Time Text
Alright guys, so today, Kristen Gillibrand, one of the senators from my former home state of New York, put out this sort of ridiculous tweet.
It said, Well, guess what, Kristen?
I'm pretty sure that none of those things are actually infrastructure.
You know what's actual infrastructure?
The wall. Turns out you actually need it now.
But this is the problem.
These sort of, you know, these are senators.
None of those things have anything to do with infrastructure.
What the Democrats do is they then try to make everything about infrastructure so they can have their slush funds.
By her logic, abortion is infrastructure and gun control is infrastructure and mandated unionization is infrastructure.
Literally anything on the Democrat slash Communist Party's Societal wish list is infrastructure.
That's what they do.
They don't talk about roads.
They don't talk about bridges.
They don't talk about our power grid.
Literally, their wish list is infrastructure because they know there's billions and billions, if not trillions, going to be allocated towards infrastructure.
So guess what? They can chip away at it.
They'll take it and they'll put it into their little pet projects.
This is the definition of pork.
This is what the Democrats do.
Literally, Ted Cruz said only 5% of Joe Biden's infrastructure bill It's for roads and bridges.
5% of the likely trillions of dollars that they're gonna spend is gonna be for actual infrastructure.
Okay? But they're gonna use it to attack you, to attract your freedoms, to attack your rights.
By their definition and her definition, literally everything is infrastructure.
And that's the problem with what the Democrats do, guys.
They make words meaningless.
They come up with nonsense because they see a short-term gain that they can manipulate.
It's literally like, I don't know, no different than the left's use of racism.
Racism is real.
It is a real problem.
It is something that has to be dealt with.
It is not the answer to every problem that's out there.
When everything gets thrown under the umbrella of that's racist, even if something has nothing to do with race, just because that's sort of a, you know, let's call it a Trump card, okay?
Oh, I'm a racist. Oh, now it's racist.
I must stop talking about something that has nothing to do with race.
They make words meaningless.
The Democrat Party has specialized in making words meaningless.
So when someone gets called a racist these days, people say, oh, ho-hum.
I guess it's just Tuesday.
Because they use words and the people who are actually afflicted are those who do truly suffer from racism.
There are people that suffer from it.
There are people afflicted by it.
And when you make people numb to it by overusing it to try to win an argument you can't win with actual logic.
Or facts? You do a major disservice to those people who are actually suffering from it.
It's no different than what you're doing now with the budget process.
Making infrastructure into literally anything you want it to be so that you can have a slush fund and blow taxpayers' money and put us into further deficit.
It's stupid. It's irresponsible.
It's disgusting. And someone has to call it out.
