	This one, very strange, in Denver.
	A guy coolly and calmly walks into a Walmart and starts shooting at a crowd.
	Three people are now dead.
	They're looking for the man.
	They don't know who he is. So we're going to have some eyewitness accounts for you on that.
	And of course, we're going to be looking at the D.C. collusion.
	Very interesting, as some of these news reports point out, that we have...
	Now, lost any news at all about the Vegas shooting?
	Yes, they can only focus on one, maybe two things at a time, and they have moved on.
	Nothing to see here, but as we pointed out yesterday, still some strange revelations coming out of the police department saying, well, we have now need to tell you that, and here it is a month after this happened, we need to tell you that there was a firearm discharged in the suite.
	Of course, it wasn't in his room, and we're still trying to determine how many shots were fired by our police officers in the room, but it was an accidental discharge, and And then, as we pointed out yesterday and the day before, we had IntelliHub's research talking about the strange air traffic monitoring and the transponders there and the strange movements of a commercial flight,
	Southwest flight, that had been delayed quite a bit of time for no apparent reason.
	Appeared to stop and hover and move again right there from the hotel area with somebody being evacuated from that.
	So they've moved on.
	They don't really care about that.
	But we're going to take a look at some updates about that as well as some updates on the New York terror and what is going on with the tax reform.
	That has been pushed off of the front page by the terror in New York City.
	Meanwhile, fake news has been named the word of the year for 2017.
	That is the effect of President Trump.
	And some people would say the effect of President Trump has also not only made fake news the word of the year, but has also really hurt the NFL.
	I don't think it's as President Trump expressed the frustration that people have been feeling for a year.
	And he used his bully pulpit.
	And as I said yesterday, it's an interesting contrast to see what the Chinese government has done.
	That's what a real totalitarian regime looks like.
	All these people say, well, he shouldn't have said anything about this.
	Well, he does have a bully pulpit.
	That is something that a president has always had.
	He has a free speech, just like anybody else.
	But the president has even more of that in terms of the bully pulpit.
	He should be a leader.
	And clearly he understood that people were upset about what was being done with the NFL when he voiced it and the NFL reacted.
	And we saw that...
	The NFL commissioner said, how dare you disrespect the NFL? They have seen their sales, their interest in their sport plummet.
	They've gone from first to worst, and now even Papa John's is blaming the NFL for hurting pizza sales.
	He said, it's the NFL commissioner's fault.
	The NFL has hurt us by not resolving the current debacle with the players and the owners.
	He said NFL leadership has hurt Papa John's shareholders.
	He says it's an example of poor leadership.
	Back in 2014, when Papa John's posted a nearly 10% gain in North American same-store sales, they credited it with their close relationship with the NFL. So this isn't just something where they're saying, hey, we've got internal problems, so let's blame it on the NFL. No, when they were doing well, they said it was because we're working closely with the NFL. They have individual deals with 23 teams as well as with the league in general.
	But yesterday, the tone was quite different.
	He brought up the NFL 44 times during the discussion compared with just 10 times last year when he was talking about it.
	And as you look at other fallout with this, I think this is part of what is happening.
	Of course, there's other factors involved, but I think it's part of what's happening with people cutting the cord.
	Understand that the basic package typically includes a lot of sports channels.
	And we saw ESPN said, we're losing 15,000 people a day.
	You know they're losing a million people over the various cable providers over the last three months.
	It's not just that people are moving to things like YouTube and Hulu for their movies.
	It also has to do with the fact that they have bundled in this useless sports package and people are getting sick and tired of it.

	I'm David Knight. We're going to take a look at what is going on in Denver.
	Last night, about 6 p.m.
	local time, a gunman walked nonchalantly, as they say, walked nonchalantly into a Walmart in Colorado and just started shooting at the crowd.
	Two men died at the scene.
	A wounded woman was taken to hospital where she died.
	The shooter is identified as a white man who was wearing a black jacket, maroon shirt, and blue jeans.
	No motive is apparent.
	They're not treating this as a terror incident at the moment.
	He opened fire with a handgun and just started randomly shooting shoppers and store clerks.
	We have an eyewitness account.
	Let's roll that tape. You got that?
	So, basically, I was at toys.
	I heard gunshots.
	Well, I thought it was leverage that fell until I heard it twice.
	I ran outside to the nearest exit.
	I saw two kids.
	One of them, I told them everything's gonna be alright.
	There's just a bad man with a weapon.
	They were like 10 or 7.
	They didn't know about these kinds of things.
	So they were missing their dad.
	I told them it's gonna be fine.
	I'm sure he went out another exit.
	So we just went outside.
	Everyone was out in the corner.
	I was right by the, when you first come in the main entrance, I had a buggy with me and I was putting little girls clothes inside the buggy.
	So I was right there.
	And there was another lady standing next to me.
	And right behind us, you could almost feel it, like it's like just right behind you.
	At the entranceway, we heard one shot, like, but you couldn't tell whether it's maybe like a kid's gun, like, you know, because it was like the Halloween section.
	Not knowing if it's real or not.
	And then within two, three seconds you hear another one.
	And then another three seconds you hear another one.
	And then that's when they just start going off.
	And I either decided either we were going to go to shipping and receiving or we were going to go straight to the straight back.
	And the only reason why I know that is because I'm a truck driver and I've delivered here at the store several times so I know where the exits were.
	And all I could do is just with everybody else, just keep ducking as you're running and just start telling everybody, go to the back, go to the back.
	And was it just hundreds of people running at once?
	Yes, but it was sad because everybody didn't know, didn't know which way to go.
	They didn't know, should they go to the right?
	Should they go to the left? Should they go straight to the back?
	Should they go to the shipping? Nobody knew what to do.
	Everybody was just scared.
	But there were hundreds of people just ducking and dropping.
	Because then that's when you hear the screams.
	That's when you hear the people that he obviously was shooting.
	All right, again, two people died on the scene.
	Two men died on the scene. One woman was shot.
	They have taken her to the hospital, and she subsequently died.
	And they have no idea who the individual is or what his motives were.
	Yesterday at the White House...
	There was an interesting back-and-forth exchange between Sarah Huckabee Sanders and a reporter, and I want you to hear the question this reporter asks Sarah Huckabee, and she doesn't lose her cool, and she shuts this guy down.
	Let's run that clip, clip number four.
	What is the definition of compromise as it relates to slavery and the Civil War?
	Look, I'm not going to get in and re-litigate the Civil War, like I told you yesterday.
	I think I've addressed the concerns that a lot of people had and the questions that you had, and I'm not going to re-litigate history here.
	So, and I'm gonna ask the question again.
	Why don't you ask it in the way that you're apparently accusing me of being- I'm not accusing, I'm asking a question, Sarah, seriously.
	The question is, does this administration believe, does this president believe slavery was wrong?
	And before you answer, Mary Francis Berry historians say, In 1860, there was a compromise.
	The compromise was to have southern states keep slavery, but the Confederacy fired on Fort Sumter that caused the Civil War.
	And because of the Civil War, what happened?
	I think it is disgusting and absurd to suggest that anyone inside of this building would support slavery.
	Peter. That's amazing.
	It's absolutely amazing to suggest that.
	And clearly, that is the textbook history that we've had.
	It was even in the Ken Burns documentary on the Civil War.
	You see a black historian say, you know, the white people in the North, by and large, were not fighting to free the slaves.
	And even if you believe that We're good to go.
	And they had, in Europe, you had the fight between agricultural interests and industrial interests, the consolidation that was leading to a nation-state.
	All of those were factors.
	And those were factors that were bigger, even than slavery.
	Slavery was a big economic issue.
	And, of course, you always follow the money.
	But there were bigger issues. There were issues about open trade or protectionism.
	And there were issues about whether they were going to have a nation state.
	And when you look at what's going on in Catalonia right now, and you look at the anger in the streets about the people in Spain, so upset.
	That a group of people would go their own way.
	I mean, that's the thing. If you stop and look at that, it's like, why is it a problem for people in Madrid if people in Barcelona want to rule themselves?
	That is something that I've never understood.
	And when I looked at Civil War history myself, when I read what people wrote, they didn't call Southerners when they came down to fight.
	They didn't call them racists. They didn't call them white supremacists.
	They called them rebels.
	And even more common than rebels was secesh.
	They were angry that they were seceding.
	Just as you see people in Madrid now angry that the Barcelonian people would want to secede.
	Somehow they believe that that diminishes them.
	And I just, quite frankly, can't understand it.
	I understand it when the politicians want economic control.
	When they don't want to see a wealthy area leave their control.
	Just like in Northern Italy.
	You know, Barcelona and Catalonia, they contribute a massive percentage of the economy of Spain.
	And they don't want to see that go away.
	And I understand that they want more power over people.
	But I don't understand the common man in the street and what motivates them.
	But that's the same spirit that motivated the fight for nationalism.
	There was a fight to create a bigger nation.
	That was the zeitgeist of the time, 150 years ago.
	And that was a very big part of this.
	But, of course, slavery ended largely because of the influence of Christianity.
	Go back and look at people like William Wilberforce who said, this is inconsistent with what we are.
	We need to stop this.
	And as I've pointed out before, there was slavery in every civilization.
	It was only because of Christians like William Wilberforce that Christianity ended in Western civilization.
	But we have to pull down all the monuments of Western civilization.
	And that's what this constant picking at the scab of slavery in our society is all about.
	And you just have to understand that we ended it.
	And you have to understand what forces ended it.
	And you have to understand what forces were at play 150 years ago.
	It's exactly the opposite of what we see now.
	Now we see people saying, we don't want to consolidate into a one world government.
	We don't want to consolidate into something like the European Union, regional consolidation.
	As a matter of fact, we want to even break away from the nation state because it's not serving us well.
	But they continue to push this issue because they have a different agenda with this.

	Who started talking about how the Democrat Party has treated blacks for several decades.
	He's not deceived by what is going on right now.
	But this is something that they're always trying to manufacture some kind of controversy out of this.
	And of course, the context of Kelly's remarks were the questions about monuments that were being removed and about Robert E. Lee.
	And you have to understand that it isn't about Robert E. Lee, whatever you think about Robert E. Lee.
	If you knew anything about Robert E. Lee, you would understand why people were building monuments to him.
	When he was a cadet at West Point, and that's where Kelly is coming from, they called him the Marble Man as a cadet.
	Because he never got a demerit.
	He did everything right.
	The guy was a man of outstanding character and genius.
	The North wanted him to lead the war.
	He refused, and that was what Kelly was saying, because his loyalty was to a different political entity.
	And that was the local government.
	And we see people moving back to that mindset.
	Not a mindset of slavery, but a mindset of independence and a mindset of self-governance and a mindset of local governance.

