Thank you.
Thank you.
Today is Thursday, April 28th, 2022, episode number 72.
And you are here in the litter box with Jules Jones.
And just so everyone knows, Cat Turd is home.
Welcome home, Cat Turd.
I'm so excited to report that my partner in Feline, who fights crime, he is at the ranch as we speak.
And he is recovering.
I know there's a long way for him to go, but hopefully we're going to see him soon.
That's all I can tell you.
I don't know if it'll be tomorrow.
I don't know if it's going to be next week.
But as soon as he's ready to join us, he will be there.
I know he is active on his page right now.
I exchanged a little bit with him this morning.
He was already trying to get back to work and I was like, can you please relax?
Get well completely before you jump into all of this again.
But you know him.
You can't keep a good man down, that's for sure.
So he is, he is, he appreciates everything.
And I also want to give a little shout out to White Wing 1776.
She donated to the show yesterday.
And by the time I saw it, the show was over.
I wasn't able to also give her a A shout out.
People have been asking me how they can donate to this show.
We never made a button for that, a donation button or anything like that.
The only thing that we have is Rumble, and it's just because it came with the donation button.
We're here so you all can enjoy it.
We're enjoying it.
We hope you're enjoying it.
We're doing this just because we want to help in any way that we can, and this is our way to do that.
anyway.
Don't feel obligated to donate to the show.
We're doing just fine.
We just really want our country to get back on track, regardless of what the left is up to.
And goodness, they never miss a moment.
It never seems like they do anyway.
Well, today, if you were on Twitter, you know that the Ministry of Truth was trending, and there's a big reason for that.
I'm about to play something for you before we even begin because what it's saying what they are saying this is with Mayorkas and this is an exchange in the hearing He says we have so many different efforts underway to equip local communities to identify individuals who are very well could be descending into violence by reason of ideologies of hate,
false narratives, or other disinformation and misinformation propagated on social media.
Again, they want to silence your voice, your voice, our voices, anybody else that goes against the regime.
they now have got a group that they have formed together to go again go after americans right at the department of homeland security to make sure that doesn't happen just like they did with the mama bears you remember all of that anybody standing up to the schools that were that were enforcing crt and all of that they're going after us now we've always been the target though understand anybody that says anything against this group of people
you're a target automatically you're And you're on a list.
A list which, of course, thank goodness, is now in the hands of Elon Musk, who is starting to right the wrongs of that.
There have been many accounts that have been reinstated, and I expect many more to come.
But don't think that he's not now a target either.
They're going to go after him as hard as they possibly can.
So check out this video.
I'm curious to see what you all have to say.
I'll be watching the chat while this plays.
We are seeing a rise in misinformation and disinformation that is attempting to strike at the integrity of the election system and people's right to vote.
And we're seeing on social media posts calling election officials corrupt and calling for violence against candidates and election officials.
Isn't that correct?
That is, Congressman, which is exactly why I addressed the Secretaries of State throughout this country a few weeks ago, to speak with them about the efforts that we are making to provide them with physical security, the resources and information they need to ensure The safety of the electoral system over which they preside.
And Mr.
Secretary, mimicking false claims of ex-President Trump, we continue to see social media posts claiming, quote, if our election systems continue to be rigged and continue to be stolen, then it's going to lead to one place and it's bloodshed, correct?
Congressman, we're very well of the spread of false narratives.
That have as one of their goals an effort to radicalize individuals to violence.
And as I understand online radicalization and how it works, Mr.
Secretary, is it fair to say that believers of such disinformation could become lone wolves and take it upon themselves to act on these calls for violence against election workers?
That is a potential that we are guarding against materializing, Congressman.
That is why we have so many different efforts underway to equip local communities to identify individuals who very well could be descending into violence by reason of ideologies of hate, false narratives, or other disinformation and misinformation propagated On social media and other platforms.
Okay.
I can't wait to see the comments here.
Yes, that is Representative Hank Johnson.
And thank you, PK941. Yes, it is.
Absolutely it is.
And if you'll look at the very bottom of the screen when he's asking the questions, which is really fascinating, is...
And I looked at this automatically because I was like, oh my gosh, did he really put he, him underneath his name on the Zoom call?
He felt it was important to do that.
I mean, that's fine and all, but honestly...
Why must you wear a label?
Why must you label yourself that way?
It's just so odd to me.
I don't feel like any of us grew up that we felt like we had to have a pin that said, I'm a girl and you're a boy.
I'm pink, you're blue.
I certainly didn't wear that around in school.
Is that where this is going?
It's scary to think.
But you know what?
I don't put anything past this administration.
It's just that crazy.
So there have been a lot of fireworks erupting, and I'm glad that I get to do this with you all because, boy, I can't even contain myself.
All right, so this is out from the Daily Mail.
I mean, the Daily Caller.
All right, so this is an exclusive.
Senator Ron Johnson calls for answers from DHS over Biden's disinformation board, and he is slamming Nina Jankiewicz's I guess that's how you say her name.
All right, so Republican Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson sent a letter Wednesday to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mariokas, demanding a list of answers over the new disinformation governance board and slamming the board's leader, Nina Jankiewicz.
