	He's not sorry when snowflakes can't handle the truth.

	We've seen a lot of talk lately about release the memo, and we've had Adam Schiff have to stop answering his phone because the narrative from the Democrats, as well as people like Bill Kristol, Who always finds himself allied with the Democrats.
	They've been calling the people, putting out a hashtag, release the memo.
	They've been calling them deplorables or robots from Russia.
	I guess we should just put those together and just say that they're deplorabots.
	And even Twitter and Daily Beast is saying that.
	So we talked to people inside of Twitter and Twitter executives off the record told us, no, this is not Russian bots.
	Causing this trending hashtag of release the memo.
	We're going to talk about what is behind all this.
	We're going to talk about the NSA. We're going to talk about, I think, the important thing about the memo that William Benny came on yesterday to talk about.
	I think the most important thing to look at with this is that the Congress knew the contents of this memo when they not only reauthorized FISA, but And this kind of abuse.
	But they extended their ability.
	They actually loosened up the rules for these people.
	It's like, oh yeah, they're violating the law.
	Well, let's loosen the rules a little bit so that these people can do their dirty work without having any legal jeopardy.
	To me, that's the big news.
	The corruption of Congress.
	And I'm talking about the GOP here as much as the Democrats.
	Both sides of this.
	Want the government to have unrestricted access to all of your information.
	They want to avoid the Fourth Amendment in every way, shape, and form.
	The TSA puts its hands on you at will, and it's not going to be limited to the airports.
	They have shown in the past with their Viper teams and so forth that they intend to roll this out everywhere.
	They're going to restrict your movement, and they're going to follow you everywhere you go.
	That's why when we look at the...
	Issue of Agenda 21, self-driving cars, them taking over our transportation grid, and then adding to this, all this DACA caca, adding a national identification card with biometric information on it so that you won't be able to move or get a job without their permission.
	This is all coming together in a very bad way.
	Very bad way. So we're going to take a look at that as well.
	And about the propensity of the FBI to destroy data.
	Oh, they lost it because of an update on Samsung phones?
	Give me a break.
	Give me a break. They didn't have Samsung phones when they burned the, when they hid and lied about the evidence for the Bundys that we just saw.
	Or when they hid the evidence from Waco.
	We got that, we're going to have, I guess, a fictional account of Waco produced by television.
	You can go back and see what really happened.
	You don't need to... Don't spend a lot of hours watching some kind of fictionalized drama about Waco.
	There's a lot of good documentaries out there.
	And they'll put that together for you.
	Also, you don't have to depend on their based on a true story narratives.
	Get the facts.
	The facts eventually came out in spite of all the efforts of the FBI to cover everything up for years.
	We've seen this with Flight 800.
	The FBI going out and confiscating flight data records and information that investigators had because they didn't want to have something that was going to embarrass them or embarrass the government.
	We saw them lying and shooting at Lavoie Fennecum and then lying about it.
	It wasn't enough that they shot him in the back and murdered him.
	The FBI snipers shot at him.
	We've seen what happened with Ruby Ridge.
	Eventually, Randy Weaver won in that case because of the murder by the FBI agents in their attempts to cover it up.
	So don't tell me that this is some kind of a Samsung miscalculation.
	We failed to preserve this.
	I mean, even President Trump tweeted out, you know, Samsung.
	You know what? There's nobody at the FBI named Samsung, to my knowledge.
	Certainly not involved in destroying these records.
	This is a pattern of behavior that's gone on for a long time.
	I just told you yesterday. President Truman, who said, we don't want a Gestapo or a secret police, and the FBI is trending in that direction.

	You know, we've had a lot of information come out in the last 24 hours.
	People continuing to talk about Release the Memo, the Democrats, Schiff and Feinstein.
	And we're going to talk about this a little bit later.
	The people who have been spreading disinformation and leaking.
	Joined with Bill Kristol, the never-Trumper neocon.
	To put a letter together and say their organization, we think this release the memo stuff is Russian bots.
	And now even the Daily Beast is saying it's not Russian bots.
	Maybe it's the deplore bots.
	People are flooding Adam Schiff's office with phone calls saying, I'm not a robot.
	I'm not a robot. I'm here.
	I want to know what's in these memos.
	And there's a lot to send the memos.
	William Benny was on yesterday talking about...
	The violations that the NSA admitted that they committed.
	And I think the big story here is that the House of Representatives, Democrats and Republicans, voted to reauthorize and to relax the rules after seeing all of the violations that the FBI did.
	That's the memo you should see.
	What did they say about that?
	Oh, that's right. It's for our safety, wasn't it?
	And they've got something else that they're planning, a bipartisan effort for your safety.
	A national ID card with biometric information.
	They want to know everything about you.
	They want to control you. They want you to be their slave.
	They're not only going to control when and where you can go, but when and where you can get a job.
	This is what E-Verify is about.
	And if you look at this bill that's put out by Goodlatte and the Republicans, yes, it's got some of the things that we all need to see happen.
	Ending chain migration and so forth.
	Ending the diversity lottery.
	But what it does is it basically adds a national identity card, which is not going to stop the hiring of illegal workers.
	Look, I've said before, it is exactly like gun control.
	That's the logic of the left that we're now buying into.
	Because we want to be safe.
	And we always want to be safe by passing more laws.
	And passing laws that are going to be enacted at the federal level.
	Not even at the state level. Every problem has to be solved by government.
	And government at Washington level.
	Washington can't do anything.
	They can't even fund their government.
	Why are we sending all of our problems to Washington to be solved?
	Why are we allowing them to define everything in our life?
	Our education. Letting them define marriage.
	Even letting them define how many gallons it takes to flush a toilet.
	This is ridiculous. Rand Paul said, hey, my toilet still doesn't work.
	After you guys thought that you could violate the laws of physics with your mandates from Washington, this one and a half gallon toilet doesn't even work, and they still don't work.
	That's the level that they have intruded themselves into our private lives.
	You want to talk about an asshole country?
	That's a country that thinks that it can tell you how many gallons it takes to flush a toilet.
	That's an asshole country.
	That's where we're headed. Because we have everything done at the government level.
	Let me tell you something. All these people who are pushing back and say, we've got to have a national idea.
	And there's a lot of conservative groups.
	There's even some immigration groups that say, hey, look, I want these other things in here.
	So I'll trade my freedom.
	I'll trade my dignity.
	For the promise of security.
	That's what the Democrats have done with gun control all along.
	Oh, we'll just have background checks.
	Oh, we'll have universal background checks.
	We'll do it in Washington. And we'll have restrictions and prohibitions and so forth and so on.
	And of course, criminals still get guns.
	When guns are outlawed, only criminals will have guns.
	And you know what?
	When the freedom to work is outlawed, only illegal workers from other countries, for the most part, will be able to get jobs.
	They're still going to pay them off the books.
	Anybody that wants to run their business that decides that they're so greedy or they're so sloppy in their work that they can't run a business without using illegal foreign workers, those people will still continue to operate.
	The rest of us will be the ones who are shut down.
	I just gave you an example yesterday of a friend of mine in North Carolina.
	North Carolina is one of the few states where private employers are mandated to use a verify.
	It began in 1995, but not to the level that now the Republicans and Goodlatte want to shove this in.
	And this is something that has been pushed by Obama.
	This is not a Republican idea.
	This is a bipartisan human control idea.
	It's been pushed by Obama as well as Republicans.
	They want a national identity card.
	And this is their golden opportunity because there's a lot of suckers out there.
	I've seen people responding to the videos that I put out on Twitter.
	You know, E-Verify has been around a long time.
	Yeah, it has been around a long time. It hasn't been mandatory, as I said, for private employers.
	The governments have been gradually rolling this in.
	The federal government made it mandatory for their contractors.
	They made it mandatory for state governments.
	And then some states, eight of them I believe it is, we'll get to that later, Have made it mandatory for private employers.
	Now they're going to make it mandatory for everybody.
	And they're going to add biometric identification for it.
	So it's going to be your true national identity card.
	And it will be used for everything.
	As Ron Paul points out, it'll even be used to modify your health care.
	It's going to be given to us by a single-payer government.
	Everything that they do is designed to control our lives.
	Whether it's the takeover of health care or the takeover of our transportation, Or the takeover of any aspect of our life.
	I've got an example here.
	Of the government fighting an off-the-grid Amish community.
	These people live entirely off the grid.
	They've got a self-composting toilet, so forth and so on, right?
	They don't have any electricity. Why is it important for the government to come in and violate their religious freedoms like that?
	I don't understand religiously why they want to do it.
	I'm starting to look at some of this stuff and say, you know what, there's a pretty good reason to get off the grid, especially when the grid is starting to encompass things like 5G. I don't know if you know what 5G is.
	It's the next thing, the next big thing coming out.
	It's an essential component of smart cities and Agenda 21.
	3G was 3 GHz.
	4G was 4 GHz.
	5G is somewhere in the 20 to 90 GHz range.
	It's a very high frequency.
	All of a sudden they jumped up to a very high frequency.
	Such a high frequency that basically water moisture in the air can interfere with it.
	It doesn't travel very far.
	It's not like the lower frequencies.
	So it's going to have to be line of sight.
	I remember back in engineering class, we had a demonstration of communication with a line-of-sight laser.
	And they had an air gap there that they bridged with a laser.
	And they were running audio across that laser.
	Audio modulation.
	And they took some erasers and banged them together.
	And when they did that, the dust that came out of that and trickled down through that laser...
	Light, okay, interrupted the music that was flowing.
	And the same thing happens with 5G, but even with water moisture.
	What do we have in our bodies?
	Water moisture?
	You think that's going to affect us physically?
	You bet it will. You bet it will.
	We're looking at the effects of Wi-Fi and other things like that.
	What's going to happen with 5G? And they're going to have to, because these things have such a short line of sight, they're basically going to be putting them on every telephone pole, putting them in homes and everything.
	So you know what? I might be going Amish, but they don't want you off the grid.
	Because the point of the grid is control.
	The point of the Good Lottie Securing America's Future bill, House Resolution 4760, in case you want to call your representatives and oppose this, the point of that is not to secure our borders.
	It is to create a security state with a national biometric identification card that you'll be required to do anything with.
	You hear that, Christian? Anything.
	Anything. Now as we move on to the news here, we've got the NFL rejecting a veterans group as a hashtag please stand Super Bowl ad.
	They said, yeah, this would kind of distract viewers from focusing on the game itself.
	Yeah, their political agenda has distracted viewers from focusing on the game itself, hasn't it?
	And they're seeing Super Bowl tickets plummet right now.
	That's just amazing to me.
	But I think the important point of what we've seen with the NFL is that these people's agenda matters less to them.
	The power that they have over our lives matters to them far more.
	And their political agenda matters far more than any money that they have.
	And that's what's going on in these immigration bills.
	That's what's going on with the NFL. That is the way these guys roll.