	And understand, as I point out, the Indian tribes, even the Cherokee, had black slaves.
	They took the black slaves with them as bad as the Cherokee were treated by the U.S. government.
	And being relocated from North Carolina to Ohio, when they moved, they took black slaves with them.
	And they even had a slave revolt within the Cherokee nation.
	This is the history that is not taught, because we have to demonize white people.
	But of course, there was a time when the Democrat Party was all about demonizing black people.

	All right, let's go to what Burgess Owens said about the long history of racial politics of the Democrat Party.
	Here's what he had to say. Well, Donald is, again, we're debating the head of our party.
	Let's do this. Let's look at the heart and history of our parties.
	The Democratic Party has been anti-black for over 150 years.
	It was the Republican Party, the party of Lincoln, that fought against slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, KKK, the Davis-Bacon Act.

	And what they suggested on Fortran, they said, on Halloween, when you can dress up in a mask so that nobody can see you, go around and put up signs that say, it's okay to be white.
	Is that racist? This is a report from WorldNetDaily, WND. There's a manhunt, they say, or a womanhunt, depending on your gender preference, or maybe it's just a personhunt.
	Maybe we should call it a personhunt.
	I don't know. For quote-unquote racists who put up signs, it's okay to be white.
	Because it's not okay to be white anymore because of the Democrats.
	They used to play the race game with black people.
	Now they have flipped and they're playing the race game with white people.
	And so they came out and said they found these signs in Massachusetts, Ohio, Louisiana, Washington, Alabama, Canada.
	People had the audacity to terrorize by posting signs and stickers that read, it's okay to be white.
	And it all started on 4chan, because you can see this is spread out all over the U.S. and Canada.
	It was an idea to troll the left, to troll the universities, to troll the media that are trying to push a race war.
	And they demonstrate that there's a double standard in discrimination.
	They said would-be trollers were encouraged to print out signs and anonymously post them, particularly on college campuses, while wearing Halloween costumes so they could avoid being identified.
	According to the plan, they said the next morning the media goes completely berserk, Normies tune in to see what's going on.
	See the posters saying it's okay to be white.
	The media and leftists frothing at the mouth.
	Normies realize that leftists and journalists hate white people, so they turn on them.
	Credibility of far-left campuses and media gets nuked.
	Massive victory for the right and the culture war.
	Many more our guys spawned overnight.
	And basically, it worked.
	There are people that are flipping out in all these different locations saying we've got to pull these signs down, we've got to find the people that put them up and somehow punish them on university campuses because we can't have that.
	Yeah, it's kind of interesting to see the change, too, the contrast of what's going on.
	Here in America, as you've got college kids here in America turning hard socialist, turning communist.
	And in China, it's going the other way.
	In China, the government is concerned there because people are rejecting the Communist Party's propaganda and the government is freaking out.
	That's what I was talking about yesterday, about the NFL wars.
	In China, the government is going, they've already given people three weeks police detention.
	Now they're talking about giving people three years in prison if you disrespect their national anthem.
	And as I said yesterday, that's a difference in the way that we handle these things.
	In America, a free market.
	People are free to express their opinions.
	And if they don't like what somebody like the NFL is doing, you just don't buy their product anymore.
	You don't watch them on television.

	And so they have to say, hey, we're breaking our ties.

	You know, we talked about yesterday the fact that Donald Trump Jr., put out a tweet, showed his daughter with Halloween candy.
	So we use that as a teaching lesson to teach our kids about socialism.
	So I took half the candy and I said I was going to go give it to some kid who didn't bother to go out.
	And I said at the time, I said, my wife and I used to do that with our kids.
	Except we taught them a lesson about taxation.
	As they would start to eat their candy, we'd say, wait a minute, wait a minute.
	I'm going to take a bite first.
	We'd eat half of it and then hand it to them.
	That had an impression. And now he's been taken to task by Stephen Colbert, who wants to lecture us about how wonderful socialism is.
	Here's Stephen Colbert.
	Last night, Don Jr.
	tweeted a picture of his young daughter holding her candy bucket and said, I'm going to take half of her candy tonight and give it to some kid who sat at home.
	It's never too early to teach her about socialism.
	On Halloween, kids literally go door to door to get free candy from the neighbors because the kids don't have it and the neighbors do.
	That's socialism. No, it isn't, actually.
	Socialism, and that's why we talked about it as force, because socialism basically isn't charity.
	It's somebody sticking a gun to your head.
	You know, when Hillary Clinton first tried to take over our health care back in the early 90s after she became first lady, that gave her the authority to try to reorganize her society somehow.
	We had Democrats in our congressional district.
	Of course, we lived in an area that was very liberal.
	And the congressman was David Price, a hardcore socialist.
	And so he had dog and pony shows to try to convince people that we needed to turn over all of our health care, single-payer system, to be run by the government.
	And I remember getting up at the meeting and saying, I'm all in favor of charity.
	And before I could even finish the sentence, I got roundly booed by all the socialists there.
	They don't consider it to be charity.
	They consider it that they're going to help themselves to what you've got, but they do it at the point of a gun.
	And that's why my wife and I talked about it being taxes.
	Because whatever they do with the taxes, whether they use it to hand it out to other people or whether they build roads or whether they start a war somewhere else, it's usually about warfare and welfare.
	And so we talked about it with taxes because it's about the force.
	It's about not having a say as to what you're going to do.
	But I think it's also interesting.
	There was, I think it was on Zero Hedge, there was an article that I saw that said, Halloween illustrates the free market because you are not forced to give kids candy.
	You do it because you like to do it.
	You like to see them in their costumes.
	You like to participate.
	If you don't like to participate, you can turn the lights off.
	You can lock the house up.
	You can put up signs, go away, no trespassing, get off my lawn.
	You can do all that stuff, right?
	You are not forced to participate in Halloween.
	It's voluntary.
	And so you could look at it as a charitable contribution or you could look at it as candy paid for services received.
	Kind of an amusement service.
	Oh, look at this. Look at this costume here, this little kid.
	I find that amusing. Here's some candy.
	Or whatever. I mean, that's basically what's happening there.
	It's a voluntary exchange.
	Again, that's why we talked about taxation.
	Because there's nothing voluntary about taxation.
	Despite what the letter...
	From the IRS commissioner that always accompanied the paper form said, we thank you for participating in our voluntary program here.
	Oh, you don't participate.
	They're going to send them in with guns around because that's what they're about.
	But they always go to the comedians, don't they?
	Maybe we should start calling the Democrats the comedy party.
	Or just call them commies for short.
	But they use these guys as court jesters for their politburo.
	Because that's the way these guys operate.
	So Hillary Clinton naturally goes on to the Trevor Noah show to talk about the dossiers and Russian collusion.
	And here's what she had to say.
	She said, of course there's a difference between the dossier and collusion.
	This is a new interview.
	She argued that the controversial and unverified dossier on President Trump reports to the Hill that her campaign help to fund is not equivalent.
	To the Trump campaign possibly colluding with Russia to meddle in the presidential election?
	Yeah, I would say that it is not equivalent because, first of all, there's no evidence of Russian collusion.
	And there still isn't after a year.
	But we do know that about Hillary Clinton.
	So we do know that she was involved in some dirty skullduggery here.
	And as we're starting to get this information about Fusion GPS, I find this very interesting, and I don't really know how this sets with Democrats, quite frankly.
	The Fusion GPS guy was paid $168,000 for his cheap, filthy work of fiction.
	And again, I think dossier is too sophisticated a term for this.
	They really just need to call it not a dirty dossier, just call it a filthy file.
	Or filthy fiction. That's even better.
	So the filthy fiction that this guy wrote, he got paid $168,000.
	Guess what? The company got paid by Clinton and the DNC. They got ripped off by that middleman, by Fusion GPS. They paid Fusion GPS a million dollars, and they only paid the spy, Christopher Steele, $168,000.
	Now, why aren't the Democrats complaining about exploitation of the worker?
	You know, they're Marxists. They don't like that kind of thing.
	This guy only got paid... He did all the work.
	He only got paid 17%.
	I mean, that doesn't seem like a very fair shake.
	And I think as we look at this, and we look at what's going on with the uranium deal at the same time, maybe what we should...
	I think fusion GPS is maybe not the right...
	Maybe we should start calling them Fission, because it was all about the corruption, and we need to tie them into Uranium-1.
	That's the reality.
	So let's call them Fission GPS, because they were working with fissionable material.
	And we now find that this uranium that was coming from Uranium-1, it was bought by the Russian-owned Rosatom, We find that the conditions on that sale, as reported by the Hill, were that there was not going to be any export of uranium.
	None whatsoever. That's what the Obama administration told us.
	See, they were looking at this deal, and they were investigating the corruption of this company.
	And yet the committee that Hillary Clinton and Timothy Geithner, the Treasury Secretary, and Eric Holder, the Attorney General all on, they were investigating this company, whether or not they were appropriate, whether or not this sale was appropriate.
	And the FBI had been investigating them for criminal charges for 15 months.
	They covered all that up.
	And then Robert Mueller and his FBI covered it up, and then they made sure that they got a nondisclosure agreement from the individual involved.
	Closed everything up.
	Very interesting. Very interesting.
	That all happened under Robert Mueller.
	But now we find that even though they put out a press release at the time from the Obama administration saying no uranium produced at either facility will be exported, that wasn't true.
	That wasn't true. That was one of the things they were doing to assure everybody that this is okay.
	They were saying, this company is on the up and up.
	It wasn't. They knew it wasn't.
	They knew it had been investigated for 15 months.
	The FBI covered that up.
	I mean, how come Robert Mueller is not being investigated is what I want to know.
	I've said this many times.
	He's the guy who should be investigated.
	He should be answering charges about Russian collusion because of covering up this investigation and the corruption of this company.
	But they put out, they said at the time from the...
	From the Obama administration said nothing will be exported.
	And then a year later they said neither Uranium One or AMRZ, the parent company, holds a specific Nuclear Regulatory Commission export license, an NRC license.
	In order to export uranium from the United States, Uranium One would need to apply for a specific NRC license and obtain it.
	Authorizing the exports of uranium for use in reactor fuel, but they never issued an export license to the Russian firm.
	And they say, The Hill says, a fact so ingrained in the narrative of Uranium One controversy that the Washington Post talked about this on Monday.
	Said, look, they never send any uranium out, but now The Hill has done an investigation.
	And we've got to take a hard break, but when we come back, I'm going to tell you what they found.
	Yes, I'll tease it for you here.
	I'll do a spoiler alert.
	They actually did export it, and I'll tell you how they did it.
	Because, of course, being Clintons...

