The American flags are at half-mast, their slow, mournful sway, a reflection of the grief that has swept across this nation.
This week we find ourselves in the shadow of two tragedies, one etched into the fabric of our history and one that has shaken us to our core in the present.
The loss of Charlie Kirk, a visionary leader, has sent shockwaves through the nation.
At just 31 years old, his life was cut short in an act of violence that feels both unthinkable and tragically inevitable.
Charlie Kirk was more than a man.
He was a movement.
Through his founding of Turning Point USA, he inspired a generation to embrace free market ideas and constitutional principles.
He gave a voice to young conservative values in education and public life, empowering young Americans to stand for liberty.
And now that voice has been silenced.
His assassination is a profound loss, not just for those who knew him, but for the millions he motivated to defend the American way of life.
We warned this day would come.
We warned that the violent rhetoric saturating our airwaves, the unchecked radicalization in our institutions, and the growing divisions in our nation would lead us here.
And yet here we are.
Is anyone truly surprised?
Is this the price we must pay for years of unchecked hatred for the normalization of chaos, for the refusal to see the warning signs?
The motorcade carrying Charlie's body to Phoenix, Arizona was a somber reminder of what we've lost.
But it's also a call to action.
The nation's capital, once a symbol of hope and democracy, now feels like a battleground.
Whispers of treason, corruption, and desperation echo through its halls.
The stakes have never been higher, and the perpetrators of this chaos no longer bother to hide.
They celebrate in the open, exposing themselves for who they truly are.
But the tide is turning.
The American people are watching, and they will not stand idly by.
We are cleaning house, not just in government, but in every corner of society.
Schools, hospitals, universities, places meant to nurture and protect have been infiltrated by those who seek to harm, to divide, to destroy.
We cannot allow these forces to teach our children or care for our elderly.
We cannot fund our own demise with taxpayer dollars.
The time for complacency is over.
This feels like a civil war, doesn't it?
Not in the traditional sense, but in the battle for the soul of our nation.
And yet, even in the darkness, there is hope.
Out of this chaos, light will emerge.
Out of this pain, purpose will be found.
We are a resilient people, and we will not let this tragedy define us.
We will honor Charlie's legacy by continuing his fight for liberty, for truth, and for the future of this great nation.
So, today, as we reflect on the events of this week and as we stand, let us pray, not just in words, but in action.
Let us pray for unity, for strength, for the courage to face whatever lies ahead.
Let us pray for the wisdom to rebuild, to heal, to rise above the hatred and the division that brought us here.
And let us never forget that even in our darkest moments, we are capable of extraordinary light.
Well, Jims, what an incredibly sad and somber week this has been.
I mean, it was so difficult.
And yet, there is no place, again, that I would rather be than right here with all of you right now.
We have to sort it out.
We have to make sense of it all, and it has been incredibly difficult.
Even reading and putting together some of these articles, I don't know how my team did it, but when I was going through it as well, I could barely see through my tears as all of you have been crying all week.
This has been something to be live on the air and have to report.
I will tell you, it is a time I will never forget in my life.
But again, your strength has helped us all get through it.
You and God's strength, of course.
What has happened to this country and where we are now, I do believe, is a turning point.
But this is our community.
We all support each other.
And after this difficult week, I need my community.
We started this week with the horrific and senseless murder of a young Ukrainian girl.
I mean, this was horrible.
We were just all focused on this.
This was Irina Zarutska.
And she was on a light train.
I mean, by this career criminal.
She was just doing her thing, you know, going to work, living her life, you know, getting on this light train, not expecting to meet up with a monster who was turned loose by an irresponsible leftist judge.
And then another innocent life was brutally taken by yet another illegal alien in Maryland.
Next, we had the horrific and tragic murder of Charlie Kirk.
And to top it all off, we had the 24th anniversary of the despicable and cowardly Islamic terrorist attacks on 9-11, which brought a flood of painful memories back to those of us who lived through that time.
So much of the current evil was caused by the left, so how do we even begin to unravel it?
Anarchy versus safety, lies versus truth, evil versus good.
Whether we want it or not, whether we're ready or not, and whether we acknowledge it or not, we are in a state of conflict, and it's serious.
We must understand what we are up against, and that's why we named today's show Unmasking the Left.
Thankfully, along the way, we had a few absurd things that happened as well, and that helped balance out the heavy weight of the tragedy.
So there were some accomplishments made, and we'll talk about some of President Trump's triumphs as well in this show.
And there are quite a few.
I mean, we must move forward, and President Trump knows that.
However, what we witnessed this week was, and especially the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's murder, was nothing less than pure evil.
Leftists were celebrating the brutal murder of a young husband and father.
They were dancing and gleeful.
What has gone wrong with these people?
It was outrageous.
It was sickening.
As bad as the videos were, what made them even worse was that some of these people were our teachers and counselors and public relations experts.
They are our neighbors and classmates.
Teachers especially should have been the ones to teach that violent solutions are the wrong way to settle differences of opinion.
But instead, leftist teachers were celebrating a murder.
And these were just the ones that were stupid enough to publish videos of themselves.
You know that there are more.
Make no mistake, there is a sinister evil present showing itself through these people, and we dare not ignore it.
It's real.
Perhaps the feeling was most succinctly expressed by the account Clown World on X in just six words.
Evil celebrates, we mourn.
Big difference.
We are in a fight for our way of life, and it is a battle of good and evil.
There is no longer an option to sit on the sidelines.
As the scripture says, we must put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.
Charlie Kirk, he named his company Turning Point USA.
His murder has caused a lot of leftist evil to gleefully expose itself.
So that Charlie Kirk's death will not be in vain.
Let this be our turning point in the battle against leftist evil.
The evil must be driven out.
It's time to pivot and save our country.

