	That Biden, he can't, there's no way they can even fake him anymore.

	And then they're choosing, you know, anybody who's ever, the voice gets big enough, that's a male, they're like, okay, well, there's six people came up.
	Remember the guy that did the Sound of Freedom?

	So, you know, so today, oh, six allegations of the one, the guy that's fighting umic trafficking.
	And pedophilia that that guy.
	And so six, just like that.

	Six unnamed, unidentified people accuses him of sexual assault.
	Of course, there's no police reports.
	They didn't go to the police.
	Just like Russell Bryan.
	There's no charges against him.
	That was a movie they made as a hit piece against him.
	Well, that's what they're doing.
	This is a warning to anybody and everybody that is speaking out against the regime.
	Look at what they're doing just to Christians.
	Look at people, these women that are in their 70s who were praying, right?
	In front of an abortion clinic.
	Put them in prison for 11 years for praying in front of an abortion clinic.
	This is where we are as a country, and here we are in an election season, and if you don't know better by now not to continue to vote for these communist fools, if you think you're going to be spared from this regime, you're wrong.
	They're going after anybody and everybody that is not on board with their message.
	They've done it to us, too.
	We have been complete victims of it.
	We were just accused of, you know, supporting terrorism, right?

	Yeah, the commies at Twitch, they shut our channel down and said we support terrorism because we're showing clips of January 6th.
	We're talking about January 6th, guys getting 18 years of their reframed.
	And lo and behold, Ray Epps today.

	They give him one misdemeanor account.
	Of bad conduit or whatever it was, which is like a $200 fine.
	And they're going to say, see, we charged him?
	He's not a fad.

	Let me tell you, he was the ringleader.
	The guys they just gave 22 years and 18 years didn't do half what he did.
	This is huge.
	So give me a break.
	They're just trying to charge him and give him a little bit of something to say, look, now you can sue Tucker Carlson.
	Now you can sue Fox News.
	Now we told y'all he wasn't a fad.
	Now I know he's a fad because he'd have been in prison the whole time.
	And then he'd have got 20 years for doing what he did.
	He was one of the ringleaders, the ringleader.
	If there's a face to January 6th, number one is Q Shaman, number two is Ray Epps.
	Well, and they protected him with everything that they possibly had.
	They completely ignored it.
	They thought it was going to go away, but now all of a sudden everybody's speaking about the fact and speaking out on the fact that this is a weaponized DOJ. We're good to go.
	That blew up on them as well.
	You've got the Bush dynasty and you've got the Obamas and you've got the Bidens and you've got the Clintons who have now reentered the picture.
	I mean, this whole thing is collapsing.
	They are doing everything that they can to hold on to power.
	That's what this is about.
	We are winning the war.
	They have got egg on their face.
	And every single constitutional scholar is calling them out on it.
	And it doesn't even matter what your political party preference is.
	Nobody cares about the parties anymore.
	We see through the parties now.
	We are looking directly at the individuals and how they are aligned or how they are not aligned, or if they believe in freedom anymore.
	And if they don't, they're out into discussion.
	I mean, that's where we are.
	We have a tyrannical government.
	We do not have a constitutional republic right now at all.

	We have a two-tier justice system and a bunch of Marxist communists up there going after their political opponents.
	And then they try to shut down your free speech for years through YouTube and Twitch and all these people.
	And, you know, Twitter and Facebook.
	And then when somebody come in and offered free speech, what are they doing now?
	And you get people like Russell Brand, all these people who can go and actually talk.
	What are they doing?
	Sexual assaults.
	20 years ago, sexual assaults.
	And then Megyn Kelly comes on throwing a fit.
	You've got to believe women.

	But when somebody starts speaking truth to power, and then suddenly four people come with charges 16 years ago that they've never went to the police over, never been to the police, didn't charge back then.

	The MSM contacted her about Russell Brand.

	MSM attacked.
	She mentioned that when she shared her positive account of her encounter with Brand, that they failed to include it in their story.
	She confirmed that Brand was indeed kind to her and everything between them was consensual.
	However, her account did not align with the mainstream media narrative, so it was excluded from the documentary and the article.
	This is one of many individuals who were contacted among the hundreds.
	Yeah, they're trying to find somebody.
	They're going to call every woman that's ever slept with a dude, and I'm sure there's thousands, and they're going to find out who slept with them, and they're going to call them, and they're going to say, we got you back.

	This is how they come after you.