	We're just talking about the desire, the overwhelming desire of the government to know everything about us, follow everything that we do, and control our every movement, and whether or not we work.
	Working now, in the name of controlling immigration, giving us a national identity card.
	But let's take a look at what's going on just with consumer electronics.
	Let's go back just a couple of years.
	It didn't get a lot of publicity here in America.
	I've covered it several times.
	But for the most part, the American press didn't really pick up on it, surprisingly enough.
	Maybe it had to do with the fact that they were afraid that Apple would pull their ads from any papers that put Apple's iPhone at the center of Big Brother.
	It was one of the Snowden documents, and it was picked up by the German paper Der Spiegel.
	And they had a series of slides.
	Let's pull those slides up there, and I'll narrate it for the people who are listening on radio.
	And scroll down and take a look at those slides.
	It says, who would have thought in 1984, remember, these are NSA slides, NSA slides, bragging about the fact that we are such chumps that we bought the iPhones and that the iPhones are big brothers.
	And this is the way they laid it out. Slide number one shows the iconic 1984 Super Bowl commercial.
	We're just talking about Super Bowl commercial.
	And the fact that the NFL will not allow people who had a hashtag, please stand, asking the NFL and the players to respect the country, to respect the flag and so forth, showing their disrespect for it.
	And of course, you know, when President Trump said something about that, the NFL commissioner, who's now got this lavish new contract, said, how dare you disrespect the NFL, President Trump?
	It's like... Anyway, let's go back to these Super Bowl ads.
	1984, there was an ad that ran just a single time by Apple Computer as they were talking about the upcoming release of the Mac and drawing parallels to the Microsoft, IBM computers that were out there.
	The gray establishment, you know, everybody walking in lockstep with us out there.
	And then there's a breath of fresh air.
	You see this woman coming in.
	There they go. They got the commercial running.
	You guys are good. You're fast.
	I didn't even tell them to pull that commercial up.
	These people are walking in lockstep, and here comes a woman.
	She's the only one in color.
	She's dressed in gym shorts, and she's got a mallet.
	And she runs up to Big Brother and hurls a mallet in it and breaks it.
	And it says, coming up, you know, we're going to have the answer to 1984, essentially, the Macintosh.
	And so the NFL, the NFL, the NSA, yeah, not much difference between the NSA and the NFL, is it?
	They're part of the deep state.
	Not the shadow government.
	The NFL is not part of the shadow government, but they definitely are these inside guys, part of the deep state, selling these agendas.
	But anyway, going back to the slides, the NSA picked up on that.
	And they said, who would have thought in 1984?
	And they've got a couple of pictures of that iconic Super Bowl commercial.
	The next slide, pull the slide up.
	The next slide down shows...
	Who would have thought 1984? And then the second slide says that this would be Big Brother.
	And it shows Steve Jobs holding an iPhone.
	They said this is Big Brother.
	The iPhone is Big Brother.
	That's one of the reasons why you haven't seen these slides picked up by the American establishment media.
	They need the funding for that.
	Okay? They don't want to have the commercials withdrawn.
	Next slide. And that people...
	And that the zombies would be paying customers.
	They call you zombies, the NSA. So they brag about the fact that smartphones, not just the iPhone, but smartphones in general, are big brother.
	And you're a zombie because you line up to buy this product.
	And so as we look at that, we now have a new product coming out from Apple.
	Apple. Which, again, they're not the first ones to do this, and they're not the only ones to do this, just like they're not the only ones to do zombie big brother smartphones.

	It's like Alexa and the other boxes that have come out from these other people.
	Just amazing.

	And then their iPhone, at the same time, is starting to crash and burn.
	They've had JPM warn that...
	The iPhone X orders are even worse than iPhone 8 and that they're slashing production forecast by 50%.
	And that's even without people caring about the fact that they're being spied on with a big brother mechanism.
	Now, one of the narratives that they're pushing back against Trump now, this is the newest one now from the left-wing press, like New York Daily News, is saying, Trump asked FBI's Andrew McCabe who he voted for in a loyalty test.
	In a loyalty test.
	You know what? These are these humorless people like the New York Times, who when Trump said...
	Oh yeah? You got a button?
	When Kim Jong-un said, I've got a button.
	He goes, you got a button? Well, I got a bigger button and mine works on my desk.
	And they said, he doesn't have a button, the New York Times told us.
	Trump doesn't have a button on his desk to fire nuclear weapons?
	That's a lie. And so now you got the New York Daily News and many other liberal establishment press press.
	Saying he was trying to get a loyalty.
	He was trying to impose a loyalty test on Andrew McCabe.
	Look, President Trump knew that Andrew McCabe's wife was running as a Democrat for the Senate.
	He knew that it was public record.
	We all talked about it even before the election.
	The ethical violations involved here.
	The fact that Andrew McCabe was supposedly investigating the email security violations of Hillary Clinton as his wife was running in the Democrat Party for Senate.
	And that $700,000 was being funneled through a Clinton crony, Terry McAuliffe's organization, to Andrew McCabe's wife.
	That was, you know, that just like President Trump was trolling Kim Jong-un with that button question, he was trolling Andrew McCabe with that as well.
	Oh yeah, who'd you vote for?
	What he was telling him was, I know exactly who you are.
	I know you're a Clinton operative.
	I know you're a Democrat operative.
	I know where your loyalty is.
	He wasn't giving him a test of loyalty.
	He was telling him, I know who you're loyal to.
	I know you're a political operative.
	You're not just somebody in the FBI. And that's what we're going to be looking at today.
	The long history of the FBI and its political involvement.
	And you know, it's amazing to me as we look at this.
	It'll be interesting to see what this mini-series that's coming on television is going to do.
	I'm smelling a whitewash when I look at this.
	Just when I looked at the trailer. They did actually show the vans pulling up there.
	And they did have the guy say, hey, Showtime.
	That was their code word for kicking this off.
	But in the trailer that I saw, I didn't see all the media there.
	The media was there at the very beginning.
	The whole thing was staged for the media.
	Got a lot of people killed. And after they got tired of waiting around, they deliberately killed a lot of other people.
	And then they covered up the evidence of that for a very long time.
	We're going to talk about that. Look, the FBI hasn't just been discovered to be corrupt, violent, and dangerous.
	We saw that at the Bundy standoff as well.
	I just gave you a bunch of examples.
	I mean, you can come up with some of your own.
	And I'll give you another one that's just come out that involves Robert Mueller when we get to the FBI. This is something that they covered up for a very long time that's just been released.