The Daily Caller first obtained the letter to Mariokas in which Johnson points out that Jankiewicz, she attempted to discredit the Hunter Biden lap story in the past and is now in charge of disinformation board.
Johnson says Jankiewicz is the beacon of misinformation online and mentioned that she has published multiple tweets furthering the false media narrative about Hunter Biden laptop.
Both the Washington Post and the New York Times noted the authenticity of Hunter Biden's laptop in March 2022, more than a year after the Daily Caller News Foundation first verified it on October 29, 2020.
The DCNF obtained a full copy of Hunter Biden's alleged laptop from the former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani in 2020.
And had the emails forensically verified as real.
Just days before the DCNF verified the authenticity of the laptop, Jankowicz tweeted about the laptop saying, It is a Russian-influenced object.
During the second presidential debate, Jankiewicz sent out a tweet which said that Biden cited 50 more NATSAC officials and five former CIA heads that believe the laptop is Russian influence op.
We've all been accused of being Russian trolls, myself included.
A Russian agent, a Russian troll, a bot, all of these different things.
And that was their justification for writing an article on 200 social media influencers and targeting until they were able to figure out a way to get rid of them.
This happened way back.
As soon as President Trump was elected as president, they started compiling lists of people that they felt were a threat to their democracy.
Now, don't get that confused.
The threat to democracy is really a threat to their reign, all right?
Because they want to put in there people that they want, not that you want, not the people that you are voting for, but the people that they want.
And they're doing it on both sides.
It's not just a Republican thing.
It's not a Democrat thing.
It doesn't even matter what side of the fence you run along at all.
It's who they want.
It's who they own.
It's who will vote and do things their way.
Fortunately, there's not enough of us on the Constitution side.
And that's the problem.
Because they are breaking that in every single way that they possibly can.
And you can see all of that when you look at how they handled COVID. But anyway, all right, so just days before the DCNF verified the authenticity of the laptop, Jankiewicz tweeted about the laptop, saying that it was a Russian-influenced op.
During the second presidential debate, Jankiewicz sent out a tweet which said that Biden cited 50 former NATSAC officials And five former CIA heads that believe the laptop is Russian influence.
All right, so in a tweet from December 2017, Janka Wintz also claimed that the Steele dossier, which has been totally discredited, was funded by Republicans.
Christopher Steele, the dossier's author, was never funded by Republicans.
The Washington Post reported that in October 2017, Mark E. Elias, the lawyer for the Clinton campaign in DNC, and his law firm Perkins Coy hired Fusion GPS last April to investigate Donald Trump, something Jackowicz failed to mention.
Jackiewicz is currently a fellow at the Wilson Center on her website.
She calls herself an internationally recognized expert on disinformation and democratization.
All right.
She's nuts is what she is because you've got a whole bunch of videos that I am going to play showing how she is contradicting all of this.
So this is kind of fun.
In the letter, Johnson asked a number of questions about the Disinformation Governance Board, and they want to know these few things.
Provide the statute allowing DHS to create the Disinformation Board, appoint board members, and assign or hire staff.
How does the DHS define misinformation?
What does DHS consider to be irregular migration?
What does DHS consider to be misinformation about irregular migration?
What DHS component or office is responsible for monitoring or collecting data on misinformation?
How many staff are tasked with this assignment?
What are their job descriptions and classifications?
What specific actions does DHS intend to take to counter misinformation?
The fact that the federal department with approximately 240,000 employees would set up a disinformation governance board to enforce the government's judgment of what information is allowed in the public square should frighten anyone who values liberty and understands how crucial free speech is in maintaining that liberty.
This is what Johnson said to the Daily Caller.
Absolutely.
That's frightening.
The video I just played for you is completely frightening, and it's not going to stop there.
I promised videos, promised receipts, and no one's better at doing that than Maze Moore over there on Twitter.
So if you're not following him, please, or her, I don't know, please make sure that you do because they're phenomenal and they get it every single time.
So, at Mazemore, M-A-Z-E-M-O-O-R-E, people deciding to take medicine meant for livestock and animals instead of the COVID vaccine.
Alright, so the new Ministry of Truth wants to help the Biden admin clean up after the Trump admin.
Sounds impartial, right?
No, not even close.
Listen to her own words.
Disinformation affects us in real life too, whether it's about people who aren't taking the COVID vaccine or people who are causing these public safety threats at public buildings or beyond, people who are deciding now to take medicine meant for livestock and animals instead of the COVID vaccine.
And I think in terms of our response, we have absolutely not done enough on any level.
We've not seen enough recognition from consecutive administrations, both the Trump administration, certainly, which used disinformation, and the Biden administration, which is trying to clean up after what the Trump administration did, but also get some of its own programs going to fight COVID, to end the war in Afghanistan.
Disinformation affects us in real life, too.
All right.
So she's the cleanup crew.
I think they could have done better myself.
I mean, somebody a little sleazier.
She's pretty horrible.
You can kind of see through all of that.
But here it is.
This is out from the Gateway Pundit.
