Thank you.
We are just one week away from the inauguration and the Senate is moving full speed ahead on making sure these cabinet picks are confirmed.
Senator Tommy Tuberville from Alabama will join us in just moments to bring us the latest.
We've seen the insanity, what's going on in the beginning of this year.
My father needs his cabinet.
There's an overwhelming mandate from the people to make sure that happens.
Plus, guys, House Republicans are charting their path forward for this session of Congress.
Florida Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna will be here as well.
Then we'll get to the news rundown and bring you all of the latest out of California because it's truly shocking.
As shocking as you think everything else has been so far, it just keeps Getting worse.
So make sure you're liking, sharing, subscribing, so you never miss one of these major episodes.
And if your friends still aren't watching us now...
It is a great time to start.

And breaking news at this hour.
We're told that my father's cabinet nominees are in perhaps their strongest positions yet, with the first confirmation hearing set to start tomorrow.
And it's imperative, it's imperative, guys, that we get these nominees confirmed as quickly as possible.
So to start with that, joining me now for the latest update in the Senate, Alabama Senator, our good friend, Coach Tommy Tuberville.
Tommy, how are you, man?
Good to have you.
I'm doing great, Don.
I am fired up.
It's been 69 days since the election.
I've been waiting for us to have an opportunity to let your dad, the president, put together his coaching staff, if I call it.
And we start tomorrow at 9.30 Eastern time with Pete Hedseth.
It will be a brawl.
I have been looking forward to it.
But these Democrats, they're going to fight with everything they have.
But we have to fight back.
We cannot give one inch to these people because...
Look what they've done to our country.
I agree 100%.
And when you look at sort of the terrorist attacks that happened, whether it was New York or whether it was New Orleans, possibly even Las Vegas in the opening week, all the shadiness around there, I mean, that, to me, if anything, solidifies the mandate that my father needs and deserves to get his people actually in there.
If there's people that want to argue about nuance, now is not the time.
They can do that later on in the Senate.
He has a mandate to be able to get his team to fight for him and the American people.
Yeah, his team.
And if there's anybody out there that I can trust like your dad, it's him because he will hold every one of them accountable.
And that's what I've been telling all the Republicans on our side.
Listen, let him pick his team.
And if he doesn't like them, they won't be there long.
They have to do the job.
You know what I like, Don?
He's picked a young group of people, people that have experience, not a bunch of lawyers.
Not a bunch of deep state people, people that are loyal to the American people, and they're going to get the job done.
So we'll start tomorrow.
And again, we'll have them throwing punches from right and left field.
They're going to come after them personally.
But I'll tell you, I'll pick head stuff tomorrow.
He's got a tough job, but I feel very confident because he knows how to fight back.
And that's what we need in the Secretary of Defense is a fighter.
100%.
And I mean, we saw that.
You saw sort of the swamp and the rhinos kind of try to go after him.
All of that stuff fizzled.
They were pushing innuendo and, you know, allegations that no one would actually put their name on.
And they wanted to counterbalance that against people literally signing off and be like, I was there in the room.
This is nonsense.
It didn't matter.
But I know you held a great event.
With some Navy SEALs, you know, I know I was told that, you know, a bunch of guys, you know, literally, you know, Medal of Honor recipients and other incredible veterans that were out there today, you know, for Pete Hagfest and for that nomination for Secretary of Defense.
What can you tell us about that?
Because to me, that to me is sort of the ultimate backing.
If the door kickers, the guys getting it done, the real heroes are like, that's the guy that can lead the military for these next four years?
That seems like it's everything to me.
Yeah, they were warfighters, not warmongers.
Here's what happened this morning.
This morning at around 11 o'clock, over 100 Navy SEALs, Rangers, Green Beret, they all got together.
We had media, and some of us talked.
But what I like to hear is these people that had been under Pete, that had worked in the military with him, side by side, been in the fight, actually put a gun.
Uh, in their arms and actually did something other than sit behind a desk and give orders.
Pete is a guy with experience and just listen to one after other, not just men, but also women.
You know, there's a big knock on Pete because of some things that were said in the past, but these women got up there and says, I would not trust anybody.
Other than Pete, because I know him.
I've fought with him.
I've been around him.
I've trained with him.
He's trained me.
He did an excellent job.
So at the end of the day, it's all about experience.
And again, we've got to get away from all these people that sat behind desks, these lawyers that never done anything.
They just want to go out there and be in charge of something.
But Pete is a staff sergeant.
He is a drill sergeant.
We don't need a general in the Secretary of Defense.
We need a drill sergeant, somebody that's going to be out there with a warfighter, side by side, other than in the Pentagon, walking around giving orders.
Talk about how quickly you think the Senate can move on these nominations and how that process will play out from here.
Again, you know, expedience is so critical.
I want my father to get in there on January 20th at noon and just start running.
But he needs his team to do that.
What can we expect over the next week with some of these confirmations?
Yeah, first of all, we've got quite a few of them, but there's six or seven that we need to get done.
Pete will be the first one.
It'll be probably somewhere around a four- to five-hour hearing tomorrow.
No breaks.
I mean, you go straight through.
Again, it'll be a fight from start to finish.
We'll have a vote the next couple of days in committee.
Then hopefully it'll go to the floor and be confirmed that way.
But that's the way they all do.
Some hearings will be longer than others.
You know, I'm fired up about all these picks that the president picked.
RFK Jr., you know, and I told RFK Jr. this, I said, listen, I've got two boys that are 28 and 30, and what you talked about about a year ago about healthy food and...
Getting back to the basics of health when it comes to our diets, my kids really enjoyed.
They enjoyed listening to him, and so he is going to be an absolute outstanding pick for Health and Human Services.
Looking forward to him, and of course, all of them.
Pam Bondi is going to be a great choice.
Cash Patel.
I talked to Cash several times in the last few days, but all of them will go through a three-, four-, five-hour hearing.
After that, we'll vote.
