	Cutting through the electronic Berlin Wall of disinformation.

	Well, we have a budget, and it is a buster.

	Republicans are showing that they know how to spend money like Democrats, and they know how to tax like Democrats.
	We've only got a couple of people who are concerned about it.
	Rand Paul is one of them.
	Louie Gohmert, we got a clip from him.
	And the House Freedom Caucus are very concerned about what's going on with the budget.
	We're going to tell you what's happening with that.
	A 2200 page plus budget drop with less than 24 hours for anybody to take a look at it.
	Sounds like business as usual, doesn't it?
	Do you realize that there's not really any difference between the two parties, especially the leadership of the parties?
	We've got a few people inside the Republican Party, but other than that, we don't really have much of a difference.
	And we're going to take a look at the other tools of control that are being put out here.
	As YouTube hammers gun videos across the spectrum, that's only one aspect of it.
	People aren't paying too much attention to a new bill that was done purportedly to protect us from sexual offenders online.
	But what it does is it's going to, according to Ron Wyden, according to the Cato Institute, according to the Human Rights Center, according to ACLU. So you get people all over the spectrum that are concerned about this.
	That it is going to allow only the largest companies, you know, like Facebook.
	Who supports this new legislation?
	It's going to allow Facebook and big companies who have lots and lots of lawyers and are eager to have any pretense for shutting down a website.
	It's going to give them the ability to shut down websites.
	And later today, we're going to be talking to Lynn Albrecht, the mother of Ross Albrecht.
	And you remember, he was sent to jail multiple life sentences for running a website.
	No allegation that he did anything personally.
	They alleged that he ran a website where people were allowed to buy and sell things that the government would prohibit and do it with Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, that they did not control.
	And yesterday... We pointed out a newly released Snowden document.
	Yes, they still have documents that Snowden put out there that he gave to these people in the media.
	And they have been the gatekeepers on this.
	And Julian Assange called out The Intercept, The Guardian, The Washington Post.
	Who would think that The Washington Post would expose anything that's of any significance anymore?
	But call them out for sitting on this for five years.
	Five years. And showing that the NSA had said, Bitcoin is our number one priority.
	Not terrorism.
	Bitcoin. Why is that?
	And that had massive implications for the Silk Road trial.
	There were a lot of reasons why this conviction should be overturned.
	You had corrupt agents who had taken control of the website and were running it, and subsequently faced criminal penalties for this, but that was never disclosed, just like it wasn't disclosed at the Bundy trial.
	But now we have verification of the trial, and this trial didn't begin until two years after these documents were leaked by Snowden.
	So 2013, Snowden leaks the documents.
	These media outlets that he leaked them to set on this information until just a day or so ago.
	And the prosecutors, the defenders in the case of Silk Road said, where did they get this information?
	Where's their search warrant? How did this come?
	We knew it was parallel construction, but now we know.
	Exactly. What's there?
	Because we have these documents here.
	So we're going to talk to Len Ulbricht about this particular case and its implications.
	But it has implications for all of us.
	All of us deserve due process, don't we?
	Regardless of what you think about Silk Road or the products that people were buying there, to send somebody to jail...

	And this is now what they're actively moving on.
	They said at the time, this was a bellwether and it was going to be used to send other websites to jail.
	And now this law that was quietly passed is doing exactly that.

	Welcome back. We've now seen YouTube and other media outlets openly join the attempt to shut down both the First Amendment and the Second Amendment.
	These are the actions that YouTube took yesterday.
	We're going to talk about that later in the program.
	And I want to talk first about this spending bill, but that censorship that YouTube is now openly doing, the tactics of control that are in operation here, and clearly you can see from the actions of YouTube saying that they're going to take down, and they have already taken down, many large sites.
	You've got one organization that is National Sports Shooting Association, I think it is.
	They have 200,000 subscribers.
	They said... We're concerned about where this is going.
	They know that it's going to result in the absolute erasure of anything that has to do with guns.
	Even the responsible use.
	Even training videos that show people how to shoot responsibly and to learn gun safety.
	That will be purged. That is really what is here.
	And they're using this newfound ability as they created...
	The public square for videos, and they became essentially the monopoly.
	They own the public square.
	But they own it privately, so they can do whatever they want.
	And I've said before, this is a tactic that we have seen at state levels.
	When you have the Republicans and Democrats come in and set all kinds of onerous ballot access requirements on third parties and independents, when you jump through all those hoops and you spend most of your precious few dollars as a third party or independent, complying with all these regulations, getting everything verified, you get ballot access, and it's like, great, now we can get in the debate and we can talk about some real issues that the Republicans and Democrats don't like to talk about.
	No, no, you're not going to be included in the debate because we have the debate being run by a private organization.
	A consortium, or maybe we should say a cartel, of media organizations That are in bed with the Republicans and Democrat establishments.
	And they don't want these issues discussed.
	That's why they don't ask anything other than the usual two or three questions to the Republicans and Democrats.
	They don't want to expand the terms of debates or the issues of the debate.
	And so this private organization is used by the political establishment as a censorship organization.
	And I've already seen it happen multiple times.
	When I was involved at the state level, they will shut down political debate and they will do it saying, this is a private organization.
	And they created those structures because it had gotten out of their hands.
	When it was a public organization that was running the public debates, then they said, well, you can't shut people down.
	They're legitimately on the ballot.
	That's a violation of the First Amendment.
	It's like, hmm, how can we deal with this?
	I know we can create a private entity to control the debates and then we can shut it down.
	Now, that was 25, 30 years ago.
	You don't think they thought about that with Facebook and with Google, that they could create these private entities, that they could fund them through In-Q-Tel and other things?
	Maybe use it one or two levels indirect.
	And we've traced the money on that, the funding for these organizations.
	A couple levels indirect, that's all right.
	You know, it's kind of like Planned Parenthood.
	They say, yeah, we are...
	Women's health centers.
	Yes, we do abortion, but when you send that money there, you're sending it for public health.
	You're not sending it to actually pay for abortion.
	So the money is going to fund anything that they do.
	And so you can say, well, we're giving money to these people.
	But it was actually at the founding of these organizations that they got some funding for.
	That was kind of laundered through a couple of different levels of indirection, so you couldn't exactly say, well, yeah, look, this is a check written from In-Q-Tel, these people.
	No, In-Q-Tel would write a check to somebody, and they would write it to their organization.
	That organization would write it to Facebook or whatever.
	That's the way they operate.
	They wanted this. They created this.
	It was a rope-a-dope. Here, we'll create Facebook.
	We'll create YouTube. Everybody come on in.
	It's all free. Yeah, you find out what they do with your information now.
	You were the product. We always told you that.
	You were the product. Now, I've seen articles the last couple of days.
	People saying, my son just explained this to me.
	I've been the product.
	It's like, really?
	You're just figuring this out now?
	We've been saying it for years.
	Saying it for years. Why don't you watch Infowars?
	We'll tell you what's happening before it happens to you.
	Before you look in the mirror and say you just got run over or whatever.
	You just run over somebody like a self-crashing vehicle.
	But we look at the way this tyranny is rolling out.
	Everybody sees it now with YouTube.
	Using their censorship capabilities not only to attack the First Amendment, but to do it specifically attack the Second Amendment.
	But let me tell you something. We're going to talk about this later.
	When you look at this self-crashing vehicle that we have that just ran over a pedestrian.
	And I've seen some media outlets say, oh, this is the first death.
	No, it's not. Don't you remember the Uber guy?
	Who I think, he was in the military, Special Forces or something.
	He loved his Uber, and he loved just to sit there, just like you'll see.
	I've got video that's been released, dash cam video that shows both the driver, who was supposed to be monitoring, they call him the safety driver.
	That driver is nothing but a beard.
	And oh, by the way, the driver that Uber put in there had two felony convictions.
	See, that was part of the issue here in Austin and many other cities, the fact that Uber didn't want to submit their people to background checks and provide that to the city governments.
	They said, wait a minute, this is a very dangerous situation.
	And this is a theory that if you have somebody who is a dangerous individual, that they can harm people and their taxi, sexual assaults, whatever.
	It's already happened in other places with Uber.
	That's why people started asking these questions.
	They said, we're not a taxi company, we're an information sharing company.
	And they said, well, you can go share your information somewhere else.
	You're not going to do business here in Austin, and many other cities have joined in that.
	I think London as well.
	You're not going to do this if you're not going to do background checks.
	That's why we have background checks for taxi drivers.
	So they put this Uber driver in that's got a couple of felonies, and we'll show you the video, what happens with that, and let you make up your mind Was the car at fault?
	Was the safety driver at fault?
	All of the above?
	Or was it the pedestrian at fault?
	We'll take a look at that.
	But before we get into this, again, coming up later in the program, Lynn Albrecht is going to be on with us.
	Her son, Ross Albrecht, is serving multiple life sentences without any possibility of parole for running a website and for using Bitcoin.
	And as I pointed out yesterday, recently released Snowden documents from 2013 that were embargoed by the news media organizations that he released them to, the Intercept, the Guardian, Washington Post, They did not put those out until five years later.
	In the interim, in 2015, Ross Ulbricht was convicted.
	And people thought, there's something fishy about this.
	Now we find out with these documents that have been released that Bitcoin was the number one priority of the NSA, according to the NSA. Bitcoin is our number one priority.
	Not terrorism. And remember, we had Michael Hayden, former director of the CIA and the NSA, said, I'm not interested in bad people, I'm interested in interesting people.
	They are not there to protect you.
	You gave up your Fourth Amendment and your liberty because you thought the NSA and the CIA and the FBI were going to protect you.
	They don't. That's not what this is about.
	It's about creating a surveillance state.
	And so we're going to have Lynn Ulbrich on.
	This is information that should help With the appeal of her son's trial, but it also should be very alarming to you how this information is being used.
	And we're also going to be joined by a candidate for governor in Georgia.
	Remember in Georgia where Delta Airlines said they're going to boycott the NRA and they're not going to allow discounts from the NRA and so forth?
	Making a big show of this, just like YouTube is doing right now.
	And Georgia legislators, and this man who is running, his name is Williams, is running for governor, and he is a state senator.
	He was part of this move to push back against Delta.
	Delta lost millions of dollars in a deal that was subsidy, and basically he had opposed the subsidy to them in the first place.
	But then after they did this, they lost the subsidy.
	They had something like a dozen NRA members who had used the discount for Delta.
	And so hopefully something like that is going to happen to YouTube as well.
	We've got to move away from this control grid that they have created for us with YouTube and with Facebook.
	People on the left are absolutely apoplectic about what has happened with Facebook.
	Why? Because the surveillance data is being used by conservatives, by Trump people.
	That was the Rubicon for Facebook.

	But that was the thing that did it for them.
	Not the fact that the NSA is spying on everybody and trying to entrap people and send them to prison.

