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
	This is exactly the opposite of what Henry Kissinger and Richard Nixon did with Bretton Woods 2.
	They took us off the gold standard.
	They said you cannot redeem these pieces of paper printed by the Federal Reserve in gold.
	We're not going to do that anymore. And they had to do that because the first Bretton Woods after World War II, they said, well, we're going to become the world.
	We have the strongest economy in the world.
	We have the only country that was industrialized and didn't have a lot of its manufacturing capacity bombed.
	So we're going to be the world's reserve currency and we're going to redeem the American dollar in gold.
	But they started spending money in an uncontrollable manner as part of the Cold War.
	And it got pretty obvious and everybody was very angry with the United States and said, you don't have the gold in Fort Knox to back up this dollar.
	This is an absolute fraud.
	Our allies in Europe were calling us on it.
	So Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger said, alright, fine.
	Forget the gold. We're going to back it up and we're going to make it the reserve currency in cooperation with Saudi Arabia.
	They're going to agree to buy our T-bill notes and to hold them And then we'll agree to give them any kind of arms that they want and support them no matter what they do, no matter how many people they execute, no matter how many people's heads they cut off more than ISIS every year, no matter how repressive they are in terms of civil rights, no matter what they do, we are going to give them weapons and they will support our fiat currency.
	But now, to take it back, China is going to back their yuan in gold.
	And they're going to push this to oil producers as of Monday.
	So, what is going to happen?
	You're going to have a lot of money That is going to be flowing to that.
	And they point out if just half of the Chinese oil imports are purchased in gold, it will translate into an increased demand of well over 60 million ounces per year or more than 55% of gold's annual production.
	The increased demand for gold is going to shock the market.
	And if this thing goes through, if China can actually keep up with demand, of course the United States could not do it after World War I with Bretton 1, but if they can do this and keep up with demand, or even if they try, they could send gold through the roof, and they could send the petrodollar through the floor.

	Even trying to remove the debt ceiling.

	Because we have the petrodollar.
	Well, as I just pointed out to you, at the end of the hour and at the top of the hour, for those of you who are listening, we have China about to unleash for the first time the petroyuan.
	Not that anybody really wants another fiat currency, but they're going to do exactly the opposite of what we did.
	They are going to back their currency.
	We went to the petrodollar by taking away the gold backing.
	They're going to back their new currency with gold.
	And it may create a new gold rush if they're actually able to do this.
	This is something that's been talked about for quite some time.
	Will it happen now?
	Well, they say, over the last decade, we've had many false starts towards this.
	It's been rumored many times.
	But this time, they have gotten a contract approval from China's state council.
	This is a small clique of people around China's permanent now president, President Xi Jinping, who has said he's going to be there forever.
	He's made a lot of...
	Very aggressive moves as he's essentially appointed himself dictator for life.
	And it looks like this is something that they are certainly committed to.
	And we had two or three years ago, back in 2015, as I point out, we've had a number of strikes against the petrodollar dealt by China.
	Gazprom Neft, the third largest oil producer in Russia, decided to move away from the dollar and toward the yuan and other Asian currencies back in 2015.
	Iran followed suit the same year.
	Using the Yuan with a host of other foreign currencies in trade, including Iranian oil.
	And so what is going to happen with this is if they sweeten the pot by saying you can trade this in for gold on Shanghai and Hong Kong exchanges, that's going to hasten this.
	And I had Lynn Albrecht on yesterday.
	Because, you know, we're talking about the Silk Road project that they've got going on in terms of infrastructure in China.
	It's not just roads. It's also seaports and a lot of other things for essentially getting goods to the rest of the world, exporting goods.
	That's the way they have organized their economy since we had Kissinger and Nixon go there to do that.
	But they have been worried.
	The federal government has been worried quite a bit about cryptocurrency and the fact that it might displace things.
	And as we saw the Snowden leak saying that Bitcoin was their number one priority, their number one concern, what they consider to be their number one public enemy, not ISIS.
	I had Lynn Ulbricht, her son Ross Ulbricht was given multiple life sentences because he was running the Silk Road website.
	And at the time they knew that there was some kind of parallel construction going on or as they put it, laundering of evidence.
	Evidence that was illegally obtained, that should have been thrown out in court, but they launder it.
	And they say, well, you know, I don't know how we got this.
	They knew that somebody was doing this without a search warrant.
	And now on the basis of the Snowden documents, we know that the NSA was targeting Bitcoin, and they were targeting Bitcoin.
	The ability to shut down websites that they don't like.
	It's not just because you're selling something that they don't like.
	They don't like people putting out information.
	If you haven't figured that out over the last year, as it has gone open with the censorship, what YouTube is doing, what Twitter is doing, what Facebook is doing, they're seeking to shut down and shut down the speech of anybody that they don't like and to promote the speech of the traditional establishment media that they're seeking to shut down and shut down the speech of anybody that they don't like and to promote the And they're openly doing this now through the big social media companies.
	But they've also passed in the last week, we just had the U.S. Senate pass 97 to 2, a bill that would allow them to shut down any website if they don't like the content.
	Now, right now they're saying, well, if it's child pornography or something like that, if you allow that in principle, then it is going to be extended.
	They specifically excluded it from the, it was the CDA, I think, was it Child Decency Act or something like that.
	They had already put together A bill.
	And one of the founders of that bill was Ron Wyden.
	And they specifically put in a section to say, we're not going to allow them to shut down entire websites without any due process and so forth.
	And then they've now just taken that out.
	And believe me, that is just the beginning.
	They're setting that precedent.
	And you can see that in the censorship that has happened on YouTube and elsewhere.
	And of course, as we pointed out, the way that The many parallels in the trial between Ross Ulbricht and the Bundys are startling.
	The corruption of the Justice Department, of the courts, of the judges, the way that they rigged the evidence, the way that they took away any exculpatory evidence, any evidence that would have proved That Ross Ulbricht was innocent or would have cast a doubt on that.
	They did not allow that to come to light.
	They obtained evidence illegally.
	The only thing that is different between the Bundy Ranch situation and what is going on with Ross Ulbricht is that at the Bundy Ranch, we had an honest whistleblower who exposed the corruption.
	And this was after Two trials have been completed.
	They're already on their third trial.
	And the whistleblower releases the information, and that blew the trial out of the water.
	So after the interview, Lynn Albrecht asked if we could mention to our listeners, and you should see that interview that we had yesterday.
	She asked... She said, we know that the NSA tracked Ross, and we are hoping for a whistleblower.