If they pretty much go 100% out of the Republican side, we'll get 100% vote out of the Republicans on the floor, which would confirm them.
So they have to do a good job in the committee hearing.
And when they do that, after that, I don't have any doubt that they'll be confirmed.
So, Senator, we've heard a lot about these sort of, you know, FBI background checks.
You know, I know the one on Pete Hegg says, you know, it came back and people quoted it as unremarkable, which shouldn't surprise us because, you know, again, everything else was pretty clearly a lie that they were talking about for a while, but it didn't stop them from running that.
What role do you think, you know, they play in all of this at this point?
Well, first of all, it did come back.
The only people that's seen it is the ranking member and the chairman, and they said it doesn't need to go any farther.
I also today saw Pete's...
Service report of all the things he had done.
You can't believe the things that some of these colonels and generals wrote about him when he was in the military, the things he'd done in training, the things he did in terms of fighting in the times that he was...
Working out in the bush and crawling in the grass and doing things that he needed to do to keep our country safe.
This guy has experience.
You know, I enjoyed looking at all of it.
It came out today.
I think that even the Democrats, when they start looking at this, are going, Houston, we could have a problem here if we're going to try to fight this guy that looks like he's a war hero.
Yeah, I sort of, you know, I'd love it to be smooth sailing, but I do sort of want to watch the Democrat apparatus in Washington take on a guy that's supported by all these Navy SEALs, all these Rangers, all these incredible actual warfighters.
Again, not bureaucrats or warmongers, as you so aptly put it.
You know, Congressional Medal of Honor recipients.
It's sort of like, wow, I'd like to see them take on, you know, those people and try to say that he's unfit or whatever nonsense that they were doing.
I mean, I think that will...
May people understand the Democratic Party and where they stand perhaps better than anything.
They can't come out against no qualifications.
I can remember back four years ago when Joe Biden's nominees were coming through, lawyer here, accountant here, no experience in anything that they were supposed to be doing.
It was a disaster.
But when we get with Pete, the thing that Pete obviously, and he'll sell this, Barack Obama in the eight years he was in office, He started all this DEI woke critical race theory nonsense in the military.
I had two friends that came back about six months ago from all over the world.
They'd been traveling, crawling through grass, mud.
Protecting our country and other countries.
They were Green Beret and they came back and the first week they were back they spent four days in DEI training after doing all the things that they needed to do for our country.
So that's what we have to get straightened out.
We have to understand that we've got to get back to training these young people to make sure that they understand that they're fighting for themselves and for our country.
And right now, this military that they're trying to train through Joe Biden and Barack Obama, it's all about diversity and equity and division.
It's nothing about team.
Your dad tried to put it back together for the four years he was in, and they fought tooth and nail.
And when Joe Biden went back in, he changed everything your dad did in the military.
And we've got to start fast and furious and get back this young group that wants to fight for this country.
Well, separately, I mean, you brought up DEI, but you also said you expect swift action on your bill to protect girls' sports, meaning women.
In women's sports, not men.
What can you tell us about that?
Obviously, for those who don't know, you're a legendary football coach.
I mean, you understand sports perhaps better than anyone.
You know, what can we see about that?
Because it hasn't just infiltrated the military or other ranks.
It's happening in colleges.
It's happening in high schools.
You know, men are taking women's sports scholarships.
How do we stop that lunacy?
And how do you see that going through?
Well, third time's a charm.
I've had two votes on it.
Since I've been here for four years, the first time I lost to the Democrats, nobody voted for me.
And then I actually lost the second time.
I had one Republican vote against me.
You have to have 60 votes.
Protection of Women and Girls in the Sports Act basically says no biological boy or man can participate against a woman, dress in a dressing room with a woman, or take a shower in a place of non-convenience.
So at the end of the day, It's nonsense.
I can't believe we're even talking about it.
Now, I know your dad's probably going to come out in executive order and say enough's enough, but executive orders can be changed.
That's the reason we have to fight to get it in the books to say you cannot do it as a law.
But I know President Trump will stop it from day one.
But again, we have got to fight to pass this, make it a true law to protect young women and girls over the course of being able to have a chance to do what men have done for the last 50 years.
Title IX has been great, best thing that's happened up here, but they're trying to destroy Title IX because they hate gender.
They want 100 different genders out there, Don, and it's a disaster.
Do you have any Democrat support right now?
You know, I lost Manchin, who was my only one.
I do not.
This won't come up probably for about a month.
I'll start on it once we get a lot of these confirmations done.
But right now, the number one thing we need to do is get President Trump's coaching staff put together.
Turn them loose, because we are in...
Have you seen what they're doing?
They're trying to burn the place on the way down, on the way out the door.
But they've almost burned it down even before this point.
But it has been a disaster for four years, and thank God we've got the Calvary's coming, and we can get everything going in the right direction.
You know, right now, everything's just going the opposite of what it needs to go.
Senator, I know you have votes, but I wanted to, before we go, obviously this is right in your wheelhouse.
Next Monday is the college football national championship.
It's Ohio State versus Notre Dame.
I know J.D. Vance definitely has a pick in this one.
Who do you like?
What do you think?
For the gambling degenerates that are watching right now, what do you think happens in this game?
It's going to be hard to beat Ohio State.
Ohio State's got the best players.
Now, at the end of the day, I tell you, Notre Dame is really playing over their head.
They're playing well.
They're well coached.
They've got a good young guy that's motivating the football team.
Now, we're only talking about one game.
You know, if I was coaching Notre Dame, the one thing I'd be telling our players, listen, we're going to win the game.
We might go for a fourth.
We might not ever punt.
We're going to kick onside kicks.
We're going to fake punts.
We're going to do everything we can to keep the momentum on our side.
Ohio State is kind of like the big brother here.
I mean, they've got...
Every position they have is very, very strong.
Now, I don't know what happened in the Michigan game when they played a month or so ago.
They didn't look very good, but they will get the best shot in this game, but I think Notre Dame will give their best shot.
