About 80,000 new JFK files got released, and not very many people have been able to go through every single one of these documents, but many other documents have been released before, and there are certainly many individuals who have been tracking the story for quite a long time.
So what better opportunity than now to actually sit down and break down this conversation over the JFK assassination?
And I gotta tell you guys, it goes way beyond this, because...
When you get into conversations about whether it's the mob or the CIA or whatever's going on, you get into conversations about the liberal economic order.
You get into conversations about the Council on Foreign Relations, the Atlantic Council.
Oh boy, the list goes on.
Eventually we're talking about 9-11, free fall speeds.
Who knows what's coming next?
So we've got a couple gentlemen here with us to help us understand this better.
More recently, I wrote a 10-hour miniseries with Oliver Stone called Oswald, which we shopped around Hollywood, which should be a documentary by itself.
Just shopping a product with Oliver Stone in Hollywood.
We call them lone nutters, and we treat them as if they are Holocaust deniers on the show.
So we don't engage with Holocaust deniers and we don't engage with lone nutters who believe that Oswald, after all these years, was the assassin of the president.
Just to kick off the conversation as we get into the JFK stuff, for those that haven't seen Shooter, it's an awesome movie.
What happens is Mark Wahlberg plays a renowned sniper.
He's approached by the government.
They said, we need your expertise to find where a sniper might actually go after this political candidate.
And so he reluctantly agrees.
They bring him to a building and say, tell us where you think it'll come from.
And then he says, he's like, there, go check that building.
And when he turns around, there's some fat.
Beat cop who shoots him, and then they actually tricked him into going there, going into the building to be the patsy, and they accuse him of being the sniper.
So I suppose the idea was this is potentially what could have happened with Oswald or whatever, but it's just a movie, but it is fun to watch.
So I'm curious, for those that have no idea, if it wasn't Oswald, who was it?
There are folders on the National Archives website for every year, going back to the Assassination Records Review Board coming out with folders of that year.
And there's been releases every year.
The most recent one was 2023 under Joe Biden.
2024, we had nothing.
There's a folder for 2022.
There's thousands of documents in there.
And Kennedy researchers go through them slowly.
Because it takes so long to do that.
This is really like a document dump, Tim, because they're dumping out hundreds of thousands of documents, and there is no, as Mike Benz said, where is the summary?
There is no summary.
There's no search engine.
There's no way.
So I have to, and all of us have to, sit there and click one after another.
Now, I can get rid of them quickly because I know what I'm looking for, and I'll find it when I see it.
What I've seen from these files that were just released, and I've looked at about, I don't know, 750 of them right now, it's mostly about the Cuban involvement, not in the Kennedy assassination, but in the Bay of Pigs.
Right. So it usually takes months or years to go through these every year.
unidentified
There is some hope, though, Mark, because before, in 2023 and prior, we didn't really have the huge influx of AI.
Yeah. And now, like, I'm working with one person right now that's scraping all the documents.
to get it into a searchable AI.
Problem is, as Mark is pointing out, you have to know what you're looking for, and also the AI has to report back what the actual document is.
So if you say, Lee Harvey Oswald, Ruth Payne, or something like that, then you have to say, okay, it's in these documents, and then link to the said documents so you can verify what the actual reference is.
Otherwise... You get hallucinations.
You get problems with AI.
So there's a very distinct advantage to it to help just crunch through a whole lot really quickly and almost index everything.
But it's going to take time.
And even feeding into AI, it takes...
Weeks and weeks to scrape it.
The OCR is terrible, and Mark can tell you about that.
They like to photocopy and then turn it slightly, photocopy again, turn it slightly.
So the OCR is garbage.
You have to physically go look at the document and go, okay, that word is actually this, because the OCR can get screwed up.
One of the techniques they used back in the day, Tim, was to photostap documents over and over again, to blur them intentionally, and then turn them over to the people requesting them.
Yeah, I don't know if there's an elevator pitch, but the...
The mastermind of the assassination, if you want to read a book by a guy named Philip Nelson, who just passed away, he wrote a book called LBJ Mastermind of the Assassination.
And most people believe that LBJ was the mastermind of the assassination.
Now, I don't mean the nuts and bolts.
He didn't get his hands dirty in that regard.
There are plenty of people below him.
David Attlee Phillips was the head of the Western Hemisphere CIA based in Mexico City.
We believe that he was physically involved.
He had an alias Maurice Bishop.
He was physically interfacing with the Cubans to pull off the physics of the assassination.
But the mastermind of it, most people believe, was LBJ at this point.
He was facing jail.
He was about to be imprisoned.
Life magazine was about to come out with a cover story on November 22nd of the crimes that he had committed with a guy named Bobby Baker who was his underling.
They had been linked to, in Maryland actually, Ocean City, Maryland.
They had a motel strip there where they brought in prostitutes and girls for congressmen to come to Ocean City, and they filmed them, and there was a lot of things going on in Ocean City, Maryland.
But the bottom line was the Attorney General of the United States at the time...
Was feeding information to Life Magazine, Time Magazine, and Newsweek about LBJ's corruption.
