Hello, everybody.
With me today is Celeste Solum, and a lot of people in the alternative media will obviously know exactly who she is,
but for those who are new to this, Celeste worked for FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the United
States.
And I first come across that organization way, way back in the 1990s.
And it was on my radar very early on.
And it's still centrally important to current events.
So it's fantastic to have Celeste on so that we can get really deeply into the role that it's playing.
And of course, because of her experience with that Deeply sinister organisation.
She learned one hell of a lot about what's planned and the nature of what's playing out now.
So, Celeste, welcome.
Thank you for having me, David.
No problem. Can you just, for people who are new to this subject, maybe new to you, just describe your career with FEMA and other sources of information that what you're going to share with us has been gleaned from?
So let me start in the beginning, and I'm not going to make this a long oratory thing, but basically my dad was in Naval Port Fair, And he sat me on his lap at five and he said, this is all going to happen on your watch.
You need to be prepared. And I took that to heart and I developed many skill sets.
So that kind of set me on the trajectory of what I'm doing today.
I started out in medicine and pediatrics.
And then I did a stint in dentistry.
Then I did a hard left into government service.
And I also was in environmental medicine.
And all this plays a part right now In my ability to decipher and know where to go to find certain information.
So that's what I do.
I'm a broadcaster, I'm an author, and my job has really always been since junior high to be a photojournalist and to bring the news where people fear to go.
And I grew up in a military government household, so I don't really have fear of military government.
You know, when you grow up with it, it's not a fearful thing.
My dad, in fact, went into government service managing public lands, and then he got out of it because of the corruption.
And even he was appalled by the corruption.
So to the degree he became a private consultant.
So I kind of follow in his footsteps, and that's what I'm doing.
And I will probably, I think the way things are going, do it until I do my last breath.
So there is some breaking news that I really want to share with people.
But before the breaking news, there's breaking news as I was getting all my tabs open.
And I'm sure you're familiar with having like 100 tabs open on your computer.
Oh, yeah. I want everyone to know and to see the information themselves.
That it's not my opinion, it's not I'm a lunatic or whatever.
I want you, each person, each viewer to be able to have the opportunity to see it for themselves And be able to find that document so that they can share with other people.
I believe in activism that promotes activism.
And I need to give you the tools to do that.
And so the first thing that we're going to start with is, I guess I have to figure out screen share.
So I'll give it a shot here.

Oh my goodness, what do I do?

I tell you why, while I'm sorting this out, I tell you what the question that came to me was, when your dad sat you on his knee all those years ago, what did he actually say was going to happen?
So it was the radical change of everything that we ever knew.
And I knew he was telling the truth because we had really interesting guests at our home, like microbiologists.
And I came home from school and Jacques Cousteau's submarine was in our driveway.
And I was taught how to use chopsticks by Wally Schirra.
People looking and getting computers and advanced technology out of ancient civilizations.
And the military was doing these archaeological digs and extracting this technology.
So these people would come to our home.
So I knew what he was saying was accurate.
And all the many people that have shared the alternative media and the real history of the world.
So that's how I knew it was true.

And then we'll get into the heart of the matter.
So this is the World Economic Forum.

So when I did this this morning, just to make sure that I had the most current news possible, I was a little shocked when I found this.
But I shouldn't have been.
So, of course, maybe now they're gonna let me or maybe they won't.
Okay, they are. So I found out that right now Right this very minute as we're having this interview, there is a Global Pioneers of Change Summit 2020.
And going on.
And these are all the things from biotechnology, the Internet of Things, air pollution, global health, systemic racism, infrastructure, neuroscience, 3D printing, biotechnology, business, justice and law.
As you can see, it has 5G. 5G is down right here.
Digital identity is right here.
And these are the policymakers.
They are having this right now to implement their plan.
So they've got the problem.
Let's see if I can get us out of here.
So this conference or summit is from November 16th to the 20th.
And so that's right now to showcase their solutions, build meaningful connections, and inspire change across the forum's diverse multi-stakeholder communities.
So I think it's really important that people know that this is going on right now.
And where they're having this, I don't know if it's virtual or if it's an actual physical meeting, but they will be making decisions that are going to change each one of our lives.
So let's get that out now.
You've seen that.
Maybe I can get it out.
The thing is though that people like Klaus Schwab, who officially runs the World Economic Forum, they're coming out now with stuff that was Big time, apparently, conspiracy theory at one point.
He's just come out and talked about the Great Reset will bring about a fusion, basically, of the biological and digital self.
In other words, AI connects to the human brain and starts to dictate human perception.
And all these things that they're coming out with suddenly, as a result of this...
This manufactured pandemic are things that were dismissed as not just conspiracy theory, but far out ridiculous, what are you on, conspiracy theory.
So what we're going to do is talk about some of that.
I'm going to go back in history.
We're going to time travel a little bit.
The reason for that is to understand what I am about ready to say.
And I'm going to say it and then we're going to go do a time travel a bit so that you can understand that this is not something that they just snap their fingers and happen.