And when you start looking at the disinformation governance board, So, following Elon Musk's purchase of Twitter last week, which was a triumphant victory in the ongoing war over free speech, the Biden regime announced the creation of a disinformation governance board.
All right, now, first off, isn't it interesting that it took him buying Twitter and then all of a sudden they're concerned when you've got all of these other people that have been buying social media corporations forever?
I mean, you've got Disney that owns 41% of the lamestream anyway.
And then you've got all of these others.
You've got Amazon, who is Jeff Bezos, that owns the Washington Compost, and so on and so on.
All right, so you've got somebody that really wants to bring the conversation back for no other purpose than that, right?
Whether you agree with him or not.
And believe me, I mean, he's been trolling everyone.
He's having a great time with all of this, and I'm actually enjoying it as well, watching the fallout.
But to think that they would go to this extreme.
We are on day three.
This is just day three.
And he hasn't even fully taken over yet.
He has still got a lot of those people, a lot of the swamp rats in their positions.
No, they are not able to alter or change certain things.
But he hasn't done anything, really.
Not yet.
Which makes me really excited to see what he's going to do, as all of you, I'm sure, are.
So, the new board will operate under the authority of the Department of Homeland Security with special focus on Russia and irregular migration.
And this is according to the Postmillennial.
And Jack Poso, he says, President, I say President Biden, has decided the federal government will launch a disinformation governance board under the authority of the Homeland Security Department.
Did you think they would just let you have your free speech back?
Exactly.
They have no plans on it.
They are so power hungry and power driven after they were able to get away with what they were able to get away with during COVID and stealing an election, 2020, that they don't think anything is going to stop them.
They don't think anyone is going to stop them.
So this is where we are now.
As we have seen over the past six-plus years now, the term Russia misinformation is frequently used as a wide catch-all that includes most of what goes against the liberal establishment.
So the fact that they are specifically targeting this kind of misinformation is much more concerning.
News of the board was first announced by DHS Secretary Mariakos while speaking at the House Appropriations DHS subcommittee hearing on Wednesday.
And here you go.
Our Undersecretary for Policy, Rob Silvers, is co-chair with our Principal Deputy General Director, Jennifer Gaskell, in leading a just recent Constituted Misinformation-Disinformation Governments Board.
It's just crazy.
It's hard to even say.
So we're bringing the goal to bring the resources of the department together to address this threat.
It sounds, you could say it a lot simpler.
No, we just don't want you to be able to speak.
So this is how we're going to cut you off.
And this is how we're going to, of course, Inject fear because that's what we do and that's what they do well.
Fear is everywhere.
When you look at the whole COVID thing, I've got people here in Hollywood, California that are driving in a convertible and they've got like two masks on.
They're driving by themselves and they're still wearing a mask with no one in the car.
I kid you not.
This is a regular occurrence.
And it's scary, but they have scared people to this extreme.
The disinformation board will be led by executive director Nina Jankiewicz, who you are now going to become very familiar with, who, as Poso reveals in a series of tweets, is an anti-free speech crusader and committed member of the radical left.
She has even made her stance clear about crucial issues like the censorship of Hunter Biden laptop and the stolen rigged 2020 election.
Unsurprisingly, Jankowicz has publicly slandered 2020 election concerns as damaging lies.
Backed the proven false claim that the laptop from hell was Russian misinformation and openly admitted to it just as a concern about domestic misinformation as she is about foreign misinformation.
This is scary stuff.
In other words, the worst or best person for the job, depending on what side you are on.
And it's scary.
This is the kind of thing...
Now, people will say, okay, well, if there was something really wrong, then how come they're doing it?
How come they're doing it right in front of you?
It's because they can.
They don't think that anybody's going to do anything about it.
They don't think anybody's going to say anything about it.
They were able to pull off the greatest heist we've ever seen in the world.
And that was an election in 2020 in the United States of America.
And if they can do that, where will they stop?
Where does it end?
I mean, seriously.
What are we going to be?
If these people are running the show.
I mean like when I was making the joke a little earlier about wearing a pink pin or a blue pin or a green pin or a yellow pin.
I mean who knows how far this thing is going to go.
And when you also consider the fact that we are headed into such a dangerous situation with our economy and And what they are doing.
No one's reporting better than this than, of course, our beloved cat turd.
Amazing what is happening right now.
The Biden-Democrat disaster continues.
So here it is.
The breaking news of the day is that the U.S. economic growth unexpectedly declined in the first quarter by 1.4%.
Are we not to talk about things like that?
Things that actually matter in our lives?
The border that's wide open?
All of this stuff?
Of Of course we're going to.
And there's nothing they're going to be able to say to stop us from doing it.
We just have to have the right people on our side that are going to do it.
So I think this is a fabulous opportunity.
We've been talking about it ever since Elon Musk even had the idea.
about taking over Twitter.
But Josh Hawley, boy is he becoming a huge hero in the movement.
I really admire the guy and I like that he is so forward-thinking.
It's like he's five steps ahead.
Kind of reminds you of somebody, doesn't it?
Well, at Hawley, he says, here's an idea for Elon Musk.