	All right, let's talk taxes, spending, spending, Federal Reserve rates going up.
	All of this stuff happened yesterday.
	It's about to happen again. It hasn't passed the budget yet, but it's a 2,232-page spending bill.
	It was dropped at the last minute.
	Does this sound familiar?
	How many times have we seen this?
	Wasn't this what we voted for Republicans to not do?
	Something created by Nancy Pelosi.
	We've got to pass the bill to find out what's in it.
	So here's your 2,000-page Obamacare bill, or however many pages it was.
	It was thousands of pages.
	Here's your Obamacare bill.
	Just vote on it. No time to read it.
	We're not going to do that. And that's been the standard operating procedure ever since.
	I want to play for you a clip of Louie Gohmert.
	Let's get video clip number seven.
	I want to play for you what Louie Gohmert said here in just a minute.
	But here's what Rand Paul said before it was released.
	Rand Paul, and they point out in this McClatchy article that he single-handedly delayed the last budget because they do this and they say, well, you got to do it.
	We got a deadline tomorrow.
	We got to pass this thing. Well, why don't you think about the fact that you knew that this deadline was coming up.
	So why don't you back this up and say, well, we're going to put together a spending bill and the deadline on putting together the bill is going to be a week or 10 days or two weeks or a month.
	So we have time to talk about what's in this before the actual deadline that we have to pass it.
	That's the way any rational organization would do it.
	But we're not dealing with a rational organization here.
	We're dealing with Congress. And so he opposed this the last time they were running through.
	He said he hadn't decided yet whether or not he is going to oppose this.
	He said, I'd like to see it first.
	But he says, it's ridiculous to drop this at the last minute.
	He says, you have to know what's in it. Really, we should be looking at 1,000-page bills within 24 hours to decide what's in them.
	It's really not a good way to run your government.
	Sometimes Rand Paul can be the master of understatement.
	He said, that's why I gave him a piece of my mind the last time around.
	I'm upset that we're spending like every Democrat that we criticize.
	I ran for office because I thought the Obama spending and trillion dollar annual deficits were a real problem for our country.
	And now Republicans are doing the same thing.
	And you know, when he did this last month, as they remind us in this article, John Cornyn, Republican of Texas, called Rand Paul grossly irresponsible.
	No, Senator Cornyn, what is grossly irresponsible is you spending more than a trillion dollars going up by increased spending in many different ways by hundreds of billions of dollars.
	And this is a $1.3 trillion budget.
	Spending that kind of money, Senator Cornyn, is irresponsible.
	Doing it and burying all this stuff at the last minute, as we're going to point out, oh, there's funding in there for Chuckie Schumer.
	You can see him.
	He is grinning from ear to ear.
	He got money for his pet tunnel project, but no money for the wall, or at least no substantial money for the wall.
	This is insane.
	Yeah, he gets money for his tunnel.
	I am the Underminer.
	Yeah, this is incredible, all right.
	But it is also incredible to say that it is grossly irresponsible for the only adult in the Senate to stand up and oppose this, Rand Paul.
	The rest of these people say, you should just go along with the process.
	The budget and the process are grossly irresponsible.
	Let's play what Louie Gohmert in the House had to say.
	Yeah. This is really tragic.
	A massive spending bill.
	And the truth is, the House did our job.
	We passed 12 appropriations bills.
	We had a budget. And the Senate didn't do their job.
	And it doesn't appear they're ever going to until, number one, we get rid of the cloture, the 60-vote requirement, and go with 51...
	He's ready for it to go. Oh yeah, President Trump's been great on that.
	And by the way, the Constitution only requires a majority.
	That was a superimposition by the Senate.
	It's not required. Mitch McConnell does not want to get rid of that.
	And there are plenty of Democrats and Republicans speaking out saying they don't want to do it.
	If you look back before the November 2016 election, you will see that there were Democrats like Schumer that were hinting, you know, maybe it's time to get back to a majority ruling and maybe we can't get it done.
	McConnell doesn't want the responsibility.
	And it sure sounded to me like they were preparing to take the majority, get rid of cloture and stuff it to McConnell and the Republicans.
	And the fact is, The Constitution requires 51 votes, just a majority.
	It doesn't require 60.
	That was the Senate's own rule.
	The Senate brought that goofy rule into the world, and the Senate, with 51 votes, can take it out, and I think they should.
	But the other thing, too, though, is we have got to make clear, and it didn't happen, but we've got to make clear to the Senate, look, We are not going to do another omnibus, CR, anything of that nature.
	You have got to pass your appropriations bill.
	And I know we've got a committee that's looking into a new budget process.
	All right, let's leave it at that point because he's getting down in the details.
	The big picture here is they're spending money, as Ronald Reagan said.
	He can't say they're spending it like drunken sailors.
	That would be unfair to drunken sailors.
	There is no limit to their spending.
	And they just keep raising the debt ceiling.
	And they don't care. And everybody is just pouring in whatever they want.
	This headline from Wolf Richter a week ago saying, The U.S. gross national debt jumped by $72.8 billion in one day.
	Think about that.
	$72.8 billion in one day last week.
	And now they have punched through the $21 trillion mark for the first time on the cumulative debt.
	And the deficit, the rate at which it is growing, increases as well.
	Pull up that chart from MarketWatch and just look at how this is accelerating.
	Al Gore would be really happy If you could chart temperatures like this, because then it would show that his phony hockey stick thing was true that he got from Michael Mann.
	That hockey stick graph when it comes to climate change is not true.
	But it is true when you look at the debt.
	It is going up exponentially.
	That's your real hockey stick right there.
	And nothing is being done by the Republicans who control the House, the Republicans who control the Senate, and the Republican who controls the White House.
	They're not doing anything on it.
	Not doing anything on it. You want to alienate your base?
	You want to make us all poor?
	This is the path to do it.
	And as Dave Brat, a Republican congressman from Virginia, said, the GOP buckled to the Democrats on their omnibus demands.
	The Gateway Project, that's the pet project of Chuck Schumer, a tunnel, bridge, and infrastructure expansion between New Jersey and New York City.
	That's going to cost $30 billion by federal authorities.
	We can build that, but we can't build the wall to protect our border.
	Can't do that. And you know, I just got to say, when we look at all of this issue, do all of you like to build bridges and tunnels for New York City and New Jersey?
	I don't like spending that kind of money.
	This was a big issue in the early days of America.
	When you go back and look at this, there was a big debate, and everybody likes to say the Civil War was about slavery and slavery only.
	No, it wasn't.
	Money issues were at the center of it.
	There were big issues as to whether or not we were going to have open trade, free trade, or whether we were going to have tariffs, and it was something that was going to affect agricultural issues.
	That's coming up again.
	We're going to talk about what's happening with that.
	One of the biggest issues was what they called internal improvements.
	People in the South were livid over the Erie Canal.
	Was the Erie Canal a great thing?
	Yeah, it was a great thing. The people of Pennsylvania and other places who are benefiting from it, they should have paid for it.
	The people in Virginia said, we should not be paying for that.
	That is not in the Constitution to start with.
	And this is how we got to this situation of $21 trillion in debt.

	1.3 trillion dollar spending bill.
	We've now pushed the cumulative debt up to 21 trillion dollars.
	It's growing as fast as it's ever grown.
	We have President Trump now supporting this after meeting with Paul Ryan.
	We have Robert Costa reporting, saying Trump is now telling associates today that the GOP owes him the wall, especially after he raises them dollars plus tax cut, Gorsuch, etc., per a person who is close to the president.
	Well, it certainly appears that he's going to sign on to this.
	And you can see the picture of a grinning Chuckie Schumer who cut a deal with Mitch McConnell who wants to pretend that he doesn't have the controlling number of votes because it's something like, oh, we made this rule that instead of 51 votes, we have to have 60 votes, so I can't do anything.
	It's out of my control. I have to give the Democrats whatever they want.
	And what they want is massive funding for a local project in New York City and no funding for the wall, or very little funding for the wall, if they get any at all.
	I'm not sure if it's there. We'll have to see when they pass it.
	You know, it's a 2,200-page bill.
	They just dropped it here. There's less than 24 hours to go.
	So, you know, just vote for it.
	No control. See, the people who control the Congress, just a handful of people at the top, like Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer, The people that you just heard complaining about this, we've got multiple conservative congressmen as well as Rand Paul complaining about this process, but they can't change anything.
	They're just one or two votes. The people who control this process are the ones who control the committees and who put this stuff out there.
	And it's not just spending.
	The GOP has learned to spend like Democrats, and they're learning how to tax like Democrats, especially when it comes to positions that are going to allow them to control free speech, to control your movement, and so forth.
	The GOP has an Internet tax.
	This is something people have been talking about for a week or so.
	We don't know if this is going to be in the omnibus spending bill that just came out.
	Again, we're going to have to pass it to find out if it's in it.
	But you had a large faction of House Republicans pushing the GOP leaders to attach legislation that would force states to collect sales tax for remote online retailers.
	I'm not sorry. It would force the online retailers to pay this and let the states do that.
	And as I pointed out in this Wall Street Journal thing, that would mean that you've got 12,000 in the United States.
	You've got 12,000 taxing jurisdictions.
	Are small to medium-sized businesses going to be able to comply with regulations and payments to 12,000 jurisdictions?
	Of course not. Of course not.
	We've already had...
	Amazon and Walmart pretty much put out all the small retailers, many of the other businesses in local areas, the bricks and mortar businesses.
	Then a lot of people went on the internet and started competing on the internet.
	Difficult to compete against Amazon.
	Difficult to compete against any of these people.
	Even if you can't compete on that, now they're going to put you out of business with an internet tax.
	So forget about protecting the bricks and mortar stores.
	That's done. That's done.
	These people have killed that.
	Now they're going to drive the small and medium-sized businesses out of business online with onerous sales tax laws.
	Because how are you going to be able to comply We're good to go.
	With the Dodd-Frank bill, where they came after small and medium-sized banks.
	The big banks could comply with the onerous regulations that were put on people to, quote-unquote, protect consumers.
	No, it was there to protect the biggest banks.
	Don't forget that the massive consolidation that created six or seven banks that were too big to fail, too big to jail, was done under Bill Clinton's administration.
	That's when all this stuff began.
	I remember it very well.
	Because the first big merger between Nations Bank in North Carolina and Bank of America was all happening there in North Carolina.
	The guy, Erskine Bowles, was very much connected with the banking industry and the Clinton White House at the time.
	And they passed that merger.
	And everybody said, well, it's going to set off a merger.
	It's going to create just a few big banks.
	And it did. And that wasn't even enough for them.
	After the Federal Reserve and the banks crashed the mortgage market, With their shenanigans.
	Then they came out and said, we need to make sure that doesn't happen again.
	Elizabeth Warren is right there pushing the Consumer Protection Board and Financial Protection Board, creating this new massive bureaucracy that says that they're not answerable to anybody.
	And of course they aren't. None of these people are answerable to anybody.
	And Dodd-Frank put this thing together.
	These guys put it together for the banking industry and then they retired.
	They took their golden parachutes and they went to collect their payoffs, various industries.
	That's the way this works. And we had hundreds and hundreds and hundreds for years and years.
	You don't see that anymore because most of small banks going out of business, hundreds of them per year.
	You don't see that anymore because they're gone.
	And so it's kind of stabilized. And so now what are they doing?
	They're talking about, oh, you know what?
	Now we need to take off some of those onerous regulations at the CPFB. I said this years ago.
	Again, you know, you can hear the news that's going to happen in a couple of years right now.
	This is the way they always do it.
	You put in the massive regulations...
	So the big companies can drive out the people who can't keep up with all the lawyers, all the accountants, all the computers, anything that they need to do to be able to collect taxes for 12,000 jurisdictions.
	That's what they did to the small and medium-sized banks.
	And then when their banks are out of business, they come back and say, you know, we don't want those regulations anymore.
	They're too onerous. And so then they take them off the big banks.
	And that's what they're going to do right here with this online sales tax that Republicans are pushing through.
	They're going to use that. They're going to push out their small and medium-sized companies.
	And then if they feel like nobody's going to jump into competition with them because they pretty much have a monopoly on information on the Internet, then they will say, you know, I don't think we want that kind of regulation on Amazon anymore.
	And they'll pull it off. And then one more tax that is becoming very, very popular with Republican lawmakers is a tax per mile.
	How many times have you heard me say that these self-driving robot cars are about taxing you and tracking you?
	And now they're talking about doing that.
	Very popular with many Republicans all over the country.
	They're learning how to tax, just like Democrats, because they already know how to spend.
	So when they spend all this money, we have these massive...
	The deficits that go into the cumulative debt.
	Where does all this go?
	Well, you know, the Fed buys that up and then they sell the interest rate back to you, the consumer.
	You know, it's money that we owe ourselves, according to Keynes and all the Keynesian economists who have used that lie to sell this idea that the deficit doesn't matter.
	So yesterday we saw the Federal Reserve yet again hike the interest rates and say that there's more interest rates coming, more interest rate hikes coming later this year.
	I just showed you the graph yesterday about how Alan Greenspan did a rope-a-dope on the economy.
	A big part of the mortgage bust was the fact that he rapidly lowered interest rates.
	Left them very low. And then it was a quarter of a percent every quarter that he would go up an interest rate.
	Just like a little staircase. There's a graph right there.
	Just like a little staircase. Until he popped the bubble.
	Until he popped the bubble. And now they're starting it again.
	After they popped the bubble, they dropped interest rates again, kept it low, supposedly to help Obama and also to create another bubble.
	And now they're in the process of popping that bubble again.
	So they've gone from 1.5% to 1.75%.
	That's the Fed Fund's rate target.
	They expect a high rate of at least two more times this year.
	Now, they'll probably do it every quarter.
	They'll probably do it every quarter.
	The Fed does not appear to be concerned about inflation, they said.
	So why are they raising the interest rate?
	The economic outlook has strengthened in recent months, said the Federal Open Market Committee.
	And they met for two days to decide that they were going to do that.
	And so, how is it going to affect you?
	Well, if you've got consumer borrowing that's on a variable rate mortgage, you're going to see that go up.
	You're going to see it go up on your credit cards, on your adjustable rate mortgages, your home equity lines, and so forth.
	Is that inflationary? They're saying, well, there's no inflation.
	Oh, let's create some.
	Hey, we've got an economic bubble.
	Let's bust that economic bubble.
	But you know who the biggest winners are?
	The biggest winners are the banks.
	The banks are going to get an extra $5 billion in interest from the Feds because they are going to be paid that interest when they buy the Fed debt.
	Who's going to be paying the banks?
	You, the taxpayer, will pay the banks.
	Are they going to pass along that increased interest that they make from the Federal Reserve to you and your savings accounts?
	No. No, they aren't.
	This is a rigged game.

