We lost smiles today.
So just so everybody's aware, he has posted it on his page on social media.
I can't discuss it here right this minute because it'll just bring more tears.
I have been destroyed all morning as he has been and So in the meantime, he asked and requested that I uphold our commitments here in the litter box.
And so I just ask all each and every one of you to please keep him and Cat Turd Ranch in your thoughts and prayers.
This is a very, very sad day.
He is completely devastated and as any of us would be and so if I can muster up a little bit more a little bit later in the show I'll read his statement but in the meantime just keep him in your prayers because he just lost smiles who we all love and know quite well as you know he was a rescue And so this is really hitting him extremely hard.
But I just, I want Cat to understand.
And I know he does.
He gave smiles the most incredible life anybody ever, ever could.
And it was an absolute accident what happened.
It has nothing to do with his treatment of smiles.
He gave the, and continues to, Give those dogs the very best home, the best treatment anybody has ever seen or ever known.
And he loves those dogs more than life itself.
So just keep that in mind and continue just to give him your sympathy, express your sympathies to him because I know from talking to him just how shaken he is.
And so we remember smiles today on this show.

All right.
So let's get going on what we have here.
First off, it has definitely been a week.
Everybody knows that President Trump won by an absolute landslide.
And so here we go.
President Trump, he reigned supreme in Ohio, Florida and Illinois primaries.
And he just swept completely, continues to sweep.
He swept the primary in Illinois, Ohio and his home state of Florida.
President Trump won Florida with 81% of the vote.
Nikki Haley had 13.9% and Governor Ron DeSantis had 3.9%.
Trump supporter Roger Stone weighed in on the election and here's what he had to say.
Today was the Florida Republican presidential primary, and I voted proudly for Donald J. Trump.
Absolutely.
And didn't they all?
We did here in California as well.
And the more you see with these numbers, the more apparent it is.
In fact, you even had Nikki Haley, who dominated Ron DeSantis.
And, of course, who do they blame but President Trump?
Oh, he needs to unify the party.
You know what?
These are a bunch of people that are rhinos, establishment figures that are trying to blame everything that they can on President Trump.
We didn't lose...
Florida for DeSantis.
We voted for President Trump and I think from from here on out DeSantis realizes what a major mistake that he made and he even lost his own home state.
This has nothing to do with reuniting the party or uniting the party at all.
This has to do with a whole bunch of sore losers that are out there I mean, they could have stood shoulder to shoulder next to President Trump, and they opted not to.
Never Trumpers are out there trying to make a big deal about the number of people who voted for DeSantis or Haley.
Regardless, they're blaming Trump for their lack of unity.
It has nothing to do with him.
Throwing their own votes away is their problem.
If they can't put this behind them and go forward and vote for the candidate that everybody is rallying behind, Then, you know what?
Too bad for them.
It shows where their priorities are.
They obviously do not want to make this country great again.
They obviously do not want to put America first.
I'm done even fooling with them at this point.
Truly.
I'm walking away from more conversations now than I think I ever have in my entire life.
So congratulations to President Donald Trump on his huge victory.
He secured 125 Florida delegates to the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
The Florida GOP is united, determined to beat Joe Biden and make America great again.
That's exactly where everybody needs to shift their focus.
Here you've got Laura Loomer, who is reporting five out of five tonight.
Hashtag Trump 2024.
Trump wins Arizona.
This was a huge, huge feat for all of us.
You have the election night live wire.
backed Bernie Moreno, who seeks to crush establishment GOP in Ohio, and that he absolutely did.
This is what's happening.
You're starting to see a lot of people that who President Trump is endorsing.
These endorsements are ringing true and they are ringing strong.
So Ohio GOP Senate nominee Bernie Moreno, he fires off in victory speech.
We now have a chance to fire the old commie and send him to the nursing home.
Can't get him there soon enough.
I mean, seriously, this has become absolute, you know, elder abuse.
It's embarrassing.
And I can't even believe that his family is even standing there watching this happen.
I know if this was anybody and they were in the kind of shape that Joe Biden's in, sniffing children, wandering off stage, etc., Then, you know what?
I would have to say something, and I think you would as well.
So, people are waking up to what's happened here.
You've got Joe Biden that doesn't even know where he is half the time, but he's dangerous because other people are controlling him.