They've been working on this for a long time, as you will know, David.
So what my breaking news is that anyone, anyone who has taken a COVID test, they have placed a magnetic beacon.
You have been tagged.
You have been barcoded.
And I am going to provide you the evidence of that today in their own words from the various different sources.
We have to go back a little bit in time to, there's three Asilomar Conferences.
Asilomar is a location, it's near Monterey, California.
It's an old military facility.
It is now a conference ground.
In 1975, there was the first Asilomar Conference.
And let's see if I can bring it up.
I'm not sure. I've got way too many of these tabs open here.
I'm just gonna...
It's easier.
Maybe I should never do tabs and I should just always just type it because otherwise I can't keep organized.
So during this conference, they decided to genetically change All life on Earth.
The only media that I am aware of that covered that conference was Rolling Stone magazine.
And I do have the cover of that.
It says, you idiots, on the front page of Rolling Stone magazine.
Because they just, it didn't matter if you were, if it was plant, animal, or human.
That is what they set out to do at this first SLMR conference.
It was, I guess, February 27, 1975.
And these are the policymakers, and they were setting forth the path.
The second Asilomar was held in 2010 on geoengineering.
I covered that real time.
There is a document that's about 15 pages.
I do have some of the old PowerPoint pictures from that.
Of course, I go through many computers and external drives thanks to our friends that love to hack and destroy things because they don't like what I do.
The third SLMR conference and the last SLMR conference is the AI. That was done in 2018.
They put in an artificial intelligence Framework.
And so that is the trilogy that is driving all the events that we are seeing.
And so this is one component that people need to understand.
The next component, let me see.
Okay, let's go to eyeball.
And I've got cobalt up there.

I think that one's easier to bring up than cobalt.
Oh yes, here you go.
And you're especially gonna appreciate this.
So this is eyeball.
They have been at this since about, I've been warring against it since about 2005.
I will go into a little bit how I got involved.
But if you look up, this is the International Barcode of Life.
Their mission is to barcode all life.
As set forth in the Asilomar 1.
So not only will people be biologically changed, but they will be tagged.
And this is owned and operated by Rockefeller.
And you will appreciate the logo.
To me, this looks reptilian.
This logo looks like a reptilian being.
They certainly have that feel.
Yeah, and it's been that way.
I mean, look at the eyes.
I mean, it's just creepy.
You see the DNA right there, the DNA thing.
They have a conference on their progress of how they made.
This particular one, this particular slide comes from Illuminate Biodiversity.
What maybe a lot of people don't realize is when the United Nations went online, And so about 1996, and people had access, the everyday person had access to the internet, the Convention of Biodiversity.
I went there, and I do have a hard copy of it someplace.
It has since been purged from the internet.
But they said that they were going to deploy, and that was a military term, deployment of biological Genetically modified species throughout the earth.
So I want to also draw people's attention to the word illuminate.
So in the past few weeks, and I am in the process of doing a series of articles that I don't know if you recognized it, but as an organic farmer, I have, is that things looked like a different color.
Like the colors were not the same as before.
And I thought, well, this is really weird.
I You know, I don't know what's causing it.
What is this? I just didn't have the answers to that until this year.
And I tripped on in my research that these forces and powers that are retooling and restructuring our planet have restructured light.
And so I started my series in telling and showing, okay, what is normal like, what is not normal like, and I began To discuss how they are restructuring light.
So this light and this illuminate biodiversity is like a black light.
It's not good forces.
It's evil forces that want to change our planet.
So then that's eyeball.
And then there's a consortium.
This is the eyeball consortium.
And now it's at eyeball.org.
Uh oh. I pushed a button that I didn't want to push.
It doesn't look as flashy, but it is the Consortium for Barcoding of Life, COBOL, and of course you know and are very familiar with the semantics that they love to play.
It's an international initiative devoted to developing DNA barcoding as a global standard for the identification of biological species.
And so people can go to COBOL if they want to and check this out.
So let me get rid of Asilomar here.
I think the thing to emphasize is that, you know, a lot of people are now saying about changing humans and barcoding humans, changing the nature of humans, but they want to change the nature of all life on Earth, no matter what it is, which is why the Green Movement should be absolutely on this case and screaming from the rooftops.
And I don't know if it's relevant, Celeste, but I was interested in what you just said about changing light.
I noticed, because I'm not a big movie watcher, but I do observe changes that are going on and any themes that are going on in terms of subjects.
And I've been noticing now for a long time the number of movies where it's dark.
Where the whole atmosphere throughout the movie is not like normal light.
It's dark.
And I mean, the Harry Potter films are all basically dark most of the time, but that's just one example.
All these kind of sci-fi movies and dystopian movies, it's always dark background, or nearly always anyway.
So what I noticed on the farm was like I collect flowers and I grow lots of different species from across different time periods and around the world and I noticed that their colors were faded and I just couldn't put my finger on it.
But now that I am studying this restructuring of light and anybody can look the restructuring of light up or they can look at my videos at CelestialReport.com.