It'll be very close, but it's going to be hard to beat Ohio State unless they beat themselves.
Well, thank you.
Senator Tommy Tuberville, really appreciate it.
Good luck in the hearings.
Let us all, everyone watching, let us know what we need to keep the pressure on, you know, not just the Democrats, but even the, you know, let's call it the waffly Republicans who aren't always on board.
Let's make sure we get that pressure on.
We can get these confirmations done swiftly so that we can start leading and putting America first on day one.
Thank you very much, Senator.
Really appreciate you having it coming back.
Thank you.
Talk to you soon.

Again, that's allfamilypharma.com slash donjr, donjr, code Don Jr., 10. Now, this evening, Speaker Mike Johnson says he's supporting efforts to place conditions on disaster assistance for California in the wake of the destructive wildfires blazing in Los Angeles amid California's gross mismanagement of funds.
And there's also reportedly discussions underway about potentially pairing the California disaster aid with a debt limit increase.
Here to react to this and quite a bit more, Congresswoman from Florida's 13th District, Anna Paulina Luna.
Anna, good to have you back.
How are you?
Hey, Don.
Nice to see you again.
Great to see you.
It was good seeing you at the Lago on, I guess it was Friday night.
But first off, I know you have some personal roots in Southern California near where those fires are.
What is your overall reaction to all of it?
In this disaster relief, and does there need to be conditions placed in there to get further federal aid to California?
I mean, I feel like, you know, a lot of really bad stuff happened in North Carolina.
There wasn't this kind of response.
It feels like those people were left by the wayside.
I think all Americans should be taken care of, but talk about this one specifically first, and then your reaction to, you know, sort of the lackluster response as it related to what happened to the hurricane victims in North Carolina.
Yeah, of course.
For many of you that might not know this, I actually grew up in Southern California, and I still remember when Southern California was actually a Republican state.
And so what I'm seeing happening now is you're seeing a lack of management and really qualification.
And as a result of that, you're seeing some of the horrible response from the county and local and state officials in regards to the wildlife impact.
And not just that, but what happened with the wildfires.
So my opinion, Dawn, I do think that this could have been better.
If you had someone that knew what they were doing or you had a Governor DeSantis, for example, that was running the state.
Now, we know that the media won't actually cover it, right?
We know that the media doesn't want to be critical of Gavin Newsom.
But what I will tell you is that you are correct.
What we found out and actually in our oversight hearings is that...
FEMA actually was openly discriminating and covering up, from what I found in my line of questioning, some of the cases in regard to them denying claims for supporters because they were either conservative or had Trump flags or signs in their lawns, at least in Florida.
And then also, too, a whistleblower said that that was happening in other states like North Carolina as well.
And so I do think that Johnson is correct, though, that this will be tied to certain things that the state of California has to be done.
But not just that, Dawn.
What we're finding is this administration...
Would like to use California.
They like to blame it on climate change.
Meanwhile, they're shelling literally millions of dollars to places like Ukraine and then saying that they can't help victims in North Carolina.
So it is interesting to see how that perspective is with this administration.
But the incoming administration, your dad's administration, is going to fix all of that.
Yeah, it was sort of amazing.
You know, we can't get into people who lost everything, houses, loved ones, their businesses, you know, in North Carolina, but we can pass a bill to send another couple hundred million dollars to Ukraine overnight.
But we also saw Democrats actually directing their followers to support the relief efforts in California by going to Act Blue.
I mean, the Democratic fundraising apparatus, like, is that even...
Is that even legal?
And does that type of behavior itself warrant further oversight from Congress?
Yeah, it's not ethical.
But remember, they did the exact same thing with George Floyd.
In fact, that was largely the reason why Democrats were able to raise as much as they were during the George Floyd rights.
They did the exact same thing.
Now, what is interesting is with the new PlatformX, we have community notes.
And so to see people like Elizabeth Warren and even Gavin Newsom being...
Corrected in real time, and then obviously they weren't able to raise as much.
But it's completely unethical because you have people that are low information, low propensity, people that might not necessarily think that they're donating to the Democrat fundraising platform, but that's exactly what they're doing.
It's nothing that I'm surprised by anymore, though, Don.
I've seen a lot up here.
And as you stated in some of those hearings, I mean, if they do it from their personal accounts, it's one thing, but they are pretty sneaky in regards to fundraising money in that sense.
Yeah, it seems like they were pretty sneaky as it relates to some of the election stuff, so hopefully we'll get to the bottom of that too.
Anna, what are your thoughts?
I've talked a lot about this broader new MAGA coalition that's going on.
People from all different walks of life, different political alliances getting together to try to put America first and actually get this agenda that my father wants done past.
How does that translate to the work that you're doing in Congress?
What do you see as the first items of business?
In this new legislative session.
Well, you know, having the White House and Senate really does bring a new perspective to Congress as a whole, because a lot of what we're doing now and that we pass, we know that the Senate will likely also put on your dad's desk and it'll actually get signed into law.
You know, when we had Democrats controlling the Senate, they were really denying a lot of what we were sending up from Congress.
And so, you know, a lot of our priorities is, A, going to be securing the border, but then also, too, we have to make sure that we raise the debt ceiling and that we have, you know, these talks and reconciliation.
You know, unfortunately, what happens If Democrats see a leverage point and they can force a Republican administration into negotiating with them, they will extract and extort, in my opinion, certain demands so that they can get legislation passed.
So it's really going to be, I think, a test of the House majority, whether or not we can get along and deliver on the president's agenda.
So as you see, Don, we have people from all different factions of Congress, whether it's the moderates, whether it's the more hardliners and conservatives like the House Freedom Caucus, or whether it's some of those more libertarian-leaning members that are going to be delivered.
So here's to hoping.
We're cautiously optimistic.
But if I could just put something in perspective, Dawn, I actually just had a whistleblower come forward and put two very different stories on my table, right?
