Trump Fraud Crackdown IS NOW, 8 Arrests ALREADY

Tim Pool details a federal fraud crackdown targeting Southern California hospice centers and labor unions, linking these operations to Vice President JD Vance's accusations against Congresswoman Ilhan Omar regarding marriage fraud. While the Justice Department pursues denaturalization cases, Pool questions Vance's legal authority under the Speech and Debate Clause and speculates on whether Omar's 2024 attack was staged. The host argues that eliminating illegal immigrants could shift up to 11 congressional seats to Republicans due to apportionment rules, suggesting these enforcement actions are strategic political maneuvers rather than isolated legal efforts. Trump's New Fraud Crackdown 00:04:30
tim pool
Today, Donald Trump announced that JD Vance will be the fraud czar, and they are already starting to crack down on fraud across the board.
With operations in Minnesota and in California, big news on several people being arrested.
We got it from CNN.
Eight arrests made in federal crackdown on alleged health care fraud in Southern California.
Now, this story exploded onto the scene when Nick Shirley went to Minnesota and documented a bunch of buildings that purported to be daycare centers or otherwise, and they seemed to not be.
Now we have the continuing investigations as CBS News jumps into the fray and begins to uncover much of this governmental fraud and waste that is occurring in these states.
unidentified
But wait!
tim pool
There's a bigger picture on the fraud narrative that emerges when JD Vance says Ilhan Omar, mind you, is a sitting member of Congress, definitely committed immigration fraud.
The ball's rolling down the hill, my friends, and it's going to start picking up mass snowball rolling down the hill.
With this statement, this is a bold, bold statement.
And the question is I don't know if the vice president has the protections of what's called the speech and debate clause.
This is a massive thing for a sitting vice president to say that a member of Congress is not a legitimate citizen of this country.
Now, already we've seen members of Congress say Ilan Omar should be denaturalized and deported.
With JD Vance making this statement, Well, this is a bombshell.
Of course, this was a few days ago, but with the operations underway in California and Minnesota to put a stop to all of this fraud, the question has never been more pertinent.
Will this administration take action on immigration fraud, especially as the birthright citizenship case is kicking up a massive storm?
In other news related to this, it turns out the two Chinese individuals, actually Americans, who planted the bombs, or at least they're accused of planting bombs at this CENTCOM base, Central Command, They're the children of illegal immigrants from China, which is wrapping everything up with a neat little bow.
One big picture.
People coming to this country illegally, having kids, and then defrauding our government.
And the question is what, if anything, will we do as the American people to stop it?
Now, this story on the fraud crackdown is broad.
We've got the operations in California.
We've got new information emerging on JD Vance's plans and position.
But let's start where it gets the most salacious.
The vice president saying Ilhan Omar committed fraud, and previous statements that if it were true she did commit immigration fraud, she should be denaturalized and deported.
Where it gets crazier, the Trump admin has already denaturalized some individuals and kicked them out for fraud.
So it's going to get particularly spicy, mind you.
So let's dive into the news.
But before we do, we got a great sponsor for you wallet.rumble.com.
Download the Rumble wallet.
We fear that censorship may come back and debanking may come back.
And we're already hearing crazy stories about people who've had their crypto seized off crypto exchanges because they didn't log in enough.
Well, the wallet from Rumble is non custodial, meaning no one can ban you.
They can't take away your funds or your money.
You got Tether, Tether Gold, and Bitcoin in one spot.

Pick it up today.
And again, be resilient to censorship.
Do not get censored and banned.
But let's start with the news from Fox 9.
JD Vance says Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud.
They say Vance appeared on conservative Benny Johnson's podcast over the weekend, where he accused the Minnesota lawmaker of fraud.
Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America.
She has been at the center of a lot of the worst fraudsters, the center of the Somali community.
Omar has been at odds with the Trump administration.
And the White House multiple times over accusations that she married her brother to obtain U.S. citizenship.
No, no, no.
She had US citizenship and she married her brother to get him citizenship.
So the phrasing needs to be cleaned up.
Acid Attack Misinformation Explained 00:02:39
tim pool
Fox 9 looked into those allegations and found no evidence that can corroborate that.
That, well, Fox 9, what you're really saying is you're really bad at your jobs because even the Star Tribune said, and this is a quote, that Ilhan Omar may have married her brother.
So really, it's gonna come down to can you enforce the law?
And you know, we've had great conversations about whether or not you can or can't, but it's gonna come down to the willpower.
Excuse me, will you wield the power that you have?
Omar calls the allegations a ridiculous lie.
Quote, this is rich coming from someone who literally said they were willing to create stories to redirect media.
I don't believe that's true.
This is a ridiculous lie and a desperate attempt to distract from the pedo protection party's unpopular war of choice, increasing gas prices and rapidly dropping polling numbers.
