And he's pretty much come out and said just that.
They need to arrest this fool immediately.
Send in the Capitol Police and get it over with.
We've got a tyrant on our hands.

They're not even trying to hire him.
Trump should come out and say, look, one of my first acts is he's in contempt of Congress.
He refuses, and he's going to be processed, and he's going to be put in jail for the exact amount of time that Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro are for doing the exact same thing.
We're going to have equal justice under the law.
So if I win, Merrick Garland, get ready.
You're going in the big house.
Oh boy, and the big house is where he belongs for sure.
So he puts out this statement.
It is deeply disappointing that this House of Representatives has turned a serious congressional authority into a partisan weapon.

Today's vote disregards the constitutional separations of power the Justice Department's need to protect its investigations and the substantial amount of information we have provided to the committees.
I will always stand up for this department, its employees, and its vital mission to defend our democracy.

That's their job, is to make sure you're not doing anything funky.

Of course they think that they are above the law.
The Republicans sat back and did nothing for years.
Even when we were all carrying on saying, do something, do something, even if it's wrong.
Well, now that it's an election season, and of course they're starting to see the entire country turn against this government because they know it's rogue and that they know that it's happening on both sides, you've got Republicans who are snapping too, and it's a good thing.
But my gosh, what in the world is it going to take?
Here's just a reminder of what A.G. Merrick Garland said about being held in contempt.
This is actually before it happened.
We have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that the committees get responses to their legitimate requests.
But this is not one.
To the contrary, this is one that would harm our ability in the future to successfully pursue sensitive investigations.
Now, there have been a series of unprecedented and frankly unfounded attacks on the Justice Department.
This request, this effort to use contempt as a method of obtaining our sensitive law enforcement files is just the most recent.
The effort to threaten, to defund our investigations and the way in which there are contributions to an atmosphere that puts our agents and our prosecutors at risk, these are wrong.
Look, the only thing I can do is continue to do the right thing.
I will protect this building and its people.
So protecting that building and its people isn't your job.
He's protecting one unit.
You're protecting your people, y'all right?
That's exactly it.
You don't get to decide.
They have oversight over you.
They decide what's legitimate.
Not you.
You don't get to sit back there and say, well, I ain't gonna do that one because it's not legitimate because I say it's not legitimate.
It's the biggest bullshit I've ever heard.
Well, that's exactly what he is.

It'd be like they come to arrest you and say, hey, we got video of you.
We got video of you robbing a bank.
And you say, I don't think that's a legitimate cop, so I'm not going to let you do that.

We've got a live stream going on right now with the House Committee on the Judiciary on the Manhattan District Attorney's Office case that everybody knows was coordinating directly With the White House, by the visitor logs and everything else, by all accounts, this whole thing should have been thrown out from the get-go.
And it should have been.
But just a reminder of what happened.
You have Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts.
He was Found guilty, right?
With all of these instructions and everything else that they were given to the jury that were just completely unethical.
Nobody had ever seen a courtroom run this way before.
So it had to do with the hush money payments that he made to Stormy Daniels.
There was no crime, but the Democrats, they racked up what would be a misdemeanor to a felony in order to bypass the statute of limitations that And you had a Marxist judge, Juan Mershon, help to rig the trial for the guilty verdict.
We all sat there and watched and are.
So Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, a.k.a.
Stephanie Clifford, hush payments through his then attorney...

So you've got this whole thing going on.
We know exactly who she is.
The hush payments through his then attorney, Michael Cohen, who is a convicted serial liar, who the media and the prosecutors labeled as his fixer in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.
The lamestream media named him a fixer because President Trump refused to give him a title or give him a position of any kind.
And so basically, you've got one of these disgruntled employees who didn't get everything that they wanted who went after President Trump.
And then when they got in trouble for doing the things that they were doing and guilty of, Then all of a sudden, they're trying to go after their boss.
It's the same story, just another day.
But I have to tell you one thing.
Harriet Hageman is my new favorite representative.
I think she's my favorite of all time.
I really do.
I just have to throw that out there.

And that's who replaced Liz Cheney.

And in fact, the governor of the state of New York has said it.

We're just going after Donald Trump.
Isn't that the antithesis, the antithesis of the foundation of our Constitution that is based upon equal protection and equal application of the law?
Have you ever seen anything like what they have done to Donald Trump in their effort to destroy who they perceive to be their political enemy, Mr.
Bailey?
I have never seen such an egregious assault upon the tenets of equal protection as when government officials in the state of New York claim that they are specifically targeting one individual and will not use the same laws against anyone else.
Gosh, she is just a phenom.

And, you know, the gap between old Chaney and her, I mean, it's like, you know, getting Michael Jordan for a grammar school center basketball team.

And just so everybody knows, too, that is the Honorable Andrew Bailey.
He's the Attorney General of the State of Missouri, and he's testifying.
You have Trey Trainor, the Commissioner of Federal Elections Commissions, the FEC. He is testifying.
You have Elizabeth Price Foley of Counsel.
And her testimony.
Then you have Norman Eisen, former U.S. ambassador to the Czech Republic, who is also testifying.

