Despite all of this past documented criminal history, when Brown was arrested yet again in January of this past year, a Democrat judge who I will add was a supporter, a strong supporter of former Vice President Kamala Harris, released this insane criminal once again without requiring him to pay any bail.
He simply had to sign a written promise to return for his court hearing.
Think about how crazy it is to ask a career criminal, someone who by definition repeatedly breaks the law, to just sign a written promise and come back again another day.
This is madness.
This monster should have been locked up and arena should still be alive.

I mean, you have this magistrate judge, Teresa Stokes, who released career criminal DiCarlos Brown months before he brutally stabbed Ukrainian refugee because he made her a promise.

And this is the judge, so everyone knows.
And of course, people were making her famous as well.
But they said here that Stokes allowed Brown, 34, who is homeless and has a litany of previous arrests, including armed robbery and assault, to walk free on a written promise that he would return for his next court appearance.
That's what she released him because he wrote down that he would come back for his next court appearance.
I mean, how ridiculous is that?
He was arrested on January 19th for alleged misuse of the 911 system after he dialed the emergency number while police were conducting a welfare check on him.
During the ordeal, you had Brown, who was a schizophrenic.
He told police that he thought that man-made materials were inside his body controlling his movements.
All right, we have a real problem in Los Angeles with schizophrenia, and a lot of it stems from repeated drug abuse.
And it's bad.

Well, you saw him in one of the videos.
He was carrying on a full conversation, which is what I'm used to in Hollywood, where they're having a conversation with somebody that is not there.

I mean, the fact that this is knowing what this judge knew, she let him go based on a promise that he would show up again.
