| We're going to take a look today at information that has come out about this shooting. | |
| And of course, there's a lot of back and forth about gun control. | |
| We're going to see what people like Piers Morgan are saying. | |
| They're calling us brainless idiots because we know that guns are not going to go away. | |
| We know that we have to do something to protect people. | |
| That's why I spent so much time yesterday talking about a previous mass shooting in a church in South Africa. | |
| A long time ago, actually. | |
| It was when there was the back and forth going on with Nelson Mandela of the ANC. So it was back in the 90s, I believe, that it happened. | |
| But the man who was there wrote a book because he wanted people to understand how important it is that you exercise your right because you have a duty to protect people. | |
| So we're going to talk about that. We're going to talk about the disinformation that is being put out by CNN about this. | |
| Writing a long article, for instance, about how wicked this gun is. | |
| It is a military device that this guy used, so forth and so on. | |
| Well, as we explained yesterday, and we had... | |
| This is something I don't think has still been picked up by other people. | |
| We talked to Mark Collins, a former pastor of that church, and he gave us a lot of information. | |
| One of the things that has still not been picked up by mainstream media is the fact that the hero who stopped this was using exactly the same weapon. | |
| Exactly the same weapon. | |
| And that's not something that they want you to hear about. | |
| And as a matter of fact, I was eating dinner last night with my family at kind of a fast food Chinese place where they had CNN on the television set. | |
| And I've got to get some kind of remote control where I can change that when I go into these places like pizza parlors or fast food Chinese places. | |
| But we sat there and just watched in fascination as they continued to push gun control and continued to talk about the killer, never talking about the heroes, never talking about the guys who saved lives. | |
| We're going to have some clips from them. | |
| We're also going to talk about the fact that we have a Democrat in congressional hearings pushing Twitter and others to censor Infowars by name. | |
| How do you stop this, he says. | |
| Why did you take so long to take this down after they came back and said, well, we did shut that down. | |
| We did pull that down. So they admitted that they are curating the tweets. | |
| And, of course, we heard this a couple of weeks ago. | |
| When Twitter admitted that it was giving in-kind contributions, they didn't call it that. | |
| We should call it that. And we should say, by the way, you did not report your in-kind contributions when you covered for Hillary and the Democrats. | |
| When you deleted half of the hashtag DNC leaks, the tweets, they said there was over a half million tweets out there about that subject. | |
| But don't worry, we shut down half of those so that people can share that information. | |
| Because Hillary didn't want you to see what was leaked out of the DNC. That's the whole reason they came up with the phony Russian narrative. | |
| And we've explained over and over again. | |
| William Benny, former technical head of the NSA, said it was not possible. | |
| A former UK ambassador who gave the information to Wicked Leaks said, I went there to pick it up from an inside whistleblower, and this last week, we had not one, but two memos leaked internally, giving information about the DNC. So is it a wild-eyed conspiracy theory to say that it was an internal leak by people who were upset about the fact that Hillary Clinton had bought out The DNC? The nomination was bought and paid for with criminal money from Hillary, | |
| who should be locked up. | |
| But they don't want you to see that. | |
| And Twitter worked with them to make sure that you don't see that. | |