	That seems to be the only thing that will stand in the way of this massive corruption that we have in the judicial system.
	But let me get back to the currency and finish up on this before we go to a break.
	It's not just what is happening there.
	We also have Russia ready with its own alternative to an international bank transfer system.
	So China is working on this.
	Russia is working on this.
	The Russians are worried, and they have created this because they're worried that they're going to be shut out of the international banking system.
	With sanctions.
	That's why they're trying to get around the petrodollar.
	That's why they're trying to get around SWIFT, which is the interbank cash transfer services that work globally.
	They point out the potential exclusion of Russia from SWIFT has worried the country's banks since 2014.
	When the EU and the U.S. introduced the first round of international sanctions against Moscow over alleged involvement in the Ukraine crisis.
	Do you see a timeline here?
	We say, oh, we fund the Ukrainian revolution with Victoria Nuland and the State Department and George Soros and others.
	And then we enact sanctions against Russia.
	In 2014, they say, we're going to be shut out of being able to sell anything internationally, so maybe we need to start moving away from the petrodollar.
	We began to undermine our own monopoly here.
	At that point, they started stockpiling the Chinese yuan, and now the Chinese are moving into that and saying we're going to let that be redeemed in gold.
	And then finally this. In Switzerland, a foundation...
	It gets $30 million to start a non-volatile cryptocurrency.
	A group of financiers will create a complementary global currency subject to random identity checks and pegged to fiat currencies.
	One of the key movers in this is a former chairman of JPMorgan Chase International.
	Actually, he is still the chairman of JPMorgan Chase International, and he's the ex-governor of the Bank of Israel, Jacob Frenkel.
	He says that we want to have a world currency.
	We want to make it a cryptocurrency.
	But we also want to get rid of anything that is anonymous.
	See, that's why Bitcoin was their number one concern.
	They don't, and of course, Bitcoin is not really anonymous.
	There are other currencies out there that are, Monero and others, that have anonymized transactions.
	But these people want to have something that's going to allow the national authorities to check the identity of anyone and have zero anonymity.
	And this will also be something that will destroy the petrodollar and our ability to spend money without any limitation.
	You better wake up.
	You better care about this deficit.

	We're going to move on from that for a moment, talk a little bit about health.
	There's an article from John Rapoport, who frequently hosts the Alex Jones Show, Fourth Hour.
	And I thought it was a very important article.
	I've had it here for about a week.
	Comparing deaths from medical treatment, from vitamins, and from all U.S. wars.
	And here are the facts that John Rapoport put together here.
	He says, no deaths from vitamins in 2011.
	Three deaths going back to 2004 from vitamins, iron, fluoride.
	Fluoride also. So I don't know, maybe that's one each.
	I'm not really sure how that came. Three deaths over that period of time.
	But when you look at pharmaceutical drugs, 106,000 deaths every year.
	Every year. And he said between 76,000 and 137,000 deaths from pharmaceutical drugs every year in hospitalized patients.
	But, of course, the FDA focuses on what?
	Oh, they got quackbusters.
	They go after vitamins.
	They demean unproven remedies.
	They generally take every possible opportunity to warn people about alternatives on the basis that they aren't scientifically appointed, writes John.
	And of course, just as we just had the FDA head say, there is no such thing as medical marijuana.
	Because I haven't said so.
	It only is effective if I say so.
	And they haven't even bothered to test it.
	Why? Because there's no profit for somebody to go through and run the tests.
	And so when you look at the difference between medical marijuana and opioids, Just as I had Michael Williams, who's running for governor in Georgia yesterday.
	This is a conservative, but he understands the situation of medical marijuana.
	As he pointed out, he had a father who came back from Vietnam, had PTSD, eventually committed suicide.
	He could have been helped with medical marijuana.
	The people who are being addicted to opioids could use the medical marijuana instead of the opioids.
	And even if they get addicted by the doctors and the AMA and the pharmaceutical companies, They could use medical marijuana to get off of that addiction.
	But we can't have that. Can't have that.
	Do you smell an agenda here?
	Do you smell a rat?
	I do. I do.
	And then he goes on to compare it to war.
	He says, in the Wikipedia entry, U.S. military casualties of war, he said, the grand total of all military deaths in the history of America, going from the Revolutionary War on to The Revolutionary War, the Civil War, World War I, World War II, all the other wars in between.
	And since.
	We've had a lot of them since.
	All of those, all of the military deaths and all of the wars of America.
	1.3 million people.
	But in any given 10 years of modern medical treatment, 2.2 million deaths.
	How's that? So within 10 years, every 10 years, or let's just say every 5 years, the same number of deaths that we have had in all military conflicts since the Revolutionary War.
	Isn't that amazing? And that's from pharmaceuticals and medical treatment.
	Not just pharmaceuticals, but all medical treatment.
	I find that to be staggering, the comparison.
	So every 5 years. Medical treatment, including pharmaceuticals, is killing as many people as we've had since the beginning of this Republican War.
	Another article that I thought was kind of interesting from a health standpoint.
	We have an astronaut, Scott Kelly, who also has a twin brother, who is also an astronaut.
	Now, Scott Kelly... We're good to go.
	They did a lot of comparisons between the two of them to see how they had physically changed.
	And one of the things that they found was that the astronaut who spent nearly a year in space had his telomeres, the end caps of his chromosomes that shorten his one ages, reports CBS News.
	They said his DNA is different.
	Well, what was different about his DNA? Well, one of the things that was different about his DNA was the telomeres were longer.
	We'll continue to have this information about telomeres.
	Remember, a while back, we had a story about the Amish.
	And they said, we've got a certain number of people here in the Amish community that live a good 10 years longer than other people.
	And it doesn't seem to be due to their healthy lifestyle.
	You know, they get plenty of exercise, actually work, they stay away from a lot of labor-saving devices by design and so forth.
	But no, it was a genetic thing.
	They traced it back to genetics.
	And they found that these people who were living about 10 years longer, that the telomeres, which is the end caps of the DNA, think of your DNA as a shoestring.
	You twist it so that it looks like a double helix.
	And then you've got the little cap on the end of your shoestring that keeps your shoestring from unraveling.
	You can look at the length of that cap on your DNA that they call a telomere.
	And you can predict roughly how long somebody has to live.
	Before they will die of natural causes.
	Because as they shrink down, and most of them shrink at the same rate for a given person, then once those telomeres disappear, then the DNA strands start to unravel, you start to get cancer, and all sorts of things start to happen to your body, and you'll die of natural causes.
	And I found that to be very interesting.
	They said after a while, 93% of his DNA returned to normal.
	They said there were other things that were happening with his DNA. That he had the stresses of space travel caused changes in the cells' biological pathways.
	It caused ejection of DNA and of RNA. But they said that 7% of it remained.
	And so he said, my DNA changed by 7%.
	Who knew? I just learned about this in an article.
	And they came out, CBS News.
	So it's kind of interesting to see how that happened.
	And again, I don't know if that 7% that remained there, if that was his telomeres, or if it was something else.
	That's why I have talked about this, because it's very important.

