Little while ago, Joe, you may recall this story.
I told you about some sources and folks who were trying to get to the bottom of this, who were helping me out with regards to what was going on at the FBI, both in the Clinton case and the Trump case.
Right, right.
Now, you know I like to focus heavy on Spygate, but this is more of a generic mismanagement story that a lot of you will remember from the past.
And the story was this.
Jim Comey was, when he was at the FBI, almost a de facto, at times, part-time director.
He would take off a lot.
Remember this story, Joe?
By the way, folks, this is not me saying this.
This is a source I have who, you know, let me run with the information.
Obviously, I'm not going to say who, or it wouldn't be a source.
I'm not an investigative journalist, but I am a guy who appreciates facts.
They told me this, and I haven't heard this anywhere else.
You have, if you listen again.
Comey was kind of a part-time director.
He would take a lot of time off, including a lot of Mondays and Fridays, making him effectively a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday FBI director.
You would think in a prominent position like that, he would show up more often.
Again, I'm telling you what's been relayed to me from people who were in the know.
Not every week he'd take off, but there was a lot of time off.
As a result of that, during the tenure where Andrew McCabe, Joe, was the deputy director, the number two, he would be the guy effectively in charge when Comey wasn't around.
You tracking?
Because this is important now.
Because Andy McCabe's wife was running as a Democrat for a Virginia State Senate seat.
He obviously has ties in his family to the Democrat Party.
His wife had also received money from allies of Hillary Clinton in the form of Terry McAuliffe, the Democrat governor of Virginia.
So Andy McCabe, just think about this, the guy who's effectively running the FBI for significant portions of time where Comey's not around, his wife is a hardcore Democrat running with the support of Democrat money from allies of Hillary Clinton while the FBI is investigating Hillary Clinton.
I can't help you if you don't see the conflict here.
Now that's not news, okay?
That is obviously an old story.
But again, if you don't see the conflict of interest there and the fact that Andy McCabe as the deputy director did not recuse himself to the case from the Hillary Clinton case up to the end, despite the fact that his wife was running as a Democrat and receiving money to people tied to the Clintons, I can't help you.
Your brain is just not functioning right.
That's your problem, not mine.
Please work that out on your own time.
Where is this going?
So yesterday, I'm watching Fox and Catherine Herridge comes out, who is an excellent reporter.
And she says, hey, she's talking to I think it was Harris Faulkner on Outnumbered Overtime.
And they said, you know, the FBI is fighting back, Joe, hard behind the scenes to not have the text messages of Comey, McCabe and others exposed.
And they're fighting back, you know, and they're fighting back under these umbrella, you know, sources and methods and all this other stuff, classified information stuff.
And the text messages fall under that umbrella.
Now, they're not specifically citing the text messages under that umbrella, but the umbrella they've been using for the other stuff, the FISA application and the FBI 302s has been sources and methods, national security, other things like that.
They're basically saying we don't want to disclose this information.
But Harridge brings up a fascinating point, Joe, as I sit here casually clipping a nail.
Yeah.
Because I'm so stoked about telling you this.
It's going to be kind of hard, Joe, to withhold those text messages, isn't it?
Under the classified information and sources and methods banner.
Joe, why do you think that is?
Let me, let me tee you up here, Joe.
Now, you listened to the show we did about six months ago on this, and I had told you that because Jim Comey, this is where it comes all together here for you, was kind of a de facto part-time director at times, there were other people taking over duties, including the deputy director.
A lot of those people left the office at five and six o'clock and went home.
They left and went home with FBI phones.
FBI phones not suitable for classified information, but a lot of these people were briefers.
As the source told me.
Briefers.
Briefers.
Meaning they're not shoe-leather detectives in the FBI.
These weren't the guys chasing bank robbers.
These guys were briefers their whole lives.
They gave good briefs.
They got promoted.
They kissed the right butts.
They surgically attached their lips to management.
Got promoted up the chain.
Probably made very few federal arrests in their entire careers.
Again, this is this guy's take on this, not mine.
All right.
So what he said to me is, a lot of these guys, because they were briefers, didn't want to be beat to the punch.
Follow me here, because this is going to blow you away.
You're not going to hear this anywhere else.
A lot of these guys didn't want to be beat to the punch when the director did come back around and did get back to the office on information.
So if they're home after our show, rather than go log into a computer and using all kinds of credentials, a lot of them would say, well, you know what, just send me the stuff on a text or whatever it may be on the phone.
You may say, Dan, that's hard to believe, and I'd say to you in response, is it really?
Are you sure?
We have a litany of texts from Peter Shook to Lisa Page with some of the most deep, dark secrets of the Trump and Clinton investigation sent over open source, excuse me, open lines on text message.
So before you discount what I'm about to tell you, consider this has already happened.
I'm trying to give you the psychology from an insider's perspective as to what happened.
This will make sense, I promise you, but I gotta set it up with the bullet points.
So, after hours, they're getting these messages on unclassified devices, but classified information is likely being transmitted.
Yeah.
On these devices after hours because they don't want to be left out of the loop because if they're left out of the loop and it's their opportunity to go in and kiss the director's butt and look informed on the case, they got to get the information home, Joe.
But they're too lazy to do a proper login through an internet line and open up their computers.