I have some on YouTube and then also I have articles at shepherdsheart.life so they can look into what I've been writing about and exploring.
But what we're going to see very soon You're right, you're very perceptive that things were dark, but all of a sudden there's going to be this explosion, like the new flat screen TVs, the food that you get at the store are going to be exceedingly bright and colorful, like unnatural. Just kind of like what we noticed, remember when GMO foods were introduced to the world, A chicken or a tomato was a certain size and it had been throughout history and then all of a sudden there were these like giant chickens and giant tomatoes that were unnatural.
That's going to be the same thing that people are going to notice about light and the thing that We all need to protect ourselves is that will be a desensitization for us because then we're going to be subliminally and subconsciously accepting this Restructured light as normal.
And we will, over time, we will forget what did a normal grape look like?
What did a normal, what is normal purple?
What is normal red?
Because they can cram a lot of pixels into this new restructuring of light, but it's synthetic light.
It's not It's not the light that humans or animals.
That's really going to throw animals off.
It's going to throw us off.
And I would say probably single cell organisms too.
How are they, Celeste, pulling this off then?
What's the process of changing the nature of light?
Incrementalization. You know, it's the same old story that they use every time that they want to switch out something is they slowly introduce it and they don't bank on people like me doing, you know, reading peer science journals and They bank on people just looking at the mainstream media, never doing their homework.
And so that's why they don't like me so much because I do go into the journals and I can understand what they're saying.
And then I bring it to light.
But that's how they do it is incrementalization.
But they're generating it technologically, obviously.
Yes, yes.
And the more that they build this satellite web in the sky...
The more, presumably, power they have to mess with our atmosphere.
There's so many things at work, from the atmospheric to Frequencies that we're exposed to, of course the earth is losing its magnetosphere and that is going to play a factor in what we're going to talk about and this technology that's being deployed into people.
What I discovered was that initially when I started Delving into the whole world of nanoparticles, I found that they, at the atomic level, you have to understand these particles are about the size of an atom.
So they're very tiny. It's not, you know, dust might seem like an earth to, you know, because we're at the atomic level.
That they were changing the magnetism and they were changing the spin Of the atoms in our body.
And I didn't understand why at first.
I just made a mental note.
Okay, put this under my hat.
I don't understand it right now.
But I will.
And that's what we're going to be talking about today as far as the COVID test.
And its role in this changing the magnetic spin or the spin and the magnetism of the atoms in our body.
Okay, so the floor is yours then.
Take us on. Okay, so basically what I'm showing you now is from the National Institute of Health.
I want you to realize that this is not just in a plan, in a plan book someplace, but that the National Institute of Health Which is a government organization, has a genetics bank up here.
My cursor is near it.
And it's talking about barcodes and barcoding life.
And so this is one.
You probably can find many.
Then there's other barcode resources.
I mean, the rabbit hole is very...
It's part of the Smithsonian Institution, which wants us to believe one history and hide our true history.
And then we're going to go to bold here in just a second.
But as you can see, there's a catalog of life, the Encyclopedia of Life, the Tree of Life web, and so forth.
So we're going to go to bold So this is rather new.
I really didn't see it until a couple days ago, just because, you know, I have sources, but I don't check them all every day.
So this is part of the Barcode for Life initiative to tag and identify All life forms.
And so people can go to bold systems.
They have databases, identification.
I want to talk about the taxonomy for just a moment.
Historically, Life was classified by the linear system since ancient times, but about, I don't, I don't, I probably, I did an article on it, but I haven't even looked at my article for quite some time.
I discovered that there was a pandemic exercise in 2018 that, to me, made Event 201 very minor player.
I was interested because these exercises, and of course I know about designing exercises, carrying out all phases of exercises, so this was very important, like arrows, you know, clade X. You can look it up on YouTube until they take it down.
That was very much involving the Johns Hopkins operation, wasn't it?
Yes, yes, it was involved.
John Hopkins. But what they did is there was a committee that spent 10 years to make a new classification for life.
And that's called the PHYLO code.
It's P-H-Y-L-O-C-O-D-E. Maybe I can bring it up here.
Although if I do that, I might not get back to where I'm going.
Phylo code.
Because this plays a factor in what we're seeing play out this year.
So it's important.
So there's the phylo code.
So this is the new classification of life.
The problem with it is in the old days, in the linear system, a human was a human.
A bird was a bird.
And a reptile was a reptile, and everybody could clearly see it.
It was common sense.
But this new phylocode made room in the tree to mix and match for lots of hybrids, synthetics, demons, spirits, synthetic lifeforms, Aliens, whatever new species, they knew that we were going to be in a cosmic ray high, which we are right now, which tends to senior moment here.
Changes life.
That's not the word, but I'll think of it in a minute.
Mutates. It mutates all life forms.
So they knew that this was coming.
And so because it was a cycle and it's on a 12,000 year cycle and we are here right now.
The last time this happened, all the megafauna on the planet destroyed.