	You know, one of the things that got passed, I think it's gone all the way, it's not part of this omnibus bill that got through, but there's a bill called the right to try.
	A right to try.
	And that means that if you are a terminally ill patient, you should have a right to try to live.
	Now, we've got the Democrats who always push a right to die, don't they?
	These people, they push the right to die, they push the euthanasia bills, they push the eugenics bills of abortion and so forth.
	But you want to try to save your life, or at least ameliorate your suffering somewhat with an experimental drug, if you are fully informed?
	Oh, no, no, no. Don't support that.
	The House passed right-to-try legislation on experimental drugs largely along party lines on Wednesday.
	And they sent a bill backed by President Trump to the Senate.
	So we'll have to see what the Senate does there.
	Democrats, of course, objected.
	They expressed safety concerns over how the measure would bypass the Food and Drug Administration.
	Who is going to provide for our safety, right?
	Food and Drug Administration puts a stamp on it.
	You can trust that that drug is safe.
	Yeah. Please don't believe that.
	Please don't believe that. It is not a binary decision.
	Just because they put a seal of approval on it doesn't mean it's safe.
	People have to understand what the risks are.
	People will look at this and say, well, it was prescribed for me by my doctor, and it was okayed by the FDA, therefore it must be safe.
	No. Look at the insert.
	Look at the conditions that they're warning you about.
	It's not just a legal requirement and a disclaimer.
	Those conditions that they rattle off on the cable news programs and the broadcast news programs that are funded by Big Pharma, and I think it's an outrage that they're allowed to advertise on there.
	They ought to shut that down. If they're going to shut down cigarette commercials...
	Fine, I don't have any problem with that.
	I think that was a lie to people, to try to associate cigarette smoking with being cool, with being the Marlboro Man, targeting youth with a cartoon camel and so forth.
	Shut that stuff down.
	People want to smoke in spite of that, but don't sell them an image.
	And that's what they're doing. They're deceiving people.
	Oh, ask your doctor. But of course, this could cause heart disease, stroke, and many other things, early death, and so forth.
	It could exacerbate the very symptoms that you're taking it for.
	But still, take it, you know, and watch the slow-motion pictures of children playing in fields.
	That is criminally deceptive, in my opinion, and it ought to be shut down.
	Should not be allowed to push the drugs that way.
	It is deceptive advertising.
	But of course, if the Food and Drug Administration says it's okay, Democrats are just fine with that.
	And so they didn't get the two-thirds to do it the first time because they said they needed two-thirds.
	I don't know what changed, but they went back and they did it in a different process where they only needed a simple majority, and they did it.
	267 to 149.
	I don't know why they said that they needed to have a two-thirds majority the first time and didn't have to have it the second time.
	I guess it's because they suspended the rules the first time, so maybe if you're going to suspend the rules, you've got to have a two-thirds majority.
	So they said, all right, we'll pick it the slow route, and we'll just go with a simple majority.
	And they won 267 to 149 in the House.
	Now, why is it that the Democrats don't want you to have a right-to-try bill?
	A right-to-try drugs that are experimental?
	And you have a terminally ill condition or you have severe pain or something to alleviate some of those symptoms.
	If you're fully informed, you should be allowed to do that.
	Isn't it the Democrats that keep telling us, it's my body, my choice?
	Oh, no. When it really is just your body that is involved, and it's not another human being, they don't want you to make that choice.
	And when your children are born, they don't want you to have a choice about how they're educated.
	They don't want you to have a choice about whether they are vaccinated or not, or even on the schedule on which they are vaccinated.
	They're going to tell you which vaccines you've got to have, and they're going to tell you the time frame and what you have to do.
	We want you to give all 50 of these things, or whatever the number is, all at once.
	And let's see what happens.
	Yeah, we know what happens. We've got an epidemic of a lot of different conditions, autism and others.
	Some kids, and again, we get back to this thing.
	It isn't a binary decision.
	It isn't a one or a zero.
	It isn't going to kill everybody necessarily, or nobody have a reaction to this.
	It's an element of risk.
	And that's the danger of thinking that the FDA certifying something makes it perfectly safe.
	The question is, you're going to be playing Russian roulette with a lot of these different things.
	That's the way life is, is Russian roulette.
	And when you look at risks, it depends on whether you're going to have one bullet in a chamber that has six rounds, or you're going to have one bullet in a chamber that has 12, or one bullet in a chamber that has 100, or so forth.
	And then you have to still realize that that bullet may blow your brains out, or may blow the brains of your child out.
	And we can look at the explosion of autism and say, you know what?
	Kids are getting their brains blown out with this thing, and we ought to be able, as parents, to make a decision as to when we want to have the vaccinations, which vaccinations we want to do, the schedule of that, and so forth.
	But they don't want to give you that, the Democrats.
	They are not pro-choice, folks.
	They don't want to be... They're not pro-choice in terms of the news that you get.
	They're not pro-choice on anything except killing your child.
	But they always say, oh, this is about women's health.
	The Democrats who also champion euthanasia.
	You know, I talked about the medical, oh, I'm not going to say medical doctor.
	I'm going to talk about the abortionist in Utah who got onto social media and proudly talked about the fact that she didn't hear the kids.
	Somebody said, aren't you bothered by the kids' screams?
	Oh, no. First thing I do is slit their throat.
	Now what she said was, I cut their larynx.
	Or their larynx.
	Or however you want to pronounce it.
	Larynx. Larynx.
	Does it matter? Well it did to an abortionist who took me on.
	And said, you don't have any credibility to talk about this because you mispronounced that.
	Potato? Potato?
	Tomato? Tomato? Let's call the whole thing off.
	You know, I said, where are y'all from?
	How do y'all pronounce that?
	See, you play these games, as I said, you know, she's something of a Nazi, a grammar Nazi, but actually a pronunciation Nazi, whatever.
	Do you understand that what you're doing is you're not cutting the larynx of a fetus?
	You are cutting the throat of a baby?
	You don't care what you do as long as you pronounce it, but it's more than that.
	It's more than that. If they can put it in medical terms, then they don't have to think about the morality of what they're doing.