	There's some crazy women out there, and there's some crazy guys, too, and they'll say anything.
	They will.

	And they'll say anything, and they'll get away with it, too.

	You break up with them, and their heart gets broken, and they go, I mean, you know how it is.
	And they have kids involved, and they'll use their kids and say, hey, my husband's molesting my kids.
	I see it all the time.

	And the problem is here, the real underlying problem is that the real victims are the ones that suffer because those stories never get heard.
	They just want to expose.
	They want to go after Russell Brand because Brand has a brand and a name.
	And they're his competition and he's a threat and he's effective.
	So they're not going to listen to the case of, you know, some little old lowly person.
	No, they ignore all of that all day long, even though the details of what happened to that person not only are true, but are the worst that you've ever heard.
	But you're not going to hear those stories.
	No, because it doesn't do them any good to report on them.
	They save these stories where they can actually have an impact.
	And it's a case like this, where he's doing really great work and they want to destroy him.
	Remember when Trump in 2016, about four or five weeks, they had like 13 women that come out and accuse him of rape.
	Right before his election in 2016.
	And then remember, all of them dropped their lawsuits right after he won the election.
	That's right.
	The left has reponized rape.
	They have?
	They have reponized it.
	Just look at the people.
	It's over and over.
	Julian Assange, President Trump, Andrew Tate.
	All these people have big, huge voices.
	Think about the guy that just did the big movie that was so popular against pedophilia and human trafficking.

	So he is looking into the alleged bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors.

	They brought in every one of Trump's kids and for hours and hours and 14 hours here and 9 hours here and everybody in the Trump administration when they had the power of the gavel.
	And my God, these people are caught red-handed bribing treason and they won't call in any of them!
	You got it.
	You have got such a joke.
	Oh I mean it's just it's one disappointment after the other.

	So this is all going on at the same time.
	I don't care if they shut down the government.
	I don't know what the government is doing for anybody other than trying to get us into war.
	So I really don't care if they lose their funding.
	I think it would actually be good for them for a while.
	Because they never miss a paycheck, as you all know.
	But the ink was barely dry on a deal reached late Sunday night to avoid a partial government shutdown September 30th, when House Republicans erupted in open revolt, threatening to derail the deal before it could even hit the chamber floor.
	You had House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, who vowed to pursue a Thursday vote on the stopgap measure.
	But enough Republicans have already announced their opposition to defeat it with every House Democrat lined up in opposition.
	It is an unmitigated disaster right now on the majority side, and this is what people are talking about.
	I mean, here's the deal.
	We're not able to come to an agreement, so who knows what's going to happen from here.
	But they're holding McCarthy's feet to the fire, thank goodness, and they need to.
	They really, really need to.
	They're not doing anything.
	I know.
	This is a stall tactic too.
	It is.
	And it has been.
	I mean, you've got this Joe Biden situation, like you were discussing.
	He is rambling incoherently.
	I mean, U.S. national security blind spot, government leaders with dementia.
	You're talking about people in their 70s and 80s.
	They should be relaxing, enjoying their last wonderful years with their grandchildren.
	And they're not.
	You've got Joe Biden who is so shot, he doesn't even know where he is.
	He incoherently mumbles after a brain freeze during a speech at the UN General Assembly.
	It's just embarrassing.

	This is what is going to lead us into war?