	They haven't proven their case yet, but there's going to be multiple things coming out, as we've seen just the last week.
	And when we look at this, understand that we had a choice in the election between who?
	The Clintons and Donald Trump.
	There were some accusations about Donald Trump, accusations that, and I think if we look at this particular situation with Summer Zervos and Gloria Allred, that is absolute nonsense, absolute nonsense.
	So there were some accusations from them.
	There was some locker talk and so forth.
	That did not compare.
	To what Bill had done, what Hillary had done.
	Remember, when Bill Clinton violently sexually assaulted women and raped them, that was the accusations.
	The feminists lined up to defend him.
	And Hillary took the lead, calling his victims bimbos.
	Talked about bimbo eruptions.
	Well, these really are bimbo eruptions.
	These are a bunch of celebrity whores...
	Who want more attention.
	As a matter of fact, one of them who was Playmate of the Year is suing him because her story was bought as an exclusive by the National Enquirer.
	And she said, and you didn't publish it.
	I wanted everybody to know about this.
	Celebrity whores. And, of course, Stormy Daniels is a, as they say, what is the phrase they have here?
	Adult film actress.
	No, she's a celebrity whore.
	You know, there's an expression in the Bible talking about people who have absolutely no shame.
	And the expression is you have the forehead of a harlot or a forehead of a whore, depending on the translation that you look at.
	Meaning, you're incapable of blushing.
	No matter what you do, you're not ashamed of it.

	And if this stuff is true, it is a tragedy for Trump's family, for his wife, his son, and even for him as well.
	You know, the Bible also says, can a man scoop fire into his lap and not be burned?

	But when we look at the choice between Clinton and between Trump, we're looking not even at marital fidelity.

	Well, there have been multiple divorces and so forth, but that does not compare to the rapes, to the trashing in public of the victims of Bill Clinton's rapes.

	Summer Zervos. The woman who was brought up by Gloria Allred.
	Almost a year to the day before Gloria Allred did the same thing against Roy Moore.

	I said he needs to have a day in court, unlike the people like Mitch McConnell who really didn't want Roy Moore in the sand.
	Boy, he would have been a...
	A thorn in the side of Mitch McConnell like you can't believe.
	You think Rand Paul is a problem?
	You just wait to see if you had Roy Moore in there.
	And he knew that. He knew that.
	So it was important that Roy Moore not be there.
	So they came up with all these multiple allegations that had not surfaced for decades out of the clear blue.
	And they were one by one discredited.
	There was only one that was not thoroughly discredited.
	And that one, again, evolved back to a he said, she said.
	But Gloria Allred, after these people that are brought forward by the Washington Post, Gloria Allred does the same thing she did to President Trump.
	You remember, in the election, just before the end, they had the Access Hollywood tape that one of the Bushes was involved with, had some locker talk there.
	So she saw her moment to get in the spotlight.
	And she had some reservos, who used to be on The Apprentice, And she came up with nearly a decade-old claim that she had been sexually assaulted by President Trump, that he had made inappropriate advances in touching and so forth.
	And then the Trump Organization found that she had contacted the Trump Organization a few months earlier in the summer and asked them to do a campaign stop by there to help her business.
	And there was crickets.
	And she was upset.
	She was a woman scorned.
	She wanted to get onto the Trump train.
	Come on! Let's see this.
	And so then a few months later, she comes out and she does this weeping reading of a transcript handed to her by Gloria Allred.
	And Gloria Allred sat there and was like, oh yes, yes, dear, watching her in the spotlight.
	Same thing we saw with Roy Moore and the phony yearbook.
	Which eventually they admitted that, oh yeah, you know, we added a lot of that stuff in there and it's not true and so forth.
	And then in both of these cases, when they're busted and you say, see, she was still reaching out to us and telling us how wonderful she thought President Trump was a couple of months ago.
	And then when we didn't reply, she came back with Gloria Allred to try to get attention because that's what she was looking for was attention.
	And the same thing they did with Roy Moore.
	When that woman was exposed and the charges were exposed with the yearbook, Gloria Allred in both of these cases came back after Roy Moore and after President Trump and sued them for defamation.
	So you expose her clients and her as a liar and she sues you for defamation.
	That's what's going on with this. Let's play what CNN has to say.
	Trump once fired Summer Zervos on The Apprentice.
	You know what, Summer, you're fired.
	Tonight, Zervos, according to legal analysts, presents more of a legal challenge to the president than even Stormy Daniels.
	I think the Zervos case is the most problematic for the president.
	Zervos has just defeated President Trump in New York's Supreme Court, a major ruling saying of the president, no one is above the law.
	The judge denied Trump's attempt to block Zervos' defamation lawsuit against Trump.
	Zervos, a businesswoman, accused Trump of sexually assaulting her in 2007 during meetings in New York and Beverly Hills.
	They came to me and started kissing me open-mouthed.
	Here's the Gloria Allred press conference.
	He then asked me to sit next to him.
	I complied.
	He then grabbed my shoulder and began kissing me again very aggressively and placed his hand on my breast.
	Carefully reading Laurie Allred's script.
	All right, hold it right there.
	Hold it right there. And here's the danger, folks.
	He goes back and he references Clinton versus Jones.
	I remember that was Paula Jones.
	The woman that Hillary Clinton publicly trashed, called her trailer trash, called these people bimbos because they were sexually assaulted, raped by Bill Clinton.
	And the Supreme Court said that, yes, he was not immune from being sued in federal court for unofficial acts.
	That was the decision of the judge.
	But here's the issue.
	If you remember that issue...
	It was not about Monica Lewinsky.
	This is about Bill Clinton and Paula Jones.
	And in that trial, they asked Bill Clinton about Monica Lewinsky because everything is on the table here.
	And when he lied about Monica Lewinsky, he committed perjury under oath.
	And that was the basis for which they impeached him.
	They are dying to do the same thing to President Trump with this Gloria Allred nonsense defamation suit.
	Again, you expose the client for being a liar, and Gloria Allred sues you for defamation, just like Judge Roy Moore.
	This is the perjury trap that they are trying to set up.
	It's a very dangerous trap.

