We'll begin with a little news rundown.
Okay.
We'll begin on Capitol Hill, where after weeks and weeks, enough Democrats finally said they would break the filibuster to reopen the government.
After 40 long days, Senate Democrats admitted what was obvious to all of us all along.
They were playing cheap political games at the expense of the American people.
And it wasn't working.
We're seeing through it, guys.
We're no longer believing the lies.
We're not believing the mainstream media.
We're actually seeing what's really happening in real time, not even in delay.
The backlash has been swift and brutal.
And now Democrats are going to be forced to answer tough questions from an irate cabal of left-wing lunatics who are speechless, stunned, and really completely besides themselves.
But let's be clear about what really happened here.
Democrats thought that they could hold the country hostage.
They thought they could inflict enough pain that everyone else would fold, but it failed.
And I'm not just saying that.
Remember, we saw Congress people actually saying that.
They said it on the news.
They said the quiet parts out loud.
This is their thing.
You know, we know everyone's going to feel some pain, but, you know, it's worth it to get what we want.
And all for what?
For leverage on their radical wish list.
I mean, think about how insane that is.
Now, the deal to reopen the government is basically what was already in the CR to begin with, along with a commitment to hold a vote on the extension of the failed Obamacare subsidies.
Nothing gained, everything lost.
The result here is a victory for the White House, for Majority Leader Thune, for my father, who couldn't surrender to Democrat sanity.
He wouldn't do it.
He just, he couldn't surrender to the insanity guys.
He stood firm.
He didn't blink, and the American people noticed.
And here's what's really embarrassing for Democrats, guys.
Even CNN, CNN, the Communist News Network, even CNN had to admit they lost.
Even MSNBC, also known as MSDNC, could not spin this one.
When you've lost the regime media, especially those two, when even your own propaganda outlets can't cover for you, you know, you've hit rock bottom.

It's strange, Dean.
To go back to the original sort of part of this conversation of whether he is a good deal maker.
I mean, in a way, it seems like the president is kind of getting what he wanted 40 days ago when all this started.
He was out there saying that, oh, this is all about Democrats trying to give health care to illegal immigrants.
He just said that to reporters moments ago, repeated that refrain that Democrats had actually very successfully pushed back against.
Then there's all this energy.
In the wake of the election on Tuesday, the president made remarks saying basically, wow, Republicans are being harmed by all of this, acknowledging that he was on his back foot.
And now here he is winning again?
How do we do it?
The Democrats, I don't understand how a Democratic senator goes, wow, we won really big.
Let me cave now.
I don't understand.
That makes no sense to me.
Well, maybe if they're, to be, you know, to Anthony's point, if they were cynical, like if we wanted just to hold this out until we get through the election and now Schumer put on some crocodile tears.
That's his, you know, go-to move to claim he's voting no and we'll keep fighting.
You know, he's going to keep fighting, guys.
He's doing such a great job.
It's been there forever and accomplished absolutely jack crap.
Okay.
But we all know what's really going on here.
He gave the green light to those eight Democrat senators to vote yes.
Okay.
He gets to cry on TV.
He gave them the green light.
So it looks like he's holding firm, but he let them vote yes.
Okay.
I promise you, there's not a Democrat in the Senate that's going to break with Chuck Schumer unless they were told it was okay.
He's going to do that so that they can try to bail him out of this political disaster.
It's political theater at its absolute worst.
Here's Lion Chuck pretending to be outraged, guys.
He's doing it.
He's outraged.
Democrats have been fighting to get the Senate to address the health care crisis.
This bill does nothing to ensure that that crisis is addressed.
I am voting no and I will keep fighting.
What a schmuck.
And honestly, you all know as well as I do, these shutdown fights are really just a sign of the desperation the Democrats have.
It's a sign of their desperation, a sign of their weakness, their complete inability to actually function because the leadership in the Democrat Party doesn't represent real Americans anymore.
They're catering to a couple of rich lunatics and no one else.
They wanted to shut down the country just like they did with COVID.
They wanted to try to use that as leverage to hold America hostage.
But this time it didn't work because when you actually show strength and you don't fold like weak Washington Republicans have done in the past almost every time, voters actually respect you for it.
But for Democrats, they are now exposed more than ever.
But again, don't take my word for it.
Here they are in their own words.
We need to do this while we have the leverage.
Of course, there will be, you know, families that are going to suffer, but it is one of the few leverage times we have.
You reopen the government and we lose our leverage.
There has to be an agreement right now.
That's what this whole shutdown is about.
Republicans control the House, the Senate, and the White House.
Frankly, this is our only moment of leverage.
The idea that you would give up all of your leverage and then hopefully get some sort of great deal coming down the pike is just a fool's errand.
Why are working families the leverage the Democrats need to get Obamacare fixed?
It's the only lever we have.
Democrats have this one little sliver right now when we've got some leverage here.
Some Republican senators have pushed a bill that would pay government workers.
I think that just gives the president more leverage.
Catherine was basically expressing in her own words the notion that our leverage right now are our votes.
Them wanting to solve the problem that we want to solve, but do it in a couple of days or a couple of weeks when we've given up our negotiating leverage.
Without that leverage, the minority party would be stuck in the mud and not basically have anything to negotiate.
Wow.
That's pretty wild.
And beyond that, the left's clown car of circus freaks and carnival barkers are having a collective meltdown for all of the world to see.
There's anger, there's sadness, there's despair.
And yes, there's also unhinged screaming at the sky.
Watch this one and enjoy it because sometimes we like to revel in their absolute insane misery.
Well, it looks like Democrats are caving to Donald Trump and the Republicans.
We have breaking news right now.
Senators have reached a deal to reopen the federal government with some suggesting that Democrats are caving.
Oh my God.
So it turns out that Chuck Schumer was this need behind the Democrat plan to cave.
We have treason in the ranks.
I guess these, whoever these folks are, must want to be primaried.
What?
What?
This is all they're going to get.
It's a promise.
The absolute cowardice of Senate Democrats.
You will be primarily.
We're coming for you and we're not going to let you forget it.
Do not get it twisted.
You can get it braided.
Don't get it twisted.
We're coming.
What the fuck are you doing?
Are you serious?
This is just crazy to me.
They gave up this season.
Wow.
My dogs are not happy about it.

