All right, Joseph, on this Monday, let's go, brother.
Show me the man.
I knew where I was going with that one.
Show me the man, I will show you the crime.
Yes, sir.
As a famous Soviet interrogator and secret police chief Beria said, you see the quote yourself, it's infamous.
It's infamous only because...
It's only infamous, by the way, on the conservative side of the political aisle.
You can see the quote yourself up on the screen if you're watching on Rumble.
Because it's actually, you can get rid of the in.
It's famous.
It's famous on the left side of the aisle because they love this.
Remember, the leftists and libs in this country, around the world, progressives, Soviets, socialists, whatever you want to call them, they're all the same thing.
They have the same political DNA. Joe, they all seek collective, concentrated power.
The only way to have collective, concentrated power is to take away individual rights from you.
That's it.
It's to take away your individual rights.
Rights are a zero-sum game.
Either I have the right to speak freely, assemble, protest my government, or I don't.
Or if I do it, the government puts me in jail.
That's zero-sum.
There's no, I have a little bit of rights.
That's not how that works.
Leftists love the idea of stealing away from you, throwing away the key, putting you in jail, burning it, melting the key down, and making handcuffs to lock you up in.
They love the idea of political prisons for their enemies.
There's no other way to enforce a totalitarian regime, right?
If you don't have the right to speak out against your government, and you believe that you have a God-given right like you do and go do it, and they don't believe you have that right, how do you enforce it?
Like you do it now, you put your people in jail.
Your political people you don't like.
So they're threatening, apparently, according to the Trump team, to arrest Donald Trump this week.
Now, there's been some walkback by his team about the specific date.
However, there is absolutely little doubt That disgraced New York City prosecutor, failed human being, embarrassment to his family, his kids, his neighborhood, the entire country, a disgusting piece of garbage, Alvin Bragg, a liar and a fraud, a known liar and a fraud, by the way.
Despite now having multiple people drop this ridiculous case against Donald Trump involving Stormy Daniels and an alleged payoff, which is an entirely personal matter.
If it happened, it's not a good thing.
I get that.
This is not a criminal case.
This is not even close to a criminal case.
Alvin Bragg, disgraced human being, not disgraced, an embarrassment of Twinkies, Alvin Bragg, guy who can't even control his appetite, no less control his totalitarian impulse.
Bragg decides he's going to go after Donald Trump, and allegedly, according to the Trump team, they're threatening to arrest him this week, again on a political charge.
Folks, I got a lot to say on this.
Number one, get the hell out of blue states as soon as you can.
There is...
I used to believe, I've changed my mind on a lot of things, I'm only human.
I used to believe it was worth the fight in these deep blue states.
If you cannot leave, I understand.
Of course it's better to fight than not.
Even if those fights tend to, only because the fight matters.
I mean, I wrote a book about it once.
The fight matters.
However, your political skills, abilities, your money, your family, everything else will prosper far more in conservative states that respect freedom and liberty where we can flower from there and start to take back portions of the country and return it to the constitutional republic it's supposed to be.
Get out of blue states as soon as you can.
In blue states, you understand real criminals will prey on you and your family.
And get out of jail tomorrow because of Twinkies, Alvin Bragg, who again, can barely control his eating habits.
Forget about controlling his totalitarian socialist impulse, right?
Brag will find you and they will hunt you down if you are a conservative while letting actual criminals engaged in home invasions, burglaries, rapes, robberies, and murders out as soon as they can.
Get out as soon as you can.
I'm sorry to have to tell you this.
You do not live in a portion of the country anymore where the established rules of order matter.
The Constitution does not apply in New York and California.
The document, the Constitution, ladies and gentlemen, is only a piece of paper.
There's not a group of X-Men or Marvel comic characters coming to enforce the Constitution.
If you don't believe in it, like liberals don't in LA, New York, California, Illinois, states and cities within these states, if they don't believe in it, and nobody enforces it, and the federal government led by communists like Joe Biden do nothing about it, then the Constitution is just a piece of loose-leaf paper.
It's all it is.
You do not have constitutional rights in New York to due process.
Or California.
Get out!
As soon as you can.
You will be preyed on by actual criminals while finding yourself in jail for fake made up political crimes.
Folks, this is justice threatening to arrest Donald Trump for an entirely legal non-disclosure agreement.
That was signed by one of his lawyers with someone he's alleged to have had a sexual relationship with according to the allegations he wanted to keep quiet.
Did it happen?
Maybe.
Don't know.
Do I care?
Yeah, sure I care.
The character and stuff matters.