Chairman Jordan, Ranking Member Nadler, and distinguished members of the committee, it's an honor to appear before you today to discuss the critical issue of jurisdictional overreach in the prosecution of federal campaign finance law, specifically regarding the actions of Alvin Bragg, the district attorney for Manhattan, in his prosecution of former President Donald Trump.
No less critical, I want to highlight the inaction by the Department of Justice to defend federal jurisdiction in this case.
The Federal Election Campaign Act serves as the bedrock for regulating money in our elections.
It delineates the authorities responsible for enforcing these rules, vesting exclusive jurisdiction in the Federal Election Commission and the Department of Justice.
This statutory framework is designed to ensure uniform application of campaign finance laws nationwide, preventing the creation of fragmented enforcement landscape and leveraging the expertise and resources of federal agencies.
District Attorney Alvin Bragg's decision to pursue charges against former President Trump for alleged violations of federal campaign finance laws marks a significant deviation from this established legal framework.
By doing so, Bragg has effectively usurped the jurisdiction that this Congress has explicitly reserved for federal authorities.
This overreach sets a troubling precedent for the politicization of legal proceedings at the state level.
The danger here lies in the disparate enforcement standards that torture well-established federal law processes.
As an example, the state judge in New York misinterpreted federal criminal mental intent standards and gave the jury an instruction which read, willfully contributing campaign contributions, but the statutory mental intent found in the Federal Election Campaign Act is knowing and willful.
Now, imagine 50 states enacting the crime of campaigning by unlawful means, and a thousand different state and local prosecutors prosecuting presidents, former presidents, presidential candidates, and any number of House and Senate candidates under varying interpretations of FECA by bootstrapping those laws through their state's unlawful means criminal code.
It is also disturbing in this case what hasn't happened over at the Department of Justice.
Given the clear precedent established by the US Supreme Court regarding the prohibition of state officers prosecuting federal crimes, it is perplexing that Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice did not intervene in the prosecution of Donald Trump.
The DOJ's election year sensitivity policy is designed to protect the public from being influenced by legal proceedings during an election year.
Had the DOJ zealously represented the United States by intervening to protect its own jurisdiction and that of the FEC, this issue might not be the predominant one of the 2024 presidential cycle.
A disclosure on May 31st in unredacted FEC documents reveals that the Department of Justice conducted a year-long investigation and found no criminal acts committed by former President Trump.
This revelation underscores the problematic nature of Bragg's prosecution and his intrusion upon federal jurisdiction.
Again, the implications for allowing local district attorneys to prosecute based on their interpretations of federal campaign finance law are profound.
Such actions risk eroding the uniformity and predictability that FECA aims to provide.
For me, a larger First Amendment concern is at play here.
That is the deterrent that this encroachment on federal jurisdiction will have on well-qualified candidates from seeking public office.
Fearing disparate legal standards based upon their locality.
Preserving the centralized enforcement mechanism envisioned in FECA is essential to a fair and impartial oversight of campaign finance regulations and of our elections.
Alvin Bragg's misguided prosecution of former President Donald Trump represents a clear usurpation of federal jurisdiction.
Coupled with the DOJ's inaction, it's compounded the issue.
The dangerous precedent of local prosecutorial overreach in matters of federal concern must be addressed to maintain the integrity of our electoral system.
We must reaffirm the exclusive authority of the FEC and the Department of Justice to enforce federal campaign finance laws, ensuring consistent and impartial application across the United States.

She has reportedly begun to target doctors who prescribe ivermectin for COVID-19.

She is threatening doctors that were writing out prescriptions for ivermectin to treat COVID patients.
Well, she's got letters that were sent to a doctor and Letitia James needs to be dragged out in front of Congress.
This is something else.
They've all been published.
Why is she not in front of Congress?
Why is Alvin Bragg?
Why ain't none of these people been in front of Congress?
Why aren't the 51 liar, traitors, intelligence community in front of Congress?
Man, they're worthless.
They are worthless, but they are going to have to sit in the hot seat on the 12th.

The Department of Justice, all of these claims with regard to the $130,000 from Ms.
Daniels stem from a complaint that was filed at the Federal Election Commission following the 2016 election.
But you guys were investigating?
We were in the process of investigating that.
The DOJ came to you and said, Stand down.
We're taking over and give us your information.
They asked us to abate that and several other matters.
The UJ meeting in the Southern District of New York.
That's correct.
They took your information and you guys, you voted to stand down and give it to the federal authority, right?
That's correct, Mr.
Chairman.
And they determined that there was nothing there to prosecute other than Michael Cohen.
That's correct.
They took a very long time in doing it, and when they sent it back to us, we had no more authority to investigate because they sent it back to us, and we were barred by the statute of limitations from even investigating the normal civil things that we would look at with regard to those type of expenditures.
But your point here is they have said idly by and allowed a state officer to assert federal jurisdiction where they themselves had intervened, to use the word, and taken jurisdiction from you and concluded there was nothing there.
Regarding a federal statute, right?
And a, quote, federal crime that they come up with somewhere.
That is correct, Mr.
Chairman.
And I don't know what role Mr.
Coangelo played in that investigation that took place when they took it away from the Federal Election Commission, did that investigation, and then he later left the office to go prosecute this at state level.
We're going to find that out on July 12th when Mr.
Coangelo will be sitting in your seat and Mr.
Bragg will be sitting in Ms.
Foley's seat, and we'll get a chance to ask him.

He never went to jail.

You've got federal prosecutors who announced that they have just indicted two alleged gang members in the murder of a 19-year-old National Guardsman, and it's Chris Caverniel, on July 3rd, 2021, after Fox refused to issue charges.
She wasn't going to do her job.

She's too busy acting important.
So now you've got an unsealed indictment.
The two suspects, Gary Robertson, who is 40, and Joseph Matos, who is 41, they are accused of gunning down this gentleman, this National Guardsman, in a drive-by shooting in an effort to increase their positions in the Milwaukee King Street gang.
She is doing absolutely nothing about it.
You've got the cartels.
You've got the mobs running the streets.
There is no question about what's happening here.
You've got Cartel Katie Hobbs over there in Arizona.
You've got this one over here in Chicago.
I mean, this is all due because of the violation.
You gotta hand it to Santez.

In Florida, he went in there, he had them escorted out, fired them, had them escorted out, and then they just lost their appeal, so they're gone.