	But then when they downplay the importance of the metadata, they are lying to you, just as James Clapper did.
	And we've had some members of Congress say, hey, his statute of limitations on the perjury that he committed when Ron Wyden asked him if they were surveilling the American people, that statute of limitations is about to expire.
	Five years. And we need to charge him with perjury.
	There's a lot of these people.
	A lot of these people.
	Part of the secret society, if you will.

	Or the shadow government is really the more accurate term.

	Well, let's take a look at what's going on in the Commerce Department.
	Remember, we had Obama took away the control of the Internet, actually the ICON people, and made that an international program.
	Turn it over to some international sources.
	Now we have David Reddle, the Assistant Commerce Secretary for Communications and Information, has reportedly told GOP lawmakers before he was confirmed that he would convene a panel to look at unwinding the Obama administration's move to international control of the Internet.
	A lot of people were very concerned about that because they said, look, this gives China a lot of control.
	China has shown that they like to directly censor people.
	That's not the style in America.
	What we do is we create these massive de facto monopolies like Google, Facebook, Twitter, and then we have them censor people after we give them the money to start.
	The CIA gives them the venture capital.
	That's our style. But anyway...
	Getting away from China would be a good thing, nevertheless, and somebody who could use that.
	The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers icon.
	They say under the Obama administration, the U.S. government moved, relinquished their control over that.
	And now we've got somebody in the Commerce Department saying, hey, I think we're going to take that back.
	That'd be a good thing, I think.
	Are we going to get rid of Common Core?
	You know, we had Betsy DeVos come out and say Common Core is dead.
	And I thought that was very interesting because many people, including myself, were very concerned when she was appointed because she had been a longtime advocate of Common Core, especially in her home state.
	And she had actually been a delegate at the Republican convention for John Kasich.
	I was like, what's going on with this?
	She came out and she said, you know, I agree and I've always agreed with President Trump on this.
	Common Core is a disaster.
	And at the U.S. Department of Education, Common Core is dead.
	And when I saw that, I said, well, you know, let's make sure that the Department of Education is dead.
	That was something that Ronald Reagan campaigned on.
	It had just been created by Jimmy Carter.
	And as I've said before, it was Rosemary's baby, and Ronald Reagan and his administration had the opportunity to strangle it in the crib, but they didn't.
	They nurtured it to adulthood.
	It grew many times larger under the Reagan administration, and it's been with us ever since.
	We have, I don't think anybody in Congress was educated while the Department of Education was in existence.
	They're all old enough that they got their education before that.
	We didn't need a Department of Education to educate people like Thomas Jefferson or Benjamin Franklin.
	How in the world did they get educated before we had federal education or even state education?
	These are people who were homeschooled, privately schooled.
	Think about that. The Wright brothers as well.
	But we have a Department of Education which has done nothing but manipulate and control people and deliberately dumb us down.
	As Charlotte Iserby, who was there at the Department of Education in the early days of the Reagan administration pointed out, she wrote a book about it.
	She and Phyllis Schlafly said, the purpose of the Department of Education is to deliberately dumb us down.
	Do you see the product of that today?
	The SJW snowflakes, the social justice warrior snowflakes, who don't know anything except racist, racist.
	That's all they know. They can't even carry on an argument about what they believe because they don't know anything.
	All they believe...
	Is that energy and human activity is destroying the planet and it's all white people's fault, especially white males.
	And so they just shout racist at people.
	That's the deliberate dumbing down of America.
	That's the product. Here we are 40 some odd years after the creation of the Department of Education.
	And Alex Newman says, despite blasting federal overreach in education and making other statements sure to delight conservatives and constitutionalists, U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos continued to mislead Americans on Common Core.
	Indeed, despite the dumbed-down national standards that are still in place in almost every state, she falsely claimed that Common Core was dead at the Department of Education.
	He points out the Bush administration used no child left behind as a carrot, as a stick.
	He used to say no child left alone is really more like it.
	The Obama administration said we got race to the top, so they used the carrot approach.
	But the bottom line is it's central control of your education because they don't want you to think.

	Yesterday, I showed you the handwritten note from President Harry Truman.
	May 12th, 1945, from the Presidential Library Archives.
	And I did that because when I looked up the quote that I'd seen before, it's like, you know, we're trending towards the secret police and a Gestapo with the FBI. That's what he said at the time.
	He wrote that out by hand.
	If he'd had Twitter at the time, he would have done it.
	There you can see it. There it is by hand.
	I did that and showed that handwritten note yesterday, and you can see it right now.
	I still got it on my desk, because Snopes was pushing back against it.
	So, no, we don't really have a source.
	I don't think that's really true.
	No, no, no. So, there you go.
	Snopes. So, this is for you, Snopes.
	And I think it's interesting because Harry Truman, even though he wrote that, even though he said, we want no Gestapo or secret police, the FBI is trending in that direction 73 years ago.
	You know what? It's been there a long time.
	It's been there a long time.
	And as William Binney, who was the former global technical head of the NSA, said, the NSA has become our Stasi.
	The secret police that spies on the rest of the population.
	Half of the people in East Germany were spying on the other half of the people for the Stasi and reporting on it.
	And so this is the same guy who said this.
	And he said, he went on to say, you know, the FBI is trending in the direction of the Gestapo or the secret police because at that time there wasn't any Stasi yet.
	But he said, the FBI is dabbling in sex life scandals.
	Oh, yeah. Oh, you mean like the Fusion GPS situation?
	Which is not even real.
	Now they're not dabbling in sex life scandals.
	They're manufacturing sex life scandals.
	And they're funding it.
	Funding the creation of that.
	And with plain blackmail.
	When they should be catching criminals.
	They also have a habit of sneering at local law enforcement officers.
	This must stop crime.
	That was Harry Truman, 1945, 73 years ago.
	And yet, that same president, Truman, created the NSA by executive order.
	By executive order.
	Isn't that amazing? You know, and it just goes to show, we can have, as human beings, we all have blind spots.
	We can have the right instincts.
	We can understand what is going on, and we can still miss something that is very key.
	And Harry Truman certainly missed it.
	I understand that when he created the NSA, he was probably trying to create something that was going to be maybe a check on the abuses of Jagger Hoover and the FBI. And also, this is coming fresh on the heels of World War II, where the Enigma machine had played such a vital part.
	They wanted to have signals intelligence.
	And that was a big part of what the NSA was.
	But always, unless you have proper controls, and it's not just having controls put down, but it's having people with the integrity to enforce those controls.
	You're always going to have bad people in an organization, as Frank Serpico said.
	The question is, are you as an organization going to purge those people out or are you going to leave them there?
	Because if you leave them there, you corrupt the organization.
	That's what we've had happening in the FBI and the NSA and the government in general for a very long time.
	This kind of corruption has now turned into a shadow government over the last 70 some odd years.
	But I was just talking about Common Core.
	That's the other reason I pulled this out.
	He went on in the same note.
	He's just writing down notes to himself.
	Kind of stream of consciousness.
	Same way that President Trump tweets out.
	But he was just writing these things down in a handwritten note.
	And here's what else he had to say.
	He started talking about education.
	He said, school system needs overhauling.
	1945. School system needs overhauling.
	Kids should learn more fundamental reading and arithmetic.
	Freud psychology and nut doctors should be eliminated.
	I like Harry Truman because he talked like...
	He talked like President Trump.
	He talked like common people.
	Freud psychology and nut doctors ought to be cut out of the schools.
	He understood that already at that point in 1945, they were already starting to put things into the educational establishment at that point in time.
	Education was largely done at the local level, not even at the state level, but at the local community level.
	But as we always see with these UN agendas, whether it's the UN agenda for the war on drugs or the UN agenda for smart cities, the UN 2030 agenda for sustainability, all these different things, they create a template.
	And then all of the people who are leaders in the community, they have a way of pushing this down.
	Appealing to people's elitism.
	Oh, we'll send a representative up to this national conference or this international conference.
	Or we'll send them to Davos or whatever.
	And then they push these agendas on them and they buy into it.
	And then they push these agendas at the local level.
	And already the nut jobs and the Freudian psychology were infiltrating even at the local school level.
	And it really accelerated as the control went from the parents to the community, from the community to the state, and then from the state to the federal government.
	And what we see, as I said, is the deliberate dumbing down of America are these social justice warrior snowflakes that are out there.
	They don't know anything other than Marxist propaganda.
	And here's an example of the kind of propaganda that our government is pushing, not just with the education department.
	But with the State Department, the State Department, listen to this.
	The State Department is spending $592,500, let's just call it $600,000, $600,000 to explore the gender identities of boys and men in Kenya.
	In Kenya. Not going to leave them alone.
	Why is that any of our business?
	Why are we spending over half a million dollars to mess with the minds of people in Kenya?
	Pushing this transgender agenda.
	Well, I think it's kind of interesting that the State Department...
	Who's running the State Department?
	Let's see. That would be Rex Tillerson.
	What did Rex Tillerson do when he was at the Boy Scouts of America?
	Well, he invited and opened up the Boy Scouts of America to the first openly homosexual boys to join.
	Then he opened it up for openly homosexual scout leaders.
	Then he opened it up for openly transgender boys.
	Boys or girls or, I don't know, whatever.
	Trannies. Okay, he opened it up for trannies.
	And now, at the State Department, he wants to mess with the people in Kenya over their gender fluidity.
	He wants to confuse them as well.
	I said, why do they do this?
	Why are we spending...
	This is why we continue to collect records amounts of tax money and still have over $200 billion a quarter in a deficit.
	This kind of stuff that, first of all, doesn't need to be done, but it's just criminal what we're doing across the world.
	It's criminal that they would do that here in America, that they would go to other countries to do this.
	And this is what the State Department said.
	Gender is increasingly recognized as an essential aspect to understanding and countering violent extremism throughout the world.
	So they're going to neutralize all of these Kenyans by gender confusion.
	They're going to gaslight these kids.
	The State Department is going to spend $600,000 on the, quote, masculinity and violent extremism study.
	Oh, see, it's all about masculinity.
	We've got to stamp that out, just like Rex Tillerson has done at the Boy Scouts of America.
	They say, the grant proposal blames Kenya's patriarchal society of, quote, tough heterosexual men for problems facing the developing country.
	It's always that toxic masculinity, isn't it?
	Got to stamp that out.
	Even in Kenya.
	And it's our own State Department.
	This is a globalist agenda.
	A big part of the globalist agenda.
	And they can't leave that alone.
	Even in a developing country.
	I mean, these people, they've got a lot of problems that go way beyond that.
	But they're going to add another problem to their existing problems by confusing them.
	On their sexuality. Just amazing.
	These people are living in poverty.
	And instead of giving them $600,000 to support tools to get their own water or giving them livestock or something so they can be independent.
	No, what we want to do is we want to gaslight them into this gender confusion and tell them that men are evil.
	Pushing that agenda worldwide.

