What's happening, guys?
Man, the guilty verdict today in Manhattan is the culmination of a years-long effort
of abusing the government to target my father.
Nothing more, nothing less.
The Democrats, their hatred for America, the America First movement, actual patriots, actual Americans, hard-working blue-collar Americans, has led them to transform our once great nation, our once great legal system, into a corrupt one that resembles a third-world country.
Today is truly
A sad day.
But it's not the end of the story, guys.
I refuse to give up.

If we were giving up, we would have stopped in 2020 and said, enough, packed up, gone and played golf.

Number three guy in Biden's DOJ magically gets shipped up to New York to try a case that the same DA, Alvin Bragg, chose not to prosecute years ago.
They waive and change the stature of limitations.
This thing could have been brought forth seven years ago, but it wasn't.

It's almost like, it's almost like it's election interference, but I will say this guys, again,
The Democrats have succeeded in their years-long quest to turn America into a shithole country.
There can be no doubt that that has been their plan all along.
Look at the results.

The real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people.
And they know what happened here, and everybody knows what happened here.
You have a sole respect DA and the whole thing.
We didn't do a thing wrong.

I'm fighting for our Constitution.
Our whole country is being rigged right now.
This was done by the Biden administration.
In order to wound or hurt an opponent, a political opponent.

But this was a rigged decision right from day one with a conflicted judge who should have never been allowed to try this case.

Well guys uh so I spoke to my father a couple minutes ago right after this uh ridiculous you know third world banana republic uh verdict came in and you know honestly he's somber but I think sort of gets it I think his resolve is frankly only increased he understands
You know, and he has understood for a long time, right?
He understood in 2020, he understood in 2016.
Uh, 2015 actually, when he announced that he was running and we all got in the elevator, my whole family, uh, even my little daughter who's sitting on the couch here watching me.
Uh, he got in the elevator and he looked at me and he goes, now we find out who our real friends are.
It said a couple things.

He understood what was gonna happen.
All those people, all the celebrities that were all his buddies, they all loved him, and you've seen all the quotes, and you've seen all the videos from the 80s, and the 90s, and the 2000s, and The Apprentice, and all of a sudden, magically, just by chance, they're all gone, because he was gonna run as a Republican.
He said what needed to be said, and remember the outrage of that press conference?
You know, that didn't happen that day, by the way.
That happened two weeks later.
The outrage started two weeks later, when he actually started gaining traction.
But he said, now we find out who our real friends are.
And beyond understanding what was going to happen, it was actually the other side of that was he understood what was going to happen and he did it anyway.
And that's what we need right now.
He understood what was going to happen, and didn't back down from that, didn't go away, didn't say, you know what, it's not worth it.
He did it anyway, knowing full well, and that actually means so much more to me, and that's what we all need to do right now.

That's what we just saw.
This won't stop Trump.

New York State literally changed a law for one year on statute of limitations so they could go back and try my father for something allegedly from 30 years ago.
You know, it's not like he was hiding for the last 30 years.
They magically found him, you know, like he wasn't out there.
But, you know, you run as a Republican, all of a sudden they change the law for one year so they can prosecute one person and then the law reverts back to the way it always was.
Here, same thing, statute of limitations, doesn't matter.
We'll alter the law to go after one person, your political enemy.
And that's what the Democrats are doing.
So, you know, that was Tucker's reaction.
That's a little bit rough as a son to read.
That's a little hard, but probably not wrong.
Basically, he goes on to say, but if this doesn't mark the end of the fairest justice system in the world, anyone who defends this verdict is a danger to you and your family.
And he's right.
This is how it starts.

You step up against them and you are out.
There's nothing they won't do.
They'll jail you.
They'll try to bankrupt you.
And to Tucker's point, maybe they take it even a little bit further than that, as if it's not enough.
I think they've shown very clearly that there's nothing they're not willing to do.

He is such a great judge that it's hard to see that the jurors wouldn't have the same impression.

Earlier this afternoon, Donald Trump was arraigned by a Manhattan grand jury on 34 felony counts.
This case is an abomination.
You know, it's obviously political.
Seven years to try to come up with this case.
They're just wrong on the law.
The only crime that Donald Trump is being prosecuted for is the crime of running for president.
Political persecution at the highest level.
They've quite frankly given up on trying to beat him at the polls.
Either going to steal it or stop it by law firm.
Democrat prosecutor elected on a get Trump platform.
What's going on here is a disgusting disgrace.
It is war on Trump, it is war on the Republican Party, and it is a war on the Republic.
This case is the weakest case I've seen in 60 years of teaching, practicing, and writing about criminal law.
I doubt the New York indictment would have been brought against a defendant whose name was not Donald Trump.
This judge, I mean, you don't need a prosecutor if you have a judge like this.
This judge is not on the level.
It's a terrible case, but the judge has been pretty much a rubber stamp on everything that Bregg has wanted to do.