Open the books on who Twitter has shadow banned, who Twitter has suspended, who they've throttled, and who was responsible for the egregious censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop reporting.
Make it all public.
Okay, this is the thing.
This is why he's the target.
Because, guess what?
All of this can happen.
And it probably will.
Because he is absolutely beholden to no one.
Josh is his own guy, obviously.
And he is great.
So here's the letter.
And this was April 26, 2022.
And he writes, There's certainly a lot of work to be done.
Twitter has largely evaded public accountability over the past several years.
Since I've been in the Senate, I've seen a number of oversight inquiries into the company.
These letters cover subjects as diverse as content moderation policies, viewpoint discrimination, suppression of content, and Twitter's own security.
Twitter, not surprisingly, has effectively ignored these requests.
But perhaps most importantly, all the way back in 2019, I sent a letter to Twitter urging the company to conduct a third-party audit and release the results to the public in full.
Now you have the chance to make that kind of audit a reality.
In recent years, Twitter has intervened in American discourse with an increasingly heavy hand, attempting to shape the information environment for overtly partisan reasons.
Algorithms didn't make those calls, employees did.
And at this point, the American people deserve to know the truth about what went on at Twitter for the years behind closed doors.
Some particularly salient questions to investigate in the audit include the following.
Who was responsible for deliberately suppressing the New York Post's now-vindicated reporting on Hunter Biden's laptop and business dealings?
How many Twitter users have had their accounts suspended and why?
How many Twitter users have been shadow banned and why?
Do Twitter's shadow banning and suspension patterns evince a consistent political bias?
Have Twitter employees, since news of your acquisition of the platform became public, made changes to the platform or deleted records of their time at the service?
A public audit like this will prove essential as you start to build a culture of free speech and open discourse at Twitter to determine where exactly things went wrong on the platform and who is principally responsible.
No doubt the results will be illuminating for all of us.
And he signs his name, Senator Josh Hawley.
So there you go.
This is being talked about.
This is being written.
And you've got letters now.
And you're going to see, and this is on United States Senate Stationery, which is a request for him, an official request for him to open up the books.
And I'm sure you all join me.
We would all like to know why our accounts were suspended indefinitely and for no good reason.
I'm sure there's a lot of information in those servers about who did what and why.
Understand, they wanted to control the narrative.
They had been controlling the narrative.
Well, now they're not going to have that kind of power anymore.
Not if we have anything to do with it.
And hopefully there's going to be enough Republicans and our voices.
Don't forget, we're the ones that put the pressure on these politicians.
We're the ones that will make this change happen.
So, rip their phones off the hook.
Let them know how you feel about About this new board that they have put together as a result of Elon Musk buying Twitter.
Certainly cannot stay silent on any of that.
So it's great.
I mean, but there's so much more work to do and we've got to know who was behind all of this and we have got to prosecute if possible.
I think it's a great place to start, but I think what needs to happen, and hopefully Elon Musk will do it, is to actually do a complete forensic audit of the entire platform.
And I mean even look into the emails that were exchanged on Twitter, emails, the exchanges, who they were talking to, who was in charge of what, because it's going to go in one direction, and we know which direction that is, the left.
Why?
Because there were barely any conservatives left on the platform by the time the whole thing was said and done.
I mean, they've only just started being let back in.
You had some of the finest accounts In Twitter history, in social media history that were completely taken off just because of their opinion and just because they were talking about the things they shouldn't, like Hunter Biden's laptop, which has been, of course, proven to be true.
So this is a real interesting thing.
I'm sure they'll probably say that, well, we were not able to correct that.
But yeah, they had plenty of time.
As soon as they found out that laptop was legitimate, they should have started turning accounts back on.
They did not do so.
They did not do so.
It took Elon Musk buying the company in order to get those accounts let back in.
So Charlie Kirk is one of them.
He's over there.
I know that a lot of people are starting to contact Twitter because we know that that is really our fighting spot, but it's not the only one.
One thing that I've learned is that if you're going to be on social media and if you're going to fight, you're going to need to fight in all areas of it.
I was a fool when I was on Twitter because I concentrated completely just on Twitter.
I didn't go to Facebook.
I mean, I did a little bit, but not much.
It's kind of like I do now.
But I was 100% engulfed in Twitter and nothing else.
So when they suspended my account, I was scrambling, like all the other people.
I mean, I was suspended the same day as President Trump and all the others.
And I was scrambling.
I wasn't on another platform.
So I started immediately just trying to create accounts and had no idea how to manage that many accounts and all of that.
I'm never going to make that mistake again.
I'm never going to be that reliant on something like that again.
And so I'm just trying to diversify a little bit.
So that's why I'm on all of these other platforms.
And believe me, it's a lot of work.
It's a ton of work, but I think it's worth it because look what happened in 2016.
We won in 2016.
We beat Hillary Clinton, which is incredible.
Donald Trump beat her, and you know that he beat her in a landslide.
Here they're talking about misinformation about elections.
Well, does anyone remember what happened when President Trump beat her?
I mean, no.
All of a sudden, they were rattling sabers.
They were saying that she won the popular vote.
