Dems vs Common Sense, Plus LIVE Q&A | Triggered Ep226p

Time Text
My father just moments ago signed a new order to slim down and remake the education department so we can actually put students, parents, and teachers first instead of bureaucrats and teachers unions.
What a novel concept.
What a wild idea.
As he said during the signing, this is a very popular thing to do.
But much more importantly, it's a common sense.
That's what this whole administration is really about.
That's what we're finally trying to enact.
Something that has been missing for far too long in government, in this country, in our education system, in virtually every form of government.
Common sense.
It's been gone and we're bringing it back.
So we'll get into all of that shortly.
I'll actually be taking your questions live.
We'll be doing an Ask Me Anything.
So once I get through the news of the week, get into the live chat.
Have some good questions.
If you're one of those guys and you're asking a ridiculous question, you keep posting it over and over again.
I promise you I'm just going to ignore it.
So don't waste my time or yours.

Fast, easy, mechanical, no batteries.
Everyone wins.
And now, guys, let's get into the top headlines.
And we'll begin with an issue that is frankly hitting the breaking point.
Activist left-wing lawfare judges.
Time and time again, we've seen several federal judges with the stroke of a pen simply issue nationwide injunctions on stuff they have nothing to do with in areas that they don't live to block USAID waste from being slashed,
blocking orders on banning trans in the military, even trying to block deportation flights of murderous criminal drug trafficking gang members.
And guys, the list goes on and on.
That is what the Democrat Party stands for.
They will use their lawfare to try to make sure that criminal, rapist, murdering, drug trafficking, fentanyl peddling gang members get to stay in America.
These are leftist judges.
They are Democrats, appointed by Democrats, functioning on behalf of the Democrat Party and against...
America and Americans and good, hardworking people who want to live maybe without murderous thugs on their block.
I don't know.
Seems like a common sense problem to me.
Clearly, this isn't being done on the basis of the law.
It's based on politics, Democrat politics, and their apparent quest for the destruction of America.
Because literally, based on the stuff they're blocking, there can almost be no other explanation that is rational.
And now we're getting more and more evidence of just how true that all is.
For example, Breitbart uncovered that District Judge Theodore Chang of Maryland, who ruled Tuesday, that cuts to USAID, you know, the guys that were funding circumcision procedures in Mozambique to the tune of $10 million, and Transelmo,
and wherever the hell it was, and all these other ridiculous things that were probably just slush funds to NGOs that are kicking back to the Democrat Party?
Well, surprise, surprise, guys!
Well, the guy who ruled Tuesday that cuts to USAID were likely unconstitutional is a longtime Democrat Party activist with a left-wing history.
I'm shocked!
Who could have seen this coming?
I thought they were just following the law.
It turns out he's donated thousands of dollars to Democrats.
And while he was on the Harvard Law Review, He was reportedly a big advocate for critical race theory.
Another shocker, guys.
It's amazing.
These guys are always the guys that get these cases.
It's hard to believe.
They never end up with a conservative or someone who's not batshit crazy.
They end up with a guy who's an advocate for critical race theory.
He's a leftist.
And as many lawyers are saying, the order wasn't based on the Constitution.
It was based on a larger political agenda.
And guys, it doesn't stop there.
Chief Justice John Roberts earlier this week, you know, this guy's been a weakling for his whole life, basically always rules with the Democrats, he likes his easy existence in D.C. as long as he folds when it matters, was taking aim at my father.
Selectively leaking.
This is something that's not supposed to happen at the Supreme Court, but they do it.
Remember what happened last time when they leaked the stuff on Roe v.
Wade and all, you know.
It's always selective leaking, and it always goes one way.
But he selectively leaked a statement that said, Well, first off, that's not entirely accurate, as impeachment is a part of the political process.
The Chief Justice really has no reason to weigh in, but here's where it gets interesting.
According to Sean Davis, who's been on the show many times, he's at The Federalist, John Roberts didn't just go out of his way to trash Trump on a purely political matter.
He did it by selectively leaking his statement to left-wing corporate media outlets, lying about it by claiming it was only in response to press inquiries rather than a general statement, and then refusing to provide
the full statement to conservative media outlets.
Seems a little odd.
Seems a little odd, guys.
The Supreme Court can say these kinds of things and not issue the statement to everyone else?
Not give the full quote?
Huh.
It's so obvious, guys.
It's so obvious what's going on.
I always say the swamp has teeth and we're seeing what that can look like.
Imagine if Democrats would have won in 2024.
We wouldn't be uncovering any of this corruption or cutting any of the waste.
It would just pile on and add up till our interest on the $37 trillion we have in debt just buried us alive.
The interest alone would eat away at our life, at our future, at our children's future, and it'd be over.
And today, J.D. Vance was asked, how are you doing the job that Kamala Harris had as VP differently?
And you're going to love it, guys.
Here's how he responded.
...job differently than Kamala did it.
Well, I don't have, you know, four shots of vodka before every meeting.
That's one way I think that Kamala really tried to bring herself into the role is these word salads.
