Out there, but of course, that's going to be hidden from the actual people.
Also, America's favorite artist Hunter Biden is speaking out.
And let's just say the language is not suitable for children.
But we will play you the, I'd say highlights, but it's really the lowlights from his meltdown.
Although, honestly, I'll say there's a couple things in there I actually agree with him on.
It's just sort of interesting.
But the artist doesn't appear to be working out.
It is not something that's panning out.
So I guess he's trying alternate routes.
And he's ready to bring down the Democrat Party with him.
So guys, make sure you are liking, sharing, subscribing so you never miss one of these major episodes.
It takes two seconds.
Just like it.
Just hit it.
It's how we beat the algorithm.
Hit the button now.
It's not that hard, okay?
Hook me up.

And of course, don't forget about our brave sponsors, people who have the guts to support this program.
Because after everything we've been through for the last few years, saying we have trust issues with the so-called health experts is an understatement.
They use pressure, lies, red tape to block access to medications that were once easy to get.
That cannot happen again.
And with all family pharmacy, it won't.
All family pharmacy is redefining healthcare.
No waiting rooms, no delays, no insurance games, just direct access to over 200 trusted medications, including ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, antibiotics, emergency kits, and so much more.

And now, let's get into the headlines.
First off, guys, let's just begin with more good news for the American people and the Trump economy.
And let's separate a little bit of fact from a lot of fiction because core inflation beat market expectations for the fifth straight month, okay?
I think today is the six month anniversary, right?
Today is the six-month anniversary, basically, of my father's presidency.
Well, yesterday, right?
January 20th.
So today's the 21st, right?
Okay, so we're a day off, but six months was yesterday.
So we're talking about the record after the full six months, okay?
But for the fifth straight month, core inflation beat market expectations every full month since my father has basically taken office.
Wholesale prices came in completely flat, and industrial production also beat market expectations.
Manufacturing output is surging, and customs and tariff revenue have totaled $120 billion since January 20th.
Remember, it was just a couple weeks ago when they talked about $100 billion?
Now another $20 billion has come in.
Huh?
It's working.
It's almost like the experts have been full of crap all along.
This is fueling the first June budget surplus in nearly a decade.
Consumer sentiment also shot up in July and initial claims for unemployment benefits fell also for the fifth straight months.
The fact is that this agenda is working and all the fear-mongering over tariffs in particular was just more smoke in mirrors from the regime media and activist Democrats.
This is having real-world impact on American producers.
Look at this recent story on the tariffs on Mexican tomatoes.
That's already having a positive impact on struggling American tomato farmers.
Has been a fixture here on Taco Chandler Mountain in St. Clair County for about 60 years.
Chad Smith says he's seen a lot of changes over the years and not in a positive direction.
Less than 20 years ago, there was over 10 farms here on this mountain.
Now there's barely five, probably going to be four within a couple years.
And as another 20 years goes by, there's going to be less and less.
Blake Faxon with the Alabama Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association says the U.S. agreement with Mexico, first set in the late 90s, was meant to protect U.S. farmers, but it wasn't working.
There's been loopholes that the Mexican tomato producers have taken advantage of and continue to price dump or lower the prices below the cost of production here in the United States and in Alabama.
If they send the tomatoes over and it's supposed to be a set price and they need to move tomatoes, well, they may just give a load of bell pepper for free for them to take the tomatoes.
So it's never really worth it.
Now without that agreement, the U.S. has a 17% tariff on tomatoes from Mexico.
So a lot of these tomatoes will actually be going out today.
Smith says he's already seeing a more level playing field.
It's only been two days now and we've actually have a lot more calls for people having interest in doing business.
And the price hasn't even changed.
Food security is national security and we need to be able to produce our own food here in the United States.
And it doesn't stop there.
A supermarket owner in Massachusetts says that these tariffs are leveling the playing field.
Check this out.
The community and us.
The word tariff is something many business owners may fear, but that's not the case for Sam Newell, the co-owner of Fruit Fair and Chickapea, telling Western Mass News that when President Trump imposed a tariff on Mexican tomatoes after a decades-long agreement, she viewed it as an opportunity to compete with chains like Stop and Shop and ShopRite.
So having tariffs on imported goods gives us a more level.
Of course, all of this is putting the spotlight on the Federal Reserve Chairman to set common sense monetary policy instead of trying to stand in the way.
And the Treasury Secretary went viral over the weekend for how he summed up the situation.
Check out Scott Besson here.
Joe, I think that what we need to do is examine the entire Federal Reserve institution and whether they have been successful?
I'm speaking, actually, I'm going to be in the building this evening.
There is a regulatory conference that begins tomorrow.
I'm the keynote speaker tonight, talking about regulation.
It deals with monetary policy, regulations, financial stability.
And again, I think that we should think, has the organization succeeded in its mission?