They wanted to do away with our electoral college.
They wanted all of these things to happen immediately.
Meanwhile, we, thank goodness, were in the position of having the House, the Senate, and the White House at that time.
Or else, guess what?
We would have had to go through all of that, too.
Unfortunately, we weren't, even though we had those branches, secured.
So we thought we really didn't because we had rhinos at the helm.
We had rhinos like Paul Ryan, who is just the biggest creep ever.
And he's over there at Fox, and that's why I don't even watch Fox either.
I watch a few shows, but not too many, just as a result of all of that.
So anyway, there's just so much going on here.
You've got Twitter, who is now revealing why people are starting to gain followers.
It's really interesting.
They're offering an explanation.
This one is from Resist the Mainstream.
Twitter is claiming the recent surge in followers experienced by the right-wing account since Elon Musk take over appears to be organic, but the picture may be more complicated.
Republican Twitter accounts saw massive surge in followers after reports Monday that Twitter was on the verge of selling itself to Elon Musk, while the accounts of the Democratic lawmakers shrank considerably, according to an analysis Tuesday by USA Today.
Twitter claimed the wild swings in follower accounts are organic and simply the result of new accounts being created and existing accounts being deactivated.
We've been looking into recent fluctuations in follower counts.
While we continue to take action on accounts that violate our spam policy, which will affect follower counts, these fluctuations appear to largely have been the result of an increase in new account creation and deactivation.
The company said this in a recent statement on Wednesday to Daily Caller News.
So Twitter did not comment when asked to provide data supporting its claim or how it came to its conclusion.
So it's really not what it appears to be.
Okay, this was just basically a blanket answer.
Bausi pointed out that several right-wing Brazilian politicians, including President Bolsonaro, saw similar spikes in followers as American Republican politicians did.
Bausi said that this was evidence the surge in followers across conservative accounts may be due to inauthentic users, as Musk's purchase of Twitter was unlikely to influence Brazilian Twitter users in the same way it may influence American Twitter users.
It's just not adding up, Bousy said, referring to Twitter's explanation for the swings.
We are looking at the accounts, and they don't all appear to be legitimate.
All right, so here's Donald Trump.
He's talking about it.
I know Cat Turd's probably going to hit a million or two million or three million.
Who knows?
The sky's the limit for him.
But here it is.
Donald Trump Jr., while I'm awesome and totally deserving of 87,000 new followers a day, it seems that someone took the shackles off my account.
Wonder if they're burning the evidence before new management comes in.
Well, that's what everybody wants to know.
And that's why forensic accounting would be very nice.
It would be very good to see exactly how this whole thing played out.
And we really do kind of know when it all began.
I know I do.
I remember I couldn't get past, I think I had 36,000 followers over on Twitter, and I stayed there.
It didn't matter what happened.
If I would go above that just a couple, it would take away, you know, 1,000.
It wouldn't matter.
I was stuck there indefinitely.
So there's a lot here to unpack.
But since I mentioned Hillary Clinton, of course, I cannot help but mention what's going on over there with her and the suit, what's happening with the assessment trial.
This is a really big deal.
And even though we've been talking about all this stuff with Twitter and all these things that are going on, we can't ignore what they don't want us talking about in the first place.
All right, out from the Gateway Pundit.
All right, so an Obama judge will not allow Hillary Clinton's tweet claiming Trump colluded with Russia to be admitted as evidence in Michael Sussman's trial.
As previously reported, Special Prosecutor John Durham wanted to use Hillary Clinton's tweet accusing Trump of having a secret line of communication with Russian Alpha Bank as evidence in Michael Sussman's trial next month.
Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign lawyer Michael Sussman's motion to dismiss Durham's case was denied by a federal judge a couple of weeks ago.
Sussman was indicted last September for lying to the FBI. According to the indictment, Sussman falsely told James Baker he wasn't doing work for any client when he asked for a meeting with the FBI where he presented bogus evidence the Trump Tower was secretly communicating with Kremlin Tide Alpha Bank.
fired off a tweet claiming Trump Tower was secretly communicating with Russian Alpha Bank.
The defamatory tweet is still to this day on Twitter.
Okay.
So here it is.
Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump organization to a Russian-based bank.
All right, so here you go.
You want to talk about disinformation?
This is disinformation.
Where was this board that they want to put together, right, in Department of Homeland Security, when all of this was going on?
If there was ever...
Ever a disinformation campaign.
It was Hillary Clinton and all of the Russia, Russia, Russia.
That's all we ever talked about.
That was all over the lamestream news.
That was all over social media.
If you got into a conversation with someone, they were going to present you with the facts and they could basically memorize whatever it was, some crazy stuff.
that Rachel Madcow would memorize.
I've never seen anything quite like it.
I have neighbors still to this day that when I want to talk about Russia, Russia, Russia, I know they hide from me because they don't want to talk to me about this.
I mean, no, it's out of their purview.
Nay, nay.
They run the other way.
So, the Washington Examiner reported Hillary Clinton's tweet touting Trump-Russia collusion claims will not be allowed as evidence in the trial against Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman, despite efforts by special counsel John Durham.