It has been nearly a week since her horrible behavior went viral, but here's the big question.
Has she reached out to the family of the little kid she stole the ball from and offered to return it to him?
A responsible adult would realize that they acted like a selfish fool and make such an offer, but no, this is not a responsible adult.
This is a selfish schnot who will never do the right thing.
Enjoy your stolen ball and the permanent infamy of forever being the Philly's Karen ball snatcher.
In at number nine, busted again, Letitia James' fraudulent $200,000 credit line mortgage in 2021 could land her in prison for 15 to 30 years.
If Letitia was smart, she would negotiate a plea deal now and step down from the New York Attorney General role.
But then again, if Letitia was smart, she wouldn't have done such a stupid and fraudulent things on her mortgage applications in the first place.
Lock her up.
In at number eight, send in the troops, at least five dead, ten wounded so far in Chicago weekend shootings.
Have Mayor Johnson or Governor Pritzker asked for federal help from President Trump?
Nope.
They think this is an acceptable level of carnage for every Chicago weekend.
I doubt Chicago residents agree.
In at number seven, California woman charged with five felonies after registering dog to vote, casting mail-in ballots.
While they were cheating like crazy, leftists tried to tell us our elections were secure.
Well, Maya the dog would beg to differ.
Maya was registered to vote by her owner and actually voted in elections twice.
Sadly, Maya has crossed the Rainbow Bridge and is no longer with us, so we can only assume she'll be voting Democrat with the rest of her dearly departed from now on.
But we have to wonder how many other Mayas are out there in the country.
Coming in at number six, Chris Christie calls RFK Jr. a joke and says he should not be leading public health in America.
It is hard to believe this actually happened, but it did.
I have to say this slowly as you picture this in your mind.
Chris Christie, he was challenging.
I mean, this is the craziest thing I've ever heard of.
At first, I thought it was a joke.
He was challenging RFK Jr. about health.
Let's say you need health advice and you can make one call to either Chris Christie or RFK Jr.
Who are you going to call?
Well, I know I'm calling RFK Jr. because Chris Christie is completely full of donuts.
Coming in at number five, Caroline Levitt goes off on Democrats and leftist Kamala Harris supporting judge responsible for Charlotte light rail stabbing, smokes media for smearing New York subway hero Daniel Penny, but ignoring the story about an actual murderer.
There is no more clear example of a revolving door justice than this.
Arresting 14 times previously, the leftist answer is to turn him loose and to commit more crimes.
This time he killed an innocent person.
The judge who turned him loose should be made to serve the same sentence.

Why wouldn't this judge get the same sentence?
Judges must be held accountable.

Democrats shout down Representative Lauren Boebert on the House floor when she requests a moment of prayer for Charlie Kirk.
I know that really happened.
House Democrats are pure evil.
First, they refused to stand for a young kid with cancer.
Now they angrily shout in opposition to the idea of a short prayer.
I'm now certain that if someone sprinkled holy water on them, they would scream in agony.
They're possessed.
In at number three, President Trump announces he is awarding Charlie Kirk a posthumous presidential of freedom.
My gosh, of course this will be a small consolation now for this family, but it is certainly well earned and it will be an honor his children can cherish as they grow older.
They will see the medal and know what a special man their father was.
We got him.
Alleged Charlie Kirk assassin in custody, identified as 22-year-old Utah resident Tyler Robinson.
He was actually brought in with assistance from his family, who said he had recently become more political and had made hateful statements about Charlie Kirk.
He comes from a law enforcement family.
That means leftist evil politicized, radicalized, and weaponized him.
And with profound sadness, our number one biggest story for this.
And you can imagine what it is.
Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was assassinated at Utah Valley University.
This is our number one story because of its impact, in addition to the crushing tragedy of a life that was just cut so short and the powerful presence that he had, the destruction of a young family.
This story is important because of what it says about our country.
The United States of America was founded on the principles of free speech and open debate on issues.
Those principles were Charlie Kirk's strengths.
But leftists could never defeat Charlie Kirk in fair debate, so they turned to violence to silence him.
The tragic taking of Charlie Kirk's life is indicative of the struggle between good and evil.
Charlie would be the very first to say that with God's help, good will prevail.
Oh, it has been a tough one.
So, with that, I am going to play a tribute to Charlie Kirk for you all to see the man that he was.
This one is from Turning Point USA, a life of faith, a legacy that endures, remembering Charlie Kirk.
We're active in about 15 campuses and we're growing very, very quickly.
And keep in mind, this is not just the Flash in the Pan movement.
We're going to become an institution to give them the power and the confidence to stand up and let their voice be heard.
I started this organization when I was 18 years old.
I decided not to go to college.
I didn't get in my dream school, which was the United States Military Academy at West Point.
I have this idea to galvanize and motivate the future youth of this country around a core set of ideas, not just political parties or politicians.
And the ideas are really: America is the greatest country in the history of the world, Constitution is the greatest political document ever written, and free enterprise the most assured way to lift people out of poverty and create prosperity for all.
Those are the three big ideas.
And I think that's something that can win.
We as Christians are called to go into the public arena to correct error with truth.
So I go to college campuses and there's a lot of error.
We're all sinners.
We all live in error.
I'm far more interested in what God wants of me than what I want from God.
I have to say this without getting emotional, but I'm very proud of my husband.
And I know many of you are too.
You have worked so hard.
And I know a lot of you have seen, obviously, his videos on TikTok and all the stuff he does on campus, but no one gets to see him from my angle except for myself and our children.
And the sacrifices that he made this year, he's amazing.
I'm very blind.
And I would not have been able to do any of it without Erica.
And that's the real truth.
I'll tell you what.
You are here as a grassroots response to the top-down revolution happening in this country.
I want our turning point USA students to receive a round of applause.
These are the freedom fighters of America.
And the media said the turning point could never run a ground game.
They weren't experienced.
They didn't know Charlie, right?
This is the greatest generational realignment since Woodstock.
This generation is the most conservative generation that we have seen in well over 50 years, and the numbers show it.
What young people especially are screaming at is they say, give me a structure that I can live my life by.

You are doing something that is bigger than you.
If everything completely goes away, how do you want to be remembered?
I want to be remembered for courage for my faith.
That would be the most important thing.

I mean, his wife last night, just when she gave her speech, and I just, I couldn't even speak afterwards.
I know I was not alone.
This woman is fierce.
She is amazing.
There is no question why Charlie Kirk was, you know, married her because she is just resembles everything that you would strive to be.
And I just cannot imagine.
I'm so sorry for that family, but I believe that they are going to be even stronger than they have ever been before.
And we will be too.
But getting through this week was a rough one.
And it's natural for you all to feel the range of emotions that you have because it has been definitely a tough one.

Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson lived with his transgender partner and apparently the individual who is a male transitioning to a female is fully cooperating with the FBI.
Sources tell her that the FBI had text and other communications between Robinson and the individual that helped FBI authorities solidify that Robinson was indeed the shooter.
The last question Charlie Kirk answered before he was murdered was, Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?
Charlie replied too many.
He was then asked, How do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?
Charlie replied, counting or not counting gang violence.
Charlie was then assassinated.
So very powerful.
That was the last QA session.

The roommate has been identified.
The roommate of Charlie Kirk's alleged assassin has been identified as 22-year-old Lance Twiggs, according to the Daily Mail.
This particular development is coming in, and as Fox and the New York Post say that Tyler Robinson was living with a transgender partner, it is unclear at the moment if Twiggs is the transgender partner that Fox and the NYP are referring to.
However, Twiggs' grandfather refused to deny the report.
He says, I don't want to comment on that.
I'm not sure what his situation is exactly right now, the grandfather Jerry said.
After he was with police, he's been at his house.
There's no way for us to contact him other than going over there.
Twiggs reportedly handed over incriminating text messages to the FBI, according to the outlet.
So this is being reported right now, and Colin Rugg shared that piece on X, just so everyone knows.
We're finding out more and more, and there's going to be a lot of information.

So it turned even bigger.

Over 2.5 million people watched the live stream.
I mean, you had all kinds of people that were performing in honor of Charlie Kirk there.
Elon Musk spoke via live stream.
Tommy Robinson thanked him for making it possible.
Just an incredible tribute.
I thought it was just wonderful to see that there are really good people out there.
I mean, sometimes with all of the bad that we report on on this show, you got to see the good stuff too.
And this was one of the better stories, so I'm happy to report it.
But yes, there were a lot of people there.
And you've got just all of these comments.
Elon Musk, he makes a surprise virtual appearance at the London Free Speech Rally.
The world's richest man.
I mean, he was shocked at the millions of people in London.
He shocked them with a virtual address at the Unite the Kingdom rally.
So he praised the fight for freedom of speech on both sides of the Atlantic.
You had speakers such as actor Lawrence Fox was there.
You had journalist Avi Yemeni from Australia.
Rape victim and journalist Sammy Woodhouse, activist Liam Tufts, a Dutch journalist was there.
Irish act, another Irish, I mean people from all over the world were there.
And just an incredible scene, absolutely massive protest in London for freedom.
I mean, this is just wild.
All kinds of reports that over a million have taken over the streets.
And there are the tributes here.
3 million.
Mind-blowing.
Just, wow.
The march for Charlie Kirk and free speech in London is absolutely massive.
It really goes to show you his reach and how dead legacy media is.
It really is, too.
They have done it to themselves.
But understand, I mean, we can't ignore that there are people, all right, not just us on the ground, but there is a full-blown psyop that is going on here, right?
And I'm talking about the bad actors that are the huge donors to both parties, right?
They go where the wind blows.
They love chaos.
They love for us to do their dirty work.
They are the ones that are the fringe.
And they have triggered both the right and the left.
They want us to destroy each other.
If you were to sit here and talk to anybody, okay, here I live in lefty area, the center of the world, Hollywood, right?
I mean, how can you get more left than Hollywood, California?
I don't know.
It would be hard to find one.
But if you talk to people about what they want to see, I'll tell you what, what they want is a roof over their heads.
They want a job.
They want to be able to put food on their table.
They want to be able to live in a safe environment.

I mean, these are the things that concern them.

It's not all of this political rhetoric.
They don't wake up every single day going, oh, you know, I'm going to go after this or I'm going to go after that.
They simply want to just live a good life.
That is what the masses are worried about.
Not all of this other stuff.
But the funding of all of this, the years of the propaganda, which you're going to see on this show today, you can see why we are where we are.

I know you all saw that photo op of where they put Tyler Robinson in the MAGA t-shirt.
It was completely fake.
And it was shared by an account that had 5 million followers.
And then the same picture that was released only got like 100,000 views or something.
So you can see why these people are pushing this kind of thing, not only just to lie, but also for the clicks, for the clickbait.
There have been so many disappointments as we, I have to tell you, just really, your faith in humanity, though, is restored when you see all of the good.
So again, warning, you're going to have all kinds of emotions.
You're going to be all over the place by the time this show ends today.
But here's the deal.
Dinesh goes on to report that his parents were definitely conservative, but Robinson broke with them.
He joined the team of left-wing anti-fascists who are now desperately trying to disavow their former comrade.
All right, so even they are trying to have a distance between them, even though they created this monster.

Suspect's high school friend says Robinson was the only leftist in the family of very hard Republicans.
Apparently, according to Anna Betts, in a phone interview on Friday, one of Tyler Robinson's high school friends who asked to remain anonymous said that the suspect was pretty left on everything and was the only member of his family that was really leftist.
The rest of his family was very hard Republican, the friend said.
Around sophomore year, the friend said, Robinson became more extreme in his political views and would always just be ranting and arguing about them.

And we've talked about it over and over again, just so everybody knows.
The Smith-Munt Act, it was introduced in the House 5-10, 2012.
This is during Obama's years, right?
This was when this was the Modernization Act.
So it was an older act, and then Obama introduced the new one.
This is the modernation version.
It amends the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 to authorize the Secretary of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors to provide for the preparation and dissemination of information intended for foreign audience abroad about the United States,
including about its people, its history, and the federal government's policies through press, publications, radio, motion pictures, and the internet, and all other information media, including social media through information centers and instructors.
So under current law, such authority is restricted to information disseminated abroad with a limited domestic exception.
It authorizes the Secretary and the Board to make available in the United States motion pictures, films, video, audio, and other materials prepared for dissemination abroad or disseminated abroad pursuant to such act.
The United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994, the Radio Broadcasting to Cuba Act, or the Television Broadcasting to Cuba Act, it amends the Foreign Relations Authoritation Act fiscal years 1986 and 1987 to prohibit funds for Department of State or the Board from being used to influence public opinion or propagandizing in the United States.
Under the current law, such provision applies to the United States, the Information Agency, USIA.
So this has become a huge problem, as you will learn here.