So it's one of those, eh, just send it to my phone.
Joe, do you think that creates a little bit of a conflict if you're investigating Hillary Clinton for sending classified information over an unclassified server while you're simultaneously receiving classified information over your phone?
Joe, just, I'm throwing this out there for you.
I'm asking you to be bold.
Do you think this might create a problem?
Well... I know you're thinking.
You're thinking hard.
I'm gonna say yeah.
You're going out on a limb!
He's out on a limb!
And he's saying yes, this could possibly be an issue.
Maybe, kind of, sort of.
Joe is correct.
This is a huge issue.
Now, Joe, we talked about this story.
I keep saying this because this came out to me a long time ago and I want to make sure you understand now the problem they're having and the box now Donald Trump has them in.
The Bureau guys don't want to release those text messages between Comey and McCabe and others because they're devastating.
They are really, really bad.
They're going to be awful.
The problem is, Joe, they've got nowhere to go.
Trump completely outfoxed them.
Ordering specifically those declassifications.
Remember, that wasn't in a lot of the media reports, Joe.
Initially, about what Trump was going to declassify, just to be clear, was about the Bruce Ohr interview 302s, the summary, and it was going to be about the FISA application.
This declassification of the text is relatively new.
But it is a beautiful, elegant move by the Trump team because now the bureau guys cannot possibly claim, hey, this is classified sources and methods.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
It's classified information, sources and methods.
Guys, you were investigating Hillary Clinton for exchanging classified information over an unclassified server.
While you were exchanging classified information over your phones?
Joe, do you see the box they're in?
They can't possibly... There's nowhere for them to go!
Oh, Paul.
Sorry, Paul.
There's nowhere for them to go!
They can't legitimately claim we can't give you the text because it's classified information or they'll be admitting to committing the exact same possible crimes that Hillary Clinton was being investigated before by them.
Now does it make sense why Jim Comey may have been eager in that July 5th press conference he gave to say You know what?
We looked into this and no reasonable prosecutor would move forward.
And by the way, don't look at my stuff either!
Folks, a high quality source let me in on this a long time ago.
That these guys were after-hours briefers that were obsessed with getting the latest and greatest details.
They were too damn lazy to log in on their own FBI computers in the proper way through the firewalls.
They got the information from their phones.
By the way, FBI phones!
These guys have nowhere to go on this.
Nowhere!
It's an FBI phone.
You should not have been exchanging unclassified classified information.
It's only rated for unclassified stuff and there's a good chance that this information was at a minimum for official use only and they're exchanging it over unclassified devices while investigating Hillary Clinton for the same.
Folks, this is a huge story.
It's a huge story because it provides, follow me from yesterday's show.
Yesterday's show, which did bonkers numbers, thank you very much, by the way.
Yesterday's show explained to you, yesterday's, excuse me, yesterday's, get it out, spit it out, Dan.
Yesterday's show gave you a motive, a motive, for what, it explained the way the heavy involvement of foreign intelligence entities in that election, despite the downsides of doing so.
Today, I want to explain to you a motive that, again, is outside of the simple, well, the FBI just didn't like Trump.
Folks, listen, I know a lot of folks in the FBI and most of the ones I met are really, really good.
I'm just telling you my experience, okay?
Take it for what it's worth.
But even the ones I didn't like...
We're not stupid, okay?
There is no way Comey, McCabe, and all of them are dumb.
There was probably some kind of a motive there for them making this Hillary Clinton case go away, although it was patently obvious to any sane person paying attention that Hillary Clinton had broken the law.
It was obvious.
There's a motive there.
There's something we're missing.
And what we were missing the whole time is this piece of the puzzle that is now coming together.
And Katherine Harridge hit on it in the Harris-Faulkner interview yesterday, where I'm sure she, like John Solomon, I think Katherine Harrods has a really good finger on the pulse of what's going on.
Yeah.
Faulkner, I'm not summarizing it directly and I've tried forever to find the soundbite.
I'm sorry, I couldn't find it.
But basically Faulkner says, Harrods says, well, you know, they're fighting, exposing this stuff.
There's been like an uproar within the DOJ and all this stuff.
They don't want their stuff out there and they want to hide it.
And Faulkner says, well, you know, on the text message stuff, You know, if it's classified information and sources and methods.
And Heritage goes back and says, well, those devices weren't rated for that, so they really shouldn't have been classified, right?
There was no way they were going to be able to continue with this charade.
So just to sum this portion of the show up because it's important what we're getting at here.
Yesterday I put together for you the stuff in my book that describes the motive for this heavy, heavy international involvement in the election and the setup of George Papadopoulos.
I talk about the travel ban, enhanced interrogation, and things that would have impacted our international relationship that provide a tangible motive.
Tangible, touchable, feelable motive.
I'm not saying it's right, obviously, for these foreign intel agencies to get involved.
I'm telling you today that some of these bureau guys, when they were investigating this case, Probably have issues with classified information being exchanged over unclassed devices themselves.
The perfect reason to make this thing, to ghost this story.
Ghost it!
Make it go away!
Now I feel that we have been vindicated.
But remember that part-time director stuff matters too.
Because who takes over?
The deputy who is wildly conflicted.
McCabe.
That's why his texts are so critical.
He's deeply conflicted and doesn't recuse himself from this investigation until weeks before the election.