On Wednesday, Judge Christopher Cooper, an Obama appointee, denied Durham's efforts to bring the tweet up at the trial, saying the court will exclude that as hearsay.
And that it's likely duplicative of other evidence related to demonstrating the attorney-client relationship.
Durham had told the federal court earlier this month that he wanted the October 2016 tweet from the Clinton campaign promoting the Alpha Bank claims to be admitted as evidence at the May trial.
The special counsel argued the tweet is not inadmissible hearsay because it's not being offered for its truth, emphasizing that the prosecutors actually believe its claims were false.
Durham said he instead wanted to present the tweet to show the existence of the defendant's attorney-client relationship with the Clinton campaign, which is directly relevant to the false statement charge.
Did you really think that we were going to be able to just win this flat out on its face with everything that we know?
No.
I'm surprised that it is being looked at under this judge and being conducted in front of this judge.
I'm surprised that they wouldn't allow something like this, especially with the fact that you have got it still on Twitter.
Okay.
And it was never taken off by Twitter.
So before Elon Musk owned it, when it's been proven to be false, I mean, why wasn't her account suspended?
It's amazing what we've all been through together.
It truly is.
It's like every day you just, you hear something else and you go, no, that couldn't be it.
But of course it is.
So here it is, the tweet from Hillary Clinton.
This is from the Washington Examiner.
Believe me, he has got a lot of other things up his sleeve.
I can pretty much guarantee you that.
He wouldn't have spent this much time And don't forget that there was a lot of these emails that were whoopsie, released under seal.
Okay, they were supposed to be under seal and then all of a sudden they were released and Technofog and a couple of others picked up on all of this and here's the deal.
Somebody like Durham, they don't make those kinds of mistakes, alright?
So they just don't.
And especially not in a case this large and that's going to get this much attention.
So he must know exactly who he's dealing with here in order to have had something whoopsie like that happen.
And so he needed some receipts.
He needed people to see the evidence.
A lot of people don't understand.
They think that it's like a Perry Mason moment when you're in court.
It's not.
Because you have to have a judge that will allow it into evidence.
They think there's going to be like this big woof.
You know, this big moment, there isn't.
You have to get all of this stuff approved prior to.
And so a lot of cases you don't normally hear the full story until, and hopefully people don't make agreements to where there's confidentiality, until all of those details come out after a case.
Well, that's why I think this is really going to take some interesting turns and twists.
He's got a lot there, but I don't believe in mistakes, and I certainly don't believe in mistakes like that.
Not even at all.
So these are the things that they don't want us talking about, and of course we're going to do nothing but, because that's what we do, and that's what we do well.
We're going to keep this whole thing going.
But I think it's really interesting that the narrative being spun here, of course, is that Biden is going around saying, and this is what he's actually saying, and yesterday he was out there touting it, that the greatest sin anyone can commit is the abuse of power.
Did anybody find that just hysterical?
I just have to play it for you because it's just so crazy.
Check it out.
We were talking about it on the way over.
What got me involved in politics?
I got involved in politics because I think the greatest sin anyone can commit Is the abuse of power.
Whatever that power is, the power of a teacher, the power of a doctor, the power of a leader.
When someone who is relying on you or you cannot, just the abuse of power.
Okay, yeah, right.
All right, so there's actually another version, and Mays Moore put this one together.
Check this out.
What got Joe Biden into politics?
You know, if you own a house, I know you do know, if you own a house in an all-black neighborhood, same exact house in an all-white neighborhood, exact same shape, the house valued in the black neighborhood would be valued as worth less.
That's what got me involved in politics in the first place, redlining to stop it.
I was the only guy when I was in high school.
I had a job, a country cub...
I was not out marching.
I was not down in Selma.
I was not anywhere else.
Come on, man.
Give me a little break here.
The first thing, what got me involved in politics, not that it matters to you all, but I was thinking about it on the way over here.
I was a young attorney in Delaware, and they wanted to, across the top of my state, they wanted to connect two highways, and it's through what is the most beautiful part of the state.
But instead of being willing to do it in an area that, in fact, had no consequence for the environment, they decided to put it through areas that were straighter and but more damaging.
And I got involved to try to stop the construction of that highway, which I did.
That's what got me involved.
When we were talking about on the way over, what got me involved in politics?
I got involved in politics because I think the greatest sin that anyone can commit is the abuse of power.
Whatever that power is, the power of a teacher, the power of a doctor, the power of a leader.
We were told that we politicians, as the young kids say, rip off the American public.
I think the American public, in a way, rips off we politicians.
See, I went to the big guys for the money.
I was ready to prostitute myself in the manner in which I talked about it.
But what happened was they said, come back when you're 40, son, constituency, to run for office.
Because I was 29, I'm like the token black or the token woman.
I was the token young person.
We're talking about this national...
Okay, it's just insanity, is it not?
I mean, absolutely insanity.
The man is completely out there somewhere.
He's just basically told to say whatever it is, and sometimes he gets it right, and sometimes, of course, he gets it completely way wrong.
Kind of like today.
I mean, let's face it.