I mean, most assassinations of leaders are usually what's known as a second in command assassination.
Historically, going back to Roman times, that's usually the guy who's got the most to gain.
He had means, motive, and opportunity.
It was his operation in Texas.
It was his police force in Dallas.
Everything about the assassination was...
I mean, he literally micromanaged every single part of the assassination after the killing, calling up the hospital, speaking to surgeons, speaking to the chief of police, speaking to the DA.
This is the president of the United States at this point now.
Well, it's not only the dawn of the deep state, but it has echoes of what we've just been through for the past five years because Joe Biden was a pale cardboard cutout of LBJ.
He was a crime lord president who was deeply entrenched in democratic politics.
Well, he dies in 73. The joke we had was that Joe Biden comes out on stage.
He's all hunched over and his arms are hanging out like Mr. Burns.
And he says, true to that shot but to pressure, another gibberish.
We all mock and laugh, say, there's no way this man can be president.
And then he fumbles around in the wrong direction, walks off stage, and as soon as he's out of sight, stands up straight, straightens his tie and says, get me my car.
Well, I mean, part of it, if you go back, it's the failure of the Bay of Pigs and also JFK trying to make a missile deal with the Soviets.
I mean, these are crimes that the Joint Chiefs of Staff found to be way beyond the pale.
They looked at him as a complete communist.
Yeah. Now you've got a guy who is a multimillionaire playboy.
I mean, the difference is so enormous, the extremes of this thing.
Who wants to make a deal with the Soviets to reduce the amount of nuclear missiles in the world while they want to launch an initial attack against the Soviets?
He also pulls back air support for the Bay of Pigs invasion, making them lose their minds.
Yeah, it's a proposed false flag operation that originated within the U.S. Department of Defense in the United States government in 1962.
The proposals called for CIA operatives to both stage and commit acts of terrorism against American military and civilian targets and then blame them on the Cuban government.
Use this as a justification for war against Cuba.
The possibilities detailed in the document included the remote control of civilian aircraft, which would be secretly repainted as U.S. Air Force planes, a fabricated shoot-down of U.S. Air Force fighter jets off the coast of Cuba, the possible assassination of Cuban immigrants, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas,
blowing up a U.S. ship, and orchestrating terrorism in U.S. cities.
The proposals were rejected by President John F. Kennedy.
Okay, a lot of things get unclassified because the people doing the declassification are plebs who just work in that department.
When they created the FOIA Act, the reason it was a nightmare was because the bigwigs didn't want to have to go through every goddamn file that was in there, so they just redacted the shit out of stuff, and the underlings had to deal with the government agencies that were requesting the files.
I mean, JFK signs National Security Action Memo 263 in November of 1963, and that's for the reduction of the amount of troops that were already in Vietnam.
Yeah. Once he's assassinated, while he's lying in state in the rotunda...
Downstairs... LBJ signs National Security Action Memo 273 and says to the generals in front of him, you want your war, here's your effing war.
And he gives them Southeast Asia as a proxy war, as a booby prize.
They wanted to go to war with the Soviet Union.
They wanted to use Oswald as a patsy, not to frame an innocent man.
The framing of Oswald is because he had worked for us as a defector.
They wanted to entrap the Soviet Union.
That was the original plan.
That's why they faked Oswald going down to the Soviet embassy in Mexico City in September of 1963, Tim.
I think what we've seen over the past several years, not to jump too far into the future with Trump, I'll tell you one of the craziest things I've seen in my lifetime.
When Eric Chiaramella blew the whistle, quote unquote, against Donald Trump in his first term, alleging that he made untoward or illegal actions pertaining to Ukraine.
If you went on YouTube or Facebook and said the name of a CIA operative, Eric Chiaramella, YouTube would delete your video.
Wow. Take your stream down.
Wow. Facebook would delete the post without notice.
Wow. Famously, Rand Paul was on the floor of the Senate.
And completely unrelated to the whistleblowing, he made reference to CIA agent, Eric Charamillo, agent or whatever his position was.
YouTube deleted the C-SPAN video.
Now you tell me, under what rule structure or community guidelines were they deleting the name of a guy who works in the public sector for the American people who was the subject of massive public scrutiny?
Also, in the Washington Post, right after the assassination, Harry Truman wrote an editorial saying that he made a mistake by creating the CIA and militarizing it.
That was really the problem, was the militarizing of the CIA.
Even Obama, when they were taking down bin Laden, Tim, the CIA had a plan to militarily take down and kill bin Laden, and Obama pulled the plug on it and went with the Navy SEALs.
Wow. I just did a quick Google search for Eric Charamello.
There's a story from the New York Post from 2024 from the Post editorial board.
And they basically go over the history of what this guy did.
And they say that when Donald Trump contacted the Ukrainian president and said, what is this?
I'm paraphrasing, but it was the quote was almost something like, what is this video where Biden says he's going to withhold aid?
Unless you fire a prosecutor, I want you to look into this.
It's corruption.
It's bad.
Charmella blew the whistle and said Donald Trump was threatening Ukraine with a quid pro quo to dig up dirt on a political opponent, Joe Biden.
