Here it is, what we were telling everybody yesterday.
The White House Press Secretary asked Joe Biden, If he will commute Hunter's sentence and her answer is very telling.
So, of course, I mean, Kat, you were the first one to kind of sound the alarm on all of this nonsense.
Hunter Biden on Tuesday was found guilty of all three felonies.
He is facing 25 years in prison.
Prosecutors proved that Hunter Biden was smoking crack while he purchased a firearm in 2018.
Joe Biden on Tuesday afternoon released a statement after the jurors reached a verdict in Hunter Biden's criminal gun trial.
And Joe Biden didn't mention his son Hunter's gun crimes.
He kept the focus on Hunter's drug addiction to garner sympathy.
We went through how this is all supposed to play out.
Didn't mention all of the other things that were on the table that they allowed to expire, especially when it concerns Joe Biden.
Hunter was the fall guy.
We all know this.
And just like that, they're going to commute a sentence.
They come out and say today, we told you.
There ain't no way they're going to do anything.
How many times I tell you, don't get excited.
He's going to get pardoned.
I mean, don't you remember that Joe Biden sat up in an interview and promised that he wouldn't pardon his son if convicted?
Check it out.
Your son Hunter is on trial, and I know that you cannot speak about an ongoing federal prosecution.
But let me ask you, will you accept the jury's outcome, their verdict, no matter what it is?
Yes.
And have you ruled out a pardon for your son?
Yes.
Okay, so that changed.
We took an about face.
I mean, whenever he does that and he makes that face, everybody's wondering what's going down below the waist.
I mean, seriously.
Waste is waste.
And he can see it on his face.
He's miserable.
He doesn't even know what he's answering anymore.
So don't think that anything that he is responding to is actually going to be what happens.

You basically have Jean-Pierre who basically did not even answer the question when asked.

What I'm saying is that the president, I have not spoken to the president about this, and what I'm saying is he was asked about a pardon.
He was asked about the trial specifically, and he answered it very clearly, very forthright.
As we know, the sentencing hasn't even been scheduled yet.
I don't have anything beyond what the president said.
He's been very clear about this.
They are changing their tune, of course, but we knew that they would.
Yeah, he wanted to say I couldn't pardon him.
He said, well, I wasn't going to pardon him.
I said it if he was found innocent, which Lord knows.
And then he also put out a statement that they were targeted in him, Hunter, who's innocent.
Oh, of course.
It's on video.
Every single last bit of it.
I mean, imagine your luck.
You're selected for jury on jury duty.
And you go there and you're like, you know, I don't want to be in somebody in jail that didn't do it.
Man, it's going to be tough.
And the crimes are all on video.
It's just like you're talking about the easiest deliberation in the world.
Y'all want to pretend like we're deliberating for an hour.
Exactly.
That's the first thing I'd say to everybody because literally it's all on video.
Every single last bit of it.
And the laptop is authentic, as is the diary.
And all we need to do is continue to remind people, especially those on the left, of that.
Because they ran around for years saying none of it was true, swept it under the carpet.
You never had the lamestream media ever report on any of it.
So President Trump, of course, released a statement, and he's right.
This is all about distractions.
That's all it is.
And that's why we named today's show, Biden Conviction, Just a Distraction.
It's a distraction from everything that the deep state is trying to do here.
So you have the campaign statement, and they said, this trial has been nothing more than a distraction from the real crimes of the Biden crime family, which has raked in tens of millions of dollars from China, Russia, and Ukraine.
Crooked Joe Biden's reign over the Biden family criminal empire is all coming to an end on November 5th.
And never again will Biden sell government access for personal profit.
So there you have it.
You have other people that are weighing in on this whole thing.
Matt Gaetz, for one, says the Hunter Biden gun conviction is kind of dumb, to be honest.
It really is.
I mean, it's so minuscule compared to the other crimes that they are trying to cover up.
They're just trying to say, see, look, there's equal justice under the law.
No, there's not.
And everybody knows that.
No.
And he's going to get his sentence commuted anyway.
And that's really going to infuriate people.
Yeah.
So go ahead.
Do whatever it is you want to do.
I mean, let's face it.
Hunter Biden cannot go without a hit of whatever it is he's smoking, right?
So try to lock that guy up.
See how long that lasts.
So he's screaming and crying to daddy right now.
He and his pickled high self saying, Dad, they cannot send me away.
How am I going to get my stash?
Well, there is stash in prison, but you're going to have to make friends first, Hunter.
You're going to have to make friends with Bubba.

Joe Biden says, Hunter is a victim of a weaponized system of justice, considering community sentence.

So you have the jurors who are talking now, and they are talking about one critical mistake the defense lawyers made that ultimately led to the guilty verdict.
So you have jurors on Tuesday.
They returned a verdict, of course, after a three-hour deliberation, and they were all felonies, and he was guilty of all three of them.
So one Hunter Biden juror told the New York Post that the defense team made a critical mistake by calling Hunter's daughter, Naomi, to testify on the stand.
So another juror told the New York Post that Naomi's testimony did not help Naomi Biden, 30, testified that her father texted her at 2 a.m., just days after he illegally purchased a revolver, asking her to meet up so that they could swap cars.
Naomi said that she was sad her crack-addicted father missed another planned event.
The juror said that Naomi's testimony didn't work out as the defense team had hoped.
There has to be more than just that.
There are the images all over that laptop.
What parts did they not get?
You know, when you first realize you're walking around a bunch of stupid people in life, it's just like, ugh, I want to get a shirt.

