And of course, they are hammering it today.
This is a very busy week, and especially with the debates coming in.
And then, of course, you've got all of these decisions from the Supreme Court that are being issued.
Handed down.
One in particular that everybody is talking about.
This is huge.
It truly is.
And especially, like I said, at this time.
Just in time for the 2024 elections.
You've got the Supreme Court rules horribly on the most important free speech case in a century.
Murthy v.
Missouri, with Gateway Pundit's Jim Hoft as one of five top plaintiffs, It is rejected by the court.
So there are a lot of people that are saying, you know, well, they're going to revisit it.
It's going to be double.
They're going to double down on this.
We're going to see it again in the courts.
But that doesn't help us right now.
It doesn't help us now.
In an election, they're basically giving all of the people that interfered in our election a pat on the back.
The FBI, all of these different bureaus, all of these different agencies, they're saying, you've got the green light to continue to do it.
Always Amy Commie Barrett.
Always.
And then Roberts, you know, another beauty Bush gave us.
That's exactly it.
He's just nothing but a liberal fake fraud.
That's right.
And we know who they are.
We absolutely are.
The only justices who protected the First Amendment were Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch.
That's what it boils down to.

Well, they reversed it based on standing.
Right.
That's just saying they don't have a sufficient...
They didn't decide the case.
Like, decide it.

They wimped out.
They didn't have standing.

And that's what you got.
Based on standing, you know, they wanted to see exactly how everybody was hurt individually.
Well, you get ready because I know that Bailey is going to go after them in a big way.
He's already promised that he is not finished with this case by any stretch of the mile.
So, in a stunning 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court has ruled that the Biden administration's policy of deleting, suppressing, and deplatforming specific people, topics, and ideas is immune from suit, leaving no one able to challenge it in court.
So, the ruling was written by Justice Amy Commie Barrett.
It came down with the following key decisions neither the individual nor the state plaintiffs have established Article III standing to seek an injunction against any defendant.
And if you read the opinion, That's exactly what it is.
It's all about standing, standing, standing, standing.
So that's what it was ruled upon.
But this has just spurred and ignited all kinds of things as a result.
So they're going to be seeing this in their courtroom, whether they like it or not.
Oh yeah.
So it's going to come back based on the merit.
Yep.
And the lower courts can still rule on the merit.
So, I mean, they can still rule.
They've already ruled on it.
Exactly.
They can do it again.
So, it's not over by a long shot.
It's nothing to crazy panic over.
It just sucks.
They couldn't nip it in the bud because we got a bunch of wimps.
I mean, when Kavanaugh was up there crying like a little...
I mean, I knew we were in trouble.
I remember I said that and everybody got on me so bad when I said, no, man, you're going to let them talk about you and lie about being a gang raper and you're going to give them the cry moment?

They're not getting that from me after you lied.
They're getting angry me.

And I think, too, I think the reason why this has gotten so many people upset about the whole thing is because it is an election year, and they have been doing nothing but meddling in our elections.

I mean, it is just plain as day.
You don't have to be a citizen of this country to recognize what's happened with this whole government.
So here you've got Jonathan Turley who shreds the Supreme Court decision to allow the U.S. government to demand the removal of misinformation on social media.
The Supreme Court ruled that the government's communications with social media giants about removing COVID-19 misinformation This is one of the most fundamental issues that we're facing.

I wrote about this issue, this case, in my recent book.
Because you have one of the largest censorship systems in our history, if not the largest.
It's been called Orwellian by lower court judges.
And what the court is saying is that we won't hear you on this issue because you're not the right litigants.
Now, I have to admit, I've always been something of a standing dove.
I believe that these standing decisions are too narrow because they do prevent the court from rendering a decision on such important constitutional questions.
So this issue will have to wait for another day.
But one of the things that many of us have been arguing for years Is that the government is engaging in censorship by surrogate.
I testified about this in Congress, that they have made a mockery of the limits of the First Amendment by doing indirectly what they're barred from doing directly.
They're using academic and corporate allies to bar and cancel and blacklist critics on a variety of different subjects.
So it's going to be very frustrating for the free speech community because we've been trying to see if there will be a final decision to strengthen free speech.

And it is.
It's frustrating to everybody involved, especially if you've been a victim of it, which most people in our chat room have been.
So here's Attorney General Andrew Bailey, who says, The record is clear.
The deep state pressured and coerced social media companies to take down truthful speech simply because it was conservative.
Today's ruling does not dispute that.
My rallying cry to disappointed Americans is this.
Missouri is not done.
We are going back to the district court to obtain more discovery in order to root out Joe Biden's vast censorship enterprise once and for all.
Yeah, they'll end up getting back and getting us in, I'm sure.
But right now is when we need this.
Yeah, but it's just a core that, you know, Elon's not going to do this anyway.
He's not going to let them come in and run Twitter.
And they're not going to do that to truth either.
And they're not going to do that to Rumble either.
So here's the thing.
Because of all that the left has done, all of these new platforms have appeared.
And thank goodness for them.
It was because of all of this that we now have options.
So good on everybody for that.
We've learned our lesson.
I mean, it's just kind of like your health and everything else.
We have to take these matters into our own hands.
Seriously.