	Many people thought that he was a doctor.

	You know, so instead of saying, I sliced their stomach wide open, he says that he stuck the scalpel in the abdomen and proceeded to dissect the subject up to the thorax, then it's okay!

	And this cold-hearted woman who took it on and argued with people on Twitter, And had Cecile Richards, the president of Planned Parenthood, like her tweets as she was defending it.
	Finally, somebody from Australia says, you know, you're really kind of digging a hole for us here by doing this.
	Oh, okay, well, I'll take it down.
	Not that she cared. And not that this woman cared.
	This woman wanted to quibble about how a medical term is pronounced.
	These medical terms allow these people to divorce themselves from the reality of what they are doing.
	And just treat people like pieces of meat.
	And they're selling the babies like they're selling pork chops at a butcher shop.
	And we know that Planned Parenthood is a butcher shop.
	And just as I said about these bimbo eruptions that have been coming out this next, over the weekend, with these highly paid prostitutes, celebrity porn stars, and celebrity playmates and so forth, You know, they have the forehead of a whore or a harlot.
	They have absolutely no shame in anything they do.
	They're incapable of blushing, and so are these pseudo-medical people who butcher children.
	They have no shame.
	And they can tell themselves that they know better than you because they can name the parts of the body in Latin, and you can't.

	I want to say one more thing about this right to try a drug bill.
	And you may want to talk to your senators about this and make sure it goes through.
	We've already had the Senate pass it once last year.
	The House didn't pass it.
	Now the House has passed it this year, and that's going to go back to the Senate again.
	And Ron Johnson, Republican of Wisconsin, has been a champion of the bill in the Senate.
	And again, this is the right to try drugs that may help you with your informed consent, which is currently being blocked by the FDA. But not everywhere.
	And here's the key thing.
	He says, right to try needs to become the law of the land.
	It passed the Senate unanimously last summer.
	I'm disappointed the House didn't pass the bill and send it to the president for his signature.
	I plan to ask my colleagues to pass right to try again immediately.
	Terminally ill patients and their families have waited long enough to have a right to try an experimental drug with informed consent.
	That's absolutely true. Now, interestingly enough, this already exists in 38 states, and I think this tells us something about our federal system and the proper use of the Tenth Amendment.
	You have the FDA telling us that there's no such thing as medical marijuana, and you have 30 states or more that say, no, there is such a thing, and we have made it legal.
	And the federal government has not done anything to arrest anybody in those states.
	So they have left in various states, they've left tripwires, just as Michael Williams, who's running for governor in Georgia, said.
	In Georgia, they say, okay, you can have CBD oil for your health, but you can't buy it in Georgia.
	And of course, it's illegal to take it across state lines.
	That's where you can get in trouble with various states or somebody pulls you over or the feds or whatever.
	But so it kind of creates this catch-22.
	And they've got all these different tripwires out there.
	But in reality, we've had 60% of the states say that, yes, there is such a thing as medical marijuana.
	And, yes, you can get it for a lot of conditions that people know that it works for in spite of the fact that they haven't done the FDA studies.
	And I think that is a very important part of this.
	It's called nullification.
	Under the Tenth Amendment, there are only certain things that have been delegated to the federal government.
	And drug prohibition is not one of them.
	The 18th Amendment testifies to that, that there was no authority to prohibit alcohol.
	And they had to have a special amendment to the Constitution, and then they later took it away.
	So if you look at the 10th Amendment and the 18th Amendment, you understand they don't have any constitutional authority for any of the drug war.
	None of the drug war.
	And so they also don't have the ability to say that you can't try experimental drugs.
	And 38 states have said so.
	And that really is the path.
	I find it interesting that of the remaining 12 states that don't allow you to have a right to try drugs, one of them is Wisconsin, where this senator is coming from.
	And I'm happy to see them slap the FDA down and say, don't interfere in the lives of terminally ill patients and their families.
	But really, this problem needs to be solved at the state level.
	The problem is the FDA. The problem is that we're doing any of this stuff at the federal level.
	They don't have authority for the FDA or the DEA under the Constitution, as if the Constitution mattered.
	But even though the government, the federal government, will not acknowledge publicly that the Tenth Amendment is in effect, it really is.
	And if you work on fixing some of these things at the state level, instead of trying to have Washington fix every problem for you, we'll actually get some improvements in our liberty.
	But I want to talk about a Supreme Court case that involves the First Amendment and the right to life.
	On Tuesday, there were oral arguments before the Supreme Court and a case coming out of California.
	A majority of the U.S. Supreme Court reports Weekly Standard seem to be skeptical about the constitutionality of a California law that required pro-life crisis pregnancy centers to advertise for, quote, free or low cost, unquote, government funded abortions.
	A key moment came when Justice Anthony Kennedy, who is frequently the swing vote on the court, they don't know if he's, they can't really identify him as being a conservative lawyer, So,
	you've got a pro-life facility and they take out a two-word advertisement that says, choose life.
	Well, the California law and the California Deputy Solicitor General, who was there arguing it, said yes.
	If they took out an ad that simply said, choose life, then they would have to include the following disclosure in the same sized font.
	California has public programs that provide immediate free or low-cost access to comprehensive family planning services, including all FDA-approved methods of contraception, prenatal care, and abortion for eligible women.
	To determine whether you qualify, contact the county social services at and then the phone number.
	So if you took out a two-page word that said choose life, California would require you to put that paragraph in there.
	Justice Kennedy said that this is an undue burden on free speech.
	It seems to me that that means that this is an undue burden in that instance, and that should suffice to invalidate the statute.
	To which I would add, California, please secede.
	Please leave the rest of us alone.
	You have a very strange mental illness that seems to be contagious, and we want you to go away.
	Orange County and the free state of Jefferson, you guys can stay.
	We'll let you get out of California.
	But the rest of them, they want to get away, let them go away.
	They don't see President Trump as their president.
	They don't see this as their country.
	They don't value any freedom whatsoever, whether it's free speech or Whether it's the right to life, nothing.
	And just as I said, this is not about a woman's right to choose.
	They don't want you to be able to choose whether or not you can have a drug as a terminally ill patient.
	They don't want you to choose your child's education or their vaccination schedule, nothing.
	No choice whatsoever except to choose to die.
	Or to choose to kill your children.
	That's all California cares about.