And Jules 31415 says, when voters were asked whether a guilty verdict for Hunter Biden affected their view of Joe Biden, the results showed a seven-point negative impact for him.
By contrast, Trump saw a six-point bump in an equivalent Daily Mail snap poll following his verdict.
Bad news for Democrats.
Look at this.
Completely the story of two worlds.
You've got President Trump who they all know that they've targeted.
He received a bump in millions of dollars from all of us Trump supporters.
And then Joe Biden, after this conviction of Hunter, you can see the difference.
A seven-point negative versus a Trump bump, which was a positive.
They're not winning this war.
They are completely and totally being exposed for the crooks and criminals that they are.
I'm so glad that this is happening.
I really am.
In a way, people need to see it.
We need to be able to have this conversation and the lamestream media is completely terrified because they know that they were complicit in all of this.
They've lost all of their credibility and they may be looking at treason charges as well.
They're part of the conspiracy.
And if there are emails, if there's any kind of communication of them doing the dirty work, let me tell you something.
Not only should they lose funding, but they should also be held accountable, just like anybody else would be.
If you're an accomplice to a crime, if you're stealing an election, then yeah, you gotta pay for the crime and do the time.

These numbers are absolutely reporting exactly what's going on here.

Because honestly, these people are just crooked to the core.

They voted 208 to 207 in favor of holding Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.
Now, why is it that we have so many rhinos still up there?
They're voting not to hold him in contempt with the factual evidence that they have?

This is completely unacceptable.
We have to make sure that we have their names and that we've got somebody to primary them next time around.

But yet they will not spend that kind of time, money, and nor do they have any interest of curing people of cancer and other things, which they also created, right?
I mean, you can see exactly what's happening with our food supply and everything else.
People are sicker than they've ever been before because of all the chemicals and everything else that they're putting in them.

They're creating it in the foods that we eat.
We're all of a sudden getting sicker and sicker and sicker.

But the things that they've already created, they're not doing anything about.
They're not focusing on, you know, getting rid of cancer or getting better techniques or anything like that.

They're just interested in creating more things for us to worry about, whether it be bird flu Whether it be bat soup, whatever, COVID-19, this latest thing, you know, I mean, come on.
We know about AIDS. Who in the hell would eat bat soup?
Why would anybody eat anything associated with a nasty-ass bat?

He delivered a speech in Everytown's Gun Sense University at the Washington Hilton after his son Hunter was found guilty on three federal gun felonies.
And you just can't make it up.
I mean, here he is supposedly running for office.
You would think that he would want to appeal to us.

His speech was 20 minutes.
It was a total disaster.
He incoherently rambled about banning assault weapons.
Well, everybody knows that what they are making this stuff out to be is not that.
There is no such thing as an assault weapon.
Yeah, there's no such thing as an assault weapon.
It's another made-up thing, like hate speech.
They just make up these phrases.
And, you know, hate speaks, transphobia.
They just make up words and then they use them against you.
And then we just go along with it.
I don't ever let them do that to me.

That's why we try not to be politically correct.
And we are not politically correct.

He previously threatened millions of supporters at a national action network, Martin Luther King Jr.
Day Breakfast.

And then in August of 2022, he went off script and threatened right-wing Americans in a speech in Pennsylvania.
He said, for those brave right-wing Americans, if you want to fight against the country, you need F-15.
You need something little more than a gun, said Biden.
I'm not joking, he added.
You know, his tells.
I'm not joking.
The bow thing.
All of these different things.
So, can you imagine if President Trump would have said anything even remotely like this?
Even remotely.
And of course, you know, the suckers and losers.
I mean, they just make up stuff that he said.
And of course, there's no video of it.
Because he didn't say it.
He's amazing.
He really is.
He's amazing in a bad way.
I just cannot believe that anybody would ever vote for him consciously.
I mean, I get the dead people.
And I get the fact that they're male, you know, the male harvesting.

But I can't imagine somebody being conscious of sound mind and spirit going up there and voting for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

But if you can't get a Republican governor in one of these states that can switch it, the best thing to do is to get a DOJ that goes after these voters.
When they get caught putting 100 ballots in, like the 2,000 mules, and then they get caught red-handed counting and recounting, they need to get 10 years in prison.
And once they do that, they won't want to cheat anymore.
It won't be worth 10 years of their life for their president to get elected.
Well, here's the thing, though.
Okay, so the problem is, is that as soon as they call these elections, right, we scramble around to try to prove it.
Meanwhile, they move the person that wasn't elected...
That is not the lawful president or whatever the case may be, senator or representative, into office.
And we have to wait it out through the courts.
So you're right when you say that because they have to be terrified in doing it beforehand.
So far, no one has been held accountable for what happened in 2020.

The reason that he recommended against prosecuting President Biden was not a gratuitous statement.
It was the reason as to why he refused to recommend prosecution.

Herr was concerned that a jury would not be willing to convict.