Said that during the Trump administration, he had a little girl that was basically adopted.
Her parents were suicide bombers that were Taliban, and so the MARSOC went in, rescued this little girl.
She came to the United States, and the first Trump admin actually helped to fight for her to stay here in the States.
Joe Biden's State Department and administration knowingly put this little girl in harm's way, actually deported her back because they were trying to spite the previous Trump administration.
As a result of this, Don, this little girl was actually sexually assaulted.
So my office is taking on this case, and we found...
We found out that the State Department was covering this up and trying to now currently release this little girl into the custody of a known person on the terrorist watch list in the United States.
And so when I tell the American people that there are two very, very different administrations that I've had the opportunity to serve under in Congress, and I look forward to your father's agenda because of what I'm seeing in regards to exposing corruption and actually fixing a lot of these problems that we're seeing.
Congress's job just doesn't stop at voting.
We have to ensure that we are helping President Trump eliminate the deep state that's currently worked against not just the American people, but has largely been responsible for putting innocent people in harm's way.
Yeah, it's amazing.
I mean, imagine, I mean, you want to release a young girl into the arms of a terrorist.
You know, again, I say it all the time, it's hard to believe.
You see, that's the same thing with all the pedophiles.
We're protecting and we're releasing pedophiles.
We're signing pardons for people on death row for multiple murders where they murder a young girl a week after she killed their mom.
I mean, it's hard to believe.
I feel like I'm the star of The Truman Show and people are just seeing how far you can go before you break because it's truly...
There, but hopefully you get to the bottom of that one too and just hold these people accountable, Anna.
But I do have to ask, I know we spoke about this a little bit last week.
You've been a big voice investigating the mystery surrounding UFOs, UAPs.
What's going on?
What's new?
What's happened in these hearings and where does it go from here?
So this is a very long conversation, but to summarize it and put it in perspective, when I got into Congress my first term, part of my purview and perspective being in the military, and that's where I really first heard about this, was from pilots that had an encounter while flying when I was stationed at the Portland Air National Guard.
But part of this is related to national defense.
Obviously, I'm in Florida.
I have MacDill Air Force Base right in my backyard.
So I had an interest in it from that perspective as a military member and then also national security.
But really where I... Honed in my interest is when I was approached by Representative Matt Gates and Tim Burchett in regards to two whistleblowers that came forward at Eglin Air Force Base, said that the Air Force had information and that they were essentially covering it up.
So I, of course, went up there being a member of House Oversight.
And when I tell you, Dawn, that I was essentially men in black with not just Representative Gates, but also Representative Tim Burchett, and that we were denied information as members of Congress.
Remember, Congress We're good to go.
Reason why we need to be denied access to anything, whether or not they deemed us able to look at the information.
The fact is, as a member of Congress, we have the highest security clearances.
We should be able to provide oversight for that.
They try to deny us the information.
What I can tell you is in my investigations and just looking at it from a mathematical perspective, I do not believe that we are the only life form that exists in galaxies.
But what I can tell you is From what I'm seeing, the way that the U.S. government has been handling this information, almost as treating the people as if we're stupid, I think that that's inappropriate.
You know, what's interesting, Dawn, is that this has been the biggest push.
I'm not just in the House, but in the Senate.
And it's bicameral and bipartisan.
So we have people from, you know, people that I don't really like, like Adam Schiff to Marco Rubio, who's our new incoming Secretary of State.
And so there are a lot of people that realize that the information that we've obtained, the information brought forward by whistleblowers, to include also documented declassified evidence from the Pentagon, says that there is something out there.
And so, you know, not to be a tin hat wearing conspiracy theorist, I'm just going on facts and what I've been able to deliver.
But what I can tell you is based on my research, it is real.
I think the American people know that, but I think they want the U.S. government to admit that.
So here's to, I guess, the first omission that it's real.
Yeah, no, I sort of feel like, you know, again, for the last few months, you've seen some of the videos, you've seen some of that evidence, and it's like the world got so chaotic under Joe Biden, the administration, people struggling just to get by, us entering wars, the Middle East going to hell, that like it was all of a sudden like, hey, here's all this like pretty, you know, this great evidence that UFOs.
People are like, I'm too busy to worry about that right now.
I feel like at any other time in history, this would have been the biggest story in the history of the world.
And yet, the chaos sown by the Biden administration and their failures, it almost was like, ah, we'll get to that later on.
It doesn't even matter.
Well, you know, what's interesting is we actually did coordinate those hearings.
So, I mean, we started the hearings in oversight.
A lot of people, Don, didn't want to touch it.
They thought that if they really addressed the topic of UAPs that they would be kind of deemed as weirdos and lose their political careers.
But we actually had, I think it was one of the largest viewed and biggest audience hearings in congressional history.
And then the second hearing that we had, we just wanted to reaffirm and provide more evidence.
Now, look, there's going to be both good and bad actors, especially in this space, because I think that there's a lot of...
But I'm telling you, just based on what I found through government documents, Operation Paperclip, Operation Blue Book, these are all declassified programs that the U.S. government had.
And so it's not imaginary.
It's not make-believe.
It's real.
I just think that it puts things in perspective.
Little rock floating through outer space.
And so I think it can kind of put some of your stressors and perspectives when you think about it through that lens.
Yeah, you know, I'm a trumpet.
There's no shortage of ego or hubris at times.
But I'm like, yeah, who are we to think?
Like, we're this little thing in what's essentially infinite space.
And we're like, we're the only ones that this could have possible.
I mean, you'd think just statistically, you know, it'd be impossible to be alone.
That doesn't mean someone's more advanced, but there almost has to be other life.
So it'll be interesting to see this.
And frankly, I hope we get it.
Get full transparency into that.
It's a shame, though not surprising, that even congressional oversight would be stonewalled.
And again, I hope we can get rid of those roadblocks, because I think the American people need to know these things, and I think they also need to know where their money is being spent and or wasted.