	Can you tell us a little bit about that?
	Yeah, if you can believe it, when I was running the Russia, well, you guys can, and I'm sure the audience can too.
	Maybe 30 years ago we wouldn't believe it.
	But when I was running the Russiagate investigation for Devin Nunes in Congress on the House Intel Committee, we were the guys that exposed.
	The FBI lied, bought dirty tricks, foreign bogus intelligence, corrupted the DOJ, lied to a federal judge, unlawfully surveilled a presidential candidate.
	No big deal.
	Well, it turns out in January of 2018, when Devin Nunes and I were meeting with then Attorney General Rosenstein and Christopher Wray, the director of the FBI, they threatened to investigate and subpoena me and Devin because we were exposing their corruption.
	As if that wasn't bad enough, Speaker Paul Ryan did nothing to have our backs.
	If that wasn't bad enough, we would learn four and a half years later that they lied.
	They had already issued subpoenas for multiple senior congressional staffers, including myself, for my personal information, my banking information, my cell phones, my text messages, my emails, everything about my life.
	These two government gangsters were surveilling me and others because they wanted to get dirt on Devin Nunes and I because we were exposing their corruption.
	You know what's hilarious?
	The only way we found this thing out In December of 2022, four-plus years later, Google sent me an email saying, hey, we have a five-year notification period.
	It just lapsed, and we wanted to tell you the DOJ issued subpoenas for your private information, and we complied.
	So who knows who else they did?
	So we weren't going to let that stand.
	And I got a great crew of lawyers together, Jesse Benal and Benal Law Group, and we filed a monster lawsuit four days ago.
	It just went public yesterday.
	I'm suing Chris Ray, the current director of the FBI, Rob Rosenstein, the former deputy attorney general and acting AG, Jesse Liu, Rob Herr, the current special counsel, And a couple of other figures for unlawfully surveilling me.
	And it's not about me and I could care less about the money.
	It's not going to result in anything like that.
	But I'm putting them on notice.
	Rosenstein, Ray and company, I'm coming after you in public court.
	I'm going to depose you.
	I'm going to get all your emails and all your text messages from when you were saying you were serving the government, but breaking the law.
	And I'm going to show them to the world.
	It's got to happen, Cash.
	It has got to happen.

	I mean, this is like a runaway train.
	They've got to be pulled in.
	And like you said, it has nothing to do with the money or compensation or anything.
	They need eyes on them.

	How they're treating Hunter Biden, how they're treating Joe Biden, that is a conspiracy, but it's not a right-wing one.
	It's a DOJ and FBI manufactured conspiracy to cover up corruption that's politically motivated.
	And this two-tier system of justice is what we have to educate everybody about.
	That's what I go through in great lengths and government gangsters to talk about.
	And I tell President Trump this all the time.
	I tell him privately.
	I'm happy to tell publicly.
	What we have to do to convince the middle of the road Americans is tell them this two tier system of justice is coming for them and show them that it is.

	And how long did they hold your book hostage before you can release it?
	This bad boy, you know, they took...
	Usually when you write this and you're a government employee, you've got to submit it back and it takes two to three months.
	All good.
	I agree with that process.
	Ten months later, the Biden DOJ and DOD and CIA had sent it to nine separate agencies and departments for review.
	Nine!
	Cabinet secretaries get sent to one.
	Agency for review.
	And we asked and I had to, of course, hire lawyers and get in there and ask them what the heck was going on.
	And they were like, oh, you know, we're looking at it for classified state secrets and this and that and stuff you shouldn't say.
	And of course, it was just a made up political excuse.
	Then I took them to federal court.
	We won.
	We got the rights back to my book and we put it out and it finally publishes in five days.
	Donald Trump called it the roadmap for 2024.
	And I think that's exactly what it is.
	It's an obliteration of the Deep State Manual.
	And in the back, I named every corrupt government gangster by name and title.
	And I put in, look, all these cool receipts that they don't ever want you to see.
	And they redacted 0.05% of my book after all of that.
	That's what they wanted.
	They wanted me to pay money, have a book that was old when it comes out, and hopefully nobody buys it from their perspective.
	Do you think that's why they are starting to go after people like, and not really go after him, but Ray Epps and all of these different entities that they sat on forever?

	They're giving him a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct so they can say, look, he's not a fad, look.
	They didn't hold him for two years.
	I was saying earlier, Cash, that if there's a face of January 6th, the number one is probably the Q Shaman, and number two is Ray Epps.
	And if he did, they just gave the Proud Boys 18 and 22 years for doing half of what Ray Epps did.
	Yeah, and that shows you that that's what I talk about.
	It shows you the two-tier system of justice.

	You see people who walked into the Capitol building peacefully and walked out and they get years in prison.
	Ray X is literally agitating people and saying, come on, everybody, watch the video yourselves.

	And we still don't know the depth of his conduct.
	But I think this FBI under Chris Ray and Merrick Garland have done this On purpose, with intention.
	It's a coordinated strike.
	They're going to say, yeah, we prosecuted Ray Epps, but they're probably burying the truth with that criminal bogus prosecution of his, where he'll end up getting probation and never go to prison.
	And Ray Epps will sue all the media and make all the money.
	I was just saying that.

	So he can say, yeah, see, I was prosecuted.
	Let me tell you something.
	The people that did what you do have been in jail waiting on a trial for three years in solitary confinement.

	They have been denied the right to a speedy trial.
	I have never seen a persecution like this other than with President Trump.
	And they are just letting the American people know.