This is an extinction level event.
The government powers know about it.
If people want to learn more about what the government knows, there is a book was written by a CIA agent who wrote the Adam and Eve story.
And you can find that story at the CIA reading room.
It is free. That is more a sanitized version.
There are people that have the original versions and there's a preamble and a post, but it talks about what is going to happen to our planet and the CIA's awareness of this cycle and that it was coming and they classified it until like three years ago.
And so Anyway, getting back to the phylocode.
So they rearranged and humans are now put in the family with arthropods and dinosaurs and birds.
So it mixes and matches and it makes no sense.
But this is all by deliberate design because they like when they started genetic modification, they were mixing the species like crazy.
So no longer will a human No longer will any life form be pure.
Their goal is to taint all of every single life form.
And why would they do that?
Because in their own rules, and I have a biblical worldview, in God's world, the way he created it, they cannot patent something from the old world.
They can only patent A new life form.
So that's basically what they're doing is make tweaking us enough that we can be patented.
So then they have the cure they have ever in the control and all of this.
So anyway, that's the phylo code.
I got to go back to my notes or I or I'll get.
Okay, so there's another thing that you need to know about.
That is a factor in this and can I find it on here?
Okay, so this is the terrestrial animal health code and this is how I became, I started my, I became an official lobbyist.
I fought against this in the United States.
There are people around the world that were fighting it.
Unfortunately, it is now mandatory and it is Around the world.
So basically this, there are several different codes.
The terrestrial animal health code is 1500 pages.
It is renewed every May.
It is considered a living document, so every May it is updated, so there are no absolutes.
They do consider humans an animal, and this is basically the UN's management of life on Earth.
And what I want you to see too, there's another one that I'm going to show you in just a sec, and there's also an aquatic code dealing with all the animals under the sea, and I don't quite understand why they had to differentiate an animal under the sea and land animals, but they did.
But this one you're going to find very interesting.
So this Used to have a different name, and it still does have a different name, but for the inner, because I've been talking about this for 20 years, it says terrestrial manual, but when you press it, It is actually the Manual for Diagnostic Tests and Vaccines for Terrestrial Animals.
That also is 1500 pages.
That also started in May of 2005 over Halloween.
Actually, it started on Halloween 2005.
It was introduced to the world.
To them, terrestrial animals include humans.
Yes, yes.
So they do have this 1500 page manual.
They also have depopulation manuals called Stamping Out.
It was beta tested in Australia and then it was adopted in the United States and I would assume it was Also, you know, in Britain, all the countries have a stamping out manual.
That's what you would have to look at it and what that stamping out manual does.
Let's see if we can bring it up.
Oops, helps if you don't misspell the word.
So this is the manual.
You're looking at it right now.
The FAO is part of the United Nations.
I call it the Three Sisters.
The Wicked Three Sisters.
And it's the manual for procedures for disease eradication by stamping out.
And so they have had this for a long time and So it tells how to dispose of different species.
It does not go into humans at the time.
That was like, we don't put that in print, but it gives you an idea that they did already have a plan and they are using the same plan.
Like right now your doctor can Get paid for your execution.
They have something, the medical codes, they were just renewed, like within the last year or two.
And you can be humanely executed by gassing, by guillotine, or by being stabbed by a sharp object such as a syringe.
And your doctor will get paid for it.
It's a form of execution.
And they know that, but the people don't know that.
So when you do consent to a vaccine, you are submitting yourself and consenting to your own execution.
So you people need to know that.
So we'll get out of that.
Yeah, just quickly, I think, you know, it's it's it's A difficulty that people have, and you will know this from your own experience, to grasp just the scale of psychopathic freaking evil that we're dealing with.
Well, people say, oh no, they'd never do that.
Well, they would, and they are, because people don't, in their daily lives, come across this level of evil, but this is what's driving it.
And when I was working where I was working, I tried to find a breach.
I tried to find a hole that humanity, because this is an edict or execution of humanity and all life on earth.
And so I tried to find some way to that people could fight back.
Like in World War II, people would put fake, you know, they pretend like they were putting some gunpowder in a in a munition and then it would go into the thing and it wouldn't explode.
Something akin to that.
All I could see was layer after layer after layer after layer of evil.
And I couldn't find any way that we could exploit it.
All we can do is share the truth of what is happening.
The players, that's why I go to these documents and show everyone where they can find them.
Because that is about, the truth is about the only thing Because I couldn't find a way.
And so you can imagine my horror when in January I went to the World Economic Forum and I saw all those plans and they had been operationalized.
So no longer were they on the shelf.
No longer were they sitting in computers.
All the public leaders around the world were declaring that they were operationalized, which means that they were activated.
And so Going back to the Philo code for a minute, this COVID situation is the first deployment of a construct, a new life form, if you will.
It is not a virus.
It is a nano-synthetic virus.
And what I mean by that is they have learned how, through evil technology, to fuse biological life and robotics.
And the purpose of that is for extermination, because they don't want anything of the old world.
They want a new world.
