So we know that this magistrate judge, William Fitzpatrick, he scolded prosecutors for their handling of the case and said that they moved too quickly to indict first and investigate after.

But this judge is starting to carry the water for him, as we all know.
We've seen this before, time and time again.

I mean, when you start talking about who appointed this judge, you have U.S. District Judge Michael Nakmanoff, who was a 2021 appointee of resident Joe Biden, and he was randomly assigned.
Now, all this randomly assigned, you saw this with Judge James E. Boesberg, randomly assigned.
There's nothing random about it.
It's like a 0.0037% chance that you will get the same judge over and over again.
And yet Boesberg keeps getting all of President Trump's cases.
But this one, they say, was randomly assigned as well.
But the good news is, regardless, all right, so this happened over the weekend.
I just want to give everybody an update on this case because really, we got to get James Comey.

So Attorney General Pam Bondi, she ratified the actions of U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan in regard to the indictment of James Comey.
As you all know, she has been trying.
I mean, Comey has been trying to get Lindsey Halligan off of his case, saying that she was not appointed correctly and all this stuff.
They're trying everything.
She was properly appointed.
There's no question about it.
But whatever Judge Curry decides, the indictment will go forward no matter what.
So, Pam Bondi, good on you for ratifying this to make sure that it doesn't matter if it's Lindsay actually handling the case or somebody else.
It's going forward.
So now they're trying to act like this case is somehow, you know, it hasn't been handled properly to have it tossed.
They are carrying the water, the deep swamp.
Obviously, just like James Comey did 8647, he's sending that message out to the swamp creature saying, look, if I fall, I'm going to bring all of you down with me.
I have an idea that's what's going on behind the scenes.

Fitzpatrick, through his highly irregular ruling, is grasping at straws to make his findings that Lindsey Halligan did something incorrectly in order to get this judge, I mean, to get this case to the point where it is.
They're trying to cite misconduct in the Comey case.
Yeah, they're going to do every back deal deal with every judge and everything they met along the way.
