| Guys, I just watched an interesting clip from my friend Dan Bongino talking about MasterCard, apparently cutting off Russia, and obviously Russia is a bad actor. | |
| There's nothing new about this. | |
| But, by the way, that doesn't stop us from sending about $50 million a day to Russia Even as they invade Ukraine for oil, it doesn't stop Vladimir Putin from being like the de facto moderator, arbitrator of the Iran deal that Joe Biden's gonna do. | |
| It doesn't stop us from going to Maduro, who also negotiated with Vladimir Putin down in Venezuela, talking about oil deals. | |
| We're trying this cutoff thing, and perhaps admirable, but wait until it gets weaponized against Americans. | |

| You know, Kara, the saddest part about this whole thing, I'm out to dinner with my wife tonight before I get on the air, and we're having a conversation, and she asked me about MasterCard. | |
| She said, what do you think, MasterCard cutting off Putin and Russia and PayPal and other payment services? | |
| And I said, you know what, ordinarily I'd say, wow, that's really terrific, good, it'll put some pressure on them. | |
| But you know what seriously concerns me? | |
| That the left will see this as a bat signal to go in again and turn this on their political enemies here at home. | |
| And by the way, that's not a conspiracy theory. | |
| They've already done this kind of stuff. | |
| Stripe kicking Donald Trump off. | |
| That's got to concern you too, focusing on this stuff over at Heritage. | |
| Precisely. I think this is a test run. | |
| Russia is a test run for what they can do to their domestic enemies here in the United States. | |
| Okay, so we saw this, right? | |
| Justin Trudeau used sort of nonsense powers about peaceful protesters, the truckers, to cut them off, to go after their bank records, to do it. | |
| I've seen it at places where I was going to give a speech. | |
| The banks would cut off the people putting on the speech. | |
| Now, we made enough of a stink. | |
| People got worked up. | |
| The banks realized they're about to lose a lot more customers. | |
| But don't think for one second that all of these things will not be used and weaponized against conservatives. | |
| This is like the green light. | |
| This is like the test run. | |
| We've seen it. There's consequences on our side. | |
| We'll get cut off. | |
| They won't. We see it. | |
| You can't get insurance if you're Pro 2A. You can't do these kind of things. | |
| So let's be really, really careful with this slippery slope because I have a feeling the left loves this idea and will use it and weaponize it against us here in America. | |