If this were the FAA and we were having this many mistakes, we would go back and look at why has this happened?
I mean, look at the, as you said at the top of this broadcast, there was fear-mongering over tariffs, and thus far, we have seen very little, if any, inflation.
We've had great inflation numbers.
So I think this idea of them not being able to break out of a certain mindset, all these PhDs over there, I don't know what they do.
I don't know what they do.
This is like universal basic income for academic economists.
And by the way, the Federal Reserve recently spent $2.5 billion on a renovation to their building.
What exactly did they spend it on?
I mean, do you know how much $2.5 billion built?
Like, I've built the tallest residential building in America for less than a billion dollars, not all that long ago.
I mean, that's insane.
A renovation, $2.5 billion?
Does anyone actually know where that money went?
Because the White House is now calling for a full investigation.
My role in the National Capital Planning Commission is basically to advance the federal government's interest in the development here in our nation's capital.
This body went through a process back leading up to 2021, as the chair has stated, and ultimately the commission approved the plans.
But since then, no revisions have been submitted to the National Capital Planning Commission.
I posted on my ex-account, as you mentioned, a binder showing all the materials.
They've not submitted anything since then.
And there's a reason that's important.
Chair Powell said in front of the Senate Banking Committee at the end of June that plans have changed.
All of these features, the opulent features that have been discussed publicly, he says are no longer there.
And all we're saying is, okay, well, that's a knowable fact.
That's a provable fact.
I would like to see all of the plan revisions since the Commission approved them back in 2021.
So that's step one.
Step two is we want a site visit.
We want to see this thing for ourselves.
We've requested that of the Fed.
I will tell you, they gave us a sort of ridiculous time of 7 o'clock tonight they wanted to go.
They said, you can come on the weekend after hours.
We said, no, we're not going to do that.
Bring us during the workday.
Bring us, let us see what's going on.
We want to see what's happening and show us around.
And there's no reason that they shouldn't be transparent.
I'll say, in the plans they did submit to the Commission back in 2021, they specifically said that the architecture of the building is meant to connect to the transparency and openness with which the organization seeks to operate.
So if that is their goal, there's no reason they shouldn't let us in.
They should show us all of the revisions, and they should just let us see what's going on and whether or not what the chair said in front of the Senate Banking Committee.
But it's not just on the economy.
Even the hacks over at ABC are admitting what is obvious, that my father is doing exactly what he said he would do on the southern border.
Where there is little question that Trump is fulfilling a campaign promise.
All illegal entry will immediately be halted.
In a matter of months, migrant crossings have hit record lows.
Apprehensions at the southern border dropped to 6,072 in the month of June, a massive reduction from the 83,532 apprehensions recorded in June of last year.
Over 25 miles of Concertina Wire, our U.S. Marines put up for us.
Acting Patrol Chief Jeffrey Stollnacher tells us the San Diego enforcement.
We're also passing legislation like the Lake and Riley Act, the HALT-Fennel Act, the One Big Beautiful Bill, and much, much more.
And beyond the legislation, we are still uncovering more and more corruption from inside the swamp that has been trying to undermine the will of the people for far too long.
Because on Friday, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard unveiled massive findings showing the inner workings of the Obama cabal and how they orchestrated the Russia hoax based on nothing but a mountain of lies.
We hear the word bombshell a lot in the media.
You know, every time they, the walls are closing in, bombshell.
They've used it on me a couple of times.
All turned out to be garbage, but you know, it doesn't matter.
It doesn't stop them from doing.
This one, this one is actually a bombshell.
Check out Tulsi.
Leading up to the November 2016 election, the intelligence community agreed that there was no intelligence that reflected that Russia was trying to hack the election in favor of either candidate.
The evidence showed, the intelligence showed that, again, Russia did not have either the intent nor the capability to be able to impact the outcome of the United States election.
So it was very striking when we look back again at the documents that I declassified and released that shows there was a shift in early December, the first week of December.
Again, another document was produced by the intelligence media, a president's daily brief, that was consistent with every other assessment that was done previously leading up to the election.
Russia was not, did not, this is after the election now, did not attempt to affect the outcome of the American election.
That was never published.
Hours before it would have gone into President Obama's president's daily brief, it was pulled by a senior level intelligence official saying that they had to pull it because they had received new guidance.
The very next day, this meeting Was called a National Security Council meeting, bringing together all of the senior leaders of President Obama's cabinet, and the topic that was put forward was a sensitive matter.
The tasks that came out of that meeting was coming from President Obama directing the intelligence community, then Obama's ODNI director Clapper, to produce a document, to produce an intelligence assessment that detailed not if, but how Moscow affected the outcome of the election that had already occurred, electing Donald Trump to the presidency.
This document that they published in January of 2017 was the foundational groundwork that they continued to reference over and over and over again to enact this years-long coup against President Trump.