Joe Biden did the same thing.
What Trump was looking into was Joe Biden telling the government, if you don't fire this prosecutor, the prosecutor who just so happened to be investigating the energy company Burisma, where his son was a board member, and where I believe it was...
Hunter had contacted the State Department only three days prior, or something like this, saying, we need help with this.
The prosecutor's coming after us.
This guy, Charmella, blows the whistle.
He's got a bunch of news stories about him.
He should have Wikipedia entry.
So, I think you guys that are watching right now, however many end up watching this episode, why don't you go just start putting a Wikipedia entry up for Eric Charmella and make sure the public record never forgets his name.
Right. Except there's a gigantic oak tree blocking the window from where the actual car was at the time.
The oak tree was cut down famously by somebody in the government three months later from the Parks Department after that was happening.
But the rifle itself gets into a raging debate on Wikipedia where they're locking out editors, which is a similar story that we've just recently heard about Wikipedia.
And when they locked it out, the last entry, I traced the longitude and latitude, Tim, to the last entry, and it was Langley, Virginia.
Well, the rifle that they found was a German Mauser.
And Walter Cronkite, for two nights on the CBS Evening News, said the rifle is a German Mauser.
There's three cops who get the rifle.
It is a German Mauser.
We know it's a German Mauser.
Because Seymour Weitzman, one of the Dallas police officers, actually owned a sporting goods store that sold rifles.
And it stamped German Mauser right on the rifle.
The Carcano comes in later into the storyline.
The Carcano mysteriously appears out of nowhere and that becomes Oswald's rifle.
They also find...
On the roof of the Texas School Book Depository, a.301 British Enfield rifle also on the roof, and they lower that down through the fire escape with Dallas cops carrying it down.
Well, kind of like that in a weird way, except when you got to Dallas, that was the last stop on the train.
Because even the next day on Sunday, Tim, if he had survived Dealey Plaza, there was supposed to be a barbecue at the LBJ Ranch, and he was not going to be allowed to leave that ranch on Sunday.
unidentified
Well, also, a couple things.
One... More control.
LBJ had control in Dallas.
He didn't have control in Chicago.
He didn't have as much control in Tampa, so it was much weaker threads.
And who was it that was testifying to Congress when JFK was assassinated and closed his briefcase and left?
There was a guy who had been testifying behind closed doors.
As a witness of the corruption of LBJ, and they were taking his testimony while the assassination was going on, and they walked in and said the president's dead, and LBJ is the president, and he famously closed his briefcase with all his LBJ documents and left,
saying it's one thing to go after a vice president, it's another to go after the president, sir.
So I've got documents in here going back to 1947 where Ruby is involved with Richard Nixon as an informant of the Chicago mob in the union investigation by the Congress of mob activity in Chicago's unions.
And they're asking that Jack Ruby not be allowed to testify because he is an informant.
They don't want his name exposed.
And that document's from the FBI.
From 1947, Tim, think about how long Ruby's been involved in government operations.
Well, what happened was he asked for a change of venue, and they refused, so it was overturned.
The trial, he was found guilty.
Yeah, it was a no-brainer, and he was found guilty, and the trial was overturned.
He was going to have a new trial, and all of a sudden he got a visit from Dr. Jolly West, who injected him with a pneumonia shot, and he mysteriously loses his mind and then dies of cancer.
You know, it's just so fascinating that when we look back on JFK, and if you take the official story at face value, Oswald, what, he was radicalized and he hated JFK, so he killed him.
Right. And then Jack Ruby is radicalized and angry with Oswald, so he kills him.
Right. And then Ruby goes to prison and dies.
It's just, I'm imagining this time of absolute chaos, power struggles.
It just seems like how could this government have been functioning with this degree of backstabbing?
He buys a safe, puts the safe in his office and his strip club, the carousel, has an off-duty Dallas police officer who was a friend of his bolted to the ground of his office on the floor.
And then he signs power of attorney over to his lawyer.
$50,000 at that time is probably the equivalent of $500,000 today, Tim, in current money.
Saying they're going to kill Oswald if they transfer him.
The transfer that happens on Sunday was because they promised to transfer him to the Dallas County Jail and have an unlimited open press conference with Lee Harvey Oswald on Monday.
When Oswald is taken to the hospital, the doctor, Dr. Charles Crenshaw, he's taken to Parkland, the same place that JFK was at, on Friday.
So this is Sunday, and he's in the same spot that JFK was in just two days before.
And Dr. Charles Crenshaw is working on him, the same doctor that was one of the doctors working on JFK.
And the phone rings, and he picks up the phone, and it's LBJ.
Talking to Crenshaw, and he said, I want a deathbed confession out of this man, if there is one.
And Crenshaw's going, look, bro, we're really busy here.
And he said, I have a guy there, and I want that guy to work with you.
And he looks over, and there is a Secret Service agent in a hospital gown with a thing on his head with a revolver sticking out of the back of his pants.
And Crenshaw says, I see him, sir.
And this is LBJ micromanaging not to get a deathbed confession out of Oswald, but to make sure that Oswald doesn't make any statements at the end of his life that would jeopardize the situation.
