This whole thing is just completely blowing up in their faces.

But I swear, I feel like some of them are listening to the show because we've been calling some of this stuff out constantly.

Well, it certainly looks like they are showing up and I'm so glad to see it.
I really am.
I am so glad that J.D. Vance went down there and a couple of other people.
Hopefully this is the beginning of something, right?
One can only hope.
We've been saying for the longest time, where are the Republicans?

Yeah, Trump, you know, he's a counter-puncher, and he always gives these people a platform, and he gives them everything they want, and they always stab them in the back.

That's what we don't want to see this time around, and I think that's why everybody's a little nervous.
We're very worried about the charmers who are out there, but I think after what President Trump has gone through, my goodness, he's not even going to put up with that again.
I think he sees through all of this, don't you?
Yeah, he just needs some better advisors around him sometimes or, you know, somebody like me and you to say, hey, this is what's happening on the streets.
Absolutely.
I mean, you know, we just can't sit there idly by and just, you know, watch all of these people that just are liars and fakes and we know who they are.
We experienced the first four years too, Kat.
I mean, we went through it.
We sat there.
I'll never forget looking at your page and seeing you say, Fire ray, you know, fire bar.
Constantly you were letting him know exactly how you felt about what was going on here.
So it's great to see J.D. Vance and others that are saying, hey, you know what?
We're here to support the president.
In fact, here's what he did.
He's doing what President Trump is not able to do because of the gag order.
Listen to what J.D. Vance said right out there in New York today.
What I've witnessed so far in my couple hours in there.
First of all, Michael Cohen is the prosecution's star witness.
This guy is a convicted felon who admitted in his testimony that he secretly recorded his former employer, that he only did it once, allegedly, and that this was supposed to help Donald Trump.
Does any I want to say two other things here very quickly.
Number one.
The thing that the president is prevented from saying, which is a disgrace, is that every single person involved in this prosecution is practically a democratic political operative.
The judge inside, his daughter is making millions of dollars running against Donald Trump, raising money for Donald Trump's political opponents.
The number three person in the Department of Justice, Biden's Department of Justice, left to become a local prosecutor to go after Donald Trump.
And of course, there's Alvin Bragg, a Soros-funded prosecutor who promised to go after Donald Trump and now is doing exactly that.
Now look, whether you love Donald Trump, whether you like Donald Trump, or whether you're a Democrat or don't care about politics, what's going on inside that courtroom is a threat to American democracy, ladies and gentlemen.
We cannot have a country where you get to prosecute your political opponents instead of persuading voters.
Joe Biden's entire strategy is to try to distract from inflation at home and war overseas with this sham trial.
I just want to live in a reasonable country where we try to persuade voters in our politics.
We don't try to throw our political opponents in jail.
So this is a disgrace.
And I wanted to be here to show some support from my friend and speak.
That is just fantastic.
That's what every single one of them need to get up there and do.
They need to be the mouthpiece for President Trump and explaining who's up there and why President Trump is gagged from saying what they are saying.
Yeah, the Republican Party who never plays, they don't even have the word offense.
It's either defense or defense light.
Golly.
They have no idea.
That's why they didn't like Trump.
He plays 100% offense all the time.
They know, what's that?
We're usually back on our heels being lazy and not doing anything and worried about what the New York Times has to say about us.
I think we are going to see a lot more of J.D. Vance.
And you know what?
I welcome it.
I really do.
There is a spot for this gentleman.
And I'm thrilled to see him up there with President Trump.
And I'm thrilled to see him saying all the things that Trump can't say.
This is fantastic.
This is what we need.
This is the new party.
This is the MAGA party.
This is backfiring on them.
I'm telling you, we've been talking about this.
We've been saying it for months, too, how this is going to backfire on them.
I mean, this is just amazing.
Look at his rally in New Jersey, my God.
Wasn't that just...
I've never seen anything like that.
I know it.
It was just marvelous to watch.
I mean, you know, we knew it was going to be huge, but now it's just breaking the ceiling.
That glass ceiling that Hillary Clinton was taunting the entire time.
Oh my gosh.
When he arrived, it was the largest rally ever.
And I hear it's close to 100,000 that attended.
Is that correct?
Now?
Yeah.
That's what they're estimating?
Okay, so here's when he first arrived.
Check it out.
A black car go by with his lights on.
Looks like there's, maybe the motorcade is pulling up.
So many people were so excited to see the president.
And you had the black cars showing up.
Then, of course, you got the 80,000.
It's what they were saying.
Now they're counting 100,000.
- - Yep, they created a martyr after we said that.
- Boy, didn't they.
- They're making a superhero out of him.
- Oh.
- And it's all because of these court cases.
It would be a lot closer if it wasn't for the court cases right now.
They're making Donald Trump a sympathetic person.
Oh my gosh.
They are just completely turning him into what people...
You know, we always go for the underdog, right?
And the person that's been done wrong.
Naturally, instinctively, that's generally what you do.
And you want to see a comeback kid story.
They've created it.