	So what is it going to take to get Congress to impeach Joe?
	I mean, we're still having this conversation?

	I understand the political desire to impeach Joe Biden, but I've been saying we need to impeach Garland and Ray.

	Garland first, then Ray, then Joe.

	That's her and I are like this, like we have this symbiotic relationship no one even knows about.
	And we haven't even dreamt together.

	We've got seven outstanding congressional subpoenas to Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray that they defy every week, every time they do that, which is a separate felony.

	And Congress has ceded the constitutional oversight authority they have over the executive agencies.
	FBI and DOJ don't work for Congress.
	It's the other way around when it comes to oversight.
	And do you think there's just one report that they gave, partially redacted, that talks about Hunter Biden, the CCP, the $20 million, Joe Biden, his brother, Hailey Biden, and all the other crimes they've committed?
	There's tens of thousands of documents that these people have not let us see, just like in Russiagate, when they buried them from us, And they said, oh, nothing to see here but state secrets and national security.
	It was all a corruption cover-up syndicate.
	And it's being perpetrated by Garland and Ray.
	And I think that impeachment needs to happen immediately.
	But I think Republicans are probably going to be stupid enough to fall for and try and impeach Joe Biden.

Because they are the ones that go out and pay and buy members of Congress and politicians and people across the United States to say, don't worry, we're going to build this stuff in your backyard and we're going to hire all these jobs.
	But of course, we have to go spend it in the Ukraine so they can do it all over again.
	And so Mark Esper, when he was secretary of defense, was getting ready to give out his big government funded contracts.
	And guess where Mark Esper landed?
	The defense industrial complex with a 10 figure payday.
	This cyclical cycle must end if we are going to stop Lighting American taxpayer dollars on fire.
	People are going to come after me, but that's a main issue in my book, Government Gangsters.
	If you don't take out the defense industrial complex and take them on and get them back in between the posts, they are just going to keep gaslighting money all over the world.
	And Republicans and Democrats, that's why they're calling for a chorus of, please send the Ukraine more money.
	No, I want our 55,000 homeless veterans to get more money.
	You know, I want our teachers to get more money.
	I want our schools and our decrepit bridges to get more money.
	And the second component of that is the Justice Department and the FBI. They're the principal rigors of elections in modern-day America.
	And the Hunter Biden gun charge, as a public defender, And a former prosecutor.
	I handled a thousand gun cases, literally.
	They're super simple.
	You either held the gun or you did it.
	And when you did unlawfully, they went to prison for three to five years, minimum, minimum in federal court.
	And Hunter Biden not only was offered an unlawful plea deal with the diversion program, which, by the way, if you read the DOJ manual, which I used to do for a living, It says nobody charged with a gun crime tied to narcotics will receive pretrial diversion absent an authorization from the Attorney General.
	Never did one of my poor black or brown or yellow or white clients ever get diversion on a gun charge.
	They got sent to the clink.
	And you're right.
	They're only talking about the gun charge.
	What happened to the FARA charge?
	What happened to the tax fraud charges that you charged him with?
	Where did those go?
	What about the bribery and charges that lead to his brother?

	And that $6 billion is going directly to fund the world's largest state sponsor of terror.
	And Joe Biden and that stooge that he has at the White House for press secretary are saying, we're going to oversee where they spend their money.

	The Iranian president just two days ago came out and said, the second you unfroze our funds, the government of Iran will decide how to spend that money.

	People are going to start picking up more hostages and they're going to say, oh, you gave me the merchant of death in the Russian trade.

	They're going to ask for whatever they want.

	And Al Qaeda and their affiliates are going to go on the rise and terrorism is going to go back up and hostage captivity is going to go back up because we have a guy who can't speak on the world stage, probably can't even speak in his own house, and delivers this gutless speech to the United Nations And can't even utilize the English language properly, which is why we're getting dominated on the world stage in things like the Iran thing.
	And oh, by the way, let's not forget that Iran is working on a nuclear arsenal to take out the United States of America.
	Where do you think that six billion is going to go?
	Exactly.
	There's a lot of innocent people in Iran.
	They ain't going to see the money.
	The day they get it, they'll push the red button.

How and why do we let this happen and how do we stop it?
	Well, the scary thing is that's what we know about publicly.

	How much criminal conduct is being just passed over by the Biden administration because they're too focused on climate change and whether or not black and brown people get hired into the military rather than whether our state secrets are being stolen and bought and paid for and given to Russia and China and Iran.