	Now as we went to break, I was telling you about Uranium One.
	And how the Obama administration lied to everybody and said, well, don't worry.
	We've checked them out.
	And we've got the Attorney General, the Secretary of State.
	We've got the Treasury Secretary.
	All these people have vetted this organization.
	Of course, it was a criminal organization.
	The FBI, Robert Mueller's FBI, knew that.
	They kept that secret from the public and they gagged the individual who was blowing the whistle on that.
	Told him you can't tell anybody and they threatened him with jail last year when he was going to bring it up in the presidential campaign.
	That's the FBI for you.
	That's the corruption at the top.
	And that's Robert Mueller.
	And if you want to talk about somebody lying, they just came after George Papadopoulos.
	And I'm sure he probably lied to the FBI, as I pointed out.
	He was padding his resume on social media and elsewhere, talking about how he's an oil and gas expert at the Hudson Institute.
	And they said, this guy was an unpaid volunteer, unpaid intern.
	And then he goes to the Trump campaign.
	He says, hey, look at me. I'm in a picture with the foreign policy people.
	And he was an unpaid volunteer there as well.
	But they thought they had something, and I don't know, maybe they did get him to say something to somebody.
	But the key thing that they got him for was lying to the FBI. Who would think that a guy who pads his resume everywhere would lie to the FBI about something and get caught in it?
	So we'll see what happens with that.
	Nevertheless, why isn't it a crime when the FBI and Hillary Clinton, Department of State, the Attorney General, the Treasury Secretary, when they all cover up The crimes in a very big uranium sale and then threaten to punish anybody who would make this public.
	Why is that not a crime? Why does that guy then become the special prosecutor?
	And by the way, as I pointed out yesterday, that special prosecutor law went from 1978 to 1999.
	It was not renewed. There is no law that authorizes a special prosecutor.
	When they created that law, they took it all the way to the Supreme Court.
	They said, wait a minute, is this even constitutional?
	Supreme Court said 8 to 1.
	Yes, it is. Antonin Scalia dissented in that.
	And people looked at that and said, you know what?
	Even though the Supreme Court said 8 to 1 that it is constitutional, we don't think it's a very good idea.
	He made a very good point that what they're going to wind up doing is investigating the man and not the crime.
	And what do we see happening today?
	That's the reason they let this expire in 1999.
	So there is no special prosecutor law.
	And if there was a special prosecutor law, they had set up a completely different mechanism.
	They actually had...
	Some oversight. It wasn't that some guy who was acting in the Deputy Attorney General, who, by the way, was also around with all this Uranium One stuff, Rosenstein.
	It wasn't just a situation where the Attorney General would appoint this guy.
	No, there was a three-judge panel of independent oversight.
	And they were constantly having to provide, the special prosecutor constantly have to provide reports to this three-judge panel.
	And if he wanted to extend it, he had to be very specific about where he was going to go.
	Now Mueller is just going into Trump's financial operations and everything.
	So this is out of control, totally out of control.
	As we pointed out yesterday, we got a video we went into more detail with it.
	We said Mueller has gone rogue.
	Well, he went rogue a long time ago when he covered up the Uranium One purchase and gagged everybody about it.
	But as they were telling everybody at the time, no uranium produced at the facility could be exported.
	And then they doubled down a year later.
	They said they would have to get an export license.
	They'd have to apply for it. They would have to obtain it from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
	And that hasn't happened.
	But this is how the Clintons did it.
	Or the people, the crooks, I should say.
	Because they weren't involved at that time.
	They'd already got their cut. They'd moved on to their next crime scene.
	But the people that they were concerned about...
	The way they did it, the Hill found out, Uranium One exports flowed from Wyoming to Canada and then on to Europe between 2012 through 2014.
	The approval involved a process with multiple agencies.
	Rather than give Rosatom a direct export license which would have raised red flags inside of Congress that was already suspicious of the deal, The NRC, in 2012, authorized an amendment to an existing export license for a Paducah, Kentucky-based trucking firm called RSB Logistics Services to simply add Uranium-1 to the list of clients whose uranium it could move to Canada.
	So, with just that little, quiet, behind-the-scenes amendment, without giving them an export license, they just said, oh, we'll just add their name here and nobody will notice.
	And they did. So they did it illegally.
	They did it secretly.
	And then as that uranium went to Canada, then it eventually went to Europe.
	And who knows where else it has gone.
	They haven't followed the trail beyond that yet.
	But it has traveled at least that far, they know.
	And of course, they were able to hide their criminal actions from Congress by doing it that way.
	See, that is how, this is so incredibly corrupt.
	Why is this not being investigated?
	We've got an attorney general who is still preoccupied with pushing back on states that are legalizing marijuana.
	Why don't you get interested in this criminal cartel, this racketeering group, and what they did with uranium?
	Because it goes to the very top of Washington, and maybe that's why.
	Maybe they're afraid to confront them directly.
	Fusion GPS, it's interesting.
	I talked about it in the last segment.
	They got a million dollars from Hillary and the DNC, and they only paid their fiction writer 17% of that, $168,000.
	So there you go. I guess the Democrats are complaining about not...
	Having a fair compensation because they know how much they rip people off.
	So whether you want to call them fission GPS because of uranium connections with Hillary and the DNC, or maybe just call them fiction GPS because they've been doing this a very long time.
	The Democrats have been using fusion GPS to smear people throughout the years.
	Even going back to the Romney election back in 2012 when Romney was running against Obama, Breitbart points out that in May of 2012, they hired Fusion to smear somebody who had contributed money to Romney's campaign.
	Idaho businessman Frank Vandersloot became the target of a smear campaign that was conducted by Fusion GPS. It was disclosed that he had donated a million dollars to a super PAC that supported Romney.
	Obama's campaign website teed him up in April as less than reputable donor.
	They said, we got eight of these guys, and here's one of them.
	And why? Why was he less than reputable?
	Because his wife had donated to an anti-gay marriage campaign.
	That had been passed in 30 or so states.
	So that alone, just like you've got the Southern Poverty Law Center, saying if you're a Christian group and you talk about traditional marriage or you're opposed to homosexual marriage, that makes you equivalent to the Ku Klux Klan.
	That makes you a hate group.
	And, of course, Obama was pushing that as well, and he pushed it through Fusion GPS. But then they were also used to push back against the Center for Medical Progress.
	These are the people who did the undercover videos of Planned Parenthood talking about how they would work with people to procure whatever kind of body parts they wanted from the babies that they were killing, the unborn babies.
	And so to push back against that, Planned Parenthood hired guess who?
	Fusion GPS or Fiction GPS, I guess we should call them.
	And what they did was they went through and they analyzed the videos.
	And they said, well, we think they've been deceptively edited.
	And remember, at the time, Center for Medical Progress then said, you think they have?
	All right, here's the total unedited video.
	And they put it out there so that everybody could see.
	But, of course, it was the narrative, the fictional narrative, that was created by fiction GPS that the press paid attention to.
	They just went with the highlights.

	Well, we told you about this a couple of months ago, and that was the hepatitis A epidemic that was in San Diego.
	As of two weeks ago, there were 18 people who died from that.
	581 sick. You haven't heard too much about it in the mainstream media.
	And again, I couldn't find any more recent casualty figures on this.
	They declared a state of emergency.
	They were washing the streets with bleach to try to take care of this.
	And as we've pointed out before, that...
	When you have a situation like hepatitis A that is being spread, one of the things that causes it, that is a source of this virus growing, is unsanitary conditions.
	And they say, have you traveled to a foreign country with unsanitary conditions?
	That's a risk factor that they presumably take a look at.
	And I said at the time, I said, well, we're letting, we've got a porous border.
	We don't check anybody for any health issues.
	And we allow them to come across the border at any time that they want.
	I said, nobody wants to say anything about it.
	Because it's not politically correct.
	Just like in California, they were saying, we're not going to penalize anybody if they intentionally spread HIV. Because they wanted to be nice to the gay community.
	And I said, well, they may be virtue signaling to the gay community, but they're throwing individual gay members under the bus by doing that.
	Because if somebody intentionally spreads it, I mean, how do you justify HIV? Not trying to discourage that.
	And of course, not making it a crime to put it in the blood supply either.
	I mean, that would be something that an individual who was of the mindset of this person who just went in and shot people in the Walmart in the town just outside of Denver.
	I mean, there are people like that who will use any kind of a weapon.
	So why would you remove that if you wanted to protect individuals, especially gay individuals?
	But they wanted to virtue signal with that.
	The same reason they would not talk about the situation of hepatitis A in San Diego because they didn't want to say, well, you know, we're not doing anything at the border and we want to pretend that this isn't coming in through the border.
	So now take a look at this story.
	Came out out of the San Diego Union Tribune.
	Imperial Beach officials say that the shoreline is hit by Tijuana sewage, raw sewage, without warning.
	And people are getting sick from that now.
	The mayor said, It's hard to continue that positive, proactive approach.
	These are people who just don't seem to be able to ever get a sense of outrage no matter what is done to them.
	We did speak with Mexico and we got through to the CILA, that's their health department, but they said there's no information regarding a spill.
	Right now, we don't seem to have any help in our United States government in combating these sewage flows and protecting public health.
	And they don't have any help in protecting the border either because the Californians don't want that.
	They don't want anybody being tested as they come into the country for health issues.
	Not at all. The Tijuana-based environmental group in Mexico said they did independent water testing on Friday, and the organization said they found, quote, extremely high levels of fecal indicator bacteria.

	You know, I think it's interesting, and Zero Hedge asks the question, why has the Las Vegas massacre disappeared from the news cycle?
	Well, it hasn't as far as Infowars is concerned, but it has from the mainstream media.
	They don't want questions being asked about something where they might have some involvement in it, but they can allow that there's more than one person involved when it is something that they were not running, I think is the bottom answer to this.
	I think it's also why we haven't seen any gun control bills.
	There was an article from a left-leaning news site wringing its hands and saying, where's the bump stock bans?
	We need bump stock bans.
	Nothing has happened, which I think is kind of telling, because their narrative is so incredibly juvenile.

	When he was in the suite that belonged to Stephen Paddock.
	And we'll let you know when we figure out how many rounds were fired from his gun.