You get ready for Donald Trump 2.0, and it is going to be completely different than 1.0, which was already ground swelling.
This is huge.
And they created it.
I know a lot of people say, don't worry about the blue states, he's going to lose.
That's not necessarily true.
He's 15 points up in Nevada right now, which is a blue state now.
Exactly.
They know.
They've got President Trump leading in battleground states.
Yeah, the people said they're not going to win.
Just stay to the blue.
Why would you do the same thing you always do?
Why don't you try something different?
Plus, if you do get some momentum in the blue state in New Jersey, even if it gets within five points, then the Democrats are going to start spending money there.
Then you got them on their heels.
They know this is backfiring terribly.
If you don't think he can win New Jersey, and he might not win New Jersey, but if you don't think he can, the governor there, there was just a governor's race there, and they had the governor winning by 15 points, and he barely squeaked by less than one point to win.
And if it wasn't for some mail-in ballots in the middle of the night, he would have lost.
And we know where they came from.
That is so true.

Well, here you've got the New York Times poll.
Has Trump leading?

These Sunbelt battleground states, frankly, for the Joe Biden campaign, these numbers are an absolute disaster.
The smallest lead is in Arizona for Donald Trump.
He's up six.
Look at this, nine in Georgia, 13 in Nevada.
My goodness gracious, my God, that is a huge lead.
No Democrat has lost that state since John Kerry lost it back in 2004.
How about these Great Lake battleground states?
This is something that the Joe Biden campaign can work with.
Look, Pennsylvania, Donald Trump up three, but that's well within the margin of error.
And actually, a Joe Biden lead well within the margin of error, up a point here.
This they can work with, the Joe Biden campaign.
This, the Donald Trump campaign, absolutely loves.
And it looks like a lot of the other polling on the Sunbelt battlegrounds as well.
When you're looking into the numbers, why do you think Biden is doing better in the Great Lakes and Trump is doing so much better in the Sunbelts?
Yeah, the Trump coalition is changing.
That's basically what's cooking here.
This is at least one of the big reasons why.
So this is among likely voters in all these battleground states we just spoke about.
Back in 2020, 84% of the Trump campaign, the Trump coalition, was white.
Look where it is now.
It's 78%.
The non-white portion of the Trump coalition, it was 13% in 2020.
Look at this now.
It's 19%.
So the Trump coalition is becoming more diverse.
And of course, those Sunbelt battleground states are more diverse than the Great Lake battleground states.
You're looking at the Nevadas and the Arizonas here.
Of course.
If you look at Nevada, Arizona, heavy Hispanic population.
Georgia, heavily African-American population.
Michigan does have some black voters in it.
But Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are heavily, heavily white.
Very interesting.
Okay, add it all up.
What does it say about where the race stands right now?
We're talking Electoral College and the race to 270.
Yeah, the race to 270.
It's advantage Donald Trump, but he's not over the 270 mark just yet, all right?
But it's coming.
This is CNN. This is CNN. I'm telling you, so the Democrats, they think about, well, we're going to have a virtual election.
to like they did last time with covid oh and that's joe biden couldn't talk but but they don't want to have a convention now because they're scared the palestine protesters are going to be all up front making a big deal showing up by tens of thousands and then of course he can't talk so they won't have to do pre-recorded stuff on him and now they're even talking about not even having a convention now what does that you know i do have this stuff when you cheat Yes, that is the thing.
I mean, what is that supposed to tell we the people?

We're confirming the fact that you have zero leadership up there.
That basically he's a resident, he is an empty suit.
I mean, that's why they're introducing that AI In, of course, Ukraine is because these people are not likable.

The more you hear from them, the more you don't like them.

I mean, his numbers are going completely up.
They've turned him into a superhero.
He truly is, and they are counting the ways in which he is.

I mean, you've got a convicted perjurer, and that's why we named the show what we did.
Convicted perjurer, Michael Cohen takes the stand, because this is a joke trial.
Completely.
When you've got Bill Maher and everybody else talking about it, how ridiculous it is.
It is ridiculous, but he's still going to be found guilty because it's a kangaroo court.
Right.
And if he does, it's just going to skyrocket even higher.
His numbers are going to be that bigger.
Much bigger.
And you can see it.
I mean, you see how the whole thing has changed completely.
It's shifting.