	In this hour, we're going to take a look at DACA, the current state of DACA, what is being offered in its place.
	We're going to take a look at the blame game that is floating around in Washington.
	A lot of people are very upset with Chuck Schumer.
	His own party is upset with him.
	The so-called Dreamers are upset with him.
	And there's a lot of Democrat senators who are saying we're not going to do another shutdown.
	And Rand Paul came out. We're going to play a video of what Rand Paul has proposed.
	He said, look, we've got a problem here.
	We've been kicking this can of funding the government down the road now for several times.
	Every couple of months, we're doing this, giving a continuing resolution.
	We can't even fund the government.
	And again, when we look at this, why are we asking the government to micromanage every aspect of our lives?
	You know, one of the things that happened when they shut down the government was the people who were relying on E-Verify.
	And again, E-Verify is being offered in this compromise bill, and it is a big compromise.
	It's a compromise on your freedom, on your liberty, on your dignity being put out by Goodlatte of Virginia and other Republicans.
	Yeah, it's got some stuff in there that is absolutely essential.
	We have to stop chain migration.
	We have to stop the diversity visa lottery.
	But it's not enough to say, well, some of these abuses of our immigration policy and DACA itself is an abuse of our immigration policy.
	DACA was never a law.
	They never passed a law.
	So why is the fact that we're going to stop the deferral, the non-enforcement of the law, why is that something that's going to be decided in the courts?
	It wasn't a new law.
	It was just the Department of Homeland Secretary saying we're not going to enforce the law.
	We're going to defer enforcement of the law.
	And that continued under President Trump until he said I'm not going to not enforce the law anymore.
	In other words, I'm going to enforce the law starting in six months.
	So if you don't like the current law, change the current law.
	And then we now have a court that is going through a lawsuit.
	It's going through the courts and going to the Supreme Court.
	And we've got Jeff Sessions saying, well, I'll go argue that in the Supreme Court.
	What are you going to argue? What are you going to argue?
	That you can't not enforce a law?
	Or that you can't enforce a law?
	That's what they're going to argue? I mean, it's so confusing because it's a double negative.
	And it's crazy.
	But we're going to talk about DACA. We're going to talk about what's going on with the memo.
	And we've learned about FISA. As well as the deliberate destruction of texts, the idea that we have not only a secret society, but now we've had a GOP senator saying this secret society was meeting So, I don't know what's going to happen with that, but we'll take a look at what has now been released about that and what the GOP could actually do to let us know what's going on if they really want to.
	Trump, meanwhile, there's a lot of noise at the Washington Post and other places.
	He asked Andrew McCabe who we voted for.
	And as I said before, that is simply Trump asking a rhetorical question to tell him, I know exactly what you are doing.
	Now Mueller is asking and seeking to question Trump about Flynn and Comey's departures, reports the Washington Post, as if there is something there.
	Look, Mueller doesn't have anything.
	One of the things that's come out of Peter Strzok's texts is, And we've got five months of them that have disappeared.
	But from what we have seen, we saw him talking to his lawyer mistress saying, we've got to do everything we can to keep Trump from getting elected.
	We've got to make sure that we can remove him as insurance and so forth.
	And then when they pick back up with these emails, it's like, you know, I don't really think there's anything here as he's put in charge of the investigation.
	And I don't think they do have anything.
	Firing Comey is not obstruction.
	That is not obstruction. The investigation continued.
	Firing Flynn was not a problem either.
	He doesn't have anything. All he's got is this guy George Papadopoulos, who was gaslighting everybody about the fact that he was an important guy.
	Hey, look, I've got connections.
	And the only person who bought him up on it was another con man out of London.
	Mueller doesn't have anything.
	But we're going to talk about DACA, and we're going to talk about the government shutdown when we come back.