As Bush said, a new world order is in sight or in vision or something like that.
And what do I mean by that?
So, in the UN, everybody's aware of Agenda 21, 2030.
They moved it up to 2025.
I can show you the military documents that talk about the old humans and the new humans.
And they want, by 2025, all the old humans eradicated and any Human from now on basically has to be engineered in a laboratory and enhanced and augmented and part of the matrix.
Does that make sense?
Well, it makes perfect sense to me because, you know, from where I'm coming from, and of course have been for decades, is that behind all this is a force that isn't human.
And it's working through this network of, I think, largely hybrids, running this web that I call the global cult.
And this non-human force is basically assimilating and transforming humans and human life, and indeed all life on Earth, to fit its own design.
And it's been operating in the background.
See it mentioned in all the ancient cultures, in the Bible, everywhere.
You can see it mentioned in different situations under different names.
And it then makes sense that they would see us as humans in the way that so many humans see animals.
Yeah, basically, they believe that they are the custodians of the animals or the stock, the chattel.
We're nothing to them.
And now is the time.
They tolerated us for a time so that they could amass wealth and different things.
But now is the time that they want to eradicate all life that is not Made in a laboratory.
And that's why you're seeing this emphasis on laboratory-generated food.
And according to the World Economic Forum, they said that very soon, by 2025, we may not take anything from nature.
That anything that we consume must be laboratory-generated.
So what do you do, you know?
One of the big funders of non-natural food is Bill Gates, of course.
Yes. And I believe that some of these products, even though they are generated in the laboratory, That they are using aborted children from like abortion in the product for us to develop a craving to be a cannibal.
So that when the time comes that we don't have food, we would not think twice about cannibalizing our neighbor, a family member, Whatever, because we've already been indoctrinated in that.
Bill Gates was a big part of that.
There are human genes in rice, human genes in tomatoes, unless you grow them yourself and they're heirloom.
It is one reason I grow.
People go, why at your age and doing what you do, are you dogmatic about growing your own food?
It's because of this situation.
And I know what's in the food.
I know the agenda.
And so I want to have that food independence.
I don't want to have to be starving and have to make the choice.
Am I going to get a COVID test?
Am I going to get a vaccine?
Am I going to be compliant to something that personally I don't believe in at all?
I want to be independent.
It's interesting. I spent a long time with a man called Kredo Mutwa.
He was a shaman in the Zulu nation and their official historian.
I spent a lot of time with him and he told of the legends of what he called the Chittahuri, children of the serpent, and how they were manipulating human life from the shadows.
And one of the things he said was that when they arrived way back, they introduced cannibalism.
That's where it came from.
There was no cannibalism before.
Yeah, I've seen stories.
I kind of follow the Aztec and Maya academic journals I also look into, and there's evidence of that too.
The Bible and the legends of the Jewish people have also similar.
So it goes way, way back, these stories of where cannibalism started, mining, harvesting the resources of this planet, that type of thing.
So it is well documented.
And now we're coming kind of to the end game of this whole situation.
So let's Now we've seen that.
Let's see, you've seen the summit.
So the human barcode, no thanks.
This is from the Daily News.
Human barcode could make society more organized, but invades privacy and civil liberties.
So this is just a document, a news article.
So it is making the news if you want to check it out.
Let's see. This one I'm not ready to talk about.
Let me close some of these so that we can...
Just quickly. It's seen to me as I've observed their mentality over the years that they are obsessed with order.
That word organized hit me just then.
With order.
They are very ill at ease with states of flux they don't control.
But it's their order.
Yes. It's their order.
Not what we might understand as order, but their order.
So this particular one comes from a tropical ecology From an ecologist that says, are genetic barcodes the magic tools we need to achieve a precise estimation of biodiversity in tropical ecosystems?
And what are the advantages and the problems associated with this methodological proposal?
And what many people need to realize is, and this is another thing I've been covering since 1999, there was a tropical disease convention down in the Florida Keys.
They used Jimmy Buffett's song as their thing, changes in attitude, changes in latitude.
And they said that basically it was going to be tropical diseases that would play a factor in this fight between good and evil at the end in the context of the New World Order.
So people can find that.
It is kind of difficult right now because it has been rearranged several times and who knows at this point.
But I keep bringing it up and I do have documentation that it really did happen and that was back in 1999.
So they knew that they were going to make this construct and that it would make the difference between life and non-life way back then.
Let's see, we've got this And we've got already lit.
Oh, so just to go back, I'm sorry about that, the danger of having too many tabs up.
So COBOL also is not only the Rockefeller's Barcode for Life or the Consortium for the Barcode of Life, it is also an IBM barcoding program for the computer.
So you need to know that because none of their words, all of their words are carefully chosen and they mesh.
So If you see a word, it's going to happen.
You're going to see it across the spectrum, across the domains, across disciplines, in the physical, in the spiritual.
And if the prudent person will, if they are quickened to research a particular word or something strikes them, they should do a comprehensive search however they can and you will find out things like this.