He's saying the quiet part out loud.
They are lying to you.
She wasn't coerced.
And first I asked her why she had sex with Trump.
Listen to that.
And then listen to what she says after that.
And then we're going to talk about the trial because it's quite a variance of what she said to me in 2018.

I mean, I wasn't assaulted.
I wasn't attacked or raped or coerced or blackmailed.
They tried to shove me in the Me Too box to further their own agenda.

She said there was a power imbalance of power for sure.

And people that I talk to are just like, whoa!
This is a bad look for Dems and anybody that's supporting this.
I mean, you've got E. Jean Carroll.
You've got that case that is completely blown up.
Everybody knows what that is.
Rape is sexy.
Then you're undermining people that have been raped and then you bring in the whole Me Too movement now.
Stormy Daniels is trying to act like she's some kind of victim.
Really?
After she's paraded around, accepted the key to West Hollywood, the city of West Hollywood, made an incredible amount of money off of books and everything else.
Come on, now she's playing victim?
No, I don't think so.
She's running around the country as like the lead stripper, you know, like a stripper.
Here comes the star stripper.
She's hitting this titty bar circuit every time she does this.
Exactly.
It's pitiful.
I mean, and then you've got CNN analysts who are saying, you know, the obvious, they are lying up there.
But I've never seen a witness who's lied to Congress, who's lied in court, who's lied to the IRS, who's lied to the Southern District of New York, who lied to his banker.
You know, the entire prosecution witness team has been lied to by Michael Cohen.
This is their star witness.
This is what they've got.
And he's going to sit up there and lie again and say everything, you know, whatever he says.
And, oh man, he's got him, he's got him.
No, he's lying.
Everything he says is going to be a lie.
That's all that guy does.
Oh, my goodness sakes.
I mean, he gets up there and he lies to Congress.
He lies.
I mean, you've got, that's your star witness?
Really?
That and the porn star?
You even have him under oath admitting that President Trump never asked him to pay Stormy Daniels.
To be honest, is that correct?
That is correct.
And you lied to those congressional committees, is that correct?
Previously?
Correct.
Yes, sir.
You stated that Trump never directed you to lie to Congress, is that correct?
That's correct.
But he never directed you to lie to Congress?
He did not use those words, no.
13, you claim, and I quote, Mr.
Trump directed me to use my own personal funds from a home equity line of credit to avoid any money being tracked back to him that could negatively impact his campaign.
Do you have any proof of this direction?
Just the payment, sir.
So no email?

Trump doesn't have email.
So no recording?
I do not have recordings, no.
No text message?
Mr.
Trump doesn't text message.
So no direction other than your testimony today that that's what the payment was for?
Nothing that you produced as part of your exhibits proved that President Trump directed you in any way to make that payment?
I don't even know how to answer that, sir.
I don't believe there's anybody out there that believes that I just decided to pay $130,000 on his behalf.
Well, you were his attorney for over 10 years.
That doesn't mean that I pay $130,000.
Well, it doesn't also mean that he wasn't paying you for representation of counsel.
Okay.
Witness for the 116th Congress is a guy who is going to prison in two months for lying to Congress.
This time, someone convicted of lying to Congress My goodness.

So anybody on the jury that is going to go for something like this, honestly, they need to be investigated as well, my opinion.
100% for bribes and everything else.

And this guy is just such a lowlife.

It's the same old lowlifes that just keep coming out of the woodwork again.
It's because they don't have anything.
If they had anything on Trump, they'd have a lot better witness than the biggest liar in history.

You've got two liars that have been on shows or on record saying the complete opposite of what they are claiming in court.
And then they have gagged the defendant from being able to, you know, basically defend himself.
And yet you've got this clown and Stormy Daniels who are parading around.
This one is making money.

This is a circus.
Now, we're laughing, right, at these people.

I'm telling you, though, this is all working to our advantage.

If they put him in jail for, like, a gag order or any reason at all, if they stick him in jail, he's going to win from jail.
In a landslide.
He's going to win 48 states then.
There's no question.
They just have no idea because they're dumb and they live in this little bubble.
And it's always been, get Trump, get Trump, get Trump, and they laugh about it in a little bubble.
They don't realize.
And I mean, when he had that 100,000 people show, 100,000 people show up in New Jersey.
100,000.
Joe Biden could do one in the same place.
He'd have 50 people from the press, five family members, and 20 people from his team, and that'd be it.
Goodness sakes, it is so true.
I mean, this is just...
And Trump's up there and freestyled for two hours.
Oh, yeah.
He had a wonderful time.