| We're going to get back to updates about the shooting in Texas at the church yesterday. | |
| Some of the things that have come out are truly astounding. | |
| One of them is the amazing bias and disinformation, propaganda coming from CNN and others. | |
| We're going to break that down for you. | |
| We also want to get your comments on this shooting and the way that it is being used. | |
| And before we do, I want to talk about... | |
| The article that we have at Infowars.com. | |
| A video of a Democrat lawmaker demanding that Twitter censor Infowars. | |
| This is by Jamie White. | |
| I'm going to play you the video. | |
| But basically, he calls out Infowars by name. | |
| And he asked Twitter, I've got this story here. | |
| And I've got other stories that came out. | |
| Why didn't you shut that? Well, we did shut them down. | |
| We did shut down the sharing on that. | |
| Well, why didn't you do it sooner? | |
| So forth and so on. You have to understand what's going on with this, folks. | |
| You know, when I had Roger Stone in last week and we were talking about how they had banned him for life on Twitter after he had put out some pushback against a CNN commentator. | |
| And everybody had memes all over Twitter about how others had done far worse. | |
| Keith Oberman, for example. | |
| Was it the language? | |
| Well, Keith Oberman has probably the worst potty mouth you've ever seen. | |
| And they don't shut it down for that. | |
| No, it wasn't that. And at first they didn't even say they were going to ban him. | |
| They said, we're going to put you in timeout for three hours or something like that. | |
| But you have to understand, as we're talking about this, what is truly behind this? | |
| I saw some comments and somebody said, LOL, looking at David Knight and Roger Stone talking about government censoring private companies. | |
| If you think that's what this is about, you really don't understand what's going on. | |
| As I've mentioned before, I've been with a third party, a Libertarian Party, back in the days when it was Libertarian. | |
| And we went through all kinds of hoops to get on the ballot. | |
| But we could never get into the debates. | |
| Why? | |
| Because the debates were moderated by a private organization. | |
| And so the government didn't want us to participate in the electoral process. | |
| They used every game that they could. | |
| They made us do all kinds of things, jump through all kinds of hoops, though the Republicans and Democrats did not have to do. | |
| And then when we did all of that and went above and beyond, they said, well, we're still not going to let you participate in the debate, And there's nothing you can do about it because this is a private company. | |
| And so the calls for regulations of these de facto monopolies is about the fact that the government is using this as a beard. | |
| So the government doesn't actually have to come out and do censorship like they do in China. | |
| Make no mistake about it, if they didn't have these front companies, if they didn't have these crony capitalist companies that have been started and funded by venture capital from the CIA and other groups, like they did with Twitter and Google, if they didn't have these front companies to do it for them, they would do it. | |
| They would do it just like the Chinese do it, because it is too dangerous for them to have free speech. | |
| But it's very convenient for them to use the veneer of a private company to enforce censorship. | |
| That's why it is so absurd to see them defend the idea that they're going to shut down a small baker or small photographer because they don't want to participate in a gay marriage because they're religiously offended by that. | |
| And yet allow these de facto monopolies to shut down free speech. | |
| You can go to another baker. | |
| You can go to another photographer. | |
| But you can't go to another Twitter or YouTube or Google. | |
| Or you can't go to other search engines. | |
| But still, they are going to exercise this censorship on all of these social media accounts. | |
| Let's play this clip. | |
| This is the back and forth between a Democrat congressman, and his name is Mike Quigley from Illinois, and he's talking to a Twitter executive. | |
| Here's that conversation....paid content for a second. | |
| Sometimes these fake accounts are pulled down, but the fake story... | |
| It takes the false claims of widespread voter fraud, for example, generated by these accounts, have spread thousands and thousands of times, often picked up by legitimate news accounts. | |
| What do you do to flag that? | |
| What do you sense is your responsibility? | |
| And before any of you answer, let me just note this, that if we're asking, are we still in this situation? | |
| As of just a short time ago, and I'm talking about when this meeting started, on Twitter, if you clicked on the hashtag NYC Terrorist Attack, which is, quote, trending, marked with a red button saying, quote, live, the top tweet links to an Infowars story with the headline, Imam, I warned de Blasio about New York City of terror. | |
| He was too busy bashing Trump. | |
| This is a real-time example of when we talk about this information being weaponized. | |
| How quickly can you act, and what's your responsibility to set the record straight so that the people who saw this know that it's fake news, and at least at some point in time it can't keep spreading like some sort of virus through the legitimate world. | |
| That's something we're thinking about all the time, because it's a bad user experience, and we don't want to be known as a platform for that. | |
| In your example, for instance, the system self-corrected, that shouldn't be the first tweet you see anymore. | |
| It should be a USA article the last time I checked. | |
| Hold it right there, hold it right there, okay? | |
| The system self-corrected. | |
| They've already got algorithms in. | |
| They've already admitted that they covered up for Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party by shutting down half of the half-million tweets about DNC leaks. | |
| They had a hashtag, DNC leaks. | |
| They shut down half of those tweets. | |
| The system automatically corrected for that. | |
| Because they don't want you to have a bad user experience of finding out what a crook Hillary Clinton is. | |
| And finding out the fact that she bought the nomination from the Democrat Party. | |
| And that there are people inside the Democrat Party that were very upset about that. | |
| Leaking information about the crimes that were done. | |
| And now we have Donna Brazile writing a book about it. | |
| And then we had another leak this last week of the memo where she actually bought the Democrat Party. | |
| Barack Obama had run them into tens of millions of dollars of debt, and she said, no problem, I'm flush with cash from all these criminal dealings I've been involved in. | |
| I'll just pay for it, and we will control everything the Democrat Party does. | |
| We will have to authorize everything that you do. | |
| She took it over. She bought it. | |
| She bought the nomination. | |
| And so, as Donna Brazile was putting this out, as people were pushing back against that, Somebody inside the DNC put out the actual memo. | |
| So we had another insider leak to confirm the previous insider leaks, but Twitter is covering for them. | |
| And Let's go ahead and pick up. | |
| How much more of this have we got? Let's go ahead and run the rest of that clip. | |
| He's talking about the fact that they self-corrected for this. | |
| Let's go back to that. I might check. | |
| But you saw this. | |
| USA Today. At lunch, I did. | |
| Yeah, and I also saw the system correct it. | |
| Can you give me a really good guess on how long it was top 10? | |
| We can follow up with you and your staff on that, and I don't have the stat in front of me, so I don't know. | |
| But we are, like we said earlier, trying to balance free speech with making the information you see on the system... | |
| Balance free speech....especially around trends that we direct you to. | |
| So if you're clicking on a hashtag, we want to make sure you're seeing verified accounts and accurate information and reporting. | |
| Sometimes it doesn't work as we intended. | |
| We... That's right, yeah. | |
| They're curating the trends as well. | |
| And we have talked about that. | |
| Many users on Twitter have talked about the fact that they are rigging the trends. | |
| They admitted that earlier. The thing I find interesting is that they're out front about this. | |
| They no longer care about the censorship. | |
| They're bragging about it. | |
| As a matter of fact, this Democrat congressman, Mike Quigley, Maybe we should call him Quizzling. | |
| No, that's the guy, the Twitter guy. | |
| He's the Quizzling. So it's Quigley and Quizzling. | |
| And what they're talking about is, wait a minute, you didn't censor this quickly enough for me. | |
| So he's kind of calling them on the carpet for not doing this. | |
| Like, didn't we have this private conversation where we're going to shut down anything from Infowars or... | |
| Anything that's critical of the Democrat Party? | |
| Didn't we talk about that? | |
| Why did it take you so long to do this? | |
| Are you going to fix that so that you can do it more quickly? | |

| So this is a real-time example when we see a trending hashtag about a story from Infowars. | |
| This is a real-time example about information being weaponized. | |
| Yeah, that's why we call it the information war. | |
| Truth is a weapon. And they don't want you to hear this. | |

| This is the tactic of the left. | |
| They will not debate you. | |
| They will try to shut you down and censor you. | |