Over 100 documents released on Friday provide the most incriminating evidence yet of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by Obama just weeks after he left office and he was due to move on with his life.
Apparently, he wasn't done controlling things.
The documents show that the entire Russian election meddling narrative was manufactured in the infamous ICA, which was directly tied to the dirty steel dossier.
The phony assessment from Brennan, Clapper, and Comey contradicted every other assessment that had been made previously in the months leading up to the election.
And the documents also show that in the final days of his presidency, Obama pushed his intelligence officials to exaggerate and lie about the evidence for Russian interference to launch a years-long Russia hoax witch hunt, which sought to take down my father, our family, the campaign, the transition, and the administration and its officials.
It was all a giant lie.
So to get into the details of the timeline, in December 2016, intelligence officials prepared an assessment that found that Russia did not have the capability or even try to affect the outcome of the election.
The document reads that the intelligence community consistently assessed that Russia was, quote, probably not trying to influence the election by using cyber means.
And of course, there was no collusion.
However, this assessment was withdrawn, quote, based on new guidance.
Guidance.
You know, this is what we believe.
This is the information we have, but you know, we have other guidance, so we got to go a different way, right?
Huh.
Shot.
I wonder why.
As it turns out, the day after that original assessment, intelligence officials, including Comey, Brennan, and Clapper, all met at the White House, where Obama directed them to reach different conclusions about Russia.
Translation, he told them to put out false intelligence and launch the Russia collusion hoax.
And today, the Justice Department confirmed that it had received Gabbard's criminal referrals, although the department has not yet said the exact nature and scope of that referral.
But it is clear that this investigation should squarely be on Obama and the Obama White House.
As far as specific crimes, that could include conspiracy to defraud the government, deprivation of rights under the color law, lying to Congress, and so much more.
Remember when they like to talk about insurrection?
Sort of sounds like that to me, doesn't it, folks?
I mean, I know we heard that a lot.
We heard that a lot over the last few years, but this one actually sounds like that's exactly what they tried to do.
And honestly, for as much as the deep state and the left-wing lunatics accuse me of treason based on nothing, what they did definitely looks closer to treason and looks like one giant grand conspiracy.
And remember, guys, if there is an actual grand conspiracy case, that would have significant legal implications because it could encompass acts that were intended to corrupt three presidential elections, 2016, 2020, and 2024, not just 2016.
It would then extend any expired statute of limitations to the date of the most recent overt acts, such as the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
Also, it would allow prosecutions to be brought in a venue other than Washington, D.C., where we all know what the jury pool looks like.
And this isn't just a Democrat scandal.
It's also a media scandal.
For literally years and years, the media spewed nonsense about collusion, lies about the Steele dossier, and endless testimony hearings.
And witch hunts?
Well, here's a quick trip down memory lane.
Check this one out.
I'm sure you'll remember these files.
Understand just how much trouble the president is in.
To believe that the president isn't compromised requires such a leap of faith.
I think we have all the proof we need of a scandal that's arguably worse than Watergate.
The U.S. president possibly working for the Russians.
Possibly an unwitting pawn.
Here's what the president said when asked if he was a secret Russian agent.
The president did not directly answer the question.
Why not just say no if that's the answer?
There is tons of proof of potential collusion.
We have dramatic evidence of collusion.
How is it not collusion?
How is all of that not collusion?
A political hurricane is out there at sea for him.
We'll call it Hurricane Vladimir, if you will.
Donald Trump knows the noose is tightening.
The noose is tightening.
The noose is tightening, if you will.
The noose is tightening around the president.
The noose is tightening.
And I think they're shocked that the noose is tightening.
And that people might go to jail.
He knows he and POTUS are going to prison.
Well, I think they're all going to end up together in prison.
And maybe that's a good question.
Oh, my God.
The walls appear to be closing in on the president.
The investigative walls are closing in.
He feels the walls closing in.
The walls are closing in.
Trump resigns, quote, once Mueller closes in on him and the family.
Anybody that writes an op-ed and suggests that Donald Trump has not put himself directly in the target of an obstruction charge is just fooling themselves and some very, very stupid, ill-informed readers.
They are the kind of offenses that would call for impeachment hearings.
If someone walked in my office and said I was a subject of a multi-year criminal investigation led by former FBI Director Robert Moer, I'd wet my pants.
Moer reminds me of the starfish, which gets itself tightly around the clam and uses all its stuff to weaken and pry open the clam.
Now, this is a battle to the death as far as the clam is concerned.
If the starfish is able to open him even a little bit, he can get him open all the way.
And that's it, of course, for the clam.
He's the starfish's lunch.
But the biggest liar of them all, pencil neck, shifty Adam Schiff, many have also referred to him as full of shif and bullshiff, but he was the one that also did probably the worst of this.
He was probably told and has probably told more lies and fueled more hoaxes than anyone you could ever imagine.