Now she used to work at HHS and now she works at a think tank and listen to her explanation of how she keeps contact with these people and she gets information in advance and how they tactically use it to undermine the administration.

And uh, are you saying they were giving you, they were giving you like, they were giving
you early information to help.
So they were leaking information to you.
To be able to help on the outside.
To help on the outside.

So again, liberals will tell you the deep state conspiracy theory.
I don't care what you call it.
I can't say this enough.
The deep state, the sloppy state, the stupid state, the steady state is the New York Times op-ed writer who claimed to be inside the Trump administration resisting.

But denying that this is real.
After now, Joe, 10, 20, 80, 100 examples of people on the inside of the government actively undermining, not Trump!
You say, of course they're undermining Trump.
No, no, they're undermining you!
They're not undermining Trump, it's the President of the United States, you elected him!
Yeah, it probably hurts Trump's feelings personally, but you put Trump in office!
You fair and square put him in office to enact a very specific agenda you voted for!
They're stopping you!
Think about what I'm telling you here!
Your tax dollars paid this woman.
She left the government, went to a think tank.
She maintains contact with people your tax dollars are still paying in HHS, who are mailing her information about policies that have not become public yet, to which she's using to fight those policies after you vote.
Yes, Joe's got his fingers on his head on his On the eyebrows, you're like, is this happening?
Yes, it's happening.
Folks, it happens all the time.
I saw this over and over and over again in my time in the government.
Now, to be clear, this corruption part of this is not unique to the Trump administration.
The active resistance, though, on a mass scale, probably is.
I've never seen anything like this.
This is the merry-go-round of the swamp.
Go to work for the government.
Take a very little salary to work for the government.
Use your connections to take a big salary later on in the private sector.
Then, correspondingly, use those connections in the government to either help your private industry, who your taxpayers aren't paying.
These lobbyists are working for a business.
They're not working for you.
To help them negotiate against you.
There's another angle to this, too, I don't want to leave out.
I mean, it's tangentially related, but it's important nonetheless.
You ever heard of the term regulatory capture?
Regulatory capture is when the government has these regulatory agencies, things that regulate.
The FCC, that you should probably deal with at the radio, Joe.
Federal Communications Commission, the FEC, the Federal Elections Commission.
These three-letter agencies are everywhere.
The ABC, Alphabet Soup, you know what I'm talking about.
Regulatory capture is when then entities afterwards hire people who work for these regulatory agencies and use their connections in the government to tailor regulations to benefit them and hurt their competitors.
Folks, not only, again I don't mean to get off on a tangent on regulatory capture, I only bring it up in conjunction with what that was about, which is actively resisting Trump from inside the government you're paying for right now.