	What a place. Alright, let's talk about the gun march since we're talking about wacky liberals.
	And let's start by taking a look at a video that's gone viral about a mother who's in a house with her kids and some guy is trying to break in.
	Unbeknownst to him, she has a firearm to protect herself and her kids.
	Here's that video. Close to 10 in the morning, this guy casually walks up.
	He knocks on the front door of this Miami Gardens home.
	He's in full view of the highway.
	He looks around. Very busy highway.
	He tries forcing the door open.
	See, this guy, he is hitting the door open.
	Trying to kick it, trying to hit it with his shoulder.
	But investigators say he messed with the wrong mom.
	Yes, he did.
	I would do anything to protect my family.
	We're not identifying that mother, but she told us she was home with her 10 and 3-year-old kids.
	He keeps hammering on the door.
	I thought it was maybe my dreams or something.
	She says she peeked through the window and then her instincts just kicked in.
	She ran for the bedroom, grabbed her shotgun.
	She says she was shaking, but ready to protect her children.
	They were screaming and crying hysterically because they were afraid of either, you know, anything happening.
	But as soon as our perp breaks in, he's greeted by that shotgun.
	He was running for the life.
	What stopped you from killing this guy?
	You can see her pointing that shotgun and yelling at the guy.
	This mother now needs the public's help.
	Police say the suspect got away and still hasn't been found.
	Alright, so, for a long time, this guy is kicking and hitting the door with his body, and eventually he breaks through.
	But by that time, she's heard it, she's gotten her shotgun, didn't expect her to be able to defend herself.
	And you see this guy crashing through the door, and then immediately running out like a Looney Tunes character, and then the mother pointing the shotgun out the door.
	She said the only reason she didn't shoot him was because she didn't want to traumatize her kids.
	See, that's why we don't...
	I call this little astroturf march that they're doing.
	And it won't be little. It'll be big.
	They are busing students in from all over the place.
	Democrats are busing students in from surrounding states into Washington.
	So they're going to have a big pageant tomorrow.

	But I find it interesting, because that picture of him standing in front of Alexander Hamilton, and he's holding up a flintlock pistol, Does he realize that Alexander Hamilton might have survived, might have even become president, if he had better gun control?

	And he took the first shot, but he missed Aaron Burr.

	I find it interesting, though, because we finally had, you know, we heard that the House came out and said that there was no collusion in their findings.
	But now they have actually released the report.
	And as people are going through it, they're finding some interesting stuff.
	Some of it not really very surprising.
	But it is interesting to see that they have pointed out that James the liar Clapper did it again.
	He lied to the House Intelligence Committee.
	Can you imagine? James, the Clapper liar, you know, who's looking down, he can't look at Ron Wyden in the eye.
	And he says, no, Senator, we're not...
	Not intentionally surveilling anybody.
	No, they're looking at Bitcoin users.
	They're looking at everybody. They're getting dragnet surveillance on all of America, and that was exposed within about a month of that lie.
	But, of course, he just passed the five-year anniversary of going to jail, being charged with perjury, because he did that under oath.
	Now he's done another one.
	He just keeps going to Congress and testifying under oath and lying to people.
	So here's some of the findings that they found.
	Number one, the executive branch never told the Trump campaign of possible compromised advisers.
	As if this was about national security.
	So you would expect that if they were really concerned about national security, and if they really thought there were people like Carter Page and Paul Manafort who were criminals who were compromised by the Russians, if they really believed that, don't you think they would have a duty to tell President Trump, hey, we think you've got some Russian moles in your campaign?
	No, they didn't. And I think that right there screams loudly that this was nothing but political espionage.
	Political entrapment.
	They also say no Mueller indictments have any relation to possible collusion between Trump campaign and Russian intelligence.
	That we had been told before, that they found no evidence of collusion.
	But then this new one, that Clapper and the intelligence community probably leaked classified information so that they could damage President Trump.
	Yes, the House probe has accused Clapper of misleading Congress.
	This is what they say when they don't want to call a politically powerful person a liar.
	They say that he provided inconsistent testimony about his contacts to the media.
	In other words, James Clapper is a lying leaker.
	Let me just put it in plain terms here.
	You know, sometimes we have to do that.
	Like when we talk to these abortionists who want to quibble about terminology.
	You know, oh, it's not torture.
	It's enhanced interrogation.
	Oh, it's not assassination without search warrants or findings.
	Oh, it's a disposition matrix instead.
	Or, no, no, no, we didn't cut that baby's throat.
	I just did a surgical procedure to slice the larynx of a fetus.
	And so he didn't lie and leak.
	He provided inconsistent testimony.
	And then they also said this, which I think is also interesting.
	They said that Michael Flynn pled guilty to making a false statement to the FBI, quote, even though the FBI agents did not detect any deception during his interview, during Flynn's interview.
	Do you hear that? They pushed him into pleading guilty, and that's the danger of this Stalin-esque investigation.
	They pushed an honorable good man, I believe he's served his country honorably for a very long time, Michael Flynn, They pushed him out of office, they pushed him to plead guilty, even though the FBI agents said there was nothing deceptive about his interview.
	Again, as we said from the very beginning, it was a technicality.
	And from the very beginning, I said, this is just like Monty Python, the Bridge of Doom.
	Before the other side you see these questions three, you must answer.

	No intent to deceive. The findings suggest that the FBI improperly charged Michael Flynn.