And I think that I would need the help of a lot of alcohol to answer a question the way that Kamala Harris answered questions.
I mean, look, man, I don't know.
My sense is, and this is a little bit of guesswork, obviously.
I don't talk to Kamala Harris or Joe Biden very often.
But my sense is that there wasn't a level of trust between Biden and Harris.
And so, you know, she was just less empowered to do her job.
And, you know, luckily I'm in a situation where the president trusts me, where if he asks me to do
he believes it's going to happen.
And obviously, you know, we'll talk about it and check in.
But I feel empowered in a way that I think a lot of vice presidents haven't been.
But that's all in the service of accomplishing the president's vision.
And I think I try to remind myself of that.
Of course, J.D. actually understands how to speak in a way that isn't cackling word salad.
So that alone makes him a million times better than Kamala Harris ever could be.
And the results are coming in every single day.
For example, in just a matter of weeks, the FBI leadership of Kash Patel has arrested three.
Three of the FBI's top ten most wanted.
I mean, that's a really big deal.
They got three of them.
They got 30% in a few weeks.
Don't forget, Kash wasn't even sworn in until like two weeks ago.
And that's pretty amazing.
Does anyone want to guess how many of the FBI's most wanted were Captured in the entire prior year under Joe Biden?
Anyone want to take a guess?
How many of the top 10 were captured under Joe Biden in the last year?
Yeah, guys.
You and I both know the answer, and that is big goose egg.
Zero.
Zero.
Check this out from Cash.
Oh, it's just the artwork.
Sorry.
Well, when you let good cops be cops, guys, you can actually get...
Results.
And breaking today, the Attorney General's office is now opening up an investigation into the recent wave of violent attacks against Tesla by lunatic left-wing nutjobs.
This looks like domestic terrorism.
It obviously is.
If conservatives were doing that, they'd be locked up.
Think of the people on January 6th who were totally peaceful, didn't do anything, that spent two years in jail or longer without due process or anything.
If that's terrorism, this is terrorism.
We're playing the video on screen now to show you just how insane all of this stuff is.
Again, guys, imagine if the roles were reversed.
The media would be melting down.
They'd be calling it insurrection times a thousand.
They'd be screaming to the high heavens.
This is serious violence.
The amount of damage that these radical left-wing terrorists have caused is far greater than any damage.
Created on January 6th.
But again, you won't hear about it from them.
It's why we cover it.
It's why we say to like, share, subscribe so that other people actually see what's going on.
Because I promise you, other than maybe a rare glimpse occasionally, this stuff isn't going to be up on CNN or MSDNC or any of the others.
We're seeing serious violence from the left.
But the regime media just thinks it's a punchline.
Here's investor and Shark Tank host Kevin O 'Leary calling out the media propaganda right to their faces.
When you set a car on fire, you should go to jail.
You're a criminal.
I don't think we have to talk about it in any other context.
And all those cars have cameras in them and those dealerships have cameras.
You're beyond being stupid when you do that.
You're going to go to jail and...
You now have a government that just got their mandate.
They can't wait to find idiots that do this.
You're going to spend 5 to 20 years in prison.
If they get them on terrorism, which I think is a stretch, they will have no parole, no shortened sentence.
They'll rot in hell in prison for 20 years.
And frankly, as far as I'm concerned, that's okay.
Breaking in, shooting a car, setting on fire, nothing to do with the politics, nothing to do with Tesla.
You are a criminal, and you should go to jail.
What about the broader question about the protest factor?
I mean, you heard Tim Walz.
What protest?
You're a criminal.
I'm talking about Tim Walz and his comments about the Tesla stock.
He says it gives him a boost to see that stock going down.
That poor guy didn't check his portfolio and his own pension plan for state.
It's beyond stupid what he did.
He's talking down a 3.5% weighting in his own pension plan.
I mean, what's the matter with that guy?
He doesn't check the well-being of his own constituents in his state.
That's their investment fund.
What a bozo.
And by the way, guys, how pathetic, weak, and fragile is Tim Walz?
I mean, he just can't get over how much he got absolutely obliterated in the last election.
He was arguably the worst VP nominee in history, and that may include Kamala Harris the time before that.
His ideas are bad.
His mannerisms are quite bizarre.
And his personality is terrible.
It's a perfect Democrat trifecta.
But honestly, I hope that Democrats keep finding more and more people like Tim Walz to be the face of their party.
Because they will never win an election again.
Think about this.
He's praying and pleading, pleading to make sure that Tesla stock goes down.
You know what he forgot?
As Mr. Wonderful Kelvin O 'Leary was alluding to in there, that the state that he is the governor of, Minnesota, has almost 2 million shares of Tesla stock that is plummeting, and he's encouraging it.
That is the life savings for teachers, for anyone who's worked for the state.
These are state pension funds, and they're losing their ass, and they I mean, think about how insane that is.
He doesn't even know this, and he's praying for more stock to go down, and he's loving watching it go down.