I think that transparency is going to be such a huge part of this administration.
Once people understand just how bad some of these decisions are, just how bad the waste, fraud, and abuse is, They'll actually get involved and stop voting for it.
You know, when they think, hey, everyone's operating in good faith, once they realize that's not the case, I think we can actually get a lot done.
Yeah, you know, I'll just say this because I don't know how long the segment is, but look, I've been told that because I voted down FISA, for example, that had this, you know, a section in it that was not in the best interest of the American people needs to be reformed, right?
Section 702. That I was not being a team player.
And I would respond that, you know, I serve the team of the American people in the Constitution.
And so, look, this place can be reformed.
I think your dad proved that there's a lot of good people that have been elected.
And even just comparing two years ago to now, there is change that's occurring in Washington.
And it's a breath of fresh air because I can tell you that when I first got up here, it was pretty hard to stomach some of the stuff that we were saying.
But again, that only happens when people choose to get involved and get engaged.
And what I will finish with this, Dawn, is that if you can watch the hearings and some of the evidence that we presented, look at what Congress has submitted into the archives.
And frankly, I'm gonna be starting the Ancient Civilizations and Archaeology Caucus.
There's a lot of interest in that.
And maybe you'll come and watch some of our hearings then. - Oh, I'll have to do that.
I mean, you talk about that sort of coming in as an outsider.
You weren't part of a political establishment.
Can you talk about some of the other fresh faces and fresh voices in Congress, like yourself, perhaps new people that are coming in?
Tell us about this current GOP conference and the reason for the optimism, hopefully, in this House.
I mean, are you seeing more of those faces that just aren't part of the usual machine?
What has that been like working on the Hill with those people?
Because I think that's the biggest thing.
If we can break some of that...
You know, that stalemate of just these people.
Well, this is the way it's always been, and I've been here forever.
You know, where do we go next?
Yeah, of course, for incoming freshmen members, you have Brandon Gill, Abe Hamide.
I mean, a lot of people that your dad endorsed were people that would deliver on the America First agenda and also, too, weren't from Washington, weren't from D.C., didn't, you know, engineer their entire lives to run for office, but simply stepped up because it was the right thing to do, which is more of what we need in Washington.
But also, too, it's not just at the congressional level, right?
Like, we can pass great legislation, but if we don't have people that will enforce the pieces of legislation and these different...
Appointed positions, that's also where you'll see the blockades.
And so having people like Tulsi Gabbard, like Pete Hegseth, like Kash Patel that will be getting confirmed, mind you, tomorrow, even though they're going to be putting them through the gauntlet, they're going to be getting confirmed and can do kind of a top-down overhaul of some of these departments, that also helps.
And so we really have two years to push through, and I think push through legislation that will change this country for generations to come.
I know that we have a very slim majority, and so I just...
Ask all of our Republican colleagues to work together and listen to President Trump's message, right?
When we were down there this weekend, President Trump had many members of Congress listen to what they had to say.
But name me one other Republican president that's done that.
No one's done it from what I can remember.
Not even Democrats have done that.
And so I think that we have a really unique time in American history where we can really usher in the golden era.
I'm not just saying that.
I genuinely believe that.
And so, again, I'm cautiously optimistic.
We have seven more days.
So we have really a true leader back in the White House.
And I think that that's really going to impact not just legislation here in the United States, but also foreign policy.
And as you're seeing things with China and Taiwan, Ukraine and Russia, and really the Middle East, Israel as well.
I think that that stuff is all going to quietly settle because we actually have a man back in the White House.
I agree.
What are your top priorities, Anna, for January 20th and shortly beyond?
What are the things that need to get done in your mind that we've got to focus on?
Because I've been talking about it.
I said it with Senator Tuberville earlier.
We need the people watching to be vocal.
Keep that pressure on.
If you see some of the Republicans get weak-kneed because they'd rather cater to Democrats or Washington establishment media rather than doing what their constituency wants, hold them accountable.
Get vocal.
It's amazing how that works.
When we put on that pressure, We can move mountains.
But what are your top priorities for the first 100 days?
So I'd say the top thing really to allow the president and his administration to deliver on the campaign promises to the American people to include border security and all that is we are going to have to raise the debt ceiling.
And we are going to have to do that via reconciliation, meaning we are going to have to find savings for the American people, but also increase so that there is funding available for the incoming administration.
So if you think of the U.S. government kind of like a corporation or a business, what's currently happening is there's a lot of spending.
And there's no...
Profit, there's nothing coming in, but we're sending a lot out, right?
So we need to kind of flip that around, adjust it so that we can get back on the right track.
So that's probably number one.
Number two, though, would be we have to stop what's happening with illegal immigration in this country.
You know, not to scare people, but the U.S. government under Joe Biden knowingly released individuals on the terrorist watch list into U.S. territory, meaning that they are here, they are in your backyard.
That's not to fearmonger people.
That is dangerous.
These people...
People are not here to help the United States.
They are here to hurt us.
Fix that.
We have to correct that.
And also, we are not a true nation if we don't have borders.
And so we have to ensure that our borders secure.
And then I would say from a very important but the number three thing that we have to do, obviously, top priority would be ensuring that our foreign policy is squared away.
Right now, China is eating our lunch.
We really do have a threat that China will invade Taiwan.
Not just that, but we also have Russia and Ukraine.
Obviously, us sending millions of dollars unaccounted for to Ukraine is not sustainable, not just for the world.
And so, having your father, A, open up dialogues and discussions with world leaders.
Which not to throw shade at the current administration, but I don't think that those discussions were being had.
And I say that because of what you're seeing happen on the world stage currently with other countries that are knowingly and outright disrespecting the United States.
Those would be top three.
And then also to delivering on the campaign promises of dealing with this inflation, this administration currently under Joe Biden, the way that they spent, the way that they managed the economy, it's really not good.
I think the incoming administration is walking into a dumpster fire, but I have faith that they will be able to...