In late January, Omar held a town hall where, after calling for then DHS at Christine Ome to resign over Operation Metro Surge in the Twin Cities, an attendee stood up and sprayed Omar with liquid.
That man, later identified as Anthony Kazmierchak, was charged with threats of violence and assault for the attack.
The Hanneman County complaint alleges that Kazmierchak told Omar, You should effing die during the attack.
You know, I'm not sure how I feel about that attack on Ellen Omar for a variety of reasons.
I mean, the simple solution is a crazy guy did a crazy thing.
But the strange thing is, let me tell you a story.
There's a story in the news, it's been around for a long time.
Some guy's chilling in his house, it's a horrible story, and he hears a knock at the door.
He walks up and opens the door and instantly gets splashed in the face with sulfuric acid.
He collapses and it sears his flesh off.
The most important thing to know and follow up on advice on this, but you have to rinse yourself with water immediately.
And apparently, the story is he just fell down screaming as the acid was burning his face.
The man who sprayed him with acid got the wrong house.
He was looking for another guy, did not know, went to the wrong house and splashed a random guy with acid.
I bring this story up because when Ilhan Omar was sprayed with an unknown liquid, she did nothing, which either shows she's real dumb or maybe this was staged.
Don't know.
But the first thing you do if someone splashes your face with liquid is you get water on it.
Now, some people have said with these acid attacks, can't you use a base or something to try and neutralize the burn?
Well, the issue is if you don't know the pH, you can't neutralize it, you can make it worse.
So the best thing you can do is water.
Just to get it off.
But follow up on that.
Don't take any advice on safety procedures because what do I know?
I'm just some guy on the internet.
I don't actually know.
Ilhan Omar Denaturalization Risk 00:03:21
tim pool
Well, Donald Trump has issued a statement today saying Vice President JD Vance is now in charge of fraud in the U.S., it is massive and pervasive, and the job he will be doing in conjunction with many great people within the Trump admin will be a major factor in how great the future of our country will be.
We will call him the fraud czar, and his focus will be everywhere, but primarily in those blue states where crooked Democrat politicians, like those in California, Illinois, Minnesota, Somalia, beware.
Maine, New York, and many others have had a free for all in the unprecedented theft of taxpayer money.
The numbers are so large that if successful, we would literally be able to balance our American budget.
Raids have already started in LA.
Good luck, JD.
So I'm going to add this to the mix.
When you make JD Vance the fraud czar, and he just recently said Ilhan Omar committed immigration fraud, I think it's entirely possible that Ilhan Omar is going to get the boot.
But holy crap, would that be nuts?
Going in, charging her, denaturalizing, and deporting a sitting member of Congress.
This is from WABC Radio from the end of February.
They say, Harmite Dillon confirmed this week that individuals who obtained U.S. citizenship through fraudulent means, including misrepresented marital or familial status, could face denaturalization proceedings under federal law.
Dillon made the remarks while discussing the legal standards surrounding citizenship applications, stating, If you lie about your marriage status on which your citizenship depends or your familial status, Or what have you, if you fake any of those documents or you lie, that's grounds for denaturalization.
Now, hold on there a gosh darn minute.
The allegation against Ilhan Omar is not that she married her brother so that she could be a citizen, it's that she was a citizen and she married her brother so that he could get a visa to the United States.
I don't know if it's direct citizenship, but hold on.
According to the INA, to the law, an individual who commits immigration fraud is subject to denaturalization and deportation.
It does not say for what the purpose of that fraud is.
And I'll explain to you why.
Many people on the left try to counter, well, even if she did marry her brother, why would you denaturalize her?
She was a citizen.
He's the one who got the fraudulent citizenship.
No, no.
That's not what the law says or how it works.
The point is if an individual obtains citizenship in this country through the standard practice that we would deem legal, but uses that for the purpose of fraudulently granting access to others, they're all part of one big fraud scheme.
It doesn't need to be that she obtained.
Citizenship fraudulently, but that she used her citizenship fraudulently to assist others in committing crimes.
If you're just the driver of the guy to the bank as he robs the bank, you're an accomplice to bank robbery.
No, no, no, hold on.
All I did was drive a car, I didn't rob the bank.
So what?
You were an accomplice.
You were the getaway driver.
It's all part of one big scheme.
She might actually get the boot.
Take a look at this.
In January, Nancy Mace pushes oversight committee to subpoena records to check if Ilhan Omar married her brother.
They might actually do it.
I don't know if they're going to do it.
I think they should do it.
Trump threatens to denaturalize U.S. citizens if they deserve it.

Experts raise grave concerns about this, about the future.
Well, I'm pretty sure Trump already did.