I absolutely care.
You know what I care about too?
I care about this country and the rule of law.
And that is clearly, however unbecoming if it happened, it may be if it happened.
This is not grounds, a seven-year-old alleged crime to arrest a former president of the United States and cause an internal division in this country like we haven't seen since the 60s.
There's absolutely no, this is just outrageous.
And I want you to keep something in mind.
If you watched my show this weekend, I hinted to this a bit in my monologue in the open, in my Fox show.
Trump is being arrested or threatening to be arrested for a, air quotes, crime he's alleged to have committed when we have a former Democrat president of the United States who admitted to having an inappropriate sexual relationship in the Oval Office while he was president and they tried to silence her.
Is Bill Clinton in handcuffs?
Bill Clinton playing?
What about Hunter Biden?
What about Hunter Biden?
Now, to the liberals out there watching my show, what about Hunter Biden?
Yep!
Yes, sir!
Yes!
That argument drives them crazy.
You know why, Joe?
Because they want you to believe this isn't about people.
This is about the law.
No one's above the law.
No, no.
Hunter Biden isn't.
Bill Clinton.
Yeah.
Hunter Biden's actually on tape.
Bill Clinton's actually on tape admitting Bill Clinton, admitting to this behavior.
Hunter Biden's on tape engaging in some of this sexual behavior while him and his business partner dad are alleged to have taken money from nuclear-powered enemies in the United States.
Oh, really?
Hunter Biden in handcuffs?
Not yet.
So please spare me the talking points, police state liberals, because that's what you are.
I know you're police staters and Soviets.
We get that.
Please spare me your talking points.
Now...
The talking points went out.
And the police state libs are salivating, folks.
Drool.
Vampire-like blood and drool coming down the mountain.
They love this idea.
There is not a single...
Did you guys catch one this weekend?
A single far-left commentator on TV. Not a single one who said, you know what?
Maybe this isn't the best idea.
Now...
I can find for you probably 10 or 20 conservatives out there who commented on TV who brought up the fact that, yeah, listen, even though Hunter Biden's involved in a lot of stuff, you know, we have to be careful.
Like, there's time and, you know, spending time on this rather than other stuff.
You may not agree with it, but there's at least some diversity of thought in the Republican and conservative ecosystem.
Not what the police state lives.
They love this idea.
They know that there's no crime here at all.
They just want to see their political opponents in jail.
I sat on Frogs and Friends this weekend, and I need to repeat this again, and you need to take this and tattoo this on your brain.
It's in my upcoming book, too.
I was very careful to get this in there.
I'm not talking about all Democrats here.
And I'm not going to play the game they play with us.
The far leftists who are salivating over the idea of locking up Donald Trump for a fake crime would hurt you in a second if they could.
That's an intentional pause for you to process what I said so you understand here.
These people would hurt you.
Keep your head on a swivel around them.
They are extremely dangerous.
I looked them in the face walking out of the White House when President Trump accepted the re-nomination for president and watched these people repeatedly tell me they were going to kill me, they were going to rape my wife and make me watch.
This is who these people are, folks.
They would hurt you.
So I'm done playing cutesy time like some commentators out there.
I'll get to that later too.
Cutesy time guy came on right after me on Fox.
He wants to play cutesy.
I'm not doing that.
So folks, I'm going to get to the Secret Service angle on this too.
There's a lot to talk about on this.
This is a very, very disturbing topic.
So let's go through it again one by one.
First, as I said, get the hell out of blue states as soon as you can.
As soon as you can.
Do not fund this.
Your taxpayer dollars are funding tyranny.
Folks, the talking points went out this week.
There were two talking points that went out to the Democrats who know they're, they know right now they're fully engaged in police state activities.
Did you guys catch them?
I don't know how much of the weekend stuff you guys, I spent, I was out on a boat a little bit, my friend's boat, after this happened for a long time.
He came back and I started watching where they were going to go with this because the Democrats behind the scenes, they know this is a disaster.
I'm getting it from every single source I have.
Remember, Derek Harland, our fake attorney general in name only, already refused to prosecute Trump on this charge because they know this is an outrageously stupid thing to accuse him of.
So up on Capitol Hill, they don't want to ever appear like they're defending Trump, even though they know this could be a disaster for them.
So the talking points went out and there were two things.
Number one, make sure you remove Republicans and conservatives' constitutional right to peacefully protest by immediately equating protests, which they don't want to see that right now, because they know they've engendered a real political problem in the United States here.
They've created it.
So the first talking point is equate every Republican protest with violence.