| Well, as they're putting this in here, they had, as he was begging Twitter for censorship, there was a Republican who basically came to the defense of Infowars and free speech, as Jamie White points out. | |
| He came back and he said, how in the world do you intend to identify fake news without weaponizing this in the political realm? | |
| That's the obvious question. | |
| Who gets to decide what is true and what is fake? | |
| Well, of course, the people at Southern Poverty Law Center who are labeling everybody as hate groups. | |
| Any Christian groups that believe in traditional marriage, they're obviously a hate group, so we have to label them as such. | |
| We have to draw out equivalents to them, the Ku Klux Klan, encourage people on the left. | |
| To go there and shoot the place up, as one individual tried to do based on the labeling of Southern Poverty Law Center. | |
| The Republican went on to say, well, as I said, there is an enormous degree of opinion in almost every bit of that. | |
| And if you're viewed as being political in this, and it's my fear that you'll be regardless of what you do. | |
| If you're viewed as being political, he says to Twitter. | |
| Then it's not monitoring fake news, it's weaponizing and editorializing against free speech. | |
| And as Jamie White points out in the article, the entire panel of tech executives sat in silence with no response from him. | |
| What are they concerned about? | |
| Well, one of the articles that he mentioned was about all the voter fraud. | |
| And here's an article that we had in July. | |
| Voter fraud database tops 1,000 proven cases. | |
| This is not fake news, folks. | |
| They don't want you to see that. | |
| They've been giving you fake news with the Russians hacked the election, the Russians hacked the DNC, the Russians hacked Podesta. | |
| No, it was Hillary Clinton who was colluding with the Russians. | |
| It was the FBI director, who is now the special prosecutor, who was colluding with the Russians. | |
| And it was Twitter who was colluding with both of them to keep this all concealed. | |
| Now this is information that came out of the Heritage Foundation. | |
| It's their voter fraud database. | |
| We reported on this in July. | |
| Featured well over 100 new cases, the database documents 1,071 instances of voter fraud spanning 47 states, including 938 criminal convictions. | |
| I've told you before about my brother-in-law and his friend who went to North Carolina where we're not allowed to have any picture IDs because, you know, a picture ID would be racist if you go to vote. | |
| It's not racist for everything else. | |
| They demand a picture ID for you, whether you fly or anything else. | |
| They demand identification. | |
| But no, if you vote, you can't do that. | |
| So in North Carolina, you just show up and give them a name and an address. | |
| And one of the friends of my brother-in-law went and they said, sorry, you've already voted. | |
| So has your dead mother, who had deceased quite some time before that. | |
| Here's the other story that this Quigley was so concerned about. | |
| This was from November the 1st. | |
| And a mom said, I warned de Blasio about the New York City terror. | |
| He was too busy bashing Trump. | |
| And this was a report about what an individual had tweeted out. | |
| There is no question about what the facts are here. | |
| You may not agree with the Imam that this was a radical mosque, but he did tweet this out. | |
| He said, about the New York City terrorist attack, hashtag NYC. I personally sent letters to Mayor de Blasio online and in person about terrorist breeding in New York City. | |
| He did nothing. He added, in 2016, I told Mayor de Blasio that I was in New York City and noticed some hot radical centers. | |
| I was willing to point out serious cases, but it was ignored. | |
| And then he went on to say this, not only am I a Muslim imam who understands the threat of Islamic extremism, I also hold a certificate in counterterrorism. | |
| Now what? And the individual's name was Imam Mohammed Tahiti, and he's Iranian-born. | |
| So we did an article, Paul Joseph Watson did, on InfoWars, talking about what this Imam had said about how terror threats were completely ignored. | |
| And that's what that congressman was so upset about. | |
| How do you make sure that you shut this down? | |
| So people don't get this information about my fellow Democrat. | |
| How do you make sure that you shut this down? | |
| Oh, we did it. We did it, Congressman. | |
| Why didn't you do it sooner? We'll do better. | |
| We'll talk about this privately when the public is not listening to our conversations. | |
| That's the way that went down. | |
| That's the way that went down. And then we've got an article from USA Today at the same time. | |
| Google shared conspiracy theories that sought to tie the Texas shooter to the Antifa movement. | |
| And they mention Infowars and that. | |
| And they show some tweets from Alex and from Paul Joseph Watson. | |
| Well, we're looking at the shooter's interests. | |
| We're looking at his Facebook likes to try to get a profile about where this guy is coming from. | |
| Look, folks... | |
| It wasn't simply a mother-in-law issue. | |
| This guy had religious issues. | |
| His religion was atheism. | |
| Atheists have gods and they are fiercely worshipped. | |
| As one of the investigators at the site said, I think he was a Texas investigator. | |
| I don't know if he was a federal investigator or not. | |
| He said, if you've got problems with your mother-in-law, there's other ways to take care of this other than shooting up a church. | |
| And he doesn't just simply mean conversing with her. | |
| I mean, how many times have you seen murder-suicides within a family? | |
| Yeah, that happens frequently. | |
| This guy chose to do it at a church. | |
| He chose to shoot the entire church up. | |
| And he got pretty much every person in that church. | |
| He shot so many bullets into the church from the outside that it looks like that building is going to have to be demolished. | |
| But if we point out what his likes and dislikes are, we're fake news. | |
| We're dangerous. Why would the FBI shut all this stuff down so that we can't see what his preferences are and do a profile? | |

| Jake Tapper and... | |
| Former CIA Director Clapper, you know who always looks down when he lies, can't look you in the eye when he lies. | |

| Every time there was a shooting or a terror attack, 4chan and other people would put his name out as the person. | |
| And if it was an Islamic attack, somebody was yelling Allahu Akbar, They would put his name out not as Sam Hyde, but as Samir Ahajid and put his picture up. | |
| This is a meme that was out there, and this is something that the congressman, Vincente Gonzalez, fell for, and CNN aired it. | |
| It took him a very long time to correct it. | |
| So I tweeted out to Jake Tapper. | |
| I said, CNN falls for Internet meme and names Sam Hyde as the Sutherland Springs shooter. | |
| He got very angry about that. | |

| They say it would give the party its first major electoral win since President Trump took office. | |
| Don't let that happen. | |

| Think about the fact that the Democrat Party is a party that still thrives on racism and identity politics and socialism. | |

| The Democrat candidate, they're reporting on Politico, has a slight edge in the final Virginia polls. | |

| We need to understand the difference between health insurance and health care. | |

| And it certainly isn't a sufficient condition. | |
| Having health insurance isn't sufficient to getting health care in many cases. | |
| It isn't even necessary in some cases. | |
| And you can find out that if you're a cash patient, as the LA Times wrote, even before we had Obamacare, they said people who have massive health insurance plans are being charged so much by the hospitals, That they're paying more with their shared deductible than the people who come in as cash patients are who negotiate these prices. | |
| People with health insurance are paying more and paying for the health insurance. | |
| So the health insurance companies come with Obama and mandate it. | |
| They call it affordable care. | |
| That's why we should have left that there because as people see their health insurance premiums doubling every couple of years, that irony would just dig in, the Affordable Health Care Act. | |
| But we could have also called it the Obama tax because he hired an army of 16,000, 17,000 IRS people. | |
| But now they're saying, well, we're not going to do anything about that in tax reform. | |
| As a matter of fact, John McCain is coming out and saying tax reform is DOA, dead on arrival in the Senate. | |

| If they don't just shut you down and censor you, they say, racist, sexist, homophobe, whatever. | |

| It's their litany of adjectives. | |
| It's just basically F you. | |
| And that's what Piers was saying. | |