The Russia hoax, the impeachment hoax, the Hunter Biden laptop disinformation hoax, all of the lawfare, all of the corruption, all of the abuse of power.
Schiff is at the center of it all.
Here's another little flashback in case you needed a refresher.
The Russians offered help, which we know they did.
The campaign accepted help, which we know they did.
The Russians then delivered help, which we know they did.
There is circumstantial evidence of collusion.
The case is more than that.
And I can't go into the particulars, but there is more than circumstantial evidence now.
You've said on more than one occasion that you've seen ample evidence of the Trump campaign's Russia collusion.
Last March, you said you had more than circumstantial evidence of treasonous collusion with Russia.
I've certainly said that there's ample evidence of collusion.
Can you agree that there has been no evidence of collusion coordination or conspiracy that has been presented thus far between the Trump campaign and Russia?
No, I don't agree with that at all.
I think there's plenty of evidence of collusion or conspiracy.
But we do know this.
The Russians offered help.
The campaign accepted help.
The Russians gave help, and the president made full use of that help.
And that is pretty damning reviewing the evidence that in a Truth Social post over the weekend, my father posted evidence of Schiff appearing to falsify loan documents, saying that Schiff was in big trouble and should pay the price of prison.
It appears that Schiff illegally declared a house he owned in Maryland as his primary residence to get a lower mortgage rate.
Maryland is not his primary residence.
It's California.
And who wants to bet that Schiff also declared California as his primary residence to get a better mortgage rate there?
Like I always say, guys, Democrats do to themselves what they accuse everyone else of doing.
That's what they're doing, right?
It's classic.
It's textbook.
It's Sololinsky.
Rules for Radicals.
Accuse others of the things that you're doing and then they won't look at you.
They accuse everyone else of breaking the rules, of spewing disinformation, of breaking norms.
But they constantly do it themselves.
And it's time for Shifty Shift to face the music.
And one guy who knows a thing or two about breaking norms is Hunter Biden.
And now Hunter has put the paintbrush down and is doing bizarre interviews.
And each clip just keeps getting better.
First up, here is Hunter saying his father had a bad debate because he was apparently hopped up on Ambien.
I know exactly what happened in that debate.
He flew around the world basically in the mileage that he could have flown around the world three times.
He's 81 years old.
He's tired as shit.
Give him Ambien to be able to sleep.
He gets up on the stage and he looks like he's a deer in the headline.
Guys, I don't know about you.
I've taken Ambien before.
I travel all over the world myself.
It definitely can help you go to sleep a little bit faster.
It's a sleep medication.
Who in their right mind would take it before a debate?
Okay, it doesn't have that kind of lasting effect that you took it the day before and you can't speak at an entire debate.
If you're not smart enough to not take it for a debate, that's probably all the evidence that we need of Joe Biden and the lack of mental faculties that we've been talking about for years.
I think Joe had a lot more problems than Ambien.
But then again, maybe we should actually defer to the expert, Hunter, when it comes to illicit drugs.
But Hunter didn't just attack Republicans.
He has an extra grind with the entire Democrat Party, specifically Nancy Pelosi, for pushing his dad out of the race.
Fuck him.
Fuck him.
Fuck him and everybody around him.
I don't have to be fucking nice.
Number one, I agree with Quentin Tarantino.
Fucking George Clooney is not a fucking actor.
He is a fucking like, I don't know what he is.
He's a brand.
And by the way, and God bless him.
You know what?
He supposedly treats his friends really well.
You know what I mean?
Buys them things.
And he's got a really great place in Lake Como.
And he's great friends with Barack Obama.
Fuck you.
What do you have to do with fucking anything?
Why do I have to fucking listen to you?
What right do you have to step on a man who's given 52 years of his fucking life to the service of this country and decide that you, George Clooney, are going to take out basically a full-page ad in the fucking New York Times to me and James Carville, who hasn't run a race in 40 fucking years, and David Axelrod, who had one success in his political life, and that was Barack Obama.
And that was because of Barack Obama, not because of fucking David Axelrod.
And David Plough and all of these guys, and the Pod Save America guys, who were junior fucking speechwriters on Barack Obama's Senate staff, who have been dining out on the relationship with him for years, making millions of dollars.
The Anita Dunns of the world, who's made $40, $50 million off of the Democratic Party, they're all going to insert their judgment over a man who has figured out, unlike anybody else, how to get elected to the United States Senate over seven times, how to pass more legislation than any president in history, how to have a better midterm election than anybody in history, and how to garner more votes than any president that has ever won.
And they're going to replace their judgment for his.
Not to mention.
Who's Jake Tapper's audience, Jake Tapper, my mom or something.
I don't know.
Well, I don't know.
For real, though.
I don't even think it's your mom anymore.
By the numbers, what influence does Jake Tapper have over anything?
He has the smallest audience on cable news.