Talking point number two, nobody's above the law.
I want you to listen to Pocahontas here, fake Indian.
Watch, I'm going to go through them one by one.
Here she is, and watch how the talking points went right out.
She makes sure the above-the-law talking point is in there, and that if you Republicans protest, even though it's your constitutional right, this is definitely going to be violent.
Take a listen.
I got to ask you about these comments from Donald Trump calling for protests, saying he's about to be arrested.
Are you concerned about the possibility of violence?
Violence is never the right answer, and I always worry about it.
But this is another case of Donald Trump just trying to advance the interests of Donald Trump, not of the rest of the nation.
Let's be clear about what's going on here.
No one is above the law, not even the former president of the United States.
And if there has been an investigation, and that investigation should be allowed to go forward appropriately, if it's time to bring indictments, then they'll bring indictments.
That's how our legal system works.
Protests are just, there's no reason to protest this.
This is the law operating as it should, without fear or favor for anyone.
Without fear or favor for anyone, Joe.
Except Bill Clinton, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Jim Biden, Biden Inc.
Really anyone associated with Biden Inc.
But fear or favor for anyone.
You see how the talking points went out?
And one of the first people on the air is fake Indian, Pocahontas.
She's very familiar with fake talking points while she's busy producing her famous powwow chow.
You never say, you guys need to look that one up.
Having a beer.
Anyone want a beer?
No, no, I'm okay.
And she drinks the beer like she's never held a beer bottle in her entire life.
You ever seen that one too?
Remember that?
I'm just going to have a beer.
Next thing you know, she'll be like, I'm going to have a shot of tequila too.
Protests?
You notice how she equates protests with violence right away?
Ladies and gentlemen, I don't want to get too kind of second, third order here.
I want to keep this really simple.
The Democrats are itching for a heckler's veto here.
They understand that they don't want...
Do you understand this?
They don't want a tea party.
The tea party caused real damage to them.
People got out in the streets.
They got out of town halls overwhelmingly peacefully.
Overwhelmingly.
I can recall maybe...
Actually, I can't recall any, but I'm sure there's something, you know, there's always someone out there who does something, but overwhelmingly peacefully, you got the BCA, the Budget Control Act, and the Democrats, oh man, trust me, take this to the bank, please.
The Democrats fear nothing more than losing what they'll call the streets.
The perception of a public, peaceful revolt against their tyranny, they fear as much as the Iranians fear it.
Totalitarians hate the idea of organized streets, organized people on the streets peacefully protesting.
They hate that idea because the media would be forced to cover it.
And what happened?
Why?
Why?
Because if you're a totalitarian, the only way you stay in power, because you don't have the numbers, you have 435 members of Congress, 100 senators and a president.
How do they control 330 million people?
The way they control you is by the perception of their popularity.
Look, we're in charge and we're taking away rights because this is what people want.
If you lose the streets, your false imprimatur of authenticity, that this is what the people want goes away right away.
Keita, that makes sense.
I don't want to try to sound like I'm trying to be poetic here.
I'm not.
They are terrified of the idea that you will peacefully protest.
So what they're immediately doing is they're trying to enact kind of a pretextual heckler's veto.
These conservatives are going to be violent.
They better not show up.
Police departments.
Winky winky nod nod.
You better crack down on those crazed conservatives now.
They're trying to take away your constitutional rights.
And I'm telling you, suckers are falling in this trap.
Some even conservatives are falling in this trap.
Oh, don't protest.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
If you choose to protest peacefully, that is your God-given right.
Don't allow these people to paint you as some kind of violent extremist.
Listen, I'm going to tell you something.
If you really feel that way, and you're a sucker, and you've fallen into this liberal trap, oh no, don't protest, it could be violent.
If you are really worried about you showing up and engaging in violence, please, I'm begging you, please do not protest.
Please, you are not the person who should be out there.
However, because that's no one I'm actually talking to, I know conservatives.
I've been an activist.
I've been a candidate.
Peaceful protest is your right.
Now we'll say this, and I'll bring it up again later.
Please do not get dragged or agitated into violence.
Please do not.
Please.
The left is itching, salivating for a crackdown and cannot wait.
For an act of violence to do geofencing, national security warrants, intelligence investigations, and then throw you right in the gulag.
The talking points went out, folks.
The talking points went out.
Nobody's above the law except Hunter and Bill Clinton.
And protests equal violence.
I'll show you a couple more coming up.
The media loves these talking points too.
I'm going to show you one clip where the media wants Maxine Waters to double down on the Euro-domestic terrorist if you believe in the Constitution talking point.