	I can't believe what a big deal is being made out of this congratulation to Vladimir Putin on winning the election.
	That wasn't the basis of the call, but everybody seems to be conveniently ignoring that.
	The basis of the call was to say we need to get together and talk about controlling weapons.
	That's the only way you're going to control the out-of-control spending, but it is not just about the money that's being spent.
	It's about the escalation and the push to make the Cold War a hot war.
	It's about creating ever more dangerous weapons, not just increasing the lethality and the range and the speed of missiles, but it's also about Nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons, and also about autonomous killing machines.
	And this is a whole new profit center for the military-industrial complex.
	And let me tell you, this is why they are yelling and screaming so much.
	We told President Trump, look, we have the memo.
	We told him, don't congratulate Putin on the election.
	And he said it anyway.
	Well, he's not your puppet, let's hope.
	Certainly not in this case.
	You write a script for him, you write a speech for him, he doesn't have to go with that script.
	He doesn't do what you're telling him to do, and that's a good thing.
	We should be happy about this.
	I can't believe all the consternation and the hand-wringing, and especially General Kelly.
	He says he's furious over the, do not congratulate Putin leak.
	You had people who were part of this small inner loop leaking this out, and of course that makes Kelly look bad, because he was brought in to control the leaks.
	And these people who are trying to undermine Trump put this out and say, look, he's an idiot.
	He congratulated Putin.
	No, they're trying to undermine him because they want a war.
	They want to push for war.
	They don't want there to be any talks.
	That's the reason the call was made.
	And when President Trump calls him, of course, that's...
	That's what he always does.
	He goes, they make a big deal of the fact that every leader that he sees, whether it's Emmanuel Macron or whether it's Duterte in the Philippines or the dictator in China, hey, you look great.
	I love your country. Great parade.
	Hey, this is great. Oh, you look, you know, I like that suit.
	Looks good on you. That's what he does.
	He's a businessman. He's going to start out with compliments to people to establish a rapport.
	Don't take it too seriously.
	It's just a compliment. Flattering people.
	It's just, oh yeah, it looks great on you.
	Whatever. But the purpose of the call, and they very well know it, was to try to do something about arms control.
	President Trump said, peace through strength.
	Getting along with Russia is a good thing.
	Oh no, these people think we should have a war because they're going to profit from the war.
	You will not profit from the war.
	You will pay for the war with your dollars, maybe with your lives, maybe with the lives of your children or your grandchildren.
	But they're just fine with that.
	They don't care. They'll make money off of these wars.
	So that's why they are so angry at that.
	And when we look at what is happening with the Chinese, as I said yesterday, Cold War is good.
	Let's have a bigger Cold War.
	Let's have a hotter Cold War.
	Please, let's push this thing up.
	That's what John McCain calling in from his deathbed is saying.
	He congratulated Putin.
	But when it comes to China, and when it comes to trying to equalize the playing field between America and China, oh no, can't do that.
	Can't criticize China.
	You're going to start a trade war.
	And there's going to be more wailing and gnashing of teeth today.
	Because President Trump is going to talk about some new tariffs on Chinese goods that are worth billions of dollars.
	And they're trying to use this to divide him from his base.
	What they're saying is, well, look at this.
	On the farm, the farmers say everything we touch is steel.
	And it's going to hurt our exports to China and so forth.

	You know, we're going to talk later in the broadcast about YouTube attacking both the First Amendment and the Second Amendment with their moves that they took yesterday against gun videos.
	Any kind of gun video on YouTube.
	They're shutting it down. And so that's an attack against both the First and Second Amendment.
	Clearly you can see that. But there's another attack that is coming.
	And nobody is really talking about this.
	I've been talking about this for a long time.
	It doesn't seem to be on anybody else's window to talk about what is happening with the control of our movement, with smart cities, with the control tactics that are being put in that came in through a UN Agenda 21.
	They made it more specific to 2030.
	Now they're telling us they're going to have it in right around that time, if not soon after that.
	They're going to take away our ability to drive cars in cities.
	They're going to push us into those cities.
	They're going to control our movement.
	Make it very difficult for us to get out of the cities.
	Only the elite will be able to get out of the cities and have any kind of independence.
	You know, when the military talks about this, I've said this many times, you control an enemy by controlling the way they move, communicate, and shoot.
	And people can clearly see the communicate and the shoot part of this now.
	You can clearly see it in what YouTube is doing.
	Do you see what is happening though with controlling our movement?
	It's going to have massive consequences for us in terms of freedom, in terms of employment, and some people are going to have to die so they can push this thing through to start with because they're experimenting on our roads without our consent or our permission.
	And you've got the same organizations That have encumbered our cars with thousands of dollars of safety devices.
	Everything's gonna be safe. Everything's gonna be safe.
	Made it very, very heavy, very, very expensive at the same time that they are telling us that we've got to meet certain fuel economy standards and so forth.
	They won't build roads in the cities.
	They're not gonna build anything to leave the congestion.
	They wanna make it as miserable as possible for you to move about.
	See, Americans love that freedom of movement.
	That was something that broke out after World War II. The fact that people could move out of the cities, move out of New York into Levittown and Long Island.
	That was one of the first suburbs.
	People commuting into the city, they loved the fact that they could get out of that oppressive city situation.
	And the controllers hated that fact.
	The government controllers hated that.
	They've been looking at a way, the urban planners have been looking at a way to stop this ever since.
	As a matter of fact, the CEO of Lyft, Was, guess what?
	An urban planner. That's what his degree, his experience is in.
	So when we see this reported, as Reuters first talked about this woman who died as a pedestrian, self-driving car industry faces critical tests after first death.
	No, it's not the first death. This is, there's at least been one other person who has died in this.
	The individual who was in the Tesla car.
	The Tesla car couldn't distinguish a white truck, a white semi-trailer that was going across the road in daylight.
	Didn't see it. Crashed into it.
	And the guy was sitting there completely trusting his autonomous car to drive the car.
	And so I want to show you a clip that has now surfaced of this accident.
	And let's talk a little bit about the consequences of it.
	Here is a clip. They have both an internal dash cam.
	And I'll narrate this. Go ahead and run the clip.
	I'll narrate this as we do it.
	This is an internal dash cam.
	And all of a sudden, at the last minute, you see coming out of the shadows, there's the lady.
	Hits the lady right there.
	She's walking her bicycle across.
	Now, here is the internal dash cam looking at the person who is behind the wheel.
	And this is the safety driver who is supposed to be watching things.
	And she's looking down, playing with her phone.
	And all of a sudden, the last minute, it's like, oh, but doesn't do anything.
	Too late.
	Just kind of like the guy who was killed in the Tesla.
	He's sitting there playing with his phone or whatever, like they want you to do.
	Or, you know, they set up the only instrumentation in the new Model 3 Tesla is a great big iPad in the center of the dashboard.
	You can't even adjust the angle of your air conditioning events without sitting there pinching and zooming and twisting and going down menu things.
	I mean, it's ridiculous.
	It's like they want you to fail.
	As a human driver. And then they call you wetware.
	Oh, we've got software. And it's going to be much better than you wetware people.
	Well, they've got some wetware on the sidewalk now.
	The homeless lady who was mowed down by the car that never even slowed down.
	And when I saw this, I said, you know, they're going to find that it was the lady's fault.
	Never going to find that it was Uber's fault.
	Not going to be Uber's fault.
	Not going to be Uber.
	The fault of the so-called safety driver who wasn't driving, who wasn't paying any attention.
	It's not going to be the fault of the software or the car.
	No, it'll be the fault of the pedestrian who was crossing across there.
	And as you see this looped across, they came out and they said it was her fault.
	She had a crosswalk that was 100 yards down the road.
	That's the length of a football field.
	Is that really the standard in which we're going to have?
	They said, well, we're going to have NHTSA look into this.
	The same people who have given them a pass.
	And oh, by the way, who's running the Department of Transportation?
	Mitch McConnell's wife. They're greasing this thing through, folks.
	They're going to make it work for these people.
	Now, the lady who was killed was a homeless person.
	She's had a lot of problems with drugs and so forth.
	The woman who was the safety driver...
	Has a couple of felonies, which tells us something about Uber's issues as well, as I pointed out in the last hour.
	That's why they got thrown out of Austin, out of London, and other places, because they didn't want to do background checks for people.
	And that doesn't really have anything to do with this particular accident.
	It does have a lot to do with the problems of Uber, though, doing that type of thing.
	And so the Tempe police in Tempe, Arizona, said, well, we think that it was...
	We think that it was the victim's fault.
	The sheriff there said, it would have been difficult to avoid this collision in any kind of mode, whether it was autonomous or human-driven, based on how she came out of the shadows right into the roadway.
	Really? Really? People who study this, we have a University of South Carolina law professor who studies autonomous vehicles, and he said the victim did not come out of nowhere.
	She was moving on a dark road.
	And if I was a driver, and you look at it, roll that thing again.
	I'm looking at this as like, I want my brights on.
	So first of all, a human driver is not driving that.
	A human driver didn't put the brights on.
	But what does the car use to see people?
	Is the car using the headlights? No.
	The car is using LIDAR. That's a laser.
	And radar. And so, coming out of the shadows is irrelevant.
	The car should have seen the pedestrian coming across and slowed down.
	The car did not slow down. The car was going 38 in a 35 mile an hour zone.
	But, of course, and never slowed down.
	Never slowed down. It's not the car's fault.
	LIDAR, which doesn't rely on light, so the coming out of the darkness doesn't matter whatsoever.
	It didn't see her, just like it didn't see that semi-trailer that was white during daylight that was parked across the road that killed the Tesla driver.
	Didn't see it. Not a problem, though, because these are big businesses.
	An analyst for Navigant Research, who also follows autonomous vehicles, said, laser and radar systems can see in the dark much better than humans or cameras.
	And that she was well within the range.
	Oh, gee, well, they can...
	You know what? They can see so much better than us.
	They can drive so much better than us.
	And Volvo, and that was a Volvo car.
	Volvo said, we're going to sell thousands of these things to Uber.
	Then Volvo says, oh, that wasn't her software.
	Everybody is throwing their hands up and blaming the other guy.
	Everybody's pointing... They've got three people at least here involved, right?
	You've got the driver. You've got Uber.
	You've got the car company.
	You've got the software people.
	You've got four people right there.
	Who are you going to sue? Who's at fault?
	That's the real legal issue that's coming up here.
	But you're going to be the one that's going to pay the price here.
	You're going to be the one. They can see much better than us.
	They don't have any problems seeing.
	It's just that they don't know what to do when they see us.
	And as I pointed out, Volvo said if its vehicle was involved in the crash, any crashes they said before, because Volvo has been one of the companies out there saying...
	We are going to have zero traffic fatalities once you have us driving your car.
	So they said, if there's any traffic fatalities, we'll take responsibility.
	Not here. Not here.
	Even though they sold Uber 24,000 self-driving vehicles.
	So we'll see what happens with that.

	I'm David Knight and we're going to be talking to Lynn Ulbricht, the mother of Ross Ulbricht, who is a young man serving multiple life sentences without a possibility of parole for running a website and using Bitcoin. .
	Now, just this week, and I talked about it yesterday, we had some Snowden leaks yesterday.
	And again, this is, you're saying, Snowden leaks?
	Wasn't that five years ago?
	Yes, it was. It was 2013.
	Spring of 2013, we had Snowden leak the information.
	He leaked it to two or three news media outlets.
	We had The Intercept, we had Guardian, we had The Washington Post.
	And they were trickling this stuff out.
	Some of the stuff was leaked to Der Spiegel, a very interesting set of slides that were leaked about the NSA mocking you, the American public, saying that you would buy into 1984, that the iPhone was Big Brother and you were suckers, you were going to line up and pay for Big Brother yourself.
	A lot of things like that happened.
	But, you know, a lot of this stuff has not been exposed yet.
	And so we just had an article come out last week.
	Over the last couple of days, actually it was on the 20th, that Julian Assange says, okay, so we have the NSA and some of these Snowden papers saying Bitcoin is our number one priority.
	Not terrorists. No, no, no, no, no.
	They're not doing this for your safety.
	They're not doing this for your safety.
	It's Bitcoin, our number one priority.
	But Bitcoiners have been under the gun and targeted and have been spied on illegally.
	And I read you yesterday all the different things that they would grab.
	Without a search warrant. Everything about you.
	You would become a suspect as if you were dealing with ISIS. Probably more so than if you were dealing with ISIS. Because they're not really concerned about them.
	They're concerned about people with Bitcoin.
	And we talked about why that's the case.
	But it also bears on Ross's case.
	Because this information was not exposed by the news media outlets that have this information until just recently, just the last couple of days.
	But in 2015, two years after the Snowden leaks, and we didn't know about this, some of this evidence was used against Ross Ulbricht.
	And as I was talking about that yesterday, the NSA has been tracking Bitcoin users since 2013.
	And the judge who eventually sentenced Ulbricht to life in prison without the possibility of parole refused to entertain the argument of the lawyers that said, we think this information was obtained without a search warrant and illegally.