I mean, James Angleton, famously one of the heads of the CIA who was involved in our CIA's foreign programs.
If you want to put it that way, had a program he created for 13 phony defectors, Tim.
And the phony defectors were from various branches of the military, and they were assigned to various Eastern European countries.
One went to Bulgaria, one went to Estonia, one went to Lithuania, one went to Romania, and Oswald was part of the 13. And he was ONI, Office of Naval Intelligence, which nobody ever talks about.
It's the oldest...
Secret intelligence agency in the United States government, it goes back to the 1890s, if you want to look up ONI.
He goes to the Soviet Union, where he has a lot of friends over there.
His whole family, the Murat family out of New Orleans, are all intelligence spooks.
His first cousin, Eugene Murat...
Who invites him to speak at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama in the summer of 1963 about what life was like in the Soviet Union.
That cousin, his first cousin, Eugene Murrett, ends up running the entire legal affairs and court system of Bosnia after the Bosnian War through USAID, Tim.
Yeah. Michael Payne, her husband, has a top security clearance for Bell Helicopter in Texas.
They were investigating communist students who were pro-Castro in the Dallas area, Ruth Bain and her husband, and they were given this assignment with, don't forget, Oswald's wife is a Soviet agent.
Her uncle, who she lived with, is the head of the FBI, or, you know, one of the high-ranking members of the Soviet FBI in Minsk.
He was upset about Jackie Kennedy, wanted to spare her having to come back to Dallas for the trial of the man who killed her husband.
Now, keep in mind, Jackie Kennedy testified to the Warren Commission about the wounds of her husband and sitting next to him explaining what happened from a first-person account that's all been deleted by the Warren Commission and put into a...
File that won't come out until 2039.
I'm hoping that that is in the recent release of these files, for instance.
It's one of the things I'm looking for.
It is the Jackie Kennedy Warren Commission testimony, which if you look up Jackie Kennedy in the Warren Commission, it'll say deleted and put into the archives until 2039.
None. It's just somehow this guy got on the roof where no cops were, with a clean line of sight to the frontrunner for the presidency, but for the grace of God, Trump turned his head.
Right. I mean, the Warren Commission, to their credit...
Put together a cockamamie story with 26 volumes of information.
Now, granted, until Mark Lane comes along in 1964, a year later, and begins to shred the Warren Commission, nobody, as Alan Dulles famously said, no one's ever going to read this.
I mean, who has read 26 volumes of The War?
unidentified
And we didn't have the internet.
We had a Mockingbird media that was under control.
There was only three channels.
It's a lot easier to lock it down.
Even into 9-11, the internet really hadn't caught on.
A lot of it wasn't out there.
Now it's difficult, so they're better off just saying nothing.
Right. This intern, who makes $35,000 a year and is living off mommy and daddy's money to pay for their New York apartment, goes to their boss and says, I was just contacted by an intelligence agent who's got privy information for me.
I have a source.
Look at this story.
Donald Trump is a Nazi.
And they go, and you have this person on the record saying this.
Yes. So we can run it.
Yes. We're going to make a million dollars.
The editors are thinking, as long as I can't be sued, we are going to get rich.
This article will get two million hits.
It's going to be 50 grand.
We're going to do it again.
You run the story.
They then come back and say, my source has given me another story.
I want a raise.
I want a promotion.
Done. You are now a senior field reporter, a news reporter covering intelligence.
We're going to have you go out and go on TV and talk about the story because you're getting so many views.
This young person is going, it's all happening for me.
It's all happening for me.
The CIA and the intelligence agencies are like, they will say whatever we tell them to say.
The stories that we want reported, they will do because it makes them famous.
Then this individual finds themselves getting a half a million, you know, a dollar a year salary, working for a prominent liberal magazine.
Now they're working for some of the biggest news agencies in the world.
Their name is appearing on every byline, and they are the foremost expert on how Donald Trump secretly works for Russia.
News agencies get calls from the State Department all the time.
It is routine.
And people who work for these companies talk to the State Department about their stories.
And I can confirm that when these individuals are buddy-buddy with government officials, what people got to understand is this.
It's not like...
A guy in a trench coat with sunglasses on meets the journalist in a parking garage in the middle of the night and then kicks a folder over to him and says, keep it.
Run the story.
It's not like there's a journalist eating a sandwich, sits down at a restaurant, and the guy behind him says, if you report this news, you're going to get what's coming to you.
And they're like, oh, man, oh, no.
No, what happens is a guy from the State Department calls the editor and goes, Jim, what's going on, buddy?
We still on for that round of golf this weekend?
Hey, you know that story you guys are working on about the thing that's going on?
Well, don't forget the ending of Three Days of the Condor with Robert Redford, where he turns the documents over to the New York Times and says, ah, there you go, go fuck yourself.
And he says to them, how do you know they're going to run it?
And that's how the movie ends, the Three Days of the Condor.
Standing in front of the New York Times building, thinking that he has succeeded.
What's that?
Vindication. Vindication.
