He launched an investigation into Biden's Facebook censorship scheme.
So this is the whole deal.
I mean, they have been saying they have not interfered in our elections.
Well, right here is an interference in our elections.
They're covering certain stories and boosting others.
They've been doing this this entire time.
Because otherwise, none of these media, they wouldn't have any reach at all.
And that was the one thing that they were complaining about.
This is a complete attack on our First Amendment right, our freedom of speech.
They don't want you to be able to have any.
That's all this is about.
They want to control our speech.
They want to control our thoughts.
They want to control what we see, what we don't see.
So, I mean, this is what you have.
You have a totalitarian government that is just on some kind of crazy spree to make sure that we don't have any rights or any say-so.
You can't speak out against the regime.
Well, it's working over there in Ukraine, so I guess they thought that they could pull it here.
It's not going to work here.
We're not going to put up with that.
And Mike Pence Oh, phony Mike Pence, boy, he's determined to ruin his political career forever.

Try to tell everybody that he's phony, fake Christian, phony.

They made sure the establishment really got close during that time because they wanted to put as many people as close to President Trump in government as they could so they could spy on him, so that they could lie about him, so that they could turn these things in, they could get him impeached.
This was a master plan from the very beginning.

Yeah, we're going to just charge him until something sticks so he can't run because we don't want him in there anymore because he's going to go in there and he's going to put it on us.
Well, somebody's sitting there saying, hey, why don't you pick up the phone and call Trump and start talking to him about, you know, Ukraine, start talking to him about whatever the case, Russia, your relationship with Putin, what you want to do, whatever the case is, and get him to start talking and see if you can record it, see if you can get an email in writing, because see, we're going to charge him later.
And they were completely complicit.
They acted like accomplices during this entire thing.
And January 6th?
Ho ho!
Don't even get me started on all that.
Look, Mike Pence's staff was all big-time Never Trumpers.
And there was always rumored, you know, I don't have no evidence of it, but there was always rumored, all those leaks, all of them, the massive leaks that constantly come out of the White House was Mike Pence's team.
Oh yeah, they couldn't stand President Trump.
They absolutely could not.
Because see, they were promised positions in the Republican seat by all these other candidates.
And President Trump blew them away.
I mean, look at who he beat on that stage.
Jeb Bush, he didn't even get 3%.
Low energy Bush, completely wiped out.
I mean, it didn't even last till the end.
It was over before it even started.
When he first came out, and the first time he said, I think I might skip the debates, I was about...
I wanted him to debate then, because I'm just like, man, he's the best debater.
But now, you can just see the setup coming, and there's nothing for him to gain.
He's like 50 points up.
You got a hostile...
Fox News, who hates him, and they're going to have a hostile audience that's going to boo everything, he says.
Then you're going to have Chris Christie run his mouth at 0% that they're putting in there, and everybody's just going to be attacking him at 0%.
There's nothing for him to gain.
No.
Why sit up there with a bunch of people with 0%, 1%, 2%, and you're sitting up there with, you know, he's got 60-something, and DeSantis has got 14, and Vivek's got 12, and everybody else has got zero.
What?
There is no upside.
Nothing good can happen.
You're not going to, well, I did a debate, now I'm up 52 instead of 50.

The only people that it is helping are the candidates that are on the stage, and they're second-rate, and they're a long way from even being in the same class as President Trump.

He needs to go and keep his eye on the big prize, that's all.

They should have a big screen and a chair where he's kind of sitting sideways to the audience and watching it.
And he's got a microphone and he just sits there and every time they say something, he can troll them and have a live audience.

And he was belled up around his chin.

So Tucker was really getting close on a whole bunch of stuff.

He was talking about election interference.
And that's why, remember, when Schumer got up there and threatened All right.
Threatened Fox News in front of the world like, you've got to stop this guy.
It's because he has so much to say.
So he has been having these interviews, and he had an hour-long interview with Sund.
Who laments the behaviors of House Speaker Nancy Piccolosi as well as Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff Mark Milley who says that they had intelligence to suggest problems on Capitol Hill which they failed to communicate with Sund and his cops on the ground.
It was a complete failure.
He's alluding that what we all suspect and know in our true hearts of hearts That they did this deliberately.
They wanted an insurrection.
They wanted to use this against Trump.
They wanted to kick Trump off of social media so that they could steal the election and future elections.
That's how dirty they are.
It was obvious.
It was obvious for anybody with common sense.
We was on a podcast while it was going down, while they breached.
Me and you were watching it on TV. You were in California.
I was in Florida.
We went in there live.
We were watching it on TV, and I said, this is like a setup.
Look at all them people dressed like Antifa and stuff going in there with their hood.
I mean, when does Trump supporters have zip ties and dress like ninjas with hoodies on and face covers?
I've never seen that in my life at a Trump rally.

And then they wanted to steal future elections from us by using this as the example, hence the reason why President Trump has to turn himself in on another indictment today.