Meanwhile, the people in his home state who rely on those pensions are getting obliterated, and he's just throwing more fuel on the fire.
You know, you thought he couldn't load a shotgun?
It gets so much worse.
This guy can't do anything right.
He's an imbecile.
But I do love that he is out there talking to Gavin Newsom about how masculine he is and how he can beat up everyone in MAGA.
I don't know, guys.
I'm not buying any of it.
We've watched him flail around.
I imagine he doesn't do that well.
But, hey, that's just me.
What do I know?
But I think we all are probably in agreement on that one.
So, Tim, keep cheering on the demise of the hardworking people in your state.
I'm sure it'll really bode well for you as you somehow start your 2028 presidential run right now because, man, I hope you're in the mix because it'll be fun to watch.
The Democrats just can't ditch their bad ideas because woke is a total mind virus.
For example, just look at this clip of Cynthia Nixon, you know, whatever the hell that show was.
Sex in the City.
That's right.
Not really my thing, but I know it's a couple of weeks old, but we just had to play it here.
She's basically claiming everyone she knows is trans.
I mean, it's amazing.
Most importantly I am here today as the mother of a proud trans man.
I am here today as the aunt of a proud trans man.
My best friend's kid is trans.
And my kid's best friend is trans.
My wife and I, our lives are filled with the most amazing, beautiful, brave trans people, young and old, but especially young.
My trans kid had his top surgery at NYU a number of years ago.
His doctors were fantastic.
His surgeon was the best we could have imagined.
And the idea that this city is filled with young people who fought.
They had a place to go where they could receive the highest care, and that place has now been shut to them.
Sickens me.
Sickens me to my core.
Guys, I mean, literally, you hear her say it.
My friends are trans.
My kids are trans.
Like, every child in her life is trans.
Guess what, guys?
That isn't a coincidence.
That is left-wing insanity.
It is also basically statistically impossible.
There's a reason that all of Hollywood has a trans kid.
It's like the greatest accessory ever in Hollywood.
That's like a Lambo.
It's like a Birkin bag or some shit, whatever that is.
Like a Patek Philippe watch.
Having a trans kid.
But imagine having a trans kid and then your best friend, all their kids are trans and you're the aunt of a trans kid.
It never ends.
It's literally not a statistical anomaly.
It's a statistical impossibility unless you created the environment to do this.
There's a reason when you go to other countries around the world and you go to the third world nations and you live with regular people and you see them, they don't even know what you're talking about.
This is entirely created.
Okay, it's absolutely nuts.
People want to do what they want to do when they're adults, that's fine.
But pushing this stuff on young kids, having us have to hear about it ad nauseum, having us have to pay for it, enough is enough.
Stop the insanity.
It's also why we're dismantling the education department, because federal funds were being used to push woke nonsense like this.
While test scores sunk, Kids couldn't read.
They couldn't do math.
Schools were closed.
But the teachers' union were now out rewriting history.
Here's Randy Weingarten, the head of the teachers' union, who suggested she was against school closures during COVID.
I mean, it's amazing.
She's just a woman of the students.
It's wild.
Check it out.
I want to challenge you a little bit, Randy, because You know that teachers unions, especially yours, has gotten a lot of criticism in recent years, especially after COVID.
We saw, for instance, you know, the support of overly broad school closures.
That's one of the big examples.
And that has fueled a lot of animus towards the Department of Education, towards teachers unions.
Do you reflect on that?
I mean, what are you taking away from that and the position that that may have fueled sort of the support that allows President Trump to be in a position to do something that you find so problematic, like eliminating the Department of Education in all intents and purposes?
So, Brianna, COVID was a terrible time for us.
And as you know, because I was on...
Your show a lot and other shows.
I wanted schools to be reopened as early as April of 2020.
The issue was the fear and the issue was the safety issues.
I'm gonna say that's nonsense, folks, and we all know it.
They wanted to keep them closed forever.
Teachers didn't want to even remember teachers and the teachers union didn't even want to do remote learning because it was inconvenient.
They didn't like it, but they wanted to get paid, folks.
Remember that.
And I don't know if it was Randy Weingart, but I remember reading a quote because I talked about it in, I think it was Liberal Privilege, the book I wrote during that time period because I had a little extra free time at home, so I wrote a book called Liberal Privilege, and I talked about one of the heads of the teachers' union that actually was quoted as saying,
I'll start caring about the students when they start paying union dues.
I mean, guess what, folks?
That's the exact mentality of the teachers' union.
That doesn't mean there's not good teachers out there, but there's a lot of bad ones, and if they're in the union, they're never getting out, and they're the ones that are definitely not teaching our kids anything worthwhile.
There's a reason we went from being one of the top nations in education a few short decades ago to number 40 as of late.
Number 40. Think about that.
I bet most people can't name 40 countries, let alone say that they should be ahead of us in education.
This is why we need to eliminate DEI.
We need to get back to focusing on reading and writing and math and hold those who abuse their power accountable.
You may have seen on my X account...
A new account called Woke War Room.
Okay, check them out.