And beyond that, I think that the book is right now on Amazon that he put out.
I mean, his ratings just went to shit after he put the book out.
You know, they did a two-week infomercial for it.
I mean, it was such a money grab, such a disservice to everybody that he serves with.
So I actually agree with Hunter on a lot of those things.
George Clooney, David Axelrod, Jake Tapper, most of those other liberal commentators.
I agree with that.
And I think it's fair to say that none of them will be buying any of his artwork anytime soon.
So again, I apologize for the post-clip viewer discretions, but why don't we check out what he also had to say about Nancy Pelosi?
Because this one's another big one.
The speaker and Emeritus that would say, well, you know, I'm going to leave it up to, but I don't know.
And they had already made a decision.
They had clearly made a decision.
And when I say they, I mean the speaker.
And, you know, I heard Alexander Pelosi say something, call my, my mom, like, put your big girl pants on to my mom or something.
And I kind of feel like saying, who the fuck do you think you are?
I would never speak about your mom that way.
I would never speak about your father that way.
I would never insult your parents that way.
Even to this day, I would never.
Again, I kind of agree with Hunter on this one.
Didn't think I'd have that on my show anytime soon, but I think he's right.
I also appreciate sort of the fight for his family.
Now, I understand that his, you know, everything about him really stems from the family, so he's going to protect it.
But like, I admire that.
That's actually important.
But these people are melting down because the House of Cards is crumbling.
The knives are out inside the Democrat Party.
Pelosi and Schumer are at the end of their careers.
Jerry Nadler isn't getting any faster with his waddle.
Schiff is getting jammed up on alleged mortgage fraud.
The Deep State is being exposed.
Colbert is canceled.
You know, watching the Democrats be outraged about that one.
The show loses $40 million a year.
He's making $15.
And they say, you know what?
It doesn't work anymore.
We got to cancel it.
And they're outraged because they no longer have one of their propagandists on the air.
And now, Democrats are basically being led by a couple of communists from New York who want government-run everything and more MS-13 gang members in our country.
It's a wild ride, folks.
The Democrat rot in our country runs deep.
We also learned this week that under the Biden DoD, we actually had government contractors outsourcing some of their work to Chinese labor.
The Department of Defense, folks, under Biden, was outsourcing work, classified work probably, to Chinese labor.
This is not a joke.
Pete Hegseth revealed it over the weekend.
Check this out.
We were alerted to a potential vulnerability in our DOD computer systems, and we've been checking into it ever since.
It turns out that some tech companies have been using cheap Chinese labor to assist with DOD cloud services.
This is obviously unacceptable, especially in today's digital threat environment.
Now, this was a legacy system created over a decade ago during the Obama administration.
But we have to ensure the digital systems that we use here at the Defense Department are ironclad and impenetrable.
And that's why today I'm announcing that China will no longer have any involvement whatsoever in our cloud services effective immediately.
And at my direction, the Department will also initiate as fast as we can a two-week review or faster to make sure that what we uncovered isn't happening anywhere else across the DOD.
We will continue to monitor and counter all threats to our military.
It's amazing.
I mean, it's amazing.
The DOD was outsourcing stuff to China in cloud computing?
I mean, again, guys, this isn't just some small little contractor.
This is the big boys, like Microsoft, Accenture, and many others.
Again, I'll ask, why have we put up with this for so long?
How did this even start?
Who thought this could have possibly been a good idea?
Why are Chinese personnel providing maintenance on Department of Defense computer systems?
It is insane.
So we have so much to get into with Lee Smith in just a few moments.
There's a lot to dig into.
But first, guys, remember to protect yourself for the future with the Birch Gold Group.
While the Trump administration is moving mountains for the good of the nation, remember that you can do the same for your own family good too.

It's free.
What do you have to lose?
Again, text Don Jr.
D-O-N-J-R, just five letters, to the number 989898.
And joining me now, author of The Plot Against the President and the Disappearing President, investigative journalist Lee Smith.
Lee, great to have you back, man.
How are you?
Nice to see you, Don.
How are you?
I'm doing well.
I'm a little frustrated.
I mean, I was in the plot against the president.
I mean, we knew all of these things for quite some time.
I mean, you were the sort of definitive resource on all of that.
You wrote the book.
I was in the documentary.
What did these documents tell us?
And how did They stay covered up and hidden for so long, even after the kind of exposure that we'd be able to give it?
Well, we have to give DNI a lot of credit for finding them because I know that, you know, spoke to some people over the weekend and they were hidden from when Devin Nunes was chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.
They hid them from them.
You know, and Cash was leading, Cash Patel, now FBI director, was lead investigator on that committee.
So they hid them from them.
I believe that John Radcliffe, when he was DNI at the end of your father's first term, I mean, Radcliffe was declassifying a whole bunch of stuff.
