It doesn't matter to the Democrats if the actions they are obstructing are good for the country.

Well, super wealthy large universities are actually adopting policies which would allow blatantly anti-Semitism and religious intimidation on their campuses.
They refuse to comply with the law and then act as if they are entitled to federal government grants, our tax dollars, to continue to push their woke agenda.

Well, Democrats are still fighting to allow biological men and women sports, even though 90% of the public is opposed to it.
All of these things are bad for our country, but they don't care.
I mean, Democrats do not care about you.

They had four years to improve things under clueless Joe Biden, and all they did was make everything demonstratively worse.

A prime example of their unhinged thinking is their hyperbolic, breathless support for an illegal alien, wife-beating, human-trafficking, gang-banging MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia, yeah, the new star of the Democrat Party.
Democrats don't care that Garcia and others like him are dangerous and a cancer on our society.
They don't care that he was involved with human trafficking.
No, no.
They don't care if American citizens are murdered and raped.
Apparently not.
They don't care if our American safety is compromised.
They don't care that they are opposing the will of the electorate, which gave President Trump a trifecta win to do exactly what he's doing.
It all comes down to this.
If Trump wants Garcia out, Democrats want him in.
No thinking required.
When you look at all of this objectively, only one conclusion is possible.
Democrats are insane.
They have lost their complete and total minds, and they are lying about absolutely everything they can.
The MS-13 gangbanger case is currently the most outrageous example of TDS-fueled Democrat insanity.

We are going to show you just how crazy and completely misguided Democrats actually are.

Come on, Republicans, we can do this.
These things are not happening quickly enough, but they must happen, or at least be significantly in flight for Republicans to remain and to maintain and expand majorities in the 2026 midterms.
If they don't happen, the majorities will be lost and the MAGA agenda we voted for will stall.
We cannot, under any circumstance, allow that to happen.
We all know that repairing the massive amount of damage done by Joe Biden and the Democrats will take time and effort.
This is comparable to needing major surgery to correct a serious health problem.
There will be some short-term discomfort, but that is willingly endured to ensure survival and long-term health.
Fixing the country is no different.
If Democrats wanted to improve the quality of life for Americans, they would have done so or would now support the policies the people want.

I mean, look no further than the latest honey activist judge in Wisconsin.
If this trend continues, Democrats might resolve the issue entirely on their own by getting locked up.
In at number nine, a legal alien arrested in Tennessee after impregnating an 11-year-old girl he met on Facebook.
This is vile, disgusting, and horrifying.
And the blame belongs squarely on Joe Biden and his idiotic open-border policy.

You've got the Vatican that announces that Pope Francis dies at 88 years old.

Speaking of things I happen in, it looks like Laura Loomer is reporting.
You know, she has some inside scoops and she does her work to get them.
I'll tell you one thing, but she says that something is definitely happening in Ukraine and Russia today between the two.
Moments after Secret Service and U.S. officials escorted military officials and what appeared to be U.S. General II and inside the Ukrainian embassy in D.C., President Trump posted a photo of himself on Truth Social as he is en route to the U.S. from Rome, meeting with Zielinski at the Vatican.
He posted the photo without comment exactly one hour ago, which is shortly after the U.S. Secret Service motorcade arrived at the Ukrainian embassy where officials were caught on camera by Loomer Unleashed, carrying U.S. and Ukrainian flags inside the embassy.
So this was kind of, it reminded me of someone, an adult talking to a child, because President Trump absolutely was telling Zelensky, look, pal, you don't have any cards.
This is what you need.
So, this was great.
The memers went completely wild with all of the different pictures.
I thought they were fantastic.
I mean, basically, it looked like Zelensky was sitting at a child's table, which is truly where he belongs.
I cannot imagine this guy ever leading a country.
The things that have happened to his citizens, the fact that they have not had any elections, tells you basically everything you need to know about this war.
And it's horrible.
When President Trump came out last week and said there are 5,000 people dying every week, get to the table, figure it out.

I think that is what's getting the attention of a lot of people right now: the arrests.