It's totally crazy.
All right, let me take a quick break and I'll get back to that.

HelixSleep.com slash Dan with Helix.
Better sleep starts now.
Talking points went out.
It's not just Pocahontas.
It's fake moderate Tim Kaine.
Here he is.
He's saying, listen, I want you to listen for it.
Nobody's above the law.
You better worry about them protests.
They could be violent.
Winky, winky, nod, nod.
Police officers out there, check this out.
Watching others try to kind of circle the wagons and protect him or question the ability of somebody to prosecute a former president.
You know, it doesn't matter if you're a former president.
You're not above the law.
So I'm troubled by, particularly, I'm troubled by Donald Trump's encouragement of protest because he knows and he's intending that it be a potential incitement to violence, at least in a way that would intimidate people.
So again, it doesn't matter that January 6th, Donald Trump said, go march peacefully and patriotically.
It doesn't matter that there's not a single conservative commentator of note out there that hasn't suggested out there that protests shouldn't be peaceful.
It doesn't matter.
You see, according to Tim Kaine and Pocahontas, If you're Antifa and you murder people, burn down American cities, attack police officers, try to get an insurrection going at the White House when Donald Trump was in office, burn down a church, and destroy the entire country, Joe.
See, that's okay.
That's mostly peaceful.
But see, conservatives, where our record of peaceful protest is like 99.99999 repeating decimal.
Yes, there have been episodes, episodes I wish we could all change.
We're all human beings.
Human beings make mistakes.
It's our job to correct them.
That doesn't matter.
That means you're violent.
And you see how Tim Kaine and Pocahontas are trying to get you to preemptively surrender your right to protest.
Are you guys getting this?
Like how uncritical this is?
If you don't learn to see through part the fog and see the sunlight here, you're going to fall in this trap yourself.
Don't protest.
They'll bait us.
No, no, no.
The answer is if you choose to protest peacefully, the answer is don't get baited.
It's not don't protest at all and forfeit your constitutional right to protest because you're afraid of what liberals will say about you.
Liberals are liars.
They are socialists.
They are violent communists.
They want you to surrender your rights preemptively so they don't have to do anything.
Shamefully, an outlet I enjoy, read a lot.
Sometimes I agree with them.
Sometimes I disagree.
A really shameful editorial board post by the Wall Street Journal talking about Alvin Bragg's political charge against Donald Trump.
This is just embarrassing.
Here they are at the end.
Mr. Trump's calls for protests are irresponsible as well as against his self-interest.
The smart play would be to follow the law while claiming his innocence.
If there is violence and protest, you see how they do it too?
Mr. Trump will get much of the blame, but Mr. Bragg and his partisan cheerleaders will have touched off the whirlwind.
Ladies and gentlemen, I'm not telling you to protest or not.
I'm telling you that's your constitutional God-given right.
I don't give orders here.
But you see how the journal falls right in the trap?
Equating the protest with the violence preemptively.
Although there's been no violence in any of these protests, we already had one in Manhattan.
And if there is, it would be widely condemned by anyone.
And I'm telling you, if you have any questions whatsoever about your ability to control yourself, then yes, please do not protest.
But that's almost nobody I'm talking to on this show.
We don't argue as followers of the Constitution like the journal claims to be.
We don't argue for people to give up their right to protest because you're afraid there may be some idiot agitator in the crowd.
The left doesn't do this.
Ever.
Right in a trap.
Set for you by Tim Kaine.
Fake Indian Warren.
Here's Maxine Waters.
Who, by the way...
You know what, Guy?
You gotta throw this in there after the show.
I'm sorry.
This is gonna go...
We're gonna have to throw this in here.
They're gonna have to throw in the Maxine Waters.
The Maxine Waters.
Get out of your car and go grab him.
Get in their face.
Yeah.
Yeah, get in their face.
You know what?
We'll throw it in tomorrow.
Don't leave it out today.
You all seen it before.
I got to get to other stuff anyway.
Seriously, it doesn't even matter.
Maxine Waters.
Get in their faces.
Don't let them sit down in restaurants.
You've already seen it a thousand times.
So Maxine Waters, who's actually called for aggressive confrontation.
You've already seen it.
You've already seen it.
Here's Maxine Waters on the show going full domestic terrorist.
But here's this initial...
Hold on before you play it.
There's an interesting part of this.
I want you to see.
At the end, the MSNBC host, who is it?
I don't even know who this one is.
This MSNBC host, he hears the key word he knows as a media pravda activist for socialism and tyranny.
