This show has obtained a subpoena from Merrick Garland's DOJ issued in the past week, and what it demands is both unlawful and without precedent in American history.
The subpoena claims to be investigating, quote, any claim that the vice president and or president of the Senate had the authority to reject or choose not to count presidential electors.
Now, keep in mind that any claim you make as an American citizen about electors, any claim you make about American politics, period, is protected explicitly under the First Amendment.
That's our core freedom.
It's why we live here.
It's why we're proud to be Americans.
It's why so many American servicemen died protecting our country.
Those are the freedoms that they fought to preserve.
That's why nobody prosecuted leading Democrats in 2016 when they sought to reject electors for Donald Trump.
Right.
It's why none of those people, including Kamala Harris, is now in jail.
But right now, according to the subpoena that we have obtained, Merrick Garland's DOJ is demanding all communication from the following people on this topic.
And let's be clear before we read their names that it is not clear what the investigation is actually about.
And that's the most terrifying part.
What is this?
On what grounds are you demanding my private communications with people?
They never say.
But included in this precedent-breaking sweep of political opponents of the Biden White House would be former White House adviser Bernie Kerrick, who is the former police commissioner of New York City.
Boris Epstein, who is the current attorney for Donald Trump.
At no time in American history has it been okay to grab the personal communications of someone's lawyer, because those are privileged.
Not anymore.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is not a serious policing entity anymore, the FBI.
It's just not.

They're bouncers in the Democrat political bar.

What I believe is that there's no question that the outcome of this election was affected by the Russian interference.

They were wrong about the efficacy of the mRNA vaccines.
DeSantis keeps courting anti-vaxxers.
DeSantis said no such thing.
DeSantis is an anti-vaccine.

Keep in mind, this was a PP guy.
PP guy, Jonathan Shay, right?
Zero credibility at all among sane people.
But the left moved seamlessly to DeSantis now, right?

DeSantis challenged the efficacy.

I addressed this yesterday.
Folks, you may be looking at a Blue Mirage, and this is kind of a tie-in, maybe a little bit of a better segue.
It was difficult today, believe me.
Stories are great.
Sometimes they just don't tie in, though.
But this does.
Let the Democrats continue to push this abortion issue.
I swear they're seeing this.
I think what's happening is the polls out there are inaccurate.
The media knows they're inaccurate and they're starting to get a little bit worried.
But they don't want the Republicans to think that the abortion issue via the Roe overturning of Roe is working for them.

They want it out there in the media ecosystem.
The American public wants to kill babies, period.
So they keep saying, look at these poll data.

Senate races are close.

The hidden catch in Democrats' summer surge ahead of the midterm elections.
Here's one possible reason, she explains, and I believe this, for the polls showing Democrats' big surge, Joe, under Biden.
Senate races, the House is super close.

One possible reason is underreported Republican support is that the type of person who hangs up the phone on a pollster these days is different from the type of person who won't.
There's always the issue that perhaps the people who are willing to talk to pollsters are so different in some way that we can't adjust for it, as pollster said.
They noted that the same dynamics fueling GOP mistrust in the media and government could also drive a refusal to answer questions for surveys.

I'm not sure if you do or not, but before, what is it?
2016 or no, before the 2020 election, we did a podcast.
I can pull it up.
I don't want to waste time and say, I'm sure it's maybe, maybe audience archivist, Judy can find it.
I told the story.

And this couple comes up to me, talking about, they recognized me from Fox, talking about politics.
They said, listen, of course, I'm voting for Trump.

I told him I was voting for Biden.
Do you remember that story?