In 1996, Congress expanded the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, RICO, to include violations of federal immigration law.
While this expansion may not have received much publicity, it could potentially change the face of U.S. immigration law enforcement.
Under the new RICO provisions, a violation of certain provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the INA, meets the definition of racketeering activity, also known as predicate offense.
And an entity that engages in a pattern of racketeering activity for financial gain can be held both criminally and civilly liable.
Among other things, the INA makes it unlawful to encourage illegal immigration or employ illegal aliens, which violations were included as a predicate offenses under RICO.
This is a big step.
We're going to need all the ammo we can get.
We've got a lot of activist judges that we are going to have to steer and, I don't know, handcuff them out.
Whatever it is.
But I do know that these pictures and the FBI of these activist judges being engaged in either wanting these criminals that are here illegally to escape on their watch in a courtroom, as Pam Bondi described, and others, if they are harboring illegal aliens, they are going to be caught for it and prosecuted for it.
It's just not going to happen here.
They should also lose their license.

Well, in case this slipped past your radar, Virginia Druff, she publicly declared that she was not suicidal and that she warned that if anything happened to her, the people should ensure that the people are responsible, that they are held accountable, and to never forget their actions.
Too many people want to see me quieted was something that she had said.
Now, this is Virginia Roberts, and you know, she was a huge victim of, of course, the Epstein situation and has really had a horrible time.
Let's not forget that she was in a car accident only a couple of weeks before, and she had posted on social media, or so they say, the thing is not adding up.
We've got the Epstein files, which I believe are probably on the way, at least the client list, as much information that is being gathered, and then all of a sudden she offs herself.

Just like I don't believe Epstein killed himself, I certainly do not believe this is the case with Virginia at all.
When you hear about her story, though, she has been through so much as a result of the trafficking and everything else.

Unfortunately, she has passed and they are claiming that it was suicide.

So he said, look, the American taxpayers do not need to pay for this.

Now, this is a very serious story and another reason why I believe President Trump and his administration are really focused on getting all of these illegal criminal aliens out of our country because it's dangerous.

Maryland Democrat Senator Chris Van Hollen rushed to Dulles Airport this morning to fly to El Salvador, potentially using taxpayer dollars to demand the release of deported illegal alien MS-13 terrorist.
The Democrats and the media in this room have continually and wrongly labeled Kilmar Abrego Garcia as a Maryland father.
There is no Maryland father.
Let me reiterate: Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an illegal alien MS-13 gang member and foreign terrorist who was deported back to his home country.
And when Kilmar Abrego Garcia was originally arrested, he was wearing a sweatshirt with rolls of money covering the ears, mouth, and eyes of presidents on various currency denominations.

The court ordered that the respondent committed the following acts of abuse once in May of 2021, assault in any degree.
And on May 4th of 2021, he punched and scratched his wife, ripped off her shirt, and grabbed and bruised her.
This is from a court in Maryland.
So not only are Democrats rushing to defend an illegal, criminal, foreign terrorist gang member, but also an apparent woman beater.
To set all of that aside, the basic fact that he was illegally inside our country and had a lawful deportation order made him subject to removal back to his home country of El Salvador.
And if he ever ends up back in the United States, he would immediately be deported again.
Nothing will change the fact that Obrego Garcia will never be a Maryland father.
He will never live in the United States of America again.
And the United States Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the President of the United States and the Secretary of State could not be compelled to forcibly retrieve this citizen of El Salvador who is currently locked up in a maximum security prison in his home country due to his MS-13 membership.
To remind the media and the Democrat Party, MS-13 are among the most vicious and dangerous individuals in this world.
They pose a direct threat to the United States, El Salvador, and any other country who maintains basic law and order.
MS-13 rapes innocent girls and women, runs sex trafficking operations, murders for sport, and terrorizes law-abiding people.