So it's pretty clear that these guys, the bad guys, dug stuff pretty deep in there and hit them.
And really, a lot of credit goes to DNI right now, Tulsi Gabbard, because they found them.
And what have they done?
They've shed more light on what we've known all along.
And actually, what your father was the first person to point out in a March 2017 tweet when he said, hey, I just found out that Barack Obama had my wires tapped, sick guy.
So we've been kind of, a lot of us have been beating around the bush.
And people haven't been pointing out the fact, again, that your father underscored more than eight years ago now that Barack Obama was running the show.
So again, these recent releases shed a lot of important light on that.
Yeah, like all the conspiracy theories, Trump was right about it.
I remember the outrage.
I saw that tweet.
And it's like, you know, in talking to him, even at the time, it was like, you know, he just has a good sense of the world.
He understands how things work.
He's like, there's no way they could know this without this, right?
It's totally implausible.
He saw that.
Everyone knows, oh my God, he's making it up.
Well, now eight years later, he was right again.
But Lee, can you give us the timeline?
Where does this story start?
Well, the story starts.
I mean, according to Devon Unis and Cash Patel, it starts sometime toward the end of 2015.
What we know happened, what we know in 2016 is that's when they started putting all sorts of stuff in place.
That's when the steel dossier started.
That's when they started sending this stuff to the FBI.
The FBI investigation opens at the end of July.
So it's really in the spring and summer that things start heating up.
But what we're talking about, what these records show here, the records that were declassified and released on Friday, what they show is after election action.
And that's what's really central.
And that's what points to Obama's role.
Now, again, this is something we all knew because basically before the election, this was a dirty FBI campaign to spy on your father's circle, to spy on his campaign.
And it was also a media operation.
But, and Barack Obama knew about it.
We know that because of John Brennan left handwritten notes showing that Barack Obama knew about it no later than August 3rd, 2016.
But after the election, that's when Barack Obama starts moving things into place, right?
These documents show that he was dissatisfied with the assessment from the intelligence community saying, well, you know, no, Russia really didn't do anything or they do their normal stuff.
They're Russians.
They've been interfering with American elections since before the communist revolution.
It's no longer a communist country, but Moscow still messes around in our elections.
So what they did was Barack Obama was at the head and Barack Obama told Brennan he wanted this new intelligence community assessment and he wanted it finished before he left office January 20th, 2017.
So what did they produce?
They produced a phony assessment alleging the most important finding in that document ordered by Barack Obama was that Vladimir Putin tried to get your father elected.
And what did that do?
That in itself, when we talk about, Donna, when we talk about interfering with elections, when we talk about interfering with the peaceful transfer of power, that's what Barack Obama did right there, because he divided the country.
He started to drive the country against each other.
Everyone, therefore, who voted for Donald Trump was effectively accused of voting for someone who didn't have America's best interest in mind.
He'd been compromised by Moscow, compromised by Vladimir Putin.
So what Barack Obama did was not just unlawful, tampering, ordering that intelligence be tampered with, but driving Americans against each other, creating this division, which has only gotten worse since Barack Obama ordered that after the election in 2016.
So that's really the timeline, the crucial timeline that the DNI released underscored for us.
And that really points to Barack Obama's involvement.
So Lee, what needs to be proven in court to actually get convictions?
You know, I understand that's a long shot.
These systems are designed to protect those people.
They do the opposite for guys like us.
But what actually needs to be proven in court to get action, to get accountability?
How do we make that happen?
I'm very optimistic.
I mean, for the same reason I'm sure you are.
I mean, we're realistic as well.
But the optimism comes from the fact that there are the right people in place.
Number one is the director of the FBI, and no one knows this stuff better than Cash Patel.
Again, he was known as his chief lead investigator for that House Intelligence Committee investigation.
He knows the documents.
He knew where to find these documents, right, when he was a congressional investigator.
So that's one reason for optimism.
Another thing is we've seen reports from excellent reporters like John Solomon, who's saying, my understanding is there is an investigation underway and it's a big deal.
It may be a conspiracy investigation.
And this, by the way, we should remember when Devin Nunes and Cash Patel made criminal referrals to DOJ in the spring of 2019, one of those referrals included a conspiracy referral.
So they would be looking at them for a conspiracy in 2019.
Again, remembering that Patel was part of that investigation, I imagine they may very well be looking at a conspiracy investigation.
What are the other things they're looking at?
They're looking at the way that the CIA, John Brennan in particular, messed around with that intelligence community assessment.
It's going to be very hard, of course, to get Barack Obama involved.
The big thing, though, now is they have the right people in place, like Cash Patel, to find the big players who were involved, like Brennan, like Comey.
They've left a very big trail of evidence.
I wrote an article last week, Don, for Tablet magazine talking about how the Clinton plan intelligence.
It's a little complicated.
It's a little dense.
But the point is, is that the theory of the case that some investigators have is that John Brennan may have tampered with evidence.