All of a sudden, just moments ago, as a result of the outcry, Office Depot Corporate shared a post on X apologizing for the behavior of one of their employees.
In the post, they say that the associate involved is no longer with the organization.
But people are asking, why weren't both of them fired?
Since they appeared to be working as a team to refuse service to the teenager.
So here's what happened.
Here's the post that they put out there.
They say, we are deeply concerned by the incident that occurred at store number 3382 in Portage, Michigan.
The behavior displayed by our associate is completely unacceptable and insensitive, violates our company policies, and does not reflect the values we uphold at Office Depot.
We sincerely apologize to the customer affected and to the community for this regrettable situation.
Upon learning of the incident, we immediately reached out to the customer to address their concerns and seek to fulfill their order to their satisfaction.
We also launched an immediate internal review, and as a result, the associate involved is no longer with the organization.

Also, the FBI is investigating a potential accomplice in Charlie Kirk's assassination after doorbell footage reveals the suspect speaking to someone near the crime scene, contradicting Governor Cox's earlier vague claims.
So you've got all of this coming in.
You have the FBI that is, they're watching the squirrely governor that said that he acted alone when in fact there's other information coming in that he did not.
The FBI is now investigating a potential accomplice in the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
I'm in the finding of a video that appears to show the suspect talking to somebody through a doorbell camera in the neighborhood near the crime scene.
Remember earlier reports, the FBI was talking about how they were using the cameras off of people's doorbells.
I mean, a lot of people have those cameras now right outside their house, so they get some really great footage.
And you could even see some footage of the shooter after the assassination.
He was walking through the neighborhoods and they were looking at all of this.
Well, apparently, he walked up to one of them.
And so understand, this was an incredible manhunt.
It took 33 hours.
The shooter was found after the father of the 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who had engraved ammunition casings with Antifa slogans, turned on his son, turned his son into authorities.

He did the right thing.

This is quite a deal.

But single mom, Shana Gaviola, she is still under fire.
How the Biden DOJ targeted faith and family, and how the Supreme Court and Bondi have fought back.
They really are trying.
So the Biden Justice Department entered an office with a pledge to restore norms.
But for many parents of faith, that promise quickly unraveled into one of the most aggressive federal campaigns against parental rights in modern history.
So this is the case of Shana Gaviola, a California mother.
It should be no surprise that it's California, who stands as a chilling example of how far the government went and how close America came to losing the fundamental right to raise children free from ideological coercion.
California is probably one of the worst.
Now, in June 2025, the Supreme Court issued a landmark 6-3 decision in Mahmoud v. Taylor, drawing a constitutional line in defense of parental rights.
You have Justice Samuel Alito, who wrote the majority, declared that public schools cannot compel children to participate in ideological lessons that conflict with their families' religious beliefs.
The ruling reaffirmed the free exercise clause, stating that the rights of parents to direct the religious upbringing of their children would be an empty promise if it did not follow those children into public school classroom.
So this decision sent a clear message to parents, not bureaucrats or prosecutors, that they're not the ones that have the final say in children's moral and religious education that the parents do.
So Pam Bondi's DOJ is going in a new direction.
So months later, Pam Bondi issued a powerful memorandum signaling a dramatic shift in federal policy.
Her directive emphasized the fundamental rights of parents to direct their children's education, zero tolerance for retaliator against parents, because parents were targeted.
We all know this.
So you can use the code 18 USC, Section 241, to prosecute conspiracies that violate parental rights.
Bondi's words were, this department stands with America's parents.
So the case shows misconduct, a pattern of intimidation, and why the case will be, of course, dismissed in the end.
But Shana's story is, you know, it's a broader struggle.
It's just one example.
It's not just about one mother.
It's about every parent who dares to stand up for their kids.
The Biden DOJ tried to make an example out of families, but the tide is turning thanks to the courts, to new leadership, and a groundswell of parental advocacy.

Right when I saw this, I just went, this is such a wonderful man.
And of course, he just said everything that you would want him to say and would expect him to say, just how outstanding Charlie Kirk was and what a loss it is for everyone.
But my goodness, it just broke my heart into a million pieces.
There were so many like this this entire week.
It really was something else.
I just pray for the world.
I mean, this is how evil things have gotten.
There's no rhyme or reason to it other than, of course, the gaslighting and everything else.
But there are powers that have been working on this for years.
And people are very aware of it now.
And I think the introduction of the Smith-Munt Act, call it the Charlie Kirk Act, is a great start because of all of the propaganda that has been going on.
I mean, sure, they can replace different anchors on some of these shows, what have you.
I mean, they can replace the suits or whatever.
But if the propaganda is still allowed to continue, will there be anything left in the end?
And a lot of people are funding this stuff.
I mean, you must understand, the more you learn about big pharma and all the different things that they're involved in, the worse it gets.
You start to see there's big money at play.
You've got donors.
You've got big corporations that fund both sides of the aisle.
And so this huge psyop only helps them.
It's really true.
It only helps them.
So we're going to head on into unmasking the left.