	And this is something that I think is very interesting.
	The Podesta law firm has now threatened Fox News and did it a couple of nights ago, Monday night, that Tucker Carlson talked about this.
	I think it's very interesting that trying to intimidate him, even though...
	Podesta's brother, Fredo, stepped down as the sacrificial lamb.
	They're blaming Fox News for this now.
	I think this is kind of interesting.
	So here's what Tucker Carlson had to say about legal threats.
	Cease and desist from the Podesta group.
	Mueller's investigators apparently figured this out.
	Today, Tony Podesta resigned as head of his company.
	His excuse? Us.
	That's right, he blamed us.
	In his parting statement, Podesta said this, quote, It is impossible to run a public affairs firm while you're under attack by Fox News and the right-wing media.
	Well, Podesta isn't just complaining about us, though.
	He's threatening us. This afternoon, we got a letter from Jeff Guerinther.
	He's a lawyer with Venable LLP, a big law firm here in D.C. The letter demands that this show, quote, immediately cease and desist disseminating false and misleading reports about Mr.
	Podesta and the Podesta Group.
	It demands we retract and delete all our prior reporting on the Podesta Group and warns that if we don't do this, quote, Mr.
	Podesta may pursue legal action, including for damages, in order to fully protect his rights.
	The letter doesn't stop there, though.
	It also warns us that we will face legal action under the Copyright Act merely for quoting from this letter publicly, as we just did.
	The most amusing one, though, is this one, quote, Paul Manafort did not work with the Podesta Group in its representation of the European Center for a Modern Ukraine.
	That's what the lawyer's letters told us.
	Apparently that lawyer hasn't read the Manafort indictment yet.
	In paragraph 22 of that indictment, we read this, quote, At the direction of Manafort and Gates, companies A and B engaged in extensive lobbying on Ukraine.
	The indictment also says that the Podesta Group and Mercury were selected personally by Paul Manafort to lobby on behalf of Of Ukrainian interests.
	So if John Podesta's legal team has a complaint, it's not with us, it's with the Department of Justice and the Mueller investigation.
	But maybe we're being too literal about this.
	Probably so. Podesta's lawyer wasn't trying to inform us of anything, but to threaten us to shut down our reporting on his client.
	One lawyer we talked to earlier today said the Podesta people have used this tactic with others before.
	It's common. It's an effort to use fear to control press coverage.
	We're not intimidated. We have ample evidence from Mueller's indictment and from a number of confidential sources to paint a pretty clear picture of exactly what the Podesta group was doing for years here in Washington.
	We'll let the facts speak for themselves.
	And we're confident the Mueller investigation will be revealing a lot more about Tony Podesta's lobbying practices.
	He's got some pretty naive lawyers, doesn't he?
	To think that Fox News has not even read the indictment talking about Company A, Company B. And this was something that was talked about a long time ago.
	I remember when the campaign was going on a year ago.
	We were saying, well, everybody is upset about Manafort and his negotiations and involvement in Ukraine.
	Nobody's talking about Podesta's involvement.
	Nobody talked about it in the mainstream media at the time.
	And now it's in the indictment.
	They talk about it and they name the company.
	And yet they believe that they can intimidate Fox News.
	They were not intimidated.
	Even saying our letter is a copyright.
	You can't even read our threats on air.
	Well, he read their threats on air.
	So good for him.
	That's the way you handle this.
	Now, the question is, we know that the Podesta Group has some pretty awful lawyers.
	Do they have any better lawyers that are coming after Manafort?
	Does Robert Mueller have any competent lawyers?
	And there's a couple of different issues that have been brought up by both the New American and by Law News about what they have done in the Manafort investigation, specifically about the search warrants and the raids that were conducted this last summer, where they came in, pointed guns at his wife, where they came in, pointed guns at his wife, who was still in bed on a no-knock raid, and grabbed information.
	New American, first of all, will the Manafort indictment stand legal scrutiny?
	They say the raid was authorized by a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court search warrant.
	That warrant, it turns, it appears to be based on, at least in part, claims of the now discredited Trump dossier, That was done by Clinton and the DNC. Now they point out that if the FISA search warrant was based on phony information from fiction GPS, and it was...
	The dossier, if it's based on that, then that would taint it.
	There is a legal process, as the Cornell Law School explains, that the fruit of any search warrant that was put out on the basis of garbage or something that was not true, that search warrant would be considered to be a poisonous tree.
	It's the legal term they use, and anything gathered from it would be the fruit of the poisonous tree.
	And they say the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine extends the exclusionary rule to make evidence inadmissible in court if it was derived from evidence that was illegally obtained.
	So in other words, if you make up something, or you pay somebody to make it up, like Hillary and the DNC did, And then if her co-conspirator, Robert Mueller, who was involved in the Uranium One cover-up, if he then takes that fictional dossier and uses that as the basis to get a search warrant, Then anything that they get with that search warrant is tainted and cannot be used in court.
	That's the argument that is being put forth by New American.
	I believe that is true. Now, Law News looks at it in a different way, still coming after the way these materials were obtained.
	They say in a surprise raid going back to July 26, FBI agents busted into Manafort's home to collect documents and other material.
	At the time, his attorney raised concerns about how the raid was conducted.
	In order for the feds to obtain a warrant, a judge has to determine probable cause existed and that a crime was committed.
	As part of the warrant, investigators attached an affidavit which contained a list of items that FBI agents hoped to collect.
	And that is where the trouble appears to be in Manafort's case.
	As a legal website, Law News says, we immediately were drawn to the revelation that the evidence collected that may not have been covered by the warrant.
	So not only did they base the warrant on a fictional account from Fiction GPS, which would basically exclude everything, but the warrant didn't cover a lot of the evidence that they grabbed.
	And see, that's the problem with the special prosecutor.
	It's about going after the man and not a crime.
	This whole thing is a legal fraud.

	Because many people don't understand anything or know anything about the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.
	This was the thing that was set up to not protect children, not to protect our health, but to protect the vaccine industry.

	Thanks for having me. So tell us a little bit, first of all, about, give us an overview of what's going on.
	You've got some statistics that you sent me saying that there's 59,000 injuries from vaccines reported last year, 432 deaths.
	What's going on? How does the HHS fit into this?
	Well, as you pointed out, the pharmaceutical industry has no liability when it comes to vaccines.
	That was taken away in the 1986 Compensation Act.
	Essentially, the pharmaceutical industry blackmailed Ronald Reagan and said, if you don't protect us from liability, we're paying too much in lawsuits, then we're going to stop making vaccines.
	And so he reticently signed this bill and took away all liability.
	So the liability now sits on our health department, which is Health and Human Services, which oversees CDC, FDA, you know, HRSA, and NIH. And essentially what we're pointing out is that no vaccine safety studies are being done.
	Since the pharmaceutical industry doesn't have to do it, they can't be sued.
	There's no reason for them to be doing safety studies.
	It's on Health and Human Services, and they're not doing it either.
	So we've put a notice forward with legal backing saying, if you do not prove that you are starting to do the vaccine safety science that we expect, everybody expects vaccine safety science is just like drug science, which is it goes through double blind safety experiments that we get to see, you know, saline placebos against which is it goes through double blind safety experiments that we get to That is not happening in vaccines.
	For instance, you know, a hepatitis B vaccine that's given to a day one old baby only gets four days of safety studies before it was put on the market compared to grandpa's Viagra, which got 10 years.
	And that safety study for the hepatitis B never had a placebo group.
	It looked at it essentially just said, oh, there was some swelling in the arm.
	So think about that.
	If on day six, the baby died, that didn't make it into the study.
	The death was not caused by hepatitis B.
	If the child develops multiple sclerosis two years later, that wasn't a cause by the by the vaccine because we never looked.
	And so those are ultimately.
	Yeah, they just blame it on sudden infant infant death syndrome or something.
	It was just mysterious. We don't know what happened.
	It was just sudden, you know?
	Exactly right.
	Just this random occurrence, just spontaneously died.
	Kids don't spontaneously die.
	So as you pointed out, we have a VAERS system that's a Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System.
	This is our national system that we report vaccine injuries.
	Well, there was 59,000 reports last year But the problem is Health and Human Services points out themselves, even though this is their system, that since it's a passive reporting system, doctors are not really using it, that it really only represents less than 1% of the total injuries.
	So that means we could have had 5.9 million people injured by vaccines.
	In that 59,000 was 432 reported deaths.
	Well, if that's only 1%, does that mean we're at 43,000 deaths happening from vaccines?
	None of this. No one knows about this.
	They think vaccines are safe.
	They keep being told by Sanjay Gupta and people on television, oh, we've looked at vaccines.
	They're perfectly safe.
	The science is settled.
	That is absolutely not true.
	I've been investigating this for three years.
	I think this is the biggest government cover-up, really, in the history of my lifetime, and certainly when it comes to medical science.
	The scientific method is not being used.
	Everybody's sticking their head in the ground, and children are dying, children being maimed and injured every single year.
	It's a known fact, and nobody seems to want to go near it.
	So we are pressing a legal case against HHS. If they do not come back to us and say, we're going to get our act together and do the job that America expects us to do, then they can expect legal action from us.
	Wow, that's very important.
	That's amazing. And when we go back, you're talking about the lies and the deception.
	And I think it's important for people to understand, as you point out, they basically blackmailed President Reagan back in 1986.
	Said, we're going to completely stop making vaccines unless you give us total immunity.
	And this is something that is bigger than Big Pharma.
	These people, because when they have to test a drug, as you point out with Viagra or whatever, they go through an extensive testing period.
	But they don't have to do any testing for this because these people don't have any legal immunity.
	They've got legal immunity. They can't be sued.
	And I think that's a key part of it, too, when we talk about the deception, and that is the court that it created.
	Most people don't even know that such a court exists.
	So they don't know that other people are getting injured.
	They're told, as you pointed out, by mainstream media, they're perfectly safe.
	We've examined this. There's nothing to see here.
	Move along. And yet, there are people who do get compensated from this court, but most people don't even know that it exists.
	That's right, and this court isn't like a normal court that we see.
	There is no jury. Press isn't allowed in there.
	There's no precedence. You can't refer to other cases that have won.
	There's no discovery.
	You can't get any of the internal documents that were used to determine whether the vaccine was safe by the manufacturer.
	So if you look at something like Vioxx, that we all watched the court case around Vioxx.
	It killed over 50,000 people.
	Some people say that number could be as high as half a million.
	And Merck, in the court case against them, internal emails came out that showed that they were saying that any doctor that questions the safety of Vioxx, we will hunt them down and destroy them where they live.
	That came out in the court case.
	That's why you need discovery.
	But when someone goes to fight a vaccine injury, they get none of that.
	You can't see the internal emails.
	You can't look at those studies.
	And so it's a totally corrupted system.
	And what people don't realize is, think of the insanity of this.
	When you think of a conflict of interest, Health and Human Services is responsible to do vaccine safety science.
	But guess who is the defendant when you sue when your child is injured by a vaccine or is killed by a vaccine?
	The defendant in this court system is Health and Human Services itself.