At Woke War Room, where you can actually submit tips of woke DEI nonsense in your workplace or school, whatever.
In fact, during the live chat, we'll throw a few of them up on the screen.
You'll have a few laughs.
Everyone can have fun with it, but don't have too much fun.
Because remember that this stuff is all actually happening.
It's real.
Like, we can laugh at it, but it's happening.
And if it's happening in schools, there are thousands of kids that are suffering from the woke mind virus.
And guys, one thing we got to start paying attention to, okay?
There's a bunch of stuff going on.
There's all sorts of special elections coming up in early April.
Like, April 1st, I guess, is what it is.
So it's not an April Fool's joke.
It's real.
If you're in Wisconsin, folks, if you're in Wisconsin, a major state Supreme Court election will literally determine control of the state's highest court, okay?
Election day is April 1, but this race is no joke.
If you're in Wisconsin...
Get out and vote for Judge Brad Schimmel.
Literally, this one vote will decide whether the Supreme Court in Wisconsin, which does districting, which decides whether you keep criminal aliens, murderous thugs, whether you want women getting abused by men in sports.
Brad Schimmel is the guy you have to vote for.
Do not sit it out just because Trump's not on the ticket.
Get in there.
The liberal lunatic woman that he is running against literally wants men playing and women's sports, radical trans agenda, doesn't care, wants to keep importing criminals probably to Wisconsin.
It's critical for Wisconsin and really the whole nation, okay?
Because it's just a big deal.
So don't sit it out.
Make sure your friends are aware.
April 1st, if you're in Wisconsin, get out and vote for Judge Brad Schimmel.
By the way, guys.
In Florida, there's another special election just like that.
I think it's also April 1st, right?
The people, like if you were in Matt Gaetz's district, he's no longer a congressman, but that's being filled, and there's a special election on April 1st in Florida.
That's over in the panhandle.
And if you had Mike Waltz, who's now at NSA, if Mike Waltz was your...
Congressman, there's a special election in his district in Florida.
So the problem we have in Florida is similar to the Wisconsin one.
People are excited about what's going on with Trump.
They love what's going on.
They love it.
They're great.
They're not paying attention.
The Democrats are motivated.
They're trying to rack up some wins.
They're talking to all their people and keeping it very tight.
So many people, I'm like, so who are you voting?
When are you voting in your special election?
They didn't even know what's happening.
We could lose two congressional seats.
Two.
Right?
We have a majority like one right now.
Okay?
You lose those two, you give it to the Democrats, and guess what happens from there?
So, Wisconsin, for your Supreme Court race, do not mess around with this.
And if you're in Florida, and you're either in Matt Gaetz's district up in, you know, the Panhandle, what?
Florida one is Gaetz, and Florida six.
If you're in those districts, you better make sure you vote for the Republicans in there or you're going to end up with a Democrat who's going to stymie these agendas.
Again, the Democrats are all connected.
They're all getting together.
They're trying to take it up.
We're not paying attention.
They know it.
They're trying to take advantage.
So if you know people that live in those districts, if you live in those districts, call your friends, reach out to each other, text your buddy that lives there.
If he doesn't know, make sure he calls all of his friends.
Do not mess around with this, right?
This is our future at stake.
This is just as important as the presidential in so many ways, because if you lose it, it's over.
I promise you, the Democrats are spending undue money.
If everyone just gets out and votes, we should be fine.
But most people, they're not even aware of it.
Most conservatives are just happy with the wins they're getting, and they're not paying attention.
The Democrats are trying to do whatever they can to say, look, it's a mandate against it.
They don't like what's going on.
They just lost a congressional seat that was once conservative.
Do not play around with that.
So, Wisconsin, Florida, special elections, April 1. Do not sit these out.
Call your friends.
Do whatever you need to do to get everyone to the ballot box.
So, guys, there's a lot more to cover.
We're going to have some fun tonight.
We're going to get to all of your reactions.
But before we get there, don't forget about another important sponsor.

Now, let's see what you guys all want to talk about in the live chat.
We got a little time here.
All right, what's going on?
Long Island Suffolk County PBA started a podcast last week.
Would you be open to going on with them?
You guys got to slow it down.
I got to get the laptop back up here probably if we can do that.
Helping them bring more attention to bills, etc.
That help cops.
It's called On Patrol.
I'll try to check it out.
My problem is I'm doing all sorts of podcasts.
It's sometimes hard for me to jump on.
Let me see.
I'm actually...
Tomorrow, I am...
Let's see.
Oops, sorry.
I'm on the wrong day.
Tomorrow, I'm jumping on with Vinny Congolese, who's replacing Dan Bongino.
So, obviously, you rumble guys that like Dan in the hour.
The guy, you know, Vinny is a buddy.
He's taking over for Dan Bongino at that slot.
So, if you guys have been watching Bongino, I will be on tomorrow live on that one.
So, you know, if you're watching Dan or watching the time slot that would have been Dan, it'll be me and Vinny tomorrow for an hour.
So that'll be pretty fun.