	And this story that's on Zero Hedge says, if they were correct, and it looks like now they are, now that the documents have finally been released, it would mean that the government's whole case was built on evidence that was ultimately inadmissible.

	This has been quite a shocker.
	I mean, I'm not really shocked, actually, but that it's come out now.
	But, you know, two years ago, Edward Snowden said in an interview at Liberty Forum, Nick Lesby was interviewing him by Skype to a group of people at Liberty Forum, and he asked him, can we assume the NSA was involved in Russell Brick's case?
	And Stone said, without hesitation, yes.
	And then later he said it's unthinkable they were not.
	Obviously, Snowden knew about this information.
	And he said, yeah, of course they were involved.
	And actually, the defense brought this up at the time that the government seized the Silk Road server because the...
	Lead investigator Christopher Tarbell testified under oath how they supposedly found the server, and experts all over the world, I mean foremost experts, all said this is gibberish, this is flat out lie, basically is what they said.
	And even one of them, Robert Graham, said many of us don't think it was the FBI that found the server.
	It was the NSA.
	And the defense brought this up in their motions to suppress evidence based on Fourth Amendment violations.
	The government never denied it.
	What they did was they resorted to mockery, which I've noticed they do sometimes.
	And they said, oh, NSA, boogeyman.
	They literally said, oh, I'm trying to drink.
	Exactly.
	In their motions, in their reply to the motions, conjuring up a boogeyman.
	They never said actually that that boogeyman didn't actually do it.
	The defense was alleging.
	And so and then when Tarbell was defending his, well, supposedly defending how he found the server, people were debunking it.
	He goes, gosh, I wish I could prove it, but you know, I forgot to save my work.
	It's like the dog ate my evidence, right?
	And I'm like... Oh, we've seen that before.
	Yeah. Yeah, we saw that with the IRS targeting Tea Party groups.
	Oh, sorry, we don't have that anymore.
	You know, the IRS telling people that.
	Yeah, no backups. No, I didn't...
	He actually had to push don't save to not save his work in that particular program.
	So we're supposed to believe this.
	And then the defense was like, let's have an evidentiary hearing.
	And the judge denied that.
	So it's always been a question...
	So to find, but to have this come out has been, I've been like, wow, it's coming out.
	And Sam Biddle did a good job unearthing it.
	Yes, yes. And it's not proving it, but it's plausible.
	It's very, very plausible.
	Yeah. Yes, exactly.
	Let's review for people.
	What is really involved here?
	But the NSA was specifically targeting anybody with Bitcoin.
	Said, Bitcoin is our number one priority.
	If you are a Bitcoin user, you are public enemy number one.
	Why is it? It's because Bitcoin challenges their key tool of control, the Federal Reserve and their fiat currency.
	And they've got to shut it down.
	They're going to shut it down with the NSA. They're going to come after it with the SEC. They're going to come after it with the FinCEN regulations.
	I can't decide whether it's a currency or whether it is security.
	But that doesn't matter. They're going to come after it in both ways with both organizations.
	And they're going to target individual users.
	You become a criminal suspect to them if you buy into Bitcoin, is what they're saying to people.
	And so, from the very beginning, you said, look, the key issues here, and this is why we've been following this case, because this applies to everybody.
	It's a personal tragedy for you now.
	But this is a threat hanging over everyone's head.
	And those two issues, but also whether or not you're going to get a fair trial.
	We've seen all of this crooked stuff pulled in the Bundy trial where they say you can't present exculpatory evidence showing that the key law enforcement officers here are under prosecution for criminal acts involving this particular case.
	You can't show that to people.
	You had people there that were running, taking over the website, and they were stealing money.
	What was it, $800,000?
	I think it was over a million.
	It ended up being over a million dollars.
	Yeah. And the thing is, it says in this memo that they were urgently pursuing Bitcoin users.
	And it was six months before Ross's arrest.
	Everything adds up to they were targeting individuals.
	And then they make up a story like Tarbell.
	And of course, you know, it's parallel construction.
	And as the EFF calls it, investigation intelligence laundering is what they call it.
	You know, where you work back.
	That's a better... Yeah, that's a better expression.
	Yeah, it is.
	And they make up a story.
	And the thing is, this is a due process violation big time.
	Yes, yes. So it's not just whether or not you can have free websites to go to jail for running a website.
	Not whether or not they can put you in jail for being a Bitcoin user.
	But whether or not you're even going to have due process in a trial.
	Because they'll do it to somebody when those are their agendas, or if they want to take the private property rights from individuals, they'll use it out against ranchers as well.

	We don't need it in court. Everybody should be concerned about this.
	Not just people who run websites.
	Not just people who are Bitcoin users.
	But people who know that everybody commits a couple of felonies a day because there's so many laws on the books.
	They can come after anybody with their surveillance tactics.
	And they're looking for interesting people.
	Right. And, you know, we can't have a free society if we don't have privacy, plain and simple.
	Do you want to live in a surveillance state?
	And the thing is, people go, well, you know, I'm fine.
	I don't have anything to hide.
	Well, the government can use information however it wishes.
	It could be to blackmail officials and judges.
	It could be to go after political groups they don't like.
	Or religious groups.
	They don't like. And, you know, it's a slippery slope, and we're sliding down it very quickly.
	And people need to understand.
	And you look at a lot of these Bitcoin people. They're not necessarily religious or political.
	But now they are public enemy number one.
	They're not violent. They're not dangerous.
	They're not a threat to anybody except for the Federal Reserve and the central bankers.
	But that's their number one priority is protecting their power, and they will do anything to protect their power.
	They will not be ruled by any laws or any due processes or any Bill of Rights.
	And Chuck Schumer, who is a ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, is behind Ross's whole case.
	And he, I believe, represents the people you're talking about.
	And they were alarmed.
	What's this strange new currency that's gaining some traction here?
	I mean, we've talked about it before, but the drug sentences for people involved were a fraction of The biggest drug seller on Silk Road got 10 years.
	I mean, they don't... That is not...
	That's right. They said, oh, Silk Road was selling drugs, but they didn't...
	People who were actually selling drugs...
	Yeah. He was on the website.
	People who were actually selling drugs got basically nothing in terms of sentences, but he gets multiple live sentences.
	We know that they were coming after the website, and there was a bill...
	You talk about Chuck Schumer, Senator Chuck Schumer.
	They just approved a bill, 97 to 2, That would allow them to come after websites.
	We said, this is coming. And now it is coming.
	Now they have passed a bill in the Senate.
	Only two people, Ron Wyden and Rand Paul, voted against it.
	Although we had multiple organizations that came out, wrote briefs about this.
	We had the Cato Institute, as well as the American Civil Liberties Union and the Human Rights Campaign oppose this.
	Now they do it under the beard of saying they're going to protect people from online sex trafficking and so forth.
	Always under that, yeah.
	Yeah. Ron Wyden created the Communications Decency Act.
	And they said, but we're going to carve out here some liability protection for websites because we don't want this to be used as a tactic to be able to shut down websites.
	And the people who are doing this are saying, nobody is going to be able to own a website unless you've got the kind of deep pockets and even deeper bench of lawyers that will allow you to stand off these legal charges against you.
	So they're going to shut down everybody that's small.
	Of course, Facebook is all for this.
	And all the senators like Schumer and so forth are for this.
	So now this is a reality.
	They're going after websites if they object to your content.
	It only starts with the sexual issues, and then they're going to move it out to any other issue that they want to come after people.
	Right. And you've made the point many times.
	They want to control the Internet.
	It's very threatening. And, wow, I'm not up on that one.
	That's terrifying. Yes, they said it's going to lead small internet companies to face an onslaught of frivolous lawsuits.
	That's exactly what Ron Wyden said.
	But of course, Chuck Schumer and these guys who want to control the website, control the internet, as you point out, that's exactly what they want.
	And by the way, as an aside, the judge in Ross's trial was recommended by Schumer for her position on the bench.
	And the lead prosecutor, Preet Bharara, was his special counsel for years.
	And Ross was dragged to New York, even though he was arrested in California.
	I mean, there's so much political involvement.
	You know, we're talking about some very powerful forces, and they are encroaching constantly.
	Well, and it all makes sense that Schumer would be at the center of this, Lynn, because Schumer is there for Wall Street and the banks and the central banks and the New York Fed and everything.
	He's there at the heart of the financial district that is threatened by Bitcoin.
	That's why they persecuted Ross that way and took him to New York, and it's why they're after Bitcoin users.
	Yep. Yeah.
	No, and it's really very alarming.
	And it's happening fast.
	This is another...
	Tell us what Ross' case is right now in terms of the appeal and where this is and does this change anything?
	Have you been in contact with lawyers?
	I know this just came out in terms of the Snowden leaks.
	Any communication with lawyers and where is this?

	Do you want to have a situation where the police trick you into confessions and so forth?

	An individual's internet traffic, all their traffic, without a warrant, and find out all kinds of information about them from that browsing history.
	The second question is, can a judge, without a jury deciding, but a judge decide on her own that uncharged allegations can enhance an unreasonable sentence?
	And that's what happened, and it's called a judicial fact-finding, and it's a very big problem in our sentencing and courts, and it's been going on for years.
	And let's explain to people that what that specifically involved in his case was all the slander that went out there saying, oh, he put out a contract murder for hire.
	He was never even accused of that.
	And that never was tried.
	But because of the rumor, she said, oh, well, I heard all this.
	I heard something. So I'm going to put this in here and enhance his penalty.
	Yeah, the government got to talk about it without having to prove it.
	They didn't take it to trial.
	Exactly. And that's partly why we have a Sixth Amendment, is to ensure that we have a jury to protect us from judges' arbitrary exercise of power, one person deciding, no, I don't care if you saw a jury.
	I think you're guilty, so I'm going to put you in a cage for life.
	So those are the two big, broad-reaching issues.
	And I think I mentioned, I did mention in our last discussion, 21 groups from both sides of the political spectrum have joined five amicus briefs to support it.
	The government replied, and our attorneys have responded to that reply.
	And now we wait to find out if the court will address the petition.