	They are the Epitome of regulatory capture.
	We talk about so many times how the bureaucracies that are set up to be watchdogs over particular industries wind up being captured by those industries and used to help them.
	And I've never seen a worse case of regulatory capture than the situation of Health and Human Services.

	It's Health and Human Services.
	That tells you a lot, doesn't it?
	It tells you that they are defending, not overseeing, the vaccine court.
	So joining us is Del Bigtree.

	Bigtree. Let's talk a little bit about some of the points that you have on the letter that you are, the legal notice that you have sent to the Department of Health and Human Services, and Break down some of the questions that you confront them with and the action items that you have in this legal demand.
	Well, so there's about 11 real questions or issues that we have that involve corruption, conflicts of interest.
	For instance, as I was saying, one of the major conflicts of interest is the fact that HHS has to defend the vaccine program in court.
	If you're injured, they're also the ones doing the safety science.
	If you're going to win in court, you have to use HHS's safety science To prove that your child has been injured.
	Well, think about that. That's like being in a murder investigation where the murderer is the one doing all the forensics.
	It's totally impossible to win and they won't do the science because it'll be used against them in court.
	We want that changed.
	We want vaccine safety Taken out of HHS, that they have too big a conflict of interest.
	We've done this with the National Transportation Safety Board.
	We did it with the nuclear regulatory boards.
	We decided that when we're promoting nuclear energy, we can't have the same body that promotes nuclear energy being the ones that investigate a meltdown.
	It just doesn't make sense. Same thing with plane crashes.
	So we want vaccine safety taken out of Health and Human Services and establishes its own firewalled regulatory agency.
	Also, you know, we want, you know, very simply, people say, well, vaccines are safe.
	There's no way to prove they're safe.
	You're doing no placebo-based studies.
	I mean, listen to me. None.
	Zero are being done. So there's no safety being established in any of these 72 vaccines that you're being given over the course of your first 18 years of life.
	It's a giant guessing game.
	And it's dangerous.
	We know we're seeing injuries.
	As I said, we could be having 5.9 million injuries every year.
	Well, one thing that should be happening to determine what injuries are being caused or are vaccines actually making us safer would be the simplest study known to man, and that's a vaxed versus unvaxed study.
	I say whether you believe in vaccines or you're skeptical of vaccines, we should all want to know What is the safety of and what is the health progress of people that get vaccinated versus those that don't?
	So there's a database inside of the CDC called the Vaccine Safety Data Link.
	It has 10 million people in it.
	And all we're requesting is that a graph be put up and that all the vaccinated children be put on this graph and all the unvaccinated children be put on the graph so that we can ask questions like, what is the rate of autism?
	You know, is it one in 68 children when you're unvaccinated?
	Because that's where the vaccinated population at.
	What about asthma, ADD, ADHD, multiple sclerosis, childhood leukemias?
	All of these things are on a massive rise.
	We've gone from 11% autoimmune and neurological disorders back in 1980s And now we are at 54% of America's children have an autoimmune neurological disorder.
	And when you watch that increase, it goes right along with right when we passed the 86 Compensation Act, we took away liability and all of a sudden the vaccine industry exploded.
	We went from 5 to 10 vaccines for our children to now 72, as I said.
	And you watch that increase and you watch this massive increase.
	In our childhood illness, this is the sickest nation of children in the industrialized world, and it's the sickest generation of children this country has ever seen.
	I worked on the daytime talk show of the doctors for six years.
	I won an Emmy Award there, and we would often say that this is the first generation of children that is not expected to live as long as their own parents.
	So we want a vax versus unvax study to get down to the base of what is happening here.
	Are you actually safer if you're being vaccinated?
	There was a study like that done very recently.
	It actually came out in 2017 of homeschoolers.
	And it looked at children.
	And what they found was vaccinated children did have lower rates of measles and chicken pox and infectious diseases like that.
	But they had higher rates, four times the amount of autism.
	30 times the amount of allergic rhinitis, 4 times the amount of neurological disorders, ADD, ADHD, over 4 to 5 times higher in vaccinated children.
	So what we're seeing is you may be protecting against what was once a trivial childhood illness like measles, which was a Brady Bunch episode in the 1960s.
	We all giggled because the whole family got the disease and they got to stay home from school.
	But now they've turned it into a black plague.
	They've made everybody terrified.
	It's not true.
	The death rate was minimal before a vaccine ever arrived.
	And the question we have to ask is, have we replaced measles with autism, neurological disorders, autoimmune disorders like multiple sclerosis?
	Is this ADD, ADHD crisis?
	Children that can't sit still or learn anymore?
	Learning deficits?
	Depression in kids?
	All of this, we're seeing it in our kids.
	It's everywhere. Our children are gravely ill, and I think that the vaccine program is one of the major culprits in it.
	And our Health and Human Services is looking the other way.
	They're not doing any of the studies that would show us, if our speculation is true, that this is being caused by vaccines.
	I think when we look at the fact that they've been given legal immunity, that the health and human services are the ones that you have to sue, the same people that are supposed to be doing the oversight are the ones that are actually protecting the industry.
	When they get legal immunity to this, that ought to raise red flags with everybody.
	And as you pointed out, many of us have said...
	Look at the radical increase in autism.
	It was absolutely unheard of 20, 25 years ago.
	And now everybody knows about it.
	Everybody has a friend or usually now a family member.
	I mean, it's an epidemic that's going on.
	And it's not just the homeschooling community that you point out.
	We also see this with the Amish.
	You look at some communities where people don't get the vaccines or don't use it in the schedule that they demand from people.
	But the key thing, and I want to talk about this when we come back, is the effort to mandate this, to take away our choice.

	I'm David Knight and the vaccine manufacturers do have a place to run to.
	They can run to the HHS. HHS will hide the negative effects of vaccines.
	They will give them legal immunity.
	They have a kangaroo court where you can't get discovery.
	You don't have a real legal process.
	You have to sue the people who are supposed to be overseeing the vaccine industry.
	And you have to sue the people who are collecting the data.
	We don't know if they're collecting the data appropriately or not.
	As our guest Del Bigtree pointed out, they even admit that since this is a voluntary system, they only have about 1% of the total number of vaccine injuries that they've even collected data on.
	And that should be concerning to you right there, because that 1% is 59,000 injuries and 432 deaths.
	So as Dell was saying, well, let's extrapolate that out.
	What if they reported 100% at that rate?
	Because that's just a random sampling.
	Take that out by 100.
	You got 5.9 million vaccine injuries, 43,000 deaths.
	You know, we get upset, and rightfully so, when the government withholds information from us about something like the JFK assassination.
	We don't like to be lied to.
	We don't like to be deceived.
	We don't like to have things hidden from us.
	And yet... We're good to go.
	What the process is for getting this fixed and how you can help.

	On Health and Human Services' website, they have something called Healthy People 2020, and that is a mandated vaccine program for all adults.

	In the end, they want 320 million mandated customers, and there's 270 vaccines in the pipeline.
	There's thousands of vaccine trials going on right now.
	This is the future of a billion-dollar industry that's about to turn into a trillion-dollar industry.
	When you follow the money, you realize that this is buying our politicians.
	You need to look into the background of your politicians.
	You need to let your politicians know this HHS notice exists.
	I stand for it. We want vaccine safety science made private, taken out of the CDC, out of HHS. And we want a vax versus unvaxed study.
	And we want accountability.
	We want liability back on the industry.
	Let the natural cycle of commerce decide the safety of a product.
	Force this industry to do the safety studies or we can sue them.
	It is a perfect storm when you take away lawsuits, when you mandate a product and people do not have choices.
	Every single stopgap that is supposed to make something safe, like car airbags or car seats or cribs, all of that has been taken away for vaccines.
	This is a dangerous, dangerous product and no one is regulating it.
	And our children are being, as you pointed out, murdered, maimed and, you know, destroyed.
	We may be on the verge of destroying a generation with this vaccine program.
	I'm not messing around.
	This is a serious, serious issue.
	You're talking about California and SB 277.
	And of course, one of the key spokesmen and advocates for that was a guy named Dr.
	Pan. He's a senator there.
	And he was one of the guys, interestingly enough, who was also leading the effort to decriminalize the intentional spreading of disease.
	The intentional spreading of HIV and AIDS, which can kill people.
	So at the same time, he's saying, we're going to mandate that you take these vaccines for which there is no liability to the companies that produce them, and you can get no information about the risks involved.
	At the same time, we're going to take away any liability from somebody who intentionally spreads a life-threatening disease.
	How do you reconcile that?
	Clearly you understand. That this is a guy who is in the pocket of the vaccine industry.
	He doesn't have people's health in mind when he's going to decriminalize the spreading of HIV and criminalize not getting a vaccine.
	Well, look at this. I mean, what he just said is we don't care if you spread AIDS to people.
	That's fine. I mean, that used to be illegal.
	It used to be a death sentence.
	But guess what? Now we have a vaccine for it.
	If you decriminalize it, everybody starts sleeping with each other, giving each other AIDS. But don't worry about it.
	We have a vaccine that we can sell and make even more money on.
	This entire thing is a conveyor belt we're being put on.
	We're being injured by vaccines and there's drugs to fix those injuries.
	And every disease out there that we have a vaccine for will make you terrified of it.
	You'll get those vaccines. But think about the fact that there's millions of other diseases, bacteria, microbes, everything that we could be worried about.
	We don't hear about them because there's not a vaccine available yet.
	This entire thing is just...
	Whatever we can make a vaccine and make money off of, we're going to make you terrified of that disease.
	We're going to take scary diseases like AIDS and decriminalize them so that you have to worry that you can get it and there's nothing you can do about it, so you better get a vaccine.
	This whole system is so corrupt and it's destroying our health.
	I just read an article that we're now seeing a decline in the health rate of Our senior citizens dying earlier, sicker earlier, and that was what we touted as the great medical system.
	We have more babies dying on the first day of life in the United States of America than every other industrialized nation combined.
	We have more pregnant mothers dying than every other industrialized nation combined.
	How do we trust the medical system where we can't keep babies alive and we can't keep mothers alive?
	Something has gone wrong.
	One of it is forced vaccines in mothers and babies.
	You're talking about babies.
	I had a lady who had an organization, Nurses Against Mandatory Vaccines, on, and she was saying, hey, when we're in the preemie place, when they bring in the babies that were born prematurely, and we know that their immune system is not developed, but they're going to vaccinate them on schedule based on but they're going to vaccinate them on schedule based on the number of days since their birth, even though they weren't developed.
	And they said they bring in the people because we know that they're going to go into all kinds of arrests and other issues.
	We're going to have to put them in intensive care because of the reactions, but they're going to do it anyway.
	And she said they were talking about that there.
	But, you know, when you're talking about other diseases and antibiotics, it was just a couple of years ago they remember that the drug companies came out and said, well, you know, we're going to stop doing any antibiotic research.
	We've got a lot of antibiotics that we put out there, and they've developed immunities to this.
	So we're not even going to do any research or try to come up with anything that will kill bacteria.
	We're just going to focus now on vaccines.
	And if people understood the economics behind that...
	The reality is that they're doing that because if they did antibiotics, they would have to put information out there about how effective and how safe they were.
	But if they do it with vaccines, they don't have any of that concern.
	They could just make money off of this.
	Absolutely. Look at the commercials, and this is something I try to point out.
	All of our media has been co-opted by the pharmaceutical industry.
	So 75% of the salaries, like Sanjay Gupta, Anderson Cooper, Rachel Maddow, you name it, even Fox News executives, that money is coming from a huge financial input from the pharmaceutical industry.
	So how do we get the truth out, and what is it they're pumping?
	And if you look at every ad in the commercial break, you'll see these drugs with these ridiculous ticker tapes of side effects.
	You think... You giggle to yourself and you think, who would buy that?
	But you've got to stop giggling because that is taking away free media.