A lot of you don't know the whole story about Rachel and about the crime that was committed against her.
Even us, her family, we didn't know all the details.
They kept most of it close to their chest, the detectives, because they didn't want to do anything to hurt the case.
They wanted to keep the integrity of the case, so they kept everything close.
I sat for the last two weeks in her trial, and we saw layer upon layer upon layer of evidence against the accused, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador.
And the things that we thought, well, maybe this might have happened, we didn't know.
But when we were at the trial, we got all the puzzle pieces.
And I want to share some of those things with you.
You know that Rachel is a 37-year-old mother.
She has five children.
We've walked the trail for the last 25 years that we've lived in Maryland.
It's a safe place for our family.
It's where we go to get a little bit of New England because that's where we're from, New England.
When she went on that trail that day, she was not planning on dying.
She wasn't planning on walking to her death.
She was planning on going to the grocery store with her girls afterwards.
Victor Martinez, he waited for her.
He waited for her to come closer.
He saw her.
He saw that there was nobody around.
He attacked her.
He dragged her 150 feet, blood gushing from her head.
It left a 150-foot trail of her blood to the culverts, where he took, he picked her up, he threw her against the wall of the tunnel, and he raped her.
But before he did that, he stopped on that trail and rocks still stained with her blood.
He used them to hammer her head against those rocks.
They say 20, at least 20 times, they could count the cuts in her head.
They said that when they did the autopsy, and I've seen the pictures, there's a six-inch square in the back of her head where the skull is shattered the way that you would crush an eggshell in pieces.
Three-fourths of her brain hemorrhaged.
Her right and left side of her face bashed in.
Her beautiful face bashed in.
Her head bashed in, broken bones, fractures.
He takes and he drags her some more.
He drags her through the thorn bushes.
She has all the scrapes and cuts on her body.
There wasn't one inch of her body that didn't have some kind of injury, whether it's bruising, broken bones, contusions, the scratches.
She had a fractured rib, fractured nose, fractured skull.
And then he takes her into the tunnel and he picks her up.
He throws her against the wall.
Blood is gushing from her head.
Her hair is soaked in blood.
And they showed us pictures of her body.
Against the wall, outlined, the blood outlined her body, and you could see where the blood ran down around her as he was raping her.
And then he threw her down and raped her some more.
And then he strangled her because he didn't want her to be able to live to tell the story.
They said that when they did the autopsy on her neck, that one of the things they do is they open up the neck and they look to see how far the injury is.
And it went all the way down as far as an injury is possible, hemorrhaging in the muscles because of how strong and violent the group was around her.

And when he was sitting in the courtroom, he actually looked like he thought he was going to be set free.
There was no remorse on his face at all.

These are the kind of criminals President Trump wants to remove from our country.
These are the kind of criminals that we need to remove from our country.
We are American citizens.

I mean, you've got Attorney General Pam Bondi, who releases the damning new details regarding the Salvadorian illegal alien, Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

When Garcia was arrested in March 2019, he and three of his cronies were found in possession of marijuana and discarded several other items at the scenes.

All four individuals were stopped by the Hyattsville officers.

Two, he was arrested with two other members of MS-13 named Christian Hernandez Romero and Jose Gulmero Dominguez.
A fourth individual was unnamed in the interview sheet.
So members of the Prince George's County, this gang unit, MS-13 intelligence squad, they encountered these three individuals on multiple occasions, and especially Romero.
He has been extensive.
He has a huge rap sheet, a criminal history as far as the eye can see, the multiple assaults, concealing dangerous weapons, burglary, and many other criminal offenses.
He has also been found guilty of gang participation in the circuit court for Prince George's County in December of 2018.
Officers know Hernandez Romero to be an active MS-13 gang member with the Sailors Click with the rank of observation and moniker of bimbo.
So you've got officers who interviewed him and during the interview officers observed the tattoos of the skulls covering their eyes, their ears, and mouth.
Officers knew these kinds of tattoos are indicative of the Hispanic gang culture.
The tattoos are meant to represent see no evil, hear no evil, say no evil.
He also had a tattoo of a devil on his left leg, which officers knew only higher-ranking MS-13 gang members are allowed to get a tattoo with the horns.
This represents power within the MS-13 and that gang.
You had officers who made contact with past proven and reliable sources of information who advised that Jose Guilermo Dominguez is also an active MS-13 gang member with the Sailors Click and the rank of Checo with the Monquier Maniaco.
So this is what we have.
Number three, when Abrego Garcia was arrested, he was wearing an MS-13 uniform.
During the interview, officers observed that he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie with rolls of money covering the ears, the eyes, ears, and mouth of the presidents on the separate dominations.
Officers know such clothing to be indicative of the Hispanic gang culture.

Now the wife makes a strange appeal for his freedom in the press.