So I will check out the podcast.
I'll see what I can do.
It's just sometimes it's hard to find, you know, I get offered to do like 400 podcasts a day.
Everyone has a podcast, I guess.
When is Trump going to stop?
Plans from spraying chemicals all over our country.
Honestly, I don't know anything about it.
I know the Chemtrail thing, but I don't know enough about it and what's real and what's not.
Can we get some Pro 2A stuff passed?
Machine guns legal?
Machine guns are legal.
You just got to go through the process.
I know that the DOJ is working on a lot of those things.
I know Cash is doing temporary ATF head.
There's a lot of things.
What we got to remember with a lot of the stuff when it comes to the gun stuff is That a lot of the things that you guys want, some people, just do it.
It doesn't work that way, right?
There's a process for it to hold.
You got to go through that process.
You can't just do that.
So whatever they do, just before everyone starts jumping at it, and there's a lot of gun guys that like to just go viral about everything, and they may not know all the details, and it's just easy to scream and complain rather than to do something about it.
Sometimes there's a process for these things.
So you may not get everything you want right away, and there may be a reason for that.
So again, I know they're working on a lot of the things.
I know there's such overreach, especially when it comes to suppressors and just speeding up that whole thing.
Obviously, yep, 661 Smurf 2A reciprocity would be great for concealed carry, obviously.
That makes a lot of sense.
I don't know why, at least in the places that allow it, why you can have a driver's license that goes across, but you couldn't carry.
Yeah, happy birthday, Barron.
You're right.
Thank you.
It is Barron's birthday.
They are working on the suppressor issues right now.
Listen, there's a lot of issues.
If you're a small FFL, the paperwork you've got to file, the amount of nonsense that you have to go through can be overwhelming.
The guys that are small-time manufacturers that are trying to build stuff that sometimes some of the best gunsmiths are these small guys.
They've got to go through all sorts of insanity.
It's a little bit...
You know, it's a little overwhelming for the little guy who wants to try to make a business in that.
So, you know, there's a lot of stuff they need to do.
You know, obviously, nationwide federal concealed carry period is, you know, yeah, I agree with that.
I mean, I'd love that in a second.
Again, some places are going to fight it.
You're going to have a lot of lawfare in places like New York where it's a brutal, you know, it's never, you know, it's never quite that easy.
But I think you can work on something that probably makes a lot of sense in the states that at least aren't insane.
You know, I was on an SOT, which allowed me to have suppressors even in New York if I wanted to, because I was like, we're manufacturers.
And so I could, you know, but I should show up to the range, even with the right paperwork and even with literally ATF, like no one understands and they're calling cops.
And it's like, so, you know, some of these places, it's harder to work with than others.
But just remember, you may not get everything you want right away.
And there's probably a reason for that, okay?
These guys understand these issues now.
The people that they're bringing in get the issues.
They understand.
They know what you want.
They know what they're—and they probably agree with almost all of it.
I mean, there are some other guys that want, like, tactical nuclear weapons under their bed, and that's probably a little bit far.
But, you know, and I'm pretty much a two-way absolutist, but, you know, even that has probably some sort of limit a little bit.
What to do about these crooked judges?
You know, it's hard.
You've got to keep pushing.
You've got to keep fighting.
You've got to try to force the Supreme Court to get some of these rulings in there.
You've got to make them act.
Because the problem is, you know, some of the weak justices on the Supreme Court, even the conservative weak, you know, Roberts and stuff, they'll say, oh, yeah, we'll get to that in three years.
Oh, great.
You can't do anything for three years?
I mean, it's so clearly a violation.
It's so clearly politicized.
And you know exactly what they're doing.
You know, you can't necessarily force them to act.
I was in D.C. yesterday, so I had a quick conversation with Stephen Miller about that.
He knows much more about this than I will ever know.
Pretty badass constitutional scholar, so to speak.
So, you know, I know they're working on some of these things.
But, you know, it's going to take some time.
The Democrats are motivated.
You know, half these judges are literally, you look at it like, the wife.
He works at an NGO.
It's a liberal-funded NGO.
The daughter's making money.
It's just like the New York case, where the daughter's the number one Democrat fundraiser of the judge in the New York case.
And you're like, how is it possible that they can be that linked, right?
The guy's wife is a liberal activist.
The daughter's a liberal activist.
Of course, he's either a cuck or a liberal activist, probably both.
And they can just do these things.
It's sick.
It's disgusting.
And if conservatives were doing it, the media would be losing their mind.
Oh, so by the way, we got a couple things for you.
So as promised, a couple of the woke war room DEI madness.
So Colorado Children's Hospital advertising itself to illegal immigrants and attacks the Trump administration as causing fear and anxiety.
But you know what causes fear and anxiety, guys?
Criminal illegal immigrant gang members killing Americans, taking over apartment buildings in Colorado.
I mean, think about how insane that is.
Think about how insane that is.
I guess there were some things, internal Slack messages on Amazon that compares Trump supporters to Nazis.