Joe, he hears the word domestic terrorist Trump and he realizes he needs that out there on his show.
To engage in the heckler's veto and equate protests with violence.
I want you to watch what he does when he hears the talking point go off.
Equating protests with violence.
And he makes sure that that makes it on his show.
Watch this.
The charges that he's been indicted on are minimal as opposed to the charges that I believe he could have been indicted on.
I don't know what's going to happen.
When he announces himself, it's almost like he's attempting to organize his domestic terrorists to show up and to resist him being arrested.
You have to be careful with him.
He didn't just...
Yeah, go ahead.
Finish that thought real quick.
I beg your pardon?
Finish the thought you were going to make before I interrupted.
I just wanted to have you to understand that perhaps he was trying to organize the domestic terrorists to protest his arrest.
And I think we have to be careful about him making that announcement.
He's doing it for a reason.
Right, and we are being careful about reporting that aspect of his Truth Social post.
Joe, she wants to have you to understand.
I'm not even sure if that's English or whatever.
But she wants to have you to understand.
And I want you to notice something.
You caught it, right?
He wants to be sure the talking point gets out there that although there has been no reported violence, thank the Lord, but there have been protests.
They want you to be sure you don't protest.
Because they think it will be violent and you'll find yourself in jail.
So the protest equal violence talking point.
He's got to be sure to get that in the show.
Wait, wait, wait.
Finish that thought.
Okay, I want to have you to understand, she goes on.
And then he says at the end, hilariously, did you catch this part?
He says...
Oh, well, we don't really want to report on his call to protest.
You just did!
You just made sure that any call to protest was equated to domestic terrorists that you got in the show, and you made sure to interrupt her to make sure the talking point got in there.
Folks, do not fall in this trap.
I got one more for you, and I'm going to explain the Secret Service angle.
Because, you know, the word unprecedented...
Is ironically, again, like the word unique, ironically overused.
Think about that.
Unique is an overused.
It's true.
The situation the Secret Service finds itself in right now with Donald Trump is in the literal sense, there's no precedent for it.
However, I'm going to describe using federal law, the problem the Secret Service finds itself in, if Donald Trump is put in a jail cell near dangerous criminals.
And Alvin Bragg and the Soviet Democrats created this very problem.
Let me get to this first.

Here's Rachel Maddow, Moscow Rachel, Russia Rachel, a hilarious goofball, a clown of the highest order who told you and insisted there was some Russian collusion scandal.
You basically mocked her audience, laughed at you, and gave you the middle finger.
It doesn't matter.
Liberals are morons.
They still tune in.
Okay, give us more.
Here's Rachel Maddow promoting an insane conspiracy theory.
Again, talking point went out.
She's part of the talking point group, right?
Talking point went out.
Equate protest to violence.
And then try to attach it to an insane conspiracy theory that Trump's first trip was to Waco and it was some kind of like Frank Fugazi 8888. It's coming.
It stands for Heil.
This lady's as crazy as Fugazi.
She promotes some lunatic conspiracy theory that Trump went to Waco first.
To send a message about political violence.
This woman's crazy.
This is a crazy person.
Take a listen.
I think it is a little unnerving that his first political campaign appearance for his 2024 run is in Waco, right?
We're at the 30th anniversary of the Waco standoff, right?
If you're talking about trying to trying to engender militant consciousness among Americans about the need to fight the federal government with violence, well, Waco is a nice place to try to do that from.
That's a nice resonant place to try to do that from.
I mean, him being indicted on, you know, on a charge related to campaign finance, tax and business fraud.
Again, it doesn't have to be the end of the world for him and could potentially be a positive for him.
But if he's asking for a militant, racially tinged, violent response from his followers, that's something that won't be good for him.
That's eight.
He and I are engaged.
Perfect.
Did you listen to me and Guy there, Joe?
Me and Guy are engaged in a little back and forth here.
Who's crazier, Fugazi or Maddow?
Folks, I think Fugazi, I really do.
I think Fugazi is kind of like a semi-lunatic.
Maddow is nuts, but I think...
I think Maddow...
Maddow's very smart.
Don't mistake her.
She's actually, IQ-wise, very smart.
I think Maddow's just a master manipulator.
I don't think so.
I think Fugazi's a genuine idiot and is slightly off-kilter.
Maddow is extremely manipulative.
She knows exactly what she's doing.
Fugazi's just dumb.
I mean, really?
You're going to want Fugazi to crack open your chest?
Like, Maddow's smart.
Maddow could have probably been a doctor or something like that.