I told everybody from day one before the COVID-19 fake vaccine poisons came out, do not take a single dose.
A lot of people didn't listen, including some of my own family members.
My uncle took Moderna.
He had a massive Widowmaker heart attack two weeks later.
Almost died.
My sister-in-law took Pfizer.
Six months later, she got diagnosed with stage four turbo cancer of the pancreas.
She is dead now.
My brother-in-law took two doses of Pfizer and recently had to have his newly diagnosed kidney cancer cut out, and he may very well die.
So that's three of my immediate family members who didn't listen, took the shots, and now have had bad outcomes.
So all the fake doctor poison pushers out there, you guys are just a bunch of fucking pathetic, weak cowards.

You deserve life in prison at a minimum, so fuck you.

So we have some good news.

The House Invalidates J6 Committee Impact's Bannon case, the bipartisan legal advisory group, BLAG, in the House of Representatives.
They voted 3-2 to declare the January 6 Committee, J6 Committee, as illegitimate in validating all subpoenas issued by the committee.
The House is set to file an amicus brief with the Supreme Court regarding this matter.
This decision is seen as significant.
Particularly for Steve Bannon, who was involved in the events surrounding January 6th.
So this is good.

I'd like to set the ground rules to this debate.
First off, Biden is allowed to speak whenever he wishes.
We will have commercial breaks whenever Biden feels the urge so that his As the hall moderator of this debate, I can call it off at any moment and declare it a complete victory for Biden.
Where did Trump go?
I mean, you've got the tale of a president and a resident that is going you've got the tale of a president and a resident that is going to have a showdown and it is going However, President Trump has got the deck stacked against him, as you all know.
Oh, man.
It's bad.
It's really something.
And though I'm not really a fan of Marjorie Taylor Greene's anymore, I am happy to hear what she had to say about this.
This is what she said today on the debate.

I spoke to President Trump just a little over an hour ago.
Absolutely love him.
I love him.
I have so much faith in him.
I have complete faith that he is going to hit a home run.
But he is walking into a trap.
He is walking into a rigged debate.
He is walking into an arena filled with people that want to murder him.
He's going to stand 10 feet away from Joe Biden, who wants to put him in prison the rest of his life, wants him to die and rot in prison, and Joe Biden wants to put the rest of his family in prison.
That's who he has to stand next to when he has to debate.
He's got to be questioned by Jake Tapper that called him a terrorist, called him a Nazi, called him every name in the book, and then Dana Bash.
Dana Bash, that little piece of shit whose husband is one of the 51 spies who lied.
That is what President Trump is walking into.
And it disgusts me.

I can't believe our country has come to this.

all of these outbreaks of bird flu, election interference, you know, you've got all of this propaganda that's going on, this new George Floyd case that has just shown up, and everything else, it's going to be chaos like you've never seen before.

You've got all of these spies, even a spies and the spies who lied, even one of the moderator's husband Is going to be moderating the debate, but confirmed evidence proves that both the FBI and CIA were both deeply involved in the historic 2020 election lie that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian propaganda.
Does this really surprise anybody anymore?

And the husband is probably going to be in the audience who signed this letter while Dana Bash is doing her thing up there at the debate.
So the House Judiciary Committee released information on Tuesday that revealed that the CIA contractors colluded with the Biden campaign in 2020 to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop bill In October 2020, just days before the presidential election,
51 former intelligence officials signed a published letter that was baselessly that they decried the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop from hell and had all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.
We can't move on because they haven't solved this.
They knew it was a lie.
Yeah.
Every one of them people should be put in Gitmo.
Completely.

I mean, you've got high ranking CIA officials up to and including then CIA director Gina Haspel, who were made aware of the Hunter Biden statement prior to its approval and publication, because several former senior intelligence officials signed the statement.
The PCRB sent the draft statement to the CIA's, then the Chief Operating Officer, the COO, Andrew Macritus, who said that he subsequently informed then-Director Haspel, or then-Deputy Director Von Frederick Bishop, that the statement would be published soon.
You have senior CIA leadership that had an opportunity at that time to slow down the CIA's process for reviewing publication submissions and ensure that such an extraordinary statement was properly vetted.
They had one goal, that was to get President Trump out of the Oval.
They all worked together.
Yeah, no matter who he picked, they were all in on it.
I mean you've got all of these people.
You got to pick somebody that's never even been to Washington DC in the next administration or you're screwed.

Today, 15 recipients of the Nobel Prize in economics released a letter in support of the president's Build Back Better plan.
Including four Nobel Prize winners recently highlighted in an open letter.
Seven, 17, excuse me, Nobel laureates who have conveyed this will help address inflation.