	And if you go there, you're not going to be able to do any discovery.
	And if you try to challenge what is being done...
	Then, of course, you're going to have to rely on the information that's collected by the HHS. It is a vicious circle of manipulation and lies, and it has to stop.
	And this all began because, as we see over and over again, the Congress abdicates its legislative duty.
	It has a duty to write our laws.
	That's why we have a legislature.
	But instead what they do is they create agencies.
	And then they pass the lawmaking ability to these agencies.
	And they write the laws.
	And then they oversee the laws.
	And then they have their own courts.
	This is the way this has worked.
	But the worst case of this, the worst case of regulatory capture, the worst case of a bureaucracy out of control, is what's going on with the HHS and vaccines.
	And so what you need to do is demand that your representatives do something about this.
	They probably don't know. They probably don't know the depth of this.
	And so you need to make sure that you educate yourself, then you educate them, and you educate other voters if they're not going to do anything about it.
	Because many of them do know.
	And they are in the pay of the vaccine and pharmaceutical industries because they're the ones who are funding most of the networks.
	Most of the commercials that are out there are funding the major networks like CNN by Fox and everyone is being funded by the vaccine industry, by the pharmaceutical industry.
	Let's talk a little bit about taxes here.
	Of course, they had a deadline of today.
	They're going to put something out. They missed that deadline.
	They've set up a deadline for Thanksgiving.
	I don't know if that's really going to work.
	They're saying, well, maybe we shouldn't have deadlines.
	That's not a good sign. Just the fact that they were in discussions to say that a decrease in the corporate tax rate, we have the highest corporate tax rate in the world, just to say that that decrease is going to be limited to a decade, had negative repercussions in the stock market.
	Just that rumor. Because there's a lot of expectation built into the stock market, built into our economy, a lot of expectations of a tax cut.
	So Republicans are trying to get this put through.
	But they're talking about Obamacare as maybe being a part of this tax repeal.
	And remember, Obamacare was sold to us as a tax.
	That's the way the Supreme Court justified it.
	They said, well, it's not a mandate to buy a product from a private company.
	It's simply a tax.
	All right, well, let's get rid of the tax.
	Let's take a look at what has happened.
	For example, WND has an article, Obamacare costs for a 27-year-old have nearly doubled.
	They say for a 27-year-old on the benchmark plan, they've exploded from $2,600 during the program's first year to nearly double.
	Now $4,900 for the plan year 2018.
	Now Obama is out still selling his legacy, saying, well, you know, some folks have a cell phone plan that costs more than Obamacare.
	Well, they don't hold a gun to your head and force you to buy a cell phone plan.
	And, of course, it's a more Cadillac plan that he's talking about here than the free Obamacare plan that he was putting out.
	But they're also talking about the fact that eight states have only one insurer that is offering plans under the Obamacare exchange.
	That has plunged from 237 issuers nationwide a year ago to 132 now.
	As we're talking about fixing Obamacare, the narrative from the Democrats is that, oh, Trump is going to sabotage you with these changes.
	Look, it is in a death spiral already from every standpoint.
	It's not a good deal for the suppliers.
	It's not a good deal for the consumers.
	And it is already in a death spiral.
	There is no way to sustain it.
	These people that talk about sustainability all the time, well, let's talk about economic sustainability.
	Let's talk about mandates.

	And that's going to come whether or not these guys do anything or not.
	For a lot of these guys, the handwriting is already on the wall.
	But they better not obstruct this.
	And you do have some people, of course, that are...
	So anti-Trump and hate Trump so much that they will burn down our economy.
	People like Bob Corker, people like Jeff Flake, people like John McCain.
	They hate Donald Trump so much that they will burn down our economy just to make him look bad.
	That's the kind of guys that we're talking about here.
	Now, I was just talking about the fact that Obamacare, for 27-year-olds, has nearly doubled from the first year to the plan in 2018.
	Now, if you look at, that's for the 27-year-old on the benchmark plan.
	They say on the second lowest cost, silver plan, costs have gone up 37%, are going to go up 37% next year, and that follows a hike of 24%.
	You cannot have stuff doubling in cost every couple of years.
	Meanwhile, we still have Republicans coming in and saying, like Alexander, Lamar Alexander, coming in and saying, we're still working with Democrats to make sure that Trump doesn't take away the subsidies for Obamacare.
	Why subsidize something that is not sustainable?
	It is failing in a death spiral before any changes have been made to it because it is fundamentally unsustainable.
	So why keep pouring money into it?
	Why keep stealing money from taxpayers, stealing money most specifically from investors and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac?
	And this is Lamar Alexander.
	These are the kind of thieves that we've got working with the, and the GOP, working with thieves in the Democrat Party to preserve this establishment program.
	And they're talking about that the repeal of the individual mandate could be a part of the tax overhaul.
	And it should be. This was sold to us and told to us that we had legal authority for this, the Supreme Court said, because it was going to be a tax.
	Well, if it's a tax, let's repeal it as part of this plan.
	It is something that is a huge tax on the American people.
	I think that any tax reform ought to allow us.
	They're so concerned about our health care costs and our ability to afford health care.
	Let us pay for our health care before we send our tax dollars to you.
	How about that? At least give us a full deduction.
	If you're not going to give us a credit, I think they ought to give us a credit for our health care expenses.
	But of course, even if you have catastrophic health care costs in a given year, they're still going to throw out the first 10% or so of your adjusted income before you can even start to deduct it.
	And then depending on whatever tax bracket you're in, if you're in a 25% tax bracket, that means after they first throw off the first 7% to 10%, depending on other issues of your adjusted gross income, they deduct that right off the top.
	And then anything that's left is really only going to save you 25 cents on every dollar.
	So give it to us as a tax credit.
	But at the very least, repeal this mandate.
	And of course, the IRS doesn't want to see that happen.
	Outgoing IRS Commissioner Koskinen, who was never fired, but he's just not having his term renewed by President Trump.
	That's at least a start.
	But he came out and said, in spite of the fact that President Trump came out with an executive order at the beginning of the year, beginning of his term as president, saying, I don't want you to enforce this Obamacare mandate on people.
	He came out and said, if you don't fill out the paperwork, we're going to treat you as a non-filer.
	And, of course, he's doing that because they've got an army of 16,000, 17,000 IRS agents that were added to administer this Obamacare tax.
	Why don't we just start calling it Obama tax?
	That's the truth of it.
	I think it's even better just to call it the Affordable Care Act.
	The irony has to sink in on people when the costs are doubling every couple of years.
	Now, one of the things about tax reform that is a sticking point, a key sticking point, is whether or not we are going to simplify things in terms of deductions and say we're going to double the standard deduction, and in exchange for that, we're going to take away some things like state and local taxes.
	They call it SALT. That's the acronym that they use.
	And that is something that really helps people who are in high-tax states like California and New York.
	And it helps the rich individuals, it's the high-income individuals that typically get the most and take that deduction the most.
	And then the Democrats turn around and say, oh, you're hurting the middle class.
	No, they're not. Actually, statistically, even the Washington Post pointed out, did a fact check on that, and pointed out that Nancy Pelosi was lying to people about that.
	And she is. But when we talk about state and local taxes...
	We're talking about the fact that you and I are subsidizing high taxes in California.
	Take a look at this. A New American reports California gas tax hike, just one example of the kind of taxes that they have in California, has now gone into effect as of yesterday.
	They got a tax hike, and now they're paying 12 cents more per gallon of gas, 20 cents more per gallon of diesel.
	Starting next year, Californians will be introduced to a new fee ranging from $24 to $175 added to the cost of vehicle registration, depending on the worth of the vehicle.
	If you bought into the whole electronic vehicle issue, electric vehicles, EVs, or zero emission vehicles, now they're going to come after you for that.
	So you thought that you were going to save by not having to buy fuel, not having to pay the excessive taxes that they have in California.
	But they're going to hit you with $100 annual fee starting in 2020.
	So the government giveth with these subsidies on electric vehicles, and then the government taketh away, especially in California.
	And they point out that in 2013, only 40% of the gas tax revenues went to road infrastructure.
	Where did the rest go?
	Well, it gets sent into the general fund.
	And that's not just happening in California.
	It's happening across this country.
	They don't use it to improve the roads.
	As a matter of fact, they don't build roads anymore unless they're going to be toll roads.
	And that takes forever, and then you wind up paying for it forever.
	They say California residents pay 40% higher gas taxes and fees than the national average.
	And the interesting thing is that even though they're paying higher taxes, they've got some of the worst roads in the nation.
	The top five...
	The ranked states for highway system performance had the lowest taxes.
	They were at or below the national average.
	And that's what we see all along.
	You don't get anything for this money.
	It's being put into the general fund.
	So they're raising the taxes on gasoline.
	They're not going to use it to fix the roads.
	They're going to use it for other stuff.
	And then they're talking about the fact they had a referendum to legalize marijuana.
	They still haven't done it in California.
	Now they're going to say they're going to raise taxes by 45%.
	Would you be able to deduct that on your federal income taxes?
	Your pot tax?
	And as they're talking about the fact they're going to have a 45% tax on marijuana...
	We know that what's going to happen is there's going to be a black market that is still going to dominate post-legalization.
	Because whenever you put excessive taxes on that, as we've seen with cigarette taxes in the Northeast, in New York and New Jersey, you wind up creating a black market for that.
	And when we look at the obsession that Jeff Sessions has with marijuana, as exhibited by his interview on the Hugh Hewitt show the other day, Hugh Hewitt was pushing for it.
	He says, let's charge these people in these states where they have legalized this.
	Let's charge them with racketeering and corruption.
	Let's use the RICO Act against these people.
	And let's use it against any banks that they do banking with.
	And even Jeff Sessions pulled back on that from this crazed conservative Hugh Hewitt.
	That was a bit much even for Jeff Sessions.
	But he says, they don't have the right to ignore the federal laws.
	Well, you know what? The Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, and all the rest of them, don't have the right to ignore the Constitution.
	It took a constitutional amendment to prohibit alcohol.
	Where's the one that prohibits marijuana?
	Not there. Not there.
	What changed in the Constitution?
	Was there another amendment that said the 9th and 10th Amendment have hereby been repealed?
	Was there another amendment that said you don't have to, that you have all power?
	That you don't have to be explicitly given it in the Constitution, because that's what the Ninth and Tenth Amendment are saying.
	So where is the amendment that repealed the Ninth and Tenth Amendment?
	Where is the amendment that gave them the authority to criminalize marijuana possession?
	And understand this. As Jonathan Turley and others have pointed out, 64% of Americans now want marijuana legalized.
	And that includes, for the first time, a majority of Republicans, 51%, want marijuana legalized.
	They see the fraud.
	They see the criminality.
	They see what is happening with us.
	And it's about time Jeff Sessions sees what's going on with us.