She's manipulating people for money.
And she's doing it well.
I think she makes $30 million a year or something.
I saw that in a report one time.
Fugazi's just dumb.
Let's get into some serious stuff.
You see, but you catch a conspiracy.
Waco, he went to send a message.
Wink and nod, right?
Come on.
Stupidity.
Secret Service.
Donald Trump has Secret Service protection.
Because the left are tyrants, they have created an unprecedented situation in American history, where a former president is being politically imprisoned for a ridiculous fabricated crime no serious attorney would prosecute, a seven-year-old allegation Stretch to a federal crime, a New York City prosecutor has zero jurisdiction to prosecute.
Why doesn't he, fellas?
Because he's a New York City prosecutor.
He does not enforce federal law.
It's unbelievable I have to tell a prosecutor this.
He's just making this up.
So Donald Trump now is a former president of Secret Service Protection.
This creates an interesting problem.
Because the Secret Service is authorized by, as you can see on the screen, Title 18, USC 3056. This stands for U.S. Code for the liberals out there.
Kind of dopey.
These are the powers, authorities, and duties of the United States Secret Service.
You can look this up yourself, Libs.
Whoever.
Whoever.
Knowingly and willfully obstructs, resists, or interferes with a federal law enforcement agent, i.e.
the Secret Service, engaged in the performance of the protective functions authorized by this section or Section 1752 of the title, shall be fined or imprisoned not more than a year or both.
You guys are reading what I'm reading, right?
Whoever?
It doesn't say whoever with the exception of local law enforcement, corrections officers, prisoners.
You getting where I'm going with this, fellas?
Oh, yeah.
Let's say tyrant Soviet...
Disgrace to humankind Alvin Bragg and his prosecutors decide to say we're not going to give Donald Trump any bail if we arrest him and they say and we're going to go put you in a detention facility with a bunch of criminals who by the way will likely want to hurt Donald Trump to get some kind of notoriety.
Wouldn't that be the whoever?
Go back to that if you would.
Wouldn't that be the whoever they're talking about willfully obstructs or resists or interferes with an agent in the performance of a protective function?
Who has to protect him against the criminal they're trying to put him in a cell with or near?
Wouldn't that be whoever?
My gosh, Dan's right.
Creates kind of a legal conundrum.
Federal law versus local New York City prosecutors.
You see why now, when you choose to arrest a former president on a clearly fabricated political charge like Beria and the Soviets, you see where you create division, legal problems, massive political unrest, and all these other issues?
That's kind of why people are like, I'm not sure if...
To steal from that loser, Tyrion Steinbeck in Stanford, the juice is worth a squeeze on that one.
But they did it.
Well, Dan, doesn't this clearly authorize the Secret Service to take Donald Trump away from the threat environment and keep them away from people obstructing the performance of their protective functions?
It does.
What are they going to do?
Maybe Alvin Bragg.
Guys, you think you should have thought about that?
You think?
Maybe, yeah.
Oh, it gets better.
You think that's it?
The Secret Service can clearly, according to federal law, remove him from a dangerous situation, which appears to be a prison cell too.
It says it right there.
It's just a law.
Let's go to Title 18 U.S.C. 1752 about the Secret Service and others, by the way.
They have the authority to declare restricted buildings or grounds, what we would call a federally protected area.
So when we're around the president, we have the authority to say, you can't come over here.
You do?
Yeah, we do.
We put up bike rack.
We can put up bike rack or pipe and drape and say, this area is a hold room for the president.
I have the constitutional right to be there.
Actually, you don't.
It says it right here in section 1752, which you can read yourself.
In this section, the term restricted buildings or grounds means any posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area, I'd like to note here, of a building or grounds where the president or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting.
Like a prison cell?
That's what I'm thinking.
Now, Joe, I don't rehearse the show with Joe.
No.
You reading with the exception of a prison cell in there?
Does it say that, guys?
Did I miss that?
Are you holding out?
No.
Oh, we're not.
Oh, so it doesn't say that.
No.
So you mean any building or grounds, even a prison cell, the Secret Service can declare a restricted area.
So not only can they keep prison guards out they may think would be a danger by federal law, They can also declare it a federally protected area and not let anyone in they don't decide is allowed in.
Which is kind of weird because it would be a New York City jail facility.
So strange.
It's almost like Alvin Bragg and his Twinkies and his group of D-bag prosecutors there up in New York didn't even really think about this.
Like, wow, this creates a real problem.
What are we going to do about the Secret Service guys?
Because we don't have any jail space now.
That's kind of strange.
