Democrats GLOAT Over Cheating Primary To OUST Far Left Jasmine Crockett And BOOST James Talarico

Jasmine Crockett’s Texas Democratic Senate primary loss to James Talarico exposed alleged Democratic manipulation, with CBS and Stephen Colbert falsely claiming FCC interference to suppress her—Colbert’s interview drew 4.2M views, sparking a $2.5M fundraising surge. Critics accuse both sides of deception: Talarico’s Trump-blame narrative was dismissed as false, while Crockett avoided naming Democratic involvement despite extended voting hours favoring Talarico. The episode reveals how partisan tactics—from media complicity to legal maneuvering—undermine fair elections, leaving voters disillusioned amid a broader trend of political "scumbaggery." Cheating in Dallas County 00:06:53
tim pool
Last night in Texas, Jasmine Crockett, a rising star for the Democratic Party, lost her Senate primary race to James Tallarico.
And something dark was at play.
Indeed, cheating did happen.
Now, Jasmine Crockett is upset.
She is saying that there was cheating, and if they can cheat, it's what they're going to do.
The question is, who cheated?
How do they cheat?
And who should she be mad at?
The truth is, many prominent Democrat personalities, I should say, Democrat-aligned, not necessarily politicians, liberals are gloating over their manipulation and hoax campaign to cheat the Democrat Senate primary in Texas.
Now, I am going to break down for you exactly how the Democrats cheated, violating FCC rules with a hoax campaign to lock out Jasmine Crockett.
And then I'm going to explain how Jasmine Crockett is basically blaming Republicans for all of this because they can't just be honest.
Jasmine Crockett knows that she can't actually come out and accuse the establishment machine, the Democratic Party, from locking her out because Democrats want to hear why Republicans are bad.
And thus, my friends, I have for you this video to kick it all off.
Let's take a listen.
Let's start with the volume.
jasmine crockett
So that's my news is that we're not going to have election results tonight, in my opinion, based upon what specifically is taking place in Dallas County.
Unfortunately, this is what Republicans like to do.
And so they specifically targeted Dallas County, and I think we all know why.
So I want you to enjoy yourselves, but I won't be back tonight because I have no idea of when we're going to get results.
And I fully anticipate it won't be until tomorrow.
unidentified
So.
We love you, Brandon.
I love y'all too.
jasmine crockett
Thank you so very much for being here.
tim pool
Indeed, that's what Republicans do when she loses to a Democrat in a Democrat primary who is saying he won and deserved to win.
My friends, Jasmine Crockett is claiming election meddling took place.
There's more videos to play and break down the actual cheating for which prominent Democrat-aligned media are gloating that they shut out Jasmine Crockett.
And I would only say this to Jasmine.
Just call them out for it.
Now, that being said, shout out to Brandon Herrera, who is going to a runoff defeating.
He beat him.
He beat Tony Gonzalez in the vote count, but they're going to get a runoff.
So we'll see if he gets through.
The expectation is that he is going to.
And Dan Crenshaw has been primarily.
He's out.
And as far as I can tell, he's not claiming that there was election meddling or cheating from the Democrats.
But let's break this down.
Before we do, my friends, make sure you go to TimCast.com, click on that little menu bar, click join us to get in the Discord server.

But let's start right here, my friends, the New York Post.
Complaining rep Jasmine Crockett, Leave's own Texas Senate primary watch party, accuses GOP of election meddling.
I want to just stop real quick and ask this question of each and every one of you.
Here's the debate.
Comment below.
I need to understand this, okay?
What did the Republican Party do so that Democrat Tallerico would beat Jasmine Crockett?
Like, what did the Republican Party do?
Where did the Republican Party hurt you?
Because it doesn't quite make sense.
In fact, Republicans favored Crockett as the candidate because she's less likely to win the general.
There are concerns that James Tallerico, who presents himself as a moderate Democrat Christian, could actually convince moderates to vote for him, thus flipping the state and taking the Senate seat for the Democratic Party.
It is entirely possible, in which case, Republicans would have very much preferred Jasmine Crockett, which is exactly why the Democrats cheated this primary.
And I'm going to show you they did.
No, I want to stress, I want to stress.
I say Democrat aligned, meaning organizations, media, institutions, and people who want the Democrats to win staged this campaign with James Tallerico, mind you, who played into it all the same.
And I think that is evil.