	The actual report from the House Intelligence Committee has now been released, and we'd heard the primary conclusion that came out, that yes, there was no collusion between President Trump and the members of his staff.
	That had already come out, but there was a couple of other things that I thought were interesting.
	One of them is that the executive branch never told the Trump campaign of possible compromised advisers.
	If they believed, as they pretend to believe, that Carter Page and Paul Manafort were somehow compromised by the Russians, wouldn't you, in the interest of national security, advise the Trump campaign?
	No, because it wasn't about that.
	It wasn't about that at all.
	And so as they move on with this, the other thing that has come out that is really what most of the media is focusing on is that we now have James the Liar Clapper lying yet again.
	The guy who lied about the surveillance of Americans, saying, no, no, no, we're not looking at Americans.
	Oh, yes, yes, yes, you were.
	We saw that from Snowden leaks, and we saw it in spades with something that was just released this last week after five years.
	Again, this information, the Snowden leaks were given to a couple of news organizations, to the Intercept, to the Guardian, to the Washington Post.
	They set on a lot of this stuff.
	And one of the things that they set on for the last five years, it was very relevant, To the Silk Road trial, which was really, as we've said from the very beginning, about the power to arbitrarily shut down a website that they don't like.
	Whether it's that you're selling something that they don't like or you're telling something that they don't like.
	And now we see their surrogates, Google and Twitter and Facebook, doing this openly as well.
	But they've also passed a law that gives them more powers to shut down websites.
	It just happened this last week with the Senate.
	So this is something that was developing for quite some time.
	And just in the last week, we found that the NSA said their number one priority was Bitcoin, not terrorism.
	Bitcoin. That was the threat to them.
	And so you had James Clapper say, no, no, no, no.
	We're not doing any surveillance of the American public.
	Not at all. No surveillance.
	And now, he just passed his fifth year anniversary so nobody can charge him with perjury because he did this under oath.
	That was what they impeached President Clinton for, was perjury under oath for lying about a consensual relationship.
	But James Clapper escaped this.
	James the liar Clapper. And now...
	They said that he provided inconsistent testimony to the committee about his contacts with the media, including CNN. He is now a contributor to CNN as a national security analyst.
	And you can believe CNN, right?
	They got James Clapper, they got John Brennan working for them.
	I think Brennan is there. It might be at MSNBC. I don't know.
	CNN, MSNBC. It's hard to tell the difference for me.
	But these guys who have been lying to us through official channels are now lying to us through the media channels.

	He said the deep state shapes presidents.

	And he talks about Skripal and the situation in the UK. He also talked about how the deep state influences people.
	And we have talked about this many times.
	The fact that you have a permanent, entrenched bureaucracy that is every bit as permanent as the judiciary, the federal judges who are appointed for life.
	That's why there is such outrage from these people.
	Such unmitigated, uncontrolled rage.
	And the fact that President Trump would not only fire a federal bureaucrat, but one of the highest ranking federal bureaucrats.
	Don't you realize who is in charge here, they want to say?
	You fired Comey, you fired McCabe.
	It doesn't matter what they did.
	You're not supposed to fire these people.
	They are hired for life, and they're supposed to get a generous pension for the rest of their life.
	And Ed Snowden talked about Obama.
	He said, Obama's an instructive case.
	Here's a guy who campaigned on a platform of ending warrantless wiretapping and said, that's not who we are, not what we do, and so forth.
	He was going to close Gitmo, but he kept it open.
	He said he was going to limit extrajudicial killings, but then he started bragging about it, saying, yeah, I'm pretty good at killing.
	He went on to authorize more drone strikes than Bush did, and it became something of an industry.
	And so he said, what happens as part of this?
	These guys could be liars.
	Now, look, I didn't believe that Obama was ever telling the truth.
	Obama was a product of the CIA himself.
	The white family that raised him, the grandparents who really raised him because his mother wasn't there a great deal of the time, But the grandparents who had a big influence on his life, they were some of the founding members of the OSS. They were founding fathers of the deep state, the CIA. He grew up in a CIA family.
	His mother was part of USAID, which frequently is a beard for the CIA as well.
	And so I think he was lying to people.
	I don't think he was controlled by individuals.
	I think that's why these people hate President Trump so much, will do anything to take him down, Brenner, Clapper, and others.
	But they also do have a lot of influence on presidents, and he is right about that.
	The way they will come in, he says, you've got a bureaucrat that's been sitting there for 20 years or more.
	And he says, I understand what you said, and I respect your principles, but if you do what you promised, people will die.
	It's very easy for the president to go, well, for now, I'm going to set this controversy to the side.
	I'm going to take your advice. I'll let you guys decide how these things should be done, and then I will revisit it.
	And when I have a little bit more experience, maybe in a few months, maybe in a few years, but then they never do.
	That's part of it. It may be actually a little bit more...
	A little bit more direct than that.
	Who knows? But Rand Paul was also talking about the deep state.
	He was asked in an interview by Laura Ingram if the deep state term accurately describes the unelected bureaucracy of the national security officials.
	And he said, absolutely there is a deep state.
	Because the deep state is the intelligence agencies that do not have any oversight.
	He says only eight people in Congress know what these people are doing.
	And traditionally, those eight people have been a rubber stamp to let the intelligence communities do whatever they want.
	There's no skeptic among those eight people supposedly overseeing the intelligence community.
	And he's referring to what people frequently call the gang of eight.
	These are majority and minority leaders from both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
	And Paul went on to point out that John Brennan and James Clapper used intelligence collected without any judicial warrants for political purposes to try to bring down President Trump.
	He said John Brennan and James Clapper were doing whatever the hell they wanted without any judicial warrants, and I think there were numerous people in the Obama administration who were using intelligence, one, to try to bring Trump down, but two, also they were using it for political purposes, and this is very worrisome.
	That's why I said, you know, when Megyn Kelly came here, she was so proud of her interview with Vladimir Putin.
	I said, did you see my interview? I said, I'm not worried about Putin.
	I'm worried about the Brennans, the Clappers, the Haydens, who are the real government here, who want to overthrow our elections.
	I said, they're the real direct threat to us.
	They can do far more.
	To manipulate our elections than anybody else.
	And Judge Napolitano, in addressing this competition between what he says are different branches of the government.
	Well, it's a competition between the bureaucratic branch that runs everything.
	And I understand, too, that the bureaucratic branch is now writing our laws.
	Rand Paul knows that. He's talked about the RAINS Act to say that we have to stop Allowing the bureaucracy to write all the rules.
	And that's what they do. They write the rules and then they say, well, they're rules, they're not laws.
	So when you violate their rules, then you don't have any presumption of innocence and you don't have any protection of due process.
	And you don't have any protection against excessive fines.
	That's why the EPA could go in and put massive fines of tens of thousands of dollars a day against a welder in the middle of Montana.
	Who had built a small pond for his kids to play in and for livestock.
	He had eight acres and he put a small pond there.
	They were putting something like $37,000 fines against him per day and then they tried to usurp another power.
	And they tried to actually garnish his wages.
	At that point, it was a bit much for people.
	But they'd already accumulated millions of dollars against him.
	This is how these people are out of control.
	It's not just the intelligence agencies.
	They're some of the worst ones.

	That are being corralled by the Hollywood left, by George Soros organizations, bust in by Democrats from around Washington, D.C. It's going to be happening over the weekend.
	And they've got these kids out there marching and demanding that their freedoms be taken away.