It was nothing but just a whole bunch of garbage.
It just mumbles and grumbles.
I mean, this is how he responds.
To an economy where we are heading right into a recession.
This is it.
In addition to this supplemental funding, I'm also sending to Congress a comprehensive package that will enhance our underlying effort to accommodate the Russian oligarchs and make sure we take their ill-begotten gains.
We're going to accommodate them.
We're going to seize their yachts, their luxury homes, and other ill-begotten gains.
Of Putin's kleptocracy.
The guys who are the kleptocracies.
But these are bad guys.
This legislative package strengths with all law enforcement capabilities to seize property linked to Russia's kleptocracy.
It's going to create new expedited procedures.
Okay.
That's the big guy, okay?
There you go.
All right, so this is out from the Gateway Pundit, and this is where this video actually came from.
I wish it was fake.
I wish it was just a funny one, but no, that actually happened, and that's what happens when you're live.
I screw up a lot, too, live.
Believe me, it's not easy doing a live show, but his are way out there, and I think there he almost lost his teeth.
So, anyway, moving on.
All right, so Gateway Pundit, Biden announces another $33 billion in economic assistance to Ukraine.
As the U.S. economy crumbles, inflation hits 40-year highs, gas prices skyrocket, and GDP declines.
It's amazing.
People are asking the question, hey, are they purposely trying to do this?
Is this on purpose?
Because this can't be something that you think is going to help America.
Or the country that you're supposed to be representing.
So Joe Biden on Thursday asked Congress for another $33 billion in economic assistance to Ukraine.
Meanwhile, here at home, gas prices are soaring, inflation hit 40-year highs, and the economy is unexpectedly in decline.
All right, so you have Steve Cortez, Biden's economy, spiking inflation, receding growth, plus a currency war.
That America is losing.
The Russian ruble is higher today than before Putin invaded Ukraine.
It's only going to get worse.
But our taxpayer dollars are going to help Ukraine.
It's just insanity.
Anybody voting for this has completely lost their minds.
You have got people here in the United States that cannot even get to work.
They can't put food on their table.
They cannot feed their families.
This is not a joke.
This is as bad as a lot of people are comparing it to Carter.
But you know what?
This is on a nowhere train because this guy, they don't care at this point.
He's just a puppet.
He's just a stooge.
What they're doing with him is they're doing whatever it is they want because they know he's never going to be able to run for office again.
He'll never be elected again.
And so they're trying to get all of this stuff in place now so that they don't have to deal with it later.
And they can blame him for everything and move on as a party.
Right.
We don't forget.
The BBC reported President Biden is asking Congress for $33 billion in military, economic, and humanitarian assistance To support Ukraine, although he insisted that the U.S. was not attacking Russia.
Mr.
Biden said it was critical for U.S. lawmakers to approve the deal, which he said would help Ukraine defend itself.
The proposal includes more than $20 billion in military aid, $8.5 billion in economic aid, and $3 billion in humanitarian aid.
It's not cheap, Mr.
Biden said on Thursday, but caving to aggression is going to be more costly if we allow it to happen.
Although the United States has already announced help for Ukraine, the proposals are a significant ramping up of aid.
And don't forget, by us getting involved in this whole thing, Putin is already talking about nuclear weapons, using them on people that are getting involved and inserting themselves in that.
And who are those people that he's talking to?
He's not even making it a question.
It's the West.
It's us, of course.
So, this guy has got us in a real situation.
They hate when we bring it up, so I'm going to bring it up right now.
We would have never been in this position if it were President Trump in charge.
Seriously.
End of story.
We would not be dealing with any of this that you are seeing.
This communism that you are witnessing would not have happened on Donald Trump's watch.
But it all looks familiar, doesn't it?
Seriously, it really does.
All of this is part 2, 2.0 of Obama years.
I don't think there's any question about it.
And when you think about how they're talking about suppressing your speech, they don't want you to talk.
They want to be able to track you with cell phones and everything else.
They want to know who you are, whether you've had the jab, whether you haven't had the jab, how you feel on this form, how you feel on that form that you fill out from your employer.
They want to know all of these things about you for a reason.
They want to know who you are.
Why?
Why?
Because they want to be able to target you.
They want to be able to intimidate you.
They want to be able to stop you from your regular life.
Honestly, that is one of the main reasons why I stopped being a Republican here in California is because they would identify me as a Republican in the state of California.
I know it seems silly, but it's really not when you see what has happened to the state.
And so I don't want to be on that list.
I really don't.
In primaries here, I'm fortunate enough to where I can vote for the candidate of my choice.
It's not like I have to be part of a party in order to do so.
I don't have to be affiliated in order to vote for whoever I want.
I can go in there as an independent and cast my vote.
But to be registered as a Republican in this time, day, and age?
No thanks.
I don't want that.
So even though I've been a Republican all my life, and I loved it.
I really did.
I worked for the RNC and everything else.
I'm no longer that here while I'm living here in California.
Give me a reason, Republicans.
So I'm talking about leadership, not you guys.
But here we go.
Obama, he started this whole thing.
He did, and we talk about it constantly because it's such a big deal.