Isn't this going to create a kind of embarrassing situation where we've actually de facto imprisoned Secret Service agents who will now have to live near President Trump in a federally protected area and keep people out in our facility?
so strange how it creates all these problems my guess is right now I don't know about the current leadership of the secret service don't know the person in charge now knew the old leadership they're pretty good My guess is the current leadership is going to have to cut some kind of deal here.
But these are the kind of things smart, intelligent people work out in advance.
Not when you're Twinkies up in New York City.
He's too busy with his hostess cupcakes and embarrassing his family and everyone else.
Freaking loser, man.
What a complete dipwad.
You're going to set this country on fire, man.
You really are.
You guys want to burn this place to the ground.
Put every one of us in jail.
I know exactly the type of motivations you have.
I've seen these people behind the scenes.
They're disgusting.
Alright, I want to get to a couple more things, including someone taking a shot at me.
Thought it would let it slip.
I don't let anything slip.
I caught it.
And another, you're basically falling in this trap where let's be careful here and let's make sure that we say this is, you know, this is process and we're going to let the process work out.
Well, this is process?
Well, you're forced on it.
What are you going to do?
What are you going to do, right?
But don't, let's not for a second.
I'm talking about the process portion, not the protest portion.
Don't confuse it to.
This is not the process.
This is not the law.
And you know that.
All right.
I need to eat.

Hey, can I get a mop over here?
There we go.
I need a mop over here.
What are you talking about?
Yeah, because you were drooling again.
Yeah.
Look at it!
Very rarely do I say to myself, what the fuck is he talking about?
Don't you dare edit that in the post show.
Leave that right in there.
I... I think you can kind of tell when I get hungry, right?
You can, yeah.
And here's the thing.
Between the show, I usually have black tea.
This guy, man, you've been around me too long.
It's getting weird now.
Now you're like in my head.
I usually have mush.
I like the mush.
Sometimes I'll put some...
And I was in a rush between the show, so I didn't eat.
So this guy's like in my freaking head, like ESP stock until I didn't eat.
All right, moving on.
That's the weird part about that.
So folks, there's going to be a significant political backlash to this whole thing.
I think everybody understands that.
But there's a reason the left, again, keeps equating protests to violence.
They are praying for violence here.
And I would not be the least bit surprised If agitators, and I don't know what their motivation is, these agitators.
If agitators are in the crowd trying to incentivize violence, it brings me to two points here.
By the way, this is just a news article in my newsletter today about this.
Conservatives see Trump's possible arrest is emboldening his base heading into 2020, which I absolutely agree with.
I agree with 100%.
They're going to martyr Trump here.
This is why Merrick Garland, by the way, would not go forward with this case despite being a communist himself.
He realizes this is a political gift in some sense to Donald Trump.
Just one last thing before I get to this clip here.
If you are at a protest, and that is a peaceful protest, that is your constitutional right, do not let people scare you with this.
Please look out and call it out if you see someone trying to agitate violence.
You know, I was at a, I'm going to get lost in too many stories, but when I was running for office, something happened at a parade one time.
There was a guy who tried to attach himself to our group.
We didn't know who this guy was.
I'm not going to tell you he was some lefty plant.
I don't know.
I don't know who he was.
He was clearly not all there, if you know what I mean.
There are a parade up in Baltimore, Joe, that 4th of July parade.
It's huge.
It's a monster parade.
It goes on forever.
The guy, my people were like, Dan, we don't know this guy?
You can walk in a parade, brother, but you're not staying with Oz.
Call it out and be on the lookout for any possible agitator.
They are begging for an excuse to crack down on you.
That's what totalitarians want.
Do not let anyone give it to them.
Okay.
So this happened.
I was on Fox and Friends this weekend.
And I like this guy personally.
And again, it's not an effort to kind of, you know, bludgeon away the effect of what I'm going to say later.
I hate when people do that.
And we have differences of opinion, which is a good thing.
I mean, you don't want to network where everybody talks like robots.
John Turley's a very smart guy.
He came on right after me on Fox and Friends.
And I'm 99% sure he was talking about me here.
I came on in advance and spoke the truth that the police state is here.
It is.
I opened up the show today.
You insisting otherwise, it's just insane.
The hallmarks of a police state are show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
You investigate people in search of crimes rather than how a republic's supposed to work.
Where you investigate crimes and then look for the people who did it.
We're past that now.
We're now investigating people, Donald Trump, and looking for the crime.
Everybody knows that.
The police state's here.
Now, if you're looking for cutesy time language, oh, you know what?