I thought I had this one pulled up.
Indeed.
We got it, ladies and gentlemen.
Check this out.
Justice Department secures the denaturalization of convicted gun trafficker and health care fraudster and files complaint against marriage scammer.
unidentified
Oh, boy!
tim pool
Man, I hope they circle the wagons around Ilhan Omar.
Well, circling the wagon means to protect, but I'm saying they.
I hope they kettle in her and her ilk who have committed crimes, should they have committed these crimes, I will add.
The DOJ announced today, and again, this is from March 26th, it's like a couple weeks ago, that it secured the denaturalization of two individuals who obtained U.S. citizenship through fraud and sued to revoke the citizenship of a third person that secured naturalization by marriage fraud.
If I was Ilhan Omar, I would be particularly worried about what is currently going on.
Trump's GOP allies in Congress seek to turn up heat on Ilhan Omar with Ethics Probe.
No guarantee or sign, the Bipartisan Ethics Committee will investigate the lawmaker as the feud with Trump grows.
They certainly got their sights set on her.
And I think it's very possible that she is going to get daboot.
Very possible, but we'll see.
In the meantime, the fraud crackdown is real.
We have individuals not from this country or illegally in this country or defrauding our immigration system to steal money from us.
CNN reports eight arrests made in federal crackdown on alleged health care fraud in Southern California.
They say five of the cases involved hospice care centers in the cities of Glendale, Artesia, Tarzana, and Simi Valley in the LA area that allegedly billed Medicare for patients that were not terminally ill and did not qualify for hospice services.
The U.S. Attorney's Office said one person was arrested in Idaho and another in LA for allegedly defrauding a West Coast labor union's health care plans.
An additional person arrested in LA was accused of forging immigration medical documents.
The Trump admin has made California and the LA area in particular a focus of its national anti-fraud efforts, alleging the Democratic-led state is failing to crack down on improper spending.
First, Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Assale, a Trump appointee, called California the kingdom of fraud during a news conference announcing the charges.
Governor Gavin Newsom's office at the state has already aggressively cracked down on hospice fraud, noting that he signed a law in 2021 to stop providing new hospice licenses over fraud concerns.
The office also said the state has revoked more than 280 hospice licenses in two years and 300 providers are under investigation.
Glad the federal government is finally stepping up to do their part, Newsom wrote in a post on X. You know what's really fascinating to me?
Just provide the care.
It's wild.
You could literally just get money from the government and hire hospice nurses and provide hospice care and get paid.
It's like an instant business.
Instead, these people are so crooked and vile that they open up empty offices, do nothing, and lie and steal money from those who would actually need it.
The admin has highlighted fraud around the country across federal benefits programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
President Donald Trump signed an executive order in March to create an anti-fraud task force led by Vice President JD Vance, which met for the first time last week.
Most of the efforts have focused on states run by Democrats, though Republican-led Florida was among those asked to share more information on how they identify, prevent, and address Medicaid fraud.
We are enforcing a zero-tolerance policy for criminals who defraud American taxpayers, as Saley said in a statement.
Dr. Mehmet Az said during a news conference, That federal officials took out 221 hospices in the last 10 weeks.
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which Oz runs, did not immediately respond to an email.
We are going to review every single hospice in California, Oz said.
In January, Oz posted a video on social media in front of an Armenian bakery in LA, alleging that roughly $3.5 billion in hospice and home care fraud had taken place in the city, and quite a bit of it was run by the Russian Armenian mafia.
It led to a civil rights complaint by Newsom's office, who said Oz had targeted Armenians with baseless.
And racially charged allegations.
Oh my God.
Are you kidding me?
Oz's agency also announced that it was proposing a new publicly available hospice scoring system using care metrics to better identify facilities that might be illegitimate.
The largest Medicare fraud case announced Thursday involved an Artesia based hospice center whose owner submitted more than $9 million in fraudulent hospice claims to Medicare and was paid more than $8.5 million on those claims.
It's time for a crackdown.
CBS, hospice where staggering 97% of terminal patients survive.
Is accused of defrauding Medicare for $7.45 million.
I would like $7.45 million.
Look at us, honest Americans working hard every day like suckers, as these people come in and steal from the public coffers, and I'm paying for it.
I got to give like half my income in taxes.
And then the federal government doles this stuff out to criminals, illegal immigrants, fraudsters, and liars, ripping off the backs of our hard work.
Man.
I'd like to see these issues solved, my friends.
They say a high survival rate at a hospice provider is one of a series of red flags identified by state auditors for fraud because most people enter hospice care in the final stages of mental, I'm sorry, of physical illness.
Republicans Target Public Funds 00:06:20

Well, Donald Trump says a warning to five Democratic states the raids have already begun.
So I want you guys to tell me right now.