You know, again, I think some people at the top are, you know, slowly coming our way.
But, you know, the problem with some of tech is even if the top sort of guys are getting it and moving on or at least coming a little bit, you know, more rational, some of that can clearly be done with testosterone.
You see that happening pretty quickly.
Their mindset changes.
Across the board, almost.
Some of the woke underlings that are doing these things, they're still going to be doing this nonsense.
So, you know, we're making progress, but Rome wasn't built in a week.
A French food conglomerate is making its way into America has a page called Making DEI Be Part of Our DNA.
How are still...
How are companies still doing that?
How are they still pushing this nonsense?
It's such a failed thing.
It clearly doesn't add anything.
It creates, frankly, negative shareholder value for those.
We should just start a class action lawsuit.
If you're pushing this nonsense, it's literally going against your fiduciary responsibilities.
It's breaking the law that you're supposed to have with the people who entrust you to actually earn money and make some money for your company.
It's not pushing this crap.
Let's make sure you're aware of who are the worst offenders and make sure you're not giving them any business.
Remember, these guys are allowed to burn down Tesla stations.
They're allowed to take, you know, that's not a problem.
I mean, if we do this, we have to play the same game without the violence, obviously.
I got to say that because otherwise they'll throw me in jail.
And, you know, it's just different, right?
As we always say, I won't get the Hunter Biden treatment.
We understand that.
So, yeah, the doctors doing that.
Yeah, they're completely nuts.
I mean, you saw that whether it was the...
What was it?
Cynthia Nixon, I guess?
You know, the greatest doctor who was willing to operate on my child and cut off their genitalia.
Like, I mean, honestly, shame on all of them.
Shame on all of them.
Would Stephen Miller ever run for office?
Listen, I don't know about if he'd run for office, but...
Yesterday with my dad and Stephen just joking around.
Well, not even joking around.
I'm actually dead serious.
I was like, we should actually just put Steve Miller on the Supreme Court.
I think that would be incredible.
He's young, very smart, very conservative.
I think he'd run circles around certainly the liberals on that court and probably, well, probably a couple other conservatives.
Let's see.
I've been waiting decades for the end of the Department of Education.
What a great day today, LFG.
Resolute Graphics, thank you.
We are still wasting money on forward wars.
I'm grateful USA had money on it.
Yep, I agree.
I plan on a Tesla as soon as I need a next car.
I agree.
Listen, we got to do it.
They've been doing that to us forever, right?
Boycotts always went one way.
We got to do it back to them.
Support those companies.
Literally, it's the thesis of the show.
I've been talking about it for the three years I've been doing it.
The thesis of the show.
Support the companies who share your values.
Don't support those who don't.
If you like something that they have, find another place.
We can do these things and we can do it right, but we all have to do it.
We all have to take that effort.
I literally spend my time funding these kinds of companies or taking them public or giving them money.
Just the guys that were canceled or couldn't get it or weren't seen as diverse enough or whatever bullshit woke thing they were pushing.
That day.
Like, I've literally, that's how I've spent the last couple years of my life, trying to help those guys.
Yeah, buy Tesla stock.
I imagine that's, you know, that's a good, I would imagine, in the long run, this is a good dip to buy, okay?
The insanity will eventually end because they get bored and they have to go back, live in the mommy's basement or whatever it is.
Yeah, exactly.
I can't afford Tesla, but I can afford Tesla stock, Cotton 3D.
100%.
That's the way to do it.
What about the autopen?
Honestly, I don't know.
I don't know if there's any real constitutionality to not being able to do the autopen thing.
That's sort of out of my field of purview.
I could ask Stephen Miller, but we'll see.
But the bigger problem is more like it wasn't even the autopen.
I'm like, did Joe Biden even know what was going on?
I mean, I hear rumors every day that he's just like failing and failing worse and failing worse.
And, you know, I don't wish anyone any ill will, but that probably shouldn't surprise anyone.
Today is a great day for us.
Tomorrow will be even greater than 45x.
Thanks.
Crystal LaRose, I need to learn about the stock market.
Yeah, listen, stock market, crypto, there's all these places you can play.
But, you know, do your education, do your diligence, you know, check it out.
I will say this about all that kind of investing.
Like, the biggest thing, like, if you want to learn about the stock market, like, put a couple bucks in.
Don't, you know, if you want to learn about crypto, same thing.
Put a couple bucks in, figure out how to play the game with an amount of money that you're willing just to lose entirely.
But just...
Even if it's a hundred bucks, a couple hundred bucks, whatever it may be, once you're sort of vested and you're in the game, it feels like people, all of a sudden, they're spending a little bit more time on it.
They're paying a little bit more attention.
Once you're vested, you pay more attention.
You learn a lot faster.
It accelerates the learning curve.
So if you want to do the learning, learn, put a couple bucks in.
You'll pay more attention.
And I'm all for the education.
Yoholo, Biden is shot.
Yes, I mean, Biden's been shot for a while, but it seems like, you know, the rumors are it's getting worse very rapidly.
