| Well guys, if you don't think that we're slipping further and further towards communism and literally away from everything that America stands for, there are reports out now, all over the press, that the Manhattan judge overseeing my father's case there, where he's being indicted for something that's never been charged as a felony before, I mean, you know, minor details, but the judge there wants to put a gag order On my father, apparently. | |

| A move that would allow someone accused of what even the leftists at the Washington Post are like a little bit crazy and not allow them to talk about it? | |
| You want to silence a leading presidential contender four months before the primary starts when a big part of what he has campaigned on for years was unequal Justice under the law? | |
| Prosecutorial misconduct? | |
| You just take that off the table. | |
| He can talk about it or face fines or face jail time. | |
| I mean, if you don't think that we're becoming communist China with each and every day... | |
| You haven't been watching. | |
| I mean, think about this. We have a First Amendment in this country and you're going to take a leading presidential contender from the opposition party and a biased New York City judge is able to say, you can't talk about the things that we're doing to you. | |
| You can't talk about the weaponization of our Biased legal system. | |
| You can't do that. I mean, think about how insane that is. | |
| Think about, like, how unconstitutional it is. | |
| We're going to charge you with something crazy and ridiculous that's never been done before. | |
| After passing on the Clintons, after letting actual violent criminals all over New York City run rampant and lower their charges. | |
| We're going to do the opposite for you. | |
| And then... And then we're gonna say, you are not allowed to even talk about it. | |
| I mean, like, this feels like a violation not just of your First Amendment, but of your Fifth Amendment and probably a bunch of other amendments, but who really cares? | |
| If you're the Democrats and you control the media and you control big tech and you're getting and raising funds off of the mistreatment of conservatives for years, who really cares? | |
| What difference does it make, folks? | |
| We're gonna keep going because we know it doesn't matter and we know those people in those trillion dollar institutions are going to protect us. | |
| We're gonna just charge you with a bunch of nonsense and then we're not gonna even let you talk about it to defend yourself in the court of public opinion. | |
| Seems sort of contrary to anything America stands for, but so does everything else going on and highlighted by what they've tried to do with my father for the last six years, folks. |