| He couldn't think of any arguments to make. | |

| And kept saying that President Trump saying that this is not a gun issue at the upper level. | |
| This is a mental illness issue. | |
| And I've got to say that what this truly is, is a failure of government to protect issue. | |
| All these people calling for gun control, you have to understand, the government failed us at every single level. | |
| We'll talk about that in a moment. | |
| But I want to focus on some of the other stuff that is coming out. | |
| Again, as Pierce Morgan said, Dear America, I pray to God that you wake the F up and do something about guns. | |
| As I said before we went to break, does he really pray? | |
| Does he understand what the problem is? | |
| Does he understand the nature of evil, the human nature? | |
| See, the people who founded our government understood that. | |
| That's why they gave citizens the right to keep and bear arms. | |
| Because you've got people like Stephen Williford who will show up and protect innocent lives. | |
| You're always going to have evil people like the killer. | |
| But you're going to have some good people and you want to make sure those good people have guns to protect others. | |
| You're also going to have evil men get political power. | |
| And that's why you don't want them to have all the guns. | |
| The government is not supposed to have the guns. | |
| And the real fundamental issue here, folks, is when we talk about, oh, this is a military weapon, the issue that people don't want to raise is the fact that under the Constitution, we're not supposed to have a standing military. | |
| Yes, a navy? Yes. | |
| But a permanent army? No. | |
| They raise the army. | |
| They raise the army from a trained militia. | |
| Look at Switzerland. Switzerland is the example. | |
| You have a trained militia who keeps their fully automatic weapons with them because they would not allow the government to become that powerful. | |
| They were able to hold off the Nazis during World War II. With their fortifications, with their trained citizens. | |
| They are able to stay out of it, stay neutral, and protect themselves, that tiny nation. | |
| That's the model. | |
| That's what is in our constitution. | |
| Except we have a government that doesn't obey that constitution anymore. | |
| But let's talk about prayer. Let's talk about prayer because we had an MSNBC reporter talking to a pastor from that same town at another church. | |
| And questioning whether or not prayer was any good. | |
| We had Will Wheaton come out and said, How dare you, Paul Ryan, say something about thoughts and prayers? | |
| He said, The murdered victims were in church. | |
| If prayers did anything, they'd still be alive, you worthless sack of excrement, he said to Paul Ryan. | |
| You don't think prayers do anything? | |
| Let's listen to what this pastor had to say. | |
| I'm going to say that it's only our faith in God that's going to get us through this. | |
| And it's our faith in God that's going to say that we trust that everyone that was in that church that didn't come out of there Are present with their Lord and Savior right now. | |
| Because the Bible tells us that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. | |
| And as believers, we believe that happens. | |
| And we know that prayer works. | |
| We know the power of God. | |
| We've seen it firsthand. And we know that prayer brings comfort. | |
| It brings comfort to those who are praying and those who are being prayed for. | |
| So absolutely, I think that is the best thing that this country can do. | |
| You know, the Bible tells us that we don't overcome evil with evil. | |
| We overcome We have one thing going on here right now, and our focal point is on this and on the shooter and all of that. | |
| When we have millions of great, wonderful things that are going on in this country at the same time. | |
| So we have 360 million people in this country, and there were people doing great things, nice things yesterday. | |
| There were people who were meeting with their families in houses of worship all over this country, meeting the needs of people, their friends. | |
| And that's a picture that we don't see when we focus on this. | |
| To get your head around the kind of evil or the kind of derangement, the kind of mental illness, to get your head around whatever that was that led someone to walk inside this church yesterday morning, people singing, people praying, and he opens fire. | |
| Killing the majority of them children. | |
| Much has been made over how we move forward, whether this is a guns issue, whether this is a mental health issue, whether this is all of the above. | |
| What do you say? | |
| How do we stop things like this from happening besides prayer? | |
| I'm not sure that we're going to be able to stop those things because the Word of God tells us that we are going to face trials and tribulations, that evil is out there, and it's doing everything that it can to attack. | |
| We talk about it's a gun issue or we talk about a mental health issue. | |
| Well, as pastors and as Christians, we talk about it and say it's not that. | |
| It's a heart issue. It's the fact that we're focused on the world and we're not focused on God. | |
| And if we were focused on the other, then we wouldn't be having those things. | |
| We continue to push God out of our schools, out of our communities, out of our government. | |
| But you're not suggesting that this is a result of that? | |
| It is. No, I'm not suggesting it's a result of that. | |
| What I'm suggesting is, and saying, I'm not even suggesting it, I'm telling you, is that this is, we're in a spiritual battle, we believe, in this world. | |
| That it's evil against good. | |
| Now, we know that good is going to overcome that. | |
| And, you know, I mean, we could get into, it'd be a long theological thing to do that, and I know you don't have time for that. | |
| But that's what we believe, that this is a spiritual battle. | |
| And the spiritual forces of evil are what prompt this kind of thing. | |
| You heard him say before, he said, we have to overcome evil with good. | |
| And that's exactly what Stephen Williford did. | |
| A good man with a gun stops a bad man with a gun. | |
| As Christians put it, good overcomes evil. | |
| And when he's talking about whether or not the banning of God out of public places, whether we shut down the free expression of Christianity, because that's really what it focuses on. | |
| That's the one that they are concerned about shutting down. | |
| They're not concerned about shutting down other religions. | |
| They are proud of the public exercise of Islam. | |
| But they want to shut down Christianity. | |
| And you have to look at this and he says, well, you know, are you suggesting that this is what's behind it? | |
| Well, you can argue whether it is cause or effect. | |
| I would say that it is the effect of the evil in men's hearts that drives God away from them. | |
| We have abandoned God, and that's what we're seeing here. | |
| It isn't that, oh, we pulled God out of prayer and school. | |
| No. Prayer and school was removed after we removed ourselves from God. | |
| That's what I believe is the case. | |

| He said that Stephen Wilford was very upset with himself that he was unable to get there sooner. | |
| As you heard him say, every shot that he heard, he was thinking of that as a life being taken. | |
| But he has to think about the fact that he saved 20 lives. | |
| Stephen, that's the thing you need to understand. | |
| You pulled 20 people out of a burning building. | |
| You didn't set fire to the building. | |
| That was the murderer who did that. | |
| And you saved those people. | |
| And a hero is not somebody who is unafraid. | |
| Remember what John Wayne used to say? | |
| He said, it's being afraid. | |
| But saddling up anyway. | |
| And that's what he did. That's a real hero. | |
| That's what they won't show you. | |
| That's what they don't want to talk about. | |
| That's the kind of man they don't want to have a gun. | |
| Because when they put in gun control... | |

| You'll find out what people can do for a lot of money on a black market very quickly. | |
| And you'll make sure that people like Stephen Williford will not have those weapons and will be at the mercy of people like that murder yesterday. | |
| One of the things he said, he said he was trying to survey the situation. | |
| He wasn't knowing what was going on. | |
| He said, I saw a man in a black tactical helmet. | |
| With a dark shaded helmet on, obviously looked to me like it was a bulletproof S. He had a pistol in his hand. | |
| We exchanged gunfire. | |
| He goes on to say he saw me and I saw him. | |
| I'm like, it was surreal to me. | |
| It couldn't be happening. I couldn't believe it. | |
| I know I hit him. He got into his vehicle. | |
| He fired another couple of rounds through his side window. | |
| When the window dropped, I fired another round at him. | |
| We chased him down 539, and when we started chasing him, he was out of sight. | |
| And the man driving the truck, I found out later his name is Johnny, he was driving at a high rate of speed. | |
| We were trying to pass cars to catch him. | |
| We called 911, and we were talking to 911. | |
| I guess the question I have is, will Ellen DeGeneres have these two real heroes on her show, like she did the fake security guard, the fake hero, Jesus Campos? | |
| I don't even know if this guy was a security guard. | |
| He didn't have a license. Is she going to give these guys NFL tickets? | |
| Do you think they would care about NFL tickets? | |