I just got off the phone with President Trump.
And, you know, the reality is we have an opportunity now.
We have an opportunity now to retire the old commie and send him to retirement home and then save this country.
Because that's what we're going to do.
And I want to thank President Trump for all he did for me, for this campaign, for his unwavering support, for his love of this country.
Because I don't think I've ever seen somebody who loves this country the way he does.

I also want to thank our unbelievable Senator J.D. Vance is an incredible Senator, but you should know he's an even better person and he's an amazing human being.

You know, he put his heart and soul into campaigning with me.
So J.D., if you're watching, thank you so, so much and thank your wife and kids.
It is so true.
I mean, we have got nothing but wins ahead of us, and we just have to make sure that we get the right people in office and the wrong people away from President Trump's ear.
I saw a little list that Fox News was talking about with Kevin McCarthy on it and some of the other swamplings.
And you know what?
The funny thing about what Fox puts out, before you react, just know that That sometimes President Trump tries to throw them a bone to throw them off the scent, right?
And he puts things out there just to test things.
I in no way feel that President Trump would put Kevin McCarthy in the position of White House Chief of Staff.
I really don't, especially when he was fired by all of us, okay?
So I don't think we really have to worry about that.
But in the meantime, just know that President Trump comes sometimes, and we learn that from cash, Sometimes he puts things out there just to see what the reaction is, and so I would not be surprised if that is the case here.
Then you've got President Trump thanking Kansas, and he says MAGA. He wins Kansas, no doubt.
These polls are amazing.
He's absolutely crushing it.
You have President Trump at 45%.
His numbers just keep climbing higher.
He's got plus 5 on interactive polls.
To Biden's 37%, he's lost three points.
Independence, President Trump is up 43 to 27%, and you have got nothing but losses here for Biden.
Approval rating is 34 to 57, he's off 23.
Independence, 22 to 61, off 39.
Can you imagine somebody actually saying, I'm voting for Joe Biden?
I mean, what kind of look would you give them if they were to say something or proclaim something like that?
It's absolutely ridiculous.
Kevin O'Leary is sounding off.
He goes off on CNN over possible seizure of Trump assets in New York, like Venezuela or Cuba.
It's really gotten to that point.
You've got the lamestream media trying to act like this is okay, but this is third world style tactics.
You've got a banana republic on your hands.
And they want so badly to take Trump Tower so that they can send a message.
And as we were talking about yesterday, it's really one of those things where you know that they would love to go ahead and march illegals into that building.
Well, that's not going to happen.
That building is occupied by tenants.
And so even though they want the visual of seizing it, it's just, I don't see how that's going to play out.
But you've got Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary.
He slams AG, Letitia James, and Judge Arthur.
And Goron seizing Donald Trump's assets just like they would in Venezuela or Cuba.
And it was a huge heated shouting debate on CNN. And so I'm going to play that for you right now.
But more importantly, the message about the American brand.
You think about America, the reason this is the number one economy on Earth is that we have laws and we have due process and we have property rights.
It attracts foreign capital from all around the world.
All of that is being shaken to the core here.
The concept of seizing assets in 30 days on a bond number that's never been issued.