So basically, the Democrats get everybody.
Let's just be real.
So it appears the Democrats are caving.
As my father likes to say, sad.
But this is the state of today's Democrat Party.
These are the lunatics online telling you you're the crazy one for not wanting, I don't know, something like free health care for illegal immigrants that you have the privilege of paying for, or perhaps tax-funded trans surgeries for prisoners, courtesy of you.
You know, we could probably use that money for like good.
You know, I don't know.
Seems kind of obvious.
Or maybe open borders with absolutely no consequences.
That's what they wanted.
They're the ones embracing violence.
They're the ones who are targeting ICE agents trying to simply do their job and actually enforce our laws.
They're the ones cheering on the chaos in our streets.
And by the way, there's now a manhunt in Chicago for a savage who shot at ICE agents.
I can promise you, it's a Democrat.
This barely even made news in the regime media because they're not going to highlight that because they understand, even if they're okay with it, even if they tacitly accept it, they can't say anything.
If we pretend like it doesn't exist, maybe it just goes away and we can kind of get what we want.
Can you imagine if the roles were reversed?
It would be wall-to-wall coverage, breaking news, alerts every five minutes.
There'd be like the countdown clocks talking about how long it's been going on.
But when it's violence against law enforcement doing their jobs, crickets.

So obviously for law enforcement reasons, I can't get into it, but they are out there scouring all leads, surveillance footage, things like that.
We're going to find them.
We've made it clear that if you put your hands on an ICE agent or a border patrol agent, or if you threaten them, shoot at them, throw rocks, we're going to find you.
We're going to prosecute you.
Yeah, I want to get your comment on this latest offender who dodged deportation for years.
And then he gets caught with a DW lie after killing a man in a hit and run.
He's been in here since 2012.
2011, I'm sorry, he entered in, but he had a deportation in 2012.
A long rap sheet right there, grand theft, auto.
How does a guy like this stay in the country?
He had plenty and plenty of opportunities to get his paperwork done, but he didn't.
And then he escalates to DUI, killing someone.
You know, and that's the scary part, Lawrence, about these sanctuary jurisdictions, right?
Criminal legal aliens will go to locations where they know that local police or state police won't turn them over to us.
And you look at this case, you have somebody that's been here since 2011, identified in 2012, yet he's still out there committing crime.
Had we taken action before, that victim of that DUI crash might still be with us today.
But that's the issue that we're trying to focus on is the fact that when you don't work with ICE, tragedies like this happen.
And I really wish elected officials would sit down and talk to angel families, kind of like with Operation Midway Blitz that we have named after Katie Abraham that lost her life to a DUI crash for a guy that wasn't supposed to be here.
Those are the victims we're fighting for every day.
And it's really sad that politicians won't let us do our law enforcement mission.
But of course, the regime media doesn't care about real violence when the victims are conservatives.
We've seen this time and time again.
In fact, they want the exact opposite.
They want us silenced.
They want us cancelled and they want us gone.
For example, the BBC News over in Britain is now embroiled in a massive scandal after it was revealed they intentionally, intentionally edited my father speaking on January 6th to make it sound like he was inciting a riot.
Remember, insurrection.
You know, they clip a little line here, clip a little line here, leave all the context out of the middle, and voila, we have an insurrectionist.
They do this every day.
They do this on things that are much smaller to have the same effect, but no one's paying attention.
On big ones like this, they can get caught.
On the little ones, they just change the narrative, they change the fact set, and they make it the gospel, according to the communist left.
And now, top executives and editors at the BBC are being forced to step down.
Heads are rolling.
Careers are ending.
This all came to light recently from a whistleblower memo from inside the company.
But it's the video and the tape that really tells the story.
Watch this because it's pretty amazing.
The BBC claims to be the pinnacle of impartial reporting.
But what if there was an internal dossier that revealed that wasn't the case?
The Telegraph has seen a letter that reveals one of the BBC's own independent advisors repeatedly warned that the broadcaster had serious and systemic problems.
A week before the US election, BBC Panorama released a documentary called Trump a Second Chance.
And in it, they played the following clip.

