Triggered - Donald Trump Jr - Nike Just Said What About China? This Is Insane. Aired: 2021-06-29 Duration: 04:27 === Nike Is Of And For China (03:53) === [00:00:00] Nike is a brand that is of and for China. [00:00:06] That is a direct quote from Nike CEO John Donahoe. [00:00:10] A company that is of and for China. [00:00:16] Right now, it's a shame because Nike was one of these sort of great American brands, but this is where they've gotten. [00:00:22] Like the NBA and others, they're not going to get in the way of China. [00:00:27] Imagine that. I mean, if you're of and for China, that means you're against America, in my opinion, okay? [00:00:32] There's no other way to do it. [00:00:34] And, guys, it's time we stop financially supporting this nonsense. [00:00:38] They've been a part of every woke BS movement. [00:00:41] They've turned a blind eye to all the atrocities of China. [00:00:44] And now their CEO essentially admits that they're there to serve communist China, okay? [00:00:49] That's like saying, you know, China, CCP, you know, Chinese Communist Party. [00:00:55] This is Nike. Genocide? [00:00:58] Just do it. [00:01:00] Murder and torture? Just do it. [00:01:03] Slavery? Just do it. [00:01:06] Child labor? [00:01:08] No problem. Just do it. [00:01:11] Covering up a global pandemic, probably? [00:01:13] Just do it, guys. [00:01:15] It's okay. China, you know, they seem to be covering up. [00:01:19] They made some comments about the Uyghur situation over there. [00:01:22] They were smacked down by China and they immediately came back, you know, begging for more because they're not really woke, guys. [00:01:28] You understand that, right? It's all about money. [00:01:32] If they can make money being woke, they'll be woke. [00:01:34] If they can make money with China, they'll turn a blind eye to all the atrocities that have been going on for decades. [00:01:39] There's nothing new here. [00:01:41] They're just finally saying it out loud. [00:01:44] We've probably known this all along. [00:01:46] We've probably turned a blind eye to it ourselves. [00:01:49] But Nike, now, they're saying the quiet part out loud. [00:01:54] They say, you know what? China's got, you know, a billion and change people. [00:01:58] Man, it's a market we gotta be in. [00:01:59] Let's focus on that. And if you say anything about China, you're out, right? [00:02:03] That's how it works over there. So they're more than happy to disparage America. [00:02:06] They're more than happy to support athletes in America that hate America. [00:02:10] More than happy to do all that. [00:02:13] But this was said by their CEO out loud on an earnings call. [00:02:17] Now, this week, the Chinese Communist Party forced the most important pro-democracy paper in Hong Kong to close. [00:02:26] Same week. Nike's CEO declares that Nike is a brand of and for China. [00:02:33] So the Chinese are slaughtering democracy and freedom. [00:02:37] They got genocide going on. [00:02:39] They got child labor. [00:02:40] They got slave labor. [00:02:42] They got every bad thing you could possibly want. [00:02:44] But you know what? They also have a lot of money. [00:02:46] And I guess that makes it all okay. [00:02:48] Right? It makes it all okay. [00:02:51] Right? They're of and for China just like I guess they're of and for genocide. [00:02:56] And they're of and for slave labor. [00:02:59] And they're of and for Abuses across the board. [00:03:04] And lying to the world. [00:03:06] They must be of and for all of that. [00:03:07] I guess Nike's okay with it. [00:03:09] Why doesn't Nike put their headquarters in China? [00:03:11] It's strange. You would think if they're of and for China, maybe the CEO should just move there. [00:03:16] Nah, they kind of like America to live. [00:03:18] They want the Chinese money. [00:03:20] They won't talk bad about the things there. [00:03:22] They'll turn a blind eye to it. [00:03:24] But they're more than happy to live in America. [00:03:27] Guys, move to China. [00:03:29] Just do it. So guys, don't go burn your Nikes. [00:03:32] Wear them, get your use out of them, and never buy another pair after that. [00:03:37] Burning them just creates demand. === Remember The Country (00:49) === [00:03:39] You don't need to do that. Wear them, replace them with another brand, because I'm sure there's plenty of brands that won't be outwardly Pro-China, which in my opinion these days means you're anti-America because you can't conflate the two at this point, right? [00:03:53] You know, what Nike's paying D-list athletes to turn their back on their country nowadays, you know, it's a big sum. [00:04:00] Whatever they're paying them, you know, Maybe don't give them the money to pay those guys anymore. [00:04:04] They're gonna hate our country. [00:04:05] You know, maybe your money should be spent elsewhere. [00:04:08] That's just my opinion, but seems to hold true. [00:04:12] And I know it will for a lot of you guys. [00:04:14] So remember their actual words the next time you're looking at buying a pair of sneakers. [00:04:19] Remember the country that they seem to be of and for and the atrocities that China is of and for. [00:04:25] Therefore, Nike must be pretty accepting of those.