No insurance bond companies ever issued anything near this, so there was no chance it was going to happen.
And only giving 30 days notice in time That's a really bad message.
And I think New Yorkers should think, well past Trump, whether he's president or not, or whether this attorney general is gone in four years or not, it's irrelevant.
This is case setting against the American brand.
The most stable country on earth.
Anywhere to put capital to work over a long period of time, particularly in real estate, is the United States of America.
This is an assault on what we believe to be core.
And I find it extraordinary.
I think it's very troubling.
It has absolutely nothing to do with Donald Trump at this point, in my view.
And it is completely bipartisan.
This is an attack on America and I don't know how you can look at it any other way and as an investor and I know plenty of investors are completely disturbed by this But, I mean, no one is going to put any money to work in New York in these amounts until this thing settles down.
The whole world is watching, and everybody's waiting for one thing we haven't got yet.
Adult supervision.
Where is it?
Where are the adults in this crazy narrative?
Certainly there's got to be adult supervision at some point, and I understand.
You know, the war going on here and all the political yada yada, woof, woof, woof.
But we need an adult in the room now.
This is the United States of America under siege.
There's no question.
That's exactly, exactly what's happening.
So here you go.
You've got the exchange with this group here.
You've got lawyers say Trump can't make the $464 million bond in a civil fraud case.
Can you imagine coming up with that kind of money anyway?
Of course not.
Who could?
Very few people could come up with $464 million bond.
Check it out.
I don't think this case is about Trump anymore.
I think this case is about New York.
It's about the American brand.
It's about what we promise the world in terms of fairness and justice and investing capital in the country that's built the largest economy on earth.
Forfeiture, seizing of assets.
Is that in our nomenclature in America?
Is that what we tell people that want to bring their money here and protect property rights?
Forget about Trump.
Nothing to do with Trump.
You think this is good for business in New York?
You think this is good for business in America?
To take a law that we use to protect people against buying refrigerators at an overpriced value decades ago and apply it against an individual and then talk about seizing assets like he was in Venezuela or in Cuba?
This is a very, very, very bad look for New York, and everybody around the world is watching this.
This may be great for the Attorney General, but this is not good for America.
But in terms of the valuation, can you be clear as to why would the properties not be sufficient collateral?
What a great message to send out all around the world.
Take a claim where there was no monies lost, There was no fraud here in the context of actually people losing money.
Deutsche Bank, who made the loan, was made whole.
And let's make a penalty of half a billion dollars against a crime, apparently, where no monies were lost.
Great message for New York.
Great message for America.
Bring your capital, because we'll protect your property.
I think that was a statement that would be much better made Some time in Venezuela.
I'm not kidding.
That's a scary, scary message.
And by the way, there are no such thing as half a billion dollar bonds.
There are no half a billion dollar bonds.
Never been done before.
Never.
This law has never been applied.
Forget about Trump.
Nothing to do with Trump.
Everything to do about America and the New York brand.
I love this state.
My children live here.
A horrible message to everybody around the world watching this.
Absolutely horrific.