If this isn't direct evidence of why government should be limited and the individual should be unlimited from a higher philosophical sense, I don't know what is.
It is inherently corrupting to give people power.

And when they take that power and they do the dipsy-do flipperoo, this is what you get.
You get people who disagree politically with the administration, they leave, and then they turn around and sabotage the administration people voted for coming in.
Now it doesn't end there, it gets better.

Um, and then there's a lot of talk at work about, like, how we can resist Trump inside.
Yeah.
And there's, like, a lot of, kind of, like, pushback.
I would say this.
We can resist Trump inside.
Yeah.
Raybar confirms that her Justice Department co-workers resist from the inside, then boasts about how difficult it is for federal employees to be fired.
Her DSA colleague, Stuart Karaffa, who works at the State Department, told us the same thing.
Allison brags that one of her colleagues who works at the Department of Agriculture
resists by directly slowing down food stamp reform.
We have a member who works in the people who distribute food stamps.
They can take that away and they're just seeing what they can make it as on.
I wait until, I've just been with her for more than three days a day.
Three, four, two, three, four, five.
So I'm just going to put it one day at a time.
And what does that do though?
It just means that they can't touch the payments.
It's very small.
Mine is just contacting a company and stopping them.
So that means, what they're doing, means that people are going to be able to stay on food stamps for a couple months.
Which is really important.
All right, some of it's a little hard to hear, but it's who's doing the talking there that's going to blow your mind.

Interrupting her because God forbid we let a government official actually eat peacefully in a restaurant.
You know, they had a terrorizer in the restaurant, of course.
Now, one of the people in there Was a Department of Justice employee.
Wait, wait, what?
Did I just say that?
Oh, yeah, yeah, I just said that right.
The DHS secretary... No, I'm not suggesting anybody, by the way, whose First Amendment rights should be impacted by this.
Let's be clear.
I'm a libertarian at heart.

And then, Kramer talks about, she goes, they slow things down.
So they implemented a policy to move people off of food stamps and into economic independence.
And what happens?
Kramer says, and the employees there slow it down, which keep people on food stamps for a whole lot longer.
These are people inside the government your tax dollars are paying.
This is the actual woman in the video.
You know what?
You're going to put your name out there.
That goes both ways.
Everybody else has a First Amendment right too, right?