	Coming after both the First Amendment and the Second Amendment.
	They've become the marketplace of free ideas.
	And we're also seeing calls for Amazon to start banning books in the UK. Oh, we want you to go after those Nazi books.
	It's like, well, maybe you should read the books about the Nazis and see that one of the first things they did was to collect books that they didn't like and burn them in the public square.
	And that's what you were calling for.
	So what does that make you?
	Now, you don't want to get in the arena and argue for your point of view.
	You want to destroy free speech.
	Okay. That's what you're destroying.
	You're not destroying Nazis. You're becoming Nazis.
	I want to talk a little bit about the tools of control here.
	There was an interview of Alex Newman by Greg Hunter, and they were talking about the title of the article is that the New World Order is targeting American freedom.
	And I want you to hear what Alex Newman, who writes for The New American, I want you to hear what he has to say.
	It's very pertinent. Here's that clip.
	Well, you know, it's actually really hard to tell where the social media firms begin and where the deep state ends.
	I mean, they're practically one and the same.

	You know, a lot of these big social media companies ended up getting seed funding from the intelligence community through Inc.
	Utel, the investment arm of the U.S. intelligence community.
	And what you see is that All these globalist confabs.
	I mean, you know, Bilderberg is one of the premier globalist confabs of the year, for example.
	I've been to a couple of them, obviously not as an invited guest.
	And what you see is you always have the leading executives of Facebook and Eric Schmidt of Google and Twitter and LinkedIn and Amazon and Microsoft.

	And of course, they all have memberships in the Council on Foreign Relations and a lot of them involved with the Trilateral Commission and the World Government Summit that we're going to be talking about.
	You know, they all come and give their little speeches there.
	And what you see is, and this is becoming clearer I think even just in the last few weeks, is they are undergoing a systematic campaign to censor, to silence, and to sideline conservatives, Christians, libertarians, people who say anything that contradicts the agenda.
	And let's also include in that Bitcoin users.
	Website developers. They're going to extend absolute control over everything.
	They want to be able to control the economy.
	That means that they're going to control the currency.
	They're going to control the interest rates.
	That's why they want a central bank.
	Anything that is a threat to them becomes public enemy number one.
	Not ISIS, not terrorists, not mad bombers.
	No, they're going to be looking at Bitcoin users.
	That's their focus. They admitted that.
	So I had Lynn Ulbrich on about the trial of Ross Ulbrich.
	A travesty of justice, if ever there was one.
	As bad as the Bundy trial.
	Except that the Bundys won because they had a whistleblower who came out.
	Not because they had an honest judge.
	She was very dishonest.
	She had shut down witnesses that they wanted to call.
	No, you can't call. Wasn't that in the Constitution somewhere, being able to call witnesses in your defense?
	No, no, no. I will decide which witnesses you have.
	I'll decide whether or not the jury can know anything about the criminals and the government and the criminal actions.
	That the government is quietly in another courtroom, in another case, they're prosecuting these people.
	Same thing that happened in Silk Road.
	We had guys who had the capability of running the website, and they were stealing millions of dollars from it, and the government was prosecuting them, and they weren't going to let the jury know about that.
	Of course, there wasn't a jury deciding this.
	This is a judge. So, you know, that's right.
	You don't get witnesses. You don't get a jury.
	You don't even get to get charged with things.
	In the case of Silk Road, there's going to be allegations in your window, and they will tell the media about it, just like this lawsuit.
	That is against Infowars right now.
	Didn't serve the lawsuit to us.
	They served it to Reuters and to NPR. And they create all kinds of false information about that.
	Because it isn't really about the lawsuit.
	It's just about defamation.
	And not about defamation of the plaintiff.
	Defamation of the defendants.
	That's what it's really about. So that's the way these people work.
	And as I said before, if we're going to have legal protections about search warrants, about Miranda rights, this is far worse than anything that Miranda was about.
	This is about entrapping people.
	It's about laundering evidence and the way they get it.
	Parallel construction and so forth involved in all these trials.
	But these are all control mechanisms.
	As you just had Alex Newman say, he said, it's actually really hard to tell where social media begins and where the deep state ends.
	So take a look at YouTube.
	Oh, according to CNN, they're getting tougher on gun videos.
	Tougher on gun videos.
	They routinely make updates and adjustments to enforce guidelines.
	Oh, it's just, you know, it's just rules and regulations and we're just a private company and everything.
	No, they're not. No, they're not.
	They're created and funded by the government as a tool of control.
	They say, content, promoting the sale or manufacturing of firearms or their accessories, specifically items like ammunition, Gatling triggers, drop-in, auto-sears, whatever.
	You know, they can just go through all these different things.
	It doesn't matter. As Breitbart says, they have now entered the gun control debate.
	No, they are in open opposition to the First Amendment and to the Second Amendment.
	They don't want a debate.
	They want to control the debate.
	They want to shut the debate down.
	They want to shut down the First Amendment, not just the Second Amendment.
	This isn't simply about the Second Amendment.
	It's about the First and the Second Amendment.
	The National Shooting Sports Foundation said YouTube's policy shift is very worrisome.
	They fear that educational content may now be lumped in with prohibited firearm videos and everything lost together.
	They said we suspect it will be interpreted to block much more We're good to go.
	They go on to say, the exercise of what amounts to censorship then can legitimately be viewed as the stifling of commercial free speech.
	And this is all happening, as Breitbart points out, just days before their new shiny march for gun control with students at the front.
	And if you criticize these students who have chosen to enter the public arena and tell us What we can and cannot do, who are out there parading as useful, youthful idiots for Lenin, saying, we want our ability to defend ourselves taken away.
	And we want to take away your ability as well.
	This National Shooting Sports Foundation has 200,000 subscribers on YouTube.
	And so they are rightfully worried that YouTube is going to purge everything, everything that has to do with guns.
	And Jamie White's story at Infowars.com makes the case that it is about the First and the Second Amendment.
	He points out there's thousands of gun channels on YouTube.
	None of them got any warnings about what was going to happen.
	Just boom. All of your videos are gone.
	Your channel is gone.
	Just like that. You don't have a chance to make a backup and go to another site like BitChute.
	Oh no, that's by design.
	They don't want you to have a backup of any of your videos.
	So they have imposed this new rule without talking to anyone beforehand and there is no transitional period.
	Said a YouTuber who produces demo weapons.
	Many gun channels are now afraid as they might get plenty of strikes in no time for older videos and then lose their channels.
	They should at least get some time to clean up their videos.
	So the new rules are kept.
	Again, not the way that you treat partners.
	No, they don't view you as partners.
	They view you as serfs.
	They are the peers of the realm.
	These guys are part of the government.
	They're like the peers in royalty.
	Yeah, you've got a figurehead king, but of course he technically wasn't above the peers.
	When he was above the peers, the peers would take him out, which is what they're trying to do to President Trump right now.

	Here, you're going to sign this that you are going to be listening to the group of peers here.

	And they put that on Snapchat.
	You don't tell me that they're not watching everything you've got out there.

	That's what it's going to be. That's what you're going to get when you vote for these so-called conservative Democrats.
	They're going to tell you, oh, yeah, yeah, you know, with Trump on tariffs to protect workers and everything.

	And you vote for these guys, you're going to get abortion, you're going to get gun control, you're going to get the rest of this stuff.
	Exhibit A, Doug Jones.
	All right, let's continue on talking about what's happening with free speech.
	And again, this case in France of Marine Le Pen.
	As I point out, you can't just apply free speech to those you agree with.
	On March 2nd, French prosecutors, reports Zero Hedge, decided that Marine Le Pen should be prosecuted for drawing attention on Twitter to the atrocities committed by the Islamic State, ISIS. They apparently decided that Le Pen's message, even if factually correct, should not be heard. Should not be heard.
	And so we see all of these social media censors, these people who determine what is true and what isn't true.
	Oh, but even if it is true, we don't want you to hear this.
	Le Pen's crime, the prosecutors allege, is that in a series of tweets, she posted disturbing images of victims of Islamic State, thereby exposing crimes against humanity that the group may have committed in the Levant.
	How is that different from Hillary Clinton and the Democrats and all these other people saying, oh, we've got to get Julian Assange, we've got to get all these people who told us the truth about Hillary Clinton.
	The Russians rigged the election by telling us the truth about Hillary Clinton.
	Le Pen exposes the truth about ISIS, and they want to put her in jail.
	Oh, not Hillary Clinton!
	Not these people. Her most objectionable crime apparently was to have distributed a picture of Foley's decapitated corpse with the tweet, Daesh is this.
	Daesh. In other words, ISIS. That's the way they refer to themselves.
	Don't tell anybody. Don't tell anybody that they're cutting people's heads off.
	Don't tell anybody that Saudi Arabia, our ally, is cutting people's heads off either.
	Probably at a rate as much or not more so than even ISIS. Marine Le Pen did not suggest that all Muslims are terrorists.
	She did not suggest that anyone should use violence against Muslims.
	She did not suggest the French people should take action against Islam or even against ISIS. We're good to go.

