They are unbelievably the DOJ and FBI interfering in another election, which it's again back to the beginning of the show.
They don't care.
The DOJ and FBI has given up any pretense of being seriously attached like Velcro in any way to justice.
They are now full-time political activists for the far, not just the left, the radical left.
They have given up any pretense of seriousness anymore.
They are interfering in yet another election, trying to get Trump locked up, which is going to backfire spectacularly.

It talks about how an old case involving Bill Clinton's sock drawer is going to impact this Mar-a-Lago classified documents dispute.
Folks, the case, I'm going to go through, I rarely use four screenshots, but this is super important you understand this.
Send this article to your a-hole liberal police state friends and say, read this and tell me how this isn't going to impact the Trump case.
In the United States, we rely on legal precedents.
It is really difficult if we get a sane judge, and there are many left, to ignore legal precedent in a case like this.
Is there legal precedent for former presidents and classified information?

There was a memorable case, they note.
It involved Bill Clinton.
The case involved audio tapes that had classified information in his sock drawer at the White House.
The audio tapes became the focal point of a book that this guy Branch wrote in 2009. The case was litigated.
Tom Fitton's group Judicial Watch sued.
They wanted the tapes.
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ultimately rejected Judicial Watch's suit, concluding, listen, there was no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the National Archives to seize records from a former president.
Read it again, liberal diplods.
There was no provision to seize records from a former president.
It's right there.
So how did they do it here?
Exactly.
They don't care.
They're not trying to win.
They're trying to say...
But Judge Jackson's ruling, the article notes, along with the DOJ's arguments that preceded it, made some other sweeping declarations that have even more direct relevance to the Trump case.
The most relevant is that a president's discretion on what are personal versus official records is far-reaching and solely his, as is his ability to declassify or destroy records at will.
Sounds like a pretty conclusive ruling to me, doesn't it?
Sounds to me like they made this whole thing up, this crime.
Because there's actual legal precedent here.
Oh, ladies and gentlemen, this gets worse.
Wait till I read you the quote by Judge Jackson, which is going to, because, you know, you always got to protect Bill Clinton.
But what if I told you now what was used to protect Bill Clinton is now going to be turned around in court exactly on them?

Under the statutory scheme established by the Presidential Records Acts, the decision to segregate personal materials from presidential records is made by the president during the president's term and in his sole discretion.

She wrote in a 2012 decision.
She goes on, this gets even juicier.
Since the president is completely entrusted with the management and even the disposal of presidential records during his time in office, it'd be difficult for this court to conclude that Congress intended he'd have less authority to do what he pleases with what he considers to be his personal records.

Jackson also concluded the decision to challenge a president's decision lies solely with the National Archives and can't be reviewed by a court.
If the Archives wants to challenge it, it's a civil procedure.
No criminal penalties.
If you're sitting here with your head in your face, how is this happening because we live in a police state?

There is no legal precedent to do what they're doing here.

Marjorie Taylor Greene went into the SCIF in Capitol Hill, the sensitive facility, to look at the document from the source who says that Biden was bribed with $10 million in bribes when he was vice president.
The document is stunning.
I broke it down into three short clips.
It's about nine minutes long.

Some of it's repetitive, not her fault.
She was just being very...
She was trying to be dispositive about it, right?
And get you to a conclusion.
I broke it down about three one-minute clips.
Here's the first part, where Marjorie Taylor Greene talks about this massive bribe and how this credible, established FBI source has no doubt this is what happened.

In 2015-2016, Burisma was looking to buy a U.S.-based oil and gas company.
And this came from being advised by Hunter Biden and his partners.
Biden said Shokin was corrupt.
That was around the time of this meeting, was when Joe Biden, as Vice President, had said that the prosecutor Shokin was corrupt.
They hired Hunter on the board to make the problems go away.
That's what they specifically said.
So a Ukrainian natural gas company where Biden's appointment in Ukraine and is pushing for money for development of natural gas in Ukraine.
A natural gas company in Ukraine is Biden's appointment and hires his son, Hunter, with no experience in natural gas.
And the informant says that they only hired Hunter to make the problems go away and that the problem is that they're being investigated for corruption at the natural gas company.
What else do you need to hear, bro?

Trump is guilty of a crime we just made up.
There's no legal precedent for.

They hired lobbyists to get that something from the United States.

It is critical, you understand, that this bribe is alleged to have come from Ukraine.
I'll explain why in a minute, because this is tied to the classified documents scandal.
I'll make the connection, connect the dots coming up, but listen to her here.

The owner of Burisma said that Hunter was stupid and that his other business partner was smart.
He also said that he paid five million to one Biden and he paid five million to another Biden.
And it was all a bribery to get Shoken fired and end the investigation into Burisma.
He also told the informant this is common practice in Russia and Ukraine.
It's common practice.
It's part of business there.
That's how their culture works.
That they will pay bribery money in order to get business deals done.
And that many businesses, they take that into account, they put it in their budget, basically, when they're preparing to buy another company or start another company.
That that's just normal.
And so, over in Ukraine, for them to consider hiring Hunter Biden on the board in order to make their problems go away, which was the prosecutor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma for corruption and legal problems, this was definitely illegal for a vice president of the United States and their family members.