So O'Keefe's team invaded this Democrat Socialist of America thing and got this Hraber on tape talking about how Democratic Socialists are embedded in the government, how they're slowing stuff down.
Now, here's where it gets interesting and I have a personal relationship because this is a, to this, I'm really upset about this.
Because this was, when I was a police officer, this was a huge, huge deal.
This was a big problem in the NYPD in the day.
But Hraber, Allison Rayburn, this cut hints about doing something with information that really bothered the snot out of me.
It should bother you too.
So we looked it up and we found a different address for him and it turns out they've sold that house and moved in for the last six months.
So when we sent someone a secondary address, their license plate was outside and it had a bumper sticker for a school their kid went to.
What?
Wait, what?
That's very creepy, but it was very useful information.
So and so we ran the license plate as a car registered to Jeremy Wiley.
So his car is parked outside a house that he does own as of very recently.
And someone saw through the window.
So we're able to run license plates through like you.
We can't do it officially.
What? Wait, what?
Oh, did you catch that? Yeah.
Now, the guy later on, the same guy, they're asking questions, probes later on.
I had to cut it short for the sake of time here.
But he asks if.
How Hraber is getting this information, so Allison Hraber says.
They're asking how they're getting these addresses to go and find people at their houses to protest.
And Raber says, well, quote, we can't do it officially.
And then later on in the video, which you can see at the website, one of the guys seems to indicate that she's using a government LexisNexis account.
to get those home addresses to protest on these people.
Think about this.
This is incredible.
This woman is being paid on taxpayer money using allegedly here taxpayer-funded resources just to be clear to go and protest in front of people's houses.
This is unreal.
This is unbelievable.
Your money's paying for this.
Now This is serious.
This stuff bothers me because when I was a police officer, this was a major league no-no.
And again, being candid with you, this was a big problem with the NYPD.
There was a story when I was a younger cop of these police officers and they were... I'm not making this up.
I don't remember the specifics.
If I did, I wouldn't give them out because it's unnecessary to the story, but they pulled up next to this Good looking woman in a car and, you know, they ran the play.
They were like, hey, whatever, Antoinette, whatever your name is, how'd you know my name?
Oh, we ran it.
From what I remember, the woman's father or something was like a chief or a deputy inspector in the police department.
It was a big scandal.
They wound up doing queries and a lot of the license plate checks were being done.
Not for police business, but for personal business.
Obviously a violation of public trust.
That cleaned up the whole system.
After that, there were very specific logins.
You had to make sure there was a reason given.
And I think that's fair.
I mean, no one would question otherwise.
Folks, is this happening now inside the government that this woman is using inside resources?
Someone needs to get her and interview her immediately.
If this is the case, she needs to be fired, terminated as soon as possible.
This is an unforgivable violation of the Hatch Act to be using government resources to track people down to protest them for partisan purposes.
Again, let me be clear.
I'm not talking about any violation of our First Amendment rights at all.
Joe, perfectly entitled to protest, perfectly entitled to protest after hours, perfectly entitled to be an activist, that's the American way.
You are absolutely not entitled to use government resources to do that.
If that's happening, and the allegations on this hidden video are correct, she needs to be fired immediately.
Immediately.
But again, new rules.
You want to put yourself out there, you're out there, babe.
Other people may be looking too, then.

And like I said, you want to protest the Homeland Security Secretary while she eats dinner?
As long as you don't break any laws and the restaurant doesn't have any problem with it?

So the FBI, in case you missed it yesterday, is now saying, with regards to Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination and the allegations against him, That they are not going to conduct an investigation.
Please, please, if you missed yesterday's show, I'm strongly encouraging you, not just because it relates to current events, but as Joe would call it in the business, it's an evergreen topic.
Although, I discussed how FBI background investigations work because this is gonna come up again.
I'm already seeing the weaponization of the FBI outside of Spygate for other things, and this is happening with the Dems now.
Kavanaugh has been accused by this woman, Dr. Ford, of some sexual misconduct allegations when he was a teenager.
I gotta be honest with you, this story has way too many holes in it at this point.
I've said to you over and over, they gotta take the vote.
Just take the vote!

She's apparently not willing to testify about it.
If she's not willing to provide the details or testify, it says to me she's not looking to advance this at all and this has been more of a partisan battle than anything.
The FBI is now saying there will be no investigation because there's no crime alleged, which there isn't, and if there was a crime alleged, a federal crime, I want to be specific, but if there was a state crime, the statute of limitations is already gone.
She had to report it within a certain amount of time and she didn't.
The FBI is saying don't do it.
We're not going to do this investigation.
Now, I'm telling you the Democrats are preparing for a long-term fight to discredit any future decisions made by this guy.
I said it yesterday, I'll say it again today.
Their next battle is going to be, okay, you know, we're going to have to acquiesce on this because we don't have the votes, but all of these decisions will be tainted in the future.
This is how sick these people are.
Wake up every day and thank the Lord you are not a Democrat that they are going to accuse this guy of being a sexual predator on the Supreme Court and every decision is tainted.
But the FBI is now saying no.