| Before we do, real quickly, I want to talk about one other aspect of this, and that is the government failures. | |
| We're told that we've got to have the federal government protect us. | |
| We need the government to control guns. | |
| Who controls the government? | |
| Why did the government fail so severely in this issue here? | |
| And I'm not talking about... | |
| When we look at this, let's just understand how this thing failed. | |
| If it had been a private gun retailer that had failed to do the background check, they would be facing criminal charges. | |
| They would be facing civil lawsuits. | |
| They would be shut down. | |
| And I think, quite frankly, when we look at the history of our government, the way that they cover things up, I believe if it had been a small retailer, they probably would have tried to pin it on them rather than admit their failures. | |
| But this is a large retailer who has deep pockets and they can defend themselves and show that they did this the right way. | |
| It was the Air Force and the Justice Department that failed these people. | |
| They're the ones that did not do their job. | |
| And, you know, even at the lowest level, even the police, and I'm not saying it's any fault of their own, but this is the failure of the model that the left is trying to present to us, that only the government should have guns. | |
| And you realize that if only the government had guns and they had to wait for them to get there, there would have been absolutely no survivors. | |
| As Mark Collins pointed out yesterday, a former pastor of that church, he said the guy was shooting from the outside. | |
| As a matter of fact, he shot the building so many times, it's going to have to be demolished most likely. | |
| I mean, he just literally shot the church building up as he was shooting the church inside up. | |
| And then he went inside and started walking down the aisle shooting and executing people before this hero showed up, Stephen Wilford. | |
| So the police, through no fault of their own, cannot be everywhere. | |
| It takes them a while to get to the scene of the crime. | |
| But the people who should be faulted on this are the Air Force and even the justice system that didn't lock this guy up for more than a year. | |
| This is a guy who assaulted his wife and his toddler stepson, cracked the kid's skull, cracked his stepson's skull. | |
| How does that only merit one year in prison? | |
| And not being entered into the felony database. | |
| I don't understand that. I don't understand when violent criminals like this are given one year sentences and people who possess marijuana are given mandatory minimums of 10 years. | |
| I don't understand a system like that, but that's what our Attorney General wants. | |
| That's what so many people in this country have approved going back to the time of Ronald Reagan and his Attorney General. | |
| They came up with a system of mandatory minimums for people who were peaceful drug users who have never done anything to anybody. | |
| Lock them away. Ten years. | |
| Mandatory minimum. You have no say about this. | |
| It doesn't matter that these people never did anything other than smoke pot. | |
| We're going to put them away for 10 years. | |
| But you've got somebody who beats his wife and his stepson to the point that the toddler gets a cracked skull. | |
| Oh, only a year. We'll put him in for a year. | |
| And we won't put him in the database. | |
| That's the thing that I don't understand. | |
| And, of course, CNN is focused more on the fact that he had animal cruelty charges now, they've discovered. | |
| That matters more than humans. | |
| And I understand. I understand that that's a sign of a psychopath. | |
| If you go back and you look at the history of mass murderers and psychopaths, most of them abused animals because they have no empathy for anything that's alive. | |
| I understand that's a sign of it, but I think it's also a sign of a sickness that the media focuses more on that than the fact that we don't lock this guy up, that we don't report it. | |
| And then you look at what CNN does. | |
| This story, AR-556, was the rifle that was used in the Texas Massacre. | |
| Well, you know, an AR was also what was used by Stephen Williford to save lives, but they don't say anything at all about that. | |
| That would be the alternate headline. | |
| You know, we talk about how people's biases enter into their news reporting, what they choose to report, the angle that they choose to report it from. | |
| Well, we got a shooting, and we got a guy who is murdering people with an AR, a bad guy. | |
| And a good guy shows up with an AR. And what does CNN talk about? | |
| The bad guy's AR rifle. | |
| And how we gotta ban that. | |
| And how the NRA's got blood on his hands. | |
| Even though it was an NRA instructor who shut him down with an AR. That's the alternative headline. | |
| That's what you should understand. | |
| So they come in, they say, well, the AR-15 was designed for the U.S. military in the 1950s, and military this and military that, so therefore, nobody should have it except for the military. | |
| Nobody but the government should own the firearms, and that is the antithesis of what our country was founded upon. | |
| As I said before, we should not have a standing military. | |
| Yes, a permanent navy to protect us from invasion. | |
| A permanent air force now, because that's like a navy. | |
| But whenever you subdue a country, you always put boots on the ground, don't you? | |
| Well, we don't want boots on the ground here in America. | |
| We don't want a permanent standing army here in America. | |
| We want a trained and armed citizenry that can defend the country from foreign invasion and defend it from enemies of the Constitution that are here. | |
| And before I go to our callers, let me just add this here. | |
| We've got the article from The Telegraph talking about how the German army is planning for a breakup of the European Union. | |
| They're doing war games to study the security crisis that would happen if countries leave the European Union. | |
| And they're saying military planners in Berlin played out a scenario in which a growing number of countries followed Britain and leaving the EU, resulting in an increasingly disorderly world, quote-unquote, increasingly disorderly. | |
| The EU enlargement, they said, has been largely abandoned. | |
| More states have left the bloc. | |
| And so what are we going to do, says the German army? | |
| Why would that be a crisis for states to have their independence? | |
| Why would that present a crisis to Germany by 2040? | |
| Why would they have to war game on this? | |
| Well, because they're going to keep these people in by force. | |
| Let me tell you something. In that same article, they have an FAQ, European Joint Defense Force. | |
| Why an EU army? | |
| Oh, remember that conspiracy theory? | |
| They're telling everybody it was part of the Brexit debate. | |
| They said, this is simply a conspiracy theory. | |
| There's no EU army. | |
| But now they admit it. | |
| They admitted it after Brexit. | |
| In March of 2015, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said the EU needed a common army to be taken seriously internationally. | |
| Now, these are the same people who will not stand for the rights of the Catalonians to have a free election. | |
| And they refused to criticize Spain because Spain was going to be one of the groups that was going to create a permanent military structure to act on behalf of the EU. And they say it was held back because Britain opposed it. | |
| But now, after Brexit, the EU can push ahead with the plans to have a full-on European army. | |
| See, that's the way tyranny always advances. | |
| That's why we don't have a standing army in our Constitution and should not have a standing army in our Constitution. | |
| You know, this guy tried to get a license to carry here in Texas. | |
| That was shut down. But it was a federal government. | |
| That didn't enter the information. | |
| It was the federal government that let him do that. | |
| And then CNN finishes and says, these guns were restricted by federal law for 10 years until the so-called assault weapons ban expired in 2004. | |
| That ban restricted certain components of the gun, like pistol grips. | |
| Oh, that was a factor in this, wasn't it? | |
| He wouldn't have killed that many people if he didn't have those fancy pistol grips on. | |
| Or bayonet lugs. | |
| Okay, if he hadn't, you know, did he kill anybody with a bayonet? | |
| I don't think so. | |
| Or limited magazine capacity to 10. | |
| See? So first they have a couple of nonsense things, and then think about the fact that if they'd limited the capacity of the magazine to 10, this guy actually showed up with, I think it was 15, yeah, 15 loaded magazines. | |
| Oh, so that magazine capacity thing would have stopped him, right? | |
| Now see, what you would have been doing is, if you limit the capacity of the magazines, you would have been limiting the capacity of Stephen Williford to stop this guy. | |
| That's what you need to understand. | |
| And as Freeman Martin of the Texas Department of Public Safety said, he said there are many ways he could have taken care of his mother-in-law without bringing in 15 loaded magazines and an assault rifle to church. | |
| I think he came here with a purpose and a mission. | |
| Yeah, his purpose and his mission was to shoot the church up. | |
| We can see that from what he did on Facebook. | |
| And I think this headline sums it up from New American. | |
| They said, Crazed Atheist Shoots Up Texas Church Democrats Call for Gun Control. | |