So what I got in my email several weeks ago and then life happened and I couldn't get it out so I'm getting it out today was a gen webinar by panelists from Genovac and they were presenting case studies of antibody discovery and some development challenges by leveraging their core genetic Immunization technology.
Now that's what's going to be in the Corona vaccine or all vaccines.
I mean, it's going to be more widespread than just that one.
So it's immunization.
It will go in all immunizations.
Using the Beacon Optifluidic system to rapidly discover antibodies against challenging targets.
And across, it says, a variety of different animal species.
So this, what is this beacon optifluidic system?
So I looked that up.
And so the beacon system captures bright, a bright field, light, basically, if you were, And fluorescent images, and I'm going to read this and then we'll go over it, of each nano pin with an OptiSelect chip at any time.
And it's a tracking An array essay that can look across individual cells across multiple time points to reveal deep profiling and richly detailed fingerprints of cells and clones that you can't get any other way.
Now, when the world was presented in the 1990s with genetic modification, they used a fluorescent jellyfish dye to show that they could successfully Transfer the genetic modification from the parent to the offspring.
So if the offspring had this fluorescent jellyfish dye, they could transfer the genetic modification to the offspring and so forth down the family lines.
With the new system of nanotechnology, these nano-syn bios, as I call them, they needed to come up with some new dyes or fluorescences that would capture real-time what was going on in the environment, what's going on in your body.
It's kind of like a scientist and wicked governmental officials reality TV. They are going to watch you in real-time squirming and dying as Your body is basically swallowed up by a synthetic entity and they're going to watch it through this beacon system and this beacon system tags you, it barcodes you so that they can watch those individuals who receive the COVID test and watch as they squirm and die.

It's clear that the whole agenda of transforming the human body,
how is this going to be particularly impacted by the COVID vaccine?
Because when you've got these psychopaths insistent, not least through mandatory means, that every man, woman and child on the planet is vaccinated with this thing.
It's obviously not about a virus.
It's about the transformation of everyone's body.
So how does that relate to the vaccine and what's in it?
So the vaccine...
Sorry, a little bit post-nasal drip here.
So Many years ago, like over decades ago, DARPA wanted to put chips in people's brains.
DARPA is the technological development arm of the Pentagon and gives evil a bad name.
Well, they do black ops.
So... They wanted to put chips in RFIDs, like the ones that you see, the little grain of rice, in people's brains.
But they didn't want to have to do surgery.
So after many, many years, they came up with a gel that would do the same thing.
And it's very insidious, and I'll be describing it right now.
So They do that.
This gel is called hydrogel or quantum dot.
Bill Gates is quantum dot.
So what will happen with the vaccine is you get it injected into you and then it assembles.
It self-assembles and then it swarms through your body.
There are 33 different classifications, and yes, the number is precise, with cultic meaning.
33 different classifications of robots, each with a different mission and a payload deployed into your body.
They can swarm.
This is scalable. And what scalable means is that it can target one cell in your body.
It could target an organ.
It could target you.
It can target, let's say, everybody with blonde hair.
It could target everyone in a particular country.
It could target somebody of a particular faith belief.
It is scalable, very flexible.
So then what it does is these robots get it to cleave.
So you've got your red blood cell here and here's this synbio.
And what it does is there's clamps.
Some of these robots are clamps.
Some are levers. Some have other functions.
And what they do is they hold your cell until your cell is basically swallowed up by the synbio.
I'm going to tell you the whole thing, then I'll go back and tell you another insidious thing about it.
So then what it does is it swarms and it crosses your blood brain barrier and it takes over your brain.
I had a mother.
I did a video.
I've done many videos on this that have gone viral.
And I had a mother that on it was a Friday night.
It was like eight o'clock my time that said call me no matter what time.
I don't care. And so I talked to her and she relayed the most incredible story.
And then I did interview her.
Her daughter was born in 1986.
They were a poor family.
And almost all parents in the 1980s got their children immunizations.
So she got her daughter named Julie an immunization.
And what happened was her daughter started to fail the next year.
And she needed brain surgery.
So they threw a long convoluted Dr.
Ben Carson, the one that ran for president, a famous neurosurgeon, was her brain surgeon.
And he went into the brain, and so Barb, the moms, after the surgery said, what did you find?
And so this is 1987, and he said, I don't know what I found.
All I know is that her whole brain was glue.
Every crack and crevice of her brain contained this glue.
It went down her spinal cord and throughout her nervous system.
Poor little Julie died in 2003.
And she was written up in the medical journal.
So this incident did occur.
What So what I've since learned in the last few months, so I go to my science journals twice a week, and I extract the information for all of you, for the benefit of you all.
So what I found out is when the hydrogel, for simplicity's sake, but it could be quantum dots, same thing, when it assembles, it's, think of it like a balloon.
That's growing. So it has the seed to grow initially, just like if you planted a seed outside.
But what it does is it harvests your fluids in your body, your moisture.
And we're like mold and water in our body.