	All right, let's talk about the shutdown.
	Let's talk about DACA and where we go from here.
	Because they only kicked this can down the road for like another three weeks.
	Rand Paul... Has a great idea for how they can get around this, and we're going to play that.
	But first I want to play for you Chuck Schumer's reaction.
	He's trying to pretend that he got exactly what he wanted.
	No, he didn't.
	And we're going to tell you just how bad things are looking for Chuck Schumer here.
	But here's what Chuck Schumer said, how pleased he is with the way this all turned out.
	Well, look, we're very pleased with how things came out.
	We're a lot better off today when it comes to the cause of Dreamers than we were four or five days ago.
	We've gotten a commitment from Senator McConnell, trust but verify, but he made it not just to Democrats but to a good chunk of his own caucus.
	So that means a lot.
	And I think we have renewed momentum, the Dreamer issue, which everyone supported, but is much more highlighted.
	So we're very pleased with how it worked out.
	When there's a Republican president, a Republican Senate, a Republican House that are quite recalcitrant against Dreamers, you're not going to get it all at once.
	But we're going to keep fighting, and we believe we will have a good victory.
	Okay, so there he is.
	It was all about the cause of Dreamers, and for that he was willing to shut down America, as much as was in his power.
	Of course, he didn't shut down America.
	America is far more than its government, but he made a lot of people angry about the fact that he took it to that point.
	And President Trump tweeted out, Cryin' Chuck Schumer, that's his new name, Cryin' Chuck.
	Fully understands, especially after his humiliating defeat, that if there is no wall, there is no DACA. We must have safety and security together with a strong military for our great people.
	And so that came out because Chuck Schumer said, I'm not doing anything about the wall.
	I'm not doing anything about the wall.
	And President Trump says, oh, well, if you don't do anything about the wall, you're not going to get any movement on DACA. Let's just call it caca, because that's what this truly is.
	And there's absolutely no reason that we should have to compromise on this.
	You know, when Bernie Sanders was called out on this, and the fact that in 2013 he excoriated the Republican Party...
	For saying that they were not going to fund the government over Obamacare.
	So, of course, they were just being obstructionists.
	They weren't going to get anything out of that.
	Obama wasn't going to sign a bill from the Republican Congress to not fund Obamacare because it was Obamacare.
	So what were they trying to do?
	It was absolutely ridiculous.
	So why do they think that they're going to get President Trump to repudiate the issue that made him not only the leading candidate, but got him elected, and that's immigration?
	Why would he betray that?
	Why would they expect that he's going to betray that?
	And I hope he doesn't. I hope he's just playing them instead of playing us.
	But when you go back and look at what was happening with the Republicans, why was it that they were playing that funding game?
	It was because they never allocated the money for Obamacare subsidies.
	All funds have to come under the Constitution, if we're going to pay any attention to the Constitution, all funds have to come from the Congress.
	They never funded the Obamacare subsidies.
	What did Obama do? As Dr.
	Jerome Corsi pointed out, they went to Fannie and Freddie.
	They looted that.
	Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac had returned to profitability.
	And so because Obama couldn't get the Republican Congress to fund his Obamacare subsidies, he just stole the money from people who had invested in these private but government-run mortgage investments instruments.
	He just stole the money from there.
	And the Republican Congress was suing Obama over that issue.
	And it was in the courts.
	And so they had every right to sue him over his unconstitutional funding, over his theft to fund Obamacare subsidies.
	So there was a real issue there.
	And we should not be looking for a DACA fix.
	Here's a DACA fix. You tell them, you're welcome for the education, now go home.
	That's the DACA fix.
	Go home and you can get back in line to become a legal immigrant.
	But we do not need to come up with some kind of a compromise on building the wall.
	And we do not need to compromise our ability to get jobs by requiring a national identity card with biometrics and making that mandated for everybody.
	This is insanity, the compromise bills that are being put out by the Republican establishment.
	The White House is also saying that bipartisan immigration package will be dead on arrival because of what Chuck Schumer has now said.
	Chuck Schumer says there will be no wall.
	Man, I'm going to get even with you because the Democrats, he's taking a lot of heat from the Democrats.
	The Dreamers are furious with him.
	They are picketing at his house.
	They are shutting down Disneyland.
	They're picketing in front of...
	They did a rally outside of Schumer's New York home.
	They've shut down the gates of Disneyland yesterday.
	Isn't that interesting?
	I had talked previously, as a metaphor, about what had happened with Hong Kong Disney.
	When they opened up the first...
	They've now got one in Shanghai, too, I believe.
	But they'd opened up Hong Kong Disney and they had all these parents that had gotten there.
	The wealthier parents in China wanted to send their kids to Disneyland.
	And they got there and it was full.
	They'd sold all the tickets.
	So they just went to the gate and they dropped their kids over.
	It created a real problem for the people in Disneyland.
	We had all these unaccompanied minors running through Disneyland and Hong Kong.
	And I said, that's a metaphor for For what these irresponsible parents did with their kids, we so-called Dreamers, who were under 18 when they arrived.
	And of course, that could be MS-13 members as well.
	Those wonderful Dreamers, MS-13.
	But I said, you know, you can't just take your kids and drop them over the border, over the wall, and then maybe Disney comes out and says, where are your parents, little boy?
	Oh, well, they're right over there.
	Well, come on in!
	That's chain migration, okay?
	And then we'll give you free rides on everything.
	That's the Dream Act. That's the metaphor.
	And so they actually did this.
	They actually boycotted Disneyland.
	The Dreamers did. That's the arrogant demands of this class of people who have no respect for our country, no respect for our laws.
	They don't want the system that gave us what we have here.
	They don't want that. And they just want to get what we have and establish their own little Marxist aslan, as they call it, their Mexican state or their Central American state.
	But let's look at what Rand Paul says, because this is going to come up in another 16 days.
	We're going to have another government shutdown because they just did a short continuing resolution.
	So here's what Rand Paul said to stop the insanity.
	Hi, this is Senator Rand Paul with an update from Washington.
	Everyone says they hate government shutdowns, but at the same time, everybody says they hate temporary spending bills where all the spending is glommed together in one gigantic bill.
	Everybody hates the broken process that produces bad results every time.
	Yet, year after year, the practice continues and our debt grows even larger.
	Our total debt now is over $20 trillion.
	The deficit for just one year, this last year, was almost $800 billion.
	This year's deficit will likely exceed a trillion dollars.
	So it's not only the process that's broken, it's spending that's broken and out of control.
	Currently, Congress is running on another continuing resolution.
	This is a big, enormous bill with all of the spending put together in one bill, and nobody can read it, and no reforms will occur.
	So leadership gives only a binary choice.
	They say vote for more deficit spending, more wasteful spending, or shut the government down.
	I say, what about another way?
	What about if we attach to these spending bills an ironclad promise?
	A law that mandates that all spending go through the normal appropriation process.
	We have 12 different units of government.
	Let's fund them individually.
	And if Congress doesn't do its job, if Congress doesn't pass them on time, then there should be a penalty.
	So the penalty, according to my bill, according to my reform bill, would be an automatic 1% cut in spending if Congress doesn't do its job on time.
	Automatic 1% cut.
	I call my bill the Government Shutdown Prevention Act, and I'm introducing it this week in the Senate.
	Government spending would be done right or would occur automatically with a small cut if government or Congress doesn't do it on time.
	So government would not shut down ever.
	No games, no threats, no bluster, no theater, just Congress doing its job.
	Rand Paul, again, with rare common sense in Washington.
	As he pointed out, that growth to $20 trillion deficit, it went from $10 trillion cumulative debt to $20 trillion cumulative debt in the eight years of Obama.

	Yeah, he's crying. He's getting attacked from all sides.
	You've got Dick Durbin even saying, we're not going to do this again.
	He waved away ideas of another shutdown over immigration talks.
	He says, we're not talking in those terms.
	We're talking in positive terms.
	You've got another Democrat senator, John Tester, Democrat Montana, said, I wouldn't anticipate that we're going to have a shutdown at all.
	And you had a third one.
	So my instinct is that shutdown is off the table.
	Shutdowns don't work.
	They're coming back and they're saying, this is the stupidest thing I have ever seen, said many of them.
	And one Democrat senator said, everybody that I speak to over the weekend, every interview, why didn't the Democrats shut down the government?
	Everybody knows who did this.
	They're trying to spin this and blame President Trump.
	And I'll play a clip for you of one of the individuals who's trying to do this.
	But everybody knows that it was Chuck Schumer who did it.
	Everybody knows that Chuck Schumer lost as one...
	Guy Mershad Zahid, political director at Credo, a progressive advocacy group, said it's official.
	Chuck Schumer is the worst negotiator in Washington.
	Even worse than Trump, he said.
	This is a guy who hates Trump. Another Democrat senator said, we went in with a very weak set of cards with 25 people up for re-election.
	Exactly. So why are we bowing to their demands?
	And it is demands. And that's one of the things that contributes to my total lack of sympathy for these so-called dreamers.
	They call them dreamers because there was a thing called the Dream Act, which has been put up repeatedly and has never been passed.
	It's not a law.
	It's an idea.
	An idea. And like, you know, as they blocked Disneyland to protest and to demand that they be given citizenship, And other things.
	After coming here and getting a free education, they didn't have to demand it.
	We just gave it to them. We said, yeah, anybody that's here in the United States, we're going to educate them.
	That has to stop. Nobody has talked about that.
	Nobody has talked about that.
	We're not going to make them pay for their education that they receive for free at the expense of taxpayers, shutting down the American dream for many people, making it more difficult to attain for many Americans who are here or immigrants who are here legally.
	Instead, they continue to demand things.
	They continue to shut down Disneyland and other things.
	They continue to protest at Chuck Schumer's house.
	But here's what one Democrat senator had to say.
	Chris Van Hollen on CNN. Let's play that clip.
	The total incompetence of President Trump and the dysfunctionist White House that led to the shutdown in the first place.
	As Senator Lindsey Graham said, they're unreliable negotiating partners.
	So they got us into this mess and then did nothing.
	Nothing to get us out.
	But what got us out was a bipartisan group of senators working to get a commitment from Mitch McConnell to take up a bipartisan DACA bill, a commitment that they've refused to give in the past.
	We know there are 57 senators right now, Republicans and Democrats, who support the Graham-Durban bill.
	And now is an opportunity to build on that and get a vote.
	Hang on one second, Senator.
	Because he gave that guarantee to Jeff Flake to get his vote on the tax bill back in December.
	And Susan Collins on healthcare. And Susan Collins on healthcare.
	I mean, he's made promises before, particularly on DACA, and the vote didn't happen in January, at least, as he promised to Jeff Flake.
	So, a couple differences.
	One is, this is a...
	Commitment he made in public as opposed to behind closed doors to Jeff Flake.
	Second, it's a commitment he made to over 15 Republican senators in addition to the American people.
	And finally, there are lots more levers in this process.
	I mean, going three weeks on a continuing resolution still leaves all the budget issues.
	It leaves all the issues relating to omnibus appropriations.
	So there are tools that we have to make sure that Mitch McConnell keeps his commitment in addition to the fact that he made it out in public and people are going to be holding him to his word.
	Look, and all of you hope he does keep his commitment because you ultimately have to answer to your constituents.
	Let me just read you what Frank Sherry, the executive director of America's Voices, is an immigrants' rights group.
	Here's what he says.
	I move to tears of disappointment and anger that the Democrats blinked.
	If we're hoping that Paul Ryan is going to have the courage that House Republicans are going to be fair and decent, we're smoking something.
	Even if you can get this through Gang of Six legislation or something similar through the Senate, you're going to have a much tougher road in the House and with the White House unless you give a lot.
	Hearing things like that, concerning to you?
	Well, look, this is a moment where everybody's got to come together and focus on getting the bill out of the Senate, bipartisan DACA bill, and then putting pressure in the House.
	I understand the disappointment.
	We did not get everything we wanted, but there was absolutely no guarantee.
	You know, I can't believe that the Democrats still haven't figured out that identity politics is not working for them.
	That putting... Foreign citizens who are criminally trespassing in the U.S. and demanding that they have some kind of a right to free stuff, to demanding that they be made citizens, I don't understand how they think that's a winning proposition.
	And I don't understand how they think that President Trump is obliged to do anything if they're not going to even fund a wall.
	He made it contingent upon that, and that's why President Trump said, hey, crying, Chucky, The DACA deal is dead if there is no wall.
	And Chuck Schumer has now said there's no wall.
	Let's hope that Chuck Schumer does that.
	Let's hope that he doubles down.
	That's what I said at the beginning. I said, I think this is all a gambit by President Trump.
	I said, I think he is offering them the carrot, saying, hey, we'll do something for your so-called dreamers, your foreign citizens who are demanding that they be given all of this.
	We'll do something about that for these people.
	But you're going to have to kick up something on the wall.
	And if they don't do something on the wall, then all deals are off.
	I think that's exactly what's going to happen.