I want you guys to comment, tell me.
Which states do you think are first on the list?
Obviously, Minnesota.
We already got that check mark.
We need to go in there.
The federal government needs to go in there and start reviewing, and I think they are, all of these immigration forms and everything they're doing because the rumors are the Somali community, which has been caught, individuals have been caught shuffling cash back to Somalia, that they have created a network of fraudulent chain migration.
Not every Somali person, some are very good people, I'm told, but there are stories like we have with Ilhan Omar.
Where she's accused of marrying her brother so that he can come to the U.S. for benefits.
He ultimately did leave, I believe.
But still, that makes, if that story is true, she's an immigration fraudster.
And we have questions about the rest or other people in these areas that may be doing similarly, my friend.
unidentified
Similarly.
tim pool
We see that we already have this story.
We know this one.
Let's see this one.
We've got issues with this that I'm going to bring up here in the context of the fraud.
And that is whether or not Donald Trump's administration is doing what the American people want to be done.
Right now, fewer people are calling themselves Republicans or Republican leaning independents since 2015.
It has dropped massively.
Now, take a look at this.
In 2024, Republicans were winning.
More people called themselves Republican than Democrat.
And it used to be, and it's been for a long time, that people called themselves Democrats, not Republicans, but it's dropped.
With the Epstein files, nobody wants to associate with the refusal to accomplish what the American people voted for.
That is, two big factors.
The American people want illegal immigrants deported, but they don't want the violence.
They don't want to see videos of guys in armor with guns pulling people out of cars who are screaming, Ayudame.
They don't.
Perhaps you can call it paradoxical, but rock in a hard place it is.
The American people do not want war with Iran.
We are here.
Maybe Trump really did need to get in there.
I don't know, but here we go.
The point is this it is difficult for people right now.
The costs of living are high.
A pound of ground beef now costs more than the federal minimum wage.
So here's what we need to do.
I think Trump will score some points in a variety of ways.
For one, he's stuck with the Iran war, and that is going to be a major point of damage for him in the midterms and for the next Republican going into 2028.
That being said, Trump needs to heavily prioritize right now getting costs down.
And one thing he can do, not the strongest thing he can do, one thing he can do arrest these fraudsters and return this money to the American people.
That's something he can do.
The cost of living wouldn't matter all that much if the people didn't have to give so much of their money away to the government, which in turn gives it to fraudsters.
The American people might actually feel better and be happy to see criminals.
Getting their comeuppance and having accountability.
But it does feel like for a lot of people with Donald Trump and this current administration, the firing of Pam Bondi, we have not gotten what we voted for.
In fact, we've gotten things we did not vote for.
The Epstein files were a blunder.
I don't believe that is the biggest issue for the average person.
I don't.
But the Iran war is pretty bad.
And the biggest issue, of course, is the cost of living food, shelter, and all that.
It's difficult.
Gas prices are going up.
Now, it may be.
The Trump administration gets a swift and decisive victory in Iran, in which case, prices will come down.
There are a lot of people saying that it's going to be bad for America and all this stuff.
Don't get me wrong, that's possible.
The truth is, though, if the U.S. accomplishes their objectives with regime change in Iran, controls Iranian energy production, it is going to get real cheap, real fast.
The bigger issue I see, though, is Gen Z.
They don't view themselves as Republicans, they're backing off.
Young Gen Z, they are looking at a country where they will not be able to own a home.
They can't find meaningful work.
You've got a bunch of corrupt individuals who will never be held accountable.
So, why would they ever vote for the Republican Party?
Now, here's what's interesting.
As much as we are seeing people drift away from Republican, young people are drifting away from Democrat way faster than young people are from Republican.
So, honestly, things will get particularly interesting as this new demographic shift happens.
In the meantime, I bring up these other factors because I want to rope this all together and say, my friends, good things are before us.
There are moves being made to deal with the fraud and the manipulation.
And when that happens, it's just step one in making this country better for the people of this country.
So let us not have black pills in our hearts.
Let's have a little hopium that with JD Vance calling out Ilhan Omar, we might start to deal with these corrupt Democrats.
Let me put it like this Democrats get extra seats in Congress because of the population of illegal immigrants in this country.
That's why they want them.
The apportionment for congressional seats is not based on citizenship, it's based on the amount of people, illegal or otherwise.
That's why Democrats want them.
They want them to bring their children.
They want them to bring their friends and their family and their grandparents.
They want it to be so that in 2030, they get to add more congressional seats.
But if you were to eliminate illegal immigrants, estimates range from as low as one, upwards of 11 congressional seats would shift to the Republican Party.
So tell me, are we going in the right direction?
You let me know.
I'm going to wrap it up there.
Smash that like button, share the show, stick around.