Obama made it legal for the media to purposely lie to the American people, which is what they are doing now, which is why they are so upset about Elon Musk.
This is why they are jumping up and down and they are even creating these committees with the Homeland Security where they want to go after American citizens.
He started this in 2012.
He signed the HR 4310, which allowed propaganda to be used on US citizens by its own government.
Okay, so again, what's good for me is not good for thee.
They're going to always flip this any way they want to.
They want to, though, over and above it all, control the message.
So this was the Smith-Munt Act that they ended up repealing, and it was the Act of 1948, and it banned the use of domestic propaganda.
Well, that's all we're seeing here is the propaganda machines.
That's what we saw during the midterms.
That's what we saw when they started kicking people off of social media.
That's why we have to do a full-blown accounting of all of this.
This is the only way we're going to get all of the The information that we need is to do a full accounting.
Because otherwise, they are going to be able to control the message.
You know how Facebook got involved in the elections.
And not only that, they're going to be able to control everything else.
Whether you get a jab, whether you are able to buy a home.
They're going to have people just going along blindly just because the government said so.
I mean, I think this was...
Actually, this one came from Cat Turd's page.
And it's from Apocytos.
And it's funny.
Are acting like they're afraid of is what they have been doing all along.
Check it out.
You own all of Twitter or Facebook or what have you.
You don't have to explain yourself.
You don't even have to be transparent.
You could secretly ban one party's candidate or all of its candidates, all of its nominees, or you could just secretly turn down the reach of their stuff and turn up the reach of something else and the rest of us might not even find out about it till after the election.
Elon Musk says this is all to help people because he is just a free speech, philosophically clear, open-minded helper.
Okay, so I've played that video every single day this week that I've been on this show on my own ever since this whole meltdown started.
And Apocataz, and if you're not following them on Twitter, make sure that you do, at A-P-O-C-T-O-Z, did a fabulous job of showing and highlighting, they even had Catered in there, all of the different things about what they have been doing this whole time.
The whole Russia, Russia, Russia narrative, boy, they drove that one until they couldn't drive it anymore.
There are still people in this world and in L.A. that I talk to on a regular basis that still think that something happened with Russia, especially now that the Ukraine is in war with Russia.
They're sitting there saying, yep, see, see, see?
When it's all been proven to be completely false, when it's all been proven to be the whole creation of Hillary Clinton.
This is how dangerous it is.
This is why we have to do what we have to do.
But I will say, the biggest and first step is that we have got a, I hope, a great guy in charge.
And I think that he is.
He's been having a blast.
If you look at Elon Musk's page on Twitter, it is the funniest thing ever.
He's trolling the liberals as badly as he possibly can.
He's actually having fun with it.
And I'm glad to see that because sometimes these guys don't I don't know.
They don't seem like they can have a lot of fun, but he's different.
He's very different.
So I'm heading over there now, and he starts out, he says, let's make Twitter maximum fun.
And he says, let's see, he's got one about Coca-Cola that I thought was absolutely hilarious, and he was talking about putting cocaine back in Coke.
So that was one of his tweets.
He says, here it is.
All right, so this was it.
Next, I'm buying Coca-Cola to put the cocaine back in Coke.
All right, so the guy's hilarious.
He's having a great time, and he got 3.9 million likes.
He got 156.9 thousand quoted tweets, 600,000.4 retweets.
So this is what's driving the left mad.
He is just I know he says he's not going to, but he wants to have fun on Twitter.
He wants to laugh.
And if you've ever seen any of his interviews, you'll see him talking about that specifically.
And then he says right here, now I'm going to buy McDonald's and fix all of the ice cream machines.
And his response here, this is good stuff.
Listen, I can't do miracles, okay?
So he's having fun.
I think it's wonderful.
You've got a meme here, and it says, year 2008, my fellow liberal to the left, all right?
And then you've got me, and he's to the left of the center, conservative to the right.
Then in 2012, conservative is on the right, me.
He's a little bit closer to the center.
And then my fellow liberal, off to the left, he runs.
And then in 2021, you have the conservative, LOL, me.
And he's right, me here.
I mean, well, no, conservative LOL, which is laughing, and they're the right.
And then he's got me here, and he's a little bit closer and past the center to the right.
And then the woke progressive is screaming over here on the left, all the way left, bigot.
You gotta love the humor.
I think it's back.
I think this is a great sign.
And with that, everyone, thank you so much for joining me today.
Again, I'm without my feline partner in crime, but he will return one of these days, hopefully soon, once he gets some rest.
I really, I think he's doing great.
And I did have a shot of when he did get back to the ranch.
And thank you so much, Jackie, for providing this.
This is an inside look of when he made it home.
What are the turd twins looking at?
Well, there you have it.
You've got hip turd and Larry the liberal with...
With Smiles and Pedro, they have locked them up.
So apparently, while Cat Turd was away from the ranch, they were up to no good.
So anyway, I just want to thank everyone for joining me today and want to just ask you to please remember to like, subscribe, and hit the notification button so you know when we go live.
Be safe, be kind to one another, and we will see you later.