And so that's a very big deal.
There's a lot of different things I know that they must be looking at.
Again, like the intelligence community assessment, like the intelligence community assessment and lots of other stuff that John Durham pointed to.
And to give John Durham some credit, we have to remember that a lot of that investigation was executed under Joe Biden's Attorney General, Merrick Garland.
So presumably he was restrained a great deal.
But there's a lot of nuggets in that document.
Again, I imagine that the FBI and DOJ are looking at those pieces right now.
And that's fundamental, right?
It's at the FBI DOJ.
So it's not something that's going to be, you know, rhinos in Congress, well, it's not really a big deal.
We're not going to deal with it.
Or we worry about a midterm shift and they use every delay tactic to get through the midterms.
And hopefully there's a change of, you know, in their minds, hopefully a change of power and then all of this stuff goes away.
I mean, it's with the DOJ and the FBI.
So you at least have three and a half years to kind of get to the bottom of this.
That's right.
It's with the right people.
It's in the executive branch.
You know, one of the things that Cash and Devin always used to say is like, we're Congress.
The best we can do is investigate.
We don't have badges and guns.
The badges and guns, that's the DOJ and the FBI.
So these are the people that can actually get to the bottom of it.
Again, a lot of these documents, I'm quite certain, have been hidden away.
But I assume that for the last six months, this has been one of Cash Patel's major briefs to find these documents, to talk to people.
And again, Tulsi Gabbard found these very important documents.
So again, I'm optimistic.
And look, this has affected you as much as anyone else.
We've talked about the different people who've been hurt by Russia Gate, you, your family, your father, of course.
But look at the other people, Roger Stone, Michael Caputo, Carter Page, Michael Flynn.
So we've all been through a lot.
The country has been through a lot.
Yeah, we should, by the way, sue the hell out of them.
Just anyway, I was thinking about it.
It seems like, I mean, I knew it all along, but now that you actually have evidence of it, it's a little bit different.
Beyond that, let them do some testimony for a change.
I'm sick of it.
I've done enough.
That's right.
Put everyone on the spot, do exactly what they did.
And like, you know, hey, it's part of the legal system.
If we find that these guys have done bad things, the people who are hurt should definitely sue, should definitely put these people on the spot.
I hope that's what happens.
But also, you know, if we're talking about a criminal case, that's a very big deal.
And this is one of the things that I've been saying from the beginning.
I know that Devin Nunes was saying this too, and Cash Patel was saying this.
Like, we need to make charges.
We need indictments and we need convictions.
Because otherwise, Don, we're looking at a future where in blue cities across America, school children are going to be taught that Donald Trump, the 45th and 47th president of the United States, was compromised by the Russians.
And we can't have that garbage in our future.
People have to be indicted.
They have to be convicted.
They have to be put in orange jumpsuits.
And that will underscore the truth of what's happened since late 2015 up to the present.
Yeah, and I would think, you know, Obama, Brennan, Comey, Clapper, I mean, they have to be concerned, right?
I mean, it's right there in plain sight.
I put up the meme of Obama in the White Ford Bronco, a little bit of a take on the OJ thing, but this thing is pretty damning.
Well, I mean, one of the things that we see is people like Comey and Brennan.
I mean, these are, how should we put it?
These are not the people with the strongest characters, right?
I mean, didn't, I thought Brennan, one of them, you know, is known to have perjured himself before Congress.
And, you know, of course, again, there's no accountability because it was Joe Biden's DOJ.
You know, oh, yeah, it's not really a problem.
But I mean, these are known liars.
Well, look at what they tried to do to all the people around your father, like Michael Flynn, like Roger Stone.
They tried to squeeze them and make them talk to give up Donald Trump, to give up President Trump.
And all these people said, I'm not going to lie.
I'm not going to make anything up.
Nothing happened.
You know, Donald Trump is, Donald Trump is on the up and up.
But look at these guys with the character of a John Brennan or a James Comey, and they know what happened, and they're finding the documents.
What are they going to do?
Who are they going to give up?
How much are they going to talk?
Look, part of this, of course, is this is something I've been thinking about for at least seven years, like you have as well.
So this is what we want to have happen.
People, you see it on social media that people are pessimistic.
They don't believe it.
And again, what I try to explain is there's reason for us to be realistic and look at what we're working with, look at what we're dealing with.
But there's also great reasons for optimism too.
You've seen something else, and I'm sure you've heard other people talking about this as well.
If it's a conspiracy case between 2016 and 2024, that's going to involve a lot of jurisdictions that are not blue.
So if someone gets hauled in front of a court, say in Florida, that's going to be very different than a court, a jury drawn from a pool that voted 96% for Hillary Clinton.
So again, there's all sorts of reasons for optimism.
And again, we don't want Americans fooling themselves, but be optimistic.