And then there's the plot twist at the end where he says, how do you know they're going to run it?
We've been talking about this quite a bit, about the ideology of the modern left.
And my attitude is, these people espouse anti-capitalist views and things like that.
But I guarantee you, you go to any one of these people and offer them a million-dollar contract, and they will balk like chickens on TV, whatever you tell them to do.
And the right is predominantly devout, though not everybody on the right or pro-Trump or whatever is.
On the left, they're faithless.
So it's much easier to find people.
So I would say, let's just ballpark it.
70% of the left would take any amount of money.
30% are going to be like, no, we believe in our cause.
On the right, it's the inverse.
70% are, no, we believe in the cause.
30% are probably like, I was only here for money.
And you take that to its natural function.
You end up with individuals whose, their ideas change on a whim.
They will say whatever they're told to say.
They will go and work in media and report whatever they're told to report.
None of this actually matters to them.
So this is how you end up with a mockingbird media.
The intelligence agencies will just simply look for people who are stupid but smart enough and willing to do whatever it takes to be famous and make money.
This is probably one of the next big plays that needs to happen.
Yes. So if you – look, Mr. Beast is always on the front page of YouTube, and you can argue that it's decently entertaining.
It's fun stuff.
I got no beef.
They're fun videos.
They're big.
But there's a lot of political stuff that YouTube will front page.
Research done eight years ago shows that it's about a two-to-one directional shift.
YouTube will direct a conservative viewer twice as often to a liberal show.
So if you are – If you're a conservative and someone sends you a link to a video on YouTube and it's about immigration, if you click that, you are going to get 60-70% of the time left-wing recommendations in your up next tab.
Yeah. So the idea is you go on X. You go on Twitter before Elon bought it.
This was prevalent.
Some interesting stuff went down.
So you go on X and you say, I like Trump.
You get spam blasted with people saying Trump is bad.
Trump is bad.
Hillary is good or Biden is good.
The theory goes that these are actually just bot accounts either run by 50 accounts run by one person or automated to Create the public perception of popularity of Democrats.
When Elon Musk announced that he would be buying Twitter, overnight we saw all the liberal personalities lose millions of followers.
They created a copy of Twitter to influence the people in Cuba.
And this is recently all completely phony to get all their information, get all their – they were going to build it up to 300,000 or 400,000 and then begin to have a color revolution down there to overthrow the Castro regime.
They pulled the plug on it in the last minute because of the change of administrations in 2016 to Trump.
But they had created a completely – The U.S. government did.
Yes, we created a completely parallel – Mike Benz talks about that.
USAID created a parallel, a complete parallel Twitter, a Cuban Twitter, and they had as many as 100, 150,000 followers, and they were building it up to a certain cutoff point where they would then begin to call for an uprising.
I think that Elon knew that the feds, the intel agencies, were operating Twitter and that he was going to war when he was going to buy it.
But I think the reason they did is they were going to war with him.
And then after this, he starts getting invested.
So as soon as he makes his intentions clear that he's supporting Donald Trump, they start going after his companies.
I think this goes way back.
Biden had this electric car summit, didn't invite Tesla.
I think Elon took that personally.
I think it's probably deeper than we realize in that they were cutting out Elon despite the fact that he was doing what he was supposed to be doing, an electric car company.
He became rich, he became successful.
He was telling people to buy their cars and they were snubbing him and treating him like garbage.
So then he says, why am I going to support these people?
There's a lot more to it.
The purchase of Twitter was tremendous for developing an AI.
Using the firehose of X to train your large language model was brilliant.
So Cablegate was big with Wikipedia, and then Wikipedia got attacked.
And there was this group of, you know, people call them hackers, that began to use the moniker Anonymous.
Anonymous was never a group.
It was never a group.
It was a 4chan forum directing random operations.
There was a small group of people that exploited this.
They eventually called themselves LulzSec or LulzSecurity.
Okay. Some of the information released by these guys was then parsed by a guy named Barrett Brown for something called Project PM, where they discovered the U.S. Air Force was purchasing sock puppet Twitter accounts.
A sock puppet is a fake account that looks like a real person.
One guy would operate 50 accounts, and the presumption is, in the Libyan civil war conflict and the death of Gaddafi, they manipulated Twitter to trick the American people into thinking that...
It was popular to oust Gaddafi, despite that Gaddafi was popular in his country.
So I remember back in the day, being friends with a lot of these hackers, they started to question, how come so many of these Libyans that want to oust Gaddafi speak colloquial North American English?
The average American doesn't think anything of it.
They see an account from someone in Libya saying, we must stop Gaddafi, we need your support, to build public support for an international coalition to put a no-fly zone in airstrike.
Libya destroyed the country.
Ultimately, NATO did.
Libya's flattened.
Now it's a slave trade operation of militia war and violence.
But the explanation given after the fact was the only reason they speak colloquial North American English is if they're on Twitter, they likely were educated in the West.
That explains it.
What actually explains it is that the U.S. government was running fake accounts to sway public opinion.
Yeah, I mean, the keys to the kingdom are right now Romania and Hungary as to what is going to happen in Europe.