	There's an interesting thing, of course, that Planned Parenthood is doing in the black community.
	They're always up to something in the black community, aren't they?
	But before we get to that, I want to talk to her about the New York shooting.
	Because I think at the center of this is this program that allowed this terrorist to come to America.
	It's the diversity lottery.
	And he won it.
	And Americans lost it, didn't we?
	You know, these eight people that died, they really were sacrificed on the altar of diversity.
	And I just don't know why that is so important.
	That when we don't know anything about somebody who is a foreign citizen, we can't verify anything about their identity.
	We don't know anything about they're supposed to be able to have certain work skills or whatever.
	It's pretty minimal. But we can't even verify that.
	We can't even verify their identity.
	But we feel compelled, even shamed, if we refuse to let people that we don't know anything about come into this country, even from areas that we are currently at war.
	That we have gone to war with these people because we say they are so dangerous.
	So I want to get Stacey's comments on that.

	I have to say one of the things that's most disturbing about this is the reports that small countries actually just took their phone books and submitted the names directly from the phone book without any kind of consideration of who the people were or where they were from in order to participate in the diversity lottery.
	And I want to say one more thing about this.
	I have to get it out first, which is Why is our country membership or citizenship in our country up for auction by our legislators?
	Why are they literally auctioning off the ability of people to run around in the same country as me?
	They're auctioning that off like my ancestors were auctioned off.
	In Charleston during slavery.
	That's my equation here.
	For a party of people who is constantly obsessed with race, constantly talking about racism, constantly talking about slavery, I have a slavery analogy for you.
	We used to, in this country, as a method of commerce, auction off people as property.
	And now we auction off citizenship to this country.
	Only our legislators do it.
	And we don't see any of the benefits of it.
	We only see the negative impacts.
	One of which is the terror attack that just happened.
	As you mentioned, the eight bodies on the ground.
	The others, I think 12 other people who are, they've been changed forever.
	Their bodies have been damaged.
	Their psyches have been affected.
	And they're going to have to recover from this.
	And I just want to know I mean, I know what my citizenship is worth to me.
	I'm an Air Force veteran.
	I come from a family of veterans.
	I'm married to a veteran. But I know for most Americans who aren't veterans, their citizenship still means a great deal to them.
	They still feel as if it confers certain rights upon them and responsibilities.
	And so legislators who were involved in the diversity lottery program, they should be recalled.
	If they can't be recalled, they should not be reelected.
	This is them taking their work, they're supposed to work on our behalf, And using it to enrich themselves.
	These lobbyists, it started off with a lobbying company out of Ireland, and they were trying to get special consideration for illegal Irish immigrants here in this country.
	And once Chuck Schumer realized what a boon this could be to his bottom line, he decided to expand the program.
	And then with bipartisan support, they actually pushed this off on Americans while we're all working and sleeping and taking care of kids and voting and paying taxes.
	They're auctioning off citizenship to this country like a lottery ticket.
	This has to stop. Not only does it have to stop, but we need to hold the people who implemented this policy accountable.
	Yeah, you know, we always talk about, they put safety above everything else.
	We're supposed to give away all of our freedom, all of our privacy.
	We have this massive expanding surveillance and police state, and it's all done for the point of safety.
	And yet, as you pointed out, they're just tossing these citizenship lottery tickets out for free to people.
	And say, come on in. We don't know anything about you, but we want you to be an American citizen.
	You just won the lottery.
	It's absolutely absurd.
	It's kind of what we're seeing with the self-driving cars.
	You know, we've always had government regulations where safety to the nth degree, you know, mandating all kinds of expensive things put on the cars.
	But then when it comes to the interests of big business that would like to have self-driving autonomous cars, it's like, oh, forget about all the safety regulations.
	We're not going to do any testing on stuff before we put out there.
	As a matter of fact, we're going to do the tests on you on the highway.
	We're going to put these things out here untested, and you'll be the guinea pigs.
	We won't tell you about it.
	We won't get your consent. And that's what they're doing to us with this immigration program as well.
	They don't tell us what's going on.
	They don't get our consent. They just use us as guinea pigs and say to the people, come on in, while they tell us everything's going to be sacrificed for safety.
	Well, I know one of the things I hear a lot from people on the left is, we need gun control laws.
	If it could save just one life, then it's worth it.
	I know it infringes on your right to own a firearm.
	It infringes upon the segment of society that's most law-abiding.
	But I want to save just one life.
	And if all of these gun regulations and disarming law-abiding citizens would save just one life, then we should do it.
	In this instance, I turned their argument back to them, and I say, if it could save just one life, why don't we do, as the American Immigration Council, it's Alipac, they send out their press releases.
	They are now suggesting that we reduce legal immigration by 90% until every single person who's here illegally and every refugee have been deported from this country.
	And I actually agree.
	And the reason I agree is because I don't want to be in the same situation as the people who lost family members just the time.
	That's right. Yeah, this guy that we let people in, that we don't know anything about.
	And now what we know about him is he's actually very, very proud of what he did.
	He wants to fly the ISIS flag in his hospital room.
	This is absolute insanity.

	Sometimes we get people who hate this country, as we see with this individual in New York.
	He's now saying that he wants the ISIS flag flown in his hospital room, and he's proud of what he did.
	And you have to understand that what the government really wants out of this, I believe, because we've already heard all the experts saying, this is just happening so often, we're going to have to step things up.
	They're saying, well, you know, he wasn't radicalized by Islam.
	He wasn't radicalized by the Muslims in the country that he came from.
	He was radicalized after he came here.
	So he got radicalized by the Internet.
	So you understand they're telling you that the Internet radicalized him, not Islam.
	Of course, it was Islamic content that he found on the Internet.
	But they're going to say, we have to control the internet.
	That's the solution. We're not going to control the borders.
	We're not going to control who comes here.
	We're not going to know anything about the people who come here.
	We'll pretend that we, you know, not necessary at all.
	But once you get here, we're going to have to know everything about you.
	And we're going to have to turn America into a prison because of the dangerous people that we're bringing in.
	Oh, and by the way, we've got these machines that will sell you, body scanners.
	They've been... I've been using this for a long time when kids in school, conditioning a generation to accept having metal scanners.
	So why not a body scanner as well?
	Why not have a body scanner whenever you go to the store or wherever you walk?

	I mean, this looks to me like this is the overall conclusion of this.

	I'm not on a terror watch list, and I'm not likely to commit an act of terror.
	I'm a gun owner, and I'm a law-abiding citizen.
	I'm a voter.
	And maybe I'm scary to them, but I don't have a huge reach.
	If they were to take those monitors and put them on full-time duty, pulling down ISIS videos, this guy wouldn't have had thousands of those videos on his phone.
	Yes, he was radicalized here in this country, but at his mosque, not out in the real world.
	That's right. That's right.
	It was a mosque that was being investigated, and then they criticized him for, you shouldn't be investigating that mosque.
	Stop investigating that mosque.
	I mean, don't look there. There's no problem there.
	If mayors in Texas can request the sermons of pro-life Christian pastors who oppose homosexual marriage and grown men showering with little girls, then they can certainly monitor these moths.
	And I'll tell you what, David, what's insulting about all of this is that they consider me more dangerous than this horrible man.
	If they spent half as much time torturing him as they have me, this never would have happened.
	And I think they need to be held accountable.
	Twitter, Facebook, all these online social media sites, if they want to be the Gestapo of the internet, if they want to say they have the right to take down videos, then we should hold them responsible for all the videos they don't take down that promote terrorism.
	A good example of that is Roger Stone, who was banned for life this last weekend on Twitter because he got into a heated discussion.
	And it's like, come on.
	He didn't make any death threats.
	He's had death threats made against him, against his family, even against his pets.
	They never did anything to those people, people who make death threats against President Trump.
	Nothing happens to them.
	You've got Snoop Dogg, who just does an album cover, you know, showing a dead Trump, and he's happy about that.
	So they don't do anything to Snoopy.
	They don't do anything to these other people, but they do it to Roger Stone.
	They do it to conservatives.
	And you should point out, so many conservatives have been demonetized.
	It's so bad that even Ron Paul, Ron Paul, who never says anything harsh about anybody.
	Gentle Ron Paul, a former congressman, was demonetized by YouTube, and Julian Assange called it economic censorship.
	And it is.
	That's exactly a form of economic censorship.
	It is.
	And it also goes to the heart of the problem that we have here.
	See, if they oppose you ideologically, then they're all over you.
	They're not going to let you go. Look at the way they treat conservatives and people who have the opposing viewpoint on these social media sites.
	Look at the way they treat us. Then look at the way they treat ISIS. I mean, I know this sounds kind of crazy in any other world.
	I would be shocked to hear myself say this, but I know it's true because it's been done to me.
	And when I say the reach that I have on YouTube is minuscule, it's so tiny.
	I only have a couple of videos that have gone viral and not even really viral in the YouTube sense.
	I only had one video that I posted on Twitter that reached 38 million people, and it hasn't been censored because it's short and it's about the election.
	I really don't say anything that incendiary in it other than Trump won because we all voted for him, which, you know, maybe that just wasn't defensive enough, but it struck a chord with a lot of people.
	But I have to tell you, one of the things that I find most infuriating about this whole situation is that you've got Jake Tapper on TV saying, That Alu Alu Akbar is a beautiful saying.
	Yeah, wasn't that awful?
	I talked about that yesterday.
	I could not believe that. And all these different news reports where they come out and say, well, they don't put it properly.
	He said, Allahu Akbar. They say, Allah Akbar.
	That means that God is great.
	And it's like, no, it means Allah is greater than your God.
	I mean, it's a taunt. And it's the reason that they're doing this and always shouting it at these terrorist events.
	But almost all of the news accounts would put Allah Akbar or even Allahu Akbar and translate it as God is great and mistranslate it.
	Great. So one of the things that they've been very successful in doing, and they do this in all Western nations, practitioners of Islam, is they come in and when they're really tiny, they frame themselves as victims.
	That, it propels Western people to kind of take up for them because we are very, very protective of victims.
	We like to stand up for the underdog.
	Then once we've stood up for them, meanwhile, they're working on their population numbers.
	And so one of the Washington Times, the editor of the online, Ms.
	Chumley, Just had an article out yesterday talking about how in another couple of generations, well, one generation really, Muslims will outnumber Jews in this country.
	Now, that may seem like such a big deal to you, but it is because once they reach a point where they're at around 10% of the population...
	Then they start demanding that Sharia become a part of the regular, everyday life.
	They start demanding no-go zones.
	They already have them. They have a beachhead up in the Northeast around Detroit.
	They're definitely making moves in this country.
	And we think, well, we've got the Second Amendment.
	We have the Constitution. Sharia supersedes all of that.
	And so political system, that's what Islam is.
	It's not just a religion.
	It's all of those things.
	And we can't tolerate it here because it's incompatible with the Western way of life, our constitution, and our Judeo-Christian founding.
	I hope liberal heads just exploded just then because that's a reality.
	No matter if you accept it or not, we have a Judeo-Christian founding.
	And it's in direct opposition, the freedoms and liberties we have with Islam.
	You know, you're talking about that.
	And just yesterday, I covered the Washington Post covered it, of all things.
	In Maryland, they had a Muslim-only community, a development that they were setting up.
	And, of course, that violated all the equal housing opportunity regulations and so forth.
	They were going to set up a Muslim-only community.
	And it was even narrower than that, Stacey.
	It was only going to be a particular sect of Muslims.
	Everybody else was going to be excluded.
	And then as part of their Sharia law, there would be no financing from banks because they ban any charging of interest.
	That's what we're looking at.
	That's what will happen as we have the people who come in who not only do not want to be a part of our culture.
	They don't come here because they want to be Americans.
	They don't come here because they like America.
	They come here because they want to take over America and shut down the culture that is open and welcoming to all different types of people.