| And he stopped it with just a.38. | |
| They thought there were multiple shooters. | |
| So it is very important. He wrote that book, Shooting Back. | |

| And that's true of any soft target. | |
| You need to have somebody who is going to be protecting the individuals there. | |
| But it's something that pastors really need to understand. | |

| And I'm not wondering now if that's where the connection's at. | |
| Well, that's something that I hadn't heard anybody suggest yet. | |
| I'm looking at this, and of course what we see happening here is a consolidation of power. | |
| This new Saudi prince that's there is the son of the guy who's currently the king. | |
| They have a crown prince. | |
| They've had crown princes before that weren't directly immediate family because most of these guys in the royal family, it's very, very extended. | |
| They've got multiple wives and a lot of kids from each wife. | |
| So you've got a lot of Saudi royalty. | |
| And one of the guys who was killed in the helicopter crash was the son of the guy who was the first crown prince underneath this particular king. | |
| But, of course, when he became crown prince, he was in his 70s or 80s. | |
| Most of these guys have been when they become crown prince or when they become king. | |
| So it's very unusual to have somebody that's this young. | |
| I've got a whole stack of stuff about what's going on in Saudi Arabia. | |
| But the thing that I think we need to be concerned about is the fact that this isn't just a consolidation of power and one part of the family taking over from the other part of the family, the Tataglias and the Corleones or whatever it is. | |
| This is something that they're now talking about, acts of war. | |
| We know that Saudi Arabia has been involved in a war with Yemen. | |
| And we know that they're now talking about Lebanon attacked us. | |
| They're saying Iran attacked us. | |
| And these different sects of Islam are coming after each other as much as they're coming after us. | |
| So my concern, and many people are saying this may not just be a consolidation of power. | |
| This may be a greater war that is coming. | |
| And as we see, President Trump having his son-in-law go over there meeting with the Saudi prince before all this stuff began, I'm sure that maybe there was something there sanctioning that. | |
| My concern is, are we going to see a move now with Saudi Arabia if they try to not only consolidate power there but enlarge their borders? | |
| He just had a big Davos in the desert where he bought into the globalist plans. | |
| And we know that just as they did in Europe, the globalists want to have a single point of contact. | |
| I think they would like to have one group of people controlling all of the Arabs, and that might be the Saudis. | |
| Who knows? There might be a move away from the petrodollar. | |
| Maybe that was why Trump's son-in-law went there. | |

| Yes. A year ago, I live in Utah, where they have a... | |
| Stand your ground law. | |

| Yes. I'm kind of unconventional in the sense that I have kilns in my space. | |

| The space that I dwelt in before I was given three felonies for protecting it Yeah. | |
| I was trying to withdraw from an escalation, and some people broke into my home. | |
| And I got them out physically the first time, but when they actually came back in persistently, that's when I ran to my bed and grabbed my gun. | |
| So I scared them out with a loaded pistol with no intent to use it. | |
| But they're in your home? | |
| In my home. | |
| Wow. I was arrested within an hour and given three felonies. | |
| Wow. Have you been convicted? | |
| Have you gone to trial? Did you have a jury trial? | |
| After three plea and abeyance, well, like, a long drawn-out... | |
| I was supposed to go to trial in July, and I went to trial in November, and it was one of those things that was being dragged out, and I just wanted to have it over with. | |
| They gave me a misdemeanor and told me that... | |
| They actually made a deal with me saying that they would give me a misdemeanor if I promised to never own a gun. | |
| Wow. That's what they always do. | |
| They always want to discourage people from exercising their rights to a trial by jury. | |
| And I think one of the key things that we have to reclaim in this country is a trial by jury. | |
| And it's a difficult thing because most of the jurors are not going to be informed. | |
| They're going to be told that they're simply referees. | |
| They don't have any right to judge the law or the way the law is being applied or the kind of penalties that would come with a conviction. | |
| They don't have a right to judge any of that. | |
| Instead, they're just to look at the facts, and that's not true. | |
| Our judges have said, we are the ones who will judge the laws and we will change things around. | |
| They have Exactly reversed the way that was supposed to be, the way it always was in English and American tradition. | |
| And so the judges are supposed to be the referees and the jury is there to decide the facts of the case but also whether or not the law is a reasonable law. | |
| And instead we have the judiciary saying we will decide whether the laws are reasonable or not. | |
| We'll decide whether or not the government, whether or not the president's orders are reasonable or not. | |
| And you just shut up and make a determination on what we show you. | |
| I'm very sorry to hear that. | |