It's okay.
It's the rule of law and it's not dead.
I'm not your guy, okay?
Because cutesy time's over.
I'm not playing cutesy time, okay?
I'm going to call these people out for what they are, which is violent extremists, They are violent.
They love violence.
They love censorship.
We've seen it over and over.
Antifa, their Twitter wars, COVID. And we've seen the fact that they will do anything they can to put you in jail.
So Turley came on after me and it was interesting.
He said this.
He's taking a shot at me here.
We've got to be careful with inflammatory language.
But it's odd how he admits that this whole thing is a farce, and it kind of implies that this is how the process is supposed to work.
Either it's a process that's legitimate, or it's a farce.
I don't get it.
Check this out.
Now, obviously, this is one of the worst jury pools that Trump could find himself in.
But we have to keep in mind that we have a legal system here which is designed to protect the rights of the accused.
And even if he's convicted, there are going to be significant appellate challenges and reviews.
I think we have to be careful not to just assume in the most inflammatory way that the rule of law is dead.
This is not the first DA who has yielded to public pressure to bring a criminal charge.
Did I miss something in that clip?
He admits the DA yielded to politics rather than the rule of law while suggesting this is the rule of law and Trump could even be convicted on a fake political charge.
But don't worry, he has the appeal process later, so that's the rule of law?
I'm confused.
I'm confused.
So it's inflammatory to suggest that the process is broken.
This is a fake charge and it's politically driven, which you just admitted to.
But then you suggest that don't worry about it, even though it's not real and it's political, and you'll be convicted by a jury that just hates you because of your politics.
But don't worry, take your chances with the appellate court later.
Justice.
Nah, nah, man.
I'm good.
Thanks.
I'll stick with the language I used, the police state, because it's real.
It's here.
Now, you keep playing cutesy time.
I'm not into cutesy time.
I'm into law, order, peaceful protest, peaceful protest that works like we did in the Tea Party.
They are terrified of that.
They need the patina, the imprimatur of power and public acceptability.
That's why they can't give up the streets.
They can't.
Folks, one more thing here.
Hat tip Judicial Crisis Network for this video, by the way.
You expecting a fair trial in blue states?
Ladies and gentlemen, I gotta tell you, someone with a lot of experience in this law enforcement space, I'm not telling you the entire judicial system's broken down, but it's in a real crisis right now, folks.
You have left-wing nuts, governors, left-wing politicians, senators, U.S. presidents, appointing people to the bench who are politicians first and judges a distant, like, 27. You think you're going to get your day in court like Turley suggested?
Oh, don't worry, the appeals court will figure it out.
Who knows?
Maybe you'll get lucky and get in front of the Supreme Court.
Really?
Really?
Here's the Judicial Crisis Network.
Here's a video they put together.
Here's what Biden's nominees, here's some of the answers to the questions they put forth when questioned by U.S. senators in the confirmation process.
Good luck with them.
Check this out.
The reason the Democrat majority is trying to move 29 nominees in one morning is to flood the zone with so many bad nominees.
That nobody can focus on how utterly unqualified these nominees are to be judges.
Tell me what Article 5 of the Constitution does.
Article 5 is not coming to mind at the moment.
Okay.
How about Article 2?
Neither is Article 2. Had, obviously, lots of practices that are anti-democratic, that entrench, in some ways, minority rule in this country.
And I'm talking about things like, you know, the Senate, the Electoral College.
Can you provide a definition for the word woman?
Can I provide a definition?
No.
Yeah.
I can't.
Don't worry.
Just get in front of the appeals court, Joe.
BA, okay.
No problem.
Oh, sweat.
Don't sweat it, guys.
You'll be in front of a judge who either doesn't know what a woman is or insists that the popular vote, we got to go back to popular vote elections.
I thought you were swearing to protect and defend the Constitution.
I'm unsure exactly how this works out.
All right, folks.
Thanks again for tuning in on a busy Monday.
Police states here.
Protest.
Protest peacefully.
If you choose to protest, ladies and gentlemen, keep your eyes, your head on a swivel.
It's a critical time in our history.
Liberty and freedom matter.
So does fidelity of the Constitutional Republic.
Even for our political enemies.
We would never do this to them.
Nor should we.
Please subscribe to the show if you would.
We really appreciate it.
It helps us stay on the charts.
It means a lot to us.
Thanks for your support.
We were a number...
By the way, Triton just put out their national podcast rankings.
You moved us up a spot.
I told you it mattered.
We were eight.
We're now seventh in the country, right behind Ben Shapiro.
