Someone should remind him that impeding law enforcement officers from enforcing immigration law is a federal crime.
No one is above the law.
And so President Trump said, Look, if you're going to stand in our way, we have absolutely no problem arresting you.

So the fact that you've got the FBI who declassified and provided the requested records to Grassley along with accompanying the cover letter after Grassley initially received some information from a whistleblower.
The FBI emails offer an inside look into the Bureau's decision to recall and suppress an intelligence information report about what happened with the Chinese government producing tens of thousands of fraudulent driver's license to manufacture mail-in votes for the then presidential candidate Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

They pre-filled out a bunch of ballots and then they shut it down just in the swing states.