And I imagine they're not giving him whatever they gave him to try to prop him up for a couple minutes when he was president.
Beard grooming tips.
You know, I actually, I have a beard just because I hate shaving, so I don't do much grooming with it.
About every week I run like just, you know, clippers through it or I...
You know, crim down the mustache part so it doesn't get like...
I was told I have a very stiff beard by people who, like when we were doing The Apprentice with makeup, they were unusually.
So if it gets too long and it sort of goes down to my lip, it's sort of uncomfortable.
You know, so...
Yeah, so I don't do much.
I just sort of clip it, you know, and just shave the neck part every...
You know, basically every day if I'm going to get on TV or whatever, I'll shave the neck part after getting out of the shower, but I can do that in 30 seconds.
I just...
Frankly, even do that dry.
So I don't spend a lot of time on the beard.
I love your beard.
Well, thank you very much.
I appreciate that.
My bird, wow.
Thank you that I look handsome.
I appreciate that as well.
I'm afraid nothing gets done with these judicial roadblocks.
Because eventually people are going to be sick of it.
I think we've got to put pressure on these judges.
I think you have to make sure that people are sick of this crap.
I think you've got to be very vocal about it.
So that, you know, the Supreme Court actually has to decide.
They can't just push it off and be like, oh, we don't know anything.
We can't do anything about it.
Like, they can do something about it.
They just need to feel that pressure.
So I think we have to be very vocal about these judges.
We have to call them out.
We have to do that peacefully, but loudly.
And, you know, hopefully you get stuff done.
But you can literally see it.
It's just like every liberal activist judge, they're like, I'll take that issue and I'll just block it.
Literally, they're trying to prevent him from doing anything.
Like, what's the point?
Of having a president, if some unelected judge in the middle of nowhere, they got more power than the Supreme Court, apparently.
Like, a justice judge could be like, nope.
Like, oh, he can't do anything.
The president can't do it.
He can't defend his country.
He can't do it.
Like, it's insane.
So SCOTUS definitely has to step it up, I think.
You know, that's probably the best way.
And if not, you know, maybe you go through the impeachment process.
The problem is what you'll have is, you know, you'll have a bunch of weak Republicans that don't do it.
And again, that's why you got to vote in those, like, Florida special elections on April 1st for those two congressional seats.
Like, that's Congress.
That's real.
It's really big.
We need those guys.
Or the Wisconsin Supreme Court on the same day, April 1st.
Get involved because, like, with these slim margins, you'll always find some guy that says, well, I don't want to shake the tree.
So, you know, we're not like the Democrats.
We'll lose four or five guys, whatever it is, and you won't get the votes for an impeachment anyway.
And, like, you know, it's just not that simple.
We need to work at all times on increasing those margins so we don't have to deal with as many weakling Republicans.
We can just forget about them and not have to worry about that vote.
So we just have to get out of it.
Yeah, the Smith Modernization Act of 2012 needs to be addressed.
Legally, federally funded domestic propaganda.
Doge has unveiled payments from this to AP, Whoopi, and Politico already.
That doesn't surprise me at all.
That was an Obama thing, and of course it was, because anything you could do to make the deep state and or the powers that be more powerful, he was going to do.
Don Jr., thanks for taking your time and attention and making us rumblers feel like a part of the family upon the horizon.
Appreciate that, man.
Thank you very much.
Comforting Joe, you don't believe in impeachment.
You believe in trying them for treason.
I mean, honestly, it feels like it.
I mean, if you're trying to turn around planes of murderous thugs that are not even citizens, yeah.
I mean, it doesn't seem that far of a stretch.
So that's kind of a big one.
But, you know, again, can't wait for the 250th next year.
2024, buddy.
Yeah.
That's going to be awesome.
I mean, I literally can't think of anyone who will be better at doing the 250th anniversary of America than Donald freaking Trump.
He was made for this one, folks.
So that's going to be a celebration like you won't believe.
So that'll be good.
It's kind of getting annexed in.
I don't know.
I think we'll deal with them with tariffs.
It's not worth it.
There's some great parts of Canada, but there's also plenty of liberals.
With Arlog, you'd end up with two liberal senators and get nothing done.
I'd rather not take my chances.
That's not one I'm super long on.
I think what I see going on right there right now is they're galvanizing around the liberals, but they're trying to push this special election early, like end of April, so they can choose when it is.
It's not like a fixed election day, so they can choose.
They're trying to do it now.
So they can try to get the liberal elected before the tariffs fully kick in, right?
Even if you put in the tariffs on April 1st, you're not going to feel some of that pain until later.
Don't forget, they've been screwing our dairy farmers to the tune of 250% for years.
And what they do is they say, well, it's a 3% tariff on the first case of goods.
And after that, it's 250%.
So it looks like, oh, it's only 3% because no one in the media is going to report that.
They've been taking advantage of so many things.
So the problem is they want to rush that election because once it starts actually hitting the Canadian economy, It becomes more problematic for the guys that are definitely the instigators of these things, the liberals, etc., the people who wouldn't be able to work with us.