	He kept kicking it and throwing his body against it until he eventually broke the door and got in.
	But by that time, She had her kids behind her and a shotgun in her hand.

	As they point out, three people were killed in southwestern France on today, Friday.
	On Friday, when a gunman held up a car that opened fire on police, then took hostages into a supermarket and screaming, Allahu Akbar.
	And I think that these kids, as they are marching over the weekend, they need to also march for gun control in France.

	You know, maybe they should try some immigration control in France.

	Except they've had more than 240 people been killed in France and attacked since 2015 by assailants who have pledged allegiance to or were inspired by ISIS. Hashtag never again ISIS. Never ISIS. That'll do it.

	Now they say a 45-year-old lieutenant colonel swapped himself in exchange for one of the hostages.
	That's not clear whether he was one of the people who was killed.
	Going in there. That's a very brave act.
	This guy is murdering people and he exchanges himself for one of the hostages.
	Absolutely amazing. But you know, some cultures are better than others, aren't they?
	When we look at these types of things, and again, the media comes out and says with this report, it appeared to be a terrorist attack.
	Whatever gave you that idea?
	You have CNN coming out and saying the Austin bombings weren't labeled, quote-unquote, terrorism.
	And here's why. Listen to CNN. Listen to why we call them fake news.
	CNN says, a man terrifies a city for weeks, detonating explosive devices that kill two people.
	Then, when cornered by the police, he blows himself up with one of his bombs.
	The acts of a terrorist in some Middle Eastern nation?
	No! These were the acts of a, quote, very challenged young man, unquote, in Texas.
	But when a man in a rented truck mows down people on a busy bicycle path near the World Trade Center, killing eight people, the attack is almost immediately called an act of terror.
	Why are some violent acts labeled terrorism and others are not?
	And does it even matter, asks CNN. Clearly, they don't understand the meaning of the word terrorism.
	They say the New York truck attack, and this is terrorism.
	The New York truck attack was called terrorism.
	The suspect said he was inspired by ISIS and other ISIS sympathizers have used vehicle ramming attacks overseas to terrify and kill scores of people.
	He was screaming. These people scream, Allahu Akbar.

	Well, you pronounced larynx wrong.

	You want to use that as an excuse?
	It doesn't matter what she does as long as you pronounce it correctly?
	Seriously? Seriously?
	And they use these terms, just like the CIA, as well as enhanced interrogation, it's not torture.

	And these people really are bimbos.
	That was a term that Hillary Clinton used to attack the people verbally and to attack their character when they were not bimbos.

	Now, he wrote a political blog for a community college, And he said, well, these are my stances.
	You asked me, this is what I believe, but I can't really defend these stances.
	So he really wasn't very committed to anything.
	He had been told some things as a homeschooled kid.
	At that point, it sounded to me like he had his head on straight.
	And there was a report, we talked about that yesterday.
	But now they're trying to use that and say, oh, it's the conservatives.
	It's actually, let me tell you something.
	Here in Texas... The homeschool association that I'm involved with, they've already had local press snooping around.
	Oh, we want to talk to some homeschooling families.
	Because one thing happens, that they can relate to a homeschooling event six years earlier, and they want to demonize homeschooling.
	Just like they did in California.
	Forget about the fact that we have this situation here in a school in Michigan.
	This is not a homeschooling situation.
	A child sodomized by classmates and the classmates in kindergarten record their assault on school-issued iPads.
	And the administration didn't do anything about it.
	So now the parents are suing in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
	A 23-page federal lawsuit disturbing allegations.
	The boy was only five years old.
	Sodomized by his fellow classmates with portions of the assaults recorded and shared...
	Leading the boy to cover himself with mulch to avoid more embarrassment and harassment, according to the lawsuit.
	Isn't that incredible? School officials did not protect the boy and turned a blind eye to the abuse once it was brought to light.

	Let me tell you, my wife has a master's degree in education.
	She taught in school for a while.
	And it wasn't this kind of perverted, brave new world sexual assault that was going on.
	She taught in an open classroom. And she could tell what the other teachers were doing.
	And it was elementary school.
	And this one teacher was so incredibly abusive to a young boy, very shy.
	She had him stand in front of the class in a trash room and said, you are nothing but a piece of trash.
	Stand in that garbage can.
	My wife went to the principal and the principal said, she's tenured.
	We can't do anything about it.
	We've got to collect multiple instances of like that before we can do anything about it.
	Get that teacher out. And that's just why they never did anything about it.
	My wife left the school system.
	My wife and I both went to public school.
	She taught in public school.
	And because of that, we will never put our kids in public school.
	This situation with this child, five-year-old child, sodomized and videotaped by his fellow classmates, this kind of stuff is happening.

	A little bit of marching music.
	Maybe, I don't think they'll be using this for the students' march tomorrow.
	They say it's the march for our lives.
	No, it is the march to take away their liberty and yours.
	It'd be bad enough if they talked these young kids into demanding that their freedoms be taken away from them.
	But they're out there campaigning to take away your freedom.
	This is an AstroTurf movement.
	It is being funded and pushed by the Democrats, by Hollywood, by George Soros, and of course by the media.
	You're going to see a lot of media coverage of this March tomorrow.
	And I just, before we get into that, I just want to remind you of how the government failed to protect people at that particular school.
	And we had a different school where...
	An individual came in, shot his ex-girlfriend, shot somebody else who was either the boy she was going out with or somebody trying to stop her.
	But a school security officer stopped him at that point.
	And that is the way that it's supposed to work.
	Look, you can do a sucker punch on anybody, can't you?
	You could take a baseball bat.
	He could have taken a baseball bat in there and hit his girlfriend in the head and killed her.
	But somebody's got to be able to stop him.
	And you want to make sure that you've got a school security officer or you've got...
	Unmarked teachers with concealed carry that nobody knows.
	You got teachers around with guns and people don't know who they are.
	They're not wearing a uniform. That is the most effective deterrent.
	But they failed to fund that in this budget that was just passed in Congress.
	They failed to have any money there for increased school security or for arming teachers, any of that stuff.
	Not that that should be done at the federal level, but they did put some gun control measures in that budget.
	But I want to talk about what's going on at that school.
	One month after the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, they found one of the deputies asleep in his patrol car.
	They still haven't gotten their game up, right?
	And again, this highlights the fact that it really is something that, you know, it used to be the Democrats would say all politics is local.
	I would say all security is local.
	First and foremost, you are responsible for your own security and safety.
	And the way that's going to happen is with a generous application of liberty.
	Liberty makes you safe.
	When you give up your liberty in exchange for security, to that measure you become a slave.
	Slaves are never safe.
	Slaves are never comfortable.
	They're never prosperous. And so you're making yourself poor, you're making yourself less secure every time you trade off your liberty for the promise of security.
	And we can see this.
	You know, they willfully ignore these students, willfully ignore that the government can't protect them.
	And so you'd think that they would get their game up.
	But they had an officer who was patrolling the campus, was notified, another officer, was notified by a student that this police officer, his name is Karody, appeared to be sleeping in his car.
	And when the officer went to check on him, he said, yeah, he's sleeping in his car.
	Sleeping on the job. And so we're going to have Democrats tomorrow busing in supporters into Washington with their hashtag never again.
	Never again. As if that's ever going to happen.
	We're going to just wish the firearms in the cornfield.
	And we're going to make all of our society, especially our schools, gun-free and drug-free.
	Oh, that's right. We've had a war on drugs for 50 years.
	And there's no drugs in school, are there?
	Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
	Yeah, that's right. And no alcohol, none of that other bad stuff.
	No, we have to realize it's a real world.
	There is no perfect world.
	There is no utopian society.
	There's simply a world in which the government has a monopoly on the use of force or a free society where you have the ability to defend yourself.

