All right, so according to a probable cause statement signed by Detective Brian Davis, surveillance footage captured Robinson arriving on campus at around 8:29 a.m. in a gray Dodge challenger dressed in a maroon t-shirt, light covered shorts, a black hat with a white logo, and light shoes.
He later changed into a long-sleeved black shirt featuring an American flag, an eagle design, dark jeans, and gray-white converse, Chuck Taylor shoes with black soles, clothing that matched the sniper's description.
Well, investigators then tracked Robinson climbing onto the rooftop of the Lucy Center building around 12:17 p.m., positioning himself with a view of the courtyard where Kirk was speaking at his Prove Me Wrong event.
At approximately 12:22 p.m., a single gunshot rang out, striking the 31-year-old Kirk in the neck and causing fatal blood loss as he collapsed on stage.
Robinson allegedly fled the rooftop, discarding a Mosser.30-6.
This is a bolt-action rifle that was wrapped in a dark towel in a grassy area east of the building.
The shoe impressions from Converse sneakers were found on the rooftop edge and a palm print was recovered, further linking him to the scene.
The documents revealed that Robinson had become more political in recent years, with a family member recounting at a dinner conversation where he expressed hatred for Kirk, accusing the conservative activist of spreading hate on the evening of September 11.
That same family member contacted authorities through a friend claiming Robinson had confessed or implicated himself in the shooting.
Investigators also interviewed Robinson's roommate, who showed them Discord messages from a contact named Tyler, discussing retrieving a rifle from a bush, engraving bullets, wrapping the weapon in a towel, and shouting to evade detection.
The investigators also interviewed the roommate, who stated that his roommate referring to Robinson made a joke on Discord.
Investigators asked if he would show them the messages on Discord.
He opened it.
He showed them several messages to the investigators, and he allowed investigators to take photos of the screen as each message was shown by Robinson's roommate.
This is according to the document.
It continues.
These photos consisted of various messages, including content of messages between the phone contact name Tyler with an emoji icon and Robinson's roommate's device.
The content of these messages included messages affiliated with the contact Tyler stating a need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point leaving the rifle in a bush, messages related to visually watching the area where a rifle was left, and a message referring to having left the rifle wrapped in a towel.
The message also refers to engraving bullets and a mention of a scope and the rifle being unique.
Messages from the contact Tyler also mentioned that he had changed outfits.
So based on the evidence detailed in the statement, people believe that there is probable cause that Tyler Robinson committed the crimes of aggravated murder by shooting Charlie Kirk in a circumstance that put many around him at grave risk of death, felony discharge of a firearm, and obstruction of justice for moving and hiding the rifle believed to be used in the shooting.
So it looks like this leaked document has been recovered.

And they're talking about that he made chilling remarks about the conservative commentator during this dinner that led up to his murder.
Robinson, who is 22, he brought up Kirk's visit to Utah Valley University on September 10th and spoke of his dislike for the 31-year-old MAGA influencer.
Family members have relayed all of this to investigators.
They talked about how they didn't like him and the viewpoints that he had.
This is what Governor Spencer Cox revealed during a press conference.
But yeah, I mean, they're saying, I mean, this is his family.
You would look at a picture like that and say, okay, you know, I mean, these are his parents, his siblings.
I see somebody say that they got the wrong guy.
He turned himself in.
He turned him.
Well, when Robinson confessed, his dad urged him to turn himself in, and that's exactly what he did.

Well, I mean, apparently the 22-year-old Robinson, he told his dad that he would rather kill himself than turn himself in, but was persuaded to speak with a local youth minister who also works with the U.S. Marshals Service.

If you've changed from what your teachings were growing up and you radically changed all of a sudden and you're around all these people, how can you not pull yourself out and say, man, I'm thinking about doing this?

And so they're hanging around all these people having fun, and then suddenly they're brainwashed.
And then they're going to come back with their parents who live a certain way, who are conservative, and say, oh, guess what, mom and dad?

And it's exactly the kind of extreme rhetoric that encourages people to commit violence.
And Stephen King says, I have apologized.

He says, I believe marriage is one man, one woman.
Also, gay people should be welcome in the conservative movement.
As Christians, we are called to love everyone.
I will always stand against people who wish to establish their own personal values as a reason to kick others out of our movement.
And this is the comparison.
So he's putting this out there so that it'll get his attention.
You're wrong.
He says, I was wrong.
I apologize.

And it says, when, you decrepit liar, says Sebastian Corka, Dr. G.
He said, you know, show us where he said that.
You have Ted Cruz who says, you are a horrible, evil, twisted liar.
No, he did not.
And he goes on to say, your party shamelessly shilled sent $100 billion.
I mean, and he's saying, horrible, evil, twisted liar apologizes.
This is what I get for reading something on Twitter without fact-checking, won't happen again.

You've said things equally as bad, if not worse, over the years.