This is not America.
What are you doing?

He's absolutely right.

And these two clowns over here, they're just ridiculous.
They're even just ridiculous to even listen to because they know he's absolutely right.
No one is going to want to do business in New York.
They just sent a message that, hey, you know what?
We can confiscate anything that you have if you come and do business here.
No one was injured.
No one was hurt.
This has to do and only has to do with election interference.
That is all.
And these are the prosecutors.
These are the persecutors behind it.
And let's not leave this little number unturned.
You've got liberal media that is turning on Fannie Willis.
As if they have a choice.
Seriously.
Like rats deserting a sinking ship.
So here you have, despite the fact that Georgia Judge Scott McAfee has ruled that Fannie Willis can remain on the Trump case, even though she has been caught in numerous lies, the liberal media knows that she is now liberal goods and they are turning on her.
Turning on her to such a degree...
That they have actually just now, Georgia has just now allowed Trump to appeal the ruling, keeping Fannie Willis on the RICO case.
This is highly significant.
It means that the defense is permitted to apply to the georgia court of appeals for pre-trial review of the judge's order refusing to dismiss the case or disqualify fulton county da willis so this is a big deal here they know that they can't sweep this under the rug essentially so the order was issued on wednesday morning you have judge scott mcgaffey who granted the request from trump and other georgia rico defendants To
appeal the judge's ruling not to disqualify Fulton County DA Fannie Willis from the case, you have Steve Sedal, the lead defense counsel for Trump, said in a statement that Judge McAfee has granted the motion for a certificate of immediate review filed by President Trump and eight other defendants.
This is highly significant.
It means the defense is permitted to apply the Georgia Court of Appeals for pretrial review of the judge's order refusing to dismiss the case or disqualify Fulton County DA Willis.
The defense is optimistic that the appellate review will lead to the case being dismissed and the DA being disqualified.
There are already rumblings of what's going to happen as a result of what Fannie did.
Yes, her Fannie is in a bucket of hot water for sure.
So here you have the certificate of immediate review.
It has been filed and so even though it's in contrary, it's in opposition to what he had originally said, he's got this in the works, this judge, because he ruled that she could remain on the case If Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor in the case and whom Willis had a romantic relationship with, recused himself.
Well, you saw the public response.
You saw the legal system's response to all of that.
It was an uproar.
It was an outrage, as it should have been.
So you've got all of this going on.
You know, these judges throw out, they're there for the show.
They are there to kind of go through the motions and all of these different things to interfere and do as much damage as you can possibly do during an election season.
You're seeing it play out in the hearings that we're watching today.
It's incredible.
It reminds me of a sport.
It is a blood sport.
It truly, truly is.
I mean, they purposely interrupt.
They purposely, when someone is making a statement, they try to throw somebody off their game.
It's no different than if you've ever played any kind of sport and you do the exact same thing.
You straighten your strings or you say, hey, you know what?
I've got to grab another racket.
You slow down the momentum.
You slow down the pace.
And you're actually watching this.
in the hearings in these trials but at the end of the day the damage has been done and there is no question about it that Fannie Willis needs to be properly investigated her relationship with the White House and all the others in between absolutely needs to be investigated and there cannot be any delay there's not there cannot be a statute of limitations a statute of limitations To stop this investigative process,
it's got to happen.
It has to happen quickly because that's how they've been able to get away with a lot of this stuff.
Then all of a sudden, more on cases, you've got the appeals court who has blocked Texas from arresting and deporting illegals hours after the Supreme Court ruling.
You have Bush and Biden judges.
They cast the deciding votes.
So here you have, we were celebrating yesterday, and then of course you've got a block that happens today.
A federal appeals court overnight blocked a Texas law that allows authorities to arrest and deport illegal migrants just hours after the Supreme Court ruled in the state's favor.
Now, you have Mexico, who is also in there saying, we're not going to take these illegal aliens back.
We're not going to do it.
Even though they are ours, we're not going to take them back in.
Sounds like a threat to me.
They're yours.
They belong to you.
Go ahead and get your prisons and your jails put back together because they're coming back home.
And they will.
So you have the Texas Migration Law known as Senate Bill 4.
It was supposed to go into effect March 5th.
But the Supreme Court put it on hold for two weeks, conceding to the Biden regime and pro-illegal aliens groups who wanted the statute on ICE. They claimed the legislation intrudes on federal authority over immigration.
Look, they got into this country illegally.
They broke into this country.
They are here as criminals.
They need to go home.
And they need to absolutely not be...
Housed, fed, or clothed.
But they are already, you've got a lot of illegal aliens who are already starting to figure out the laws.
And they are already starting to figure out how they can become squatters for life.
I kid you not.
In fact, there was a TikTok that was released.
And here they are, basically shoving it in everybody's faces.
And everyone goes, my gosh, they are absolutely getting a little brave over there.
Because the Biden regime wants them here.
This is Biden's bloodbath border.
This is exactly what they want.
They want to replace and terrorize, obviously, the American people by this invasion.
So here you have got this illegal who is basically telling everybody and advising everybody how to take over American homes via progressive squatters' rights.

