That is a direct quote from Nike CEO John Donahoe.
A company that is of and for China.
Right now, it's a shame because Nike was one of these sort of great American brands, but this is where they've gotten.
Like the NBA and others, they're not going to get in the way of China.
Imagine that. I mean, if you're of and for China, that means you're against America, in my opinion, okay?
There's no other way to do it.
And, guys, it's time we stop financially supporting this nonsense.
They've been a part of every woke BS movement.
They've turned a blind eye to all the atrocities of China.
And now their CEO essentially admits that they're there to serve communist China, okay?
That's like saying, you know, China, CCP, you know, Chinese Communist Party.
This is Nike. Genocide?
Just do it.
Murder and torture? Just do it.
Slavery? Just do it.
Child labor?
No problem. Just do it.
Covering up a global pandemic, probably?
Just do it, guys.
It's okay. China, you know, they seem to be covering up.
They made some comments about the Uyghur situation over there.
They were smacked down by China and they immediately came back, you know, begging for more because they're not really woke, guys.
You understand that, right? It's all about money.
If they can make money being woke, they'll be woke.
If they can make money with China, they'll turn a blind eye to all the atrocities that have been going on for decades.
There's nothing new here.
They're just finally saying it out loud.
We've probably known this all along.
We've probably turned a blind eye to it ourselves.
But Nike, now, they're saying the quiet part out loud.
They say, you know what? China's got, you know, a billion and change people.
Man, it's a market we gotta be in.
Let's focus on that. And if you say anything about China, you're out, right?
That's how it works over there. So they're more than happy to disparage America.
They're more than happy to support athletes in America that hate America.
More than happy to do all that.
But this was said by their CEO out loud on an earnings call.
Now, this week, the Chinese Communist Party forced the most important pro-democracy paper in Hong Kong to close.
Same week. Nike's CEO declares that Nike is a brand of and for China.
So the Chinese are slaughtering democracy and freedom.
They got genocide going on.
They got child labor.
They got slave labor.
They got every bad thing you could possibly want.
But you know what? They also have a lot of money.
And I guess that makes it all okay.
Right? It makes it all okay.
Right? They're of and for China just like I guess they're of and for genocide.
And they're of and for slave labor.
And they're of and for Abuses across the board.
And lying to the world.
They must be of and for all of that.
I guess Nike's okay with it.
Why doesn't Nike put their headquarters in China?
It's strange. You would think if they're of and for China, maybe the CEO should just move there.
Nah, they kind of like America to live.
They want the Chinese money.
They won't talk bad about the things there.
They'll turn a blind eye to it.
But they're more than happy to live in America.
Guys, move to China.
Just do it. So guys, don't go burn your Nikes.
Wear them, get your use out of them, and never buy another pair after that.
Burning them just creates demand.
You don't need to do that. Wear them, replace them with another brand, because I'm sure there's plenty of brands that won't be outwardly Pro-China, which in my opinion these days means you're anti-America because you can't conflate the two at this point, right?
You know, what Nike's paying D-list athletes to turn their back on their country nowadays, you know, it's a big sum.
Whatever they're paying them, you know, Maybe don't give them the money to pay those guys anymore.
They're gonna hate our country.
You know, maybe your money should be spent elsewhere.
That's just my opinion, but seems to hold true.
And I know it will for a lot of you guys.
So remember their actual words the next time you're looking at buying a pair of sneakers.
Remember the country that they seem to be of and for and the atrocities that China is of and for.
Therefore, Nike must be pretty accepting of those.
