This is what's truly horrific.
This guy was in court being prosecuted by a state prosecutor for domestic violence battery.
He had beat up two people, a guy and a girl, beat the guy, the hit guy 30 times, knocked him to the ground, choked him, beat up a woman so badly they both had to go to the hospital.
And John, you know, it's so rare for victims to want to cooperate.
They wanted to cooperate.
They were sitting in the courtroom with the state prosecutor.
The judge learns that ICE was outside to get the guy because he had been deported in 2013, came back in our country, commits these crimes, charged with committing these crimes.
Victims in court.
Judge finds out she goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers.
She's furious, visibly shaken, upset, sends them off to talk to the chief judge.
She comes back in the courtroom.
You're not going to believe this.
Takes the defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers, takes them out a private exit, and tells them to leave.
While a state prosecutor and victims of domestic violence are sitting in the courtroom.
Wow.
They should give her five years in prison for that.
At least.
And then look how unhinged she is, man.
There's nobody, and a lot of people know this already, but some of these judges, all the way from down to local, all at the Supreme Court, are the most power-tripped, arrogant MFers you've ever seen in your life.
They are.

So Judge Cano, soon to be former Judge Kano, his charges were just unsealed.
He's charged with obstruction.
He is charged.
He admitted post-Miranda.
He took one of the TDA members' cell phones himself, took it, beat it with a hammer, destroyed it, and then walked the pieces to a city dumpster to dispose of it to protect him.
The wife also is charged with destroying evidence.
Sandra, not only that, this TDA member, and he had on a necklace that said kill something about death.
He had tattoos all over him.
He also had on his cell phone.
pictures of two decapitated victims, two victims, decapitated, gruesome photos.
And he was sending them out.
And whoever he was sending them to was sending back, saying, hey, you need to be careful.
You shouldn't be sending these.

Not only that, the judge and his wife gave him assault rifles that belonged to their daughter.
That's what they're charged with.
In the criminal report affidavit, he goes to a shooting range with these assault rifles with a suppressor with other known TDA members in their shooting.
This is the last person that we want in our country, nor will we ever tolerate a judge or anyone else harboring them.

So Dr. Oz, CMS, he says, my mission is to protect the most vulnerable because I'll tell you, as a heart surgeon, the most expensive care is bad care.
Right now, my main focus without any question is to wage a war on fraud, waste, and abuse because that's what's required.
All hands on deck.
And you know where we saw a whole bunch of that during C-19.
Waste, fraud, and abuse.
As long as they could put that C next to somebody's name and say, oh, you've been diagnosed with that, the sky was the limit.
And it wasn't just the physicians.
It was the hospitals as well.
It was the pharmaceutical companies.
It was everybody.
This was one of the biggest scams we have ever seen.
And it has continued to get richer.
So here's the deal.
Here's the breakdown.
Wild stuff here.
But you've got $1 billion in Medicare funds.
They went to individuals fraudulently registered in multiple states.
$200 million spent on housekeeping services unrelated to Medicaid's core mission.
$10 million diverted to student loan repayments, robbing funds from life-saving treatments like gene therapy for sickle cell anemia.
$14 million squandered on DEI initiatives and labor union child care benefits.
250,000 ineligible individuals registered in the marketplace, SIP honing resources, so siphoning resources.
So here is what we have.
They are exposing this stuff.
Anybody that has ever seen what happens in hospice, I unfortunately have, and the waste and the fraud and the abuse that goes on, it's frightening.
It is absolutely down.
The problem with it is it's probably Medicare and Medicaid's probably 70% fraud, each of them.
Oh, yeah.
And so what happens?
You get all these people getting rich off of it.
And what does it do now?
People that do that, you know, some guys paralyzed from the waist down, or some, you know, somebody with dementia, or somebody, you know, with no family with dementia.
All these people aren't getting helped.

And especially when you start looking at all of the different ones, especially when you start talking about hospice or when you start talking about elderly care, that actually has the most abuse in it.
And you are starting to see some of those areas, some of those places, some of those setups that are being shut down.
It's happening.
One of them, actually, I know of a couple of them in California that they have shut down completely as a result of that.
Because they're just taking people's money.
I mean, these aren't errors.
They're not.
I mean, these aren't rounding errors.
They are a result of deliberate organized criminal activity.
And sometimes it's even tied to foreign adversaries.
I mean, the 31 million, he goes on to say, and he says, I know of last week is a great example.
Think about that.
$31 million last week.
We stopped that money using new technology, modernizing how Medicare and Medicaid work from even leaving the building because we knew something was fishy about the bills.
The billing practices.
You just, it's just one big scam.
The whole Washington, D.C., from USAID to Medicare to Medicare, everything to the money that goes to Ukraine to foreign money going out to all the trans stuff, the climate hoax.

The only people who died of COVID is people who would have died of the flu.

I always tell people, how come they're not finding anybody if it's killing, if COVID's killing people, because you know there's 60 or 70% of the population, stubborn ass, stubborn ass people won't go to the hospital, right?
They're not going to go to the hospital.
And why didn't any of them that, why didn't they, okay, there's a family of four found dead of COVID in there?
There's not one story out there like that.
You can't find it.
It is so true.
I mean, so what's killing them?
You know, they're all dying when they go to the hospital.
Why aren't they all down to the hospital?
These people at home that stayed home with COVID, none of them are dying.
The people who go to the hospital, they're all dying.
I mean, it's just, okay, well, boy, that's weird.
It seems like the people in the hospital would be treated and they would all be fine.
And the people that stayed at home that refused to go to the hospital would die, right?
It seems like it'd be totally opposite if they were telling us the truth.
Well, that's that right there tells you everything you need to know if they were telling us.
You don't have to think no further than that to know it was a scam and that the hospital protocol was what was killing everybody.

That is something that they think they are above the law because they're sitting in the courtroom and they're overseeing the laws, right?
Or so you would be told to believe.
However, that's not the case.
And so when you have two in a day and a half happen, start paying attention.
And then, of course, you've got Cuomo over here.
This is a huge deal.
I mean, this guy, he made false statements to Congress.
Generally, those things just disappear into the wind.
Not anymore.
Cuomo is making sure that it's not just going to disappear.
He's going to hold him to account.
And so he has referred him.
I mean, Andrew Cuomo, a man with a history of corruption and deceit, he's now been caught red-handed, lying to Congress during a select subcommittee investigation into C-19 nursing home tragedy in New York.
It wasn't a slip-up.