I mean, it's just complete setup, Kat.
Like, nothing I've ever seen.
I don't know why this recording is so bad.
It's the biggest joke of an indictment, but the biggest joke of a prosecutor.
Jack Smith has a big reputation for being the dumbest, most ridiculous, rotten prosecutor ever.
I mean, he's made an absolute fool of himself.
In case after case, nothing ever sticks he does.
It all gets thrown out in higher courts.
This is basically just saying, hey, you don't have a right to complain about the overturned election.

Count four, conspiracy against rights, a violation of 18 U.S.C. 241.

And then possibly a fourth before the Republicans actually put together a plan and start working that plan.

It takes, like I said, after they've proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that something's finally true after three years, then the New York Times will say, well, it's true now!

So one of the statutes, people are asking about count number four, which is the 18 U.S.C. 241.
So what is 18 U.S.C. 241?
Well, here's what Cash says it is.
This is the statute that they used to charge Trump from before the 1917 Espionage Act used in first indictment.
Two or more persons go in disguise on the highway.
Yes, you read that right.
Talk about DOJ highway robbery on their two-tier system of justice.
That's exactly what it is.
So that's how it's defined.
The 18 U.S.C. 241, if two or more persons conspire, the first criminal act is so vague you could use it on any person in your life who disagrees with you and you want to punish.
The second charge is when two or more persons go in disguise on the highway.
18 U.S.C. 241 has its original roots in the Ku Klux Klan Act.
And this is what this is all about.
And you mean to tell me we had to sit there for six months?
You're talking about stretching yourself from here to Hawaii to try to come up with a charge.
It's outrageous.
Well, not only that, though, I mean, don't forget what we also had to sit through.
Liz Piggy Cheney, right?
And her hearings just going after Trump and Trump supporters for months on end.
And they never had the right to put on the defense.
We never saw that.
It was a one-way street and that was it.
You didn't have rebuttal.
You weren't able to listen to the other side.
I mean, this is what they actually did.
And Liz Cheney, Adam Kinsey.
And what we actually did is send her ass back in by 48 points.

They are the enemy within this country.
And they need to be dealt with.
They need to be rooted out.
They need to be tried.
And then they need to be prosecuted to the full extent of whatever the charges are.
And that's treason.

National Guardsmen, like 60,000, ridiculous amount they brought to Washington for like months.
And then the story came out, they were sleeping in parking garages on the hard concrete.
And so the Bidens got word of that story, and so they tried to make it go away, and Jill Biden came up there with about 13 cookies.

They would interview her.
They criticized her.
They ridiculed her.
They did everything they could.
Now, this is a person that came into the United States.
It should have been a story that they absolutely celebrated, right?
The left and open borders and look at what America can do for you.
No, you didn't see that.
Then they had Big Mike on every Vogue magazine cover.
The most beautiful first lady of all time.
I don't think so.
And now I think Vogue has Lizzo on there now.
I mean, this is why we're in the problems that we have right now, right?

They are trying to completely change what is beautiful, your perceptions of everything and everyone.
I mean, basically what they're doing with President Trump, they are delivering him to Black Lives Matter judges, okay, activists, all of those people.

We're going to give him to you.
That's going to be your reward for helping us steal an election.
Yeah, he's already found guilty.
They've made sure of it.
It's going to be a show trial.

It's not going to matter because President Trump is going to prevail.
And we're going to make sure that he prevails.
And he is going to win by an absolute landslide because they are not winning this thing.
In fact, there is word on the street that Obama was warning Trump.

No, I don't even say, oh, I mean, yeah, see, oh, Biden again.
But he went to visit Biden because he knows exactly what's going to happen.
President Trump has got the American people.
And so Breitbart released an article where they're talking about the fact that he went up there just to warn, hey, you know what?
President Trump has got that Republican base and it's not going away.
If anything, it's only going to grow.
They had a full-blown conversation talking about the strength of Trump because if Trump comes back, they're all going on trial.
They will be removed from their positions immediately.
I hope he treats them like they treated the January Sixers.
Go ahead and lock them up, right?
Go ahead and get them behind bars and they can get their lawyers whatever they need and then go ahead and just make this a lengthy thing.

And DeSantis was like 20-something.
And then it's just going down, down, down.
I believe the last time it was 80, and then DeSantis had 17, and then the other was 3.
So now it's 83, Trump, after 50,000 votes.
And DeSantis only 9.
So he's went down double since my last poll.

And corresponded to President Putin's refusing to renew the Black Sea Grain Initiative deal.
So you've got all of that going on.
We're just knee-deep in this war.

You've got three more years, and when your governorship's over, then if you supported Trump and just would have did it right, you'd have the Trump supporters, you'd have the DeSantis supporters, and you have a 20-point lead in Florida, now you build that reputation, you support Trump.
And then four more years, you're only 48, you're still a baby.

And then you walk right in the White House.