| In the state of Utah, my lawyer told me they can't enforce it. | |

| Wilford, that hero, he had said that he felt, he says, I am a Christian, and he, at the time, when he noticed that the two plates on his vest, the The demon had a space opening and he said he had felt a calm about him and that he knew that was where to shoot. | |
| Wow. And now, like I said, this was like his second interview on another YouTube video that I had found. | |
| Here's the thing is, we have legislated God out of everything. | |
| Yes. No, it's okay to, like you had said, it's okay to be a Muslim. | |
| That's all well and good. | |
| But you can't be a Christian nowadays and speak for Christ. | |
| Now, they were going nuts on Twitter, and I can't remember who had said it, but he had said, made the Twitter about how he had, how... | |
| Enough of this praying business. | |
| They were in a church. | |
| Let's get to the real issue about guns. | |
| Well, we've had that said over and over again by Hollywood celebrities, and we had Will Wheaton call Paul Ryan a lying sack of excrement. | |
| He didn't actually use that word, but he called him that because he said they were in a church praying, so enough of this stuff about thoughts and prayers. | |
| It doesn't do any good. | |
| And we see that hatred of Christianity, which really was, we have to understand, at the center of this. | |
| Just like the law enforcement officer here in Texas said, there's ways to work this out with your mother-in-law, or there's other ways to attack this. | |
| We see that happening all the time. | |
| We see people and families being attacked by other individuals, a murder or suicide. | |
| But this was also beyond that. | |
| This was a vendetta. | |
| Anybody that saw his social media before the government shut it down, before they hit it, knows what his political agenda was, knows what his religious vendetta was against Christians. | |
| There's no question about what his motives are. | |
| We've already seen that. | |
| Well, I had seen another with Franklin Graham on it this morning, and he had said... | |
| Okay, he had said, yes, they were killed in the church. | |
| Their last breath was taken on that church floor. | |
| But their next breath that those people took was in the presence of Jesus Christ. | |
| Let's stop blaming Jesus for this and see where the real evil lies, and that's within the evil one. | |
| Listen, those guns, they can legislate guns all they want and whatever, but then they're going to have to legislate trucks. | |
| And they will. They will. | |
| Because they keep focusing on the externals because they don't understand that this is the fruit of a heart. | |
| That has rejected God, has rejected Christ. | |
| And that's what they're seeing here. | |
| They don't understand the nature of evil. | |
| They don't understand human nature. | |
| And that's the thing that our founders did. | |
| Our founders were from a Christian perspective. | |
| They understood that man is inherently evil. | |
| Therefore, you cannot allow him to accumulate unrestricted, unchecked power. | |
| That's why they created a system of checks and balances that we have now thrown away. | |
| That was to try to check the power of evil, to try to check bad people with good people. | |
| And that's what we saw happening at that church shooting. | |
| And it breaks my heart that they had to go through this, you know. | |
| But the thing of it is, like I said, guns within... | |
| Now, I'm from a small, small town, okay? | |
| the size of that town in Texas. | |
| This proves that this could happen anywhere. | |
| That, you know, we all need to be aware of our surroundings constantly, and it never used to be like that. | |
| You know, we had a shop class years ago in the 70s and stuff like that, and the boys would make gun stocks and actually put their guns together, and those guns sat on the shelf and nobody touched them. | |
| Nobody got killed. Nobody got shot. | |
| Those guns don't do it on their own. | |
| It's the evil within the people that do it. | |
| It's the evil behind the people that do it. | |
| And that's all. And you think about the fact that guns were far more prevalent in the past, and we didn't have these types of shootings. | |
| And so it is the internal evil. | |
| It is the drugs. | |
| I mean, we've got reports now that his parents were medicating this guy from a very early age. | |
| He had psychological issues. | |
| When you look at this and you see somebody with deep psychological issues... | |
| And you try to put a band-aid of drugs on. | |
| What you wind up doing, because you don't address the root cause, what you wind up doing is creating a monster, because that is simply a band-aid. | |
| And when you pull that band-aid off, Yes. | |
| Yes. Who haven't done this, that we have blood on our hands. | |
| The NRA does not have blood on its hands. | |
| This guy was an NRA instructor. | |
| He was the person who stopped this. | |
| And you have CNN focusing on the evil AR-15. | |
| And this guy who stopped it was using an AR-15. | |
| That's what they won't tell you. | |
| News media, the first thing they did, it's getting sickening, where they jump on the first thing, and that's the gun laws. | |
| That's right. That's the first thing they went to. | |
| I waited. I counted. It wasn't even 10, 15 minutes. | |
| And CNN, oh, here we go with the guns again. | |
| Yes, yes. Yes, absolutely. | |
| You're right. You start medicating these people, and then you rip the Band-Aid off and you take that away from them, and these medications that they're shoving down the kids and things like that, Oh, yeah. | |
| Like the antidepressants and all this other stuff. | |
| It only makes things worse. | |
| That's right. It melts the mind. | |

| This is not some kind of an adventure for him, something that he thought was exciting. | |

| That's why we have the Second Amendment, and they are coming for it. | |
| But let's talk about a constitutional convention, because I'm very concerned that this has become something that is very popular in conservative circles. | |
| I don't know where you stand on this issue. | |

| I've been working against one since 1988. | |
| In fact, I was just at the Massachusetts State House a few days ago distributing information, myself and some of our supporters, trying to expose the myths behind Article 5. | |
| And it's interesting. | |
| There are two groups here. | |
| There are people on the left and people on the right. | |
| Right. | |
| The left wing groups tend to be groups like Wolfpack, which is founded by Cenk Uygur. | |
| No one's going to accuse him of being a constitutionalist. | |
| And by the way, as an aside, the man that was arrested at the nation's capital for throwing the Russian flags in Trump's direction. | |