	The unrest that they cause, creating massive displacements of populations, but also opening the borders and they laid out The end proposition at the very beginning.
	So when they come in and offer something like a national identity card and E-Verify to say, well, we're going to use that to solve the problem of open borders.
	No, that was the end game that the open borders were designed to drive us to, isn't it?
	Yes. You know, you're going to have no different than a credit card and a scanner installed on In the car, either in the door, the dashboard, you swipe your driver's license, you'll get approval to drive, you'll be tracked the whole time you're on the grid.
	They haven't done the cities where they've got the sensors in place, but they do have the user program already in place.
	So, if you've been driving badly, not paying your taxes, not paying your tickets, You can be cut off.
	Same way as with the credit card.
	When you go to swipe it, they decline the transaction.
	That's right. Same way they do with the TSA. You know, when they make you go through the scanners or the pack-downs in order to fly, everything becomes permission.
	And it's interesting because they always do this In a voluntary way first.
	You've got these black boxes that are put out there by some of the insurance companies like Progressive and so forth.
	You just let us put a black box in that measures the way that you drive, and we will give you a little bit of a discount off of your insurance.
	So first they put the carrot out there.
	And then after they establish that in people's minds, then they make it a mandatory situation with a stick attached.
	And I'll tell you, you're so on point with the 5G. The system's already integrated into the railroads.
	It's a scanner on the rail cars.
	They've put bar codes on it.
	This scans the rail cars as they go by.
	This is going to be the same system that they put on the freeways and the interstates and the roads.
	But as that rail car goes by, how fast it's going, where it's at, the contents...
	Whatever they choose to put into it.
	It's a line of sight, as you were saying.
	Yeah.
	They continually, when they talk about smart cities, we need to understand this is a U.N. agenda to confine people to the cities, just like U.N. Agenda 21.
	And they came up with a 2030 agenda and so forth.
	And they're right on schedule with their agendas.
	And they have the politicians of both parties pushing this stuff in.
	But whenever they talk about smart cities, it's always focused around 5G as being the enabling technology.
	I find that very interesting, Gautry.
	Yes.
	And, you know, just going back to your analysis with the insurance companies, this is going to be introduced for safety.
	You take these cars, it'll reduce car theft.
	You'll get insurance breaks.
	You'll do all this.
	And you're going to be driving around in your very highly secure Tesla, and you're going to be a prisoner in it, a moving Tesla.
	That's right. Yeah.
	Yeah, they're essentially, as you look at the Consumer Electronics Show, the Detroit Auto Show, they're selling the cars, not just as appliances.
	I mean, you had a lot of car companies selling vans and SUVs.
	Really? Kind of turning them over the years into appliances, but now they're selling them as smartphones.
	But smartphones that you get inside of and that you move around and that they're going to track and tax and control and monitor just like they do the phone that's in your pocket, but you will be in their pocket.
	That's the thing that is so insidious about this.
	Go ahead. You know, we do security, data security, and phones are so How can I put it?
	That's a completely different subject.
	I can get into your phone or listen to your conversation without any problem.
	And easily hack into the cars as well.
	We've seen that demonstrated at the White Hat, Black Hat conferences time and time again how easy it is to hack into these cars.
	You'd be the expert on that.
	They're probably less secure than a phone is at the moment.
	Well, do you remember that article we did behind the doors of the Garage of Doom?
	Yeah, yeah. This is what we were doing before we were cut off because of the disclosures.
	Law enforcement's ramping up for the connected cities.
	They're not even real sure how to handle this.
	Yeah, it's going to be disruptive for them, too, because it really interrupts their revenue model, doesn't it?
	Handing out tickets and so forth.
	But they can do that now.
	I mean, it's going to cut the cops out of it.
	They'll be able to do it in spades because they'll have the cars constantly communicating to the infrastructure, telling them how you're driving, and they'll be generating automatic tickets, and then the insurance companies will be generating automatic increases, and you will be forced out of your car one way or the other.
	I have a lot of people say, oh, they're not going to take the car away from you.