But I wanted to kind of give a little background about how we were able to get this assassin in custody.
Apparently, there was a lot of confusion about it.
There's been a lot of confusion about everything, really.
I mean, that's the problem with people trying to report things so quickly that you're unable to get the real information out.
But I'm going to give you a little bit of it just so you can hear the background of basically how they found Charlie Kirk's killer and who the and how the whole thing went down.
Well, the incident was you have Charlie Kirk, the 31-year-old conservative activist and co-founder of Turning Point USA.
How the Killer Was Found00:05:17
He was fatally shot, as you all know, in the neck during a public speaking event at Utah University UVU in Utah on September 11th, 2025.
The event attended by about 3,000 people was part of a campus tour promoting conservative ideals.
You had Kirk, who was speaking on stage when a sniper fired from the rooftop of a nearby building around 11:52 a.m. local time.
He was pronounced dead shortly after, despite immediate medical response.
The shooting has been widely described as an assassination with potential political motives linked to Kirk's outspoken right-wing views.
So in this summary, I was able to capture just with a whole bunch of different news articles into Grok.
So that's where I'm getting this information.
If anybody is curious, you can just type that in.
Well, how the killer was found.
The suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was from Washington, Utah.
He was arrested approximately 33 hours after the shooting on the evening of September 12th, 2025, at the Washington County Sheriff's Office in Southwest Utah.
The manhunt involved the FBI, Utah Department of Public Safety, local law enforcement, and over 11,000 public tips.
Key evidence included surveillance and forensic leads, video footage, captured the suspect climbing down from the rooftop after the shooting and fleeing, and after he shot him and then fleed the scene.
Investigators recovered a Mauser.36 bolt action rifle with a scope.
It was wrapped in a towel from a wooded drop point near the campus.
Based on messages from Robinson's Discord account that was shown to authorities by his roommate, the rifle had three unfired casings that were engraved with anti-fascist messages like, hey, fascist, catch.
A palm print, a footprint, and a forearm imprint were also found on the rooftop.
The confession and the family tip, well, the breakthrough came from Robinson's family.
A family member, reportedly his father, became suspicious after Robinson implied involvement during conversations, including a recent dinner, where he discussed Kirk's UVU event and expressed hatred towards his views.
The family member contacted a family friend who alerted the Washington County's sheriff, Washington County Sheriff's Office on September 12th evening.
And Robinson's father then persuaded him to speak with a youth pastor who was affiliated with the sheriff's office and the U.S. Marshal Service.
During that conversation, Robinson confessed to the crime.
He surrendered peacefully to investigators.
Robinson, who lived with his parents and was politically unaffiliated and an inactive voter, he now faces charges of aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury and obstruction of justice.
He is held without bail in Utah County Jail.
The investigation continues with forensic analysis at FBI labs in Quantico, but authorities believe the motive ties to ideological, the ideological opposition to Kirk's activism.
So who was the preacher sheriff?
Well, the preacher, it refers to the youth pastor, it is sometimes described as a minister or a preacher in the reports, who works with Washington County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Marshal Service.
His identity has not been publicly disclosed in official statements, likely due to his role in a sensitive youth outreach programs that he's involved in.
This pastor facilitated the final confession by speaking with Robinson at the urging of his father, leading directly to the peaceful arrest.
The Washington County Sheriff is Sheriff Mike Smith, who participated in the press conference and he announced the arrest alongside Utah Governor Spencer Cox, Utah Public Safety Commissioner Bo Mason, and FBI Director Kash Patel.
Smith has not been described as a preacher himself.
The term likely combines the pastor's involvement with the sheriff's office oversight.
So that is how it all went down.
It wasn't like anybody found him or that they seeked him out or they were able to use the clues from here, there, and yonder.
You had a parent, a father who said, oh my gosh, my son did this, and he was the one that initiated all of this.

This report builds on prior findings unveiled in May and appears to expand into actionable reforms.
So after months of review, you have the Commission that identified four undeniable drivers of America's child health crisis.
You've got the toxic ultra-processed diets, and that is with over 60% of children's calories now coming from industrial junk food.
Chemical exposures, pesticides, plastics, and synthetic toxins saturating food, air, and water.
You've got chronic stress and inactivity.
Children are drowning in screen time, poor sleep, and collapsing mental health.
Over-medicalization, a system driven by conflicts of interest that push dangerous drugs on children instead of fixing root causes.
The Maha Plan calls for radical reforms.
So you've got launching a new NIH chronic disease initiative, and that is a gold standard scientific studies on autism, vaccine injury, nutrition, and mental health.
We have got a real problem here.

So after Siri exposes buried studies showing vaccinated kids face skyrocketing chronic illness compared to unvaccinated peers, he was just completely dumbfounded.
So this happened in the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and it was a bombshell hearing Tuesday afternoon on how the corruption of science has manipulated vaccine policy, public perception, and parents' choices.
And this attorney, Aaron Siri, he's the managing partner at Siri and Glimstad LLP.
He dropped a nuclear truth bomb on the vaccine establishment, exposing how the government, medical elites, and big pharma buried damning data proving vaccinated children face far higher rates of chronic illness than their unvaccinated peers.
Well, Siri testified that none of the clinical trials relied upon to license routine childhood vaccines on the CDC schedule.
That they were either, that they proved that the products were safe before they got the license due to glaring design flaws.
So worse than that, post-licensure of monitoring, it is riddled with manipulation and a priori assumptions that vaccines are inherently safe.
They are not safe, not all of them.
And I stay away from everything now.

After what we have learned, it's going to take a lot to get people to even see a doctor anymore.
That's the sad part.
It has hurt a lot of people to the point where even those that really need to go see a doctor are like, no.
Well, the results are devastating to the vaccine establishment.
You've got vaccinated children who were 3.03 times more likely to develop allergic diseases, 4.29 times more likely to develop asthma, 5.53 times more likely to suffer this neurodevelopmental disorder, including speech disorders and developmental delays, 5.96 times more likely to develop autoimmune diseases.
Not a single case of ADHD learning disability or ticks were found among the unvaccinated, while hundreds of cases existed among the vaccinated cohort.
So by the age of 10, only 43% of vaccinated children remain free of chronic disease compared to 83% of unvaccinated children.
These are huge, huge numbers.
These, this is what's actually going on.
These percentages do not lie.
This is what they have been putting into children.
So again, a lot of these politicians, they don't want us to go there.
They don't want Secretary Kennedy to share this information because it's going to put a strain on their pockets.
So you've got all of these different charts, the any vaccine exposure versus no vaccine exposure, and it tells a story in and of itself.

Van Jones says, we don't know why that man did what he did.
And for Charlie Kirk to say, we know he did it because she's white when there is no evidence of that is pure rage mongering.
So this is what he got up there and said.
And of course he had some back and forth with Charlie Kirk on all of this.
And I'm going to play what he said and you can understand why a lot of people are calling for Van Jones to be terminated.
We don't know why that man did what he did.
And for Charlie Kirk to say, we know he did it because she's white, when there's no evidence of that, it's just pure race-mongering, hate-mongering.