	And even on airplanes.

	Spirit Airlines apologizes after a stewardess spouts an anti-gun speech during a flight.
	And this guy tweets out and he goes...
	I just landed in Baltimore in Spirit Airlines.
	And the stewardess felt compelled to give us all a speech about the March for Our Lives, which openly says on the petition they're trying to categorically ban AR-15s and made everybody clap.
	The stewardess made everybody so she gives them a speech and makes everybody clap for her.
	And he says, can anything just be non-political anymore?
	To which Spirit Airlines says, well, we're sorry about this happening and so forth.
	I mean, that says something also about the environment on airplanes, that you're being intimidated enough by a stewardess that if they say clap, you clap.
	If they say jump, you ask them how high.
	Because otherwise, they're going to drag you off of the plane, feet first, and you'll get the rest of the punishment meted out to you by this authoritarian structure that we now call air travel.
	And then this story. As YouTube is ignoring child exploitation, they announced the ban on millions of gun videos.
	And I find it interesting that when they came out with these guidelines, we've reported on multiple times, they said the new guidelines won't go into effect until a month from now.
	If your channel has firearms-related content, so forth and so on.
	No, that's not true, is it?
	They've already shut down many channels, deleted all of their videos, did it instantly without notification.
	And they don't want anything out there that shows anybody how to manufacture or how to modify firearms.
	And the Sport Shooting Association has over 200,000 subscribers to their YouTube channel.
	Said we're very concerned that they're going to have a purge of safety-related videos, gun training videos.
	Because these idiots...
	Don't know the difference between a semi-automatic and a fully automatic.
	And they don't have a definition for assault weapons.
	There we go back again to the kind of language that they use.
	These kids who are here illegally that we are being taxed on our homes to pay for their free education.
	These foreign citizens, they are foreign citizens, they're not Americans.
	They're criminally trespassing.
	But we have to pay for their education and we have to do it with higher taxes on our homes.
	Destroying our American dream.
	But they call them dreamers.
	And they call these weapons that they can't...
	that they don't understand.
	They call them assault weapons. Then we had Cory Booker, who wants to run for president, is now calling the AR-15 a weapon of mass destruction.
	No. No.
	Bombs are weapons of mass destruction.
	Why don't we have a march to say never again?
	We're never going to have any more bombs.
	Would that stop this kid?
	Would it stop ISIS? Never again, ISIS. Never again, mad bomber.
	Let's have Washington get involved and pass some laws against having bombs.
	Yeah, that's right. There already are laws against that.
	Didn't stop him, did it? So, I've got more that I can say about this, but I'm sure we'll talk about this when we come back on Monday.
	Let's talk here for a moment about the change in the White House area with the national security team.
	We've had H.R. McMaster removed and replaced by Bolton, John Bolton.
	And many of us are very concerned because John Bolton has been an open advocate of regime change.
	He pushed unashamedly for the Iraq War, which President Trump said was one of the worst decisions ever.
	But he is a very effective communicator.
	And that also makes him a very dangerous person in that position.
	But where did this all start?
	Well, this is something that was in the works, and it's been rumored, and not only rumored, but widely reported, that McMaster was going to go and be replaced by John Bolton.
	But I don't think anybody was really expecting this was going to happen so soon.
	As a matter of fact, John Bolton said that he was very surprised by the timing.
	And it all goes back, I think, this rapid replacement goes back to the little spat in Washington.
	And again, outside of Washington, does anybody really care that President Trump called up Vladimir Putin, tried to ease relations, tried to set up some arms talks?
	And as an act of diplomacy...
	He said he congratulated Putin on winning the election.
	I mean, maybe what he just said was, Vlad, you won.
	They took it as, glad you won, or whatever.
	I don't know. I mean, seriously, though.
	Can't you just say, and President Trump does this all the time.
	Oh, yeah. I love your military parade there, dictator.
	Great, great job. They're looking really sharp.
	That's what he does.
	It's called diplomacy.
	But they had a memo that said, don't congratulate him on the election.
	And when he did, they leaked that to embarrass him and to also justify their own position.
	And this has now been put on McMaster by many people.
	McMaster was the one who was fingered.
	We had Representative Mark Meadows, Republican of North Carolina, conservative leader, foreign policy expert.
	And he said, here's the big deal.
	If you've got the National Security Council team leaking to the press, that's a big deal.
	Quite frankly, some of the other stuff that they leaked is actually a crime.
	And so many people believe that this abrupt termination of McMaster and replacement by John Bolton, which was going to happen anyway, Was accelerated because of this, that it was his team or he was the one who leaked this.
	And you know when we look at this and the fact that, oh, you can't congratulate Putin, but you can give a billion-dollar arms deal to the Saudis, including 6,700 missiles.
	No, they've got us over a barrel.
	I talked in the first couple of hours about the petrodollar, the threats to the petrodollar by the Chinese.
	On Monday, they are going to start with the Chinese yuan and doing exactly the opposite of what Henry Kissinger and Richard Nixon did when they took us off the gold standard and put us on the petrodollar in an alliance with Saudi Arabia, who seems to have the open hand right now.
	The Chinese are going to be redeeming, make their Chinese petroyuan redeemable in gold.