What really happened in a short, just to give you a short history, when the Soviet Union collapsed, the secular atheistic communists who fled the Soviet Union came to London, New York, and L.A.,
the real Soviet apparatchiks.
Buried themselves into the Democratic Party.
Look at people like Aparovic at CrowdStrike.
Look where his father came from, an atomic scientist for the Soviet Union.
They all fled the Soviet Union upon its collapse.
The people who remained were not communists.
The people who remained, and in fact, today, if you look at Putin and you look at the flourishing of the Christian church in Russia, Russia is now the United States of the 1950s, Tim.
You could make that analogy.
But the people who came here burrowed into the Democratic Party, these far-left communists.
Burrowed their way into this party and took it by force, literally.
And now they've been defeated and they're fleeing to Europe.
Having these celebrities go to Europe is not an anomaly.
They are literally fleeing the United States to go to the EU.
Which has now become the new Soviet Union.
There's a guy who did a speech about this going back to 1999, 2000, about how the EU is exactly the same.
As the old Soviet Union, central bank, agriculture five-year plans, states that are run by a central government in Brussels, like Moscow, different nationalities under the control of the EU.
They can override elections.
There's a million comparisons to the Soviet Union by the EU, and this is their last place left on the earth.
That's where the battle is going to come.
We are going to align with Russia.
That's why Trump is being assassinated, not because of anything else but the common economic interests of our two countries.
Right. I mean, the reason JFK is relevant is because it has echoes of today.
JFK is really Donald Trump.
If you look at the comparison of the two guys, multimillionaires, didn't take a salary, had a long history of womanizing in the past, two handsome guys.
One was a Democrat, became a Republican.
One who was a Democrat, JFK, couldn't even be a Democrat today.
It's a power that's spread out among other people.
So if you take him down, you've got J.D. Vance.
If you take down Vance, you've still got Gabbard.
You've still got Pete.
You've still got RFK Jr.
It's not centralized power like it was in the first term, where he could have a Mike Pompeo come to him and say, you can't release the JFK files because I'm showing you this thing in Mexico City about Oswald not really being there and us ordering the torture of Sylvia Duran and us owning the Mexican intelligence that did our...
We own the police of another country.
And that's in the documentation that's in the JFK files.
This battle with the judges right now, how far do you pull an Andrew Jackson?
Do you just say, you've made your ruling, now try to enforce it?
Does he go full Jackson?
Is really what we're asking ourselves as Americans right now.
Because we've got...
The thing about the judges, the reason the Democrats are so cocky under Biden, the reason they're able to do everything that they've been doing is because they're ace in the hole when the shit hits the...
when they are voted out of power, they know that the entire judicial system is run by them.
That's why they're so arrogant.
That's why they're so cocky.
It's a power that nobody saw before until they went after Trump, until it's reached this crisis point, where we're now literally in a constitutional crisis, Tim.
This is Mark Elias' across-the-board game plan to screw with Donald Trump.
This is not accidental ruling.
unidentified
I would argue it's the other way, too, because Trump is deliberately making these decisions to get them to do it, because that right there, Tim, is not popular.
Yes. He's not going to go Andrew Jackson because they will call him a king, and this whole king moniker is now floating around because they hope the American people don't know the true power of the executive branch of the government.
That's why they're hoping that nobody learns that he does have that executive power.
It is beyond insanity to think, and this is what liberals and Democrats are arguing, that a president who's negotiated with a foreign government as to the extradition of non-citizen criminals and combatants would have to abide by a lower court city judge.
Imagine Trump goes to Putin and says, let's end the war in Ukraine.
Putin says, okay, deal.
I want you to get your special forces and weapons out of the country.
And Trump says, fine, the war is over.
And then they load up the plane, the plane takes off, and then a lower court judge says, turn that plane around and bring the weapons back.
The argument from the Democrats today is that any president in any foreign policy action needs to submit for approval from the lower courts.
That's their argument.
Trump is deporting non-citizens and they said you can't do it.
That would imply that Trump can't take any presidential executive actions on foreign policy or deportations without first asking a lower court for approval, putting the executive branch beneath the judicial branch.
Look, what I mentioned, what Mike Benz is doing, what I mentioned about Eugene Moret in the Bosnian judicial system, part of what the deep state has done around the world is install judges in positions of power in foreign countries as the backstop to whatever transitory leader they happen to elect in a phony election.
The judges are permanent.
Look at Bolas Naro.
Look at the situation there and what he's gone through.
Or, so, I mean, look, part of me, when I saw this story, I said, get out of here, dude.
Someone went there with a hammer.
Sledgehammer. Somebody went there with a sledgehammer and busted that wall down and ran off, and then they just said, must have been lightning, because nobody wants to go after the guy because they all hated the mural.
So taking a look at this George Floyd mural, they gave him a crown.
They put a crown on his head.
False idol.
And then we have this image of it being destroyed by lightning.
Maybe local officials, they said it was a lightning strike.
There were very few clouds in the area, but there were some.
I'm kind of leaning towards the local officials hated the mural and smashed it because, I mean, look at the building.