Now, this story actually happened about a month ago.
And Charlie Kirk saw it and started reporting it.
And you never hear about stories like this because the left always sweeps it up under the carpet.
But this was a Ukrainian refugee.
And this poor woman, Irina Zarutska, I mean, here she was just living her best life, doing her thing, getting on a light rail, saying, All right, you know, going from here to there, no biggie.
And the sickest thing of all was the response of the people around her.
Which, guess what?
There were none.
I mean, the saddest thing of all was that this poor girl, while she was being attacked, they watched.
They did nothing.
And it's an image that I will never forget.
Look, here she is staring up at the person who is going to take her life.
Let me remove you all.

But this monster that this will be the last face that she ever sees that takes her life.
And here are all of these people.
And nobody helped her.
Not a single person helped her.
It is an image that I know that it will be in your heads forever.

This is the saddest thing.
But what's even sadder is that it got zero attention.
None.
This is every parent's nightmare, every brother or sister's nightmare to see something like this.
But then when you couple that with the fact that she was trying to flee a country that is in a full-blown war to come to somewhere where she thought that she would be safe, and she wasn't.
She was killed right there on the light rail.
This is the saddest thing I have ever seen.
And no one did a thing.

Smokes the media for smearing New York subway hero Daniel Penny, but ignoring a story about an actual murderer.
You all remember Daniel Penny.
He's a hero.
He is the one that saw a man, just like this one, right, that was carrying on the exact same way, harassing people on the subway, and he knew that it wasn't when, it wasn't if, it was when.
So she went on a tangent, and I love when she does.
She says many of the journalists in this room spilled plenty of ink trying to smear Daniel Penny for defending a subway car from a deranged lunatic in New York City, Levitt added.
But none of those same reporters lifted a finger to write stories about an actual murderer.
34-year-old DiCarlos Brown Jr. murdered 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Irena Zarutska.
This was last month after stabbing her multiple times in the East West Boulevard light rail station.
The new footage from the incidents, it has emerged.
It shows Brown walking away, leaving a trail of blood as bystanders.
They did nothing.
So this is what she said to everyone.
It was pretty impressive.
And like she always does, it was so impressive that I'm wondering if I can get the actual, let's see if I can get her, or if I have to read it, I may have to read it.
That's okay.
She says, Today, I would like to address the tragedy that has not received nearly enough media attention: the brutal murder of Irina Zarutska.
Here are the facts that many outlets have shamefully and intentionally failed to report until President Trump drew attention to it.
On August 22nd, Irina Zarutska was stabbed to death on the rail system in Charlotte, North Carolina, by a savage career criminal.
This is a public transportation system that many in the area use every single day to go to school and work.
Irina was on that train that night, traveling home from her job at a pizzeria, still in uniform from her shift.
This beautiful, innocent, 23-year-old young woman was a Ukrainian refugee who had recently fled her country for a chance at a safer life and a promising new beginning here in the United States of America.
But tragically, a public transportation system in a major American city was more dangerous than the active war zone that she left.
The president and the entire White House are praying for her family and friends during this unimaginary, difficult time.
And it's true.
Can you imagine?
But while we extend our thoughts and prayers, we must also seek justice for this crime and call attention to this heinous incident.
Surveillance video of the killing was finally released to the public this past Friday.
It shows the alleged killer, DeCarlos Brown Jr.
He pulled out a knife, he got up from his seat behind Irina, and he prepared to thrust a blade into her neck before the released footage gets cut.
This is pure evil on full display.
The most enraging and unacceptable part of the story is that her death was entirely preventable.
De Carlos Brown never should have been on that train that night.
In fact, he should have been behind bars.
De Carlos Brown has been charged with crimes no fewer than 14 times dating back to 2011, including for armed robbery, felony, larceny, breaking, and entering, and shoplifting.
Brown had previously served five years in prison for a robbery with a deadly weapon charge, and he had also forfeited bonds three different times, twice in 2014 and once in 2023.
Despite all of this past documented criminal history, when Brown was arrested yet again in January of this past year, a Democrat judge, who I will add, was a supporter, a strong supporter of former Vice President Kamala Harris, released this insane criminal once again without requiring him to pay any bail.
He simply had to sign a written promise to return for his court hearing.
Think about how crazy it is to ask a career criminal, someone who by definition repeatedly breaks a law, to just sign a written promise and come back again on another day.
This is madness.
This monster should have been locked up in arena should still be alive.
But Democrat politicians and liberal judges and weak prosecutors would rather virtue signal than lock up criminals and protect their communities.
And perhaps the most shamefully of it all, the majority of the media and many outlets in this room decided that her murder was not worth reporting on originally because it does not fit a preferred narrative.
Many of the journalists in this room spill plenty of ink trying to smear Daniel Penny for defending a subway car from a deranged lunatic in New York City, but none of those same reporters lift a finger to write stories about an actual murderer.
Here's the truth that every American must know.
Too many innocent people across the country continue to pay the price of the failed experiment known as cashless bail that has been championed by the Democrat Party for years.
All the way back in 2020, North Carolina's then Democrat Governor Roy Cooper established a so-called task force for racial equity and criminal justice.
Sounds nice, but it's not.
That task force was co-authored by then Attorney General and current Democrat Governor Josh Stein.
It recommended a quote reimagining public safety to quote promote diversion and other alternatives to arrest.
It also advised to de-emphasize some felony crimes, prioritize quote, restorative justice, and eliminate cash bail.
Democrats in North Carolina and nationwide are consumed with pushing a woke soft on crime agenda, no matter how many innocent Americans suffer as a result.
Instead of aggressively prosecuting and locking up violent criminals, the Democrat-backed cashless bail approach lets these criminals roam free in our country to offend again and again.
These reckless policies have turned too many of the American cities into hunting grounds for career criminals who mock our justice system, drain law enforcement resources, and wreck havoc on law-abiding citizens.
Enough is enough, and that is why President Trump is doing everything in his power by taking action to undo these absurd policies.
The president recently signed a powerful executive order directing the AG to submit a list of states and local jurisdictions with cashless bail policies so that the Trump administration may identify federal funds that are being provided to these states and can potentially be suspended or terminated.
President Trump firmly believes that to maintain order and public safety, we must incarcerate individuals whose pending criminal charges or criminal histories demonstrate a clear, ongoing risk to civil society.
This is a common sense and sensible approach that the vast majority of Americans agree with.
And it's time for the Democrat Party to get on board with what is right.
When these criminals are caught, they must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and be sent to prison where they can no longer terrorize our streets.
This is the mandate the American people delivered to President Trump, and it's a mandate he intends to fulfill.