But Trump didn't, in fact, say this at all.
The BBC spliced together two clips that took place 54 minutes apart.
So let's go through it again.

Here's what Trump actually said.
We're going to walk down to the Capitol and we're going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women.
It's different.
It wasn't until nearly an hour later that he then said the second part of the BBC's version.
We're going to walk down to the Capitol.
And we fight.
We fight like hell.
Now, it's true that a lot of people will still feel Trump's claims that in 2021 the election was stolen were entirely inappropriate and unbecoming of a figure in politics.
But irrespective of your personal views on Trump, the question remains.
How is a national broadcaster funded by taxpayers on the premise that it will provide impartial reporting allowed to splice together content in a way that one of its own advisors said materially misled viewers?
But if members of its own editorial standards committee have no faith in the broadcaster, you have to ask, should we?
And guys, it's not just the BBC.
It was the same story when CBS edited Kamala Harris's 60 Minutes interview to make her actually sound like she's not a total imbecile.
They tried desperately to make her sound coherent.
And then you realize, like, man, the answer she's giving had nothing to do with the question, which actually checks out for Kabala Harris.
They just happened to splice things from another part in there to make it seem like there was something going on up here in her rather vacuous cranial cavity.
These aren't journalists, folks.
They're Democrat operatives with press passes.
Remember, the same people that want you censored for disinformation are always the ones doing it themselves every single time, right?
This is the Hillary Clinton playbook.

Accuse others of doing the things that you're doing, right?
That's what they do.
The same ones telling you that people can choose their sex and gender, telling you that drug boats are actually just innocent fishermen, right?

The same ones telling you that January 6th was an insurrection, that Joe Biden was sharp as a tack.
These are always the same ones caught in the massive lies themselves.

Now, the good news is that there are signs that common sense is winning.
For example, the International Olympic Committee says they will enact a new policy that will prohibit trans athletes from competing against biological women.
Yes, folks, that's a win.
I've been bitching about this since like 2015.
It never made sense.
It was never fair.
And guess what?
Even people on the left didn't care.
I know this because when I complained about it on Twitter 1.0 a decade ago, that was like 95% leftists on the platform.
Even they, even they at the time, would chime in and be like, man, I hate Don Jr. so much, but he's actually right about this one.
Or I can't believe I agree with Don Jr. on literally anything.
It was always made up.
No one ever believed it.
Even the left.
They're finally acknowledging the obvious reality that there are biological differences between men and women.
Shocking, folks.
Shocking.
Who would know?
This is what following the science actually looks like, guys.
But frankly, we don't need to keep having these debates about things that have been totally obvious since the beginning of freaking time.

The Democrats guys are a party way past their prime.
And it's why Nancy Pelosi finally announced she's retiring from Congress.

The old guard is crumbling.
Their time is over.
In Nancy's case, maybe she'll just go on to be one of the great traders on Wall Street of all time.
Or maybe she's just made so much freaking money, she doesn't need to keep doing politics anymore.
But here's what Nancy won't tell you in her retirement speech.
Guys, she made over $100 million in the stock market while in Congress.

$100 million while in Congress, making what, like a $150,000 a year salary?
I mean, that's one hell of a return on investment, folks.
Her husband just happened to buy tech stocks right before major legislation.
Huh?
I'm sure he knew nothing about it.
Just happened to sell right before bad news, almost every time.
What a coincidence.
I mean, she should really give Warren Buffett some lessons.
And they want to lecture us about income inequality.
Humble public servant Nancy Pelosi made $100 million on a $135,000 salary, whatever it is.
And I'm not sure my father broke anyone the way that he broke Nancy Pelosi.
He got her to defend MS-13 gang members, calling them divine sparks.
Remember when he called them animals?
How dare you?
They're not animals.
They're divine sparks.
And think about how insane that is.
She ripped up a state of the union speech on live television again, political theater.
She's been a complete train wreck ever since my father won back in 2016.
And she's never recovered.
He's living in her head rent-free.
And she told CNN that my father is the worst thing on the face of the earth.
I'd argue it's her, but you know, potato, potato.
Wow.
So much for civility and tolerance and unity.
So much for when they go low, we go high.
Again, it's always projection.
Okay, they say these things.
They never hold themselves to those standards.