So they're trying to rush that election right now so that they can get in before people actually start feeling any potential pain from the tariffs.
And all we'd like is to actually not be taken advantage and not screwed for the first time in the world.
The world can't understand that because we've been such feckless weaklings for so long that we've allowed them to do it to us.
We've allowed them to get away with it for so long.
So it's important.
So the fifth dimension.
How do you feel about midterms in 2026?
Can we keep Congress?
Well, we can keep Congress if you guys stay involved, right?
Historically, you always lose Congress in a midterm.
Even if you just generally don't do well, you always lose seats.
The problem is when you have a three-seat majority and you lose seats, it's a freaking problem.
So we have to be involved.
We have to stay in the game.
We have to understand that what they're trying to do, and we cannot just not show up because Donald Trump's not on the ballot.
I can't vote for anyone other than Trump.
His whole presidency is on the ballot.
So he's just as on the ballot as he was in 2024 because they're trying to shut him down.
Watch what they're doing.
So we can, but historically it's not that easy.
Again, there's a lot of things that Trump does that, let's just call it, breaks with historical precedent, right?
He's done it over and over his whole life, way before politics.
So like, hey, there's a chance.
We can do this.
I think now with a cabinet that's working with people that are working together, it's not like Paul Ryan who would do any of the things that we promised the first time around.
You know, we can't build the wall.
What do you mean?
We have the House, we have the Senate, we got everything.
You know, and we had a bigger majority in 2016.
Like, we could do this.
No, that would be mean.
You know, so then the people say, why would I vote for this?
We're not getting anything done.
I mean, it wasn't Trump's fault.
It was Paul Ryan's fault.
Now, with, like, a cabinet of America first people, you don't have these same weaklings.
You've got plenty in there, but not really in that kind of power.
We have a chance.
Did France really ask for the Statue of Liberty?
And these are our allies.
Yeah.
Well, someone in their government did.
It wasn't the president.
It wasn't Macron.
But one of the people did because America no longer believes in liberty.
Says the country and the continent of Europe that wants to jail people for free speech would rather punish someone who talks crap about immigrants who are raping people in the streets than punish the rapist doing the raping.
So yeah, they actually did.
And I think my dad has a pretty good relationship with Macron, but some of the other people...
Honestly, it's a European thing.
It's just insane.
They don't want to work anymore.
They don't want to produce anything.
They want a virtue signal.
They want endless wars.
They don't want to pay for any of that, obviously.
So yes, of course, they probably would ask for the Statue of Liberty back because we no longer represent liberty.
But if you look at Europe, you realize that these are socialist nations that don't allow free speech.
And I can't think of any more basic liberty than free speech.
So that moron can go F right off.
Let's see.
It's almost like people quit talking about paper ballots, hand counted, ID required, and results in the same night, one citizen date.
No, I know they're talking about that now.
They're trying to actually pass legislation like that.
But don't forget, some of this stuff is still state-level stuff.
We're in a federalist system.
The states make some of these decisions, so you can't do that.
But they're working on...
Trying to make some of those common-sense initiatives.
By the way, speaking of the sociopaths in Europe, even in Europe, they're like, same-day ballots, paper ballots, voter ID, all common sense.
The left has been able to get away with taking advantage of all of that.
You see all of the people at ActBlue, the big Democrat fundraising apparatus, they all resigned on the same day.
That's not a coincidence, folks.
Those are all the NGOs that they discovered in USAID, probably kicking back to ActBlue.
That's why there's individuals that are contributing 18,000 times in a 24-hour period or something like that.
I don't know.
I'm pretty good at a lot of things.
I don't think I can make 18,000 donations in 24 hours.
I just don't think it's possible.
But it happened.
And I'm sure that's not the only case.
So we've got to keep doing that.
I'm missing my Dan Bongino time.
Leanne 82. Like I said, I'll be on with Vinnie Congolese tomorrow at 10 a.m. for an hour live in studio.
So I'm going to head up there because Dan films up the road for me.
So that'll be cool.
So check that out tomorrow as well.
All local politicians should be local grassroots.
I agree.
That doesn't happen.
They bust them all in.
Freeberg.
Cash and Dan together seems like a movie plot.
I know.
It's going to be awesome.
I actually had dinner with Cash last night.
I saw him in D.C. and he joined us for dinner.
He's doing great.
He's saying, you know, Dan jumped right in.
He's like an animal.
He's just going hard.
So that's what we like to see.
So it feels like a lot of good progress across the board, guys.
It's going to be good.
Appreciate all of you guys watching.

Check out our great sponsors below, again, because it takes guts to support programming like this, but no different than watching the less vandalized Teslas, like, support the companies that support you, okay?
Don't fund the woke garbage, especially because of the left, because they'll weaponize all this crap against you.
We don't do that, but maybe we should.
So, in a calm and peaceful way.
Again, I have to put in the disclaimer language, because otherwise, you know, I'll be, you know.
In Guantanamo next week.
So, guys, you're the best.