But what do you guys think?
Do you think, I don't know, maybe when Donald Trump turned his head, as he's standing there speaking and Guardian Angel just pushed his head forward a little bit to dodge the bullet, the George Floyd mural was destroyed by...
There have been questions I've seen on X and YouTube of people saying, if we do see an escalation of war, do we think the U.S. will align with European nations or with Russia?
Between Russia and Europe, though, I don't see good guys.
You can make the argument that Russia as a country has got Christian background and they don't tolerate certain woke stuff, but then you've got Vladimir Putin who basically takes power for several decades.
Despite the fact that the United States government was bombing, invading, and blowing up, and the American people hated it the whole time, they kept winning, and the argument was the American people wanted it.
But that being said, with Europe, I see largely the same thing.
I think the reality of nations is the will of the people does not matter to anyone.
The idea that there is a nation on this planet where the will of the people is paramount is silly to me.
There's no way to track the statistics of such large populations.
This is why you get a politician who stands on stage and says, blue tie or red tie?
Well, you've got to have the right amount of scuff on your shoes.
Your tie has to be not too flashy because these minute, minor details may not matter to the individual.
But they matter at the macro because a.01% swing in the mind of an individual means nothing but a.01% swing to a nation of 300 million people can win you an election.
So now you have global leaders, be it Putin or otherwise, that just view you as an algorithmic field.
And they need to figure out how to game the algorithm to be the ones in power and get what they want.
The question is, how much does the population get to their benefit, depending on who the leader may be?
It may be based on what Europe has turned into from their leaders.
Russia is better.
But I still think Putin is no different than any other individual who wants power to impose their will and is willing to use force to get it.
It's about the War of 1812, set in London, and Americans are...
Yeah, the West Indian Company.
And Jonathan Price is the head of the West Indian Company.
And it's an interesting portrayal of the British, who I believe, MI5 and MI6, are some of the most evildoers of all of the intelligence operatives around the world.
There were a lot of people that were like, no, it's a false flag.
They're trying to get us to war with Iran.
And I'm like, bro, the Ayatollah came out like, I will get you, Trump.
Trump killed Soleimani.
He killed their James Bond.
He killed their hero.
They obviously want to get him.
That may be they don't have the ability to do it, and it would be a false flag.
I don't know.
But, and I'm saying, if we definitively prove, and it's known beyond a reasonable doubt, here's the documents, here's the proof, not like, you know, passport fell out of a burning plane or whatever.
That's weird.
Would you allow the Iranians to develop a nuclear weapon as President Poole?
I think that question needs to be made in a bit more...
Yeah, you know, the big picture on foreign policy is the United States...
Here's what I wish I could believe, but I know I can't.
The United States wants to hold territory in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Putting pressure on Iran because Iran is a major supplier of weapons to militia groups and terrorist insurgents across the Middle East.
The United States wants to control these territories for their resources to provide the expansion of China economically, as the Chinese way of government and belief system is abhorrent.
They also want to put pressure on Russia because Vladimir Putin is more of a top-down, less of a – I wish I could believe all those things.
They want you to believe that the actions taken by the United States in Europe to defend Ukraine, to defend the Red Sea, are because we are the good guys trying to protect global order.
If only that were the case, I could be happy with it to a certain extent.
It's not.
It's Hunger Games-style capital city people living in and around D.C. who don't have jobs but get paid millions of dollars and live like kings off the backs of the working class, and they blow up foreign countries who dare oppose that system because we control the petrodollar at the barrel of a gun.
To a certain degree, you can argue that the foreign policy of the United States does maintain the American way of life, and we are wealthier than other people, but it is not all that good.
I hope in Donald Trump, and again, I don't think it's absolute, but I think it leans more in this direction.
We will get strong foreign policy, less likely to start wars, as we saw in his first term, with the actual intention of stopping the bad guys from holding ground.
I would call it a tower, beginning its left and right sway.
And every time it moves, the power increases exponentially until it falls over.
And I have no reason to believe that that's still not the case right now with Donald Trump.
Far leftists are engaged in acts of terror.
Every day now we have, I believe, 15 terror attacks on Tesla facilities.
We've got, did you see this video this morning?
It's going viral.
A woman was driving a Tesla, and a guy speeds past her, slams the brakes on in front of her, and gets out in a camo.
Pants and jacket with a balaclava on.
Wow. And then starts screaming at her to sell her car.
Wow. Okay, you know what happens?
You know what happens?
If this keeps happening, if you were in West Virginia and you sped past a car and slammed your brakes on and jumped out with a balaclava on, you will die in two seconds.
With Promise and all these programs that we learned about, why can't they find the original source of the swatting through NSA or the technology we control now?
If Trump does not win in these four years, I believe it is extremely likely that should the Democrats regain power, the deep state, we'll all be in prison.
The people who are watching, and the right is extremely naive, they're saying, they're not going to go to prison.
First, let me say, there were two assassination attempts on Donald Trump.
One. Indescribable.
Thomas Crooks, no idea.
Second, a Ukrainian war zealot, American leftist.
Right now, they are trying to kill right-wing personalities through swattings.