He's just a vile creature.

Why is that?
Because he's the president of the United States and he does not honor the Constitution of the United States.
In fact, he's turned the Supreme Court into a rogue court.
He's abolished the House of Representatives.
He's killed.
Although I will say this.
With Pelosi's departure, it really does mean that the patients are now running the asylum inside the Democrat Party.
The communists are now in charge.
The radicals have taken over and they are ready to take a one-way trip to Crazy Town.
And they want to drag us all with them.
Think about it, guys.
Just look at who's taking over.
For example, here's the new mayor of New York, Zoran Mandani, laying out his plan to create government-run city communes, you know, where communism probably comes from, folks, to replace private housing.
Yes, guys, this is a real video.
This is not satire, folks.
This is not a joke.
This is what they actually believe.
When they tell you who they are, believe them.
Listen to them very closely.
Watch.
Go further toward the Vienna model.
We'll have to go beyond the market.
We can establish community land trusts to gradually buy up housing on the private market and convert it to community ownership.
We can give tenants a right of first refusal to buy out their landlords when buildings go up for sale.
And we can fully commit to a new era of social housing, ending subsidies for luxury housing development and using our wealth to build beautiful, high-quality social housing projects that offer good homes and strong communities to everyone.
We won't decommodify housing overnight, but we know what we have to do and we have history to guide us.
They want to take ideas that have failed literally everywhere else and import them here.
Venezuela, Cuba, the Soviet Union, pick your poison.
They want to bring it to America.
And it would be comical, guys, if it wasn't going to harm so many innocent, hardworking people who just want to live their lives in peace and quiet, to have government out of their face in every aspect, at every turn.

But look, at the end of the day, what this really comes down to is this, Jesse.
Who lives in your country determines what your country is, right?
Haiti doesn't work as a country.
It just doesn't.
People have tried forever.
People spent billions of dollars trying to make Haiti work as a project.

If you take Haiti and you move it to America, it's not going to work here.
Somalia doesn't work as a country, has never worked as a country.
You take Somalia out of Somalia, you put it here, it's not going to work any better.
It's not about how you feel about an individual immigrant.
It's about the policy at a systemic scale.
If you move the third world to the first world, eventually we become the third world.
And that's not good for us.
It's not good for anybody who wants to live here in the future.

The military isn't great because of DEI.
It's great because of Americans who are willing to sacrifice so much.
It's not great because of preferred pronouns.
It's not great because of diversity training or critical race theory or gender affirming care or any of their woke nonsense.
Guys, again, it's great because of mission readiness and unity and the unbreakable bond between warriors who would die for each other and for this country.
Or, as JD Vance said in his speech to the Marines over the weekend, we will make it clear that your job is to kick the enemy's ass and to come back home safely.

One of the mistakes that I think we made over the past 40 years, over my entire life, and let's be honest, it was Democrats and Republicans.
This is not even a partisan point, is that we were too willing to send our Marines and our soldiers and everybody else off to war without giving you clear guidance about what you needed to do and clear guidelines for when you would come home.
And that is one thing the President of the United States and everybody in the White House we promise we will never do when we send you off to fight our nation's battles.
We will do it with full confidence.
We will give you the knowledge and the tools you need to win.
And we will make it clear that your job is to kick the enemy's ass and come back home safely.
That is our sacred promise from the president of the United States on down.
That's what we owe every single one of you is a clear mission and a clear promise that when you do that mission, you're going to come home safely.
That's it, guys.
That's the mission.
Not social experiments, not political correctness.
It's about winning, winning hard and winning fast.

On November 10th, 1943, Marines celebrated their birthday on the small island of Guadalcanal, where vicious fighting took place on our way to securing victory in World War II.
November 10th, 1965, Marines were landing on the beaches of Tom Key, kicking off Operation Blue Marlin in South Vietnam.
November 10th, 2004, Marines were fighting door to door in the city of Fallujah, executing Operation Phantom Fury.
To a Marine, locating, closing with, and destroying the enemy is the best birthday present one could ask for.
Here's to 250 more years of fighting, shooting, flying, detonating, landing, scouting, jumping, driving, charging, and always winning.