You've got BLM's official account that posts a video saying black people have a right to violence.
Amid national outrage over Irina Zarutska's stabbing, this Black Lives Matter official on Instagram shared a reel that asserted that the oppressed people have a right to violence as public fury bulls over the recent stabbing murder of Ukrainian refugee Irina Zarutska in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I mean, the timing of all of it.
They think that this is good.
They think that this is what they are supposed to do.
So this official Black Lives Matter account, it posted a video stating that black people have this right.

The bullet casings, they were etched with anti-fascist and other leftist messaging that we went over a little bit earlier.
I mean, these things are just insanity.
And you've got, of course, the governor of Utah that's going over it all.
Really bad.
And then you have the Charlie Kirk assassin, Tyler Robinson, and this story that we just went through.
Really an eye-opener.
This ideology, transgender ideology, when you find out that you had the assassin living with somebody that was in the middle of transitioning into a female from a male, starts to explain a lot.
But fortunately, you've got the partner, that's what we want to call him, boyfriend, who is cooperating with the police and cooperating with the FBI.
So that's the good news that's coming out of all of this.
But who helped him?
This whole Discord thing.
And I have some follow-ups on this because a lot of people are saying, wait a minute.
The terrorist who took out American conservative hero Charlie Kirk reportedly had some help carrying out the assassination.
And the funny thing about not funny, but the irony in the whole thing is that I lost my Discord account.
Okay.
I was a host for a little show that I put on when I first started.
No biggie, right?
And I was on social media.
This is after my account.
This is why I say the way the left operated was if you lost your account on Twitter, which is now known as X, it would follow you on all of these other social media platforms.
And that was really the goal.
Okay, we got her here.
So where else is she?
Let's take her out everywhere.
And that's what they were doing.
I was being canceled.
Well, Discord was one of them.
I lost my account on Discord because it was a host on a conservative platform.
And we used to use Discord to be able to host the show.
Well, I have a new account over there that I had to make just because I had a lot of things that I had on the platform that I had built over there that were show-related.
But yeah, I mean, they would get rid of somebody that barely posted at all.
But because I was associated with another group of hosts that were conservatives, and these were big hosts, they decided, okay, well, let's get her too.
And so everybody, whoop, one clean sweep.
We were all gone.
But what they're saying here is that it was revealed that the suspect was using Discord and that, of course, he did not act alone in the shooting.
That Robinson received instructions on Discord to pick up a rifle and the engraved case from a point drop.
He coordinated with others on a chat group in Discord before the assassination, arranging with so-called friend to retrieve the weapon.
So people are wondering if he was a Patsy in a much larger conspiracy and who is this person.
So the accused assassin, he reportedly received these instructions and Then you had a follow-up about Discord because Discord did not like the heat it was getting.
They came out to tell us that the feds are lying about Charlie Kirk's death.
And this is from at Real Candace O and she put this out.
Now, of course, careful with your sources.
This is the same TMZ that cheered when they heard that Charlie had died during their live report.
And they claimed that it was a car chase.
They came out and did a separate stream on that when the backlash was just huge and tried to walk it all back.
But there were several people that proved that was not the case, that they were indeed, especially when they showed the car chase that they were talking about in California.
It was really a nothing burger and everybody knew it.
So they're a bunch of liars.
And I can't stand this outfit.
I think they're horrible.
I really do.
And especially after what they did with Charlie.
But Discord said that it was not used in the suspect's murder.
They have a whole article here on all of it.
However, what they did say was this.
They said, authorities say that Robinson's roommate showed them Robinson had made a joke on Discord and then showed investigators the message, which included Tyler stating a need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point, leaving the rifle in a bush, and a message referring to have left the rifle wrapped in a towel.
Discord seems to be saying that these communications were not on its platform, rather on a note that Robinson had written off the site to his roommate.
And Discord has also said that it has removed Robinson's account.

You also have despicable reactions to Charlie Kirk assassination.
They wanted him dead, and now they're celebrating.

So you've got a lot of people who are not like this.
And then you have this.
And of course, you've got the left that are on TikTok.
A lot of them are celebrating.
A lot of them are getting on his widow's page and saying horrible things, calling him a racist, xenophobic, transphobic, Islamophobic, sexist.
While, you know, you've got a nationalist mouthpiece is another one.
Well, where do you think they learned all of these words?
From this group.
They didn't know these words, right?
And from universities.
They labeled him.
They did this.
This was their job.
This is the mockingbird media that sat up there.
They created a narrative and they continue every single day to come up with a new one to get President Trump so that they can get the people that they want in office.
This is a shell game.
And they are losing now.
And unfortunately, we lost so much.
But I do believe that Charlie Kirk realized when he was talking about all of this, the price that he was going to pay.
At least that's what you kind of see that he was okay with that because he wanted just to let people know how incredible life is and to try to get away from the things that were destroying us and our society and our culture and our way of living.
He was trying to preserve all of these things and he had to have known that there was a price to pay.
And that's fortunately the reason why things worked out the way they did.
But you have Democrats that just, if you want to be infuriated, look no further than this.
They shouted down Representative Lauren Boebert on the House floor when she requested a moment of prayer for Charlie Kirk after he had been assassinated.
This happened on Wednesday afternoon.
Kirk died following an assassination in, of course, Utah that happened on Wednesday.
And this was following the shooting.
It was probably right before they even knew whether he was going to live or die because you all remember we were live on the air and we did not know.
No one knew.
There was all kinds of reports that were coming out even when you saw that horrible video.
I'm so sickened that I even saw it of his death, but up close.
I think this happened right when we were in limbo, wondering, you know, what the outcome was.
You would think that most people, especially in a political environment, that knew that they were going, you know, all of this is being recorded, all of this is on video, that they would have the decency to say, oh, yes, of course, we will come together in such a horrible moment.
Well, just to show respect, that was it.
But instead, you had Democrats that shouted down Bobert with screams of no for several seconds as a presiding officer desperately tried to bring the house back in order.
And this is who the left is.