Sort out everything and turn the ship around.
Well, Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, thank you so much.
I look forward to seeing you in D.C. later on this week, but appreciate all you're doing, and we'll see you then.
See you soon.
Thanks.
Guys, the news rundown is coming up in just a moment.
We had to do it a little bit reversed because of some of the votes that are going on in D.C. We want those senators voted.
We want them out there.
We want them working on the confirmation process.
But before we get to the news rundown...

So, guys, with that, we're going to talk about the news a little bit.
Some of it we've covered peripherally, but we'll get into more details.
Tomorrow is going to be a major day.
As Secretary of Defense nominee Pete Hexeth, my friend, great guy, true American hero, has his hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee.
We already know what the attack from Democrats will look like.
Elizabeth Warren sent Pete Hegseth a deranged, truly deranged, letter last week that was filled with pathetic smears and weak attacks.
For example, Warren attacked Hegseth for wanting to fire the generals that were behind the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal.
Consequences for failure are a big no-no in Washington, you would think.
But Elizabeth Warren, Pocahontas.
We'll apparently protect those who are clearly incompetent.
The system they are fighting to preserve allows non-stop failure.
We've watched it happen over and over again.
Warren also tried to claim that Pete Hexeth is a terrorist.
Wait for it.
Because he had a Jerusalem cross tattoo.
Think about that.
The Jerusalem cross.
I guess he also had a Maltese cross.
Literally, he has the same tattoo that was on the cover of Jimmy Carter's funeral memo, whatever they call it.
I mean, it's literally the same thing, but they were trying to call him a Nazi for it.
I mean, this is how deranged the Democrats got.
She wrote, We cannot have a defense secretary whose fellow service members feel concerned enough about it to report it as a potential insider threat.
Huh, I wonder who did that.
I imagine absolutely no one.
Elizabeth Warren is so desperate to smear Pete Hexeth that she's claiming being a proud Christian means that you are an extremist.
That shouldn't surprise us from today's Democrat Party, but it still happens day in and day out.
Why is a senator attacking religious expression?
Does a former Harvard law professor not understand the First Amendment?
Also, does Warren now think that Jimmy Carter is some sort of radical, neo-Nazi, whatever it may be that they've been calling him?
The Jerusalem cross was on the cover of his funeral program, as I mentioned earlier.
So you'd think they'd get over it.
You'd think they wouldn't push this line of attack, but it doesn't stop them because the hypocrisy from the Democrats knows no bounds.
Meanwhile, Biden and his handlers continue to be delusional.
Biden somehow thinks he would have won the election.
Seriously, guys, like, Joe Biden getting lost on stages, can't remember where he is, can't remember who he's talking to, falls up and down stairs all day long, thinks he would have won the election.
Check it out.
Do you regret your decision to run for re-election?
Do you think that that made it easier for your predecessor to now become your successor?
I don't think so.
I think I would have beaten Trump.
I think that Kamala could have beaten Trump.
It wasn't about...
I thought it was important to unify the party.
And when the party was worried about whether or not I was going to be able to move, I thought, even though I thought I could win again, I thought it was better to unify the party.
And I had it was the greatest honor of my life to be president of the United States.
But I didn't want to be one who caused a party that wasn't unified to lose an election.
And that's why I stepped aside.
But I was confident she could win.
As my father said in his debate with Joe Biden.
I'm not sure what he just said.
And I'm not sure he knows what he just said.
Seriously?
He thinks Kamala Harris would have won.
Well, why didn't she win?
I mean, if she could have won, why didn't she?
If he was so confident, he should have stayed in the race.
No one in the Democrat Party thought he could do that, and I think anyone watching at home didn't even look at that debate as the bloodbath it was.
They felt sad for a guy.
He needs to be in a nursing home.
This guy still controls our nuclear codes.
It's dangerous, and it's insane.
Just today, he said that when he became president, the border numbers came way down.
Think about that.
They came way down.
The opposite is, of course, true.
The number of illegals crossing skyrocket to record highs.
Biden even went on to say that he pushed very hard, very hard, to put more Secret Service agents on the border.
Obviously, that didn't happen, and frankly, the Secret Service doesn't work at the border.
But considering how the Secret Service, some of them, and certainly leadership performed at this time, I'm not sure.
That would have actually accomplished anything anyway.
But listen for yourself.
Let's get something in mind about the border.
When I became president, the numbers came way down, number one.
Number two, we had a circumstance where I pushed very hard for a bipartisan agreement to put more people on the border, more secret services.
And guess what?
He's on the phone saying, don't do it.
Don't do it.
Yeah, so again, I don't know if too many Secret Service agents on the border, not exactly their job.
You would think that Biden, who is a protectee of the United States Secret Service and has been for quite some time, including as VP for eight years prior to this, would actually know that.
But it will not surprise you that Biden clearly doesn't know anything.
Biden's top national security aide, Jake Sullivan, is also on a farewell tour.
He says that Biden's legacy is that the United States is in a stronger...
More secure position than when they took office.
You can't make it up, folks.
So, the United States is in a stronger, more secure position and our competitors and adversaries are weaker and under pressure.
I think that's the main handoff that we will make.
Who could possibly believe that?
I mean, think about it.
I mean, these people have security clearances and they'll lie to your faces.
Maybe we've got to revoke all of those along with the 51 people that signed the letter.
Saying that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.
Like, why don't we start with all of those people and some of the warmongers and others who profit off of their security clearances that don't actually need security clearances?
Let's just get rid of all of those on day one.
But no wonder CNN's ratings are awful.
There's not too many people left that can sit through being lied to to their face like that anymore.
They've heard it all.
They're sick of it.
But in other news, the New York Times finally admitted the obvious.
In a column this weekend, the New York Times editorial board wrote, quote, the current surge in immigration will slow the pace of wage growth for Americans without college degrees over the next few years.
So far, for the past four years, they've been fact-checking anyone, anyone, that says Biden's open borders are hurting American workers.