I think it's evil, evil stuff.
Now, we got more videos for you, my friends.
We've got this from Jasmine Crockett, and let's play the tape.
jasmine crockett
Red has already stated, we encourage each and every one of you to remain resilient.
We cannot allow this type of behavior to be rewarded because so long as they know that they can win, even if it means cheating, then they will continue to do it.
So I am asking you, I am begging you to make sure that you go ahead and figure out where it is that you are supposed to vote.
Stand in line, wait in line.
tim pool
Cheat.
Who's cheating?
Honest question, Jasmine.
The New York Post says, Jasmine Crockett told supporters she was going to leave her own watch party after votes in Dallas County were delayed.
We need to see the Dallas County votes to see where they are.
But I won't be back tonight, so we did play this video.
You get it?
NBC News's Steve Kornacki said in his live stream earlier, even if the rest of the vote of the Dallas County came in, she would still be well short here of that margin that Tallarico has built.
The next Supreme Court ruled earlier Tuesday that ballots cast after 7 p.m. Central need to be separated from previous votes after a lower court offered polling location, ordered polling locations for Democrats in Dallas County to stay open two hours longer due to voter confusion.
So is that the cheating?
That Dallas County helped the location stay open longer.
Now I want to see if I can find this post.
There's a post on X from James Tallerico, which I think is going to be particularly important.
James Tallarico's Victory 00:13:42
tim pool
Oh, it's, come on.
They want to give me nothing but the, here we go.
Indeed, one of the most important posts that I believe proves, proves the Democrats cheated.
Now, you may be asking me, Tim, how did the Democrats cheat?
And we'll start here with 270 to win.
James Tallarico secured 52.8% of the vote to Jasmine Crockett's 45.9%.
If Tallerico did not hit that 50% threshold, they would be going to a runoff, much like many others.
In the Republican primary, John Cornyn at 41.8 and Ken Paxton at 40.7, they're going to be going to a runoff.
And if Wesley Hunt's supporters get behind Paxton, it is going to be an easy victory for Paxton.
Guys, Ken Paxton is wildly popular.
He's a huge fan favorite.
So it's looking pretty good for him.
As for Crockett, hmm, what happened there?
Well, my friends, it all starts with this video.
Why CBS didn't broadcast Stephen Colbert's interview with James Tallarico?
Well, why didn't they?
What happened?
4.2 million views.
Stephen Colbert explains to his broadcast audience that a new directive from Brendan Carr's FCC makes it next to impossible for CBS to air his interview with Texas state rep James Tallarico on CBS.
Now, why is that?
NBC News report, Stephen Colbert says CBS didn't air interview out of fear of FCC.
Trump's Republican FCC interfering in the Democrat primary?
Tell me more.
Colbert kicked off Monday's episode of The Late Show by saying, and I want to pause real quick.
This is from February 17th, saying the network's lawyers told him he could not have James Tallerico on his broadcast.
They say, quote, he was supposed to be here, but we were told in no uncertain terms by our network's lawyers who called us directly that we could not have him on the broadcast.
Then, then I was told in some uncertain terms that not only could I not have him on, I could not mention me not having him on.
And because my network clearly doesn't want us to talk about this, let's talk about this.
The late show published the unaired interview with Tellarico on YouTube.
In the interview, Colbert and Tellarico, who was running for the Senate, discussed the FCC crackdown, including opening a probe in ABC's The View of Tallerico appeared on the show.
Quote, I think that Donald Trump is worried that we're about to flip Texas.
This is the party that ran against cancel culture, and now they're trying to control what we watch, what we say, what we read, and this is the most dangerous kind of cancel culture, the kind that comes from the top.
Tellerico accused the Trump administration of selling out the First Amendment to curry favor with corrupt politicians.
In fact, here is a post from James Tellerico himself on X.
This is the interview Donald Trump didn't want you to see.
His FCC refused to air my interview with Stephen Colbert.
Trump is worried we're about to flip Texas.
Hold on there a gosh darn minute.
CBS says it didn't kill Stephen Colbert's interview with Senate Hopeful.
Who's lying?
Or is it a case where both versions of the events are technically true?
The network and the host offer dueling stories of what happened to a Texas state representative's appearance due to new FCC equal time rules.
Indeed, my friends, most of you are aware of the story, but for those that aren't familiar, I suggest share this with people so you can understand how they cheated and why they did.