I mean, that's his arena, though.
See, that's what they're trying to stop him from doing.
They don't want him out there on rallies and doing tours and all that.
Because first off, Joe Biden is not as likable as President Trump, eh?

But secondly, he's an empty suit and he would just embarrass himself and all of us every single time.
This is where President Trump thrives, is on that stage.
If you've ever been to a Trump rally, which I was very fortunate to go to, and this is when he was in the primaries in Jacksonville at Jacksonville Landing, I was completely mesmerized.
I knew I was voting for him as soon as he announced.
No doubt when he was coming down the escalator, I said, oh, that's my guy for sure.
And, but then when I listened to him at a rally, I was just completely mesmerized.
I thought, wow, okay, this is exciting.
His first rally was kind of near where I live, in Mobile, Alabama, I believe.
Oh, boy.
I mean, and then...
I think that was his first rally.
Yep.
And, you know, that's four hours from me, so...
I mean, he's just incredible.
And that's what they want to stop him from being able to do.
They want him in court instead.
So President Trump was just...
But the court's better in all the rallies put together for his popularity.
That's what they don't get.
It's true.
I mean, this whole thing is just wild.
You've got Lawrence Taylor at the Trump rally saying he will never vote dim again.
I just wanted to say...
I grew up a Democrat.
And I've always been a Democrat.
Until I met this man right here.
And I'll tell you what.
He will not have to worry about nobody in my family ever voting for a Democrat again.

And that's the general sentiment.

I mean, he pretends to be, wherever he is, he thinks he's from there or he's been there or he's done that.
Yeah, he said, I was raised by the Irish people.
I was raised by Poland.
He said it for about both of them one week apart.
It is wild.
And then he's like, yeah, I was raised in a Catholic.
Yeah.
And then after the Catholic, I had a rim down there to the black church, and I'd sing in the choir of the black church.
You know what?
God, he's just, this guy's so full of shit.
He went and did an interview, and he had 15 lies in like nine minutes.
It is unbelievable.
It's truly unbelievable.
In fact, Biden has more identities than the entire LGBTQI plus community put together.

I had a very close relationship with the Greek-American community, for real.

I grew up in a heavily Irish Catholic community in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and a heavily Italian-Polish community.
When I say I got raised in the black church, he knows I'm not kidding.
The Persian culture Is amazing.
As a student of the Persian culture, I probably went to shul more than many of you.
I come out of the black community.
The background of my family is Irish-American, not fundamentally unlike the Palestinian people.
I, you might say, raised in the synagogues of my state.
Everybody in town is either Polish or Italian.

Where I felt self-conscious my name didn't end in O. That's kind of how I was raised, like so many Americans of Irish heritage.

And that's the tradition I got raised.
Hard-working people, the middle class, the neighborhoods I got raised in.

I got raised on automobiles.

Can we explain to Californians how we move from a $100 billion surplus to such a significant deficit in just a matter of a few years?
Well, it's, yeah, we can explain it.
$349 billion of unprecedented capital gains, 11.6 percent, when traditional capital gains is around 5.18 percent on average.
It's almost double.
So you have massive volatility.
You have requirements under Prop 2, the GAN, you have requirements under Prop 98, which require that set aside.
We use 93 percent of our surplus, which is I want to be careful either on the higher end or without precedent for one-time purposes.
So we anticipated because we didn't want that surplus to go to ongoing commitments.
We anticipated that shortfall.
What we didn't anticipate Is these rain bombs in December, January, February, and March.
These atmospheric rivers that led to a federal declaration that led to FEMA and the IRS moving in a direction where we couldn't collect our taxes until, I believe, November 16th.
As opposed to April 15th.
And so therein lied this blackout period that beguiled all of us, the LAO, finance, economists, experts.
And interestingly, I mean, who's been at the White House recently, Had an impact in terms of the IRS collections as well with their estimates because there were other states that had similar delays in their taxes related to weather events.
If there was any indication that climate change has impacts well beyond those that are often promoted, I would consider our financial delays as just another example of why we need to tackle them.

I doubt that there are many shy Biden voters in the country.
The economy has been in a robust recovery for more than two years now, with unemployment hitting a 54-year low in 2023, That's when they're lying.

It hasn't been robust.