| He used to be their executive director. | |

| And he actually. | |

| The other group, which is getting influence in some conservative circles, is Convention of States. | |
| And I've walked onto these people. | |
| And there are some decent people that are involved, but there are some people that aren't so decent. | |
| In fact, a few years ago, I was accused, myself and you fellows, of bribing a state senator in New Hampshire to change his vote, which is so ludicrous. | |
| We still ended up getting that resolution killed. | |
| Convention of States, if you go to their website... | |
| They have a little promo video that Michael Farris did. | |
| He was the former. He's no longer with them. | |
| And he said that they want structural change of the Constitution. | |
| Well, folks, that should be a red flag for any patriot, any personal advocate, any limited government. | |
| Yes. You cannot control an Article V convention. | |
| Now, it's in the Constitution, but it's interesting. | |
| Let me interject here, Hal. | |
| What I want is I want structural implementation of the Constitution, which we don't have. | |
| And if we've got these people here who are telling us that they ignore everything that is in the Constitution, then you've got people in open defiance of it, like this guy who walks out of the moment of silence. | |
| They want to take down that aspect of it and effectively have to a large degree. | |
| But when we look at everything in the Constitution, it doesn't resemble anything at all, like we see in government. | |
| So why would I trust these people who take an oath to the Constitution? | |
| Why would I trust them to amend it in a committee to make it easier for them to amend the Constitution? | |
| I don't trust these people. Obey the Constitution first, then we'll talk about it. | |
| Then we'll talk about it. In fact, I think there are probably a few amendments that most of us would like to see repealed, maybe the 17th, maybe the 16th. | |
| But I'd rather deal with those than suffer the problem of losing the whole Constitution. | |
| And, you know, there are some people who say they're going to rewrite the whole thing. | |
| They don't have to rewrite the whole thing. | |
| They just sort of redefine certain amendments. | |
| There was an ex- Supreme Court Justice who eludes me right now. | |
| He's saying our Constitution is flawed. | |
| And needs to be radically changed. | |
| And he's one of the advocates of an Article 5 convention. | |
| Or just go into the Second Amendment and just say, strike out that part there where it says, of the people, the right of the people. | |
| Just take that out. And then it'll just be, you know, hey, we can have a National Guard, which is what they try to tell people the Second Amendment is about. | |
| They swear allegiance to this thing. | |
| And again, the analogy that I always use... | |
| With kids, when I'm talking to them, maybe use this at Camp Constitution as Lord of the Rings. | |
| Remember, there was the rightful king, and then there were the unfaithful stewards who had sworn allegiance to the king, but they took control of the actual government. | |
| And that's what we have here. | |
| The real king is the Constitution. | |
| They swear allegiance to that What's interesting, I live in Boston, and our mayor is a big sanctuary city advocate. | |
| And when we patriots talk about nullification, the Tenth Amendment, they call us neoconfederates, they call us other names. | |
| But aren't they the neoconfederates? | |
| Because they're nullifying a federal law that was passed in accordance with the Constitution, Article 1, Section 8. | |
| Interesting. You see the Christian flag in the background. | |
| I try to get a permit to fly the Christian flag in Boston City Hall Plaza. | |
| Where they fly the rainbow flag, they fly the transgender flag, they fly the flag of Cuba, the flag of China, which is illegal in Massachusetts, but that's another issue. | |
| All of a sudden, our mayor is a staunch constitutionalist and he said the First Amendment says you can't do it. | |
| Well, the First Amendment doesn't say that. | |
| that the religious clause says that congress will not will not uh create a religion they'll not establish a religion exactly pass the law establishing respecting the establishment religion nor denying the free exercise thereof and uh thankfully we have a uh liberty council is taking the case and we're going to be filing a lawsuit and i think we're going to have a lot of people we do finally do this in city hall plaza we're going to have a lot of people from you know the irony of that | |
| uh how is that massachusetts is the very best example of what establishment truly is and And how even after they passed the First Amendment, said Congress shall not establish any law prohibiting the free exercise of religion, they continued to have a state-funded religion in Massachusetts until the 1840s. | |
| That was an established religion. | |
| That wasn't a religion that was established by the state. | |
| And the First Amendment didn't even prohibit that. | |
| People who wrote it understood what it was about. | |
| That's what it's about. I don't think that's a good idea. | |
| But we're not even talking about that. | |
| They're now shutting down the free exercise of religion. | |
| They always take the Constitution and invert it, don't they? | |

| What are the first 10 amendments referred to? | |
| And about 90% of the people didn't know. | |
| Some people look at you like it was some kind of tough question. | |
| The following year, about half of them knew. | |
| So I think maybe we're making an impact here. | |
| So that's the important thing about our Constitution. | |

| We saw this first with the IRS and now it's become all the different agencies. | |
| They write the laws. | |
| That's how we get 80,000 rules a year. | |
| And they are the ones who will take you to court. | |
| They say that this isn't a criminal case so you have no rights under the Constitution. | |
| You don't have a presumption of innocence. | |
| You don't have protection against excessive fines. | |
| That's how we had the EPA putting tens of thousands of dollars on a guy who had Eight acres in the middle of Montana and put a small pond in the middle of it with the permission of state and local authorities. | |
| That fortunately has been shut down by the EPA. But the problem is, is that as soon as a good EPA director like Scott Pruitt leaves, you'll have that come back in because they don't have any control over Congress. | |
| And I'm sure that's something that you talk about. | |
| Well, we do. For example, I was asked, what do I think about the new Secretary of Education? | |
| And Betsy DeVos, and I said, she's probably a whole lot better than anyone Hillary would have appointed, but it's an unconstitutional entity, regardless of who's there. | |
| Her job would be to get an auction mallet, auction off the property, and resign, and then fire everybody that works under her. | |
| That's right, because President Reagan campaigned on killing that. | |
| It was created by Jimmy Carter, who was there for four years, so it was less than four years old. | |
| He could have killed that thing in the crib, but instead he fed it, he nurtured it, he grew it, and it's now this monster that is miseducating as a tool of propaganda, miseducating our public. | |
| That is at the core of what's wrong with this country. | |
| You talk about the wars we're in, all these undeclared wars. | |
| Well, they're all fought under the U.N. auspices. | |
| And Donald Trump did the right thing getting us out of UNESCO, but that's just the first step. | |
| We have to get out of the UN. And we have classes that deal with that, why we need to get out of the UN as soon as possible. | |
| And thankfully, there's a bill in Congress. | |
| I think Ron Paul was the one that got the ball rolling back in the 90s. | |
| And every two years, they resubmit the same bill. | |
| And I think every year it gets more and more support. | |
| But if we get out of the UN, we don't have to worry about their UN Participation Act that was passed in 1945 that... | |
| Rub a stamp. When the U.N. Security Council says we want your soldiers over here, over there, we send them without a declaration of war. | |
| That's right. I think one of the key things to me, when I look at it, and I don't support the use of drugs, but I don't support the use of prohibition either. | |
| I think it's been one of the most dangerous things that we've seen, and I think the evidence of this is the fact that we got two of the 20-some-odd amendments of the Constitution, the 18th and 21st, saying that we're now going to prohibit alcohol. | |
| They respected the Constitution enough that when they prohibited alcohol, they did it legally, even if it was a bad idea or a good idea, whatever you think. | |
| They at least followed the Constitution. | |
| Now they don't care, right? That's right. | |
| And of course, states had laws against prohibition. | |
| There were a lot of dry states before the 18th Amendment. | |
| And it really was not a part of it. | |
| There were a lot of well-intentioned people that got it passed. | |
| But we know the story about well-intentioned, right? | |
| The road to hell is paid for them. | |
| And they still have states who prohibit the sale of alcohol on Sundays or whatever they do. | |
| So it is something that could be done at the state level whether you think it's a good idea or not. | |
| But to do it at the federal level is absolutely unconstitutional. | |
| It's one of the things that concerns me so much about our Attorney General that he doesn't understand that. | |
| And that that is a focus of his instead of shutting down this criminal investigation. | |
| For which they also have no legal authority because that special prosecutor law expired in 1999. | |