	We don't know when, I don't know, I haven't gone back to look at the date of which the statement was made that Bitcoin was their number one priority of the NSA. They're not interested in dangerous people, they're not interested in terrorists, they're interested in people who are using Bitcoin.
	That's what they said at the time.
	And so that happened sometime prior to 2013.
	He's now saying that Bitcoin, he thinks, will be the Future currency of the world.
	The internet's single future currency.
	This guy who runs Twitter and he runs Square.
	He says the world ultimately will have a single currency.
	The internet will have a single currency.
	I personally believe that will be Bitcoin.
	You know, when I look at this, I don't want the government controlling us through central banks.
	And that's one of the good things that I see about Bitcoin.
	This brings up something that is kind of dangerous, and that is the idea that we're going to have a single currency.
	Well, you're going to have a single currency if you've got a single world government, if you have a cashless society.
	That's the bad side of that technology.
	I would like to see a lot of cryptocurrencies competing for each other, competing with each other.
	And I think that's going to be the case.
	I don't think you're going to have a single currency, but that's how big they see this as a threat.
	And understand that their fiat currency control, the petrodollar, is under attack by China, by Russia, by many different groups.
	There's an article, is China days away from killing the petrodollar?
	That may be something that they do in retaliation to any kind of a trade re-leveling.
	I don't want to call it a trade war.
	It's been a trade war for decades, folks.
	Wall Street Journal... All these people, these establishment Republicans and Democrats who have given the advantage to China, they don't want you to realize that there's been a trade war committed against this country for decades.
	They have bombed our factories into rust and dust.
	It is a trade war that they have initiated.
	They've been conducting it. They don't want you to see that.
	You've still got people like the Koch brothers out there lying to people saying, well, you know, in theory, free trade is really good.
	Look, a free market is really good where people honestly, openly compete.
	But if you go into a situation, and I've been in a situation like this as a small retailer where you're competing against somebody who is funded by equity funding on Wall Street, and they don't have any limit to the amount of capital that they can get, and they can go into local government and they can get exemption from regulations that are put on you.
	Just like taxi drivers, for example.
	Even the taxi unions, many of them, don't have the power to fight back against Uber and Lyft.
	They put all kinds of regulation and taxes on the taxis, and then the Uber and Lyft say, oh, we're not a taxi company, we're an information-sharing company, so we don't get any of those taxes or regulations.
	When you have an unlevel playing field like that, you can't survive.
	It's very difficult to survive.
	And that's what we're talking about here on the international level.
	So China's coming back in and saying, well, we've got a lot of different things we can do.
	We own a lot of your Federal Reserve bills and T-notes and so forth, and we might do something about your petrodollar.
	Yeah, they might. The American government is very worried about that, let me tell you.
	They're worried even about what Bitcoin could do to them, let alone what China and Russia could do to the petrodollar.
	But I want to take a moment in this segment here to talk about this bombing and give you an update on the bombing.
	Of course, we had police officers hold a press conference, and I want to play for you what the police chief said here.
	Because, you know, when the police come out and they...
	Initiate force. They use excessive force.
	They should be criticized for it.
	And I don't shy away from criticizing them.
	But in this particular case, I want you to hear what they did.
	And they deserve to be commended for what these officers did.
	Here's how it was put in a press conference.
	We literally had Austin police officers running towards a vehicle that had an explosive device in it.
	That detonated. That is unbelievable courage.
	Those are heroes. Absolutely.
	They ran towards the device.
	They didn't just circle the car and just start shooting until they were out of bullets.
	And we've seen police departments do this against people that were involved in a chase or something.
	This is a guy that they have very good reason to believe that he's a bomber.
	And they didn't do that to him.
	Instead, they tried to take him into custody.
	They ran up to the car. He exploded the bomb in the car.
	Blew several of them back.
	They could have been killed. An act of heroism, and they did it the right way.
	And so, thanks to them for doing that.
	However, as we look at the fact that he now has recorded confessions on his phone, talking about, they said, all the different bombs, how he made them.
	He gave no indication as to why he picked those particular targets.
	As a matter of fact, the police chief said that he did not mention terrorism or hate.
	He didn't mention a political agenda.
	He said, this is the outcry of a very challenged young man.
	I know everybody's interested in a motive, understanding why, and we're never going to be able to put a rationale behind these acts.
	In other words, these are totally irrational acts.
	It's crazy acts. You're not going to get a reason why.
	And when we looked at the Reddit thing, that was the only thing that we had at the moment, and I said, look at this Reddit thing.
	Now, we don't know if this guy, and I said it yesterday, I said, we don't know if this guy that claimed to be the bomber really was the bomber, or if he was hoaxing people.
	But I said, you know, you look at this, and I said, if this is the bomber, and still we don't have any confirmation one way or the other that I've seen whether or not this was really the bomber on Reddit, But I said, whether or not he is the bomber, if he's saying that he just wants to burn the world down, I said, that sounds to me like a left-wing guy.
	And boy, I tell you what, all the hateful comments, you're just a shill.
	More fake information, more fake news from you on Twitter and everything.
	It's like, oh, we know that all of the terrorists are always conservative and right-wing.
	Oh, do you know that? Do you know why I said that?
	Do you know anything about history at all?
	You left-wing trolls with five or six followers, if you are even humans.

	I don't know what happened to this kid in the six years after he stopped homeschooling.

	In this segment, we're going to be talking to State Senator Michael Williams in Georgia, who is running for governor there.
	And he has some interesting takes on some issues that we wanted to talk to him about.
	It's always good to have somebody in a state that is going to fight against efforts to censor the NRA. That's one of the things we want to talk to him about.
	But also what he would do in terms of school shootings and how they would improve security there.
	And the Sanctuary City issue is an issue in Georgia as it is elsewhere.
	You know, we have an article out of California that we now have just as, you know, we've got a lot of left-wing people there that basically control the state politics because the big cities have the most number of people in them.
	They elect people like Jerry Brown, who turns the state into a sanctuary state.
	But you do have conservative enclaves.
	You have Orange County and places like that in the south.
	And in the north, you have a group of people who would like to get away from California.
	A lot of people who are in rural areas, the state of Jefferson people, they want the ability to secede from California and become a new state.
	And so you do have people who are conservative in California.
	And we just had, in Orange County, the town of Los Alamitos has pushed back against Jerry Brown's sanctuary city laws.
	And what they have said is that, no, we are not going to be a sanctuary city.
	As a matter of fact, we want to work with ICE and with border control in order to deport people who are foreign citizens, criminally trespassing, people committing crimes in the area.
	And now it looks like this is going to start a rebellion where conservative enclaves inside of California are going to push back against this liberal agenda of being a sanctuary state.
	Los Alamitos city leadership passed an ordinance 4-1 on Monday and instructed the city attorney to file an amicus brief in the Department of Justice lawsuit against California's Immigrant Worker Protection Act and the California Values Act and the Inspection and Review of Facilities Housing Federal Detainees Law.
	So what the state government did there, and these are things that have national implication for all of us, what the state government did there was to say, we're going to penalize you as businesses if you give any information to ICE or so forth, and we're going to have specific penalties against towns and local law enforcement and against businesses if you don't become a sanctuary supporter there.

	Williams, he's a successful businessman, a CPA. He challenged a longtime establishment incumbent for the Georgia State Senate in 2014.
	After spending his own money, he won the election in a landslide victory with 66% of the vote, nearly a 2-1 margin over the guy who lost.

	I think he's got great positions on a wide variety of issues, but thank you for joining us, Mr.

	Thanks for having me on. Let's start with what I was talking about at the beginning of the segment, and that is sanctuary cities.
	Tell us what you would do in Georgia if you were elected governor with sanctuary cities.
	Well, first of all, the easy answer to that is to ban sanctuary cities and defund them.
	But we need to go a step further and actually be aggressive in getting these illegal aliens out of the state of Georgia.
	And the plan that we put forth is...
	Requiring the counties to become 287G compliant.
	So we can implement our 287G deportation program, which basically allows for the deputies, the sheriff's deputies, to become acting ICE agents.
	So that once they identify somebody who's here in our country illegally because they are committing it a no- Another heinous crime.
	They can begin the deportation process immediately and not having to wait on federal agents to do so.
	So definitely defund sanctuary cities, but take it a step further and be proactive and aggressive in getting them out of our state and our country.
	That's great. Let me ask you about the other side of the coin, too.
	And that is the thing that attracts so many people to this country.
	We have situations, you have the governor of New York saying that he wants to give free tuition to illegal aliens.
	And they get in-state tuition in many states that our students don't.
	In other words, like if I'm a, you know, my kids are in Texas, if they wanted to go to Georgia, you're not going to give them in-state tuition.
	Does Georgia give in-state tuition discounts to people who are illegal aliens?
	We do not. We do not.
	And I would not support that either.
	Again, we definitely do not want to put students that are here in Georgia that are citizens of this country behind those that are here illegally.
	You know, we've got to take care of Georgia. We've got to take care of Americans first.
	So no, we would not, or I would not support in-state tuition for illegals.
	That's great. Let me ask you about something else that is a national issue right now that a lot of people are concerned about.
	There was a concerted effort by the media and others, mainstream media, CNN and everything, to boycott the NRA. And we had some corporations that immediately jumped on that bandwagon.
	Delta was one of them, and famously in Georgia.
	And I'm wondering, were you part of this effort to stop the subsidies to Delta Airlines when they said, well, we're not going to honor any NRA discounts that we'd previously offered members of the organization?
	Yeah, actually, that's a pretty interesting story.
	Delta came out with that statement a few Saturdays ago, but what was happening the Friday before, Casey Cagle, who is Lieutenant Governor of the state of Georgia, he's also a candidate for governor, he was trying to fast-track and push this bill that gave the Delta exemptions through the Senate.
	Myself and another senator, we were actually trying to pull that exemption out of the bill.
	When we were unsuccessful to that, basically the finance chair told us that there was already an agreed-upon deal, a backroom deal made that we couldn't amend the bill.
	So they then tried. Hang on, I want to hear the story of how this came down, because I know you were at the front of this, and that's one of the reasons I wanted to talk to you about that.

	Welcome back. I'm David Knight, and we're talking to State Senator Michael Williams of Georgia.
	He is running for governor in Georgia.
	And as we're going to break, I didn't give him enough time to talk about this.
	This is an interesting story.
	The one that got national attention, the fact that Delta Airlines was looking for massive subsidies from the state of Georgia.
	And I knew that Senator Williams was fighting those subsidies from the very beginning because we don't need to be giving special favors to the biggest businesses that are paid for by the people and by the smaller businesses.
	I mean, that's just absolutely unfair.
	But as they were fighting that subsidy...
	Delta came in and started virtue signaling for gun control, saying we're not going to honor the NRA discounts that we've previously said we're going to honor.
	And that seemed to be the catalyst.
	So tell us about that fight, Senator Williams.
	Yeah, exactly.
	Delta wanted this tax exemption.
	On the jet fuel, they had been trying to get it back for a couple years.
	Lobbyists finally found a bill they could attach it to, which is, it was a tax break for all Georgians.
	So they found this bill to attach it to.
	I was trying to take it off because, like you said, we don't need corporate welfare, according to capitalism.
	Casey Cable, lieutenant governor, he was trying to push it through.
	And then on Saturday, whenever Delta came out and made their comment about they're going to discontinue their relationship with the NRA, it really gave a lot of fuel to our movement to try to Have this exemption withdrawn.
	The people of Georgia were outraged that Delta would do this.
	They reached out to their senators.
	They called them.
	And we actually had a caucus meeting on Monday when we got back where the governor of the state of Georgia came to talk to us.
	I've been in the Senate for four years now, and the governor has never come to talk to our caucus meeting.
	He came to tell us how important it was that we give Delta this tax break, so much so that if we didn't, We're good to go.
	About 30 minutes before he sent out that infamous tweet, tried to push it through one last time, and we all stood strong and told him no.
	And after he saw that he couldn't force us and force our hand to vote for this bill, that's when he put out the tweet, you know, pretty much extorting Delta.
	That's great. How much was the amount of money that Delta was going to get as a handout in crony capitalism?
	Anywhere from $30 to $40 million.
	And they had, if I remember correctly, only about 12 people had used that discount, right?
	Excuse me? I said, if I remember correctly, there's only about a dozen people or so that had used that discount, and they lost $30, $40 million because they took that stand against the NRA. Only 13 people had ever used that discount.
	13, yeah. Well, that's great.
	I'm glad you guys stood your ground on that.
	And that's important. That's one of the reasons I wanted to have you on.
	And also, your stand on medical cannabis.
	Because people typically don't see this.
	Most of your issues are right down the line.
	You were the first person in the state of Georgia to first elected office holder to support President Trump.
	And you stood with him throughout the campaign there in Georgia.
	But you understand the issues with medical cannabis.
	And I think you also probably understand that there is a legitimate issue here.
	We've had probably I think it's about 30 states now across the nation that have essentially nullified the war on drugs when it comes to marijuana.
	Exactly.
	In 2015, we passed a lot.
	It was my first year. I didn't quite understand it, but we made it legal for people that need chemical oil to possess it.
	So if you can get it, you can actually have it, and it's legal.
	But we did not provide a mechanism for them to obtain safe access for it.
	So again, the whole bill kind of was confusing to me.
	So I actually presented a bill this year that would allow for the safe access to chemical oil through the growing and processing of it in state.
	So those people that need this oil, again, you talked about the opioid crisis, the pharmaceutical lobbying arm.
	I mean, they are literally killing thousands of our children in a plant.
	That can help take these people off of these opioids and live a much better life.
	Plus, my father, he was a Vietnam veteran.
	He came back, suffered from PTSD, and ended up taking his own life when I was 14 years old.
	So this is a very emotional and very sensitive topic to me to make sure that those families out there that need this oil, this medicine, can get safe access to it.