And so what it does is it sucks out our moisture and our biological self starts to wither.
As it grows and it grows and it grows and it grows, like one of those class B science fiction movies, until we are no longer human.
We are consumed.
We are a node in the quantum computer and the biological self dies because there is nothing left.
It takes over this garment, this habitation of a human body.
So that's why it's so insidious.
Some of the COVID tests do contain this, although at a relatively small dose.
When you get the vaccine, it will be a high dose.
And the reason they want to keep giving you more doses is they want to ensure that you are taken over by this synthetic entity.
The only way to avoid it is to say no to the COVID test, to the vaccination.
They have developed a way and they have aerosolized this because they realize there's a whole blowback And it is being, Mexican scientists are working on putting it into our food.
Actually, I just, if you type into your favorite search engine images of hydrogel or images of quantum dot, you will discover, unfortunately, that it is already in the commercial market or, as they say, in the wild.
So we are already getting dosed.
So how does it get into our body?
It's in our water. It's in our food.
We can touch something and then of course we breathe it in.
There are masks and I believe the final iteration for the masks that people are insistent upon wearing will be a hydrogel mask where every breath that you take You will be breathing in these hydrogel particles.
They are bound and determined that you are not going to be resistant to this technology.
They want you eradicated.
So anyway, so with this article, this is where I found, so remember when I first I saw in my initial nanoparticle research, the magnetic, I didn't understand.
I knew that during the 12,000 year thing, the last extinction level event, that certain rocks became magnetized and, you know, they made them into statues and like totem poles, that type of thing. So I had to understand.
But here we've got the magnetic.
So these are magnetic.
Hold on.
I'm a danger with my fingers on this computer.
I won't touch it. Magnetic nanoparticles that are targeting our DNA and they amplify.
Part of that is the amplification comes from the Oh, you know, the frequencies, frequencies that we get.
Sorry, too many things in my brain.
I'm just going to mention that.
What's the relevance to all of this?
of the whole technological electromagnetic 5G web that's being built all around us.
Does that have an effect in activating this to another level?
So basically how it works is so they've deployed all these nanosymbios into our body.
Their bellies are hollow.
They can carry a poison.
That's what I believe this Russian poisoning thing was all about.
It was beta testing that.
It can carry a virus, a bacteria, a fungus.
It can carry, according to the NASA Strategic Warfare 2025 document, it has explosive capability, more explosive capability, one nanoparticle than TNT. So And it is told, it gets its marching orders from the frequency that is being aimed at it.
That is one reason why in a particular family, one person might have a rash, one person might have gastrointestinal symptoms, one person might have a headache.
You know, all these symptoms that we're seeing, it's because the frequency is telling it to deploy different payloads Each one has a payload to different people that is scalable.
Like I said, it could be your one cell, it could be your organ, it could just be you, it could be a whole country.
And that's how it works.
The frequency gives its marching orders.
Okay, and I'll tell you another thing I wanted to mention.
I saw a story today about a nurse who was saying that this whole COVID narrative is a nonsense, and she's seen nothing to support it.
But she said that literally in the last two, three, four weeks, she's seen people with coagulated blood.
And, you know, that's a theme that's come up in my work, relating to 5G, but I'm sure relating to other things as well, where the blood literally coagulates.
And it's interesting, you mentioned the word glue in that unfortunate girl's brain.
What's the relevance of that to your, to what you're saying here, Celeste?
At the parting of the Red Sea in the Bible, it says that the sea split.
In the Hebrew, it talked about the sea coagulated like curds, like cheese curds.
And so another breaking news story that I'm going to be sharing this week is between an enzyme and these nanoparticles, they are coagulating our body like cheese curds.
I kid you not, like cheese curds.
And when that happens, when your body turns from a liquid To a semi-solid, maybe the consistency of a pudding, you can't live.
It's impossible to live.
One of the things that I noticed, and I did grab the doctor's notes from Wuhan right the first week, because I knew they would disappear once the World Health Organization got there, was that the pneumonia that they said that they had Was not from pneumonia, but can we hold on for just a sec?
Go ahead.
It happens to me all the time.
I'm not going to answer it.
I just can't think, you know.
I was going to unplug it and I forgot.
Yeah, I do that all the time.
Hopefully they're not going to leave a message.
Okay, they didn't leave a message.
Okay, so what the doctors perceived as pneumonia was not pneumonia, but it was a swarming of the nanoparticles into the lungs, making a masses, which is like a primitive coagulation, but they intend to do this to the whole bloodstream.
So if they're not going to get you one way, they're going to get you another way.
Yeah, I mean, this is, you know, throughout this period of this, quote, pandemic, I've made the difference between what they claim is a coronavirus and something else that's happening to the lungs of people.
There's obviously the well-known Video by the doctor in a New York hospital emergency unit who was saying that they were told to prepare to treat a viral pneumonia.
But he said, this ain't viral pneumonia.
This is something that I've never seen before, which related to the lungs inability to take enough oxygen and basically transfer it to the body.
So there's two things going on here for sure.