That's low-grade.
It is rare.
There's two deaths recorded from having been due to swattings, two, out of thousands.
So we don't see a high likelihood of death coming from this.
But if they are willing to imprison in solitary for years, People from January 6th, not rioters, people who walked onto the Capitol grounds, Owen Schroyer, who never even went in the building and had a permit to hold a rally, and they put him in prison and cited his speech.
There was a – I made a video about it that's going to be coming up on my YouTube channel and rebel channel, the Tim Kast channel, where someone made social media posts that they envisioned what it would be like if a civil war were to have happened in the United States today.
They created a whole bunch of images.
It's actually really interesting to look at what it would look like because it terrifyingly still looks similar to what's going on today.
Well, not that it's a doctor because if you went to someone eight years ago and said, hey, in eight years, someone's going to shoot at Donald Trump.
He's going to narrowly miss the bullet.
They'll say, OK, shut up.
And I know that because that's what everyone said to me.
Now, here we are today.
And when I see these posts on social media where they're like, here's what civil war could look like.
They make these social media posts where it says like Kamala Harris.
Calls for the formation of the citizens like the CIUA or whatever to report MAGA seditionists.
And the comments on Reddit are like, it's about time Democrats stood up to these fascists.
You see those posts and you're like, we see those posts today.
We see people online saying free Luigi and cheering for acts of terror.
So if it were to escalate to a point where Democrats were calling for the federal authorities to arrest Tim Pool, Stephen Crowder, Glenn Greenwald, I know he's in Brazil, but like extradite go after these people.
So the left is people like Bill Burr who are scared and pretending to be involved and then wrathful people who are just angry and like a swarm of bees just point me in a direction and I'll go.
I think the emails that we got proved that Democrats were having orgies and doing drugs.
Right. Which is untoward and a scandal that would destroy their lives but was not human trafficking.
They cede false information where they say, actually, pizza means boy and pasta means girl, which came from nowhere.
That came from nowhere.
Because I was investigating all the stuff that was going on.
That claim originated from nowhere.
There is the claim that cheese pizza, which was the acronym CP, was an association to porn.
And they used that to trick people.
Instead of investigating what was actually going on with the deep state and the disgusting things they were doing, they got a guy to show up at a pizza place and shoot the floor.
Well, by the way, where are the Seth Rich emails that people are yelling about?
March 10th, it was supposed to be the release of some Justice Department documentation on Seth Rich.
That time came and went.
I don't know what happened to that.
And the server that had the emails on them by Hillary Clinton that we're discussing, that server was taken by Aparovitch and CrowdStrike, a former Soviet...
They're going to just lie and make things up, and they're going to say Joe Rogan was caught with NFA items at his house, and then they're going to go to him, and they're not going to play the game of, like,
time for prison, Joe.
They're going to say, you are not going to say these things.
Well, I'll give you an example, just to bring it around full circle.
This is a guy named Buell Wesley Frazier, right?
He worked with Oswald.
He drove him to work every day.
He's the guy that came up with a curtain rod story.
They went into his house, and they found a.301 British Enfield in his house with ammo, and they said, we're charging you with the murder of the president.
And he said, what?
And they said, unless you cooperate with us and do what we tell you about this curtain rod story, you are going to the electric chair in Huntsville.
I swear to God.
They did a lie detector on him twice.
He was physically arrested.
He was interrogated for hours until they flipped this guy because he had that rifle.
No, they investigated for J6, but then claimed they found a grenade.
Right. And so now he's in prison for the grenade, not for J6.
They're saying he can't be pardoned because of it.
The lawyers argued the pardon applies because the investigation was sourced by J6.
Now that's a totally different charge.
That's what's going to happen.
They're going to, first of all, the Biden administration, or the Democrats, whatever you want to call them, the deep state, should they regain control?
In whatever form it takes, I don't know, Pete Buttigieg.
They're going to start raiding.
It's going to be multifaceted, but it's going to play to the fears and the narrative of the liberal personalities.
YouTube is already propping up some of the biggest left-wing personalities to oppose Trump.
Right now, Joe Rogan is rivaled by a prominent leftist liberal podcast.
You can see, if you open up a new computer and go to YouTube, they always have and always will.
They promote...
Pro-establishment machine state personalities who lie all the time.
Getting back to the midterms for a second, because it is the most important event in American history coming up.
The control that you're talking about and the shift of power will happen in the state of California because we have laws that allow for the long count.
The long count allows us to count any election for up to three weeks, four weeks at times in the ballots.
So that's by law.
That's by constitution of the state of California.
What has to be done is the federal elections have to be taken to the Supreme Court of the California law.
Just the Fed.
They have stolen in this past Trump red wave where he flipped county after county after county in the state of California.
We still lost three congressional seats that they stole in the state of California.
The reversal of the House of Representatives in these midterms are going to happen in the state of California.
That case has to be put together when he's got to solicit a general.
I think it's going to be this guy Sauer, but he was just confirmed the other day.
That case, that small case, has to be brought to the Supreme Court about the long count regarding congressional elections, Tim.