right, a federal jobs guarantee, tuition-free public college, canceling all student loan debt.
According to nonpartisan and left-leaning studies friendly to your cause including
the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities or the Tax Policy Center.
The overall price tag is more than $40 trillion in the next decade.
You recently said in an interview that increasing taxes on the very wealthy plus an increased corporate tax rate would make $2 trillion over the next 10 years.
So where's the other $38 trillion going to come from?
Well, one of the things that we need to realize when we look at something like Medicare for All, Medicare for All would save the American people a very large amount of money.
And what we see as well is that these systems are not just pie in the sky.
Many of them are accomplished by every modern, civilized democracy in the Western world.
The United Kingdom has a form of single-payer health care.
Canada I'm talking about the overall package.
You say it's not pie in the sky, but $40 trillion is quite a bit of money, and the taxes that you talked about raising to pay for this, to pay for your agenda, only count for two.
We're going by left-leaning analysts.
Right, well when you look again at how our health care works, currently we pay, much of these costs go into the private sector.
So what we see is, for example, a year ago I was working downtown in a restaurant.
We don't participate in the economy in purchasing cars, etc.
as fully as possible.
It is a cost.
It is an externality, if you will, of unprecedented amounts of student loan debt.
I'm assuming I'm not going to get an answer for the other 38 trillion dollars.
Listen, I'm telling you, man.
The Tapper will go for it.

I'm assuming, no you're not Jake, you're not going to get an answer because she has no idea!
Or she has an idea and she's not going to say.
Let me just hit a couple of the lowlights, I was going to say highlights, but a little bit of lowlights on that.
Number one, I'm not really sure, this is not an economics show only, I love economics, but she seems to not understand what an externality is.
An externality is a, you can have a positive or a negative externality generated from a direct interaction.
So if you have some kind of an idea about clean water that's generated and the idea from that, the clean water generation, right, the idea can be used over and over again.
You know, the best way to say it is one of the reasons One of the reasons the socialists always, hey I don't want to get too like wonky but this is really an important point I brought up once on Hannity and people seem to really take it and run with it.
One of the reasons socialists are really not that bright and a specifically old-school Marxist and they've chronically underestimated capitalism.
We're gonna run out of resources, people are gonna be subjugated to a bourgeois class.
One of the reasons they always screw this up is because, ladies and gentlemen, a resource can be used generally one time, or a couple times, whatever it may be, right?
You have a hot dog, you eat it, that food's a resource, it's over.
An idea can be used over and over and over again, and externalities get generated from that, positive externalities, external to the initial transaction.
She doesn't seem to understand what an externality is.
She seems to ignore positive, like pollution could be a negative externality.
So if I engage with a transaction with a coal company and I buy power from them, right?
I'm not buying for pollution.
I'm not buying, right?
I'm buying power.
The fact that air pollution is generated would be considered legitimately so in economics a negative externality.
I did not pay for the pollution, but the pollution is generated external to the deal and basically, you know, someone's got to pay for it at some point.
That's a negative one.
There are positive externalities too.
That's what I meant by the idea.
You have a new idea on how to clean water.
That's not necessarily patentable, right?
You figured out boiling water works.
I mean, think about it.
Someone eventually figured out that there were germs in water you had to boil.
I mean, do you understand the positive externalities that were generated that through the lack of transmission of diseases in the future when people figured out how you could boil water?
There are positive externalities.
That is one of the things.
Please tell me this makes sense because it's really important.
The Marxists never understood that.
They view the world as like food, water, Pickaxes, resources, and slave labor.
And that's it.
What they never understood is, Bill Gates sat in his garage, developed an idea that was used over and over.

What about a computer that could do this?
And then other companies came in.
Now we got computers that do everything.
An idea, the power of an idea is amazing.

Email your senators.
Email your rep in the House of Representatives and say, what the heck is this?