Many, you know, recognize Charlie Kirk for being a national figure.

For 16 years, I wrestled with challenges that others could not see despite growing up surrounded by constant pressure to achieve.
I could not finish a single book.
Exams left me exhausted, not because I lacked knowledge, but because I could not maintain focus.
And you've got so many stories like this.
Charlie Kirk changed my life and millions of others.
He says, teachers labeled me unmotivated and classmates concluded I didn't care.
In reality, I was working harder than anyone could imagine, only to feel like I was slipping further behind.
That pattern finally shifted.
In my sophomore year, I was diagnosed with attention deficit, hyperactivity disorder, and once I began treatment and received specialized support, everything looked different.
At 16, I completed a book from cover to cover for the first time.
I started writing seriously, and within months, I became one of the youngest nationally syndicated columnists in the country.
Charlie Kirk's voice entered my life at exactly that moment.
And that's what he was talking about, he said.
His podcast was unlike anything my teachers had ever offered.
He insisted on sharp reasoning, welcomed disagreement, and translated complicated policy issues into a language students could understand.
At a time when 28 states require no economic education in high school and fewer than 15% of eighth graders demonstrate proficiency in American history, Charlie filled a gap.

I'm just so impressed by the man.
And he goes on to say, when I finally spoke, he told me he recognized my writing, a surreal moment for someone who had only recently discovered a love of reading.
That conversation was brief, but it carried validation.
And he never received in school that his words actually had value and that his perspective mattered.
So at that exact summit, they spoke about education.
He told him the story about being left behind for 16 years.
He pointed to reform efforts that gave students alternatives when traditional schools had failed them.
He cited statistics, noting that in New York City, students who won charter school lotteries saw incarceration rates collapse and teen pregnancy rates cut in half.
I mean, these numbers were not abstract.
I mean, they showed what policy could achieve when students were given the chance to succeed.
And so he really resonated with so many people.
And he also talked about Generation Z.
It is the most progressive age group in modern U.S. history, with 60% of young New Yorkers expressing favorable views to socialism compared to just 2% of seniors.
So he was out there educating, had a huge impact on this man's life.
And of course, you know, he'll always remember him for that.
But there's story after story like this.
So many.
Young people all over the country are praying at universities for Charlie Kirk and his family.
I mean, devastated beyond belief.

Liberty students gathered to pray for Charlie Kirk's family and loved ones.

I've been disgusted to see some of the social media praising, rationalizing, making light of the whole thing.

This policy reflects Rubio's staunch stance against illegal immigration and organized crime, aligning with the Trump administration priorities.
Marco Rubio's State Department will ban any foreigner from entering the country who celebrated the assassination of Charlie Kirk online.
This is according to the Deputy Secretary of State, Chris Landau.
He has confirmed it.
Marco Rubio is going to be the gatekeeper.
If they were caught celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk in any way, shape, or form, or fashion, no entry.
Not allowed to enter.
Of course, President Trump has ordered the flags to be flown at half-staff in Kirk's memory and announced that he will award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, a tribute that underscores Kirk's importance as a giant of his generation.
According to Trump's remarks at the 9-11 commemorative event, that's a lovely thing.
It really is.
President Trump came out and even said, hey, he was like a son to me.
To my great fellow Americans, I am filled with grief and anger at the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk on a college campus in Utah.
Charlie inspired millions, and tonight, all who knew him and loved him are united in shock and horror.
Charlie was a patriot who devoted his life to the cause of open debate and the country that he loved so much, the United States of America.
He fought for liberty, democracy, justice, and the American people.
He's a martyr for truth and freedom, and there's never been anyone who was so respected by youth.
Charlie was also a man of deep, deep faith, and we take comfort in the knowledge that he is now at peace with God in heaven.
Our prayers are with his wife, Erica, the two young, beloved children, and his entire family, who he loved more than anything in the world.
We ask God to watch over them in this terrible hour of heartache and pain.

Charlie always believed that God's design for marriage in the family was absolutely amazing, and it is.
It is, and it was the greatest joy of his life.
And over and over, he would tell all these young people to come and find their future spouse, become wives and husbands and parents.
And the reason why is because he wanted you all to experience what he had and still has.
He wanted everyone to bring heaven into this earth through love and joy that comes from raising a family.
It's beautiful.
Charlie always said that if he ever ran for office, I know a lot of you asked if he ever was going to, but privately he told me if he ever did run for office, that his top priority would be to revive the American family.
That was his priority.
One of Charlie's favorite Bible verses was Ephesians 5, verse 25.
Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
My husband laid down his life for me, for our nation, for our children.
He showed the ultimate and true covenantal love.
I will never ever have the words to describe the loss that I feel in my heart.
I honestly have no idea what any of this means.
I know that God does, but I don't.
But Charlie, baby, I know you do too.
I know you do.
So does our Lord.
And our world is filled with evil.
But our God, you guys, our God is so good.
So incredibly good.
And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good for those who are called according to his purpose.
Already I have seen the worldwide outpouring of love for my husband.
I've heard the testimonies from people my husband inspired to get married, to start families, to seek out a relationship with God.
It's the most important, most important one of all.
The evildoers responsible for my husband's assassination have no idea what they have done.
They killed Charlie because he preached a message of patriotism, faith, and of God's merciful love.
They should all know this.
If you thought that my husband's mission was powerful before, you have no idea.
You have no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country and this world.
You have no idea.
You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife.
The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.

They dismissed a lawsuit that was filed by Democrat state attorneys general challenging the mass firing of probationary workers.
The Fourth Circuit of Appeals in a two-to-one decision said that the 19 blue states did not have the legal standing to sue the Trump administration over the mass firings.
Then you've got a Supreme Court that bats down Biden judge, allows Trump to resume sweeping immigration raids.

When they let these people out on bail who are violent have been using the county jail as an involving door, they have no respect for the law.