	You see a lot of people on the left say, well, I want my freedom when it comes to cannabis and medical marijuana.
	But I don't want people to have freedom to possess guns to defend themselves.
	And the opposite is true of conservatives.
	So it's really refreshing to see somebody get the real perspective.
	And you get that because of what happened in your personal life.
	You know that it is very effective in terms of treating PTSD. You know as well that it helps to get people off of the opioid addiction.
	And it can be used in place of putting people on opioids as well.
	Why wouldn't we allow people to do that?
	Exactly. You're exactly right.
	And, you know, we need to take this fight to the Senate here in Georgia.
	Once again, the Senate president, Casey Cagle, has stalled this PTSD bill that the representative in the House has tried to push through.
	And what he's done is...
	Typical political maneuvering.
	He, instead of passing this bill, sanctioned yet another study committee so that we can look at it even further, which is just a bunch of BS. We know what the issue is.
	We know we have a solution for it.
	We don't need to study it any longer.
	He just is scared to actually take a stand and do something about it.
	So, as it currently stands in Georgia, then, you have the ability to possess the oil, but no ability to get the oil or to create the oil.
	And if you carry it across state lines, you're in jeopardy with the feds who control stuff that's going across state lines.
	Is that correct? That's exactly right.
	Exactly. We kind of have an underground rail system that's going to Colorado and other states to bring this chemical oil in to patients that need it.

	Let's talk about one other thing, and this is a traditional conservative issue, and that is the heartbeat bill.
	That was the press release that I got from you.
	And we have had Mississippi and North Carolina say that you cannot abort a child after 20 weeks.
	Mississippi just reduced that to 15 weeks.
	You're talking about taking it down to six or eight weeks as soon as you can hear a heartbeat.
	Tell us about that. Again, this is another issue that is very personal to me.
	I have four children. My youngest is nine months old, and she was conceived through IVF. And I remember very vividly whenever my wife and I went to the doctor, and they placed the embryo inside my wife.
	We went back several weeks later and the little dot that kind of came out of the tube when they inserted the embryo, I saw that kind of shoot across the screen and attached to my wife's inside lining.
	And we came back, I said, a couple weeks later and that same dot, it now had a heartbeat.
	And it was beating right there on the screen.
	I saw it. I heard it.
	And nine months later, eight months later, that embryo became our daughter, Brinley.
	And to think that people are out there basically killing these babies inside the womb, I can't imagine it.
	It breaks my heart. So we have to actually start standing up to the left.
	The science is out there. I mean, I saw it with my own eyes, this little baby inside my wife's womb with a heartbeat.
	It's a human life. It's a little baby.
	Little baby Brindley was in there.
	And we have to start protecting.
	I said for the longest time, the most effective thing we could do to stop abortion, of course you'll never be able to do it fully, but I think the most effective educational thing we could do is what has now been done, I said this years, decades ago when my wife was working as a volunteer for a pro-life organization, I said what they need to do is they need to fund Something like we now have, which is called a 4D ultrasound, where you can see the baby moving inside so people understand what is really going on with it.
	But we have people who are so ruthless.
	I just talked yesterday about an abortionist who is bragging.
	She's from Utah, bragging about the fact.

	I want to give a little bit of love to Facebook.
	Not actually. It's what the Germans call schadenfreude.
	Dark joy at the misfortunes of others.
	We have, in the wake of all this stuff, it's kind of interesting to watch people's reactions to this.
	Especially the reactions of Mark Zuckerberg and the reactions of CNN and New York Times coming to their defense.
	But I had this on my desk yesterday to talk about this, and I mentioned it briefly.
	The fact that we got Jim Carrey out there doing nasty cartoons now of not people from the Trump administration, but now people are doing it of Zuckerberg.
	And quoting the thing that we have said so much.
	We have quoted Mark Zuckerberg so many times.
	He says, oh, they trust me, those dumb effers.
	And so he does a cartoon showing that.
	And you've got all these celebrities, Jim Carrey, Rosie O'Donnell, and all them calling for a boycott of Facebook.
	Well, good. Join the club. Let's all get rid of them.
	Let's get rid of the idea that we're going to have controls of our speech.
	But that's not why they oppose it.
	They don't oppose Facebook because they don't want to be manipulated.
	They don't oppose Facebook because they're concerned about their privacy.
	They're not concerned about the NSA. The NSA is far more dangerous than any corporations or political consultants that get information, try to sell you a candidate or a product.
	I mean, just look at what the NSA did to Ross Ulbrich.
	I was talking to Lynn Ulbrich earlier in the program.
	They're out there investigating Bitcoin users.
	What are they doing? They're trying to find crime so they can come after you.
	That's what you should be concerned about.

	But the left didn't care about any of that.
	The left doesn't want free speech.
	The left wants you gagged and shut up.
	But they only care about this because they saw that this information was used by Republican consultants, and they fear that it might have been used to help President Trump get elected.
	Don't worry, Leif.
	It really didn't help him any more than these Russian troll farms did.
	But it's kind of interesting to look at their reactions to this.
	Rosie O'Donnell signaled that she had deleted her Facebook account.
	Alyssa Milano, Chelsea Handler, many of these people are out there tweeting out there, hashtag delete Facebook, has become a big deal.
	after just 50 million users have had their data leaked.
	And of course this is the way that they've been operating for the longest time.
	They want to pretend that this is an isolated incident that's never happened before.
	They completely ignored when Obama bragged about it.
	But here's a newsflash for those people out there doing delete Facebook.
	After you have deleted Facebook and you've removed your account, they're still going to be tracking you.
	They put all kinds of stuff on your computer.
	As I point out in this article in Daily Mail, how Facebook and its vampire apps can still track you after you remove your account.
	And here's how to stop them.
	I'm not going to go into how to stop them, but I'm just going to tell you that they have all kinds of things that they've embedded into your computer to allow them to build a digital profile of you and to continue to follow you around.
	And it's a very time-consuming process to get this out.
	And they're not the only ones who do this.
	There's a lot of different brands who do this.
	They can collect information ranging from your IP address to the websites that you visit, the amount of time that you spend on a website, what pages you're looking at, what things they can advertise to you, and so forth.
	So in the wake of all of this, in the wake of the fact that Wall Street is very angry with them, that gets their attention.
	Not so much the government. They can deal with the government.
	They can do special favors for people in government.
	But Wall Street got angry with them.
	Their stock took a plunge.
	You got some investors who are suing them.
	And so people said, yeah, where is Mark...
	He's silent on all this.
	He's disappeared. He's gone to a safe place.
	Where's Zuckerberg?

	As Daily Beast and other lefties who are just so disappointed in these people.
	They thought that they were going to do all this stuff and help Hillary Clinton get elected and everything.
	You know, Cheryl said that she was going to do all that stuff and just isn't happening, you know.
	What does it matter?
	I thought they had an agreement with Sheryl Sandberg, you know.
	She was going to do everything she could to help Hillary.
	She wasn't supposed to help Trump.
	Well, let's hope that they do delete themselves.
	So he's out there playing the victim, and he goes to his safe place, and guess where his safe place is?
	CNN. And I want you to hear they have like a 15-minute puff piece on CNN with a reporter.
	I don't know who this lady is, but she just smiles and asks him nice, soft questions, and he smiles and answers back in a lot of platitudes for 15 minutes.
	But I want you to hear the very end of this, and ask yourself, if you don't think that he fed her this question, About being a daddy and how he wants to do all this for his kids and he wants his kids to be proud of him.
	Here's his safe place, CNN, helping him to try to rehabilitate his image.
	How has being a father changed?
	Changed your commitment to users?
	Changed your commitment to their future and what a kinder Facebook looks like?
	Well, I think having kids changes a lot.
	Like what? You know, I used to think that the most important thing to me by far was, you know, my having the greatest positive impact across the world that I can.
	And now... You know, I really just care about building something that my girls are going to grow up and be proud of me for.
	And, I mean, that's what is kind of my guiding philosophy at this point is, you know, when I come and work on a lot of hard things during the day and I go home and just ask, will my girls be proud of what I did today?
	Will my girls be proud of what I did today?
	That's the thing that guides Mark Zuckerberg.
	I wish... I should have told him to back that clip up a little bit further so he could have heard the abrupt change And the tone of the questions that were there.
	And she's asking him something totally unrelated and then all of a sudden it's like, oh, and then we got our last question that you gave me before we, this is like Stormy Daniels polygraph test.
	Give me the questions that you want me to ask you.
	And then try to look and act as sincere as possible.
	And I don't know, even with that, I don't know, my polygraph alarm was like going off the meter as he's sighing about how he wants his daughters to be proud of what he does at Facebook.
	This is a guy who started this whole thing so he could rate women and dump on them at Harvard.
	He's a ruthless thief, even of his former partners, the Winklevoss twins.
	I mean, this guy stole everything, and now he's stealing your data.
	Do you care? I mean, that's what this is really about.
	And then Sheryl Sandberg, the Facebook COO, and she was the one who said, I want to do everything I can to help Hillary Clinton.
	Well... We're good to go.
	Even if you think that what they did was effective, Hillary Clinton spent 1,000 times more than they did, and what they did, half of it was after the election, these Russian troll farms.
	So, I mean, that's another fictional story that we've talked about many times.
	We won't get into that. So he's looking at this stuff.
	And... The Times' original story made reference to Sheryl Sandberg, the COO of Facebook, and mentioned her consternation at Stamos' efforts to shepherd the tech giant toward being more transparent about Russian trolls' electoral interference.
	In other words, he was looking at this stuff and he's kind of pushing back on some of this.
	I think he was the one who pointed out that they didn't spend that much money and that half of what they spent...
	Was after the election.
	In other words, when Hillary Clinton spends 1,000 times as much as they did, the percentage of what they spent to her is 0.1% of the spending.
	And then half of that came after the election.
	And so she was very consternated about that.
	That's what the New York Times said. So what do the New York Times do?
	Well, it turns out the New York Times, as I point out, apparently offers powerful third parties the ability to edit away, that is to flush down the memory hole of the internet, anything that is unfavorable in their coverage.
	And they afforded that privilege of memory-holing something that was in one of their stories.
	Oh, Cheryl, do you like the story that we did about you?
	Oh, you don't? What would you like us to change, dear?
	Oh, you want us to remove that?
	How about this other thing? You want us to redact that out of the thing?
	We'll just remove it. Nobody will ever even see the black bars that you typically see when you get something from the deep state with a FOIA request.
	No, we'll just flush it down the memory hole.
	Nobody will ever know that it's there.
	That's why they call them fake news.
	That's why Sandberg and Zuckerberg go to the New York Times and CNN to help them, to rehabilitate them, to flush what they don't want you to know down the memory hole.