	How Christopher Wray lies to the United States Congress and says domestic violent terrorism is on the rise because of January 6th.

	And that's why we got to keep doing what we're doing.
	Your show is awesome and probably one of the most watched shows in the country.
	And it's finally is educating people and cutting them out of mainstream media.
	And turning off the stupid television at night because they got lied to.
	For five plus years about who Donald Trump was, about the Russiagate conspiracy, about Joe Biden, about Hunter Biden's laptop, about the 51 Intel letter, and that rigged multiple elections.
	And it's our job to get out there, if Donald Trump and family are willing to do it, to get out there behind him and say, you're going to stand up, I'm going to stand up.
	And the story I tell people, actually, I haven't really told it, is I asked the boss a couple of months after we got out of the administration, you know, what are you going to do?
	And it was a pretty short conversation.
	I thought it was going to be one of my longer ones.
	He goes, Cash, I'm all in.
	We've got to save this country.
	I said, okay, if you're all in, I'm all in.
	And we've been all in ever since.
	And I know you guys have.
	And I know the audience that you guys have.
	But for those in the community...
	We don't waver, buddy.
	No, you guys don't.
	And that's why I can't wait to see the cat turd Jules Jones heel poochmobile.
	It's going to be awesome.
	Yeah.

	And everybody in this country who wants to secure the border, defeat the terrorists, take out Russia and China, and get our economy back and stop paying $7 for a dozen of eggs, not only needs to elect Donald Trump, but between now and then, has to empty the tank 413 times and do it all over every day, just like Kat and Jules do it, because that's the only way we're going to win.
	And you don't have to go out and have a national campaign for those in the audience.
	Pick one thing in your community and just go hard at that one thing for 412 straight days.
	And you will see a resounding effect.
	And then get on platforms like Truth Social and Rumble and all these other free speech platforms and let's wean ourselves off.
	And this is one of the things I'm glad I got a second to talk about.
	Remember who rigged the last election?
	Yes.
	It wasn't just the deep state in the media.
	It was the FBI and DOJ with multi-million dollar contracts with Twitter and Facebook.
	That's right.
	They use government dollars to weekly meet with FBI and Twitter and say, please put this out.
	Don't put that out on your platforms.
	And we, the taxpayers, funded it.
	Where are the congressional investigations into these contracts and oversight?
	Why are we as America First candidates relying solely on those institutions to rig yet another election?
	We got to help ourselves.
	And it's simple and it's free, but it requires energy and human capital.
	And sometimes people get lazy and we just got to motivate them.
	Well, I mean, it's really true.
	The Republicans have had control of the House coming up on a year.
	These things needed to be addressed big time.
	I mean, we're waiting on subpoenas still.
	They're fighting amongst themselves.
	It's like, come on, we've got to unite here and get some work done, some real work done.
	And just having a hearing without any follow-up isn't going to do it.
	They've got to follow through with all of this stuff.
	No, sending another letter isn't going to cut it.
	They couldn't even give Adam Schiff a $5 fine.
	They're pathetic.
	No, instead they gave them an $8 million fundraising tool.
	I mean, they're so incompetent about this stuff.
	Because of my principles.
	No, we can't find the biggest criminal in congressional history.
	We can't do that.
	Yeah, we're principled.
	We can't do it.
	It's just laughable.
	They'll write another letter, though.
	It'll be strongly worded.
	You know, so that's cool.
	Oh yeah, that should just pacify all of us.
	So your advice for all of us and what we can do to help President Trump is just to get out there, to continue on all of these platforms, spreading his message, and really working within our communities.
	I mean, they want to shut us down.
	They want to shut us up.
	And that's why we've got other tools.
	We've got other places where we can go.
	I mean, I think Twitch and some of the others that shut us down did us a favor.
	Probably.
	Yeah.
	They did us a huge favor.
	But here's the thing.
	You've got to use whatever your tools are.
	I don't care if it's writing music, writing poems, getting on a podcast, doing whatever it is, writing your posts.
	All of that stuff helps.
	Having conversations, not just amongst mutual people that agree with you, but outside the realm.
	Church, I bring it up all the time, and I'm looked down upon in some ways.
	Oh, it isn't appropriate.
	Well, guess what?
	This is exactly where we should be having this conversation, is out there in the community.
	There's no taboo.
	There's no off-limit discussion.
	We should be having these, especially when all of our liberties are at stake here.
