And he says here, if third parties or members of the media have overstated, understated, or otherwise misinterpreted facts contained in the government's motion, That does not in any way undermine valid reasons for the government's inclusion of this information.
Moreover, any potential prejudice or jury taint arising from such media attention can effectively and appropriately be addressed through the void year process during jury selection.
What does that say to you?
Durham is extremely confident in the evidence he has, so much so that in this filing there's a couple other gems.
He's like, yeah, yeah, listen, um, whatever the media said about what I have is irrelevant because they don't know what I have.

Universities and credentialing bodies.