But now...
Now that the election is over, folks, they're going to be really honest and they're going to admit the truth.
It never ends.
It never ends.
It's why they're failing.
It's why it's so important to like, share, subscribe.
People like me, get it out there.
People that are like us, other people on Rumble that are talking about real news, that are willing to have these conversations, that have been saying stuff like this, frankly, for months and years.
I wrote a book about it.
In the summer of 2019, I mean, it's nuts.
This stuff has to stop.
The information is out there.
We just need to put a nail in the coffin of the mainstream media who have failed us so drastically.
But finally, guys, we're learning even more about the awful response to California and the fires out there.
Turns out, there was water in a reservoir for the Palisades that literally holds...
117 million gallons of water.
But get this.
It's been empty for nearly a year.
Why?
Will they ever tell us?
Why is a reservoir that's designed to hold water for exactly this kind of thing empty?
Why would it allow it to be that way?
You know the fires are a problem.
My father was talking about it out there the last time it happened in 2018 and how this is just a tinderbox waiting to go up in smoke.
They know it.
They do nothing.
Watch this news clip.
A man saved his family home with just a garden hose.
He said he saw no firefighters while doing this.
Again, how is it possible and why?
When I was out here hosing the house down and getting ready, and when the houses started to burn...
I didn't see one single fire truck out here at all.
Zero.
If they had some fire trucks, just put a squirt here, a squirt there, and kept an eye on things, all these houses would be here now.
I'm telling you right now, I saw it with my own eyeballs.
All these houses.
The houses behind me, they're all gone.
They started with one little spark, one little small fire.
They just squirted those out, had a few people out there, and they'd all be here now.
I did what I needed to do.
I did what I wanted to do.
I did what I thought I could do, and that's what I did.
You know, I've read a lot about, you know, I guess Stewart and Linda Resnick controlling all of the water and they have some sort of, you know, perhaps closeted pack with the governor and Democrat policy to allow them to profiteer from this while not allowing the water to go where it's needed, especially in emergency.
And Gavin Newsom, well, he's now claiming that he's ready to build his own Marshall Plan to rebuild Los Angeles.
But he was asked about the details of that plan.
And, well, he didn't quite know.
But he promises it will be really, really, really ridiculously awesome, guys.
You know, I have a plan.
It's wonderful.
Tell us about it.
You can't do that.
I have a feeling there's going to be a lot of conspiracy theories floating out there because of everything else we've seen over the last nine years.
And I imagine the most nefarious of those will probably be exactly right.
Check this one out.
Already organizing a Marshall Plan.
We already have a team of looking and reimagining LA 2.0, and we're making sure everyone's included, not just the folks on the coast, people here that were ravaged by this disaster.
You just said you're organizing a Marshall Plan for the rebuilding of California.
What is that Marshall Plan?
Tell us about this Marshall Plan.
We're just starting to lay out.
I mean, we're still fighting these fires.
So we're already talking to city leaders.
We're already talking to civic leaders.
We're already talking to...
Business leaders and nonprofits.
We're talking to labor leaders.
We're starting to organize how we can put together a collection of individuals on philanthropy for recovery, how we can organize the region, how we can make sure that we are seeking federal assistance for the Olympics more broadly, but also federal assistance for the recovery efforts, and how we can galvanize the community with folks that love this community to really develop a mindset.
So that at scale, we're dealing with the scope of this tragedy and responding to it at scale with efficiency like the executive order I talked about, time value of delivering projects, addressing building codes, addressing permitting issues, and moving forward to rebuilding and being more resilient.
Yeah, when he talks about that, in my mind, I think I know what's going to happen.
Obviously, the lack of insurance has made it impossible.
The permitting process, even if you wanted to rebuild, even if you could get permits, even if they fast track all of those things, there's not going to be enough contractors to rebuild all of this.
And so someone's going to swoop in and buy all of that real estate in some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the world.
They're going to turn it into tenement housing.
Because remember, you know, you can hear the lines essentially about inclusivity and yada, yada, yada.
And Americans are going to be left by the wayside while they make and continue to build their dystopian communist paradise in California.
That's my prediction.
That's what I see happening.
You know, they'll move just enough red tape that one or two people can maybe rebuild or if they know someone, but everyone else is going to get screwed.
But guys, the fire threat is still intensifying.
This evening, this evening, the National Weather Service has issued a particularly dangerous situation warning for large swaths of Los Angeles and Ventura counties, cautioning of wind gusts ranging from 45 to 70 miles per hour.
Dry air and a higher risk of rapid fire spread and extreme fire behavior.
This is still very much an active threat and we continue to pray for all those enacted, especially the incredibly brave firefighters and first responders that are there on the ground doing these things, right?
We cannot and should not, and if it even appears that I'm doing this in any way, shape, or form, I want to make sure...
We do have to separate out, like I do when I talk about the FBI, like I do when I talk about the military.
The bureaucrats at the top, the people who make the decisions and have failed so badly in this response, that's not the same as the guys on the ground actually doing that work.
These people are heroes, and we've got to pray for them.
All of those who may have lost everything or lost loved ones, we have to get this fixed.
But we also have to make sure when my father gets in there, We're just not working to fix what's going on in California.
But we don't forget those people around the rest of the country who suffered tragedies, who suffered losses that you couldn't fathom, like North Carolina.
We spoke about it earlier.
You know, that $750 check, that ain't gonna cut it.
I have a feeling the people of California wouldn't accept it, and neither should they.
So we have to make sure we take care of...
Everyone.
So, guys, with that, I may take a couple questions.
I have a few more minutes.
Want to see, you know, what you guys are thinking.
Yes, Don Jr. praying for Dad, that he makes things better.
Agree, North Carolina is terrible, too.
Yeah, but again, you know, they don't have enough Hollywood celebrities in North Carolina to talk about these things.
We have to make sure that those people are taken care of.
There's no difference.
There are tragedies.
There's natural disasters.