I thought about invading a house in the United States.
I found out that there is a law that says that if a house is not inhibited, we can seize it, guys, here.
So basically, he's telling everybody how to do all of this.
I'll continue to read while he's saying it in Spanish.
I'll read it, the translation in English.
So then he goes on to say that in the United States also applies of the land invasion and I think that will be my next business invading abandoned houses since I have looked For some codes with my friends, Americans, Africans, and they told me that they have already taken about seven houses.
As the saying goes, Daddy, you have to look for the return and the return right now is to invade house since we are not in a street situation and in the only house.
We have to not live in the street and not be a public burden.
The law says that the abandoned houses deteriorated and that it is in bad condition.
we can get and repair and live in it as if then we can sell it even for credits with what do you say so basically he's saying look if there's an abandoned property you go ahead and you use the united states laws against itself squatters rights as you all know and You can go ahead and live there indefinitely.
It'll keep you off the streets.
You don't have to worry about any of that.
Fix it up and then sell it.
It'll be yours after a period of time.
This is what's going on.
And if you think that this is not by design, it absolutely is.
There is story upon story upon story.
So, you've got congressional candidates who are talking about it, and they're not even trying to sugarcoat it.
U.S. congressional candidate Kathleen Wynne, Republican, Arizona.
Every state is a border state.
The reality of the southern border invasion.
And it is true.
It absolutely is true.
You've got the border states who are closing up shop because they don't want to stay open at night.
They are being terrorized.
You're seeing it in videos all around.
You can tell the difference that the crime has gone up.
But you've got Super Tuesday that proved that Biden's border invasion is a top priority for most Americans.
Americans do not like this.
We know that we deserve representatives who will fight to secure America and defend our nation from the devastation caused by planned and coordinated attacks against the citizens of the United States of America.
You're seeing it in Tyson's Food.
You can see how you've got a boycott on Tyson's Food because not only are they trying to replace American citizens, but they are also paying for the legal expenses of their new hires.
And they are able to get cheaper labor than they would with somebody from the United States that's trying to work their way up the ladder, right?
So that's exactly what's been going on here and they know it.
The big pocket corporate has always been about profits in their pocket.
They're not going to spend if they don't have to.
So you've got all of that happening and I'm just glad that people are waking up.
It's too bad we have to get to the point where people lose their job before they wake up or that they're being replaced or that their vote is being canceled out.
Because that is also what happens when you open up our voter rolls and have people voting in your elections.
Your vote gets canceled.
And the Democrats and the RINOs know that you're not going to be voting for them again.
So this is where we are.
You have Supreme Court Justice Jackson, who says the quiet part out loud.
The first day of the Supreme Court, the SCOTUS oral arguments on the Murphy v.
Biden case, which we've been talking a whole bunch about, it took place on March 18, 2024.
It was an opportunity to seek Supreme Court resolution on the matter of U.S. government personnel and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, the DHS, the Center for Disease Control, the CDC, the Surgeon General the Center for Disease Control, the CDC, the Surgeon General and others coercing social media to throttle, silence and censor Americans.
We've all been a victim of it.
You have been a victim of it.
I have been a victim of it.
The prominent post hearing headlines from much of the legacy media, it was a SCOTUS opinion.
Headlines included SCOTUS likely to reject Missouri and Louisiana case appears doomed.
SCOTUS justices, liberal and conservatives alike, appeared skeptical.
At the assertion.
So here's just one of the headlines.
Challenge to Biden.
Hectoring of social media firms appears doomed at Supreme Court.
So you have all of that running around.
So a lot of people are talking about the powers.
You have Justice Jackson.
She complains First Amendment is hamstringing the Fed censorship efforts.
I kid you not.
So you have her up there saying the quiet part out loud, and everybody went completely nuts over this one.
The U.S. government was not just meeting with groups and individuals, they were coercing them to take actions against American citizens.
These citizens often lost livelihoods, employability, and significant financial opportunities, and were unlawfully surveilled.
And you've got Justice Jackson doing exactly what she was put up there to do, take away and strip you of your rights.
Remember, this is the same justice who couldn't define what a woman was.
So they are going as extreme as they possibly can.
And they're even going after Sotomayor now because they are so concerned that President Trump is going to get back into the Oval Office and they want to go ahead and replace her as well.
I'll tell you something, there is no loyalty with this group.
So they're so convinced that Trump will win now, that Libs are, that they're trying to boot Sotomayor before the election.
So here you have this anger.
It's pretty misplaced, but you can see how furious they are that once they lost Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, that she didn't step down.
Now, all of a sudden, they're going...
Back to the judges that didn't give them wins.
So after all the writing is on the wall, you've got a sixth year of Barack Obama in the White House.
Americans are fed up with it.
Democrats, independents, and Republicans especially.
We cannot wait until Obama 2.0 comes to an end.
So here you've got this whole thing that is going on behind the scenes.
They are willing to just throw her out as well and replace her with somebody as liberal, if not even more so, as you have with Sotomayor.

So early morning at around 6 a.m., you had the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, the ATF. They arrived at the 53-year-old's home to serve a warrant when they were met with gunfire from within the house.
Crazy stuff, right?
Bill and Hillary Clinton, I swear, the thought of a gun or a gunshot just appears in my mind.

I don't know about you, but that's what happens whenever I read their names.

So the specifics of the warrant and the reasons behind the ATF's involvement, it's still under wraps as the authorities have refrained from commenting further due to an ongoing investigation.
But despite getting immediate medical attention at the scene before being transported to the hospital, as of Wednesday we have no idea how he is faring.
He was shot in the head during the shootout.
And he has been placed on life support.