	Daca. Yeah, I know.
	I call it caca. Go ahead.
	Sorry. Okay, cool. I had a two-folded thing.
	I wanted to... Thanks, David, by the way, for taking my call.
	I wanted to talk about DACA for a little bit and then the Russian folks.
	Yeah, but if you listen to the media, they keep talking about how it's part of a spending bill.
	It's not a part of a spending bill, but it's not part of law.
	So there's no money... That's right.
	And it's not only...
	It's almost a symbol for the Obama administration that whole eight years.
	Everything was done totally unconstitutionally and passed not even as part of the law.
	So I think just on that set alone, Trump should get rid of it.
	I know in September, I believe it was September of last year, he did sign an executive order, I believe, getting rid of DACA.
	But you just saw some kook liberal court.
	Was it the Ninth Circuit that just ruled that?
	Yeah.
	And then you've got Jeff Sessions saying that he's going to argue this to the Supreme Court.
	There's nothing to argue. You had Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, put in a memo saying, we're not going to enforce the law.
	And so President Trump says, we're going to enforce the law.
	And they say, well, you're going to have to go to the Supreme Court and argue the fact that you're going to enforce the law now.
	It's absolute absurdity.
	And yet we've been told that the Dreamers are somehow now some kind of a foundational principle of our republic here.
	And that, you know, Constitution doesn't matter.
	Law doesn't matter. We've got to do something for these people.
	And they're demanding that we do something for them.
	There are foreigners who are criminally trespassing here, making demands on us.
	There isn't even a law.
	The DREAM Act never passed.
	That's where they come up with this dreamer nonsense.
	And I wanted to remember under Obama, the Supreme Court, was it the DREAM Act or was it DACA that the Supreme Court ruled Obama unconstitutionally stepped over his powers?
	There was a ruling on that.
	I forget which case it was.
	Well, no, they didn't.
	They didn't actually take it. See, they didn't have a problem when he said he wasn't going to enforce the law.
	Nobody said, that's the law.
	You are bound to enforce the law.
	Homeland Security isn't bound to enforce the law.
	That is something that, under the Constitution, the federal government is supposed to control the borders.
	And they said, we're not going to control the borders.
	We're not going to obey the law. We're just going to defer action on that.
	We're going to defer our enforcement of the law.
	Nobody took him to court on DACA. But there was a...
	Otherwise, another thing the court could throw the case out is because since they're here illegally, they don't have constitutional standing to fight the case in general.
	That's right. Illegal immigrants don't have constitutional standing to go to court.
	That's right. How do you criminally trespass in a home and then say, you can't throw me out, I have rights?
	I mean, this is like, you know, squatters are, as I pointed out before, a Hispanic mayor in Florida, his wife questioned him, said, you can't support Trump back during the election.
	And he goes, she says, he wants to throw everybody out of the country.
	And he goes, well, what would you do if somebody came into your home, sits down on the couch and refused to leave?
	You'd call the police and have them ejected.
	That's what needs to happen to these dreamers who are now shutting things down, shutting down our government, shutting down Disneyland.
	That's what needs to happen to those people.
	And it's just the ignorance that they think they can come in there.
	But, Dave, I wanted to talk to you, David, excuse me, about the other subject, which is this Russian hoax conspiracy against the president.
	We see this with Peter Strzok and his mistress, which, by the way, He should have left, got his job, launched his job for just having a mistress that works with him.
	But that's another thing for another day.
	I guess in 2017, 2018, people don't really care about that anymore.
	But the other thing I want to talk about is there's all these talks and rumors about how the president is going to be interviewed by either Mueller or his team.
	And I totally agree with Roger Stone.
	I believe he said yesterday that it's a trap for perjury.
	Because they're going to ask twofold.
	What they're going to do is try to pin him They're not even going to talk about the Russian collusion.
	They're just going to talk about did he fire Mueller with the intent of ending the investigation or fire Comey.
	And so their whole point is twofold.
	If he admits to that, they're going to try to say it's a collusion charge.
	And if he denies it, they'll try to say it's perjury.
	So what I think the president ought to do is something kind of unique.
	I think he should sandbag Mueller if he gets Mueller to come in and do the interview.
	He should use his team and bring maybe some congressmen in there and go after Mueller's investigation himself.
	Take it over. Basically use that as a way to put Mueller in his place.
	I don't know if you think that's a good strategy or he should just totally avoid him.
	I would just avoid him.
	These guys are crooks.
	It's coming out that they're crooks.
	If I was President Trump, the way I would go is if this memo...
	Which looks at the abuses of FISA and so forth by the Department of Justice, by the FBI former officials and so forth.
	If that names names and shows and talks about what they have learned, if I was Trump, I would declassify that.
	He could just do that right now.
	They don't have to wait for the people in the Intelligence Committee to do this.
	And as a matter of fact, as I said before, any GOP congressman who thought that it was important for us to have the memo released can stand up on the floor of the House and read this out.
	As many of them have said, there's nothing in there.
	That compromises security, either in methods or sources.
	So there's nothing that keeps any of them from putting this information out and shutting down this investigation of Mueller.
	I understand that they want to play this thing out, that they have to do this in a way that...
	You know, manipulates public opinion to bring people gradually in along with them.
	But I don't know. I mean, I'm just the kind of guy, I see something there, I just want to put it out there and say, here's what's going on, folks.
	And, you know, make of it what you will.
	Let's have an argument about it.
	But I wish they would release the memo.
	They don't need to have the permission of the deep state to do this.
	They don't have to have the permission of the Democrats or the shadow government.
	Anybody else, President Trump or any of these congressmen, could release the memo?
	I think the issue here is that it actually illustrates that the Republicans, at least the ones that are members of the deep state, and actually I'm rather thankful that Ryan is actually somewhat on Trump's side on this issue, at least if you want to appear to be.
	It actually shows that the Republicans have the integrity that the Democrats don't.
	Because with all the faults of Jeff Sessions and all these other Republicans, they're doing things in private.
	If these were the Democrats, as they saw with Feinstein two weeks ago, and then Adam Schiff on the House floor calling CNN, which is just unbelievable.
	Oh yeah, they've leaked and they put all this stuff out there.
	If we did that, we could end the investigation right now.
	That's right. Well, that's just it.
	I don't understand why they continue to allow these people to get away with crimes.
	I mean, you're talking about a perjury trap, a process crime trap that they're laying for President Trump.
	That's absolutely right. Roger Stone is exactly right.
	That's what they were doing with Michael Flynn.
	It's the sort of thing, I played the clip of Monty Python's Holy Grail, the scene where they're going across the bridge of death and you've got to answer three questions.
	As soon as you get one of them wrong, one guy says, you know, he says, what's your favorite color?
	He goes, blue. No, wait, red.
	And he gets catapulted into the bridge of death gap and everything.
	I mean, that's the way the FBI operates.
	They come in. They don't even, like they did with Flynn, they don't even have to tell you that this is an investigation or whatever.
	You just, you lie to them. No matter how trivial it is, you lied to a federal agent.
	And it's not just the FBI. It's any federal agent.
	So, yeah, it's a perjury trap.
	And yet we had James Clapper.
	Who committed perjury on national television, publicly did it, lying under oath.
	We've had Comey do the same thing.
	Nothing happens to these people.
	Comey obstructed justice on behalf of Hillary Clinton by saying, look, she committed all these crimes, but I'm not going to prosecute her.
	And that wasn't even his call.
	That was the call of the Attorney General, not the call of the FBI. I mean, so much is wrong about this, and yet they don't do anything.
	I just don't understand it.
	It's easy to understand, David.
	They're part of the conspiracy.
	You have the fox guard in the headhouse.
	Yes. Yeah, I know.
	But I mean, there's got to be some people out there who will call them on it.
	I believe that's what the memo is about.
	I believe the memo is about summarizing this stuff and calling them on it.
	The problem is, I don't think throughout history, these private committees that Devin Nunes or Jim Jordan are partaking in, They can subpoena people, but they never prosecute anyone for anything.
	No matter how great they are, they're just almost for show more than anything.
	And that doesn't really do anything to the deep state.
	That's right. That's right.

	I'm a Los Angelino, and we've been ravaged in Los Angeles by illegal immigration.
	We have at least a million.
	And I was listening to what you were saying before about the cars, the smart cities.
	I mean, California, Los Angeles is definitely into that smart city business.
	And with all these illegal immigrants, our hit-and-run accidents have increased tenfold.
	Oh yeah, let me tell you about it.
	Here in Austin, we've got the same situation.
	I've been driving for a very, very long time.
	And, you know, I've had now a couple of different times that I've been hit by people who are illegal aliens, I guess, because they don't speak any English.
	And, you know, they just, you know, I'm stopped and they hit me at a light.
	I mean, it's just absolutely amazing.
	Yeah, there's like so many repercussions, so many consequences to being illegal.
	I mean, it's just exacerbated.
	And we in Los Angeles are feeling it dramatically for years, if not decades.
	And, you know, I'm a black American woman, and I wish more black Americans...
	What I found out from this whole issue regarding DACA is that black politicians do not represent the interests of black Americans.
	Black politicians actually hate...
	Black Americans. For five decades, they've done nothing to the inner cities, to the urban areas where blacks live.
	Oh yeah, look at what they did.
	They just shut down the government and they're still bragging about it, how they did it for the Dreamers.
	And they're going to do more for the Dreamers.
	They don't care about you. They don't care about me.
	They don't care about Americans who have been here for generations or about legal immigrants.
	They only care about these foreign citizens who are criminally trespassing in this country.
	Exactly. And you know, I have a radio show here in Los Angeles, and I'm trying to educate, because I voted Democrat all of my life, but I voted for Trump as soon as he came, immediately.
	This is the first time voting Republican, and I'm trying to educate black Americans to get off the Democratic plantation.
	That's what we call it, the Democratic plantation.
	That's right, it is. Exactly, it is plantation.
	I mean, someone told me about that years ago.
	I didn't believe it, but now I know it for sure.
	Because the data is clear.
	The data is clear. In fact, since the 1800s, Frederick Douglass, W.E.B. Du Bois, and Marcus Garvey, all of these black intellectuals talked about the adverse impact immigration has on Americans, on black Americans.
	But now, we're looking at illegal immigration.
	As I said, we probably have more than a million illegal immigrants today.
	In Los Angeles and in the construction...
	First, remember when they said this thing?
	They said, oh, you know, immigrants do jobs, illegal immigrants do jobs that Americans don't want to do.
	Well, now I had a whistleblower from the Building and Safety come on my radio show and say that at least 80% of the workers on a construction job are illegal.
	At least 80%. This is a building inspector.
	That's right. I remember when construction jobs and things like that were done by Americans, and you had the entry-level jobs at fast food places.
	They were done by American teenagers getting their first work experience, and they've been shoved out of that market.
	No, you have to speak Spanish to work at McDonald's.
	That's right. That's right. Yeah, it is interesting.
	I've noticed that once they get a Spanish manager, they only hire Spanish people in a certain area, right?
	You don't have white or black Americans and there's just Spanish individuals who start working at that fast food location.
	I think it's very telling, but you know, you're talking about the plantation, and I think that when we look at these measures that are being proposed as security, when we look at things like a national ID law and a biometric system, that is essentially their way to mark you because you are their livestock.
	That's essentially what we are in this country for these people.
	And they're going to track us and manage us because we are their possessions.
	And we lose our dignity and our freedom if we accept that compromise.