This is one of the things that we wanted when we elected your father to be the 47th president of the United States to make things right, to set our justice system right, to have justice for all Americans, and especially the people who were so badly hurt by what's Happened the last seven, eight, nine years, almost a decade.
Lean, you sort of dropped a big comment earlier regarding Durham.
If he was stifled by Garland, that would be just as big of a scandal, wouldn't it?
I mean, Durham never found this stuff.
How did that happen?
I mean, you have a special counsel, you have all this, and this stuff doesn't appear.
I mean, that seems like it had to be hidden.
Durham found some really good stuff.
He found some stuff that may be used.
Again, we hear reports that there are investigations.
This is what John Solomon's saying.
If there are investigations, I assume some of the material that John Durham found and some of which is in that report, which is very helpful.
For instance, when we saw Michael Horowitz's Inspector General report from December 2018, there was not a lot in there about James Comey.
In Durham's report, it's quite clear that James Comey is running Crossfire Hurricane.
So that in itself is a very big deal.
Will they be able to find different details, different pieces of evidence to put that out there and to bring charges against the former FBI director?
I hope so.
But yeah, what you're saying about Merrick Garland pressuring Durham, I mean, I'm quite certain that's the case.
I mean, maybe Durham will be helpful as well for the FBI and DOJ investigation.
What are the different things that he'll be able to explain that he saw that he was not even able to put in the report?
Again, reason for optimism.
I hope you don't think I'm being pollyannish and certainly not your great author.
No, by the way, listen, hey, we've been taught to be like, hey, listen, we could have all the evidence in the world and there's a solid chance nothing even happens of it.
I mean, you know, it's unfortunate that we have to be that cynical, but I totally get it.
I mean, that's a learned response that we've all, you know, anyone who's tuning in and watching this who isn't a troll probably understands that sort of disappointment.
So I'm hoping that something comes from it.
I guess I'd also ask, you know, Lee, what about all the FISA information that's out there?
You know, what will it take to see the unredacted FISA?
Is there a next step here to get that out there?
Because I imagine that would be one of the smoking guns in all of this, because we all understand how bastardized and corrupted those were.
Well, remember what happened again.
It was Devin and Cash who found that that FISA was based almost entirely on the steel dossier.
So, look, there's other stuff in there, I assume, that's bad, and that will help guide and fill out the investigation.
But to have all that stuff, again, transparency is very important.
But the most important thing for the American public, for our republic, is to have people held accountable.
And look, Don, I mean, you know, as you know, people elected your father because they believed that your father not only, you know, said the right things, but that he would make these things happen.
I mean, for me, you know, for me, for him to obliterate, as he puts it, the Iranian nuclear program, I mean, that was so important.
And that's what people were counting on.
So many different things that people were counting on, you know, your father to accomplish.
And look at all the things he is doing right now.
And this is so vital.
Again, you see it on social media.
You see it on conversations.
How much RussiaGate matters to people and how important it is to get to the bottom of this.
So for you, Lee, I mean, you wrote the book on this.
You wrote the Bible on this.
How vindicating is it for you?
Oh, I mean, I don't feel vindicated because, you know, I mean, I knew what I was doing.
I trusted the people that I was interviewing.
I mean, Cash and Devin and that team over there.
You know, Cash came up with the name of that investigation, Objective Medusa.
So, no, I mean, I don't feel vindicated.
I always knew it was right.
I always knew this is what happened.
Devin knew it's what happened.
Cash knew what happened.
And you knew what happened.
I mean, so, you know, all the good people, they, you know, they had faith in me and I had faith in them.
So I'm happy the news is reaching more people.
And I'm happy that the people who are there and can accomplish this work like cash, I'm happy that they appear to be on a real upswing right now.
So that's what I'm happiest about.
Well, I'm glad to hear that one as well.
I mean, you also wrote another book, The Disappearing President.
What are you going to be working on next with all of this information now coming out to light?
Well, I'm writing, certainly I'll be writing about Russia a lot, but I have a book coming out in October, which is about China and your father.
It gives the history of U.S.-China relations for the last half century, and it shows how Donald Trump is the only American president who's ever done anything about it.
So I think that's a very, and look, I mean, that's another story of profound corruption over 50 years long.
And it took your father to come forth and start talking about it.
So I interviewed him for that book and lots of other people, lots of really excellent people, some of whom worked for your father in that first administration and other people who are, you know, who admire and respect the different things that the first Trump White House did and the second Trump White House is doing right now regarding China to set things right.
So I'm excited about that.
And again, it's another story about American political corruption and how your father was elected to make it right.
And so, yeah, I look forward to talking to you about that when it's out in October.
Well, I look forward to it as well.
Lee Smith, thank you very much, guys.
Make sure to check out his books, The Disappearing President, The Plot Against the President.
He was way ahead of the curve on that.
Lee, great to have you back.