James Tallerico clearly in on it.
And I think that's apparent by his posts.
The truth is, CBS said they didn't shut down the interview.
And additionally, why would Trump personally want to interfere in a Democrat primary?
The truth is this.
Jasmine Crockett is a wild card.
She's a progressive, and she's not going to play well in Texas.
So, I mean, look, I know that she got a lot of votes.
unidentified
It's true.
tim pool
Democrat primary.
But she's not winning a Senate seat in Texas.
It's purple, but leans right.
She is not going to do well in Texas in a Senate race, especially if you're up against Ken Paxton.
I honestly don't think Taylorico is going to beat Paxton either, but we'll see.
So hold on there a minute.
It's beneficial for the Republicans if the race is going to be Coroner Paxton versus Jasmine Crockett.
Because Crockett is abrasive, brash, far left.
She's going to lose some points from that.
The Democrat strategy with Tellarico is that he's a moderate Democrat, self-purported Christian, in which case, it is bad for Trump that Tallarico actually wins.
So hold on.
Hold on.
In the primary, I would say.
The argument then would be Trump was trying to prevent Tallarico from appearing on Colbert because it would benefit him, but it would spike Jasmine Crockett at the same time.
In fact, there's no real incentive one way or the other.
If anything, the Trump administration would want Tallerico to do the interview because it would also give equal opportunity to Jasmine Crockett, who the Republicans would probably prefer.
Either way, why would the Republicans be just interfering?
It's an unknown.
Maybe Jasmine Crockett would win.
Here's what ends up happening.
They're saying it outright.
The Colbert bump.
James Tallarico wins Democratic primary.
Hold on there, a gosh darn minute.
Jasmine Crockett is claiming Republicans cheated by blocking her to put in place the guy who's more likely to beat a Republican?
That makes no sense.
And here's the problem I have with all of this is that what I see with Jasmine Crockett is that she can't come out and say the Democrats cheated because her base only wants to hear why Orange Man is bad.
In which case, she's going to say Orange Man is bad.
Trump cheated.
The Republicans meddled.
You were beat by a Democrat who was propped up by Democrats, who lied about why they couldn't have a show on.
And here's where it gets funny.
Here's the funny point.
James Tallarico and Colbert are pushing the narrative that Donald Trump was trying to block his appearance on Colbert, which is not true because they wanted to create the perception that he had already won.
The point is this.
They were arguing that Donald Trump blocking Tallerico was so that it would force Stephen Colbert to have on the Republican challenger.
Again, the general perception when this whole thing was going down was that CBS basically said, if Tallarico is on, you've got to have the Republican challenger as well.
But that was never the case.
CBS said, if you have on Tallerico, FCC equal time rules would require you to have on Jasmine Crockett.
So where are we at?
Prominent liberal personalities and the Democrat himself lied about what happened to ice out Jasmine Crockett because they want to go up against Donald Trump.
So I guess if anything, the Republicans would have been protecting Jasmine Crockett if they were trying to?
No.
The reality is simple.
Jasmine Crockett's been a rising star in the Democratic Party.
She's effectively lost her congressional seat because of redistricting.
So she decides to run in the primary for the Senate to keep her political career going.
She's prominent, very famous, and she's one of the most famous Democrats.
Likely was going to defeat handily James Tallarico.
Tallerico needed some kind of mass normalization, big brand boost.
Well, to Democrats, all that matters is Trump is the bad guy.
Imagine if they actually came out and said, Jasmine Crockett's trying to shut down our interview.
People would have been like, huh?
Indeed.
So where we're currently at, my friends, the Democrats staged a hoax, falsely accusing Donald Trump of shutting down an interview he did not shut down, lying and claiming CBS shut it down when CBS explicitly said we didn't tell him not to do it.
We just said you'd probably have to have on Jasmine Crockett.
Jasmine Crockett, because she lives in Wally World, can't just admit it's the Democratic Party that shut her down.
And thus, my friends, here we are.
Thomas Reporter says, turns out the Colbert bump is still a thing.
On Tuesday, James Tallarico won the Democratic primary for the Texas seat, beating Jasmine Crockett.
Tellerico, you may remember, was at the center of a political firestorm after his interview with Stephen Colbert.
And the late show was blocked by CBS's lawyers from airing due to the FCC's new guidance for political candidates on talk shows.