And so that's kind of when Julie had her brain surgery.
They did convene a panel of doctors to try and get to the bottom of it, but it was a Black project and so the doctors didn't know what they were up against.
And we're just experiencing the next iteration of that now.
And It's really important for people not to wear a mask.
And I know I'm preaching to the choir to you, David, but not to wear a mask, not to take the COVID test, and not to get vaccinated.
They come out with new pieces of the puzzle each week.
You know, I'm finding out new things each week.
So they're not letting, they're titrating out the dose of, for people that are looking, of what these plans and how it's gonna look and unfold slowly.
I mean, there's a lot of information.
Some of it is applicable.
Some of it is not to a human.
But what I'm seeing is people go ahead and get the test because they're coerced, they feel they need to, whatever, and then they come to me after the fact and say, I'm sick, I can't get well, my head, I've lost my memory, and all these things.
Another thing I was going to mention, and I got kind of off track, is I've been doing a lot of studying of Dr.
Gorodano's work. He is a highly placed neuro, I don't know, he's like Dr.
Mengele Evil. That's all I can say.
I've done many videos Sharing what he has said.
Basically, he has been saying that we have all been chemically dosed.
He did not mention what that chemical was.
I don't know. Is it fluoride?
I'm not sure. But there is a chemical dosing that has taken place.
The second part is the COVID. Or the introduction of a neural weapon.
There's no doubt, COVID is real.
It is a neural weapon.
Its target is the brain.
Your brain is your access to the divine, to consciousness, to many, many things.
And it wants to take out and take over that part of the brain.
And then the third part of it is the frequencies that it gets zapped with.
And in the NASA Strategic Document 2025, it does talk about a binary weapon being released, and that would kill many people.
I think we're in that time.
It was 2025. They have been incrementally moving up the timeline.
At best, they think that they have four years to depopulate the planet to the numbers that they want, which we can see in the Deagle Report and the Georgia Guidestones.
What's the significance then of this sticking this probe up people's noses for this test right up to the brain?
So a couple different things.
One, if you pierce the blood-brain barrier, but they really don't need that because they've already figured out how to get these nanoparticles to cross the blood-brain barrier.
But you are then getting, in many instances, the hydrogel straight into the brain.
It doesn't even have to travel through the body.
It goes straight to the brain and they're dosing that person with hydrogel or the quantum dot.
And then it starts to take over the brain.
And eventually that person will die.
Their cognition is definitely going to be increasingly impaired until they're nothing more than a jellyfish, you know, in a way.
So that's the significance of why they're doing that.
Yeah, so anything else you want to say, Celeste, before we finish?
Let me see my last here.
I think we did the R-coding.
So as you can see by my screen, There is a lot about the opto-fluidic analysis.
So you can, people can look that up.
So these things are not hidden.
And here, down here, it's a magnetic barcode.
So I would really highly recommend that Anyone buying a product that they are going to consume or that goes on to their body or they allow, whether that's a medication or not, get the doctor's insert, look at it very critically and see if there's any mention of quantum dot hydrogel, but you know they change the names.
Yeah. Like who would even know about this Optic, magnetic, optifluidic system.
If you see strange names, don't consume it.
Don't put it on your body.
If you put it on your skin, it's going to absorb through the skin.
Into your body.
It just is the way we were made.
So, and as far, like I said, with the masks, the COVID test, and the vaccine, it is critical not to take it.
You cannot get it out of your body once you get it in.
This is non-reversible.
It's bioaccumulative, which means the more you get of it, it stays in your body and it will not go out.
So it's, I mean, you're playing with fire, you're playing with your wife, you're playing with your humanity, if you proceed.
So I guess that would be my caution.
Yeah, and the bottom line is, take your mind back.
And stop just doing and believing what authority tells you.
Because authority is the player out of what you've been talking about.
And of course, so many of these people in authority that parroting this crap will have no idea what the result is because they will have children And grandchildren who are going to suffer from this.
And, you know, even with all the censorship that's going on, obviously, for obvious reasons, it's still there if you want to find out.
And, you know, I've said many times, you can put your head in the sand and try to hide from yourself the fact that it's a hurricane coming or a tornado.
But the tornado is still coming.
You know, and if you get your head out of the sand, maybe you can take some avoiding action, but you certainly can't if you don't, because it will just whip your backside into the sky, whether you hide from it or not.
This really is a time to take responsibility.
Otherwise, the consequences are, well, you've described them.
Yeah, and my belief is that it affects not only your life here on Earth, But your eternal life.
And I think we both agree.
We may come from different positions, but that life is eternal.
And the quality of the next life is going to, in part, be determined by what you do today and the actions that you take.
It's not going to be like you get a clean slate and you start over in the next life.
Unfortunately, there is some carryover.
Well, what is life?
Life is consequence.
Learning from consequence, changing your decisions.
And life is choice and consequence, choice and consequence, choice and consequence.
And my God, we're at a time where the choices are going to make massive inroads into the consequences, that's for sure.
