They have President Trump under arrest.
By U.S. Marshals in Miami Federal Court, ex-president and his loyal aide, Walt Nata, are booked and fingerprinted in secret documents case.
He's facing 37 federal charges over handling classified documents, and they have been rattling down.
I'm doing whatever president's done for 100 years.
Same exact thing.
Every single one of them.

This is so bad.
You want to talk about a weaponization like nothing we've ever seen before.
Full-blown communism at this point.
There is no rule of law.
They don't care about the rule of law.

That the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them.
Seventeen such recordings.
According to the 1023 The Foreign National possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden.
According to the 1023, the Foreign National possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then Vice President Joe Biden.
These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the Foreign National in case that he got into a tight spot.
The 1023 also indicates that then-Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burma, employing Hunter Biden.
Based on the facts known to the Congress and the public, it's clear that the Justice Department and the FBI haven't nearly had the same laser focus on the Biden family.
Special Counsel Jack Smith has used a recording against former President Trump.
Well, what is U.S. Attorney Weiss doing with respect to these alleged Joe and Hunter Biden recordings that are apparently relevant to the high-stakes bribery scheme?
Getting a full and complete 1023 It's critical for the American people to know and understand the true nature of the document and to hold the Justice Department and the FBI accountable.
It's also important for asserting congressional, constitutional congressional oversight powers against an out-of-control executive branch, obviously drunk with political infection.
Remember, Congress has received 1023s in the past, and they've been made public.
So asking for this 1023 to be turned over to the American people to read is not an unusual thing that goes on with 1023s.
Okay, so before making that speech, you should have had all of these articles.
You should have had a subpoena ready.

Well, here's the thing.
The weakness in the Republican Party got us to where we are now with President Trump having to go and plead not guilty to 37 counts of mishandling classified documents.
Because they are that weak.
They are the reason.
I blame them 100% for allowing the impeachments and everything else to go through to allow this circus to not go ahead and get Joe Biden and crew to let that laptop sit there and collect dust when they've had it for over two and a half years.
They should have been right out of the gates, right on it.
There wasn't a Republican in Congress running for office.
The only one that was down there defending Trump was Vivek Ramaswamy.
You know what?
He is really something.
I like him.
I'm not afraid to say it either.
I absolutely think that he is doing what we expect from other people in the Republican Party.
Not only is he doing what the Republican Party should be doing, he's also doing the work of the media.
I mean, this guy is on fire.
He's sitting there saying, what is wrong with you?
He's letting everybody know that you've got this donor class that are telling all of the other people that are campaigning in the presidential election to stay away today.
Are you kidding me?
Yeah, you keep staying away.
He signed a letter.
He said, I challenge every presidential candidate to join me in standing up.
For truth, commit to pardoning Donald Trump of these federal charges on day one or explain why you won't.
Here he is right there in Miami.
That brings me to my second announcement that I'm going to make today.
This is an announcement of a letter that my campaign has sent to every other campaign in this race, to Mike Pence, to Nikki Haley.
To Larry Elder, to RFK Jr., to Marianne Williamson, to Doug Burgum, to Perry Johnson, to Chris Christie, to Ron DeSantis, the governor of the state where we are today, who by any measure is not here today in his own state.
I will tell you that we have sent this letter and I'm happy to announce this is my commitment On January 20th, 2025, if I'm elected the next US president, To pardon Donald J. Trump for these offenses in this federal case.
And I have challenged, I have demanded, that every other candidate in this race either sign this commitment to pardon on January 20th, 2025, or else to explain why they are not.
And I will tell you something.
It's going to be difficult for those other candidates to sign this letter.
The reason it's going to be difficult for them is the same reason it's difficult for me.
The donor class has been calling every Republican candidate and telling us to stay away from this, not to touch it from a 10-foot pole, not to just keep your distance away for Trump.
That is what the donor class is telling us.
That's what they're telling the other candidates.
I refuse to abide by being a disciple of the donor class.
I think that we need to declare independence from our donor class in the Republican Party.
That is why I challenge every one of the other candidates to actually act on their convictions.
If you're not going to pardon President Trump on January 20, 2025, you deserve to say why, and we will hold you accountable, just as we're holding the Biden administration accountable.
That's what we need more of in this country.
Honesty, integrity, and actual purpose for our country in a way that puts America first, not our political interests first.
And I'll close with saying this before I take questions.
It would be a lot easier for me, as a Republican candidate in this race, if Donald Trump were not in it.
But I don't want to win this election, unlike others, by eliminating our competition, by a federal administrative police state arresting my opponents.
I want to do it the way that our founding fathers believed we should have, starting in 1776.
That it is the people of this country where every person's voice and vote counts equally.
That is how we decide who governs this country, not by a federal administrative police state.
And I challenge the Biden administration with this FOIA request.
I challenge my fellow contenders in this race with this commitment letter to say that we will pardon Trump on January 20th, 2025.
And nobody, either Biden or the other contenders in this race, are going to be able to hide from that truth.
Well, don't forget, the donor class brought us Ronald McDaniel.
It's like we like to call her, McDonald, Ronald, McDaniel, Donald, Ronald, McDaniel.
This is who put her in there.
The Republican Party does not want to fix itself.
It does not want to win.
They just want to get rid of Trump and go back to the Bush warmonger days.
That's right.
That's all they want to do.
Everybody up there, the donors, they want tons of cheap labor for their billionaire.
And they want them to come across the border.
They want an open border.
Remember, who fought Trump to build the wall?
That's right.
I hate that.
Trump couldn't even get the wall built.
He couldn't because the damn Republican parties would not vote for the funding for it.
And they had all the votes.
We had everything.
We had the Senate, the White House.
Paul Ryan did everything he could.
That Paul Ryan is no different than Adam Kinzinger or any of these people that's done this stuff.
He's no different than Merrick Garland.
They just want rid of Trump.
That's it.
They want the outsider out so they can go back to every four years, they switch it up to who they give their money to, to all the donors, and then go back to splitting up that $4.5 trillion to all their friends, and that's what they want to go back to.
He disrupted Washington, D.C. If you don't think he did anything, look at how much more your eyes are open.
Look at how much more you realize how fake everything else is, how corrupt the government is.
He did that.
If they would have just got Hillary Clinton, and then a Republican after that, and then another Democrat after that, you would never even know.
You would not have.
And I'm telling you, I really like Vivek.
I think he is really, really strong.
He's got a clear message.
He'll be good in a debate.

He's bringing all this stuff to the surface.
And not only that, he's making the rest of the candidates look like what they are.
They're sellouts to their donors.
That's all they are.
They're not doing this for the American people.
They're not doing this for America itself.
They're doing it for their own business.

They have nothing in it other than pleasing this donor class, which brought us to the point where we are here today.

And instead, we're doing the bidding.
You're seeing the media doing the bidding of the U.S. government.

Ask the question.
Get to the bottom of what Biden told Garland and what Garland told Jack Smith.
If the same shoe fit the other foot, you would not take their word at face value.
Do not take their word now.
Get to the bottom of it.
Let's actually restore journalism in this country.