Also putting out all of these social media posts where she is covering up his tattoos that show that he's got these gang-related tattoos on his hands.
And then there was a second protective order that was introduced.
So you had Kilmar Garcia Abrego.
The Democrats argue he was wrongfully deported back to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act, despite a previous order granting him protective status over his alleged fears of violence in El Salvador.
But the Trump administration cites two court rulings that found that Obrego Garcia is an MS-13 gang member and designated him as a foreign terrorist and an El Salvadorian citizen who was in the United States illegally.
You want to talk about a slam dunk.
So under our law, he's not even allowed to be in the United States and he had to be returned because of the foreign terrorist designation.
This is another reason why President Trump was playing tic-tac-toe.
As soon as he got into office, he got all of this stuff signed so that there was going to be no question about what was going to happen to people that had entered this country illegally.
And when you start looking and you start connecting the dots and you start seeing that this gang is also related to the Maduro regime, which is what we covered at the very beginning of the show, which is what I posted on my timeline over there on X, where this was meant to happen.
This is what they are trying to do, disrupt the United States.
Don't think for one second President Trump isn't aware of it.
Don't think that security isn't top notch because these are the people that are going to go after not only American citizens, obviously, we've already had that happen, but also the president and his administration, his family, and his allies.

Judge Allen previously served as a prosecutor in the Prince George's state attorney's office.

They revealed that MS-13 gangster Kilmar Abrego Garcia was allegedly accused of engaging in human trafficking by a Tennessee highway patrol.
back in December 2022 and was detained by the officer.
The cop alleged that the gangster was transporting seven passengers from Texas to Maryland.
The officer also discovered Abrego Garcia did not have a valid driver's license and then he was detained, then he detained the illegal.
However, after the officer took Abrego Garcia into custody, the THP contacted the FBI asking what to do next.
Joe Biden's FBI, well, unsurprisingly, they ordered the THP to let Abrego Garcia walk free because they valued violent illegals more than innocent Americans.
THP then complied with the order.
They let him go, just like they have let so many go.
So now we have the report that Abrego Garcia was driving a vehicle registered to Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, a convicted human trafficker.
Reyes had previously pleaded guilty to conspiring to transport illegal aliens from across the country and was convicted in 2020.
This is his crew.
This is who he hangs with.
And the Biden regime just said, oh, release him.
Go ahead.

While the wifey was over there saying, oh, but he's so great.
And she's putting hearts all over his hands, right?
So you couldn't see these tattoos.

However, the Gateway pundit reported that Trump's DOJ argued that federal courts have no authority to direct the executive branch to conduct foreign relations in a particular way or to engage with a foreign sovereign in any given manner, and that they cannot forcibly take the individual back or force El Salvador to return them.
On Friday, the U.S. District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, you had Paula Sheenus.
She set a new hearing in the case of the alleged MS-13 gang member, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, after the Supreme Court ruled that the U.S. must facilitate his return from El Salvador.

So even though they tried to put all of this stuff in motion and these judges are livid that the Trump administration is just going to ignore them, that's exactly what they're going to do.

DHS has not shown that there are change circumstances in Guatemala that would result in the respondent's life not being threatened or that internal relocation is possible and reasonable under the circumstances.
Therefore, the respondent's application for withholding under the act is granted.
Finally, his CAT claim fails because he has not shown that he would suffer torture.

And one of the main reasons we're impatient is because we've all lived through this.
We lived through the lawlessness of the Biden regime.

So, we expect fire like right away.
We want to see the results.
They've been sitting on it.
They've got it.
They have no excuses.
And we want to see the perp walk.
We want to see the cuffs.
And we just got to, and I'm sure there's going to be a lot more on the way from what I understand.
But it's important that you all continue to put the pressure on them because they are listening to you.
They are absolutely listening to you.
There is a reason why we saw this on Friday because they started to feel the heat.
Earlier in the week, you had Bongino, who was absolutely trending, and people are saying, hey, he's doing it.
He's got it.
This is why you aren't hearing from him.
Well, that's good.
Okay, whatever.
But I'm not going to believe anything until I actually see it.
See, I'm kind of one of those people that says, if it's not there and it's just hearsay.
See, I lived through that too when people were saying, just wait, trust the plan.

So that's why, if I were to give an explanation as to why they were at the lower part of the totem poll, that's why, because we are waiting.