	The police asked him, so why'd you do it?

	And if we look at CrimePrevention.org, DACA people, you know, people paint them out to be these nice creatures.
	They have a 250% increase in crime rate.

	I said, look at this. Even when you normalize this and say crimes are typically committed...
	On a more frequent basis by younger people, regardless of how you do a demographic cross-section, you're going to have a higher rate for younger people, whether it's white, black, or Hispanic.
	But nevertheless, when you can compare these DACA individuals with the same people in other demographic groups at that age group, two and a half times as many crimes.
	Yeah, and the thing that bothers me the most is that this gentleman, it just dropped today, January 24, 2018, in California, too.
	I mean, we have no checks and balances for these people coming in.
	And the guy who was caught, he wasn't caught, the first guy, he wasn't caught raping children.
	He was caught slinging meth.

	And the thing is, you have a police force.
	I tend to think about the Rotham scandals and the massive rape scandals that were going on in the UK and Europe and France where they were covering this up and the police were covering up, the municipality, the government.

	I just don't know why it's not moral to check them so that we make sure that they're not predators, criminals in their own country.
	Well, and that's why when they shut it down for certain countries, many of them Obama had gone to war with, those countries, we don't have any information about the people coming in from them.
	We don't even know what their age is.
	They want to say, oh, I'm underage, and we found out subsequently with some of the people who have committed crimes, both here and in Europe.
	We find out that they are twice the age that they were claiming to be.
	We don't know their age.
	We don't know their name. We don't know their background.
	We don't know their politics. We don't know if they're crazy.
	We don't know anything about them.
	You want to talk about a lottery, that's the lottery right there, having open borders and just allowing people to come in.
	You know, they continually offer us the idea, okay, you give amnesty to this newest group of people that are here already, and what we'll do is we'll eventually do something with security.
	Well, I say that they always put security ahead of our liberty.
	So why don't you put security ahead of amnesty for once?
	Why don't you say, first, we're going to build the wall, we're going to stop chain migration, we're going to stop the visa lottery, and many other things that can be done.

	Jim, you said you wanted to talk about E-Verify?
	Yes, I'm a second caller.
	I called yesterday, I believe, and I totally agree that we don't need a national ID card.
	We don't need any biometrics to do or that, but at what point can we get rid of all the invaders What can we do to purge our country of this invasion?
	Well, you know, we're not even trying to patrol the borders.
	When I look at things like E-Verify that are done to us internally in this country, what it reminds me of are these places like New York City where you have an immigrant who comes in.
	I think the guy who mowed people down in New York City, if I remember correctly, he was brought in with chain migration, somebody that won the visa lottery or something like that.
	But they don't vet people.
	And they allow them to come in, and then what they do is after he runs people down on a bike path, they decide they would put up barriers everywhere.
	As if the next person is going to use the same method to attack.
	And I keep saying you're putting the barriers in the wrong place.
	Put a barrier at the border.
	We need to do things also to make sure that we're not going to attract people like a magnet.
	So you make sure that if somebody comes into this country, Switzerland, which was just ranked the number one country in the world again by most people for living quality, they say that if you've ever been on welfare, you're not going to become a citizen of Switzerland.
	And so we do things like that.
	We say a condition of becoming a citizen in the United States is that you show that you have the means to support yourself, which is what most countries do, including Mexico.
	And we say that you are not going to be able to get welfare benefits coming here.
	So if you want to come here and you want to be a part of this country and you want to work and earn a living, fine.
	But you're not ever going to get welfare.
	We have to shut down the welfare state.
	You can't have a welfare state and open borders.
	It's called Cloward and Piven.
	They actually war-gamed this out, saying if we have open borders and a welfare state, we can bring this country down and then we can create our socialist paradise.
	So you do things like that on the employer side.
	What you do is you find people who have hired illegal immigrants.
	Once you find that they've done that, you give them draconian punishments.
	Maybe you take their gross revenue for a couple of years.
	You do that a couple of times, people will get the message.
	It's kind of like what we do with gun control.
	I don't think we need to have work control.
	It's not going to work any better than gun control.
	I think with guns, when somebody commits a crime, you hammer them.
	But you don't consider everybody as guilty, and you don't put all kinds of non-effective background checks on other people.
	That's my concern about E-Verify.
	There's got to be some mechanism.
	You said that you have to vet people.
	At what point do you vet people?
	I mean, we can't tell the difference between Americans and people with phony IDs here.
	There's got to be something that we can do, and I don't know the answer.
	I'm asking you and your viewers To say, well, if D-Verify and a national ID card are not the thing, how can we identify these employers that are hiring illegals if we can't even tell if they're illegal?
	Well, what you do is you take off restrictions of employers if their background checks and things that they're doing and say, well, you can't do that because that would be discrimination, unless you're doing it to verify their identity.
	And if you don't verify their identity and we find that this was something that was innocent, then you're going to get a penalty.
	It might be kind of a high penalty.
	Give them an incentive to verify people's identity.
	If you find that it is a business that is basically its business model relies on illegal immigrants to run itself, then you take a couple of years of their gross revenue or something very draconian like that if they're intentionally doing it.
	So you have different levels of violation.
	Maybe it's unintentional. Maybe they just screwed up.
	Maybe the person deceived them with false identity papers or something like that.
	But if it is a systemic thing, Where they are running their business by bringing in cheap labor from abroad, then you shut that down.
	And I think that it can be done.
	The key is, when we look at this, Jim, if you have the government vetting this, it isn't going to work.
	You have to give these people a disincentive to do it and then allow them to find the means to do it.
	Free up the system. Free up the free market.
	Free up these employers. You will find a way that you can reasonably do this.
	People will start a business.
	There will be enough economic demand if the penalties are there.
	There will be people out there offering services to vet individuals and to make sure that they are bona fide, that they are American citizens or legal immigrants.
	I don't think that's going to be a problem.
	The problem is centralizing all that in Washington.
	If they do that, it's not going to be effective, it's not going to work, and we're going to have to apply to them for permission to get a job.
	And that includes people who have lived here for multiple generations.
	I just gave the story of a friend of mine in Florida.
	Not Florida, but North Carolina.
	You're in Florida. A friend of mine in North Carolina who got a job And failed E-Verify because he wasn't in the credit system.
	He hadn't borrowed money for a car.
	He hadn't had a home mortgage for a while.
	He didn't have credit cards. So he got fired.
	And this is a guy who's been an American for a very long time.
	You want to have that kind of system happen in America?
	I don't want to see that happen.
	A private company could misallocate information as well as the government.
	I'm just trying to start a conversation on This is a very complicated and deep issue.
	I don't want everybody to have the mark of the beast.
	And that's where it's going.

	Yeah, it is where it's going. But I think what we do is we take away the financial incentives for people who come here, we say, no welfare.
	And we take away, and we put in big penalties on the businesses.
	Everybody that, you know, hires people have to go to jail.

	But we have to have people at the border.
	You know, if we brought home the military from all of these illegal wars that we've just started to overthrow regimes that we haven't declared and put them on the border, we could secure the border even without a wall.

	And that's exactly what we have, except they're...
	They said that under the special prosecutor law.
	So now you've got an inquisitor who doesn't even have broad brush rules involved here.
	I mean, it was going to be the sort of situation where you'd have to go to the attorney general and the attorney general would say, okay, yeah, I see that there's a crime and we don't think that we can handle this internally, so we're going to appoint a special prosecutor.
	So he appoints a three-judge panel and they appoint a special prosecutor and then he has to send periodic reports to them and then they make them public and so forth.
	None of that is happening with these guys.
	Why is it so complicated?
	I mean, look, if somebody says...

	Target prosecution we don't do.
	Somebody suspects, they say, hey, I think David Knight's involved in some kind of thing.

	And the judge just shut all this stuff down.
	And now they're saying, oh, and now we've lost the emails about this investigation.
	It's like, do we see a pattern of behavior here?
	This is not Samsung, the guy that works at the FBI. This is a pattern of behavior that we just saw in this high-profile trial.
	The NSA... Does not lose.
	That's right. This is the part, I don't even understand that.
	But the bottom line is simply this.
	What you're going to see now is Trump sitting back and saying, go ahead.
	Knock yourself out.
	What are you going to do next, Mueller?
	What are you going to do next?
	How are they dealing with this?
	Look at this. Look at this infrastructure.
	Anybody see the missing?