	We're going to talk to her about what Planned Parenthood is doing for the black community.

	Population replacement, that is part of the immigration that we're seeing here.
	They decried our low birth rates, and so we've got to replace the population.
	They mean that in a variety of different ways.
	They don't like people here who have American values.
	We're not as easy to control people who like freedom and the rule of law.
	So they want to bring in other people.
	They always use the Ponzi scheme of Social Security.
	They were talking about this back in 2000.
	They said, hey, this whole Ponzi scheme is going to collapse if we don't bring in more people because of birth rates.
	And yet, we've got Planned Parenthood out there telling everybody, kill your kids.
	We're not worried about birth rates, but especially the black community.
	Planned Parenthood has always been focused on eugenics for the black community since the days of Margaret Sanger, the clinics and the black communities.
	But tell us what they're doing now on social media.
	Well, so their black account has come out with a few tweets.
	It was yesterday.
	They were saying, well, you know, actually it was the day before yesterday.
	They're saying, look, if you're black and you're a woman, here's the mortality rate for black women who are pregnant here in this country.
	And it's racism. You know, when you go to the hospital, the racism is what kills black women.
	It's safer for you to come to Planned Parenthood and have an abortion than it is for you to carry a baby to term.
	Now, obviously, that is utter nonsense.
	First of all, it's utter nonsense.
	Black women are not safer going to Planned Parenthood, which doesn't even have standardized ambulatory care standards.
	Just so you know what that is, I want you guys to understand.
	You hear a person in your life talking about taking their child or their girlfriend or their wife or whatever to Planned Parenthood, the first thing you should tell them, Planned Parenthood is not required to have the same ambulatory care standards as a LASIK eye care center or a place where you go and have a blood transfusion.
	What does that mean? It means the hallways and doorways in Planned Parenthood are not required to be wide enough for a gurney to go through.
	So when the ambulance is called at Planned Parenthood, which happens a lot, 67 times over the past few years at our Planned Parenthood on Forest Park in St.
	Louis, Mm-hmm.
	Mm-hmm.
	Mm-hmm.
	Get them into the hallway or even all the way outside to get them onto a gurney.
	This is the case in the majority of the Planned Parenthoods across this country unless they're the new build mega centers that they have located near the Black and Hispanic populations in Texas and New York, etc.
	Major population centers.
	You know, Stacey, what you're talking about there in terms of ambulatory access, that was a key part of the bill that went through here in Texas.
	We said, hey, you're saying that you're concerned about women's health?
	Well, why don't you make the hallways and the doors wide enough so that people can get stretchers through there in case something goes wrong?
	Because this is a major surgery, and there's a lot of complications that can happen with this.
	And they said, no, you're just trying to shut down women's health.
	And it's like they're trying to defend women's health.
	I mean, this is absolute insanity.
	And rusty equipment covered over with scotch tape.
	Medication and anesthesiology products that are expired well past their expiration date.
	And also over-the-counter meds that they keep like Tylenol.
	They give you a couple of Tylenol out the door.
	Also expired. Now, you and I know as preppers that you can keep dry medications past their expiration date, but that's something that you choose to do personally for your prepper storage, not something that a hospital or a clinic should be doing on behalf of you without your permission.
	And the liquid items cannot be kept beyond their sell-by or storage date.
	So this is a serious issue.
	So I implore women, men, anyone who has someone in their orbit who's thinking of going to Planned Parenthood to take these things into consideration and then go to a hospital.
	Whatever you need can also be provided at a hospital.
	And if it has to do with the birth rates, I want to circle back around to that because we can't leave that out of this conversation.
	Americans need to be encouraged to have more children, not just because it's the right thing to do or because the Bible says to fill your quiver, but because it's the smart thing to do in a world where the Muslim population, their birth rate is 8.8 or something like that internationally.
	Here in this country, they're above all of the other ethnic groups in their birth rate.
	They start having children earlier, which also has a major impact on your population size.
	It's not as a competition.
	But it's good family policy to have more than two children.
	It makes for a better family life.
	We have three kids. It's so much more rich to have three children than two or one.
	No offense to people who stopped already.
	I'm just telling you the truth. So there's a multitude of reasons to have more children, especially if you're an American.
	And I'm going to say it.
	I'm black. I'm going to say it, especially if you're white.
	Why? Because you're the majority in this population.
	And if you want to maintain that, you have to have kids.
	It's pretty simple. That's right.
	The simple demographics, you see what's happening in Europe.
	It used to be Italians had the biggest families.
	It was almost a joke. I remember, what was the movie?
	It was The Magnificent Men, Their Flying Machines.
	They had all these national stereotypes of these.
	And the funny thing about the Italians was he was followed with like...
	But now they have the lowest birth rate.
	And what's going on with that?
	Well, a large part of that is, you know, the shrine of abortion.
	You know, telling people, look, you're going to be poor if you have too many kids.
	You know, Margaret Singer's writings say, poverty and large families go hand in hand.
	And they'll hand you out the flyers and say, do you realize how much it's going to cost you if you have these kids?
	It's going to think about all the meals and the shoes and the clothes that's going to happen over decades and put it all up in front and tell them, hey, it's going to cost you a million dollars or whatever to have this kid.
	It's like, well, I can't afford a million dollars for a kid.
	I'm going to have to do something about that.
	That's the lie that they tell people, white and black.
	In the Planned Parenthood communities.
	And that is what is destroying our society.
	You look at Italy now. They are just barely over one child per couple.
	And that means that their population is going to cut in half every generation.
	And they're just disappearing.
	They're just disappearing off the face of the earth.
	And that's what they want to have happen to us while they bring in Muslims into our country.
	Look, I want to tell the cautionary tale of Russia.
	People think that Russia is the same as us, that they're similarly sized to us, that they are our actual primary geopolitical adversary.
	They are not. They spend an outsized amount of their budget trying to appear as if they're equal to us by shortchanging their social services and their public works and activities In favor of funding their military and buying weapons and ships and developing new weapons systems.
	The reason that they have to do that is because 35 years ago they made abortion on demand public policy so that any woman could have an abortion paid for by the state, no questions asked.
	Within that time frame, so basically the time I've spent growing up because I'm older than, you know, 35 years old, they have had their population halved.
	So while we in America ramped up our immigration and about 30 to 40 million of the people that we have here are immigrants because we import about a million people a year, we still have outpaced them on the birth rate.
	Where we used to be similarly sized in population, now America has around 311 to 325 million, depending on whether or not you count the illegal immigrants, and they have 149 million.
	They have now rescinded that policy.
	You can no longer get an abortion on demand for free from the government because it's destroying their population.
	So do we want to be like Russia?
	No. So not only should we not fund Planned Parenthood and not fund abortions at all, but we should encourage Americans to have a healthy family size of four to five children for their own benefit.
	Children don't have to cost a million dollars a pop.
	They can actually cost less.
	The more children you have, the more you're reusing the same products and the more self-sufficient those children are.
	Am I right? I mean, if you have any children, you know this is true.
	Anything after two is gravy.
	They're so easy. Once you've had the first two, the third one is so much easier.
	If I could, I'd go back and have a few more myself, just when we only have three.
	And of course, what you're talking about with Russia is absolutely true.
	They have a giant landmass, but their population has collapsed.
	And that's one of the reasons why Putin is out there trying to encourage people to have kids.
	You know, it's like, we're not going to have a Russia.
	We're not going to have an Italy. We're not going to have an America if Planned Parenthood gets its way.
	And that's one of the reasons why the establishment pushes them so hard, because they don't want to have a Native American population.
	They want to bring in a replacement population that is easier for them to control.
	It's all about their control.
	It is.
	And I have to say one of the things I grew up in Germany and I've always marveled at the it's just this weird, indescribable thing about Americans.
	We're so different than other people from other countries.
	And so while we can have immigrants come here, if they're properly assimilated, their children will be Americans, too.
	There's something wild and beautiful about us.
	Well, you know, regardless of where people came from, they used to come to America because they wanted freedom.
	They didn't come because they wanted safety.
	They didn't even come for the most part because they wanted money.
	They wanted freedom. And if we don't stay to that, that's really what's going to cost us our country.
