| And he's asked a really simple question about Russian hacking. | |
| He was apparently briefed shortly before And rather than just being able to answer a simple question, he literally has to pull out notes. | |
| Now, this is at his daily ice cream shop stop. | |
| It seems like they spend more time in ice cream shops than they do actually working for the benefit of the American people. | |