These things happen.
I'd say the response from the federal government was equally disastrous on both.
But North Carolina, that was a hundred-year storm, a thousand-year storm.
I was there.
I saw rivers that were this wide flowing 30 feet deep, taking out highways and buildings that were 25, 30 feet above the waterline.
California, everyone knew about it.
They've seen it.
They've seen the conditions.
They've seen the tinderbox.
They refused to do anything as it relates to forest management.
They didn't care about the water.
They defunded $17 million out of the LAFD, the fire department's budget.
They were very worried about diversity and inclusion.
I see all these beautiful rainbow-colored fire hydrants.
That was their focus.
There's a difference.
There is a difference.
And hopefully, the people who made those decisions that failed their constituency so badly, hopefully, they face some sort of accountability.
People will just finally get it.
You hate to have to see this kind of tragedy happen for people to understand just how incompetent their leadership is, but perhaps that's what it takes.
So how can you rebuild if it takes 10 years to pull a permit?
Left-wing donors will try to buy them off.
Yeah, I think that's right.
I mean, you can't.
And the reality right now is even if you could, there's probably not enough construction crews to rebuild these things.
You're seeing entire cities just gone, right?
It's not like you build a home here and a home there and a home over there.
I mean, you have to build thousands and thousands of acres of lost property.
I don't think there's enough contractors in the country to handle that.
You add in the bureaucratic red tape of California, I'm sure.
They say, we're going to make sure we do this with equity or whatever the hell else they throw in there.
I'm sure there will still be plenty of woke red tape in all of this mix.
And so, I don't know.
It makes me believe what I said a few minutes ago, which is, hey, some big guy, whether it's BlackRock or something like that, is going to come in there, they're going to buy all the real estate, and they're going to put up tenement housing.
Make sure that we get good waterfront housing for...
And, you know, they'll write a small check to those who lost everything to get the hell out, and they're going to permanently transform California into a dystopian hell.
I don't know.
I don't think it's conspiratorial, frankly, even to assume that, because you just look at the facts.
You look at everything else they've done.
It doesn't work.
And then...
You know, I'm sure they'll try to use the federal government to buy out those people.
And, you know, again, it doesn't matter if you lost everything in North Carolina.
It's California.
The Democrats will control it.
They'll manipulate it better.
The mainstream media will say you have to do everything for them.
You know, nothing for the people of Maui, nothing for the people of North Carolina.
They're on their own.
But, you know, California, it's just sad.
How is Trump National LA doing?
Would you ever want to build property in Malibu?
Trump, National LA, we're in Rancho Palos Verdes.
You've been okay so far.
But we understand what it's like dealing with the California Coastal Commission and these sort of agencies that just put up endless roadblocks.
Insanity after insanity.
You can't believe what people have to put up.
Hopefully they can get rid of some of that red tape.
I don't see it happening.
Still a one-party state.
You know, they can say they're going to get rid of some of it, but if you get rid of 80% of it, the remaining 20 is still probably draconian.
It is still probably too much.
So would I ever want to build property in Malibu?
You know, I think I'd have a hard time doing that.
I think we used to build in some of the more liberal cities in this country.
Once we put an R next to our name, that was over.
So, you know, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
Perhaps they need competent developers.
But honestly, at this point for us, even if you had a great opportunity and even if it was good for the people and if it was right, it's probably not even worth looking at because they'd say we're profiteering from other people's pain.
Only their cohorts and other Democrat donors will jump in there.
They'll profit a lot from other people's pain and we'll be watching that play out.
So probably not worth getting involved.
In the mix at all.
Did I stop cracking my knuckles yet?
No, it's something I do all the time.
I have not stopped that yet.
That's never going to stop.
It's hard for firefighters to fight fires with battery-powered chainsaws.
Listen, I'll run a battery-powered chainsaw for certain things, and it's great.
If you have power, I usually leave one in my truck or something like that because I can recharge it on the go.
I have four or five batteries, but if you're doing it full-time, day in, day out, you're cutting your large diameter trees, a small battery-powered chainsaw is probably not going to do that.
We saw that in North Carolina.
They sent shipments of battery-powered chainsaws.
The only problem is they had no power.
It's really hard to charge a battery-operated machine of any sorts if you have no actual power.
That's when some of the insanity really comes to mind.
I don't know what exactly they're doing with California and that one, because it seems like at least they have powers or generators or enough to do this.
In North Carolina, they didn't, and it didn't stop them from sending it because, well, because we know why.
How can we stop foreign bad actors like the CCP from buying the land?
Can there be an executive order to stop this?
I'm sure there can be an executive order to stop some of those things, but the reality is, I think we want to, like we talked about with Senator Tubbleville as it relates to the men playing in women's sports and stuff like that, I think we actually just want to codify that into law.
We want common sense to be there.
Again, you don't want to take advantage of these dire times to try to get common sense, but maybe we have to.
Maybe the pendulum is corrected so far that People will finally say, okay, we actually just have to do these things.
So when China's buying up all this farmland, when they already control all our antibiotics supply, when they're going to control or want to control Taiwan, which controls all the microchips and microprocessors, that doesn't work.
So we ought to actually not just do that through executive order.
Maybe we start the process where you can't buy it through sort of these phony shell entities so that...
Oh, yeah, no, it's a Delaware entity that owns it, but it's owned by the CCP. It all happens to be near our military bases so they can spy on us.
That doesn't work.
We have to get aggressive.
Maybe we started off with executive orders, but the reality is I think we have to codify that into law and just stop it from happening all together.
So, guys, with that, we have a great week.
I'm going to be probably trying to do some random shows, maybe not.
On time, with everything going on around the inauguration on Monday, it's going to be pretty insane.
But I know you're going to want to see that, even if it's just me yakking about what I'm seeing or what I'm able to capture with my phone along the way.
But stay tuned.

I don't know.
I was even confusing my Mondays and Thursdays because it all sort of blended into one.