In an unusual move, Colbert devoted an entire segment of his show to the issue, raising not only concerns about the overreach of the FCC, but boosting Tallerico's profile by association.
Indeed, and blaming Trump.
Because again, for the average run-of-the-mill Dem, the perception in their mind was that Trump was trying to protect the Republican candidate.
In fact, the argument makes no sense because he would have been protecting Jasmine Crockett.
The fallout from the Tallerico affair then became a multi-day thing in the late show and elsewhere, with Colbert discussing his back and forth with CBS lawyers and management.
In a remarkable piece of television, a clearly exasperated Colbert revealed his tension with his employer, saying, I'm not even mad.
I really don't want an adversarial relationship with the network.
Adding further spice to the controversy, and again, elevating Tellarico's name recognition, was Colbert's ongoing issue with CBS.
With the network canceling the long-running late show and is running with the FCC that's become more of an active at the second Trump administration, blah, blah, blah.
Despite being blocked from airing the Tallerico on broadcast, he wasn't.
And a Hollywood reporter wrote it.
CBS says it didn't kill his interview.
But of course, they're lying.
Colbert put the near 15-minute interview in its entirety on the Late Show YouTube channel.
It got a whopping 9 million views.
Here's James Tellarico's post with a whopping 13.4 million views and 43,000 retweets where he says, this is the interview Donald Trump didn't want you to see.
His FCC refused to air my interview.
None of which is true.
Now, my question is, how is this allowed?
The same people that are upset over Citizens United and they say powerful billionaires can do whatever they want, homeboy just lied.
He lied and he won.
And he stole that election from Jasmine Crockett.
I do not like Jasmine Crockett.
Stop making me defend Jasmine Crockett, but this is pure scumbaggery.
And sometimes I see this stuff and I wish I really did.
There was a Philosopher King who would be like, nope, disqualified.
You do not get to stage hoaxes and manipulate the public to cheat elections.
The election is supposed to be a population of people who hear the arguments and make a decision as to who they think is the better candidate.
This is evil stuff.
Colbert is a scumbag.
Tellerico is a scumbag.
And I got to be honest, I think Tellerico is probably going to be a better politician.
And I don't like the whack-a-loon far-left stuff from Jasmine Crockett.
Fine.
But I do not accept this degree of political snakery.
Just pure evil.
Scumbags.
Trump said, you can't watch this.
Bro, you were icing out Jasmine Crockett.
Not Ken Paxton or Wesley Hunt or Cornyn for that matter.
The Colbert kerfuffle was also a huge boost to Tallarico's campaign.
With the Texas poll revealing that he raised more than $2.5 million in the 24 hours after his appearance, he also became something of a cause celebre.
Is that how you say it?
In liberal media.
With a flurry of appearances on cable news, including a notable segment on Lawrence O'Donnell's MS Now show that has over a million views on YouTube and an array of podcasts since the late show spot.
Indeed, my friends, the depravity and scumbaggery, and nothing ever gets done about it.
This is not supposed to be the way we run things.
But I'm not so naive, my friends.
I know that we've had similar things.
All is fair in love, war, and politics, as it were.
And thus, all that matters is the end is that you are willing to be a vile, evil piece of trash like James Tallarico.
You know, guys, I know people say, Tim, if you weren't so abrasive and insulting to a lot of these people, maybe they come on your show.
I get it.
I just, this boils my blood.
It boils my blood.
Jasmine Crockett, again, I do not like her politics, but I at least expect a legitimate conversation on the issues so that the people decide who they want to be.
And Colbert is a deeply amoral and evil man, and Tallarico is as well.
These people should not be allowed anywhere near the seats of power.
Again, not saying Jasmine Crockett should either, but holy crap, am I just livid over the lies, the lies they push to trick people into giving them power.
But there it is, my friends.
The nature of American politics.
With the redistricting going on, who knows how the midterm is actually going to turn out?
Anger Over Redistricting Ruling 00:00:25

We're expecting at some point soon, actually, maybe even today, ruling from the Supreme Court as to whether or not this will move forward.
There already have been some decisions, and people are already losing it, but we'll see.
That pisses me off, man.
I'm sorry.
It just pisses me off.
Sorry, if I'm just, I get angry about it.
You tell me what you think.
Smash the like button, share the show, stick around because more is coming up, of course, throughout the day.
Excuse me.
